Cold Traffic Isn’t Broken, Your Tracking Is: The System Behind Paid Traffic That Actually Converts

This lesson is part of Fight The Forces of Evil 2015
The full recording is free with an account. One email gets you in.

You have already tried paid traffic once. You put money into an ad or a solo mail-out, watched a handful of clicks trickle in, and decided the whole channel was a scam. Michael Martin and Alex Zubarev, teaching paid traffic side by side on stage for the first time, opened by naming exactly why that first attempt usually fails, and it has nothing to do with the traffic itself.

Why does paid traffic feel like a different animal than everything else you have tried?

Social media traffic, the kind built from posting consistently and being visible, is warm before it ever reaches you. People have already seen your face, your family, your posts. Paid traffic starts stone cold. Nobody clicking your ad has any relationship with you yet, and that changes the entire job in front of you.

once you master converting cold traffic, you can scale your business to the moon, and any other traffic platform becomes a lot easier

That is the real benefit underneath the mechanics, and it explains why the two of them treat cold traffic as a skill worth building deliberately rather than a shortcut to avoid. Once you can turn a total stranger into a subscriber and eventually a customer, every warmer traffic source you already have gets easier by comparison, because you have already solved the hardest version of the problem.

What actually separates people who waste ad spend from people who do not?

The challenge most people run into isn’t the traffic quality, it’s that they never measure anything. Alex and Michael’s entire system runs on tagging every single link before it goes out, appending a short tracking code to the end of every marketing URL so that every lead and every sale can be traced back to its exact source and date. Without that, you cannot tell whether a slow week is a bad traffic source or a bad landing page.

The number that tagging exists to protect is the opt-in rate, the percentage of visitors who actually give you their information. That single number tells you whether anything else you do is worth doing. A headline that is too big a promise, too abstract, or too complicated tends to convert worse than one that feels immediately attainable. Small wording changes to a headline, they explained, can shift opt-in rate meaningfully, which is exactly why they treat headline testing as a constant, ongoing habit rather than a one-time decision.

The lesson underneath the specific numbers is simple: track everything, test the headline before you blame the traffic source, and never judge a traffic source on a handful of clicks. A traffic source needs a real sample before you know whether it works for your offer.

What happens to a new subscriber in the first ten minutes after they say yes?

This is the part most people skip entirely, and Michael and Alex build their entire team culture around it. Every new subscriber gets a personal welcome video, walking them through exactly what to do next, one step at a time, rather than being dropped into a back office with no direction and left to figure it out alone.

  • A welcome video or message that confirms the decision was the right one and removes the blank-page confusion of a brand-new account.
  • A clear, specific first action, not a list of ten things to explore, just the next single step.
  • Team masterminds run on a regular schedule, so nobody is left to interpret the system alone from a video they watched once.

The reasoning behind repeating the same walkthrough over and over, even after doing it dozens of times, is that most people do not act on instructions the first time they hear them. Telling someone once and assuming it stuck is how promising leads quietly go inactive.

Why does the daily email actually need two very different moods?

The cadence they teach their team splits the day in two. Mornings get something people can absorb in thirty seconds with coffee in hand, a piece of real value, a short video, a useful idea, nothing that asks for a decision. Evenings, once the kids are in bed and there is actual time to sit and watch something, get the direct invitation to look at the opportunity.

Communicating with a list daily instead of sporadically is itself the mechanism. Silence for even a couple of weeks costs momentum that takes real effort to rebuild, while people who unsubscribe from consistent contact were rarely going to convert anyway. The internal benefit underneath all of this, the thing that makes the discipline worth keeping up, is the sense of running an actual business instead of hoping something eventually works, treating every metric as something you can see, test, and improve rather than a mystery you wait out.

The full session goes deeper into the tagging setup and the exact welcome sequence than fits above. Watch it in full, free, when you Create your free account.

Come on now. Come on now. It's about to drop. You got to get that food digesting.

Here we go. You ready? Jumping up and down. Come on.

