Turning Passion Into Profits: Justin Verrengia’s Viral Video and Niche-Targeting Formula

You’ve spent hours writing posts about a niche you don’t actually care about, because someone told you that niche converts. You film a video you don’t believe in, upload it, and watch it sit at eleven views. Meanwhile you’ve got a genuine obsession, something you’d talk about for free at a dinner party, that you’ve never once mentioned in your business.

That’s the exact gap Justin Verrengia opened up when he took the stage at the Unstoppable Mastermind. He walked in calling himself, only half joking, the hippie Jedi, and he spent his session on one idea: you don’t have to fake enthusiasm for a market you were handed. You can build the whole thing around what you already love, and it will out-convert the version where you’re pretending.

As someone trying to build a real business instead of a script you’re reciting, you already know the tell. Forced content reads as forced. Justin’s argument is that the fix isn’t a better hook or a slicker funnel. It’s picking a subject you’d talk about even if the check never showed up, then applying an actual process to it.

Why does a laser-targeted niche beat a big one every time?

Justin opened with his own numbers, and he didn’t flatter himself with them. He’d been running a seven-dollar product through his funnel and generating leads at real volume, but the sales lagged behind what his teammates were pulling from the same offer.

But something I realized with my personal numbers, it’s taking 86 leads to get a $7 sale.

Compare that to what he’d just learned from the people around him at the event: one teammate converting a sale from roughly every 12 leads, another from 10 to 20, another around 20. Same offer, wildly different math. The difference wasn’t effort. It was precision. Justin’s messaging was broad enough to reach a lot of people loosely interested in a topic. His teammates had narrowed their targeting down to the exact sub-niche, the exact language, the exact pain point of one specific slice of an audience, and the tighter aim was doing the conversion work that volume alone couldn’t do.

He drew the same lesson from watching his own opt-in rates: a generic pitch might land 30 percent, which sounds fine until you see what a genuinely laser-targeted message can do. Speak the exact language of one specific group instead of a broad category, and 50 or 60 percent opt-in stops being a fantasy number. That’s not a copywriting trick. It’s the direct result of picking a real passion, then narrowing it to a sub-niche small enough that every sentence you write actually lands on the person reading it.

What actually gets a video shared a million times without paid ads?

The mechanism Justin walked the room through wasn’t abstract. He’d built a video on the pineal gland, a subject he’d studied for roughly five years, and it pulled close to a million views without a dollar of advertising behind it. A second video, on a much narrower esoteric topic, still pulled 19,000 organic views. Neither was an accident, and he broke the process into repeatable steps.

  • Search the topic on YouTube first and study whatever already has the most views, so you know exactly what bar you’re trying to clear.
  • Decide the actual intention of the video before you touch a script. His was to condense years of research into roughly fifteen minutes so people could act on it instead of enrolling in a four-day seminar.
  • Pull from several well-written articles on the subject, rewrite the material in your own words, and combine it into one piece nobody else has published exactly that way.
  • Record a short intro and outro on camera so people meet a real person, then read the rest as voiceover over rotating images so attention never has time to drift.
  • Outsource the parts you genuinely dislike. He pointed the room to Fiverr gigs running from five dollars up to twenty or thirty for a fully edited video, and mentioned a teammate paying a similar rate to get his story translated and using it to generate leads for a few cents apiece in an untapped country.

None of that works, he was careful to say, if you’re faking the passion. As he put it to the room, “your unique passions define the essence of who you are.” It’s a claim you can test against your own footage. Try recording a video on a topic you don’t care about and watch how it comes out flat, rushed, forgettable. Record one on something you’d research on your own time anyway, and the energy is just there.

Why does teaching beat talking about yourself every time?

Justin also laid out a blunt hierarchy of what actually moves people to act. Talking about how great your product is, he told the room, is the lowest form of influence there is, even though it’s the most common thing anyone does. Testimonials and endorsements from other people rank higher. But actually teaching someone something real, giving genuine value before you ever ask for a sale, outranks both.

That’s the real objection this session answers. A lot of people building a business assume they need to be a recognized guru before anyone will listen to them. Justin’s counter is that you don’t need permission or a credential. You need a real process and a willingness to give away the good stuff before anyone owes you anything. As he told the room, borrowing a line from his business partner Jubril, “it’s not who does it first, it’s about who does it best.” Somebody else has already made the video on your topic. That’s not a reason to skip it. It’s the research phase.

He closed the session having personally enrolled 1,934 people, the bulk of them drawn from one passion niche he actually lives in rather than a generic opportunity pitch, and the case he made was simple: pick the sub-niche inside your real passion, build value-first content around it using this exact process, and the sponsoring numbers follow the same math his teammates were already proving in the room.

It's funny because we were in San Diego when Jabril was starting to work with Justin and he's downstairs in the house and we're upstairs like, what are you up to? And he's like, I'm working with this guy, this hippie Jedi guy. And I'm like, what the heck is this hippie Jedi? Well, you know, then I hear these Jedi rants, right?

And I'm like, who is this evangelist network marketer? Like, it's pretty much like, I mean, he just goes, right? But the one thing I know about Justin, I know that all of you know, is that when he speaks, he speaks with pure heart and passion and it gets inside of your skin. And Justin truly is an evangelist for what he truly believes in, right?

He stands up for what he believes in. And that's absolutely the reason why I'm connected with Justin and Dee and why we've decided to become direct partners to help deliver the best information, the best possible ways for you guys to build your lives and for you guys to build your lives. In your business, I could not do it without them. And I certainly cannot do it without Justin because I think Justin and I sometimes talk more than, I talk to Brian in a day, right?

Just because there's so much to ask for. So without any entrance at all, Justin, come on out here. I did prepare some slides, so let me just open that up and get right into this. That's a beautiful picture of my wife and daughter.

I think Kwan Yim was like one. And before I even get into today's passion, or today's passion, today's topic, which is monetizing your passions, I just wanted to share some of the breakthroughs I've uncovered just being here. I didn't get here until yesterday, but I listened to several people speak and I learned a lot from being here. So I just want to share my breakthroughs, if that's fair enough.

Because I learned so much. Cool. One of the breakthroughs, listening to Brian Dixon, sharing your process, I've been doing bridge pages and stuff. I just rant too much.

I think Nate helped, there he is right there. You guys helped me realize that less is more oftentimes. So even though I do something, it doesn't mean I always am doing it to my highest and best use. So something I realized at this event, I want to create a 30 or 60 second hippie Jedi bridge going into iPass versus having an eight hour saga.

On my life. The people in the end are very targeted and there's an advantage, but when there's a lot of drop off, what we realized for a $7 product, we could be doing it better. Maybe if we used our personal funnel to sell something for $1,000, it would work more so. But something I realized with my personal numbers, it's taking 86 leads to get a $7 sale.

And even though it's a really good quality, like Brian's generating 12 leads and getting a sale, Nicole is generating 10. 10 or 20 leads and getting a sale. And Nate's generating like 20 leads and getting a sale. So we're here to learn.

And I think that's the beauty of having a mastermind is no one leader or one person can do all this on their own. But when we get together and we share what's actually working, I see transformation, transformation. That's where our transformations come from. Good to see you, Steven.

It's just good to see a lot of faces in here. Rebecca, the Ventos, Walt, Juan. What's up, man? A lot of Vashon.

You do some Qigong today, earlier on? Cool. I'm going to be talking about Qigong later on in the event, actually. I think it's a very important subject people are knowledged upon.

But I'm excited to be here. Other transformations, just listening. I see Nate transformed from the time, was it about a year ago in Miami? January.

Less than a year then, right? I've just seen people step into their higher power. And I think it's because of being around such consciously aware people that have a common vision and a common dream. So today, my passion is to, sorry about that, slides will help me so I don't rant as much.

But I want to teach you how to get paid doing what it is that you already love, if that sounds good. Because for me, it's a lot more, like life is a lot and business, is a lot more fulfilling when you're doing your passion. And you're fulfilling that. And the truth is, everybody here can become insanely successful doing what it is that you love.

You don't have to pretend to be somebody else and so forth. So I'm going to get right into it. I'll just use my, let me make it full screen here. So yes, so how to get paid doing what you love.

And my first question is, what do you think I love? Like, what do I love? What do I focus on oftentimes when I'm sharing myself in videos or content? Philo?

Uplifting others. That's a really good one. Anyone else? Any guesses?

I know Sarita knows. Freedom. Probably the, I can probably resonate with that word more than any other word in the English vocabulary. Because freedom is what I stand for.

So I think that can define one of my passions, helping people become free. And the reason I like that, it's universal. Everyone seeks freedom in their lives, just in different ways. So I think that is a concept everyone will relate to, using freedom.

And I don't always, you know, have to talk about something I'm not passionate about. Like, for example, money. Money is cool. You can create freedom and have more resources and money.

But I will connect with more people speaking about freedom. Because it's a, I think it's even a bigger common denominator than money. In a lot of ways, especially with some of the other niche markets. You were sleeping during Paolo, man.

I did listen to all the traffic. It was amazing. And I will say, I even fall asleep on my own. So don't fall back.

Don't feel bad about it. You can tell me. Subconscious. Yeah, yeah.

Unconscious programming, he realizes, is more powerful than the conscious itself. And he's a perfect example of that. Always learning. What are?

