It's Dave Wood, and I'm here with my brother, Will Wood, and I'm excited actually to start our mastermind and introduce my brother, and that's basically what I'm gonna do. And the interesting thing about this is that this is an opportunity that I'm excited about because I get to work with somebody that's not only in my family, but also is the best coach that I've ever worked with since I've actually been working online and in the network marketing space. So over the last four years, we've done nearly $200 million in that time. I've actually personally worked with Will every single time I've ran into a major issue that I needed to overcome, and that's something that I share really freely with people, a whole bunch of the leadership in my organization has worked with him because he creates transformational results. And so when we wanted to bring a product to people that really makes a difference and really helps people transform their lives, rather than just having one of our affiliates do it or rather than having somebody do it that maybe just makes money, what we wanted to do is we want to bring somebody that actually creates transformational results, who has the credibility, and who also does this for a living and has been trained to be able to teach what he's teaching.
And so Will now has, I think, more than 10,000 hours of training for how to coach in classrooms with people that are world-renowned trainers in hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming and coaching and in a whole bunch of other spaces related to that as well. And so when you're listening and when you're paying attention, you'll understand that this is actually who I go to, even though he's my brother, when I'm actually having issues that I need to overcome. And so today he's going to share with you some exciting stuff. I'm excited to get the Next Level Mastermind running. And with that being said, Will, I will hand it over to you.
And I'm actually going to totally mute myself out and turn it over, brother. Well, I appreciate you being here, Dave, and thank you for the warm introduction. And I am excited to be here with everybody that's on the opposite end. And I want to, opposite end of the computer, I feel like I'm in your living room right now. In fact, I'd like you just to imagine while we're here today that we're actually doing a one-on-one session.
And I want to tell you just a little bit about me from a professional background so you know who I am and why I'm actually here and what I'm passionate about. But right here, right now, you're getting a view into the inside of my office. So my office is set up just a little bit differently right now because I have a whiteboard set up in case I need it here in a minute. But there you see, this is where I keep my current group of clients. There's one of my three bookshelves.
And there is the chair of magical change that sits in the back of my office. And there's a lobby area, and then back here I have a recording studio where I do some audio recording. And maybe we'll even send some of those in your direction over the course of the mastermind. But literally, this right here that I'm inviting you into, this is my sacred space. This is the space where I invite people to make massive transformational change.
And my heart is for people. Like some of you heard as I spoke in Nashville, the reason that I do what I do is because there's nothing that wakes me up more. You can see my eyes brighten up when I talk about it. There's nothing that wakes me up more than watching someone's eyes light up and real deep change to happen. It's like a little bit of the soul just comes out of the eyes and the bright light starts to shine.
And that's why I do what I do. And one of the things that I have been setting as an intention for myself all day long is that you will change. And not only that you'll change, but that by the time you're done today, that you'll also have something that you can turn around and you can share with someone else. Now, I don't know who that someone else might be. That might be someone that you're in business with.
That might be someone that's in your family. That might be someone that is in your church or in your community. It might be your child. But the ideas that I'm gonna share with you today have one purpose. First and foremost, to help you.
And secondly, to help you turn around and to help someone else out. Years ago, I was on the receiving end of change. I was a young man, just 19 years old. And I found a mentor, informal mentor, someone who really made a massive difference in my life. He was one of the most intense human beings I had ever met.
He was powerful. When he spoke, it was like the earth shook. He was that kind of speaker, if you've ever been around somebody like that. And when he spoke, it's like I hung on every word that came out of his mouth. I had never met anybody like that in my entire life.
And there was a moment when I really needed some encouraging words. I'm not gonna tell the whole story today, but I really needed some encouraging words. And in that moment, he looked me in the eyes and he breathed life into me. And so today, I hope to breathe life into you. And I hope then, in turn, that you'll turn around and breathe that life into someone else.
And this material is transformational. I've used the material that we're gonna be going over today. Today, we're gonna be talking about goal setting. And the material that I'm gonna be sharing with you is material that I have used more than once to double my income. It is material that I have used to help clients double, triple, quadruple their income.
In fact, Dave talks about me coaching him through every phase of his development. I remember when Dave, and Dave, maybe later on, he can talk about this at some point. But I remember when Dave came to me, I was a brand new hypnotist, I was a brand new coach. And some of the tools and techniques that I'm gonna share with you today are some of the same things that we talked about all those years ago. And not only has his income doubled and tripled and 10xed, it has gone many, many times over, and it's affected many of you.
And so the ideas that I'm gonna be sharing with you about goal setting are transformational. Goal setting, in essence, I wanna draw a picture for you here. And I'm gonna draw it here, and maybe I'll move over to the whiteboard a little bit if I need it. But goal setting is essentially the process of helping someone from here to there. It's the process of building bridges.
So one of the most common experiences that we have when we're in a situation, let me just draw it out like this. Okay. Is that we start off, and this could be in business, this could be in relationships, this could be in our health, this could be in any aspect of our life, but we start off in a certain spot. And we see that other people have achieved the results. So for me, almost, man, about a year and a half ago, I was standing over here on this ledge, and let me just draw a little belly because I had a little pregnant belly.
Because I weighed 200, that's a little pregnant belly right there. I weighed 227.2 pounds, and my frame really should weigh somewhere between 170 and 190, depending on how much muscle I've got. And so I had this giant boy pregnant belly. In fact, my boy came up to me one day and he poked me in the belly, and he was like, dad, I didn't know that men could get pregnant. I didn't know that boys could get pregnant.
I was like, oh, dude, you're killing me, right? And so I was over here with a giant guy pregnant belly, looking over at the promised land of a thin, healthy body. But it seemed like there was this giant chasm between where I was and where I wanted to go. And a lot of you have experienced the same thing, right? Whether we're talking about, again, finances.
Over here, it's like broke and unhappy, and over here is the promised land of debt-free and the stable, ongoing income. Or maybe it's relationships. It's like my relationship is completely broken down, and over here is the promised land of a healthy relationship. On stage in Nashville, I talked about that gap. My wife and I, just a few years ago, we had this giant gap.
It's like we both knew that a good relationship was supposed to look like, but we were like a miserable wreck. And a lot of other areas of our life were going okay, but that part of our life was not going well. And so it seemed like there was a giant chasm. The process of goal setting is simply the process of building a bridge between where you are and where you wanna go. It is one of the most powerful processes that I know to go from a state of broke, overweight, unhappy, terrible relationships to a place where life is good.