I'll eat too much. One, two. All right, let's get started. So, small break, I know, but we've just got two more big segments for you guys.

So, we're going to be getting into the coolest stuff ever right now because who better to show you how to work the new funnel than the ones that have worked the funnel better than anybody else? Okay. So, first off, I want to remind all of you how many people it takes to make this type of event possible and the dedication and the heart that goes into this. You guys have seen this all weekend long, but there has been a particular area that I haven't yet recognized.

What I want to let you know about is this. I'm going to tell you about this. For someone to volunteer, to be here, to give their time so all of you can have an amazing experience takes a special person, and that, my friends, is our beloved Empower Network cast. Give it up.

Give them a round of applause. Make sure you give them a hug. You come up and give them a high five when you see them. Tell them, thank you.

All right. You guys are awesome. I love working with cast. You guys are so awesome.

I love working with cast. You guys are so awesome. I love working with cast. You guys are so cool.

They were taking a picture this morning, and they got done taking their picture, and I was standing over by the riser, and I was like, whoa, whoa, hold on. And I went over there. I was like, no, no, no. We're taking one in here with me, too.

We got to get this in. Always have fun, and it really is a special treat to have you all here. We couldn't make this thing happen without you, so thank you. And now, the big dogs.

So, if you have wondered how to optimize and maximize the iPass funnel, how to use iPass, how to optimize the iPass using paid traffic, right now is your time. So, without any further ado, you already know their names. They've been here before the stage this weekend. Give it up for Alex Zubarev and Michael Martin.

I don't know how to dance with this. Oh, man. I'll keep it going. Keep it going.

All right. Wow. It was funny backstage because he goes, who let the dogs in? And it came on.

You spoke it into existence, my friend. One, two, three, fight! All right. It worked.

Yeah, I love it. All right. Well, we've never, like, sat and traded off before like this, like in person, so this will be fun. It's going to be a lot of fun.

Yeah. So, I was just going to start really quickly. You know, you guys want to know how to go fast, right? Yes?

Like a Ferrari fast, right? All right. Well, we're going to give you some of that, but I kind of want to set it up for you. I'm going to give you some of that, but I'm going to give you some of that, but I'm going to give you some of that, really quickly.

And also, we want to say hey to the Six Figures Builders Club because they're watching this, and they're going to get to see this and learn traffic. So, but I wanted to start really quickly. If they can go ahead and put my screen up just real quick, I want to show you guys a picture. If they can get my screen up.

There we go. All right. This picture was taken back in Austin, Texas. It released your inner badass.

And we laugh about this because it is literally the hamburger that changed my life. $18 burger. Yeah, $18 burger. I showed up to that event.

You guys already know the story. You know, we were bankrupt, foreclosed on, and I stayed about a mile away and walked back and forth to the event. And I didn't have money for food, and this dude bought me a burger. And just that one little gesture showed me what the heart of the leadership here is like.

What the heart of this company is about. And I guess look where we're at today. Sitting on stage together, bro. Check the leaderboards.

Check the leaderboards. So, anyway, did you want to add anything to the burger story, sir? Well, the burger was delicious, and I think it was worth the price that I paid for it. I think I recouped it in the pass up, so.

Absolutely. Anyway. All right. So, that being said, like, you guys, you guys that are here at the event, this is the first time, and just keep coming back.

All right? Keep coming back. So, enough about that. Let's talk about some traffic.

So, I actually just got some screen shots or up of just some examples of what we've been able to do by using paid traffic, and not just using it, but letting it duplicate. How many of you guys use paid traffic and did not really great results? Okay. A lot of you.

Because the thing is with paid traffic, that we, you know, we're not going to get paid traffic. We're not going to get paid traffic. We're not going to get paid traffic. We're not going to get paid traffic that we're using.

It's cold traffic. It's not warm. It's not hot traffic. It's not, I don't know, what's the next level of the traffic?

It's cold traffic. So, it's people that don't really know you, and you're really developing a relationship at that point. So, once you master, the benefit of that is once you master converting cold traffic, you can scale your business to the moon, and any other traffic platform becomes a lot easier. Exactly.

