The Survey That Tells You Exactly What Your List Wants Next

This lesson is part of Internet Traffic Formula
The full recording is free with an account. One email gets you in.

You’ve got a landing page live, people are actually opting in, and now you’re staring at a blank document trying to figure out what to hand them. A generic PDF cobbled together from PLR content. A five-secrets report you don’t fully believe in yourself. On this call, someone submits exactly that problem to Vic Strizheus: they love the idea of a lead magnet, they want to give away something genuinely valuable, but they have no idea where the material should come from or how to make it good. His answer turns into one of the most useful stretches of the whole session, and it isn’t really about lead magnets. It’s about how to stop guessing what your list wants and start knowing.

What does your prospect actually need, not who are they?

Everyone teaches the customer avatar. Forty years old, married, two kids, this income, that hobby. Vic sets that exercise aside and asks a sharper question instead: what circumstance is this person living in right now? Somebody wants to get from one side of a river to the other, you hand them a boat. Somebody has a hole in a wall, you hand them a drill. The lead magnet is a solution to a circumstance, not a gift wrapped around a demographic.

He walks through his own decision on this from early in his career. In a crowded internet marketing niche, he picked one lane, traffic generation and converting that traffic into buyers, and built every lead magnet around one of two circumstances: people who don’t know how to get traffic, and people who don’t know what to do with it once they have it. Pick your lane, he says, then get good enough at it that you could teach it to someone else and have them turn around and teach it to a third person. That’s how you know you actually understand a topic instead of repeating something you half heard on a podcast.

What happens when you just ask them instead of guessing?

Here’s where the session gets genuinely practical. Instead of theorizing about circumstance from a desk, Vic runs a short survey on every new subscriber before he ever tries to sell them anything. He pulls his own live results up on screen and walks through the actual questions he asks:

  • How long have you been making money online?
  • How much money are you currently earning online?
  • What is your actual monthly income goal?
  • What’s stopping you from reaching that goal?
  • If you could learn one thing that would take your business to the next level, what would it be?
  • If you knew you couldn’t fail, how much could you realistically invest in your business?
  • Are you ready to do whatever it takes to reach your goal?

The answers aren’t just interesting, they’re a blueprint. Nearly half his list had been trying to make money online for six months or less. The overwhelming majority reported earning almost nothing, while only a small handful were pulling in serious monthly income, real numbers that let him talk to his own list honestly instead of pretending everyone chasing this is already rich. When he asked what was actually stopping people from hitting their goal, two answers dominated everything else: not knowing how to convert leads into customers, and not knowing how to drive traffic in the first place. That’s not a guess about the market. That’s the literal next thing to go teach.

As Vic Strizheus puts it, “Less than 1% of online marketers are actually doing this, folks.” Most people in the space are broadcasting generic advice at an imaginary audience. Almost nobody stops to ask their actual list what they’re stuck on, then builds the next piece of content, the next email, the next lead magnet, directly around the answer.

Why does this turn into a list that actually opens your email?

There’s a second layer to this that’s easy to miss. The survey itself isn’t just research, it’s the first small commitment. As Vic Strizheus puts it, “When people make small commitments, they will make bigger commitments.” Someone who answers eight questions about their income, their goal, and whether they’re ready to do the work has already leaned forward. The next email from you isn’t cold anymore.

I put myself on their side of the table as much as possible.

That’s the mechanism underneath his email open rates, which he says regularly run 60 to 70 percent, well above what most lists ever see. He isn’t emailing more often to compensate for weak content. He emails less, but every message lands on a subscriber who already told him, in their own words, exactly what they’re struggling with. You’re not selling to a stranger. You’re answering a question they already raised their hand for.

None of this requires you to be an expert on day one. It requires you to ask, listen, and build the next thing you send around what you actually heard instead of what you assume. Set up one short survey for new subscribers. Ask what circumstance they’re in, what’s stopping them, and whether they’re ready to do the work. Then go build the lead magnet, the email, the next training, straight out of the answers instead of out of your own guesswork.

Vic covers a full run of live Q&A beyond this, from lead magnet sourcing tricks using flopped ClickBank products to pay-per-view campaign math to his five personal ideas for building an unusually resilient business. Watch the whole session free when you Create your free account.

Alright, alright, alright. Got me some water. Got me the computer here. One little thing is I just tried to, I have no idea how many people we got on tonight.

I have no idea if I am even coming across through because I was just trying to log into the back office of Empower Network to kind of see this, at least see the chat. And I'm not able to log in, so I don't know what happened there. But hopefully you guys can see me. Welcome back to our fifth coaching session here for Internet Traffic Formula.

I am excited to be back with you guys. We're going to talk about something really cool tonight. Hopefully everybody can hear me. Give me one sec here, guys.

I need to check this. I actually asked somebody here on Skype if they can tell me if I am coming across. And I know there's like a 30-minute, 30-minute, like a 30-second delay. Before this thing comes up.

Alright, we are live. So, let's rock and roll. Again, I have no idea how many people are on here, but welcome, guys. I am, for those of you guys who just joined in, my name is Vic Stryzus.

And as always, hey, if you don't know who I am by the fifth call, something is wrong with you. You know what I'm saying? But, yeah, I like to do this kind of stuff live because… You know, A, I think it's cool.

You know, B, I just, I like to hang out with cool people. And C, is I like to contribute some value. You know, hopefully what we're going to talk about tonight is going to contribute a lot of value to you guys. What we're going to do tonight is two things, alright?

I wanted to, I wanted to do a Q&A session. Okay, so, obviously a lot of you guys have submitted a bunch of questions. And, alright, cool, we're good. And then, so, I'll be answering a lot of the questions.

So, I'll be answering a lot of the questions that came in because what I wanted to do is I wanted to, you know, as you saw in the email that went out, right, I wanted to answer your most pressing question, you know, the biggest question you have for me, the single biggest question that you had. So, we had quite a few actually really, really good questions that came in. So, I'll just be flying through them as, you know, through as many as I can to squeeze in as many as we can in an hour. And then, also, I wanted to share with you folks five big ideas.

That personally worked really, really well for me in my business. Hopefully, they'll work well for you in yours, alright? Some of this stuff is going to apply, you know, to traffic generation. Some of this stuff is going to apply to business in general.

Some of this stuff is going to apply to life in general, you know. So, hopefully, you take, you know, take some notes if you want to because the stuff we're going to be talking about, I think, is going to be really, really useful and beneficial for you in your business. So, with that being said, let's go ahead and dive straight into the… straight into the questions here that were submitted. Pull these up here.

I'll just take, you know, I'll just go from, you know, the first one to the last one. A lot of these questions were of a similar content. There was a lot of people asking about, you know, the super agency. Okay, super agency access, when do we get access to the super agency?

Some of you guys… have already gotten access to the super agency. We had to limit to you the amount of people that we take in. Now, I'll tell you right up front, if you submitted your application for, you know, the high traffic super agency, you will be getting your login. Okay, we will be accepting everybody.

There is two things that is kind of delayed the process a little bit for majority of you guys. Number one thing is the demand was just way, way more than… than anybody would expect. We literally got, I don't know how many, close to 2,000 people or something like that that submitted applications. And thing number two is I just had crazy, craziest last few weeks of my life.

And so, due to these two things, you know, there was a little bit of a delay. But I'm telling you, the, you know, if you submitted your application, don't worry. Just chill. Don't worry about it.

All right, you'll be in. We'll get you in. We'll get you, you know, we'll get you squared away. And you'll be able to get your traffic.

All right, so that's that. Just make sure that everybody understand that. Okay, guys, don't, you know, don't send like 1,000 support tickets. You know, you will be in.

Okay, as far as time frames when that's going to happen, I would say give me until end of this week. Okay, figure out some of these things that's going on and we'll get you in. All right? All right, that's that.

Now, second question. Okay, this is actually a good question. Dear Vic, thank you for great training. You're welcome.

Could we talk about lead magnets for a moment? I love the concept, but I'm very new to the internet marketing and don't yet have the knowledge or experience to create lead magnets. Okay. Can you suggest some sources that I might use to help me put them together?

Would PLR material or article directories be somewhere to start if I want to do brief reports? I want to produce good, valuable material, but I'm at a loss as to where to find information for it. Okay. Great question.

Great question. Great question. Whoever submitted this, and I have no idea who you are, you know, the person that submitted this question or any of these questions. To be honest with you, these are all anonymous.

So, you know, like you didn't have to sign your name on the bottom or anything like that. You know what I mean? So I really have no idea who submitted it, but it's a good question. And I think this question applies to a lot of people.

So let's talk about lead magnets, right? So, you know, we talked about the ability for you to be able to give away, you know, a lead magnet, right? Something that you give away in exchange for a prospect opting in or opting in to your list, right? It's just good practices, right?

It's something that's going to make you stand out, head and shoulders above the rest of the marketers. But the thing is, is this, guys. Let's talk about this, right? So let's talk about the lead magnet stuff.

Hold on one second. I need to close up some of this stuff here. One sec. All right.

So when we talk about lead magnets. Let me talk about lead magnets, right? I wanted to kind of give you guys a little bit of a little more information, a little bit more in-depth information about this kind of stuff, okay? Here is the best if you really, really want to differentiate yourself.

And like this person is saying, I want to give out good material. I want to put out valuable material, right? But I'm at a loss as to where do I find that information. Well, I think a better question if you're talking about lead magnets, all right, when you're designing your lead magnets.

The first question I would ask myself would be this. Who is my target market, okay? You got to be very, very clear as to what your target, like what is your perfect customer. Does that make sense?

If you could narrow it down to just one person, what would they look like, your perfect customer? And I know that you guys heard about this, you know, your perfect customer avatar and all that good stuff, right? But here is something I want to suggest that you give a thought, okay? You know, everybody knows this.

Everybody is talking about like, you know, well, my perfect customer would be like, you know, a 40-year-old, you know, male or female. And they're into this and their hobbies are this and their income is this. You know, they have X amount of children. You know, here is what they're frustrated with, all that good stuff, right?

I think an easier way for you to especially for you to create a lead magnet would be is to really identify, right, what is the circumstance that your perfect customer is in, okay? So like what are they going through, okay? And really what you're doing is you are offering a solution to their current circumstance. Does that make sense?

So somebody wants to go from, you know, from point A to point B and there is a, whatever, there is a river in the middle, right? Okay. You would offer them, you know, something that would help them get on the other side would be a boat, okay? Somebody wants to have a hole in the wall, you know, a solution for that would be a drill.

Does that make sense? So this is something that, you know, you may want to give quite a bit of thought about. You know, what do you, like when I'm in the internet marketing space, right? So I sell stuff to people who, you know, either have a business, they want to grow their business, they want to make money, okay, bottom line on the internet.

That's kind of my niche, that's kind of my market. So my, you know, the thing that helps my perfect customer would be, you know, there is actually different things, okay? There could be different lead magnets that I can angle my promotions with, okay? Number one, that could be, you know, helping them with understanding, right, cutting out all the BS, all the nonsense, all the, you know, all the stuff that they've been hearing over and over and over again that's not producing results and just really getting to the point and for them to understand, okay, what's my one, two, three, what do I need to focus on?

Well, one thing can be, you know, understanding how to get traffic, right? Because that's what my target market, that's what my perfect customer is struggling with is they don't know, you know, how to get, where to get traffic, how to convert traffic, right? So these can be my specific unique lead magnets. So what is a lead magnet?

So what is a lead magnet? I would necessarily sell the thing, right? When I want to get somebody on my list, I would sell a solution. Does that make sense?

To their circumstance. So their circumstance is, hey, I'm trying to build business on the internet. You know, I am in this network marketing company. I'm selling this info product and I don't understand, you know, I'm running in some brick walls.

Well, people need to understand a few things, okay? Number one is where do I get or how do I get traffic? Number two is, you know, how do I capture that traffic? What happens there, okay?

And then how do I convert that traffic? So these are the things. Now as far as creating a lead magnet, the creation of lead magnet, let's talk about that a little bit, right? So the creation of a lead magnet, there can be, you know, there can be a couple of things, okay?

You can do, you can do a, you can create it yourself, okay? So, you know, if you understand, you know, some of the things in your market, right? In your marketplace. If you understand what your, you know, what your potential prospect wants, what their desires are, then, you know, you can create, you can create a lead magnet yourself.

By the way, guys, I'm getting some messages saying that some people can't log into the Empower Network back office. This will be recorded, so, you know, if you're watching this recorded, obviously, then you know. But, you know, if you guys are getting like Facebook messages or whatever, people cannot get in. Just tell them that, you know, they can watch this.

You know, they can watch it recorded or whatever, okay? Okay, so A is you can do it yourself, okay? You can create a lead magnet yourself. You can do a video.

You can do, you know, a PDF report. You can, you know, create a piece of software, a piece of something that you can give away, right, in exchange for that person's opt-in. If you're going to do that, all right, I suggest that you decide what you want to be known for in the industry, okay? This has benefited me tremendously over the years.

As an internet marketer is early on, the sooner you can do this, okay, the better it will be for you is simply deciding what do you want to be known for, okay? Are you going to be the motivational type person, right? Are you going to be somebody who understands, really understands funnels? Are you somebody who really understands, you know, how to convert, right, people?

Are you somebody who understands, you know, this platform? Technology stuff, right? Are you somebody who really is going to learn a traffic generation and just share what you know, right? What is your expertise in the industry, okay?

