Hey, so guys, a couple of shifts here, and this is for the audience too, is I felt better about letting everybody just watch right up until the end, because I have some content that I would like to cover before we ended, but I wake up in the afternoon, which isn't the most convenient time to wake up if people are on. And so in any case, I have a lot of content that I'd like to cover with people. And so what we're going to do is we're going to go right up until the fire people come. I don't know what they're doing, but I think they'd like their flesh on fire and keep it cool with their mind somehow, you know, it's like those guys in the X-Men movie that can just throw fire. Those guys are coming.

No, it's we got some fire people come in because they asked if I want to do a fire walk, and I think fire walks are stupid. But I mean, they're cool. And you're like, yeah, whatever. I'm not doing that again. My feet didn't get burned and I'm happy.

But in any case, I do like people throwing fire around like crazy people. That's fun to watch if I'm standing far enough away. So yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that crazy mess, they were a little bit scary, you know. But like, you know, those are people, they live under the earth here in Costa Rica, in case you're wondering. But in any case, so I'm going to cover some stuff with you, okay, and for VIP, what we're going to do is we'll let everybody watch the fire entertainment later.

And you have until then to get into VIP. I'm going to chill out and do some Q&A if any of the leaders want to hang out, you're welcome to hang out. If you want to go home, you're welcome to go home. If any of you want to stay, you're welcome to stay. We're going to have our employees rest and go party or something.

And we'll have one person operate the cameras to make sure we have some time to do some Q&A and deliver on that. And we'll also do something with VIPs later this week. But here's what I'm going to cover. So this is going to be, who knows how long, and as long as I can talk this long, we're good, right? We're going to cover, I'm going to talk about my content process, okay, because I think it's useful.

Now, I don't do everything right. Guys, there's some talking in the background, if we could, thank you. I'm going to talk about my content process, okay? And I'm also going to talk about the structure of Empower and how you make money. And this is really important for everybody on the screen, okay?

I don't know if anybody's actually explained that who's talked today. But the way, there's an upgrade button, again, floating below my feet in three dimensions. And there's an upgrade button down there. And that actually will just take you to the next product that you don't have yet. And if you can see the congratulations page, it means you're all in, right?

If you can't see it and get redirected, that means that you don't have all those products yet. So, if you want to upgrade to the next level, upgrade your commissions to the next level, just keep hitting that button and upgrading until you see the congratulations video. And that's where we have no more products left, right? For those of you that want. I just wanted to give you that gift.

So, in any ways, let's get right into things. Content. So, he was talking about video. And Lawrence has talked about content. So I want to talk about content process, because this is going to be something really useful for people who want to do a lot of content marketing.

And I wish I would have done things like this years ago. If you guys could bring up something for me to drink, just through the night, like coffee or something, just keep me going, because I'm going to talk as much as I can, you know? Coffee but with extra caffeine, you know what I mean? I thought about that. You know, you see these coffee deals, and it's like, this amazing coffee has mushrooms in it.

And I'm like, why not just add caffeine to coffee? And then you have like, I only need one cup of this coffee in Power Network, right? If you're going to sell a product, why not have people addicted to it? So in any case, legal addictions, though, folks, legal ones, don't tell them the secret ingredient. I'm just joking.

All right. So, content process, right? In order to do something on a consistent basis, you want to think about it in terms of a system. When I say a system, I don't always mean a technology system, a sales system. What I mean is the way things are interconnected into the way that you're building your business, right?

In other words, your content process, whether you're doing it, getting guest bloggers, I was actually listening to that upstairs, whether you're getting guest bloggers, whether you're doing it yourself, right? If you build a process around how you do it and constantly repeat that process, you are going to get way better results than if you're randomly picking stuff to do. Because the biggest thing we run into is what? People are like, well, what do I write about? It's like, there are like trillions of articles online, probably, right?

There's like, where people just wrote about something, and that covers about everything, and you could take any one of those subjects and go. You know what I mean? It's fine. You could go pick something you want to learn and write about. It doesn't matter.

Okay? I'm going to talk about process. So, and thinking. And if you think like this, as you're building and as you're going along, you could get more traffic from content than you can from any other strategy, period. You can't get more fast traffic from content, for sure, no way, right?

But over a period of years, you can get more traffic from organic traffic, social traffic and content than you can from anything. Oh, yeah, more so. Yeah, and they say no, because they've never done this. Right? But if you want to say who gets the most traffic in our whole space, as individuals, right?

Ray Higdon, Eric Worre, who else? Brendan Burchard. Got a bunch of them here, right? Gary Vanderchuck. How's he get his traffic?

Right? Look at the biggest. And what they do is actually really simple, right? They're just smart about it. And you can start what they do small, and just repeat it, right?

So first of all, content, let me talk about how I do it, and this will be useful to some of you. And then we'll talk about some of the plans. I want to keep short on this, just because it was useful, because he was just talking about videos. And so I can feed this in. So a few years ago, I was getting a massage over in Austin, Texas.

And this lady was in an event, Will had come to that event, Tracy was at that event, Lawrence was at that event, I don't know who else was. Was anybody else there in Austin, Texas? I think Kyle might have been there. Anybody else in Austin? Were you in Austin?

You guys were in Austin? This is your first event, so they were there. So we were in Austin, I was getting a massage. And this lady, you know, I was talking to her, she's like, what kind of event are you running? And I told her, she goes, oh, is that like what John Maxwell does?

I was like, well, not really. I said, but sort of, we have a personal development company. And I was like, you met John Maxwell? He's like, yeah, I'm his massage therapist when he comes in town, right? I was like, oh, that's kind of cool.

So like, so like, John Maxwell comes here, he says, yeah, he does events here a lot. And so you talk to him, and she's like, yeah, I always talk to people if they talk, and if they don't, I just kind of leave them alone. And I was like, so what's the most impactful thing you've ever heard him say? Right? And what she said, was the most impactful thing I ever heard John Maxwell say when I heard him speak like 10 years before, it's fascinating, right?

And it was this. He said, what makes me different? He says, when I was really young, I was 20 something, he said, I decided that every day I was going to read for an hour, I was going to write for an hour, and I was going to think for an hour, right? And I just started, right? And he just started that and kept doing it.

And I was like, hmm. And I thought about all the books that he's written, and I said, if he did that, he would write that many books. He's written like 40 books. It's a lot of books to write. Not really so much.

Not if you're doing that. Now, here's the thing that he said, though. And he said this when I heard him say it, too. And this is like 10 years, so this is like 10 years later, he's still saying the same thing. He said, in a year, there's not much difference.

If you do something like that, you're reading, the people around you, they're not reading. You're writing, the people who are around you aren't writing. Not much difference. But there's a difference. He says in two years, the difference starts to get actually pretty large.

In three years, it's really large. He says, but in 10 years, your skills and your income is so unrelatable to who you know before, they either look at you in awe or don't want to be around, because you're just unconnectable. But he says, I've been doing that now for like 40 years, right? That's not really a lot of time, considering the stuff we waste time on, right? So I heard that, and I went down to, I remember visiting Oren Woodward.

He wrote that book I read the other month, 13 Resolutions. And he owns a network marketing company as well, Oren. And with him, he reads, I think there's a beeping noise somewhere. Do you hear that? These are ringing in my ears from all the drums.

Can you check if there's a beeping and shut it off? It could just be ringing in the ears. I mean, you've got to be careful with that. Right, right, right. It's fine.

So in any case, the habit of reading and writing will change your life. So what I decided to do is I decided to build my content strategy around that. Because it's something that puts me in a pattern, right? I already do that pattern mostly, but the content thing forces me to do it all the time, right? Because I have to, because it's like if I don't, then a thing is not ready, and I have to get it ready by nine in the morning, right?

So what I do is I read for one hour, thinking about how to teach it, or to teach a concept from it, which makes you read differently, right? And then I write, I write something that's maybe a thousand to three thousand words in the next hour. It does not take me very long to write. Some people cannot write that fast. I write without editing most of the time, and then I'll look back through it, change two things.

And then I make a video, right? Now there's a reason I'm doing it like this, right? But a series of reasons. I won't get into all of them. But this changes the way my brain operates, right?

If I read for an hour, if you guys have ever done, who in here has done meditation? Will and I were talking about this the other day, meditation. Have you done like long periods of like focused activity where you're just reading and completely uninterrupted for a while? I've done something like that. After about a certain period of time, it's like exercise, it's like maybe 45 minutes, an hour, your brain will release a whole bunch of neurotransmitters, right?

Around that skill, around whatever you're doing. It's like exercise after a while, it's like your body just starts feeling different all over the place. And I actually read to produce that, mostly, to learn while I'm doing it. Because that creates a different state that allows me to think in larger chunks. I don't know if that makes sense.

So I do this cognitive exercise plus learning, and then I sit there and I write for an hour. I give myself an hour to write a video, right? Which is why I brought the teleprompter up, because I want to show it to some of you who've never seen one of these, right? And then what I do with content is this. I take what I write, I make a video, which gets turned into an audio, that gets turned also into a blog post, that's also gonna start getting turned into a podcast, that will also be turned into a YouTube channel, that will also be used to grow a social media presence at the same time.

In multiple languages, right, as it goes, right? But that's my process I do all the time. In the last couple weeks, I've been able to do it every day, because I've been taking that writing time and doing sales stuff, because you also have to write that stuff. So I want to talk about using tools to create videos, because a lot of people, we were just talking about videos, and a lot of people get all funked up about it, right? And it is much better to start doing things where you're at least doing them, right?

Because doing stuff freestyle, like I'm just gonna do videos when I feel inspired, well, how often will that be? Maybe every day, maybe once a year, I don't know, whenever it comes or doesn't come, you'll get more inspired a lot if you make more stuff, right? This is the way it works, right? So I do this five days a week, and then I have a plan of taking it and a syndication plan. Part of the syndication plan is what I do, part of it's what the affiliates do, part of it's retargeting, right?

This is the model that you guys want to take if you guys want to build presence over time, is you got to think about it like this. This is part of what I was talking to you about the other day, too, Will. You got to think in terms, and this is what I do with business, and this is what I think about in terms of network marketing, and it really is different than most people think, and I learned it, right? How can I take this one thing and put it in way more places with no more work? And how can I make it continue to operate and continue to work in the background without me doing anything for that, right?

Because if you think about it like that, all of a sudden, right, if you write a blog post, that can be a video that can start a YouTube channel, right? If you're going to write one, how long does this video take to make? The length of time it takes me to read that thing once. No retakes, if I mess up, I just say, edit that part out, and I continue, and it doesn't look like I'm reading, does it? Now some of them do when I'm like just not really focused on it or whatever, but mostly you can't even tell, and you wouldn't even know that if I didn't tell you, right?

You're like, it sounds natural, well, it's my writing. So if I read somebody else's writing, I can't come off in the same way, I probably could learn. That's just what, that's what actors do, right? If an actor can learn that, I can learn it, but I don't really feel like it, I just feel like writing it myself. I like it because it keeps my mind right, right?

