I'm super excited. I want to welcome you here today. We're going to be talking about why we're why we're really focused in on any of this. My name is William. What did you know?

And today we're going to be talking about how to get your mind and how to get your heart right. Because the reality is that no matter how much you know what to do, if you don't have your mind right, if you don't have your heart right, you're not going to get any of it done. Be honest with me. Raise your hand if you've ever known what to do in your business and your personal life to improve your marriage, to improve your relationships, to improve your health, to improve your business, and you haven't done it. Raise your hand if that's true.

Come on. We've all been there, right? So what is the difference between someone who actually consistently takes action and the person who absolutely does not? They say, I'm not going to do it. I'm not going to take that action.

I'm not going to move forward. What's the difference? The difference is the person who takes action has a certain mindset and they're able to manage their emotions. Let's be honest. Let me just draw something on the board here for a minute.

If you've got something major in your life that you want to change, if you want to change your health, two years ago, not quite two years ago, I woke up, it was Christmas break. I was hanging out with my young kid and I was on the floor. I was like in a little white t-shirt and I weighed the most I'd ever weighed in my life. I weighed 227.2 pounds. Who here's ever weighed a little bit too much?

Be honest. Raise your hands. And for me, when I gain weight, I stay pretty thin up top, but I gain it all in the belly. So I had like this giant Santa Claus belly and I got up off the floor with my 10 year old and he poked me in the belly and he looked up at me and he said, I didn't know dads could get pregnant. And then he laughed and he like dashed off.

And I'm like, oh dude, you're killing me here. You're killing me. Now I was in a moment of crisis because I help people change for a living. I help people get their mind and their heart right. And I realized in that moment, my 10 year old, like a prophet, he stood up, raised his hand and he told me the truth.

He says, you got to change. How many of you been faced with a moment where you knew you had to change? Raise your hand high. I got to change. If I don't change this, life's not going to go that well.

Maybe I got to change your relationship. Maybe you got to change your finances. Maybe you got to change your body. In my case, I had to change my body. Now I was in a special crisis because I help people change for a living.

So can I be the guy who carries around the giant belly and says, well, you can change, but I can't do it. I think they call those people hypocrites right now. We've raised your hand. If you've ever been a hypocrite, at least once. Okay.

Yeah. Well, I realized right then I was being when I was a hypocrite and I realized I had to change and I realized I had to get my mind and my heart right around it. Now, this is going to be a metaphor for whatever kind of change you want to, you want to do in life. And you'll see me draw this again later on, but I've got good news and I've got bad news for you. So in this moment, I realized that I had to go out and I had to set a goal to change my health and to get my body back.

I had to get my body back. And when you make a decision to change your life, there's that initial momentum that's built. And that initial momentum is easy. Who knows the first 10 days of any change is pretty easy, right? You're up on a high, come on, raise your hand.

If you've been there first 10 days of a diet, first 10 days of your new financial plan, first 10 days of your, of your marriage bootcamp, I'm going to listen until tomorrow, right? Whatever it is, right? And then you get going and things get hard. So this is what happened to me, right? This is me.

That was my prego belly, right? And there's my man belly right there. And I had this goal of looking more like this with like, you know, abs of steel right here, right? Guys, how many of you want to look like that? Right?

I'm not quite there, but I'm on my way. And so I had this goal to go from here to here, right? From man of flab to man of steel. And in that moment, I was super excited. I was committed because I had that moment when my boy put me in the belly where I said, never again, never again.

And for 10 days, everything went fine. And on the 10th day, something happened. I hit a massive wall. This was like concrete rebar reinforced wall. This is a wall that I smacked into with my head.

And I started to get a story playing story played in my mind and it played in my heart. In my head, the voice said, you are going to die. You are going to die. If you don't eat cheesecake, I have a dramatic inner voice sometimes, right? If you don't get a little bit of ice cream, you are going to wither away, right?

You are punishing your body. You're never going to make it. And those thoughts started to swirl around in my head and they made it down into the heart. And then I moved into a depression. I can't make this.

I can't do it. And I don't care if you're looking for a body. I don't care if you're looking for finances. I don't care if you are looking for a solid relationship in your life. When you go for a goal, when you go to change your life, you are going to run into problems.

Everybody point to your head. Okay. You are going to run into problems here in the mind. Everybody repeat after me. I've got problems in my mind.

I touch your heart, point to your heart and you're going to run into problems in your heart. Repeat after me. I got problems in my heart. Okay. And until you learn how to clean out your head, until you learn how to clean out your heart, you will stay stuck.

So you got to learn how to change that. So I ran into the wall. Fortunately, I know tools to get through that wall because we think the wall is external. We think it's the diet. We think that it's the program that we're in.

We start feeling bad and we point the finger of blame. And yet if you know what to do, if you know how to go out and get your business, if you've got the technical skills, that is not your problem. It is not the program that is the problem. It is not your spouse. It is not your lover.

It is not your child. It is not your boss. It is not the economy. It is not the fault of anyone out there. It is inside.

Everybody touch your head. Repeat after me. It's inside. Okay. It's inside the mind and it's inside the heart.

And when you learn the tools to change the mind and change the heart, you can change your life. So in the last product, we gave you tools. Now you know what to do. We laid out a 90-day game plan to get you started. Literally, if you go out and apply these tools, you are going to start seeing success.

And now it is time to maximize your performance. And that's why this product is called the Max Performance Accelerator. Everybody give a round of applause for Max Performance Accelerator. There we go. Because the secret to maximizing your performance is learning to maximize the performance of your mind and maximize the performance of your heart.

Now because I knew that this brick wall, this concrete reinforced wall was made from my thoughts and my emotions, I knew exactly what to do. And so I set on a program to get through it. I'm going to put thoughts here, emotions here. And it took me four hours to get through that wall. Four hours from catastrophe to motivation.

And that's what we're going to be teaching you here today. We're going to be teaching you the basics of how to go from catastrophe to motivation. How to go from dejected and despair to success. And that's what we're going to be talking about. We're going to help you reclaim your mind and reclaim your heart.

Raise your hand if you're all in. Absolutely. Repeat after me. I want to reclaim my mind. And I want to reclaim my heart.

Okay. And I'm going to help you do that. So we got some rules for today and that is whether you're watching at home or you're here in the audience, we want you playing full out. I promise that today I'm going to bring it all on. I'm going to go full out.

I'm all in and I'm going to help you make the change that you've been wanting to make. So whether you're wanting to pursue a new body, whether you wanted to pursue more money, whether you want to pursue romance and relationships, we're here to help you make a change. So let's have a huge round of applause for Change, everybody, and let's dive into today.
