Peter Sorensen here, and welcome to this special edition, part two in my training series here for the Inner Circle Audio Training with Empower Network. In this call, I'm actually going to be sharing with you guys a very hot topic, something that I have been passionate about for many, many years, something that I have, as a result of helping people get money, become kind of the nickname, the get money guy. I'm going to talk to you all about money, getting money, creating, attracting money, creating resources out of thin air, so that if you're just getting started in your business and you're wanting to raise money, raise capital, be able to get all in your business, or be able to get access to training and products, or whatever the case may be, I'm going to share with you how to do that.

I'm also going to share with you more about the aspect, not only the mindset, but some of the strategies, again, to raise money and to help other people do the same. Before I get into the content of the call, again, I just want to let you know, again, Peter Sorensen here, one of the affiliates and earners and leaders inside of Empower Network, and I'm grateful to be able to share this information with you because it's made a profound impact. Profound impact in my life and the lives of other people that I've had to work with, the people that I've gotten help with the last couple of years inside of Empower Network, and even, honestly, years before in other businesses. When I first learned this information as a young guy in my early 20s, beginning my entrepreneurial career in a direct sales company, it was something that I had to really learn how to be able to raise a large amount of money, and I'll go more into that. I just want you to know right off the bat, first and foremost, I'm grateful to have you listening to this call.

If you're listening to the sounds of my voice, I want you to pay attention. Again, is that a guarantee? No. I'm going to be sharing with you numbers. My results, of course, aren't typical.

You can always see an average income disclosure at EmpowerNetwork.com, forward slash income. Just know that the numbers I share with you are not to brag, they're not to say you'll do them, but to share with you what's possible when you really tap in to the right mindset, create systems around money, and then be able to apply some different strategies to go out there and get it, go out there and create it, go out there and raise it, go out there and make it. If you're an affiliate with Empower Network or selling other products, the number one objection most people have, and maybe you've realized this by now, is money. Most people would love to do something. They'd love to join your business.

They'd love to get all in. They'd love to have access to the product. They'd love to book a plane flight and hotel and go to an awesome big event or national conference, but what holds people back from doing those things? Even though they know if they had that information or they were at that event that it could probably change their life, will they do that because they have a belief system or a current circumstance that says, I don't have the money or I can't do this because of the money, I don't see it, where am I going to get it? One of the things that I've committed my life to over the last decade or so as an entrepreneur is learning the ins and outs of money.

Learning that our inner game, the money mindset, I can tell you all the strategies, all the techniques of how to raise money and get money and leverage credit and lending and raise capital from other people and retirement plans and how to do stuff in business and investing and all this different stuff, but if you have a poor mindset, regardless of your current financial circumstances, one with a poor mindset is not going to create the results and one with a wealthier mindset, a rich mindset, a mindset that is in alignment with money, creating money, knowing their value, being able to have a confidence and a belief system and expectation that they can actually have it, that they can get it, that they can attract it. So I'm going to talk to you about that. I'm going to talk to you about things like the law of attraction, for instance. Many people have heard the law of attraction, many people have seen the movie The Secret years ago. I had.

It had a profound impact on me. And so I believe in that, for instance, the law of attraction, what we focus on, expand, what we think about, we tend to bring about. But if you look at the word attraction, for instance, attraction, over half of the word, the last part of it is action, so over half of the word in attraction is action. So for the law of attraction to work for you, you must take action. It's not enough just to think about it or visualize or meditate.

That being said, all of those things are important. So this is, if I could share with you in a nutshell, we're going to dive into some of the ideas and strategies and philosophies here of today's call about getting money and creating money in your life, whether it's to go all in your business or whether it's to make money and help other people, apply these strategies so that you can make more money in your business and make more sales in your business by knowing this information. At the end of the day, you've got to have the right mindset, the inner game, what I call the inner game of success, combined with the outer game, tools, techniques, strategies, skill sets to make it happen, so you put the law of attraction into action. One without the other is an incomplete strategy. So some people, Peter, say, hey Peter, just tell me where to go to get money or how can I raise some capital or how do I use credit cards effectively or whatever.

I can tell you that information, but if you don't have the belief system and the right money mindset and the money beliefs that are in a supportive and alignment with creating, finding, attracting, raising that money and making that money, then you could do all the actions in the world and it's not going to work. On the flip side, you can have the best mindset in the world, really believe it, be grateful, expect it, visualize it, meditate on it, pray on it, but if you don't go out there and take inspired action, then it's not going to work either. So you've got to have both. So today's call, I'm going to share with you how to have both, how to create the inner world, first and foremost a foundation, and then from that strong foundation, go out there and create the resources, go out there and attract the resources, go out there and make it happen, right? And then I'm going to teach you and I'm going to talk to you on the end of this call some information and some strategies for either yourself, okay, if you're looking to get money, or again, to help other people.

So I'm going to talk to you both as a potential, as I would, a customer, right, or a team member, as well as kind of talk to you as I would talk to a fellow leader, talk to you as a fellow leader and say, okay, here's the things that you want to do and give some ideas and resources to your new customers and your new team members, okay, to be able to go out there and get the money to go all in your business. So you can make thousands of dollars per sale or you could be able to make more income or help have more duplication in your team and also be able to help your people make more money because again, when they're all in, when they're invested, when they're committed, when they've got access to the best tools, the best training, the best resources, the best mentorship, you know, when they're at all the company events, these are the keys to success, right? These are the keys to success and so you want your people to succeed, obviously, right, or else you probably wouldn't even be listening to this call. So you want to succeed, you want to get money, and at the same time, you want to turn around and learn this information, pay it forward to other people so that you can help them get money, okay, does that make sense? So as we get into the call, I want you to kind of think about this with two hats on, one hat is the idea of maybe you're looking to get money, I'm going to talk as if I'm talking to someone over the phone, one of my new team members or customers and they're ready to go all in, they're committed, they get it, they understand the value, they understand the belief systems, you know, all of that, but now they need some ideas and beliefs on how to actually raise money, how to get the money to move forward in their business, okay?

So I'm going to share with you both beliefs and the right mindset as well as literally how to create resources in a thin air, a process for that, and some of my original funding training that I started with when I first got started, which is like 21 different ways to be able to fund, you know, raise anywhere from $500 to $5,000 or more for your business. So I'll share with you actual, just different ideas, different strategies, okay? And then how to really use those information, use that strategy to not only help yourself, but to help other people get money, to help other people in your team make money, to help other people get the money to go all in your business, okay? So I did that with less than, you know, less than $225 sales, but yet I turned that into over $200,000 in commissions. Well how did I do that?

Because of knowing these processes, knowing how to, as I taught in part one of the training series of this Inner Circle training series, I taught you how to do a one-on-one strategy shift and how to kind of guide people to learn and understand more about your business, to see the value of it, and to get them to a space of, hey, they're ready to go. They're motivated. They know they want to do this. They're moving forward no matter what. And now they just need some help with coming up with the money.

And so this is where this call, part two kind of the series comes in. So if you haven't listened to that call, for whatever reason, maybe you're listening to this call first, definitely listen to that call after you listen to this training audio. Listen to that audio because that will help you get people to the point, get yourself and get other people in your business to the point where they're ready to go. There's no objections. They're totally committed.