But also I'm doing that so I can take the content I create and I can write, I can create books. Why not do it at the same time, right? Why not build it up and then launch a podcast channel at the same time? Same thing, right? But I'm not going to do that yet, I'm going to build it, build a system for it, bring leaders into it, and then we're going to have biggest podcast in personal development, right?

And then we'll rotate the leads around from that to people that qualify, we'll talk about that later, right? So my point is though, everything you do, if you think in terms of how can I take this thing and without any more work, turn one thing into two things and turn two into four, that's another form of leverage, right? And every time something is paying for itself, then you can take some of the profits from that thing, right, when it's profiting, and you can add a new layer of exposure through paying for it, through teams, through another person who only does one task, right? For example, if you just had one person and their only job was to upload your video each day to every single video sharing site there was on the internet, you might get some additional traffic from that, maybe not, right? Maybe there's a tool to do that, right, although they all get shut down for spam, so it might not be the most useful thing ever.

YouTube is the key, right? YouTube is useful, that's what I want to say. You just don't want to have stuff that sells MLM on YouTube with links to MLM sites, even ours of any kind, link it to a different domain and make it value-based, and you're not going to have problems, right? YouTube's great for traffic though, for sure, right? But how can you take whatever you're doing, and once it's working efficiently, add another process to it and expand your system, right?

So for us, this is one process, and let me make your imagination stretch a little bit and show you how we're going to get traffic to that, and it'll get a little bit wild, right? Because, now, poor Vanessa, she might think, oh, she's going to be doing all this, but she won't. There's no way she could do all this stuff, right? It's not a one person, you have to have, like, ten people or five people by this point just only doing this, right? Let me ask you a question.

If you go to, like, Gary Vaynerchuk's Facebook page, do you think he is sitting there on Facebook all day posting all that stuff? Of course he isn't, right? All those quotes, do you think he went and found that quote? No, right? Do you think Eric Worre is posting on his wall in multiple languages, 24 hours a day?

No, of course he's not. Do you think Ray Higdon is doing it? Well, maybe he is, because he likes doing that stuff, but no, of course he's not, right? And he probably could. The point is, is get one thing working, and then take whatever you're doing and say, how can what I'm doing create more exposure with no less work?

And then once that's profiting, add another one, and once that's profiting, add another one, and you can create a retardedly awesome amount of traffic from that over a period of time. So, let me show you. Then I'm going to talk about our plans, and then this, because this feeds into traffic plan, because this, this is not just, this is just what I'm doing, and then I'll talk about what the teams are doing, and then how that works on the affiliate side, and then like this, okay? And then we'll talk about the money stuff, and real quick though, before I get into that, let me tell you, show you why I use a teleprompter. I actually wish I would have done this.

I resisted this for years, because I was like, oh, I want to come off natural, you know, because I can wing it and make good videos, right? But the reality is, if I want to create something every day, and I try to wing it, it is just going to, I'm going to just start repeating my same stories, and it's just not going to be good. It's a bad strategy, right? It won't work well. It won't.

I mean, I'm great at live stuff. I could do live stuff a day in different crowds, and I never get sick of it, and I never run out of inspiration, but if I want to create a ten minute video every day, it takes me longer to wing it and create a ten minute video than it is, than it does to write five ten minute videos and film them back to back. It will take me so much thinking to compress myself down into ten minutes if I don't do it from a written content, but I'm a good writer, right? So, a lot of you guys are good writers, and you don't have to do it like this. You could also do this through other processes I'll show you, but so this is like some of my blog posts here, right, if you look at it, so if you notice here, this is also one of the daily shows, right?

Do you know what daily show number this is, Vanessa? Yeah, so I'll tell you on a teleprompter how to do it, and I'd also show you how to do this kind of thing with VSL software. There's a really cheap VSL software called EasyVSL, right? Most kick-ass thing ever. You just like put text into it and put like copy the paragraph breaker and just paste it everywhere you want to break a slide, and then just hit submit and it creates the slides for you.

Yeah, it takes like 10 minutes. Like all those videos, you know those videos where it's like a VSL and we're doing the daily show? Now, Jose does editing on this, so it takes him more time, but we're talking about that takes me like 10 minutes to make a VSL. Now, if I make it look good, it's different. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So, yeah, you just type it out, copy, paste, do-do-do-do-do, and then it's like, I wish I had an affiliate link, you know? Yeah, she's a buyer right there, right? I'll tell you what, if you guys are VIP, I'll tell you what the link is. No. No.

All right. So, do you know what show number this is? It's number 16. It's number 16. All right.

So, we'll look at it in a minute. So, let me show you how I made this, okay? I got this blog post I wrote. I copied it. I'm having a hard time copying stuff now.

Hold on. Let me just do this again. I usually have Sandy do this. There we go. Right?

So, I have this post, right? And this is how I make this, right? And now, the teleprompter way is an expensive way, but there's also cheap teleprompters, but I would recommend you guys get, if you have some money, I'd recommend you get a teleprompter and start using it. If you don't, don't bother, because I didn't get one until this year, and the second I had one, I regretted not having one all those years before, right? Yeah, there's like cheap ones for iPads, and it's like, so, let me, let me, let me show you what I do.

So, I paste this into, I paste this into a document like this, right? And basically, what I do is I select it all. I increase the text size, like, now it's not big enough, like maybe this, okay? And then I put it here. Now here's the key to making it to where people can't tell, you can't, you know, people can't tell if you, if you show them this on the screen.

People can't, or if you, maybe you see the screen from there, I'm getting in the way with my butt. So, if you go here, the key, this appears a little bit different on the teleprompter, and the key is actually making the area your eyes move small enough to where, if you're standing a certain amount of distance away, it doesn't look like your eyes are jotting down, because if you're reading across the whole teleprompter, your eyes are going back and forth like this, and it's really obvious that you're reading. But if your eyes are, like, doing this, nobody can tell, right? And it actually looks natural if it's your own writing. So if it's here, can everybody see this screen, right?

So that's right there, even, too wide. I like to have it so the lens is, like, right there. I like to have the width just outside the width of the lens of the camera, because I use that camera back there. Most camera lenses, though, they're, like, a little smaller, so if you put them a little farther back, it'd work. But this is just for people who want to use, if you guys want to, want to play around, make a video with my teleprompter before you go, you're welcome to.

But if you go here, make this a little smaller, right, that's right there about the width that I have, which makes it a little bit of a pain in the butt for the person who's doing this. And I have a person who does this manually, and then they sit there and they move that, and it drives Sandy crazy, Sandy does it, Jose does it, it drives them a bit crazy, because I tell them to change the way they're doing it all the time, you know, and I'm really specific. But that's what I do. I put that there, and I just have them scrolling and do a video. And it just comes off like, how is he sounding so clear in those, in all these numbers of videos?

Because I'm reading it. I couldn't do that, right? You know how long it would take me to memorize that word for word? Now I could memorize the concepts in order in about 20 minutes, and then I could kind of get it right, but I'd still fumble and have ums and uhs and stuff like that, right? So if you look, look how natural this looks, I want to show you this.

So this is just a tool, and there's cheaper versions of the tool than I have. Now I don't have my camera set up there. Jose, you want to run the, the scroll real quick? So what I'd do is I'd stand like back here, maybe have two cameras, and now I got a camera team so I'm going to do all sorts of crazy shit with this, right? But I'm going to get crazier and crazier, right?

Like I, like, because what I want to do, the goal with this is I'm going to make a show that gets seen by like millions of people, right? And if you make it entertaining, plus cool, plus good content, it's just way better, right? So and I would bring the leaders in, bring other people in, because I don't want people to feel like, oh, this is the Dave Wood brand I'm building, right? It's partly true, but my brand is your brand. So it's like, whatever.

Right? All right, you ready? So I'm not going to read this whole thing. I'll do it for like a minute. But literally, that's all the preparation I do.

I read, right? And then I just put that up there, and I'm go, I'm ready to go. Actually the two sales videos, if you guys watch the sales videos for Momentum and VIP, I wrote those in, was it, what did that take me to write, 30 minutes? Thirty minutes? No editing.

Right? And see how natural those came off? And it's like they hit all the beats. That only took me 30 minutes. It's like, all right, ready?

All right, so check it out. So, ready to go? Okay. When I was 16 years old, living in Fairbanks, Alaska, I was a black belt in Shotokan karate and got invited to help my instructor, Sheehan Charles Scott, teach at a seminar in Denver, Colorado. Well, normally in the United States, jumping from one state to another only takes, you're going, see, he's going a little too slow there for me.

Right? So that's where I'd interrupt. But no, it's fine. It's fine. No, you're doing good, buddy.

I appreciate you. This is the most, keeping up with me is the most complex thing ever. Okay. So, so, but that's the point is like there, I might adjust it, start over, and then we'd go at a different speed. I just read it.

And then Jose edits it, right? And then what he does is he passes that off, the audio gets stripped out, and then Vanessa makes written content, because we have written content, because I already wrote it. She takes that, she makes a PDF bonus, right? It gets turned into an audio, and that's just fave as one, right? But that there, let me show you what's going to happen.

So that's it. I just want to show you guys how to use it. You could do something like that if you, like, it might cost you to get a nice teleprompter and cameras, like, I mean, if you want nice stuff a lot. But you could get a cheap teleprompter, a cheap camera that works, or you could just make VSLs and they work fine. Go get EasyVSL, right?

You can just write something, paste it in there, divide it, and then just read it, and you got, you got text appearing on the screen. And you could make a video from everything you write. And just making a video from everything you write, it's just more traffic that you won't get if you don't do it. And it takes, like, literally, if you don't try to be a Nazi about how perfect it is, just make one. It take you another 10 minutes.

And then if you wanted to, you could take the audio and make a podcast, right? But I learned to think differently about stuff. So let me show you some stuff real quick. So what we're going to do is this. Let me show you how crazy this will get.

Now, this will take time, some of it because, in order to do it, you have to add people. Right? And I may have no voice done by the time I'm done talking, because I'm going to keep talking until everyone buys everything. No, seriously, if you're on this, you know, just click the button and get to the next level. All right, so it's like, I love saying things like this, you know?

But it's in the right intentions, if you guys don't know me that well. All right, so write a video. So this is where this goes, right? So we have a video, we have an audio that gets made from that, right? And then we make a affiliate-coded video blog page.

But we're doing this page in a certain way, where we're going to be able to plug this into our translation database, right? So the next phase of it, there's a couple of next phase of it, is all these will be blog posts, right, that are plugged into our translation database, because, here's the cool thing, how hard is it to be multilingual with all the stuff you do? Not hard. If you upload your video to YouTube, you can auto-caption it and auto-translate it. Now, it's not going to be perfect, but I can just pay for translators, right?

