Rhonda Swan sat in a Monday morning meeting at her corporate job in San Diego when a coworker named Lisa walked in ten minutes late. Lisa had just dropped her six week old daughter at daycare for the first time, and she’d spent those ten minutes crying in the car outside. Rhonda’s boss, a woman named Jane, asked Lisa flatly whether she still wanted the job. Lisa said yes. Rhonda sat through the rest of that meeting and barely heard a word of it. She was too busy asking herself what she was actually doing with her own life, and whether running a division of a company was worth handing her future kids over to someone else, five days a week, for the next twenty years.

The drive home that afternoon took an hour. It felt like ten seconds. Rhonda didn’t say anything to her husband Brian that night. It came out over coffee the next morning, watching the surf the two of them used to chase before corporate paychecks and a new five bedroom house took over their schedule. She told him she wasn’t putting a future child in daycare. He told her, mostly joking, that she’d better find something she could do from home. Neither of them knew that sentence would eventually turn into a life run from wherever in the world they felt like living that year.

What actually moves someone from doubting the plan to running it?

Brian wasn’t convinced right away. He called three thousand leads in his first three months building an online business and closed exactly zero of them. He sat in the back row of a company event in Cancun with his arms crossed, half convinced the people sharing their results on stage were actors, because nothing in his own results said any of this worked yet. Then he watched one specific person on that stage and thought: if that person can do this, Rhonda can do this too, because he already knew how driven she was.

Most people wait for their own proof to show up before they commit to anything. Brian committed first and let the proof catch up to him later, which is a far more useful skill than it sounds like, especially if you’re currently smiling and dialing with nothing to show for it yet. The turning point in this story came down to one decision, made inside a room full of somebody else’s results: trust a vision that wasn’t yet fully his own.

How do you turn a brand new member into somebody who never leaves?

Once someone joins Rhonda and Brian’s team, the Unstoppable Tribe, the first thing that happens isn’t a training video. It’s a welcome, and it’s loud on purpose.

  • Every new member gets tagged and introduced by name inside the team’s private Facebook group, often by thirty, forty, sometimes sixty existing members within the first day.
  • The newest members are put to work immediately under a rule Rhonda calls learn, do, teach: take one small thing from a training, apply it, then record a short screen share teaching it back to the group.
  • Complaints and unanswered questions get redirected to a resource once. If the person hasn’t done that basic homework themselves, the next question goes unanswered on purpose.

That second rule works because a member who joined last week remembers what confusion actually feels like far better than someone who’s been doing this for ten years. New people become useful on day one instead of sitting quietly, waiting to feel qualified enough to speak up.

There’s a branding lesson underneath all of it that Rhonda states as bluntly as anything else in the session.

They don’t buy from people. They don’t buy in Power Network. They actually buy you first.

Which is why, when Rhonda comments inside her own community, she posts a photo of herself rather than a graphic or a product shot. People respond to a face and a life they recognize. The company name comes a distant second.

What do you actually do with the people who won’t stop complaining?

Every growing group collects a few members who complain, whine, or ask the same unanswered question five different ways. Rhonda’s rule for handling them borrows from an idea she credits to Tim Ferriss: you can quietly redirect someone in private, or you can starve the behavior of the attention it’s feeding on. In practice that means pointing a complainer toward the training that already answers their question, once, and then declining to engage further if they haven’t gone and done the work themselves.

Rhonda frames it as a personal development moment rather than a punishment, a chance to teach responsibility instead of resentment. “We don’t tolerate this in our group,” is how she puts it to the room, and she means it as a standard the whole tribe holds together, not a threat aimed at one person. The real thing being built inside a group like this was never just an income stream. It’s a room full of people who’ve stopped waiting to be rescued and started teaching each other instead.

The full session goes further than what’s above, including the exercise Rhonda calls Create Your Perfect Day and the story of the buckets her own father handed her at fifteen years old. Watch it in full, free, when you Create your free account.

How many of you have heard of Brian and Rhonda Swan? How many of you are jealous watching Brian hop on hangouts from a hammock from beaches of the world with his cell phone connection and a beer in one hand talking about blogging and online marketing? I know I am. Because I can tell you this much, I'm sitting in my office with two or three lights on me wondering, where's my hammock?

So, when he gets up here I'm going to be asking him about that. But before we do, ladies and gentlemen the Unstoppable family, Brian and Rhonda Swan and their tribe are doing an unbelievable job of building a culture and driving their team to results that are absolutely record setting. They are powerful. Rhonda is one of the most powerful personalities I've ever seen.

At our last event she came out dressed as Wonder Woman. You are in for an incredible treat right now. So how many of you are pumped to get Brian and Rhonda Swan up here? You guys sure you're ready?

Ladies and gentlemen, please help me bring to the stage Brian and Rhonda Swan. And guys, let's roll that footage. Love you. Thank you.

Where's my hammock? Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat.

Have a seat. Start it over, please. Have a seat. Start it over.

How are you guys, by the way? Alright, I want you to get very peaceful. Okay? I want you to take something in.

We're going to share with you a video in a moment about how something can change very drastically in your life. And how every one of you are a quantum leap away from that big fat change. Okay? Let's take it down.

