The System Will Never Replace You: Chris Jones on Automation’s Actual Limit

This lesson is part of Fight The Forces of Evil 2015
The full recording is free with an account. One email gets you in.

At some point every builder of an online business gets tempted by the same fantasy: a system so good it runs itself. No more answering the same question for the fortieth time, no more explaining the same onboarding step to a new person who joined last night. Just a machine that sells, coaches, and closes while you go do something else. Chris Jones, describing a sales-and-communications platform he had spent months building for his own team, spent a good part of his session talking that fantasy back down to earth, and the correction he made is worth more than the product announcement wrapped around it.

What is the difference between a sales system and the person running it?

Jones is direct about where the automation stops mattering. A system can gather an email address, route a new member through onboarding, and organize daily tasks so nobody spends their morning reorganizing their desk instead of working. What it cannot do is replace the relationship between a sponsor and the person they brought in.

the system does not define your success, you do. iPass will never replace you. It will never automate all of you.

He is blunt about the people who claim otherwise. Anyone selling you a push-button, do-nothing version of this business, he says flatly, is lying to you. That is the challenge every builder eventually has to face down: the appeal of a shortcut that removes the hardest, most human part of the work, which is also the part that actually earns trust.

Why does a beginner customer need a different coach than a six-figure builder?

The mechanism Jones describes for solving that without pretending automation can do it is worth stealing regardless of what platform you use. Instead of routing every customer through identical generic support, the system sorts people into tiers based on what they have actually bought and, more importantly, where they are in their own development.

  • A brand-new member who just picked up an entry-level product gets a coach whose entire job is welcoming people and getting them oriented, nothing more.
  • Someone building out their own content and blog gets a different coach, focused on helping them find their story and their voice.
  • Someone ready to learn paid traffic gets a specialist in that specific skill, not a generalist repeating the same overview video to everyone.

The logic behind it is simple and easy to forget: you talk differently to someone taking their first step than you do to someone three steps further along, and pretending those are the same conversation wastes both people’s time. That is the internal benefit hiding inside what sounds like a corporate org chart. Segmenting your audience by where they actually are, not by a generic funnel stage, is what makes coaching feel personal instead of canned.

What is the actual secret a nine-year veteran says separates success from failure?

Jones spends the last stretch of his talk on his own story, four years in the industry with nothing to show for it before anything clicked, and the frustration of family asking when he was finally going to get a real job. He is candid that patience, not talent, is what got him through those years. Toward the end, he passes along the one piece of advice he says a mentor gave him early on, the kind of line that sounds almost too simple until you notice how many people fail to follow it.

As Chris Jones puts it, describing exactly what his mentor told him when he asked for the single most important thing to know, “Sign up and don’t quit.” That is the whole answer. Not a funnel strategy, not a platform choice, not a script. Just persistence long enough for the system, whatever system, to actually finish doing its job.

The tension in his talk is really between two things that both matter and easily get confused: build or buy the best system you can find, because it removes friction and organizes effort. But do not mistake the system for the reason people stay. People stay because somebody talked to them the way they needed to be talked to, at the exact stage they were actually in, and because they themselves refused to quit before the compounding started to show.

with me when I fight hard. Was I right about that one or what? Come on. You got to give me some credit on that one.

Does he not bring down the house? There's very few people that have a heart that literally you can exude. They exude a fire like that. Just being around them.

You feel that in Paul, don't you? You can feel it back there, don't you? Yeah. Yeah.

So what's coming up next? I'm excited about. So we've heard a little bit about what we call these club levels, haven't we? Yes, it is time.

And what we're going to be talking about is how these club levels fit into your business, how they fit into the products, and how more importantly, as I was talking with Jones backstage about this, and we've been working on this for a while now, is how this is going to affect your business. And I'm going to be talking about how this is going to increase retention. And this is what he was telling me. From what you normally see in what will happen for three months will now happen for 12.

How do you like that? That means someone stays in for who averages three months now will average 12 months in your recurring subscriptions. And that's just the beginning. You see, this is designed to completely take it to a whole other level in engagement for people, because that's what it's about.

Engagement. Engaging. Engaging people. Drastically reducing refunds.

And I've got to tell you guys, I have been just humor me. I have been working now with the company as VP of field relations for about a month and a half or so. And in that time, I have worked closely with Jones on lots of cool projects, and this is one of them. And I can tell you, I have never met anyone, that literally calculates things so fast.

I'm wondering if he's faster than a calculator, seriously. And so I'll say, well, what about this? And he goes, oh, no, no, we need to think this through. And I'm like, okay, so let's think it through.

One, two, and he's like, oh, no, no, no, it's this, this, this, this, this, this, and this. Done. There you go. I'm like, what?

Come again? And he's like this all the time. It's literally genius. I can't understand how a brain works like that.

The closest I can get to anyone who's that weird, but it's on the other side of the spectrum. Well, I don't even have to say who that is. So today has been an amazing day, hasn't it? Do you feel the energy shift?

Do you feel and see what's coming and understand now why you're here? You see, normally after the first day, you start to get it. You start to go, oh, wow. For how long?

For how long? For how long? For how long? For how long?

For how many of you are first timers? First event? Okay. So give him a hand, everybody, for showing up.

You know, I've had some of the most pivotal experiences of my life at events. How many of you were here last time and heard my story? Okay. Did you guys like that?

So that's just one example. And for those of you who hadn't heard it, just understand that events are where the are ever going to happen in your life. You'll look back and you'll go, oh, my God, now I know why I had to be there. All the craziness that goes on just to get here, you got here.

And what that does is it signals to the universe that you are ready. And as long as you're open and while you're here, you stay open. I was telling the newcomers this in the newcomers welcome meeting we had yesterday. I said, I was so stubborn.

I had to have people tell me. And you all know it. I told you the story. I told you the story.

I told you the story. I told you the story. I told you the story. I told you the story.

I told you the story. I told you the story. I told you the story. I told you the story.

I told you the story. I told you the story. I told you the story. I told you the story.

I told you the before I finally got it, right? Be open, okay? You may hear something that literally alters the course of your life because it did for me. And but remember, it wasn't my first event.