So phase number two, right, in the translation, is adding Spanish daily assignments, start with Spanish, then Portuguese, because those are our two biggest languages in order, right? Daily assignments, right? Daily videos, daily blog post, right? Back office, in that language, emails in that language, right? Audios in that language, that one's a little bit more complex, but not that much, right?

And then, have the whole thing in two languages, another phase. What's another way I could take that content and expand it, right? Optimize the conversions from traffic, because just doing something like that, you might just see it's like a linear jump, but it's not, because if all of a sudden you get double the conversions, people slam more traffic at it, so it's not linear. And because it signs up more people who slam more traffic, it grows again, right? So then we take that show, and this is just for example with the show, right, and then how can we take that to the next level?

We grow it to a certain amount of people hyper-engaged, opting in all the time, to where if we just add it into a podcast, it gets an insane amount of downloads the first day, right? Then we strip out the audios for like 50 of them, put them on a podcast channel all at once, and tell somebody they get a bonus if they download all 50, and send a thousand people at it. We jump to the top of the podcast, right, as our affiliate base, so then this flips into a podcast channel, right? And all of a sudden everybody's got affiliate-coded podcasts from the same content, and to promote. That's a bigger amount of exposure, right?

See, if you think about what you're doing in systems, you could do way more from way less, right? Way more from way less, right? Also, optimizing the opt-ins on something like that isn't linear, because if we get more opt-ins, more people see the next show, even more people buy, and even more of them send traffic. Right? Does that make sense?

These guys all know these things. They're always hassling me, like, take that name field out, I'll be like, I'll get to it. Right? But in any case, a podcast is another thing. What's another thing?

Building out, building out a Facebook brand from that, that's value-based, right? Something that no network marketing company ever has. Brand that people actually want to watch the content, right? But being effective at it. Well, what else can we do from this?

Well, all the traffic in our domain is pixeled. What can we do? Well, we can't re-target with, like, the presentations I want to re-target with, which are really aggressive selling. But what we can do is we can re-target everyone's traffic through content, right? So now all of a sudden we're following up with visitors, and now all of a sudden we're-targeting all of the people with content.

Which I've already played with, and I still do at a small level, but we can do this at a massive level. Because I don't get blocked from it, because it's the company doing it, right? Re-tar-get. That stands for re-target, re-target commissions, right? Re-targeting, right?

Because you can re-target the traffic back. If you don't know what a re-targeting is, anybody watching, everybody here does know what it is, I think, right? So if you don't know what it is, it's just you put a pixel from Facebook or from another company that does it, it tracks the traffic and then builds that into a custom audience in Facebook that you could then market to. It's a really effective, cheap way to sell, right? But we're talking about a huge amount of traffic, collective, from everybody's teams and downlines and everybody's blogs that promotes, right?

This here is just starting that, right? Just starting that. You know that when you translate and put in closed captions, for example, Google indexes all the languages you have that in as unique content, right? So if you have a written blog and it's translated in five languages and the captions are translated also in five languages and the PDF bonuses are also in five languages, right, and the email following up is going in five languages, Google tracks all of this. It tracks emails, click-throughs and everything.

For example, Rob taught me the way to Google looks at content and controls whether or not it goes in people's inboxes. It's through a series of algorithms, right? For example, if people don't click on your links in your email, Google knows and they think that's a less important email for you, right? That'll automatically get things put in different folders if you're getting people who are opening but not clicking, right? If you're getting a lot of people that aren't opening, you're going to get it in a different folder.

Why? Because your email doesn't look very important to Google, right? That's why that your email strategy is important like I was talking about earlier. Is this stuff helpful to think? Right?

Now, don't, don't get me wrong. Go wild on your email whenever you want. Just understand it and as you learn, optimize it, right? I'm sounding a little bit like Marge Simpson again, aren't I? Homer!

All right. So, this is a content strategy, right? This is content, right? This is a strategy to build content, right? Part one.

And then I have like parts two through ten and it'll take some time, right? Because for example, I want to bring the leaders into doing it but I want to do it with budget, right? Like, I don't want to have cool ass looking videos when I make the video and then, I mean, they make cool looking videos too but they don't got video teams, each one. Or if they do, they'd have to pay. So, it's like I send a camera crew to Tracy Walker's house, you know, make her look badass is what I want to do, right?

With that. What's another thing I could do for it? Well, I'm going to make it to where, this will take some time too, but I'm going to make it to where elite members can put their own custom branding on those pages, right? So, it's like you could send with your own info from it. I can do that actually on all of our system pages.

I can do neat stuff like that. And then if somebody who's not elite asks, well, I want that, we'll be like, well, you have to upgrade, right? Have you upgraded yet? No? I'm sorry.

I was joking, right? But in any case, these are some of the things that we can do. And this is just getting into basic, basic, basic, basic stuff, okay? Because there's a lot more that I'm going to do for that. Like, for example, a lot of people don't know how to make social media swipe, right?

So, we're doing that for people. We're making you daily emails already that you can send out to the Kalatu cloud. But I'm going to build a system that takes all the content people are creating and creates swipe from that, right? Because if you have people commenting, it's better than what a copywriter writes for social media, right? Not for maybe direct response, hard-hitting stuff.

But for social media, you take a comment and quote it and just link to something, it's actually usually better because it's unique. Nobody does that. But it's better than just posting the same thing everyone is posting, right? Do something unique, right? So, teaching people how to profit more from that, and then I'm going to build a whole system of people building content around that.

And I'm not going to talk about that because it's going to take too long and I don't want to overpromise, right? But that thing is going to make our traffic go ham. I got that word from Lawrence Dam. So, this is our content plan, okay? So, now, what I want to do is I want to get into, I'll show you how to do this, right?

This is as easy as it is, right? So, you're like, well, I don't have a teleprompter, right? First of all, if it's not in your budget, you don't need a teleprompter, right? This is like people who have a budget to go spend $600 to $1,000 on equipment, you know, and you're not affected at all by that. You're the ones that, yeah, just get one, they're cheap.

They're cheap if you're not getting something expensive, right? But if you're like, oh my gosh, I need a teleprompter, no, make the BSL videos, right? That will get you in a habit of creating with your voice, getting your words into your voice and hearing it and getting it into a video. And that habit, it's better public speaking training than going to meetings, right? Better than any Tony Robbins book you can read on public speaking, although his books are great, you should read them too.

I don't know if he has books on public speaking, right? It's better than a class because every day, if you get in a pattern of learning to put what you're passionate about, what you're writing about into your voice and speaking it in a way that connects just like it reads, right, it's going to make you really good at selling. It just will, right? And it'll change your communication patterns. And so this is like a content strategy.

And what I encourage everybody here to do is follow the daily action steps. And when your team comes in and when they ask what to do, say, here's what you need to do next, follow the daily action steps, and make sure to be on the webinars, be on the calls and check your email, right? Leave them alone. Just let them be in the system and be on the stuff and participate in the community and we will build them, right? We'll build them.

If they came here, we'll build them, right? Now let's talk about how to make money, okay? And then we're going to talk about plans. I'm going to bring Rob Ramoney up for the plans part. But I want to talk about how money, and can we, let me move this back now.

I just really wanted to show people. I wasn't going to do anything with it. But you see it, you see how easy that is? You see it's narrow so my eyes aren't moving all over crazy? And that's why it doesn't look like I'm reading.

But if you look closely and you know me, you can tell, right, that I'm reading. But if you want to create effective like five minute or ten minute videos, right, oh, I'm not, it's not natural enough. It's like news people do it, actors do it, you know what I mean? And they're not complaining about how unnatural it is. And they actually look pretty natural, a lot of those people, well, it's because they do it a lot.

If you get in the habit of creating a lot of content, it's good for you, right? And it'll get you used to scripting, which if you ever want to make sales videos and you write a lot, like I made two sales videos the other day, took me 30 minutes to make two sales videos, no copywriter could have done that. Because I know those products, right, 30 minutes, 15 minutes of filming, right, and those videos have done hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of sales for those products in two days. And I'm just going to leave them there because they're working. It was like, maybe you need to delete them.

one of the words, so it's not talking about an event that's happening right now. But they just leave it, they work, right? And he edited those by 5 in the morning. I started writing at 3 in the morning, was done writing by 2.30, had them filmed by 2.45, and he was done editing them by 5. Most people make this way too complex, right?

So let's go into how do you make money here, right? And excuse the fact that my voice is all crackly. As you listen to that crackliness in my voice, and you're thinking about Marge Simpson, understand that right now, as you're paying attention more to my voice, because it's like that, this is going to make you a lot of money, this stuff, okay? Let me show you guys what we're going to do and what we're doing right now. And some of this stuff, I haven't told people yet really, I sent the leaders a Google thing about it, but did you guys read that?

It was, okay, cool, cool. So here's the process. We talked about this through the weekend, so some of it's repeat, right? Let me talk about how much commission payout there will be, and basically how it works, okay? I'm not going to do a full comp plan breakdown, because there's not really a point.

Just sell stuff. It's really, I'll show you how easy it is to qualify for things. Number one, we have traffic. How do we get more traffic? How do we increase conversions and build cooler stuff that people want to share more and get more people doing it, right?

Really getting our teams in the habit of, and I think it'd be helpful if I got like some oil salt thing again, you know, or one of those pills Sandy gave me. Like, if you just take some oil and put some salt in it and some vinegar in it, it'll improve my voice quality a little. It doesn't hurt. It's just, huh? Yeah, this will help too.

Yeah, so like, yeah, just olive oil is fine. Huh? Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's actually my favorite part, is just making it sound awful, but really it doesn't taste like anything. I'm just doing that because I think it's funny.

So hold on a second. I know I'm not normally as animated as I normally am, but it's just because, it's just because of the voice. Hold on. So now I'm going to have a little bit of interfere with the thing in my mouth. So every time I go like this, you'll go deeper into a trance.

All right, so we have traffic. Now, let's talk about bringing people in, okay? What we want to do is we want to bring people in a way where we bring as many of them as possible, right? In a way where they know what it is, right? Or at least if they don't know what it is, they're going to find out really quick, and they also know how to get out if they don't want to be here.

But really, we just want to bring in as many people as we possibly can, because our community will screen out people we don't want, right? And that's just true. And traffic is flying from everywhere, but really what we want is we want expanding good traffic, right? Good traffic meaning what? Traffic that will buy.

And that's something you never know, totally for sure. I'll tell you what traffic buys the most. Word of mouth, social media, which form word of mouth, organic traffic from Google, right? Email traffic from somebody clicking, from somebody they know and trust, followed by email traffic of other sorts, right? Followed by other kinds of traffic.

There's PPC traffic. PPC traffic from YouTube converts really well, right? Solo ad traffic converts really well. PPV traffic in general converts like snot. It just does, right?

Unless you know what you're doing, do not spend money on somebody selling you PPV traffic. Because that's what they do for their job. Not smart, right? Good traffic. We're going to do that.

We'll talk about that later. And we're going to get them through CapturePage because that gives us the ability to follow up. And then we bring those people from our CapturePages. They're going to be posted into your Kalatu cloud, right? And they're going to be posted over into our enterprise list, which is in Merrill Post, right?

