The Commission Countdown: Why the Small Wins Get the Loudest Applause
A grown man in flip-flops is standing up on cue in row twelve, grinning, half-embarrassed, because he’s just been named among the earners in this room and his whole section is on its feet applauding him for a number that would look small next to the ones already called from the stage. Nobody up there checks whether his number is impressive. They just make noise for him, the same volume they gave the person who was called up first for a much bigger figure. That’s the moment this session is actually built around, not the count itself.
Why does the host insist the small wins matter more than the big ones?
The session runs as a live countdown, top earners in the room called to the stage first, working down tier by tier until, by the end, anyone who’s earned anything at all in Empower Network is standing and being recognized in front of several thousand people. It would be easy to read that as just hype, a room built to celebrate its biggest winners. The host argues the opposite is true, and says so directly before the countdown even starts.
It’s not about the big victories, he tells the room. It’s about the person who walked up to a stranger at an event and said, I’m going to be your next leader, and it happened to work. It could have been anyone in that exchange. It could have been anyone reading this now. The mechanism he’s naming isn’t the size of anyone’s check. It’s the moment one person decides to bet on another person who hasn’t proven anything yet.
What does it take to keep reaching out to someone who’s already said no?
To make the point concrete, the host tells a story about himself years earlier, swinging a hammer on a construction site, dismissing a guy named John who kept showing up with the same pitch about a business opportunity. He said no the first time. He said no the tenth time. John came back anyway, every single day, apparently just as convinced on attempt ten as he’d been on attempt one.
It’s not about the big victories, right? It’s about the person who came to the event in San Diego and walked up to somebody and said, I’m going to be your next leader.
On the tenth ask, he finally said yes. If you’ve ever been the person making that call for the eleventh time, half-convinced you’re bothering someone, or if you’ve ever been the one on the receiving end wondering why a person won’t quit inviting you, this is the exchange the whole session is quietly arguing for. Persistence aimed at someone who might actually be ready isn’t pressure. It’s the only reason some people ever get a shot at starting over.
What actually happens when a room this size stands up one tier at a time?
The countdown itself is the proof of the argument, not a separate act. Starting from the very top earners in the room and working down through every tier, all the way to people who’d made their very first commission at this event, the room keeps standing, keeps making noise, tier after tier, because the same energy gets given to the newest person on stage as the most established one. As the session puts it, plainly, to the whole room, “you just don’t know the impact that you can have on somebody”. That line lands differently once you’ve watched a stage fill with people at every level, not just the ones who’d normally get the spotlight.
The takeaway isn’t the countdown itself, it’s what the countdown is demonstrating: that a business built on getting believed in by one person, then becoming the person who believes in the next one, produces far more first commissions than a business built only to showcase its biggest names. If you’ve been waiting for a number worth announcing before you count yourself as part of the room, this session is arguing you’re already in it.

I just jumped from story to story to story to story. But I remember when I got started, I had been clean for a couple of years, and I knew that I had a bigger purpose, similar to what, you know, some of the speakers shared with you tonight. And I knew I had a bigger purpose. I didn't know how I was going to get out there and make an impact.
And, you know, I can relate to what Laura said a lot, because I remember a time in my life when I didn't think that I had anything useful to say. And I did. I can remember a time when I did not think that anything coming out of my mouth was going to make an impact on anybody, right? And now we have people from halfway around the world, right?
Greg, good to see you, brother. How you doing, man? Cool. I just like, you know, kind of seeing people.
It's like a family reunion, honestly, when we come here, you know? It's like, you know, here's one thing that I learned, is that you can't pick your family, but you damn sure can pick your friends, right? And, you know, I don't know about you, but I got some crazy-ass family at home. You know what I'm saying?
I mean, maybe one of you in here, and I did mean one, has, like, the perfect family, right? But, I mean, the majority of us just have, you know, crazy aunt, or she's going, oh, God, boy, let me tell you, right? But, you know, the truth of the matter is, is not only can you pick your friends, but you can also pick who you decide to work with. And I was just talking to Nicole Cooper's husband, Cooper, right?
