The Comp Plan Reveal Isn’t Really About the Comp Plan
You’ve made your first sale in a new business and watched the credit for it disappear somewhere upline, while you got a pat on the back and a reminder that the next one is the one that counts. If you’ve built in network marketing for any length of time, you already know that feeling, and you know how many people quietly stop showing up right after it happens to them. That single design choice, buried inside a compensation plan most people never fully read, decides who sticks around long enough to build something real.
Why does the old way of paying reps quietly work against the newest people in the room?
Most legacy compensation structures use what’s called a pass-up: your first sale’s earnings get passed to the person above you, and you start earning once you’ve qualified yourself. It sounds like a technicality until you watch it happen to a brand-new person who just did the hardest thing in this business, which is get someone else to say yes. They make that sale, check their account, and see nothing. Some of them shrug it off. A lot of them quietly decide the whole thing is rigged and stop returning calls.
That’s the real cost of a pass-up structure nobody talks about at the top of the funnel. It isn’t that it’s unfair in theory. It’s that it discourages the exact behavior a company needs more of from its newest members: going out and making that first sale at all.
What actually changes when a company builds a plan around paying new people something on day one?
The redesign walked through on stage this session flips that default. Instead of a new member earning nothing on their very first sale, they earn something immediately, a real number that shows up the moment the sale happens, not a promise deferred until some future qualification. That single change reframes the entire first experience of the business. A new member’s first win now actually looks like a win.
The bigger structural shift, though, is in how the organization itself gets built. Rather than every rep building an isolated, disconnected leg the way a typical binary plan forces people to do, the new model places people in a single shared line, so that everyone working underneath the same upline is contributing to the same growing structure instead of thirty separate people quietly building thirty separate small teams that never help each other. Reps move through named ranks, Boss, Boss Maker, and upward, and a rep’s place in that shared line shifts based on when they actually qualify for each rank, not just when they happened to join. Get organized enough as a producer, and the plan is even built to let a line become self-sustaining after roughly ninety days once enough new leaders have emerged inside it, freeing the person who built it to go start the next one instead of babysitting the first one forever.
- New members earn something on their very first sale instead of passing it up entirely
- Everyone in a shared line benefits from the production happening around them, not just their own personal recruits
- Rank determines override eligibility, so qualifying, not simply joining early, is what turns it on
- A line is designed to become self-sustaining once enough new leadership has developed inside it
Why does the man on stage keep insisting you don’t need to understand any of it?
Here’s the part of this session that matters more than the mechanics themselves. Before walking through a single rank or rule, the room is asked to repeat a specific line back, out loud, together.
I do not need to understand the comp plan to get paid from it.
That’s not a dodge. It’s the actual point. Compensation plans in this industry get complicated fast, generational overrides, qualification cycles, rank thresholds, and reps have a well-documented habit of getting so lost in the diagram that they stop doing the one thing that actually produces income: talking to people and making sales. The plan can be redesigned as many times as a company wants, and it won’t matter to a rep who’s spent the last six months trying to fully map it in their head instead of using it. Understanding the mechanism is the company’s job. Making the next sale is yours.
What’s the actual cage everyone in this business needs to notice is gone?
Buried in the middle of all this rank-and-override talk is a story that has nothing to do with compensation at all, and it’s the one worth carrying out of the session. A wild bear gets caged, fights the bars for weeks, gets nowhere, and eventually stops fighting entirely. Food starts arriving on a schedule instead. Years later, someone finally opens the cage. The bear doesn’t run. It walks to where the bars used to be and just stops.
As the story puts it, “It walks over to where the edge of the cage used to be. And it waits because the cage is still there in its mind.”
That’s the honest subject of this whole session, more than any rank name or override structure. A better compensation plan removes a real barrier, one that genuinely discouraged new people and genuinely capped what a growing organization could pay out. But plenty of reps carry a cage nobody built for them anymore, an old belief about what they’re capable of, a memory of a business that once discouraged them, a habit of waiting instead of moving now that the actual obstacle is gone. The plan can change overnight. Whether you notice the door is already open is entirely on you.

Is that a thumbs up? That means we're ready. So here we go. Without any further ado, David Wood and Chris Jones.
Good job. Thanks for stalling for us. He's like, I hate you guys. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We're like, hey, can you stall? How long for? On the unlimited time, just until we're ready. It's about what it's like, isn't it?
That's why we love you, Chris. We really do. He's great at that. He's great at that.
He does a great job, though. Give Chris Rush a little hand. You know, before I get into this today, I wanted to just share the story of really how all this came to be, but short version, because I have like an hour's long version, and then I'd never get to the point. And I want to tell you the short one.
I got started in network marketing 2002 in Amway, right? And I was exposed to it actually a lot earlier in my life, but I got started when I was 21 years old. I dropped out of college, I had no work experience, and I thought I was going to like get rich instantly, right? And I thought I was going to go out, talk to five people, they'd get in, they'd talk to five people, they'd get in, they'd talk to five people, and like the whole world would be in, you know, like this.
But it didn't really work like that. What happened was it took me six months to get my first person, and then I think it took him six months to get his first person, right? And then like three years later, I had 15 people coming over to my house every week on a Wednesday to do product pickup, where they were joining an internet business and then coming and getting the products from my house that they were ordering by telephone from the internet catalog. And I was like, I can't handle this anymore, so I quit.
Joined another company, prepaid legal, great company, I think, and then I quit. And then I joined another company, I had a little bit of success, but not really. I got burnt out from three-way calls, and I quit. And then after that, I was so rich from all my home businesses I'd tried to start, but I didn't have a home to do a home business from, so I had a couple van businesses I tried to run.
You know what I mean? Call this a business you could start from your van, know any homeless people, just walk down to 2nd Street, pass out some business cards. If you can't afford business cards… Steal some napkins from Safeway and write it on the napkins.
So then, I moved from there to my parents' house up in Alaska from the van, and I start an internet business. Now, that is like the last person in the world that you'd think is going to be making lots of money ever. You know what I mean? But that's what it seems like happens out there, right?
People are always confounded by stories. Stories of rags to riches. Always miraculous. And so 2009, I figure some stuff out online, and three months later after that broke, that much of a failure, I make $12,000 one night, $30,000 a month.
Start making $5,000, $10,000 a month. Gets to a point a couple years later where I'm frustrated, and I want something bigger for my team. My vision was bigger than the visions of the companies I was in. So, it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. It didn't match anymore. I wanted to create a team that was packing rooms of 10 and 15,000 and 50,000 and 100,000 people, and the company owners I was a part of really just kind of wanted to get rich from owning a company.
They didn't really want to do something that's lifting up and empowering people quite the same as I did. And so, I had a vision to start Empower Network, and we launched, right? And it has been a really fun ride over the last few years. And there's one thing that has kept this company around.
I'm going to tell you guys. And that is perseverance through anything. That's what's kept this company around. But I've learned a lot over the last few years.
And what I've learned and what we've put our heads together to create, because he has a different story, is starting in what you're going to see tonight and what you've been seeing this weekend. And by the way, what you're seeing right now, what we're going to show you in a minute, is a start. It's not a finish. Because this next year, through the live stream in January, through the next event, as we pack gigantic rooms, as we launch Project Titan, what you're going to see is going to grow like a fire into millions of living rooms across the world.
That being said, we have a quick intro video for you. It's seven minutes. And then I'm going to come up. I'm going to break things down.
And so, we're going to walk off stage. Go ahead and hit play. And play that video that Chris had. It's an introduction video on the comp plan.
And we will be back when the video's done. No, not this one. Guys, the other one. The one Chris has.
This one. Okay, this one? Yep. I think so.
Does that have the sound? Well, how about having a business where you get paid what you're worth instead of a measly 20 or 30 percent? Well, imagine a scenario where you didn't have to make sales calls, sell overpriced products, or rely on a downline to make you a tiny 20 percent for your efforts. Cool.
That would be hard to even imagine, because up until now, this never existed. I'm about to share with you the very first hybrid compensation plan that merges the power of direct sales and high commissions with the stability of a network marketing residual income. Now, until now, these two compensation models have never crossed over or been combined. On their own, each one of them holds unique advantages and disadvantages.
In direct sales, you can make great commissions on the things you sell, but zero long-term residual income. Basically, making you a slave to your business. And in network marketing, you earn lower commissions and rely on the growth and duplication of your team in order to accumulate a substantial residual income, something 95 percent of people rarely see because of the time it takes to reach a significant income. Now, understanding the benefits of both models and having participated and made money in all of them, my partner Dave and I have reached out to some of the top business engineers and financial experts to develop a unique, one-of-a-kind compensation plan.
Now, I'm proud to say we have created the very first hybrid plan that pays large up-front commissions as well as an unlimited amount of residual income, and it doesn't take years to grow. Let me explain a few of the incredible ways that you make money. For starters, our compensation plan pays up to 70 percent to our affiliate network, hence the reason we've paid out over $160 million just in the last three years. This is a major improvement over more traditional plans where you make smaller commissions that are only paid through bonuses every month.
At Empower Network, I'm your host, Dave, and I'll see you next time. Bye for now. Now, let's get to the fun section. What is the most expensive thing about Empower Network?
Well, the most expensive thing is that you get to pay the highest rate of commission you can get on your affiliate. If you go to Empower Network, every subscription product purchased through your funnel makes you an instant commission, no waiting until the end of the month to get paid. Now, you can make almost three times as much money for doing the same thing here compared to anywhere else. The reason is most companies pay a low commission percentage in order to line their pockets and accommodate expensive overhead costs.
Because most of the products here at Empower Network are digital, our costs are substantially reduced, resulting in higher commissions to you, the affiliate. Now, to really mix things up, what if you could make money from customers who came through someone else's sales funnel too well once again we redefine how people get paid in this company by giving you the opportunity to make commissions from everyone in your organization and I don't just mean the ones who came through your personal funnel we provide bonus incentives based on your rank to earn money on every single person in your genealogy so as you build your business with I pass and empower network the people above you and below you will keep adding new members to your organization sale after new sale all going under your position in counting towards your overall sales volume we call this our uniline placement system something that took us over a year to develop and get right in a nutshell here's how it works inside empower network we create a single line of hierarchy for new members coming into your business and depending on when you joined members get immediately placed in your group this type of straight-down placement feeds an unlimited amount of volume into your business all you need to do is move through the ranks in order to qualify for your piece of the pie that's it you can actually make money from the efforts of people who have been in this company three months even six months before you when they get new sales in their funnel those members get pushed all the way down to your organization pretty cool right you can also earn override bonuses from specific members depending on your rank and product levels as well now as you begin building your business even before you make your very first sale you can see new members joining and adding to your overall sales volume each week even daily again it doesn't matter if you joined a day or even a month after someone else their efforts can be seen in your business now there is a catch here and I will explain this later on step four of your strategy session but it is possible for someone who comes into your final to move ahead of you and earn commissions on your sales don't be alarmed this is actually something that can put more money in your pocket if you know how to leverage it correctly something again I'll go over with you on step four of your custom strategy on top of the great upfront commissions and nearly unlimited residual income you can earn here with our Uniline system we also have an extremely lucrative back-end compensation plan now when any of your customers or the customers of others in your organization upgrade to any of our additional club level packages you can make up to an additional 70% on those sales as well now once again depending on your rank in the company this allows you to earn up to an additional $3,000 per sale for doing no extra work when a person upgrades their club level package you get paid it's that simple now one thing that people rave about here unlike other compensation plans when you make money you don't have to wait until the end of the month to get paid as soon as a sale is made the system sends you an email notification and the funds are deposited into your payment account the following Friday this allows you to grow and scale your business quickly because you're never waiting on money to be deposited you can turn around and just use your profits to grow bigger and faster alright so I could literally talk to you all day about income scenarios and a hundred different ways to make money with this plan but I want to just touch on a few of the major reasons why our compensation plan stands a head and shoulders above the rest if you'd like to understand more about how to maximize the amount of money that you can make with this plan feel free to download the en2go strategy guide on this page it will break down the compensation plan and provide a simple two-step plan for reaching the rank of gold and that's where our big override bonuses start to kick in from the Unilion system so in summary the empower network compensation plan pays up to 70% to its affiliates for making product sales all you have to do is get people to your website or presentation and then let the sales happen from there part of that 70% comes in the form of direct sales commissions as well as generational leadership bonuses based on your rank this includes personal sales as well as others falling into your uniline organization now you make quick upfront commissions for all your new sales as well as growing residual income here as you move through the ranks in the company your residual percentage grows as you grow making you more and more money as time goes on before you know it you can actually be overriding all of your organization and making a percentage from everyone in your group and as I said even the people you didn't personally bring into your business that's the power of the uniline system just wait until you see it in action it's amazing now don't forget you also have the ability to make up to $3,000 per sale when someone upgrades their products and if you qualify receive overrides on them as well so imagine the simplicity of making large commissions on every person you bring into your funnel month after month then add the income potential of earning more money from all the others in your organization that didn't come through your funnel at all I'm telling you this is a great opportunity for you we have a great opportunity for you we have a great opportunity for you and over the next 24 to 48 months we will be on track to producing one of the wealthiest affiliate organizations in the world get ready to watch your organization grow rapidly to hundreds even thousands of people with the power of this unique uniline placement system as you follow your business strategy that I'll outline for you in step 4 of this orientation you'll be making new sales moving through the income ranks and building a large long-lasting income for years to come so everything that I'm about to say, refer to my shirt.
