Are you guys ready for an amazing day? Wasn't wasn't yesterday amazing Yeah, like way over the top, right? We're gonna start with a little bit of singing give said the Commission stream So no, no, no, we're not gonna do that. So let's go ahead and go and get started We're gonna set intentions for the day if you've been around a couple of days, you've done this before so pull out something to write on and Think what is it that I want from today? What's the energy that I'm gonna bring to the room and What do I want to learn?
So if you guys want to pull out a piece of paper go ahead and write that down and then we'll need a couple of Mics here in a minute. I'd like to hear what your intentions are for the day Just so we can we can hear short form We're talking 30 seconds to a minute something brief something punchy so we can move into the content Sound good So who wants to share raise your hand if you got an intention for today that you haven't already stated on camera So I came I came in the first day I said that I was I was here searching for clarity So this is the fourth day. I had a lot of credit clarity But it's time to put it down in a actionable action plan. So this is my intention for today. Okay, awesome You have anybody else we take two more if there are two more My intention for the day is to break through any old feelings or energy that are lingering that I might be aware of or might not be aware of something that has been Brought up to the surface and I can completely dissolve and move forward so that we can move forward in our business and life and help As many people as possible Hi, Kim Sousa my intention for today is to remain on that my energy to remain on the positive side and keep it up so that I Can be open to another breakthrough and I really love the things that will has been sharing Like about the goal-setting and I know he already went through that but I would love to see like some more advanced Techniques on achieving our goals Okay.
Well, we're gonna dive right into some fun stuff yesterday in the morning I ended I think I ended with what I call the three levels of creation and a lot of people get stuck in level one Right, they just stay in the head Second level we start moving the energy through our mouth first in private and then out We start telling people about what we're doing and where we're going. Isn't that attractive? Have you ever seen somebody who'd from the heart is just sharing where they're going and what they're all accomplishing is like wow That guy or that gals going places, right? And then third thing we do is once we've got aligned Then we align through the heart and we send that energy out into the world through our hands or through our computers or through the Actions that we're taking and by taking aligned action we get things done So we're gonna go through and I'm gonna give you techniques now for the first couple of levels of Creation I'm gonna give you it like we've been doing I do weird that works everybody okay with weird that works All right. Good.
Yeah. All right weird that works that could be like a trademark I think right? So anyway, but for this first technique, this is a technique that it's really based in visualization. So if we're talking about Let me just draw this out here I'll give him hair here. Hang on.
Okay. All right What was that do we miss something? Okay, so Well, he's got like more hair than I do I'm just saying right less hair than some of you and more than me so if we're talking level one creation Right. We're really talking about above, you know above the body and even really kind of above the mouth we're creating with what we see and What we hear and then You know what? We what we download what we think right?
So we're dealing with we're dealing with things kind of up here and so this first technique is a technique that really works at level one and So I guess before we do this, it's really helpful if we have at least a value direction So like when I teach you about goals The first thing that I teach is that we need a compass before we need an action step And so when I say we need a compass, we need a general direction that we're heading now. I'm totally turned around I have no natural sense of where like anything is right? So like where's north anybody know? In the room up. Yeah, right on the map.
It's like always up, right? Wow, we got like people pointing in like sick, he looks very confident though, right? So I'm gonna go with this guy over here whether or not it's true. Okay, we're gonna go like that way, right? So if north is kind of in this general, it's this way Okay, we got a compass telling us More or less that way, okay So this I know the water is messing us up So if north is generally this way if I want to head north and I'm setting a goal.
I Need to know if I'm pointing south right, I Mean that's that's the first thing before I even look at an endpoint. I got to be pointed in the right direction So like if I'm in my business I want to be going north to you know Commission to commissions and to teams and to prosperity and I'm actually pointed the wrong direction. Wouldn't it be handy to know? Right. So now your direction doesn't have to be particularly clear Or it doesn't have to be like as clear as a goal Like a direction is just like I'm building a big team that could be your direction, right?
My direction could be I'm going diamond. My direction could be I'm I want a thousand people on my team My direction could be I want to make ten thousand dollars a month That just tells me if I'm generally on track or off track now Even when I have a direction if I'm heading north, the question is, you know, we're here in Florida. Like am I heading to Georgia? Am I heading to? Am I heading to like northern Florida?
Am I heading to? Canada right am I heading to Iceland, you know, I mean like where am I? Where am I going that's north and so that's the end point and Dave does a great job in Which product is that in now that he does that is it in the top producer formula? He does it certainly in the inner circle and he did it in the old 15k formula But where does he talk about like gold really goal-setting and getting really clear on your outcomes? Which are the products somebody help me?
15 K module 2 which is a 15 K is a bonus to Top producer, isn't that right? So if you don't team but team builder team building formula So if you don't have the team building formula Now would be a good time to buy it because that's just like I don't even want to try to go through that again Because like that was like a masterpiece wouldn't you guys agree? That was really well that huge round of applause for Dave So establish your direction and then establish your end point Again, where are you heading specifically and you want to be pretty specific about that? But once you've got a big destination, it's really handy to break that down into small steps. And the way I like to think is What am I going to accomplish?
Now that I'm pointing north now that I know where my end point is I'm heading to let's say I'm heading to New York City and I'm and this is generally north that I'm going It's like what is the very next thing that I accomplished by the end of today? specifically to move me towards New York So in NLP we call that chunking says we take something really big and we break it down into Itty bitty little step our point of maximum power is in the present moment Our point of maximum power is in the present moment And that means that if we're too far forward in the future, and I know you guys have seen this We may not actually get done what we need to do Right. It's like you can't play diamond until you've moved through the ranks You've got to actually like if I'm if I'm a brand new guy and I'm doing things that diamonds do I may not get to Diamond right? I've got to first recruit my first person today Or I've got a first recruit two people today or I've got to build up my team in a certain way So there's steps in between so the question is what do I do by the end of today before? The Sun goes down if you're like an early-to-bed guy like me right usually I've been like a little bit of a late-to-bed guy in the last couple days, but like if you're early-to-bed guy It's like what am I going to do before the Sun goes down or if you're a late-night person?
It's like what am I going to do before? You know tomorrow morning when most people wake up right you know or whatever it happens to be right? It's like what am I going to do before I stop? Producing today, and that's the that's the chunk. We want to focus in on Okay, once I've got that identified the very first thing that I do is I blast my energy up And then I work on visualization now There's a lot of different techniques for visualization But the visualization technique that I'm going to give you is really practical because it doesn't require really any special skill right like Literally my seven-year-old does this right and I've never seen anybody else teach this.
