Why Sarita Klees Puts Her Why Before the Tactics

Every training in a course like this promises a tactic: a funnel, a script, a platform hack. Start with the tactic before you’ve settled why you’re doing any of it, though, and the first hard week sends you right back to the couch. That’s the gap a short introduction like this one exists to close, before the technical training that follows ever begins.

As someone trying to build something on the side while a family, a job, and everything else are still pulling at your time, you already know how fast a tactics-first approach falls apart the moment life gets in the way. Sarita Klees opens her segment at the Unstoppable Mastermind by refusing to start with a tactic at all. She’s a stay-at-home mother of two from Perth, Western Australia, and she introduces her entire session on mindset and law of attraction with a single, short statement of why she’s standing there in the first place.

Why put a reason in front of the tactics instead of after them?

Sarita frames her purpose before she frames anything technical. As she puts it, “I’m here for my children, I’m here to provide a better life for me and my family and to inspire others to do the same.” Notice what’s missing from that sentence: no product, no plan, no number attached. Just the reason the rest of it exists. That ordering is the actual argument behind putting a mindset and law of attraction session ahead of a stack of tactical trainings. If the reason isn’t settled first, the tactics that follow have nothing to attach to, and the first setback empties the tank.

It’s a small moment, but it’s a deliberate one. Most people building an online business skip straight to the how, because the how feels productive and the why feels soft. Sarita’s introduction argues the opposite order, and she’s not alone in that belief among the speakers at this event. The tactics get taught. They just don’t get taught first.

What does “pursuing your why” actually change day to day?

The phrase she uses to describe her own segment is worth sitting with on its own.

pursuing your why, achieving your dreams for a reason and giving back

Read that slowly and it splits into three separate ideas most people blur into one. Pursuing your why is the daily discipline, the thing that gets you back to the desk on the night you’d rather quit. Achieving your dreams for a reason means the dream isn’t generic, it’s tied to something specific enough to survive contact with a bad week, in her case two children she’s building a different life for. Giving back is the part that turns a personal goal into something durable, because a goal that only serves you runs out of fuel a lot faster than one that’s meant to reach past you.

That third piece, giving back, is also the one most tactical trainings never mention at all. It’s easy to teach a funnel. It’s harder to teach a reason big enough to keep running that funnel when it isn’t working yet, and Sarita puts the reason first because she knows which one actually survives the hard months.

Is a mindset segment actually worth your time before the tactics start?

Here’s the objection worth naming honestly: mindset and law of attraction can sound like filler standing between you and the parts of the course that teach an actual skill. Sarita’s own framing pushes back on that directly. She isn’t offering a motivational aside before the real content starts. She’s naming the exact reason her own results are attached to her family and to inspiring other people to do the same thing, and that reason is doing real work: it’s the difference between grinding through a slow month and quitting in one.

What she previews here is short by design, a couple of sentences instead of a full training, because her job in this opening is to hand you the frame before the rest of the session fills it in. Watch it expecting a doorway, not a destination, and the training that follows will actually have something solid to land on.