And the stuff you've been learning today is great. You know, it's warm and fuzzy traffic, you know, stuff from social media, stuff that's like, you know, they see your face, they check out your pictures of your family. This is another animal. It can actually be your friend, though, your best friend.

Oh, yeah. So, this is just an example right here of our team. This is the new member sign-up board, if I'm not mistaken, just October 10th through the 17th, so October 17th. And as you can see, all of these people on this board are running paid traffic.

All those in red are all team consistency. So, that's just an example. It works. It works.

So, that's just an example to show you proofs in the pudding. Yes, indeed. All right. There's another one of our members who hit number one on the boards doing paid traffic.

Another one of our members is kind of small. Let's see here. Hey, Alex, why are you messaging me? All right.

All right. There's just another one right there, you know, 599 leads. Yeah. There's nine sales, 300 bucks in earnings.

Another one here, 16 sales, 1,400 leads. Awesome. And then, I know this guy. He's actually the master of this solo ad traffic, and he obviously did some big numbers there, broke his million dollars.

This was a day where I had 99 sales in a day. Not all front end, but it was a big day. Yeah. But it was mostly all front end.

There was some rebills in there, but 99 sales in one day. Alex created 762 leads in one day, and I think he's done over 1,000 multiple times. So, that's that. So, that's the proof, okay?

762 leads in a day, and that's something that we can push, I mean, with the new funnels that you guys have access to, we're going to push this to the moon, you know? You know, We use different traffic strategies, but obviously when it comes to scale and duplication, which is more important for your new members on your team, we like to go fast, we don't like to go slow. So we picked up something that I specialize in, email traffic and conversions when it comes to email traffic. And that's what we rolled out internally to our team and that's why they dominated the leaderboards and we're going to take it to the next level.

So I think the company will need to change from top 10 to top 25, I think, or top 50 or something like that. And all of you guys will take advantage of this because you're going to learn directly from us, from the proven strategies, not something that we talk about, something that we do every single day in our business and you can scale it within your teams as well. So that's the benefit right there for you guys. So who here knows exactly, does anybody not know what solo ad traffic is?

Or email traffic? Okay. I've got to speak to them as well. So the deal with email traffic is the way it works is if you have somebody who has a huge list, they have a huge email subscribers list that are hopefully, that's why some of you probably bought some bad traffic, because hopefully it's within your niche is what you're trying to sell.

You want people who want to make money from home, that kind of stuff. So when you reach out to that person who has that big list, what they'll do is they'll send an email to that list and you get clicks when they send that email out, right? Because there are people open it and they click it and that's it. So generally you pay per click for that traffic and you pretty much, it's kind of like renting somebody's list.

You're pretty much borrowing their list. It builds your list to get subscribers and the way you do that is using the iPass funnels. So the best way to do it is to show you how we've done it. And it's really, it's really simple guys.

You guys like, I know a lot of you guys like do the build web pages and you try to do your own funnels and things like that. Well we'll leverage that in our followup sequence. That's where we warm that traffic up. But also some people call it newsletter advertising.

So if you hear those terms, that's the same thing as solo advertising pretty much. And you leveraging a relationship of the publisher was that with those subscribers. So if you're brand new, you just started welcome. Yeah.

You know, we all started from zero as well and that's how you can go from zero subscribers to your first thousand subscribers or 10,000 or a hundred thousand subscribers. Yeah. So you're in your iPad, your new iPass office, right? And what you'll want to do is you'll want to go to your marketing links.

It's amazing to me how many people ask me, where are my links? Marketing links. So they're, they're there. And the beautiful thing is guys is maybe zoom in.

A little bit. Yeah. I'm about to blow one of these pages up. Let's see here.

Preview. All right. We actually just use the iPass pages. A lot of people, you know, think that we do something special or something that's like behind the scenes, like some secret.