This is a pretty cool little process I've taught it now to about a hundred and fifty people and I started testing it on myself to see if it would work I wanted to find I like simple I like things that are really easy to do and So a lot of my clients would get lost in some of the more complicated Visualization techniques I'd give them because it's like wow it's like I have to develop the skill And how do I do it and do I need to buy a recording? Maybe I need to pay somebody to do it And so it's like no how do I how do we get rid of all that and just make it so that like? The brand new person who's never done any visualization has never really worked with their mind Can do it so that a kindergartner could do it right and this is the technique that I came up with I call it Like doodle visualization right first step make sure you're pointed in the right direction Second step look at your outcome look at where you're going. I'm going to New York. I'm going to $10,000 I'm going to diamond.
That's my end goal, but the reality is this is where I'm at today, and so my next step forward is What? Yeah, maybe lead capture yeah today. I'm going to capture how many leads you get a capture before the end of the day 25 so his would be captured 25 leads by the end of day actually let's get a microphone Let's get the microphone runners out, and I want to hear from like five of you. Let's give you like 30 seconds I want you to jot down and if you're at home same thing by the end of today now Bearing in mind that we're going to be here a lot of the day right so this is not like a BS thing And this is not like I want to look good This is like what you're actually going to accomplish by the end of today big or small okay? I want to hear from five of you.
What is that step and all is this a question or is this a comment? Okay, let's wait for the comments. Okay, and I get let's give everybody like 30 seconds just to like dial in What is my knowing where I'm going knowing where my true north is and knowing where my end point is? What do I got to accomplish by the end of today? What's the most important thing and when you got it go ahead and we want people raising their hand?
Okay, let's pass out mics and at home. I want you posting up and let's get you Let's get them here back in the room, so they're right here with us, okay? So you're right here with us leaders are looking at you And we want to know what are you going to accomplish by the end of today? No BS? What are you going to actually do right and let's hear from you who is first I?
Think in the back right so go ahead train the cameras on him cool. Yes. My name is Jaime Diaz I am by the end of the day. I'm going to be gold for the first time Now I Don't take the mic for him because I want to clarify To become gold. What are the action steps that you need to take today, okay?
Through all this weekend. I've been like taking action with my team and See well that they goes and they've been doing upgrades and the right way so today I got the person that I need and I think I'm gonna be called by the end of the day I when I got Here I was barely bronze, and then I went to silver and now I'm super close to be gold So is it a certain dollar amount you have to close? Yeah, what's the what can you tell me what the dollar amount is less than 2,000? So we want all in that I'm gonna get now. Yeah, I'm pretty much done with so it's less than $2,000 So to be clear yeah as when before we get the visualization We need to be pretty specific, and we're not way out there.
We're talking like end of the day right exactly It's less than 2,000. I want you to find out what the exact dollar amount is okay? And then I'm gonna ask you again here in like a minute. Is that all right? Yeah?
Yeah, okay? So literally he's gonna take this he's pointed He's pointed towards gold and we know what he's got to do by the end of the day Which is less than $2,000 is gonna give us the exact dollar amount here in a minute and then here in a minute We're gonna help them visualize That and that's all we're visualizing right point of maximum power is in the Present right okay cool. Thank you. Who's next? Right here all right when I came here my intention was to leave knowing how to have a hundred leads a day Okay, that was one of my intentions, so I came here with the purpose that I have two ears one mouth I'm gonna listen.
This is the perfect room for me to learn in so by the end of the day. I'm gonna have Pestered every leader in this room about something and I've already interviewed a bunch of them this morning Tracy yesterday I'm gonna leave here with a piece of everybody, so I'm gonna be a little bit of a Frankenstein by the time I leave today well Let's let's but let's be let's be really specific right because like everybody is pretty vague right and so I think when we're taking our steps We're breaking down a giant goal into a little intermediate outcome right a teeny tiny little one So how many people are you going to interview by the end of the day minimum? Let's do a minimum goal 15 okay, so we know what the gentleman's got to do now I don't know if we gave him a round of applause, but let's give these two guys round of applause All right, so I said I need 25 leads to get 25 leads. I've already got in my email so back chunking back I need Wi-Fi Tracy If you don't mind upline So I can use my computer right the people have already responded to me I just need to send them the link now so by and I've got about a hundred people inquiring and asking me questions So I just have to respond to them by responding to them I know that I'll at least catch 25 leads from that from those 25 leads. I'm pretty sure I'll get a sign-up in there, right Cool, so he's got a specific number, and he's got even a methodology So let's say I mean is that specific enough to be able to visualize yeah, okay?
And I want to hear from about three more of you and then we're going to we're going to run right into the exercise and at home we'll post up a couple read a couple of yours here and In just a minute, and we're going to and we're going to read a couple from the from the live stream audience as well By the end of the day I will record my first video for the new year and become diamonds and empower with my husband Okay, awesome And then we have a and we have become diamond And you know how are you guys far from requalifying for diamond? No, do you know what the dollar amount is yet? Okay Is less than two grand can you get a specific dollar amount for us? Okay, so we'll come back around to you if it takes you a minute. That's cool, but we'll we'll do that Yeah, okay, so the general direction is let's say diamond right and then the Endpoint is what I specifically want.
What's my specific outcome? Isn't that still the diamond maybe in this case it may be it may be still diamond right because that has a real Solid number qualification sometimes people want something like I want more family time well that be a direction But that's not really an end point right I might say well I need to go gold or whatever to be able to get more family time Right or I might need to build a stable team in this type of shape So we always want to chunk it down to specificity, but in her case I think her general direction and her end point are probably the same thing okay. Is that all right? Although her general direction may be somewhere beyond diamond right she may be shooting for something. Whatever is beyond that right go ahead I have create new bridge and welcome videos Okay, that's just a great might as well.
Do it. Well. We're up and for the great background And got like a fantastic background and stuff right so to create a bridge and welcome videos How many videos are we talking about two videos one bridge one welcome? Okay, and that's super measurable super specific. Okay, so first off.
Thank you Let's take one more I'm going to Make boss Michaels boss maker silver, but on the day today, and what's the dollar amount? About $1,000 about $1,000 can you get us a specific dollar amount? Yeah, the internet is I know the internet I think all the marble or whatever in this place just like Totally blowing my phone doesn't even work in half the rooms here. I mean like am I the only one right now, okay? It's like I'm like what the heck.
