Alright, thanks guys. So, here's the thing. Who wants to build a large team? Anybody? Alright, alright.
So, here's the more important question is, who wants to build a large team and still have a life? Right? Alright, so, this is going to require some audience participation. You guys at home, same thing, right? So, what I want to know is what are your biggest challenges that you have right now with building a team?
Duplication. Okay, what's next? When they have some stuff on live stream, let me know. We got a delay. Yes?
Commitment. So, like getting them to stick around? Okay. Not quitting. Okay, what else guys?
Yes? Getting them to take action. Excellent. What else you got? Anything from live stream yet?
Okay. Yes? So, like getting them to show up and commit? Okay. That's pretty close to that, but it's still good.
Show up and commit. Okay. Core, yeah. Yeah, very same kind of thing. Let's just put that there in parentheses.
We'll have to wobbly board. There we go. Okay, any others? Okay, good. Alright, so, we got four big things there that are big challenges that most of us have when we're building a team.
So, let me move to the next slide. Here's what we're going to cover in this training. Leadership and team building mindset, right? Because just like every other aspect of the business, getting things right up here is like the most important factor. So, we're going to cover that a little bit here in the beginning.
And then the other thing is we're going to talk about the mechanics of building and supporting a team successfully while increasing your personal production and time freedom, right? Which is why we're all here, right? Why, what's the most important thing or the most, the biggest reason why you joined this industry in the first place, right? Anyone? Freedom, that's right.
So, you might say the money, you might be thinking the money, but really the money is so that you can buy your freedom, right? And it's not very attractive if you have to work 70 hours a week or more to try and bring in money in this industry, yet that's exactly what most traditional network marketing teaches. So, we're going to talk about that a little bit because all the things I'm going to teach you guys in this training are things that I had to learn the hard way and you don't have to. So, let me share a couple of stories, right? Now, my first foray into network marketing goes all the way back to when I was 19 years old, I joined Amway and actually from there, there was two or three other companies that I kind of hopped around and, you know, started getting my education, learning the ropes, learning how this thing all worked, but really my main education happened when my wife and I joined a company back in 2000 and really fully committed to it.
And we were, we were involved with that company for about three years and I'm going to, I'm going to share with you guys a few things that they taught us to do in that company and some of you are going to relate to this, right? So, the first thing was when you bring in a new member, you go with them to your fast start training, right? That was a big thing, they enforced that, they said you have to do that, right? So, about once every or twice every month, we were carting people down to, it was about an hour drive each way to a six or seven hour training that we'd already seen a hundred times. Is that a good use of your time?
No, absolutely not. Okay, so, on top of that, they said if you want people to show up to these trainings, you need to go pick them up. So, we had to drive all over different places, pick them up at their houses, take them to the thing and then we felt bad for them, so we'd buy them lunch and we'd do the training, right? Month after month after month, we're repeating this process. So, let me ask you this, do you think because we did that, that those people stuck in the business any better than anyone else?
No, absolutely not. So, we also had these weekly business briefings, they called them, right? So, it was a real important thing, most network marketing companies have a weekly event of some kind, a team mastermind, whatever we might call it now, but in those days, it was a hotel meeting that we went to every Tuesday and somebody would get up and show the presentation and we'd invite prospects to this hotel and they said, well, if you want them to actually show up, you got to go pick them up and bring them. So, we spent lots and lots of time, lots of gas money, driving around town, picking up prospects, bringing them to the meeting. What do you think happens when you stop picking them up?
Right, they don't show up anymore. They were only there because we picked them up, right? So, that's just not a way to build a team and what happens is over time, if you're bringing in even like four or five people in a month, if you're doing that process every single time and you're calling them up and you're trying to coach them and you're trying to train them and you're trying to, you know, call them up and motivate them to get out of bed in the morning and actually do something, as soon as you stop doing that, they stop doing the work and if you do continue to do that, how many people can you have on your team before you are out of time in the day, right? And that's not even to mention the three-way calls, right? We all know the three-way call thing, right?
Yeah, yep, living the dream and yeah, exactly. So, we, you know, we learned after the course of several years. You'd think we'd learn it sooner than that but, you know, they just kept telling us this is the way, this is the way, this is how you do it and we believed it so we kept doing it but one day we just had hit that maximum capacity and frustration and said, you know what, this is not a way to build a business, this is certainly not a way to build freedom, which is why we were doing it in the first place and so we said, that's it, we're out and we completely swore out of the network marketing industry entirely until we saw this business model. And so, I'm going to show you guys a little bit different way of building a team where you're really supporting them, you're doing the right things and you're doing it in such a way where you're applying leverage to that and it's actually a hundred times more effective than what we just talked about. So, we're going to start with the mindset.
