Tracy Walker: Why Success Doesn’t Require More Hours, Just a Different Decision

This lesson is part of Chicago 2013

You clock in, you clock out, and somewhere between the two you’ve started doing the math on how many more years of this it would take to feel free. Tracy Walker, introduced on stage as the current top-earning woman in the company, opens by telling the room that the math most people are running is wrong. Not the numbers themselves. The equation underneath them, the one where more money always has to mean more hours.

Before any of this, Walker was an MBA graduate from a business school ranked among the best in the country, groomed by a dean with Fortune 500 connections, fluent in every rule the system had handed her about getting hired and staying hired. When she graduated and the job didn’t materialize the way she’d been promised, it broke something she hadn’t expected to break. She eventually did land in corporate energy trading, working brutal hours, driving home in tears most nights, until a round of layoffs took the decision out of her hands entirely.

What happens when getting laid off turns out to be the best thing that ever happened to you?

Walker doesn’t dress this up as luck. She describes standing at the edge of what she calls a cliff, with no way back to the old road and no clear view of what came next, and having to choose between two options: jump and trust she’d figure it out, or stay frozen on the ledge watching everyone else jump first.

I had two choices I could either purposely jump off that cliff prepare myself and know that I had wings to fly or I could stand there scared and hoping and hope to pray to God that no one would push me off unexpectedly and then I wouldn’t have any idea of what I was doing

That image does more work than any strategy slide could. Most people never jump because they don’t actually believe their own wings will work, so they stand at the top asking everyone else what their secret is instead of finding out for themselves. Walker’s answer to her own fear wasn’t certainty. It was jumping anyway and discovering the mechanism kicks in on the way down, not before.

Why does she insist this business isn’t actually as hard as people assume?

Here’s the internal conflict she names directly, and it’s worth sitting with. Most people equate a bigger income with more hours because a job is the only reference point they’ve ever had, so subconsciously they assume the only way to make more is to work more. Walker spent years proving that assumption wrong the hard way, first in network marketing, where she was so burned out mothering a struggling team around the clock that her own parents had to schedule appointments with her days in advance just to see her.

As Tracy Walker puts it, “It ain’t that hard.” Not because the work disappears, but because the version of hard she’d been living, the version tied to constant availability and constant fear that her team would collapse without her, was self-inflicted rather than required.

What’s the actual practice she hands the room to speed up results?

This is where the session gets concrete. Walker’s advice isn’t a mindset slogan, it’s a specific weekly commitment: block out the same two hours every week to listen directly to the people already producing the results you want, treating that call with the same non-negotiable respect you’d give your kid’s ballet recital or track meet. She’s blunt that half measures don’t work here. You either study the people who already have what you want, or you keep studying the people still figuring it out alongside you.

The deeper point behind the whole session is that she didn’t rebuild her life by working harder in the same direction. She rebuilt it by choosing a different definition of success entirely, one measured in personal fulfillment rather than a number, and then backing that definition with a short list of daily, repeatable habits done consistently instead of occasionally. That’s the whole mechanism. Not talent. Not luck. A decision, followed by a habit, followed by time.

The full session goes further than what’s above, including the two books she recommends and the rest of her rebuild story. Watch it in full, free, when you Create your free account.

Give it up for Aaron Raskin. Let him know you're… Man, you guys look great. You feel good?

Yeah. You look good. You sure do. How's everybody in the shelf up there?

Man, y'all sound good too. Right on. Very cool. So, let me introduce you to a powerful, powerful person.

You know this person already. Love this person. I do. Former real estate investor.

Some people know who I'm talking about already. Psychic. Former real estate investor. Had a pretty high lifestyle.

Had a lot of stuff. Had a lot of what a lot of people say, well, this is success. And through various circumstances, whatever, lost a lot of stuff. And found herself rebuilding.

And today, because of Empower Network, she got a lot of stuff. She got a lot of that stuff back. She is the number one female earner in Empower Network. Make welcome Tracy Walker.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And to the dream team, I love you.

To the Empower Network team, I love you. So, I've just been informed that they might have to shave my time a little bit. But that's okay. That's okay.