And so I don't know what area of life you wanna set a goal in, and today, I just wanna say that I'm gonna give you permission to set a life goal in any area that you want. I'm gonna encourage you, though, as we talk, to actually pick one of three areas. If you wanna pick a different area outside of this, you're welcome to, but one would be finances. To set a financial goal, and that financial goal could be to make more money, it could be to pay off debt, it could be to be more responsible with the money that you have coming in. Could be a goal related to your business or a goal related to your job.
So finances would be one category. The second category would be a health goal, a body transformation. Just like I did a year and a half ago when my boy came up and he poked me in the belly and he said, dad, you've got a pregnant belly. And I was like, oh, I've gotta do something about this. And I came to that moment of truth where I knew that I had to make a change.
Or the third area would be the area of relationships. Maybe it's a relationship with your spouse, maybe it's a relationship with your partner, maybe it's a relationship with your child, maybe it's a relationship with a friend, maybe it's a relationship with an extended family member, a brother, a sister, an aunt, an uncle. Someone who there's been some friction in the relationship and you feel like you need to restore the relationship. So I'm gonna ask you to pick one of those three and rather than treat this like another lecture that you're going to attend, I want you to pretend that you're literally in the room with me and that we're doing exercises. And that means that a lot of what we're gonna do today is interactive.
Now some of what we're gonna do today is gonna require you to close your eyes. So if you happen to be driving or something while you're going through this, I'll warn you before we get to that part. But I'm gonna actually ask you to go through processes for goal setting and for getting that process down right. So let's take a pause right there and let me go back to me. So my goal is transformation.
My goal is transformation for me first and then also for those around me. In terms of my professional qualifications, I am a coach, that's what I do. I spend all day long helping people make breakthroughs. I help people one-on-one and I help people in groups. At this point, I've helped more than 5,000 people all over the globe.
I've had material that's gone out into 64 countries and I've trained all over North America and South America, principally training in hypnosis and neurolinguistics. Having said that, I've trained in a bunch of other coaching modalities and I've literally logged tens of thousands of hours of working with people one-on-one in groups, in companies, to help people engineer these breakthroughs. And as you look at my bookshelf back there, I have read from every single book there. I haven't necessarily finished every book because some of the books are more like reference material. And there's another two bookshelves and about another 200 books on Kindle that I've gone through.
I've literally gone through more coaching training than any human being that I know, except maybe one or two people that have been personal mentors of mine. And so I consumed a lot of the information and what I'm really good at is I'm really good at condensing it and repackaging it to make it really easy to understand. And all of my students that have trained with me in North America and South America, consistently one of the things they'll say is they'll say, wow, I've gone through this material before, but now that I've gone through it with you, I actually understand it and I know how to apply it. And that's my goal today, is with the concept of goal setting, is to take a complex subject and really to make it super easy so that by the time you're done with our Hangout today, that you literally know what to do next to get your big breakthrough. And also then to turn around and to find someone else that you can go help.
Whether again, that's somebody in your business, in your personal life, in a private relationship, or in some kind of community responsibility or even job responsibility that you're in. So let's dive down into it. So if the goal is to build a bridge between where you are and where you want to be, the very first thing that you've got to do is you've got to get really clear about what you want. And so what I'm going to ask you to do, and this is going to be the first interactive exercise, is just like we would do if you were sitting down in my office, is I'm going to ask you to pick one of those three domains that we just talked about, whether it's health, whether it's relationships, or whether it's finances, and I want you to set a goal. Now let's talk about what a good goal looks like.
A good goal is going to meet a couple of different criteria. The first criteria that it's going to meet is it's going to be really, really specific. That means that actually, if there was a third party that looked at your goal, they would actually know what you were talking about. So let me give you some bad examples and some good examples, right? That way you can contrast where you're at.
So bad example, let's take health. An unspecific goal would sound something like this. Well, I just want to be happy with my body. Now happy with your body is a starting point and it's a direction. You can think of it like a compass, but it's not really a specific goal.
A specific goal would be, I'm going to fit into a size nine jeans. Now I don't even know what that means, ladies, so if that's huge or small, you'll have to forgive me. Or for a guy, I'm going to fit into a pair of jeans with a 32 inch waist like I did in high school. That would be a very specific goal. Another unspecific goal.
So let's take something that's not super clear. An unspecific relationship goal would be like, I want to be happy in my marriage. Well, again, that's a north star that might be pointing you in the right direction, but ultimately, I think you can be happy today. So a very specific tangible goal would be to say something like, I'm going to spend an hour with my wife every Friday from seven o'clock to eight o'clock, or I'm going to spend three hours a night with my wife really in deep and intimate conversation. And we're going to do that with eliminating all the distractions.
I'm going to spend two hours a night with my son. Now there's two types of goals, just for specificity's sake. There's one type of goal that is a process-based goal that's something that you're going to do over and over and over again. For those of you that are, for example, watching my brother's Facebook profile, you'll see that he'll post chi sao videos daily. So one of his process goals is to spend daily time doing kung fu.
And he has a certain amount of time that he sets out almost no matter where he is. So for example, when we were in Nashville, one of the days we spent, I don't know, about an hour and a half or two hours doing some kung fu together. Another process-type goal that I do for my spiritual well-being is I spend between 30 minutes and an hour a day reading in books that are sacred to me. So books that really resonate with my deep inner being and my core. And so that's a way that I have of building a relationship with the divine.
Another type of process goal that I have is to exercise five days a week. So that's not really an outcome-based goal. An outcome-based goal is something where you can check a box, I did that. I have an outcome goal to go and to visit Brazil. When I'm done, I can check the goal, I can check the box, right?
So an outcome-based goal is something like this. I'm going to, I'm going to, I am going to weigh 180 pounds by the end of the month. That would be an outcome-based goal. It's something that's objective, it's something that's measurable, it's something that's very specific and tangible and has a timeframe. So we want something that's specific.
We want something that is appropriately chunked. So chunking is a word that comes out of neurolinguistics and it's a word that means how big or how small something is. So for example, sometimes people will grab a hold of a goal and they'll go for this giant chunk size. They'll go for something that's like a 15-year goal in the making. And I said, over what period of time?
And he said, over the next 30 years. Now that's not bad, but that may be too large a chunk size for him to feel really good about. In fact, every time he thought about it, he got really overwhelmed. So what we had to do is we had to break it down. And that was a way of bringing it back down to something that he could actually understand, something that he could actually see.
So we want to make sure it's appropriately chunk size. So for today, I'm going to help you out with that. We want a goal that you can focus in on between now and the end of July. So we're talking about, what, May, June, July. We're talking about three months, about 90 days.