You're a walking disclosure. It's like a constant disclosure, so now I can make lots of claims and stuff. Just look at my shirt and realize that we have an income disclosure on my chest while I'm talking. I'm thinking about getting a tattoo, actually.
And then I can say whatever I want. But go ahead and start the slides. If you guys want to pop the slides on the screen. I don't know if I actually need to push the button to do that.
Slides. Ah. I don't want you guys to think too much about this midget taking a bath as I'm talking. I actually did, by the way.
I sent over this outline to explain the compensation. I had specific instructions to begin, actually, with a midget in a bikini. But in all the midget photo searching, this was actually the better of the photos. So don't think about that too intently.
Okay? There's a reason I put that there. But I want to talk about, real quick, some things I've learned, right, over doing a couple hundred million dollars in sales in Empower Network with y'all. Okay?
About the success we've had, also about some of the problems that we've had, and some things that I've seen as holes in what we're doing. This section is going to take me about an hour and a half to explain how all this works to where you really get it. But I want you to take a step beyond getting it. I actually want you to understand.
That you don't have to understand how this works. What you need to understand is that it makes you more money than our previous comp plan. Okay? And it makes your new people money faster.
It makes the leaders money faster. And it makes the team builders money faster and better. And so I want you guys to repeat after me before we begin. I understand.
I do not need to understand the comp plan to get paid from it. What I need to understand how to do. Is how to make sales. How to make sales.
You guys agree? Yes. Okay, cool, cool, cool. We had a guy make two million dollars before he understood our last comp plan, and he still made the two million before he understood.
All right. So this is why our comp plan over the last couple of years hasn't been optimal. Uh, is for the following reasons. All right, there's more, but I want to cover the main ones.
Number one, we have no income for people on the first sale. Okay? We, we have a power line where you pass up your first sale. You earn no money.
Uh, and so what happens is when you get a new person started, right? They go out there. If they sell something for $5,000, they make no money. Sometimes they get discouraged from that, right?
Anybody in here have a member that's gotten discouraged from that, right? They're like, woohoo. How much do I get in? And you're like, well, I got that one, right?
And that's fine, right? I did design it like that and it's benefited a lot of people. It's just not the best way we can pay with the amount of money that we pay out. That makes sense.
Everybody in here say, hi. Okay. Yeah. You were.
Tricked. You said yes. All right. So pass ups, everyone hates them.
That's the truth, right? Now I, I, this is what happens. Okay. And you just have to see the leadership chat every time we launch a new product to really understand what the leaders feel about the pass ups, right?
We have to like constantly go into this never ending explanation of like, here's why they're a good thing when you pass sales up, but then nobody likes it when they pass them up. They only like. Them when they get them, right? That's what happens.
We launch a new product and the leaders say, well, how about on this product? What we'll do instead of the pass ups is we'll just make everyone coded to their sponsor, right? Because what happens is the leaders always buy first. And so people end up passing up their leaders and the lines get scattered and people get frustrated.
Every time we launch a product, everything does that. Anybody in here ever experienced that? Yeah. So there's better ways of paying people that we've discovered than pass ups.
Where in the way that we're redoing our compensation plan, you're not going to lose anybody. You guys go with that, but you still have the value of what the pass ups do. It's just going to work better. Okay.
Three, there's no progress system for it, right? So it's like you get started and it's like, what do you do? You sell stuff. You want to make more money.
What do you do? Go sell more stuff, right? There's like, there's like nothing more than that. It's just like, continue to do it when forever and ever and ever and ever just continue to sell stuff, right?
We have no progress. There's no progress system and because of that, we don't really have a way for the masses to build to get to the ranks because most of the people in our industry don't build like internet people, right? They build living room to living room, phone call to phone call, relationship to relationship, but we also need a way for the internet people to build, right? Cause that's right now who all of us are.
So we need to have some weird sort of weird combination where we serve both markets to really get as big as possible. How many of you wouldn't mind having an old school or in your downline with 10,000 people who builds from home to home? You wouldn't mind that, right? So there's no real progression system.
There's no benefit to existing team members from new people coming in. So it's like if Alex sponsors a hundred people a month or 200 people a month, it's like good for Alex, his story might help somebody else sponsor people or it might help him sponsor more people, but there's no real benefit to all the people coming into his organization, right? And so he goes out to maintain his income, recruiting and recruiting and recruiting and recruiting and recruiting and recruiting and producing and producing and producing, right?
But what if he could do that and make everybody win more from that? A lot better, huh? Traditional MLM people can't do it because the production numbers are too big, right? Now, the reason I bring this up is not because I want you guys to go out and be traditional MLM people.
I know that really you're here cause you're not, right? There's a couple of you that are, but most of you you're not, right? And that's okay. The reason I'm mentioning it is because we've had so many people that are great leaders in the industry.
Look at our company who have big teams and really love our culture. They really love the vision. They really love the people. They love the products, but they just can't build here and win because the way they build is different how we build.
And those people are the guys they can pack 10,000 people in a room with a phone call. Really? There's guys out there that can do bigger than that, right? There's guys out there.
I remember listening to an audio series and he was like in a room speaking to 20,000 people. He's like, you know how I planned this event? He said, I called my assistant and I said, send a note out to all the leaders. Tell them we're doing another school.
20,000 people show up. Right? Yeah. Right.
Those guys need to be able to win here if we really want to get big, because that is what can get into the masses. Anybody here, anybody here understand that? Say I, all right, not saying you have to do it. I'm saying a lot of people do want to do it, so let's give them away.
Right? Does that make sense? 2013, I had a big breakthrough in understanding how to build teams faster. And I've been trying to figure out how to put this together and the video briefly explained what you just saw.
And by the end of the. A lot of you will understand it. Some of you won't. You'll just understand how to win from it, but you will understand that I promise by the end of the night.
And that happened because I met a guy that makes a million dollars a month. Now I didn't actually know he made that much money when I met him. I just know that he was a big leader in the industry. And so I just called him up and he said, Hey, I've heard about you.
I said, I've heard of you. I said, let's meet and talk. So I fly out to his house and he's got like this $10 million house sitting on a lake in Florida. Right.
And he's got like this $2 million yacht with $2 million of custom interior furnishing with like gold. Lacing on it and stuff. And it's all paid for with cash. And he was building another $10 million house next to his other $10 million house that he also paid for with cash.
Right. I was like, how much money do you make, dude? Yeah. I mean, he's like, well, at least a half million dollars a month.
I was like, right. And, uh, you know, he got started in Amway. Right. And it took him from 1990 to 1999, uh, to get up to about eight or $9,000 a month.
Right now, check this out. What's the hardest company in the world to build from 1999 to 2005 Amway. Really? I mean, they changed their name to quick star.
The volume was tanking all over North America. This guy during those years went from 9,000 a month to about a million dollars a month, putting 20,000 people in a room. Right. So I was like, how'd you do that?
Right. And what he explained to me was from one strategy, one thing. He said, well, I implemented this strategy. I just wanted to try it.
And he said, it was just this one thing. And I was like, you mean that one thing was it. He was like, yeah. And he was trying to figure out how to do what I'm doing, but it didn't make any sense to him.
So he just was like, whatever. I'll make my half million dollars a month with my home meetings. Right. So in any case, what he did was this, you know, they, they were in a stair step breakaway plan.
So what he started to do. Rather than he was, what his problem was, is he figured out his team just couldn't do what he was doing because you had to be too charismatic. He was like this charismatic superhero to make $9,000 a month, right. Recruiting and recruiting and recruiting and going from home to home to home, organizing these big charts of people and stuff like this.
I mean, you really, really, really got to be good to even make $9,000 a month in that company around that time. I mean, you really gotta know what you're doing. Right. So we starts doing instead is he gets all of his team building in a system where they're doing this, right.
We have. This guy here, he recruits belly and then this guy here recruits Susan. He just places them underneath. And then this person recruits somebody, they place them underneath and they would just go straight down in a line like that until it went like a hundred levels down.
No system, no automation, paper order forms, all organizing it manually. But what it did was this, he gets somebody started, right. Recruit them. And then they would go and they pull all these people into home meetings together, all recruiting.
And so somebody just joins, they don't even know what they're doing. Then a week later, they got 10 people. Downline, right. And they're like moved into another home.
And then they all of a sudden get really excited, have no idea what's going on and call everybody telling them there's people getting in this deal. And then there's like this frenzy of recruiting. It just shoots down like a hundred levels, right. That's it.
But the reason that works is because everybody's helping everybody win. Now here's the thing in the way that they're building, people didn't really access money from that until they got to the leadership levels, but it's like they have this big asset of a business underneath them. If they ever do anything, all they got to do is work. Who in here thinks that's a cool way to build, right?
Well, there's some problems in the way that they were doing it, right? But the fact is, is that that strategy was responsible for creating that organization that went from 8,000 a month to rooms of 20,000 people in like the hardest company in the world at the hardest time ever to build in North America. That's a powerful strategy since then I've been triggering out how to do it, but I've been trying to figure out how to do it better. So that's called taproot system.
Now this is the holes in what he was doing, okay, and actually still what he's doing, that make it so we can do it way better and way faster. Number one, the way that that comp plan was written, just doing this codes you out of the initial money in the compensation plan until you're able to start new legs, right? So it's like until you start new legs and he understands that comp plan, they'd make no money at all. So it's like they have, it's like a binary.
You know what I mean? Yeah. I'll, I'll illustrate that a little bit data and I'll show you the difference between what we're doing in a binary binaries are great because it's a great pitch. That's the only reason they're great.
You know what I mean? It's like, Hey, if you get in, I'll build a leg for you, right? And then it's a great pitch until you realize that leg they're building for you makes you no money at all, right? You have like $5 million down one side every month and which side do you get paid on the other one?
You know what I'm saying? So I'll show you that here in a minute. But he was doing this manually and to even do things manually, you gotta be like hands on with everybody in like the entire organization to even make it happen at all, right? So what's new, right?
We've got new ranks. Really. We've been working with some of these ranks for the last few months testing things out. We've got new compensation plan that has the way for the internet people to actually make more money than they're making.
Right now, right? Making sales and producing. It also has a better override system to override on the rest of your organization where you override off the whole thing, not just people that are passing up to you, right? You're never going to pass up a leader again.
You're never going to lose somebody when we launch something, right? Who thinks that's the cool to not pass up any leaves? You don't have to worry about it. Yeah.
It's like the thing. And that's the thing that also drives old schoolers away. What do they do if they're going to do a meeting? They pick their good guy and they log into their back office.
They see when the next pass up is. And conveniently stack everything to where every good product codes to them. That's what they do. None matter what we tell them to do.
That's what they actually do, right? And so new ranks, new compensation plan, uniline system of building, new product packages, clubs. We've talked about that. New duplication system.
We've got new messaging, right? So new ranks. Let's get into it. Boss.
Boss, from now on, actually starting November 1st, but it is actually starting right now, the qualification cycles for this. All this is going to affect, though, November 1st. We'll talk about that. All you got to do is get five new members a month.
That's it. Okay. Could be five trials. Could be five basics.
Could be five elites. Five new members a month. That will qualify you for boss. Everybody understand that, boss?
That's important because that's going to be the foundation of how we're getting people to build. Five people a month. Who in here believes you could get five people a month? Raise your hand.
Scream out if you believe it. All right. Pretty easy to do. Okay.
Boss maker. You have one person getting five people a month that's sponsored. Pretty easy to hit. Right?
You go boss. You go boss maker. We've ran algorithms on our new compensation plan. As long as you do those two things, everybody's income will go up.
Okay? Who hits boss and boss maker? Bronze is going to be when you earn $2,000 in commissions total. You'll be at the bronze level.
And qualify for additional compensation. Silver is going to be when you hit $5,000 a month in income. You'll become a silver. Okay?
We have a lot of silvers and bronzes in here already. Gold, same as it was before, $10,000 in commissions before the end of the month. You become a gold. Platinum, earn $20,000 in commissions before the end of the month.
You'll become a platinum. Diamond, earn $30,000 in commissions before the end of the month. And you become a diamond. Simple ranks.
Simple numbers. Simple qualifications. Easy to understand. Let me show you how it works.