We can get it in. And that's probably a good thing because if any of you have heard me on the Empower Hour call, we've renamed that call the Empower Two-Hour Call. So, it's my pleasure to be on this stage once again in representation of Empower Network, of our leadership, of just being a regular everyday person that did a few simple, consistent things over time that allowed me to rebuild my life, like Tony Rush shared. And my goal in the time that I have with you, is to really help you dig down and deep and really understand that it ain't that hard, okay?

It ain't that hard. I'm trying to tell you, it ain't that hard. You think it's harder than what it is because of what your previous mind is telling you equates to lots of money, right? Subconsciously, you're trying to equate a lot of money to a lot of time, whether you think that or not.

Your only reference point is a job for most of us, right? And the only way you make more money is to get a second job, right? Spend more time. And here, what we're saying is stop working so much and make more money, right?

It's absolutely possible to do. So, how many of you guys actually, really deep down in your heart, want success in your business? Let me see it. And how many of you would prefer to have it sooner than later?

So. If I could share just a couple of ideas with you that will blow this little concept that people say, I don't want to be in a get-rich-quick scheme, we can blow that out of the water to understand that getting rich slow ain't the best idea, would you be open to that? Well, before my journey even started with Empower Network, I grew up, I'm originally from Chicago, Illinois. Just so you guys know.

I'm a Southsider. That's right. High Park, High Park. And I matriculated through high school.

I went to college at Florida A&M University. I got an MBA, a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. And I was being groomed. This was, you know, our school was rated one of the top business schools when I was there in our entire educational system.

Okay. Our dean sat on the board of major Fortune 500 companies. She had relationships that could help her MBA students get internships and get permanent placement positions very easily. Right?

I traveled and I lived overseas in my internships in Mexico. I lived all over the United States during my graduate years learning and getting things under my belt. And when I graduated, it was shocking that I didn't have a job right away. It was shocking to me because it just didn't seem possible for that to happen to me.

Right? They told me to get A's and B's in school and I got A's and B's in school. They told me to be to class on time. They told me to study.

They told me to work with my teams in our group projects. They told me to be a team player. They told me to do all that. They taught me how to interview well.

You guys know how to interview well? Anybody taught you that before? And you practice and you run these scripts with people helping you. Right?

Right. Right. Right. Right.

Right. Right. Right. Right.

Right. Right. Right. Right.

Right. Right. Right. Right.

All this programming. Everything just came up really well. But always been there for you. I was really being programmed to be a drone.

I didn't even know it. When I didn't get this job, I couldn't believe it. I was embarrassed. I was embarrassed.

I didn't want to come back home to Chicago with my mom. Plus, it was cold here. I wasn't too thrilled about that anyway. marketing and essentially I was a marketer right what I did was I bought energy at a low price and I sold energy at what high price and and I made our company money for doing that and I worked these crazy hours do you guys have you guys heard this story on the power hour call before I said it so I worked these crazy hours it's true I worked 12 hour days my dad is here he'll tell you I was living with him and my stepmom at that time and I would drive home from work every single day in tears I hated it I hated that job I hated taking my badge and swiping it and so you know with the little basket the little pad that you have to put your badge on to get into the building because it was a very secure building I hated it and I would get there and I would sit there at that desk and just dread 12 more hours of this nonsense but I had to do what I had to do so fortunately for me there was a period in time where a series of layoffs began to take place I was laid off and I've always said that that was what gave me my freedom papers how many guys want freedom papers can I be straight with you guys you guys know I like to keep it real right for me for me I thought I was enslaved and there were no chains and there were no no ball and chain connecting me anywhere so that would that would lead me to ask a question well who would be the person who would be the person who would be the person who was I being enslaved by myself I was being enslaved by myself because I didn't understand and I don't think anyone had taught me up to that point that there was another way I only knew one perspective and that was the perspective of the road that I took and then I got to the end of that road and realized there was a cliff there was a cliff and I didn't I couldn't go back a course I could only go forward so I had two choices I could either purposely jump off that cliff prepare myself and know that I had wings to fly or I could stand there scared and hoping and hope to pray to God that no one would push me off unexpectedly and then I wouldn't have any idea of what I was doing you guys understand what I'm saying so I chose to stand on that ledge and look out amongst just pure uncertainty and say well here's what I do know I know God didn't make no joke and I know that there's no way I'm going to do anything to kill myself right and when I say kill myself I mean in terms of doing intentional harm so much but I knew that if I jumped off that ledge my body would automatically go into some type of mechanism that will allow me to stay alive right financially mentally of course, physically, emotionally, spiritually, all of that, I knew that I would stay alive if I would just jump off the ledge, and I realized that I had wings on my way down.