I feel like I'm in a bad commercial or something like that over here the wife Okay, awesome, okay big round of applause for him Okay He's got a dollar amount in the back Let's hear from him right and then those that I asked just find your dollar amount because that'll help you out through the exercise Then we'll read a couple of people up here. Go ahead. It's going to be a psyche $2,010 $2,010 and I'm gonna be gold yeah, and you are gold. Yes. Yes.
I am that's right. Okay good all right round of applause for him For being specific Okay, all right, well, let's go ahead and let's read a couple of the couple of the live stream folks. Let's see Something specific by the end of today. Oh whoa where to go by the end of today I'll have a new headline on my pre-sale page that better speaks to my prospects. That's Leah if I pronounce your name forgive me Leon car me and Sharon Christensen says I'm going to make one bridge video by the end of the day.
Okay, awesome Let's go in one more. My goal is to be consistent with my 21 day challenge and go boss Xena can you tell us a little bit more about what you got to do to be consistent? And can you tell us a little bit about what you what you lack yet to go boss? So tell us what that gap looks like that'd be awesome. We'll be watching over here, okay, and that's good So we just want to give you guys huge round of applause a huge round of applause for live stream audience You're right here in the room with us Okay, so this is this is the doodle visualization technique This is what we all did when we were like five years old anyway, right like in fact My seven-year-old was just drawing.
He's learning about fish in school, and then yeah just the other day He drew out like this awesome like this awesome thing with these fish And he's like swimming underwater like you know looking at the fish, and it's like super cool It's like he's imagining and as he's imagining. He's putting it down on paper. It's also a very kinesthetic way of Visualizing so what you're gonna. Do is you're gonna take your specific outcome, and you're going to doodle it now You don't have to doodle it the way. I'm gonna demonstrate.
I'm just gonna demonstrate a way that I might do it Right with one of the goals and Desmond. Can I use your goal? Is that all right? So it's 25 leads is that right 25 so I'm gonna go ahead and erase this here. There's a beautiful image.
Hopefully somebody like took a picture or something like that It's like artwork could go in like the Smithsonian or something like that all right, okay, so You don't have to do it my way But basically you want to start doodling on a piece of paper an image that represents what you're going to create by the end of the day it's active visualization and so In my case. I would probably do something do something like this okay, because I'm really good with stick figures Okay, now this is Desmond, all right? Now we can tell it's Desmond because he's like super happy and he's got hair, right, okay? That's how we know it's not me, right? Because if it was me, there'd be like, let's put a nose on him because we don't want to like, you know, fault him a nose.
Okay, so this is, this would be Desmond, right? And what I'm going to do here is I'm just going to draw like magnets because he's like a super magnetic guy, right? And he's like drawing these people to him right now, right? We're going to make like little awesome magnet things, right? And then I'm going to take other little stick figures that represent the people because remember, what is a lead?
It is a living, breathing human being with a heart and a soul, right? And so we're going to take these people and they are being like, whoa, like magnetically drawn, you know? Whoa, right? Wee! Right?
Sponsor me! Okay? And I'm actually going to draw, let's see, what have we got? One, two, three, four, five. Okay, so we've got a few more.
And we'll make them happy because we want happy prospects, right? We've got a weird nose up there. What's that? It's like a horn or something like that, right? Yay!
Well, there's a devil in every bunch. There's always a devil in every bunch, right? Okay. What was that? Okay, so Xena writes, every day I will blog.
Follow and listen to all the materials in my back office. It's not going to be a prosper and go for it. I will not let fear take over me. Okay, so Xena, does that mean that you'll blog by the end of today? Right?
Tell us. And when she puts up a post, I want to know like when your blog post is going live, right? Okay, so tell us a little bit about when that's going to happen. Okay, so we're going to keep on doodling here because I want you guys just to see an example of one. And tell me, somebody tell me when we get close to the number of stick figures we need, right?
Yay! Okay, we're going to draw these ones a little bit faster. These ones are all so happy. And if I was doodling on my piece of paper, I would probably draw everything. This one's going to be saying yay, because this one's going all in.
How many are we at? Another yay. This one's going to go all in like three months. Is this it? Okay.
And then I step back and for just a minute, I might close my eyes and I literally imagine just faces and people and hearts. And then I imagine them just kind of being drawn into me. Sometimes I'll see like a little cord of light snaking out into the world, finding the right person, attaching right into somebody's heart and drawing them right into me. Right? And that's the part that I do in my head.
But my paper helps me do the visualization in the head. So who thinks this is cool? Okay, super cool. So whether you're here or you're at home, let's take a minute and you do it in your way. You don't have to use my type of drawing.
You can use your own type of drawing. You want to make it meaningful and ultimately what really makes visualization powerful is what's happening like here. Right? It's like what's happening here and then energetically what's happening here. Right?
So even sometimes what I've imagined, I've drawn in, I've drawn like little connections like this into the heart. Right? But go ahead and just take a minute and go ahead and just allow yourself to do a little doodle visualization. Not about something you're doing long term, but something you're creating today. Something you're creating today, by the end of the day.
If you're at home, do the same thing. Okay, and let's check and see. Did Zena answer? Somebody? Yeah, I see that.
She got a blog up yesterday? Okay. I want to know what you're going to do today, Zena. Right? She wrote something.
She wrote something? If you did, if you could put it up again, I'll be watching. She said she started it yesterday and then she said I'll have it today. Okay, you'll have it done today? Okay, cool.
Will it be up today or will it be written today? Let me know, Zena. Okay. We're counting on you. Well, we are.
You've got big things in you. I'm going to do another three or four today. It will be up today. Done. Zena.
Brilliant. Now get to doodling. Glad you're here with us. You're done with your doodle. Look up, but take all the time you need.
Some of you go fast, some of you take a little bit longer. I generally do this once or twice a day. So yes, do I do this throughout the day or once a day? I generally do it twice a day. I haven't done it in a couple of days because I've been here.
I think as often as you need. I think what we're really doing is we're harnessing focus and intention and we're doing that by doing a little active visualization process. Now if you like a different visualization process, it's not a big deal. My wife really likes using vision boards. She'll put up four images on a vision board and she'll zero in on one and she'll vividly imagine that thing.
I think that works too. This is the way that I like to do it. And for those that have ADD and stand in front of a vision board and are thinking about their list or something like that or thinking about something else they need to do, this is a great way to keep engaged. Okay, is this good? So let's get a few of you that are wanting to share what you drew.
And let's go ahead and start over here. Let's get a mic. I don't know if you can see this. My intention is to help me move my business to the next growth phase of my business. And so I drew me on top with me Facebook connecting with another leader.
