Inner Power and the Power of Belief: Dee Verrengia’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook Triangle Funnel

This lesson is part of Unstoppable Dream
The full recording is free with an account. One email gets you in.

You’ve posted your link in every group that will let you. You’ve got a business opportunity post going out in a group of 20,000 people and it gets buried by the next ten posts before anyone reads it. Meanwhile you’re exhausted from convincing strangers to trust you, because convincing is the whole job when nobody’s built any trust yet.

Dee Verrengia opened her session at the Unstoppable Mastermind by handing the room a paper and a pen instead of a slide deck. She told them upfront this wasn’t theory or something she’d read in a book. It was something she runs herself, every single day. What she drew out, corner by corner, was a triangle: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and under each one, exactly what she does and why.

Why does posting into a 20,000-person group get you nowhere?

Dee pointed straight at a group her own husband Justin built, over 20,000 members, full of links posted around the clock. Then she pointed at her own group, built around one rule: no links, ever. Just motivation and inspiration people can actually post in.

But for some reason, every time I post my video with no link at all, I get over a thousand views.

That’s the internal conflict most people in network marketing never resolve. You assume more links and more pitches equal more sales, so you cram every post with a call to action, and the room tunes you out exactly the way it tunes out everyone else doing the same thing. Dee’s group works because it isn’t competing with a feed full of pitches. It’s the one place her members go to feel like part of something, which is the tribe atmosphere she credits to watching how Rhonda builds community. People stay because nobody’s selling them anything, and staying is what makes the eventual ask land.

What happens when your funnel is built to never actually sell?

Here’s the mechanism underneath the whole triangle. On Instagram, instead of the generic link-in-my-profile line that every other marketer in the space uses, Dee asks people to DM her. Once they message her, she asks for their email so she can add them to her private Facebook group. Once they’re in the group, she still doesn’t pitch them. She gives them value, same as Justin’s value-demonstration teaching, until they’re the ones asking her what’s next.

She tested exactly how far that trust travels with her own seven-dollar book. The first time she shared it, she forgot to include the checkout link entirely. She woke up the next morning to more than 400 messages across three inboxes from people asking for a way to get a book they’d never even seen a link for. As she put it to the room, “I no longer have to convince people.” The proceeds from that book went to local charities, which is part of why people trust her enough to ask before she ever asks them. By the time someone reaches her sales page, they’ve already DM’d her, given up their email, and sat in a group that never once pitched them. They’re not being sold. They’re already asking for it.

  • Instagram: DM me, then trade an email for access to a private group.
  • Facebook group: daily posting, tribe atmosphere, zero links, ever.
  • Video and blog links split by personality type, so analytical people and relationship people each get the format that actually moves them.
  • Sales page only after someone has already worked to qualify themselves as a lead.

Why did a tweet about a Mini Cooper reach people her own market never could?

The Twitter corner of the triangle isn’t for the audience she already has. It’s for the one she doesn’t. While she and Justin were shopping for a car, Dee tweeted about the Mini Cooper she wanted, and Mini’s own corporate account replied. Suddenly she had a channel into an account with roughly 10,000 followers who had never heard of her, her business, or the word freedompreneur, because none of them were looking for a business opportunity in the first place.

That’s the challenge she’s really addressing: every tactic taught in this space assumes you’re fishing in the same pond as every other marketer. Dee’s counter is to build relationships with traditional businesses too, the car wash, the restaurant, anywhere you’re already a genuine customer, and to tweet about it like an actual person instead of a pitch machine. She’s said elsewhere that the people she has the most impact with are total strangers to her, people who’ve never heard her name before that day. Reach the people your competitors can’t see, and there’s no competition to fight through at all.

Why does believing you have enough time change what you do with it?

Dee closed by turning the room’s attention inward, because a funnel this deliberate only gets built by someone who believes she has time to build it. Her own answer to the excuse of not having enough hours was blunt: “there is no I can’t. There is I don’t want to and I don’t believe I deserve it.” Her exercise was simple. Record your own voice stating you have more than enough time in the day for exactly what you want it for, then play it back on a loop while you shower, walk, or fall asleep, until your subconscious stops arguing with it.

Her why is her husband and their three grown children, and the belief that starting later than you planned, at 45 or 51, is still starting on time.

So, I want you to put your hands up. Clap them. Clap them. Put them down.

Put them down. Put them down. Put them down. Put your hands up.

Put them down. Put them down. Keep reaching lower. Keep reaching lower.

Put your hands up. Thank you. Have a seat. Have a seat.

Get out a new sheet of paper. And the reason why I'm going to ask you to get a paper, if you don't have one ask your neighbor for one is because I'm I'm old school you know when I am learning something when I'm teaching something I first write it out that's how I visualize it which is why I'm able to observe people's mannerisms and see like oh she is boring as heck or oh I'm learning a lot so that's why I'm gonna be walking around and if you have questions you can literally stop me okay and this will be fast because what I'm implementing what I'm gonna be sharing with you how to implement is something that I've been perfecting over the last seven years and before I share it with you I want you to understand how well it works okay so here's a text message can you read to me this name on the text message Frank Kern okay when I first got on that phone call okay the intention of the phone call was to start a conversation with you and I wanted to start a conversation with you and I wanted to start a conversation with you came to me in the next week I said fine I'm listening in the interesting connection you bring up I don't because that way if you had on a phone call I don't you would of talked to me I don't think you would of talked to me you can go down a phone card that says crack up by 84 I don't think I would my phone goes off do I need your service and I don't know how long it would take to get your service so it wasn't you know I was actually talking about a question what direction it should go instead of so I said bring up a call that I think is important for me and where does that seven years, except one thing, what I'm going to be sharing with you now.

So when I'm telling you that this is not something that I've learned in a theory, or I've read it in a book, or I heard somebody else talk about it, this is something that I literally do on a day-to-day basis, because my intention is not to hit the people just in our market. My intention is to hit the people around the world. Oprah did a tour. Does anybody follow Oprah at all?

Okay. So you guys, have you heard of her Life You Want tour? Okay, I watched the 30-second teaser of that video, and I created Bliss Talk TV, which is a live TV show. It took 30 seconds of watching her video in order for me to create my live show.

On your sheets of paper, I want you to write a triangle, and before you do it, watch how I do it. Because when we talk about implementing, I think it's really important to use the tools that you already have. How many of you… And be honest, okay?