Okay? You're going to be able to earn up to 70% on direct sales. Okay? We have a uniline system, generational overrides, rank advancement bonuses, residual income and high-ticket one-time commissions, and same direct payout through GPG.
There's two things that are staying exactly the same in our compensation plan. And I want you guys to understand these two things because most of you don't understand them right now. Okay? But I do think that they're important to explain since we've never explained them.
So I'll sit here and I'll explain all this stuff. Number one, how you qualify for commissions, qualifications. Right? How do you qualify for a product to earn commissions on that product?
Anybody know? Or? Well, you buy it or sell it. Okay?
That's it. So if you want to make money on the mass influence formula, you got to buy one or sell one. One of the two. That's it.
Now the thing that's staying the same is that is the only environment that will create a pass-up in our new compensation plan. If somebody doesn't want to qualify by buying, they can qualify by selling. And when they sell one, they won't earn commissions and they will pass the whole organization on that sale up and then they'll be qualified on the next one. That make sense to anybody?
That's exactly the same as now. Okay? Second thing is the qualification cycles. Okay?
How you qualify for ranks. And this is something that not a lot of people understand. So I'm going to explain it right now. It's very simple.
The way you qualify for ranks is you qualify this month by the end of the calendar month and then your rank is active the following calendar month for products sold that month. Okay? So if you're a gold and you qualify at $10,000 in income this month, the residual income from gold gets paid through the subscriptions that are recurring in the following month. That make sense to everybody in here?
Okay. So that means you need to qualify again the following month and you're going to get paid in the following month for, they're all monthly qualifications. Everybody in here got it? Say aye if you've got it.
Okay. I want to keep that stuff simple before we move on. Okay? So this is the only compensation plan that pays out like this.
I skipped ahead a little bit. Right? So first direct sales bonus. All right?
We're changing the names of some of this stuff because it's just easier to explain. Direct sales bonus. You keep a set percentage on every sale that you make, okay? This percentage is not dependent on your rank and it's for personal sales only, all right?
The way that that works is when you're going to sell a subscription product, we're going to have a set amount that you're going to earn, whether it's on the trial or on the initial subscription, that's going to be most of the time, 70% of that initial purchase, right? So if you sell a basic membership or if you sell a trial, it'll be 70% of that initial purchase. If you sell a trial, it'll be 70%. If you sell an elite club, it'll be 70% on that first purchase, okay?
On one-time products, it's 30% on the direct sale bonus. Now right now, that's a good thing, why? Because when somebody gets in and they make a sale on an all-in, what do they earn right now the first time they make a sale? Nothing.
That's what they earn right now, okay? So now your new people who get in, they go all-in, they make the investment in the products. When they go out, they make a sale. When they go out there and they make their first sale, they're going to get 30% on that first sale that they make and at least recoup part of the money they put into starting their business and buying the products they're using.
That make sense to everybody in here? Who thinks that's a good thing for the new people? Yeah. Okay.
So then we've got producer bonuses. These are additional percentages or set percentages, depending on where it is, that you're going to earn from hitting the producer ranks, which is boss and boss maker. Okay. So these ranks, for example, on the direct sale bonus for the 30% get added on top of the 30%, right?
It's not a or thing, right? Actually, I'm explaining this because Chris Rushlow saw that your income goes up 10% on one-time purchases and he thought that people only earn 10% of one-time purchases when they hit boss. That wouldn't be very nice to lower it from 30 to 10 by rank advancing, right? So increases.
These are all additional, if that makes sense. Okay. So this is the way that it works. Subscription products, there's going to be 15% of the residual rebills, okay?
I'll just, I don't need to write that down. It's right on the board. Okay. 15% of the residual rebills are paid to boss and boss maker, 5% to boss, 10% to boss maker.
On one-time products, it goes up to a 50% total payout. When you hit boss, you'll be at 40%. When you hit boss maker, you'll be at 50%. Okay.
Now, how much do you actually earn right now when you sell one-time products? Everybody always says 70%, but it's not really 70%. 70% is paid out, okay? The first six sales, you earn 35%, you earn half.
After that point, you're passing up every fifth sale, meaning you actually earn 56%. Okay. So the most that you'll ever earn after you sell six of everything is 56%. You're passing up every fifth.
If that person's a leader, you miss out on a lot of income from that person, okay? So just those first two ranks get people up to 50%. That's without even selling the high-ticket products. They just hit boss and boss maker from the subscription products.
They qualify immediately for up to 50% on one-time purchases, okay? Now, this is important to understand, and I'm going to explain this through. If you're at 50% on one-time purchases, if you're a boss maker, for example, okay? If you sell an all-in, say the all-in is $5,000, how much do you earn?
2,500, right? But that would be on every single sale, passing nobody up, okay? But here's the thing, okay? If you start a new person, and you're a boss maker, and they make an all-in sale, what do they get?
They get 30%. So they get 1,500. So what do you get? You get 1,000.
Okay? If that person gets an all-in sale, they're brand new, what do they get? 1,500. This person's still not qualified as a boss maker.
What do you get? 1,000. This person gets an all-in sale, all in the same calendar month. They're going fast.
What do they get? 1,500. What do you get? 1,000, right?
So you qualify at 1,000. You qualify at next levels, okay? Builder bonus. We call this a builder bonus because this is kind of stability ranks from income, okay?
It's an additional percentage based on products in your current rank, right, for reaching the ranks of bronze and silver. So builder bonuses is going to work like this, okay? So on subscription products, it's going to be an extra 10% per rank. I'm going to explain this in a minute and how it's going to affect everybody's residual income, which is a positive thing for everyone.
But it's additional 10%, up to 35% total payout in bronze and silver from the residual rebills, okay? On one-time purchases, it goes up to 60% total payout for bronze and silver, okay? So now, if you are a silver boss maker, so I'll say silver boss maker, right? You make a $5,000 all-in.
What do you get? $3,000 on every sale, okay? Right now, you pass up every fifth or you pass up every two. It'll be $3,000 every single sale.
When somebody in your organization who's qualified at a lower rank, when they make a sale, what do you get? You get the difference between your rank and their rank, okay? So if you got somebody like, for example, who you're here and you make $3,000, right? And somebody below you gets $50,000.
You get $1,500, right? Same thing, except for now you're getting $1,500 per sale going on in your organization from everybody from every line with no pass-ups. Some of you got that. You're like, how do I qualify?
Just go sell stuff, okay? I'm going to show you guys some cool stuff as we go along. You got it? You understand it?
Right? Now, this is the difference between this and like a stair-step breakaway. It's a little bit different. In a normal stair-step breakaway, all of the rakes are inclusive of the previous ones.
With this one, if you're at like bronze or silver, but you're not a boss maker, the boss maker income will pass over you to the next boss maker. That make sense? Right? So those are like productive active ranks.
And it's the reason why everybody's income goes up if they hit boss maker. We've checked when we've done the test. I'm actually going to show you guys a really sick video I made of that a little bit later on. It's really cool.
Leadership bonuses. Now, this is where this gets cool. Right? When I made the generational leadership bonus, I wanted to test it to see if it works.
Okay? And it worked amazingly well for everybody that's hitting the ranks. But there's not really enough volume in it. And right now, I think our comp plan is convoluted and it's difficult because there's so many different things paying out in different ways.
So we wanted to make a streamlined way for everybody to win and everyone get paid. So this kind of income here. This is laid out in a normal genealogy. Right?
People you sponsor. The people they sponsor. The people they sponsor. The people they sponsor.
Like a normal unilevel genealogy is the way the team builder or the way the builder and the producer bonuses pay out. Okay? The way the leadership bonus pays out is in the uniline. Right?
So that enables you to earn a lot of money with producing while you're also doing the team building, eliminating the problem created in my friend's organization. Check it out. Okay? Leadership bonus.
35% of the residual income is going to be paid out in the uniline. It's a lot. The cool part about that is that is not just from your production. I got to show you this video.
I'll do it later. I'm going to do it a little bit later. Right? This is the way that it works.
Okay? Subscription products. Golds. 10% is paid out to golds.
Two generations. 10% is paid out to patent. Two generations. 15% to diamonds.
7.5% through two generations. And then on one-time products, we're paying out 60% to 60% can be paid from the team builder bonus. Right? Which is actually more than you earn now because the most you'll ever earn now is 56%.
Right? But 10% is paid through the uniline system and the generational leadership bonus. Right? To diamonds.
The reason is we want there to be a big jump when you hit diamonds and we want to create like 30 diamonds this next year. And we will do it. Okay? But what does that actually mean?
That means that when you hit diamond, let's say you have five all-in sales a day happening down line from your work, your team, but also from the team that was placed underneath you. What does that look like? That looks like say an all-in is $5,000. Right?
10% of that is 500 bucks. Two generational payouts. Right? Which means that you're going to be getting $250 per all-in sale happening in your organization.
That's a dime. Two generations down. Pretty sick. So this is how it works.
Right? We got subscription products. Right? 70% direct sales bonus on first subscription sale.
35% distributed through producer and builder bonuses after first subscription sale. 35% distributed through leadership bonus after first subscription. And then we've got trial office. We've got trial offers.
Kalatu basic. Kalatu premium. Elite club package upgrades. We've got the option of obviously creating affiliate partners.
Getting people to be all-in. Right? When you sell one-time purchases, 30% of it is going to go to the people who are qualified for that purchase. Whether they've sold to become qualified or whether they bought it.
Right? 30% is distributed through the builder bonus. 10% is distributed through the leadership bonus. And we've got those product lines that we sell.
Right? Again, five products to reach boss. Another five to get boss maker. I actually think this is kind of repetitive.
Let me just go to something that's not repetitive. Right? I've explained all this stuff already. 5,000 to hit silver.
10,000 to hit gold. 20,000 to hit platinum. 30,000 commissions to hit diamond. Right?
This is going to change November 1st. Okay? Now, we're going to actually be… Be…
Importing all existing teams into the uniline. And I have a video that I'm going to play in a minute that's going to explain this. But first, let me tell you the difference between the binary and the uniline. I think this is a useful example because binaries work so good to recruit.
Right? They really do. And it's kind of like… Bullshit.
Because I've been in one and had a big leg and made no money from it. But it still works good. Right? Because what happens is you get up and you say, If you don't get in now, I'm going to put this person in first.
Right? Like, imagine Alex for a second. Okay? He passes me up like three people a day sometimes.
Then he has to recruit 15 people a day to do that. He recruits a lot of people. What if he can say, You need to get in right now because I'm going to put 10 people underneath you today. Right?
Recruiting is like five times easier with that. So this is how it works. Binary is like this. You have you.
Right? All your upline is above you here. And they're all building this like one leg. Right?
And it's gigantic. And you get paid off of this one. So it's like there's people… And I meet them all the time.
They're like, I got 10,000 people in my organization. And you're like, Well, how much do you make off of it? $100 a month. Because they're getting paid off of this small leg.
It's really a useless leg. There's no point in it. There's no benefit to you. You know what I mean?
It just is for show. It's to create false urgency. That's the only reason they exist. Right?
Probably anybody who owns a company in a binary will get mad at me for saying that. But it's just the truth. There's no purpose in this. It sucks.
Right? And then you got to all the time balance them out to keep your income around. Right? So with ours, we have the benefit of this, but you actually are going to get paid when you qualify off of that leg that's being built.
So I'll give you an example. Okay? And we're going to paint more examples. Let's say there was $100,000 a month in residual recurring billing that was happening underneath that leg.
And you were the first one in it that qualified as a gold. You would override five grand a month from work you didn't do. All you got to do is hit gold. It's like there.
And you'll actually be able to log in and see how much you'll get at the next rank. And I'll show you what that looks like because I got a video on it in a minute. Right? So everyone in your upline team places all leadership volume straight underneath you, straight down the line until two things happen.
Okay? This is not one leg in the whole company that goes forever because what happens if we do that? We're going to code everybody out eventually as it gets too big. Right?
And this is modeled after what Oren did. Because I said, what do you do? Do you place people down there forever? He said, no, because if we did that, nobody would make the big money.
He said, we do it until the leg is self-sustaining, and then we start a new one. Right? So I thought about it. I said, what would create a leg that just grows on its own after you leave it?
Right? Get five bosses down there. So this is actually what happens in our uniline. Basically your whole upline team and you are going to be building one organization straight down until two things happen.
Right? Number one, you're a boss at least for 90 days. Number two thing that has to happen is during that 90 days there has to be five downline bosses every month. That means that by the time you move on and start a new leg, the leg you're building is going to have at least minimum of 30 people a month.
It's going to be cut. It's going to be going straight down 30 levels a month. In reality it will be going down 100, 150 levels a month, 200 levels a month. Right?
There will be very few people in here that will build more than one leg a year. Me? I'll probably build two. Maybe two a year.
What happens after that 90 days? You start a new one. Okay? You want to create self-sustaining teams and it's automated.
You don't have to think about it. Just recruit. It just happens automatically. It's cool.