Where we capture the affiliate ID of the first affiliate that referred that. So that's who we follow up with. So if you got a sale two years ago, then you were inactive, and then we keep mailing, it'll still be your affiliate ID. And because you're inactive, when it hits that affiliate ID, it'll just track up to the next upline, right? And you'll get a loss of commission if your email subscriptions are on.

But if you're still active, you'd get that years later, right? So we're going to send people then into a VSL, right? Your job here is really simple, is to get good traffic, right? As one task to learn, it is by far the easiest thing to learn. It's when you take your business and you say, I got to do all of that.

What do I do first? Then it's confusing. But you say, no, no, no, get traffic. Okay, how? Well, you learn how this morning.

You learned how yesterday morning. You learn a little bit of how now, right? Make a video. Do a Facebook live stream. Do something else to get traffic and keep doing things to get traffic.

Learn a paid strategy and do that, right? So we keep following up with the leads. And through that, we're going to build massive responsive lists by managing them right. So we're going to build big lists. Now, when we bring people in, we're going to bring them into subscriptions.

Why? Because, scub, I'm not spelling right now. Subscriptions. Actually, I never spell right. I do on a computer for some reason, just not when I'm writing.

It's weird. But in any case, subscriptions. Okay, that's what it looks like. All right, driving me crazy. So we bring them into subscriptions.

Why? Because then you get, huh? Continuity. Residual income, right? Residual income.

Now, we're in the process of optimizing the heck out of this. You guys have already seen the rebills go way up, right? You've seen in the last little bit, way up. They're going to take, like, another jump in about a month. And then over the next three months, they'll jump again massively from what we're bringing in from him.

Now, that's why we bring them in there, though, is because they're subscriptions, right? Okay, and how much will that make you? There's affiliate fee of $17 on each subscription, and then of the rest, 80% of what's left. Okay, we have a hard cost on the technology products. Okay, so we build them subscriptions.

Then what are we going to upsell them to, right? If they don't have elite when they came in, then they see an elite upsell. Why do we want to get everybody on elite as possible, right? Residual, right? So you're getting 80% of a smaller percentage on pro, right?

And plus, if somebody is not an elite, the elite will pass over them, which is the whole subscription, and they'll lose a commission, right? And also, if they have that, they don't need to go all over the internet buying more expensive tools. There is nowhere any of our people can get all those tools at that price, plus training, plus an archive of training, right? Plus cooler stuff, right? And we're going to keep making that better and better and better and better.

We're building our own payment gateway, for heaven's sakes. That will probably be an extra tag on fee, but we're going to build a payment gateway, a membership site, and they'll all be integrated into everything that we have. It will literally be everything, right? Like I was talking to my brother about it, you know, we're going to go through his business, but we'll do it. And we can optimize all this stuff he does manually, right?

He just figured this out from going around trying to figure out how do I get appointments set, and then you grab a service, you know what I mean? Or you hear somebody else uses that, and you use it, right? You had six services or something hooked together that was, if you go to the pages at least to buy them, was twice as much as what you just get, right? Nobody, they need them. It will save them money, and just tell them to go turn off their other autoresponder and import it, right?

So we want to get as many people on elite as possible. So right now, I think we have 1,700 people on elite, which is good. It's like 80% of the total people on total shortcut, okay? And here's what I found when we started Empower. We had a $25 subscription when we started, and then we had a $19.95, and then we had $100.

Now that's including people that keep for two years and nothing, right? It actually increases retention to get people spending more money, which gives them a better chance of success. And truthfully, and this is for everybody on here, if you're going to try this out for a week and see if it works by then, and if it doesn't, you're quitting before your subscription is going to go through, I just save you time. It's not that you couldn't succeed in a week. It's that it's not the right attitude.

That make sense? And all these people know that, right? You got to dedicate yourself, right? Somebody, you know, I'm going to tell you a story the other night, guys. I have no idea how long I'm going to talk tonight, but this guy hit me up on Facebook the other night.

And if I don't care if I lose my voice today, because it's the last day, right? I'm going to be like, he lost his voice and was still trying to talk and I'll whisper. I'll whisper like this. I'll whisper to you the rest of the time. So if that's what I have to do.

Anyway, so this guy emails me and he's like, Dave, I've been in for years. He's like, I have all the products, but these things, I don't have any money. And truthfully, I'm not going to be able to pay my rent if I buy them. And I'm not going to be able to pay my rent if I don't buy them. So I'm thinking this might be my last chance to buy them.

What should I do? And this guy I've known for a long time. He's probably watching. You look like your hands are just full of things. Give me that.

Take a burden off of you. Oh cool, I have a pill and something else. Does the pill make me loopy? Oh good, because then I won't tell them the secrets that I'm reserving for VIP. Hold on.

I know I can be long winded sometimes, guys, but this actually is really useful to know. And if you're watching online, we were going to cut this off and just do this for VIP. But we figured you paid. We want to actually teach you guys how this works. This content stuff alone, it's the thinking behind it.

The thinking behind it. It takes me no more time to do all this stuff as it is to do the initial thing. And it forces me into a pattern of personal growth that I wouldn't do if I wasn't going to create the content. Hey, give him a microphone. We've got viewers online.

Let's look at you, I guess. So when you interviewed me to come out here to Costa Rica, you gave me an assignment. And it was to read an hour a day and then write what I learned about it. And I did it a couple times in the beginning and then I was like, it kind of clicked. And I was like, this is a blog post.

So if you follow that, you're creating content. And then you could turn that into a video, which I haven't done it yet, but I definitely want to do that. So it works. Were you raising your hand, John, or did I see something? I was imagining that.

It was my unconscious mind perceiving a desire to raise your hand. Huh? Ah! Is that where those mask things were coming from yesterday, too? No, it's a joke.

All right, so anyway, so the elite, right? Now, this process here, if you just do it, anybody here would be one of the most well-known people in our whole space in four years. The amount of people that will do that for four years is the reason there's only a handful of those guys. Eric Worre, I saw him, right? I'll tell you two stories.

One, Eric Worre. I saw him start making a video a day. I was like, man, dude, that guy's got discipline. Saw him do it year one, got a little following. Saw him do it year two, got a little following.

Saw him do it year three. Then I think, that was around 2009 when I started online, right? I kind of stopped blogging as much because I was running a company around the time he started to take off. Now, his events, which are generic network marketing events, have 6,000 people, right? He does about 30 million a year in sales himself.

No affiliate program. Yeah. Saw Brendan Burchard do the same thing. Ray Hagedon, actually, I got him blogging every day. He was like, how do you make money blogging?

I don't know if he'd even remember this. This was at an event in Vegas, I think. And I was like, I was like, he's like, how are you sponsoring all these people blogging? Because he didn't know how to do it. He was talking to people, but he had a blog that he'd had for years, right?

I was like, well, you have a blog? He's like, yeah. Just write a blog post today and email it to your list. He goes, well, no, no. What else?

Nothing. And he just did that every day since I told him that. Like, literally, he started doing that the day I told him and never has not done it since then. You know what I mean? Powerful, right?

But look, I mean, he's in the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies this year or something like that. From blogging. It's like all this traffic. So anyway, so go here.

I'm going to be quicker through. We have elite, right? So let's talk about what you get paid here, right? And let's map out the rest of them. The next upsell is going to be momentum.

The purpose is to get somebody in momentum. And that's going to be a one-time $197, okay? And we are going to create marketing when people buy elite that really gets them into buying this product. I think we could get a third of our members to buy it. I think we can get that good.

Right now, we got 80% of our members are buying elite. That's crazy, right? And then the next upsell is going to be a tag-on, which is really an upgrade. A VIP is really an upgrade. So this is like permanent part of our funnel, this stuff here, guys.

So some people, maybe they haven't bought this because they think that it's something I'm buying, and it's just kind of there. No, it's a permanent part of the funnel, right? And if you don't have it, you'll lose the commissions, okay? And this is $300. Now, so far, we've had...

So together, they're $497, right? So, so far, we've had about, right now, if somebody comes in at pro and goes to elite, or if they come in elite, it winds up to be about 80% of our subscribers on that are at elite. Got some basics, got some people who downgraded, and then we got people that are at elite. That's cool, right? We can optimize our subscription volume around this.

And what that means is we will have people making more money residually than they ever made from residuals plus upsells ever, right? So here, right, in the... After this, what happens? Well, we have a series of upsells, and what's the purpose of upsells? It's to give people more value, to give the affiliates more ability, to give the people who are buying more value and things that they need that they don't have.

It's to give the affiliates who are selling them higher commissions, that give them the ability to both advertise more and also earn more money, right? And also to have a progression pathway for people, right? Now, if there's any confusion from anybody in here on what our products are, it's because the back office, although very simple compared to what it was two months ago, still does not reflect these names. They reflect, but all of the things that we sell are these, and then they might activate three products. The back office is in the process of being rebuilt, but we have to chunk all that to very simple.

So it'll look the same, better looking, but all of the navigation will match the names of the products. We'll be getting rid of the iPaaS back office and putting the acceleration training in the Empower back office, because the Empower back office is built to be multilingual, right? iPaaS isn't. No sense having two back offices. You guys like that better?

So that's in process, but again, this stuff I'll just say over the next couple of months. Now, after that, we have the Lifestyle Profits Academy. It's $1,997. Or $1,579. I think it's $1,597.

Can somebody get a calculator? I want to tell you guys accurate numbers. My voice is really entertaining me right now. It's getting late. Huh?

Okay, so $1,597.60. $1,597.60. Okay? So, this is in addition, right? And that's going to be on the first sale you keep all the...

Sales two through infinity go through the comp plan, which is dependent on rank, right? And I'll talk about that here in a second, and how ranks work. But I'm going to show you guys the basic version, and what's next, and what you should do, okay? And then after that, we have, currently, we have the mass influence formula, which actually pays out on our old comp plan, okay? I'm going to tell you what we're going to do with this here in a second, but our old comp plan, it was a little more confusing, and not as easy to qualify, but it winds out to be where we're paying out 70% of the volume there.

So, hold on, I'm going to drink some more, whatever this is. Did you guys make my vinegar stuff? This has vinegar in it? No it doesn't, she's tricking me. No, I want actual salt, vinegar, and oil.

Like, in a little, but I can make it if you guys are refusing. No, it will do it. Because it coats the throat, is what it does, it's a little bit different. I'm going to drink the tea too, tell Sandy, and I love Sandy, she's amazing. Okay, so, as weird as that sounds, it keeps the voice going for a little bit longer.

So, in any case, I'm going to come back to this in a second, because we're going to be doing something different with this, and then I'm going to talk about the model we have for something. So far, what we've got, this is the way we pay out. We have 97, I'm going to leave the 47 out, because I'm going to assume nobody here will ever be on the $47 membership. Because you're going to be missing training and everything else, and really you should stay on the 197. But we'll do these two, because a lot of people will be on 97, and a lot of people will be on 197.