They're totally motivated. But they just need some help with the right mindset and some strategies and some mechanics to be able to get the money to go all in. So that's kind of in a nutshell. I just want to kind of set it off right. And with that being said, let's go ahead and kind of jump into the info.

Now, before I do that, I just want to share kind of with you, I mentioned earlier kind of how I became nicknamed, like my buddy Chris Stradger started calling me the get money guy because I was helping a lot of people in my business, in his business, other leaders, in some team members' businesses, help people in their teams to be able to have a conversation with them and help them get money to be able to go all in. Help them with the right mindset and give them some ideas on how to leverage other resources that they may have or how to be able to go out there and connect with someone that does have the resources and be able to raise the capital for their business. And so I kind of got nicknamed this whole get money guy. And so I want to share with you kind of how that started because it began years ago when I was 22 years old and I was looking to join a business and it actually cost 20 grand. So it was back in 2007, actually, and it took me 20 grand.

My buddy Chris Record was actually my mentor in that business and he shared, he told me his story. He told me his story of how a year prior to that, before we met, a year prior when he got started with that business, he had a 485 credit score, a negative bank account of $200 and literally had no money and yet this was a $20,000 business, a $20,000 opportunity of what it cost to get started. It was education, it was in real estate, so we were learning how to make money in real estate, et cetera. It was in the market, the real estate boom. And instead of saying he couldn't do that, instead of saying, well, man, I have a negative bank account.

I can't get 20 grand. He said, how can I? Instead of me saying I can't, he said, how can I? And shortly after that, he went to work. He took action on marketing.

He took action on showing people that he was worthy of an investment. And sure enough, he actually found a private investor, someone that would lend him the money to get started in that business. And that lit a fire under him. He got someone to believe in him by taking massive action. What ended up happening is he actually ended up making 16 grand his first month in that business, 20 grand.

By the end of the first year, he made a half a million dollars in commissions in that company. Now I share that with you just to say, well, what if? Instead of saying I can't do this, instead of saying I'd love to do this, but I don't have the money, say, how can I get the money? The first and foremost, you've got to come from the space of how can I? When Chris told me that story, I was in a similar situation.

I didn't have the best of credit. I had great credit, paid my bills on time, all that, but I had a lot of debt. So I was kind of getting maxed out on my credit card debt at that point. I had real estate. I actually had a property that I was living in, a home I bought, an investment property at a young age.

I was kind of over leveraged. I didn't have a lot of money. I was actually pursuing in this form of business in real estate. I had spent close to $40,000 on real estate guru boot camps and education and mentorships and still was struggling. So here I was, a young guy, invested like $40,000 in education, maxing out Aunt Visa and Uncle MasterCard, learning the credit game, and yet instead of saying, I'd love to do this, Chris, but I can't, I don't have the money, I said, you know what, you're right.

How can I? How can I get creative to raise the money? Because I saw an opportunity. So I went to work on myself, my belief systems, and then I took action on a couple of inspired ideas to go out there and have a creative way of creative financing, a creative way to fund my education, to fund my business. What ended up happening was within a couple of weeks I was able to do that.

So within a couple of weeks I got started, and then I got started in that business. So I share that with you, again, not to impress you, not to say you'll get those results in this business or any business, but just to share with you, we come from the space, number one, of how can I versus I can't. When I first got started in Power Network, I was struggling, again. Like many of you guys, if you were invested in real estate or in the real estate market, at the time, this is summer 2012, so it's over two years ago, when I was joining Power Network, I could barely afford to blog even product under this inter-circle audio training. That's where I got started, for $125.

And this is even before we had our Costa Rica master's course, and I'll share more about that story, how it relates to getting money and coming up with money. But again, I had to get creative and say, you know what, how can I do this? I went to a big event in Atlanta, the first ever event they had, and I said, you know what, this is amazing, I've got to do this, I believe I can do this. I've got some skill sets from the past, I know how to connect with people, and I know how to mark, you know, some basic things on sales. I don't really understand this online marketing stuff, I'm new to that, so I'm going to have to learn that.

So I know I need the education to teach me how to do that. So I know I need to come up with the money to get the education, and then I feel that I can do this, I feel I believe I can actually make this happen, make some sales, make some money. So within 24 hours of that event, I did some things. I looked at some current resources that I had, I looked at some things that maybe I wasn't using that I could sell, I looked at some funding lines, and talking to people. And sure enough, within 24 hours, even being at that event, I raised the money to buy a $500 product and a $1,000 product, the Costa Rica Intensive and our 15K Formula training.

So within that day, I came up with $1,500 to buy those products by the end of the event to move forward towards my goals. So again, the only way and the only reason why I did that was because first and foremost, I believed it was possible, I believed I could. I saw so many other people having success, I said, you know what, if they can do it, I can do it. And that's a positive belief system to have, to say, you know what, if they can do it, I can do it. So coming up with money, you've got to first come from the space of, how can I?

Not I can't, but how can I? And then this follow-up to that is asking yourself questions like, well, what can I do? Let's not talk about what I can't do. So for instance, the marketing, I didn't really know how to blog, so okay, what can I do? Well, I know how to connect with people on Facebook, I can do that, I can chat with people on Facebook, I can reach out to old friends and colleagues that I met in the past, okay, cool.

What can I do? What's something that I probably should do? I know if I did it, it could help get me a result. Who's someone that I should call, right? If I were to call this person, they probably would be interested in the business or they may be interested in partnering with me or funding me even.

Who's someone I should call? And then, again, what could I do, what should I do, what if I do it could make a difference for me, right? Now, many times in life, by now if you're listening to my voice, pay attention, okay? Pay attention and know that many times what we know we should do, what we could do, what would make a difference is a situation where if we did it, we know we'd get us a result but we fear it, okay? We fear it.

Maybe it's a person that we know we should call but we're afraid of talking to them or sharing our business to them. Maybe you think that, wow, that person's already successful, for example, or this person, man, they might think I just joined something stupid or this is a scam or whatever, they might be negative. But you also know there's people in your life that are smart, that are sharp, that are successful, that you value their opinion, for instance, or it's someone that maybe they have the resources, maybe you're looking to partner and raise some money for your business and you know they have the resources. That they kind of understood the opportunity and they believed in you a little bit, they probably would loan you the money or you presented them a business plan for funding. That they probably could, right?

But you're scared to do so. Well, again, you'll never do that if you don't have the positive belief systems to do that, right? You'll never do it So the key with that is to develop that positive belief system that law of expectation that says, you know what? Expected things to happen in your life expect regardless of your current circumstances Okay The law of expectation says you tend to get what you expect in your life the money you have the results you have in your Life are a direct reflection of what you expect They're also a direct reflection of what you what you what you think about yourself What you think about others that you would think about what you're worth and you might say well Peter, that's harsh Or I don't know about that. Well, just look at your current results your current results a reflection of the combined thoughts feelings and actions that you've had everything you have in your life right now the amount of money in your bank account the body you have the Relationships you have or don't have their friendships you have or don't have all of that as a reflection of your past thinking Those thoughts that you had the feelings that you had about that and about yourself and then the actions you took thoughts Lead to your feelings lead to your actions your actions lead your results So if you want a new result, you have to begin to think differently.