So, really, really important concept to understand right out of the gate. Lead from the front. Anybody know what that means? All right, well, I'll just, I'll just say, you're right, lead from the front means do the work, right? You've got to do it.
Your team is going to follow what you do more than what you say to do, right? So, you can't be sitting back there telling people, go do this, go do this, go do this and not doing any of it yourself because they're going to be observing you and noticing that you're not actually doing any of it and if you're not doing any work, you're not producing and they're not going to produce either, right? So, they're always going to be looking at you, looking at what you're doing and modeling after that. So, big question is, what you're doing every day, something that you'd be excited about if your team was doing the same thing? And this is a question that, you know, I learned a long time ago to, like, ask yourself this daily, you know, at the end of every day or better yet, at the beginning of every day, right?
Ask about the previous day. Asking of your own mind is what I did yesterday, something that I'd be excited if my whole team did the same thing. And if the answer to that is no and be honest with yourself when you're asking this question, right? Because a lot of people are like, oh, yeah, yeah, I went through five videos yesterday and I went through a whole training module and yeah, I hope my team's doing that. No, not so much, right?
You want them taking action. You want them doing money generating activities. So, you have to lead the way and what you do is what will duplicate and what your team will do. So, you cannot do it for them, okay? This goes back to what I was sharing before.
You know, you can do all kinds of things and try and handhold and carry them on and try and motivate people and get them to do things but you can't do it for them. And the sad thing also in this industry is that oftentimes we want success more for our team members than they want it for themselves. And that's just a, you know, a mismatch that doesn't work. They have to internally want to do this and they have to want the result that they're going to get if they do in fact do it and you can't, you can't do it for them. Yeah, so it's not productive to chase those that refuse to take action and don't show up.
So, you cannot motivate other people. You can only do your best to inspire them, right? And that's the way that things work. And how do you inspire your team? What are some things that you can do to inspire your team or really the main thing?
Sharing results, right? But more important than that is produce, right? Be a producer. Take action yourself, lead the way, lead by example, lead from the front and they will in turn look at that and go, wow, they're doing the deal. They're really making this stuff happen and that inspires people, right?
So, you do that through sharing results and sharing with your team that look, this is the results that I'm getting and then you can actually teach them what it was that you did to get those results and that keeps them in line. So, kind of the attitude that you want to have with your team is this. Our team is succeeding with or without you. I'd love for you to plug in and be a part of this, but you have to take action and show up, right? And that's, it's the kind of posturing where it's like, I'm going this way, you're welcome to come along and we'll help you and we'll guide you along the way, but if you're not going to come along, I can't do anything for you, right?
And this, as we go through this, you guys are going to see that we're addressing all of these things that we wrote down up here. So, it's a lot easier to sponsor more team members than it is to revive the dead, right? Everybody know that's true, right? And the funny thing is, you know, especially when we're new in this industry is we spend a lot of time trying to, you know, get people to do something, you know, especially when you're new and you've just brought in that first person or maybe it's your first two or three people and you stop doing everything else and you focus on those one or two new people that you just brought in and you're trying to do everything for them, you're trying to coach them along, you're trying to get them to do stuff and what you did is you just took your eye off the ball and you stopped producing and now you're not leading from the front. So, continue to produce and this is the whole thing with, you know, being able to create more time freedom and do things in a leveraged manner so that you can continue to produce and you can build a team and inspire people and still have a life to do it.
So, the point of this is, you know, using leveraged systems to work on the distracted while you work with the committed. And the cool thing is, you know, in this industry today, we have so much technology that we can leverage to be able to do these things for us and save us a ton of time which we're going to go into here in a minute. So, let's dig into the mechanics, you know, how exactly do we do this? So, number one, leveraging systems is what you're doing now to support your team still going to work when you have a team of 500 or 1,000, 5,000 or even more, you know. So, really think about that or all the things that you do when you have a brand new member and what you do ongoing to support those members, something you can continue to do and that when you have 1,000 people in your team that are active, are you still going to be able to have a life doing that?