Because right here, I feel like we're in a very safe space, right? Am I correct for assuming this? Yes. Okay.

How many of you have an advertising budget? How many of you have an advertising budget over $200 a day? What I'm teaching you right here is completely free. The reason why I focus on something free is because I feel that the stay-at-home mom can do it.

I feel that the guy who… Who golfs all day in his 50s, who is just tired, can do it. I feel that the college student who really does want to get a degree, even if they don't want to use the degree, can do it. So in the first corner of that triangle, I want you to write IG.

Anybody have an idea of what IG means? Internet gangsta. That too. It does mean that.

It does mean that. And then on the second corner… Okay. I want you to write Twitter, or T.

And then the third corner, I want you to write FB. So this one should be IG, this one should be T, and this one should be FB. T, FB. There's a reason why I'm telling you to write it that way.

Yeah. Does anybody have an idea of why I use Twitter? It's quick. Why else would I use Twitter?

Retweets. Retweets. That's what it is. That's why I use it.

I have a completely different target market. People add me on Facebook. They have 500 mutual friends. That's great.

Whoo hoo. You know John Penberthy. But the truth is, the people that I have the most impact with are the people who don't know me from Adam and Eve, period. These are the people that when I get on the call with them, and I'm talking about a text message or like a Skype, and I tell them that I'm doing something for $1,200, they don't hesitate and they go and buy it.

these are people that when I share with them that my Justin has a peep my husband has a PPC course and they've literally just raised the price to five grand but this one day only you'll get it for 1,500 they say okay where is the buy now link they don't even need to watch a video that's why I use Twitter so I want you to understand the value of it my mindset of it before you actually start going on there and thinking oh I might my desires to sell you have to have a bigger vision Oprah did her life you want tour she did it with the Chevrolet Stadium I believe it fills about 20 to 30,000 people I believe the largest empower event was a little bit over 6,000 do you see the difference how many people within those 20,000 do you think would want to hear your message 10 of them 100 of them maybe a couple thousand what we have is so much more powerful and I believe it's very important that we get outside of the mindset that we are stuck within this niche we are internet marketers we are network marketers we're work at homes the truth is social media doesn't like it so we need to step outside of that my best friend has a phrase that says step outside of the box everything that I do I remember his phrase if I could tolerate pain I would have probably got it tattooed across my forehead that's how much I believe it so under it under your Instagram I want you to write CTA CTA so it should look like this IG T FB and then CTA what do you think my call to action is on Instagram anyone what do you think it is wait wait let me let me see some hands cuz I can't focus what do you think my CTA is connect with me on Facebook retweet okay stand up what was your answer connect with me on Facebook yeah I send them to a social media my other call to action on Instagram that is actually more powerful I asked them to DM me DM on Instagram is means direct message you have to if you're gonna be using these communities you have to speak the language of the community if I say retweet on Instagram they know damn well I don't know Instagram let's just be honest right but if I say DM me they're like oh she's pretty hip you know I'm a she's reaching 30 she's pretty hip I got it so so I tell them to DM me on your Instagram DM DM me when they DM me what do you think I asked for anyone what do you think I asked for yeah I asked them for their email address to add them to a secret Facebook group so beneath faith Facebook I want you to write your group my group happens to be a win a women's group because at the time men I'm sorry I just wasn't targeting y'all but now I do you know cuz I realize especially now that I'm texting Frank Kern you just have to think bigger so I was sending people I would ask them hey I want to add you to my Facebook group but in order to do that I have to get your email not only do I have a valid email which works a lot better than any damn capture page I also have the email that they're using on Facebook everybody logs into Facebook did you log into Facebook today did you log into Facebook today let me ask another question who did not log into Facebook today one guy one guy so do you see how powerful that is to be able to connect with them that way after I add them to that women's group I still don't ask for a sale I'm sharing with them what Justin taught about a value demonstration why is that why do you think I do that I'm not asked them to buy anything they just came from Instagram they already gave me their email address now they're in my group why don't I ask them to buy something anybody have any idea why they can trust me they can trust me you know what ends up happening they ask me what they can buy and if I give them a low ticket they don't want to buy it they want the good like, no, D, no.

You've given me so much value. I don't want the $7 product. I don't want the $27 product. I want the $1,000 product.

I want the $5,000 product. How do I get access to that? That's how important it is to share value with people. A lot of times in our niche, we're thinking about making money.

We're thinking about making a sale. We're thinking about the bills that we have to pay. But the people watching you have to pay bills too, am I right? So if you think beyond that and you just give them value, I think at the end of the day, that's what has allowed me to tap into an audience that I know, without a shadow of a doubt, I will be on Oprah's stage with her.

That's how I'm doing it. I want to share with you exactly how I'm doing it. Because at the end of the day, I know many of you will say like, oh, we heard some great testimonials. We had a great message.

I learned some great training. Okay, I'm going to be learning how to do this. I'm going to be learning how to do this. But how many people here have an Instagram account?

How many people here have a Twitter? And how many people here have a Facebook? Well, Philo, you should probably deactivate yours. I don't know.

So in that Facebook group, there's something that I do to help them understand my value. And I've actually been a little bit slacking because this past month, I've been being a mom. I'm going to use that excuse. And then really, I've just been focused on creating a membership site.

And I'll go into that at another time. But I really want to help you understand how to expand from just this affiliate. You are more than an affiliate, okay? So underneath the Facebook group itself, like now you know you have to create one on Facebook.

I want you to write daily posting. Daily posting. And then it should have like another line. So like here is daily posting.

And then here, you literally need to write tribe atmosphere. Who do we learn a tribe from the best? Rhonda. Rhonda taught us how to create a family, a family group of people.

People that feel like they're a part of something. That skill right there is an 8, 9, 10 figure skill. Giving people a tribe atmosphere and giving them the opportunity to share their value with other people. So what would your target niche be if you had to target someone?

Mine at that particular time was women. What would your target niche be? Mine is corporate moms, corporate dads. Corporate moms, corporate dads.

Okay. You know, say you're a guy. I'm going to say corporate dads. And so the corporate dads he's connecting with.

The other dads who join your group, encourage them to post. Encourage them to share. Remember, there is more than enough for everyone. Once you start stifling people on sharing the content, then they, even if they want to join something, they feel restricted.

