Video Timing, Ratios, and the Marketing Wheel: Rhonda Swan’s Full System

This lesson is part of Unstoppable Dream
The full recording is free with an account. One email gets you in.

You know your story now. You’ve said it out loud, maybe even shot it on camera once. So why does the actual posting still feel like guesswork? Rhonda Swan picks up part two of this Miami mastermind exactly where the room left off, moving from finding your story to the specific, almost boringly mechanical rules that decide whether anyone actually watches and acts on it.

As someone who’s already done the harder emotional work of finding your own story, you deserve the second half of the equation too: the timing, structure, and distribution rules that turn a good story into consistent leads. Rhonda treats these rules as non-negotiable, the same way every time, for every video.

How long should a video actually run before people stop watching?

Rhonda is specific to the point of naming exact numbers. A story video should run three to five minutes, never more, because, as she puts it, “76% of your views will go down if you go past three minutes.” A shorter marketing or message video should run no more than two to three minutes. She’s clear that these aren’t arbitrary limits. Her own current story video runs eleven minutes, but only because years of consistency earned her audience’s patience, something she didn’t have and didn’t rely on when she started.

Energy matters as much as length. “Enthusiasm begets enthusiasm.” She tells the room she means it literally: flat delivery reads as flat content regardless of how useful the information actually is, while a little real excitement, not performance, gives the viewer permission to feel something too.

Why does forgetting the call to action waste everything you just built?

Rhonda’s system for calls to action is a specific ratio she’s used for years: three soft closes for every one hard close. A soft close simply invites someone to see more, phrased like an invitation rather than a demand. The hard close, saved for the fourth touch, tells the viewer exactly what to do right now, with no ambiguity about the next step.

She stacks this ratio across an entire video series rather than a single video. The first video sets up the week’s theme and softly asks people to come back tomorrow. The second adds real content and softly points forward again. The third starts easing toward an actual offer. The fourth delivers the full solution and makes the direct ask, because four days of consistent value have already done the convincing before the pitch ever shows up.

This is your big business, and so to goof it off as I’m going to get it done, don’t do it, because you’re just going to waste someone’s time when they can watch my video. I’m serious, right? You get that.

That line lands harder than it sounds. Rhonda’s point is that treating your own content casually, showing up unprepared or unfocused, doesn’t just waste your time. It wastes the time of everyone who chose to watch instead of scrolling past, and that’s the actual cost of skipping the prep work she insists on every single week.

Where should a video series actually live, and does it even matter?

One question from the room gets at something a lot of people never bother to check: fan pages versus personal profiles. Rhonda’s answer is precise. “The difference in a fan page is they’re indexed by Google.” Posts on a fan page get picked up in search. Posts on a personal page get more engagement and views but stay invisible to search entirely. Her workaround is simple: post to both, letting the fan page handle long-term visibility while the personal page drives the actual interaction.

She ties this back to her daily system, what she calls her marketing wheel: shoot the video, anchor it to a blog post, send that post to the email list, then syndicate it out to social platforms, always uploading video natively to Facebook rather than linking out, since native uploads consistently pull more views. The entire cycle, once the video itself is shot, takes her roughly ninety minutes from start to finish.

What actually separates someone who does this consistently from someone who quits?

Rhonda closes by pointing at the group members who already have thirty or ninety days of daily videos behind them and asking the room to notice what changed for them: not talent, not luck, just showing up on the same structure long enough for it to compound. Her closing challenge is direct. Get one video shot today, in front of the group if that’s what it takes, because the structure only works once you’ve actually used it.

The full session includes the group’s live video assignments and Rhonda’s real-time feedback on each one, plus a deeper walkthrough of building a full month of content from a single core story. Amazing job. I know it gets really frustrating, right? Making, managing, making sure you guys are all getting what you paid for and all the value and, and Jess is like on it to make sure that you get all that. I mean, literally, I've already gotten yelled at twice to make sure you guys get everything out of it.

I'm kidding. Okay, so how are we doing? Right? Is everyone feeling like they're in a, they're in the place where they should be at?