So here's what you do. We're going to illustrate this, but here's the difference between this and what we do now. See, right now creating teams is hard. Because what do you got to do?
Wait for them to appear. Recruit like a million people and then the leaders pop up. That's kind of the strategy, right? But what can we do now?
Right? I can recruit Alex. And then I recruit Tracy. I get them working together.
Tracy recruits somebody, get them working together. Recruits Silvio, get them working together. And when you got five leaders down there, back out and you start a new one. And nobody can do this manually.
It's all automatic because we don't want people who can't recruit starting links. So this isn't something that I think will work. We've been testing and improving it. Let me show you, let me actually show you something.
So this is a video I made backstage, okay, of the income people will make if they just hit gold, platinum, and diamond from just doing the import. Go ahead and roll that video I made, you guys. Just watch it. All right, this is Dave Watt.
I'm actually backstage right now right before I go on. I needed to illustrate something for you that's really important. And I couldn't find a better way to illustrate it than getting this last-minute video. So here what you see actually is this is a report generated from the report, one of the reports that we've ran on the compensation plan.
It basically shows how much money these people will make. How much money these people would be making extra when they hit the gold level. Now this is based on an actual month of sales in August, okay, when the report was ran. So it's going to vary obviously depending on, you know, how much product was sold in somebody's downline, okay.
But this is here. This person would have made $6,755 extra. Look how many people are over $6,500 now. All they've got to do to earn this money is hit the gold level, right.
So it's not money that's going to be made. It's given to them for free. They do have to work for it. But when they get the leadership level, they actually override on that entire uniline organization.
Like this person would make $14,000, $11,000. But what I want to show you is how many people in Empower Network this is. Literally just by getting in early and by making a decision, right, by making a decision to take action, to get all in, to lock in their spot, right, early because of this uniline system because all existing people are imported into it. Like look how many people are literally that just by hitting the gold, it's like they have an income that's sitting there, it's waiting for them.
Like literally this income. I mean look how many people are over $10,000 a month, $3,000 a month. I'm still scrolling and these people are over like thousands of dollars a month extra that they'd be getting literally. I mean they're not even doing it, right.
These people, they're still over $2,000, $5,000, $6,000. I'm still scrolling down. I mean we're into thousands of people now. Guys, this is like think about it like this.
Thousands of people are going to log into their back office and see that if they – hey, if I just rank advance, if I just hit the gold level, if I just hit the platinum level, if I just hit the diamond level, right, look how much extra income I'm getting that I wouldn't be getting if I don't do that. I'm scrolling down guys. I'm at 3,200 people and I've still got people over $1,700, $11,000 here, right. Guys, I'm still scrolling down and look at this.
This guy, this is like – this is only active people in Empower Network right now. And guys, we're talking about like – I don't even know a word to describe this. Imagine having a tool like this ever in history. You can call people and you just show them.
You can show them your back office and say, hey, look, I'm in this and I really haven't done anything. But look, I have this downline just sitting there and all I've got to do is hit this leadership level and it's like this income is sitting here. This residual income is sitting here waiting for me. It's got my name written on it.
It's like a residual income for free with my name written on it. Look, I'm still scrolling down. We're at 4,800 people, right, in this report, right, that are still over $1,000 extra, right. Now, we finally are getting below $1,000 at 5,300 people.
Now, go over here but this will expand with time. This is what they earned. This column is what these same people would earn at Platinum and this is what they'd earn at Diamond. Look, this person has an income sitting there of $22,000 when they hit Diamond because of this uniline system that we built, because of this innovation and the way that we're building teams.
And just scroll up and you look through these numbers. I mean, this $23,000 just sitting there and all they've got to do is qualify. Guys, this is like the best recruiting tool in the history of network marketing and it's not something that I think will work. It's something that I've proven will work and it's not only that you got to qualify.
It's easier to qualify with our new comp plan than it is with our comp plan before. In fact, all you've got to do, we've proven this and this is in another report and I don't want to show you this one right now just because I don't have time. I got to get up on stage in a second and I should have made this video earlier but I didn't. But all you've got to do is hit Boss Maker and everyone across the board, as long as you hit Boss Maker, which is easy to qualify for because this is on all products, their incomes go up in the new comp plan.
And so, just at the first bottom two levels, it increases people's incomes. There's a lot of reasons for that, some of which you'll understand today, some of which you'll just have to trust me on. You'll understand in a year when you see the checks growing, when you see the people hitting Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. But look at this.
This person, $42,000 extra by hitting Diamond. Can you even believe this? I mean, this is like the biggest game. This is the biggest carrot ever to where we're going to be helping you build your future with you.
We're going to be helping you. And in the process of learning to qualify for this, we're going to be essentially building this business with you and for you through the Uniline system. This is what I call powerful compensation. This is revolutionary.
And you know what the funny thing is? It'll take people two years to even figure out how we're doing this, let alone copy it because it's so complicated. But you know what the cool thing is for you? It's not complicated to take advantage of.
It's just you go out there and you say, hey, you've got to get in now. You've got to lock in your spot early. You guys need to go out here this next week and just tell people, hey, you've got to lock in your spot early because this thing is going to explode. Because it's true it is.
And they've also got to lock their all-in spot early, which of course we're going to explain if we haven't yet already in this presentation. This is Dave Wood, and I am checking out to go back in and make sure everything else is ready. I'll talk to you in a second. I love those sound effects.
Who ever thinks they could recruit a little easier? It makes it easier to hit boss, right? And that's the goal, is to create a lot of bosses. Because if we create a lot of little producers, that's how we build big organizations, if that makes sense.
So, uniline system of building. We're going to start into how it works, and I'm going to go through and illustrate this, and then we're actually going to paint some visual examples using people with some stuff that Chris Jones has prepared. So this is actually just really simple. If you look at this chart, all the leadership volume is placed straight down in a line that's being built by everyone.
Benefit. Get everybody you're recruiting working together. It's easier to recruit for everyone. Everyone starts building a team, and they actually get to earn money on it.
So it's like the benefit of a binary, but real. So what does that actually do? What it actually does is like, I was talking to some of the employees upstairs, and they're like, well, how do you explain this? And I said, it's like this.
Just pretend you guys, you kind of know who I am, but you don't really know me personally. What if I called Jeff and I said, hey, look, here's the deal. I'm starting a new organization, and if you get in right now, I'm going to give you a spot at the top of it, and I'm going to be placing people underneath this organization that I'm building with you for the next year. And actually, you're going to make money off of it if you ever qualify for it.
But you got like 30 seconds to give me a decision. It doesn't matter if he wants to do it or not all of a sudden. It has no relevance on whether or not he gives me his credit card. He just is going to give me his credit card and join.
Even if you're an average recruiter, it's more power because what's going to happen is, you're building with your upline team, okay? Remember, they can only build one leg at a time. So you're building with your upline team, right, and everybody in that organization, everyone is all placing people in the same line, right? So you could get a person, and they could have like 20 people down there the next day or the next few days, right?
And then it's like they can connect with people and be like, oh, my gosh, I just joined, and I have like 20 people already. You know what I mean? But they actually make money from it. That's the thing I'm just freaking out about is they actually get a benefit from making money from it.
So it pays to get in early, doesn't it? It pays to get in earlier. If you're a leader, it pays people to get in earlier when you're starting a new leg. It's a good thing if people join in the next few days.
Like, it matters to them. That's not something we've ever had. It's never mattered when you joined, but now it does matter. So what if I told you it doesn't just pay to get in early?
What if I told you it pays to get all in and go black early? Now, this is so, what I'm about to show you, I don't care if you can even imagine this structure in your brain, because I actually have a hard time with it. I actually came up with this in like five minutes, this comp plan. But that was when I was, you know, vision thing.
I'll explain it later. So this is how hot it's nasty. So what happens if you're underneath some, you're above somebody, but you only have like the basic membership, and they become an elite member before you? Well, on that product, they go above you in the uniline.
So this is like, this is what I want you to think about for a sec, okay? Now, this is going to be, again, hard for you to imagine. We're going to paint some visual illustrations, okay? Right now, what urgency do we have to get people to upgrade?
There's none. Yeah, the only way we can get somebody urgency to upgrade is if they go sell something, right? And then they have to go upgrade before that person upgrades, or they're going to pass up a sale. Right?
That's it. So what happens if somebody's just dipping their toe in the water? Right? They'll be like, oh, if I get a sale, I'll upgrade.
Isn't that exactly what happens? Right? And you can try to overcome that, and it's just, it doesn't matter. That's how they are.
Right? But now, they're going to lose something if I put someone down there that upgrades. Yeah. Yeah, right, right, right, right.
So what can I do? Right? And we'll show you in a minute. I'm placing basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials.
Then I got a guy down here, Billy, and he says, you know what? I'm serious. I say, how serious? He says, real serious.
And I said, you ready to, are you ready to go black? And he says, yeah. I said, once you go black, you ain't never going back. Right?
And I can't help it. It's probably because how big you're smiling. Right? And so, music.
So I get this guy. Now he says, I'm going all in Friday. Right? Friday, well, by what time?
I'm going to go all in by Friday at 3 o'clock. Ring, ring. Hello? Hey, Sue.
This is Dave Wood. How you doing? Oh, good, good. How are you?
Hey, by the way, I just put someone in already for you, Billy. He's going all in by Friday. And if you don't go all in before he goes in, he's actually below you right now, but he's going to go above you on all other products in the Uniline. So I was just wondering if you could go all in before he goes all in.
All right. All right. All right. All right.
All right. So I was just wondering if you could go all in before he goes all in. Ring, ring, ring. Hello?
Hey, this is Alex. Hey, Alex. This is Dave Wood. How you doing?
He's going, good, man. What are you calling for? Well, I just want to call you because I just got this guy named Billy. He's going all in at Friday.
And then he's below you actually right now, but he's going to go above you in the Uniline if he goes all in before you go all in. But we've also got, like, Sue here I called, and she wasn't going to go all in either, but she heard that. And now she's going all in. So she's going all in by Thursday.
So if you don't go all in before she goes all in, both Billy and Sue, they're going to go above you in the Uniline. So do you think you could go all in before Thursday? Ba-bam, ba-ba-bam, ba-ba-bam! And don't try to imagine the structure of how this works because it's just, you know, just learn to use it.
Okay? So this is an example where somebody's at theledoc, and they're all in. And what happens is you take a picture of the elevator, and they just go all in right in front of you. beginner club level, right, and they're above people, but now because somebody gets into the six-figure uniline, all those products before them, right, they lose 60% of that volume because they take a while to take action.
Why is this not going? Okay, all the way through, right, we can show you can be placed in different places on different products in that uniline. Oh yeah, this is like, guys, this is just nasty. You know what I mean?
You have a real urgency, don't you? Real urgency. So now this is the point where I'm actually going to turn it over to Chris. He has some illustrations and he wants to show you some visually so you really understand the power of how this works.
All right. What do you guys think about that? Yeah, baby! Do you guys kind of understand it?
How many of you kind of understand it? You guys are smarter than me. It took me a month of talking to him. Yeah, we were like a month and he was like, wait a second, are you telling me that they go in different places when they get different things?
And I was like, yeah, he's, oh my god, right? I thought I'd seen it all, but his brain works in ways I can't even explain it, right? So that's why he lives in Costa Rica. All right, let's move this out of the way.
Okay. I don't want it to hit anybody. So I was trying to think. I was like, I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know. I was like, okay, how do these people understand it? How do they see it? It took me a month to figure it out.
We're going to try to do this in an hour. But I think you guys actually figure it out because he did a great job. He followed slides. Awesome job.
Awesome job. So I actually had to like write this down and create like a cheat sheet because I still don't fully get it. All he knows, I've seen the reports and I've seen like he showed you, I've seen the income differences when somebody's just like, oh, I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't to platinum or a boss maker to gold or it's unbelievable. And it rewards the people that just do something, you know, and that's half the battle is getting somebody into the business and just saying, go do something, take action. Right. And this actually will give them direction and say, hey, just become a boss.
Simple, easy conversation. Right. So what I want to do now is I want to ask for a couple of volunteers. In fact, I want to pick on a couple of people just because that's what I like to do.
Mr. Alex Zubroff, you're not paying attention. So come on up. And Tracy, since you're laughing, you might as well come up, too.
And you know what? I got something for you. I got a gift for both of you. I got a beginner-level T-shirt for both of them.
Go ahead and put that on for me real quick. Tracy, welcome to the beginner club. Go ahead and put that on for me, if you would. I need eight more volunteers.
Eight more. Dave, you go ahead and pick eight of them. Dave, just grab this lady here. Actually, you know what?
How many of you are beginner-member-only members? Beginner-level, have Kalatu only or Kalatu Premium or Elite? There's a couple there. Come on up.
Yep, beginner-members-only new members that are just in Kalatu to make this fun. There's one back there. How about Elite Club members, have Inner Circle product? There's one.