If that feels overwhelming to you, I give you permission to chunk it down to 30 days. So for example, when I started losing weight, and I started really getting healthy again, and bringing my body back into a healthy space, which it had not been for like years, like 15 years, like literally, maybe 20. I'm going to have to think about that. Between 15 and 20 years, I had not been right sized. And when I started doing that, I knew I needed to lose like 60 pounds, but what, to get to where I wanted to go, or between 50 and 60 pounds.
But that was overwhelming. Every time I thought about it, I started to like break out in hives almost, really. Like it was just that overwhelming to me. So I had to keep on chunking it down until I didn't feel overwhelmed anymore. So you can take a 60 pound goal, and you can bring it down.
to a pound and that's actually what I did. So for example when I went to go set my goal the idea was to take it to go from 227 back down to my high school weight and the very first goal I set was a process goal so remember there's process and outcome. Process is something you do every day. Outcome is a box that you check and the process goal that I set was to track my calories on MyFitnessPal every day for the next 10 days and to be brutally honest about it. And as I did that I actually naturally lost a few pounds.
I shed some unwanted weight. I started the right size my body and then my next goal I went down four pounds that week that was unintentional. That's like actually too much to do on a consistent basis. It's not good for your brain. It's not good for your brain.
Not good for your heart. But to do consistently. But I lost it just because I was eating so bad and I went from eating bad to eating good. My first goal once I went down from 226 to 222.2 my next goal was to go from 222.2 to 221.2 and I gave myself a one-week goal to right size one pound. To shed one pound of unwanted weight.
You go well that's not very motivating. Yeah but it's not overwhelming either. So I knew I needed to go and to shed 50-60 pounds of unwanted weight. But I brought it down to the point where I stopped sweating. Yesterday I was coaching someone.
He may be on the call today and if you are, you know who you are. Hello. And I won't share your name. But we were talking about we were talking about an income goal. And he's employed and he's also self-employed.
And he has his own business. And I asked him. I said where's your belief level currently? Well actually it's not the first question. The first question I asked was an outcome goal.
What do you want? And I said okay well where's your belief level? And he said not at all. Like not at all. He's like he was getting anxious.
Just I can see it visibly as we were working together. And so he said I'm not confident at all that I can do it. He said honestly well my belief isn't even there at $1,000. And he goes do you want me to be honest? And I said I want you to be dead honest.
And he said my belief level isn't even at $500. And I said what about what about $100? He goes I don't know. And then I said what about $50? And he goes and his whole face changed.
He goes yeah I can do that. I go have you done that? And he goes not really. Once right. And so what we did is we took a gold chunk size and we kept on breaking it down into smaller and smaller amounts until the belief arose.
Because your beliefs affect your behavior. And so you want to keep on chunking the gold down. So I'm going to ask you to chunk the gold down to 90 days. But if that overwhelms you, I give you permission to set a 90 day goal. But then to keep on breaking it down until you stop sweating and you go okay I can do that.
Just like with me and with my weight. When I went big I got really stressed out but then I kept on chunking the gold down until I had a very high level of belief. So we're only talking about two things. We're talking about specificity and we're talking about chunking. Now there's more to think about with goal setting but I don't want to overwhelm you before we get into the next phase.
So what we're going to do now is we're going to take a little break. I'm actually going to set a little timer of about five minutes. And I'm going to give you five minutes to write down your goal. And I'm going to pop over here into the link for the page where I can see comments. And as soon as you get your outcome really clearly defined, whether it's relationships, health or finances, I want you to post that goal in the comments.
And I may take one or two of those and I may poke you if I have permission. So if you give me permission to poke you, put your comments in the comment page. If you don't want me to poke at it, don't put it in there. And that's okay. You can be silent in the background.
But let's go ahead and do that. And so I'm going to give you up to five minutes when I see a lot of comments coming in. We'll go ahead and pick up even if that's a little bit before five minutes. So go ahead and take a minute right now and start going through your goals. Write it down.
Be specific. And go ahead and write your comments in the button. If you happen to be driving or something right now, what I'm going to ask you to do is to think it through in your head so that you're actually specific and to actually go ahead and to take a look at what that is. So we've got a few goals coming in. So notice that's an outcome-based goal and it's chunked down into a 30-day segment.
So that's done really, really well. Okay, Tabby says, I have been meaning to get down to this over the last 48 hours. So thank you for pushing me to get it on my goals. Yeah. Tabby, if I'm pronouncing your name right now, I want you to do that immediately.
So we're going to give you four or five minutes to get that together. Nikki says finances of $30,000 in 21 days so I can move to Florida and rent my own house and buy my own car. Okay, so Nikki, I'm going to give you a little bit of feedback here. I want you to pin a date down to it. I want you to tell me where in Florida and I want you to tell me a little bit about the house and a little bit about what kind of car you'd like to drive.
I want you to get down to that level of specificity. Okay, I don't know who this is, but it's B-U-J-N-I-C-K-33. Great. Okay, that is fantastic. Okay, and then Tabby says, oh, let's see, they're starting to roll in here.
Get out of debt so I can retire from my day job. Marilyn, this is for you. This is me poking you with some love. And if you're in my office, I'd ask you the same question. I want to know what is the dollar amount of debt.
Now, if you don't want to share that publicly, that's okay, but I want you to actually break it down to the number. Now, if you don't have that number right now, you have my permission to take a minute and see if you can't figure it out or at least ballpark it. Okay, now after the call is over, if you want to get the most out of what you've got, I want you to line up your debts from smallest to largest in what's called a debt pyramid. So in a debt pyramid, what you do is let's say you owe $500 to MasterCard and then you owe $1,000 to Visa and then you owe $15,000 on your student loan and $200,000 on your house. Oh, and I left out a car, like $30,000 on the car.
You want to put all of that onto a piece of paper and you'd want to also formulate a plan for tackling that debt one debt at a time. Okay, so I'm going to grab a couple more of you here. Okay, Gary says, I'm going to weigh 240 pounds by the end of July, which is a loss of 25 pounds. Okay, and I lost you there because the comments keep on rolling in. And Lynn Brown says, okay, thank you, Katie, financial goal.
So again, Kay, I need you to be specific about the amount of debt that you have and you're doing good with a dollar amount. And let's grab a couple more. I'm just skipping around here. Okay, cool. Let me find another non-money goal.
Okay, so Deborah here, Deborah Scoresby Palmer says, I want to repair and improve my relationship with my daughter-in-law over the next 30 days. So Deborah, what I'm going to ask you to do is I'm going to ask you to ask yourself, how will you know that relationship has been repaired? Or how would you know that there's been progress that's been made inside of that relationship? And that's what it means to be specific. So I want you to think about that for a minute.