Is anyone feeling like, oh, still lost? Oh, golly, that's amazing. Awesome. Okay, now what we're going to do right now is I want to get a little bit more detailed in how you can now take, once you get your story, your full story from point where I started and made a decision to the call to action, now you've got that core message, that core foundation, and now you're identifying who those core customers, right, that we're speaking to.

So what you can do, once you get your story set, guys, you're going to be able to get that core message, that core foundation, and now you're going to be able to get that core message, that core foundation, and now you're identifying who those This is what makes the story point so amazing, once you get it set, is now, once you have it, now you can see all the different problems that you had, then you bring those problems up and out, and then you highlight them, and you write another story really targeting that problem.

So now you're talking directly to someone that has that exact problem. So that's why we create, we make sure that you get that foundational story set and done in video and in writing, both of them, because now you're going to be able to expand upon each and every one of those problems that those customers have, okay? And I'll share with you a little bit about, I know some people had asked, well, now once I do it, now who gets to see it? Well, that's where the marketing side comes in, right?

That's where either placing it up on Facebook and promoting on Facebook, so that means you learn how to do promotions on Facebook, which you should have bought in TrafficX, because that's going to show you how to do that, right? Then you can, of course, keyword it on YouTube, right? Make sure you're selecting the right keywords on YouTube. You then will put it on your blog.

Either, when we do our first About Me, our first story, that really should go on your blog as a video and as a written, as like in your About Me section, right? So that's, once you get that done, this is not going to waste, right? You're really using this as a foundational piece. And then, of course, we keyword and SEO our blog posts, right?

We get this foundation set, then we have to syndicate it and get it out to the world. I will typically always, I'm going to show you guys what I like to call my marketing wheel. It helps us keep our mind straight of what has to happen every single day in our business for syndication. And all we do is we take one big main topic that we're talking about, and then we syndicate it in a circle, and now everyone has seen our topic either for the day or for the week, okay?

So I'll show you guys how I do that. All right, so let's go into now video content structuring in relation to utilizing your story and what I like to call is a video series, okay? A video series is a great way for you guys to begin to attract more of your audience to you in bite-sized pieces, giving them a little bit of value, a little bit of value, a little bit of value, and then a call to action, okay? And it's a really great way for those of you that are brand new in developing your story, it's a great way for you to actually get your story out there into bite-sized pieces, until you get comfortable with speaking the whole story under three to five minutes.

So this is a great start point for those of you that are just getting your story developed, okay? So after we're done with this set, you're going to actually go, those of you that were the number one and the number two level, are going to go and get that full story shot, okay? And those of you at the number three level, I want you to now start creating, considering how you could put together a value-based video series, all right? Let's go through a little bit about the content structure that needs to happen in all videos, in really all pieces of content that you write or create, right?

So, and many of you guys have heard this before, so I'm going to go through this a little bit faster. The hook, the body, and the call to action, right? Just like the organization in your story, you have to have all these core elements in order for someone to really follow you. So you follow your structure for your video, right, which is your story video, then you follow always the structure for your content.

So the hook, right? The hook in a video, guys, should be at least in the first three to ten seconds. And typically how we create that hook, because it's got to be something that's compelling enough for them to want to take some action and want to listen. Because remember, not everyone's going to listen to all your stuff or watch all your stuff, but if you have a great headline that hooks them, that'll target them to come back and listen, right?

Or maybe the headline turned someone off that may have never listened to that piece of content or read that piece of content you had because the headline is so strong. So, if you have a great headline, you're going to be strong. So we open up with a topic or a keyword that you're targeting. A lot of times asking a question.

So, for instance, when I do a video series, let's say I may do a video series on the problems that mothers have to, let's say, let me think of a good headline. Top problems that families may experience when running their own business, right? So now I can break it up into different elements of areas. So, let's say, I'm going to do a video series on areas where people may have problems in running their business during the day and how they can manage it.

But you want to have a headline that's like, hey, everyone, this is Rhonda Swan from the Unstoppable Family. Today, I'm going to share with you how exactly to manage a business while running a family, right? So we want to give, they want to know exactly what you're going to be sharing with them. So you always want to open up to either what it is or asking them a question.