Somebody raising their hand there. Wow, you guys are so committed. That's amazing. Just come on up here.
Come on up. I got a T-shirt for you. Go ahead and grab a beginner-level T-shirt. All right.
Here you go. Put on that. Here you go. Throw on that.
How many people we got? We good? There you go. This is funny.
There you go. Yeah. There you go. Okay, good.
So how many people have we got total? We got ten? We need one more. One more.
Oh, here we go. Here we go. There you go. All right.
So I need you guys. All right. Let's just pretend this is the Uniline so you can see it. So, yeah, spread out so we can get you all in a line here.
All right. So this is the Uniline. Now, the cool thing about this is everybody starts at the beginner level, right? We know that.
Everybody starts in the same place. You come through the same funnel. You start at the same place. Now, the cool thing is I got a little something for you.
I'm going to give out $1,000 today. Cash. All right. So I'm going to give each of you $100.
Cash. All right. But don't spend it yet. All right.
Here's $100 for you. Thank you, sir. There you go. $100 for you.
$100 for you. $100 for you. $100 for you. $100 for you.
There you go. Don't spend it all at one time. There you go. There you go.
And there we go. Welcome, Uniline number one, the beginners. All right. You got demoted, you guys.
All right. So this is the front of the line. This is the top of the line. Alex is the top of the line.
How cool is that, right? It's good for you because every one of you, pass $20 to Alex, please. Yeah. Alex is liking this, isn't he?
$20. Hand her down. Keep it out of your pockets. Come on.
Keep it coming. Alex, man, you're doing well. All right. Alex is liking life.
You know, he just got all these overrides, boom, they're just coming in. Look at him. He's ready to team on up, but he's a smart man. Here's why he's smart.
He's like, you know what? This thing's working. I'm getting overrides. So what does he do?
He upgraded to elite. Congratulations. He was the smart one because you know why he was the first one. Put that on over and go ahead and just step up.
If you could, he's the top of the elite club level. So what I need is all of you to go ahead and step up. You all decided to join after him and join the elite club. So congratulations.
You guys also get an elite club t-shirt. Here you go. Congratulations. Alex is loving this, by the way.
Here you go. Put that on. You guys are going to have a bunch of t-shirts on, by the way. All right.
Congratulations. Go ahead and I'll give you a chance to put that on before you have to start passing money up. You know what's coming. All right.
So before I talk to you about the money. What? Well, Alex did upgrade. He also did another thing.
He upgraded to gold. He became a gold member. Congratulations, Alex. You are a gold club member.
All right. So now you make overrides. You get bigger percentages, right? So everybody pass 20 bucks to Alex again.
Oh, he's liking this. Go ahead and play the music. Something interesting. Nope.
Because you have an upgrade. You're not a gold member. So when you become a gold member, that's when the overrides that remember we told you. Well, how important it is to get to gold because you get those bonuses.
Alex is gold. So he's getting that leadership bonus. Okay. So that's why all the money.
Now, if you went gold, they'd be also passing money to you. But you're not. You're that you're not there yet. All right.
But depending on all right. So here's an interesting thing that's going to happen. All right. So you guys are at the league club.
You're doing your thing, right? But all of a sudden somebody else is going to upgrade. Who wants to go producer? Everybody.
Why is that? Why does that happen? Let's see. Tracy, why don't you come up here?
You become a producer. Come up. Stand up right here. Let's give her a producer shirt.
So she became a producer, but notice what just happened. She just cut in front of Alex. This is the products you're buying. Yeah.
Yep. The builder. I'm sorry. Yep.
All right, Alex, why don't you come over here and step on this side of her? There you go. Come on over. There you go.
But you know what? Let's why don't you come over here? Why don't you come over here? I'm mixing the order up because you guys decided to upgrade.
Come on over. Actually, if you could just step back, we're not going to have enough room, but yep. Just a little bit. Step back a little bit.
We need a bigger stage. Don't we? All right. Come on up here.
Let's get down just a little bit. Just come on right around. There you go. So Alex was at the top.
Originally, all right, now Tracy came in. She said, I'm going to upgrade first, right? Alex is still a gold. You guys understand that, right?
He is still a gold. Tracy is not a gold. She upgraded first, but she hasn't hit the rank of gold yet. You guys pass some money down to Alex.
20 bucks. Who else? We get more shirts for you. You got one.
You got one. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Okay. Even though Tracy, all right, she upgraded the products. She's not quite yet a gold member. So you're not going to get the bonuses yet.
Alex is. So even though you're above him, right? It doesn't matter. That's what you want to work towards those ranks.
Okay. So now what I want to do is I'm going to illustrate something really interesting to all of you, and this is where this thing really mixes it up. And this is why you go gold. And eventually you go platinum and you'll go diamond.
All right. Because the bonuses just get bigger and bigger as the ranks go. All right. So what I want to do now, and this is the tricky part, so I'm going to try to illustrate this the best I can, is, let's see, who wants to go all in and go black?
Go ahead, grab a t-shirt back there. There's another two. Grab one of those. You guys are slacking.
I'm telling you, you lost out. Come on up. Stand right over right. Yep, there you go.
Who else wants to go black? All in. Grab a t-shirt, sorry. Grab a t-shirt back there.
All right. Who else? Go ahead. Yeah, she went first, so you're on this side.
Here you go. Grab a shirt. All right, the rest of you, as fast as you can run to that table and get a t-shirt, you can have a place. Man, they're running fast.
Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. How did Alex get down here? All right. But he's the guy with the most money.
Yeah, they're like, you guys look so comfortable. That's awesome. So here's where things… Here's where things get mixed up.
Now you guys are starting to do the business and you're moving through the ranks, okay? Guess what? You just became a platinum. Everybody, send her 20 bucks.
Alex, you know what? Hold on. You just hold out there for a second. Everybody else, send her 20 bucks.
Okay? See, Alex is a gold, all right? And gold, so you can eventually, you can start new legs, right? You can build your business.
So he's got more volume. All of a sudden, he was in front of her and now he's underneath her uniline. Go ahead and send her 100 bucks. She's making a big…
Override off of your organization now. Before, she wasn't getting all of that because Alex was above her. But now, his whole organization in this uniline is underneath you. All his legs.
He could have 10 legs. But now, you get all of it. So you're making more overrides off of Alex because he's a producer, right? This is why you want every single product in the company has its own uniline.
Every club level has its own uniline, okay? That's why you want to get in. And it's okay to have Alex above you because he's going to keep putting people underneath you. Until he moves on to another leg.
But if he's underneath you, you have all of his legs. You have his whole business. All right? Does that make sense to you?
Okay. But it does no good. Like I illustrated, Tracy hasn't upgraded to gold. She's not getting any bonuses.
But for example, let's just say you made gold this month. Guess what? You guys passed 20 bucks to her. What's your name?
Ravity. Ravity? Ravity. Ravity.
$20 to Ravity. She made gold. Round of applause. All right.
You guys getting where I'm going with this? This is the power of the uniline. And it's not only a great recruiting tool because people need to get put into those unilines when they come in. You always start at beginner.
Hopefully they upgrade and they move on to the elite club because that's where we want people to be. Get more product, more benefits, right? And eventually you want them to move through these products. Get the product.
There's an incentive there because that's where the unilines start, okay? But more importantly is you don't start benefiting from that until you hit gold. So what do we do? We help our teams hit gold.
So that's why we built the Ian to Go plan, the two-step plan to gold. You do that, I've seen the incomes of certain leaders go from $6,000 a month to $30,000 a month and just by moving one rank. One rank. All right?
And you guys are the part of this where now you're going to see this November 1st. All these people in the company are going to be moving into unilines. All right? You're going to have the biggest impact.
All right? You're going to have the benefit of what we've been working so hard on. And my hat goes off to David Wood for even thinking of this, however he did it. However he did it.
And I'm going to tell you, it's been a challenge for us normal human beings to actually take this and materialize it. And I don't know where they found the programmer that could do this, but he actually made it work, which is something that is really unique. Because, guys, yeah, everybody rips stuff off and they copy you. But, man, for somebody to do what we're doing, it's crazy.
It's going to be one heck of a feat. And we're going to have some really good growth numbers because this is going to be fun. Sure. Sure.
Mm-hmm. This is a seven-figure black card club. I'll repeat it for you. I'll repeat it for you.
Here you go. Okay. So we have five different unilines because it's five different products. Yep.
And as people upgrade, they rotate based on the order in which they upgraded in that particular uniline. Yes. But the leadership, which is the leadership. Yes.
Which is the gold, platinum, and diamond. Mm-hmm. Well, you would be above a person as a gold in one and below them as a gold in the other just because that was when you got that product or that was when you qualified. I see.
Because you're not placed. The way that it actually works is there's a genealogy for each product, and you're not placed in it at all until you're qualified. Okay. Yeah.
So you're not in that genealogy yet if you're not a gold. You're placed. You're sitting there. You're sitting there.
Okay. Yeah. A gold is a rank that you are. Right.
Right. The genealogy is when you're inserted. So you're only inserted in there after you qualify for that product. Okay.
So if you're not all in. Right. So I'll give you an example. Okay.
Say, for example, you're here. Right. Mm-hmm. And he was below you in another one, but he's above you now.
And this guy is some crazy diamond. Right. And he has 30 legs. Right.
Okay. And he's doing $100,000 a month or $200,000 in sales a month in one-time purchases in all those other legs outside of the stuff that is built below you. Okay. You wouldn't override any of that on those purchases because he's placed above you in this uniline.
So it's like real urgency. It's like real loss if they don't do it. Yep. That's all you really need to understand.
So you really want to be the first or as quickly as you can in every single uniline. Yep. Yep. Every product.
Every product. So this is what the difference is. Right? It's like, so in the other compensation plan, right, the one that we're using right now, the only urgency that ever exists is if somebody actually sponsors someone and then they upgrade before that person upgrades, right?
Which people that try things out never sponsor anybody. But now, right, they can't ever qualify to be inserted in a line by people placed below them. Forever. They will continue having all lends be placed above them from their downline forever until they either sell one or upgrade forever.
And it's like having a check. Like we're going to write, it's like writing a check, but you can't cash it until you qualify for gold to get those bonuses. You get placed when you buy the product or you earn your qualification for being in that uniline. You're in the uniline, right?
And you can be at the top of it, but until you hit gold, you're sitting there. So you want to get in. And the cool thing is, is we built the back office. All those circles that show the percentages, right?
The check marks. It's also going to show you what you could be making at those ranks. So I mean, just think about it like this. Do you think that you would work a little harder if you logged in and saw like something like, I don't know, we'll probably make a plus so it doesn't look negative, like plus $8,000.
And you click on it and you're like, what's this? And it says, if you go gold, you would have made $8,000 this month. Yeah. You think you might try a little more.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, yeah.
Yeah. Cause the plant, those work the same. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. And there will be a system when we launched the uniline shortly after we launched where whenever you come in as a beginner member or anybody comes in, even just a trial, meaning they're nothing, right? They're just a trial beginner member. They're going to see these little bubbles popping up, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, just underneath them.
And it's just this idea. Do you think if somebody came in as a trial, say, I'm going to check this out and just see if it works that within minutes they see it working, you think they're going to buy, right? And it, and if it shows them how much money they would be making, you guys, it's a no brainer. It's a no brainer.
Round of applause for our volunteers. I'm going to need that money back. No, I'm just kidding. That's all yours guys.
Take it home. Keep it. I'm sorry, Alex. I always pick on you.
I feel so bad. No, I don't. Thank you everybody. Appreciate it.
Thanks for coming out. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Give them a round of applause guys. Thank you. I just want to do an evil laugh. Who in here is pumped up?
So now we got a real urgency, don't we? Okay. So again, you can't qualify from place products. So how long will somebody continue to have black memberships go above them?
Forever. Glorious. Okay. Forever.
Until you go black. So what kind of difference could that make? Right? Well, imagine if I was in your downline and went black before you or Aaron Raskin or Tracy Walker, or Silvio.
Right? So back to my story earlier on in this video, I was talking about that guy I met and what, what happened. Okay. So he starts building with this and he goes from 8,000 a month to rooms of 20,000 people.
So you mean you gotta have like a quarter million active downline to do that. Really? Right? Three or four or five years.
Why? Because all of a sudden people that aren't benefiting each other are working together to create a bigger result. Right? All of a sudden people that wouldn't have been in your team, they're in your team and you can work with them.
You might make them not make money together right now, but they do benefit you. Right? So if I recruit Paul Hutchings and then Kevin, Kevin benefits Paul. They can work together and form a team.
Right? If I recruit Aaron Raskin and I recruit Tracy Walker, they can work together as a team. And then I can get people working together and having synergy. But then what else happens?
People have this business growing and they can tell people about it. Right? It gives new people a tool to use to bring in more people. Right?