Back, you know, right here in the front row. And, you know, it's so cool, because where you go in life is in direct proportion to the people that you keep around you. It is. I mean, go and try to make an impact with a bunch of losers, right?
Because here's what I, here's what I learned, is that people are going to drag you down a lot faster than you're going to bring them up, right? So, back to Aaron, right? I remember when I got started, I wanted to make an impact, right? I wanted to make a difference.
I was swinging a hammer on a construction site, and this guy named John came up, and he's like, dude, you've got to take a look at this deal. And I was so negative, right? I was like, dude, I just don't have time. I've got to get back to, you know, swinging a hammer, and I've got to get this $500 or whatever I was going to make from this construction job.
And he came back, like, every day. Have you ever seen the guy, or maybe even, if you're honest, been the guy who just won't give up? It's like, you cold call the guy 10 times, he says no, and you're just as pumped up about number 11. You know what I'm saying?
Well, that's what this guy was. This guy was just as pumped up for me to shut his butt down for, like, the 10th time. But it was something about that 10th time he came back, and thank God he did, because I finally said yes, right? And I went and took that, the money from that construction job, and I got involved in that business.
And unfortunately, and one of the reasons why we started this company was because I was in two companies before this that I had big teams, and the company owners broke a fingernail and decided to take over. And I was like, well, I decided to shut the door down. But, you know, Aaron, I didn't, when the first company shut down, I was putting, and you remember, honey, putting magnets on the side of this old 1990 Ford F-150 that I drove around. And if you can imagine me, and you probably can, it's not hard, I look homeless still, but if you can imagine me driving around in an old 1990 Ford F-150 with the magnets on the cars, now we would be getting ready to go somewhere, and I would see that the magnet wasn't on the truck, so I'd run back in the house to get the magnet, and I'd bring it out kind of high, hiding it behind my back because I didn't want her to see, and my daughter, both rolled their eyes going, please don't put those freaking magnets on the truck again.
But I'd slap it on, and we'd pull up to the light somewhere, and I'd be so proud, hoping that somebody saw my advertisement, and they'd go, hoping that they didn't catch whatever I had, you know what I'm saying? But when that company shut down, right, I was on the computer, she owned a computer, I didn't at that time. And guys, this was just a few years ago. So I want you to really, and I'm going to tell a couple of more stories here over the course of this weekend that's really going to, as well as the stories that are told up here on stage, that I think is really going to open your eyes to how possible it is for things to change quickly in your life.
To change quickly, like within a weekend, like within a decision, right? So Erin saw that I had a dream that was even bigger than I knew, and she let me use her credit card. Now she's always had like perfect credit, you know, it's like eight, it's like eighteen hundred. You know what I'm saying?
And she let me use her, now this was kind of a risk, a little bit too. A guy like me, your credit card. It does, you know, she was nervous and I don't blame her, right. So, she let me use her credit card to go and buy a computer and that's how I got started on the internet.
Right? And that was just I think something like threeish years ago, right baby. Now the cool thing is, I paid that debt off, right. I paid that debt off.
And that was, that was, That was, yeah, it's okay. Clap it up for a guy like me paying a debt like that off. That was probably one of the most important bills that I ever paid, right? Because that's when I had made a decision.
Now back to changing quickly. Do you know that you don't learn slowly? Do you know that you learn quickly? I want you to imagine, have you ever seen those cartoon books that they draw the little pictures and they just flip through the pages and you're able to see?
That's how they actually make cartoons. Now I want you to imagine if I drew, which I can't draw, but let's just say I did, drew that picture on a hundred different pages and gave it to you over the course of one year and you tried to decipher what that message was. I want you to think about if you could, most likely you'd say, why are you handing me the same piece of paper over and over and over again? Because guys, you don't learn slowly.
