A Thousand Small Promises Beat Five Big Ones, Every Time

You’ve watched a company make five giant promises and deliver on three of them, and you’ve felt exactly where the trust snapped, right at the moment they needed you to say yes to something bigger. Mars Burden built Empower Network’s newest funnel to refuse that trade entirely, and the philosophy underneath it explains more about keeping an audience than any conversion tactic in the deck.

Mars opened his session by drawing a hard line between two ways of running any promotion. A company can make five giant promises and keep three of them, or it can make a thousand small ones and keep every single one, all of them, not just from him and his team but from the entire field selling alongside him. He wasn’t talking in the abstract. He built the whole thing this way on purpose, because the version of the promise he grew up believing in had already failed someone he loved.

Where did the idea of a thousand small promises actually come from?

Mars’s mother, Linda, spent years on welfare before putting herself through college, straight A’s, determined to trade the welfare state for a corporate one. She got the job. She rose from store manager to district manager to regional manager, and for a while it looked like the trade had paid off. Then her health started failing, and the same company that had promoted her for years began treating her like a number, shrinking her territory, quietly working her out of the benefits she’d earned. Mars was the one who intercepted her mail and covered the bills she wouldn’t admit she couldn’t pay anymore. He didn’t catch all of them.

Here’s the thing he wants every person building on this funnel to understand: he isn’t building it to make people rich. He’s building it to reach what he calls the other Lindas out there, the people sitting in living rooms right now who’ve already been quietly let down by one system or another, welfare or corporate, and who need something that actually keeps what it tells them it will.

What does everyone get backwards about reciprocity?

This is the part of the session built for anyone running a funnel, a list, or just an audience of their own, and it’s a genuine reversal of what most people are taught. The common version says reciprocity works by giving someone something so they feel they owe you. Mars argues that’s exactly wrong.

the secret to reciprocity is you give them something, and then they owe you something. That’s flawed.

What he does instead is ask for something small first, before he’s delivered anything at all.

  • A button appears early in the sequence that simply says: if you trust us to take you through this process, click here.
  • The video will not continue until someone clicks it. No bonus, no discount, no free report shows up first.
  • Once that click happens, the rest of the funnel keeps asking for small answers, small commitments, before it hands over the next piece.

That single click does more work than it looks like it should. It’s a micro-commitment, and once someone has made it, they’ve entered what Mars calls a state of reciprocity, not because they were given anything, but because they gave something first. The rest of the funnel runs the same way, question after question, small commitment after small commitment, each one making the next easier to ask for.

Why does the exchange have to run both directions?

Mars is blunt about what he thinks has been wrong with online selling for a decade: it only runs one way. Opt in, watch a video, hit a checkout page, take an upsell, take another upsell. Nobody actually talks back. He built this funnel to flag the exact moment someone drops off, so a real person can follow up with a real message instead of leaving them to a form letter, closing a loop the rest of the internet leaves open. As he put it on stage, describing what he wants every video in the sequence to accomplish, “We commit something to them. We deliver. They commit something to us. We praise them for it.” Back and forth, the whole way through.

That back and forth is the actual mechanism behind the thousand small promises, not a slogan on a slide, a structure built into every page. Every commitment kept, however small, is one more promise that didn’t get lost, and it’s the reason Mars insists this only works if the field keeps its half too. The funnel can start the conversation. It can’t finish it for you.

None of this requires a giant offer or a dramatic guarantee to work. It requires the same discipline Mars is asking of himself: notice what you told someone you’d do, then actually do it, in public, in front of the person watching to see if you will. Do that enough times in a row and you’ve built something sturdier than a good funnel. You’ve built the thing his mother never got to see.

The full session goes further than what’s above, including the complete walkthrough of the funnel and the level-up mechanics built into it. Watch it in full, free, when you Create your free account.

How many of you have a friend that you joke with? You know, funny jokes, practical jokes, you know, mess around with each other. How many of you have friends that continue, you can sit down, this will be a 30 second story but it's really entertaining. How many of you have friends that when you joke with them, they escalate?

You know, so you unscrew the top of the salt shaker and they steal your car keys and move your car, kind of thing. Well, I've got one of those friends and it's really something that I had to come up and introduce him because we run the risk that if you don't know the joke, when he comes out, you may be distracted, you may be shocked, you may be appalled, you may not really understand what is going on. So, we started this joke about three months ago when I first called up Mars and we were talking about the new funnel and I addressed him as, Fancy Pants.

So, just a term of endearment, you know, I mean, every now and again, you just get tired of calling the guy Mars. I mean, you know, it's also a planet, so, you just come up with something new and that is his real name, by the way, it's actually Mars, not Fancy Pants. But, the Fancy Pants trend continued and so then finally, he decides to one-up me and he would respond with, yes sir, this is the Pants of Fancy and I, of course, am never to be outdone. Linguistically, was trying to find a way to one-up Mars with this Fancy Pants story.

However, I was never given the opportunity and the reason for that is because in true friend form, he escalated far beyond what my level of commitment, artistic abilities or current resources, such as bedazzling sewing and others, are capable of and Mars has designed himself with the help of him. His illustrious team, the fanciest pants I have ever seen a grown man wear. They are the type of pants that I would imagine that if Joseph was wearing pants under his Technicolor dream coat, these would be the pants. So, I could find no more suitable introduction than to share with you that little bit of inside humor that we have before he comes up here to premiere what I believe is one of the most, if not the most, powerful online marketing funnel ever created.

It's a bold claim and we're about to back it up as Mars comes out and shares it with you. So everybody, on your feet please. And I'm going to need you to applaud in a way that has him welling with pride and confidence as he wears the fanciest pants I have ever seen and he proceeds to lay out for you the sales funnel that you will be able to. And you are going to be able to leverage starting when you get home.

Ladies and gentlemen, it's about time you got to see it. Please help me welcome to the stage my dear friend, Mr. Mars, Pants Of Fancy, Burden. Thank you, thank you.

Oh no no no, what's up guys? Hello everybody. You guys can sit. I got business to get to.

Let's do this. All right. So is this thing on? Can you guys hear me?

Confirm? Okay, great. So, yeah, John wakes me up every morning. And people think, because John's my friend, that he takes it easy on me.

That is the opposite of true. Any more than I take it easy on my team. They're down here right now. I love you guys.

Thank you for doing your jobs. But he wakes me up pretty much every morning at the crack of dawn with the opening line of, Good morning, Mr. Fancy Pants. So this is my homage to John.

And there's another story that kind of, in our first couple months working together, he caught me in my office changing my pants because I get in way earlier than he does. And he has ridden it. All right, all right. So I'm going to, Mooney, I don't know what you're doing.

So I'm up here today to go through the funnel for you guys. Now, I have a short time to go through it, so I'm only going to hit key beats. As a matter of fact, a lot of you in here know that I put out a video that sort of set up what I'm doing today. So most of what I'm going to do today is I'm going to do two things.