On my way down. I didn't stand at the top, listen, I didn't stand at the top and try to figure out every single mechanical thing about how the wings worked. See, a lot of you want to stand at the top of your ledge, you say that you want to jump, but you will not jump because you don't really believe that your wings work. You don't believe it.

You'll say it. You'll say it. But you're still standing on the top of the ledge, and you're watching everybody else jump in front of you, and then you want to keep asking them, what are they doing? Well, what are you doing?

Well, Tony, what's your secret? Well, Vic, what's this? Right, you're watching everybody jump, jump, jump, jump, jump, and all we're saying is that if you just jump, you'll figure it out. So, I got to a point in network marketing, I was doing pretty good in network marketing, it wasn't a big deal, but the problem was that I had lost my house already, my cars were already in the repossession, and I had nothing to lose.

Have you guys ever experienced that before? When you have nothing to lose, look, there is no plan B. You heard Vic share it yesterday. There is no plan B.

So many people want to have it. If this doesn't work, then I'll just do this. And what we're saying in entrepreneurship is that when you have a vision, that is the only thing that exists is that vision. There is no secondary option, and that is what makes people great.

Now, I'm not saying that in a tactical perspective, you do not plan out certain things. I'm not saying that. I'm saying overall, overall, there is no other option but for me to be successful. Do you guys hear what I'm saying?

So on my journey of looking for success, I stumbled across a man by the name of David Wood when he and I were both working in another company. And I learned that David was a genius. Like, he was kind of this quirky dude, and I was like, you know, how many of you saw that video the first time? You're like, who is this guy with this curly hair?

Well, see, I knew David already by the time that video came out, but he looked that same way in 2009. Probably with the same shirt with the armpit stains on him. He's going to kill me for that. But I knew him then, and he looked the exact same way, and I had the same reaction then.

But I had seen his results. I witnessed the people that were on his team that were actually moving forward. Now, he and I never had the opportunity to work together in a company because we were just doing different things, but we stayed in contact. And one day, he decided.

He decided that enough was enough. And so we were at an event. He shared with me that he wanted to speak to me about something, right? And I was open because I was burned out.

I was tired of ripping and running. I was tired of doing these webinars. I was tired of people not making money in my team. I would cry again.

I mean, literally, I felt so bad. I felt so bad because people like Shalonda Gordon had followed me for years, for years. And I felt I was doing her a disservice. People like Sheree King, she's here, I felt like I was doing her a disservice, and I still get emotional about it because now, here, I feel like I'm giving her the best service I can, and I feel like they are in an environment that's going to cultivate their growth, and we have owners who actually care enough about their team to help us make more money.

More money than they may possibly make if we outproduce them, right? Right? Aren't they in the same plan that we are in? We can outproduce them.

Vic did. Don't think it's not possible. Vic did for a short time, right? I don't know what Dave and Dave are going to do, how they're going to.

All I know is that things shifted and all of our visions expanded. If you want to be successful in your business. You have to follow and study people who are what? Successful.

If you want to be an NFL superstar, who should you study? NFL superstars. If you want to be an Academy Award winning actor or actress, who should you study? You.

Or Hollywood. Holly Berry. But you guys get where I'm going with this, right? You don't study the person that's working their way up.

You study the people that already have what you want. It doesn't mean you don't respect the person that's working their way up, but you study the person or the people that already have what you want. Is that correct? So David Wood had something I already wanted, which was, for me, I need $30,000 a month consistently.