I drew a little crown on him. Can we get his drawing up on the screen up over here? And then I wanted to connect with the newest person who entered my organization and connect with them on Facebook. Okay, cool. And talk us through your drawing because it's a little hard to see.
Yeah, so basically I want to connect with people who are up and coming and the newest person who's, I guess I should have drew him green but he's blue, but that had like a sun. It's like, you know, it's good. You know, everything's good. Let me just show you what's possible. Okay, cool.
Yeah. Awesome. Huge round of applause for Lawrence here. Woo-hoo! Okay, we'll grab this.
Who else? Okay, right over here. And if you're home, what I want you to do is I want you to take a picture of it and post it on to the Facebook chat. Yeah, take a picture, post it on the Facebook chat. We'll look at a couple of them here in a minute.
Okay, Kimberly Skinner, not an artist. And so my doodle has me there with my arms outstretched because I really want to lock in this learning about overcoming the self-sabotage cycle. So there's some orchids down there in the bottom corner. And those five little weird looking things are actually books. So the video with the play button there at the top is I'm going to record five more interviews today for my little known book series.
I've been interviewing a couple of the leaders about what benefits they've gotten. So this is my way of, you know, fulfilling my intention to get myself more visible, more out from behind the scenes and into my business. Everyone's laughing because our monkey mojo just jumped on the cameraman. So that's always helpful. He didn't drop the camera though, which is like super impressive.
But that's it, Will. Okay, awesome. Yeah, not a little known monkey. Huge round of applause here. Okay, let's get the mic over here to Chan.
Thank you, thank you. All right, so I have a mentoring group that I put on Facebook that I basically mentor, use as a lead magnet to attract people into my business. And so I made an intention to attract five people total to get into my group today. And I took this and I actually screenshotted it and posted it on Facebook about this process. Okay, sweet.
So we've got five people in the mentoring group. Let's do one more, one more, and then we'll move on. Okay, right over here. Can you focus? Okay, let's see if we can get it here.
I'm going to see if I can see it. Start talking us through it. In the circle in the middle, we have Empower Network Company with a social care department. And in the other places, we have different countries from the world that need our help. And all the people together in the company are going to do humanitarian missions to help those people.
So that's my goal. Okay, awesome. Huge round of applause. Okay, so we've talked about what to do with the head. Now let's go into the ears.
There's an ancient saying that says that belief comes by hearing. Belief comes by hearing. And I believe this is true. I've noticed this. Let's just again get by a show of hands.
How many of you again go to an event where somebody else is just radiating a powerful belief and it's contagious? You start to believe it. Come on, raise your hands up. How many of you listen to an audio and by the time you're done listening to that inner circle audio, your belief in yourself is raised? Like every day, right?
And so the reality is that if you want to increase your belief in what's possible, if you want to increase your belief in yourself, if you want to increase your belief in your specific outcome, you've got to find a way to feed your ears. Right? Because it's through our ears that we activate belief. It's through our ears that we activate belief. Through our eyes, through our ears for sure.
Right? And so I've shown you how to feed your eyes. Right? Now let's feed the ears. One way to do it is to buy the inner circle and to listen to an audio every day.
It's the best way that I know in your industry to go ahead and to do that. The second thing that you can do is you can talk about what it is you want, which also activates the voice which moves us down into level two creation. Right? So we can activate our own belief by speaking what we want. Because when we speak, it's really a multi-sensory experience.
Right? We can feel it moving through the vocal cords. We can hear it. And we're also now projecting something out. Right?
We're projecting something out. And so when you speak, you can speak affirmations. Now I could teach for three days on affirmations. But we don't have three days. We've got a few minutes.
Maybe Dave's already down. I don't know. I didn't see him come down. But no, he's not. He's still up meditating.
So I could talk for a long time about meditation too, but about verbalization techniques or affirmation-based techniques. But I'm going to give you just a couple right now. One is that you can verbalize your outcome. You can verbalize your outcome. Right?
Another one is you can ask yourself, in order to get my outcome for today or even in order to get my outcome for the long term, what are the qualities that I'm going to, or what are the attributes that I'm going to have to demonstrate? Right? So, for example, if my goal or if my long-term outcome is to go diamond, what kind of character attributes am I going to have to develop as a person? Maybe it's leadership. Maybe it's consistency.
Maybe it's determination. Maybe it's focus. And that's an area where I can start to verbalize who I am and what I'm all about. Now, we can do that through something like a King speech, but we can also create specific little phrases. So, for example, and I talk about this in one of my audios that I've done, I talk about because of some events that happened when I was younger, I grew up with a limiting belief that I wasn't a very good leader.
And that affected me for like into my 30s, right? Where I just was like, yeah, I'm not a leader. I mean, it came from like, and it wasn't bad. I don't think it was ill-intentioned, but I was a Boy Scout, and I was made like a senior patrol leader, which is like you're like the chief Boy Scout over like a troop. And I was doing the best I knew how to do, and I was at a camping thing, and I wasn't good at mobilizing some of the boys to do their chores, right?
And so then one of the leaders came up and yelled at me for not having the boys on task. And then it was like in that moment I just decided, I was like, well, I'm not very good at this. Like, why did he even ask me to do this? Like, I suck at leading, right? That was like at like 13 or 14, right?
Now, at 13 or 14, are you fully qualified to make a decision like that? And I was like, no, I was 13. That's what I should have decided. Like, I'm 13. I'm like a normal kid, and I'm like still learning, because leadership is largely a learned attribute.
It's not something that we're just like born into. But I made this decision. Like, I suck at it. And so what's interesting is that any time a leadership opportunity came up in church, in community, in business, in my work, my job that I had, I would literally do things to like push it away and sabotage. Isn't that interesting?
So one of the ways that I overcame that belief was literally to recognize that I had it and then start to claim something different, right? And to listen to things that would feed my mind. This is like in my mid-30s. I realize I'm like, that's a dumb belief. I made that when I was like 13, right?
Like I wasn't even qualified to decide if I was a good leader or not. I don't have enough world experience. So I started to identify what's the quality that I need as a leader. Well, for me, just saying I am a leader, this is a real simple one, like I am a leader, was enough to start to wake that potential up inside of me. So I could go out and I could find audios that talked about leadership, but I could also start to claim it with my mouth.
And then I could record it into my phone. How many of you have a recording app on your phone? A great way to feed your ears is you get into a good state, you get your energy up nice and high, and then you shout it into your phone. I am a leader! I am diamond!
I am consistent! I do what I say every day! Or whatever it is that are the qualities or the outcomes that you want. Short little punchy things. And then to repeat it over and over and over and over again.