So, for instance, some people are, I talked to another people today that were at retirement level and their retirement's out. They have to take control of their business. So, for instance, they have to take control of themselves. So you may start off in a video or even in a post asking that question, right?

How many of you are at retirement age right now and you have no retirement left? Well, in this four-week video series, I'm going to share with you exact steps that you can take to start developing a residual income and building back your retirement. So you just gave them exact instruction as to what you're going to be sharing with them. And so in your hook, you always have to have, that little hook message that gets people to want to continue either reading or watching.

Okay, you following me? And of course, you know, without being said, if you're a boring, you know, slug, no one's going to watch it. Just flat out. So you got to get excited.

Enthusiasm begets enthusiasm. You don't have to be like me, but just have a little excitement, right? Because your audience is going to connect with you. But just don't be super boring, all right?

Okay. And I always, I always look at that person when I'm shooting a video, and I always look at that person when I'm writing a video or even writing a post. I look at that person. So today, you did your story, but you also identified what are the problems that they, that you had, and you identified who that customer is that can connect with that element of your story.

So I look at that woman. I see what she looks like. And when I'm speaking, more passion comes out of my voice because I'm talking to someone. Opposed to just like, oh, you're doing a video, and you're just like, talking it out, talking it out.

But see, there's no connection. You have to actually have connection to who you're speaking to, whether they're in front of you or not. A lot of times, I, in the beginning, I actually looked in the mirror, and I shot my videos in the mirror. And I would talk to me, because that's who the person I'm talking to.

And so it's a great way for you to start getting used to it and to getting it out there. That's right. The camera is your eyeball. Absolutely awesome.

Perfect. Okay. And so we want to talk directly to the customer and then write your question. You know, make sure that you do have a question out in front of you so that when you are getting ready to start a video, especially if it's a video, that you're asking that question.

I know John Penberthy does an incredible job on how he starts off his videos and really starts them off with a key word or the question that he's actually targeting for SEO purposes. Okay. So for body, now, the body of your video is really where your content's at. Now, this is the rules.

So I didn't tell you the rules in the beginning, because I want you to get it out there. Now, once you start shooting, and now you're really shooting with purpose, because in the beginning, we're really, not shooting with purpose, we're just shooting it to get it out there. So we want to make sure that you're three to five minutes on a story video, no more, because 76% of your views will go down if you go past three minutes. And once you get a five minute, you will drop down drastically.

Now, when you've earned the respect and you have the longevity, people will watch longer. My story video is 11 minutes long, but it's a highly produced one. In the beginning, I didn't highly produce them. I just shot them in small doses, right?

Five minutes, or you, people will literally say, I'll get to that later, and they'll never get to it. Okay. And of course, your, like a marketing or a message video, like a video series, two to three minutes maximum. So you've got to get really good at communication.

That's why we shoot every day. That's why we blog every day, so you get good at it. Right. I've shot hundreds of videos that I never even share, because some of them are just cruddy.

Right. But you just get through them, and you're like, okay, this one was, could have been better. Okay. Now, this is the call to action.

That I, kind of the, how I follow all of my, whether it's a post, whether it's a Facebook post, a blog post, or a video, I use what's called a three to one ratio. I do three to ones a lot. Three to one, there's, there's been a study done on how people view information, and how they take action on information. And people will take action on information if it comes in, if they feel like they're, they're not being sold, not being closed.

So a three to one is like, oh, I'm going to do this, soft, soft, soft, hard. So even on my Facebook post, you'll see during my day, it'll more be like information, information, soft, and then I'll actually ask people to take action, even on my Facebook pages, because they're just loving what I have to say all day, and then I finally like, do something. Just like you'll do in a video series. We're going to set a video series up, where it's more content, content, content, close.

Just like an email, right? An email, your email autoresponders really should be in that fashion, where people are feeling like they're getting so much content from you, that they end up wanting to do it. So I'm going to do a three to one ratio, wanting you to ask them to do something, okay? So I use that soft three to one.

So the soft is your three, which is like maybe, you know, I'd like to invite you to my blog to read more about the inspirational things that I do. That's more of a soft. Or if you like this, you'll love this. That's, I learned that one from Lawrence Tam.