First of all, I'm going to frame the reason why we built it. The way we built it. Both from a personal standpoint for me, who I think we're trying to reach. And the test of time remains to see if I will stand corrected or not.

But I believe, I do believe, I don't brag very often about what my team and I are capable of. But this is the best work we've ever done. And what really makes it, and it's for you guys, okay. 20-hour days for the last two and a half months with maybe a Sunday off for my whole team.

I have half of my team is based in Lithuania, half is based in the States. Half of them are here right now from Lithuania. And I bring them so that they can see there are real people on the receiving end of what we do. You know, we're not just, yeah.

So I'm not going to, where's my slides? Are they here? I need my slides. All right, cool.

So I'm going to talk through, I'm going to kind of extend the conversation that I did in the video. And really walk through the parts of the funnel. Because what I need you to walk away with is the exact information you need to understand how you need to be communicating to the people. Who you're driving into the funnel.

Because it's a, there's more to just, more than just driving somebody into a funnel. The funnel is half of the equation, you're the other half, right? So your understanding of the funnel is really, really key. And where the psychological beats happen.

Because there are a lot of them in this funnel. And before I get started, I don't know if Chris Jones is in here. But I love you, Chris Jones. We modeled, we modeled, I passed I'd say probably a solid 30, 35%.

And hopefully he takes whatever we do. He ups his game, we up our game. And we just keep getting better results for everybody. That's my hope.

So without any further ado, I'm going to talk it through. But the way I have to set this up, and I really did debate whether I would do it this way or not. Because obviously last time, there was a story that I actually wanted to tell you guys. But I wasn't there emotionally yet to tell you.

So I told the story about my brother, which is sort of my, you know, my, the story that would connect why I'm into entrepreneurialism. But specifically why I work for Empower Network. And why even though we have a really successful business, Kristen and I, we have dedicated all of our, 98% of our energy to Empower Network and this community of people. This is the, this, part of what I will deliver today will explain why that is.

But I'm going to talk about, I'm going to talk about two things. Actually, I've got to go back. There we go. There she is.

So I'm going to talk about two things. I'm going to talk about a thousand small promises and what that means. And a woman named Linda. All right.

And why everything that I do for you guys is really based on delivering a promise to her. All right. I brought tissues. Do not judge me.

When I, when I talk about the concept of a thousand small promises, I want everybody to think about how Empower Network burst onto the scene. Like suddenly out of nowhere, a guy in like wife beater and flip flops, you know, and the world just went, what the hell? You know, and it took off like a rocket, you know. But what gets you to where you are is not the thing that will get you to where you're trying to go.

You know, if you, if you're on a journey and you're in a car and you come across a river or a lake, you're gonna have to get into a boat to take the journey across, across the river or lake. And that's pretty much where we're at. Right now with Empower, we're growing up people. And what we've built out is a symbol of, of the company actually growing up.

Because in order to reach all these global places around the world, countries around the world to reach a real international audience, to reach markets of older professionals and women and things that we really never could easily reach before. We had, we had to make some conscious choices and some strategic decisions. So when I say a thousand small promises, here's what I mean. Okay.

Right now we are not in the business of making five. Giant promises and keeping three of them. Okay. We are in the business with where Empower is at right now of making a thousand small promises and keeping every single one of them, all of us, not just me and the team, the entire field.

So the funnel is designed to sort of do that, to take people through, take them through an entire psychological process where at the end of it, they just go, I want to be, well, at the beginning of it, they go, I want to be part of this. And at the end of it, they go, I want all into this. Okay. That is the concept of this funnel.

Now, when it comes to Linda, Linda was my mother. Um, and I'm literally going to tell a story that. But three people, three, three people, John kind of knows the story, but Dave kind of knows the story, but like in this audience of people, nobody knows this. My mother and father divorced when I was about two, they remained really good friends, but, um, because of the divorce, my mother ended up getting onto welfare.

Um, damn it. So, um, I grew up from about till about the age of eight or nine, uh, you know, food stamps and, and, uh, you know, what welfare checks. Um, but my mother was not the welfare kind. Her dream.

Her dream was to exit the welfare state and enter into the corporate state, you know, corporate America. So she, she determined in her head that she was going to put herself through college and come out and get herself a corporate job, which she did. So by the time I was eight or nine, I can't exactly remember when she had put herself through college straight A's. And, um, essentially she ended up in corporate America and, uh, all, all along the way, you could feel her feeling like she had achieved her dreams, you know, kind of going from, you know, being on welfare to being.

Successful in the, in corporate America. Um, but the truth of it was to me, a very veiled, uh, a lie basically. I, and I, and I can tell you this because of how my mother passed away. So, um, essentially my mom rose from manager to like a district manager to regional manager and took her region to like the tops in the re she was, uh, did retail stores and she did great.

And her work really was her life. Um, she wanted us to have the best and she wanted me to go to go to college. And she always, and I never could figure out why. Cause I would think she wanted me to go down the same path as her, but she always said she would always invest in any little side project that I wanted to do to have my own business.

Um, she'd say, I put aside a thousand dollars. I put aside $2,000, use it to buy the stuff you need. Cause I'm also an oil portraitist. They paint portraits and other, other businesses with marketing and stuff that I've done.

She always would invest in my, like in my business and always encouraged me to be self autonomous. And I didn't realize until after she passed why she had actually done that. And this funnel really, really drives to this point. Um, and if I don't frame it, even if I ball a little bit, you guys won't really understand why this is so important to me personally to build this for you guys.

So, um, my mother's health started failing and essentially as her health started failing and she became less useful to the, to the corporation that she helped build up over 20 years, actually, um, she, they sort of marginalized her. They treated her like a number and I saw it, but she loved the company, you know, and they took her from like, they downgraded her. Her size of a region or district, the company was growing, but she didn't really represent whatever it was that they wanted to represent. You know, maybe she wasn't putting enough numbers on the board anymore or whatever, whatever the story was.

So they ended up putting her in what I consider to be a whole of a store in their chain. And it literally, it literally killed her. That's why my mom's not around anymore. Now, my point with all this is this, she instilled in me this desire to do something with my life that was greater than, um, simply being a company man.

And I have been a company man and I did fairly well with it. But I, I always have like a nagging urge to be entrepreneurial and to help other entrepreneurs and specifically to help entrepreneurs. The entrepreneur I know my mother could have been because she actually passed away in my opinion because eventually she couldn't even work anymore. So they sort of like built her out of the, all the benefits that she had.

And I would, I would go and I would take the check, the bills out of her mailbox because she would never take money from me directly. And I would just pay them without her, without her knowing it, but I couldn't catch them all. And I didn't know how bad, how bad things actually were. And so, eventually, it caught up with her.