And if you're leveraging systems properly, then absolutely you will. Your time is valuable. So, that's why we want to leverage the tools and systems and group time with our team, okay? So, the group time concept is something that's super, super important because there's still a lot of people, you know, a lot of people that I talk to within Empower Network who still spend a lot of one-on-one time with their brand new members trying to get them to do stuff, trying to train them individually. Remember that it's not your job to train your team members.
That's not your job. What trains the team members? Products and the system, exactly. That's the entire, you know, thing that we've laid out for them is that everything they need is right there in front of them. So, all a new member has to do is plug into that.
So, your job is just to guide them to that. And if you can use group time to communicate with your team, then you're leveraging yourself. You know, why would you have a conversation with 1,000 different people when you can do it one time through, you know, online conferencing and video and accomplish the same thing or even more in a lot less time? So, what I'm going to do is lay out for you guys what our team building model is. And Will had mentioned earlier, Michael Martin and I build a team together.
So, we work together and set these things up and support them. And we're going to just lay out exactly what it is that we do in our team so that you can duplicate this process. And you're going to be amazed at how simple it is, right? There's no tricks here. There's nothing secret.
There's, you know, no big deal. There's not a lot of stuff you're going to have to buy that's expensive. It's actually really, really simple. So, number one thing is we do one live team mastermind per week. Get the whole team together.
We use a system called Zoom.us. Some of you guys are familiar with that. Some of you are brand new. You've maybe never heard of that. You can just go to Zoom.
It's Z-O-O-M.us and it is completely free. Free to use, right? I think you can have up to, is it 50 still, Lawrence? I think you can have 50 people on there on a free account. Yeah.
So, it's, yeah, super, super awesome leverage tool. You know, it's the equivalent of having a hotel room and getting everybody together and being able to talk and see each other and interact because you can see everybody on the screen. You can move through that. You can communicate. There's a chat window and then the speakers can moderate that and control what's going on.
So, it's really, really awesome tool. So, I recommend everybody start using that if you're not using it yet. It's up to you or you could omit this entirely. The reason we do that is because we can talk differently when we have a group of people that are already more committed, that have already made the investment in their business and they're showing up to stuff regularly and they're ready for a higher level of information than a brand new person. So, that's another optional thing that you can add in there.
The other thing you can use is a team Facebook group. Now, Lawrence touched on this a little bit. Facebook groups are a tremendous asset, again, completely free. So, if you're not using Facebook, you're not using Facebook groups with your teams, definitely want to jump into that. So, what you can do on that is everything you post, and this is the cool thing about Facebook groups, is that when you post something, everybody who's a member of that group is going to see it.
It's going to show up in their feed. Unlike, you know, other, like, Facebook pages, you're going to get maybe four to six percent of people who are fans are ever going to see what you post. Facebook groups, everybody sees what you post. So, you can keep people up to date. You can post special announcements.
You can actually do Facebook Lives inside of a group so that everybody in the group can engage with it and see it. People that are not part of the group, they don't see it. So, it's kind of just another little, like, team, community, centralized spot that you can leverage. And the reason we've limited that is because brand new people often will have a different level of conversation going on than somebody who's more committed. And it's basically like a 24-7 place for those members to communicate with each other, to help each other out, to talk about a little bit more advanced topics, and then we can moderate that and make sure that we're answering everybody's questions if they're not being answered by the community.
So, how do we run our team masterminds? We get asked this question all the time. You know, what is it that you do on your team masterminds? Because it's an exclusive thing for our team. They have to be on our team to be on it and you guys can do that with your teams as well.
So, I'm going to just lay it out for you so you'll know exactly what it is that we do. We first off, we tell all of our team, so it's part of the team culture, is that every Wednesday night, we have them send out emails starting earlier in the day and invite all the team members, all their team members, anyone who's part of our team, to attend our team mastermind that's every Wednesday. And we give them the link for that, we have it set up on a domain that we own and control, and then we just shift it and redirect that domain to the most current Zoom meeting every single week that we set that up. Then we often will do, actually mostly Michael does this, he'll do a Facebook live in our Facebook group for our team and let them know what we might be talking about that specific day, maybe there's some important announcements that we're going to be divulging on that mastermind, so we kind of get people hyped up and a little bit excited, make sure they're going to show up to our team mastermind. And then the masterminds themselves are one hour, so we keep it pretty tight because we value everybody's time, we don't want people to spend, you know, more time than necessary on meetings when they should be spending it on money generating activities.