I absolutely love it. It's like pre-framing people. So we pre-frame them. We're, we're, we're teaching, sharing them what they're going to really love, what we're going to teach them.

If you love this, you're really going to love this, right? So you're already pre-framing their mindset to know that they need to see that either the next email, they need to see the next post, or they need to see the next video, okay? So your soft calls to action are still calls to action. They're just not annoying, you know, aggravating, like the way I like to see them.

And then the last one is your heart, which is flat out, I want you to click below, okay? I want you to do something right now. And you can, a lot of times I will even say it, okay, now is the time, it's, now it's time to take action. I've been sharing with you all week how my family has left corporate, traveling the world.

I'm home with my daughters every day, and now I want you to do something. You see how nice it is when you actually start thinking in segments? See, I always think in the problems that I'm solving, and they always break down typically into a series. So when you start thinking that way, and we then can begin to break out the content that we're writing or our story, right?

When you start pulling out the problems and breaking them up, it allows things to be more digestible for you to either put in a blog post or to put in a video. You guys follow me on that? Yeah, breaking things down, of course, in bite pieces helps, but what it does is not just for you, it also helps your follower, right? Because your follower, they can only really take bite-sized pieces, right?

Just like you guys, you guys really don't want to listen for more than 20 seconds, right? We'd lose track. So we do the same thing with our audience. That's why we shoot a video, and let's say the autoresponders will send them an audio to come back to the next video.

That's why we do the same thing with our audience. That's why we do the same thing with our followers. That's why we do everything in bite-sized pieces to keep people wanting to come back. Okay, so let's see.

I'm going to actually blast down to this, because I want to go right directly to video series, because we're going to, you guys are going to have a full, probably over 30, 35 minutes to actually get it done, okay? And the video series piece is very powerful, because it not only gives you a topic to start with, but it keeps your topic all week. It gives your mind what you're going to do each day. So for those of you guys that are here today that are in number one and number two group, you're going to break down a video series based on your story, okay?

That's how you're going to start. I'm going to show you how to do that. Those of you that are more advanced are going to, you can break down your story, but I also want to give you guys ways that you can create a video series based on different topics of value, so that you can use that as a marketing piece as well, okay? So how we like to look at a video series is this.

I typically do on a Sunday, I will plan for my topic. So let's say the topic is, let's say my most recent video series was the four characteristics of wealth. That was my topic, okay? So I start off the four characteristics of wealth.

It's going to help you guys that are brand new keep so focused, because you're like, Sunday, that's what I'm talking about. Talk about the characteristics of wealth all week. And what happens, it allows your, your audience stays engaged. They're going to be engaged with you all week on a blog post, through your email, right through your Facebook pages, because they just kind of know what to expect from you.

So someone might tune out this week, because they're like, I don't care about that. It might be about moms, but then you target something that they do care about, and they start seeing your topics, and people start to feel your flow, and then they're waiting to see what you're going to share with next. So on a Sunday, what I'll do is I'll set my topic, and let's say it's the four characteristics of wealth. On Monday, now I'm prepping a video.

Now, what I typically will do in my video series, I usually shoot them all at once, because you're in the flow, you're in the mindset, you do the pre-work, that's why we did pre-work here, so you guys came here and were ready, right? So that's another quick hint. Always prepare, because you always, you get so much more value when you do. Because when you're just shooting a video, writing a post, you're just like, ah, and you kind of forget, and you're not on point at all, right?

So then our purpose is lost. Always on purpose. This is a million dollar business, right? Yeah.

This is your big business, and so to goof it off as I'm going to get it done, don't do it, because you're just going to waste someone's time when they can watch my video. I'm serious, right? You get that. Like, always think that way.

I think that way. Like, if I'm not nailing this, then I'm not really going to do it, because all I'm going to do is waste their time, and they're going to go, she just wasted my time. This is my business. This is how I run things.

You run it like a big business. So, okay. Now, I want, remember, level one and level two, I want you to think in story right now. Okay, I'm going to go through story, and then we'll talk about topic.

