You come from a family where everyone does the same trade, and it was just assumed you’d do it too. Nathan Buchan is a plumber by trade, and so was his dad, and so were three of his uncles. He never disliked the work exactly, he just never once asked himself what he actually wanted, because the question never came up. What changed wasn’t a better opportunity landing in his lap. It was noticing, apprenticeship after apprenticeship, birthday after missed family birthday, that the plan he’d inherited wasn’t actually his.

He tells the room plainly that he missed his nephew’s first five birthdays because they all fell on Saturdays and he was working. That specific, repeated detail does more work than any general complaint about a job could. It’s the moment he names as the real cost of following a path he never chose, paid one missed Saturday at a time.

What actually made him believe a different life was possible?

Reading The 4-Hour Workweek and watching The Secret gave him language for what he wanted, but the thing that actually moved him was finding someone already living it on YouTube, filming himself talking about surfing while traveling with his family. Nathan describes watching hundreds of those videos before he understood what the man was actually doing for a living. He didn’t start by copying a business model. He started by studying someone whose life looked like the one he wanted, until the pattern underneath it became visible.

That’s the mechanism he’d eventually teach to everyone who came after him: build your presence around a real passion first, and let the business follow the audience that passion attracts, rather than starting from the business and bolting a personality onto it afterward.

How do you actually build an audience around a passion from nothing?

Nathan hands over the exact method he used, step by step, and it’s simple enough to repeat this week.

  1. Open the ad manager on your own page and create an ad aimed at growing page likes, not sales.
  2. Write the ad around a single sentence: “click like if you love blank,” with your genuine passion filling in the blank.
  3. Target the interest that matches that passion directly, so the people seeing the ad already care about the exact thing you’re posting about.
  4. Keep the daily spend small and consistent rather than spending heavily all at once.

“What you want to do is you want to create an ad that says click like if you love blank.” It sounds almost too simple to work, and that’s exactly the point. The ad isn’t selling anything. It’s filtering for people who already share the one interest your entire page is going to be built around.

Why did he go out of his way to bring two other guys on stage with him?

Phil and Justin, both tradesmen from different backgrounds, each followed Nathan’s page for months before doing anything about it, then eventually applied the exact same approach to their own passions. Nathan’s point in showcasing them isn’t ego. It’s proof that the method transfers cleanly to someone who isn’t him, which is the actual test of whether a mechanism is real or just a personal fluke. Neither of them needed a long, complicated coaching relationship. They needed the same four steps, applied consistently, to their own genuine interests.

If I was lying on my deathbed, what would I want to look back on? Who is the type of person that I want to be? What kind of impact do I want to make?

That’s the filter Nathan says he actually runs his decisions through, more than any income goal. It’s also the honest answer to why he still doesn’t know exactly what he wants to be when he grows up, and says so without apology. The plan was never to have every detail figured out. The plan was to stop inheriting a life by default and start building one on purpose, one Facebook page, one passion, one Saturday at a time.

And stay on your feet, and welcome to the stage, Nathan Buchan! Good work, guys. Good work, boys. What's up, guys?

Oh, Michael Jackson! I asked the guys in the back if you could give me something to dance to. I didn't expect to do the old Michael. How's that for a move?

It's the one jam that always comes out late night, you know, when you're not meant to, when you totally lose all aspect of, you know, shame. So I'm in front of all you guys doing the moonwalk. I love it. What's up, guys?

My name is Nathan Buchan. Anyway, most of you, or I guess a few of you know who I am, but who loves the idea of travel, right? I'm starting to see, I see a really big, you know, I get this feeling of travel inside this whole building because we see Rhonda come up. On stage, she's talking about travel and freedom.

George, you know, these guys, these boys have been traveling around the world for the last, like, six or seven months nonstop. And myself, I've been traveling for almost two years nonstop. And it's amazing. It's a different way of life.

But, you know, I really want to, I want to talk about, I want to talk about changing. I just want to talk about, let me ask you a question, okay? Who here followed in their parents' footsteps? Is there anyone in this room that, that done what their parents did?