You have to begin to feel Differently about yourself. You have to begin to feel in a space This feeling is what gives your thoughts energy What's gives your thoughts power and then from that space of feeling you then begin to moved into inspired action? So when someone is in is in a space of a positive belief system, so let's we'll get into that We'll get into what are some positive money beliefs? Okay. Number one is, you know money is just an idea Money is an idea You know, they say thoughts are things right Thoughts are things what we think about we tend to bring about we create in our lives Henry Ford said, you know Whether you think you can Or you think you can't you're right, right?

You're right Whether you think you can or you think you can't you're right money is just an idea. It's all around you, right? So those are the first couple of ways systems. So number one write this down money is an idea so Everything you have in your life right now. You're listening to this call.

Maybe you're listening to it in your car Maybe you're listening to an iPhone or iPod or on your laptop or computer everything in the physical universe that laptop that phone right the car that was once a thought it was once an idea and someone took that idea and they created it and turned it into Physical reality had feelings about that thought to get an idea. They had a feelings about it. They thought about it They visualized it and then they began taking action taking massive action and coming up with the type maybe the archetype of that product and blueprint designs and this and that and Then pitching investors on getting money to create the product and next thing, you know, right years later or whatever You're you know, listening to this audio on the on the laptop or your iPhone or in a car Everything in physical reality was once an idea Right. So I said thoughts are things think of it this way Things are thoughts Things are thoughts Everything was once a thought everything was once an idea So if you believe money is just an idea within if I don't have money in my life if I'm looking to raise money create Money attract money. Well, then it's just an idea way It's just there's just an idea that I haven't even yet either yet thought of and take an action on right?

Well, maybe I have lots of ideas and you just haven't taken action on them Okay, so it's generally either one of the two either a you just don't know what to do You don't have the idea yet. You haven't gotten had the inspired idea yet Okay, or B you have you've got tons of great ideas But you haven't been willing to do what it takes to act upon them right to see them through to see them through the challenge through the process to actually create and manifest the result of That idea does that make sense? Okay, so if money is an idea money is an idea Think about it this way Everyone that's created any type of success in their life in any business there at one point They didn't have money most of them. They're broke But again, they said how can I instead of I can't they begin to get in an idea and they begin to take action on? A new idea to sell something.

Okay, let's say and they went out there the commuter with K2 people They shared their vision. They enrolled other people in their vision next thing, you know, they're building a team right next thing You know, they're attracting resources to them a people that have money that want to be a part of their idea Right because there's people with money I want you to get this there's people lots of people with money, but they don't have the idea They don't have the creativity or they don't want to work. They just want to let their money work for them They don't want to take action in the business. They don't want to want to market. They don't want to internet marketing They don't want to want to enroll people and recruit people and build a team They just would be plenty happy to get a little return on investment That's maybe better than the bank and be able to partner with someone or you know Be a part of a movement be a part of a community and they'd be happy to just you know Make some money on their money or whatever.

For example, there's a lot of people like that in the world But if you don't know if you don't understand that if you don't know that Right, you might go years of struggling never coming up the resources or you know Struggling paycheck to paycheck simple because you didn't get that memo. You didn't get you didn't take the class that said Money is just an idea and it's all around me There's tons of money out there. That's a second belief. I want you to write this down money isn't all around me Money is all around you What you have what you want to create in your life Right you begin to focus on that what you want If you want more money begin to focus on that you don't focus on the money You don't have you focus on the good that you already have the money that's all around you the gratitude You begin to come from a space of gratitude You begin to focus on all the things you do have number one and then you get to focus on all the people Around you that are creating success. Look at all the success stories for instance in a power network Well many of those success stories they didn't have the money when they got started, but did I let that stop them?

No, they did what it took. They adopted some of these belief systems They may be applied some of the strategies that I that I'm going to share with you here in a little bit either way They made it happen. They went out there with passion. They went out there with purpose. They took massive action.

They generated results They leveraged those results to get better results and bigger results, right? I must do this I must find a way to raise the money get the money to move forward in this business. How can I do this and From that mindset from that belief of money. It's just an idea. I just got to come with an idea Money's all around me tons of people's money tons of people that are having success tons of people that have resources but don't know what to do with it or aren't getting a good return on their investment for instance or That are looking for an opportunity they're looking for a business right Millions and millions and millions of people that are looking for a business every single day, right?

So when you have belief systems like that when you expect Good things to happen good things will tend to happen right good things will tend to happen when you expect them So as we get into these ideas even beliefs you got to adopt and believe money is just an idea It's just an idea way, okay that money is all around you Money is all around you. I really want you to get that And I also want you to get that you know what if you just have the desire if You have the desire and you have the expectation and you create the motivation within you will attract the money You will raise the money and then as a result Okay You will actually help people do the same thing now. I want to give you a couple examples I shared this in a call I did recently for the power never call you listen to that call You've heard this story if not, you're gonna love it, but I shared, you know, the reason why People, you know go all in their business or they you know, they'll do what it takes is they've got the motivation Okay, and so let me give you a couple examples. This is maybe how I might talk to a prospect You know a member on the phone. Let's say all right I might tell them and ask them a question say hey, you know, I'm say that let's say their name is John Okay, and I say hey John, you know, so it sounds like this is something you're committed to you're want to move forward in your business.

You're gonna go you don't want to go all in he goes. Yeah, I go. Okay. Well Anything hold me back. He goes.

Well, I just I don't have the money I'm not sure how to how to do this He goes, okay I go so besides the money would there be anything else holding you back and John says no Peter is something I definitely want to do It's okay. Are you sure you really want to do this? Are you really motivated? He said yes I said, okay. Let me ask you a question John Who's somebody love who's somebody you really love and John says well, I really love my mom.

Okay your mom All right, so John We just found out your mom Got arrested now she's actually innocent totally innocent, but she's in jail and She can't get out of jail until unless she has money for bail money with bail bond the fee of the whole thing bail is gonna be about 5,000 bucks John and She's gonna be stuck in prison in jail with all these crazy criminals. She's totally innocent You know your mom's sweet loving innocent woman, but she's in jail John let me ask you a question Are you gonna find the resources? You're gonna find the $5,000 to get her out of jail, or are you just gonna let your mom sit in jail and definitely? Whoo? Well John's gonna say probably most likely just like I would absolutely I'm gonna find the 5k Okay, John.

Well, how long do you think that would take you right? It's like well, I'm not Man, I'm not I gotta figure this out. I'm gonna call this person. I'm gonna do this So because John's motivation was so high Aka is innocent mom in jail, right maybe afraid for her life He's gonna do whatever takes I know I would do whatever takes if my mom was in jail I would do whatever as it takes ASAP. I'd be on the phone calling people who's got money who can lend me five grand Whatever.

I gotta get my mom out of jail payback later figure it out, but I gotta get my mom out of jail ASAP Right, and I would come up with that $5,000 to get my mom out of jail best believe it, right? And I'm sure if you really have someone in your life that you love and they were got put in jail like that They're gonna be in jail and definitely you would find a way to get the money now, wouldn't you? Why? Because you have the motivation to do so right your internal motivation will cause you to create the external resources necessary your internal resources will Lead you into inspired action to create the external resources of money $5,000 in this case to get your mom out of out of out of jail or you get your loved one out of jail Okay, let me share with you another example another just kind of cool funny story Let's say you know I really love one of my next cards I want to get is this It's called the Tesla Model S all souped up all electric sports car really cool It's a four-door kind of sporty sedan style bottom lines about $100,000 car And let's say I got one right I got one. Let's say my buddy has one Let's say my buddy has one and he calls me up and says hey Peter.