And we'll have some people on 47 too, and we'll optimize that later too, for the volume that's going to be there. Because we don't want to turn anyone down, what we want to do is retain as many customers as possible, and serve as many people as we can. And so, in North America, and in First World countries, these subscription numbers are good, and if we're going to go do a bunch of sales in another country, that they just can't do that, we should probably optimize that for that country, and have them have their own packages out there. You can't do this in, for example, Russia. Couldn't do it.

They couldn't afford it. So maybe you'd have a Russia page that gets blocked for Americans and everyone else, so they can't cheat, and then they have cheaper subscriptions, so they can actually use the products, and they can build there, right? There's ways of doing stuff for people, as long as we can make money, as long as you guys can make money, but that might make it so over there, their payout is smaller. Right? Because our cost is the same.

Right? But if it works better, it works better. Right? So, here, we have 197, let's talk about payout, right? So this is a $17 fee, right?

That's an admin fee. I actually tried to not do that, but I worked out to lose money after I decided to have no admin fee and just pay 80%, because our cost is big enough to where we would have lost money doing that. And losing money is not fun, because then I can't keep helping you earn all those commissions that are higher, because I'm losing money. So 97, 17, so then we're paying out on 80, okay? And here we're paying out, what, on minus 17, 180, so yeah, 180, we're paying out here.

Right? So you actually get paid on a higher total percentage on Elite anyway. Right? Because the fee percentage is smaller. Make sense to everybody in here?

So we pay out... Am I looking at something wrong? Oh, no, no. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, here we go.

Huh? Yes, it's disgusting. You know, they gave something... See, look at my voice. It changed.

Want to know why? It's because they gave something like this to Jesus when he was on the cross. Okay, so, what we do, we pay out on these amounts, meaning, we pay out 80% of that. So 20% of that, it goes to the company, and that includes the fees, because we don't charge fees on your commissions. Okay?

So, company percentage, we have 20%, minus fees is the margin we have. Right? And what's left over with you, it's 80% payout. Okay? There is, on this, 80%, 20% taken out, 16% taken out, is 64...

No, 66. Is it 66? No, no, 64. Yeah. So the payout on Elite is actually double.

More than double the payout on Pro, because the affiliate fee is the same, because our cost, we actually eat a little bit there. Right? But it's fine, because the margins work out. So I did it in a way where we could do it, and it's not going to hurt us, and we'll have profit to grow, and basically, Elite, financially, is more of a benefit to you than it is to me. Okay?

We have a higher margin on Pro. Right? So, in any ways, you go over here, right, on this, what else can you get paid here? And this is important to understand, because this is getting into what I'm going to tell you to do here in a second, which is to buy everything with the button down there. Actually, people have asked us for a while if they're all in or not.

Right? And if you click the button, if you can load the congratulations page, yes. Right? But if you can't, and it directs you to a product offer, then buy that one, and you'll be all, and then continue doing that until you see the congratulations page. Huh?

Yeah, yeah. And then once you add those two things, well, no, it might put the Momentum or the VIP, depending. Right? So, it has everything in there that we have, that we sell is there. Right?

Now, what do you get? Right? Well, immediately, with one subscription, you get 20% of it. Okay? With three subscriptions, your payment jumps to 35%, and three subscribers on that, three subscribers, basically, more than pays for your membership.

So, you're wondering, how do I pay for it? Three. Okay? Three. I believe.

See? So, in any case, let me go, let me go to the next products here. What do you earn on the rest of the stuff? Well, then we have a 197 that pays out straight 80%. And on that, you get paid 157.60.

Okay? And then we have another one for 300 bucks. Okay? On the 997, we said it paid 797. On this, it paid 1597.

So, can somebody stack all that up and just tell us what the potential profit for customer is? You just do that on a calculator real quick? I want to cover this, because I'm about to enhance it. Huh? Yeah, add up.

It's going to be 144. Okay? Plus 157.60, plus 160, plus 797.60, plus 1597.60. Tell me what that is when you got it. So, it would be 28, 2,800, and 56.

Any cents on there? Is that... 0.80. Right? So, if you look at this from first sales, right, a new person could get in and make this in their first day.

It's possible. We had people do it with Empower in the past. Right? We did it with Titan stuff. It's possible for them to do if they're active in all those products.

They would lose these commissions until they did one of two things, buy it or pay a big affiliate fee and pass one up. Right? A choice. So, I can't remember what the affiliate fees are because they're on the site. They'll be on there Monday.

Right? We had to code all those. Oh. But, I think it's actually more painful because then you don't have the product you're selling and you're way less likely to make the sales anyway. Right?

If you're watching this, what I'm going to tell you guys, this is a friendly thing. This is like, if you can't, don't. Right? It's more in the lines of, if you're thinking about it, I'd question whether you want to do it or not. Right?

I would just keep, I would just buy them all. Right? Now, here's what I'm doing with this because we haven't really done anything with the mass influence formula in a bit and then I'm going to build this into a model and show you guys how we're going to make sales. Okay? Because that's the most important thing.

I want to go over some basics of how it works, some basics of how to qualify and then be like, all right, let's go. Right? Because there's some stuff I'm doing that is awesome and it will be simple when I come out with it but if I try to explain it now, it just confuses everybody. Right? Let me show you cool stuff.

So, I've thought for about six months, well, really I came in and I said, I'm going to just run the company the way I want and we got together and one of the things we talked about is like, I think that this is not as much of a value proposition. Right? It's 3,500 bucks for one info product and the rest of our stuff makes tons of sense. This makes less sense. It did make sense before.

It makes less sense now. You guys agree with that? It's like we could do better with that $3,500 offer and I want to put in the new comp plan. And so, this is what I'm going to be doing here and this is going to be November 1st. I'm going to change this.

Okay? So, this is very important for all of you to pay attention to because this will change November 1st along with the ability to do something that you'll have the ability to do now November 1st. That ability will be gone. Okay? Focus.

And if your downline has drifted off because I sound like Marge Simpson and I put them into a trance and they fell asleep, send a beep to their telephone or one of those monster things. That worked with me. All right. So, what I'm doing is changing this. So, here's what I'm going to do.

I'm making a new, I'm going to make a new offer. Right? That'll have the mass influence formula in it as just a bonus. Right? That's going to be a mastermind with an expanding library in it that we're going to expand as we make masterminds.

Okay? Like this here. Right? Are you guys glad you came here? Yeah.

Yeah. Was it worth the money? Was it worth the money? You just decided to come like the other day, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah.

How many people in the audience wish that at least one day you could come to something like this? Just type yes. I actually can't see that. Can you plug, I want to see some interaction. Can somebody plug this into the TV?

Can we get somebody to do it? Yeah, I want to get the comments on the screen. Or on my computer is fine. I just want to be able to see it. But on the screen is good.

If you just hook my computer up and then I'll log in. And so, now the thing about this is we've never had something that regular, but I just did this in my house. And for me this is like the easiest thing to do ever. Because like I don't have to go anywhere. I could bring in the leaders.

Everybody wants to come to Costa Rica. You know what I mean? But also, you know, I was talking with Rob about this. I'm going to bring him up here in a second. Hey, Rob, you want to come up?

If Rob's around. Yeah, you want to come up and hang out? I want to get some Rob sauce in this thing, man. I'm telling you guys, he doesn't say nothing. And he keeps secret secrets.

But this man right here knows some weird, weird, weird, weird stuff. That's cool. I mean, how many of you would guess, by the way he acts, that he has like 90 employees? No, this is who we want, right? We don't want just staff that are talented.

We want staff that are talented, and the only reason they're here is because they love it. That's it, right? That's who you want. Talent plus that, right? Because he doesn't need the money from here, for sure.

For sure, he doesn't, right? And I appreciate you, dude. He's been around since like 2013 days, and we have some interesting stories. So here's what we're going to do, right? We got between...

Would you mind having masterminds out at your place, Puerto Rico? He's in Puerto Rico, right? So living out there. So who in here would like to go to Puerto Rico sometime, right? Okay, so this is what we're going to do, and we'll get details on this by the time I do the change, right?

Because that'll be November 1st, okay? It's going to be initially, unless too many people start buying, and then we'll have to increase the price on that. It'll be $4,997 to attend. We'll start by doing it quarterly, and we'll limit it, right? So it doesn't get out of control.

Okay, so hold on. I got to close my midget porn. Give me a minute. I'm joking. It must be late when people don't laugh at stuff like that.

Well, a group of Jehovah's Witnesses would never laugh at that. Or Mormons. But hold on. Where's the... Where is...

David, if you're doing it quarterly, we're not including that. Huh? If you're doing it quarterly, we're not including that. Can you get a question? We'll answer more questions on this in the VIP stuff.

For now, I just want to cover the basics of it. So I'd upgrade to VIP, huh? Yeah, so what I was just saying, if you're doing the masterminds quarterly, would that be going on in between events? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it would only be broadcast to people that are all in.

Awesome. And by all, I mean active on everything. Okay, so... All right, yeah. I'll wait until she gets this up because I want to see the comments.

So this is basically this initial thing, right? All right? Now, how could we do that? We can do it because those are going to be small groups we have in locations like this, right? And people will have to pay their own hotel, you know, and their own food and stuff like that, right?

So $4,000 commissions, right? Which will bring this number to $6,856.80, okay? That you could earn from a customer. But this is the beginning of that, and that's not all there is, right? So here's what I'm doing.

So this is from now until October 31st. We launch October 31st, right? And so here's what we're going to do, right? Now, anybody that wants to go to the event, it will be different. We cannot say all-in people can come down to my house.

And the reason is because, number one, can't do it, right? It would be too many people. We have too many all-in people. But number two, right? If they want to come, we'll do something like if they're all-in by active on everything by a certain date, they'll be activated to earn on that because it is a different product, okay?

And there'll be a reduced fee if they want to come down one time, right? There'll be a reduced fee for them. There'll still be a fee, but we'll have a live stream that can only be watched by them, right? Now, what actually happens? Well, if I take, hold on a second, how people are responding to it here, right?

It looks like people are excited about that. If you're actually excited about that, no, no, no, you don't have to pay for each one. So I want to be clear for everybody, right? And this is for the audience. You would have to qualify for that.

I got some other thing? Oh, Rob got that one? No, which one was Rob's? Oh, so this is Rob's, right? Rob and I share germs together.

So in any case, you would qualify once, and then just when the sales came, you would get paid on them, okay? But if you wanted to reattend, there would probably be a fee that was pretty significant because the groups have to be limited, right? And so we don't want you to feel like you would have to attend every time, right? You would have an ability to attend once live. And what we'll do if we limit the groups is we'll make it to where you're on a waiting list, depending on when you get in, right?

And when you paid. And then you could watch the rest from live streams until then, right? But this here, what it'll do is this will inject an ability to earn a kind of commissions here people have never been able to do. Now there's a lot more coming in November, and this is a start of it because there's a lot more stuff planned, okay? But what will that do for people?