And I know, I know this, what I'm about to say is true. There was no Empower Network at the time. Okay? Um, what we built right now, if my mom saw it, she would have went, that looks legitimate.

That looks real. That looks like something I could do. I can see the opportunity here. And I can feel, I feel like these people are going to show me how to do this.

And I think I could do this. And she would have been, I'd say it would have probably taken her two years or three years, but she would have been a top producer because she's, she's like a machine. She was driven, you know? So, my point with, with this whole story, is really just that, it's a lot deeper to me than just, hey, let's build a really high converting funnel.

We've done that. Okay? But, what, what it means to me, is reaching into the living rooms of the other Lindas out there. Who you guys kind of come in contact with, who you will be driving into this.

And keeping those 1,000 promises that we make, those small promises, to people, and doing more than just making money for the sake of it. I believe that the system is flawed, both ends of it, the welfare state and the corporate state. And that the only escape is either Empower Network, or something else I haven't seen. Something like Empower Network.

Okay? So to me, this is more than just some, yeah, you guys are going to get rich. You're going to make, get your million dollar ring. As many of you will.

And, and there, there are ways of doing it. But it's much more to me than simply, let's build a funnel and make a lot of money. Okay? I hope you guys all do.

But I want you to understand where this is coming from. So I'm going to walk through the funnel. Beat, beat by, thank you. And I didn't, and I didn't cry.

Because I, I practiced this like four times. And I really like broke down every time I, every time I told it. So that's my mom, by the way, with her dogs. That is probably about eight months before she, before she passed.

Those are her two dogs, Max and Kirby. I painted that picture myself. So let's talk through the funnel. And some of this is, will be sort of a regurgitation.

But I'm going to skip over the parts that I already covered in the video. Because we're going to make this into a video and put it out there. So you guys can rewatch it. And then the other video already exists.

So let me talk through sort of the, the core characteristics of this one. First of all, it is hyper buying trigger, buying trigger driven. Okay? And I'm not going to talk through all these.

These are, sort of based on the things that I know, that if you cover all these in the right rhythmic pattern, you're going to get the greatest number of conversions, and the greatest amount of buy-in. Okay? So obviously you have to build rapport, which is telling stories and so forth. Establishing authority.

We do that constantly throughout the funnel. This slide, I'm going to kind of skip over. You have to show a lot of social proof. And Power Network literally has the most social proof of freaking anything I've ever, I can, I've actually had conversations with Kristen where I'm like, no, I need a dude about 42, not 43.

He's got to be 42 years old. And he needs, and I need him to have, he needs to ride motorcycles. And this conversation is almost real. And I need him to, yeah, he has to have been, you know, an ex-police officer.

And like 30 minutes later, I'm getting, I have a guy like that who's made like, you know, $50,000 doing a Power Network. But now that's a luxury for a guy like me, because a lot of times you kind of got a massage of social proof. Not here. Okay?

So social proof is a big part of the funnel. Creating commitments. Probably, probably in terms of this funnel, one of the bigger things that we do during the funnel is engaging them, and two-way commitments. We commit something to them.

We deliver. They commit something to us. We praise them for it. We, we backwards, forwards, backwards, forwards, all the way through.

Next, initiating reciprocity. So again, that kind of goes with creating commitments. The idea there is to get someone to give you something. Everybody thinks the secret to reciprocity is you give them something, and then they owe you something.

That's flawed. I've seen the masters do this, and it really is more about getting them to help you with something. So, as I go through the screenshots, you guys will kind of get how that comes into play. Removing risk, huge part of it, but not just about telling them about the guarantee, you know, the 14-day money-back guarantee.

It's really about thinking psychologically about what things they're worried about, and overcoming those as they go through the funnel. Okay? Last, last, there are actually eight because we don't use scarcity. Leveraging urgency, big part of this.

At the end of all the videos in this sequence, there's a timer that offers them something if they take fast action. If they don't take fast action, they miss out on it, we circle back around, and give it back to them as part of the all-in, all-in sequence that comes at the end. But all of these videos in this sequence have a timer, and a set of bonuses associated with them. So you guys can really talk to them, and talk them through.

You really got to get on it as soon as you get to the end of the video. You know, talk them through it, and make sure you're clear on that messaging. So, all right, continuing on. It's very option-based and split testable.

Now, I went over this stuff in the video, but what I mean is, it's called a Y funnel, because I really wanted to serve sort of both segments of people that are in Empower Network. One of the angles that we took is really a new offer that we've never done before, where we get, it's called an invisible funnel model by the way, where we get their credit card from them, we offer it to them for five days, and they can cancel after five days if they want to, but they get to get in without actually parting with any, without any money until we deliver value to them, which is part of that small promises thing that I went over.

But you should be able to get a lot of leads. It's a very short video that just shows all the proof, that really hits them with all the potential, and that ultimately gives them some time to actually look it over. So you got getting people in is the trick. Once you get them in, you guys can, you know, do whatever you do to sort of massage them and get them from level to level, but option-based and split testable.

Essentially, this thing is called the Y funnel for a really key reason. All right, there are right now at the very start, as soon as we go live on Tuesday, you guys are going to have two completely different options to drive through. One is a very long detailed version that literally walks them through social proof, gives them the entire scope of the opportunity, explains it to them, shows it to them with detailed, with detailed explanations about why this is literally the biggest opportunity. It actually is.

If you look at it, one of the facts that we point to in the video is, if you look at skin care, if you look at weight loss, and if you look at earning money online, okay, and you just go in and you do a Google keyword tool search, the number of people who are searching for earning money online related terms versus the number of people who searching for weight loss terms is twice as many. Okay, the number of people who are searching for, skin care related terms versus make money online is three times as many. So that's an important like thing where we establish, wow, that's a lot of people.

And there's actually about a billion people online who acknowledge that they're looking for ways to make more money. And so the idea here is as you bring them in, they are logically driven through a very conversational, long, detailed, objection by objection, benefit by benefit. Here's everything that you get. Here's why you need to blog to do it, type of funnel.

There'll be pictures of this. Hope this thing's acting right. So let's talk through some of the decisions that we've made. I'm just this phase one version because obviously we had about two and a half months to do about six months worth of work.

We made a conscious decision to lead on the very front end with a sort of mystery play about the company and about about Dave because we don't want anybody who thinks they know what empower network represents right now to sort of go. And I heard about that. I know about that. So we led with a very like you want to hear about this system.

We're using system a lot because I know that I don't want I don't want anything getting in the way of you guys getting the greatest number of conversions. It's possible not immediately after this. I'm going to do two things immediately after this event. Number one is translate this phone into Spanish followed.

Okay. Followed by Portuguese. Sylvia. Sylvia, I need to talk to you because because it's so modular and she don't it should only take a few weeks to actually convert it and get it get it up so we can get it going.