Because I don't know nothing about technology. I don't know nothing about building a website, creating a website, any of that stuff, right? That's where my team comes into play. But my expertise, very early on, I decided to, you know what, I'm going to be the best when it comes to traffic generation and converting traffic.

Okay? Leads into sales. Okay? Leads in sales.

So that was a conscious decision on my part very early on, okay? And so all my attention as a marketer, all my attention as, you know, as to what I do in this business is being focused around that area, okay? Everything else I can get everybody else to do. Make sense?

So decide what you want to do. So and then, you know, based on that, then you can teach because if you can, if when you know a topic well enough, okay, that you can teach to somebody Okay? And that somebody can understand it so they can teach it to somebody else, does that make sense? Then you understand your topic, right?

So if you can't, if you just know a little bit about what you do and you can't really, you can't really explain it so that people understand it, right? You don't know what you're talking about, okay? I, you know, I see so many people out there on the internet, you know, they're just, they heard something, they listened to some kind of podcast or they read something on the blog. And all of a sudden they think that they're an expert, right?

Which is fine, you know, you can do that but you're either going to be in one of two categories. You're either going to be an expert at something or you can be what's called a reporter, okay? Somebody that, you know, maybe you interviewed somebody. Maybe you, you know, read a bunch of information on the topic.

Not just one little article, right? But enough information to where you're competent, right? Maybe you're not an expert yet but you know enough that you can, you know, portray information. That you can give out information that would be accurate enough, right?

So you can be in those one or two, one or two categories. Obviously being an expert is the best category you can be, okay? That's number one. Number two is you can hire somebody, okay?

To do, to create a lead magnet for yourself. You can go to places like Old Desk, Elance, even Fiverr, okay? Pay somebody $5 and they can write a report for you. So you can hire, actually hire somebody, you know, if you figure out that, you know, your marketplace, you know, your ideal customer.

You know, their circumstance is they want to, you know, they're really struggling with, you know, this ability to whatever, you know, fill in the blank, right? Again, I don't want this topic to be just about internet marketing or making money type niches. You know, if you're an expert or if you're marketing to people who want to, you know, cure their, you know, you know, I'm blanking out on stuff right now but let's say somebody wants to, you know, have the best day every single day or something like that, right? And that's kind of your market.

They want to feel vibrant. They want to have more energy. They want to be this high performer type person, right? They're into, you know, self-help or whatever.

Well, you can actually hire somebody to write a report. If you're, you know, if you're into some very, very niche specific stuff like teaching people how to, you know, let's say how to trade or something like that, right? Which is, actually it's a big industry. Okay.

You can actually go to these, you know, freelance sites and you can hire somebody to write a report on that topic, okay? And you can pay them, you know, whatever, 50, 100 bucks, you know. You can actually go to Fiverr and actually have, probably have that done for like $5. And then you take that, right, and that becomes your product.

And then you can give that away as a lead magnet, okay? Something else you can do, and let me show you this because this is actually really cool. You can actually be very strategic about this, okay? And you can go to, let me share my screen with you guys because this is actually really, really cool idea.

Now, I don't want everybody to do this, guys. I want you to just keep that in mind in the back of your head if you will, okay? You can go to site like ClickBank, right? For example, just give you an idea here, right?

You can go to ClickBank. You can go to Marketplace right over here, okay? And see that these are different niches, different categories, right, that people are into. And these are different products in different categories.

So pick your niche, right? Cooking, food, computers. Let's say you're into, you know, into cooking or something like that, right? E-business and e-marketing, okay?

Maybe you're into this. Let's say if you were into cooking, okay? I'll just give you guys an example here. So you can see automatically ClickBank is going to list, right?

ClickBank is going to list products. These are the products that sell on ClickBank, right? And by default, it will be sorted by the popularity, okay? So what product sells the most, okay, to the product selling the least, all right?

And there is 158 right now in this particular category, okay? Now what you can do is this. Check this out. I can sort this by gravity, okay?

And gravity basically means, you know, traction for the product. So how well the product is doing. And I'm going to sort it actually from high to low. I don't know if you can see this.

But you can actually, you know, probably make your screen, you know, this video to be full screen so you can see it better. But I'm going to sort it by gravity, all right? And I'm going to click on low to high, okay? Let me explain to you what this means.

What this means is somebody created a product, okay? And they wanted to get this product off the ground, right? See, they're offering 70% of the sale for this product. But this product probably flopped, all right?

This product did not sell. This product, as you can see here, average dollars per sale is not even, you know, calculated here. Nobody is selling it. Nobody is pushing it.

And gravity is zero over here, right? See that? Now what gravity means basically is how many people are promoting, how many affiliates are promoting that product, how well it converts. You know, all the data taken into consideration.

And there is like a mile long formula. You know, that ClickBank is using to figure out this gravity number here. And obviously, the higher the gravity, the better the product, the more the competition, the better it's selling, okay? Now I am, in this particular example or in this particular case, I am going to look for products that have a gravity of zero, okay?

For whatever reason, the product flopped. It did not sell well, okay? So we can actually click on it and we can take a look at the sales page here. You know, see it looks like it's, you know, it's been done by, I don't know, like an amateur.

I mean, it's not even, see, I mean, it's not even centered. I mean, it's just off to the sides. So no wonder this product didn't do well, right? So it's $20.

What you can do, okay, is take a look at this sales letter. Let's say if you were into this niche, all right? I would take a look at this sales letter and I would read it, okay? And see if it, you know, if it's interesting.

You know, see if it gets your attention. See if it, see, somebody definitely created this by not knowing, you know, not even taking the time to make the page look nice. You know what I mean? But hey, they got a product.

And you know what? The product might be awesome, all right? The product might be actual, you know, have, you know, a lot of value in it. So what I can do is I'm going to go through this.

I'm going to contact this site owner, all right? I'm going to contact them and I'm going to say, hey, you got this product on ClickBank, all right? Looks like, you know, it's got a gravity of zero, blah, blah, blah. I wanted to offer you a deal, okay?

And again, you only do this after you, you know, make a decision that you wanted to get the product based on the sales copy, okay? Now, what you can also do is, you know, you can just, you can contact the product owner and just talk to them about what the product is actually about, right? And see if it would be a good fit for your niche, for what you want to do. And in this case, you would give this away as a lead magnet, okay?

Now, sometimes you can get this product, okay, for literally, you know, a couple hundred bucks. Okay? And it's a product that somebody has already created and it just flopped. And so there was, I mean, they kind of, you know, they lost interest, they lost motivation already.

And, you know, they kind of, you know, it just kind of sits on and does nothing for them anyways. So in many cases, you can contact these guys and you can get their product that's already created, right, that they wanted to sell and you can just buy a resale right to that, you know, you can buy resale rights to that. Private resale rights is what you need, okay, so that you can claim it as your own. You can change the product.

You can change the product if you want to. You can put a different cover on it. You can put a different label on it, whatever. You can do whatever you want with the product.

All of a sudden, you have an already created product that you can just get for a couple of hundred bucks. You can use that as your lead magnet and a lot of times, it's going to pay off in multiples for you. Does that make sense? Same thing here.

See, there's a bunch of them. See, any category you go to, let's go back here. Any category you go to on ClickBank, we can go eBusiness here for example, 1,457 products here. Again, we can sort by gravity, low to high, 100K affiliate.

Look at that. Look at all these NAs, NAs, NAs. All of these products didn't do well as far as sales but hey, they might be awesome products. That's another idea for you.

That's another idea for you where you can actually go to get yourself that lead magnet. You can get somebody else to do it for you and you just buy master resale rights to it. That is that. Let me pull up other questions here.

Next question. On the ELPP, how do you put a bridge video before the company sales video? Great question. Let me address this because I actually saw quite a few of these.

Let me show you guys how to do that. So basically what this person is asking is hey, I created a landing page using Easy Landing Page Pro and I want to create a bridge page, a thank you page with my video on it and I want to redirect it. So let me show you guys how this is done. So this is Easy Landing Page Pro and let me just go to my pages here and these are just examples so don't bother going there because these are just for example purposes.

So you created your landing page, it's great. When you go here, you scroll down, see it says thank you pages. Thank you pages. So you click on thank you pages and what you want to do in this example or in this case, is you want to, if you want to do a video of yourself, you just want to say hey, my name is Barbara.

My name is Lori. My name is whatever your name is. Thanks for checking this out. I just want to show you something really, really awesome.

I think you're going to be really impressed and it's going to blow your mind, whatever you want to say. Hit the button right below this video. Let me show you this right now. So that's the kind of page you want.

You will select this one right over here. See that? This first one, video. Now, you're going to scroll down, enter your headline.

So the headline is what's going to be, is what's going to show. So when we go and click on preview, see this is how your page is going to look like but there is no headline. We can actually include a headline in here by just entering your headline. It says your headline.

See what I can do is I can put, I'll just put your headline goes here. Boom, so now check it out. I'm going to click on preview. Boom, all right, there's my headline.

So you can say whatever you want to say here. You can say thank you. You can say hey, check this out or whatever. Again, I don't know what you're selling.

I don't know what your message is so you're going to figure that out. You can actually put a sub-headline that's something that's going to be, sub-headline here, something that's going to show up underneath it, just like that. And then here is where you embed your video. So if you've got a YouTube video, if you've got a video that's hosted somewhere else, this is where you would actually paste that code and the video is going to show up right over here.

Now next, you have your button text right here. See this is a button but there is no text on it. So what I can do is I can say this, continue, bam, bam, all right. And then I'm going to click on preview, boom.

See that? All right. Now when they click on this button. Where do they go?

Where do they get redirected to? So this can be your opportunity. This can be your sales video. This can be whatever you want them to go to, okay.

So let's just say we want them to go to Google, all right. Again, I just wanted to keep it very generic and I don't want to promote any one specific company here because you can apply this to anything, right. So we're going to put Google here. And by the way, see this, your conversion code?

This is where you can put your tracking pixels here. You can put your, you know, whatever. You can put your conversion pixels here. You can put here whatever kind of pixels you want to put and scripts on this page, you will just enter those codes in here, in this box, okay.

And then we'll click on preview, right. We'll click on save. Make sure that we save this, okay. So then what happens is we go to my pages here, all right.

And this is the page I was just messing with, all right. Now here is your actual, what is it? This is the page I was just messing with, all right. Now here is your actual.

Okay. So in my example, you know, in my example, this is just a test. So I mean there is not much on it. But you know, if this was your landing page, when people opt in, all right, see, this second URL right here is your thank you page.

So you're going to enter this in your, check this out, guys, some of you need to understand this, okay. Some of you guys are asking, where do I place my thank you page URL? Well, you're going to put this in your web form, okay, in your autoresponder web form. Okay.

As a thank you page, as a custom thank you page. So it actually gives you a URL here, okay. And when we open it, when we open this URL, okay, that's your thank you page. Obviously, I didn't embed any video here, so I don't have any video.

But if you would embed a video, your video would show up here and it would automatically play however you set it to. And then you would say like, you know, take 20 seconds, just say, hey, my name is, you know, my name is Vic. I just wanted to put a face to the name. Say, thank you for checking this out.

I think you're going to absolutely love what I've got to show you on the other side. What I want you to do now is hit the continue button right below this video, you're going to be blown away. Boom. Okay.

So when I click continue, check it out, we're redirecting them to Google, okay. So now, you know, that URL can be whatever site you want them to go to, all right. Easy enough? That was easy, right.

All right, moving on. Next question. All right, let me erase these, so because there's quite a few. Okay, so I see that one of the reasons most of your Empower Network team was successful with their marketing is they had the unique wrapper of BIM to promote.

For those of us who don't have that, what would you suggest we do to best promote EN now while waiting for something like other systems to be released? Okay, so I tell people this, folks, okay. I tell people to not depend on any system for their success, okay. It's always best, if you're just getting started, all right, and of course, it's nice to have a system that you can just rely on in the beginning, all that good stuff, okay.

It's great, okay. But as soon as you possibly can, just like that baby, right, I mean, I have a daughter that's six months old right now, right, and our kids, right, I have five of them now, right. So I'm kind of watching my kids, and children, right, they want to, you know, they want to walk as soon as possible. As soon as they possibly can, all right.

Now some kids are a little bit lazier than others, but, you know, it's like, they're like programmed, right, to start, I mean, they want to run. They want to walk as soon as they possibly can, okay. In your business, you know, sometimes using somebody else's system is nice, but start thinking about as soon as possible, okay. What can you do right now without a system that would allow you to position yourself as an expert, as somebody who is worth listening to and paying attention to in the marketplace?

Guys, when I was getting started in this industry, it was 2005, and I started with a company I was promoting as an affiliate, right, it was a direct sales company, and I was relying on a system. I was doing what everybody else was doing in the company, which was promoting the company's system, okay, everywhere. Guess what my results were? Zero, okay.

If you're promoting a company's system, if you're struggling, right. Think about it logically. If there's thousands of people promoting the exact same thing, it becomes whether you get lucky or not for you to get results. It's just how it is, folks.

I know some of you guys don't want to listen to this, some of you guys are like, oh, man, tell me what I want to hear. I'm going to tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear, okay. What I was able to do is I was listening to my mentor, a guy who was earning $200,000 a month, okay, and I said, I'm just going to empty my cup, okay, and I'm going to listen to my mentor. I'm going to listen to what this dude is going to tell me because he is at the point to where I want to be, okay.

He said, Vic, you want to stand out. You don't want to depend on anybody, okay. He said, you want to provide your own value. So what I did is I created my own landing page, okay, stuff we've been talking about over and over and over again, okay.