Yeah. There's no secret. I mean, I, I was asking the hallway multiple times if I'm using custom funnel or branded funnel. No, we just use what the company gives us.

And, uh, yeah. We in the field every single day with those phones. Obviously we, uh, work directly with the company and we all also suggest certain tweaks and stuff, but it works because we're using it. Right.

So if you look here, here's your capture page. Okay. And this is the link that you're going to send to the solo ad provider, you know, so you're going to send them your link and this is what they do. They send out for you.

It's really, they call it done for you. Traffic is done for you. So it's not really, there's not a lot of explaining that we have to do on that end. You pay them.

You send them the link. Um, so, but whenever you send this, uh, there's some, there's a couple little things. I'm going to give them a little tip. Uh, you know, you, your capture page, you can actually, and you don't have to, but if you want to, you can actually like go right here and you can edit the capture page.

You can literally change your headline. Okay. Um, something that's worked for, for us is, is making the headline a little bit more attainable. You know?

Yeah. You know, certain minds are going to think different ways. So, uh, like I like to say something like discover my shortcut to make $1 million a month. Discover.

Let me change it real quick. Gotta love live. You can bold it. You can customize it.

You can change colors. And, uh, we found that the shorter the headline, the more click through rates we'll get and more attainable numbers, more relatable to most people. So we like to use, and we play with that all the time. Sometimes we change that to make, I don't know, $200 a day, something like that.

Or what do you have right now? $3,000 a month. So here, let's look at this. Discover the shortcut to your first $3,000 a month.

That sound a little bit more doable for somebody who's looking at it. Simple little changes you can make like that can completely change. It can, it could take a 30% opt in rate to a 50% opt in rate. Yeah.

It could change number of sales as well. Yeah. And the sales. So, so let's talk about this opt in rate.

You know, we talk about what, what is an opt in rate? Everybody know what an opt in rate is? Okay. It's the percentage of people that are actually opting into your page.

In the beginning, this is the most important number because if this number is not driving, if it's not pumping, none of the other stuff's really going to be very, very good. So, uh, so, so what do you shoot for Alex? I always shoot for 30, 35%. At, at the minimum at this point, uh, from our test of this finals, we were averaging, I was getting like 54, 56% opt in rate.

Uh, also John Knox, I think was getting like 50 plus percent and I think you as well. Yup. Yeah. We, we stay, we hover around 50% opt in rates with this capture page.

Guys, you got gold in your hands. All right. Gold mine. Yes.

Yes. So, so, so that's the capture page. So that, that's that. It's there for you to actually increase your opt in rate, make things attainable.

Oh, and another thing, what not to do. Don't write a paragraph on your capture page. Yes, please don't. And I was talking about not creating ugly, uh, ads on Pinterest.

Don't, don't try to write the book in the headline space. Yeah. The capture page, all it is, is it's just to trigger curiosity. That's it.

It's to trigger that curiosity and get them to put that email. Get them to put that email into that box. You're always selling the next step when it comes to anything in marketing. It doesn't matter what the channel you're using.

So if you're using email marketing channel, uh, you're always selling the next step. So the subject line of the email is selling the open, open is the body of the email selling, obviously the click and the click obviously sells the, uh, that visitor gets to your capture page and then the capture page is selling opt in, right? And that's how you collect leads and then cool stuff happens. Exactly.

Well, okay. So, so now you've got this, you've got this capture page, you're looking for a good opt in and some of you are like, well, how do I figure out that opt in rate? Okay. Well, in the new funnel, uh, they're not already posted on your link yet.

I don't know. For those of you who were in the old iPass, it had an tag equals whatever, and you could put a tag on the end of it so you could track your marketing stats. Well, in the new funnels, you have to put and a D D as in dog. Yeah.

So you have to put and equals and whatever you want your tag to be. Okay. So then when you come back to your marketing stats, which are right on the next tab, I'll give you to show you guys what it, what the tags look like. Um, let's do this unique kits.

You can see where I've added tags. Tags are right here. So if I can blow this up. So the purpose of doing tracking is that, uh, you guys know where your sales coming from because, uh, you could be testing two, three different vendors.