I think about three weeks. You're an attractive man, Sylvia, and yet I think it might be the fancy pants that are really just kind of getting you to feel that way. I don't feel like maybe it's a Portuguese Portuguese. I don't know.

So anyways, we decide this was a conversation to Dave and I had like let's let's not lead with what people have seen before. We're telling stories about people and empower really compelling stories at the beginnings of the video right now. We lead with us with the story of Justin and D and the waterfall story when we're talking about Dave, but we're not saying who he is right and Justin D really go into this like emotionally gripping like their their history and sort of tie it together. Pulling somebody out of out of out of the waterfall.

And how that experience was very much like pulling somebody out of the cubicle, you know, like out of the life that they're in and it's just a beautiful metaphor that they I can't even really you guys got to see it. So you'll see it. You'll see it on Tuesday. So those are two things but I don't want you thinking that Dave's not in it after the front end.

Sorry after the front end. He is in it a lot. He's in every single video and then there's a secret fifth video because of the sequence that follows the front end is a series of four videos, which I'll let y'all get into in a second. But Dave there's actually a secret video that appears once they go through the first four where Dave basically, primes them to get all in for you guys.

Okay. So yeah, so that's what I talked about. All right. So let's actually talk this through.

Here's just some of the screenshots which I'm going to actually walk through a sort of front end a front end be ones the quick and direct ones along and detailed, but I'm going to actually walk through them step by step and talk through because here's what I need you guys to walk away with. I need you to walk away with how simple we've made this for you to use and how you guys only need to do the parts that you the parts that you're good at all the text removed. All the like fancy things. We have like people cannot get off this page without without like getting at least a free report or something so that we keep them.

We keep them engaged. The offers are spectacular and not neither of the offers are anything like what we would empower networks offered before because I really wanted people to not be able to resist saying yes to get them in the front end. Now Michelle is going to come on stage and she's going to talk through how we're going to tie the 21 day blogging challenge into a regular pattern of getting people all in on the front end, you know holding contests as people come in and then it makes it a lot more exciting a lot more motivation.

For them to actually leverage blogging in a very systemized way to drive to drive success into the front end, right? So let's talk through this. All right. Now this is sort of the long and clean version and the idea here was to have a conversational exchange where this is a lady by the name of Holly Holly sat there and interviewed the whole team and essentially we we map this whole thing out to cover every single objection and she is playing sort of the the audience advocate.

She's asking the questions that the audience is asking their head yet. Yeah, but this seems like it's hard. Why is it any different than WordPress? And then in a very conversational way and very clean and very professional way to by the way, we are responding to her with exactly the answers that people need to hear to move them from objection to objection to objection through benefit benefit benefit until they actually get in on the get in on the front end.

It's a very well done video. Now this one here. We're going to try a bunch of different options. I just sort of have two sort of versions right now.

This one sort of the more male-driven it gets them into it gets them into the opt-in process for the quick and direct version and essentially it sets them up for you know, just all the benefits that are that are part of it and why they need to get in how much money you're going to make and stuff. It's much more sort of male-driven masculine very direct-to-camera oriented. But the idea is really to give you guys an option to actually work with now one thing that's important. We actually developed a new kind of opt-in page, which I I tested it out but not in this funnel just on another client a while ago and I won't brag about the opt-in rates, but I feel like you guys are going to be pretty happy because what we did is we first of all, we are trying to express to the world that this is a global movement.

Okay. So what we did is we took people from every every continent, you know, Sylvia's in there Tracy's in there from America Toby and Layla there. So Rita's in there from Australia basically on every continent. There's one or two people and if you hover over those if you hover over those things a video opens up and it's their testimonial now, that's not something you normally see on a page on an opt-in page.

And the reason why I think psychologically, this is really important. It's pretty simple. If you really want somebody to get in and nobody does this in an opt-in, you don't want to show them 25 case case studies or testimonials that aren't necessarily related to them. What you want to do is give them a chance to find themselves right and go hey, that's just like me.

She did it. I should be able to do it. He did it. He lives in Portugal.

I could you know, so right on the on the opt-in page. We're grabbing them and forcing them sort of into the funnel. That's an important feature of this of this funnel actually. So, you know just some of the some of the stuff.

It basically tells everybody story how much they made and then the video automatically, plays gives them a chance to opt-in right there. The strategy here in the psychology is to get people again to find themselves and want to opt-in just because they just saw somebody who inspires them, you know on an immediate level, right? So essentially, you see we've got people of all different all different from all different, you know, social groups ages ranks and everything. Now this one what this is the the I call it down and dirty.

John told me not to call the down and dirty funnel. But honestly, I'm going to call it that now on stage just to just to get him to give me a lecture because I'm going to do so this is the down and dirty funnel. Quick and direct is what he reframed it to because he's John, but at the end of the day, this funnel here is all about the offer. Okay.

Yes. We show them social proof or this front end rather. Yes. We show them social proof.

Yes. We show them how it can work for them. But ultimately it's about a 12-minute video that if they're interested in an opportunity and they don't buy with this they ain't really interested in an opportunity. Okay.

So this is really more for people who are really trying to push traffic and get people in real quick versus sort of massaging the relationship, you know, and the idea here and I don't want to wreck. Okay. So here's the here's the offer for this one. Essentially.

The idea is we give them a little test right after they come in and we give them a test right after they get through the level up sequence, which is the main thing I want to talk about and essentially they have given us their credit card number and we've authorized it. So as long as they don't say hey, I don't want to keep this they're in okay, and I guarantee you we will deliver once they get past this. They're not going to get in and go out. This is a scam.

They're going to go. This is freaking badass, you know, so the offer here is what's actually selling it versus sort of objection overcome after objection overcome after benefit after benefit after laying out the the, you know, the the plan and all that stuff. So I just essentially that's the page not we some of the problems with Empower Networks back in right now are the the cart pages that's fixed in this in this funnel because I literally had my team. There's a few people who've had experience.

I literally had my team go in and just put the put the by kind of like what what I pass does. And like what digital marketer does where the where the cart pages are right there on the page and they're just easy to use and there's not a lot of breakage points with them. So this is a level up sequence, which I want to talk to you about because here's where the psychology really gets in now. We're obviously we're pushing people in on the front end, but they go into this sequence and that little thing there that says level up meter in the top right is really the key to this whole thing and you guys can leverage it in a very massive way to encourage people to continue and you know get all the way through the sequence because if they some of the things that they get, get rewarded for that makes that meter climb if they finish a video, it'll climb a bar if they buy a product depending upon a product, it'll climb one or two bars.

And that what we're trying to do is get them as they go through the sequence to get to the all-in mastery level, which obviously is is to get them all in. So all the way through these videos, we're talking about this idea of hitting the all-in mastery level. Okay, which gives you the opportunity to have a conversation and you might say well Mars, I can have a conversation with him. But I mean, how am I going to know?