What are some of my other niche markets, Rebecca? Family. Family. I think that's important.

I learn a lot from how Rhonda brands herself since having Kuan Yin. Thierry? Truth seekers. Truth seekers.

This is very big. One of my biggest passions is learning hidden knowledge that's suppressed from society and sharing it. That's how I found you. That's how you found me.

Okay. Very cool. Serita? All in love.

I like that. And I like to refer to myself as revolutionary freedom-preneur. Because I think that just fits very well. I like that.

I like that. Well, Robert? Law of attraction. Yes.

How many of you here found me through Law of Attraction? Quite a few of you. It's a great passion of mine. Because it helped transform my life.

And I realize when you have a personal transformation is when you teach it to other people, after you've got results from it, people know when you're being genuine. Like if you watch my video where I'm talking about the secret, I won't get into it right here. But you could just see in my eyes. that the secret is for real and so it's going to connect on a deeper level versus a topic that you know you can't relate to so my next question is what are you passionate about you know what I am passionate about so now I just want some people to share what are some of your passions that you want to be able to make a living sharing with others family first but more importantly I'm more passionate about people because I find that you know what kind of trying they can change their minds and change their lives so it's been such a big breakthrough for you in your life you know how powerful it will be for others and that's why I appreciate uh Paulo you know opening up his training with the power of mindset because it is that that important and I can see the passion Paulo has in mindset uh and so you can really connect with people on a deeper level doing that does anyone else want to share that I don't already know you oh excellent I think that's a great topic because people are in many cases most people are ignorant of uh like that there's bad stuff in your food and stuff so to be able to cleanse the body healer work um very awesome audience of people the truth is regardless what your audience is I know Walt uh doing music uh because he's a musician there is an audience for that so there's no right or wrong there's no like magical topic it's just you basically learning something applying it and teaching it which is the overall objective of what we're doing when we're sharing and we're teaching um uh does that all make sense cool cool so uh which leads to why which is actually a very profound and deep question and so for example why Nicole are you so passionate about helping people switch their mindset on a deeper level what why do you think that is because I I think it's it your life just changes for the better meaning that you the the next just flipping that switch which is so it's not easy to do it's not easy to do it it's not easy to do it it's not easy to do it it's not easy to do it to do it you have to take some time to practice to think it's just a flip of the switch of the decision to do it it's going to have to I know how it I believe me Justin I know how it is to have that negative mindset I know how to have the positive and I know that it can totally transform from your family the lives of your families it's changed the relationships with me and my parents it's changed my relationship with my husband it's changed my relationship with so many people that I didn't realize it was so negative and I used to be like my ego was always in the way and I'm like I don't have a relationship with him because he's not important so changing my mindset and seeing relationships along the way it's an amazing thing to realize that the negative thinking is holding you back so much from what you you know from what you you could be right asking you shall receive you said I I wish but you already are so it's it's such a profound experience and can you tell she glows when you hear her talk about that so you know that's a true passion you can't fake that stuff and people really are going to appreciate that and I just got a pattern interrupt back into where I was before just sharing another break through I got from having a private combo with Nate and it's the concept of less is more and it just resonates with me so much because I look at his sales through I pass and it's like I've generated more sales but he has more black conversion so that's another thing that we can learn from so I'll just share some of the tidbits if you don't mind that you should get a kiosk you should get a kiosk if you're trying to get a kiosk in your neighborhood that you're a member of but if you know other friends shared with me last night, like when I get a new member, I try to contact them through every means necessary, whether it's calling them, leaving a voice message, hitting them up within the iPass, instant messenger, sending them a Facebook message.

And I think what I was doing is overwhelming them with too much. And then I'd send them, here's your $9,000 in free bonuses for joining me for seven bucks. And I'm like, why isn't this working? And so just a great simplicity concept that less is more, probably smarter to not offer any bonuses at all.

But we had to learn through firsthand experience and learn from what people are that are getting better results. So that was another breakthrough that I got being here last night and getting to chat with Nate. So something you all can apply into your business. So what niche markets share this passion that you have?

And so one of my biggest passions I feel is really the hidden knowledge. And so here's a question, sharing hidden knowledge. What niche markets that I can target share that concept, that sub-niche, I would say, within that? Anyone know?

Yeah, I think so, because it's a part of it. Hidden knowledge is very broad, but like energy workers or people that do yoga or practice qigong or do tai chi, you know, you're rocking a bindi on the third eye, so you can connect with me here. You could unlock these chakras, you know, these vital energy centers in your body, and it will transform your life. You'll never be the same person again.

And people who have awakened consciousness. There's no, you know, unconvincing them from their own experience what is actually true. So people that meditate would be probably a pretty decent niche for hidden knowledge. I know it's very broad, but we can do sub-topics with different ads following what we teach in the PPC course, like targeting one keyword per ad versus trying to blanket a bunch of keywords into one and have different.

separate ads as well as different lead capture pages with different messages depending upon your target audience and that's how you get like a 50 or 60% opt-in rate. And just curious here, anyone have a 50% opt-in rate in here? Walt, you? How laser targeted are you?

Because typically you got to have something super targeted and attracting the right people in your audience. So super laser targeted or? I mean I'm targeting people that I right now already know that are kind of involved in music. So I'm personally targeting people that I already know with this new, what I'm doing here at this mastermind is really getting focused in on how to do that on a grander scale to focus on people that I don't know but may be attracted to me.

Because I'm involved in music and what I'm doing and the lifestyle that I'm seeking as a freedom-preneur. Right on, man. And that's why it works so well and Nate said it best, his fellow Kiwis can relate to him because they're not going to trust regular Americans, which I thought that was hilarious. But it is so true.

When you can speak their language, you can connect with them on a higher level and get really good conversions. Yeah. And don't be afraid to spend hours in lead pages crafting different messages. Don't ever think you're wasting your time because you're investing into your business because sometimes I'll spend two hours or three hours in a day in lead pages.

It's just because if I'm generating hundreds of leads a day, I know the difference between a 30% opt-in, which is actually pretty good, or having a 50% which is like fantastic. But it's possible if you actually invest time into creating laser targeted messages. So what are the biggest? And one more thing I should mention actually, another obviously law of attraction being most of you came here, what's a good sub-niche for people who are into the law of attraction?

Any ideas? There's no right or wrong, just what comes to mind. Holistic living. Absolutely.

Okay. Yeah. Because like yoga is mind, body, spirit. It's all connected.

So that definitely… It could connect in there. Typically the people that believe there are aliens probably have… I'm just curious.

How many of you believe in extraterrestrial life? More than half of you. So I just think that's so cool. But yeah, it could be connected, but it's not probably a direct connection.

Yeah. Something like Abraham and Esther Hicks, that connection of… Yeah, yeah. Because the biggest law of attraction movie that came out in recent times is…

Right. So targeting in one of the speakers within the secret or an author who writes about law of attraction, which where I was getting to… Like a Bob Proctor, Esther Hicks, Joe Vitale, this would be a great sub-niche within law of attraction, getting it even closer, tight knit. And I know Jabril and I, we targeted a lot of authors and we still do for different sorts of things.

So book authors are great to target because somebody is writing a book on any subject you can think of and you can go to Amazon and you can get people who are buying this book. They suggest other books that are similar, other people are buying. Right. So it leads you to more authors, so you never run dry on different sub-niche markets to tackle.

So what are the biggest problems for the people in the niche? And let's just refer to law of attraction. What's their biggest problem for people studying the law of attraction? Them not bringing their thoughts into actuality.

Like the law of attraction is manifestation, that's the word I'm looking for. Yeah. Then thinking all these positive thoughts and things but are not actually coming true. Yes, because they get stuck following the path when they don't realize they become it.

They're like seeking for like, they're seeking the secret within the secret but the secret is just becoming and actually doing. So I think implementation is probably a pretty big factor. Any other ideas where law of attraction or any other niche that you can think of that you have specifically where people have like their biggest problem because I realize if we can solve their problems. We're going to deliver the greatest form of influence by demonstrating the highest form of value.

So anyone else want to share one of their niches and what the biggest problem you think is? Juan? So at that point the energy is there but they don't understand that it takes action to manifest that energy. So you might read too much, you want to study too much before you take a step and a lot of times it's not taking that step that prevents the energy from releasing and moving forward.

It's manifesting what they're trying to attract. Absolutely. Now sharing that within a hypnotic story, how we teach within the Facebook course and how they were breaking down, I believe it was Nate broke it down yesterday. If you can share your story, you know, like I can share my story.

It's like I was learning all this great knowledge, this hidden knowledge but I wasn't applying it into my life to create any better circumstances for me. It wasn't until I met the right mentor, which is another hypnotic way to let them know they need a mentor. Which is you, why you're appearing and another reason I love Law of Attraction is like people who study it and believe in it don't believe in coincidences. So they're reading your ad for like a divine purpose and they're just like wow, I was just, you know, and a lot of the people who come here, it's like I was just reading about the Law of Attraction and then you manifested on my Facebook wall so it's a sign from God, my dyslexic-ness here, or a sign from the universe that I'm at the right place at the right time.

So that's just one example. So what are the solutions to the problems? Give people exactly what they're looking for. So for example, on your lead capture page, after they opt in, you could, obviously shorter is better and less is more, but you can whet their appetite by giving them like pointing towards their solutions.