All right, so for your story, when you're breaking out your story in a four series, it is, again, just like your story outline was. This is who I am, right? You're going to go, your opener will be, hey, this is Rhonda Swan from the Estoppel family. All week this week, I'm going to share with you how my family went from bankrupt to traveling around the world and generating a multiple six-figure income anywhere in the world.

And I want you to be here all week. Because every day, I'm going to show you a different element of how we have done it. I learn from so many people by watching their story and watching the way they've become successful. And I've mirrored after these amazing people and watched the methods that they have used.

Great mentors are vital to any lifestyle or any business. So, today, I want to prepare you guys. If you are really excited about what I just said, you're going to love tomorrow. Right?

So, either come back to my Facebook page tomorrow to see the video. I will launch it at 9 a.m. Right? That's another close.

Right? That's a soft close. Or it might be, look out for the email for tomorrow because you're going to get the video tomorrow. Right?

So, do you see how I'm doing that? Kind of pre-framing them. So, for many of you guys, it might just start it off. You might do it on Facebook.

Or you might do it on a blog post. Right? But always have a point that they're going to look forward to. So, video one for story would be…

Soft call to action. Look out for tomorrow's video. Prepare for tomorrow. Whatever your call to action is.

Then, the second one is going to be… These are the problems that I had. Right? So, we'll start it off again.

Okay, this is video two of how the heck my family went from bankrupt to traveling the world. Right? And I go through the elements of problems that I had. These are the problems I had.

Have you ever considered… Are you a mom? Right? And don't want to put your kids in daycare?

I was that same person. Right? So, you start sharing more content. And start teasing them and getting them like, Yeah, that is me.

That is me. That is me. That is me. And at the end of that video, right?

They're always going to be under three minutes. Then, you say, you know what? If you really dug the problems tonight, tomorrow, I'm actually going to show you the vision of how we're doing it and where we're going. Make sure you're coming back tomorrow.

Make sure you get the email tomorrow. Be sure you're back on this fan page at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Be sure that you go to my blog tomorrow.

Right? See what I'm saying? But it's not… It's soft.

You know, it's very soft. No one's… They're like, okay, I'll be there. It's still hard.

You're not asking them to buy anything yet. Right? And then video four is, right, that solution. And you're solving that problem flat out.

Now, day four is, this is the vision that I've had. And this is the solution that I found. So, you just break up all the elements of your story into small bite pieces that are digestible. And what's going to happen is many of you guys might find friends or people that have watched you for a long time will never have heard that from you.

This just happened. I had my group here all week at a house. We did these. And this morning, several of our people are like, oh, my gosh.

I actually got that first video up. And two people started this morning with Nathan from New Zealand on my team. He's like, all I did is started actually sharing. Sharing.

Sharing his vision. So, you'd be amazed. Some of you think, oh, they don't really care. But when you express yourself and share with people, they really truly will start to follow.

Okay. So, that's the group one and two, how you want to do your story. Okay? You want to break up your story into bite pieces.

Okay? This is, you're setting it up. This is the problem that I had. This is the vision that I've got.

And this is the solution. Now, for those of you guys that are kind of have nailed your video or you've really got your video down, what you can do is very powerful. And everyone will be doing this. It's just the level that you're at right now is taking topics, right?

For instance, I will do topics on all different books that I find, all different, you know, beliefs and visions that I've got. I will create a topic. And you give. You give content, right?

I do a lot of branding. So, I'll do a branding message of what's needed to be successful in a home-based business. Right? That's just another video series.

Right? So, what's needed? First, you've got to have a brand. You've got to identify who you are.

You've got to know exactly, you know, who you want to be and your uniqueness to the marketplace. Second is, you've got to have a story. You've got to have a blog. Right?

You see, you've got to have, you've got to know how to get this stuff out to the world. Number three is, you've got to learn how to market it. You've got to learn how to get it out there. You've got to have the education.

Fourth, solution is Empower Network. Do you see how that just worked? You just, you take and break down educational pieces into four different parts, and people will begin to follow. We have done video series.

We did a, I don't even know how long. It was like a 90 days or something because we were road tripping. You know, day one of, you know, unstoppable road tripping. It was amazing what happened.