It will be something that is actually valuable, right? That they can't get access to anywhere else. That'll be a combination of training that will build out as we do the events where they could actually come live and actually mastermind and hang out and have an experience in another country, right? And it gives all of you the ability to earn more from that sale than the rest of our products altogether, right? And that's what I want you to think about that like, but that is worth it too.

Does that make sense for everybody on here? Okay, so I want to be clear on this and this is the way that this is the way that this works when you have the ability to do this and then I want to talk to Rob about optimization and high ticket sales and also Some of the things that we're going to build to help people here make money and then we want to end on a good note We're gonna have fire dance and stuff and then I'm gonna come back do some Q&A for the VIP members We're gonna let some our staff take off and just it'll be more of a private thing And if any of you guys want to be here, you can be here obviously And if you don't want to be here totally fine but we'll hang out for as long as you guys want to hang out well, I shouldn't say that we'll hang out for as long as I want to hang out and We'll probably be around the time my voice goes out right and we'll just help you out with stuff Okay, but you've got to be a VIP to attend that now. I Want you to understand that? The way that we're building out the sales structures. Okay Here's what here's what you just saw and I'm looking at the comments and I come back to this here in a second What you've seen over the last couple of days Okay is You've seen this Okay People have made and lost commissions.

I don't want to focus on people who have lost Commission So I'll just get all of it. A lot of people have made money from what we've done here Right Oh does not have Almost because that would include the reason I exclude this word when I'm doing the search is because we have a court And if a fee order fails We send an email that says you almost learned a commission if you ever wonder why you get those Michael Martin gets a bunch of those I get a bunch of those because he's a bunch of people buying right? So if we go here, right we see people are buying the total shortcut system all for the day, right? People are upgrading to a lead, right? This is like now we haven't been we have not been selling all day, right?

and you go through this people been upgrading with these 157s, right and People been upgrading to other things all for the day. I want to check this out, right? We'll just earned a commission. Congratulations. Give her a hand, right?

Wendy and Nick got somebody else's two missions this happened all for the day. Now. This is the beginning of momentum, right? So don't quote me on that I probably some of you will whatever you can quote me and then I'll change it and say ha told you so All right But in any case in any case that gives you the ability to make money like you have your own info Marketing empire and you don't have to have one, right? So most people won't buy this most But what happens in an organization?

Right when somebody buys something like that Well, what happens is this? Lawrence has 20 levels and active people because they all quit at the same time or something like that At the same time Lawrence, you know, they're like I'm done They quit and so they keep getting these emails and right now like off at 157 whatever and then Toby lost 1,300 right I want to see him give him a hug and laugh and say I love you, man You know, this is how it works, you know But I'll tell you don't want to get one of those $4,000 from seven levels down. It's painful, right? We actually had a guy that joined he's a Greg Vegas You ever met that guy he lost $35,000 in those just from that before he bought it. He thought no nobody will ever buy this Right But that comes from momentum, right?

Just tell us as we're doing it and then And then we'll answer some questions and be here for a little bit and when are the firewalker people coming The fire oh Awesome because we got to go through the Stuff where we explain it and tell you got to buy and then make you feel good No matter what that takes an hour and a half No, it's no love what I want to talk about Rob is so we've worked together for a long time Can you tell me a little about your background? Just because or you don't do that stuff. You just want to get into the details, right? Right. So how can we?

what are we what are some of the things that we're going to do to optimize these processes that we've talked about and Make the high ticket sales move So, what are we going to do to optimize it? Yeah, I mean I look at things as like When David and I have conversations we always ask ourselves What is the end outcome? Right and looking at each step in the process from landing page to VSL the subscriptions to elites momentum So the first thing we're going to do is we're literally going to build Super detailed analytics to each and every step so we can see you know, what's happening and why it's happening I like to look at things. It's like, you know, David's always like, oh, yeah, we just got like X amount of new sales I'm like great like what's causing that to happen, right? Because my mindset is I don't want to guess where sales are coming from I want to know where sales are coming from because when you know where sales are coming from you can optimize the Underperforming parts in your business and continue to grow the performing parts of your business So the first thing we're going to look at is we're really going to get clear on what's causing sales and what are the underperforming?

Parts in the business. So whenever we build funnels and you and you know, this is like, all right What is the goal right if we want to get someone to mass influence formula, we reverse engineer the process What are all the steps that somebody has to take? What are all the products that somebody has to take in order to buy mass influence formula? They have to buy lifestyle Profiters Academy. They have to buy total shortcut They have to buy the elite.

So we're gonna put each and every one of those steps into a detailed analytics So we're gonna see. All right What parts of that funnel is performing well, and what are the underperforming parts and how can we improve that? Yeah, so he you know, we started talking actually a lot personally because he's been around power for a long time we just were always blocked from working together and so but we were working together for example back in January February on the eight core commitment Process that we were building and we won't get into a lot of a lot of the weirdness around that But it was it was fun. It's valuable products, right and it's stuff that's legitimately worth it people pay Five grand for vacation that's not worth that much Right and also it gives our affiliates and it gives our people right something that they can do Right that can generate 5,000 bucks in a day in commissions. Well, actually they could generate you know Sixty-eight Hundred-and-fifty-six dollars in commissions in a day Right from a customer who wants to buy everything right and there are customers all the time who want to buy everything Some of them don't and that's okay right and So what this does for you, it gives you the ability to scale income quickly Right the first day and we're always talking about this too.

I was talking to everybody I remember if you were here when I was talking about that But I was talking to people about like how do you build? How do you build an income fast? right and What I told people is that you've got to focus on bringing in sales every day that are new No matter how many you've got your business is bringing in new people all the time and Then plugging in the culture and upsells right if you bring in people all the time and plug them into the culture, they're gonna Bring in more people that are gonna bring in more people and here's what happens. Let me let me show you this because we've talked about Where's the eraser? We've talked about this with the lower ticket products and this has been happening a lot with elite People don't have elite.

There's bring in somebody who gets elite and that whole thing skips over them right and That just continues to happen and happen and happen and happen, right? Until they either unsubscribe from the emails and continue to lose them, but they just don't know but maybe we'll text them later Say are you gonna unsubscribe from this too? and But also though right they continue to get them and then they upgrade all over the place You see all the organization, right? Okay that we've talked about already Number one thing is optimizing the merchant process. So let's talk about that really quickly.

Yeah, because like the unfair advantage that we now have here at empower network that I truly believe is gonna set what we do aside from pretty much everybody in industry is that is that we talk a lot about funnels, but David now knows that funnels in and looking at analytics. That's very surface level, right? There's there's what you see on the surface and there's what you don't see. For example, we were able to Increase revenue by what I think it was like 20% without adding a single additional customer or selling additional product How was that we saw what others didn't specifically we knew exactly what day to bill our customers on the day They were most likely to have a charge to go through on their credit card So it's those type of things that we're now implementing into empower network. That's going to increase conversions Across the board in many different ways and that was just one tweak We had it implemented and as a result rebills the success ratio of rebills and comments by over 20% Yeah, so Bit, huh?

Can you get the comments back? I lost them and I can't figure out where they were they went Yeah, so there's certain things that when we do it has a multiplication effect Right. One of those things is just being smart with the way we run our subscriptions, right now in 2,000 In 2,000 here if you go to another screen here go over here. I'll log you into my admin account. We go here Alright, just log it Ways in another screen.

Is it over in? It's in. Oh, it's in Safari, but it's not there here. If you want to just come do it. She knows how to do it Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, we'll have Vanessa do it I turned that off for a second and I want to turn it back on so like little things like this like optimizing Merchant processing, right? It makes a big difference now. I never knew how retarded our merchant processing was before Right until he showed me his and if she's not going to show other people but I was like it's like Batman level Merchant processing he's got like this thing, you know, don't even ask him because you're not going to tell you but that overlaid on top of in power network by itself would more than triple our volume with no more people hitting the pages in two to three months Over the last year. It would have been a difference of two million dollars a month Implementing that stuff. So what we're doing is we're building Systems that are smart everywhere Right to make sure that people who want to pay can pay Okay, and that's part of it, right?

Yeah, so let's talk a little bit about the results. So Retention has one up cancellations have went down the rebill ratio meaning the number of Customers who are able to bill successfully has went up and that was just a couple of conversations and a couple of tweaks Yep compared to the big picture what we're going to be doing. Oh, yeah, and for example just and it's helpful to share these results, even though it might it's boring for people that are more kinesthetic So maybe we'll have you jump around screaming or something for in a second But this is really helpful and like Lawrence loves here and stuff like this. We had we did a series of changes Okay on the 17th our average number of people canceling was about 20 people per day Before that 2025 right it went from that to one to two Couple of changes, right so you drop your cancellations by like I Don't even know what percent that is But like one to two cancellations a day actually yesterday. We had zero cancellations We had two but it was Tara with test accounts, right, but we have had 20 cancellations a day all year Talk to Rob talk to the merchants talk to lawyer.

I was like, okay two changes zero Right that was like just on the 17th stuff like that makes everything all of you do Work better and have the ability to get way bigger Optimizing what we already have right and then making that work better, right? Cool thing is that I like about everything that we got now is I'm proud of all of it You know, I mean like when I look at like the content we gave people this weekend Let's kick ass get that for 197 bucks spaced out through email Right gives people real content something that they can do, right? But what my goal is really simple. I want to take what we're doing now and My goal is to help you guys make more money than you've ever been able to make at any point in our history by five and ten times I'm gonna tell you something. That's what I got excited about the other day It's gonna our front-end numbers are all right.

So Look like you want to say something. I could never tell because you just look calm all the time He has an interesting response whenever I come up with an idea. He says let's test that You can tell he gets really excited if he wink if he what his eyes goes like this But other than that, there's no emotion right and So right we're doing things to optimize our process To optimize our conversions to optimize our products to optimize the back office experience to optimize the sales funnels To make sure that when you bring somebody in you're going to profit as much as you possibly can Well, we're helping that customer win and that's important too, right? And so my goal is really simple I want to get it actually I want to get to I want to get to a level Where we're having one in ten to one in twenty by everything Because I think we can attract the right people And I think we could do it, right? I think we could do it in certain spaces in our history.

We've had eight percent all-ins for short times Right if you overlaid that on top of that And help you guys make a ridiculous income But here's the goal with all this stuff and all the stuff that we have here transform people while helping people make a lot of money So if you're watching this if you're watching this, here's what's gonna happen. I'll repeat it Next week next weekend. We're gonna do get money Saturday Right going and I can't tell what people are saying, right? Oh if you are good if you guys are wondering by the way somebody says no sound I You guys can hear me, right? I think it's just her Judy.