Well, guess what? We have so many metrics on this funnel because I started the idea here was to build up. The process and to get metrics on it so we could test things. We'll just keep improving this funnel indefinitely until it is literally the best.

This is my my promise. Okay, this will be the best funnel on the internet and everybody will start modeling it. I guarantee that this will happen now. Thank you now.

How how can I make such a claim? Well, because if somebody goes through the sequence you sponsored them, imagine if you will that they went through the sequence and they finished the video, one but they don't buy the product offered at the end of video one because every one of the videos offers a product up the up the ramp up the ladder. Well, you get an email that says that comes with swipe that says hey person X went through the phone. They finished video one, but they didn't they didn't buy by the offer at the end whatever whatever it is and you get to go get on the horn with them send them an email or whatever and again swipe copies included with it where you can copy and paste it out of the email that comes to you and send them a message that says, hey, I noticed you got at the end of video one.

You didn't get the thing you really need that right? So in other words, this is a two-way conversation. And again, this has never been developed before like this was this is my the coming together of one or two people really like me in this room. This is the coming to the culmination of my teams and my knowledge about funnels and taking it beyond a one directional conversation to a two directional conversation.

Now if you've ever been in a place where somebody won't let you speak in a conversation, you know how crappy those kinds of conversations. Are the internet has really been for the last 10 years and technology has made it so you could have these kinds of two-way conversations, but nobody's done it because most people are lazy with their phones. It's like opt-in VSL checkout process upsell upsell upsell. This is to me the most intelligent funnel developed.

I'll build it some bias. I'm not gonna lie. So continuing on here as they go through we take them through some training and some framing and then they can't open the videos that follow until they get through the videos that can be for it and it and it they're there. So they know they're there.

Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Thank you, sir. Now now what's important about that is if you know anything about human psychology, you know that if you put something in front of someone that they can't have yet, they want it right?

So again, extremely psychological the funnel, right? Okay. So now let's see. What is this?

And whatever I'm going to keep going. So here's the first agreement and the first video we asked for a very simple agreement and this is about the commitment and the reciprocity thing, right? So in the video we ask them to make an agreement. We say look if you can't trust us, then you don't want to go through this funnel back out call customer support get your money back right now.

Okay, because what I want people to do is make a micro commitment with us. So what do we do? There's a little button that appears on the page out of nowhere and that says if you trust us 100% to take you through this process click it the video stops and will not start until they click the button if they don't click the button. Thank you.

If they don't if they don't click the button, they don't go any further. So now you've gotten them to make a micro commitment that enters them into a state of reciprocity and as they go through the sequence and I don't I'm not going to show you guys all of them because I have a limited limited amount of time. But the idea here is the first couple videos is just one button that they click the second two videos is a little widget where they're answering questions about how much money they want to make what what kind of house they want to live in what kind of car they want to drive what kind of vacations they want to take and we leverage their own answers to get them to want to buy the like the top producer formula.

You can only get this much money. If you know how to do this stuff over here. So their own answers are kind of coming back and they're going yeah. So thank you.

Thank you for catching it. Now now to talk about that to talk about the level up meter. So after they click the trust button, they're rewarded with a climate in the meter, right? If they Dave's in all the videos just to be clear, he basically trains and frames them for why they need to buy.

Okay, and all the videos are more. I won't say they're soft sell because they're it's it's not a soft sell but it's more of a clean cell right? We're just explaining the value of it to them framing it based on their own commitments and their own responses to what we show them and getting them to want to take it to the next level, you know, and just showing them, you know, you try it out for 14 days. And the other thing that we frame a lot is if you want to and everybody knows this if you want to be great at selling you have to understand what it feels like to buy.

So that's a huge frame in this entire in this entire process that Dave Dave hits all throughout. So once the video gets to the end the the offer appears and this is kind of a out of older screenshot, but there's a timer on there that basically the whatever bonus or discount we were going to give them for each product goes away at the end of that timer and we bring it back in the end when we bring back the all-in discount, which I'll talk about in just a second because that's the out the PS to resist answer this. So I'm just going to click through because you guys don't need to be bored level up meters climbing as they're doing things they finish the video the next video.

They have to agree to keep an open mind because we're trying to get them to buy the inner circle. All right, so level up meter keeps climbing click the click it keep going through the inner circle gets offered now. There's something I want to point out to you guys because I'm coming out of this event with with really a three-part agenda. Okay, one of them is to convert the funnel into Spanish and in Portuguese before before the next event.

Okay, number number two is Dave has explained to me what the purpose of the inner circle is. Now you guys might know what the inner circle is supposed to be for but Dave sat me down. He said Mars. I got to have a conversation with you because hardly anybody inside the company actually and then in the field understands the purpose of the inner circle.

If they if they were in Amway or something and they bought the tapes, they might understand it but a lot of people aren't using it and they're not using it the way it's supposed to be used and it's right now. It's not up to snuff and not doing what it what it needs to do. So I had a pretty cool meeting with Aki wood Dave woods brother, which for those of you who don't know Aki is the kind of the secret behind a lot of stuff that I know from conversations that they've had that he Aki comes up with really good ideas because he can synthesize Dave's very creative abstract brain and explain it to me.

I'll get on a call with Dave. I'll get on a call with Dave and Dave will like and I and I make a mistake. Dave is like my friend and I love this man, but sometimes I'll go what the hell is he talking about? I don't understand what he's saying and I'll call up Aki.

I have a weekly standing call with Aki wood and I go and I'll have like a list of three or four things and I'll say Dave told me this this and this and Aki will literally in the span of five minutes go. Oh, yeah, he just means this this and this so we had this kind of conversation about about and that's part of the Mars strategy by the way go to the source that understands the thing. Don't waste time. Don't waste your own time.

So anyways the point the point of the thing is I had this conversation with Aki after talking to Dave because Dave explained to me that the purpose of the inner circle is to get them to understand why they need to get to events and why they need to buy the upper level products, right and in a way that just motivates them inspires them and makes them want to be a part of it. And so it's really key that at the end of this video aside from the fact that it's continuity revenue for you guys writing a residual income. We're going to come out of this event and retool the inner circle because I realize I'm committed to doing this because I now realize after talking to Dave Aki and actually Chris Rushlow what the purpose of the inner circle actually is.

And so, using your products as sales reinforcement tools really important in the inner circle is sort of designed to do that. So just a little share with you. So at the end of video arm at the end of video 2 we offer them the inner circle. They go into video 3 which is all basically about production.

We offer them top producer formula with some bonuses and in this one is the first appearance of an actual widget that they interact with beyond just clicking it. So this widget is the one I was sort of telling you about. I don't show all of the questions but this says essentially what's your what do you want to be your primary residence? Where do you want to live?