All we did was shoot dumb videos in the car while we were road tripping. We did all kinds of crazy stuff. But people like to follow a sequence. Okay?

So, I'm going to show you a video series. So, when you're just starting out, you literally can take and create an attractive following just by giving them content. Okay? So, what we're going to do right now, because we have two o'clock on the dime, you have to be in your workshop.

So, what I want you guys to do right now is group one and group two, I want you, if you have not shot that first video, and it could be good, bad, and ugly, right, get your arm out there. Have someone do it for you. I want you to get that video out. I want you to get it recorded.

Those of you that are a little bit more advanced, I want you to get that video out. I want you to get it recorded. Number two, you might be really ready to break that video up into a four-part series. Or even if it's just outlining it, organizing it.

Okay? Because organizing it and having the topics and being prepared to shoot them is so powerful. I'll plan on Sunday, and I write out each day, and then I go and research data, stats that I need to share. Like, the other one I did was, I found out there were 79 million people, Forbes magazine did a study that 79 million people were shooting.

And I was like, wow, that's a lot of people that are going to start a home-based business in the next five years. That's huge. That means there's a lot of people looking for what we have. Right?

So that's just a little stat that I use. So especially when you can educate someone, plan them out. Don't just talk them out. Plan them out.

And research what those customers that you've identified today, what problems they have, what things that they look for. So you can really get some good content delivered, and that you have people that will continue to follow. Okay? Okay?

So number ones are going. Number two is going to get that story shot. You're going to just get it out there. Number twos, and all in one, up to three to five minutes, no more than three to five minutes.

The number two group is going to break down the story that you created, and break it into a video series, four-part video series. Each of them are no more than three minutes. Okay? And then those that are more advanced and kind of already have this down, I want you to organize a four-week series that has a topic that you can speak on.

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? Okay? Okay? Okay?

Okay? And to start syndicating it and sharing it with the world right away. Okay? So that's what we're going to do now for the next, like, 35 minutes before the next session starts.

Does anyone have any questions? If you do, if they're beneficial to the whole group, we'll do, like, one or two questions here, and then you can bring it to me. You guys good? Okay.

Why don't you come up here then to me. If someone has a specific question, they can… Ron does, because Ron has suggested breaking down your story into multiple video segments and you shoot them basically all one at a time. And I was wondering if it's advantageous or not to have, say, a slightly different background for each one just to make it look like it's another day or whatever.

Yeah, I mean, certainly that's, you know, it makes it fun. Background actually makes things a lot more fun. I mean, if you're, never really do them in front of your computer unless it's a training video. I really almost want to say never because if you wanted someone to turn it off, that's how they turn them off.

You know, like, really, that is how they, I mean, certainly when you're being educated and I'll do a webinar and I'll hang out, you know, I got to teach them something because I share my screen. Everything else, I'm either, I do a lot of arm videos. I do because it makes them real. If I have too much highly produced stuff, people can't feel the connection.

I've now, I'm unreachable. In fact, I had a lot of people here at this event that's like, I love everything you do. I'm like, why didn't you get started with me? Because you were unreachable.

I was like, oh, shoot, okay, that gave me a breakthrough, right? Because we have people that love what we do. They think that we've been in too long. So make sure that you maintain some believability.

So most of the stuff that I do now is all believability stuff because you want people to know they can do it too. They can, you're like, if you've loved this all week, I've been walking around, if you notice, all week I've been walking around my neighborhood and sharing how I'm with my kids today. I've been to my PJs working and I'm getting ready to go get my kid from school bus. If you want to know how I did that, then you should definitely go over and follow this link that's going to take you to that blueprint.

See, it's just life, right? So we can share life. But yeah, changing backgrounds is important. Whether it's cold, whatever it might be, it's more important than sitting in front of your computer.

That's a great one. Yeah, well, I prep them in the soft, saying, you know, if you like this, make sure you're here tomorrow. Sometimes I will say, you know, if you really enjoyed this and want to see more of my video series, feel free to go on over to my blog. Because I look at my blog like it's my home.

It's like an easy, soft section, a way for people to kind of enjoy what I got going on. It's like inviting someone to your party. So they don't feel weird about going to your party. Right?