I know a lot of people. Yeah, there's quite a few of you. I'm a plumber by trade, and so is my dad. My uncle's a plumber.

My other uncle's a plumber. My other uncle is a plumber. I'm not joking. There's like four of them.

You know, it was natural that I had to, that I was going to be a plumber. I didn't like school, you know, and what happens when you're sitting in a classroom and all you're doing is drawing pictures of waves and you're thinking about surfing is, you know, I never knew what I wanted to be when I grow up. Did you go, has anyone else ever had that problem? Do you know what you want to be when you grow up?

Like, I still don't. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. I've been travelling the world for two years, I still don't exactly know the one plan that I wanted to be when I grow up. And so what happens is during school, right, when you're in high school, we call it college in New Zealand, but when you're in high school, you go to these meetings to where they tell you what you can study, what you can do at university.

I didn't want to do anything, right? And so when I dropped out of school, you know, at 15 going on 16, I was pretty young, I naturally had to pick up a trade because what was I going to do? I was either going to work, you know, like a waitering or cleaning dishes or, you know, doing nothing. The best bet for me in working forward to my future was to get a trade.

And so that's what I did. I started my plumbing apprenticeship. It took me five years. And what happened was I accepted it as normal, okay?

I worked 45 to 50 hours a week. Some people are like, oh, boo-hoo, that's like, you know, I work 80. Well, congratulations. I worked 45 to 50 hours a week and got myself in some really shitty situations.

So if you guys, you know, heard my last talk when I was here, when I last spoke on stage, you know, I remember lying under houses getting smashed in the face by hail, you know, because it's so cold and getting covered in crap. See, there's one time, actually, I've got a story for you. One time I got told when I was an apprentice, my workmate said, hey, can you go and unscrew that cap? I said, yeah, no worries.

I unscrewed it and the thing popped off and crap just goes flying right out everywhere. And I'm talking literally crap. I get covered in shit. Covered in it.

Right? Totally drenched from head to toe. So it was, right, from about here down, I had like… So that's what I did on a day-to-day basis.

Not every day I got covered in crap, but… I accepted that as normal. And I started to read books like The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss and I watched the movie The Secret. You all know The Secret, right?

Yeah, and I started to think differently. And I remember coming home, it was around Christmas time, and I was really excited because it was the day before Christmas and I come home and I brought these two massive bags of beans. I dressed up as Santa Claus and I ripped them open and I chucked them all over my flatmates and I was like, Merry Christmas! Came running out.

And I had a lot of fun in my youth. Like, I made sure I always had fun. It was my number one thing. I was always a positive, fun kind of guy.

But what was behind that was that it was Christmas Eve and I came home at like 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock at night to go rip the beanbags open and have fun with the flatmates that had been home all week, you know, on holiday because the summer holidays in New Zealand are through December, January. And my nephew, I didn't see my… As my nephew, you know, was born, it was his first birthday, I rocked up late in my work uniform. It happened on the first birthday, the second birthday, the third birthday, the fourth birthday, the fifth birthday, and they were all on Saturdays.

And I'm going, this is just wrong. I'm missing out on like… All my family comes together, I'm missing out. So then, looking into, you know, the four-hour work week and looking into the secret and how I can figure out how I can travel the world because travel is my biggest passion, I started researching and I found Mr.

Brian Swan, Rhonda's husband. He's not here right now. Shout out to you, big guy, if you're watching the livestream. I found him…

You all know Brian, right? Yeah. So I found him on YouTube talking in front of a camera or his phone about how much he loves surfing and he travels the world with his child. And I see Porto Escondido, the surf break, in the background and it's palming.

It's one of my favorite… Like, it's one of the best waves in the world. I'm going, damn, if only I could do that. Well, what happens is I started to move in.

And stalk these guys. Now, if you know… If you've seen Rhonda Swan on YouTube, there's literally like 300 or 400 videos. So I watched almost every single one of them.

And I knew the lifestyle they lived. I knew all about them. But I didn't exactly know what they did. And that's when I got started in Empower.