Like this is how I overcame the problem of not, and depends on what you're targeting, but I never had the time freedom to spend with my family. I had to go to a job, but I found this system without mentioning the system name, usually the more generic and less information the better, that's just how it is, and then immediately bridging the gap to what you're doing after introducing yourself, but touching upon the reason why they opted in in the first place. So for example, with Walt, he may say something like I went from being a struggling music producer to being able to live life on my own terms and manifest my dream reality, and then on the bridge page, it's like, hey, it's Walt, you know, I'm no longer a struggling musician.

In fact, I'm a very successful musician, successful music producer, and I now have time freedom and now I just want to share this with you so I can teach you how to do the same thing. So it's very short, it's very concise, but it's ultra targeted and it's basically offering the solution to their problem or their biggest problems. Is that making sense? Cool, cool.

So share. Share how you can help them, and I'll get into a formula in a bit which I've shared before, but there is a formula which I believe anyone can implement that is super easy to do that, and it's actually right here. What's the greatest form of influence? And it's bolded, so everyone should know.

Cool. Yes, value demonstration, and the easiest way to explain this, and I should actually just look at here, it's kind of cooler, I realize we've got these big TV screens, I think that's so cool. And the funniest thing is in your bathroom. In the bathroom at the other place, there's a hot tub and there's like a screen bigger than this above the hot tub, and then there's another big screen and that house must have like 100 TVs, kind of funny, but living the life, so it's pretty cool.

So first party is the lowest form of influence, so when I say value demonstration, when you're shooting your bridge video or just value driven content after they opt into your autoresponder via your blog or Facebook content or YouTube videos, this is what most people do as first party, they just talk about how great their system is, or they talk about how great their products or services are, or they talk about how great they are themselves, and typically, this is not really effective way at selling, it's the lowest form, but it's most commonly done.

And then we get the third party, and anyone know an example of third party? Yeah, testimonials, endorsements, other people endorsing you. It's more effective than you saying it coming from someone else's mouth, but it's still effective, and so if you're in a video business, or if you're a salesperson, or if you're an ambassador, or if you're in sales, but you're selling your product, it's okay to just say you're going to sell your product, you know, and it's great, you can talk about it, you can make films of it, and this time I'm going to start with the top three, and I want to start with the bottom three, so you want to start something that is the highest form of influence.

Okay. overcome that. And then actually being a teacher, people are going to be more attracted to you if you're delivering a lot of value to them. They're going to trust you more than you talking about it or just sharing testimonials about it.

Does that make sense? Yes? Cool, cool. And so, which leads me, and I'm actually going to be, if I have enough time, and let me know when I have five minutes left so I know when to rush because I never finish things on time.

But cool. Uh, my most successful videos of all time that went viral without the need of paid advertising are these three, or actually it's two videos. Is Megan Swim in the house or no? Oh, right here.

Yeah, you uploaded this one. It says Megan Swim. But it's my video on the pineal gland and I just uploaded it to YouTube and I uploaded it to Facebook and we ran paid ads. I believe we got over a million views.

But this is all organic and I'm just curious, did you do any paid advertising? Did you even use John's method? You just uploaded it. Okay.

This is the power when you can tap into what you're passionate about and then demonstrate the highest form of influence and especially within a video. I mean, right here between Megan and I, the same exact video, close to a half a million views and it's absolutely free. And the reason I think it's so powerful is like eight out of ten messages I get on Facebook and my other folder, because they're not friends with me yet, are because they saw this video. And I did a lot of research on YouTube and I've never even marketed it on YouTube.

I never did nothing but upload the video and choose some keywords like pineal gland is obviously one of them. I think third eye is another one. I think pineal gland activation or activation, something like that because I did some quick keyword research but it took me like five minutes. But I'm going to actually walk you through the process of how I created a video like this, so you can actually implement it into whatever your niche market is.

got the original idea and why I knew it would be, like I predicted it pretty much. Like I told Jabril before I created the video, like I have an idea and this video is going to go viral because of what I knew. And I'm going to share that with you here shortly. The other video is that, and just by a show of hands, how many of you watched the video on the third eye?

The majority of you. Very cool. If you haven't watched it, you can just type it in YouTube, probably type in like pineal gland, which I'm very passionate about because not enough people know about it. So that's like my passion.

I've actually been studying the pineal gland for about five years since meeting David Wilcock. Anyone read David Wilcock's? Cool. I think it's divinecosmos.com, but I actually went with Jin Hua and I think Garrett actually met a lot of people there.

But anyways, I went to like a convergence conference, which is not in our niche, but it's in pretty much in like the ET niche, if you're following that. Kind of stuff in ancient aliens. But nonetheless, the other video I created, I knew would do very well. It didn't do as well as the pineal gland one, but still like 19,000 views.

Would anyone mind having 19,000 views on a video for free without doing any paid advertising? And I think the reason for that, I'm very, that's, it's like I read the book called The Law of One. Has anyone read it? Some of you.

It's very, it's very deep. It's into like trance and basically, being a channel to basically communicate through this extraterrestrial by the name of Rob, but I find it truthful in my life. So I figure other people must too. So I created basically the information on it.

The only information you can typically get online was like five hours long and it was from David Wilcock. And most people don't have the patience to learn something very deep. So my objective with creating the video was how can I dumb it down in 15 minutes to get people to understand the concept of the law of one? And I think that's a really good idea.

And I think that's a really good idea. And I think that's a really good idea. And I think that's a really good idea. And I think that's a really good idea.

And I think that's a really good idea. And I think that's a really good idea. So this leads up to the concept of the book. And because I read the book, it was easy for me to create.

But again, I'm going to share with you the process of how I created it, because I think these videos are my greatest form of influence because I'm demonstrating it. And the connection I have with the people are greater than I've ever seen compared to anything else I've ever done. If that makes sense. So let's go.

So what kind of videos go viral? Three that I can think of, and there may be more, but it's not common. And one One of them is funny, we all watch the hilarious videos on Facebook that are 15 seconds that someone does something really stupid usually, right? These videos tend to go viral.

Also entertaining videos, I don't know, anyone here do like comedy or very entertaining videos? Not really anyone here, okay. Yeah, a lot of our stuff is funny, but it never gets like millions of views type funny. And the reason for that is really a lot of the topics we talk about, like business related, they'll never go viral unless it's really funny somehow, like the rich jerk type, silly, stupid funny, which is unfortunate.

But I can teach you how to create videos that you're already passionate about that can actually go viral and get you a lot of free traffic for your business, even though the intention behind my video is not to sell them into my business. But it's just to demonstrate value to that niche market. And that's the reason I think that they go viral when I really focus on that. So it's easy and fun to create content on topics you're passionate about.

But I can't say the same, anyone here try to shoot a video for something you're not really into? It kind of sucks. And you know, people can tell, and so that's not something I would suggest. So content about business and marketing rarely goes viral, overall it's just the truth.

Okay. Are you curious because it's boring? Would you agree or disagree, I'm just curious. And the reason is probably because there's a billion other people trying to sell you a business online.

So you're not separating yourself from anyone else or doing anything different. You're not being unique. You're not being your greater self, which I would define it as. So however, your unique passions define the essence of who you are.

You know, we've been able to attract my wife and I amazing abundance in our life because we're not afraid to talk about Mary Jane. You know what I mean? I'm not afraid to talk about ETs or Star Wars. There's a lot of other Star Wars fans that think we're crazy, you know, but, or non-Star Wars fans that think we're crazy, but I'm not trying to build business with everyone.

I'm trying to build business with the people I can relate to because it's funner to be in business with these people. That's why we come to Masterminds. It's like, you know, a whole room of lightworkers like, you know, we want to be around you, you know, we want to get around you. And you get to choose who you want to work with and I think that's the greatest thing about owning your home business.

So this allows you to connect with people on a deeper level. And I think once you have that deep relationship with them, they'll truly trust you and they'll stop like, you know, is this a scam? Is it this? Is it that?

I just believe that's how it is because people are not attracted to businesses. We all know that, right? What are people attracted to? Yes, people are attracted to people that they can relate to.

The New Zealanders want to reach or connect with, you know, someone from New Zealand. In a lot of ways, or at least somebody who has been to New Zealand, you know, that can relate to them or at least know a part of their culture. The same way, you know, if someone is into the law of attraction, they're going to choose to join with somebody who has been through what they're going through. Does that make sense?

Cool. So these are some of the results my wife and I have been able to manifest with the help of Jabril. I just make sure you're not sleeping. Cool.

I said we've been able to manifest some great results. With the help of Jabril, by really targeting our niche markets, which is what Jabril came to us and said, let's just focus on what you're really passionate about because it'll work better and you'll be happier in the long run. So I'm like, I'm all for it. Let's do it.

And so I think we've, the next slide here, we've been able to personally enroll, and this was probably last week or so, I took the snapshot, but 1,934 people. And if I was to guess, probably 900 or 1,000 would be law of attraction. I hope you do be interested. But if I did this, it was only on the day we split…

How we have been, okay? So I'm going ahead of time, I'm almost bottomed-up. I really hope, believe me, that I got the exactioup. On that note.

If you don't mind, I like to do another one on, I dream a note or a全部 tour. Yep. What did you see on that note? A Super Target.