When people feel restricted, they push back, they leave. If you really want to help people get inspired to follow you till there's no end, people who have followed me. For the past seven years and every single time I'm thinking about making something and they're like, Hey, do you got something to sell? Like that, how does that happen?

Because I connected to them and I said, here's a group you can post in, post your videos. Women, they'd be posting their videos. No links. That's just my rule.

Your group can have whatever type of rule that you want it to have. My only rule is no links because at the end of the day, you don't need to sell people into something. Okay. They, you can go to any other group on Facebook and spam all.

You want to, this one is to share motivation. This one is to share inspiration. That's just what I focused on. That's what's worked for me.

But I know for a fact, Justin created a group. Nobody even knows. He's the creator of that group has over 20,000 members on Facebook. I'm not going to call you out like that.

I'm just saying. And that group has over 20,000 people on Facebook with tons of links in it all the time. But for some reason, every time I post my video with no link at all, I get over a thousand views. Thank you.

Facebook for telling me. How many views I get on my damn video now, but now I know, right? I knew it got views before, but now I know like, wow, this video got over a thousand views. Wow.

This video got over 1,500 views. How do I know? Facebook now tells me go to your videos. Now you'll see it.

So start posting your videos in Twitter. If you have Twitter, I said, the reason why I use Twitter is to hit an audience that I don't normally reach. Right. We were going to buy our car.

I knew I wanted a mini Justin. You know, he was looking at BMW, Tesla's, I don't know, all sorts of different cars. He was showing me videos of things, you know, with cars, wings flapping up. And I was like, where does Kwanian fit in that?

Like, I don't understand. And he he really had his mindset on just a beautiful, sexy man, Jedi car. And I was like, this is a really cool, sexy mom car. I really like that car.

Who did I tweet on Twitter? Mini. Why do you think I tweeted mini? I was able to hit a different audience.

All of a sudden, I'm so excited to get a mini. And I start tweeting them. Guess who replies me back? Okay.

If you were to go on Mini's Twitter, they have two different main accounts, Mini and then Mini USA. And I'm pretty sure they each have over 10,000. That's 10,000 people who would never, ever, ever have seen D Varengia. And those are people that every single time I go on my Twitter, I like your car.

Wow, those are really nice drives. Wait, wait a minute. What do you mean freedompreneur? How are you a retired beach bum?

Because that's my Twitter name, retired beach bum. When you are branding yourself and your name, I don't know if it's against Twitter's terms and conditions. I'm just going to be honest. I don't know.

It probably is against the terms and conditions to have more than one account because it is on several different social medias. Like I know on Instagram. No, you're saying no? No, I have two accounts.

I know, so do I. You have it too? Okay, see. But even if you do, if it is against the rules, I'm telling you not to do it.

If it isn't against the rules, well then so be it. But create one with your name and then create one with an image of something that you want to relate to people. Think bigger though. Think outside of this internet, network, marketing, make home for money online area.

Okay? Because once you can get outside of that, I believe you can start connecting with people that you would have never been able to connect to. So underneath, build relationships on Twitter. So you should have build relationships here.

And then say build with traditional businesses. So build relationships and then build with traditional businesses. You're going to get your car washed. You get your car washed every week at the same place.

Find out if they have a Twitter. You are going to a restaurant. Everybody loves the Olive Garden. Maybe you don't, but your grandma's dragging you there for Sunday dinner and you just happen to be going there.

Why not find out if they have a Twitter before you go? And tweet them. Be genuine in your tweet. Not just like, hey, I'm going to eat at Olive Garden.

But if you can really use that, I believe it's like a 120 character limit to share. Like, wow, I'm going to the Olive Garden and I can already taste the clams. Oh my goodness, I'm so excited to get this Mini Cooper. Let's see if I can get my husband on board.

If they share it with their audience, that's a whole different niche of people that you can connect to and you didn't have to pay for it. Remember I told you what I'm teaching you is what? Free. There's a reason why I'm teaching free techniques is because I really don't want to teach anything that would restrict you.

If for some reason your advertising budget just plummets and something happens or you're not able to have that extra $200 a day to do your advertising budget, I don't want you to stop promoting your business thinking you can't do it. Because at the end of the day, there is no I can't. There is I don't want to and I don't believe I deserve it. That's just the truth of it.

Does anyone else disagree with me? The next thing, next to your Twitter Yep, here. You need to put CTA. CTA to buy.

CTA to buy. On Twitter you have one link. And it's just like Instagram. So when you post that photo on Instagram and you tell people like go to the link in my profile.

Yeah, try again buddy. Like it's good and it does work but think differently. Every other marketer in our space is telling them to go to the link in their profile. Make them work for it.

Make them become qualified for it. If somebody takes the time to send me a message, if somebody takes the time to retweet something, to qualify for something. You know there are many people who will have contests or do things. Create a contest that forces them to share your content.

Create a competition or an opportunity that forces them to share your quote or to quote you on something or to share a photo that they've seen of you or to find something of yours and make them share it with their audience. People love to win. Especially when we're in our space they love to win and they love to make money while they do it. So underneath your call to action Okay, for example I have an image and you know it's just like one of those like not wearing makeup, like hair was sticking up, babies like right up on me.

You can tell that you know I was probably in the nude, you know cause I just had finished feeding her the baby still had bed head my husband's eyes were like in the corner like this like and I asked people if you could give me the best caption to this photo I will share with you a private group that I'm using to train people how to make thousands of dollars from home and all of a sudden people put themselves in a competition to become a lead I was like no they didn't. I was getting emails all day I was like just I'm so tired but I had to you know this is what I mean by that so that was my example.

I created a competition that forced them to be a lead because I wanted to think differently my vision is to think a lot bigger and to create a different space of people so under call to action to buy on twitter you need to write one line to the left that says blog and then another line that says videos so under call to action to buy one will say blog and then one will say videos and the reason why I make them different is because I am appealing to different types of people. You have your red personalities like Rhonda who are very driven and who are very focused on what it is that they need to do and they will do they will run over anything and they will do anything that they have to in order to get to there then you have your yellow personalities like Justin who care about the people not saying that she doesn't care about the people I'm saying that we are all predominantly one personality or the other.