So we are going to do a little exercise. Right now, looking at your outcome that you just developed. And I want to see a couple of these. Actually, before we do this, let's look at a couple of visualizations. Oh, look at this!
We got Boss right there! Big round of applause here for Ellen! Woo! Okay. Ellen, wasn't that a blast?
Okay, show us another couple of these things here. Okay. Oh, here we go. I want to be consistent in generating leads by blog posts and Facebook traffic. Giving myself the opportunity to help more people.
Right? Oh, look at that. That's awesome! That's better than mine, right? You can teach a seminar.
There we go. Okay. Huge round of applause. Let's get a couple more of these here. Are there a couple more?
Oh, refreshing them here. Okay, refreshing them. Okay, this is Leon Carmi. Oh, man. That is beautiful.
Okay. Wait, wait, wait. Have a new headline on sales page. Woo-hoo! All right!
Yeah. Oh, wow. This is like a board game, okay? This is my vision for today, right? It looks like they're moving for...
Oh, that is awesome. Isn't that great? No, that's like a funnel and people moving through it. Woo-hoo! Right?
All in. We need an all-in on that. All right! Yeah. Woo-hoo!
One more here. One more and then we'll move on. Okay, this is Doug. By the end of today, Sunday, why I joined Empower Network and why I'm staying. And we've got a blog and we've even got some structure to it.
Right? Isn't that cool? All right! Big round of applause for him. Okay?
Woo-hoo! Doesn't it feel good to do that? Doesn't it feel good to do that? Okay, so here's what we're going to do. We're going to develop some affirmations, right?
The best affirmations that you can use are going to come from you. Now, basic 100-level affirmation training. You need to affirm. You want to make your affirmation short, right? So they should be like, in general, there's a rule of thumb, this isn't a rule, but like under 15 words, right?
If your affirmation statement gets beyond about 15 words, it loses some force most of the time. Okay? So itty-bitty and short. I like mine like uber-punchy. I am a leader!
I am a leader. Like four words, right? That's a good one. You want it stated in the positive, not the negative. So that means that you don't want to say like, I'm not a loser anymore!
Right? Okay? That's like not a good one, okay? And why? Dave talks a lot about this, but that's creating an internal representation of being a loser.
Right? It creates an image in the mind of being a loser. So it's, I am a... Genius. Genius.
Right? I am a genius. I am a hard worker. I am diligent. Now, some of you are going to say, well, like, I'm not those things yet.
It's okay. Okay? You're creating, and before we create into the real world, first we have to be able to see it, or to speak it. And if you can't speak it, say it. Right?
You want to say something, get her a microphone. Get her a mic. I've actually written a lot about this specific thing, about people who have issues with affirmations, and I always did, because I'm not that. Yeah. And I was taught that, because what do we say?
Like, well, I am a leader, let's say, and if somebody does not believe that, absolutely. Well, all of a sudden, you know, thoughts attract other thoughts. No, you're not, because you're this, you're that, you haven't done this and that, and you end up worse off than when you started. Yeah. A great transition phrase that I have found, and I've taught this, is to say, I'm in the process.
And I got that from Michael Losey, I will give him credit. But to say, I'm in the process, I can't argue with that. Right. So if you, really struggle with an affirmation, just add that. Just say, I'm in the process of that, because if you're taking any steps towards it, you absolutely are.
And then you're not gonna undermine yourself using your affirmations. And so it's just a great transition statement if there's any affirmation you ever struggle with. I'm in the process of becoming a great leader. Right, and so it's just a, you want to be able to aid yourself instead of, right, you want to aid yourself instead of undermining yourself with affirmations. So this is kind of affirmations 201 or 301, where we say, I call it a tailender, a tailender affirmation.
So if I say, I am a leader, and then in my head, there's a voice that says, bullshit! Yeah, then you'd say, okay, I'm in the process. It's like, you gotta do something about that because you end up affirming that. But for now, we're gonna keep it nice and simple, right? So if you can't say the strong statement, you can water it down, but don't water it down too much.
I'm in the process of, I'm going to study leadership today, right? I have a leader in embryo that's developing, something like that, right? I'm in my gestation period, you know, something like that, right? Yeah, so, okay, so awesome. Round of applause for Melissa.
Okay, huge round of applause. Take comment here. I don't want to get Chasen too far away here, but let's do, okay, is it you that wants to say? Oh, okay, wait. Is there too many affirmations you can say in one day or more the better?
This is going into 301. Okay, like a 301 conversation. Here's what we want to know, really. We want to keep this basic and simple. A couple of affirmations directly pointed at what it is that you want today, okay?
Or what you want to create within a week or something like that. I change up my affirmations about once a week. And that's a conversation for later if we have time, okay? But for right now, I wouldn't worry about getting too many. I mean, what I would say is that focus does dilute things.
Find the things that are going to make the most difference for you and focus in on those. And generally speaking, we're talking like six to 10, six to 12, one to five. It can be one phrase. My leadership one was something that I just did every day for months, right? Till it woke up fully in me, right?
And that's the way I think about it. We're waking it up. We're planting a seed and then we're watering it and we're waking up that potential inside, okay? Cool, great comments, great questions. Anybody else?
Okay, so let's do this. Two types of affirmations. What you're achieving today, claiming your outcome with your mouth, or claiming your attributes, claiming what it is that you represent, what you stand for today. And if you can't fully say it strong, do the I am becoming or I am in the process of softener statement, okay? And write those out.
Yeah, so I want you to write down one to three affirmations, maximum five, okay? And what I want you to write down is I want you to write down different things. It could be what you're accomplishing today. So for example, I am selling $2,000 of product, or I am sponsoring two people, or it could be I'm getting 25 leads, okay? That would be an outcome affirmation.
Personal affirmation about belief or values is to ask, well, if I wanna get $2,000 today, for example, what am I gonna have to do? I'm gonna have to be focused. So my affirmation today is I am focused now, okay? That make sense? Yeah, or if you're building your leadership capabilities, I am studying leadership, I am becoming a leader, I am a leader, something just like that.
Is that good? Okay. Let's go ahead and take a minute and write out a couple affirmations. And Ian, Ian team in the back, we are going to need like our same music that we used for the king and queen speech queued up here in a minute. Because next we're gonna show you how these things work.
Yeah, and please, if you're on the live stream, post your affirmations here, we'll read a few of them here in a minute. Okay, just a few focused affirmations. Yeah, great student, we've got some students that are like, already doing it. I am bringing in two sales a day, I am focused. Okay.