That this video goes on, it will today be built towards it being a super target. Hi. Rich's parentsство, right? A super target, right?

Yeah. I was speaking to Sean Alhy. Anyone know Sean and Deve realized some really cool people on our team? They're musicians.

a living doing what they're passionate about, and I believe that's why he's so successful at doing that. So would anyone here like to be able to sponsor 1,900 people into your business? Cool. So let me walk you through the video creation process here.

So step one, this is the video creation process I went through to create the video on the pineal gland, which was like one of my few viral videos I've ever done. Let me go to YouTube. I already had an idea, I wanted to do a video on the topic, because I don't believe it was ever captured in 15 minutes, a thorough video explaining some of the knowledge that I have acquired over the years on the topic. So the first thing I did, I said, let me peep some of the competition so I know what I'm up against.

And I typed in pineal gland, P-I-N-E-A-L, and I just hit return or enter. And then I saw these videos, and I'm just scrolling through, and of course we have David Wilcock. You know, you attend his three videos. Three-day, four-day events, you can learn all about the pineal gland, but very, very long process.

And the only people I knew that had this knowledge were people that were going to David Wilcock events, believe it or not, because it just wasn't commonly shown. It was this video. I watched a few of the videos, and she had, I think I searched by views, which you can do if I was signed in, probably, I don't think I can do it if I'm not signed in, or right here, filters. Can I?

Yes. I just went to view count. I said, what is the most successful video on the subject? And I watched a few, and this lady, who is actually pretty cool, I watched her video, and it's seven minutes, and I thought it was good, but I didn't think it was great.

And I'm like, there's a 1.5 million views on this video, so I figured this might be a good topic on something that I can basically supply, fulfill the value and demonstrate it to this market, because there's really no one doing a really good job at it. She just shared her thoughts on it, which is actually… That's why she got more views than I. She didn't even have to get too crazy into sharing all the knowledge.

It's probably less is more. She's just like, here's what I think about it, and this is why it's important. And you could watch her video. But that was the first thing I did.

I watched her video, and then I hit up Jabril, and I said, I'm going to create a very, very successful video, because I'm going to do something within 15 minutes condensing it. And so… Yes? .

Oh, cool. What's the title? I don't want to play it, because it's seven minutes, but it's how to decalcify your pineal gland, and it's like one of the top in the search engines. So I said, I watched that, and I said, I just want to create something better by demonstrating more value in my video, and that's what I'm going to share with you, how I went through that process.

So the first step is to really go on YouTube and research a keyword that whatever you're passionate about. So I know for the traveling dogs, and Tiffany, one of your passions is… Dog training. …dog training, because you have a dog training business.

So providing valuable videos on YouTube, teaching useful tips that maybe have not been done in a way that you can foresee it. Or like Jabril has this quote he shares with me. He's like, it's not who does it first, it's about who does it best. So you can get infinite ideas on YouTube.

Watch something that got a lot of results and say, how can I make it better? Does that make sense? . Nice.

Nice! What is the video about? Getting a second dog. And this organic traffic as well?

Yeah, it's all organic. Very cool. And I think something we can do probably to take our videos to the next level is actually apply the stuff that John teaches us where we're doing Fiverr gigs and basically ranking it higher in the search engines. We could probably get millions of views if we actually combine the two.

So super powerful stuff. So that was step one. Let me see if I get back to the slides. So typing in basically your keyword into the search engine.

After you choose a topic, make sure you're passionate about it. Then do some keyword research and then just search YouTube. Step two, define the intention of the video. My intention was to just demonstrate the highest form of influence and give them something in the most concise time which I could do, which was 15 minutes.

Give them hours worth of value. Compact it into one video. And this is a concept you all can use. I'm going to show you how to get the info even if it's not on your mind because a lot of the information I shared in that video isn't my thoughts.

I actually did a Google search and got some info and I'll show you how I did that. So step two, what's your intention? Mine was to unlock people's minds and to research the subject further because I don't really expect people to believe me because I talked about it. But I figured if I did a good enough job demonstrating the points on why this is important, maybe at least you'll research it for yourself.

And come to your own conclusions. So step three, compile value driven content. This is exactly what I did. I went to Google here and I typed in, once it loads here, I typed in pineal gland articles.

And I found some really good articles that were written exclusively on the topic. And I think I got three if I'm remembering correctly. I think I found three of the best articles I can find. I was still loading but no worries.

And I saved those articles and then I took a word processor program and I just took the parts of each. I didn't want to just copy one person's source. So I took pieces from three different articles and I combined them into basically one article and then I put my spin on it and things that I have learned that weren't included in the articles. And I came up with all this awesome content.

And that might not load so don't worry about it. I just go back to step three. Research Google and just type in your keyword with the word blog or article and you'll find plenty of really good content already written on the subject. So you don't have to be super creative unless you're just super creative.

But I didn't come up with a lot of the content. I found it in some really good articles. Say again? Oh, I didn't use the software.

I just literally found three articles that I thought were written well that had a lot of valuable knowledge. And then I just got like a word program like notes or text edit. And then I just took like quotes like I put them, I think I copy pasted the first article, the second, the third. I went through them.

I deleted unnecessary bits of info that I felt would be wasting their time because I had a very limited time to get my point across. And I had the most powerful data within the articles and compiled them and then just put my spin to it so it was unique. And I wasn't copying something verbatim which then I'd probably have to give credit and just a, you know, I don't want to copy anyone's data. I want it to be unique.

So like for example you can have a sentence and then you can rewrite the sentence in your own words which is a great way to do that which I do sometimes. So that's step three. Step four I actually just mentioned it and jumped the gun. Edit your content together so it flows.

An example combining multiple articles together for one mega source. Because keep this in mind. Your video don't have to be fifteen minutes. The only reason mine is because this is data that typically has to be taught in like four day workshops.

And so fifteen minutes was like the shortest that I could actually do it to where I felt it was good. But often times, and I'll ask Tiffany, how long was your second dog training video? Okay. And that's a good point.

If you can do it even shorter it could be even better. Because less is more and will typically get more views. For example, if I dumb down this pineal gland one to like seven minutes, probably would have double the views. And it's just because the shorter the more chance people are actually watch the entire thing.

And so I don't want to give you any time limit because the truth is if it's good people will be engaged. The right people that were meant to see it. That make sense? I would, if you wanted to do three parts, I wouldn't even label it part one, part two, part three.

I'd probably give it a different title and at the end of part one, I'd be like click the link below to get to the next one or something. But it all depends and just experiment with it. Because the truth is it can be 15 minutes or one minute and it can get a million views. It all depends on so many factors that we're not even 100% conscious of.

That's why we just got to do it. Step five, gather additional resources. And what I do, let's see if it loaded yet. Let's see if I can go to Google.

One of the things I did in that video, for those of you that watched it, you realize I wasn't in many of the clips, right? Actually, all I did was record video for the opening, the ending and like two verses, like a Jesus quote or something and a Buddha quote. And the reason I did that because it would probably take me like all day shooting to nail everything I wanted to say. So I decided to do something a little differently and actually just read the article I compiled, the unique content and record it into an audio.

I used my iPhone, an app called Recorder and it records HDR audio, really good quality. I didn't even use a mic. Now I actually own a mic so I may use it. But when I shot this video I just used the Recorder program in the iPhone and I read my article.

Super easy to do. I got the content from the search engines, compiled it, put my spin on it, then just recorded it and then I took out a few words where I get in front of the camera and I'm like, I'd say that one line and it was easy because I can remember one line and then say it and then look like an example of somebody very smart and then just use some editing. So here's some other things that I learned that I think I got this from Dan, correct me if I'm wrong. VideoBlocks for background music in your video.

I realized by actually using background music and of course royalty free is really important because you can get your account shut down if you're using copyrighted material but I use VideoBlocks.com I think I bought an annual membership. I don't know the exact price but very inexpensive maybe $100, $150 for the year, something like that. And they have very high quality audio. Also another resource is Walt.

He's a music producer. So something Dee did that was very smart. She did a post on Facebook and she said, if there's any musicians, like music producers that are willing to share some of their inspiring audios message me. And Walt was one of the many who did.

So now often times Dee will just use Walt's inspirational music. Anyone ever watch her blog or Bliss Talk TV show? She always features good music and she's getting it from people volunteering to give it to her. So it's just very clever way where everyone wins.

Walt gets more exposure and then you can do that with musicians. I know, I forget her name but a few years ago Dee went to a musician she really liked that we actually listened to and purchased her music and Dee said, would you mind if I used your music in your video if I gave you credit at the end, like music buy? And she said, yeah sure. And she sent us like additional albums.

So you can actually connect with musicians to get inspirational music if you're looking to do so. Or you can use a program like VideoBlocks where you'll get pretty good quality stuff very inexpensively and there's just a lot of good content there. Another thing is for my video is mostly Google images. So as I'm reading the text, I'm just showing images.

So how do I find all these images? I went to Google and I typed in pineal gland and I created a folder and I put like about 300 different images because I understand that people will lose interest in my video if I didn't switch the image every three seconds. Which is typically what I did because I watch Hollywood movies and I learn about motion, the power of a motion picture. They're always moving, there's always multiple angles, there's b-rolls and things are always moving because we become trained, our unconscious to be very basically not keep focus.