Where, where you get your traffic, right? And, uh, when you get sales, you know exactly, uh, where the sales are coming from and, you know, what, what date and, uh, you know, from which funnel, et cetera. So that way you can, uh, focus on your, uh, optimization so you can create basically more, uh, more income from the same amount of marketing. Yeah.

So, and add the end sign, add a D equals. Okay. And then after the equal sign, you can add any of these, you can add whatever you want to. So if you're posting something like right here, uh, TW is Twitter.

So I put TW on it. So I know where those clicks are coming from. Guys, if you're not tracking, you're not in business. All right.

Just to be honest with you, cause you have to know your numbers, especially if you're running paid traffic. Um, you don't know those numbers. The whole purpose of the paid traffic is really is to put a dollar and get $2 back or $3 back. Or $4 back or more.

It's like becomes that magic, um, slot machine, right? If you will. And, uh, that's, that's where you need to provide. That's why without tracking, you can't do that.

You don't gamble. All right. So, so here's your tracking and, and that's, this is where you can figure out your opt-in rate. So what you want to do is you look here, you can see, um, let's see here leads 1,918.

You just want to divide that by three, 3,079. It's going to give you, you know, whatever percentage or whatever your, your opt-in rate is. There. Okay.

So everybody clear on opt-in rates? Yes. Good. You guys clear it?

Okay. Just checking, talking to the people on the web cast, just so you know. All right. So what's next in the funnel?

Alex. The next in the funnel is, uh, once you start building your list, so you got your traffic coming, right? You got your capture pages working for your 24 seven, right? Uh, you're building that list on get response.