They both have a very big mixture within them. Justin has a lot of red within him then you have the blues like my little sister having the time of her life you know just like Phu right then you have your greens like Jabril who are very analytical and they take a lot of time to do tedious things that's why he's not telling you just post one ad and slap a thousand dollars on it he says post fifty ads, post thirty ads. Why? Because he has a green personality and he can take the time to literally analyze the results.

When he's at my house the thing that I notice the most about him is the amount of time that he sits to pay attention to details him and Justin love numbers I hear numbers I walk away. I'm like eh I've heard that before okay you guys are just going over my head tell me when the math is over I'll come back that's just my personality. So by giving your audience different ways to communicate and to see you, you give them the opportunity to reach different types of people. Does that make sense?

So when I send them to my blog do you think that I'm selling them to do you think that I'm sending them to something to sell them with my intention is to sell them? Yes or no? What do you think? He says no.

What do you think I'm sending them? Then to? Value. Yeah value.

Everything that I orient around my whole funnel this whole process I'm sharing with you is value the reason why is because I'll post photos and I'm like oh yeah I've been checking you know emails it's been taking me a little bit cause it's true I get that other folder in Facebook because they're not friends already and then I'm just like man and I'm looking at this other folder and there's hundreds of messages and I'm like Justin you wanna do something with me he's like no I'm busy. He never helps. But the point is is that it takes time to go through this right?

And when I'm sending them to it by the time they've sent me a message on Facebook what do you think they're asking me? Yeah. What do I do? How can I join?

What do I have to do to get started? They're all buying questions. I no longer have to convince people. I no longer have to send them to videos about here's the opportunity here's what it's about.

You either wanna buy or you don't. Jabril reads my message on Facebook. Do I sell people? If they wanna be sold I stopped replying back to their messages.

I don't have that, my personality I just don't have the patience for and it's not my personality to sell you into something. But I will teach you something. I will give you something. That's why I do Bliss Talk TV for free.

That's why I've sold over 300 copies of my book and what did I do with the profits? I give it away to local charities. People see this at the end of the day and when I shot the video of the check and I'm like yes I get to give this check away they're like wait a minute what's this bitch do? How does she get a check and she gets to give it away?

That's why I'm sharing value I focus on value. So underneath video I want you to write sales page. Sales page. So underneath video write sales page.

Why do you think I send them to a sales page after I send them to a video? What would be your guess? Because they've already found out a bit that they don't not know you. Yeah I've created trust with them by giving them value.

Now I've made them work to become a lead. I put them in some type of competition. I've made them give me my email and a private message so I've made them work to become a lead. Now I know this person isn't lazy.

Now they're qualified for me. That's just my little way of finding out if they're qualified. By the time I give them a sales page I've been doing little tests. I have a $7 product.

My $7 product, no actually I believe it's like $7 and something. My test was the book. And I wrote this book with the intention of finding how many times could I sell this book without having to sell the book. The first time I sent the book out to be sold I forgot to put the link in my post.

How many emails do you think I got? I told people to buy this book and I forgot to put the link. Yep. How many people, how many emails do you think I got in my inbox?

100. How many do you think? How many do you think? 300.

When I went to bed that night I woke up the next morning with about 400 and something messages from people. And that was from three different inboxes. Because I was going through them all and I was like Justin I don't know how I'm going to get back and then he was like no just send them the link. But I hadn't finished it yet.

It wasn't on Amazon yet. So I completely forgot that I wrote this post, didn't send the content out and then now people are emailing me and then they're like oh Dee you know you forgot to put a link in there and I'm like oh yeah I'll send a link you know and of course because I took time and then you know it took me a while to get my book up through Amazon and then I completely forgot to go back and reply back to the messages and then when I did reply back they're like it's been a month. I'm like I'm sorry but you know if you would have been faster then I would have done it then of course I would have gotten a lot more sales.