So I figured by switching the image every three seconds or four seconds as I'm reading it, it'll engage people and it's images on the topic. So you see people awakening and meditation, you see people who wrote books on the pineal gland and research studies that were done with images of the third eye and that this is an actual part in the body called the pineal gland and so I thought that was a very easy way and I did the same thing when I created the Law of One. I typed in Law of One into Google, I saved like two or three hundred images that were from the book and similar related topics and as I'm reading the content that I crafted recording it on my audio software, I just in the video editing program which I use as iMovie, I just switch the image, switch the image, switch the image and it was actually very easy to do and in my process if you're not in depth or very attuned with editing videos, I have a secret which you all can use and you don't really need much knowledge to do so, but I first record the actual what I did was record the article, like a long article and then I just started putting images to it because it will flow better versus if you put all the images and then you just put random music so I put the actual, like what I'm talking about and then for example if I'm talking about Jesus, I will go to Google, take an image of Jesus and as I'm saying Jesus, there will be an image of Jesus, just because it's super targeted and related for what they're looking for, so those are two secrets you know background music is very good and using Google images if you're not in the entire video because in my example I'm rarely in those videos I'm just using Google images next is record your video clips, so I wanted to give myself a presence, I wanted to start the video because I understood people are attracted to people and they would trust me more if I did an introduction, so I did something like I'm going to be sharing with you the greatest cover up to ever exist and probably next to ETs but I believe it's all connected in the history of human kind and that was just like all I said and then I just cut from my intro video to images and then my content and my article and making sure the beginning of the article had the most impact to capture their interest because you only have a few seconds from the time that you start so I opened it up with a custom video like 5 seconds or 8 seconds, I don't really know the exact amount and then it goes to video clips and then there was like 2 or 3 spots where it was like basically a sentence or 2 and I just recorded it and then I inserted it within the editing and if I'm confusing people with editing don't worry, there is a simple method I'm going to share in a bit Step 7, record your audio and I think I jumped the gun, we already recorded the audio and these steps can be mixed and matched but this is I think the process that I did so if I go back Step 4 was edit the content together so it flows Step 5, gather additional resources, example video blocks and background music Step 6, record your video clips if you're going to be in the video which I recommend even if you're not in the whole thing at least do a warm intro and an outro minimum and then Step 7, record your audio and again I use a program called Recorder and then Step 8 import all your content into your video editing program and edit your video masterpiece I used iMovie and it probably took me 3 days and it may have took me several hours each of those days but for me it was worth it because I knew the value I was sharing would go a long ways where typically I edit a video in 10 minutes so has anyone here edited a video in like 5 minutes?

often times, you ever get really good results though? sometimes you do but it's not often right? so there is definitely an advantage to taking your time to do it because when they get quality people are going to share it even if you have a link to a business op in it people will still share it because they got so much value from it so that was the key, my intention behind the video deliver so much value they share it with their friends because they just figure hey this is so good I'd be doing my friends a disservice if I didn't hit the share button and if you think with that mentality you'll deliver a lot more value in your videos so outsource if you don't like video editing if you want quick videos done you could also go to Fiverr and you can get professional video editing services done for $5 I don't know if my net is working here yet yep it is and I'll show you how quick and easy you can do that I don't do it because I actually enjoy editing my own videos I don't like editing other people's videos like Dee edits her own videos I edit my own videos or if I do a big project with a professional I have them do it because I'm paying them to do it but on Fiverr you can type in video editing give it a quick search hit enter looks like they just updated some things and then go by high rating that's what I always do not just because I'm the hippie jedi but you know sometimes it makes sense and you see these gigs right here top rated seller I'll record a professional voice over so you could use other people but I suggest using yourself just because you'll get better at it and people are attracted to people even though you could use a voice over I was actually looking for video editing I will record a professional I will provide professional video editing and I haven't used this guy from Canada but let's just see what he's able to do I just want to show you how affordable it is it takes 6 days on average not a bad turnaround considering he has perfect 5 stars 1330 pretty much positive comments people who actually ordered the gig and I'll do this for 5 if your video needs pretty much any kind of treatment I can handle it I can edit it so it flows smoothly I can add sound effects text effects royalty free music improve the overall appearance of the footage anything your footage needs get it done pretty quickly and painlessly I'll do it for as little as $5 so I just want you to think about that if you professionally record and I shouldn't say professionally but professionally on your iPhone if you record your audio from putting some content together and then you send it to them and you give them the images to use you may pay more than $5 because if you have a thousand images you have to pay for their time sometimes but still very cost effective it may be $10 or $15 or $20 to get something done and not have to be a part of the process if that's not your forte if you don't like video editing if it's a nightmare learning how to do things that are cool inside your video program just outsource it and just by a show of hands how many people don't like video editing a few of you some of you do, some of you don't so you can go to Fiverr and you can get professional quality for as little as $5 you have a question?

it ended up costing me like $30 because it was like a 7 minute video but it was well worth it because there was images, there was audio and then video so he kind of merged everything together and he did a great job has anyone else used Fiverr just curious for editing anything Horacio? I've used it for a little bit of editing and transcription, subtitles and that opens up Pandora's box transcribing your videos I think John talked about and also if you wanted to experiment with different languages I know Anders is on our team and he lives in Sweden he'll be here for the main event he was experimenting where he was paying somebody, let's say on Fiverr or an Elance community to basically take his long written story the hypnotic story and let's say he didn't speak Spanish paying someone $5 or $10 on Fiverr to translate it into good Spanish because we have all used Google Translate not a good idea however because he was able to do that he's been able to generate leads for like 30 or 40 cents because there's not a lot of competition in other countries so even though I don't think he speaks German he's able to get it translated and build a team in Germany that actually come to the events because he was willing to transcribe something which he actually got done on a service like Fiverr so just a very cool way to do that let's see what else here Fiverr is pretty, just overall we have to go and then step 9 and Dee's going to get into more of the application of sharing because creation is one thing I kind of focused a lot on now because I want you to be able to monetize your passions because if you're not getting paid to do what you love you're not living so here, step 9 share your video on the blog you hear kill two birds with one stone but I love animals so I'm like screw killing these birds what'd they do to you so here's another concept or feed two birds with one seed someone broke that down to me at a previous event I don't remember who it is but I'm very grateful she shared that so when you do share your content or create your content don't be afraid to not only put it on your blog but on your Facebook send it to your list and also put it on YouTube because you've already done the work that's the hard part sharing should be fun and easy and I think it is and my wife is going to be breaking that so if you have a purpose you honestly have everything you need by the end of this mastermind to start getting traffic which you all will be how many of you have your ads live right now?

I'm just curious about half of you, a little more than half probably by the end of today I know Jabril's doing another session tonight I want everyone here to have active ads because once you can master traffic building a business is actually really, really, really easy value demonstration doesn't have to be difficult so just note that and know that there's other people seeking the information you have to share even if you're not a business professional or guru because the truth is you get the leverage off the success of everyone in here who is successful so you don't have to be talking about money all the time I know I get bored about doing that so that's why I do what I'm passionate about it's more effective it works better I have more fun doing it less wrinkles and it keeps the family happy now, what's the title for your speech today?

I know you're going to be breaking down the whiteboard she coined it ish I'm going to say ish ish she don't want to talk about and the reason for this this information she's never shared before so it is new and I just want you to give Dee a nice warm welcome because she's like should I really share this she's more like myself we're more focused on sharing our vision because it resonates so much with us but we love sharing what it is that we do but this is her first time actually doing it publicly so give her a nice warm welcome and she'll tear it up

And that's absolutely the reason why I'm connected with Justin and Dee and why we've decided to become direct partners to help deliver the best information, the best possible ways for you guys to build your lives and for you guys to build your business.

I could not do it without them.

And before I even get into today's topic, which is monetizing your passions, I just wanted to share some of the breakthroughs I've uncovered just being here.

So something I realized at this event, I want to create a 30 or 60 second hippie Jedi bridge going into iPass versus having an eight hour saga on my life.

And even though it's a really good quality, like Brian's generating 12 leads and getting a sale, Nicole is generating 10 or 20 leads and getting a sale. And Nate's generating like 20 leads and getting a sale.

So we're here to learn. And I think that's the beauty of having a mastermind, is no one leader or one person can do all this on their own. But when we get together and we share what's actually working, I see transformation.

Because for me, life and business is a lot more fulfilling when you're doing your passion and you're fulfilling that. And the truth is, everybody here can become insanely successful doing what it is that you love.

You don't have to pretend to be somebody else and so forth. So I'm going to get right into it. Let me make it full screen here. So yes, how to get paid doing what you love. And my first question is, what do you think I love?

Like, what do I love? What do I focus on oftentimes when I'm sharing myself in videos or content? Philo? Uplifting others. That's a really good one.

Anyone else? Any guesses? I know Sarita knows. Freedom. I can probably resonate with that word more than any other word in the English vocabulary.

Because I think it's even a bigger common denominator than money, in a lot of ways, especially with some of the other niche markets. You were sleeping during Paolo, man. I did listen to all the traffic. It was amazing.

And I will say, I even fall asleep on my own. So don't fall back, don't feel bad about it. You can tell me. Subconscious.