You learn quickly. You learn in an instant, right? I made a decision in an instant. I made a decision in an instant.
I made a decision in an instant. I made a decision in an instant. I made a decision in an instant. I made a decision in an instant.
I made a decision in an instant. I made a decision in an instant. I made a decision in an instant. And it changed my life.
Okay. Same thing happened. Uh, same thing happens with change. It happens quickly.
So I got, I want you to be aware of that this weekend, that in an instant change happens, right? And it's either change for good or it's changed for bad. You're going to leave here a different person, right? It's on you to decide how you want to leave this event.
Now I'm supposed to be up here talking about how we just hit 120,000 members inside of Empower Network, but, but I decided to leave because I thought that that was more important because here's the truth, right? Here's the truth. 120,000 members inside of Empower Network compared to what we're going to do here in the future is like a pimple on the freckle of a gnat's ass. And guys, that's small, right?
I mean, that's tiny. Not even the freckle, but the pimple on a freckle of a gnat's ass, right? So, I mean, really, I think that we should celebrate 120,000 new customers. I do give it up to yourselves, but what I think that we should celebrate even more is the next 120,000, right?
Because the truth is, is that we're just getting started. Okay. We're just getting started. Now I said something in Austin and so did Dave, right?
And Dave, if you're back there, if you want to come out, we're about to get crazy up in here. If you know what I mean, guys, I said something, I said something, and it was several, I said like a million things, right? I mean, obviously, but what I said in Austin, if you do what we tell you to do, we're going to do our best, everything that we can to get you on stage, right? Did I say that?
Did I say that? Do you guys remember me saying that? Well, I have a goal tonight is to get as many of you as I possibly can on stage, right? Because I believe, I believe Empower Network is not a place where you can get as many people as you can on stage.
It's not about the big wins. I don't think it's about the big, I don't think it's about the 120,000 customers. I don't think it's about the Vicks making 700,000. And I think it was, I don't think it was six seconds.
I think it was five, Vic. I think it was five. It's not about Tony Rush being financially just basically, you know, in a rut, right? For like, I mean, I see your son sitting there, so I'm trying to keep it clean.
You know what I'm saying? Being in a rut, Tony and Jessica being in a rut 15 months ago, and he just passed, you know, he's been in a rut for 15 months. A million dollars in commissions, guys. And you know what?
There's a few that are right behind him. And I see several of them right here. Aaron and Sophia, okay? Lawrence is just about, now, I want you to think about Lawrence for a second.
This is a guy who just 15 months ago thought 12,000 a month was impossible. Guys, not just probably wouldn't happen. Lawrence, impossible. Where are you at right now?
He don't even know, right? He doesn't even know. He doesn't even know. He doesn't even know.
He's making more. His accountant says, Lawrence, dude, you're making so much money, you got to go spend some of it, man. Go buy a Porsche. Now, Lawrence is not a very, he's not outlandish, right?
So I, you know, I move into a house and I like post it on Facebook and write a blog post about it. You know what I'm saying? I mean, Lawrence like went and bought this badass Porsche and just nobody even knew about it, right? Whatever.
Because guys, you can do whatever you want. It's about the small victories inside of Empower. It's not about the big victories, right? It's about the person who came to the event in San Diego and walked up to somebody and said, I'm going to be your next leader.
And somebody said, and it just so happened to be me. It could have been anybody, right? It could have been you. It could have been you, right?
It could have been Aaron and Sophia. It could have been Tony. It could have been Vic. It could have been Chris and Chris.
It doesn't matter. Looks at somebody and says, I believe in you. And it changes their life, right? So guys, I'm not going to lie to you.
I'm not going to lie to you guys. You just don't know the impact that you can have on somebody. You just don't know it. You don't know that when you're swinging a hammer on a construction site and you don't think that you have anything to say, just like Laura doesn't think that she has anything to say.