So I wanted to share with you the way that I'm doing it is not because at the end of the day I'm not focused on money and I think people see that. Justin is what I'm saying true when I share the value and when I focus on helping people I think at the end of the day they want to know why you're doing it. So when I wrote a book and then I told them that the profits were being given to charities all of a sudden they knew my my why. When I shot a video or I posted like this little photo it was like this little video Kuan Yin is in her spaceship she's like you know being a baby and she's going through the house and Justin's on the other side and he's like come on and then she goes to him and she's all laughing and smiling I believe the video is less than a minute but that video shared with them my when I shoot a video and it's 15 second limit on Instagram and so in that video we all have access to that main house correct on my Instagram the last video that I posted it was actually while Justin was speaking so I'm running the test now but I had my little sister hold the iPhone up and I said I'm so excited to be sharing with you this house come on with me so I walked them through don't even get up to the door and I stopped the video there because it's only 15 seconds what do you think I asked them to do in the message yeah go to my Facebook if you actually want to see the rest of this video have I released this video yet no no I haven't I haven't even edited yet I don't even have the content of it yet I just have that 15 second clip I think when we are building we just have to learn and to open our minds to do it differently so everybody stand up how many people and if you can just be honest okay because I feel like if we if we play games or if we have a if we're just trying to you know just be cool and just be like everyone else or just fit in within I think we're just kidding ourselves you know when I focus on anything that I'm doing I'm focusing on transformation that's what I do I focus on giving value and transforming people from the inside out why because I understand this is the biggest way that I can have an influence on them sharing a value demonstration and helping them see something different so I'm going to ask some questions okay and if you agree I want you to just repeat it if you don't agree have a seat that's fine I am committed I am committed I am committed I am committed I am committed I am committed I have a purpose being a very analytical person what do you guys think I'm doing as I'm listening to you say it what do you think I'm doing I have a purpose I have a purpose I have a dream and I have a dream that everybody would be so connected with their dream and their why that when they think about it it makes them cry my why is my husband our three children and to be able to provide them with the life that I know that they deserve and our children are older they're 23 and 22 years old and we've encouraged them to live the life of their dreams and so we live the life of our dreams and we want them to feel that dream and we're on our way to getting to that dream but we're not there yet and we're trying and we are we are going there and I want to inspire people that know no matter what age they are in life that their dreams are still possible my husband is 51 and he's just getting started I'm 45 and I'm just getting started and I don't want our children to be 45 and 51 and just be getting started I want to be that role model for them now and to inspire them and to inspire everyone here at no matter what age you are to connect with your dream and to live that dream now give me your hand I am committed I am committed I am already acquired my dream I am already acquired my dream when she spoke she said she wasn't there you are there you are already there I am already here I am already there I am already there not yesterday not yesterday not tomorrow not tomorrow but today today thank you thank you excuse me can we turn it up yup please I would like to change the amount of quality time I get to spend with my child can you repeat this after me I have 24 hours in a day I have 24 hours in a day I have 24 hours in a day I have 24 hours in a day guys can you help her I have 24 hours in a day I have 24 hours in a day I have all the time in the world I have all the time in the world I have all the time in the world I believe I have all the time in the world I believe I have all the time in the world I believe I have all the time in the world guys can you repeat that with her I believe I have all the time in the world have all the time in the world I believe I have all the time in the world here's why it's so important for you to continually say that the same amount of 24 hours that you have in a day is the same amount of 24 hours that we all have in a day and until you actually start believing that you have enough time in your day that's when you're actually able to program physically your body to place that action to give you more time but in your mind if you have already programmed that you don't have enough time and you're not spending enough time you will subconsciously program yourself to do things that take away your time so my exercise for you is to record your voice remember Justin spoke about recording his voice on an app called recorder you don't have to get some fancy HD app just record your voice and then you're ready to go record your voice saying I have enough time in the day I have more than enough time in the day and then you want to get precise I have more than enough time in the day to XYZ and it's to spend more time with my children I have more than enough time to spend time in the day with my children I have more than enough time in my day to watch them grow up I have more than enough time in my day to spend them with my family and then teach them the values really start recording that to yourself because the more that you can listen to it if you're using the bathroom you're going in the shower you're taking a walk you start programming your subconscious mind because you're standing here and i already know i don't have enough time to really help you do it so i want to help you help yourself guys i'm not ignoring you i really just want to focus on that is that okay okay so really focus on it like record your voice then listen to it as often as you can until something will happen you literally will wake up one day and if you can listen to it while you sleep like i'll repeat a little bit in the background one day you'll wake up and you'll start realizing that in that day instead of feeling so flustered instead of feeling so overwhelmed you have time to sit back and cross your legs up and and have a little margarita if you wanted to i really believe this for you and then can you do me a favor three months from now message me now and then message me three months from now but only message me if you're only committed to doing it every day are you committed to that are you committed to that i'm committed to that thank you so much i know everyone's tired so i only have time for one more oh maybe that's my baby come on come on come on i'll feed her can you tell her i'll feed her because we're all family here you guys know i breastfeed i ain't hiding nothing so i only have time and so if i you because i hear her crying i want to do this as a group okay i am committed did anyone else hear the difference in the tone in that or is it just me yeah you guys heard it right i have a purpose i have a vision i have a vision bigger than me i have a purpose bigger than me i have a purpose bigger than me guys hands up this is my salutation to you to say thank you this is my way of saying that i appreciate and that i love you very much and you know i love you if i haven't darted you for my crying child so i just wanted to appreciate you all wanted to help you wake up and really just thank you for allowing me to help you transform

So, I want you to put your hands up. Clap them. Put them down. Put your hands up. Put them down. Keep reaching lower. Put your hands up. Thank you. Have a seat. Get out a new sheet of paper.

And the reason why I'm going to ask you to get a paper, if you don't have one ask your neighbor for one, is because I'm old school. You know, when I am learning something, when I'm teaching something, I first write it out. That's how I visualize it, which is why I'm able to observe people's mannerisms and see, like, oh, she is boring as heck, or, oh, I'm learning a lot. So that's why I'm gonna be walking around, and if you have questions you can literally stop me, okay? And this will be fast, because what I'm implementing, what I'm gonna be sharing with you how to implement, is something that I've been perfecting over the last seven years. And before I share it with you, I want you to understand how well it works, okay? So here's a text message. Can you read to me this name on the text message? Frank Kern. Okay. When I first got on that phone call, the intention of the phone call was to start a conversation with you. And I wanted to start a conversation with you. That came to me in the next week. I said, fine, I'm listening. The interesting connection you bring up, I don't, because that way if you had on a phone call, I don't, you would have talked to me. I don't think you would have talked to me. You can go down a phone call that says crack up by 84. I don't think I would. My phone goes off. Do I need your service? And I don't know how long it would take to get your service. So it wasn't, you know, I was actually talking about a question, what direction it should go instead of. So I said, bring up a call that I think is important for me. And where does that seven years, except one thing, what I'm going to be sharing with you now.

How many of you... And be honest, okay? Because right here, I feel like we're in a very safe space, right? Am I correct for assuming this?

Yes. Okay. How many of you have an advertising budget? What I'm teaching you right here is completely free. The reason why I focus on something free is because I feel that the stay-at-home mom can do it.

I feel that the guy who golfs all day in his 50s, who is just tired, can do it. I feel that the college student who really does want to get a degree, even if they don't want to use the degree, can do it. So in the first corner of that triangle, I want you to write IG. Anybody have an idea of what IG means?

Internet gangsta. That too. It does mean that. And then on the second corner...

Okay. I want you to write Twitter, or T. And then the third corner, I want you to write FB. So this one should be IG, this one should be T, and this one should be FB.

There's a reason why I'm telling you to write it that way. Does anybody have an idea of why I use Twitter? It's quick. Why else would I use Twitter?