That's how you stand out, right. You create yourself a landing page, okay. When people opt in, you redirect them to whatever it is that you're promoting. That's fine, okay.

But as soon as they opted in to your landing page, they're going to be like, oh, man, I'm going to be a leader. That's when you shine. That's when you step in and you say, you know what, I'm going to be a leader. I'm going to do stuff that the other 999 other people are not willing to do.

I'm going to do what the rest of the 99% in my company are not willing to do. I'm going to connect with my subscribers, right. I'm going to do either a teleconference, a hangout. I'm going to survey them, right.

I'm going to send them something. I'm going to send them a personal email. Okay. I'm going to be real with them.

I'm going to treat them like they're my best friend, okay. I'm going to find out what they need and I'm going to fulfill that need by giving them information, okay. I'm going to wow them. See, if you can create this wow factor in your marketing, you've got it.

Does that make sense? You don't have to know everything. You don't have to be an expert in the beginning. I'm not telling you to fake it until you make it.

What I'm telling you is I'm telling you to decide, you know, to do what you need to do to learn. Learn what you need to learn so that you can pass it on to your subscribers. Does that make sense? Guys, this is how I broke through in my first 90 days became from being nobody, literally being nobody to becoming number one income earner in that particular company in 2005.

I think it was 2006 by the time I got this because I was failing for the first 10 months not knowing what I was doing, okay. But literally 90 days is all it took for me to become the number one income earner in that company, okay. And guess what? The same formula.

Then and then once I started to make money, right, then I had enough cash flow and I don't understand anything about systems so I never ever relied on a system. I never used somebody else's system, right. I did what I needed to do. You said, Vic, how did you create a landing page?

We did not have the tools that we have right now, right. I just went and I hired somebody, a new answer and they created a landing page for me for a couple hundred bucks, okay. That's it. But where your magic is going to be, folks, is in your connection with your subscriber, okay.

That's it. If you can connect with your subscriber at the level to where, you know what, they feel like they resonated with you, okay, it's over. You got it. Does that make sense?

So you don't, again, guys, don't rely on any system and you don't have to, you know, you don't have to wait for somebody to give you the system in order for you to be successful. Go out there. Say, you know what? I'm going to figure it out.

I'm going to do this, okay, and you're going to do it. Okay. All right, next question. I want to have a conversion code within the thank you page from Megaphone but it's not possible.

How do you do this to track your stuff? By the way, thank you for your awesome training. Okay. So.

This is a Megaphone question. I would suggest emailing Megaphone. Contact their support. Okay.

Guys, that's the best I can tell you. Some of them landing pages will allow you to put in a code in them. Some of them will not. I would say just contact Megaphone if you have an account.

They'll help you there. They're awesome. All right. PPV campaign.

What is your process for optimizing your campaign? In the training you said to get rid of the ones that are not getting that many impressions. I assume you're talking about keyword URLs. I have some that are getting a lot of impressions.

Five impressions but not many conversions compared to the ones that get a lot less impressions but around the same amount of conversions. Also would you consider keeping the ones with a lot of impressions so you can implement the retargeting strategy? Okay. Here's my answer to that.

So when it comes to PPV, I don't want – if I have two keyword URLs, okay, this keyword URL right here, got 5,000 impressions and it's got 100 conversions, clicks, okay? And this keyword URL right over here, this guy, he's got 200 impressions, okay? And he's got 100 views or 100 clicks, okay? I'm going to keep this guy.

I'm going to get rid of this guy. Make sense? Why? Because this guy is costing me a lot more money than this guy, okay?

I don't want a ton and ton of impressions if they're not converting, okay? So if you have a campaign and you've got keyword URLs that are getting thousands and thousands of impressions but very low conversions, okay, and you've got some of them URLs that get not as many impressions but higher conversions or about the same conversions as the big impression ones. Get rid of the ones that have a lot of impressions because you're paying per impression, okay? And any time when you're paying per impression, you're giving them money.

So why would you give them money for a ton of impressions and low conversions? I would rather give them money for stuff that actually converts higher, make sense? So hopefully that answers your question. That same thing goes for your retargeting strategy because if the keyword URL is getting a ton of impressions and not very many conversions, it's probably not very retargeted.

So in that case, I would remove it and in that case, it would be useless for my retargeting anyways, okay? All right, could we go over a few good pre-framing questions to ask in a survey for new leads? All right, a few pre-framing questions. Let me see if I can give you guys some examples here, okay?

Let me pull up my slides. Okay. Okay. Okay.

I'm going to pull up my survey monkey here, see if I can pull that up. All right, so here are some of my pre-framing questions, okay, for somebody entering my funnel, okay? And this has been designed for people to be pre-framed to be receptive for, you know, me promoting something that has to do with helping them make money on the internet. Make sense?

Okay, so first question is this, how long have you been marketing online for? Okay, the reason for that is basically is, and what I said in my email for this is something like, hey guys, you know, I'm thinking about doing a lot of, you know, giving away a lot of free trainings, don't really know what you're interested in, you know, if you can help me help you, all right? Okay. So basically, you know, just tell me what you need, what's your number one, you know, what's your biggest challenge is or something to that effect.

So basically, it's, you know, it's just about, you know, hey, I just want to do something cool for my subscribers, let me know what you need help with kind of thing, you know? And my question is, you know, first one is how long have you been making money online for? Right? And as we can see, you know, 46% said zero to six months.

This gives me a little bit of an idea of, you know, the kind of people. I have on my, you know, that answered this particular survey, okay? And of course, this is just a portion, small portion of the funnel, okay, that I'm sending this to. So next question is this.

How much money are you currently earning on the internet, online? Okay. Again, this gives me an idea of what people are at, okay? 56%, zero, all right, 22%, $1 to $100 a month.

So if you can put them together. 70, you know, 78%, 79% of people are earning less than $100 a month, okay? That's pretty crazy. Now, check this out.

All those people are claiming, hey, I'm being rich on the internet, right? Out of 1,200 people, only 16 of them earn $5,000 to $10,000 a month, okay? Only five out of 1,200 earn at least $10,000 a month, okay? So what it tells you is… It gives you perspective, okay?

It gives you some data that you can use in your marketing, okay? Now when you're talking to your subscribers and you do a webinar, you do a hangout or something, right? You can have real statistics that you can back up your claims with, okay? You can say, you can position this in your favor and you can say, you know what?

You know, there's a bunch of gurus out there, you know, saying that, you know, they're making all this money. They can lead you to the promised land, whatever, blah, blah, blah. Don't listen to everything you're seeing or hearing on the internet. Here's why, okay?

I've got this data, right, that shows that, you know, less than half a percent of people are actually making more than $10,000 a month, okay? Anonymous survey says that, right? And of course, you can actually load it up in your autoresponder so this goes out automatically, right? And as people enter your funnel, they are, you know, they get this email with your survey so these are constantly fresh, you know, this is a fresh data for you all the time, okay?

But again, this gives them… This gives me, you know, an opportunity to see what my subscribers, okay, are at or, you know, what level they're at and also something I can use in my marketing, okay? Now what is your actual monthly income goal? Now then we turn tables here and we start talking about, hey, where do you want to be, right? I know we all, you know, we all want to make a gazillion dollars per second but, you know, where do you realistically want to be?

Realistically, where do you want to be at, okay? So here, I let them tell me how much they want to earn, okay, realistically and as you can see here, right, $5,000 to $10,000, 25%, okay? So we can… I'd say 46%, 47% of people, right, they want to earn $5,000 to $20,000 a month, okay? So knowing this, you know, I don't have to go out there and advertise, hey, make, you know, $2 million every 2.5 seconds, all right?

Okay? Using this magic trick or this piece of software you just put on your website and somehow automatically it sucks your, you know, sucks visitors and deposits money in your bank account, you know, that marketing wouldn't work for this particular crowd, okay, because they're not looking for that kind of stuff, okay? Next question, what's stopping you from reaching your income goal? Again, all of these questions are designed to pre-frame them and to get, you know, to put yourself a step closer to that prospect.

Okay? Because you're there to help them, you kind of, you know, you want to get to know a little bit more about their situation, okay? What's stopping you from reaching your goal? Again, give them some options, okay?

Give them some answers that you can fulfill on if they pick it, okay? So for example, in my case, I said, I don't know how to convert leads into customers, okay, 54%. I don't know how to drive traffic to my site, 46%. Okay?

Knowing this, guess what? See? Now, what you would need to do is study these topics like crazy, all right, and then do a free training for your list and guess what? They will love you because that's what they're looking for.

They just told you. You see what I'm saying here, all right? These can be your lead magnets. This is something you can go out there and you can crush.

Okay? Crush it with. And if you take the time to become really, really knowledgeable on these two topics, you got 54 and 46, you got over 90% of people who are looking for this type of stuff, okay? Do you see where I'm coming from, folks?

Okay? Marketing becomes easy. Lead magnet becomes easy. Getting yourself to that expert level becomes easy.

Selling people stuff becomes easy because knowing what they want and you're delivering. Less than 1% of online marketers are actually doing this, folks. Okay? This is really, really useful information for you.

Okay? Again, information overload. Why do I keep telling you to just relax and don't overstress? Don't overcomplicate a simple thing because everybody else in the industry, they want to overcomplicate a simple thing.

Okay? They're giving people information overload. Right? They're getting bombarded with information.

So, knowing this, 45% of people saying, hey, I'm getting bombarded with conflicting information. I get confused. If you keep your stuff simple enough to where people understand, right, they will follow your stuff. They will come back to your stuff because you're one of the very few people out there who are, you know, who's keeping things simple.

Okay? If you could learn one thing that you believe would take your business to the next level, what would it be? Okay? Again, different, you know, kind of similar question with a different topic.

Okay? There's a different angle to it. Right? Again, conversions and traffic generation.

Okay? And then I just threw this in here. Okay? I just want to make my first $1,000 in life.

Okay? So, between these three, we got 64%, you know, 85 plus percent of people right here telling me that they want these things and, you know, and so you help them with that and then, you know, and then, I mean, I'm telling you, when it's time for you to sell or offer something, you know, for sale, they'll buy from you. Okay? If you knew you couldn't fail, realistically, how much money could you invest in doing business on the internet?

Okay? Again, I just want to get to know, you know, what they're willing to invest. All right? $100 to $1,000.

This will give you an idea of, you know, how to price your products, what kind of products to promote and what price range and things like that. Right? So we got 22%, you know, willing to invest up to $5,000. Okay?

20%, you know, 10,000 plus, whatever it takes. Okay? Now, what type of training would you prefer? All of these, you know, just kind of useful for me.

What day of the week? There was another one. This is a big one. Okay?

Are you ready to do whatever it takes to reach your goal? Okay? I need them to tell me if they're ready. All right?

When people make small commitments, they will make bigger commitments. Okay, guys? Understand that. So, all of these are my personal pre-framing questions.

And again, I just took it behind the curtain for my personal, you know, part of my business because this is a segment of, you know, of a list building that I implement. Right? This is actually live. It's getting updated, you know, every single day.

And you know, 99.27% of people saying, hey, I'm absolutely ready to do whatever it takes. Now when they made that commitment. Next time when they're getting an email from me, do you think they'll open it? Okay?

Do you see why I'm getting, you know, 60-70% email open rates, you know, sometimes even higher? Right? It's because I put myself on their side of the table as much as possible. And this is something you can do.

You know, this is something I was doing in the very beginning when I did not know anything about marketing. I was just learning. I was like a sponge. Right?

And I was applying what I was learning. I was getting results. And I was sharing what was working for me personally with my list. Okay folks?

So that is that. Now I wish I could see you all so I can get some, see some comments. How many people, how many people we got on Paul? If you can tell me real quick.

Okay. We're going to move on. Next question here. Okay.

I started using Bing PPC and got almost 4,000 impressions. 62 clicks. Two clicks and six leads. And spent 15 bucks.

Do you think I need to add more keywords or maybe tweak more of my landing page? I would say definitely tweak your landing page. Okay? The reason for that is because, let's do some math together.

You got, you got six leads, you got, oh first of all you spent 15 bucks. So you spent 15 bucks, you got 62 clicks. 15 divided by 62, that's 24 cents per click. That's really good.

All right? That's 24 cents per visitor per click. That's really good. What you need to do is you need to add more URLs, okay, get it more targeted, and also work on your landing page.

Because six divided by, six leads divided by 62, you're at 9.6% opt-in rate, okay? Which is low. So if you can bump that up, if you can double your conversion rate, okay? You will, you'll be in a good shape.

If you can triple your conversion rate, you'll be, you'll be in really good shape, okay? So yeah. Okay. Hi Vic.

How would you say I could apply this ITF content to non-affiliate companies using the trafficking strategies for businesses outside of the landing page focus? First of all, the landing page strategy should be applied in every business. Okay? Offline or online.

Chiropractics, you know, surgeons, doctors, dentists, I believe everybody should be put through a landing page before they enter into the corporate site, okay? So these strategies, I guarantee you go to an outside, like an offline business, you know, place and you talk to an owner and you explain to them the strategy of list building, right? And the ideas of creating their own, you know, business. Okay?

You know, follow up systems and being able to follow up with their visitors and building a list and communicating, right? They will look at you with eyes like this big, okay? And they'll think you're like the most, you know, the greatest expert in the world because they don't understand this kind of stuff, okay? So this is definitely applicable to the businesses offline.

All right. Good day to Dave and Vic, sir. I want to know. How to master mindset, all right?