I got this I got this Tesla souped up. I actually want it free and clear. I just I gotta pay some taxes on it I don't care. I don't need the car. I got tons of cars You can have it if you can just hook me up with the 5,000 bucks It costs 5,000 bucks pay the sales tax on it pay the little fees and you can have it.

It's free and clear yours Let me tell you what I Was flat busted broke like I was two years ago when I started this community and power network I would find the $5,000 in a heartbeat to buy that to take over that car and buy it why? But how many other look at how many other people look what's possible not only be able to make an incredible income here But to build this skill set for example we in our products within power network We teach people how to become internet marketers or teach people how to build a business online We teach people how to create you'd be able to get traffic leads and sales We teach you how to be able to market anything to anyone From anywhere in the world at any time that skill set that skill set how to be a top producer or top marketer top recruiter these skill sets you can apply to any business in any industry for the rest of your life and Create money out of thin air you can literally write your own paycheck, right? That's what's possible, and there's tons of proof and examples and success stories the people that are living that reality, right? So if you have that motivation if you see the value if you believe that's possible and you help other people again I want you to think not just for yourself But for other people so when your team members when your new customers and your new people that you sponsor that you sell that you recruit Okay into your business to buy your products to buy your services And you want to get them to get all in to buy your top package or get to the next event or what have you? Things that take resources things that take money, right?

They might take a sacrifice People may need to sacrifice just like I sacrificed in the beginning many people leaders when they first got started They had to take a sacrifice Right they put themselves on the line. I'm broke. I need five grand to pay my bills. I've got this real estate deal in the making I know I could make ten grand on I got this opportunity to make money But if I don't get five grand like this week, you know in the next day or two, I Might not have a place to live That was a tough moment for me and I here I am talking to my mom my mom is you know And actually end up, you know asking my mom for a five thousand dollar loan and you know, my mom's groups, you know Raised me my old two older sisters three kids single mom for many years Struggled paycheck to paycheck, you know, I don't know how she did it, right? She did it.

She was incredible And if you know any of you guys are moms or single moms, especially I mean I have to go off to you right and everything that you do and how you do it's amazing and So, you know, I got to the space of just then I'll humble pie You know space of just surrender says, you know, I don't know what to do. I don't know how to do at this point and Mom, here's the first person I thought of the call that maybe could help me out Maybe that you believe in me enough that if I could just get this Reese resources and buy myself some time That I could go out there and you know close a deal or two and make plenty of money to pay you back and get back on my feet and Thank God. Luckily. She's my mom believed in me, right and She actually, you know, she didn't just have the money lying around She had to move some things around sell some things real quick and actually give me the money And she got me the money Let me tell you when I when I borrowed five grand for my mom's first time this ever happened to me in my life Okay, I was real motivated to pay her back ASAP. It could have been like she was in jail I wanted to get her not money back quick.

Okay, and you guys have ever borrowed money from loved ones, whatever, you know It's not something you enjoy doing right? I mean, let's be real but I was willing to do that because I saw an opportunity I had an opportunity in front of me where I know I believed I could make more than that money back very quickly within a matter of a couple of weeks even and that lit the fire to move forward and take that massive action in that new business of mine and Sure enough Two three weeks later boom close my first deal and I made ten grand and I paid her back Okay, so within that month boom got started new business paid her back And I so I share that with you again just as another example of a believing you could do something. Okay? Having the lack of an external resources But having the belief in the internal resources taking an inspired action. Maybe it's not calling your mom I'm not saying that's gonna be your way or whatever.

I arranged tell people that's what they should do to raise money 5,000 bucks for example but it was just what happened in that moment the first thing I could think of you know the first resource the first idea and Sure enough it worked, right? And so again, it's about becoming resourceful so I'm gonna say this and then we're gonna transition to How a process that I learned from Dave would of how to create resources at a thin air I'm gonna move in to just giving you about 20 different ideas of actual tangible ideas of sources of funding and money Things that I've used and other people I've helped to use Over the years to be able to come up with money for their businesses or investments or doing things like that So I'm gonna give you some ideas But regardless of what the idea is it might may or may not be your idea Some of the things are basic some of the things are more advanced some things you've heard of some things you haven't heard of Either way, it's fine doesn't matter. What matters is that you become resourceful you said and I want you to write this down I want you to say it out loud. I don't care if there's people around you say I am resourceful I am resourceful You get to become the person that is resourceful that creates the resources that a thin air That takes action and attracts finds creates makes the resources because you are resourceful When you are resourceful, it doesn't matter if you're current have a current circumstance. Hey stuff happens life happens challenges happen in our lives Right, you know, I've had I've had many of these ups and downs as an entrepreneur three through the years, right?

It happens to the best of us. It's not about getting knocked down that matters. It's about how fast We get back up It's about how fast we get back up when we get knocked down. It's about becoming resourceful It's about becoming a person that's going to do no matter what that's going to go under the obstacle Over the obstacle around the obstacle or through the obstacle right to get to the result to get to what you want so I am resourceful. I am resourceful.

And with that, you can begin to create resources out of thin air. And this actually brings me to a powerful process that I learned from Dave Wood, actually a couple years ago. It's actually another call in the inner circle, so I highly recommend you listen to it, if you're listening to my call, okay? So I'm gonna, Dave Wood and Dave Sharp did a call, like over an hour long, whatever, so I'm gonna kind of paraphrase it and just kind of give you the chunk of the matter. But this is, let's say, any desired result.

So let's say you wanna come up with 5,000 bucks, just for example, right? Maybe your desired result is to go all in, or again, you're helping another member go on in their business, for example. And let's say you gotta raise about $5,000, and this is, could be more, could be less, doesn't matter. But let's just, for a simple example, five bucks, $5,000. So this is your desire.

Step number one, you wanna write down your desire, maybe on a card, put it on your, I mean, heck, put it on your screensaver, whatever. Here's the amount of money that you're committed to creating, attracting, raising for your outcome. And let's say your outcome is to get all into your business, all right? Describe and write out, okay, you can either vocalize it as well, write it out and then vocalize it, basically describing how you're going to feel after you've created that money. After you've come up with that $5,000 and you've gone all in, what's that gonna feel like?

What's that gonna feel like to know you've got the resources, to know you've got all the things within you now, you've got all the resources, all the training, all the support, you've got access to earn several thousand dollars per sale, per referral. You've got the ability and the business model, okay, to now be able to create the life and income of your dreams. Write in extensive detail how that's going to feel, right? In the present tense, say, I am so happy and grateful I was able to raise this $5,000. I feel excited, I feel maybe relieved, right?

I feel at peace, I feel so ecstatic that I am getting to live my dreams, that I am able to access this incredible knowledge through Empower Network, that I'm able to build the life of my dreams, I'm able to do what I want to do, I'm able to add value to people's lives, I'm able to earn several thousand dollars per sale, right? Write in present tense, extensive detail how you feel after creating your outcome. And again, this is not just for raising $5,000, this is a process that you can create resources out of thin air to do anything. Maybe you need to raise money for advertising, maybe you want to buy a new house or buy a new car, right? It doesn't matter, you can create the same, use the same process to do anything, okay?