Let's focus on the screen. Let's roll it, boys. Thank you. How are you?

A lot can happen in five years. A lot can happen. Many of you guys have probably heard our story before. Right?

You've seen the video. We're going to take a couple moments to share some highlights in some areas because telling our story, guys, is one of the most connecting ways you can inspire someone like you, Tom. Right? Can inspire your audience.

Sharing them your superhero's journey. Right? How many of you guys feel like you're superheroes? Yeah, I think I'm a superhero sometimes, too.

In fact, I know I'm a superhero because I, um… Well, I have a… Who knows my alter ego? Do you guys know who my alter ego is?

. Wonder Woman! Yeah, right? My alter ego is Wonder Woman because when I was a little girl I actually wore Wonder Woman underoos.

No joke. They had the little star underwear, right? The blue star underwear. And the little top.

And I would run around with a cape and I really, truly believed I was Wonder Woman. Isn't it amazing when you're a young person and you take on an identity that becomes who you are as a 41 and a half year old woman? Right? How many of you guys already think that you're a superhero?

You have one? Who's your superhero, Kevin Kinect? Superman, right? Who else?

Who's got some… Ah! Superman! He's got a hat on!

You're wearing it! You're owning it! Oh, wow. How the hell did you do that?

Super Dave Rocks! I just bought one Wonder Woman Don't Play the other day. Okay, yeah, so, you know, I, uh, yeah, I'm, um, I feel like I'm Wonder Woman sometimes. Don't we have a picture of Wonder Woman?

Actually, you know, yeah, we have a picture of me as Wonder Woman. Oh! Oh, wow! That's not me.

That's not me. Where is he? Yeah, where is Michelangelo? He's not even in the room.

We sent him… This is awesome. So you guys are in on a good joke because he's hauling tail back here because I told him I had a gift for him. And so, I, uh, Brian, I text through Brian's phone.

I'm like, Hey, dude, Ronda's really excited because she has a gift for you. We're going on stage in 20 minutes. I hope you're going to be here. And he's like, Oh, man, I took my kids to the pawn shop.

And so I wrote, Oh, dude, if you need a loan, we can give you a loan. Don't worry about it. You have to go to the pawn shop. And he's like, He's like, Oh, I'm going to come back.

You guys going to be on for long? I'm like, Yeah, come back in 20 minutes. So we actually have a gift for him, too. So you guys are in on the best joke of of Michelangelo.

But, uh, the next slide is, um, this is my my proof that I I really, truly have lived Wonder Woman all my life. Um, that was when Brian and I first, that was the first we were at a concert. I got to tell this story. Yeah, you can.

Because otherwise you're going to just talk an entire freaking time. True. Yeah, you've got to get in there, man. Come on.

So this was actually the one up in the top left, this is a very true story, but that was the time where Rhonda actually said, We're boyfriend and girlfriend. Well, this was at a Phish concert in Vegas. It was here in Vegas! That's right!

Holy cow, it was 16 years ago. 16 years ago, I was Wonder Woman with Brian and I said I was his girlfriend. And so I want to I have to give you some tips. You guys want some tips, right?

On how to succeed here? Yeah? Okay. And also not how to pass out because you wore tinfoil for Halloween.

So do never wear tinfoil. I was a tinfoiler. So if you see this, this was actually in the back room and I dressed up I always used to make a superhero costume and I would make it up a couple days before Halloween and I made up I was the tinfoiler and I wore tinfoil all around me. Went to a concert I had no idea that it would actually tinfoil works.

It actually cooks you. Like a baked potato. Like it, yeah. From the inside out.

I'm like, dude, you're feeling hot. He's like, no I'm fine. So we walk out and all the hippies are dancing around and Swano goes So I, in my Wonder Woman costume, this is no joke he passes out hardcore and I'm I'm freaking out. I literally do this I walk him out the door so he gets some air because I'm like, my man is going down.

Oh shit I gotta take these things off. I have a huge blister by the way. I bought these shoes. I ordered them from Australia.

I custom made them to wear with this outfit. The universe is like, get your ego and leave it at the door bitch because you ain't wearing them on stage. Alright, let's We'll move on to the slide but here's what happened I had tinfoil all around and then Rhonda, I was basically down into my happy face boxers and then Rhonda put the cape around me because I was cold as heck. Then I wore red foam boots and everybody after that, they thought we had the coolest costume together, man.

That's a cool one, man. So it all started there. So it all started there. Well, it started when I was a young girl.

And then of course I was going to be a WOW wrestler and so that was going to be my outfit and although I broke my back surfing and it really never happened this was my roller derby WOW wrestler flying from the rings onto my opponent. And then this is our last event Wonder Woman. Okay, so let's get done with the Wonder Woman stuff because guys, truly I want you guys to feel deep inside find your superhero right? You gotta find it because you yourself, your who you are, who you came into the world is, it's great it's kind and all but when you have an alter it's who I am.

And you wear it because why the heck do you think Marvel Comics does so well? Because everybody digs superheroes. Right? And so when you take on a new jacket, some people come into businesses or they come into life and they have you know, low self-esteem and they're trying to work away and find a way to really create a better self-esteem about themselves especially in business.