get response that's how you you saw the screenshots before 762 leads on one day and whatnot and that's when the that's when the email marketing you're you're building relationship that's the second step right you want to convert that call traffic you want to build that relationship with your list right and that's where the sales come from so when it comes to mark we always focus on leads first sales are a byproduct of your marketing right how you build a relationship with that list how you provide value for that list how you build how you do um well team masterminds more for team members but that's that's where the magic happens in your email marketing this is something that we taught to our team and that's basically so they plugged into the traffic source right everybody was using the traffic so everybody's using the same capture pages right and getting those opt-in rates and we told them certain email techniques how to communicate with that list and uh and build that relationship with those subscribers so so that's how they started getting sales so that those people over complicates this stuff it's really simple find the traffic source drive the traffic to your capture page capture leads start building relationship with that list and that's how you get sales how many of you have gotten bought traffic and you didn't get any sales and you're like this traffic sucks uh-huh and how many of you only bought like 500 clicks yeah okay you and let's talk about what you know how how you can really check traffic because you know traffic does this just like everything else okay same sources will go up and down some and you just have to find where that where that middle middle line is with it and the only way you find it is by running it consistently consistently so you've got to actually you know test traffic you know do a thousand clicks do you know over time or things like that you can't just do a 500 click test and you're like oh my god traffic's bum you know it's it's you didn't give it enough time you didn't give it enough clicks so um it's definitely something you need to focus on and if you're getting leads that's the whole point of traffic guys that's the whole point of traffic a lot of people don't get any sales and they're like that sucked well guess what you've got another you've got like three or four hundred subscribers you can talk to every single day through your autoresponder so you need to start broadcasting how many emails do you send a day like 15 usually two emails a day depends on what's going on right before breakfast exactly a lot of people are afraid to communicate with the list oh my god what if they unsubscribe guess what they were never going to join you anyway yeah exactly so the purpose of marketing is really to uh connect with the right people that resonate with your message with your with your core values with your mission and get to get rid of people that really not gonna even run with you that you want to achieve so by communicating daily with the list that's what it does it gets rid of people that not serious they're tire kickers or whatnot and maybe it's not the right time for them uh and they unsubscribe and you don't want to really pay for those subscribers frankly because they're not going to join you anyway so uh and uh by being in their in their face if you will in their inbox every single day when the right time is the right time for them this is the biggie because a lot of people miss that part because they're like a lot of people come to the paid traffic game with so much desperation if you will it's like oh my god it's like i have the last thousand dollars this better work there's better work i mean i've been that i've been on those like when i started i was kind of like that you know you were in the same shoes and uh you have to be completely emotionally detached from any outcome when it comes to market especially paid traffic everything is a test that's how you need to treat that and it comes it also applies to any other marketing strategy so uh you just need to know your risk and uh your risk tolerance pretty much so if i had say i said i had a thousand dollars to spend on traffic for the month how would i how would i go about doing that do you think i should spread it out over the month or should i just do it all at one time again it depends on your income goals right that's why we have the income calculator i think uh and something that we can help you calculate uh but also it depends on your risk level and your marketing budget so if you have a thousand dollars i started with like i think i started with a thousand dollars when i just started in this industry and again i made a lot of mistakes so at this point i would probably split test like two different traffic sources because we have tracking so we can tell where the sales coming from and obviously i would not put my last dollar on it so yeah but i would probably start like around thousand awesome all right don't let that stop you because you can find you can find traffic sources uh and you can you can like a couple of hundreds of dollars and you can get 500 clicks thousand clicks or whatever and you can test that and see how many sales you get like we said getting the leads is just the beginning you know so i'm not consistently emailing them so some of you probably are thinking okay so what do i email them right probably thinking okay how do i how do i build your the whole idea is not well i don't know about alex but the whole idea is not to pitch pitch pitch pitch pitch pitch pitch people all like now don't slam them with email i was just trying to say join the best thing ever here it is you have this beautiful thing called a blog called kolatu who's got klot who loves it they need to hear you over there all right cool well that is your place that is your place to take yourself express yourself share what you're passionate about share the things that you want to share with people and then you turn around and that's why you blog daily and you turn around and email daily very simply you go that's what i do i blog posts out every time to my list that i'm building through solo ad traffic and this strategy duplicates even for new people even that people failed before it seemed to work for every single person who is consistent with it with the strategy right so they communicate with in the morning with the value-driven blog post on kolatu or a video uh and uh then it's a call to action baby when they get back to work they want to quit you know let's do it yeah you've got to think about what people say so so what do people do in the morning generally they drink coffee right they sit there and look at the newspaper and they're like you know what or or they're checking their facebook checking their emails but they're not really in a position to really watch a long sales video or anything they just want to just check something out real quick so that's when i usually like to hit them with some value-driven stuff hit them with a blog post hit them with a video make sure it's in the morning or lunch hour and people in lunch hour just like you know so give them something of value then and then in the evening take it take it take it take it take it take it them pitch them give them one of those little pitchy emails actually showing them the opportunity because what do people do at night they're when they get the kids to bed they actually have some time they can sit in front of the computer for a little bit of their phone and actually watch something so so that's just a little strategy that we use and we teach our team is just to do these things uh consistently but but mail twice a day you know absolutely like you said if they unsubscribe who cares you know they're not going to do anything anyway don't be afraid to do call to action because if you don't do call to action somebody else will so that's another angle to that so don't be afraid of unsubscribes don't be afraid of uh you know telling people what to do what's the next step exactly all right alex so tell me what is the best way to really monetize this whole thing when it comes to paid traffic well you would definitely want to keep an eye on your budget right and your conversion numbers because without knowing your number so you really have to uh treat this as a business not a hobby you should really look at your numbers over a longer period of time you should really like we teach on our team uh to really treat your business in like quarters right like every 90 days and really rehabilitate your business how much profits are you making how much money you're spending and uh i actually did have extensive training in the all-in library on that as well uh but basically watch your numbers right tweak your conversions remember those headlines michael was talking about uh frequency of the emails subject lines so is it this is a short-term solution or long-term well it depends what you're trying to achieve yeah but the approach you have to come in to pay traffic with it's a long-term deal it's not something it's not a quick fix it can happen fast and it can happen a lot faster than trying to build traffic off social media but you've got to look at it as a long-term deal i think john always says that you know you've got to look at it as a long-term deal you've got to know that that every day that you're adding leads to your list that list grows and there's people on that list who are going to who may sit on your list for a six months a year i've had people sit on my list for over a year and finally decide it's time absolutely people will always gonna do something when it's convenient for you not for them not for you obviously so the timing is very crucial a lot of time is that people only gonna pull the trigger and do something when it's the right time for them so you can really force them but by being there consistently in in their inbox when the time is right they're gonna pull the trigger they can pull out the credit card and join and buy the products from you so the key is consistency pretty much exactly running consistent traffic so what is the difference between a six-figure builder and an all-in black member does that make a big difference the money we can make so the difference between fort pinto and the lamb or gallardo i love it because we got the people at home that are watching you know and they're six-figure builders so it's great that they're here and they're learning this stuff but it's cool too because everybody in this room for the most part are what all in all in maybe make some noise if you're all in make some noise let them hear you that's awesome that is awesome didn't mean to go there i'm gonna show you guys all my facebook stuff so so that that's um when it comes to to the the difference it's huge right absolutely it's it's it's a difference between night and day really uh when it comes to your business because uh yes commissions are high yes you can make a lot more money uh but also you learn more because of uh the the trainings that are inside of the products and the bonuses that you get with the uh the the training that you get with the uh the training that you get with the only level are it's hard to compare i think it's i know like a lot of people coming to this industry with different backgrounds and we have lawyers we have we have doctors in in the room here and uh they have different expectations because maybe they never had online business before and they used to offline business model or maybe they used to their trade and this is totally different ball game because it's not the amount of degrees that you have super much, how do you say it, a fight do you have in the dog, right?