As I'm already going through many, many financial and personal problems, how to tackle the stuff going through between my ears? Okay, here's what I would suggest you do, my friend, whoever submitted this question. How do you tackle this mindset stuff? Pick up a book called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, okay, by T.

Harv Eker. I recommend that guy. That was the first, very first book ever in the space of self-help that I ever read. And it's a great book.

It's a great book. It's a great book. It's a great book. And that shifts my mindset tremendously.

It's called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, okay? Pick that book up. Second book I would recommend you pick up is Psycho-Cybernetics, okay? Psycho-Cybernetics.

You can Google it, find it on Google. Start there. Read it. Read it like three times, okay?

That will help. Okay. I don't understand exactly what a thank you page should be. I understand that it is my website.

I don't have a website. I just have videos from Prosperity Team and Empower Network. That is what I use. Okay.

So what I suggest you do, my friend, is if you don't understand anything about what a thank you page is or anything, go to Capture Mastery, part of this course, and watch those videos. Okay? A thank you page can be as simple as when they opt into your landing page, just redirect them to a company sales page. That can be your thank you page.

Okay? So whatever, where do they go to after they opted in? Okay? Okay.

Hi, Vic. My biggest question from the beginning is I want to launch a few landing pages to promote an offer and put them in a rotator to track the results. I need to place tracking pixels conversion codes on the thank you page of the offer. This is not yet possible.

So I want to make my own page and redirect people to the sales page. Then I can also place conversion codes to explore. Let's see what the question is. Okay, so this person is asking, you know, how do you, okay, so for thank you page conversion codes, okay, so if you have a, if you're promoting somebody's offer, okay, and you cannot put a conversion pixel on that thank you, let me show you this, guys, okay, let me show you this right here.

That can actually be an easy solution for you. If you want to track it, I want to show you this. Okay, so you see this? So this is Easy Landing Page Pro, okay?

You go to a thank you page, and you can create yourself a thank you page, okay? You don't even have to do a video. You can do, you can do this one here, for example, right? Let's click on preview, okay?

And this thank you page, you can just put your picture on it if you want, okay? You can just put your headline here. See? And you can say, hey, thank you.

You will be redirected in five seconds, and literally, see this little spinning thingy right here? In like five seconds, they will be automatically redirected to wherever you want them to be redirected to, okay? And then on this thank you page, you can actually put your conversion codes in here, okay? So that way you can track, you can, you know, you can do that for retargeting if you wanted to.

You can do that for whatever, whatever, whatever you wanted to. You can still track it. And then they'll just get redirected in like five seconds to, you know, the company page on which you cannot put any tracking codes. Make sense?

So this can be a way around. Next question. All right. Hi, I want to know more about follow-ups.

When the new subscriber comes in, how many emails should I send? After a sequence of follow-up, what time should we send out, should we send other emails? Okay. So how often should you email your prospects is really going to be up to you, okay, based depending on your style.

I know there's people in this industry who will tell you, you know, that you need to email them 20 times a day, all right? There's somebody, you know, you guys know what I'm talking about, okay? Or who I'm talking about. There are some people who have great success emailing their list 50 times a day, okay?

Personally that doesn't work for me, okay? And I refuse to do that, okay? Why? Because I think it gets… people get confused.

Okay. They get accustomed and they get… they become blind to your email. They become blind to your name. They see your name so much, you know, 20 times in their email box every single day and, I mean, you have to deliver exceptional information, I mean, just really, really, really good stuff for you to keep your open rates high.

Otherwise, your open rates are going to be in the single digits, all right, which would suck. I would just say, you know, experiment, you know, depending on your style, depending on what kind of stuff that you send to your list. For me personally, I don't email my list a lot, but when I do email them, it's something really good, you know? So I want to… If you can do this, if you can engineer in your marketing, in your follow-up, so that your prospects, they are eager to get your next message, okay?

So they're literally, you know, when they see your name in their inbox, that's the first email they're going to open, okay? How can you do that? Ask yourself. How can I engineer that in my marketing?

What would you like somebody else to do in order for you to be looking forward to getting their email? How would you like somebody to market to you, okay, so that you would be eager to get that person's next piece to come out? Does that make sense? Think about that from a strategic point of view, all right, and see how can you implement it in your business.

And then just give it a try, right? The whole idea behind that is you want to get your email open rates as high as possible while delivering good value over a long period of time. Does that make sense? You want your open rates to be high over a long period of time, all right?

As far as what time to email, I found for myself from just testing different things, you know, if I send out an email early in the morning at around 7 o'clock Eastern Time, in the morning. That seems to be the best time for me personally to send out an email, okay? Again, you know, depending on what industry you're in, what you're doing, that might be different for you, okay, all right. Thank you for your time and dedication.

My question is, how do you organize time to get things done? How do you organize time to get things done, guys? Here is what I do. You know, it's a matter of priorities.

Okay. As far as getting, you know, organizing your time to get things done, I am not an expert in that field, okay, but what I can tell you is this. What your priorities are, okay. I do the 20% that gets me 80% of the results, okay.

There is the 80-20 or 298, right. Do the 2% that gets you the 98% of the results, okay. What is your email? Do the 5% that gets me the 96% of the results, okay.

Maybe depending on yourzy, you know, you know, crazy with your Revenue, what you are always asking yourself, okay. Who else is asking in that case? Who else mmm? Me.

Me. Me. Me? Me.

Me. Me. Me. Me.

Me. Me. Me. Me.

Me. Me. Me. Me.

Me. Me. Me. Me.

you know being busy instead of being productive you know being busy and checking Facebook's 52 times a day you know I mean or 52 times every to two minutes I people think that they're working but they're not you know I mean I the stuff that you do I 98 percent of the time during your day your throughout your day yes yourself you know he's is the stuff that you're doing is that your income producing activity will that make you money if that your goal is right will that get you closer to your and destination to your goal I guess is better question if the answer is not just stop doing it cut it out I mean you know I'm saying just you know I i think I think when it comes to time management just like with anything I think I think it's gonna be a matter of self-control you know can you control yourself can you can you can you are but for example when when I you know I'm I'm I'm not a perfect you know I'm not somebody who's gonna tell you how to do time management because you know what I'm a lot of times you know I'm a you know I entrepreneurs a lot of times we have this thing called ADD right we have this thing that we know we have so many yet I know for myself I'll do you be straight up sometimes I get so many ideas going through my head right and sometimes I get I get so many things I want to accomplish in its like you know this is this is a great idea this would be an awesome thing for my team this would be an awesome thing this is and there's so much stuff that we want to accomplish right and sometimes we would start you know multiple things multiple tasks but and I'm the I'm guilty of this thing myself you know a lot of times many many times you know but what I do it a lot of times I just I just stop back and I just okay so you know step away from from from what you doing completely and ask yourself what are the two percent what what's the two percent of stuff that I need to focus on that will get me the ninety eight percent result okay for my ultimate outcome for whatever what I want to achieve and just focus on that get that done okay as far as time management time I'm just just do it you know I mean you don't you don't really manage time you just manage what you do you know during the time that you have that's I guess that's the best answer I can give you and if you're only working on your business for one to two hours because of other work commitments will you recommend pay traffic over over trying to get free traffic um yes if you can afford there is no such thing as paid as free traffic folks just understand that man just there's no there's no such thing as as you know as as getting free traffic you pay for it with time or money let me tell you internet is is is created internet is driven by marketing K by paid marketing I should say Google exists because a guy like myself and whole lot of people out a marketer's Facebook exists because of marketers they wouldn't be when we get with you give money to Google Facebook all these other sites that's what drives the inner you just have to understand that K there is no such thing as free marketing are free traffic it doesn't exist you pay for it with your time or with your money if you got more time than money do free marketing K build communities go social do YouTube you know you can do you know surf clicks and build credits and all that you know all that kind of stuff if you don't have a lot of time but you have more money of course do paid marketing K simple as that it's faster and and everybody will love you I when is ITF going to become available to sell I'm I have no idea next question I just heard from another internet marketer that pulling numbers I just heard from another internet marketer that putting numbers in a headline such as three secrets seven tips increases out of your business I just heard from another internet marketer that putting numbers in a headline such as three secrets seven tips increases out of your business up tens what are your thoughts on this my thoughts are I'm I think yes that can that can actually on I that can actually are increase your conversions yet and don't know what to do guys I'm a big fan of testing you know split testing stuff so I'm everything can work with you know when you split tested a Vic in the capture mastery module you had an opt-in rate up more than sixty percent without adding an image of yourself for branding purpose I can you still get a very high open rate without adding a picture of yourself yes I'm a lot on my landing pages are blocking a blind in other words people have no idea who's behind that landing page they just they don't see my picture they don't see my face I'm the opt-in I and then they either get to a page to introduce myself or you know I just introduce myself in the email follow okay so yes there's a there's still a way for you to you know engineer a really high email open rate I'm even though your picture is not on yours on your rapper alright apart from cost and time benefits which I'm aware of can you comment on the advantage of traffic amplifier retargeting less than 53 to targeting module 3 lesson 24 okay so I believe lessons three or module 3 was about agencies okay here's my take on traffic amplifier stuff guys guy I traffic amplifier he is something that I would include in every on every single landing page you promoting K it's not it's not it's not particular to Amy traffic generation you know any one single traffic generation strategy it goes with your language landing page with what you promoted some incense so if you have a landing page and you promoting this landing page with PPC PPV traffic agencies emails and whole slew of different you know sources right well you put your retargeting script on your landing page so it's your it doesn't matter where you promoting that then in page on as soon as people hit it though you'll be retarding them you'll be following them around on the Internet so I include that I'm if you're gonna do you know the traffic amplifier method you wanna you wanna you wanna put that on your landing page you promoting I'm up in every traffic source okay I in order to figure out which keywords are the best in are the best on a CPV campaign do you want to be on the top let's see since its I in order to figure out which keywords are best on a CPV campaign I do you want to be in the top spot at the beginning for each keyword so you can make sure each one has a good chance at impressions so you can do a fair evaluation some keywords have current bid prices between thirty cents for the top spot I'm no we if you're gonna do a CPV campaign I'm as that's or PPV same thing right so pay-per-view is penny traffic module I'm the I don't always go for number one position you don't have to day I I wouldn't spend thirty cents per you know per impression I would never spent thirty cents per impression to be take number one spot I would rather be a number eight spot and spend you know two cents instead of being a number one spot in spent thirty cents it doesn't matter okay I'm so because you only paying for impressions why would you pay thirty cents if you can pay two sets sense who cares if you're numb a spot number eight it doesn't matter okay alright so does that I'm folks I hope that this stuff is a little bit beneficial what I want to do right now is I'm I know we're going to the overtime here but I want to give you guys I want to talk about this I want to talk about the five big ideas want to give you guys I'm just sharing with you okay I'm I because I know this is are I think we're gonna have one more I we're gonna have one more or I'm I think we're gonna have one more I'm I think we're gonna have one more I'm call next week okay and that will be our final call I'm so again I wanted to share this with you guys because I think it will be beneficial for you to know okay I'm you know if you want to take notes take note but I just felt like you know at least you are pointing these out for you okay I'm hopefully this did this stuff will serve you mean everything that I that I do my my goal is to you know is to be over you know to give you guys stuff that can really help your business I'm take it you know grow your business take a business to another level really help you in in life in general and these are some of the things that I found to be really really useful for myself you know over the years as I as I'm building my business and and I hope this you know this stuff serves you alright so I five big ideas that allowed me to create I'm just really you know abnormal business I and I and lifestyle okay idea number one guys is self-help self-help.com okay now you know we've been hearing about this a lot right I'm sure you have been hearing about this a lot self-help you know what is I you know the the the fact that your income will go to the extent that you do you know and and I can tell you if if that if it wasn't for you know me discovering this idea of you know what there isn't there was a way right there is a way for you to I'm to improve your situation by improving yourself first K I don't think I would have the business that I have right now I don't think I would be able to do things that I can do right now if I wasn't introduced to the self-help I'm area you know I mean if somebody like if if if I here's a thing when it comes to self-help you know basically here's the bottom line you know this is not anything would do or anything that's like new age so basically here's what it comes down K if you want to grow your business if you want to build your business if you wanna you know if you wanna if you want to be I'm a great marketer I'm a great marketer right bottom line is this you gotta in indulge in self-help and that means that you gotta be the best version of you every single day guys that's it K right there K be the best version of you every single day I'm talking about mentally I'm talking about emotionally K I'm talking about physically K a lot of times how many times do we build the business and I've been guilty of this myself right and sometimes we would do something and we would like work 17 hours a day and and we don't take care of ourselves a lot right even I mean even physically right but you see if you do that for a long period of time you you don't have energy right you get tired I mean you get you know I mean you get frustrated easy and it's because you're not taking care of yourself because your business is a direct reflection of you if your business is not doing well it you alright it's not the cut it's not the company most the time it's not the system most the time eat you alright so self-help idea I think is is the the number one thing that every entrepreneur needs to understand and so many people in our industry you they just take it for granted you know I be the person others would like to be so you know I love you and and this is actually easy because in if you look at the industry as it as you know in hockey as a general right I and even you know even going back to the statistics that I showed I you know a few minutes earlier I'm there he is literally like ninety percent or eighty plus percent of people are making less than a hundred dollars a month day and I whatever the number was for through the percentage was for people that are be in you know frustrated and kinda confused with information or getting information overload take there is a lot of people in this industry and I can I'm sure this is gonna be true for pretty much every other industry that's out there K every other niche there is a lot of people K majority of people they are they they just depend on somebody to help them do something K and when they look at somebody like yourself K when you say you know what I'm gonna be I'm gonna be sharp I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna keep my skills up to date right I'm gonna be mentally fit I'm gonna be emotionally fit I'm gonna be physically fit right the your people in your niche K they will look at you and they can't help but want to be like you and when people look at you and they want to be like you K they feel connected to you sense so do you think that will eat that will help you with conversions absolutely K all the stuff ties in together what I would suggest you do is going to what I call you know W a.m.