Yeah, yeah. Unconscious programming, he realizes, is more powerful than the conscious itself. And he's a perfect example of that. Always learning.

What are some of my other niche markets, Rebecca? Family. Family, I think that's important. I learn a lot from how Rhonda brands herself since having Kuan Yin.

Thierry? Truth seekers. This is very big. One of my biggest passions is learning hidden knowledge that's suppressed from society and sharing it.

That's how I found you. That's how you found me. Okay. Very cool. Serita?

All in love. I like that. And I like to refer to myself as a revolutionary freedom-preneur, because I think that just fits very well. I like that.

I like that. Well, Robert? Law of attraction. Yes. How many of you here found me through Law of Attraction?

Quite a few of you. It's a great passion of mine, because it helped transform my life. And I realize when you have a personal transformation is when you teach it to other people, after you've got results from it, people know when you're being genuine. Like if you watch my video where I'm talking about the secret, I won't get into it right here.

But you could just see in my eyes that the secret is for real, and so it's going to connect on a deeper level versus a topic that you can't relate to. So my next question is, what are you passionate about? You know what I am passionate about. So now I just want some people to share what are some of your passions that you want to be able to make a living sharing with others.

Family first, but more importantly I'm more passionate about people, because I find that they can change their minds and change their lives. So it's been such a big breakthrough for you in your life, you know how powerful it will be for others. And that's why I appreciate Paulo, opening up his training with the power of mindset, because it is that important, and I can see the passion Paulo has in mindset, and so you can really connect with people on a deeper level doing that. Does that all make sense? Cool.

Does anyone else want to share that I don't already know? Oh, excellent. I think that's a great topic, because in many cases most people are ignorant that there's bad stuff in your food, so to be able to cleanse the body, healer work, that's a very awesome audience of people. The truth is, regardless what your audience is, I know Walt doing music because he's a musician, there is an audience for that. So there's no right or wrong, there's no magical topic. It's just you basically learning something, applying it and teaching it, which is the overall objective of what we're doing when we're sharing and we're teaching.

So which leads to why, which is actually a very profound and deep question. So for example, why Nicole, are you so passionate about helping people switch their mindset on a deeper level? Why do you think that is? Because I think it's, your life just changes for the better, meaning that you flip that switch, which is not easy to do. You have to take some time to practice, to think it's just a flip of the switch of the decision to do it, but it's going to have to happen.

Believe me, Justin, I know how it is to have that negative mindset. I know how it is to have the positive, and I know that it can totally transform your family, the lives of your families. It's changed the relationships with me and my parents, it's changed my relationship with my husband, it's changed my relationship with so many people that I didn't realize it was so negative, and I used to be like, my ego was always in the way, and I'm like, I don't have a relationship with him because he's not important. So changing my mindset and seeing relationships along the way, it's an amazing thing to realize that the negative thinking is holding you back so much from what you know, from what you could be. Right? Ask and you shall receive, you said, I wish, but you already are. So it's such a profound experience.

Can you tell she glows when you hear her talk about that? So you know that's a true passion, you can't fake that stuff, and people really are going to appreciate that. And I just got a pattern interrupt back into where I was before, just sharing another breakthrough I got from having a private conversation with Nate, and it's the concept of less is more, and it just resonates with me so much because I look at his sales through iPass and it's like I've generated more sales but he has more conversion. So that's another thing that we can learn from. So I'll just share some of the tidbits, if you don't mind.

You should get a kiosk if you're trying to get a kiosk in your neighborhood that you're a member of, but if you know other friends shared with me last night, like when I get a new member, I try to contact them through every means necessary, whether it's calling them, leaving a voice message, hitting them up within the iPass instant messenger, sending them a Facebook message. And I think what I was doing is overwhelming them with too much. And then I'd send them, here's your $9,000 in free bonuses for joining me for seven bucks. And I'm like, why isn't this working?

And so just a great simplicity concept, that less is more, probably smarter to not offer any bonuses at all.

And so here's a question, sharing hidden knowledge, what niche markets can I target that share that concept, that sub-niche, I would say, within that? Anyone know? Yeah, I think so, because it's a part of it.

Hidden knowledge is very broad, but like energy workers or people that do yoga or practice qigong or do tai chi, you know, you're rocking a bindi on the third eye, so you can connect with me here. You could unlock these chakras, you know, these vital energy centers in your body, and it will transform your life. You'll never be the same person again. And people who have awakened consciousness, there's no unconvincing them from their own experience what is actually true.

So people that meditate would be probably a pretty decent niche for hidden knowledge. I know it's very broad, but we can do sub-topics with different ads, following what we teach in the PPC course, like targeting one keyword per ad versus trying to blanket a bunch of keywords into one, and have different separate ads as well as different lead capture pages with different messages depending upon your target audience. And that's how you get like a 50 or 60% opt-in rate. And just curious here, anyone have a 50% opt-in rate in here? Walt, you?

How laser targeted are you? Because typically you got to have something super targeted and attracting the right people in your audience. So super laser targeted, or? I mean, I'm targeting people that I right now already know that are kind of involved in music. So I'm personally targeting people that I already know with this new, what I'm doing here at this mastermind is really getting focused in on how to do that on a grander scale, to focus on people that I don't know but may be attracted to me.

Because I'm involved in music and what I'm doing and the lifestyle that I'm seeking as a freedom-preneur. Right on, man. And that's why it works so well, and Nate said it best, his fellow Kiwis can relate to him because they're not going to trust regular Americans, which I thought was hilarious. But it is so true. When you can speak their language, you can connect with them on a higher level and get really good conversions.

Yeah. And don't be afraid to spend hours in lead pages crafting different messages. Don't ever think you're wasting your time because you're investing into your business. Sometimes I'll spend two or three hours in a day in lead pages, just because if I'm generating hundreds of leads a day, I know the difference between a 30% opt-in, which is actually pretty good, or having a 50%, which is like fantastic. But it's possible if you actually invest time into creating laser targeted messages.

So what are the biggest? And one more thing I should mention, actually, another obviously law of attraction, being most of you came here, what's a good sub-niche for people who are into the law of attraction? Any ideas? There's no right or wrong, just what comes to mind. Holistic living.

Absolutely. Okay. Yeah. Because like yoga is mind, body, spirit. It's all connected.

So that definitely could connect in there. Typically the people that believe there are aliens probably have... I'm just curious, how many of you believe in extraterrestrial life?

More than half of you. So I just think that's so cool. But yeah, it could be connected, but it's not probably a direct connection. Yeah. Something like Abraham and Esther Hicks, that connection...

Yeah, yeah. Because the biggest law of attraction movie that came out in recent times is... Right. So targeting one of the speakers within the secret, or an author who writes about law of attraction, which is where I was getting to. Like a Bob Proctor, Esther Hicks, Joe Vitale, this would be a great sub-niche within law of attraction, getting it even closer, tight knit.

And I know Jabril and I, we targeted a lot of authors and we still do for different sorts of things. So book authors are great to target, because somebody is writing a book on any subject you can think of, and you can go to Amazon and you can get people who are buying this book.

Yeah. Then thinking all these positive thoughts and things but they are not actually coming true. Yes, because they get stuck following the path when they don't realize they become it. They're seeking the secret within the secret, but the secret is just becoming and actually doing. So I think implementation is probably a pretty big factor.

Any other ideas where law of attraction, or any other niche that you can think of that you have specifically, where people have their biggest problem, because I realize if we can solve their problems, we're going to deliver the greatest form of influence by demonstrating the highest form of value. So anyone else want to share one of their niches and what the biggest problem you think is? Juan? So at that point the energy is there but they don't understand that it takes action to manifest that energy.

So you might read too much, study too much before you take a step, and a lot of times it's not taking that step that prevents the energy from releasing and moving forward. It's manifesting what they're trying to attract. Absolutely. Now sharing that within a hypnotic story, how we teach within the Facebook course and how they were breaking down, I believe it was Nate broke it down yesterday. If you can share your story, like I can share my story.

It's like I was learning all this great knowledge, this hidden knowledge, but I wasn't applying it into my life to create any better circumstances for me. It wasn't until I met the right mentor, which is another hypnotic way to let them know they need a mentor, which is you, why you're appearing. And another reason I love Law of Attraction is like people who study it and believe in it don't believe in coincidences. So they're reading your ad for like a divine purpose, and they're just like, wow, I was just, you know, and a lot of the people who come here, it's like, I was just reading about the Law of Attraction and then you manifested on my Facebook wall, so it's a sign from God, my dyslexic-ness here, or a sign from the universe that I'm at the right place at the right time. So that's just one example.

So what are the solutions to the problems? Give people exactly what they're looking for. So for example, on your lead capture page, after they opt in, you could, obviously shorter is better and less is more, but you can whet their appetite by pointing towards their solutions. Like, this is how I overcame the problem, and it depends on what you're targeting, but I never had the time freedom to spend with my family, I had to go to a job, but I found this system, without mentioning the system name, usually the more generic and less information the better, that's just how it is, and then immediately bridging the gap to what you're doing after introducing yourself, but touching upon the reason why they opted in the first place.