So if the relationship was repaired, Deborah, what would you be doing now that you're not doing? Does that make sense? Would you be talking more with her? Would you be spending more time with her? What would you be doing?
And I want you to think about this. I call this the videotape test. And this is useful to think through from an evidence standpoint. If you hired somebody to videotape you, Deborah, and to videotape you with your daughter-in-law, what would they be observing in you? And what would they be observing in your daughter-in-law that would suggest that the relationship had been repaired?
Does that make sense? And if you don't know right now, that's okay. You've got a good first step. You've pointed yourself. You've got yourself a North Star.
You've pointed yourself in the direction of saying, this is what I want. Now it's time to really nail it down to what that looks like. One of the reasons that people won't create what they want is because number one, they're not clear about it. And number two, they're just not specific enough. And your subconscious mind can't create something it can't imagine.
So you want to get it down to the point where you could imagine that videotape. Okay, so I'm going to go ahead and, okay. So we have Desmond saying, I want to lose five kilograms by the end of June. Tummy Tech, so I fit in a size 30 jeans and muscles again. Whoa, and it's rolling here fast.
And muscles again, like when I was in gymnastics, military, martial arts. Okay, Desmond, that's pretty good. So you've got a weight goal and you've got muscles again. Okay, I want you to get specific. Where were those muscles, Desmond?
Were they on your arms? Were they on your shoulders? Were they on your chest? Were they on your stomach? Where were they?
Okay, I'm going to take one more and then we're going to go ahead and move on here. Okay, Jason says, go Desmond. That's right. And Desmond's a rock star. Okay.
So let's see if we can grab another relationship one. So I'm just going to scroll up here. Oh, this is cool. Tamara. Tamara, where'd you go, man?
The comments keep on rolling in pretty quick. But Tamara said something about being a vocalist and I lost you, Tamara. The comments keep on scrolling up. Let's see if I can find it real quick. Okay.
I want to get my first professional vocalist gig in the next 30 days. That's what I saw. And then the comment disappeared. So Tamara, that's really specific. Now I'm going to push you just a little bit, okay?
Because I want you to get really clear about what kind of gig. Do you like want three teenagers to hire you as a vocalist? Do you want to perform in front of 30 people? Do you want to perform for a local business? Do you want to perform for a wedding?
Like what kind of vocalist gig do you want? And allow yourself to dream, but also pay attention to your level of belief. And if you find yourself getting overwhelmed by one type of gig, it's okay to chunk it down and to say, hey, I just like to get paid a minimum of 10 bucks to go be a vocalist, right? And that's okay. Or if you've got, if your confidence is higher, you can say, I want to get my first gig making a thousand dollars a night and it's okay to start smaller to shoot big.
So anyway, so there we are. I'm going to, I'm going to flip off the comments just so I'm not distracted and we're going to get back down to it. So I want everyone to really get specific with what you've got. For those of you that just reported it inside of, you know, inside of this very safe arena to report it. I'm also going to ask you to do a couple of other things.
First off, we're going to clarify the goal. We're going to flesh it out just a little bit. And then I want you to find somebody or maybe up to five people, no more than five people. But I want you to find a few people that you can tell about this dream or goal and about your intention of getting it. And I'm going to leave that up to you about how you do that.
You could do that through social media. You can pick up the phone and tell somebody. You could cut a video and you could tell the world. But I want you to find, I want you to find some people to make a commitment to it. Here's why.
Almost all of us, myself included, will do a better job about keeping commitments if we make that commitment to somebody else. But before we do that, let's flesh this, let's flesh this out because we're all about building bridges between where we're starting and where we're going. And the first step is to get really clear about the outcome. The second step is to get detailed about it. You want to actually be able to mentally visualize at least what the next step looks like.
And if you can't yet visualize with clarity what the end is, I'm going to ask you to go and just take a really solid look at what the next step is. So let's again, let's give a couple of examples. So for me, what I did is I took my big goal of getting washboard abs. That's still my goal. I still haven't quite got there yet.
So I'm right there with Desmond, right? So to go from the big goal of getting washboard abs, I wanted to chunk it down into something that I could very clearly imagine. And so at first it was when I got down to 222.2, it was to go down from 222.2 down to 221.2 because I could visualize what that looked like. I could visualize what my body would look like. I could visualize what my body would feel like.
I could imagine what my pants would be like. I could imagine what the scale would say. And I could see that clearly and there was very little internal resistance around that. So what I'm going to ask you to do now is I'm going to ask you to think about your next step. And I'm going to give you another five minutes or so.
And what we're going to do with these five minutes is I want you to write out at least a paragraph. Now once the call is done, I'm going to ask you to do a little bit more than that. I'll give you that assignment here in just a little bit. But I want you to write at least a paragraph. A paragraph is a minimum of three sentences, but let's say three to 10 sentences in the next 10 minutes.
And I want you to write about what it's going to be like not to get your outcome yet, because that's going to be your homework, but just to get your next step. So what is it going to be like to weigh 222.2? What is it going to be like when you're going to the gym every day? What is it going to be like as you're reaching out to your daughter-in-law to repair that relationship? What's it going to be like as you do the daily marketing activities that will allow you to generate money in your personal business?
What will it be like as you spend more time with your son today, tomorrow? So I'm asking you to chunk it down and to think about the next step. Lao Tzu said, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I am asking you now to visualize just the next step and to write a descriptive paragraph that's between three and 10 sentences long. And in that paragraph, to write explicitly what you're seeing, what you're hearing, and what you're feeling.
So what am I seeing? What am I hearing? What am I feeling? As you take that next step now. Okay, I'm going to give you up to five minutes.
When you get that typed out, post it in the comments and I'll read some of them off as they're coming. And when I see a lot of comments coming in, we'll go ahead and we'll move on to the next step. So how will it look? How will it feel? Not as you reach the outcome, but literally as you take the next step now.
When you get that typed out in a Word document or a notepad or pages, go ahead and write it down. Write it down in the comments. If you want some feedback, if you don't mind sharing with this group of people. And if you're in the car driving or something, obviously don't write, but just kind of dream it. Dream.
What will that be like? What will that be like to actually go for it and to take that next step? Seeing, feeling, and hearing. So Love Tough, that's your name anyway, that's coming up. I'm guessing that's like tough love, right?
I'm going to give you some tough love right here. You want to use your five senses. You want to use your five senses to really clearly describe what it is that your next step is going to be like. So what do you see? What do you hear?
What do you feel? What do you taste? What do you touch? Richard Campbell, you write out, yeah, what is the next step? Well, I don't know.
That depends on your goal. So Richard, what are you going after? Tell me a little about what you're going after. Okay, so Desmond Soon says, I have set up an accountability partner group. Huge.