So, I want you to write that down. I want you to then list, I want you to list 50 possible ways you could create the money. Wow, you said, Peter, 50? Yes, 50, why? Well, it's not that 50 is something like it just has to be 50 per se, but it's not exactly exciting sometimes too, probably, right?

Well, it'll help, the big thing is it'll help you stretch. It'll help you reach past the point of just your conscious, critical mind and to begin to tap into your unconscious mind. It'll begin to tap into your unconscious resources, your inner resources, okay? I'm gonna give you about 20 different ideas of physical possible resources, areas of funding that myself or the people have used in here in a minute. So, those could be some of them, but what's important for you is that I want you to do this process because when you do this process, it can create powerful results.

There's actually a member in our community, I'll share a couple quick stories, Sandy is a member, and actually, Sandy was a Zumba instructor. She was a broke Zumba instructor, and she wanted the money to go all in, and it wasn't until she did two things. One, she went to a big event, and the big event that she went to was in our Chicago event last year, and this Chicago event, what ended up happening was it shifted her paradigm. She began to see so many people close to her, hundreds of people that are creating wealth in their lives. They were real regular people just like her.

And up until that point, she began to attempt to raise the money, right? Begin to raise the five grand to be able to get all in her business, but she saw that five grand being like this Mount Everest of an obstacle, right? This just insurmountable. I've brought 5,000, mine's gonna be 50 million, right? But after the event, after getting a bigger perspective of what was possible, after shifting her paradigm, after getting a different belief and motivation, the size of her obstacle was now a little garden pea, right?

The size of her obstacle was nothing. And she then listened to that call. She listened to a call like this. She listened to the call by Dave Wood and Dave Sharp, how to create resources that are not a thin air, how to speak your world into existence, right? She listened to these inner circle calls.

She did this step-by-step process I'm sharing with you how to do, writing out how you would feel once you accomplish your outcome in extensive detail in the present tense, writing out 50 possible ideas, and then taking action on those ideas. Taking action on those ideas. Look at that. I don't know if you can hear the background, so she's excited, right? Listing these 50 ideas as ways that you can create the resources.

And you know what happened? Ideas begin to start pouring out of her mind. By the time she got to the 21st idea, I'm gonna share with you 21 ideas to raise money, actually. By the time she got to her first 21 idea, boom, it started to click. Before you know it, she got it.

Seven days later, she created the money she needed to go all in. She's now creating success in her business. She's an up-and-coming leader. So, Sandy, if you're listening to this call, congrats, girl, you're doing it, right? So, I can share tons and tons of stories.

I had a team member on our team that was a struggling mom, raising kids on government assistance, didn't have the money. She's had $3,000 days now. Just powerful stuff has happened in their life because of taking action on this. So, I want you to do this. When you're done finishing this call, this training, okay, I want you to go through this process.

I want you to take some time, take a notepad, a pen, a journal, get to a quiet place, and I want you to write this out. I want you to speak it out, and I want you to write out these ideas and watch what happens. Watch what happens. It's powerful, okay? So, with that, I'm gonna just share a little bit here over the next 15 minutes or so.

I'm gonna just quickly share, just to get your brain started with ideas. Again, some of these ideas you may, and these ideas or potential resources may not work for you. Some of them will. Keep in mind, you're going to be helping your people do this. If you want to make a big income, and in this business and any business, helping people overcome the number one objection of money, helping them have the right mindset and giving them ideas of how to come up with money, okay, is gonna help you to succeed and make a lot of money.

Whether this idea applies to you or not doesn't really matter. What matters is you create some ideas and you maybe apply one of them, two of them, three of them, what have you, out of the list I give you, and out of the list that you create for yourself. Because everyone's different. Everyone has different walks of life. Everyone has different resources.

Everyone has different amounts of money in the bank. Everyone has different past successes and failures, different credit scores, different referral networks, different assets, what have you. So again, I'm gonna share these ideas for you as well as for other people. So if you're taking notes, make sure you're taking notes. If you haven't taken notes by now, you're listening to this training, now would be a good time to take notes.

So I'm gonna give you a second. And then I'm gonna kind of close this training out and give you some calls to action, kind of some homework of what to do. So with that being said, make sure you got a notepad and pen. I'm gonna take a little sip of water here, and we're gonna get into the 21 ways to fund your all in or to be able to fund your business here in a second. All right, let's get right into it.

Number one, this is kind of a no-brainer, right? But here's the thing. It's an avenue, and whether it's yourself or some people, that just, they have the money in a checking or savings account, okay? The fact of the matter is, many businesses start this way. SBA, Small Business Administration, over 50% of businesses start with their own funds, right?

Whether it be checking, savings, or the funds of a loved one, friend, family member. So the reality is, if I didn't say that, if I didn't start with those, I'll be doing you a disservice, because the fact of the matter is, whether your business or one out of every two businesses will be started that way, okay? The key is, it's a matter of making the commitment. Let's say someone, maybe you, or maybe someone you're gonna work in your business with has the money. They actually have the resources.

They'll only use it if they see the value, okay? So if you have the resources, but you haven't willing to let go of them yet, right? You haven't willing to spend, to invest. Well, you won't, or they won't, okay, if you don't see the value. If they don't see the value, and they don't believe they have the belief system that they can do it.

They don't believe that, you know, they're gonna get 10 times the value, right? You know, I got, phew, like 20, 30 times, 50 times the value, right? This is what I've made. Not to mention the value of my life, the friendships, the learning, the education, everything on top of just the money, right? But again, people won't use the money they have in their check and their savings if they don't believe, and they don't experience the value, okay?

So that's number one. Number two is credit cards. Now, I say credit cards because it's a big one. The fact of the matter is, credit cards can be an effective strategy. There's good ways to use them, and not good ways to use them.

What's more important, and I wanna take a minute and share with you, is the proper mindset, okay? And how successful people, wealthy people view credit cards. Credit cards are another term, another way what's called OPM, other people's money. You see, credit cards is not really your money. It's actually the bank's money, right?

The bank is lending you money via a credit line, a credit card, for a particular interest rate, right? So, for example, let's say you needed five grand on a credit card, unless you had access to the credit cards, okay? Well, five grand might be, let's say, a couple hundred dollars a month payment, let's just say. So, wealthy believe is leveraged. They believe in OPM.

They say, even if I have five grand in the bank, I'd rather have, let's say, a credit line of five grand and use that because I'd rather pay the interest on the money and keep my cash for other things, for other businesses or other investments that can make me money, okay, that can make me money to that, the profits and the sales of that business pays back and pays the interest. Here's another way of saying it, okay? Maybe you don't have the credit cards, okay? Maybe you don't currently have them. Could you get them?

Could you get an increase line in your credit? You know, I've literally called up in the past and made a simple phone call and got several thousand dollars if you have pretty, again, if you have horrible credit, this is probably not gonna work, but it'll work for other people. So, again, don't just think about yourself, but think for other people because one of the other ideas is how to leverage other people's credit, okay? So, again, this is just a funding source. This call is not to get into you on the ins and outs or tell you what to do or what not to do.