So keep coming back. Just like Paul was talking about, you got to keep going, keep coming back. So now we're here, Friday night, two more days left. And we ain't even done yet tonight.

please get on your feet and help me welcome to the stage mr. Chris Jones how is everybody today good and how is the event how is the event you guys have been sleeping have you well I know Raskin has he's yawning so I didn't come out with a lightsaber see I don't have that going for me and I'm not gonna jump around like Paul just because I probably tear something I learned the hard way in Nashville on the bowl you remember that I had to leave early because I tore my hamstring on the bowl because everybody wanted to YouTube me on falling off of the bowl yeah that was embarrassing because my girlfriend lasted longer in the bowl than I did so that was a humble moment you know I'm excited because this event is really as I had mentioned at the last event and I'm gonna mention something it's kind of funny because you all misheard me at the last of it and I want to correct you just for the record tonight but this is really a moment and a turning point because as I said before to some of you some of you heard me say this we are launching the largest product in the company history this weekend and it's not a product it's the largest most important product launch but it's not a product how cool is that you guys are like what is he talking about doesn't make any sense so at the last event I came in here and we talked about I pass integration how many of you were at the last event show of hands awesome at the last event we talked about I pass and how it's going to be integrating you guys misheard me I think you thought that I said I passed would be launching in two weeks but it's actually what we meant two weeks before this event I just want to make sure you guys understand this that's my excuse so whenever I say two weeks it's two weeks from some other point in time because we never hit two weeks that's the most knuckleheads thing to say ever ever, especially when it comes to technology and things.

But I must say, what we accomplished between the last event and today has been monumental, all right? We wanted to integrate iPass. I'm like, okay, we already have iPass and it works great. We're just going to implement it and just go and start running.

Well, truth be told, there's a lot of things because of Project Titan that had to be accounted for while we were developing this because we have to be forward thinking. How is what we do today going to change and impact what we do tomorrow? You guys agree with that, right? The last thing I want to do is release something and have to change it ever, all right?

Now, improve it, yes, but not change it, okay? So during this time, because iPass was taking a little bit longer, we said, you know what? Let's put some other pieces into play. And so that's why you guys have seen the new Empower Network back office.

You guys have seen that, right? You guys like that? Pretty cool, right? There's function there.

There's a reason why those things are on there. And you're going to learn about that today. You're going to learn tomorrow from Dave when we release what we're going to release to you and talk to you about it. But there's a reason for everything we do now.

You'll never see us release something to you or tell you about something that doesn't have form and function, all right? We're not just going to give you a product just to make some sales and make some money. Anybody can do that. But in order to become a big company and get into the billions of dollars, right, where we all want to create, Dave's vision is to create 100 millionaires, we have to be very strategic about what we do.

And so it allowed us during this delay. Is to actually create some pieces that we're going to do later. So we're really actually pretty lucky to actually have all of this done. And Mars, my hat goes off to him because the guy can manage a team like none other.

Okay, round of applause for him and his team because they're brilliant. You guys I've worked and I've created teams, developers, designers, script writers, everything, copywriters, you name it. And this is probably, I would have to say the most efficient development team I have ever been part of. And I'm going to give you guys a big hand.

And I'm going to give you guys a big hand. And I'm going to give you guys a big hand. And I'm going to give you guys a big hand. And I'm going to give you guys a big hand.

And there's a project we CTA'sing that I've got start working with. So I'm so proud of what they've accomplished and you guys haven't even seen it yet. Alright, so you very fortunate because this doesn't happen. Most network marketing companies, right?

They don't spend resources on that. They can't develop sales systems. And trust me when we were building the new version of IP Clerks, I went in and actually that's a Tara, as a terror, I want to join this MLM I said I just want to look at their back offices. I want to see what field they're playing in.

All right. I went in there. And mind you, I got like top talent. tons of energy drinks in the mail, a bunch of protein powder, and I still have it in my fridge.

In fact, Mark Dale, wherever he's at, I pawned off a bunch to him because it was disgusting. And he's like, oh, this is good. I'm like, okay, it's free. But the purpose of that was to kind of just see what the game is like, because I wasn't sure, because I developed systems, but I've never actually seen what the competitors use.

And I'm going to tell you something. Big, billion-dollar MLM companies are playing in the Stone Age compared to where we are. I'm serious. And I don't say that to brag about what we have, but it's the truth.

They're playing with stuff, and people in this room, these leaders here, you guys, even just some of you new people, you're way ahead of those companies in general. So now what happens is you take all this talent and ambition, and you launch it with something powerful like Titan, which you'll learn about. And you have a company that is a freight train that cannot be stopped. All right.

So without all that talking, I'm going to go ahead and do some slides. I created this like 20 minutes ago, because that's what we do at Empower. I'm going to talk about iPass. I'm going to talk about how this is going to work for you, how it's going to integrate, what you're going to get your hands on, how to use it, and what Titan is going to bring to you, and why iPass is the foundation for Titan.

And without a foundation, Titan could not happen. It would not happen. So this is why the order has to be. I don't know how to use this, but let's go.

All right. iPass is one part of a very big picture. As I've said before, iPass is like minuscule compared to where we're going, what we're doing. It's just a piece of the pie.

It's a sales system. It helps you. It helps automate. It helps to create culture, et cetera.

But in the grand scheme of things, it's just a sales system. It's no better than you, you, or you. It cannot replace any of you. All right.

So stage one, we completed. Round of applause. iPass is integrated. Thank goodness I can sleep sometime in the next year or so.

All right. So stage one is all about releasing the iPass integration, which we did. We released the initial iPass funnel. We've redefined the in-ranking system.

You guys have seen that. Now we have clear ranks in the company. This was a big deal. All right.

So having a sales system is one thing, but if you don't have a carrot to chase after or understanding of where you're going, you're not going to be successful. It's very difficult to be progressive, okay? We created a new member orientation process or onboarding process. How many of you have been through the orientation?

All right. How many of you have not? Stand up. Yeah, exactly.

You don't want to stand up. Go through the orientation, you guys. This is so important because this is the culture we're going to be creating, that orientation and onboarding process is really important. Very, very important.

So we have a new E and back office design and function, okay? Things will be added to that. We have a new duplication systems. We created the income clubs for the product line.

So one thing that we modeled a lot of what we're doing with the income clubs was after the team in Portugal, okay? Where are you guys at? Where's everybody at? All right.

These guys are geniuses and they live in like this tiny little nugget of a country, but they're smart. And we took a lot of what we did with these clubs, and thank you, Silvio, for doing what you've done because we've been able to model something that… All of a sudden presented itself, all right? It reminds me of the time when people invent stuff like in their parents' garage, i.e.