We're going to talk about accountability here before the end of the call. Okay, huge. So you've set up that accountability partner group. Now I'm going to ask you Desmond, how many people are in that accountability partner group? Do you have two people, three people, four people, five people?
I would not recommend having more than five people in an accountability partner group. All of us will do things for other people that we will not do for ourselves. Okay, Desmond says five people. Okay, that's awesome. Okay, millionaire mindset says, let's go.
Okay. So what are you going to do? What's that next step look like? What are you going to see, hear, and feel as you're taking that next step? There I am.
Okay, here we go. Diane's got it. I am sitting at my desk and I can hear the doves outside. The sun is shining and I've just finished typing up and sending out my 50th email. I can hear the clicking of my nails on the keyboard.
I know each email takes me closer to my goal. Okay, that's an excellent job. So everybody like round of applause here for Diane. That's exactly what you want to write. Okay, so Tamara says next action step, get an agent.
I'm feeling amazing today. I just got accepted by a talent agency, and I'm reading an email with a list of auditions and professional gigs that are a perfect match for my voice and skill level. I have letters of introduction from my former colleagues and directors that are highly recommending me to be hired for these performances." Okay, good job, Tamara. Okay, Richard Campbell. Okay, so I'm going to give you some feedback, Richard.
You need to get more specific. Enough income to cover all the bills. If that's your next step, you need to define the dollar amount that's there, Richard. You need to say, now I have $1,000 coming in. Now I have $3,000 extra money coming in.
It has no claim on it, and that money is going directly to pay for my Jeep. It's going directly to pay for food. It's going directly to pay for this and that, and this is what I'm seeing. This is what I'm hearing. This is what I'm feeling.
So I need you to get more detailed. Now, if you don't want to write that here, Richard, that's okay, but your descriptive paragraph needs to be really clear. Let me read a few more. Okay, Happy Travel Nurse says, I see power. I feel grateful.
I hear my husband's approval as we purchase our dream property in Southern Oregon. Okay, so Happy Travel Nurse, I'm going to ask you to be a little bit more specific as you write that. Okay, I want you to get details. Think about painting word pictures. What does your husband's approval sound like?
What does the dream property look like? Now that's probably not your next step. That's probably like a big outcome. We're just actually asking for like the next step. For example, it might be our next step is to go and to talk to the real estate agent.
As I talk to the real estate agent, I can see her look of understanding. She understands exactly what it is that we want. My husband is nodding his head in approval as we finally take the first step in buying our dream property. Something like that. Okay, I'm going to grab a couple more and then we're going to go ahead and move on to the next step.
Kim Ingram says, I am writing down everything that I eat daily and I start to realize how much better my clothes are fitting and how much better I feel. I am starting to get compliments on how good I look and I am feeling more confident. Okay, so that's a really good start. I want you, Kim, to fill in some details. Let me just give you an example and again, I don't know details so I'm just going to make some stuff up, okay?
So Kim, -oh, it's moving so fast. Okay, so Kim, you might write something down like this. I just wrote everything down that I ate today and I'm eating super cleanly. My clothes are starting to feel more loose in the waist and in the hips and I'm even starting to be able to fit into pants that I've never fit into and I feel better. That means I have more energy.
It means I'm smiling more. I hear the compliments that other people are telling me. In fact, the first thing I hear is I hear my partner say to me, you are beautiful. I love you just the way you are and you're starting to look 10 years younger. I hear someone at my job say, wow, how did you do that?
That's amazing, okay? So there you go. So you want to get really specific and descriptive. You want to think about this like you're writing a novel and you're painting a picture for a person who doesn't know you. You want to think about this like writing a good sales copy.
You want to paint little word pictures that start to form images into the subconscious mind because ultimately what you're doing here is you're writing something out so that the subconscious mind can start to live the experience before you live it. Here we're going to go into principle and I'm going to read one more and then we're going to go into the next principle here. Okay, TJ says, I'm woken up by my twin boys screaming and jumping on my stomach. I don't mind though. I then realize my beautiful girlfriend is in the kitchen cooking some cheese eggs.
She isn't the best cook but it's the thought that counts. As my boys run around, I grab my phone from the desk and I notice I have hit diamond in my business. Okay, now TJ, that goal may be far out so I want you to write a new paragraph about one that is like near. One that's like within the next week. Something that you can visualize yourself doing within just like six or seven days.
One last one. The next step is to continue the 21 step instruction and to send out an additional 20 messages on Facebook. I hear the dinging on my phone, getting responses from people, wanting the NDA. I'm high-fiving my wife as we prepare for the next thing we feel accomplished. That's your personal goal.
Okay, awesome. However you do it, you want to, what we're talking about is we're talking about bringing a level of visualization into the very next step that you're taking. You want to make it real. You want to make it real so that you can visualize not just the end step but that you can literally visualize the process. Your point of maximum power is in the present moment and you want to be able to visualize what are you going to do before you go to bed?
What are you going to visualize before the week's out? What are you going to do to bring your vision to pass now? Okay, so let's dive in. Let's dive in here for a second. I've got a homework assignment for you and I'm going to describe that here in just a minute but first I want to go ahead and I want to describe what we're really doing.
We're going through three levels of creation when we're doing goal setting. First level of creation is to create with the mind. So you want to be able to vividly visualize your process and your outcome. What am I going to do and what do I want? The second thing that you're going to do is you're going to start to speak it and we'll talk more about that another day.
But you're going to start to speak what it is that you want. You're going to start to repeat out loud the paragraphs that you've just written. You're going to read the story and the descriptions that you're creating. You're going to speak life. So first you create it in the mind.
You create it through defining it clearly. You create it through blueprinting it out. If you were to think about it like a building, when you're building a goal, if you're to build a hotel for example, the first thing you do is you go to the architect and the architect would draw out the concept they're creating with their mind. They're visualizing it before they see it, before they go into all the nitty gritty. Then they're going to break it down to the blueprinting phase and they're going to go well what is the structure going to look like?
What does the engineering need to be like? What are all the little details that go in the middle? They're going to draw out blueprints and when do they start building on the hotel? They start building the hotel after the hotel has been completed on paper. So first we create with the mind, then we start to create with the mouth and with our words and then we put ourselves into action.
So right now we're working all with the head. We're working with what I call level one creation which is creating with the mind. And I want you to focus in on creating that blueprint. Your homework now is going to be to really draw a blueprint of your end goal. So to draw out what you want in 30, 60 or 90 days, I'm going to encourage you to make that a 90 day goal.