And I didn't get it right from the beginning. But I started to model what they were doing. They started sharing the vision of their life and what they wanted to do, you know, what their biggest passions were and why they lived out their passions. And so I started building a Facebook page around my passions.

You know, what do I want to do? Where do I want to be in a year's time? Okay. What would I want my average day to look like?

What would I wake up? What would I eat when I wake up? Where would I be? What would I do in the morning?

Okay. What would I do at lunch time? What would I have for lunch? I wrote down all these things of what my ideal perfect day would look like.

And then I started building a brand around that. I branded myself as Lifestylepreneur because that's what I wanted to do. I wanted to work for my lifestyle. And that turned into now WorldNate as I'm traveling around the world.

But what happened is as I shared this vision of where I wanted to be on Facebook, and I'm just talking, I'm posting pictures of them saying, look at these guys who are traveling around the world. I use them as role models to get people into my business. And other results from other leaders and speakers that have been here today, I use their stories to build out my brand and use the aspect of mentorship to really grow into the brand that I have today. And who has a Facebook fan page here?

All of you guys. Who struggles to get fans? Quite a few. Let me just show you a quick tip on how I got a good lot of fans on my Facebook page.

So if you log into Facebook, right, you click on, you go into ads manager and you click create an ad. You click page likes, right? Page post, you click, yeah, it is page likes, right? So you want to promote your page to get more likes, okay?

What you want to do is you want to create an ad that says click like if you love blank. In that blank, put your biggest interest and your biggest passion that you share on your page each and every day. Click like if you love blank. For me, it's surfing.

So let's just say, this is exactly what I did. I said click like if you would love to go surfing in Costa Rica right now. And then what I did is put a picture of me surfing in Costa Rica. And now what happens is when you go into your ads manager, you can choose the interest that the audience like.

So you scroll down and under interest, you want to write this down, interest, you put in the interest that the people like. So you put in the blank, right? So for me, I put surfing. And then surfers that are in New Zealand are going, yeah, of course, I would love to go surfing.

Of course, I would love to go surfing in Costa Rica right now. Like, that's how I build likes. Can we all do that? There you go.

So there's a little takeaway that you can do right now. But what happened is as I built this passion of, this passion project of mine, which is my page, and I started to talk about traveling, as I had success, I took a leap and I started traveling. Right? I went to Miami and I came to the event in Miami.

And since then, I haven't stopped. I've traveled to multiple countries sharing my vision and my passion. I've started to travel and trying to inspire other people to do the same. And what's happened as a result of that is I have managed to impact many other people around the world just like me.

And if you haven't heard some of the leaders today, now Rhonda talked about this. She said, find the people that are like you, your core customers, right? Your target audience. Now what I found is that target audience is just like me.

Okay? The target audience that I want to capture are people just like me. Young people that want to go surfing, ex-tradies that are my age, that want to do fun stuff. They want to have fun, kind of like live their youth out.

Right? And that's exactly what happened. I started to attract these young dudes that were tradies and just show them how I was doing everything. It's like, right, boys, write up, you know, build out a Facebook page.

You know, find the passions that you're interested in. You know, some of them like traveling, some of them like surfing, you know, some of them like snowboarding. There's, you know, different guys, but they share very similar interests to me. You know, and start building out a page based on your passions and, you know, drive traffic to that just like I have.

And as a result, you know, they've had, I've seen amazing results in people. Are they, Phil and Justin, if you guys are there, do you want to jump up, do you want to come out? I've got a couple of people that I want to introduce to you. Okay?

One of them's an Aussie and one of them's a Kiwi. You might find, okay, you might find that, yeah, you might find that these guys look a little bit like me. There's a thing called attraction marketing, right? So this is what I do.

We don't push to, I don't push to sell Empower. What I do is, I may, you know, I, when was the last time I've ever told anyone to buy? I haven't really told anyone to buy for a long time. I don't sell Empower.

I advertise my lifestyle, I have as much fun as I can so that I can attract more people like this into my business and they're begging for what I have. They ask for what I want, right? And I've taught these people, these guys, how to do the same. And it's so funny, so as we stand here, I can see us on the screen, we kind of look the same.