So we keep it to one hour. So how does that break down? The first 10 minutes, we address our new team members because every single week we have a portion of that attendance for that mastermind are brand new members. So in that first 10 minutes, what we're going to do is we're going to cover what do we want a new member to do, right? It's the number one question brand new people have when they get started is, well, what do I do, right?
So the answer to that, we just map it out for them. We show them on screen that they need to go through their acceleration training, and then once they do that, they can go ahead and start focusing on the daily shortcuts. Sometimes we'll even walk them through, taking just a few minutes, the process of actually sharing that content, you know, going into Kalatu Cloud, how to, how in five clicks they can send out the email message for that day, all of that stuff. And then in the next 30 minutes, we'll cover specific topics. So that could be updates that may be going on, maybe there's some funnel updates, some new information, maybe there's new products, right?
Any of those kind of things we would cover in that next 30 minutes, as well as oftentimes we'll be pointing out, you know, what can people be doing aside from daily shortcuts to really get things going faster? So we'll talk about social media engagement, expanding their reach on Facebook and so forth, making sure they're plugged into all the things that we are connected with within our team. And then the last 20 minutes, we'll usually go to a Q&A session, or we'll bring out some of our members that maybe have seen results for that week and have them share what it is they're doing and the results that they got. So, it's kind of a social proof thing and that's pretty much it, right? I mean, it's very, very simple but it has a structure to it so that people know exactly what to expect and that we always have a spot there.
So, when brand new members are coming into that for the first time, they are going to be shown exactly what to do and get sort of inducted into our team culture. Another thing that you can do that we will also do is promoting the up and coming leaders within our team, right? Because we recognize the producers within our team and not only having them share a little bit of what they're doing and that kind of thing, it gives them screen time, it puts them in front of the whole team, it positions them more as a leader. But then as they continue to get more and more results, we will start to elevate them even more and actually bring them on and have them do little mini trainings, you know, additional things like that. But only once they've proven themselves, gotten results and showed that they're completely committed to what they're doing here.
So what's the process for plugging in brand new members, okay? When you get a brand new member, this is really, really simple, you want to connect with them first off, right? We've talked about this in some of the other trainings today. You want to either call them on the phone or you can have it set up within your email messages or however you're reaching out to those new members and getting connected with them in some form or fashion. So I like to use Facebook, that's the number one way that I connect with my new members is that I will actually send them an email, send them a text message and try to connect with them on Facebook.
If I don't find them on Facebook with their email or their name, then what I'll do is I'll reach out through the email or through the text message and say, be sure and connect with me, here's my profile link, send me a message on Facebook so we can get connected there. I recommend that if you guys haven't done it yet, create an auto responder message series for your new members, right? So when somebody joins, you can either take them out of the prospect list but at the very least move them into a team list and start sending them a team auto responder series and it's really simple what you would put in that content because you're going to introduce yourself just again letting them know who you are and what you want them to actually do and so that, you know, the number one thing is push them to the acceleration training, that's the first step you want to get them through but then also getting them connected with you on social media. I can't emphasize enough how important it is for new people to get connected on Facebook, super, super important. Lawrence just brought it up, I think we've heard that mentioned by several other leaders during this weekend but the bottom line is if they're not on Facebook and they don't get connected with the resources and the community that we have set up on Facebook, they're kind of out of the loop as far as information flow and, you know, all the things that are going on so it's super important.
So in my auto responder message series that I send out to my new members, I actually, in every single one of those first six messages, there's either in the PS line or in the message body itself, it instructs them to go straight to Facebook, get connected, you know, it's like do this, do this, do this, have you done this today? In fact, there's one message in there that sole purpose is, have you done this today? Be sure and do this right now, go right now to my Facebook profile, send me a message and I'll immediately send you a friend request, let's get connected, all right? So be very direct about that. Okay, so you want to add them to a team Facebook group if you have that set up.
You can also add them to the Empower Network Affiliate Mastermind Group and I would also recommend that you add them to the next level mastermind group on Facebook, all right? Now, some of those admin will need to approve them once they've been added but just go and add them right away so you know they're in there. The other thing is you can invite them to the next team live mastermind. So whatever day you decide to have those on or if your team already has one, you want to be sure and invite them to that. And then instruct them to connect or schedule with you, you know, a coaching call or whatever you want to call that, you know, I just call it a welcome call.