Confidence levels is huge in this business, right? You can't be an insecure person that's saying, wow I got this great business to share with you and you're like so nervous. You can be shy. You don't have to be as nuts as I am, Eric.

I just don't expect you to do it. Obviously not because you can see the yin and yang between the two of us. Yeah, it's tough. I mean it's a blessing and a curse, I'll be completely honest with you.

But I wear it. Hey I said I'm unstoppable and I said I'm Wonder Woman so Wonder Woman is just badass. So you just have to be badass all the time, right? So find your superhero.

Find your inner superhero. Okay, so before you guys leave here I want to make sure that everyone, we know who your inner superhero is. Okay, so let's kind of tap in a bit about our story then we're going to share some really cool stuff with you guys on really how we've built this amazing tribe. Where's the unstoppable tribe?

Where's the unstoppable tribe? And I know like half of them aren't even here, right? We got people that had to leave early. And I wanted to share with you exactly how you do it.

Is that cool? Will you guys be open if I am willing to share with you the exact steps that we do and what these, how we've it's not us, it's really them, right? But it's doing certain things that help build a culture, build a tribe and allow people to just truly, when you share a vision they come with you. Yeah.

Why the heck do you think we're here with Dave Wood? Because Lord knows I was not going to join Empower Network. Is that my cue? Not really.

Oh. No, pausing helps, honey. When you get stages, I want to pause so they can like take it in. Oh, she wasn't going to join Empower Network?

She's so hardcore right now, right? Because a lot of you might be there Okay, well, when I, I remember guys, there was a breaking point for me, okay? Have any of you ever had a breaking point where you have to make the biggest decision in your life? Yeah.

A breaking point. Where it's like, I am done, I'm not doing this anymore, I'm no longer going to struggle. Well, there was one day that I was actually driving to work, I was a corporate executive and Brian my… Believe it or not, I was a robotics engineer.

Surfer, never even considered, I don't even think he knows how to do robotics anymore, guy, right? We were in corporate jobs and we had just bought new houses and invested in new stuff and had this big, huge five bedroom house and I was going to work one day. How many of you guys are still working jobs here in corporate? Okay, well, alright, let's feel this, right?

I want you guys to hear me. I was on my way to work and I was driving one hour in traffic and I was in my company car. The Escape. And I was jamming down the street with music, looking at all the people, I mean it was like bumper to bumper, right?

San Diego traffic one hour. I get into a meeting and I was being groomed to be, to run the western division of California. I have my master's degree, that's who I was. I wanted to wear those shoes which I'm not wearing now with my bag and walk in and control the room of a whole corporate company, right?

And I walked into a meeting, we had meetings every morning on Mondays at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I walked into this meeting and my boss, Jane, you know that woman with the blonde hair so perfectly curled under, with the bangs so like this, everything matches and her lips are kind of perked together a little bit. You've met that lady before? So I go in my room and I'm like, I stay clear away from Jane because she's so uptight like, you know, she's like watertight like a frog's tail end. At least I've heard, I don't know if they are but I've heard that.

And we go in and I sit down in the meeting, the meeting's getting ready to start and there's a woman that's about 10 minutes late and she kind of wiggles through the back, so there's only like 10 of us in there, it was our division, so 10 of us were in there and the woman sneaks through the back and she kind of comes in and sits down. And Jane stands up and she says, Lisa, why are you late? Lisa says, Jane, I'm really sorry, today was the first day that I had to take my baby girl to daycare and she's six weeks old. I'm really sorry, it'll never happen again but it was a really difficult point in my day.

I'm sorry I'm late, I sat in the car for the last 10 minutes and I've cried. And Jane said, you know what Lisa, if you want this job, you're gonna take the baby to daycare, you're gonna be here on time and you're gonna pick your child up at the end of the day if you want this job. Do you want this job, Lisa? And Lisa said, I want this job.

So at that moment I sat in that meeting the whole time, couldn't listen to Jane, couldn't listen to anything that was going on and I'm like, what am I doing? What am I really doing with my life? And something changed. I had a breaking point.

I got in my car and the cruise home that hour long felt like it was 10 seconds. And I was like, yes! I'm doing something different, I'm gonna change my world, I'm gonna change our world because I, my mom was with me all of my life and she raised me and she was amazing and for all of a sudden I expect to have a baby and not be the primary influence in our child's life and I'm not judging anyone if that is your circumstance. But the fact that you're here means that you are willing to make that change.

Right? Yeah! So I came home. Yeah.

Now she actually, she came home, she didn't say anything that night I don't think. It was when we had coffee the next morning. And so I'm a surfer dude. She was actually a surfer chick at the time.

She's still a surfer chick, she just doesn't surf as much since she broke her back. But we're having coffee before we go to our job, watching the surf and she looked at me and she says, I want to have a family. And I'm like, okay, that's why we bought this nice five bedroom house. Go fill it, right?

And she said, I'm not going to put our future child or children in daycare. And I thought she was just whacked out. I'm like, she's lost it. I'm like, well what are you, what are you proposing?

She goes, well you better get a better job. I didn't get to see it. And I always love those. And I said, I said it so nicely.

I said, you better find something that you can work from home. And as she does, okay. Snapped. Snap on the dime.