So it's really how hungry you are to go after your success and goals. I got all in right away. That's because I wanted to go through all the products and learn everything and apply the strategy. And that's why we have duplication right now because of the stuff that we learn inside of the product, mass influence formula, team building formula, top producer formula, and that's why the team duplicates and they teach others how to do the same.

Right. So now you've got these six-figure builders and they're like, all right, I'm going to go run traffic. I'm going to get this thing cranking. All right.

And they're getting pumped up and they start getting leads and they start getting sales and they've got people actually going through the funnel. And then what happens if they have a member that decides to go black before them? I don't want to be that guy or girl. Very interesting question.

Yeah, you're at risk of losing that whole person's downline with the new. Uniline system, the way it's set up. And man, that's not a pretty spot to be in, but we'll push a little bit more on that. There's probably a button on one side of this screen, probably that way.

Somewhere. You might want to take advantage of that ASAP. One last thing that I'm going to share with you guys is kind of like not on our list of things, but I've shared this, I think in a previous training, but I wanted to go ahead and get you guys a little idea of the best way to get people. Going what you need, the best thing to do, honestly, is to take and we do this, we do this every week.

We literally will go see you're getting started. The screen's blown up, so I can't. We literally do this every every team mastermind we have. But what I do is I also have a welcome video.

We teach our team to do this as well. They have a welcome video that that that welcomes the new member and you can put it on an Insta builder page. You can put it wherever. And it's actually.

You saying hello to the new member if you signed up with me, you've already seen it, I'm sure, and you can actually and I'm just welcoming them and then I literally come to my screen just like this and I walk them through the steps they need to be taking a lot of people want to ask us, what is it that we're doing that's created so many results with I pass and then the previous version as well is that we tell people what to do, we drive traffic, we get them signed up at the at the entry. Level and then we tell them what to do.

We point them in the right direction. So I literally sit here and walk through on like I'll use zoom or something just to do a screen share and sit here and just tell them, OK, you need to start here. Watch this video. Then I'll show them step two.

I literally will walk through time to click the next button. Do this. Watch this video from Rhonda. She's awesome.

We'll love Rhonda. Love Rhonda. And then you watch this. You calculate your number.