You don't think that you can be on stage in front of four or five or 6,000 or how many other people we've got here when it's freaking snowing and flooding outside, sharing your story. You don't think, you just don't know the impact that you can have on somebody, right? And if you're in the front row, you should have your poncho because, you know, you're just going to, you're going to get a shower. If you haven't, look, he's got his poncho up.
Look, if you're in the front row, don't even worry about taking a shower before you come to the event because I will bathe you, right? I will bathe you. So guys, what I want to celebrate tonight, right? And here's really where I got the commission countdown idea from, okay?
I don't have that many original thoughts, right? I'm not this, you know, guy who's sitting back who just like, I'm not freaking, you know, Thomas Edison, right? I'm just a homeless guy, right? Who just met up with another homeless guy.
Just so happened. And we had a dream that was big. Now what's the odds of that? You know what I'm saying?
I mean, God damn, you know, I mean, usually like, you know, you're like a homeless guy with like, you know, like some super talents or something. And you meet with some guy who's like, got all this money. He's like, I'll back you. But it just so happened to be two homeless guys, right?
But two homeless guys with a dream and a vision that was bigger than themselves because we didn't start this company because we wanted to make money as company owners. As a matter of fact, we were bad business guys when we first started, because we didn't even have an affiliate fee. We were freaking paying for the company out of our own affiliate commissions. And we were like, damn, this shit's expensive is what we were like, you know, but good thing we went out there and had a little bit of influence because our first month's overhead was like $200,000.
We didn't take a payout, not even a company, a pay, not even an affiliate payout for like six months, right? Because our dream is you. So guys, what we're going to do right now is, we're going to do the commission countdown and would come on out, bro. If you're back there, make some noise.
Everybody stands and doesn't sit until you, until Jesus tells them to sit Jesus. No guys. I'm just honestly happy to see rush. I'm just happy.
Yeah, I know. I'm just happy to see wood out of that freaking suit. Aren't you guys making me a little nervous? I was a little nervous in the suit.
I was like, what is this? I got stuff on my arms. So guys, here's what we're going to do. Here's what we're going to do.
Okay. We're going to do the freaking commission countdown, right? It's not the commission countdown anymore. It's the freaking commission countdown.
Okay. And Dave and I's goal. Remember when we went around to the team rooms and we said, guys, our goal is to get you on stage, right? We said that from stage.
Our goal is to get you on stage. It's not about, look, if you're sitting up here in the rows and you're making 10 or 20 or 30 or 40 or 50, you're going to get on stage. You're going to get on stage. You're or you know seven hundred thousand a second or whatever then guys you know what to be truthful with you we just want to help you earn more money right that's our only goal is to help you earn more money but it's not really about you all right it's not about us it's about somebody who's just getting started now I feel better now just more comfortable with no shoes really working until wood takes his shoes off you know what I'm saying we're just not you know it's not real business until and honestly what happens in a lot of people we went tanning the other day right because I mean the funny thing is is I'm from Florida and he's from Costa Rica and we were like we came here and people were like damn what are you guys from like freaking you know Alaska or something so we went to that we went to the to the tanning salon or the tanning place or whatever I think it's a salon that sounded kind of weenie but uh but but you know the lady was nails too yeah yeah yeah the lady was like you know okay I'm gonna get you set except you know taking care of separately and I was like it won't be it won't be you know we'll be face to face so it won't be weird or anything it's not like I'll be like my front to his back or anything cuz that would just be weird you know I'm saying so we went in the tanning thing and together and just you know kind of stared at each other and you know sword fought no I'm just playing all right we're taking we were take we're just taking this way too far so guys guys here's here's the truth though and wouldn't I get together I just it's pure shenanigans and it's just it never stops so guys Commission countdown ready do it yeah let's do it so here's where we're gonna start a million dollars a million dollars yeah so we've done a million each here and empower as affiliates and we've got two other people that have come on up guys hey Nick and Tony make some noise for him guys make some noise for nine hundred thousand nine hundred thousand come on up eight hundred thousand come on up Oh snap LT now he doesn't know how much he made but he knows he made over eight hundred thousand and so do I seven hundred thousand seven hundred thousand in the house 600 well you know 500,000 500,000 400,000 come on up 400,000 make some noise guys don't worry about it 300,000 300,000 oh snap hey Alex just quit his job no no no to be clear he just got laid off Justin how much you might just wait 380,000 where we at 200 250 she wants 250 250 make some noise for him guys make some noise for him I'm starting to get pumped up now 200,000 200,000 150 150 150 here she comes Jeff Buchanan Paul Hutchings Carol Carol Carol Wow 150 100,000 come on up Robert come on up brother 100,000 100,000 come on up let's give him a minute I want y'all to flaunt y'all to get this picture real quick i want to do some dream building here for a second where we at guys guys I want you to think about this andtern a normal deal that the deals that I've always been in there was 100,000 guy and everybody knew who he was right he spoke the whole weekend at the event and everybody knew who he was we had a guy back at the leadership event that made $30,000 and I didn't even know his name I was Who are you, right?