You can juggle us up and it'll get us mixed up. And this is a very cool thing. So what you want to do is, when you're thinking about the people that you want to attract into your business, okay, a lot of the time it's going to be people just like you. And there's a lot of people just like you going through the same sort of shit you're going through right now and they want to sort that shit out.

Okay? Because we're here getting fed up with the way that we're living life and we're like, man, we want to do something different. And by me stepping out and being that first person to take the leap and actually go traveling and trust these crazy Americans, because in New Zealand it's like that. Like, wow, you know, what is it you're getting into?

Like, I didn't know that, you know, those things actually work. I'm like, yeah, you make it work, man. You just do this. You know, you do this stuff.

You believe in it and you start taking action on it. You build out of it. You build out a page. You create a brand.

You find your audience. You go for it. You target that audience. You step into the person you're advertising yourself to be and then you have the results.

Does that make sense? Right? And so that's what I did. And then I give these guys the same speech and they go and do it too.

Now, Phil. Check. Just give a check. Hello.

So introduce yourself, Phil, because, you know, this guy. I'll let you share. So what's your name? Where are you from?

Phil Wilson from Gisborne, New Zealand. Go the Kiwis. So I'm very similar to Nathan. I'm actually a tradesman.

I'm a carpenter by trade. I dropped out of high school as well. It's pretty funny. And yeah, so I became a qualified carpenter.

I was working four years to get my apprenticeship, which was it was cool, man. I was getting paid and having fun, you know, drinking with the buddies in the week and everything. But after about four or five more years, I noticed that every single year after that year was exactly the same. It was at the same house every Christmas, every New Year's, and like nothing had really changed.

I'd seen a lot of people traveling around the world and I'd always ask my friends, like, we should do that. It's like, you can't do that. It's like they believed in luck, but I don't believe in luck. I believe in making your own luck.

You know what I mean? That's why you're all here. Yeah. So what actually.

Yeah. And so what did you do as you know, you found me, right? You follow me for a while or did you buy what happened? I can't remember.

Yeah, I actually just one of my friends liked his fan page from that ad that he was literally just talking about, which is pretty funny. So I followed this guy for a month and I ended up still doing the same thing for an entire month. And I'm like, you know what? Screw this.

And that's when I joined under this guy in this business. Yeah. And it's funny because then straight after that, I was like, dude, how can I live the life that you're living? And he's like, just do this.

He's like, invest in yourself. He's like, do this Facebook technique that he's been doing and he's actually just told you. And then four months after that, I packed up and now I've been traveling the world for 11 months. We've got to give him a hand because it's amazing.

He really has just stepped into it. And to be honest, I didn't talk to him a hang of a lot. You know, I just said, look, I mean, create a page on Facebook based around your passions. I'm repeating myself again, but it's because it works.

You know, create a Facebook fan page based around your passions. Share that passion, that vision of where you want to go and what you want to do to the world. And stay consistent and then drive some Facebook marketing to it. Right?

I love Facebook marketing. So that click like if you love ad, I would do that. And you only need to spend $2 a day. I don't ever start an ad on Facebook for more than two bucks a day.

So here's some more marketing techniques for you to take away. Just set it for $2 a day for a week if you want. You only spend 10 bucks or whatever it is, 14. See, not good at math.

Dropped out of school. Shouldn't have said that live. Can't add two together. Can't add two together seven times.

But so, you know, create these, drive traffic to your fan pages and you build an audience. And he did. And so I can't even keep up with this guy. He's been to how many countries?

I think it's like 16 so far this year. So far this year. It's amazing. And he's…

Good man. And so he's done this by building his brand, sharing it on his page, and stepping into the person that he's talking about being. Okay, so often we talk about this idea of freedom. Well, there's going to come a point to where you guys actually have to step into that.

It's going to take a lot of courage. Now, I know you guys have got courage because you're sitting in this room. Everybody went through stuff to get into this room. I understand.

Okay? And for that, that means you have courage. Right? So the fact that you guys have got the courage to get here, share it.