You know, I'm not a financial advisor. I'm not advising you on what to do or what not to do. Seek your own guidance, you know, do what's best for you. All I'm saying is what's important in anything is the mindset to understand. Wealthy people understand leverage, OPM, other people's money, credit cards, as an example to leverage another resource.

They're okay with paying interest because they know that it's not about what it costs them, it's about what it can make them. Think of it this way. If you had a deal, you know, I used to do real estate, right, and so I know a lot about this from a real estate perspective. And, you know, you had a deal where you could buy and sell a house and make 20,000 bucks, let's say, okay, when it's all said and done. But when it's all said and done, you'll make 20 grand, you don't have to pay them back the five grand in interest.

Are you gonna be focused on the five grand in interest that you're having to pay? Man, that's a lot of money in interest. Or are you gonna be focused on the 20 grand you can make? Well, successful people, especially successful investors, they focus on the money they're going to make from getting that money, not the money that they're spending for borrowing it, okay? So this is the proper mindset.

Now, whether you use credit cards or whether someone else uses credit cards, it's important to have the right mindset. The improper mindset would be leveraging the credit just to go on a vacation or spending that money on clothes or doing stuff that, you know, it's not going to make you money. It's not gonna add value to your life, to your education, to your mindset. Things are gonna add value to your life and help you make money, you know, or it's more better things, education, training, things that you can actually apply and use in your life and your business to create money. Okay, so let's move along.

Number three is just selling other assets. You know, I've had other people, you know, sell other assets to be able to get on in their business. Maybe they have some old artwork or they've got some old jewelry that they need or they have some commodities. Well, that was more important to me than just holding on to some silver, right? So some people, whether yourself or other people you're gonna be working with, might raise money and get money by just selling some other assets, things that they might not use anymore or need, okay?

Or an old motorcycle or an old, you know, guitar. You know, I've had people do things like that. Again, because again, it's not what they're losing, it's what they're getting and what they can make. I can now buy back that silver, and in fact, you know, that's another thing. But I can, you know, I can do things now that I wasn't able to do things two years ago, right?

So I made a short-term sacrifice by selling something then to have a long-term gain by having access to what I have access to now, the information I have access to, et cetera, okay? Number four, bank loans. I'll just share, you know, this is just another idea. I've seen people get personal loans. I've seen them get a business loan if they have the business.

I've seen them get, you know, there's secured loans, there's unsecured loans, okay? Again, this particular call, so I don't have to go in depth on that training. I don't have so much time. These calls are around an hour or so. I want to keep it short and to the point, and I have other trainings that I've talked about on this online and stuff, but the reality is there's different types of bank loans.

There's unsecured loans, there's secured loans. Again, depending on what your credit score is, this may or may not be for you, maybe for someone else, or, you know, I've had a time in my life where I had to get a cosigner, okay? In fact, my very first loan, I had to buy a car. I had to get a cosigner to do that. So again, if the motivation there, if the mindset's there, you or someone else, if needed, would get a cosigner.

The question is, how would you position that? How would you approach a cosigner, okay? And we get some ideas on how to perhaps do that, but the bottom line is, again, that comes down to the mindset, right? It comes down to the ability to put yourself in a position where you're going to have the right mindset if you're gonna approach, let's say, someone for a cosigner, okay? Number five, retirement plans.

This is actually a big one. There's currently trillions of dollars, T for trillions, trillions of dollars in retirement plans, this is tons of money there. I've had people take a loan against a 401k where now they're actually getting money from themselves and pay themselves back with interest via their retirement plan. I've helped people be able to self-direct their old retirement plans, maybe they're with the company, not anymore, they self-direct it, what's called the self-directed retirement plans, and they were able to raise $10,000 to fund their business and move forward by self-directing an old retirement plan, okay? So retirement plans are huge.

Whether you have one or someone else has one, the reality is the average retirement plan in this country on average has anywhere from 30 to 50 grand in it, that's an average stat for the average American, and there's about trillions of dollars in retirement plans. All right? So the reality is that's a huge funding source for people. Number six is what I call tuition partners. This is the idea that, let's say you're in a business like Empower Network, let's say you're getting educated, you have the ability to get top-notch marketing, network marketing, online internet marketing training, right, and you have someone maybe that would like to learn about that, maybe they have a traditional business.

Well, you could go to them perhaps, and let's say you needed to fund the money, you needed to raise the capital for your business, you could say, you know, I tell you what, you know, if you were to loan the money, and we write out this business plan, and here's what you're gonna do, and here's how I'm gonna pay you back, and you know, very legit, you wanna do things legit, okay? You're not asking for a handout, okay? This is, you're being a professional. You know, most businesses are started by raising capital. Okay?

So, you're starting your new online internet marketing business, you're developing the skill sets of how to do this, you say, I tell you what, I'll, you know, everything I'm learning, I'll do a one-on-one, you know, once a week, one-on-one strategy call with you, and help teach you some strategies in your business. Or I give you access to some of this education, or, you know, I'll do some things where I'll, as I'm learning, I'll help do your social media, or I'll help create content for you, or whatever. You know, you could give them value, something that they potentially would spend thousands of dollars for, but they're getting for free just because they helped to fund you, and you're gonna pay them back, right? So, you create a win-win. Anytime you're gonna raise capital, you're gonna go out there and try to get a partner, an investor, a tuition partner, you wanna be able to create value for them, okay?

You wanna be able to have, say, you know, that's kind of a no-brainer, you know? Because, I mean, seriously, if you were to do all that for them, stuff where they'd pay thousands of dollars for, and they're gonna get their investment paid back through the, let's say, the marketing, the income you make in your business, well, it's a pretty good deal, okay? So, that's just an idea. I've seen people do that. Number seven is, you know, as an example, it's kind of similar, but it'd be like a business partner or a private investor, and that's just where, you know, you're going to pitch someone on your business.

You're gonna get them to sell them on your confidence, your belief, and your strategy. Here's what I'm going to do. Here's the money I need. Here's what I'm gonna market. Here's the commissions I'm gonna make.

Here's my marketing strategies. Here's how I'm gonna get leads. Here's how I'm gonna close sales. Here's, you know, the payback. Here's the terms.

Like, straight to the point, like a one-sheet, fact sheet, you know, boom, boom, boom, boom. Here's what to do, okay? So, I've seen people get a business partner, private investors. Next one, eight, peer-to-peer lending. There's sites like prosper.com, lendingtree.com.

Prosper.com is a big peer-to-peer lending. Basically, what this is in a nutshell is being able to get funding from tons of different people. People don't even know. to fund your campaign, to fund your business, to fund something that you're going to do. So like prosper.com is a common one, but again that's peer-to-peer lending.

You can Google peer-to-peer lending and learn all about it. Number nine is pre-selling. This is just the idea of, you know, Jim Rohn, a very famous speaker and thought leader and mentor, Jim Rohn said, you know what, if you're in some situations, you know, you can buy something and then sell it, right? That's very common. It's what most people do.

It's what I did. But if you're in other situations, sometimes you can sell and then buy. You can sell and then buy, okay? So pre-selling, I've seen lots of successful entrepreneurs, internet marketers all the time. They create a product, they create an idea, they go out there and sell it, they get people to give them money, and then they go create the product.

Or then they go do a weekly webinar series, right, and they're creating the product week to week as they go. Meanwhile, they've already got all your money, okay? Pre-selling is another way you can do this. I had a friend that did this, okay, in the business. He needed the money to get all in.