Steve Jobs, right? And then they can take that and then you say, all right, let's make it big. And that's what we're really trying to do is take it to a global scale. So part of the income clubs, I'll go over that here in a second.

We have a new coaching system and supporting channel. So in the old iPass system, we had coaches on the phone calling, yeah, that's not happening anymore, all right? That's a nightmare to do. To deal with, but we made it more efficient.

And so now every income club has its own coaches associated with it, all right? Because you talk differently to people. If somebody comes in for a $25 product, you're going to talk to them differently than a $3,000, correct? Right?

And you should have somebody who's used to talking to that type of person, correct? So we built the clubs with specific coaches that serve a purpose to talk to your customers in a certain way to give them the confidence they need to not only be successful, but to progress, okay? We also prepared the product price points for Titan. This was a big deal, part of iPass.

One thing I did not want to have happen, and I was very adamant to the team about this, is Titan is a massive vision, okay? It's a game-changing vision. But what we do today, and what we release to you with iPass, and what you're getting this weekend, we don't want to change that when we launch Titan. We don't want all your income to be messed around with, or your subscriptions to change, and people to change credit cards, because what happens?

We're going to go like this, you change that, we go like this. So we're going to go like this. We do not want that to happen, so we have to make sure that everything translates to what we're doing in the future. And this is where a lot of companies make mistakes, okay?

So the system does not define your success, you do. iPass will never replace you. It will never automate all of you. Impossible.

I've tried to do it, it's not possible. Anybody says that they can do it, they're bullshitting you, okay? There's no push button, do everything, sit on the couch, get fat, and eat Oreos business model, all right? As much as I've tried that one, it doesn't exist, all right?

So iPass is the foundation for your growth and duplication, again, that's important. iPass creates a clear, actionable process for you to follow, it keeps you on track, keeps you going in the right way, right? It's structure, the structure of iPass breeds duplication and action, and in the last two weeks, we proved this, because we've multiplied our sales in the last, actually it was less than two weeks, by three times. Three times, all right?

Companies take a long time to do that over years, all right? So it wasn't like we didn't know what we were doing with iPass, we were just a little bit slower than the average bear. We had new rank advances, so now you'll be able to rank advance and understand why you're going to, so how many of you know the benefit of going boss? Why do you go boss?

What's the point? Besides getting a pin in the mail. Nobody knows. So why are you going to reach boss?

I don't know, I didn't know. I asked Dave the same question. You're going to learn that this week. Because there is now going to be an income associated with the ranks, all right?

So you say to your new member, all right, how do I, for example, how do I go boss? Well, you need to get five sales of any product, and you're a boss, and this is going to get you an extra 5%. That's pretty simple, right? All right, to go boss maker, you need to help one of those people get five sales on their own, you get another percent, okay?

I'm not going to give you all this stuff yet, because I'm going to let Dave do that fun stuff. So the rank advances are very important, because now your new members have something to shoot for that's simple, that's easy and attainable, all right? We're going to create outside interest. A lot of what we've done with iPass now has started to bring people that had either left or got distracted with life, they're coming back again.

The proof is in our numbers, and there's just a lot of excitement. How many of you are excited? How many of you started using the iPass system and marketing with it already? How many are going to go home and use it?

How many are going to go home and just sit down and look? How many are going to go to college and eat Oreos? You better all raise your hand, because you know we're going to do it. I'm going to do it.

All right, so we're on track to produce over 500 sales per day in less than 60 days. Guys, this is a big deal, because what happens when you do that month after month and you expand? What happens? Your income grows, right?

It's you, it's you, it's you. That's what happens, okay? So while you need iPass inside order to your business, it organizes your daily actions so you don't end up straightening your paper and your stapler all day long. It controls customer behavior, so it tells your customers where to go so you don't have to do it.

And it sells coaches and supports. And my good friend Mark Dale always says this. He says, what's happening to you is about to happen for you. You know what that means?

All this stuff, you become a new member, you come in, you go through all that, those videos, that's happening to you, right? Well, guess what? After you're done doing that, your new customers are going to do that, and guess what? It's happening for you.

It's selling for you. You want to be part of that, don't you? Absolutely. So here's how it works.

Here's how iPass works. If you're taking notes, write this down. And some of this, a good friend of mine just reminded me, Michelangelo Lopez, he's known him for years, probably 10 plus years now, and he reminded me of some fundamentals that we get away from. Sometimes we tend to oversell things.

And so iPass really works on, first and foremost, building your lead list. How many know what building your list means? Please. Okay, thank you.

I was like, we're slacking if you guys don't know what that means. So building your lead list is just a website that collects an email address, right? So you can have a group of emails that you can drip and build a relationship with. That is the core fundamental of internet marketing, right?

If you don't gather an email address, they're going to find somebody else. It's just a fact. So the first thing we do in iPass is gather that email, right? The next thing is we create residual customers first.

We do this because this is that pay, bill money. You don't want to jump over to the lifestyle money, you know, say $20,000 a month without paying your bills first. I mean, well, you'd want to, but it's not likely, okay? The average person is not going to be able to see that far ahead.

So the first thing we do is build your residual income, which is your pay bills first, then the lifestyle comes later. And it's easy to calculate how many sales you need to cover your bills. Would you guys agree with that? Right?

So you say, okay, here's my bill dollar amount, and here's how many sales it'll take to do that. It's easy. It's attainable. You just get it, all right?

It gives you peace of mind. You can understand that kind of number, and there's no need to ever oversell your customers in the iPass system, all right? The next thing you do is plug into the income clubs. How many of you are beginner club members?

Raise your hand. All of you raise your hand right now. You all have to start at a beginner club, because if you have Kalatu or Kalatu Premium, you are a beginner club member. So what we did is we took the products and put them into clubs, all right?

So it's kind of like a, you know, like a country club thing, but as you buy different products, you get more training and different types of training. Remember I told you that there's going to be certain coaches that talk to certain people, okay? Beginner club person is just someone who bought the $25 blog or bought Kalatu Premium. They're the very first type of person that comes into your business.

So they are going to be a beginner member. Now, how many of you have inner circle, i.e. the elite club? Most of the room.

Very good. Now, at the elite club, what we do is we add on features. Like, we add on a lot of the iPass advanced. Features, the CRM, the outreach program, all the things that we have, the bells and whistles, really, that's what we give you.

So no longer is just the audios with the inner circle. Now you have so much more functionality, okay? How many of you are part of the six-figure builders club, which is top producer and team builder? All right, you guys are getting it now.