So that's a really great way to just bring people and get more traffic to your blog. A lot of times I will, actually, let me show you guys the wheel really quick, because that will be a good piece. Because what I'll do with my marketing wheel is I will always write a blog post. More people are up to clicking, at least I've found, clicking over to an actual posted, a post link, opposed to just a link link.

Like, unstoppablefamily.com. I'll get more. I'll get more people go to unstoppablefamily.com slash how to have success in a home-based business or how I left my corporate job to be with my kid. They'll click more up to click on that because they know it's a post and more content opposed to just going to a website.

So this is how I, and every single day this keeps me ultimately organized to produce content. Some people are like, how the heck do you produce that much content and video and have a kid every day? Because all I do is this. And within like an hour and a half, I'm completely finished.

And this will help you guys organize yourself as well. I mean, and when you're new, really building trust is a big deal. Like, absolutely, list building is vital. So I have an opt-in box on my blog.

Building a list is vital. But when we're selling too, too much, especially even in an email list, you know, our first, you know, emails, we just actually learned this from Vic, right? Vic said in his first emails, he doesn't, he just says, welcome, nice to meet you. He's building a relationship, but he doesn't even give them a link for five.

Because you want people to trust you. Too much links, they're like, they're selling me something, right? So yeah. Yeah.

And they might unsubscribe. That's right. So that's a, it's another great way to sift people out, to really, you know, find those that are part of that, that target. This shouldn't be in your list.

Yeah. Okay, perfect. So I want to just make sure we have this. I want you guys to have time to get this done.

So this is like your time to really shoot. Because a lot of times we leave these masterminds and we don't get that initial one done. Because once you get this initial one done, the structure's in your mind. You'll go back.

You'll go back home, review the notes, and then shoot it. Yeah, while he's fixing that. Yes. My question, my question is, if you're going to do a video series, well, you need to get, if you want to leave, or, I mean, my question is, the video series, should I post it on the blog and make an opt-in on the first one?

And from the opt-in, send them to the blog? Or should I use like a funnel? And those. And those videos not being on my blog, but like in a video series page.

Yeah, I mean, absolutely. That's like a second level question, certainly. Like, yeah, that's always a great way is you create a video series and then you say, you know, click on over here to get on the list. You can get part of this, more of this education, or more of this information, or more free information, or my free marketing tips, right?

That's a great way to get people on your list so you can share more with them. Right. As for the basics for everyone, that's just really. You want to just keep getting in habit of shooting videos and pulling that list forward so your people will really be attracted to you.

But then, that's when you then break into creating a video series. Now you've got it down and you've really got one that's really powerful. And you invite them on over to your blog. They may just have one big lead capture form, right?

And I do that a lot. I put a lot on my blog because I just want them there. I just want them at my party. I want them to poke around.

So you can put an opt-in box there saying, you know, this video series is going to be We'll continue. Please put your name in here. I do a lot of free building. I build a lot of content to get people following me.

And then they get started because I haven't really been selling it. I've just been giving them a lot of content. But that's definitely a great way to do it. Okay.

Okay. So this is the marketing wheel. And I would just write this one down really quickly because this will help your day organize so much better. Because a lot of times, you're like, what do I talk about today?

So set your intention for Sunday. Set your topic for Sunday. And then I utilize, of course, video as my hub. I will shoot.

I will shoot a video on a topic. Then I create a blog post around it. So I'll put the video on my blog post. Then I create a keyword-rich blog post around that video.

Now, I do a backy-downy. I'll start here, right? I create the video. I'll go to YouTube.

Create the blog post. And boom, immediately, the very first link for that video is the blog post. I always put the blog posted link there. So I can continue.

I bring traffic back and forth to my blog. So once I create the video, then I do the post. Then I syndicate it to my list. I'll either share my list.

I'll have my daily email that I send. And I'll say, today, I've been creating a video series all week. Click on over here to go see this video series about how I went from bankrupt to traveling the world, right? So in your email, I always give my blog posts in my emails.

Because I want to keep them, if they're not ready to buy, because I will have my calls to action. On my email, I send them. But if they're not ready to buy yet, I still want them to do, you know, to kind of just learn more about me and learn more about what I'm talking about. So I will always add that blog post link in my email.