These are people that when I share with them that my Justin, my husband, has a PPC course, and they've literally just raised the price to five grand, but this one day only you'll get it for $1,500, they say, okay, where is the buy now link? They don't even need to watch a video. That's why I use Twitter. I want you to understand the value of it, my mindset of it, before you actually start going on there and thinking, oh, my desire is to sell. You have to have a bigger vision. Oprah did her Life You Want tour. She did it with the Chevrolet Stadium. I believe it fills about 20 to 30,000 people. I believe the largest Empower event was a little bit over 6,000. Do you see the difference? How many people within those 20,000 do you think would want to hear your message? 10 of them? 100 of them? Maybe a couple thousand. What we have is so much more powerful, and I believe it's very important that we get outside of the mindset that we are stuck within this niche. We are internet marketers, we are network marketers, we're work-at-homes. The truth is social media doesn't like it, so we need to step outside of that. My best friend has a phrase that says step outside of the box. Everything that I do, I remember his phrase. If I could tolerate pain I would have probably got it tattooed across my forehead, that's how much I believe it. So under your Instagram I want you to write CTA. So it should look like this: IG, T, FB, and then CTA. What do you think my call to action is on Instagram? Anyone, what do you think it is? Wait, let me see some hands, cause I can't focus. What do you think my CTA is? Connect with me on Facebook, retweet? Okay, stand up, what was your answer? Connect with me on Facebook. Yeah, I send them to a social media. My other call to action on Instagram, that is actually more powerful, I ask them to DM me. DM on Instagram means direct message. You have to, if you're gonna be using these communities, you have to speak the language of the community. If I say retweet on Instagram, they know damn well I don't know Instagram, let's just be honest, right? But if I say DM me, they're like, oh, she's pretty hip, you know, I'm reaching 30, she's pretty hip, I got it. So I tell them to DM me on your Instagram. DM me. When they DM me, what do you think I ask for? Anyone, what do you think I ask for? Yeah, I ask them for their email address to add them to a secret Facebook group. So beneath FB I want you to write your group. My group happens to be a women's group, because at the time, men, I'm sorry, I just wasn't targeting y'all, but now I do. You know, cause I realize, especially now that I'm texting Frank Kern, you just have to think bigger. So I was sending people, I would ask them, hey, I want to add you to my Facebook group, but in order to do that I have to get your email. Not only do I have a valid email, which works a lot better than any damn capture page, I also have the email that they're using on Facebook. Everybody logs into Facebook. Did you log into Facebook today? Did you log into Facebook today? Let me ask another question. Who did not log into Facebook today? One guy. So do you see how powerful that is, to be able to connect with them that way? After I add them to that women's group, I still don't ask for a sale. I'm sharing with them what Justin taught about a value demonstration. Why is that? Why do you think I do that? I'm not asking them to buy anything, they just came from Instagram, they already gave me their email address, now they're in my group. Why don't I ask them to buy something? Anybody have any idea why? They can trust me. You know what ends up happening? They ask me what they can buy, and if I give them a low ticket they don't want to buy it, they want the good, like, no, no. You've given me so much value, I don't want the $7 product.

Because at the end of the day, I know many of you will say, like, oh, we heard some great testimonials, we had a great message, I learned some great training.

Okay, I'm going to be learning how to do this. But how many people here have an Instagram account? How many people here have a Twitter? And how many people here have a Facebook?

Well, Philo, you should probably deactivate yours. I don't know. So in that Facebook group, there's something that I do to help them understand my value. And I've actually been a little bit slacking, because this past month I've been being a mom. I'm going to use that excuse.

And then really, I've just been focused on creating a membership site, and I'll go into that at another time. But I really want to help you understand how to expand from just this affiliate. You are more than an affiliate, okay? So underneath the Facebook group itself, like now you know you have to create one on Facebook.

I want you to write daily posting. And then it should have another line. So here is daily posting, and then here you literally need to write tribe atmosphere.

Who do we learn a tribe from the best? Rhonda. Rhonda taught us how to create a family, a family group of people, people that feel like they're a part of something.

Okay. You know, say you're a guy, I'm going to say corporate dads, and so the corporate dads he's connecting with.

The other dads who join your group, encourage them to post, encourage them to share. Remember, there is more than enough for everyone. Once you start stifling people on sharing the content, then even if they want to join something, they feel restricted. When people feel restricted, they push back, they leave.

If you really want to help people get inspired to follow you till there's no end, people who have followed me for the past seven years, every single time I'm thinking about making something, they're like, hey, do you got something to sell? How does that happen? Because I connected to them and I said, here's a group you can post in, post your videos. Women, they'd be posting their videos.

No links. That's just my rule. Your group can have whatever type of rule that you want it to have. My only rule is no links, because at the end of the day you don't need to sell people into something. Okay.

You can go to any other group on Facebook and spam. If you want to, this one is to share motivation, this one is to share inspiration. That's just what I focused on. That's what's worked for me.

But I know for a fact, Justin created a group, nobody even knows he's the creator of, that group has over 20,000 members on Facebook. I'm not going to call you out like that, I'm just saying.

And that group has over 20,000 people on Facebook with tons of links in it all the time. But for some reason, every time I post my video with no link at all, I get over a thousand views. Thank you, Facebook, for telling me how many views I get on my video now. But now I know, right?

I knew it got views before, but now I know, like, wow, this video got over a thousand views. Wow, this video got over 1,500 views. How do I know? Facebook now tells me, go to your videos.

Now you'll see it. So start posting your videos on Twitter, if you have Twitter. I said the reason why I use Twitter is to hit an audience that I don't normally reach, right? We were going to buy our car.

I knew I wanted a Mini. Justin, you know, he was looking at BMWs, Teslas, I don't know, all sorts of different cars. He was showing me videos of things, you know, with cars, wings flapping up. And I was like, where does Kwanian fit in that? Like, I don't understand.

And he really had his mindset on just a beautiful, sexy man, Jedi car. And I was like, this is a really cool, sexy mom car, I really like that car. Who did I tweet on Twitter? Mini.

Why do you think I tweeted Mini? I was able to hit a different audience. All of a sudden I'm so excited to get a Mini and I start tweeting them. Guess who replies me back?

Okay, if you were to go on Mini's Twitter, they have two different main accounts, Mini and then Mini USA, and I'm pretty sure they each have over 10,000. That's 10,000 people who would never, ever have seen D. Varengia. And those are people that every single time I go on my Twitter, I say, I like your car.

Wow, those are really nice drives. Wait, wait a minute, what do you mean, freedompreneur? How are you a retired beach bum? Because that's my Twitter name, retired beach bum.

When you are branding yourself and your name, I don't know if it's against Twitter's terms and conditions, I'm just going to be honest, I don't know. It probably is against the terms and conditions to have more than one account, because it is on several different social medias, like I know on Instagram.

No, you're saying no? No, I have two accounts. I know, so do I. You have it too? Okay, see.

But even if you do, if it is against the rules, I'm telling you not to do it. If it isn't against the rules, well then so be it. But create one with your name, and then create one with an image of something that you want to relate to people. Think bigger, though. Think outside of this internet, network, marketing, make money from home online area.