What do you want that to look like? And you want to be really, really, really detailed. Down to the very littlest thing that you're seeing and you want to write it in a really compelling way. So here's your homework assignment. Your homework assignment is to write a one-page description of your outcome 90 days from today or if you're doing 30 days, 30 days from today, if you're doing 60 days, 60 days from today.
But you're going to write a one-page description of what's there. What is it that you're seeing? What is it that you're hearing? What is it that you're feeling 90 days from today? And when I say a full page, I mean a full page, 12-point font, Arial, one page, single-spaced.
And you can do more than a page but no less than a page. Write out a vivid description. Now I'm going to give you a formula that will help you actually get through that whole thing. So the first thing that you want to write out, and I'm going to write out a few things here. Let me just go ahead and draw out a new piece of paper.
In your description, because some of you are freaking out because you're like, oh, a page, that's like a ton of material. You want to write out what are you going to see. Now remember, this is 30, 60, 90 days out. What are you going to see? What are you going to be saying?
What are you going to be hearing? From whom are you going to hear it? What are you going to feel in your body? You want to describe that vividly. So let me give you an example.
For a few of you, Desmond. I see muscles on my shoulders that I have not seen since I was a gymnast, since I was doing martial arts. I see a clear line on my right and my left pecs. I can vividly see every little bump in my abs. As I look in the mirror and I look from the top of my head to my waist, what I see looks like a Calvin Klein underwear model.
I am as buff and as ripped as I've ever been. I can see vivid details of each muscle because I've been hitting the gym regularly. So that's C. Now let's go to C. Desmond, I'm just using you and I'm just hallucinating here.
I don't know what you're actually going to write. You can make your own. Here's what I say when I see myself in the morning. I say, hey there sexy beast, how you doing? And I have been saying that every day since day one because when I say it, it motivates me to take the actions.
Okay? So that we say, then we go down to here. Here's what I hear. I hear my children, because I know Desmond's got kids. I hear my children saying, my dad's stronger than your dad.
Look at his muscles. I hear my wife saying, you sexy beast, you. So that's what you'd say for here, under feel. I feel comfortable in my clothing. My clothes fit more loosely and more comfortably.
I feel energy because I am eating well and taking care of my body. I feel powerful and alive because I am treating my body with respect. I feel awake and alert. I am Desmond and I am powerful. Right?
So that's see, say, hear, feel. That's one way to work your way through. And you can do this in three or four different ways. You can also run it through what other people see, say, hear, and feel. You can also, so you can like, what do my kids see, say, hear, and feel?
What does my spouse see, say, hear, and feel? What does my boss see, say, hear, and feel? What does my mom see, say, hear, and feel? So that will give you some things to think about as you're writing through your page. Now the other thing to do is to use what we call the neurological levels, and I'm not going to explain this in depth, but this is a concept that comes from neurolinguistics.
And it'll help you think through some of the things that you want to put in that document. And I'm just jotting some notes down here. Okay. So let me run you through this real quick. This will be a short, a short work through, and then we're going to do a little bit of visualization work here together.
So as you're doing your homework assignment, you want to write down about your environment. Where will you be when you achieve this goal 30, 60, 90 days out? Are you going to be at home? Are you going to be in the kitchen? In my most recent story that I wrote, I was in the kitchen looking at the home computer, right, looking at a financial goal as I was logged into my bank account.
And that was the environment. For some of you, you might be standing on a stage receiving recognition. Tamara might be on a stage holding a microphone, singing before an audience of 300 people, beautifully serenading them with her voice, right? The stage lights on her skin. Just like my forehead is reflecting the stage light, but Tamara, you have more hair than me.
I know because I've seen pictures, right? So what's the environment like? Write a little bit about the environment, or there may be several environments. The subconscious mind works really well with repetition, and so it would be better rather than just writing about one environment if you could write about several different places where you might be. Also in my story, I talk about being in a gathering, being surrounded by a group of people and having a man step forward and look me in the eyes and say, I heard you teach and you changed my life, right?
So I have one environment that's in my kitchen and one environment where I'm in a meeting surrounded by a group of people that I've trained and mentored. You can talk about behaviors. What specific things are you going to do? What specific things are you doing as you achieve your goal? Desmond might talk about one of his environments might be the gym.
There he is doing a bicep curl with a 200 pound weight, or whatever it is, or 50 pound weight, right? Or 30 pound weight, right? Desmond says, I'm now bench pressing twice what I bench pressed before. I'm now bench pressing the bar. No, I'm just kidding Desmond, right?
So whatever it is, it's like you're describing something. I'm bench pressing 345 pounds as I lift that. So you can talk about the specific behavior that you're doing. You can talk about the skills or the capabilities that you're doing. For some of you, you've got business goals.
I have developed a marketing capability and I'm now an intermediate user of Facebook advertising. For some of you, it might mean a sales skill. I have now mastered the art of one-on-one sales. For some of you, like Tamara, maybe there's a certain performing skill. I've now mastered my gestures as I'm before an audience and I use slow and graceful gestures, okay?
So skill set. You can talk about beliefs and values. I now believe it's easy to hold good relationships. I now value my body and treat it like a temple instead of like a woodshed, right? Identity, who I am.
I am a powerful influencer. I am a leader that people want to follow. So you can write a paragraph about each one of these things. It is your mission. It is my mission to free men and women from their financial chains.
It is my mission to help people step into their greatness. It is my mission to see the light of hope light up in people's eyes. It is my mission to be an agent of transformation. So these are different things. You've got see, say, hear, and feel and you've got what you might see, say, hear, and feel.
You've got what other people might see, say, and hear, and feel. Then you've got your different neurological levels, environment, behavior, skills, beliefs and values, identity, and mission. You'll see this come up over and over and over again as we do work because it's one of the most useful models that I know about both as I'm helping my own brain change and as I'm helping other people change. If you hit all of those points, you will find that you have the ability to write at least a page. Some of you are going to write 10 or 15 pages and that's fine.
I'm not going to put a limit on how much to write, but you want to write no less than one page, single-spaced, in 12-point font, written in Arial. And your homework assignment is to write that out. To write it out well may take you anywhere between an hour and three hours. When I did my last one, it took me about two hours to write out my story in enough detail. You want it to be compelling.
You want this story to be so compelling, to generate so much emotion in you, that when you read it, it sends every hair of your body up on end. You want this story to be so compelling that it moves you, that you feel an emotion. Some of you may cry. Some of you may laugh. You may have to smile as you read that story because the story is that compelling.
And when you're done with that story, what I'm going to ask you to do, I'm going to ask you to print it out and we're starting up a Facebook group. The Facebook group is going to be only two people are going to be allowed to post. Ian Corporate is going to be allowed to post and I'm going to be allowed to post. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to shoot like a quick 60-second video just describing, hey guys, this is where you're going to put your assignments. And what I'm going to have you do, remember, we're having a private coaching session, one on one, just between you and me.