That's how we say it. Make sure you post. Get some selfies around the place. Take some photos.

Take some videos. And share it with the world because you've taken the courage to step out of your everyday life and do something different. Connect with entrepreneurs that want to better themselves. Right?

That's powerful and inspiring. Some people might look at you and go, What are you doing? But it's only because it makes them reflect and look at themselves to go, Well, what's my life look like? While you're standing here running forward to your dreams and doing whatever it takes to get to where you want to be.

Okay? I left some friends in the dust going for my dream. I couldn't keep them with me because they just wanted to bag what I was doing. They didn't share that vision.

It was like, What are you doing? Because, you know, who are you to say that you can't have everything you want? Right? They just don't see it like I could see it.

I was like, I can't have everything I want if I just do these things and make it happen. Right? It was simple to me in my head. I'm like, Of course I can.

And they're like, No, you can't. Okay? And now, don't worry. I didn't lose friends.

When you do this for a year and you go traveling the world for a year and you live your dreams, you become powerful. You know, you become powerful and inspiring to them and they want to connect back with you more than you would imagine. Right? And so now, moving on to Justin Holland.

I didn't know this guy at the start of the year. What month are we? We're in October now. I didn't know him.

I didn't know him at the start of the year at all. It's crazy how far he's come. It's absolutely crazy. Do you want to introduce yourself, Justin?

Yeah. So, I'm an Aussie. So, any Aussies are welcome. Any Aussies here?

None. Oh, we're in the Aussies. Oi, oi, oi. All right.

So, I want to tell you a quick story about what happened the other day. We went shopping and we all split up and did our own little shopping things and we got home and opened up our bags. We had three pairs of black shoes. Me and Nathan had the same pants exactly and Phil and Nathan had the same singlet.

So, we'll tell you about people that are similar. Look at this. It's crazy. So, true story.

So, I started in this business nine months ago and I come from, I'm actually, I'm 28 and I've been, I have my own business back at home, a soccer business for the last four years and it was great. It was really awesome. Don't get me wrong. If you love your job, it's awesome.

But it got down to the point I had 28 years old years old working like 60, 70 hours a week in my own business. The reason I got into it, I'm an engineer by trade. So I changed my life completely and started a soccer business because I love soccer. And it just drained me.

Last year was like 12 months of 70 hour weeks. That's not right, is it? It's crap. So Nathan found him nearly two years ago now.

He didn't even know. I liked your page and then a friend requested you or something. And he just said, hey, I didn't even write back. So I followed him for the next 12 months.

And I was like, man, how can this guy do it? But I was like stuck in my, I was stuck in my business. I was stuck. I couldn't get out.

So anyway, I'll get to the point now where Nathan teaches Facebook, right? He loves it. So when I joined, he just said, just go through all the Empower products and we'll get you started. We'll just get you started.

And I actually used the Empower products. I actually used the strategy that Nathan teaches to sell my business for four times the value. All right? So I officially sold it about a month ago.

And now I'm just like these dudes, traveling around, doing whatever the hell I want. And I'm like, you know what? I'm just going to do whatever the hell I want. So, so let's say again, how long did it take you to, to quadruple the size of your business?

Eight weeks. So he just like, honestly, I just told him to go through every piece of training that he could get his hands on, like everything in Empower. And he did. He understood everything.

He went through and he started making sales funnels and he started driving traffic on Facebook to his business to get my clients. So he just advertised locally. He grabbed the trainings in Empower. I started advertising locally to build his business.

He did. He got kids. He's running a kid's soccer business. Isn't that right?

Yeah. It was crazy. And I know it's easy to make an excuse to not do the work. And I was running my own business and I was working like all night on Empower.

I'm like, oh man, this is like doing extra work. But I knew, but I knew what was happening. I had so much faith in what he'd given me and what he showed me that I just went, I just went for it. And I went, my first event was in Nashville and now I'm here speaking on stage and I've been running a, I've got over Facebook ads after a while.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so what are you guys doing now?

See, this is the cool thing. It's funny. I used it, but I don't use it anymore. Yeah.