That's what else happens. So what happened to that guy? Right? Make an 8,000 a month.
That took him 10 years to build. Right? To half a million a month in like 36 months. So what's that going to look like for us?
Yeah. I mean, I, I could recruit 200 people a month anytime I turn it on. Boom. That's it.
That's it. That's it. That's it. That's it.
That's it. That's it. That's it. That's it.
That's it. That's it. That's it. That's it.
Boom. You know what I mean? So all of a sudden you have a way, a method to use. Right?
That you can work together with your upline on. Right? You got somebody upline that can recruit that you're in a leg they're building. Right?
And you don't have somebody. All of you. Right? You can use what they're doing to recruit.
So if I got, if I got like, if I'm, I'm just getting started. Right? If I got, you know, I got Kevin upline or something like that. Kevin's bringing in 30 a month.
Right? I can use the fact he's bringing in 30 a month to get people to join quick. If I got him upline, my God, he's sponsoring like 5, 10, 15 people a day. You know?
I'd be like, I got 5, 10, 15 people a day. You got to get in right now. You know what I mean? It doesn't matter if I could recruit or not.
All of a sudden I can because I can, I can really use the credibility of my upline. That make sense to everybody in here? Who in here is fired up about that? Say hi.
All right. He was doing it manually. Paper order forms in living rooms. You know what I mean?
Manually. Like, I wouldn't even know how to organize that. That's actually why I had to figure out how to do it automatically. Because I couldn't track something like that even if I was trying to do that manually.
But then people can cheat too and start other legs and stuff. You know? But this way you can't. This is so sweet.
Now imagine when we get the old schoolers involved in this. I want you to think about, I want you to think about this for a second, okay? Now, again, I don't care if you guys are doing this because we're going to get, we already got a guy working on a system. It'll be independent from anything anybody else is doing until it's tested and proven with traditional networks, right?
But, but imagine a living room meeting, right? Where the last person to join gets in at the bottom. You know what I mean? When you announce that part in the presentation, a fist fight breaks out.
You know what I mean? Hopefully you're not doing that in the Bronx. Might be a few less in the downward. This leads us to why this is urgent right now.
You say, well, it's not out yet. Yeah, but everybody's getting imported into it. So it pays to get in early. November 1st.
Right? And you got from now to then to qualify. Right? So you can qualify for any of those ranks by November 1st and that'll be in effect all through the month of November.
Right? And so anybody you bring in, obviously they're going to be imported in there, but it's urgent. Don't miss out. Don't miss out.
You don't want to miss out on having an Aaron Rashkin down there below you that upgrades before you. Maybe you've already missed out on some, but you don't want to miss out on any more. You know what I mean? So what happens when we expand from this room to 5,000 to 10,000 to 15,000 to 50,000 people in a room?
What happens then? Right? What happens then is all those leaders that you miss out on exponentially expand their production that you're missing out on too. If you don't lock in your spot immediately.
We're about to explode. That sounds so kinky, but it's true. Oh my God, I feel so good. Even Donald Duck got his grandma in.
I expect to have at least 30 to 50 diamonds by the end of 2016. And today is the last day you're going to be able to go all in for a discount. By midnight. All of you watching online, everybody in here who's not all in, the discount is disappearing because the new funnel doesn't use them.
Why doesn't it use them? It doesn't need to. Therefore, the discount is going away. This is your last chance.
And if you wait to upgrade, you'll be missing out on people upgrading below you. Yep. Everybody should just get on their phone right now and call anybody in the organization. Your time is running out.
The clock is ticking. And each second it ticks, someone's upgrading and buying before you. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock. This is your last chance.
Tick tock, tick tock. I'm helping you learn how to recruit better as I'm talking. And as you're deciding to go all in, you guys are looking nervous. Some of you that aren't all in yet.
Somebody to your left and your right may be in your down line deciding to go all in right now before you. And your time is running out. Somebody sitting at home watching the live stream on the internet, perhaps somebody that's going to be in your down line is getting all in before you. And they're going to go from below you to above you.
And you're missing out. Act now. Lock in your spot. Before your time runs out.
Before your time runs out, you might lose an Aaron Rashkin or a David Wood or a Mike Hobbs in your down line. You don't want to miss out. I mean, you wouldn't want to miss a Silvio. I mean, what if Silvio's in your down line and then he's in your up line just because you just didn't take action?
You know what I mean? You miss out on Portugal. Or what if the leader of Mexico is in your down line but then moves to your up line because you missed out, because you didn't take action? Because you lost it.
And it went to, you know, it went to Mike Hobbs instead. Because Mike Hobbs is a loyal, faithful Mormon and went all in immediately. This is urgent. Tick-tock.
Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Refer to my shirt for everything I say.
Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Tick-tock.
The time is running out. Time for my bear story. Bear in a cage in Montana. Gets pulled out of the wild.
You take a wild animal out. Put them in a cage. They go crazy for a little while. I don't know.
I just know the clock is ticking. And every second that passes, you might lose someone by not upcoming. So, pull a wild bear out. You know, wild animals got this, like, wild look in their eye.
And, you know, some of you guys wonder, actually, like, all these leaders are weird. You know, you look in their eye. You're like, do I have to be weird? No.
You become weird once you get out of the cage is what happens. Right? Because what happens is take a wild bear out of the cage and you stick them in there in Montana. So they put this bear in.
And it's just all the time. Attacking the cage. But then soon it discovers it beats its head against there. And it can't get through.
Its head just hurts. You know, that's what happens to a lot of us. You know, we get sucked into the system and the forces of evil. And they clamp their jaws on us like this.
And as we try to escape, they squeeze harder. And then sometimes people do what the bear does. Right? Just stops fighting.
So they start taking meat to this bear every day, 10 o'clock. They go take some meat. They put it outside the cage. And at first the bear's attacking really quick as they're coming close by.
But then after a while it discovers it doesn't get any more by waiting. So it just kind of lazily waits there in its little cubicle for 10 o'clock to come by the next day. And all the fight leaves the bear is his eyes grow dead. So one day zookeeper, he says, I want to try something that bear doesn't.
That bear just looks like it's just like almost dead. Let's take the cage off and see what happens. Somebody says, oh, no, not with that bear. That's crazy.
That thing's wild. That thing was taken out of the wilderness. It'll eat you alive. And he said, I don't think so.
And he says, well, you can try it, but I'm going outside. So they take the cage off the bear, lift it up. And then the zookeeper comes and he takes big old thing of meat. And he's nervous.
So he sets it just five feet outside where the cage was. Backs up. What does the bear do? What does the bear do?
It gets up. It walks over to where the edge of the cage used to be. And it waits because the cage is still there in its mind. People are like that sometimes.
Take a cage off. You say this is the new way. And they just still sit there waiting, looking out into the future, not realizing that this is your last chance to escape. I'm in Alaska one time.
True story. And I drive out in the wilderness. Which is kind of dumb if you don't have a GPS or something and you don't know your way back in Alaska because it's cold. So I'm going out to look at the northern lights.
And it's nighttime. And there's actually this big gigantic multicolored northern light that I see. And I was watching it for a while, dressed all in snow uniform. And I get back in my car and I turn around.
And I come to this fork in the road. Sometimes it pays to pay attention. Doesn't it? Well, unfortunately to me this day, I wasn't paying attention when I went out and couldn't remember which way I had came from.
So I come up to the fork in the road and I look to the left and I look to the right. And then unknowingly, I went the wrong way and drove for a while. Then I looked down and I was like, I think I don't have much gas left. Crap.
So I turn around. And just barely made it back. Back in time. Because I wasn't paying attention to my chance.
I almost lost out forever. You can go to getinallinnow.com and lock in your spot before the time runs out. Back to my midget. How would you feel if that midget in a bathtub walked across the stage as a diamond and he was supposed to be in your down line?
But you lost out. Because you didn't take action. That midget will buy a golden bathtub. With all the commissions he'll earn from you.
Lock in your spot before your time runs out. Who in here is going to go all in? Who in here is pumped up? Who in here is making a decision you're going to be all in?
Who in here thinks your team is going to be easier to get all in? Who thinks so? Who in here is going to upgrade today? I know we don't got a lot in this room, but if somebody is going to upgrade today, stand up.
Stand up. She's going to upgrade today. Give her a hand. Most people in here are all in.
Got some people that are upgrading today. Got some upgrades. Right? Don't miss out.
Make a decision. I think we should tell them that the all in discount expires tonight at midnight. Midnight. How many of you know people in your organization that you can email, call, contact, and let them know about that?
Just tell them you can't miss out. You got to take action immediately. Who in here is more pumped up? Who?
That's really all I got to say. Well, I want to just mention one thing before we're done because we talked about recruiting and getting people into your business and getting them to be successful. But I want you to think about this scenario because we didn't talk about how this relates to Titan, so I'm just going to bring it back to that real quick. So what if you had a product, and I can't tell you what it is, but what if you, let's just say the App Store.
How many of you guys know what the App Store is in Apple? It's pretty cool, right? Apple makes a little bit of money from that, right? People make apps, they make money from it.
It's a pretty good deal. Imagine if we had our App Store, and it's nothing like Apple, but a similar concept. But imagine if you had an App Store where you had thousands upon thousands of products that people wanted. And the only way they could get it was through us in a very unique way, in a way that was very substantial.
But that was what was getting passed up the Uniline. Thousands of unique products. New products every month, different products every month, every week, constantly. It's not as simple as like right now we can say, hey, join the Elite Club and get the Inner Circle.
That's one product. Imagine having a whole suite, a marketplace full of thousands of products that drive volume. And imagine having overrides on all of that. That's the big picture here, guys.
Yes, we'd love to make overrides on one product. But let's talk bigger and think about how we can have a product base that everybody's just going to want. You don't have to even recruit for it. It's just you're going to see volume because people are buying it.
Do you understand? That's the difference, and that's the uniqueness of what we have. This is, remember what we talked about? The foundation.
Once you have the foundation, then you add that Project Titan product, and that's what really takes us. And that is our vision of creating 100 millionaires with a multi-billion dollar business. A multi-billion dollar vision and company. And mark my words, it will happen.
I'm just surprised we got through that. You guys understand a little bit of that? You guys get it? That is a huge accomplishment for mankind right there.
A giant leap, as they would say. But I wish we had more MLM people. I wish we could have the top reps in every company in this room right now. Because they wouldn't be in this room.
You know where they'd be? They'd be in the hallway making phone calls. Amen to that. So true.
I've seen this so many times. And I've never seen anything like this. Had I seen or been part of this, I probably wouldn't be on this stage. Because I'd own an island somewhere.
It's so substantial. And so there will be a point in time when we have rooms of 5,000, 10,000 people. And there will be big producers, MLM people that have organizations in other companies that will be in that room. And maybe it's you.
Maybe it's you that introduced him and said, hey, I want to invite you over to Orlando to one of our events. You've got to see this thing. Sure. Come on over.
Maybe you're a gold member. All right? He sees it. He sees the vision.
He goes all in. That person brings in 100,000 people like that. You're having a good day. Your life is instantly changed forever.
That is the power of this. And it's so substantial. Because you don't have to be a huge recruiter. You don't have to find thousands of people.
You don't have to do that. You have a team now to support you. And you're going to find that one. They'll just show up in there.
And all of a sudden that uniline becomes something just grandeur. It's big. And with a product that is not only international that we're going to release to you with Titan but one that is so attractive and fun and exciting that the volume will increase based on that alone. And I'm excited for that.
So thank you, everybody. Do you have anything else? Anything else? No, I just, guys, this is what I see is I see that this thing we're doing for the next event, and I know not all of you get why yet, it's just going to grow like a fire.
And a lot of it is because of this uniline because it's going to get us working together when we weren't working together in the past, right? All of a sudden there's a different incentive for people to walk arms and fight the forces of evil, as we like to say, because you're actually connected. Does that make sense? I mean, some of you don't have a downline.
And November 1st you have a big downline. And those of you who don't are going to be having one built with you as you're building. And so this is something where we can unify. We can really gain some synergy.
And really, I just want to express the urgency, guys. You've got to get all in. If you're not all in, just do it. Find a way to lock in your spot.
Just lock in your spot and get all in. Pull out your credit card and go lock in your spot. Go to get all in. I think it's like getallin.com or whatever.
I can't remember the website. Or just lock. Getallinnow.com and just lock your spot in and make sure that you get all the products that you need. And if you're not all in, just do it.
Find a way to lock in your spot. Just lock in your spot and get all in. Get all the products before the time runs out, before you lose the bundle discount forever and you forever lost your chance as the time has passed forever with a bear roaring at you and a midget in a golden bucket taking a bath, crosses the stage as a diamond making $30,000 a month. And the other thing is just make sure to lock into what we're doing and run with us, okay, because that's going to turn into synergy in our organizations and growth like none of us have ever seen before.