And it was a decision because one thing I want to share, what we're going to be talking about also is you got to take calculated risks. You got to take risks, right? And calculated risks. And all of you are taking a risk.

There's many of you. I think there's 30 of our tribe members that they were brand new in the first what, the first 60 days that are here. And we had about 10 from Australia and New Zealand. Like, that's crazy.

To me that's crazy. Because my wife, she went to an event and this is, I mean, events are so powerful. And we're going to talk about tribes. And I'm going to ramble just a little bit.

Go, go, go. You got it. It is so powerful to be here. And a lot of you are just, you're taking a leap of faith.

I mean to actually, you know, if you have a spouse and you're like, I just joined this business and I'm going to go travel all the way across the world to go to this event with these unstoppable family tribe, whatever you want to call them. It's like, that's crazy. But you know what? It's the people that actually take these, you know, just really go all in and go all for it that have the results.

It's never the people that are just sticking their toe in the water, right? It's the people that are saying, you know what? I'm going to make this happen. Hell or high water.

And if this, and a lot of you guys can be looking at it like, this surfer dude can freaking do it, then I can do it, right? Yeah, because Brian's never blogged before, by the way. He, first time blogger over here, Kalatu. First blog post he put up, ranked number one in Google for his keyword.

All he did is follow a couple steps that he learned from Chris Record. Yeah. Right? He never blogged before.

I was always running the business. You know, I ran most of the business. Brian did a lot of the communications with our new members. And Kalatu comes out, it's like, wow.

It's time for you to blog. And here he is, you know, now starting off. So any of you guys that are brand new, you can be in the same position very quickly. We're all such a quantum leap away from that big, massive change in our lives.

We just never know when it's going to happen, right? So by focusing on exactly what you guys are, what your why is, and where you want to go, and just taking that calculated risk each and every day is going to get you there. You know, Brian, we took a massive calculated risk. Well, it wasn't even calculated.

It was, I literally jumped off the edge of the cliff when I started my first business. It cost me 25 bucks, 25 bucks, 25,000 bucks, because the connects can attest to it. And I hadn't made a penny. And I was like, I have a dream.

I'm never going to put a child in daycare. I'm never going to put a child in daycare. I can do this. I called 3,000 leads my first three months.

3,000. You guys aren't making phone calls unless people buy something here. I was, we called it dialing for dollars. I was smiling and dialing, smiling and dialing, smiling and dialing for months.

No sales. Nada. And you had me, the reluctant husband. Have you made any money yet?

Have you made any money yet? Sucked. But you know what? She hated me.

My vision was bigger to care what he thought. My vision was bigger than what he said. And let's transition. Speaking of the connects right here, because three months into the business, we had this event in Cancun, Mexico.

And she said, I got this event. It's already prepaid. It's all inclusive. I'm like, alright, I'm in.

But I was still the guy sitting in the back. There's probably about the same amount of people here. And this guy in the back, I'm like, I want to see people's bank accounts. Let's see if these people, they're actors.

Yeah. And you can tell I'm not a very good actor here. But you know, what happened was she changed. I wasn't in the business doing anything.

I was just there to, because it's already, we paid $8,000 for the thing. I didn't even know how much she paid until we were on the plane. And it was somewhere between 10, 20, less than 30. I'm like, whatever it is, just make it happen.

Just make it happen. And I'm thinking, when I was at the event, I'm like, man, if that person can do it, man, Rhonda can do it. Because I just know she's driven. Right?

And that's what it takes. It's, it's, everybody here is on the same playing field. She had no, she had no internet marketing. It wasn't really internet marketing at that time.

I still suck. I'm not a good marketer. I know I'm not. We're just not.

But here's, here's what I want to, like, really hone in on the events. And there's a reason why the events are every three to four months. Because it's that amount of time that you need your batteries recharged, fueled up, and there's a personal connection. This is, this goes on, on why we're so connected and we have our tribe here.

Is that no matter how automated you can get, there's the personal connection in every single thing we do. And that will never be taken away. And I, for all of you guys that are here, and all of you guys are all in, you know, most of, it's like four to five thousand you all paid to just be here, and then you had your flights. It's powerful to be here, right?

It's very powerful. It's life changing, isn't it? You know, people, some of you guys are coming here for different reasons and some come, I just want to have massive results, and some of you might have the most massive breakthrough that does completely change your life and your business. You will never be the same, I guarantee you, from when you leave here today.

You will never be the same. And if we commit to always attending the events and always looking to make ourselves change and never ever moving backwards, you'll never be the same. You know, Travis earlier, he had asked me, I said, you know, Trav, I want to deliver a really amazing message to these guys. And many of them have heard our story and, you know, I like to watch what everyone does.

I'm super pumped that we're here right now in this moment because I watch and I listen to what people talk about. I talk to a lot of you and connected to so many of you guys. How you doing, Mel and Tobias? These guys are amazing.

Sweden. How many all-ins in the last, like, three months? How many? Three months?

Three all-ins in the last three months. They've, like, they're just ridiculous. They're doing video, video, video, video. They're connecting with people.

See, like I said, I'm not a great marketer. I'm not. I just go for it. I shoot video.

I connect with human beings and I tell my story. So I asked Travis. I said, hey, Trav, what should I talk about? You know, what?