It's just you Yeah, somebody write Judy. It's her end, right? so guys She's always having problems with audio and she yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Okay. Yeah, she it's refreshed me fine The goal with all this stuff though guys is to get things in place to make it to where you can focus on Bringing new people in and just building a relationship with them. That's what networkers should do Right and then growing with them right and We've got about a third of that in place. The rest will all be in place in the next short time But it's being worked. I think a lot of times people are wondering what we're working on right now Our front ends are working.

Our subscriptions are working. I think, which camera am I supposed to look at, this one or that one over there? My voice is better since that oil in it. You didn't want to give me the oil, but it worked. Oh, I mean, close up on my nipple over here.

I'm just excited I could do live streams in my house. So I want to make sure everybody here understands what's going on right now, and also the promotion till the end of the month. And if you utilize this, you can create a lot of sales volume really fast if you've got an organization. If you don't have an organization, go build a new one. Hear me out and pay attention just for a minute.

Now, the link right below this video, if you just click it, it will have the next upsell that you don't have yet. So in other words, if you don't have, to be here, you'd have to have up to VIP, right? No, no, momentum. So you would have at least up to momentum here. But for example, if you don't have the VIP upgrade, you're wondering how you can get it.

If you don't have it, if you click that button, if you're on this page seeing this video, that's the next upgrade. And in order to get to the next one, you have to go through that, right? But I wanna encourage you to do that because that gives you a ticket to the next event, okay? And we're gonna sell out of that. I think we already sold 100, right?

At least, maybe more by now. But we sold out of that. And maybe 200, you said on there. I don't wanna be misquoting numbers. Right, we're seeing if we could recontract.

However, that will sell out no matter what. You wanna make sure to get one of the early tickets because that'll be first come first serve. But even if you can't travel across the world, first of all, it's just in your mind. Yes, you can. And really, I'm gonna show you how to do this fast, right?

But get it because that will at least give you access to the live stream, okay? If you have that and don't have the lifestyle profits, you would then see that, right? And if you don't have the mass influence formula but you have till then, you'd see that, right? If you get that now, you're gonna be locking in the ability to access earning on that for a big discount and the price of that will jump up and not go back down because I'm just sick of this like lower the price crap. You know, honestly, I just think it's stupid.

Let me chime in real quick, Dave. So I'm gonna chime in real quick. So essentially, I mean, I wanna offer a mindset shift for everybody watching and listening to this presentation, right? And the whole thing is like when Dave is talking about, you know, buy the next product, buy the next product, buy the next product, being where you were today, I remember once thinking, this is gonna cost me a lot of money. But one mindset shift that I can offer you and one thing that I learned is that instead of asking you how much is this gonna cost me, you should be asking yourself, how much is this gonna cost me not to do this, right?

And that's huge, right? And if you think about it, someone's like, oh, yeah, you know, I'm gonna spend $5,000 to get all in. You're gonna spend that $5,000 anyways, on movies, on gas, on your insurance, on clothing, on whatever. That $5,000 is gonna get spent anyways, but I can almost guarantee you on what you're gonna spend that $5,000 on, it's probably not going to give you any chance of seeing a return on your investment, right? Now, I can't guarantee a return on investment if you invest $5,000 here, but what I can say for certain is that you have a higher likelihood of seeing a return on your investment if you put your money here versus the movies, versus your car note, versus insurance, or home, or whatever, right?

So you just wanna make that mindset shift. Instead of asking yourself, how much is this gonna cost me, you should ask yourself, how much is this gonna cost me not to do this, right? Because one of the mindset shifts that I can offer you, and I was talking to Dave about, is that in order for you to play the game better than anybody else, you have to know the game better than anybody else. And right now, we have an unfair advantage because we know the game better than anybody else. We know merchant processing.

We know the email algorithms, right? And you're exceptionally great at sales. So with our combined knowledge, and you guys have seen it, right? I'm a numbers guy, right? The proof is in the pudding.

We've made a couple of changes, and already we've increased rebills by 20%. We've dropped cancellations by over 1,000%, right? And those are just a couple of minute changes. Just imagine what's going to happen over the next couple of months, and you can profit on that now, or you can sit back and watch the commission notifications pop in, and you're not getting anything from it, so. And a couple of things here real quick that I wanna cover, and then I'm actually wanna get the leaders' participation in some of this stuff.

And, but I want to make sure everybody here understands some stuff, and then we're gonna talk about some other things, and we're gonna end the night because I think we've got about an hour left. But I want you guys to understand the flow of the model, understand that it's not changing, okay? And that there's a short time to lock in these windows, and it all leads towards our actual five-year anniversary day which is Halloween. October 31st, 2011 is the day we actually launched, okay? So this is all leading towards then.

Halloween day is gonna be where this is all pointing towards because once we have that, there will be a spot opening up that will be limited for the next mastermind that'll be in between our major events, okay? Because we're still gonna have events that people go to that are not masterminds because we want everybody to have something. But we wanna have an environment that people could come and do things in a more intimate way. I wanna build relationships with people that are coming in who wanna get up to the next level. This is valuable, right?

And that kids or was that just like a weird? Ah, he makes some strange noises. All kids do. They actually are impressive with the noises they make. And so I want you guys to understand where this is going.

And I also want to encourage you to get up to the next level, okay? And we'll show you how to do it. And I'm confident in what we're doing in that, right? Because there's a couple of big things coming that we're gonna do here this next bit. If we could VIP, I'll answer that here in just a second.

You wanna switch? Cause I wanna jump over to this whiteboard here and talk for a bit. And I'm gonna move this over here and let me go over some more how this works in a simple way. And then let me tell you the plan and how this is gonna get crazy, right? And now all the things I'm gonna cover here are important and ending with where you fit in.

And then what I think we should do after we do this is do some vision stuff. Have Will come up, he's gonna do some stuff, I'll help with it. And I want to set a vision, okay, as a group, even people online, the room of where we're going, okay? But again, I'm gonna cover some process stuff first. We can hang out, yeah.

If you just wanna hang out and... No, if you wanna stay there and add in. Feel free to interrupt whenever you never... You need the microphone to do that. He's real quiet, any, right?

And sometimes, you know, with him, I've had him in the organization for years, working always in marketing and one of the most talented people I've ever met. So thanks for doing what you're doing. He does really good stuff in the background, nobody sees. Give him a hand, everybody. All right.

All right. So we have here, right? I'm just gonna draw this out in a different way. I'm gonna use a different marker. We have here, this is what I'm gonna say is the wide net of things that really the affiliates, it's their job to do those things.

We do it too. That's the thing, which we do, right? Creating content, doing things that get traffic, thinking of how can I create traffic and drive them through this process, right? This here is, what do I have to learn to do? Get traffic through this process and keep honing my skills, right?

And then as they're coming through, learn to work with people. You're capturing all the leads. Learn to work with them. Learn to build relationships with them. Learn to follow up with them, right?

And then we have here, we have in power networks process, right? Explain this a different way. The EN process is how can we make it to where from doing what you're doing, you can create the maximum leverage possible, right? And that's what we've just put in place, right? So my goal is to make all of you more money than you would ever make if I didn't exist, right?

That's really how I look at it, you know? Sometimes that's too on the making people money driven part, which is why it's really handy to have Will around because his brain is in the exact opposite way. He's like, I'm gonna make a product that transforms people in the biggest way possible. And so I wanna help you make as much money as possible, transforming people as much as possible. And then it's like a win, win, win, win diagram, right?

But here's what we do. That's our job is to be someone that's gonna grow for you, okay? And I hope all of you this weekend, no matter what you do, we are gonna grow, okay? Let me show you though, how fast you can leverage, you can build a leveraged income out, right? Because it is not just building residual income.

When we started, right? That was all we had up until April the next year when we launched the 15K formula, okay? It was April or May? I think that might've been May, I can't remember. And our growth was like it going like this, it crashed and then it was like, right?

Here's what we did, right? Here's what we did that made things go crazy, right? We added $1,000 level that was good content that taught people skills they needed, right? And then we added, this is what made the company double, go through its first doubling, actually. Because what happened is somebody had an ability to make a thousand bucks in a day, right?

That's all they needed. It's not like they're gonna do it every day, but some of them started to do it every day. Because I taught them, if you bring in a certain amount of people and work with them in this way, you can do that. And when somebody was like, no, I was like, try it, right? Bam, two people started making a thousand bucks a day and he was one of them right around that.

He was actually building something else, right? And making a thousand bucks a day here and had a full-time job and a new baby, right? Every excuse somebody has right there, right? So, but in any case, that's just made up reasons, right? So here's what that did, it gave you a framework to go out and to create an income.

Now there's some problems with the way that we did it. Number one problem was, we didn't have stable merchant processing in the beginning and that we never had optimized merchant processing. I thought what he was doing and I was like, this is like a thing I didn't know exist, you know? It was like, I was looking at it and I was like thinking about, I was calculating, I was like, if I got my numbers anywhere remotely close to that, it would be like, it would just say I would have to be remotely close. Like in a month and a half, it's insane.

So that's why it's good having people around who are smart, right? Smarter than you in some area, right? Will's much smarter than me in some area. All the staff are smarter than, hey, who's smarter at videos, me or Kyle? Not me, right?

Kyle, right, Oscar, right? He's smarter than me at what he's doing, right? And that's how we work together, put our brains together. So this is what we did, that we gave people a model or said, we're giving you a business, here is how to make a thousand bucks a day, right? That's what we did.

And then what we did after that is we went to another level and we said, okay, right? That was the most ever at any point in our history because this had a $500 admin fee, right, is what it had. Now, we just took that and we made it 6,856 per person. But it's not just the people that you bring in, right? Because what happens if you have 10 levels of inactive people and one of your hosses from back in the day who was not excited anymore and quit, just says, forget it, I'm buying, I'm doing this.

Same thing, right? How would you go about doing it now? And what will we do? And then what are you gonna be able to do October 1st? Now this leaves some urgency between now and October 1st.

November, yeah, back in time, back in time. All right, so and then I'm gonna talk about what's coming this next month and then we're gonna get into some visualization and this is all building up to something, guys. And reason I'm telling everybody and people that right now you might not think this affects you, it does. Everybody's success makes everyone grow faster, okay? If you're brand new, this is good for you too, okay?

So how do you do that? Well, let's erase our old model because the problem here is you'd pass people up and what if you passed up a leader, right? I mean, because even if you qualified, you pass people up, right, our old comp plan. But now there's no time at which you pass people up, right? Unless you're not qualified, right?

So if you're qualified, you don't lose anybody ever for any one of the product lines. And you get paid really deep on the organization and you get paid a lot of money right now, okay? And so let me go over the income model right now and how you'd build fast. The first thing that you wanna do, right, everybody watching, is you wanna bring in as many members every day as you possibly can, okay? Whether it's one person a day, two people a day, three people a day, four people a day, 10, what they're doing, right?

You wanna bring people in and get them plugged into our process as many as you can, as fast as you can, okay? Trust us, we're gonna work with them. We're gonna get the elite upgrades better. I wanna get 100% of everybody upgrading to elite, which probably is just less than possible. So I'll do it anyway.