And they can say a single family home or mansion all the way at the you know, and then essentially it starts stacking up how much they need to make over the rest of their life to have these things what they need to make per month to have these things and how much they need to make per hour to have these things. So by the end of the video, they basically they they heard sold on the fact that if they don't get top producer, okay, they can't achieve this and it's actually kind of true, you know, so that's sort of the psychology.

There's a bunch of other questions about things that they want out of life and stuff. And so let's see. That's where meter keeps climbing delivers. What your what your next 40 years will cost you, you know, you need 8 million 6 million.

Yeah, so you get the point now again, the reason why we did all this is because I don't like being lazy. Well, I actually thoroughly enjoy being lazy. Let me be clear, but when I'm working for somebody and I have like a mission like I have for you guys and I'm if you can't tell how convicted I am, I mean I'm convicted to like do this this is going to happen and in power is going to do what Dave would want it to do or I will be damned. Okay, so so so the the idea here is to get them to give up to get them to share their dreams with you and then turn that into a reason for them by in a tangible way, not sort of the indirect one one directional conversation way.

So at the end of that they're offered top producer plus the Costa Rica intensive timer counts down Costa Rica intensive goes away. They have about 10 minutes to buy it. Yep, that's right. So the idea is to give it to them take it away.

Give it to them take it away really really massage the conversation the fourth video. Is it really actually sells the the team building formula and I could never figure out how to sell team building formula again. This was a conversation between Dave would translated to me by by Aki like, you know, like oh dude. Yeah, you just got to sell it like this.

So a little story for you guys because I think this would be helpful for everybody. I sort of mentioned last time. I have been self-employed since before I was employed, you know before I work for anybody else. I'm a portrait portrait painter.

I mowed lawns. I did, you know, whatever I could do to make extra money because I like, haven't stuff, you know, and I like having girlfriends and who like what guys who have stuff. So the point the point of the whole thing here is I was self-employed until probably about three years ago. A friend of mine by the name of Rich Sheffrin anybody in the room who knows Rich Sheffrin.

All right. So you guys know how important this thing is. Rich Sheffrin is arguably the the and I just introduced him to Dave like two weeks ago. They're going to meet after the event but which will help Dave.

It'll help him because being an entrepreneur is different than being self-employed, right? And what it is sent the ascension the essential difference in the two is what team building formula delivers on which is if you're if you're the sole source of production in your business, you're self-employed. You can never actually walk away from it. Why do you need to build a team?

You need to build a team. So you have people under you that you rely on we're actually producing for you because of whatever you've taught them. And however, you've managed them, however, you've onboarded them. This entire video basically takes them through a widget that yeah, it takes them through a series of questions that essentially ask them questions that we can then tell them whether they have the mindset of an unemployed person, which God forbid unemployed person, a self-employed person or entrepreneur.

Okay, and I won't bore you because you guys will see the funnel. But the idea is to leverage that to get them to understand why they need to him building formula, right? So again, it's another psychological play where at the end of it if they don't understand why they need to him building formula, they're they're doomed because they really that you do need it to be able to have a business that you can step away from that runs without you being in there, right? So which is a secret to all these all the million-dollar ringers.

They all understand this secret. Of self-employed people make jobs for themselves. Entrepreneurs make jobs for other people. Okay, that's a very important distinction that that video levels them.

So essentially it delivers this and then I'm actually in this video and I explained to them how this relates to why they need team building formula. So yeah, you can go through the funnel. We offer team building formula with some bonuses and of course Dave's in it as well. Let's see.

So so these these are all the offers in this. I'm almost done now. So you guys survived. Mr.

Fancy pants. Um, so so these are the offers that appear at the end of the video at the end of each video. Now right now what's offered at the end of video one is the mobile app just because I needed something that was more pricey than what they were going to pay on the front end to sort of train them that they're going to the prices are going to be escalating. But what I actually want to put there Zach and I are working on this Zach from customer support who did a bad.

It's his first time on stage speaking. I don't know if everybody knows that. Yeah. Okay.

Damn good job Zach if you're in here. So my, my point is Zach and I are working on doing a pro pro support so that we can over deliver as soon as they come in and get people to understand why they need to listen to the inner circle audios because ultimately while we can't help sell, you know, the assisted selling is is outside the scope for the type of company that we are. They can get on and encourage people to listen to the inner circle, right? And if they listen to the inner circle that will frame things for them so that they understand why they need to show up to events why they need to buy upper level products and you see the psychology there.

So, um, essentially at the end of video two, we offer the inner circle with a time bonus. It's some extra videos that we give them. It's explained down the page and the video three. We offer them top producer with the Costa Rica intensive as a bonus and I can't I think it's like a 14.

I actually I think that's probably how many minutes it is about 13 14 minutes for them to buy that at the end of video for team building formula plus 15 K formula. And then the surprise the surprise video is appears after they get through video forward. Dave Wood comes on says congratulations. I'm going to walk you through a process of how to be, uh, how to do mass influence and he delivers it.

This is the thing where if you guys have heard it, I send Dave over this. This is Dave Wood. I send Dave over this outline and it was an extensive outline. It was not a short outline.

I gave it to him like two hours before we were supposed to record this video and I'm thinking to myself. Well, I'm probably gonna have to stop and start because I'm going to jump on Skype as he's recording into his camera recording the piece dude remember memorized the entire outline went through it one take. Okay, non-stop only missed like two very very small elements and I think delivered. What amounts to a masterpiece of getting people to buy the mass influence formula in the Masters course for you guys.

Now after that timer counts down. What happens is the all-in the idea of hey, we're going to start a timer that goes from now until next Friday. Basically the next Friday. That's at least five days away and get them to understand that well for an extra about 500 bucks.

You could get everything that you saw including the stuff that maybe you missed because you didn't click in time and the copy basically sells them on why they need it. But that copy alone. Is not going to sell people on getting all in you guys need to get the message that says hey this person just made it through. They were just presented with the message the all-in message and then you need to start doing your thing, right?

The idea is to have the system do everything that it can do that and leave you with only the stuff that I can't automate for you guys, right? So some things I need you guys to do obviously on your end because that's the that's what you do as affiliates, but ultimately we have literally automated every single part of a sales process to get you guys the most sales in the world. In the world. In the simplest and easiest way possible.

And I can improve it. Thank you. I I can and will improve it. Because we've built it in a modular way.

Like right now if I try changing something out in the current sales process, it literally takes like two months and some people sitting over in Leadership Council know what I'm talking about. The idea the idea is we've made this so modular and so so simple to change things out on that. I'm going to do like I'm going to fly to Costa Rica. I'm going to let Dave do an entire funnel for himself and it'll be the same sequence and you guys can choose which version you want them to go through because you know, some of you are going to want to introduce them to Dave.