It really will. I actually believe that that compounded. what we're doing with what we brought together with IPAS, our numbers are going to go crazy real, real, real fast when people start seeing the effect and the checks generated from that because all of a sudden we're all winning together. And that's the thing that's really been missing in our comp plan in the past, but not anymore.
So go out there and recruit people. Tell them you don't want to lose out. You got to lock in your spot right now. Tell them you got to lock in your spot before November 1st or you're going to miss out.
And go out there and do it and get as many people all in tonight as you possibly can. You know what I'm saying? Get them all in. Just say you don't want to miss it.
What if there's another day? What if he joins tomorrow? You know, and if I don't, I'm going to go to Second Street and find one, you know. Joke.
But one guy thought that was funny. Another homeless man. So guys, just do that. And tonight there's a black party, right?
Yep. There's a black card party. Black card party. We'll go ahead and put the details up.
We want to run a quick recap video now that we're finished with this. And then there will be, I don't know what else is coming up after this. But actually, let's get Chris. Is Chris around?
Yeah, yeah. You want the man, the myth, the legend? Chris Rushlow. Yeah.
Recap video now? That's fine. You want to tell them where the party's at and all that? Yes.
At, okay. So here's what we got for the party, guys. Dressed in black with your best hat. Is that right?
That's right. And of course, if you don't have your best hat, we might still let you in. Might. So that's going to be at a place we call Rick's.
And it's a club. Just down the way, we actually have transportation for you. Buses outside are going to be leaving, starting at, I believe, now, right now, heading there right away. So, and it's going from nine to one.
Nine to one. Nine to one. So it's an awesome place. We checked it out.
This place is amazing. Really swanky. Really nice. You guys are going to have all kinds of fun.
We will see you there. Make sure you have your black card. If you don't, if you, the bus schedule, they're going to keep going back and forth. So if you don't hit it, you'll hit it next time.
You can go up to your rooms, change, do whatever you need to do, but we'll be having shuttles back and forth. It's about like 10 minutes from here. 10 minutes. Not far at all.
Yeah. Not far at all. Yep. Nine to one.
Rick's Lounge is the name of it. Yep. I think if they're at the front, I don't know. What's that?
What door of the bus is that? Front door. Front door. Yeah.
Front door. Front door. Where could they get a black card if they don't have one? At the registration table.
Yep. You can get one of the registration tables as long as you're all in. Yep. And that is $19.95 for that black card.
What's that? Big old hunk of metal. $19.95. Yeah.
All right, everyone. That is it for Dave Wood, Chris Jones, and everybody. Thank you, guys. Thank you.
Can't wait to see you tonight. Thank you so much. What are you doing? Why are you even here?
Look at you. Standing on stage? What are you doing, man? What if you can't figure all this out?
You can't. You know what you need to do? Listen to mom. Your dad got you a great job.
Work that nine to five. Fit in the mold, man. We can't do this. Look at your jacket.
You didn't even iron it. Go home. People are looking at you. They're wondering, why is this guy here?
You're too old. You don't even have a PhD or a GED. You got nothing. And a blog?
No one's going to read your blog. I know you. I'm you, and I don't even care about you. Just leave.
Walk away now. No one's looking. Go. Go.
Go. Has been me. The first foe is ourselves. You know, who do you start pointing the finger at?
Yeah. Yourself. Definitely ourselves would be our biggest foe. My biggest foe is probably myself.
Only thing stopping me from doing what I need to do is me. Lack of confidence in doing things has been what's keeping me back. My biggest foe is, I guess, basically feeling overwhelmed. Just keep pushing through day by day, and you'll get somewhere.
Helping other people win their freedom, which is what I think what it's all about. We started seeing results. Awesome. Fight the forces of evil.
That's right. Oh, man, I'm so pumped. I'm unstoppable! It's just simply believing in myself, believing in my potential.
You don't get anything until you get to a live event. Oh, this is the best place you could be. Every single one of you, and I know you can do it. Always go for your dreams, my friends.
Say, I will. I will. Not quit. Not quit.
To get people to rise up. To get people to believe. To do something new, something bigger, something out of this world! Congratulations, everyone.
We fought the forces of evil, and I think I have the support to go out there and do it on my own. Why, yes, you do. I support you, and all of these people support you. There's still a system in place, Mark.
There's still reasons that people follow the way it's always been. But if you want to go your own way, if you want to make your own happiness, go right ahead. Well, thank you. Don't thank me.
I'm just saying. On your head be it. If you fail, but I think after everything you've learned today, there's a good chance you could succeed in this. And I want one of those bracelets I forgot to tell you earlier.
Oh, yeah. Oh, you should check out my website. It's coming up very soon. Really?
Yeah. Wow. Let's go have some pot roast. Let's do that.
She makes the best pot roast. You gonna put the blog on it as well? I plan to.

If you can't afford business cards...
Steal some napkins from Safeway and write it on the napkins.
Gets to a point a couple years later where I'm frustrated, and I want something bigger for my team. My vision was bigger than the visions of the companies I was in.
So, it doesn't matter.
You guys agree? Yes.
Okay, cool, cool, cool. We had a guy make two million dollars before he understood our last comp plan, and he still made the two million before he understood. All right. So this is why our comp plan over the last couple of years hasn't been optimal. Is for the following reasons.
All right, there's more, but I want to cover the main ones. Number one, we have no income for people on the first sale. Okay? We have a power line where you pass up your first sale. You earn no money.
And so what happens is when you get a new person started, right? They go out there.
Now this is what happens.
There's like nothing more than that. It's just like, continue to do it forever and ever and ever just continue to sell stuff, right? We have no progress. There's no progress system and because of that, we don't really have a way for the masses to build to get to the ranks because most of the people in our industry don't build like internet people, right? They build living room to living room, phone call to phone call, relationship to relationship, but we also need a way for the internet people to build, right?
Cause that's right now who all of us are. So we need to have some weird sort of combination where we serve both markets to really get as big as possible.
And so he goes out to maintain his income, recruiting and recruiting and recruiting and producing and producing and producing, right? But what if he could do that and make everybody win more from that? A lot better, huh?
Traditional MLM people can't do it because the production numbers are too big, right? Now, the reason I bring this up is not because I want you guys to go out and be traditional MLM people. I know that really you're here cause you're not, right? There's a couple of you that are, but most of you're not, right?
Anybody here understand that? Say I, all right, not saying you have to do it.
I'm saying a lot of people do want to do it, so let's give them a way. Right? Does that make sense? 2013, I had a big breakthrough in understanding how to build teams faster. And I've been trying to figure out how to put this together and the video briefly explained what you just saw.
And by the end of the night, a lot of you will understand it.
Right. And he's got like this $2 million yacht with $2 million of custom interior furnishing with like gold lacing on it and stuff. And it's all paid for with cash.
Right. I was like, how much money do you make, dude? Yeah. I mean, he's like, well, at least a half million dollars a month. I was like, right.
And, you know, he got started in Amway. Right. Right now, check this out. What's the hardest company in the world to build from 1999 to 2005? Amway. Really?
I mean, they changed their name to Quixtar. The volume was tanking all over North America.
Right.
So in any case, what he did was this. They were in a stair step breakaway plan. So what he started to do rather than what his problem was, is he figured out his team just couldn't do what he was doing because you had to be too charismatic. Recruiting and recruiting and recruiting and going from home to home to home, organizing these big charts of people and stuff like this. I mean, you really gotta know what you're doing.
Right. So what he starts doing instead is he gets all of his team building in a system where they're doing this, right. We have this guy here, he recruits Sally and then this guy here recruits Susan.
Then a week later, they got 10 people downline, right.
That's a powerful strategy. Since then I've been trying to figure out how to do it better. So that's called the taproot system.
Now this is the holes in what he was doing, okay, and actually still what he's doing, that make it so we can do it way better and way faster. Number one, the way that comp plan was written, just doing this codes you out of the initial money in the compensation plan until you're able to start new legs, right? So it's like until you start new legs and he understands that comp plan, they'd make no money at all. So it's like a binary. You know what I mean?
Yeah. I'll illustrate that a little bit and I'll show you the difference between what we're doing and a binary. Binaries are great because it's a great pitch. That's the only reason they're great. You know what I mean? It's like, Hey, if you get in, I'll build a leg for you, right?
And then it's a great pitch until you realize that leg they're building for you makes you no money at all, right? You know what I'm saying? So I'll show you that here in a minute. But he was doing this manually and to even do things manually, you gotta be like hands on with everybody in like the entire organization to even make it happen at all, right? So what's new, right?
We've got new ranks. We've been working with some of these ranks for the last few months testing things out. We've got a new compensation plan that has the way for the internet people to actually make more money than they're making right now, right?
Making sales and producing. It also has a better override system to override on the rest of your organization where you override off the whole thing, not just people that are passing up to you, right? You're never going to pass up a leader again. You're never going to lose somebody when we launch something, right? Who thinks that's cool, to not pass up any leaders?
You don't have to worry about it. Yeah. It's like the thing. And that's the thing that also drives old schoolers away. What do they do if they're going to do a meeting?
They pick their good guy and they log into their back office. They see when the next pass up is. And conveniently stack everything to where every good product codes to them. That's what they do. No matter what we tell them to do.
You'll be at the bronze level. And qualify for additional compensation.
You'll become a silver. Okay? We have a lot of silvers and bronzes in here already. You become a gold. You'll become a platinum.
Okay?
That make sense to everybody in here? Okay. So that means you need to qualify again the following month and you're going to get paid in the following month for -- they're all monthly qualifications.
The way that works is when you're going to sell a subscription product, we're going to have a set amount that you're going to earn, whether it's on the trial or on the initial subscription, that's going to be most of the time, 70% of that initial purchase, right? So if you sell a basic membership or if you sell a trial, it'll be 70% of that initial purchase.
It's not an either-or thing, right? Actually, I'm explaining this because Chris Rushlow saw that your income goes up 10% on one-time purchases and he thought that people only earn 10% of one-time purchases when they hit boss. That wouldn't be very nice to lower it from 30 to 10 by rank advancing, right?
So increases. These are all additional, if that makes sense. Okay. So this is the way that it works. Subscription products, there's going to be 15% of the residual rebills, okay?
I'll just -- I don't need to write that down.
But it's an additional 10%, up to 35% total payout in bronze and silver from the residual rebills, okay? On one-time purchases, it goes up to 60% total payout for bronze and silver, okay? So now, if you are a silver boss maker, so I'll say silver boss maker, right? What do you get?
$3,000 on every sale, okay? Right now, you pass up every fifth or you pass up every two. It'll be $3,000 every single sale. When somebody in your organization who's qualified at a lower rank, when they make a sale, what do you get? You get the difference between your rank and their rank, okay?
And somebody below you gets $50,000. You get $1,500, right? Same thing, except for now you're getting $1,500 per sale going on in your organization from everybody from every line with no pass-ups. Some of you got that. You're like, how do I qualify?
Just go sell stuff, okay? I'm going to show you guys some cool stuff as we go along. You got it? You understand it? Right?
Now, this is the difference between this and like a stair-step breakaway. It's a little bit different. In a normal stair-step breakaway, all of the ranks are inclusive of the previous ones.
10% is paid out to platinum. Two generations. 15% to diamonds.
7.5% through two generations. And then on one-time products, we're paying out 60%. 60% can be paid from the team builder bonus.
That means that when you hit diamond, let's say you have five all-in sales a day happening downline from your work, your team, but also from the team that was placed underneath you.
And then we've got trial offers.
Okay? Now, we're going to actually be importing all existing teams into the uniline. And I have a video that I'm going to play in a minute that's going to explain this. But first, let me tell you the difference between the binary and the uniline. I think this is a useful example because binaries work so good to recruit. Right?
They really do. And it's kind of like bullshit.
So it's like there's people -- and I meet them all the time. They're like, I got 10,000 people in my organization. And you're like, well, how much do you make off of it?
Right? And this is modeled after what Orrin did.
That means that by the time you move on and start a new leg, the leg you're building is going to have at least a minimum of 30 people a month.
It's all automatic because we don't want people who can't recruit starting legs.
So this isn't something that I think will work. We've been testing and improving it. Let me show you something. So this is a video I made backstage, okay, of the income people will make if they just hit gold, platinum, and diamond from just doing the import. Go ahead and roll that video I made, you guys.
Just watch it. All right, this is Dave Wood.
Look how many people are over $6,500 now. All they've got to do to earn this money is hit the gold level, right. So it's not money that's going to be made. It's given to them for free.
They do have to work for it. But when they get the leadership level, they actually override on that entire uniline organization.
I'm still scrolling and these people are over like thousands of dollars a month extra that they'd be getting literally. I mean they're not even doing it, right. These people, they're still over $2,000, $5,000, $6,000. I'm still scrolling down.