And he's like, you know, Rhonda, maybe share with them because everyone thinks I'm kind of, I must be like completely crazy because I told you I totally am. So just know now, is she crazy? Yes. Yes, she's very crazy.

I am and I'm always like this. It's kind of confirmed. I wake up in the morning. I don't sleep very much because I'm so freaking pumped on my life.

I'm so pumped on my life. When you are so excited about what you got going on and what you see in the future, you aren't, you don't need sleep because you're so excited. I'm so excited about Melanie Tobias' results, Devento's results, Regina and Mike's results, Nathan, Sarita, Gabby, all of these people that are connected to my life. See, because what happens, guys, when you're building a team, your why gets them in the door.

Their why keeps me there. Their why. Every why you have right here, I'm sucking it all in because I can feel that there's something going on inside of you guys that you want something to happen in your life, right? Am I right?

See, when you're building a team, it's not about your why because my beautiful little girl, no one will ever stop me. No one will ever stop me because of her. No one. And the more that I share that vision and we share our vision of what our why is, the more vision they see.

See, some people come in without a vision and you're nervous. You're like, I really don't even know what I want. I just want something better. Well, then you give them your why.

You give them what you want to be there for because then your team starts to feel it and they believe it and every one of your whys then becomes mine. So I don't need to sleep. But I tell you what. It wasn't like this for me.

I used to be a bitch. Bitchy. Sometimes it still happens now and then. Come on.

That's true. But I'm a happy bitch. That's no joke. I'm never mean.

I'm just kind of like, listen, let's get it done, right? Because I don't have any time. I don't have any time to waste. Let's just get it done.

Stop thinking about it. Stop trying to figure out what you're going to do next. Just freaking do it. I don't have time.

You know what, Rhonda? That's one of the things with us. We're not the best marketers, right? We get help with that, but man, we just freaking just do the crap, right?

We put this stuff out there. We live it. We breathe it. And here's another thing.

This is cool. When you're thinking about our tribe, you're like, oh man, they must handhold them. It's absolutely the opposite. Do we?

Do we handhold you guys? We have some rules in our tribe. If there's a mic, we'll get to that in a minute. We'll have them tell you what our rules are.

Because it's true. We have rules. Because you don't have time to allow people to complain, whine, or blame. Right?

I want to share my happy buckets. I'll step back. Because Travis asked me, he's like, listen, everyone thinks that you were just born this way. You came out as a seed with a big fat smile on your face.

And it was like, wow, we have this amazing child. Well, I was an athlete, so I was really intense, and I'm still super intense. In fact, Dave Wood said to me, this is hilarious. I think Dave Wood is, are you watching, Dave?

You've got to tell me, because I think I scared the shit out of Dave when I first met him. Because I'm talking to him, and I'm like, hey, Dave, I wanted to meet you. Right? Just like you guys do a lot.

Your nervous energy when you want to meet someone, you can't wait to tell them something. And Dave goes, you are the most intense person I have ever met. And I was like, I'll take that as a compliment. But when I was younger, I was 15 years old, and I had a breaking point at 15.

I was, I had a chip on my shoulder. I was an athlete, and I would go up to girls like, what are you looking at? What's your problem? What are you looking at?

Thinking people were always talking about me. Thinking people were always saying stuff about me. And my dad said this to me one day. He said, you know what, Rhonda, you're never going to make it.

I'm like, what are you talking about? I'm literally in the Women's USA national softball team at 15 years old. I started at 12, working towards the Olympics. I'm not going to make it, Dad.

I'm not going to make it, Dad. He's like, no, you have a chip on your shoulder. He goes, you don't give enough out. You're a taker.

Just take. So he said, I want you to do something today. I want you to hold buckets in your hand. I'm like, where you got a bucket?

Where's a bucket? Give me a bucket. I'm 15, you know. And he goes, no, I don't want you to have a bucket.

I want you to pick up virtual buckets. Pick up the bucket. And he goes, I want you to fill these buckets with happiness. In fact, no, I'm going to do it.

He fills these buckets with happiness. Pick them up. I'm like, duh. And he goes, I want you, all day today, I want you to walk around with these buckets in your hands.

Walk around. And he goes, I don't mean carry them. Walk around. And smile at someone.

Try it. Just try it once. Okay, fine. Right?

My dad was really intense, too, and like really super strict. I'm like, okay, I'll do it. I think he was going to take something away from me or something. I don't even know what it was.

And so I did it. I took the challenge. Walked around with my happy buckets all day. And I really painted on a fucking grin.

Hi, nice to meet you. Fuck off. Hi, nice to meet you. But what happened is even though I was pretending, something changed.

Because you smiled at me. You shook your head at me. You looked at me in the eyes. And you even gave me a hug.

Took those buckets home. I was like, Dad, you were right. You were right. That day, I became a completely different person.

That day, I decided that I was going to give to people. I want to see you in the eyes. I fill my cup when I look at you guys in the eyes. You notice every time I meet you or you may have not noticed, but hopefully I will do this for you.

Actually, I'll guarantee that I will do this for you guys. When I meet you, I want to see what's going on in your eyes. I want to meet you. You're a human being.