Not everybody's going to want to have like an unbranded, you know, front end and now the idea here is beyond the beyond the level up sequences. We put that we begin a basically a till next Friday countdown. All right, because I think what's going on right now is they get people get brought in and they're just put on this like random one week timer. All right, and what it doesn't afford us the, the opportunity to do is to as a community come together in unison.

All right, which I found that's actually the magic of I've never been in. I've never experienced anything like Empower Network before. Okay, I get choked up about this to damn you guys have a certain kind of community magic that is unparalleled in my experience on Earth after 47 years. We have a we have a kind of unparalleled magic.

Okay, and so how do you so how do you tap into that and use it to get as many, many people all in as possible in a unified in a unified way. So the idea is to do two webcasts that follow up the level up sequence where there's a minimum of five days either get put into this Friday. If they come in after Tuesday at midnight or at Tuesday at 1159 and 59 seconds, they go on to the next Friday. So you have like 11 days, right?

But the idea here is they're going to get on a pair of webcasts one on Tuesday where we deliver some really badass content for them and then kind of soft sell them and timers countdown. We just added another bonus to the to the all-in, new member all-in discount. And then on Thursday, we do a hard sell. You guys got one day left.

Here's the bonuses. We added tomorrow at you know, at 1159 and 59 seconds Eastern Standard Time. This thing is counting out and you can't get it now. We're going to do other like monthly promotions and things so you guys can have more chances to kind of get them in.

But the idea is they will understand the value of every single product. This is the parts I can automate for you. They will understand the things that they missed and the things that they got. They will understand because the products Travis is coming on after me, right now to talk through where the products are at.

And it's I'm so proud of what we're doing right now that it makes it easy for me to market it. And one of my rich actually told me this good good marketing. I'm sorry a great product makes marketing effortless and great marketing makes selling effortless, right? So what we're doing is we're trying to make the great products so that my job is easy on the marketing side and ultimately make the marketing so great that your job is the easiest that it can possibly be on the selling side, right?

That's the whole idea of this entire funnel. So, I digress and I will I just want to throw in one thing before I bounce. The thing that I'm actually secretly most excited about Rob, give me a shout out. All right, Rob Ramuni sitting in the back.

Now, Rob doesn't get enough credit for what he actually does inside the company. He writes the emails and he helps Michelle with like, you know broadcast items and so forth. But what Rob actually does what is like mutant talent is and my only talent everybody thinks. Oh, you can do a lot of stuff.

No, I have a lot of skills. I got one talent. My talent is knowing other people's talents. Rob's God-given talent is putting metrics on things and analyzing metrics and going, you know, we should probably tweak this change the button whatever what we have now that we've never had it in power network before is and when Neil comes on you guys can thank him for this because since John Neil Patel when he comes on you can thank him because he gave us a sweet deal on his Kissmetrics company where they actually are doing like custom stuff for us and things nobody else actually has and crazy eggs.

So Neil owns Kissmetrics and crazy eggs, which are which are metrics companies essentially and our, our, our analytics on these things are like I'm just like Rob and I like have secret like marketing orgasms together. Don't tell anybody we're like, I'm like dude, you can check when they open the thing and you send them to another thing and he's like, yeah, and I'm like that's actually what happens Mooney. Most of the time. That's a joke, but I have never mind.

I'm not even gonna go. So that's it for my presentation and hopefully you guys got a lot out of it. All right. So, I actually I actually have to I have to bring Travis up.

I just realized so I don't need I don't need you guys can applaud me after you start getting results with the funnel. You can send me emails and say we love you Mars and I'll be like I love you back. Okay, but for right now I'm going to bring I'm going to bring Travis Travis up because we shifted Travis out of out of leadership communications and affiliate management and communications in general because John and I had a conversation about where Travis's talents actually are at Travis. Reagan is a detail-oriented son of a gun.

So stay on your feet because I want you to give him a rousing round of applause because great products make marketing effortless great marketing makes selling effortless. You need to give it up for the guy who's responsible for all the work that nobody sees nobody hears nobody realizes and he gets complaints all the time, even though he's like destroying it with what he's doing because his God-given talent is to understand how to deliver valuable products how to organize things in a way that makes it marketing in the selling effortless.

So I'm going to bring Mr. Travis Reagan up. I don't know where you are Travis. Are you even ready?

Are you even ready right now? Where are you at man?

Oh no, what's up guys?

Now, when it comes to Linda, Linda was my mother. and I'm literally going to tell a story that.

But three people, three, three people, John kind of knows the story, but Dave kind of knows the story, but like in this audience of people, nobody knows this. My mother and father divorced when I was about two, they remained really good friends, but, because of the divorce, my mother ended up getting onto welfare. damn it. So, I grew up from about till about the age of eight or nine, you know, food stamps and, and, you know, what welfare checks. but my mother was not the welfare kind.

And, essentially she ended up in corporate America and, all, all along the way, you could feel her feeling like she had achieved her dreams, you know, kind of going from, you know, being on welfare to being.

Successful in the, in corporate America. but the truth of it was to me, a very veiled, a lie basically. I, and I, and I can tell you this because of how my mother passed away. So, essentially my mom rose from manager to like a district manager to regional manager and took her region to like the tops in the re she was, did retail stores and she did great. And her work really was her life.

she wanted us to have the best and she wanted me to go to go to college. And she always, and I never could figure out why. Cause I would think she wanted me to go down the same path as her, but she always said she would always invest in any little side project that I wanted to do to have my own business. she'd say, I put aside a thousand dollars.

And this funnel really, really drives to this point.

and if I don't frame it, even if I ball a little bit, you guys won't really understand why this is so important to me personally to build this for you guys. So, my mother's health started failing and essentially as her health started failing and she became less useful to the, to the corporation that she helped build up over 20 years, actually, she, they sort of marginalized her.

Now, my point with all this is this, she instilled in me this desire to do something with my life that was greater than, simply being a company man.

Okay?

what we built right now, if my mom saw it, she would have went, that looks legitimate.

We made a conscious decision to lead on the very front end with a sort of mystery play about the company and about Dave because we don't want anybody who thinks they know what empower network represents right now to sort of go.

Sylvia.

Sylvia, I need to talk to you because it's so modular and she don't it should only take a few weeks to actually convert it and get it get it up so we can get it going. I think about three weeks. You're an attractive man, Sylvia, and yet I think it might be the fancy pants that are really just kind of getting you to feel that way. I don't feel like maybe it's a Portuguese. I don't know.

So anyways, we decide this was a conversation to Dave and I had like let's let's not lead with what people have seen before. We're telling stories about people and empower really compelling stories at the beginnings of the video right now. We lead with us with the story of Justin and D and the waterfall story when we're talking about Dave, but we're not saying who he is right and Justin D really go into this like emotionally gripping like their history and sort of tie it together.

We have like people cannot get off this page without like getting at least a free report or something so that we keep them.