I mean we're into thousands of people now. Guys, this is like -- think about it like this. Thousands of people are going to log into their back office and see that if they -- hey, if I just rank advance, if I just hit the gold level, if I just hit the platinum level, if I just hit the diamond level, right, look how much extra income I'm getting that I wouldn't be getting if I don't do that. I'm scrolling down guys. I'm at 3,200 people and I've still got people over $1,700, $11,000 here, right.
Guys, I'm still scrolling down and look at this. This guy, this is like -- this is only active people in Empower Network right now. And guys, we're talking about like -- I don't even know a word to describe this.
In fact, all you've got to do -- we've proven this and this is in another report and I don't want to show you this one right now just because I don't have time.
Because it's true, it is.
Just pretend you guys -- you kind of know who I am, but you don't really know me personally.
Now, this is so -- what I'm about to show you, I don't care if you can even imagine this structure in your brain, because I actually have a hard time with it.
I actually came up with this in like five minutes, this comp plan. But that was when I was, you know, having a vision thing. I'll explain it later. So this is how it's nasty. So what happens if you're underneath somebody, you're above somebody, but you only have like the basic membership, and they become an elite member before you?
Yeah.
Right, right, right, right. So what can I do? Right? And we'll show you in a minute. I'm placing basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials, basic members' trials.
Then I got a guy down here, Billy, and he says, you know what? I'm serious. I say, how serious? He says, real serious. And I said, you ready to -- are you ready to go black?
All right. All right.
Ring, ring, ring. Hello? Hey, this is Alex. Hey, Alex.
This is Dave Wood. How you doing? He's going, good, man. What are you calling for? Well, I just want to call you because I just got this guy named Billy.
He's going all in Friday.
Okay?
So this is an example where somebody's at the ledoc, and they're all in. And what happens is you take a picture of the elevator, and they just go all in right in front of you.
How do these people understand it? How do they see it?
It took me a month to figure it out. We're going to try to do this in an hour. But I think you guys actually figure it out because he did a great job. He followed slides. Awesome job.
Awesome job. So I actually had to like write this down and create like a cheat sheet because I still don't fully get it. All he knows, I've seen the reports and I've seen like he showed you, I've seen the income differences when somebody's just like -- I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know -- to platinum or a boss maker to gold or it's unbelievable.
He was the smart one because you know why -- he was the first one.
Put that on and go ahead and just step up, if you could. He's the top of the elite club level.
All right. So before I talk to you about the money -- what? Well, Alex did upgrade.
He also did another thing. He upgraded to gold. He became a gold member. Congratulations, Alex. You are a gold club member.
All right. So now you make overrides. You get bigger percentages, right? So everybody pass 20 bucks to Alex again. Oh, he's liking this.
Go ahead and play the music. Something interesting -- nope. Because you have an upgrade. You're not a gold member.
So when you become a gold member, that's when the overrides -- remember we told you how important it is to get to gold because you get those bonuses. Alex is gold. So he's getting that leadership bonus. Okay.
So that's why all the money. Now, if you went gold, they'd be also passing money to you. But you're not. You're not there yet. All right.
But depending on -- all right.
Okay. Okay. Even though Tracy -- all right, she upgraded the products.
She's not quite yet a gold member. So you're not going to get the bonuses yet. Alex is. So even though you're above him, right? It doesn't matter.
That's what you want to work towards -- those ranks.
Come on up.
Stand right over here.
So here's where things get mixed up.
And gold -- so you can eventually, you can start new legs, right? You can build your business. So he's got more volume.
All of a sudden, he was in front of her and now he's underneath her uniline. Go ahead and send her 100 bucks. She's making a big override off of your organization now. Before, she wasn't getting all of that because Alex was above her.
But now, his whole organization in this uniline is underneath you. All his legs. He could have 10 legs. But now, you get all of it. So you're making more overrides off of Alex because he's a producer, right?
This is why you want -- every single product in the company has its own uniline.
Ravity?
So that's why we built the two-step plan to gold. One rank. All right? And you guys are part of this where now you're going to see this November 1st.
Sure. Sure. I'll repeat it for you.
Here you go. Okay. So we have five different unilines because it's five different products. Yep.
And as people upgrade, they rotate based on the order in which they upgraded in that particular uniline. Yes. But the leadership -- which is the leadership. Yes. Which is the gold, platinum, and diamond.
Well, you would be above a person as a gold in one and below them as a gold in the other just because that was when you got that product or that was when you qualified. I see. Because you're not placed -- the way that it actually works is there's a genealogy for each product, and you're not placed in it at all until you're qualified. Okay.
Yeah. So you're not in that genealogy yet if you're not a gold. You're placed. You're sitting there. You're sitting there.
Okay. Yeah. A gold is a rank that you are. Right. Right.
The genealogy is when you're inserted. So you're only inserted in there after you qualify for that product. Okay. So if you're not all in -- right.
So I'll give you an example. Okay. Say, for example, you're here. Right. And he was below you in another one, but he's above you now.
And this guy is some crazy diamond. Right. And he has 30 legs. Right. Okay.
Forever. They will continue having all lines be placed above them from their downline forever until they either sell one or upgrade forever. And it's like having a check -- like we're going to write, it's like writing a check, but you can't cash it until you qualify for gold to get those bonuses.
And you click on it and you're like, what's this?
Yeah. You think you might try a little more. Yeah. Yeah. Well, yeah.
Yeah. Cause the plan -- those work the same. Yeah. Yeah. And there will be a system when we launch the uniline shortly after we launch where whenever you come in as a beginner member or anybody comes in, even just a trial, meaning they're nothing, right?
They're just a trial beginner member. They're going to see these little bubbles popping up, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, just underneath them. And it's just this idea. Do you think if somebody came in as a trial, say, I'm going to check this out and just see if it works, that within minutes they see it working, you think they're going to buy, right? And it -- if it shows them how much money they would be making, you guys, it's a no brainer.
It's a no brainer. Round of applause for our volunteers. I'm going to need that money back. No, I'm just kidding. That's all yours guys.
Take it home. Keep it. I'm sorry, Alex. I always pick on you. I feel so bad.
No, I don't. Thank you everybody. Appreciate it. Thanks for coming out. Thank you.
Right? Well, imagine if I was in your downline and went black before you or Aaron Rashkin or Tracy Walker, or Silvio. Right? So back to my story earlier on in this video, I was talking about that guy I met and what happened. Okay.
So you mean you gotta have like a quarter million active downline to do that? Really? Right? Three or four or five years. Why?
Because all of a sudden people that aren't benefiting each other are working together to create a bigger result. Right? All of a sudden people that wouldn't have been in your team, they're in your team and you can work with them. You might not make them money together right now, but they do benefit you. Right?
So if I recruit Paul Hutchings and then Kevin, Kevin benefits Paul. They can work together and form a team. Right? If I recruit Aaron Rashkin and I recruit Tracy Walker, they can work together as a team. And then I can get people working together and having synergy.
But then what else happens? People have this business growing and they can tell people about it. Right? It gives new people a tool to use to bring in more people. Right?
That's what else happens. So what happened to that guy? Right? That took him 10 years to build. Right?
To half a million a month in like 36 months. So what's that going to look like for us? Yeah. I mean, I could recruit 200 people a month anytime I turn it on. Boom.
That's it. Boom. You know what I mean? So all of a sudden you have a way, a method to use.
Right? That you can work together with your upline on. Right? You got somebody upline that can recruit that you're in a leg they're building. Right?
And you don't have somebody -- all of you. Right? You can use what they're doing to recruit. So if I got -- if I'm just getting started.
Right? If I got, you know, I got Kevin upline or something like that. Right? If I got him upline, my God, he's sponsoring like 5, 10, 15 people a day. You know?
I'd be like, I got 5, 10, 15 people a day. You got to get in right now. You know what I mean? It doesn't matter if I could recruit or not. All of a sudden I can because I can really use the credibility of my upline.
I want you to think about this for a second, okay? Now, again, I don't care if you guys are doing this because we already got a guy working on a system. It'll be independent from anything anybody else is doing until it's tested and proven with traditional networks, right? But imagine a living room meeting, right?
Where the last person to join gets in at the bottom. You know what I mean? When you announce that part in the presentation, a fist fight breaks out. You know what I mean? Hopefully you're not doing that in the Bronx.
Might be a few less in the downline.
Right?
What happens then is all those leaders that you miss out on exponentially expand their production that you're missing out on too, if you don't lock in your spot immediately.
Somebody to your left and your right may be in your downline deciding to go all in right now before you. And your time is running out. Somebody sitting at home watching the live stream on the internet, perhaps somebody that's going to be in your downline is getting all in before you. And they're going to go from below you to above you.
And you're missing out. Act now. Lock in your spot. Before your time runs out. Before your time runs out, you might lose an Aaron Rashkin or a David Wood or a Mike Hobbs in your downline.
You don't want to miss out. I mean, you wouldn't want to miss a Silvio. I mean, what if Silvio's in your downline and then he's in your upline just because you just didn't take action? You know what I mean? You miss out on Portugal.
Or what if the leader of Mexico is in your downline but then moves to your upline because you missed out, because you didn't take action? Because you lost it. And it went to, you know, it went to Mike Hobbs instead. Because Mike Hobbs is a loyal, faithful Mormon and went all in immediately. This is urgent.
Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Refer to my shirt for everything I say. Tick-tock. Tick-tock.
The time is running out. Time for my bear story. Bear in a cage in Montana. Gets pulled out of the wild. You take a wild animal out.
Put them in a cage. They go crazy for a little while. I don't know. I just know the clock is ticking. And every second that passes, you might lose someone by not upgrading.
And it's just all the time attacking the cage. But then soon it discovers -- it beats its head against there.
And all the fight leaves the bear -- his eyes grow dead. So one day the zookeeper says, I want to try something. That bear doesn't --
That bear just looks like it's just like almost dead.
And then the zookeeper comes and he takes a big old hunk of meat.
Doesn't it?
Well, unfortunately to me this day, I wasn't paying attention when I went out and couldn't remember which way I had come from.
You can go to getallinnow.com and lock in your spot before the time runs out. Back to my midget. How would you feel if that midget in a bathtub walked across the stage as a diamond and he was supposed to be in your downline?
I think we should tell them that the all-in discount expires tonight at midnight.
Midnight. How many of you know people in your organization that you can email, call, contact, and let them know about that? Just tell them you can't miss out. You got to take action immediately. Who in here is more pumped up?
That's really all I got to say. Well, I want to just mention one thing before we're done because we talked about recruiting and getting people into your business and getting them to be successful. But I want you to think about this scenario because we didn't talk about how this relates to Titan, so I'm just going to bring it back to that real quick. So what if you had a product, and I can't tell you what it is, but what if you -- let's just say the App Store.
This is -- remember what we talked about?
No, I just -- guys, this is what I see. I see that this thing we're doing for the next event, and I know not all of you get why yet, it's just going to grow like a fire. And a lot of it is because of this uniline because it's going to get us working together when we weren't working together in the past, right? All of a sudden there's a different incentive for people to walk arm in arm and fight the forces of evil, as we like to say, because you're actually connected.
Go to getallinnow.com. I think it's like getallin.com or whatever. I can't remember the website. Or just lock -- getallinnow.com and just lock your spot in and make sure that you get all the products that you need.
And if you're not all in, just do it. Find a way to lock in your spot. Just lock in your spot and get all in. And the other thing is just make sure to lock into what we're doing and run with us, okay, because that's going to turn into synergy in our organizations and growth like none of us have ever seen before. It really will.
I actually believe that compounded, what we're doing with what we brought together with IPAS, our numbers are going to go crazy real, real, real fast when people start seeing the effect and the checks generated from that because all of a sudden we're all winning together.
We'll go ahead and put the details up. We want to run a quick recap video now that we're finished with this. And then there will be -- I don't know what else is coming up after this.
But actually, let's get Chris. Is Chris around? Yeah, yeah. You want the man, the myth, the legend? Chris Rushlow.
Recap video now? That's fine. You want to tell them where the party's at and all that? Yes.
Okay.
So it's an awesome place.
We checked it out. This place is amazing. Really swanky. Really nice. You guys are going to have all kinds of fun.
We will see you there. Make sure you have your black card. If you don't -- the bus schedule, they're going to keep going back and forth. So if you don't hit it, you'll hit it next time. You can go up to your rooms, change, do whatever you need to do, but we'll be having shuttles back and forth.
It's about like 10 minutes from here. Not far at all. Yeah. Not far at all.
Yep. Nine to one. Rick's Lounge is the name of it. Yep. I think if they're at the front, I don't know.
What's that? What door of the bus is that? Front door. Yeah.
Front door. Where could they get a black card if they don't have one? At the registration table. Yep.
You can get one at the registration tables as long as you're all in.
Go.
Helping other people win their freedom, which is what I think it's all about.
On your head be it, if you fail. But I think after everything you've learned today, there's a good chance you could succeed in this.
I plan to.