What's that? That's just one set of questions. Yeah, I'm an inspirational leader, okay? Great, we've got some great ones. I am becoming more focused.
I'm attracting 30 leads per day, I am focused. Okay. All right, who's got theirs done? Raise your hand if you've got yours done. Okay, we'll give you a couple more minutes, it looks like we need a couple more minutes to get these done.
Just be patient for those of you that are done. Give people their space. Okay. Tracy. There are, I'm looking at the chat, and I can see a couple of our members are putting it in the form of a question, like, why was it so easy to get 15 leads a day?
It's another process they learned somewhere else, that's fine. Yeah, I mean, from the standpoint of this. This is a different exercise, so I'd ask you for this exercise, do it this way, and then if you like doing it another way, do it another way. Okay, is that fair? Ultimately, I'm a real practical guy, when I work with clients, what I tell people is I tell them that if what you're doing is working, keep on doing it, but if what you're doing is not working, try it another way, right?
You may get a different result. So if you like what you're doing, and it works for you, keep on doing it. I've had clients use, that's the affirmation process, and I've had clients use that, and it works fine, and then I have other clients that it doesn't work so well for, is that fair? And I have some clients that do it this way, and it doesn't work that well, and we have to massage it. So ultimately, as a practical guy, we got to test it and see what the result is, but with affirmations, you can't just test it one day, right?
You've got to do affirmations over a period of time. So I'd pick one thing that you really want to change or develop in yourself, and we're going to have you affirm that for like 30 to 60 days, okay? That's your test period. If at the end of 60 days, if you do it twice a day consistently, morning and night, and you're not getting the result that you want, you can stop doing it, you can do something else. Is that fair enough?
Okay. Just like to share something that worked for me over time with affirmations is, you know, if you're at work doing something, and it's a job where you're not using your mind completely on your job, it's just like a repetitive thing, just go right into affirmations completely. That's what I was doing, and it worked awesome for my life. So just a tip for anyone out there looking to implement this today in their lives. That's awesome.
And we're going to be talking about some ways to implement here in a minute, but that's awesome, awesome, awesome stuff. Okay. So one comment, and then we're going to move in, and I want to do an exercise. Is that all right? Go ahead.
One of the ones I saw go by from Chanel Child, she actually put two separate ones up, and the first one said, I can, and the other one said, I am. And as I saw the one that said, I can, that's the one that made me raise my hand, because the I am, when you are claiming that, at least for my experience, that really is a connection with divinity. And so to use that languaging is very, very powerful. And what I know about Chanel Child specifically, is she is winning. When she says, I am, that is a true statement.
So there's no need to soften it in any way in that particular case. So everybody be courageous and go for it. Do that connection piece. You've got to measure, though, about your tail enders. And this is, again, more advanced conversation than I want to have right now.
So we're probably going to pause on the, we want to get people started with it, right? They've got to start somewhere. But it's okay to soften. It's okay to soften if that's where you're at. But if you can take the next step, it's always stronger.
Let me show you something real fast, okay? Okay, so there's different types of change that occur. We're going to do this fast, and then we're going to pop back into the affirmations exercise. I can change things at the level of environment, okay? And all of these work.
If I have an allergy, and the doctor tells me, you're just allergic to this one plant that grows in this region, you need to move to an area that doesn't have this allergen, like you can create change by moving your environment, right? You can also change your own personal environment if you find that, for example, the cognitive environment that you're in is really toxic, you can change your environment by listening to the inner circle, by reading good books, by just getting around people that are doing awesome things. Really powerful way of changing things. You can change your behavior, right? An I can affirmation is really an affirmation at the level of behavior.
I can do something specific. It's not bad. You get people saying it's bad, but it's not bad. It's just claiming an affirmation here, right? At the level of what I'm doing.
And sometimes we need to do that. I am doing X behavior, right? Capabilities or skills. This is like developing leadership, right? I am developing leadership skills.
That's a skill level. That's a collection of behaviors. Values and beliefs. This is what I stand for. This is what I believe, right?
This is who I am. And an I am affirmation works at the level of identity. And it's super powerful because when we change an identity, all the stuff below it tends to change, right? So if you can move your affirmations up to the level of identity, that's super handy, right? Beyond self is your mission.
Who are you impacting? What do you stand for in the world? What's the cause that you represent, okay? And so your affirmations could be aimed at any of these things, but I would say the best ones tend to run from about values on up through mission. Is that all right?
Okay, is that helpful? Helpful model? Okay, one comment and then we got to move on. Actually, it's a question. So how do you differentiate a I am as a, and up to a mission?
Like how does that statement vary? Yeah, so an identity is this is who I am. A mission goes into the impact that's beyond me. So give me an example. Yeah, so I am, I am for example, a trainer of NLP.
Okay. Okay? But the reason that I do NLP isn't because like I really have a deep passion for NLP. Okay. I have a passion for people.
And what I do is I use NLP to change minds and hearts. And what I'm starting is I'm starting a tidal wave of change that's moving through the world and is reaching out to affect people all over the place. That's why I am what I am and I do what I do. You feel the difference? Okay, that answer your question?
Yes. Okay, yeah, right? Okay, so with that and I do like NLP, I think it's awesome. And I've studied it a lot but really I'm not in this for NLP, right? I'm not in it for some like crazy field, right?
That does a whole bunch of weird stuff. I'm in it because I love people, right? And that connects me back into my mission and what I'm doing, right? If NLP disappeared, if like aliens beamed it out of all of our minds, right? I would find another way.
That'd be super sweet if that could happen, right? But like if that happened, I would just find another way to help people because that's my mission, okay? This is a piece of NLP called the Neurological Levels, okay, derived from Gregor Bateson's work. So anyway, so let's go ahead now and let's do an exercise. So what I need is I need a couple people.
And Paul, you're gonna choose a tier. Okay, so Paul, come on up here because I've seen you do affirmations before, okay? Yeah, choose a tier, right? As opposed to like a volunteer, right? Okay, and I need two more volunteers.
And if there's no volunteers, I'll get chooseteers again. So like who else wants to come up? Okay, Melissa. And if you've done a lot of affirmations, that'd be handy. George Breyer looks like he wants to come up.
That's what I was thinking. Come on up. Yeah, George. Okay, George, we got another chooseteer. Okay, awesome.
Thank you for helping out. Okay, and we need a couple mics here. All right, so all we're looking for is just one affirmation. So just pick one of the ones that you just developed. So you could do many.