All right. Now this is sort of the long and clean version and the idea here was to have a conversational exchange where this is a lady by the name of Holly sat there and interviewed the whole team and essentially we map this whole thing out to cover every single objection and she is playing sort of the audience advocate. She's asking the questions that the audience is asking their head yet. Yeah, but this seems like it's hard. Why is it any different than WordPress?

And then in a very conversational way and very clean and very professional way to by the way, we are responding to her with exactly the answers that people need to hear to move them from objection to objection to objection through benefit until they actually get in on the get in on the front end.

We actually developed a new kind of opt-in page, which I tested it out but not in this funnel just on another client a while ago and I won't brag about the opt-in rates, but I feel like you guys are going to be pretty happy because what we did is we first of all, we are trying to express to the world that this is a global movement. Okay.

So what we did is we took people from every continent, you know, Sylvia's in there Tracy's in there from America Toby and Layla there. So Rita's in there from Australia basically on every continent. There's one or two people and if you hover over those if you hover over those things a video opens up and it's their testimonial now, that's not something you normally see on a page on an opt-in page. And the reason why I think psychologically, this is really important. It's pretty simple.

If you really want somebody to get in and nobody does this in an opt-in, you don't want to show them 25 case studies or testimonials that aren't necessarily related to them.

Now this one what this is the I call it down and dirty.

This is freaking badass, you know, so the offer here is what's actually selling it versus sort of objection overcome after objection overcome after benefit after benefit after laying out the, you know, the plan and all that stuff. So I just essentially that's the page not we some of the problems with Empower Networks back in right now are the cart pages that's fixed in this in this funnel because I literally had my team. There's a few people who've had experience. I literally had my team go in and just put the put the by kind of like what I pass does.

And that what we're trying to do is get them as they go through the sequence to get to the all-in mastery level, which obviously is to get them all in.

This is my promise. Okay, this will be the best funnel on the internet and everybody will start modeling it. I guarantee that this will happen now. Thank you now. How can I make such a claim?

Well, because if somebody goes through the sequence you sponsored them, imagine if you will that they went through the sequence and they finished the video, one but they don't buy the product offered at the end of video one because every one of the videos offers a product up the up the ramp up the ladder. Well, you get an email that says that comes with swipe that says hey person X went through the phone. They finished video one, but they didn't they didn't buy by the offer at the end whatever it is and you get to go get on the horn with them send them an email or whatever and again swipe copies included with it where you can copy and paste it out of the email that comes to you and send them a message that says, hey, I noticed you got at the end of video one.

It's like opt-in VSL checkout process upsell.

Now what's important about that is if you know anything about human psychology, you know that if you put something in front of someone that they can't have yet, they want it right?

So now you've gotten them to make a micro commitment that enters them into a state of reciprocity and as they go through the sequence and I don't I'm not going to show you guys all of them because I have a limited amount of time. But the idea here is the first couple videos is just one button that they click the second two videos is a little widget where they're answering questions about how much money they want to make what kind of house they want to live in what kind of car they want to drive what kind of vacations they want to take and we leverage their own answers to get them to want to buy the like the top producer formula. You can only get this much money.

If you know how to do this stuff over here. So their own answers are kind of coming back and they're going yeah. So thank you. Thank you for catching it. Now to talk about that to talk about the level up meter.

So that's a huge frame in this entire in this entire process that Dave hits all throughout. So once the video gets to the end the offer appears and this is kind of a out of older screenshot, but there's a timer on there that basically the whatever bonus or discount we were going to give them for each product goes away at the end of that timer and we bring it back in the end when we bring back the all-in discount, which I'll talk about in just a second because that's the out the PS to resist answer this.

There's something I want to point out to you guys because I'm coming out of this event with really a three-part agenda. Okay, one of them is to convert the funnel into Spanish and in Portuguese before the next event. Okay, number two is Dave has explained to me what the purpose of the inner circle is.

I have a weekly standing call with Aki wood and I go and I'll have like a list of three or four things and I'll say Dave told me this and this and Aki will literally in the span of five minutes go.

Oh, yeah, he just means this and this so we had this kind of conversation about and that's part of the Mars strategy by the way go to the source that understands the thing.

So by the end of the video, they basically they heard sold on the fact that if they don't get top producer, okay, they can't achieve this and it's actually kind of true, you know, so that's sort of the psychology.

Let me be clear, but when I'm working for somebody and I have like a mission like I have for you guys and I'm if you can't tell how convicted I am, I mean I'm convicted to like do this is going to happen and in power is going to do what Dave would want it to do or I will be damned. Okay, so the idea here is to get them to give up to get them to share their dreams with you and then turn that into a reason for them by in a tangible way, not sort of the indirect one directional conversation way. So at the end of that they're offered top producer plus the Costa Rica intensive timer counts down Costa Rica intensive goes away.

They have about 10 minutes to buy it. Yep, that's right. So the idea is to give it to them take it away. Give it to them take it away really massage the conversation the fourth video. Is it really actually sells the team building formula and I could never figure out how to sell team building formula again.

This was a conversation between Dave would translated to me by Aki like, you know, like oh dude. Yeah, you just got to sell it like this. So a little story for you guys because I think this would be helpful for everybody. I sort of mentioned last time. I have been self-employed since before I was employed, you know before I work for anybody else.

I'm a portrait painter.

Rich Sheffrin is arguably the and I just introduced him to Dave like two weeks ago.

Okay, that's a very important distinction that video levels them.

So essentially it delivers this and then I'm actually in this video and I explained to them how this relates to why they need team building formula. So yeah, you can go through the funnel. We offer team building formula with some bonuses and of course Dave's in it as well. Let's see. So these are all the offers in this.

I'm almost done now. So you guys survived. Mr. Fancy pants. so these are the offers that appear at the end of the video at the end of each video.

So my, my point is Zach and I are working on doing a pro support so that we can over deliver as soon as they come in and get people to understand why they need to listen to the inner circle audios because ultimately while we can't help sell, you know, the assisted selling is outside the scope for the type of company that we are. They can get on and encourage people to listen to the inner circle, right? And if they listen to the inner circle that will frame things for them so that they understand why they need to show up to events why they need to buy upper level products and you see the psychology there.

So, essentially at the end of video two, we offer the inner circle with a time bonus.

I'm going to walk you through a process of how to be, how to do mass influence and he delivers it.

Okay, non-stop only missed like two very small elements and I think delivered.

Thank you.

I can and will improve it. Because we've built it in a modular way. Like right now if I try changing something out in the current sales process, it literally takes like two months and some people sitting over in Leadership Council know what I'm talking about. The idea the idea is we've made this so modular and so simple to change things out on that.

And one of my rich actually told me this good marketing.

Okay, but for right now I'm going to bring I'm going to bring Travis up because we shifted Travis out of out of leadership communications and affiliate management and communications in general because John and I had a conversation about where Travis's talents actually are at Travis.