So this is the cool thing, right? So he's telling me like, you know, he, he had these results from all the things that he showed me to do. Well, all I told him to do, and you could see the Facebook conversations from us. I didn't talk to them very much.

I said, go through all the trainings, build a Facebook page about your passions and start living out those passions. And so they all done it. And then now they don't even like, they've taken what I've taught and, built a life to where they can travel the world full time, work a couple hours a day in the morning on Facebook, just by posting the things they did the day before saying how cool and fun it was, you know, and then, and then they've gone, I'm going to do something else. And they now have moved into Instagram.

Instagram. So, uh, yeah, run, run. I love Instagram. Who doesn't write posting pictures?

Pretty easy. So, um, yeah, we ran onto Instagram and, um, now I'm like, I don't know, I've got combined over half an hour. I've got half a million followers each. I mean, together combined.

So they got half a million followers on Instagram. These two together. How many leads? How many?

So you all know what a lead is, right? A lead. You should all, you've been through your imperative. They all know what leaders, leads are.

They've been through the dream. So, so they want to know what the dream is. So they know that. So how many leads do you get?

Uh, let's say a month. I've probably got like a bit over a thousand a month. For how much? How much?

Oh, nothing. Like 80, a month or something. I pay for ads for like just to run some stuff for me. Yeah.

So even the leaders up the front, you know, the guys that have made a million bucks in this industry, I get when you, but like getting a thousand leads a month for $80 is pretty good conversions, right? It's pretty good. I think we've done the math and you guys are doing like two cent leads, right? Right.

So, so what we're doing here and you've got to understand this, we're talking about living out our dreams. Okay. Sharing a lifestyle that you would love to live. So building out our passions and doing so these guys are using social media to generate thousands of leads every single month for like 80 bucks and the return on their investment, you know, just in the line is done over 10 K in a single month.

I think results not typical, but yeah, I've done over 10 K for the past four months. So, you know, my original dream was to earn $2,000 a month so I could go traveling. You know, and live in hostels. Now I'm teaching someone to earn $10,000 a month just by sharing what he loves and traveling the world.

Like give him a hand for just taking it upon himself and doing it. My, um, my, uh, my income goal was, was 4K a month. 4K. Yeah.

And once I hit that, I was like, I'm, I'm quitting. Now, how much has, has, now I know we're talking about money here, so like, you know, income disclaimer for everybody, their results may not be typical, but it's possible. For everybody. Do you have TJ?

I know we haven't talked about this, but what kind of results has he had? Just out of curiosity. He's been, uh, TJ's one of my team members, been in the business for three or four months or four or five months. And he's, um, he's brought in like 20 or 30 K and he's, um, and he's working full time and he's about to quit his job and have twins.

That's awesome. TJ, if you're watching, shout out to you big guy. You've been doing awesome. And now Nate's trying to talk about setting those.

Thank you. That he's, that I'm, that I'm setting now. Exactly. So as you're, you know, here's, uh, because I've got four minutes left on the clock, here's a little blueprint that we can really lay out for everybody.

Okay. Think about what you really want in life. You know, when you're on your deathbed looking back, because like I said, I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know that if I'm lying on my, I think about if I'm, if I was lying on my deathbed right now and I was looking back at what I'm doing right now, would I say to, you know, I really made the most of that. You know, I really did, you know, I did good at life.

You know, if something was to happen tonight, you know, and I wasn't to be here tomorrow, I know for a fact the last two years of my life was well, well worth it. And that I've just lived complete, like I've done everything I would ever want to do in my entire life. And so even though coming, going forward, it's not like I, I know exactly the person I want to be. I know that I always have the thought.

If I was lying on my deathbed, I know that I'm going to be the person I want to be. If I was lying on my deathbed, what would I want to look back on? Who is the type of person that I want to be? What kind of impact do I want to make?

Right? And this is what I want you guys to think about. So when you, when you find that passion, then build a page on Facebook. We love Facebook.

Everyone in this room has Facebook. I know you do. If you don't, it's so easy to sign up. You should just do it.