You made a decision to do something different with your life and maybe most people have never cared about you. What if you guys started walking around and actually looking people in the eyes and actually caring about who they are? Right? That's how you fill your cup, Mike Hobbs.

Mike Hobbs is one of the most peaceful, amazing men I think I've ever met. He's incredible. And it's the same, right? You give people time.

And that is how we live our unstoppable life every day and how we live our perfect day. Isn't it? Absolutely. That's the first thing that we installed in our little girl.

Happiness is a choice. It comes from within. Happiness comes from within. We say that every day.

In fact, I think we actually have a picture of our perfect days. In fact, we're going to give you guys something cool at the end. First of all, how many people have done my exercise, Create Your Perfect Day? Yay!

Okay, not many. Wow. This is going to be a super massive transformation. You guys are going to be stoked on getting this.

Yeah, it's really cool. 30-minute audio. It's really amazing. But Brian and I created, oh, that's not our perfect day.

That's Brian's perfect day. This is great when you have a video guy that comes to the events and stuff. I'm like, I'm going to go take a bath. He goes, wait, I got this awesome idea.

And he goes, sorry, it's going to take about 20 to 30 minutes to set up. I'm like, dude, you can whine in a hot bathtub with bubbles. I go, take your time. So you guys will get this.

You'll start creating your perfect day because it will change your state. It will change who you are. It will change, actually, you'll just naturally start making more money. You naturally will.

But Brian, we have two pictures. One of Brian's perfect day. Because when you truly know what your why is. Yeah, that's actually me.

That is him. He's got some big… But this is the perfect day. And I want to share this with you.

Whoa, really? I'm not giving you a visual, but that takes balls. It's actually in Bali. We're going to be heading back and living in Bali again.

It's been like five, six years since we lived there. And we're going to go back and live there in July. And we're actually going to have a mastermind in Bali. Yeah, we're bringing our team there.

We're bringing our team there. It's going to be amazing. Because we have all the Aussies and the Kiwis flying over here. We're like, you know what, we're going to come there.

But yeah, you guys are stoked. And I do have a perfect day, so show mine because I want at least you guys to see mine. My perfect day is just my pure heart and soul of my baby girl. And being with my family.

This is on a private island in Panama where we live. We just went away for the weekend. It's pretty cool. You take boats to restaurants.

Take boats everywhere. We actually do take holidays. Yeah, this is one of our holidays. Do you want me to just talk just a little bit about the perfect day?

Yeah, we're tight on time. This was… Here's one of the things. When Rhonda got started, and I was the guy in the back, Rhonda, it was in personal development.

And the first exercise, Rhonda was journaling and doing this stuff and I'm like, what is that? It's like witchcraft she's doing. You know, law of attraction. I'm like, I don't like it.

And she's like, well, why don't you do this? And she was telling me to listen to this, listen to that. I'm like, dude, I don't want to hear it. I could just make money.

But then when she made money, she had like a $37,000 a month. I'm like, man, this shit works. I'm going to start doing this. But it was the perfect day.

It was the very first exercise I did. And it actually, after I was already on board of like, okay, this business works, I still didn't do this exercise for three months. For three months. Now, why didn't I not do that?

Because I was scared on what I was going to read of myself. I was scared as heck on if somebody would find my journal and I wrote some hokey pokey thing, I was scared to open up and to take a step into something that, man, it's obvious it's obviously working. Because I'm seeing people do it. So I had to take that leap of faith and I started writing it out.

And I wrote this page and lo and behold, about three, four years later, we're living that perfect day. Almost to a T. We're just traveling a little bit more around the world now. We added a little bit to it.

But when you guys actually just set off and do something and get, you know, break through if it's like writing your first blog post or your first YouTube video, you're going to suck, right? Dave Woods says your first 50 videos are going to suck. Man, my first 50 videos suck, right? Do you guys' videos suck?

Yeah, they suck. But you keep on doing it over and over and then you start getting it, right? It's like you make a sale and then another one comes. But you've got to just get over it and you've got to just take the action.

So this was the very first exercise. Yeah, and it's powerful. So we're going to give that to you guys at the end to share how we've really built this tribe, though. Like what we've been doing.

The secrets. The dust. Magic pixie dust for you guys. You know, and there really is no secret, right?

There is no secret. But there's a couple things that we do that truly has built what we have. And I know, I'm going to say it right now, that we'll have over, I said to J-Kron 200 and I know the momentum that we're having and the duplication that we're having, we're going to have over 350 people at the next event. Why?

Because these people over here, the tribe. Yeah, it's because of them. And it's because of believing in them, right? So when you're building a business and you've got new people, I know you guys are fearful and sometimes it's scary.

You don't feel like you have anything to share. But you have so much more to share. See, we have a rule in our tribe called learn, do, teach. Justin Varengia talks about it a lot.

You learn something even if it's very small, very, very small. So you guys learned a lot today from Neil Patel, right? So take something, one thing that Neil Patel taught you, implement it, and then shoot a Jing, the little videos you can take for your screenshot, and teach it. Or just do a video and just teach it, right?

And then post it up and share it. Because when you have new people, when you're just a day old, you can help that new person because actually they're better at teaching the new people than I am because I forgot what it takes to be new. I haven't been new for 10 years. So what we do in our tribe is our tribe, they have all the roles.