I at least once a month K W a.m. and that stands for well I'll I'm wisdom accumulation mode K wisdom accumulation not what I what what I do I'm at least once a month is I will take a day K and I will do nothing absolutely nothing but just saturate my mind with information K that in addition to reading every single day that in addition to you know listening to to you know two tapes in your downtime right when you're driving when you're doing something that your mind is just not working right I'm once a month I'll go into you on you know in in into this I'm wisdom accumulation mode is what I call right to where I just say sure it I just take a topic and I just I just gonna spend a whole day just studying just listening learning taking notes a you know just all that stuff right on and do that once a month you'll be a man amazed at what can happen for you over the next 90 to 180 days.

Idea number one. Idea number two is be resourceful. Resourcefulness. Now, being resourceful, this idea of being resourceful is bigger than most people think it is.

Again, it's actually very simple to make a lot of money on the internet. It's a very simple formula, folks. Very simple formula. Most people overcomplicate a very simple thing.

Most people are not being resourceful. Being resourceful, it means that, you know what? You are just going to refuse to accept no for an answer. You just refuse to accept it can't be done or it's impossible or I have to wait for somebody else.

A lot of people say, well, I can't succeed because of this circumstance and I can't succeed because of this person and this person promised me this and all of a sudden, I didn't get what I thought I would get. People are being resourceful. People are playing this victim role in their life. Man, being resourceful means that, you know what?

You will decide that, you know what? I'm not going to depend on nobody. Guys, listen. There is no lack of information right now.

No lack of information. You can get an answer to any question you have. There is not a single question in the world that you cannot get an answer to right now, today. With YouTube, with Google, with all the wealth of information and resources we have available for us, what most people are not willing to do is they are not willing to pick their butt off and go to a computer and say, okay.

I have this issue I need to get an answer to this thing right here. So I am going to find an answer and I'm going to be resourceful. Important in your business. Now, when you do that.

When you do that. you will naturally become us a step above you will put yourself a step above the rest of the all your competition K because your competition are not there your competition is being dependent there they're dependent on somebody they're dependent there they're blaming the system they're blaming somebody else for the for their lack of success K also there is one thing I can tell you is just you know what the worst thing you can do for your business is to depend on some sort of a system or a particular traffic source or somebody you know to help you become successful K depend on nobody I'm idea number three let's kinda fight through a real quick decision to not be typical okay guys and and I am and this is actually you know pretty simple if you just do ideas one and two okay if you if you focus on you know on improving yourself and if you you say to yourself you know what if even I don't know something I'm gonna find an answer I'm gonna do it myself right I'm not gonna depend on anybody K I'm you being resourceful that alone will put you head and shoulders way way way above your competition K and typical people are not willing to do that K being in you know decision to not be in typical means that you know what you gotta decide I'd I'm gonna do what not work work typical people are not willing to do if you look at the at the at the world in general right typical people what do they do K well they take the easy route and if you do what easy life is gonna be apart right somebody wise man said that once if you do what's hard or harder or what other people are not willing to do life will be easier a lot easier K ama just to do is if you implement, we talked about this in other trainings, you implement what I call a 30-30-30 strategy.

That means you're going to read for 30 minutes a day, you're going to listen to an audio, inspirational, something that will stretch your vision, something that will fuel your fire so to speak for 30 minutes a day at least. You're going to do that for 30 days. Just do that and I promise you, if you stick to it, you will have 30 days later, you will be looking at your business, at life in a totally different way. Idea number four, just do stuff.

Again, guys, I'm not just sharing this with you just because I think it looks cool or sounds cool or whatever. I'm sharing this with you because this is the stuff that you're going to do. This is the stuff that you're going to do. This is the stuff that really helped me personally.

Doing stuff, I'm talking about figuring out what is that 2% that will get you the 98% of the results. What's the 2% of stuff that you need to focus on to do every single day and that can be done in a couple of hours. If you only have two hours to work, you can do it every day. Are you going to spend those two hours surfing Facebook, reading what everybody else is going on, all the drama that everybody else is going on in their life or are you going to take those two hours and laser focus your attention on doing the four most important things that will take you a step closer to your end destination that you want to be at.

Doing stuff basically means that you focus on the stuff that really makes a difference in your business. Number five folks is this, expect to win. Expect greatness in your business. You got to build your business with a sense of expectation that what you do is going to be grand.

It's going to be big because you can do big things friend. All it takes is a decision on your part to say, I will master this. I will master this. I will do it and not be typical I will do what typical people are not willing to do so that I can have what typical people don't have and you can do that by just simplifying everything keep it very very simple work on yourself study in your niche topic what's the three things you really need to study if you're an internet marketer if you're building businesses on the internet if you're teaching people how to do that what are the three things you need to focus on number one is you okay of course number two might be traffic generation number three is cultivating your list right building relationships with your list that can be you know what you accumulate the knowledge you accumulate email your list split test your sub headlines maybe do a teleconference once a week or something like that right somebody told me the other week that you know they did their first Google hangout and you know and and it was a you know it was a it you know I guess it did not go as well as they planned it for it to go or whatever right I and I say look if you only gonna have like four people show up on your live event might not be a good idea to do a Google hangout with just four people listening in and especially if you're showing how many live audience you have online you know it might be a better idea for you to do a teleconference go to free conference call dot com and set up yourself a free conference call line but there you know people don't know how many other people are listening you know online so make sense and you can have two people listening to you in the very beginning when you're building your business but you know what those two people can turn into two hundred and then two thousand and then five thousand or more okay and then you can do live events and you can do you know Google hangouts and then and and that that's how you become great folks okay that's how you become great let me go back here for a sec I'm you know making money on the internet is or building a business online I'm is something I believe that every person can do K everybody can you I but eighty percent of it is gonna depend on you K I'm guys I appreciate you I'm I look forward to seeing you here next week I'm hopefully it's all the stuff has been beneficial I have no idea if there is people commenting because I cannot log into the empower network back office I if you watching this recorded you know I there's a lot of training that's available for you go through it take the time to become great K learn this depend on nobody depend on yourself you wanna have the knowledge you wanna build your business on a S on a solid foundation you want to build your business on a foundational stone right not the foundation of a sand or anything like that you know you don't want to give you know to to to put your business in it to be in the market right now there's a huge risk which I think we all have to make the same price you want to have full control of your business as soon as humanly possible just like that baby when you know he's growing up he wants to start walking as soon as possible same thing for your business K you want to spend on your own two feet as soon as you possibly can when you to that when you have the knowledge of how to do whatever it is you envisioned to do right and you have this following the main use of the soul and the power to be in the world a touchdown man following.

You've been cultivating your subscribers. You can do pretty much anything that you want to do. Guys, I appreciate you. Look forward to seeing you next time.

Bye.

And I know there's like a 30-second delay.

Before this thing comes up. Alright, we are live. So, let's rock and roll. Again, I have no idea how many people are on here, but welcome, guys. For those of you guys who just joined in, my name is Vic Stryzus.

And as always, hey, if you don't know who I am by the fifth call, something is wrong with you. You know what I'm saying? But, yeah, I like to do this kind of stuff live because, you know, A, I think it's cool. B, I just, I like to hang out with cool people.

And C, is I like to contribute some value. Hopefully what we're going to talk about tonight is going to contribute a lot of value to you guys. What we're going to do tonight is two things, alright? I wanted to do a Q&A session. Okay, so, obviously a lot of you guys have submitted a bunch of questions.

And, alright, cool, we're good. So, I'll be answering a lot of the questions that came in because what I wanted to do is, as you saw in the email that went out, right, I wanted to answer your most pressing question, the biggest question you have for me, the single biggest question that you had. So, we had quite a few actually really, really good questions that came in. So, I'll just be flying through as many as I can to squeeze in as many as we can in an hour.

And then, also, I wanted to share with you folks five big ideas that personally worked really, really well for me in my business. Hopefully, they'll work well for you in yours, alright? Some of this stuff is going to apply to traffic generation. Some of this stuff is going to apply to business in general.

Some of this stuff is going to apply to life in general, you know. So, hopefully, you take some notes if you want to, because the stuff we're going to be talking about, I think, is going to be really, really useful and beneficial for you in your business. So, with that being said, let's go ahead and dive straight into the questions here that were submitted. Pull these up here. I'll just go from the first one to the last one.

A lot of these questions were of a similar content. There was a lot of people asking about the super agency. Okay, super agency access, when do we get access to the super agency? Some of you guys have already gotten access to the super agency. We had to limit the amount of people that we take in.

Now, I'll tell you right up front, if you submitted your application for, you know, the high traffic super agency, you will be getting your login. Okay, we will be accepting everybody. There is two things that kind of delayed the process a little bit for majority of you guys. Number one thing is the demand was just way, way more than anybody would expect. We literally got, I don't know how many, close to 2,000 people or something like that submitted applications.

And thing number two is I just had the craziest last few weeks of my life. And so, due to these two things, there was a little bit of a delay. But I'm telling you, if you submitted your application, don't worry. Just chill. Don't worry about it.

All right, you'll be in. We'll get you in. We'll get you squared away. And you'll be able to get your traffic. All right, so that's that.

Just make sure that everybody understands that. Okay, guys, don't send like 1,000 support tickets. You will be in. Okay, as far as time frames when that's going to happen, I would say give me until end of this week. Okay, figure out some of these things that are going on and we'll get you in.

All right? All right, that's that. Now, second question. Okay, this is actually a good question. Dear Vic, thank you for great training.

You're welcome. Could we talk about lead magnets for a moment? I love the concept, but I'm very new to internet marketing and don't yet have the knowledge or experience to create lead magnets. Okay. Can you suggest some sources that I might use to help me put them together?

Would PLR material or article directories be somewhere to start if I want to do brief reports? I want to produce good, valuable material, but I'm at a loss as to where to find information for it. Okay. Great question. Great question.

Whoever submitted this, and I have no idea who you are, the person that submitted this question or any of these questions, to be honest with you, these are all anonymous. So you didn't have to sign your name on the bottom or anything like that. You know what I mean? So I really have no idea who submitted it, but it's a good question.

And I think this question applies to a lot of people. So let's talk about lead magnets, right? We talked about the ability for you to be able to give away a lead magnet, right? Something that you give away in exchange for a prospect opting in to your list, right? It's just good practices, right?

It's something that's going to make you stand out, head and shoulders above the rest of the marketers. But the thing is, is this, guys. Let's talk about this, right? So let's talk about the lead magnet stuff. Hold on one second.

I need to close up some of this stuff here. One sec. All right. So when we talk about lead magnets, let me talk about lead magnets, right?

I wanted to kind of give you guys a little bit more information, a little bit more in-depth information about this kind of stuff, okay? Here is the best if you really, really want to differentiate yourself. And like this person is saying, I want to give out good material. I want to put out valuable material, right? But I'm at a loss as to where do I find that information.

Well, I think a better question if you're talking about lead magnets, when you're designing your lead magnets, the first question I would ask myself would be this. Who is my target market, okay? You got to be very, very clear as to what your perfect customer is. Does that make sense?

If you could narrow it down to just one person, what would they look like, your perfect customer? And I know that you guys heard about this, your perfect customer avatar and all that good stuff, right? But here is something I want to suggest that you give a thought, okay? Everybody knows this. Everybody is talking about, well, my perfect customer would be like a 40-year-old male or female.

And they're into this and their hobbies are this and their income is this. They have X amount of children. Here is what they're frustrated with, all that good stuff, right? I think an easier way for you, especially for you, to create a lead magnet would be to really identify, right, what is the circumstance that your perfect customer is in, okay? So what are they going through, okay?

And really what you're doing is you are offering a solution to their current circumstance. Does that make sense? So somebody wants to go from point A to point B and there is a, whatever, there is a river in the middle, right? Okay. You would offer them something that would help them get on the other side, would be a boat, okay?

Somebody wants to have a hole in the wall, a solution for that would be a drill. Does that make sense? So this is something that you may want to give quite a bit of thought about. When I'm in the internet marketing space, right, I sell stuff to people who either have a business, they want to grow their business, they want to make money, okay, bottom line on the internet.

That's kind of my niche, that's kind of my market. So the thing that helps my perfect customer would be, there are actually different things, okay? There could be different lead magnets that I can angle my promotions with, okay? Number one, that could be helping them with understanding, right, cutting out all the BS, all the nonsense, all the stuff that they've been hearing over and over and over again that's not producing results, and just really getting to the point and for them to understand, okay, what's my one, two, three, what do I need to focus on? Well, one thing can be, you know, understanding how to get traffic, right?

Because that's what my target market, that's what my perfect customer is struggling with, is they don't know how to get, where to get traffic, how to convert traffic, right? So these can be my specific unique lead magnets. So what is a lead magnet? I would necessarily sell the thing, right?

When I want to get somebody on my list, I would sell a solution. Does that make sense? To their circumstance. Their circumstance is, hey, I'm trying to build a business on the internet. I am in this network marketing company.