He went out there and started marketing. He started talking to people in his network. He started talking to friends. He's like, dude, this is what I'm doing. Check out this business.

This is what we're going to do. He started enrolling people in what he was going to do. He started pre-selling them on this new business. He got four people ready to go all in, right off the bat, before he even got all in himself. He got four people lined up.

Next thing you know, he took that to another friend or investor and said, hey, I got these four people ready to go. When I close, I just need this money to get all in. Then they're all signing up, getting all in, and boom, I'll pay you back within the matter of a few weeks here when I get my commissions. And that's what he did. That's how he got all in, okay?

He pre-sold, right? Number ten, resources, skills, and talent. This is a big one. This is all about thinking outside the box, okay? This is about leveraging what resources do you have, what skills do you have, what talents do you have, what can you leverage that you currently do to come up with some money.

Maybe it's not even thousands of dollars. Maybe it's just a few hundred bucks. Maybe it's five hundred bucks, a thousand, whatever. For instance, I have a friend who needed money. He needed some cash flow to support his online marketing business.

So he went out there. He's in San Diego. He went out there and became what's called a car driver for Uber. He leveraged the car that he had, okay? Get this.

He leveraged the car that he had and he's making money with these cool like personal taxi service called Uber and Lyft. I have another person that's cash flowed where he lives. You know, he's coming up with some money and he had a place and he decided, you know what? I'm gonna rent out the rooms at my place to come up with extra money. He comes up with like an extra thousand dollars a month renting his like two-bedroom place, renting rooms in Las Vegas, okay?

Because people travel to Las Vegas and a lot of people want to stay in a regular home or condo, whatever, besides hotel and he rents out the room. The key here is again just thinking outside the box. What are different assets or resources, tangible, intangible, that you can leverage? Maybe you have a skill that you're good at web design or you could do something like that. You could think outside the box and you know sell a service like that on Odesk or Elance or Fiverr.com, for example.

You could do these little things. You could create these little tasks and actually charge people some decent money for them and it adds up. Maybe it's just coming up with an extra 500 bucks a month to fund your advertising or to do something like that. I've had people do that, okay? Number 11, turning connections into cash.

This is a big one. So let's say you need to come with the money. Well, you know people. We all know people and we all know people and people are always buying stuff all the time, okay? People are always in need of something.

So this is an example. I went to one of my friends once and said, hey, what are you looking for, okay? I did this in real estate. Hey, they're looking to buy a property. They're looking to invest in real estate.

Now, I didn't own any real estate at the time. I didn't really know how to necessarily find the deal, buy the property, rehab the property, and did all this stuff. But I knew people that were looking. They had money and they were looking to invest. So I then found a buyer, quote-unquote a buyer, someone that's looking to buy the property and I found a seller, someone that was selling their properties to investors, and I put those two people together.

I put two connections that I had, they're actually friends on Facebook. I connected two different friends on Facebook, one looking to buy a property, one looking to sell it. I connected them and I got what's called a finder's fee. In fact, these can be big. I've had $10,000 finder's fee simply because I put these two people together.

Same thing happens, let's say you know someone that needs a website done, right? You know someone that's got a couple thousand dollar budget for a website and you know someone that could build a nice website for a thousand bucks, let's say. Really, really nice, professional, high-end website. And you go to the person and say, I can get that done for you. I can get that done for you for two grand, right?

And you position yourself like the middleman or middleman or woman and you position yourself and keep the difference. Again, this is creative ways to be able to leverage connections in a cash. Another term, number 12, is called wholesaling. It's kind of similar where you know you buy something low and you resell it for more, right? Or you find something that's valuable and you find someone else to buy it from you for more money, okay?

Again, it's just thinking creative. 13 collateral loans. I had someone get a car loan, title loan. They leveraged their car as collateral and they got a loan against it. They actually got an $8,000 loan from someone, used their car as collateral and got an $8,000 private loan from someone for their business.

Again, it's not about what it costs you. It's about what it can make you. Again, just more ideas. Hey, 14, what about you got some old stuff around the house? Why don't you sell it on eBay?

Sell it on Craigslist. I've had people come up with a few hundred dollars, even thousands of dollars by selling stuff that they just don't need anymore. I had an old iPhone. I never used it. I was just sitting around and it sold on Craigslist for a couple hundred bucks.

I've done stuff like this. Other people have done stuff like this. 15 is an idea called sponsorships and pledges. The idea of could you get someone out there to sponsor you, to sponsor your business. There's big businesses and corporations all the time that sponsor people, that sponsor businesses.

You come up with a creative campaign. Maybe you get part of the profits to charity or something like that and you get a sponsorship. You could Google how to get a sponsorship and pledge. You'll find tons of resources. Life insurance policy funding, number 16.

I've had people borrow against their life insurance policy as a funding source. There's two types of policies. I can't get all the details. Basically it's perm and term. So you can Google what type of policy you have, whether or not you can borrow against it.

Again, I want you to think this is not only for yourself as a potential resource, these ideas. These ideas are for your people. I don't know what idea is going to trigger for someone. I don't know what idea is going to trigger for you or what idea is going to trigger for one of your members or one of your customers. What may be good for you is not good for someone else and what may be good for someone else is not good for you.

So just keep that in mind. Number 17, tax strategies. This is an interesting one. If you're in a business, let's say an Empower Network affiliate, you're an online business, network marketing business, you have a home-based business. By having a home-based business you can literally get hundreds of deductions, tax deductions.

Now if you still have a regular employee job, one of the things some people have done, again I'm not suggesting this, you can talk to your accountant, things like that, but some people have claimed more dependents. So basically they have more income every month. They basically take home the money every month that otherwise would be held back for taxes. So now they're taking back, let's say, an extra three, five hundred bucks a month that would otherwise be held back in taxes and then that extra money at the end of the year they just offset against all the write-offs they have in their business. So now they're keeping that hard-earned money every month instead of holding it back for taxes and then they're just offsetting that would-be taxed income with all of the tax deductions in their home-based business.

So again I'm not teaching you how to do a tax or something like that. Seek a legal counsel or a tax accountant, but ask. That could be a strategy and also looking at previous year's taxes and see maybe did you have the best accountant or maybe could you be a little more aggressive or could you find more deductions, legitimate, legal, honest, legitimate deductions in your business and pay less in taxes. Come with money that way. I've had people come with money that way or have people come up with money through their tax returns to be able to move forward in their business, all kinds of stuff.

18 is a big one and again I shared this with you, I shared it earlier, and that's what I call love money. It's not what you think, but really that is coming up with money for people that know, like, and love and trust you. The fact of the matter is, again, 50 to 70 percent of businesses start this way. Literally. One out of two businesses will start this way, meaning someone comes up with an idea, they will start a business.

They get money from their friends and family to start the business. In fact, I had what's called an angel investor, a guy, he started the largest angel investment firm. He was the youngest guy ever to do this in history. I actually interviewed him a couple weeks ago and he said, Peter, you know when people are coming in to pitch me on their business, the first question I would ask them is this, I said, how much money have you raised from your friends and family? He said, if they told me that oh, I wouldn't raise money, I don't want to go to my friends and family, I haven't raised any money from them.