We have tribe leaders that reach certain income levels. But we have a Facebook group for our team. And what we do in this Facebook group guys, it's so powerful. I protect it like the mama bear that it is.

No one is allowed in there. How many of you guys have tried to get into Unstoppable Tribe's Facebook group and you couldn't? Probably several will not. Did we let you in?

Because I was just about ready to unsubscribe. Darren tried getting in. We're like, nope, sorry, delete. Because we protect it.

We do because we protect them. We protect their brains, their minds, and everything. So we keep them in because we don't only want them to learn what we're teaching them. Because there's haters out there.

And you're going to have haters. So you have to have tough skin. Get over yourself. You're going to have people that are going to judge you.

They're going to insult you. They're going to make you feel like crap. You know, I have a best friend in our wedding, our maid of honor in our wedding. They still barely talk to us.

They've never talked to us about our business. One day I told her about what we did and she never asked me again. And they really don't communicate with us that much. They kind of have what Dan, our camera guy says, right?

So you just got to know that. Just know that if somebody is giving you something, if someone is giving you something and making you feel, attempting to make you feel insecure or bad about what you do, see, no one can make us feel any way, Tom. They can't. We get to choose.

See, I have a coat of armor, right? I am Wonder Woman. You cannot get through this. Because my vision, my why is so big that I'm just going to walk with my armor on that no one is going to mess with me.

But with love and goodness and goodwill to the world, right? You're good. So whatever anyone is going to say, you just got to get over yourself. Get over it and keep moving forward.

Hey, let me get you back on track because you just started swaying. It's all a great message. But what do we do in the Facebook group? Here's what you do.

I'm going to share it, okay? Sometimes it's just women. All right. So what do we do?

This is really powerful and this will really increase. If you're just forming a tribe, you know, just starting out, we have a Facebook group and what happens is they, people do, you lead, right? They're going to do exactly what you do. So for instance, when we have people, we welcome them into this Facebook group and it's one of those incentives like, hey, once you get started, we're going to add you into our Facebook group, our personalized, unstoppable tribe mastermind group.

You know, you got to boost it up. Right? People want to be a part of something. Just like you're a part of Here and Empower.

You know, we're our tribe right now and then we're going to have little micro-tribes and we actually had more micro-tribes at our event. So what we do is we elect and when someone new comes in, we have five minutes, let's get to the point. So when someone gets in to the group, every one of our people, you take a picture, a snapshot of their Facebook page or you just take the URL of their page or personal page, you tag them and you post it up and you welcome them into the group. See, we have like 30, 40, sometimes 60 people that get welcomes and they're like, wow, I've never been welcomed like this before.

So we do that. And I want to just jump in. And what the cool thing about it is, once you do that, you see the person the next day, they start welcoming the other new people. And you know what?

And then you personalize a little bit more. You throw out a picture of like you doing something fun and when you have that human interaction, people have never seen this in the industry. People that have been in multiple businesses, man, when you give that love, it's like, it's gold, man. Well, that's what Facebook did.

It made people start, you know, socially seeing who they were. So now, this is another huge tip. Anytime you comment, I don't know if you guys watch me at all, I comment on anyone's stuff. I comment all the time.

But guess what I put up there? A picture of me. I love you. They don't buy from people.

They don't buy in Power Network. They actually buy you first. And Power is just a really cool offer that we've got that has amazing products with a great community. But they could care less about that.

So I post, most anytime I post a comment to someone, it's a picture. Right? It's a huge way to brand yourself and it's a huge way to make people feel warm and comfortable in this virtual office that we sit in. Right?

What I want to do is I want to have our tribes going to start coming up because we have some rules in the tribe. We take personal responsibility. Kevin wants to take a picture of us. Oh, cool.

So what we do is when somebody comes into the group and you have a complainer. You actually have someone who complains and whines and actually asks too many questions. These guys have all been trained to Come on, Kevin. Let's go there, dude.

These guys have all been trained that when somebody has a question, do they answer it? What do you think? Our leaders, do they answer the question? Come on up.

Just come on up. We point them to one of the products that they can learn that question in, right? We point them to a product they can learn that question in. But if we have a complainer, someone that's actually creating an issue, Tim Ferriss says you can do a couple things.

You can starve them of energy. You can do something in a private message or quietly tell them to stop. Or you expose them to the dogs. I didn't mean to do that to you guys.

We expose them to the dogs. What we do is we expose them to the dogs and what we say, it's a personal development moment. It's a point where you can actually teach someone something. You're like, you know, we don't tolerate this in the group.

Someone's complaining or having a problem. We don't tolerate this in our group. We take personal responsibility. Our recommendation is why don't you go Google it first because these guys have lives but they're ready and willing to help you answer your questions.

They have lives but if we know that you've not done any work first, we're not going to answer your question whatsoever so then you get starved of oxygen. Does that make sense? These are big tips, guys. It'll help you build your business.

It'll help you teach people how to fish. Oh my gosh, you guys are so rad. Wow. This is the Unstoppable Tribe.

Wow. God, you guys are amazing. You guys are amazing. We've got some of the most incredible leaders.