How many people do you want in your team that have made $50,000 inside of Empower Network? How many people do you want in your team at 50 Gs, right? That's the question you've got to answer yourself. 40,000.

He was almost going to check out. And now he's here, guys, on stage. Two events later. How big is your dream?
How big is your dream? How big is your dream? How big is your dream? Right?
I'm going to get these 10,000 a month earners on stage. I'm going to get them on stage. If I got to get off stage, I'm going to get them on stage. Guys, scoot back.
We need room for the 10,000. $10,000 a month earners. Or, excuse me, 10,000 total. Excuse me, 10,000 total.

That's all, buddy. Where are we at? Are we at 10,000? Where are we at?
We're at 10. We're still at 10? We're still at 10,000? Golly.
We got it all, man. We got it all. You know what I'm saying? It doesn't matter if you're black.
It doesn't matter if you're white. It doesn't matter if you're Muslim. It doesn't matter if you're Christian. I don't give a damn if you're purple.
I don't care where you come from. I don't care how old you are, right? If you've got a dream, you can succeed here, right? Dude, that video.
I saw that video of yours. That was some passion. Where are we at? Are we at 10,000 still?
Are we at 10? We're at 5 now? 5,000 is coming up? All right, 5,000.
Come on. 5,000. Scoot back. Scoot back.

5,000. Pretty awesome, man. 5,000. Come on up.
If you ain't made 5,000, no. Stay put. Put your hair in the middle. We're going to celebrate.
I don't want to break the stage. That'd be a big bill. But maybe. I mean, what the hell?
We'll break the stage. Okay. Let's do it. Let's do it.
Let's do it, man. I'm glad you're here. I'm glad you're here. What are you at now here so far?
Good job, brother. Good job. Congratulations. Congratulations.
Good job, brother. I made the money to get here. 5,000. 5,000.
Hey, hon. Let's get you going. Guys, make some noise for them. Make some noise.
Make some noise for them. Yes, sir. Good night. Hey, great to have you here, brother.
Great to have you here. You rock. Congratulations. Hey, make some noise that we've got this many people who have earned $5,000 just at this event in Empower.
Hey, Dave. What are we at now? We're at 5,000. Can you guys scoot back anymore?
I want to finish getting these $5,000 earners on stage. Scoot back just a little bit. Make some room. Crowd in here in the front.
If I got to get off stage, I will. Come on. Crowd. Right in here up front.