And what we're going to do is I want to show you first, well, first off, I think doing an affirmation in any form helps, right? But then there's a way to really give it some oomph, right? And so here we're into hypnotic principles. We're looking at affecting the subconscious mind. There are different gateways into the subconscious mind, and one of them is repetition.
So you can affect the subconscious mind sheerly through just repeating an idea over and over and over again. If you repeat it enough, the mind might resist it at first, but then over time, it just kind of starts to believe it, right? And we see that in advertising, right? So like, for example, a new ad goes out that's a pretty good ad. How many times do people need to see it before they become convinced that it's a good thing?
Yeah, like about seven is an average, right, is a nice average. And that goes into like convincer strategies and other things. So the brain has a convincer strategy about how it becomes convinced that what you're saying is true. So you need to say it more than once. That's why you can't do affirmations like once and say, well, it didn't work.
You gotta do it for a period of days, and I think that about 60 to 90 days is great. 30 days minimum before you start seeing really the effects of your affirmations. So repetition works. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna have you just sit down. Let's see, Paul, we'll start with you, okay?
And we're gonna measure it on an energy level because the second gateway to the subconscious mind is to create emotional intensity. So the way to shortcut your affirmation process is to add some oomph to it. So we're not actually looking for an emotional intensity. I want you to say it kinda like you're bored a little bit or like you're repeating a mantra, which is not bad, okay? But first off, give us your emotional energy level right now from negative 100 to positive 100.
Neutral. You're neutral, so you're about zero? Yeah. Okay, so we're gonna put Paul right here at zero, okay? And so, what's that?
You call me a zero? No, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. But here in a minute with affirmations, you can become more, okay? All right, is that nice?
Now that it just raised with the joke. Yeah, it probably did raise up just a little bit. So what was one of your affirmations? The one that I just did was, I am in the process of getting 100 leads a day because it helps me spread my message of freedom and helps my family step into our next level of freedom. Okay, good.
It's a bit long. It's a bit long. I want you to shorten that just for this demo. I am in the process of generating, did I say 50 or 100? 100.
I'm in the process. No, no, no. Neutral. Neutral. Habit.
I am in the process of generating 100 leads a day because it helps me spread a message of freedom. Okay. Okay, so now he's just saying, he's not saying it with any extra oomph. He's just repeating it. Now, be honest.
I'm a no BS guy, right? So like negative 100 to positive 100, where's your energy level? Positive 25. Okay, right? So now this is Paul's experience.
This may not be your experience, but we have a, we move from zero to 25 through basically just stating something positive and repeating it. Now, there's gonna be somebody out there that repeats an affirmation and their energy crashes. And again, that's a more advanced level conversation. But for most of you, you're gonna say something positive and your energy's gonna pop up just a little bit, right? Let's just try this out with everybody.
Let's go ahead and give him the mic. Same thing. No extra oomph. He is standing. So I want you to sit down, right?
So let's have you sit down. You're just repeating it like a mantra. You're not putting any much intention, but a little bit of intention into it. Go ahead. I am becoming a better, excuse me.
I am becoming a better person by being consistent with my personal development. Okay. I'm becoming a better person by being consistent with my personal development. Okay. And energy level, negative 100 to positive 100.
20. 20, okay. Okay, remind me of your first name. I should know. George.
George, I apologize, George. Okay, positive 20. Okay. Now what we're going to do is we're going to add in things by layers, okay? And the next thing that we're going to add in is we're going to add in some posture, okay?
We've already noticed that posture moves energy, but we're going to see what happens. So we're not really going to raise the voice, but what I'm going to have you do, now this is crazy, right? There was some research that was done out of Harvard Business School by one of the professors there, and her last name's Cuddy, and I'm forgetting her first name right now. Maybe somebody in the audience knows her live stream. But last name's Cuddy, and she did this really interesting research, and what she did is she researched people going in for a job interview.
And before they went in the job interview, she had them do one of two things. One thing she had them do was to take on power postures, right? This was one of the postures, right? I call this either the Superman or the Wonder Woman, depending on your gender, right? If you're a guy, it's Wonder Woman.
No, just kidding. Okay, so, yeah, it could be, right? Could be with your lasso of truth and your bracelets of power, right? And so you, and she would have people, literally, just before the job interview. Now, she told them that they were being rated on their job interview, but she was actually tracking two things.
She was, it was a blinded study. The people who were evaluating the people for their job performance didn't know whether people were doing power postures or weak postures. So, like, weak postures is like, you know, crossing arms or legs and doing protective type behaviors. And they would just rate them on their efficacy for the job. But then what she was also doing is she was having the participants spit into a cup before and afterwards so that she could measure the presence of neurotransmitter in the saliva, right?
And she was looking for, were there any changes in any of the neurotransmitters, which is kind of crazy. Actually, I have to fill up the spit cup, like, a lot. It's kind of gross, right? It's like, here's my collection of spit, you know, right? But she did that, and a couple of interesting things happened.
The first thing that happened is that the people that took on power postures, like the Superman, right? Or like what I call the Christian praise posture, right? Where you're kind of up like this, or like a fist pump in the air, and one on the hand, yeah, like this. They scored significantly higher on the job interview performance than the group of people who didn't. And all they had to do was hold the posture for two minutes before they went in.
Isn't that wild? Now, what's more interesting is, is that from a neurotransmitter standpoint, we're talking like central nervous system biology, their biology changed. Their neurobiology changed by holding a body posture. By holding a power posture for as little as two minutes, the levels of testosterone, which is largely considered to be, and men and women both have testosterone, the levels of testosterone raised statistically significantly between the group that held power postures and not. For the group that went into postures of weakness, their levels of cortisol went up, right?
Stress hormones went up. So not only does your performance improve, but like from a biomechanical standpoint, a posture changes the way you feel. And we've been demonstrating that now, right? For the last couple of days. So the way, the next, if we're looking at getting to the subconscious mind, we know that emotional intensity is going to reach the subconscious mind faster.
And so we can do that by holding a power posture. So I'm gonna let each of you choose your power posture. three, right? Three to choose from. This would be hands on hips and it's not shoulders latched, right?
It's chest out, chin up, right? And kind of hold it goofy, right? Then you can say it like that, right? Or you can do your, yeah, ah, right, you know? You can do your superman pose, right?
Or you can do, right, or you can do like this, okay? And that's what we're going to have them do. We're just going to have them add a posture and now from you guys I want, like, no BS. You're going to feel a little silly doing that. And after you're done with your affirmation, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's all right.