Just so that I can, everyone's got a, everyone's got a Facebook page. Okay? Build a page on Facebook around your passions. Start speaking about the things that drive you.

Start talking about the things that drive you. Connecting with individuals like this. When you're taking photos, masterminding is huge. You know, connecting minds is way more powerful than just going at something alone.

Share that. Share this vision and start growing into it. There's a point to where all of you are going to hit this place to where you're going to have to step over a line and it's going to take courage to do so. And these guys did it so well till they said, screw it.

I'm going to sell my business. I'm going to travel the world. I'm going to pack everything up in a backpack. I'm going to quit.

I'm going to quit my job and the mines to which, to where it's safe, to where I know I'm going to get work, to where I know I'm going to get a paycheck every week and I'm going to start traveling. Right? They're living out their dreams. Not everyone wants to travel the world and I get that.

Right? But you've got to step into those passions that you want. And that's what I, that's what I really want to encourage you all to do today. Now, for those of you that are here tomorrow for the VIPs, Sunday, the VIPs, Justin's actually going to be teaching all of his Instagram training.

He's going to be teaching all of his Instagram training. He's going to be taking you through how he, how they've collectively got. I know. It's so crazy to think that I haven't known that I'd never knew this guy before the start of the year.

Like it's been less than a year and now he's going to be here teaching you guys how he's built up half a million, like these guys click to play half a million followers, you know, and probably four or five months, you know, when they finally decided to actually get into Instagram and now the results are crazy and speak for themselves. So with that, I have one more question for you guys. I'm going to ask you a question. I have one minute on the clock and I just want, I was going to start with this video, but I totally forgot about it.

So I just want to share basically the lifestyle that both of us live. I edited it myself. It's not that good, but this is the lifestyle that I've built for myself and I just want to share it with you so that, you know, you can, you can, we can share passions together and, and just go out and really make sure that you give this your all. When you go home, it comes down to you, your passions and what you really want to do.

With your life. So with that, can we play the video? Give me a fight. One, two, three.

One, two, three. Thank you guys. Give it up for Nathan Buchan.

So it was, right, from about here down, I had like... So that's what I did on a day-to-day basis. Not every day I got covered in crap, but...

I accepted that as normal.

And my nephew, I didn't see my... As my nephew, you know, was born, it was his first birthday, I rocked up late in my work uniform. It happened on the first birthday, the second birthday, the third birthday, the fourth birthday, the fifth birthday, and they were all on Saturdays.

And I'm going, this is just wrong. I'm missing out on like... All my family comes together, I'm missing out.

I found him... You all know Brian, right? Yeah.

So I found him on YouTube talking in front of a camera or his phone about how much he loves surfing and he travels the world with his child. And I see Porto Escondido, the surf break, in the background and it's palming. It's one of my favorite... Like, it's one of the best waves in the world. I'm going, damn, if only I could do that.

Well, what happens is I started to move in. And stalk these guys. Now, if you know... If you've seen Rhonda Swan on YouTube, there's literally like 300 or 400 videos.

I don't ever start an ad on Facebook for more than two bucks a day. So here's some more marketing techniques for you to take away.

And he's...

Yeah.

Instagram. So, yeah, run, run. I love Instagram. Who doesn't write posting pictures?

Pretty easy. So, yeah, we ran onto Instagram and, now I'm like, I don't know, I've got combined over half an hour.

So how many leads do you get? let's say a month. I've probably got like a bit over a thousand a month. For how much? How much?

Oh, nothing. I pay for ads for like just to run some stuff for me. Yeah.

You know, and live in hostels. Like give him a hand for just taking it upon himself and doing it. My, my, my income goal was, was 4K a month. 4K.

He's been, TJ's one of my team members, been in the business for three or four months or four or five months. That's awesome. TJ, if you're watching, shout out to you big guy.

You've been doing awesome. And now Nate's trying to talk about setting those. Thank you. That he's, that I'm, that I'm setting now. Exactly.

So as you're, you know, here's, because I've got four minutes left on the clock, here's a little blueprint that we can really lay out for everybody.