Okay, because once you can get outside of that, I believe you can start connecting with people that you would have never been able to connect to. So underneath, build relationships on Twitter. So you should have "build relationships" here, and then say "build with traditional businesses."

So, build relationships, and then build with traditional businesses. You're going to get your car washed, you get your car washed every week at the same place, find out if they have a Twitter. You are going to a restaurant.

Everybody loves the Olive Garden. Maybe you don't, but your grandma's dragging you there for Sunday dinner and you just happen to be going there. Why not find out if they have a Twitter before you go? And tweet them. Be genuine in your tweet.

Not just like, hey, I'm going to eat at Olive Garden, but if you can really use that — I believe it's like a 120 character limit — to share, like, wow, I'm going to the Olive Garden and I can already taste the clams. Oh my goodness, I'm so excited to get this Mini Cooper. Let's see if I can get my husband on board.

If they share it with their audience, that's a whole different niche of people that you can connect to, and you didn't have to pay for it. Remember I told you what I'm teaching you is what? Free. There's a reason why I'm teaching free techniques, it's because I really don't want to teach anything that would restrict you. Because at the end of the day, there is no "I can't."

There is "I don't want to" and "I don't believe I deserve it." That's just the truth of it. Does anyone else disagree with me? The next thing, next to your Twitter — yep, here — you need to put CTA.

CTA to buy. On Twitter you have one link, and it's just like Instagram. So when you post that photo on Instagram and you tell people, like, go to the link in my profile.

Yeah, try again, buddy. Like, it's good and it does work, but think differently.

Create a competition or an opportunity that forces them to share your quote, or to quote you on something, or to share a photo that they've seen of you, or to find something of yours and make them share it with their audience. People love to win.

Especially when we're in our space, they love to win, and they love to make money while they do it. So underneath your call to action — okay, for example, I have an image, and you know it's just like one of those, like, not wearing makeup, hair was sticking up, baby's like right up on me. You can tell that, you know, I was probably in the nude, you know, cause I just had finished feeding her, the baby still had bed head, my husband's eyes were like in the corner like this. And I asked people, if you could give me the best caption to this photo, I will share with you a private group that I'm using to train people how to make thousands of dollars from home. And all of a sudden people put themselves in a competition to become a lead. I was like, no, they didn't. I was getting emails all day, I was like, I'm so tired, but I had to, you know. This is what I mean by that. So that was my example. I created a competition that forced them to be a lead because I wanted to think differently. My vision is to think a lot bigger and to create a different space of people. So under call to action to buy, on Twitter, you need to write one line to the left that says blog, and then another line that says videos. So under call to action to buy, one will say blog and then one will say videos. And the reason why I make them different is because I am appealing to different types of people.

You have your red personalities, like Rhonda, who are very driven and who are very focused on what it is that they need to do, and they will run over anything and they will do anything that they have to in order to get there. Then you have your yellow personalities, like Justin, who care about the people — not saying that she doesn't care about the people, I'm saying that we are all predominantly one personality or the other. They both have a very big mixture within them. Justin has a lot of red within him. Then you have the blues, like my little sister, having the time of her life, you know, just like Phu, right. Then you have your greens, like Jabril, who are very analytical and they take a lot of time to do tedious things. That's why he's not telling you just post one ad and slap a thousand dollars on it, he says post fifty ads, post thirty ads. Why? Because he has a green personality and he can take the time to literally analyze the results.

When he's at my house, the thing that I notice the most about him is the amount of time that he sits to pay attention to details. Him and Justin love numbers. I hear numbers, I walk away, I'm like, eh, I've heard that before, okay, you guys are just going over my head, tell me when the math is over, I'll come back, that's just my personality. So by giving your audience different ways to communicate and to see you, you give them the opportunity to reach different types of people. Does that make sense? So when I send them to my blog, do you think that I'm selling to them, do you think that I'm sending them to something to sell them, with my intention is to sell them?

Yes or no? What do you think? He says no. What do you think I'm sending them to, then?

Value. Yeah, value. Everything that I orient around, my whole funnel, this whole process I'm sharing with you, is value. The reason why is because I'll post photos and I'm like, oh yeah, I've been checking, you know, emails, it's been taking me a little bit, cause it's true, I get that other folder in Facebook because they're not friends already, and then I'm just like, man, and I'm looking at this other folder and there's hundreds of messages, and I'm like, Justin, you wanna do something with me? He's like, no, I'm busy. He never helps. But the point is that it takes time to go through this, right?

And when I'm sending them to it, by the time they've sent me a message on Facebook, what do you think they're asking me? Yeah. What do I do? How can I join? What do I have to do to get started?

They're all buying questions. I no longer have to convince people. I no longer have to send them to videos about, here's the opportunity, here's what it's about. You either wanna buy or you don't. Jabril reads my message on Facebook.

Do I sell people? If they wanna be sold, I stop replying back to their messages. I don't have the patience for that, it's not my personality to sell you into something. But I will teach you something, I will give you something.

That's why I do Bliss Talk TV for free. That's why I've sold over 300 copies of my book, and what did I do with the profits? I give it away to local charities. People see this at the end of the day, and when I shot the video of the check and I'm like, yes, I get to give this check away, they're like, wait a minute, what's this, uh, doing? How does she get a check and she gets to give it away?

That's why I'm sharing value, I focus on value. So underneath video I want you to write sales page. So underneath video, write sales page. Why do you think I send them to a sales page after I send them to a video?

What would be your guess? Because they've already found out a bit, that they don't not know you. Yeah, I've created trust with them by giving them value. Now I've made them work to become a lead. I put them in some type of competition.

I've made them give me their email and a private message, so I've made them work to become a lead. Now I know this person isn't lazy, now they're qualified for me. That's just my little way of finding out if they're qualified. By the time I give them a sales page, I've been doing little tests.

I have a $7 product. My $7 product, no, actually I believe it's like $7 and something. My test was the book. And I wrote this book with the intention of finding how many times could I sell this book without having to sell the book. The first time I sent the book out to be sold, I forgot to put the link in my post.

How many emails do you think I got? I told people to buy this book and I forgot to put the link. Yep. How many emails do you think I got in my inbox? 100.

How many do you think? 300. When I went to bed that night, I woke up the next morning with about 400 and something messages from people. And that was from three different inboxes.