So for example, with Walt, he may say something like, I went from being a struggling music producer to being able to live life on my own terms and manifest my dream reality, and then on the bridge page it's like, hey, it's Walt, I'm no longer a struggling musician, in fact I'm a very successful music producer, and I now have time freedom, and now I just want to share this with you so I can teach you how to do the same thing. So it's very short, it's very concise, but it's ultra targeted, and it's basically offering the solution to their problem, or their biggest problem. Is that making sense? Cool, cool.

So share how you can help them, and I'll get into a formula in a bit which I've shared before, but there is a formula which I believe anyone can implement, that is super easy to do, and it's actually right here. What's the greatest form of influence? And it's bolded, so everyone should know. Cool.

Yes, value demonstration. And the easiest way to explain this, I should actually just look here, it's kind of cooler, I realize we've got these big TV screens, I think that's so cool. And the funniest thing is in your bathroom, at the other place, there's a hot tub and there's like a screen bigger than this above the hot tub, and then there's another big screen, and that house must have like 100 TVs, kind of funny, but living the life, so it's pretty cool. So first party is the lowest form of influence, so when I say value demonstration, when you're shooting your bridge video or just value driven content after they opt into your autoresponder via your blog or Facebook content or YouTube videos, this is what most people do as first party, they just talk about how great their system is, or they talk about how great their products or services are, or they talk about how great they are themselves, and typically this is not really an effective way of selling, it's the lowest form, but it's most commonly done. And then we get to third party, and anyone know an example of third party?

Yeah, testimonials, endorsements, other people endorsing you. It's more effective than you saying it, coming from someone else's mouth, but it's still effective, and so if you're in a video business, or if you're a salesperson, or if you're an ambassador, or if you're in sales, but you're selling your product, it's okay to just say you're going to sell your product, and it's great, you can talk about it, you can make films of it. And this time I'm going to start with the top three, and I want to start with the bottom three, so you want to start with something that is the highest form of influence. Okay, overcome that. And then actually being a teacher, people are going to be more attracted to you if you're delivering a lot of value to them.

They're going to trust you more than you talking about it or just sharing testimonials about it. Does that make sense? Yes? Cool, cool. And so, which leads me, and I'm actually going to be, if I have enough time, let me know when I have five minutes left so I know when to rush, because I never finish things on time.

But cool. My most successful videos of all time that went viral without the need of paid advertising are these three, or actually it's two videos. Is Megan Swim in the house or no? Oh, right here. Yeah, you uploaded this one.

It says Megan Swim. But it's my video on the pineal gland, and I just uploaded it to YouTube and I uploaded it to Facebook and we ran paid ads. I believe we got over a million views. But this is all organic, and I'm just curious, did you do any paid advertising? Did you even use John's method?

You just uploaded it. Okay. This is the power when you can tap into what you're passionate about and then demonstrate the highest form of influence, especially within a video. I mean, right here between Megan and I, the same exact video, close to a half a million views, and it's absolutely free. And the reason I think it's so powerful is like eight out of ten messages I get on Facebook and my other folder, because they're not friends with me yet, are because they saw this video.

And I did a lot of research on YouTube and I've never even marketed it on YouTube. I never did nothing but upload the video and choose some keywords, like pineal gland is obviously one of them. I think third eye is another one. I think pineal gland activation, or something like that, because I did some quick keyword research but it took me like five minutes. But I'm going to actually walk you through the process of how I created a video like this, so you can actually implement it into whatever your niche market is.

I got the original idea, and I knew it would go, like I predicted it pretty much. Like I told Jabril before I created the video, I have an idea and this video is going to go viral, because of what I knew. And I'm going to share that with you here shortly. The other video is, and just by a show of hands, how many of you watched the video on the third eye? The majority of you.

Very cool. If you haven't watched it, you can just type it in YouTube, probably type in like pineal gland, which I'm very passionate about because not enough people know about it. So that's like my passion. I've actually been studying the pineal gland for about five years since meeting David Wilcock. Anyone read David Wilcock's?

Cool. I think it's divinecosmos.com, but I actually went with Jin Hua, and I think Garrett actually met a lot of people there. But anyways, I went to like a convergence conference, which is not in our niche, but it's pretty much in like the ET niche, if you're following that. Kind of stuff in ancient aliens. But nonetheless, the other video I created, I knew would do very well.

It didn't do as well as the pineal gland one, but still like 19,000 views. Would anyone mind having 19,000 views on a video for free without doing any paid advertising? And I think the reason for that, it's like I read the book called The Law of One. Has anyone read it? Some of you.

It's very deep. It's into like trance, and basically being a channel to basically communicate through this extraterrestrial by the name of Rob, but I find it truthful in my life, so I figure other people must too. So I created basically the information on it. The only information you can typically get online was like five hours long, and it was from David Wilcock.

And most people don't have the patience to learn something very deep. So my objective with creating the video was, how can I dumb it down in 15 minutes to get people to understand the concept of the law of one? And I think that's a really good idea. So this leads up to the concept of the book.

And because I read the book, it was easy for me to create. But again, I'm going to share with you the process of how I created it, because I think these videos are my greatest form of influence, because I'm demonstrating it. And the connection I have with the people is greater than I've ever seen compared to anything else I've ever done. If that makes sense. So let's go.

So what kind of videos go viral? Three that I can think of, and there may be more, but it's not common. And one of them is funny, we all watch the hilarious videos on Facebook that are 15 seconds where someone does something really stupid usually, right?

You're not being unique, you're not being your greater self, which is how I would define it. However, your unique passions define the essence of who you are. We've been able to attract, my wife and I, amazing abundance in our life because we're not afraid to talk about Mary Jane.

You know what I mean? I'm not afraid to talk about ETs or Star Wars. There's a lot of other Star Wars fans that think we're crazy, or non-Star Wars fans that think we're crazy, but I'm not trying to build business with everyone. I'm trying to build business with the people I can relate to, because it's more fun to be in business with these people. That's why we come to Masterminds.

It's like a whole room of lightworkers, we want to be around you, we want to get around you. And you get to choose who you want to work with, and I think that's the greatest thing about owning your home business. So this allows you to connect with people on a deeper level. And I think once you have that deep relationship with them, they'll truly trust you and they'll stop wondering, is this a scam? Is it this?

Is it that? I just believe that's how it is, because people are not attracted to businesses. We all know that, right? What are people attracted to? Yes, people are attracted to people that they can relate to.

The New Zealanders want to reach or connect with someone from New Zealand. In a lot of ways, or at least somebody who has been to New Zealand, that can relate to them or at least know a part of their culture. The same way, if someone is into the law of attraction, they're going to choose to join with somebody who has been through what they're going through. Does that make sense? Cool.

So these are some of the results my wife and I have been able to manifest with the help of Jabril. Just make sure you're not sleeping. Cool. I said we've been able to manifest some great results with the help of Jabril, by really targeting our niche markets, which is what Jabril came to us and said, let's just focus on what you're really passionate about because it'll work better and you'll be happier in the long run.

So I'm like, I'm all for it, let's do it. And so, the next slide here, we've been able to personally enroll, and this was probably last week or so, I took the snapshot, but 1,934 people. And if I was to guess, probably 900 or 1,000 would be law of attraction. I hope you'd be interested.

But this was only up to the day we took the snapshot, so it's still growing. I really hope, believe me, that I get the exact number up to date. On that note.

If you don't mind, I'd like to do another one on this. What did you see on that note? A super target. This video going on, it will today be built towards it being a super target.

A super target, right? Yeah. I was speaking to Sean.

Anyone know Sean and Dee? They're really cool people on our team, they're musicians, making a living doing what they're passionate about, and I believe that's why he's so successful at doing that. So would anyone here like to be able to sponsor 1,900 people into your business? Cool.

So let me walk you through the video creation process here. Step one, this is the video creation process I went through to create the video on the pineal gland, which was one of the few viral videos I've ever done.

You attend his three-day, four-day events, you can learn all about the pineal gland, but it's a very, very long process.

And I'm like, there's 1.5 million views on this video, so I figured this might be a good topic on something that I can basically fulfill the value and demonstrate it to this market, because there's really no one doing a really good job at it. She just shared her thoughts on it, which is actually... That's why she got more views than I.

What's the title? I don't want to play it because it's seven minutes, but it's "How to Decalcify Your Pineal Gland," and it's like one of the top in the search engines. So I said, I watched that, and I said, I just want to create something better by demonstrating more value in my video, and that's what I'm going to share with you, how I went through that process. So the first step is to really go on YouTube and research a keyword for whatever you're passionate about. So I know for the traveling dogs, Tiffany, one of your passions is...

Dog training. ...dog training, because you have a dog training business. So providing valuable videos on YouTube, teaching useful tips that maybe have not been done in a way that you can foresee it. Jabril has this quote he shares with me, he's like, it's not who does it first, it's about who does it best.

So you can get infinite ideas on YouTube. Watch something that got a lot of results and say, how can I make it better? Does that make sense? Nice.

Nice! What is the video about? Getting a second dog. And this is organic traffic as well? Yeah, it's all organic.

Very cool. And I think something we can do probably to take our videos to the next level is actually apply the stuff that John teaches us, where we're doing Fiverr gigs and basically ranking it higher in the search engines.

Give them hours worth of value, compact it into one video. And this is a concept you all can use. I'm going to show you how to get the info even if it's not on your mind, because a lot of the information I shared in that video isn't my thoughts.