So those two products make up that next club. That club is really going to be our marquee place. If you're familiar with what they do in Portugal, they call it the insomniacs, right? They don't sleep.

It's true. And so the reason why this is our marquee club is because the beginner club is, hey, how are you doing? Welcome. Great decision.

Glad to have you. How can I help you? Let's get you started. Elite club then says, hey, let's give you the features and let's start to build your blog.

Let's start to tell your story a bit, okay? And after that, it's like, obviously, you need to market, right? You want to know how to advertise. And so when you get into the six-figure builder club, that's where you learn traffic strategies.

And it's different than anything else you've seen before. It's not just going to give you a bunch of videos and say, go for it. It doesn't work like that. It's different.

So if you want to learn, say, Facebook advertising, you're going to have a Facebook coach. That's all they do. So you go in there and they give you a checklist. In fact, Silvio and I just sat down a few minutes back and we went through this.

And you actually get a checklist of how to do Facebook ads. You go in there, you do it. You come back to the live meeting again a few days later. You produce your results.

Say, you tell them your results. And we'll probably pick some people, maybe three or four people a week, to actually look at your exact results and tell them your results. And then you go in there and they give you a checklist. Critique them.

Show you how to improve them so everybody else attending can watch that. And every week we'll take three or four people and we'll help them with their results. So it's very hands-on. It's give and take.

Does that make sense? You guys like that? Pretty awesome, right? So now you actually get feedback of what you're doing, if it's good or bad.

This is really key, okay? This is what everybody asks for. But now we're going to take it a next step to another level. And what that's going to be is like, what if you had an Instagram coach?

Who's just really good at Instagram. What if you had somebody who is really good at email advertising and solo ads? Alex Zubarov. He does this with his team already.

And look at your team. It just exploded, right? Now you will have an Alex Zubarov for every vertical that you want to market. And we'll just keep adding and adding.

And guess what? That is how you mass duplicate. Because you're not just teaching one thing to hundreds of thousands of people. It just doesn't work that way, okay?

But now you can actually get that hands-on feedback. It's going to be great. So that's what everybody's going to want to be. In the next club, how many of you are black card members?

Yes. How many of you are coming to the party tomorrow night? Yes. How many of you are wearing your costume?

All right. So it's all about duplication, guys. And the clubs are all about working with your members. So we're not just trying to throw everybody into a barrel and pretend like they understand what we're talking about.

It just doesn't work that way, okay? You guys with me still? All right. So here's the clubs.

Beginner, Klaatu, write this one down. Or Klaatu Premium. Elite club level, you add Inner Circle. The six-figure builder club is where the traffic is at.

That's where the hands-on training is at, where you get those independent coaches, top producer and team building formula. And last but not least, the iPass black card adds mass influence, okay? These all are going to translate to Titan. So when we release the product, I'm going to tell you a little bit about it tonight and give you some golden nuggets here.

When we release this, none of these subscriptions will be interfered with. None of the subscriptions will be interfered with. They're going to get a whole lot more for their money, all right? It's really cool.

So here's how it works. You create, number four is you create high-ticket customers. Remember I said you start with the residual income? Well, what comes after that?

It's those high-ticket products that we say. Upgrade to the club levels. That happens organically. You don't have to oversell anything anymore.

You rank advance for more money, as you'll learn this weekend. So as you move through the ranks, you'll have a clear understanding of what that means financially, okay? And we actually created something that launches, I believe, shortly after this event called EN2GO, which is your two-step system to gold, all right? Why gold?

Because that's where the big money starts, all right? So we created an exact, I mean, you guys, I don't know how we pulled it off, but I mean, it's an exact plan, which we never do at Empower, right? You guys know. We actually created a blueprint, step-by-step, of how to get to the rank of gold, starting with the very bottom and working your way up.

So your members and you now can just give this to them. They follow it. They make money. They're happy, okay?

It's a big accomplishment. And obviously, you want to work with your sponsor. This is something I want to say to you. iPass and any sales system always tries to do the impossible, I believe, and that is to try to automate everything, right?

We know that that's not how you build big business. You have to do it hands-on, and if you're not comfortable with that, plug into one of your team leaders. Plug into one of the leaders up here. We're going to make team building universal.

So if Alex has a team, we're going to allow people to plug into that. We're going to allow people to plug into different teams, because we want that support, because what you're going to learn tomorrow is going to make you running out of this room ready to build, and I'm telling you, you're not even going to want to stay to the end. You're like, I know, Michael Martin's laughing, because that's how he works. He's the first guy off every live webinar.

He's like, I got to go, guys. I got to go place ads. Now there's going to, well, he knows the reason, because he's on the council, but when you learn about what's being released this weekend, you're going to want to be fast and direct and just get to work, because it means a lot to you. And I'm going to tell you, if you're working with your team, even though maybe somebody Alex did not bring into the business, maybe it was somebody else, he has the opportunity to get paid from them now, from anyone, okay?

So it makes sense for him to support that growth, and it's really a big deal, guys. I mean, it's a big, big deal. So as you can see, you guys seen this on your dashboard in the back office? Yes?

You guys understand it at all? Probably not. Oh, you will. Oh, you will, because you're going to want to see the results filled up with little check marks in them.

And when it says 80% there, and it's the five days left in the month, you better work your tail off to get that extra percentage, because once you hit those ranks, it's going to tell you how much more you're going to be able to make. So if it says, all right, maybe you're making $2,000 a month, but then it jumps you to $8,000, do you think you're going to push for that 20%? Are you going to do everything you can, right? And are you going to contact the people in your organization and say, hey, how far are you from your next rank?

I'm going to help you get there. How many are you going to do that? I'm going to do that, all right? Dave's going to do that.

Alex is going to do that. Everybody is going to do that. What that does is it creates now a culture where we all work together, and in the first time in the history of network marketing or affiliate sales, we have the first uniline compensation plan that you're going to learn about. That is, it's outstanding, because you all have the opportunity to make money from people you didn't even introduce to this business.

It's really awesome, and that's going to show you how. All right, so stage two is what we call compensation, right? It's done. You guys get it.

The new compensation plan is launching to you November 1st. You guys don't even know why you're cheering, because you don't even know what that means. But it's good, right? Sylvia says it's good.

We have things like direct referral bonuses, producer bonuses, builder bonuses. We have bonuses to give you for what you do and for what others do, and I'm not going to get into it, because we have a whole presentation, a really fun presentation for you to explain how you make money. But this has been something that we actually had to outsource someone to code this, because there's not a company, and trust me, there's big MLM companies. All they do is program compensation plans.