Then I syndicate it to Twitter, you know, LinkedIn. Facebook, I should have a circle around Facebook. Facebook is completely separate than anything else, the way I look at Facebook. Any video I ever do, it always goes directly to Facebook.

Because if you use a YouTube link. It's fine now because they've changed it and they open up YouTube right on the page. You get more clicks and more views and more shares if it's just a video. If it's directly uploaded.

Because you can headline that video on Facebook. It actually has a headline of your video. I always write a story. I use storytelling about what I'm talking about.

And then you can give them your call to action on Facebook. Facebook's its own beast. It's like its own network. So I do everything organically.

I'm organically up into Facebook so then I can get more shares, the more value I give. In a video series on Facebook, I would not in the beginning give any links. Just let them watch it. So I will sometimes do just a video series for Facebook.

I'm like, if you really love this video, tomorrow make sure you're here at 9 in the morning because I'm going to now share with you that second characteristic of wealth or that second way, that other way that I've been able to create residual income while sleeping or how I create residual income while traveling. And that's what I'm going to be doing. I'm going to be doing a video series that's going to help you with that. So I'm going to be sharing my personal growth, my growth, my growth in the world.

Like these are my topics of my core message. Do you see how it's starting to tie together? Yeah? Is it starting to tie together for you guys?

Yeah. That's a great question. Ah, awesome. He asked if it should be on my fan page or my personal page.

This is the deal about fan pages and personal pages. Fan pages are really for promotion, right? That's kind of Facebook's way of getting us to pay them. The fan page, not as many people will see your fan page posts unless you're promoting them.

Now, the difference in a fan page and a personal page, it's not a big deal. It's a big deal. The difference in a fan page is they're indexed by Google. Your actual fan pages, the posts you put on fan pages will be indexed.

Your personal pages are not. So when I have a post that is very powerful that I want, that I'm maybe promoting on my fan page, I will also put it on my personal pages to get more interaction, more views, right? So I always share both and, you know, I'll get more views, more likes, more clicks if it's on my personal page, but it gets indexed on my fan page. So I will.

I will always either directly upload independently or I will become Rhonda and share my Unstoppable Family post to Rhonda. See how I do that? And that's the only way that you can get your posts indexed. Personal pages are not indexed.

So that's why I do both. So let's stop now and let's, now we're kind of going in our independent zone now, okay? This is about you and you guys taking those actions. So let's get a video shot.

If you're in number one group, just get it in front of you. If you haven't done that yet, and then prepare your video series if you're advanced. And if you're in the middle group, you can break out your story into a four-part series. Yeah?

We good? Yeah? You guys okay? After lunch, you're like, I got those eyeballs, those fish eyes.

So we're going to end now and get into action. All right, you guys. Awesome. Thank you.

So what you can do, once you get your story set, guys, you're going to be able to get that core message, that core foundation, and now you're identifying who those customers are. This is what makes the story point so amazing, once you get it set, is now, once you have it, now you can see all the different problems that you had, then you bring those problems up and out, and then you highlight them, and you write another story really targeting that problem.

So, video one for story would be... Soft call to action. Look out for tomorrow's video.

Prepare for tomorrow. Whatever your call to action is. Then, the second one is going to be... These are the problems that I had. Right?

So, we'll start it off again. Okay, this is video two of how the heck my family went from bankrupt to traveling the world. Right? And I go through the elements of problems that I had. These are the problems I had.

Have you ever considered... Are you a mom? Right? And don't want to put your kids in daycare? I was that same person.

Right? So, you start sharing more content. And start teasing them and getting them like, yeah, that is me.

But it's not... It's soft. You know, it's very soft. No one's...

They're like, okay, I'll be there.

He's like, all I did is started actually sharing his vision.

And you give content, right?

If someone has a specific question, they can... Ron does, because Ron has suggested breaking down your story into multiple video segments and you shoot them basically all one at a time.

More people are up to clicking, at least I've found, clicking over to an actual posted, a post link, opposed to just a link. Like, unstoppablefamily.com.

Awesome.

Thank you.