As soon as they've gone through the acceleration training, I usually push people back to that if they haven't done it yet because otherwise they're going to have a bunch of questions for you that are answered already inside those videos. So just tell them once you've completed that acceleration training, come back, we'll get you connected, I can connect with you on Skype or we can do it on Zoom or we could do it over the telephone, any of those are fine but then that's where you can really kind of talk to them about their personal goals, what is their income goal, what are they going to need to have set up and in place in order to achieve that and just kind of get to know them a little bit. All right, team culture, I'm going to go through some of this fast because we're running short on time and I want to be sure we have some Q&A at the end. So team culture is really simple, right? It's like a family, you know, everybody's team, as you get to know your team members, it becomes like a very close family, you know, even in Power Network as a whole, the community is very much like a family.
The more you get inducted into it, the more you're around, the more you're plugged in, the more events you attend, the more you start feeling closer and closer to all of your team members and that's a really, really important thing. Also, no negativity, right? No negativity, no whining, none of that, take a hard line stance on that because it is incredibly unproductive and it's like a cancer that just starts to rip through the whole community inside of your team if you get people in there talking about a bunch of negative stuff. No cross-recruiting or promoting things outside of Empower Network, right? Some of this stuff should go without saying, right?
You want people that are focused inside your community and focused on doing things here. Always be helpful and supportive, learn, interact, and produce, right? Don't ever forget to produce. So I want to address this real quick. What if I don't have a team?
This came up yesterday when we were doing our panel. There's a lot of people that come in and maybe their sponsor quit. I'm going to share with you guys that when I got started, my sponsor quit about, I don't know, maybe a month or so after I got started. He was never any support to begin with, right? But I'm living proof that it doesn't matter if your sponsor quits, right?
Your sponsor does not determine your business or your success. Michael Martin, same kind of thing. In fact, I think that's true with a lot of the leaders is their sponsor was not instrumental in their success. It was their own desire, their own internal motivation that helped them push through and really get things going and get the success that they wanted. So if you don't have a team, team starts with you, right?
You are the team. So when I got started and I realized that, you know, I don't have, there was nobody that had a weekly team mastermind set up. There was nothing going on. There was no structure. I just said, okay, well, I'm just going to start doing it.
So at the time, we didn't have Zoom, so I started using Google Hangouts. And I just started every week doing a Google Hangout and inviting a couple of my team members to it. And as my team grew, the number of people that showed up started to grow. And we would just talk about stuff, you know, we didn't really have any schedule or structure to it at all. It was just, you know, hey, how's it going?
How was your week? What's going on with you? How's your family? You know, and then that started to develop over time. As I built my skills, I started teaching what I was doing, sharing the results that I was getting.
And then pretty soon, other people started getting results and they were sharing their results. And then we started building some structure into it. And at the time that I decided to go ahead and, you know, meld teams with Michael, I had about 30 or 40 people that were showing up regularly on the team masterminds. And his team was, you know, a little bit higher than that. I think he had more people than that, but we brought them together and then just became stronger when we started working together.
So if you don't have a team, just start doing these things, right? Set up a Facebook group. Go ahead and start doing a Zoom hangout once a week and invite the team that you do have. As your team is growing, just keep bringing them on. And you might have times where nobody shows up.
Don't let that discourage you. Just say, well, I guess I get to watch more TV, right? Go do something else. It's not a big deal. I actually had times where I would go a couple of weeks where nobody would show up on my team masterminds.
Yes? Microphone behind you. Do you invite people that aren't in your team into your group? Or is this completely a different group? This is team only.
Right. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. But you probably have your own personal group as well.
You know, there's a trend, right, of like everybody's got their individual mastermind. No, Michael and I run a group together, right? Okay. So we support everything together. This is like a prime example of what we were talking about earlier, about like, because see, we came together.
This is for people who don't have a team. We came together because we shared an upline, but we're cross lines from each other. And that upline wanted to kind of like bring everybody together and do this. And well, he left. And it kind of left both of us.
He didn't have a sponsor. That left me without a sponsor. And we are literally, we started within the same month of each other in this business. We had teams and income right around the same. We kind of just found very like-minded.
We get along great. And we partnered up together. And that's what we were telling you guys. People who are listening who are saying, hey, I don't have a sponsor, I'm an orphan or whatever. Find somebody who's around your skill level.
Maybe they are higher. You're a little higher. So you can feed off each other. And you never know what you can cultivate together. So this is a prime example of what we were telling you guys in that last panel.