They couldn't touch it, because nobody's ever done it. So we had to use a coder, and Dave will talk to you about this, that actually had to think about, how do we do this, right? Because we're doing something that has been done before, yes, but it's only been done on paper. It's never been automated before.

So we're the first company to ever automate a system like what we call the uniline system, and pay you guys for it. So we're going to talk to you about this. So we're going to talk to you about this. So we're going to talk to you about this.

So we're going to talk to you about the efforts of the many, all right? It's really cool. So that is launching November 1st. You guys are going to learn about it this weekend, go home, and what you do this weekend will be reflected next month, and you're going to learn why everything is ultra-important this weekend, because we're at the end of the month, and we're going to talk to you about why this month is important to next month, all right?

So it's really exciting how this is going to pan out. So the uniline system, how many of you have seen the presentation I gave on video four, right? You guys are starting to maybe understand it. If you haven't been through the orientation, we're going to talk to you about it.

You're going to watch that presentation, because I talk a bit about this, all right? But when you leave here, you're going to be able to go home and have videos that explain this, PDFs. You're going to have a full understanding of how this thing works, how to use it, and why it's going to make you a bunch of money, all right? November 1st.

So let me talk about stage three, because I know that's what you all want to hear. Titan. How many of you know what Project Titan is? Or you heard about it?

You probably don't know what it is, because we didn't tell you, okay? It's probably one of the biggest secrets I've ever kept in my life. It is honestly the biggest secret, other than some childhood things that I won't tell you about. So Titan is, when Dave and I came together, Titan was all about innovation and progress.

I wanted to redefine several industries in a way that catered to what we do. I'm not trying to take all of us, which are trying to do something from home and work from home and build teams, and change that, because we're good at what we do. We're good at what we do. We're good at what we do.

We're good at what we do. We're good at what we do. Some of you are phenomenal at what you do. So I don't want to change that, but I want to innovate the products that you're marketing in the way that you get paid by them, in the way that the outside world perceives us, okay?

By including companies like Sony and Rolex and big name companies, and to create a marketplace and an infrastructure like the App Store, all right? And to create a future-proof model for you all to make money no matter how the world changes. You're not dependent on the next new formula, the next new e-book, the next new marketing tactic. You don't have to stay up with times, because it's automatically going to do that, okay?

So Titan is a huge movement now, moving forward, now that the infrastructure is here. That's why this weekend is so big, because you're going to be able to take the time from this weekend until the Titan launch to build your business, because I'm telling you right now, mark my words, it's not going to be two weeks, all right? But mark my words, what you do today will be echoed later when Titan launches. So it's very important that you take this, you run hard, you've got the support, you've got the system, you've got everything you need, all right?

And when Titan launches, you're going to have such an attraction model, you're not even going to have to do anything extra, your income will just go up, and I assure you of that, okay? So let's talk about it a little bit. Titan, it's a revolutionary communications technology. How many of you remember me saying, how great would it be to have an autoresponder?

How many of you said that? Well, that was the easy part, guys. We did that in, like, two days. How many of you would like to have every type of communication system that you can buy in other places all in one place?

No more spending $100 here, $500 there, $20 there for this, everything in one place, so anybody that asks you, you say, you know what? You can save a bunch of money, just use what I got. How would that conversation be? What if it was the best system, so, out there?

And I mean that. What if it was made for marketers by marketers? That'd be pretty cool. So it's the first all-in-one platform for marketing and communications made by us, all right?

I've had a, I can't tell you where it's from, but I'm going to tell you what it can do, and it can do everything that you possibly need from email autoresponder, video marketing, CRM, phone calls, everything that you guys would ever want to do, not just autoresponding, live broadcast, webinars, everything, and one really cool platform, and the best part is it integrates with everything else we have. Why is the iPhone great? Your iPhone works well with your iPhone. All the apps work in that environment, right?

Do you agree? Or Android, rather? But your iPhone doesn't work with an Android, does it? No.

Okay? Our technology will be proprietary and exclusive to us, and it will work great within our environment, where everybody's going to want to be in our ecosystem. You guys following me with this? All right?

How much of a headache is when you got to go out there and everybody's like, well, you got to get this autoresponder when you set up, and you got to get this technology over here, and that's 20 bucks, and you got to go learn that, and oh, by the way, you got to figure out how to put it all together. You guys, frustrating, right? It's frustrating for you, it's frustrating for me, it's frustrating for the new person that joins this industry. Now everything will be in one place, so it's going to be much easier, and you're going to be able to manage.

So what happens to your subscriptions? People keep paying. How many of you have AWeber, GetResponse, any of the autoresponders? All right?

How many of you had that for at least a year? Keep your hands up. How many of you have had that for at least two years? How many of you have had that for at least four years?

How many of you have had that for five years? Six years? Seven years? Eight years?

Nine years? The people that have been in this industry for a long time have their hands up because you just don't ever stop. Stop paying. So whenever you start this business, usually you always have an autoresponder.

When did you join, Lawrence, this industry, rather? 07. When did you get your autoresponder? 07, right?

You still paying for it? Multiple. Well, that sucks. We can help you with that.

Talk to your sponsor. How about you? When did you join the industry? 2005.

When did you get your autoresponder? 2005. They had autoresponders back then? I guess I did.

And you're still paying on it, right? Multiple. Guys, what's that? Yes, exactly.

You guys, this is how this works, okay? It's like your cell phone. You don't ever stop paying your cell phone bill, do you? When did you get your cell phone?

Well, probably when they came out. How many of you had pagers? I didn't. So the point here is we're going to have technology that you can all be proud of, that's unique, it's fun, and here's what happens when you put a technology like this in front of an affiliate network.

Guess what happens? We start using it together. We start using it. Alex starts using it with me.

I start using it with Dave. Dave starts using it with you. All of a sudden, it becomes like this spiral of communications, and that is the best thing that can happen to a company, all right? That's why technology works, but that's actually, believe it or not, a pretty small piece to the puzzle of Titan, all right?

So we also have an innovative subscription model. It is the best, and you guys, this is the big piece. I can't tell you everything about it because somebody's going to steal the idea. So it's an innovative subscription model, and it is the best subscription product for our industry, bar none, period, okay?

I've been around long enough. I've done the research. I've talked to a lot of people. Everybody I mention it to, it wants to just throw money at us to be able to be part of it.