I'm selling this info product and I don't understand, I'm running into some brick walls. Well, people need to understand a few things, okay? Number one is where do I get or how do I get traffic? Number two is how do I capture that traffic? What happens there, okay?

And then how do I convert that traffic? So these are the things. Now as far as creating a lead magnet, let's talk about that a little bit, right? So the creation of a lead magnet, there can be a couple of things, okay? You can create it yourself, okay?

So, you know, if you understand some of the things in your market, in your marketplace, if you understand what your potential prospect wants, what their desires are, then you can create a lead magnet yourself. By the way, guys, I'm getting some messages saying that some people can't log into the Empower Network back office. This will be recorded, so if you're watching this recorded, obviously, then you know.

But if you guys are getting Facebook messages or whatever, people cannot get in, just tell them that they can watch this recorded, okay? Okay, so A is you can do it yourself, okay? You can create a lead magnet yourself.

You can do a video. You can do a PDF report. You can create a piece of software, a piece of something that you can give away, right, in exchange for that person's opt-in. If you're going to do that, all right, I suggest that you decide what you want to be known for in the industry, okay? This has benefited me tremendously over the years.

As an internet marketer, early on, the sooner you can do this, okay, the better it will be for you, is simply deciding what do you want to be known for, okay? Are you going to be the motivational type person, right? Are you going to be somebody who really understands funnels? Are you somebody who really understands how to convert people, right? Are you somebody who understands this platform?

Technology stuff, right? Are you somebody who really is going to learn traffic generation and just share what you know, right? What is your expertise in the industry, okay? Because I don't know anything about technology. I don't know anything about building a website, creating a website, any of that stuff, right?

That's where my team comes into play. But my expertise, very early on, I decided, you know what, I'm going to be the best when it comes to traffic generation and converting traffic. Okay? Leads into sales. Okay?

Leads into sales. So that was a conscious decision on my part very early on, okay? And so all my attention as a marketer, all my attention as to what I do in this business, is being focused around that area, okay? Everything else I can get everybody else to do. Make sense?

So decide what you want to do. And then, based on that, then you can teach, because if you know a topic well enough, okay, that you can teach it to somebody, okay? And that somebody can understand it so they can teach it to somebody else, does that make sense? Then you understand your topic, right? So if you just know a little bit about what you do and you can't really explain it so that people understand it, right?

You don't know what you're talking about, okay? I see so many people out there on the internet, they're just, they heard something, they listened to some kind of podcast or they read something on a blog. And all of a sudden they think that they're an expert, right? Which is fine, you can do that, but you're either going to be in one of two categories. You're either going to be an expert at something or you can be what's called a reporter, okay?

Somebody that, maybe you interviewed somebody. Maybe you read a bunch of information on the topic. Not just one little article, right? But enough information to where you're competent, right? Maybe you're not an expert yet but you know enough that you can portray information.

That you can give out information that would be accurate enough, right? So you can be in those one or two categories. Obviously being an expert is the best category you can be, okay? That's number one. Number two is you can hire somebody, okay?

To create a lead magnet for yourself. You can go to places like oDesk, Elance, even Fiverr, okay? So you can actually hire somebody if you figure out your marketplace, your ideal customer. Their circumstance is they're really struggling with this ability to, whatever, fill in the blank, right? Again, I don't want this topic to be just about internet marketing or making-money type niches.

If you're an expert, or if you're marketing to people who want to, let's say somebody wants to have the best day every single day or something like that, right? And that's kind of your market. They want to feel vibrant. They want to have more energy. They want to be this high performer type person, right?

They're into self-help or whatever. Well, you can actually hire somebody to write a report. If you're into some very, very niche specific stuff, like teaching people how to trade or something like that, right, which is actually a big industry. Okay.

You can actually go to these freelance sites and you can hire somebody to write a report on that topic, okay? And you can pay them 50, 100 bucks, whatever. You can actually go to Fiverr and probably have that done for like $5. And then you take that, right, and that becomes your product. And then you can give that away as a lead magnet, okay?

Something else you can do, and let me show you this, because this is actually really cool. You can actually be very strategic about this, okay? Let me share my screen with you guys because this is actually really, really cool idea. Now, I don't want everybody to do this, guys. I want you to just keep that in mind in the back of your head if you will, okay?

You can go to a site like ClickBank, right? For example, just to give you an idea here, right? You can go to ClickBank. You can go to Marketplace right over here, okay? And see that these are different niches, different categories, right, that people are into.

And these are different products in different categories. So pick your niche, right? Cooking, food, computers. Let's say you're into cooking or something like that, right? E-business and e-marketing, okay?

Maybe you're into this. Let's say if you were into cooking, okay? I'll just give you guys an example here. So you can see automatically ClickBank is going to list products.

These are the products that sell on ClickBank, right? And by default, it will be sorted by popularity, okay? So what product sells the most, okay, to the product selling the least, all right? And there are 158 right now in this particular category, okay? Now what you can do is this.

Check this out. I can sort this by gravity, okay? And gravity basically means, you know, traction for the product. So how well the product is doing. And I'm going to sort it actually from high to low.

I don't know if you can see this. But you can actually make your screen, this video, full screen so you can see it better.

This product, as you can see here, average dollars per sale is not even calculated here. Nobody is selling it. Nobody is pushing it. And gravity is zero over here, right? See that?

Now what gravity means basically is how many people are promoting, how many affiliates are promoting that product, how well it converts. All the data taken into consideration. And there is like a mile-long formula that ClickBank is using to figure out this gravity number here. And obviously, the higher the gravity, the better the product, the more the competition, the better it's selling, okay?

Now, in this particular example, or in this particular case, I am going to look for products that have a gravity of zero, okay? For whatever reason, the product flopped. It did not sell well, okay? So we can actually click on it and we can take a look at the sales page here. It looks like it's been done by, I don't know, like an amateur.

I mean, it's not even, see, I mean, it's not even centered. It's just off to the sides. So no wonder this product didn't do well, right? So it's $20. What you can do, okay, is take a look at this sales letter.

Let's say if you were into this niche, all right? I would take a look at this sales letter and I would read it, okay? And see if it's interesting. See if it gets your attention. See, somebody definitely created this without taking the time to make the page look nice.

You know what I mean? But hey, they got a product. And you know what? The product might be awesome, all right? The product might have a lot of value in it.

So what I can do is I'm going to go through this. I'm going to contact this site owner, all right? I'm going to contact them and I'm going to say, hey, you got this product on ClickBank, all right? Looks like it's got a gravity of zero, blah, blah, blah. I wanted to offer you a deal, okay?

And again, you only do this after you make a decision that you wanted to get the product based on the sales copy, okay? Now, what you can also do is, you can contact the product owner and just talk to them about what the product is actually about, right? And see if it would be a good fit for your niche, for what you want to do. And in this case, you would give this away as a lead magnet, okay? Now, sometimes you can get this product, okay, for literally a couple hundred bucks.

Okay? And it's a product that somebody has already created and it just flopped. And so they kind of lost interest, they lost motivation already. And it just kind of sits and does nothing for them anyways. So in many cases, you can contact these guys and you can get their product that's already created, right, that they wanted to sell, and you can just buy a resale right to that, you can buy resale rights to that.

Private resale rights is what you need, okay, so that you can claim it as your own. You can change the product. You can put a different cover on it. You can put a different label on it, whatever.

You can do whatever you want with the product. All of a sudden, you have an already created product that you can just get for a couple hundred bucks. You can use that as your lead magnet and a lot of times, it's going to pay off in multiples for you. Does that make sense? Same thing here.

See, there's a bunch of them. See, any category you go to, let's go back here. Any category you go to on ClickBank, we can go to eBusiness here for example, 1,457 products here. Again, we can sort by gravity, low to high, 100K affiliate. Look at that.

Look at all these NAs, NAs, NAs. All of these products didn't do well as far as sales, but hey, they might be awesome products. That's another idea for you, where you can actually go to get yourself that lead magnet.

So basically what this person is asking is, hey, I created a landing page using Easy Landing Page Pro and I want to create a bridge page, a thank you page with my video on it, and I want to redirect it. So let me show you guys how this is done. So this is Easy Landing Page Pro and let me just go to my pages here, and these are just examples so don't bother going there because these are just for example purposes.

So you created your landing page, it's great. When you go here, you scroll down, see it says thank you pages. So you click on thank you pages and what you want to do in this example, or in this case, is, if you want to do a video of yourself, you just want to say, hey, my name is Barbara.

So the headline is what's going to show. So when we go and click on preview, see this is how your page is going to look like, but there is no headline. We can actually include a headline in here by just entering your headline. It says "your headline."

See what I can do is I can put, I'll just put "your headline goes here." Boom, so now check it out. I'm going to click on preview. Boom, all right, there's my headline. So you can say whatever you want to say here.

You can say thank you. You can say hey, check this out, or whatever. Again, I don't know what you're selling. I don't know what your message is, so you're going to figure that out. You can actually put a sub-headline, something that's going to show up underneath it, just like that.

And then here is where you embed your video. So if you've got a YouTube video, if you've got a video that's hosted somewhere else, this is where you would actually paste that code and the video is going to show up right over here. Now next, you have your button text right here. See this is a button but there is no text on it. So what I can do is I can say, continue, bam, bam, all right.

And then I'm going to click on preview, boom. See that? All right. Now when they click on this button, where do they go?

Where do they get redirected to? So this can be your opportunity. This can be your sales video. This can be whatever you want them to go to, okay. So let's just say we want them to go to Google, all right.

Again, I just wanted to keep it very generic and I don't want to promote any one specific company here because you can apply this to anything, right. So we're going to put Google here. And by the way, see this, your conversion code? This is where you can put your tracking pixels here.

You can put your conversion pixels here. You can put whatever kind of pixels you want to put and scripts on this page, you will just enter those codes in here, in this box, okay. And then we'll click on preview, right. We'll click on save. Make sure that we save this, okay.

So then what happens is we go to my pages here, all right. And this is the page I was just messing with, all right. Now here is your actual, what is it? This is the page I was just messing with, all right. Now here is your actual page.

Okay. So in my example, this is just a test, so there's not much on it. But if this was your landing page, when people opt in, all right, see, this second URL right here is your thank you page. So you're going to enter this in your — check this out, guys, some of you need to understand this, okay.

Some of you guys are asking, where do I place my thank you page URL? Well, you're going to put this in your web form, okay, in your autoresponder web form. Okay. As a thank you page, as a custom thank you page. So it actually gives you a URL here, okay.

And when we open this URL, okay, that's your thank you page. Obviously, I didn't embed any video here, so I don't have any video. But if you would embed a video, your video would show up here and it would automatically play however you set it to. And then you would say, take 20 seconds, just say, hey, my name is, you know, my name is Vic.

So now, that URL can be whatever site you want them to go to, all right. Easy enough? That was easy, right. All right, moving on.

Next question. All right, let me erase these, because there's quite a few.

But as soon as you possibly can, just like that baby, right — I mean, I have a daughter that's six months old right now, right, and I have five children now, right. So I'm kind of watching my kids, and children, right, they want to walk as soon as possible.

As soon as they possibly can, all right. Now some kids are a little bit lazier than others, but it's like they're programmed, right, to want to run. They want to walk as soon as they possibly can, okay. In your business, sometimes using somebody else's system is nice, but start thinking about, as soon as possible, okay, what can you do right now without a system that would allow you to position yourself as an expert, as somebody who is worth listening to and paying attention to in the marketplace?

Guys, when I was getting started in this industry, it was 2005, and I started with a company I was promoting as an affiliate, right, it was a direct sales company, and I was relying on a system. I was doing what everybody else was doing in the company, which was promoting the company's system, okay, everywhere. Guess what my results were? Zero, okay. If you're promoting a company's system, if you're struggling, right.

Think about it logically. If there's thousands of people promoting the exact same thing, it becomes whether you get lucky or not for you to get results. It's just how it is, folks. I know some of you guys don't want to listen to this, some of you guys are like, oh man, tell me what I want to hear. I'm going to tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear, okay.

But as soon as they opted in to your landing page, they're going to be like, oh man, I'm going to be a leader.

What I'm telling you is to decide, you know, to do what you need to do to learn.

Learn what you need to learn so that you can pass it on to your subscribers. Does that make sense? Guys, this is how I broke through in my first 90 days, became from being nobody, literally being nobody, to becoming number one income earner in that particular company in 2005. I think it was 2006 by the time I got this because I was failing for the first 10 months, not knowing what I was doing, okay. But literally 90 days is all it took for me to become the number one income earner in that company, okay.

And guess what? The same formula. And once I started to make money, right, then I had enough cash flow, and I don't understand anything about systems so I never ever relied on a system. I never used somebody else's system, right. I did what I needed to do.

You said, Vic, how did you create a landing page? We did not have the tools that we have right now, right. I just went and I hired somebody, a new answer, and they created a landing page for me for a couple hundred bucks, okay. That's it. But where your magic is going to be, folks, is in your connection with your subscriber, okay.

That's it. If you can connect with your subscriber at the level to where, you know what, they feel like they resonated with you, okay, it's over. You got it. Does that make sense? So again, guys, don't rely on any system and you don't have to, you know, you don't have to wait for somebody to give you the system in order for you to be successful.

Okay.

So, this is a Megaphone question. I would suggest emailing Megaphone. Contact their support. Okay.

Guys, that's the best I can tell you. Some of them landing pages will allow you to put a code in them.