You let them know the importance of calculating their number. And then you tell them to go to. The next stage. And my team gets so sick of hearing this, I know I do it every team mastermind literally walk through this thing every time, but I have to show this to people because you want your new people to go through this and to feel welcome and feel welcome.

But to get through this process, because this is where all this is where all the money happens, all the money happens in these steps. And if you're not pointing people to those steps. What do you have? You can get much trials that will cancel.

And this, that and the other. So you need to push people through these steps and that's the difference between having three thousand dollar a month and thirty, forty, fifty thousand dollar a month or more. Right. Because what that welcome video does for your new members, it basically solidifies the decision that they made the right decision.

They feel welcome here. Right. When you come to somebody's house, they generally welcome you. I hope so.

This is does the same thing. Do it. Well, we'll we'll we'll email. We'll email.

We'll send a welcome email, text or we'll send a text with the link to the video as well. And then we'll also we also have our team masterminds that we currently do twice a week, you know, different time zones. So like one day we'll have one in the evening, the next day we'll have one in the in the morning, you know, but and then we walk it through in a in a group session as well. It's always a part of everything we do.

You'll you'll get sometimes you'll get so you'll feel like, man, I feel like I'm saying the same thing all the time. Yes, that's good. That is a good thing. You want to be.

Telling them what to do constantly all the time and make sure they hear it, because, you know, how many most people don't do things the first time you tell them you guys have seen that, right? You're like, all right, I just got these people in and they're not doing anything. Well, you got to keep telling them what to do. So so you can do that, though, in an automated fashion is what I'm telling you.

You can do that through videos. You can do it through like a classroom, like a mastermind, a webcast type deal. So definitely do that. That that has been the key.

One of the biggest keys to our success is not just driving a lot of traffic. But it's been plugging people in, get people plugged into your team, get people plugged into the club level stuff that's coming out. Man, these that stuff's awesome. Mark Dale is going to like just he's going to really be there to help help you guys and all the other coaches that are that are helping as well.

So, man, we don't have much left, man. We're just rocking and rolling. So those are those are basically foundation steps that all of you have to do. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

So there's a lot of things that you guys should be doing to take your business to six figure, multiple six figures, seven figures and above. This is what is proven to work. We always tweak that process. We're not perfect.

No one is. And we always improve things and always tell people what to do next because people always ask, what's my next step? And guys, just so you know, we're I mean, listen to us. We're just regular guys.

And we just keep things super simple. and we don't overcomplicate things. That's it. Yeah.

So focus on three things, three things you need to focus on. This is how simple I like to keep it, is build your list, engage your list, plug your people in. That's it. That's how you build this thing to the moon.

It is insane. And the results show it. So, guys, if you're watching the Six Figure Builder webcast right now, you want to take advantage of the button on this side. Which is, I was told it's right side.

Yeah, that side. And there's something else going on, right, Alex? The next 72 hours? Something like that.

There might be some bonuses going on. I'm not sure what's on the page right now. But part of that package, they also get the Eon To Go, which is a proven 60-day plan to go from point A to point B, whatever that is for you. But for us, it's from zero to multiple six figures.

And seven figures and above. But wasn't there something else for 72 hours still going? I believe there might be a discount going on. Mm-hmm.

So we actually have the all-in discount. It's still going. Yeah. They extended it out for another 72 hours, just because there were some, you know, maybe a link issue or something.

But it's been extended out for 72 hours. So if you're clicking that button right now, you're probably going to get a discount as well. So you guys especially need to, let me start calling some people real quick. No.

Go ahead and get on that. And make sure that your team members know that they can take advantage of that offer still. So, man. And go make it happen.

Take advantage of that. Click the button. And teach others how to do the same. Yep.

All right, guys. Well, we're slowing this thing down. We're about done here. So thank you, guys.

Thanks, guys. You're awesome, Alex. Give it up for Alex and Michael. All right, all right.

Is your brain completely fried yet? I can see the dilated pupils, like. That was awesome, guys. That was awesome.

I was watching backstage. I was just like, oh, oh, oh, that's how. Okay, got it now.