We want to fund this. We want to be a venture capitalist behind you. We said, nope, we don't need it, but thanks, all right? So we have physical products.

How many of you would like to get physical products, but yet keep the margins of digital products? All right, now everybody puts their hands up. So now you can touch and feel something, but not make 10%, but still make 70. How is that humanly possible, right?

This bottle of water, I couldn't pay 70%, and it weighs too much. I couldn't ship it for that. You guys, we found a way to create a physical product. In fact, I found a way to have physical products while still keeping those high margins so you guys can get paid the big money by using big-name brands, bringing big-name brands in, okay, as well as make a marketplace model like the App Store, okay, and then also create a 12-month average continuity.

Do you guys know what that means? Anybody not know what that means? That just means that people that are paying for this every month stay paying for it for 12 months or more, compared to our industry number. Anybody know what that is?

90 days, three months. So what does that mean? You're always having to create new what? Subscribers, right?

Always got to refresh that. You always have to promote to keep them buying, keep them paying. What if you didn't have to do any of that, and they just look forward to the next month? What if it was exciting, where they would blog about it, where they would talk to their friends about it?

What if it was so exciting that they couldn't wait for the next month? Can you ask somebody in any network marketing company, I could name names, because I know you guys know the big ones, do you think they're excited to get their juice every month? Or more energy drinks? Or more legal advice or services?

Or whatever, weight loss stuff? I mean, really? You're on a diet, yeah, I get it, you want to lose weight, but are you really excited about it? No.

You're excited for the outcome, right? But you're not excited about the journey necessarily, because it's hard work, and you got to usually drink some stuff that doesn't taste so good, right? And you just give it to your best friends. Right?

Like I did to Mark. He's like, oh, that was good. All right? So it's those kind of people that are easy to recruit.

So I should have recruited them. But technically, that'd be cross recruiting. So big name brands, marketplace model, 12-month average continuity. It's exciting, fun, and unique, and I cannot tell you more.

When we bring this up here and release it to you, and we're finally ready to tell you about it, you're going to jump out of your seat of how immersive this is. So this brings me to the next part that we did. It's a fully interactive product and experience, unlike anything you've ever seen. It's not about just getting a product anymore.

It's how you interact with that product. It's how you experience that product. So we've taken it to another level, because we realized that, yeah, you can get stuff and buy it, but what is it like to actually interact with it and have an experience that you want to share? This is really important.

So you have a user experience with everything. I mean, everything we do is going to have an experience that's unique. So we have organic sales, meaning, what that means is you don't have to sell it. I'm telling you what, you're going to want to gift it.

You're going to want to tell people. If you put it on Facebook, you're not going to have to worry about Facebook approving your ads, because it looks kind of like too business-biz-oppy, you know what I mean? Right? Too hypey.

They're going to want to see your ad, right? So we're using organic attraction for you all to make sales, and what that means is a lot more customers coming into your business, right? That's how you hit the billion-dollar mark. It's exciting, and it uses the latest technology, and I can't tell you what it is.

Otherwise, I'd be up here all night, and we'd be on the hook to create it in two weeks. But it uses the latest technology, as well as it's mobile integrated. So I'm kind of giving you some hints here, but it uses something that is being used in mass media, and it combines it with physical products, and it combines it with technology all in one, and it just creates the ultimate solution for us as affiliate marketers and network marketers. Because it's easy to sell, it's future-proof, and that gets me to the next point.

We are the first to figure out how to develop this type of product line in the history of our industry, okay? And outside of our industry, nobody has ever done it, because we're combining a few things to make this environment, or as I always say, an ecosystem that we want to be part of, okay? And combine several other technologies into the core product offering, and develop a future-proof model that will bring customers to you instead of you to them. This is a big deal.

How would you like to have your ads out there, but people are looking for your ads? How would you like to maybe get on a live hangout with people that you invited there, and people buy before even the end where you actually tell them how much it is? How would that be? How would you like people to just buy from an email instead of ever having to go to a website in the first place?

The attraction for this product, and I'm telling you, will be so viral that you will never get away from it. And if you get on a real website, and if you go to a website in the first place, I'm gonna get you on a lot of won't have to do that you just have to make sure that you're part of the company and that you're putting your link out there and you're putting your face out there to be able to have people buy from you okay it's like putting a big net and letting people come to you okay and the cool part is we don't have to tell them that we're in power network we don't have to tell them that there's even an opportunity connected to it will be you bet your ass we will because anybody that's gonna see is gonna say I want to make money from that how do I do that I want to make money from that company I want to make money from Nike I want to make money from that and that looks damn fun because I don't know about you guys I pass is fun and all but I want to have a whole heck of a lot more fun okay so you know I was sitting in my room just a few minutes ago I think that's it actually 2016 that's the date so y'all are gonna wonder when is this coming out it's not two weeks not two months it's in 2016 when we finish it but I promise you it's not two weeks not two months it's in 2016 when we finish the date that comes when this thing is done this room will have five thousand people in it okay Mars said 3000 I think you're just being nice but I know darn well it's gonna be five or more because at our growth numbers now and when this new compensation plan launches you're going to see things exponentially grow and we are exponentially working behind the scenes to get this done from bringing on new staff members, bringing on people to facilitate what we have to do here.

And a lot of it is actually already finished, believe it or not. Some of the things like the technology, donezo. Believe it or not, it's all done. It's tested.

And now what we're doing is just now integrating it into a user experience in an ecosystem that will be able to present to the world, okay? So as big as this sounds, we're closer than you think, all right? The biggest piece is some of the stuff I talked to you about, the physical products and relationships that we're making and pieces that we're putting together and staffing up for the growth that we're going to have. You guys with me?

All right. So 2016 is going to be a big year for all of you if, and only if, you leave here and go and do something. I'm not the kind of guy that's going to sit up here and jump around and motivate you, but I am the kind of guy that's going to sit up here and say, get your ass to work, stay consistent, and do the simple actions. Don't overcomplicate your business.

So I got a few minutes and I want to talk to you about what you need to do leaving here because I've been in this industry going on nine years. My first four years, you know how much I made? Nada. How many of you have been in this industry or internet network marketing, whatever, for 10 years?

Been participating in some sort. 10 years. Wow. Five years.

Wow. Wow. Five years. First year.

First business. Wow. You guys, it took me four years to figure this out. This was back in 2000, well, I think it was 2003 actually.