I actually did a Google search and got some info, and I'll show you how I did that. So step two, what's your intention? Mine was to unlock people's minds and to get them to research the subject further, because I don't really expect people to believe me just because I talked about it. But I figured if I did a good enough job demonstrating the points on why this is important, maybe at least you'll research it for yourself. And come to your own conclusions.

So step three, compile value driven content. This is exactly what I did. I went to Google and I typed in, once it loads here, I typed in pineal gland articles. And I found some really good articles that were written exclusively on the topic. And I think I got three, if I'm remembering correctly.

I think I found three of the best articles I could find. It was still loading, but no worries. And I saved those articles and then I took a word processor program and I just took parts of each. I didn't want to just copy one person's source. So I took pieces from three different articles and I combined them into basically one article, and then I put my spin on it and things that I have learned that weren't included in the articles.

And I came up with all this awesome content. Say again? Oh, I didn't use software. I just literally found three articles that I thought were written well that had a lot of valuable knowledge.

And then I just got a word program like Notes or TextEdit. And then I just took quotes, like I copy-pasted the first article, the second, the third. I went through them. I deleted unnecessary bits of info that I felt would be wasting their time, because I had a very limited time to get my point across. And I kept the most powerful data within the articles and compiled them and then just put my spin to it so it was unique.

And I wasn't copying something verbatim, which then I'd probably have to give credit, and I don't want to copy anyone's data. I want it to be unique. So for example you can have a sentence and then you can rewrite the sentence in your own words, which is a great way to do that, which I do sometimes. So that's step three. Step four, I actually just mentioned it and jumped the gun.

Edit your content together so it flows. An example, combining multiple articles together for one mega source. Because keep this in mind, your video doesn't have to be fifteen minutes. The only reason mine is, is because this is data that typically has to be taught in like four day workshops.

And so fifteen minutes was the shortest that I could actually do it to where I felt it was good. But oftentimes, and I'll ask Tiffany, how long was your second dog training video? Okay. And that's a good point. If you can do it even shorter it could be even better.

Because less is more and will typically get more views. For example, if I dumbed down this pineal gland one to like seven minutes, it would probably have double the views. And it's just because the shorter it is, the more chance people are actually watching the entire thing. And so I don't want to give you any time limit, because the truth is if it's good, people will be engaged, the right people that were meant to see it.

Does that make sense? I would, if you wanted to do three parts, I wouldn't even label it part one, part two, part three. I'd probably give it a different title, and at the end of part one, I'd be like, click the link below to get to the next one, or something. But it all depends, just experiment with it. Because the truth is it can be 15 minutes or one minute and it can get a million views.

It all depends on so many factors that we're not even 100% conscious of. That's why we just got to do it. Step five, gather additional resources. Let's see if it loaded yet. Let's see if I can go to Google.

One of the things I did in that video, for those of you that watched it, you realize I wasn't in many of the clips, right? Actually, all I did was record video for the opening, the ending, and like two verses, like a Jesus quote or something and a Buddha quote. And the reason I did that is because it would probably take me all day shooting to nail everything I wanted to say. So I decided to do something a little differently and actually just read the article I compiled, the unique content, and record it into an audio. I used my iPhone, an app called Recorder, and it records HDR audio, really good quality.

I didn't even use a mic. Now I actually own a mic, so I may use it. But when I shot this video I just used the Recorder program on the iPhone and I read my article. Super easy to do. I got the content from the search engines, compiled it, put my spin on it, then just recorded it, and then I took out a few words where I'd get in front of the camera and say that one line, and it was easy because I could remember one line and then say it and look like an example of somebody very smart, and then just use some editing.

So here's some other things that I learned that I think I got this from Dan, correct me if I'm wrong. VideoBlocks for background music in your video. I realized by actually using background music, and of course royalty free is really important because you can get your account shut down if you're using copyrighted material, but I use VideoBlocks.com, I think I bought an annual membership. I don't know the exact price, but very inexpensive, maybe $100, $150 for the year, something like that. And they have very high quality audio.

Also another resource is Walt. He's a music producer. So something Dee did that was very smart, she did a post on Facebook and she said, if there's any musicians, like music producers that are willing to share some of their inspiring audios, message me. And Walt was one of the many who did.

So now oftentimes Dee will just use Walt's inspirational music. Anyone ever watch her blog or Bliss Talk TV show? She always features good music and she's getting it from people volunteering to give it to her. So it's just a very clever way where everyone wins. Walt gets more exposure and then you can do that with musicians.

I forget her name, but a few years ago Dee went to a musician she really liked that we actually listened to and purchased her music, and Dee said, would you mind if I used your music in your video if I gave you credit at the end, like "music by"? And she said, yeah sure. And she sent us like additional albums. So you can actually connect with musicians to get inspirational music if you're looking to do so. Or you can use a program like VideoBlocks where you'll get pretty good quality stuff very inexpensively, and there's just a lot of good content there.

Another thing for my video is mostly Google images. So as I'm reading the text, I'm just showing images. So how do I find all these images? I went to Google and I typed in pineal gland and I created a folder and I put about 300 different images, because I understand that people will lose interest in my video if I didn't switch the image every three seconds. Which is typically what I did, because I watch Hollywood movies and I learn about motion, the power of a motion picture.

They're always moving, there's always multiple angles, there's b-rolls and things are always moving, because our unconscious becomes trained to basically not keep focus. So I figured by switching the image every three or four seconds as I'm reading it, it'll engage people, and it's images on the topic. So you see people awakening and meditation, you see people who wrote books on the pineal gland and research studies that were done with images of the third eye, and that this is an actual part in the body called the pineal gland, and so I thought that was a very easy way, and I did the same thing when I created the Law of One video. I typed Law of One into Google, I saved like two or three hundred images that were from the book and similar related topics, and as I'm reading the content that I crafted, recording it on my audio software, I just, in the video editing program which I use, iMovie, I just switch the image, switch the image, switch the image, and it was actually very easy to do.

And in my process, if you're not in depth or very attuned with editing videos, I have a secret which you all can use and you don't really need much knowledge to do so. I first record the article, like a long article, and then I just started putting images to it, because it will flow better versus if you put all the images and then you just put random music. So I put the actual, like what I'm talking about, and then for example if I'm talking about Jesus, I will go to Google, take an image of Jesus, and as I'm saying Jesus, there will be an image of Jesus, just because it's super targeted and related to what they're looking for. So those are two secrets: background music is very good, and using Google images if you're not in the entire video, because in my example I'm rarely in those videos, I'm just using Google images.

Next is record your video clips. So I wanted to give myself a presence, I wanted to start the video, because I understood people are attracted to people and they would trust me more if I did an introduction. So I did something like, "I'm going to be sharing with you the greatest cover-up to ever exist, probably next to ETs, but I believe it's all connected in the history of humankind," and that was just about all I said, and then I just cut from my intro video to images and then my content and my article, making sure the beginning of the article had the most impact to capture their interest, because you only have a few seconds from the time that you start. So I opened it up with a custom video, like 5 or 8 seconds, I don't really know the exact amount, and then it goes to video clips, and then there were like 2 or 3 spots where it was basically a sentence or two and I just recorded it and then inserted it within the editing. And if I'm confusing people with editing, don't worry, there is a simple method I'm going to share in a bit.

Step 7, record your audio, and I think I jumped the gun, we already recorded the audio, and these steps can be mixed and matched, but this is I think the process that I did. So if I go back: step 4 was edit the content together so it flows. Step 5, gather additional resources, example VideoBlocks and background music. Step 6, record your video clips, if you're going to be in the video, which I recommend even if you're not in the whole thing, at least do a warm intro and an outro minimum. And then step 7, record your audio, and again I used a program called Recorder. And then step 8, import all your content into your video editing program and edit your video masterpiece. I used iMovie, and it probably took me 3 days, and it may have taken me several hours each of those days, but for me it was worth it, because I knew the value I was sharing would go a long way, where typically I edit a video in 10 minutes. So has anyone here edited a video in like 5 minutes? Often times, do you ever get really good results though?

Sometimes you do, but it's not often, right? It ended up costing me like $30 because it was like a 7 minute video, but it was well worth it because there was images, there was audio, and then video, so he kind of merged everything together and he did a great job. Has anyone else used Fiverr? Just curious, for editing anything. Horacio? I'm just curious, about half of you, a little more than half probably. By the end of today, I know Jabril's doing another session tonight, I want everyone here to have active ads, because once you can master traffic, building a business is actually really, really easy. Value demonstration doesn't have to be difficult, so just note that and know that there's other people seeking the information you have to share, even if you're not a business professional or guru, because the truth is you get the leverage off the success of everyone in here who is successful. So you don't have to be talking about money all the time, I know I get bored doing that, so that's why I do what I'm passionate about, it's more effective, it works better, I have more fun doing it, less wrinkles, and it keeps the family happy.

Now, what's the title for your speech today? I know you're going to be breaking down the whiteboard, she coined it, ish. I'm going to say ish, she doesn't want to talk about it, and the reason for this information, she's never shared before, so it is new. And I just want you to give Dee a nice warm welcome, because she's like, should I really share this, she's more like myself, we're more focused on sharing our vision because it resonates so much with us, but we love sharing what it is that we do, but this is her first time actually doing it publicly. So give her a nice warm welcome and she'll tear it up.