Because I was going through them all and I was like, Justin, I don't know how I'm going to get back to all these, and then he was like, no, just send them the link. But I hadn't finished it yet, it wasn't on Amazon yet. So I completely forgot that I wrote this post, didn't send the content out, and then now people are emailing me and they're like, oh, Dee, you know you forgot to put a link in there. And I'm like, oh yeah, I'll send a link. And of course, because I took time, it took me a while to get my book up through Amazon, and then I completely forgot to go back and reply back to the messages. And then when I did reply back, they're like, it's been a month. I'm like, I'm sorry, but you know, if you would have been faster then I would have done it then, and of course I would have gotten a lot more sales.

So I wanted to share with you, the way that I'm doing it is not — because at the end of the day I'm not focused on money, and I think people see that. Justin, is what I'm saying true? When I share the value and when I focus on helping people, I think at the end of the day they want to know why you're doing it. So when I wrote a book and then I told them that the profits were being given to charities, all of a sudden they knew my why. When I shot a video, or I posted this little photo, this little video, Kuan Yin is in her "spaceship," she's being a baby, and she's going through the house and Justin's on the other side and he's like, come on, and then she goes to him and she's all laughing and smiling. I believe the video is less than a minute, but that video shared with them my why. When I shoot a video, and it's a 15 second limit on Instagram, and so in that video — we all have access to that main house, correct? On my Instagram, the last video that I posted, it was actually while Justin was speaking, so I'm running the test now, but I had my little sister hold the iPhone up and I said, I'm so excited to be sharing with you this house, come on with me. So I walked them through, didn't even get up to the door, and I stopped the video there because it's only 15 seconds. What do you think I asked them to do in the message? Yeah, go to my Facebook if you actually want to see the rest of this video. Have I released this video yet? No, I haven't, I haven't even edited it yet, I don't even have the content of it yet, I just have that 15 second clip. I think when we are building we just have to learn to open our minds to do it differently. So everybody stand up.

How many people, and if you can just be honest, okay, because I feel like if we play games, or if we're just trying to, you know, be cool and just be like everyone else, or just fit in, I think we're just kidding ourselves. You know, when I focus on anything that I'm doing, I'm focusing on transformation. That's what I do. I focus on giving value and transforming people from the inside out. Why? Because I understand this is the biggest way that I can have an influence on them, sharing a value demonstration and helping them see something different. So I'm going to ask some questions, okay, and if you agree I want you to just repeat it, if you don't agree, have a seat, that's fine.

I am committed. I am committed. I have a purpose. Being a very analytical person, what do you guys think I'm doing as I'm listening to you say it? What do you think I'm doing? I have a purpose. I have a dream, and I have a dream that everybody would be so connected with their dream and their why that when they think about it, it makes them cry. My why is my husband, our three children, and to be able to provide them with the life that I know that they deserve. And our children are older, they're 23 and 22 years old, and we've encouraged them to live the life of their dreams, and so we live the life of our dreams, and we want them to feel that dream, and we're on our way to getting to that dream, but we're not there yet, and we're trying, and we are going there. And I want to inspire people to know, no matter what age they are in life, that their dreams are still possible. My husband is 51 and he's just getting started. I'm 45 and I'm just getting started. And I don't want our children to be 45 and 51 and just be getting started. I want to be that role model for them now, and to inspire them, and to inspire everyone here, no matter what age you are, to connect with your dream and to live that dream now.

Give me your hand. I am committed. I am already acquiring my dream. When she spoke, she said she wasn't there — you are there, you are already there. I am already there. Not yesterday, not tomorrow, but today. Thank you. Excuse me, can we turn it up? Yup, please.

I would like to change the amount of quality time I get to spend with my child. Can you repeat this after me? I have 24 hours in a day. Guys, can you help her? I have 24 hours in a day. I have all the time in the world. I believe I have all the time in the world. Guys, can you repeat that with her? I believe I have all the time in the world.

Here's why it's so important for you to continually say that: the same amount of 24 hours that you have in a day is the same amount of 24 hours that we all have in a day, and until you actually start believing that you have enough time in your day, that's when you're actually able to program your body to place that action, to give you more time. But in your mind, if you have already programmed that you don't have enough time, and you're not spending enough time, you will subconsciously program yourself to do things that take away your time. So my exercise for you is to record your voice. Remember Justin spoke about recording his voice on an app called Recorder. You don't have to get some fancy HD app, just record your voice, and then you're ready to go. Record your voice saying, I have enough time in the day, I have more than enough time in the day, and then you want to get precise: I have more than enough time in the day to XYZ. And it's to spend more time with my children. I have more than enough time to spend time in the day with my children. I have more than enough time in my day to watch them grow up. I have more than enough time in my day to spend it with my family and to teach them the values. Really start recording that to yourself, because the more that you can listen to it — if you're using the bathroom, you're going in the shower, you're taking a walk — you start programming your subconscious mind. Because you're standing here, and I already know I don't have enough time to really help you do it, so I want to help you help yourself. Guys, I'm not ignoring you, I really just want to focus on that, is that okay? So really focus on it, like record your voice, then listen to it as often as you can, until something will happen. You literally will wake up one day, and if you can listen to it while you sleep, like I'll repeat a little bit in the background, one day you'll wake up and you'll start realizing that in that day, instead of feeling so flustered, instead of feeling so overwhelmed, you have time to sit back and cross your legs up and have a little margarita if you wanted to. I really believe this for you. And then can you do me a favor, three months from now, message me. Now, message me three months from now, but only message me if you're committed to doing it every day. Are you committed to that? I'm committed to that. Thank you so much.

I know everyone's tired, so I only have time for one more. Oh, maybe that's my baby. Come on, come on, I'll feed her. Can you tell her I'll feed her, because we're all family here, you guys know I breastfeed, I ain't hiding nothing. So I only have time — because I hear her crying — I want to do this as a group, okay. I am committed. Did anyone else hear the difference in the tone in that, or is it just me? Yeah, you guys heard it, right? I have a purpose, I have a vision, I have a vision bigger than me, I have a purpose bigger than me. Guys, hands up. This is my salutation to you, to say thank you. This is my way of saying that I appreciate and that I love you very much, and you know I love you if I haven't darted you for my crying child. So I just wanted to appreciate you all, wanted to help you wake up, and really just thank you for allowing me to help you transform.