I just got back from Thailand. I was kickboxing professionally overseas and I was the most unlikely person to be on this stage. Actually not the most. There's some incredible stories here.

But I was one of the very unlikely people to be where I am today to have accomplished what I have. And you know why? Because I'm stubborn. I am very, very diligent.

And I have just great patience. And it's funny, my significant other, Jamie, I love her because she's been a huge support in my life. I actually met her a year from today. So this is our one year anniversary.

I met her at an Empower Network event at this very event last year in Orlando. And if Empower is not going to make you a bunch of money, it's going to find you an incredible, incredible spouse. So you can get lucky. All right.

Just say that. Don't do it here. Just, you know, whatever. I don't want to set the wrong image here, guys.

So I was blessed to have met her. I actually met her. I had the first conversation with her on the train at Universal Studios in Orlando. We were sharing the Harry Potter train.

And so, and this funny story. So she was living in New Mexico and, you know, I was going through a bad kind of breakup and she was going through a divorce and we just became friends. And she was actually working for Empower at the time doing some consulting. And we just became very close.

And it's interesting because it's not about the money always, guys. Would you guys agree with that? All of you especially, right? You all know that it's not just about the money here.

I see these faces and every time we have an event, I'm here and I come back because I want to see you. I want to give you hugs. I want to hear about your life because you're all family, right? And maybe you'll be blessed to find somebody in your life that can help you get through the hard times, the tough times.

To celebrate the good times because nothing worse than to finally reach success. And I'm telling you, yeah, it's bad to struggle. And boy, I know what it's like to struggle. Boy, do I know what it's like to go and move back with my parents.

Boy, do I know that people say, you know, Chris, you should go get a job. You still doing that internet thing? You know, I still get that. My license plate on my truck says you said no.

I said someday when I make it, I'm going to put that on my license plate for all of you that said no, didn't believe in it. You all have had that. But there's nothing worse than finally hitting success, big or small, it doesn't matter. You earn your freedom and you get that freedom.

But the people close to you hate their life, work all the time, are unhappy, don't want to be where they are. Because now you're in this place of abundance, right? And you just want to share it with someone. You want to do it with someone.

And you want to give back. But at the same time, you know how hard it is sometimes to talk to your friends, about this stuff, right? It's like, oh, it's just you don't really want to go there sometimes. But all you want to do is give to them.

Say, hey, look what it did for me. I just want this for you. Because I want to go on vacation with you. I want to spend my days with you instead of going to a job.

So I'm telling you, the people you're going to meet here at these events, and when these grow, I'm telling you, the next event and the next event, we will be growing by thousands of people. All right? And when we do that, you're going to have relationships that will last a lifetime. With myself, hopefully, with your team leaders, with just random people you meet at an I-PASS black card party.

And that is what makes this industry the best industry in the world. And I mean that. All right? So if you're behind the eight ball right now, and you had to do whatever it took to be here, and you're struggling, or maybe your income's down because of whatever reason, life gets difficult, or maybe because we're changing stuff, right?

I know I-PASS took a while, but there's no excuse. It's those of you that have the patience that are going to be able to do it. You're going to make it. All right?

It's one of the best attributes I can give you, is be patient enough to go the distance. All right? And I always say this, because if I would have given up, I would have been done. But I never gave up on anything I've ever done in my life.

How many of you are like that? Just stubborn, determined, patient. Okay? Yes, it's going to be frustrating.

Yes, it's going to be hard. You guys, it's going to be hard. I'm telling you, when something comes in your way, it's going to get difficult. And I'm telling you right now, that's okay.

Expect it, because that's just how it is. Ask anybody who's successful. There's ups and downs, but I'm telling you, the highs are way higher than the lows. All right?

And what you learn at the lows makes you 10 times better. You've heard this before. All of our parents have told us this growing up, right? They say, you can be anything you want to be, but what they don't always say is, hey, it's- you're going to have to go to hell to get there, right?

You're going to have to struggle. As long as you remain who you are, don't cheat people, right? Be integral people. Keep that.

You're going to be having some amazing things in your life. And here at Empower, Dave and I stand for those exact values. Believe me, before we became partners and we came together, we had a very long conversation about our values, because there's nothing worse than to being in a company and going a direction when it's only based on money. We want to change people.

Dave is extremely passionate about this. He would give every cent out of his pocket to close off of his back, and I mean all of his clothes, and I mean, he would never, and I mean, he would never, and I mean, he would never, and I mean, his back, if you know Dave. All right? To help all of you.

And that is the reason why of all the people and all the places I could go and to bring Titan to do what we're doing here, there was nobody else I'd rather do it than Dave. And there's no other affiliate network and members I would do it with you. I couldn't do it without you. Okay?

So I want you to leave here this weekend feeling excited, which I know you're all excited. You're here. Okay? I want you to go home with direction know what to do, how to do it, and promise me one thing.

Can you all promise me something? Yes? All right. I want you to promise me no matter what happens that you do two things.

All right? Well, you've already done one of them, so you're halfway there. My mentor told me when I first got into this industry, he's been fortunate enough to make almost a million dollars a month for the last 30 years of his life. Pretty incredible, right?

It's unbelievable. I said, Richard, what's the key to success? What's the number one thing I need to know? And I've been telling this to everybody, and I'm telling you as simple as it is, it's so true.

Sign up and what? Don't quit. Sign up and don't quit. The first part's easy, right?

Sign up and just do not quit. That's the only way you're going to fail, guys. We're not going to fail you. We're going to keep doing what we're doing.

I'm telling you what we're doing is incredible, and we want you all part of it. But the only way you're going to fail is to do what we're doing. And I'm telling you what we're going to do. The only way for this to happen is make me a promise that you do not go home.

Don't quit when it gets hard. And if it gets really hard, reach out to someone. Promise me. Say, I will not quit.

Say, I will reach out to someone for help if I need it. Say, I will help others if they need it. Remember those values. And I promise you, you will be successful beyond your wild imagination.

Thank you.

with me when I fight hard.