Anyway, so bring in as many numbers as you possibly can, okay, because our rebills are being optimized right now, and the effort that you're doing now is going to be paying already about three times more than it's been paying all for the last two years, okay? It's a more valuable thing to do. That's number one, is bring in numbers. That's the first thing you should do, right? I'd go up and get everything, right?

And bring in numbers, because as you're doing that, here's what happens. The front-end numbers are gonna build residual income, right, and it takes a small amount of people to build a big residual income. Right now, I have over 500 people personally sponsored on elite, right? How much residual income is that about? No, no, no, that's not all of it.

Now, obviously, I can do that. I got a big team. Don't expect to be able to replicate things that are not relatable, right? But if you get a few people a day for a year, you can do that, right? And so we had people do that, do that, getting two people a day for a year, and they did that.

That's not hard. Two people a day is only difficult in the mind of somebody who's never done it, right? And if you can't do two a day, get a person a day and get a new subscriber in. What'll happen to you then is that when people quit, it will become unimportant to you because it's just their decision to quit and you've got too many new people to worry about it, right? You'd be thinking, I'm okay with that because you wanna work with people who wanna work with you, right?

You wanna bring as many people a day in as you can and here's what's gonna happen. And so, our job is to fill all of the middle-level commissions with $157. I'm gonna drink some more of this delicious oil. Yeah. Can I offer a pattern interrupt?

Yeah, yeah, sure, sure. While you're talking about the upgrades, I wanna do a quick testimonial. I'm here because I chose to be here because I jumped on an opportunity. It was like last minute, wasn't it? Yeah, on the last Next Level Mastermind.

And I invested in my business and I'll just give a little bit of background. A year ago, I decided to leave my job. I decided to spend time with my family and find a business. I wanted to find a business and I spent a lot of time looking. I did a business plan, looked at brick and mortar stuff.

I actually thought about doing an indoor surfing, if you guys are interested. Pretty cool technologies right there. You can just take the coast wherever you are inland, which I'm still thinking about doing. But that was like a lot of money, a lot of capital I had to gain. And I found my sponsor, Alex Bender, and there's a better way.

And this is the way. This is not a lot of money. And if you're looking for a business, if you're looking to actually learn how to make money and actually spend time on the internet and not too much of it, like do this. So that's my pattern interrupt. This is awesome.

I'm so happy to be here. If I could do a backflip right now, I'd do it. You can do a backflip. I do. Hey, I appreciate you being here, man.

I mean, you're already down there. You'll be comped on that stuff anyway, because you're down. You already paid five grand. So when we come out, but remind me. No, I'll remember that, I'll remember that.

So anyway, well, your job is. bringing in people, and we're gonna get the 197s and 300s just cranking all over the place, because it's easy to do, okay? That sells with no effort. It'll sell a lot with a lot of effort and with emails and stuff going out and text messages going out to new people, okay? That's number one, bring in people every day, right?

And if you just do that and focus on plugging people in and having them pay attention, I'm telling you the upgrades are gonna start cranking, because Rob and I will work together with the leaders, okay? In ways that are legal, right? Don't worry about that, right? There's a level to the scheminess we can use, and then that level ends, and it's like, okay, take a step back from there and let's operate in safe zone. Is all of the middle volume and the way that we're gonna run promotional cycles.

You guys will see that this next week. Next, next, next. Promotion cycles, real quick. So I texted Dave at like five o'clock in the morning, and I had woke up, so last night Dave sent his email, we were sitting down and writing, Dave sends his email, and I wake up the next morning, so I woke up at like 5 a.m., and I open my inbox, and my real estate agent in Puerto Rico forwards me the email that Dave sent out. And I'm thinking to myself, how in the heck did my real estate agent out in Puerto Rico get this email?

And I open the email, and she's like, hey Rob, I used to be a part of Empower Network, but I never did anything with it, and now I want back in, help me out here. And I text Dave, I'm like, dude, this is working. Well, yeah, and there's a couple of, see, I'm gonna go over this stuff here, right? And somebody asked in the comments, they're like, how can I qualify without upgrading? First of all, first of all, we have to have a model of qualifying without upgrading, that is the law, right?

I am thankful that there's laws, and therefore I will say nothing more about how I feel about that. However, if there was no law, I would remove that. And the reason is, is because I actually think you should just upgrade like everybody else. Now, this is why, let me explain it from a, and this isn't a pressure thing, I don't think everybody should buy everything, right? Because not everybody should, right?

And maybe you shouldn't, right? And I wanna speak fair, if I'm honest, is that okay? I was in a company in 2006 called Agile, they're still around, actually, they're doing well now again, amazingly, they did like nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, and then I think Glenn Jensen is there again, at Agile. Yeah, yeah, yeah, they brought him back. He's my friend, right?

I'm still friends with all these guys. So in any case, their highest package at that time was $1,000, now it's three. And I got in at the $250 level, but didn't tell anybody, but kind of dodged the question if they asked. And the reason I got in at $250 level was because I was broke, right? Now, what happened to me was this, is I was out there trying to do weekly meetings, and like nobody'd show up, I'd give a presentation myself, right?

Like with Aki, Aki showed up for a little while. And then I'd go in the meeting, and then I'd be like, so he's like, so what are we gonna do? I was like, well, I'm giving a presentation. He's like, I'm already in. I'd be like, I gotta practice.

So I'd sit there and do the presentation for myself on the whiteboard talking to nobody, right? True story. So anyways, I was like, I'm not gonna go, I'm not gonna like, if they don't show up, I'll show up, who cares, right? And so anyways, I kept doing it and didn't get any result. And I was like, forget this.

Then I moved to Utah, because I'm like, if I move close to the corporate headquarters, if I move close, then I'm gonna succeed, right? And I move up to the corporate headquarters, and it's up in Orem, so I could do Kung Fu again for a little while. And I'm there for like three months. And I just don't like living in Utah. I'm sorry, I know you live there, but you like it.

And so like, but for me, it's like torture, like needles of structure everywhere poking into every part of my body. I wanna be somewhere where it's like more of like a wild, crazy place. Costa Rica's a little wild and crazy. I like it here. People just drive like with whatever rules they want.

My kind of world, right? And so in any case, in any case, right, so I'm in Utah, and then I go and I meet Glenn Jensen. He's one of the owners. And they have this investment company. I went to the corporate office, and still the recruiting results were exactly the same as when I was in Hawaii.

This is not the homeless time. This is a different time. And which was basically zero. I think I got one or two people in. It was like nothing, right?

So I'm like, ah, this is awful. I have to work this job. I'm gonna go live with my parents for a while. So I move up, I go up to Alaska, right? Live with my parents.

This was a pattern before. And you know, and then I'm using my mom's cell phone, and then going around recruiting people into Agile, right? And I didn't even know this internet marketing stuff existed at the time. I would have done this years ago, right? Actually, no, I bought Mike Dillard's magnetic sponsoring book.

And then I wrote this whole sales letter on Google web pages for Agile. And I started running PPC when it was like $1 a click. And then I went to an Agile event right after that. And Randy Gage said, who in here is doing anything on the internet? And he's like, and like a few of us raised our hand.

He's like, promise me you'll stop it because it's for losers or something like that. And then I stopped, right? So, but I still like Randy Gage, you know, but he's got a good culture building strategy there. So anyways, like, anyways, like, so I forget, I always forget about that story, right? So anyways, like I was there, right?

And then I'm still not getting any people to buy this $1,000 package, right? And therefore I'm making no money, right? And I call Lori one day, and Will knows Lori because Will actually sponsored me and Agile and Agile was, she was his sponsor, right? And I was like, I can't get anybody to buy this. And she's like, what are you talking about?

Everybody buys this $1,000 package. It's like all day and night, right? And she goes, hey Dave, let me check something here. She logs in, awkward silence for a minute. She didn't say nothing until I was like, I had to interrupt her, huh, hello?

I thought the phone went out. She was like, yeah, I'm here, waiting. I'm waiting for what? Oh, maybe waiting for you to explain why you're trying to sell something you haven't bought. Is that what a leader does?

Right? And I was like, ah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. She goes, here, I'll do you a favor. If you don't have that in the next 24 hours, I'll never talk to you again. I'm doing something for you that's good.

How'd that work? Suddenly some broke guy, you know, came up with 1,000 bucks, right? Now, this is what fascinates me. And this is talking, right, is like, excuses, excuses, excuses. And then some guy somewhere in Africa who can't afford a watermelon farm is worth $6 million, you know?

And then a homeless man living in a van who has no credibility because he just has done stupid things his whole adult life does 200 million in sales online, right? And it is from the place where you don't have anything but your unlimited creativity as a way to come up with resources. Maybe that's where you shine, right? Because it's like, what excuses can we make? Well, I couldn't come up with that money.

Okay, who are you talking to? Sorry, don't believe you, right? I believe that you think that. Or maybe you just did before. And it's always uncomfortable hearing our own shit from somebody else when it's, even in a different way, because sometimes something somebody else does highlights something that we're making excuses about, right?

Like how broke, were you broke when you got in, John? Let's talk about broke people coming up with money for a second here. Because now here's the thing, this isn't, and this isn't, I'm not ragging on anybody in the comments, we love you, right? If you're broke, we love you. If you've never had two pennies to rub together, we love you.

If you're the richest person in the world and snooty and don't like buying stuff and you want it free, we love you, no, right? And so the thing is, is that like, what I wanna do though is I wanna go around to see because it's resourcefulness, right? Finds a way, resourcefulness finds a way. And like, I see things, you know, like just the act, some dude in Africa not running scams is sending messages to people asking them if he could borrow $100, that's resourceful. You know what I mean?

He's like, I got, what do I got? A Facebook, he probably had a Facebook connection in a library, right? And he's not making excuses, right? Doesn't have, he said it would take his whole life to save 100 bucks, right? And when a guy like that overcomes it, I'm like, amazing what people can do, right?

Amazing what people can do. There's never any excuses, there's only how can I make it happen? And what I'm gonna say is this, if you're not planning on building this, if you're just here to use the products and you don't want that particular product, that's perfectly okay. But if you're building this and you wanna build a dynasty, don't expect ever, ever someone else to do what you are not willing to do. And the power in excuses and bad situations, which is the real thing, it's just a situation you need to solve, the power in that is when you get out of it, you have the power to lead people out of it.

And what's the biggest excuse that people ever give for something for like a thousand or $4,000, I don't have the money. And yet you could say, you could say, you know what? Neither did I, neither did I. And I got a pen out and I made a list of 100 ways by way number 40, picked up the phone and I called someone and I came up with the money. You can't tell me you don't have money because I was broker than you.

And then all of a sudden people follow someone who didn't make excuses. But if you're like, oh, I didn't buy the product, I just went the back route way and paid the fee and lost the sale because I wanna be cheap, right? Telling you, it's important, okay? So maybe I was a little bit strong, but not as strong as you are on the inside when you stop making excuses.