He said, if they told me that, Peter, I automatically threw their business plan, their proposal in the trash and sent them out the door. This is a guy that raised hundreds of millions of dollars. This is the guy that built one of the largest successful capital investment firms. He said, if people didn't ask their friends for money, if they didn't believe enough in their business to potentially borrow and raise money from those that love them and believe in them, why would I invest in them? Wow.

That's an interesting shift. That's an interesting paradigm. You probably wouldn't think of that. The fact of the matter is, many people will use this approach. So again, it's not the strategy per se, but it's how you go about it.

It's how you approach it. It's how you approach the potential person. It's how I approached my mom, for example, when I had that situation in my life. It's not just a handout, it was a hand up. It was showing them a plan where I knew I could return their money back very quickly.

I went out there and took massive action. It was someone that believed in me, versus a random stranger who probably would be less likely to just give me $5,000. The fact of the matter is, I would be ripping you off if I didn't share this with you. Now, whether this is the strategy for you or not doesn't matter, but the fact of the matter is, many people will use this strategy. So I wanted to include that.

Number 19 is kind of a cool one. I call it free money. Yes, I said free money. There's actually what we call unclaimed funds. There's actually billions of dollars in funds that are called unclaimed funds or overages that belong to people that are sitting in local counties and states all across the country that are owed to us.

In fact, I did this process for myself not that long ago and I found $700. I actually found $700 that was owed to me from the state of California. You can actually go to websites like missingmoney.com or unclaimed.org. This is a couple of free websites that are national hub websites. You can search your name and your county and where you live and different stuff.

Hey, you might even find some free money that way. Free money is always cool. I've had people use that and maybe it's like, hey, they found an extra hundred bucks or whatever. Well, an extra hundred bucks is an extra hundred bucks. You know what I mean?

That pays for this training. This inner circle is a hundred bucks. So I've literally had people go to those websites and find a hundred bucks or five hundred bucks or whatever. Some people even to the thousands. Those aren't the common things, but it happens.

The fact of the matter is there's so much money, I call it free money or unclaimed funds, all across the country. Literally, I have people, I even have a friend of mine, side note, that took this as a business to help people find money that's owed to them, especially from large past real estate tax transactions, things like that, where properties went to tax foreclosure. Helping them find the money and then actually splitting it with them. Crazy, I know. 20 is what I call playing the credit game.

That is just understanding the credit game, your credit score, how to increase your score. If you have good credit, you're going to be more able to get funding and loans and things like that, traditionally speaking. If you don't, you want to do things to start improving your credit. Looking at that, being conscious of your score and understanding how it works, understanding things to be able to increase your score and be able to do some creative things on that. Again, I can't talk about that for two hours alone, but we just don't have the time.

20 is just credit. Understanding the credit, how to improve your credit score is important and over time that will help you be able to raise a lot more money and also save a lot of money. Maybe buy a home and if you got a loan with a 750 credit score, it's going to be a lot better interest rate than if you had a 650 credit score. Over time, you want to build that. 21 is government grants.

That's something that, again, I've seen some people use. Not as common. Not as common in the home-based business market, more so like in real estate or construction grants, things like that. But government has billions of dollars in grants. Every type of grant you can think of, they've got a grant for.

This could be little cost of free type money, but it takes you a lot of time and energy. It's probably not something that a lot of people do, but it's something that you can research more about government grants if that's something you want to look into. The last one, it's kind of my little bonus way, 22. It's just the aspect that saving money is making money. You know what?

There was time in my life, a few years back, where my overhead was high and my income dropped. I no longer could afford the lifestyle. I did a situation where I moved. In that move, I was able to drop my overhead a massive amount. I was able to drop my overhead and position myself to where I have saved a lot of money.

So just think about maybe where do you live, or what do you drive, or what do you do, what do you watch, what are some resources, some things that maybe you could cut out of your life temporarily or simplify. I'm not telling you, if you like a cup of coffee in the morning at Starbucks, go have a cup of coffee at Starbucks. But what are some things that you could simplify that saved you extra money, saved you money on your monthly overhead, simplified you? Like Robert Kiyosaki, author of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, talks about how when you simplify, when you have less expenses, it's easier to get out of the rat race. It's easier to become financially free.

How he describes financial freedom is when you have more residual passive income every month coming in, that exceeds your life expenses. Now he's quote-unquote financially free based on his current lifestyle versus say the doctor that has a 15 grand a month overhead. Does it make sense? So saving money is making money is kind of a bonus way to think about, okay. So that's 21, 22 different ideas for you.

Again, I want you to do this. I want you to go back, listen to this call, listen to that Dave Wood call again. Write out that paragraph describing how it's going to feel when you get the money in the bank. Describe how it's going to feel when you're all in, in the present tense, and then go out there and list the 50 ways. Begin to tap into your unconscious resources.

List these ideas. Maybe a couple ideas that I've mentioned so far just in this call have triggered you. If something's triggered you like, oh I could do that, or oh I should do that, but dang, I'm fearful. If something's triggered you and you know you could do it, should do it, but maybe you're fearful, do it. Because more than likely that's the thing that's going to help you get the result, right?

But either way, go through this process. Lift the 50 ways. Pay attention to your thought process. Pay attention to that hunches, the gut feelings, the intuition, the things that are going to help you to be able to create the resources out of thin air. They're going to help you be able to raise the money.

Again, when you're going out there and you're working with your people and you're doing one-on-one strategy sessions, if you're a leader, you're an up-and-coming leader and you want to help create more sales in your business and help more people get all in your business, guide them through this process. Give them ideas. Share resources with them. Don't just say, hey, okay, well good luck. Go make it happen.

Give them ideas. Share with them these money beliefs. Money is just an idea. Money is all around you. That you can create the desire that you are resourceful, that I am resourceful.

Create resources out of thin air. Walk them through this process of writing that statement in the present tense of the gratitude, seeing the money, seeing the end result. Writing down, tapping into their unconscious resources and creating those 50 ways so that you can then help your people get money. When you master this, guys, this is what can help you make a lot of money in this business and in any business for the rest of your life because no matter what you're selling, and we're all selling all the time, whether it's our kids or spouse, we're selling a product or service or business opportunity, the reality is we're always selling. When you learn these strategies, it can help you transform your life, transform your business.

In closing, I want you to know this. I want you to know that you can get this, that you can get money, that you can do this, that you can live the life that you desire and that you deserve. The only question is, what are you going to become more committed to? Are you going to be committed to your dreams? Are you going to be committed to your dreams, your dream lifestyle?

Are you going to be committed to your goals or are you going to be committed to your doubts? Are you going to be committed to your worries, your fears, your insecurities? And that, my friends, is the question. If you're committed to your dreams, you're committed to your desire, you're committed to your motivation, your goals, your outcome, then it won't matter what fear comes up, what doubts, worries come up. You'll take action in spite of it and you'll go out there and create the result that you want.

So with that, focus on that, focus on your desire, be resourceful, do this process, and watch what miracles will begin to manifest in your life. So with that, guys, Peter Sorensen, concluding this part two of the Inner Circle audio training, and I look forward to hearing your success stories, hearing your stories of getting money and creating resources in your life, and hopefully look forward to meeting you in person someday soon at one of our upcoming events. Till then, take care, take massive action, and we'll see you soon.