Chris Jones. How is everybody today? Good. And how is the event? How is the event? You guys have been sleeping, have you? Well, I know Raskin has, he's yawning, so I didn't come out with a lightsaber. See, I don't have that going for me, and I'm not gonna jump around like Paul, just because I probably tear something. I learned the hard way in Nashville on the bowl, you remember that? I had to leave early because I tore my hamstring on the bowl, because everybody wanted to YouTube me on falling off of the bowl. Yeah, that was embarrassing, because my girlfriend lasted longer in the bowl than I did, so that was a humble moment. You know, I'm excited because this event is really, as I had mentioned at the last event, and I'm gonna mention something, it's kind of funny, because you all misheard me at the last event, and I want to correct you just for the record tonight. But this is really a moment and a turning point, because as I said before to some of you, some of you heard me say this, we are launching the largest product in the company history this weekend. And it's not a product, it's the largest, most important product launch, but it's not a product. How cool is that? You guys are like, what is he talking about, doesn't make any sense. So at the last event I came in here and we talked about iPass integration. How many of you were at the last event, show of hands? Awesome. At the last event we talked about iPass and how it's going to be integrating. You guys misheard me. I think you thought that I said iPass would be launching in two weeks, but it's actually what we meant, two weeks before this event. I just want to make sure you guys understand this, that's my excuse. So whenever I say two weeks, it's two weeks from some other point in time, because we never hit two weeks. That's the most knuckleheaded thing to say ever, especially when it comes to technology and things.

You guys, I've worked and I've created teams, developers, designers, script writers, everything, copywriters, you name it. And this is probably, I would have to say the most efficient development team I have ever been part of. And I'm going to give you guys a big hand.

And there's a project we're teasing that I've got to start working with. So I'm so proud of what they've accomplished and you guys haven't even seen it yet. Alright, so you're very fortunate because this doesn't happen. Most network marketing companies, right?

They don't spend resources on that. They can't develop sales systems. And trust me, when we were building the new version of iPass, I went in and actually, as a tour, I wanted to join this MLM, I said, I just want to look at their back offices. I want to see what field they're playing in. All right.

I went in there. And mind you, I got, like, top talent, tons of energy drinks in the mail, a bunch of protein powder, and I still have it in my fridge.

We've redefined the ranking system.

So we have a new EN back office design and function, okay?

Things will be added to that. We have new duplication systems.

And we took a lot of what we did with these clubs, and thank you, Silvio, for doing what you've done because we've been able to model something that all of a sudden presented itself, all right?

It reminds me of the time when people invent stuff like in their parents' garage, i.e. Steve Jobs, right? And then they can take that and then you say, all right, let's make it big. And that's what we're really trying to do is take it to a global scale. So part of the income clubs, I'll go over that here in a second.

We have a new coaching system and supporting channel. So in the old iPass system, we had coaches on the phone calling, yeah, that's not happening anymore, all right? That's a nightmare to deal with, but we made it more efficient.

So while you need iPass inside your business, it organizes your daily actions so you don't end up straightening your paper and your stapler all day long.

So it's kind of like, you know, like a country club thing, but as you buy different products, you get more training and different types of training.

Like, we add on a lot of the iPass advanced features, the CRM, the outreach program, all the things that we have, the bells and whistles, really, that's what we give you. So no longer is it just the audios with the Inner Circle. Now you have so much more functionality, okay?

Beginner, Kalatu, write this one down. Or Kalatu Premium. Elite club level, you add Inner Circle.

We know that's not how you build big business.

Silvio says it's good.

You don't have to stay up with the times, because it's automatically going to do that, okay?

What if it was the best system out there? And I mean that. What if it was made for marketers by marketers? That'd be pretty cool.

So it's the first all-in-one platform for marketing and communications made by us, all right? I can't tell you where it's from, but I'm going to tell you what it can do, and it can do everything that you possibly need, from email autoresponder, video marketing, CRM, phone calls, everything that you guys would ever want to do, not just autoresponding, live broadcast, webinars, everything, and one really cool platform, and the best part is it integrates with everything else we have.

Nine years?

The people that have been in this industry for a long time have their hands up because you just don't ever stop paying. So whenever you start this business, usually you always have an autoresponder. When did you join, Lawrence, this industry, rather? '07.

When did you get your autoresponder? '07, right?

If you put it on Facebook, you're not going to have to worry about Facebook approving your ads, because it looks kind of like too business-oppy, you know what I mean?

Right?

And if you go to a website in the first place, I'm telling you, you won't have to do that, you just have to make sure that you're part of the company, and that you're putting your link out there, and you're putting your face out there, to be able to have people buy from you, okay? It's like putting a big net and letting people come to you, okay? And the cool part is we don't have to tell them that we're Empower Network. We don't have to tell them that there's even an opportunity connected to it. Will we? You bet your ass we will, because anybody that's gonna see it is gonna say, I want to make money from that, how do I do that? I want to make money from that company, I want to make money from Nike, I want to make money from that, and that looks damn fun. Because I don't know about you guys, iPass is fun and all, but I want to have a whole heck of a lot more fun, okay? So, you know, I was sitting in my room just a few minutes ago, I think that's it, actually 2016, that's the date. So y'all are gonna wonder, when is this coming out? It's not two weeks, not two months, it's in 2016 when we finish it. But I promise you, it's not two weeks, not two months, it's in 2016 when we finish, the date that comes when this thing is done. This room will have five thousand people in it, okay? Mars said 3000, I think you're just being nice, but I know darn well it's gonna be five or more, because at our growth numbers now, and when this new compensation plan launches, you're going to see things exponentially grow, and we are exponentially working behind the scenes to get this done, from bringing on new staff members, bringing on people to facilitate what we have to do here.

And a lot of it is actually already finished, believe it or not. Some of the things like the technology, done.

I met her at an Empower Network event, at this very event, last year in Orlando.

My license plate on my truck says "you said no." I said, someday when I make it, I'm going to put that on my license plate, for all of you that said no, didn't believe in it.

But at the same time, you know how hard it is sometimes to talk to your friends about this stuff, right? It's like, oh, it's just, you don't really want to go there sometimes.

With myself, hopefully, with your team leaders, with just random people you meet at an iPass black card party.

I know iPass took a while, but there's no excuse.

They say, you can be anything you want to be, but what they don't always say is, hey, you're going to have to go to hell to get there, right?

You're going to have to struggle. As long as you remain who you are, don't cheat people, right? Be integral people. Keep that. You're going to be having some amazing things in your life.

And here at Empower, Dave and I stand for those exact values. Believe me, before we became partners and we came together, we had a very long conversation about our values, because there's nothing worse than being in a company and going a direction when it's only based on money. We want to change people. Dave is extremely passionate about this. He would give every cent out of his pocket, the clothes off of his back, and I mean all of his clothes, to help all of you, if you know Dave.

Okay? I want you to go home with direction, know what to do, how to do it, and promise me one thing.

Thank you.