All right, Regina, what would you say is a tip that you can give them that we do in our tribe that really helps build what we do? You're not talking to my boob this time at least. They've been talking into my boob all week at our other event. There's always questions going around and I remember with Rhonda when I used to ask her questions in her private chat, she would never answer back.

Ever. And what she's trying to convey to us is answer yourself first and then if you actually have a question and no one's answered or you can't figure out the answer to your question so people can… Absolutely. And it's speaking their vision.

You guys have such massive lives. Every single one of these guys, they all have lives behind them. They all have families behind them. They all chose to be part of this group and they're going to do the work, right?

See, because we create the expectation of leadership. You have to know what you want. You have to go for it. Write that down.

Write it down. If you don't go for it… You guys are amazing. If you don't write it down and you allow people just to slack off, I will call people out.

Hey, you told me I do business plans. You told me that you wanted to make 10K in the next 90 days, but you've done nothing to get there. I haven't seen you blogging at all. What's going on?

Are you marketing? Because we lay out every single step for what it takes to be successful. So don't be afraid to call people out. Right?

Don't be afraid to call people out. So what I would like to close with is if you guys will, remember how we said let's be our own superhero in our life? Let's wear that superhero. Feel it.

Well, when you wear the word unstoppable, you kind of got to be unstoppable. Right? My daughter watches me. She watches me.

If I quit, she knows we are not unstoppable. Right? They do watch you. Everything that you do.

So when you wear something that powerful… How are we going to do this? You have to be it. So you guys can all stand up with me and repeat after me.

I am unstoppable. I am unstoppable. I am unstoppable. I am unstoppable.

I am unstoppable. Yes, you are. Yeah. Thank you guys so much.

Thank you guys so much. We love you guys. We love you guys so much. Can we get a quick picture?

Can we get a quick picture? Hurry up because I know we have to go. And while I am doing this, I am going to be introducing some amazing guy in a second. Lower down in the front.

Here, real quick, real quick, real quick. Lower down in the front. We want to get a group shot here. You guys okay that we do this?

All right. Look at my love. Ah! I am unstoppable.

Thank you guys. Thank you guys so much. Thank you very much. All right, guys.

Head off really quick. Get off here. Get off the stage. We have to get somebody up here.

We are running out of time. You guys can kiss and hug in the end. All right. So guys, we are super excited.

Thank you, darling. I am going to put these back on. We get to introduce an amazing guy right now. You guys know who this gentleman is.

I think he is… He is an engineer. So I got to introduce this guy. Yeah, you do.

You do. Two engineers together in this business. If engineers can make this happen, then anyone can. And this guy, I think everybody knows who Mr.

Lawrence Tam is. Right? Does everyone know? Hurry up.

We got to let Lawrence out. Go, go, go, go. So I think he was the first million dollar earner. I believe that.

I am not sure. He is definitely in the top three. But man, this guy, you know, it is like when we came into this, into Empower just 21 months ago. And no one really knows who you are.

Right? And there is this guy, Lawrence Tam, who is just like the powerhouse in Empower. Powerhouse in Empower. Yeah, that sounds right.

He is a powerhouse. And I tell you what, man. This guy is genuine. He is awesome.

Him and his wife are just fabulous people. And just welcome us with open arms. And I tell you what, man. I have learned a lot from this guy and blogging.

I have learned a lot from this guy sharing the stage with him. When we did like a little micro breakout. And I have to say, man. Engineers rule.

Let us bring up Mr. Lawrence Tam. Lawrence Tam.

In fact, I know I'm a superhero because I, .. Well, I have a... Who knows my alter ego?

Who else? Who's got some... Ah! Superman! He's got a hat on!

You're wearing it! You're owning it! Oh, wow. How the hell did you do that? Super Dave Rocks!

I just bought one Wonder Woman Don't Play the other day. Okay, yeah, so, you know, I, yeah, I'm, I feel like I'm Wonder Woman sometimes. Don't we have a picture of Wonder Woman? Actually, you know, yeah, we have a picture of me as Wonder Woman. Oh!

Oh, wow! That's not me. That's not me. Where is he? Yeah, where is Michelangelo?

He's not even in the room. We sent him... This is awesome. So you guys are in on a good joke because he's hauling tail back here because I told him I had a gift for him. And so, I, Brian, I text through Brian's phone.

So you guys are in on the best joke of Michelangelo. But, the next slide is, this is my proof that I really, truly have lived Wonder Woman all my life. that was when Brian and I first, that was the first we were at a concert.

Well, there was one day that I was actually driving to work, I was a corporate executive and Brian my... Believe it or not, I was a robotics engineer.

He's got some big...

But this is the perfect day.

This was... Here's one of the things.

Ever. And what she's trying to convey to us is answer yourself first and then if you actually have a question and no one's answered or you can't figure out the answer to your question so people can... Absolutely.

If you don't go for it... You guys are amazing.

So when you wear something that powerful... How are we going to do this?

You have to be it. So you guys can all stand up with me and repeat after me. I am unstoppable. I am unstoppable.

I think he is...

He is an engineer. So I got to introduce this guy. Yeah, you do. You do. Two engineers together in this business.

If engineers can make this happen, then anyone can. And this guy, I think everybody knows who Mr. Lawrence Tam is. Right? Does everyone know?
