Refund Policy

The short version: every purchase we take money for carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, and that includes the Blogging System. Subscriptions also cancel any time and stop billing at the end of the period you paid for. Restored give-back courses were free, so there is nothing to refund. If a charge looks wrong, talk to us before your bank; we are faster.

The 30-Day Guarantee

Plain English: 30 days, full refund, no interrogation. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full to your original payment method. We may ask what didn’t work for you, because we actually want to know, but the refund does not depend on your answer.

This covers everything we sell: one-time course purchases, the Formulas Track, the Classic Vault, the draft add-ons, and the Blogging System subscription in both terms — the $25 month and the $197 year. The sales letter says “thirty days, full refund, no questions asked,” and this page is where that promise is binding rather than persuasive. If any page on this site ever appears to say something narrower, this one governs, and it governs in your favour.

Subscriptions

Subscription products — the Blogging System, Blogging System Pro, and the monthly draft add-on — can be cancelled at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future billing; your access runs through the end of the period you already paid for.

The first 30 days are refundable in full, as above. After that, cancelling is forward-looking: we do not prorate a partial period and we do not refund periods you have already used. You keep everything either way — your posts and your subscriber list export on your way out, the same as they do on any other day.

One-Time Purchases

Courses, the Formulas Track and the Classic Vault are one-time payments with lifetime access, and they carry the same 30 days. Go through an entire course. If it was not worth it, one email inside 30 days returns every dollar and you keep what you learned.

Restored (Give-Back) Courses

Courses restored free to original purchasers involve no payment and therefore no refund. Access is a goodwill gesture per our Terms.

Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong or you want your money back, contact us before calling your bank. A direct request is faster than a chargeback, usually by weeks, and we will not argue with you about a refund you are entitled to. Chargebacks cost everyone time and can freeze your account while the bank investigates, so give us the first shot.

Fair Use of the Guarantee

The guarantee exists so buying from us is safe. It is not a free rental system for the course library. If a repeated pattern of purchase, download, and refund makes it clear that is what is happening, we may decline further refunds or future sales for that account. This is rare, it applies to patterns and never to one honest refund, and we will tell you directly if it applies to you.

How to Request

Contact support through this site with the email you purchased under. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