Have a seat, have a seat, have a seat. Hey, give that guy a round of applause. What's up, man? Hey, one more time, get it. Well, hold on, hold on. When I point up there, getting that money down here, okay? I'm looking at my Aaron. I want to just give you just some love real quick, guys. If you can imagine, and I just want you to think about this here for a second. I mean, think about putting up with Dave and I all the time. I mean, honestly, you guys come and can deal with us here for a weekend, right? And then you've got to take off. But think about dealing with it all the time. I mean, honestly, give our women a round of applause. Ashley's around here somewhere, God bless her soul, you know what I'm saying? I know my woman. I was telling this story the other night. I'm probably not going to tell too much of it. I'll probably only talk here for about three hours, and then Dave's going to come out and do another, well, he'll do five hours. So hopefully you guys are prepared to be here past midnight. It's flooding anyways and snowing, so I mean, where do you really got to go anyways, honestly? So I'm looking here too, I'm very distractible, ADD as hell. Laura Parrish, give it up. How about Nicole Cooper? How about Tissa? How about Kevin Connect? These guys are some bad-asses, and a whole bunch of people, you know, I mean, honestly. And you know what's cool about tonight is we wanted to mix in some new blood. You know, we wanted to get some new stories up here, because I think the truth of the matter is, people think that it's just Toby and Layla and the Rashkins and Mike and Adam and, oh, Vic, what do you make, another 700,000 in another, oh, what are you doing, in six seconds this time? You know? But the truth is that, you know, we were over here at the leadership meeting. Hey, what do you guys think about being a leader here at Empower? What do you think about that? Is there a lifestyle that's any better than that, honestly, out there? Is there a le-, hold on a second, because I don't know, no, I'm trying to tell you all, I haven't seen it anywhere, or else I'd be there. I mean, honestly, Dave and I would make more money as affiliates than as owning the company. I'll get to that here in a second. But, you know, back to Aaron here, I'm kind of open loopy, if you know what I mean.
So Aaron saw that I had a dream that was even bigger than I knew, and she let me use her credit card.
And it changed my life. Okay. Same thing happened, same thing happens with change.
It happens quickly. So I got, I want you to be aware of that this weekend, that in an instant change happens, right? And it's either change for good or it's changed for bad. You're going to leave here a different person, right? It's on you to decide how you want to leave this event.
Now I'm supposed to be up here talking about how we just hit 120,000 members inside of Empower Network, but, but I decided to leave because I thought that was more important because here's the truth, right?
Guys, not just probably wouldn't happen. Lawrence, impossible. Where are you at right now? He don't even know, right?
He doesn't even know. He doesn't even know.
But two homeless guys with a dream and a vision that was bigger than themselves, because we didn't start this company because we wanted to make money as company owners. As a matter of fact, we were bad business guys when we first started, because we didn't even have an affiliate fee. We were freaking paying for the company out of our own affiliate commissions.
I'm just happy to see Woodward out of that freaking suit.
100,000 earners, are you all on stage? Are you all on stage? Guys, I want you to look at this. Make some noise for them. Guys, this thing works.
This thing works. If you don't believe it, just look around. 95, get up here. 90, get up here. 90, 95, get up here.
Get up here. 85, get up here. 80, 85, get up here. 75, 70 or 75, get up here. Come on, guys.
Make some noise for them. 60 and 65, get up here. 60 and 65, come on up. How many people can we fit up here?
Hopefully 500. Guys, look around. Look at what's happening here. It just keeps getting bigger. 50, 55, get up here.
If you've made 50 or more, get up here. 50 or more, get up here. I want 50 up and stop at 50. I just want to fill the stage with $50,000 earners here real quick. Make some noise for them, guys.
All 50, all 50, all 50, up here. All right, look. I want y'all to look at this for a second. $50,000 or more in earnings. I want y'all to just get a picture of this.
Just think about this for a second. Think about that for a second. How big is your dream, right? How many people do you want in your team at 50 Gs, right? That's the question you've got to answer yourself.
40,000. 40,000. Come on up. Guys, scoot back a little bit so we can get more people on stage. Our goal is to get as many as we can.
40,000. Come on up. John Chapman, get your butt up here, boy. All of you. Come on up.
40,000. Scott from Australia. 40,000. Get up here, guys.