I have some that are getting a lot of impressions — five impressions but not many conversions — compared to the ones that get a lot less impressions but around the same amount of conversions. Also, would you consider keeping the ones with a lot of impressions so you can implement the retargeting strategy? Okay.

Here's my answer to that. So when it comes to PPV, if I have two keyword URLs, okay, this keyword URL right here got 5,000 impressions and it's got 100 conversions, clicks, okay? And this keyword URL right over here, this guy's got 200 impressions, okay? And he's got 100 views or 100 clicks, okay? I'm going to keep this guy.

I'm going to get rid of this guy. Make sense? Why? Because this guy is costing me a lot more money than this guy, okay? I don't want a ton of impressions if they're not converting, okay?

So if you have a campaign and you've got keyword URLs that are getting thousands and thousands of impressions but very low conversions, okay, and you've got some URLs that get not as many impressions but higher conversions, or about the same conversions as the big impression ones, get rid of the ones that have a lot of impressions, because you're paying per impression, okay? And any time you're paying per impression, you're giving them money. So why would you give them money for a ton of impressions and low conversions? I would rather give them money for stuff that actually converts higher, make sense?

So hopefully that answers your question. That same thing goes for your retargeting strategy, because if the keyword URL is getting a ton of impressions and not very many conversions, it's probably not very retargetable. So in that case, I would remove it, and in that case, it would be useless for my retargeting anyways, okay? All right, could we go over a few good pre-framing questions to ask in a survey for new leads? All right, a few pre-framing questions.

Let me see if I can give you guys some examples here, okay? Let me pull up my slides. Okay.

Okay, the reason for that is basically, and what I said in my email for this is something like, hey guys, I'm thinking about doing a lot of, giving away a lot of free trainings, don't really know what you're interested in, if you can help me help you, all right?

Okay. So basically, just tell me what you need, what's your number one, what's your biggest challenge, or something to that effect. So basically, it's just about, hey, I just want to do something cool for my subscribers, let me know what you need help with, kind of thing, you know? And my question is, first one is, how long have you been making money online for? Right?

And as we can see, 46% said zero to six months. This gives me a little bit of an idea of the kind of people I have on my list that answered this particular survey, okay? And of course, this is just a small portion of the funnel, okay, that I'm sending this to. So next question is this.

How much money are you currently earning on the internet, online? Okay. Again, this gives me an idea of what people are at, okay? So if you can put them together, that's pretty crazy.

Now, check this out. All those people are claiming, hey, I'm getting rich on the internet, right? So what it tells you is, it gives you perspective, okay? It gives you some data that you can use in your marketing, okay? Now when you're talking to your subscribers and you do a webinar, you do a hangout or something, right?

You can have real statistics that you can back up your claims with, okay? You can position this in your favor and you can say, you know what? There's a bunch of gurus out there saying that they're making all this money. They can lead you to the promised land, whatever, blah, blah, blah. Don't listen to everything you're seeing or hearing on the internet.

Here's why, okay? Anonymous survey says that, right? And of course, you can actually load it up in your autoresponder so this goes out automatically, right? And as people enter your funnel, they get this email with your survey, so these are constantly fresh, this is fresh data for you all the time, okay? But again, this gives me an opportunity to see what my subscribers, okay, are at, or what level they're at, and also something I can use in my marketing, okay?

Now what is your actual monthly income goal? Now then we turn tables here and we start talking about, hey, where do you want to be, right? I know we all want to make a gazillion dollars per second but, you know, where do you realistically want to be? Realistically, where do you want to be at, okay? Okay?

Using this magic trick or this piece of software you just put on your website, and somehow automatically it sucks visitors and deposits money in your bank account — that kind of marketing wouldn't work for this particular crowd, okay, because they're not looking for that kind of stuff, okay? Next question, what's stopping you from reaching your income goal? Again, all of these questions are designed to pre-frame them and to put yourself a step closer to that prospect. Okay? Because you're there to help them, you want to get to know a little bit more about their situation, okay?

What's stopping you from reaching your goal? Again, give them some options, okay? Give them some answers that you can fulfill on if they pick it, okay? So for example, in my case, I said, I don't know how to convert leads into customers, okay, 54%. I don't know how to drive traffic to my site, 46%.

Okay? Knowing this, guess what? Now, what you would need to do is study these topics like crazy, all right, and then do a free training for your list, and guess what? They will love you because that's what they're looking for.

They just told you. You see what I'm saying here, all right? These can be your lead magnets. This is something you can go out there and crush. Okay?

Crush it with. And if you take the time to become really, really knowledgeable on these two topics, you've got 54 and 46, you've got over 90% of people who are looking for this type of stuff, okay? Do you see where I'm coming from, folks? Okay? Marketing becomes easy.

Lead magnet becomes easy. Getting yourself to that expert level becomes easy. Selling people stuff becomes easy because you know what they want and you're delivering it. Less than 1% of online marketers are actually doing this, folks. Okay?

This is really, really useful information for you. Okay? Again, information overload. Why do I keep telling you to just relax and don't overstress? Don't overcomplicate a simple thing because everybody else in the industry wants to overcomplicate a simple thing.

Okay? They're giving people information overload. Right? They're getting bombarded with information. So, knowing this, 45% of people are saying, hey, I'm getting bombarded with conflicting information.

I get confused. If you keep your stuff simple enough to where people understand, right, they will follow your stuff. They will come back to your stuff because you're one of the very few people out there who are keeping things simple. Okay? If you could learn one thing that you believe would take your business to the next level, what would it be?

Okay? Again, a different, kind of similar question with a different topic. Okay? There's a different angle to it. Right?

Again, conversions and traffic generation. Okay? And then I just threw this in here. Okay? Okay?

So, between these three, we've got 64%, you know, 85 plus percent of people right here telling me that they want these things and, you know, so you help them with that, and then, I mean, I'm telling you, when it's time for you to sell or offer something for sale, they'll buy from you. Okay? If you knew you couldn't fail, realistically, how much money could you invest in doing business on the internet? Okay? Again, I just want to get to know what they're willing to invest.

All right? $100 to $1,000. This will give you an idea of how to price your products, what kind of products to promote and what price range and things like that. Right? So we've got 22% willing to invest up to $5,000.

Okay? 20%, 10,000 plus, whatever it takes. Okay? Now, what type of training would you prefer? All of these are just kind of useful for me.

And again, I just took you behind the curtain for my personal part of my business, because this is a segment of a list building process that I implement. Right? This is actually live.

It's getting updated every single day. And 99.27% of people are saying, hey, I'm absolutely ready to do whatever it takes. Now when they made that commitment, next time when they're getting an email from me, do you think they'll open it? Okay?

Do you see why I'm getting, you know, 60–70% email open rates, sometimes even higher? Right? It's because I put myself on their side of the table as much as possible. And this is something you can do. This is something I was doing in the very beginning when I did not know anything about marketing.

I was just learning. I was like a sponge. Right? And I was applying what I was learning. I was getting results.

And I was sharing what was working for me personally with my list. Okay folks? So that is that. Now I wish I could see you all so I can see some comments. How many people, how many people we got on, Paul?

If you can tell me real quick. Okay. We're going to move on. Next question here. Okay.

I started using Bing PPC and got almost 4,000 impressions, 62 clicks, two clicks and six leads, and spent 15 bucks. Do you think I need to add more keywords or maybe tweak more of my landing page?

I would say definitely tweak your landing page. Okay? The reason for that is because, let's do some math together. You got six leads, and, oh, first of all, you spent 15 bucks, and you got 62 clicks.

15 divided by 62, that's 24 cents per click. That's really good. All right? That's 24 cents per visitor per click. That's really good.

What you need to do is add more URLs, okay, get it more targeted, and also work on your landing page. Because six leads divided by 62, you're at 9.6% opt-in rate, okay? Which is low. So if you can bump that up, if you can double your conversion rate, okay, you'll be in good shape.

If you can triple your conversion rate, you'll be in really good shape, okay? So yeah. Okay. Hi Vic. How would you say I could apply this ITF content to non-affiliate companies, using the trafficking strategies for businesses outside of the landing page focus?

First of all, the landing page strategy should be applied in every business. Okay? Offline or online. Chiropractics, surgeons, doctors, dentists, I believe everybody should be put through a landing page before they enter into the corporate site, okay? So these strategies — I guarantee you, go to an outside, like an offline business place, and you talk to an owner and you explain to them the strategy of list building, right?

And the ideas of creating their own business, okay, follow-up systems, and being able to follow up with their visitors and building a list and communicating, right? They will look at you with eyes like this big, okay? And they'll think you're the greatest expert in the world because they don't understand this kind of stuff, okay?

So this is definitely applicable to businesses offline. All right. Good day to Dave and Vic, sir. I want to know how to master mindset, all right?

As I'm already going through many, many financial and personal problems, how do I tackle the stuff going through between my ears? Okay, here's what I would suggest you do, my friend, whoever submitted this question. How do you tackle this mindset stuff? Pick up a book called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, okay, by T. Harv Eker.

I recommend that guy. That was the very first book ever in the space of self-help that I ever read. And it's a great book. It's a great book. It's a great book.

And that shifted my mindset tremendously.

Okay. So what I suggest you do, my friend, is, if you don't understand anything about what a thank you page is or anything, go to Capture Mastery, part of this course, and watch those videos. Okay? A thank you page can be as simple as, when they opt into your landing page, just redirect them to a company sales page.

That can be your thank you page. Okay? So whatever, where do they go to after they opted in? Okay? Okay.

Hi, Vic. My biggest question from the beginning is I want to launch a few landing pages to promote an offer and put them in a rotator to track the results. I need to place tracking pixels, conversion codes, on the thank you page of the offer. This is not yet possible. So I want to make my own page and redirect people to the sales page.

Then I can also place conversion codes to explore. Let's see what the question is. Okay, so this person is asking, how do you, okay, so for thank you page conversion codes, okay, if you're promoting somebody's offer, okay, and you cannot put a conversion pixel on that thank you page — let me show you this, guys, okay, let me show you this right here — that can actually be an easy solution for you. If you want to track it, I want to show you this.

Okay, so you see this? So this is Easy Landing Page Pro, okay? You go to a thank you page, and you can create yourself a thank you page, okay? You don't even have to do a video. You can do this one here, for example, right?

Let's click on preview, okay? And this thank you page, you can just put your picture on it if you want, okay? You can just put your headline here. See? And you can say, hey, thank you.

You will be redirected in five seconds, and literally, see this little spinning thingy right here? In like five seconds, they will be automatically redirected to wherever you want them to be redirected to, okay? And then on this thank you page, you can actually put your conversion codes in here, okay? So that way you can track it, you can do that for retargeting if you wanted to. You can do that for whatever you wanted to.

You can still track it. And then they'll just get redirected in like five seconds to the company page on which you cannot put any tracking codes. Make sense? So this can be a way around it. Next question.

All right. Hi, I want to know more about follow-ups. When the new subscriber comes in, how many emails should I send? After a sequence of follow-up, what time should we send out other emails? Okay.

So how often you should email your prospects is really going to be up to you, okay, depending on your style. I know there are people in this industry who will tell you that you need to email them 20 times a day, all right? There's somebody, you know, you guys know what I'm talking about, okay, or who I'm talking about. There are some people who have great success emailing their list 50 times a day, okay?

Personally that doesn't work for me, okay? And I refuse to do that, okay? Why? Because I think it gets people confused. Okay.

They get accustomed and they become blind to your email. They become blind to your name. They see your name so much, 20 times in their email box every single day, and you have to deliver exceptional information, just really, really, really good stuff for you to keep your open rates high. Otherwise, your open rates are going to be in the single digits, all right, which would suck. I would just say, experiment, depending on your style, depending on what kind of stuff you send to your list.

For me personally, I don't email my list a lot, but when I do email them, it's something really good, you know? So if you can engineer in your marketing, in your follow-up, so that your prospects are eager to get your next message, okay? So that, literally, when they see your name in their inbox, that's the first email they're going to open, okay? How can you do that? Ask yourself.

How can I engineer that in my marketing? How would you like somebody else to market to you, so that you would be eager to get that person's next piece to come out? Does that make sense? Think about that from a strategic point of view, all right, and see how you can implement it in your business.

And then just give it a try, right? The whole idea behind that is you want to get your email open rates as high as possible while delivering good value over a long period of time. Does that make sense? You want your open rates to be high over a long period of time, all right? As far as what time to email, I found for myself from just testing different things, if I send out an email early in the morning at around 7 o'clock Eastern Time, in the morning.

That seems to be the best time for me personally to send out an email, okay? Again, depending on what industry you're in, what you're doing, that might be different for you, okay, all right. Thank you for your time and dedication. My question is, how do you organize time to get things done?

Here is what I do. It's a matter of priorities. Okay. As far as organizing your time to get things done, I am not an expert in that field, okay, but what I can tell you is this: know what your priorities are, okay.

I do the 20% that gets me 80% of the results, okay. There is the 80-20, or the 2-98, right. Do the 2% that gets you the 98% of the results, okay. Do the 5% that gets me the 96% of the results, okay.

Maybe depending on your revenue, what you should always be asking yourself, okay. Who else is asking in that case? Me. Me.

Being busy instead of being productive, being busy and checking Facebook 52 times a day, or every two minutes — people think that they're working but they're not. I mean, the stuff that you do, 98% of the time throughout your day, ask yourself: is the stuff that you're doing your income-producing activity? Will that make you money? If that's your goal, right, will that get you closer to your destination, to your goal? I guess that's a better question. If the answer is no, just stop doing it, cut it out. I mean, I think when it comes to time management, just like with anything, I think it's going to be a matter of self-control. Can you control yourself?