And you're going to ask permission to get into that Facebook group. And then on my post, what you're going to do is you're going to take a picture with your cell phone. You're going to print it out, you're going to take a picture and then you're going to post that picture of your story inside of the comments and that's your homework assignment. You don't have to do it, but I encourage you to do it. And here's why.
When you do this, just getting that clear on what it is that you want and where it is that you're going will begin to change your life. The first step in changing your outside world is creating a blueprint in your mind about what it is that you want. So if you're willing to write out your story this week before our next call next Tuesday. I want you to post in the comments right now. I want you to post your commitment to write that story out.
And once you get that story written out, I'll tell you what to do with it next. And I'll tell you how to use that to begin to reprogram your subconscious mind. So when you do it, if you're willing to do it, go ahead and type in a comment now and then we're gonna do one more thing. I know we're about at the hour mark, but I'd like to do about a 10 minutes worth of visualization with you. So Kimberly Skinner says, I am committed.
Shola says, I am committed. Jerome says, doing that. Lynn Brown, I'm in. I actually lost what you said, Lynn, okay. Done, Hank says.
Okay, Brian says, I'm committed. Awesome. Kathy says, I am committed. Stuart says, I will. Katie says, yes.
Okay, awesome. You guys are amazing. Diane, right, there you are, I see you. Okay, Valerie, she's committed. So you want, and Mike Aldo.
Hey, Mike, how you doing, man? Okay, he says he's committed. Desmond is committed. Okay, Sarita is committed. So here we go, we've got people who are making the commitment.
When you do this, this will change your life. Now, I'm gonna give you one other thing to do if you're open to it, okay. Now, we're not gonna organize it. Like in the Next Level Breakthrough, we organized this in the coaching that we did. Now, in this Next Level Mastermind, we're not gonna be managing this on the corporate level, but I wanna give you all the tools that you need to succeed.
Here's what I recommend that you do as a second action step. This is an optional action step, and yet this is something that will absolutely, radically, and totally, and thoroughly change you in a super profound way, okay. So we're gonna describe this, then we're gonna do a little bit of visualization here together, and then we'll wind things up. So what I'm gonna challenge you to do is I'm gonna challenge you to self-organize into groups of five. Doesn't matter if your goal is the same goal as the person next to you, but here's what this group of five is gonna do.
You're gonna form your own group, your own Facebook chat, so make sure you connect on Facebook, or you can even set up your own little Facebook group, private group where you can do this, and daily, five days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, you are going to report as follows, okay. So you wanna take notes. You're gonna report, this is my goal, so I'm gonna pretend I'm Desmond because I remember his goal, okay. My 90-day goal is to transform my body and to get back into my gymnastics and martial arts body. That's my goal.
Here was my action step for yesterday. My action step yesterday was to hit weights and to work out my upper body for one full hour at the gym with a personal trainer. Now, I'm not saying that should be your goal, Desmond, but that would be an example. I did it. Tomorrow, my goal, or my action step, is to hit the gym and to work out my abs and to work out my legs with a personal trainer for one full hour.
So you write down what your goal is. You write down what your action step was for yesterday. Did you do it? Did you not do it? And then what your action step is for tomorrow, and just to make that public commitment to taking very specific action.
Now, action steps need to be specific, and they need to be lined up with your goal. So, for example, if your goal is to repair your relationship with your daughter-in-law, and your action step is to clean your garage, we would say those two things aren't lined up, right? Now, they might line up for somebody else, but they wouldn't line up for you. Like, I'm gonna clean up my garage. Well, how does that actually help your relationship with your daughter-in-law?
Probably not at all. So an appropriate action step needs to be lined up. The purpose of this group of five is to help you become accountable. So, among the group of five of you, you need to get really clear on your reporting structure. When do you need to report by every day?
How are you gonna let people in if they're not making and keeping their commitments? I actually recommend that you have a plan to boot people out of the group if they miss more than three times in a month on an action step. You go, holy cow, Will, that's intense. Well, yeah, but that'll also keep you from missing, right? And so I'm gonna say, there needs to be some level of accountability.
There needs to be some kind of agreement about feedback. How are we gonna get feedback? I would recommend starting off nice and gentle, and then escalating it. I recommend a strike system where you put people, where you boot people out of the group. If you miss three, if you don't report three days out of the month, you know, five days a week, Monday through Friday, you're out.
Because we want people who are committed, right? And if you're not willing to make that commitment, you're not allowed in the group. So for those of you that want an accountability group, we're not gonna manage it. We're gonna just invite you to participate in it, because this single act of committing, and we're gonna ask you to make a minimum commitment of one month. At the end of a month, at the end of May, I give you permission to reevaluate whether or not you wanna be in that group.
But if you're gonna commit, I'm gonna ask you to make a minimum commitment of 30 days to being accountable, Monday through Friday, to your group. If you want to be in an accountability group, no matter what your goal is, you can have one person with a personal, with a financial goal, one person with a relationship goal, one person with a health goal. The purpose of the group is just to hold each other accountable to taking those daily steps. If you want that level of accountability in your life, if you are ready to say, yes, I am ready to move to the next level in my personal life, I want you to post that in the comments on the post. And also post it right now in the comments that we've got going on.
Because this'll make it really clear. So I'll make this very clear in the post that I make inside the Facebook group. And if you want accountability, you're gonna write, yes. Write, yes, I want accountability. Now this person's job is not to coach you.
The people in this group are there to hold you accountable and to help you keep your commitments. The biggest commitment that you can make is the commitment to yourself. The commitment that says, I am going to be successful. I am going to be a man or a woman of my word. I will do what I say I'm going to do.
And the only job of the accountability group is to help you line up and to make sure that they hold your feet to the fire a little bit politely. And with love, right? With a little tough love, right? Like somebody's name in here was tough love, right? And to say, hey, tough love here.
Stay in alignment and keep reporting. And if you don't report, we'll boot you out of the group. Three strikes, you're out. Three strikes, you're out because I love you. Because I love you.
If you don't report every day by midnight, if you don't report next day by noon, however you decide to do that in your group, I recommend either reporting by midnight same day or by reporting noon the next day because some of you might be overseas and whatnot. And that's fine. So yeah, go ahead and you'll post that again inside of the Facebook group so that you guys can self-organize. And just say, hey, we've got a group of two. We need two more.
Form that group. Form a private chat. And then you're reporting daily Monday through Friday. Monday through Friday weekends. I don't recommend you get together and report.