Come on. 40,000. Come on up.
30. Get ready. Come on up, 30,000.
Make some noise for them. Thank you. 20. Come on up.
20. Come on up. And make some noise while you're coming up if you're at 20,000. Go, girl.
Come on, 20. Move along, guys. Let them up.
Let them up. Stage is getting packed. I thought this was a big stage, too. Hey, y'all, scoot back so we got more room for people.
What's up, brother? Where are we at? 20? 15.
Come on up. 15. Come on up. 10. Come on up.
Come on up, 10. You got it, brother. Hey, girl. What's up, man?
Hey. Really? Wow. Hey, guys. Guys, I want you to...
Do you remember this guy sharing his story in San Diego? He was almost going to check out.
And now he's here, guys, on stage. Two events later. How big is your dream? Right?
I'm going to get them on stage. If I got to get off stage, I'm going to get them on stage. Guys, scoot back. We need room for the 10,000. Or, excuse me, 10,000 total.
Scoot back. 10,000, get up here. Make some noise for them, guys. You got it, brother.
Scoot back. Make a little bit more room. I want to see if I can get to 5,000. I don't think I can, though. We got too many people.
We got too many people having success. We got too many damn people having success. Great. That's all, buddy. Where are we at?
Are we at 10,000? We're at 10. We're still at 10,000?
Golly. We got it all, man.
Dude, that video, I saw that video of yours. That was some passion.
Where are we at? Are we at 10,000 still? We're at 5 now? 5,000 is coming up?
All right, 5,000. Come on. Scoot back.
If you ain't, 5,000, that's it. Cut off. 5,000.
Pretty awesome, man. 5,000. Come on up. If you ain't made 5,000, stay put.
Put your hair in the middle. We're going to celebrate. I don't want to break the stage. That'd be a big bill. But maybe.
I mean, what the hell? We'll break the stage. Okay. Let's do it.
Let's do it, man. I'm glad you're here. What are you at now here so far? Good job, brother.
Good job. Congratulations. Good job, brother. I made the money to get here.
5,000. Hey, hon. Let's get you going. Guys, make some noise for them.
Make some noise for them. Yes, sir. Good night. Hey, great to have you here, brother.
Great to have you here. You rock. Congratulations. Hey, Dave. What are we at now?
We're at 5,000. Can you guys scoot back anymore? I want to finish getting these $5,000 earners on stage. Scoot back just a little bit. Make some room.
Crowd in here in the front. If I got to get off stage, I will. Come on. Right in here up front.
Guys, here's what I want to do. I want everybody to sit down if you would. Please. Sit down.
Sit down, please, so we can recognize everybody else. Hey, guys. Guys, quiet in the back.
Let's recognize everybody else. Because we haven't even got to the most important person. Right? Everybody sit down except for the people at 5,000 or more.
Right? Guys, anybody at 4,000, I want you to stand up and make some noise so we can cheer for you. 4,000. Good job.
Anybody at 3,000, stand up so we can make some noise for you. Oh, you like it? 3,000. I know the time now.
3,000. Good job, brother. Good to have you guys here. 3,000. Shake this hand.
Come on up. Anybody at 2,000? 2,000. Good job, brother.
Good job. Good job, brother. Good job back there. Good job up there.
I see you. 1,000. Anybody at 1,000, stand up.
Yes. Nice to meet you. I'm from Portugal, man. Oh, it's a camera.
Hey. It's a camera. Everybody sit down.
Let's get the rest of them. Anybody now at 900, stand up.
I know you know exactly what you are, so stand up. Good job, Stuart. Good job, guys. You at 900?
Good job, brother. Anybody at 800? 10,000 by the end of the month. Okay. Anybody at 800?
800, stand up. 800, bro. Good job.
800, guys. Good job. 800 up there. Good job. I see you.
Sit down. 700, stand up. Good job, brother.
700. Good job. This is crazy. All right.