Now, I'm not a perfect example. I'm not somebody who's going to tell you how to do time management, because, you know, a lot of times entrepreneurs, we have this thing called ADD, right? We have this thing where I know for myself, I'll be straight up, sometimes I get so many ideas going through my head, right, and sometimes I get so many things I want to accomplish, and it's like, this is a great idea, this would be an awesome thing for my team, this would be an awesome thing, and there's so much stuff that we want to accomplish, right, and sometimes we would start multiple things, multiple tasks. And I'm guilty of this thing myself, many times. But a lot of times, what I do is I just stop, step away from what I'm doing completely, and ask myself, what are the 2%, what's the 2% of stuff that I need to focus on, that will get me the 98% result, okay, for my ultimate outcome, for whatever I want to achieve, and just focus on that, get that done. Okay. As far as time management, I just do it. You don't really manage time, you just manage what you do during the time that you have. That's, I guess, the best answer I can give you.

And if you're only working on your business for one to two hours because of other work commitments, would you recommend paid traffic over trying to get free traffic? Yes, if you can afford it. There is no such thing as free traffic, folks, just understand that. There's no such thing as getting free traffic. You pay for it with time or money. Let me tell you, the internet is driven by marketing, by paid marketing, I should say. Google exists because a guy like myself and a whole lot of marketers — Facebook exists because of marketers. We give money to Google, Facebook, all these other sites, that's what drives it. You just have to understand that, okay, there is no such thing as free marketing or free traffic. It doesn't exist. You pay for it with your time or with your money. If you've got more time than money, do free marketing, okay: build communities, go social, do YouTube, you know, you can do surf clicks and build credits and all that kind of stuff. If you don't have a lot of time but you have more money, of course, do paid marketing, okay? Simple as that. It's faster and everybody will love you.

When is ITF going to become available to sell? I have no idea. Next question. I just heard from another internet marketer that putting numbers in a headline, such as "3 secrets," "7 tips," increases conversions. What are your thoughts on this? My thoughts are, I think yes, that can actually increase your conversions. I'm a big fan of testing, split testing stuff, so everything can work. When you split-tested, Vic, in the Capture Mastery module you had an opt-in rate of more than 60% without adding an image of yourself for branding purposes. Can you still get a very high open rate without adding a picture of yourself? Yes, a lot of my landing pages are blind, in other words, people have no idea who's behind that landing page. They don't see my picture, they don't see my face on the opt-in, and then they either get to a page where I introduce myself, or I just introduce myself in the email follow-up. Okay, so yes, there's still a way for you to engineer a really high email open rate even though your picture is not on your wrapper.

All right, apart from cost and time benefits which I'm aware of, can you comment on the advantage of traffic amplifier retargeting versus targeting, module 3, lesson 24? Okay, so I believe module 3 was about agencies, okay. Here's my take on traffic amplifier stuff, guys: traffic amplifier is something that I would include on every single landing page you're promoting, okay. It's not particular to any one single traffic generation strategy, it goes with your landing page, with what you're promoting, essentially. So if you have a landing page and you're promoting this landing page with PPC, PPV traffic, agencies, emails, and a whole slew of different sources, right, well, you put your retargeting script on your landing page, so it doesn't matter where you're promoting that landing page from, as soon as people hit it, you'll be retargeting them, you'll be following them around on the internet. So I include that if you're going to do the traffic amplifier method, you want to put that on your landing page you're promoting, up in every traffic source, okay.

In order to figure out which keywords are the best on a CPV campaign, do you want to be in the top spot at the beginning for each keyword so you can make sure each one has a good chance at impressions, so you can do a fair evaluation? Some keywords have current bid prices between thirty cents for the top spot. If you're going to do a CPV campaign — that's or PPV, same thing, right, pay-per-view, penny traffic module — I don't always go for number one position. You don't have to. I wouldn't spend thirty cents per impression. I would never spend thirty cents per impression to take the number one spot. I would rather be in the number eight spot and spend two cents instead of being in the number one spot and spending thirty cents. It doesn't matter, okay, because you're only paying for impressions, so why would you pay thirty cents if you can pay two cents? Who cares if you're in spot number eight? It doesn't matter, okay.

All right, so, folks, I hope that this stuff has been a little bit beneficial. What I want to do right now — I know we're going into overtime here — I want to talk about the five big ideas I want to give you guys, just sharing with you, okay, because I think we're going to have one more call next week, okay, and that will be our final call. So again, I wanted to share this with you guys because I think it will be beneficial for you to know, okay. If you want to take notes, take notes, but I just felt like at least I'm pointing these out for you, okay. Hopefully this stuff will serve you — I mean, everything that I do, my goal is to give you guys stuff that can really help your business, take your business, grow your business, take your business to another level, really help you in life in general. And these are some of the things that I found to be really useful for myself over the years as I'm building my business, and I hope this stuff serves you.

All right, so, five big ideas that allowed me to create a really abnormal business and lifestyle, okay. Idea number one, guys, is self-help. Self-help.com, okay. Now, we've been hearing about this a lot, right, I'm sure you have been hearing about this a lot, self-help. What is it? The fact that your income will go to the extent that you do. And I can tell you, if it wasn't for me discovering this idea that there is a way for you to improve your situation by improving yourself first, okay, I don't think I would have the business that I have right now. I don't think I would be able to do the things that I can do right now if I wasn't introduced to the self-help area. Here's a thing when it comes to self-help: basically, here's the bottom line, this is not anything new age. Basically here's what it comes down to, okay: if you want to grow your business, if you want to build your business, if you want to be a great marketer, right, bottom line is this, you've got to indulge in self-help, and that means that you've got to be the best version of you every single day, guys. That's it, okay, right there, okay. Be the best version of you every single day. I'm talking about mentally, I'm talking about emotionally, okay, I'm talking about physically, okay. A lot of times, how many times do we build the business — and I've been guilty of this myself, right — and sometimes we would work 17 hours a day and we don't take care of ourselves a lot, right, even physically, right. But you see, if you do that for a long period of time, you don't have energy, right, you get tired, you get frustrated easy, and it's because you're not taking care of yourself, because your business is a direct reflection of you. If your business is not doing well, it's not the company most of the time, it's not the system most of the time, it's you, all right.

So the self-help idea, I think, is the number one thing that every entrepreneur needs to understand, and so many people in our industry, they just take it for granted. Be the person others would like to be. And this is actually easy because if you look at the industry in general, right, and even going back to the statistics that I showed a few minutes earlier, there is literally like 90% or 80 plus percent of people making less than a hundred dollars a month, and whatever the percentage was for people being frustrated and kind of confused with information, getting information overload. There is a lot of people in this industry, and I'm sure this is going to be true for pretty much every other industry that's out there, okay, every other niche: there is a lot of people, the majority of people, they just depend on somebody to help them do something, okay. And when they look at somebody like yourself, okay, when you say, you know what, I'm going to be sharp, I'm going to keep my skills up to date, right, I'm going to be mentally fit, I'm going to be emotionally fit, I'm going to be physically fit, right, the people in your niche, okay, they will look at you and they can't help but want to be like you. And when people look at you and they want to be like you, okay, they feel connected to you. So do you think that will help you with conversions? Absolutely, okay. All the stuff ties in together.

What I would suggest you do is what I call W.A.M. at least once a month, okay, W.A.M., and that stands for Wisdom Accumulation Mode, okay. Wisdom accumulation. What I do, at least once a month, is I will take a day, okay, and I will do nothing, absolutely nothing, but just saturate my mind with information, okay. That in addition to reading every single day, that in addition to listening to tapes in your downtime, right, when you're driving, when you're doing something where your mind is just not working, right. Once a month I'll go into this wisdom accumulation mode, is what I call it, right, to where I just take a topic and I just spend a whole day just studying, just listening, learning, taking notes, all that stuff, right, and do that once a month. You'll be amazed at what can happen for you over the next 90 to 180 days.

Being resourceful means that, you know what, you are just going to refuse to accept no for an answer. You just refuse to accept "it can't be done" or "it's impossible" or "I have to wait for somebody else."

A lot of people say, well, I can't succeed because of this circumstance, and I can't succeed because of this person, and this person promised me this, and all of a sudden, I didn't get what I thought I would get. People are not being resourceful. People are playing this victim role in their life. Man, being resourceful means that, you know what, you will decide that, you know what?

I'm not going to depend on nobody. Guys, listen. There is no lack of information right now. No lack of information. You can get an answer to any question you have.

There is not a single question in the world that you cannot get an answer to right now, today. With YouTube, with Google, with all the wealth of information and resources we have available for us, what most people are not willing to do is they are not willing to get off their butt and go to a computer and say, okay, I have this issue I need to get an answer to, this thing right here, so I am going to find an answer and I'm going to be resourceful. Important in your business.

Now, when you do that, you will naturally put yourself a step above the rest of your competition, okay, because your competition are not there, your competition is dependent, they're dependent on somebody, they're blaming the system, they're blaming somebody else for their lack of success, okay. Also, there is one thing I can tell you: the worst thing you can do for your business is to depend on some sort of a system, or a particular traffic source, or somebody, to help you become successful, okay. Depend on nobody.

Idea number three, let's kind of fly through this real quick: decision to not be typical, okay guys. And this is actually pretty simple if you just do ideas one and two, okay. If you focus on improving yourself, and if you say to yourself, you know what, even if I don't know something, I'm going to find an answer, I'm going to do it myself, right, I'm not going to depend on anybody, okay — you being resourceful alone will put you head and shoulders way above your competition, okay, and typical people are not willing to do that, okay. Decision to not be typical means that, you know what, you've got to decide, I'm going to do what typical people are not willing to do. If you look at the world in general, right, typical people, what do they do, okay? Well, they take the easy route, and if you do what's easy, life is going to be hard, right. Somebody wise once said that: if you do what's hard, or what other people are not willing to do, life will be easier, a lot easier, okay. All I'm saying is, if you implement — we talked about this in other trainings — you implement what I call a 30-30-30 strategy. That means you're going to read for 30 minutes a day, you're going to listen to an audio, inspirational, something that will stretch your vision, something that will fuel your fire so to speak, for 30 minutes a day at least. You're going to do that for 30 days.

Just do that and I promise you, if you stick to it, 30 days later, you will be looking at your business, at life, in a totally different way. Idea number four: just do stuff. Again, guys, I'm not just sharing this with you because I think it looks cool or sounds cool or whatever. I'm sharing this with you because this is the stuff that helped me personally.

Doing stuff, I'm talking about figuring out what is that 2% that will get you the 98% of the results. What's the 2% of stuff that you need to focus on, to do every single day, and that can be done in a couple of hours. If you only have two hours to work, you can do it every day. Are you going to spend those two hours surfing Facebook, reading about all the drama that everybody else has going on in their life, or are you going to take those two hours and laser focus your attention on doing the most important things that will take you a step closer to the end destination that you want to be at?

Doing stuff basically means that you focus on the stuff that really makes a difference in your business. Number five, folks, is this: expect to win. Expect greatness in your business. You've got to build your business with a sense of expectation that what you do is going to be grand. It's going to be big because you can do big things, friend.

All it takes is a decision on your part to say, I will master this. I will master this. I will do it and not be typical, I will do what typical people are not willing to do so that I can have what typical people don't have, and you can do that by just simplifying everything. Keep it very simple. Work on yourself. Study your niche topic. What are the three things you really need to study if you're an internet marketer, if you're building businesses on the internet, if you're teaching people how to do that? Number one is you, okay, of course. Number two might be traffic generation. Number three is cultivating your list, right, building relationships with your list. That can be, you accumulate the knowledge, you email your list, split test your subheadlines, maybe do a teleconference once a week or something like that, right. Somebody told me the other week that they did their first Google Hangout and it did not go as well as they'd planned it to go, or whatever, right. And I say, look, if you're only going to have like four people show up on your live event, it might not be a good idea to do a Google Hangout with just four people listening in, especially if you're showing how many live audience you have online. It might be a better idea for you to do a teleconference, go to freeconferencecall.com and set up yourself a free conference call line, because people don't know how many other people are listening online, so it makes sense, and you can have two people listening to you in the very beginning when you're building your business, but you know what, those two people can turn into two hundred, and then two thousand, and then five thousand or more, okay. And then you can do live events and you can do Google Hangouts, and that's how you become great, folks, okay. That's how you become great.

Let me go back here for a sec. Making money on the internet, or building a business online, is something I believe that every person can do, okay, everybody can, but 80% of it is going to depend on you, okay. Guys, I appreciate you. I look forward to seeing you here next week. Hopefully all this stuff has been beneficial. I have no idea if there are people commenting because I cannot log into the Empower Network back office. If you're watching this recorded, you know, there's a lot of training that's available for you, go through it, take the time to become great, okay. Learn this: depend on nobody, depend on yourself. You want to have the knowledge, you want to build your business on a solid foundation, you want to build your business on a foundational stone, right, not the foundation of sand or anything like that. You don't want to put your business, it's a huge risk which I think we all have to take. You want to have full control of your business as soon as humanly possible, just like that baby — when he's growing up, he wants to start walking as soon as possible. Same thing for your business, okay. You want to stand on your own two feet as soon as you possibly can. When you have the knowledge of how to do whatever it is you envisioned to do, right, and you have this following that you've cultivated, you can do pretty much anything that you want to do.

Guys, I appreciate you. Look forward to seeing you next time. Bye.