Just report Friday, Saturday on Monday. Okay, so there you go. Let's do a little bit of visualization work. Now, if you're driving, you're gonna need to come back and listen to this, okay? And what I'm gonna do is I'm also gonna record this with a handheld mic that's close to my mouth so that the sound's really good, or at least better.
It might be a little bit of popping and whatnot, but it'll be better sound. And then I'll make sure that the EN team gets this. And this is a visualization that you can do over and over and over again on your journey. And we're gonna step into the future now, and I'm gonna guide all of you to stepping into June. Or, sorry, into July.
But I'm just gonna say, step out three months from today, okay? Well, let's go to June. I'll be specific and say June. So you're gonna need to get grounded and centered. Now, if you're in a place where you can't actually close your eyes, you need to not do this exercise.
You might even want to mute me for a minute, okay? And I'll wave at you when I'm done. Because I don't want you getting in a car wreck. So if you're like operating machinery or driving a car, you're gonna wanna drop the volume on this for the next couple minutes. If you're at home, or if you're somewhere where it's safe to close your eyes, I'm gonna ask you to close your eyes and to go inside.
So I'm gonna go ahead and start the recording. I'm gonna ask you to put your feet flat on the floor, put your hands comfortably in your lap. So anytime you listen to a recording like this, you're gonna wanna make sure that you're in a safe and comfortable place to do so. And before we start this exercise in imagery and visualization, I'm going to ask you to prepare your mind and body by closing your eyes and centering your awareness and attention. For some of you, that means that you'll be focusing in on your breath and your breathing.
For some of you, you're going to imagine your feet are growing roots down into the floor, into the ground, pushing down deep into the earth. For some of you, you're going to drop your awareness and attention about two inches below the belly button, really grounding and rooting your breath and your energy as you center. And draw your awareness to the muscles of your eyes and allow your eyes to relax. Now, draw your awareness to the muscles of your eyes and allow your eyes to relax. Deeply, profoundly, completely.
Draw your attention, your awareness down into your jaw, into the muscles of your jaw. Let the jaw relax, relaxing the jaw. Now relax the muscles of the shoulders. Sending your awareness down your arm all the way to your fingertips. Relaxing every nerve, every muscle, every tendon, all the way down to your fingertips.
Relax your back, one vertebra at a time. From the top of the spine all the way down to the tip of the tailbone. Relaxing, releasing, unwinding. Draw your awareness to your chest and relax the chest. Draw your awareness to your belly and relax your belly.
Relax your right leg down to the knee and down to the toes. Send your awareness down your left leg down to the knee and then down to the toes. And prepare your mind and your heart for change. Opening up the mind like the petals of a flower. Opening up the heart, allowing it to blossom like a rose.
Opening up the feelings of the belly and being open to change. Now imagine stepping into the future. It's the end of July and go to the specific place, the specific environment where you will be as you now accomplish your goal. Imagine what you see as you now have your moment of victory. Imagine what you hear in that moment of victory.
Let the feelings of that moment be in your body. Feeling victory, victory, victory. And if you haven't already, step into that moment fully. Be there and feel the amazing feeling of having transformed, of having changed, of having opened a new door and stepped into possibility. And from that moment, reflect back over all of the changes that you made, all of the action steps that you took, everything that you did to create change in your life.
Reflect and realize that you made the changes that you needed to make to bring to pass this moment of victory. Now bring that victory back with you, back into the present moment with a surety as you look towards the future that you have had your moment of victory. You have overcome. You have achieved. You have taken the steps that you needed to take because you are powerful.
You are capable. And like the lotus flower that blossoms and blooms out of the mud, you have transformed. Like the caterpillar that goes into her cocoon and emerges a beautiful butterfly, you have changed. Now as you're ready, open your eyes and bring your awareness and attention back into the present moment, back into. now, remembering victory.
And because you have already created it in the mind and in the heart, that victory is also emerging around you in the here and the now. Fully alert, fully aware, if you need to move your fingers or your toes, go ahead and stretch a little bit or move. If you've been muted, you can come back. All the way back, fully alert, fully aware, ready for the rest of your day. So let's recap.
You've got a couple items of homework and a little bit of framing, and then we'll wrap up today. First bit of homework, at least one page, single spaced, 12 point font, aerial. You're going to write out a story about that moment of victory, 30, 60, 90 days out. As an optional action step, you're going to post a comment in the group that says, I want an accountability group. Now, if you do, you can't be passive.
So let's just set aside old feelings that you might have about not getting picked or something like that. You've got to go out and be aggressive, and you've got to find a group. The way you're going to get found, if you want one, is to raise your hand and say, I want a group. And then if you see other people messaging that they want a group, you're going to message them. You're going to reply to their comment.
You're going to say, I want a group. Let's be in a group together. You want me on your team. You want to be able to look people in the eye through Facebook, maybe even take a picture of yourself. And you want to say, you want me on your team.
Why? Because I'm committed, and I'm going to help you get what you want. And then you're going to go in that group, and you're going to serve with a servant's heart. You're going to help lead. And you're going to help lead that team to victory, whether it's in personal things, whether it's in business things, whether it's in some other kind of relationship.
You're going to help that group take charge and get results. So those are your action steps. We're going to be back here next Tuesday for more live coaching. And remember, the way to master something. Let's talk about this for just a quick 30 seconds.
If you want to coach other people to get results, you got to first go out and get results yourself. So today, you are enrolling person numero uno in your coaching program. And that person, you're going to look in the mirror every day. And you're going to start holding that person accountable to getting powerful results. And as you do, you will qualify to help other people change.
Now remember, the live filming of the production piece of the product that you all purchased is going to happen. I wrote down the dates. Make sure I didn't forget them. I think it's June. It's mid-June.
Dave, if you're still there, correct me if I'm wrong. But it should be, let's see. I think it's June, hang on, 16th, 17th, 18th, but I might have those dates wrong. Yeah, June 16th, 17th, and 18th. Because you have pre-purchased the product, if you're on this live, if you're hearing a recording, not so much.
But if you're on this live, 16th, 17th, and 18th, you're going to have an opportunity to watch the filming of that product live. And we want to make sure that you remember that. There will also be an additional opportunity beyond that, after that product, to get live training in a group context for a certification program that we'll be talking about more later on. Okay, that's not part of the live filming. That's something that will happen later on.
So if you'd like to do that, I'd love to guide you on the next level of your coaching journey to help you create results in your own life and results in the lives of those around you. Until next week, I look forward to getting together again. It's been amazing, and thank you for letting me into the sacred space of your mind for a few minutes. And I look forward to hearing about your amazing transformation. Until we talk again soon.