We're living examples of it. So. Yep. Absolutely. Absolutely.
So we'll have some Q&A here in just a second. So this is a quote that I really like about leadership and team building. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. You cannot omit any one of those three components or it doesn't work. Right?
So you have to learn and then you have to actually do. And then you teach. It's the learn-do-teach philosophy. Right? So that's just a really awesome quote that I wanted to share.
So we'll open it up to some question-answer period here. You guys have any questions? And then see if anything from the live stream. Mike's got the mic back there. I got one real quick.
If you're a brand new person, say a brand new person saying, so when should I start implementing this stuff? Like when I have one member, five members, ten members, when do I start? OK. Excellent question. If you don't already have an upline or a team that's already doing these things that you can plug into, then the time is now.
Right? If you have one team member, you can start doing a hangout every week and getting together with that one team member. And as you grow, you just keep adding more and more of them to it. And it just continues to grow that way. So I know you kind of said, you know, we shouldn't really be chasing people in a sense.
But what if we have like a group, pretty decent-sized group, but maybe out of that group five to ten only show up every week? Then you work with those five to ten. Yeah. Those five to ten are going to be your potential future leaders. Those are the people you want to give your attention to.
You know, don't chase people around. If they're not going to bother to show up, is it more important for them to watch TV or, you know, do something else than to show up on your team masterminds, then, you know, this is the group time that you've set up. You said, here, I'm setting up this specific time. I'm available. We're talking.
We're teaching. We're sharing. This is where you need to show up. And the other thing too, guys, is that when you use the Zoom platform, you have the ability to record that. Right?
So you record them and then you can archive them and then people who are maybe physically unable to attend it due to work schedules or maybe they're in another country where it's like 4 o'clock in the morning when you're doing your team masterminds, they can still watch them and still participate. We probably have, you know, about 50% of the views that we have on our Zoom hangouts are from people that watch the replays because they're either unable or time constraints or something. Yes? Would you recommend a specific day or time to do your masterminds? You know, it kind of depends on what's going to work for you, but we've found that for us, we do them Wednesday evenings.
Ours is 9.30 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday. That time has worked really well for us because it doesn't conflict with anything that the company is doing. You know, company live streams are usually either on a Tuesday or a Thursday and then we have the Monday stuff going on. So Wednesday is usually an open day.
What is your structure to your autoresponder for your new person you just sponsored? So for the team autoresponder? Yeah, well, for your own, like, right, you said you just moved them over to the autoresponder. Yeah, so when somebody joins the team, the first email they get is a link to a video where I'm just introducing myself and saying, hey, welcome to the team, I'm your sponsor, here's what you need to do and I open the screen up and it's just a screen share video, shows them they need to go through the acceleration training and then from there, they can contact me and we can set something up, we can talk, we can chat on Facebook, give them a link to Facebook, you know, so just getting them connected in and getting them started. That's something everybody can do right now.
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, it doesn't take anything. And then from there, I have, you know, multiple messages that go out that says, you know, hey, are you set up yet? Have you gone through your acceleration training yet? I mean, it's a lot of repetitive stuff because a lot of times people have to be kind of tapped on the shoulder multiple times before they actually log in and get things going.
And what's your series like about how many emails in sequence? Right now, it's six emails. It goes out over about 10 days. Okay. Yes.
On negativity, have you gone through negativity in the team and if so, how have you handled it and with that, have you or do you have some kind of way to determine if something is negative or people negative or the team is getting negative or what to do? Well, it's never that the team is getting negative. It's usually, you know, when you have negativity that sprouts up, it's usually from like one person that starts something or makes a negative comment and then sometimes somebody else will then feed that more energy, right? So we just shut it down as soon as it happens, you know. And we talk about it sometimes on our team masterminds.
We just talk about the fact that, look, negativity is unproductive. There's no reason to talk about it. There's no reason to bring it up. That doesn't benefit anyone, you know. So how you handle it is kind of an individual thing but, you know, we just shut it down right away.
But we do it in a nice way. How do you shut it down? Well, we'll immediately talk to that person, you know, message that person or even write in the chat in front of everybody. We'll just say, you know, hey, that's, there's no place for that here, you know. And if it keeps on going, then they're out.
All right. Do we have any questions from live? Nothing new from live because we answered them or people are assisting each other. All right. Awesome.
Awesome. All right.