Yeah, that's all right. That's my job is to make them feel silly, right? So, but after they're done with their affirmation I want you to hold your posture for, like, a full ten seconds. And what you're telling your mind essentially is I am confident, I am powerful. Okay, that make sense?
Okay, you guys ready for this? Okay, we're going to start with Paul. Paul, choose your power posture. Let's get him up. Are you sitting?
Nope, nope. Power posture, brother, okay? Do I hold this or are you going to hold it for me? I will hold it for you so you can get into your posture, okay? Okay?
Yeah, yeah, I've got them all, like, feeling goofy here. Okay, all right, hold it for a second and kind of breathe in deep. Gather some power. You don't have to raise your voice or anything. Just give me your affirmation with some intention.
I am in the process of generating a hundred leads a day because it helps me spread my message of freedom. Okay, now hold it. Just breathe into it. Hold it, hold still, steady, like a rock. Okay, now just slowly put your arms down and come back to, yeah, there you go, boom.
Like you're doing it with intention, not like you're just collapsing, right? So intention, like you're resheathing your hands. Okay, you're doing good. Okay, that's good. Now, where's your energy level?
Negative 100 to positive 100, no BS. Give me an honest answer. Here's the microphone. I would say positive 40. Okay, so we've got Paul at positive 40 with posture.
Yeah, here, let's go ahead, here, you can hold on to this one here. Okay, so get into your power posture. There you go. Hold it. You've got to feel the energy.
Take some powerful breaths. There you go, brother. Okay, you're doing good. Okay, now whenever you're ready, just take your time. When you're ready, give us your affirmation with some intention, but not volume or anything.
Just kind of give us some oomph. I am becoming a better person because I am being consistent with my personal development. Okay, now hold the posture. Think strong. Just bring in the strength.
Okay, and then re-sheath the hands. I actually make the noise when I'm at home, too. Like, look at these guns being reholstered. Okay, negative 100 to positive 100, where are you at? Positive 40.
Yeah, positive 40, right? So we've got George going to positive 40 with posture. Okay, now what we're going to do is we're going to add some intensity, some intensity, and my favorite way of adding intensity is to find epic music, but we're also going to keep the posture, so we're holding everything that we've learned up until now. First thing that we're going to do is we're going to put on a little bit of the music. We're going to have them take the posture, and while the music's going in, they're going to soak in the power.
They're going to soak in the strength. They're going to soak it in, and then when they punch this sucker out, you're going to use your voice like you're planting seeds into the future, right? You're going to literally take your voice, and you're going to send it out, and just watch those thought seeds go out through the generations, right? You got it? So we've got a little bit of visualization that goes along with it.
And if you think of something else that's more powerful, like sometimes I see light go, boom! Yeah. Okay, thanks, man. So we're going to go, and this is the way to make it work, right? I just saw light going, brrrr, all throughout my future, right?
Okay, so I'm going to hold the microphone for them, and so what we're going to do is we're going to cue up the music. Now I want you to cue up the music from about the same place you guys were cueing up the music the other day, right? Is that cool? You guys got it? Okay, so go ahead and give us the music, and we're going to let them feel it.
So I want you to hold your posture until you feel it. Give it some more volume. More volume. More volume. Okay, feel it.
You feel it, brother. You let it rise up from inside. You let it rise up from inside. You got to feel the music. Let it work inside of you.
And then when you're ready, you're going to take your words, and you're going to send your words out into the future. Feel it moving. Feel it rising. I am in the process of generating a hundred leads a day because it helps me spread my message of freedom! Feel it!
Hold it, hold it, hold it! And now receive the power. Now hold it, hold it, hold it. Woo! All right!
All right, brother. Good stuff, man. Okay, good. Let's cut the music. Cut the music.
Hang on, hang on. Cut the music. Turn the music here for a second. Okay, good. Now, because we've got to raise energy, right?
Negative 100 to positive 100. Where are you at? Positive 1,000. Off the chart, right? Positive 1,000.
Who got chills listening to it? At home, if you got chills listening to Paul, we want to hear it right here. Clap, clap, clap. This is how we do it, baby. This is the Empower Network way.
No manby-pamby, sitting down. Actually, I've done this in public. I have this accountability group. Every morning at five in the morning we do this. And sometimes I'm out jogging or something like that while I'm talking to the folks.
And I'm in the middle of my neighborhood and I'm like, wake up the neighbors and then keep on jogging. Hoping they won't get me, right? Awesome, so this is good stuff. You ready? Come on, brother.
Wherever you want, right or left, doesn't matter. Am I okay right here? Or do you want me over here? Okay. Just messing with you.
Alright, so one more time. Cue up the music. Cue up the music. Alright, feel it. Feel it rising up within you.
I want you to reach down into your core. The core of who you are. The core of where you're going. I want you to find the light down inside. Find the light.
Grab a hold of it. Let it rise up within you. Rising up and projecting it out into the generations. Through the people who you will influence. Now!
I am becoming a better person today because I'm working on my personal development on a consistent basis. Okay, hold it, hold it, hold it. We're going to do it three times. This time I want you to go ten times like you just did. Ten times of strength.
Ten times of power. Projecting it out into the nations. Projecting it out into your team. Projecting it through the live stream. And into the hearts of men and women all throughout the world.
And go! I'm becoming a better person today because I'm being consistent on a personal basis every day. Hold it, hold it, hold it. Now, reach in. Hold it.
Chin up. Chest out. There we go. Making a statement. Okay, zero to one hundred.
Where are you at, brother? Hundred. Alright, let's have a huge round of applause for these three. Okay, now we've got a lot to do today with Dave so we're going to turn it over here real quick. But first off, I want to hear from you.
What did you just learn? What did you just learn? So hear from a couple of you. And we want to hear it here in live stream too. What I learned is that even just saying the affirmations even if you're convincing yourself even if you're feeling a little bit better you can actually speed up, it appears the attraction of that thing by adding the intensity to it.
Yeah, right. Who felt it? Who felt the intensity change? And there's this moment where like, boom, and you can see it. Who saw it?
Who saw it in Melissa when she got there? Yeah, it's like, boom, a change, right? Okay, let's take a couple more. Mike? I learned that there's zero excuse for being negative anything when you can change it as fast as that.
We'll take one or two more. Who else learned something? What did you learn? Okay, right over here. I learned that I could take what happened with the queen thing and do it every single day, moment to moment, any moment and pull that up.
Which is cool. It is super cool. The only time of day I don't recommend this is like right before you go to bed. You're like in bed. Sometimes I do it at two in the morning.
Go outside. Off your balcony. Okay, awesome.