I need that. You know, I've been toying around between $8,000 to $10,000, $8,000 to $10,000, $8,000 to $10,000, $8,000 to $10,000, but I was, and this is $10,000, $8,000 to $10,000 a month prior to Empower Network, but I was working like a slave. I realized I was enslaving myself all over again. And it doesn't matter how much money you're making when you're enslaving yourself and you feel like you're balling chain to your computer.

When you can't go out. When my dad and my stepmom have to literally call me to plan and make an appointment with me because I have a dang on call every night of the week. During prime time where we can go to the movies or go to, I couldn't even go hang out with my parents. And I felt that if I didn't do what I was doing, my team would fall apart.

I feared that my team would fall apart if I wasn't there to mother hand them the entire 24 hour period of seven days in a week. How can you have a life like that? So when David Wood and David Sharp shared with me Empower Network, I was open. I was open because I had to do something different.

I couldn't do that. I couldn't do this. I was having headaches all the time. My side was hurting all the time.

And there's nothing wrong with me. I knew it was self inflicted. So I started and all I really want. This is my goal.

You have your goal. All I really wanted was $30,000 a month. That was my thing. If I could triple where I was at, I would be a happy camper.

And my first month, instead of Empower Network, I did over $20,000. And now it's my first month in Empower Network. And of course, there's the income disclosure, right? Guys, you don't get something for nothing.

You can't stare at your computer all day and think about blogging and think about running an advertising campaign and think about making a post and think about how much you want and meditate and do all these things that I do without the action behind it. You can't. So you got to work your ass off a little bit at the beginning. It's okay.

You got to. So I did that. And then things started changing. And then there was this thing that that would happen on Monday nights.

What happens on Monday nights? Empower our call. Now, let me back up for a sec. In the beginning, I asked you how many of you guys truly, truly, truly wanted success, right?

I've given you the answer to that. If you haven't noticed, I said that if you want success, you start by following people and sending them that already have. What you want. I said that, right?

And the second thing I said was, well, how many of you want it sooner than later? Remember that? Do you want the answer to that? The answer to that.

Is plug yourself in as often as humanly possible to listen and gain information from the people who are actively building their businesses. Via. What we call the empower our call. A lot of you guys are saying that you need someone to mentor you or hold your hand.

No. What you need to do is get on the empower our call. You need to have the inner circle and you need to go back and listen to all of the mentorship that is being disseminated by every single leader inside of Empower Network every Monday night for an hour or two. You know, when when they came into this.

Company. He took everyone by by surprise, and I'm so thankful for that because maybe I had gotten complacent. So when I learned that he was going to be speaking on an empower our call, I hot tailed it to that phone. I mean, look, whatever's going on at home, I can't.

I don't know. I don't know what y'all gonna eat. I don't know. I don't I don't know what a tissue is.

No, I don't know where anything is. All I know is that. At eight fifty six, I need to be dialing in to our empower our call, and I need to hear whatever he's got to say. How many guys were on that call when Vic spoke on that call?

How many of you guys remember one of the books he told us to read? How many of you have read it or have it on audio book? Yeah, you see. Now, that's a significantly lower number of hands that I just saw when I said.

How many of you have read it than when I said, how many of you guys want success fast since I said, I said that you you don't really believe it. The man said the man said, read this book. What's the secret? Do what he says, right?

You know, Nicole and I, this past week before during the power or right before the empower our call, we're packing, you know, she's in Memphis. I'm in Atlanta. And we're getting ready to get on an airplane the next day, which was would have been Tuesday to get down here for all the leaders of it. And I get a text from David Sharp and he goes, hey, you girls want to do the empower our call?

It's eight forty three. I got my head scarf on. I got all my clothes and stuff laid out and I'm trying to get things rocking and rolling. And guess what?

I know I saw Nicole was in a thread and and we both it was almost magical. I didn't know what she was doing, but almost right behind each other. She said, sure. I said, sure.

Because it's an honor to be asked to speak on that call. You guys know that it's an honor to have the owners of a company believe in you so much that at a moment's notice that you could actually inspire and impact the people in their company while they are off doing other things to support and make sure we're moving forward. So we get on this call and we talk for two hours and and we shared stories and we did all these different things. But I want you to understand.

That this call can change your life if you just make the commitment, just like you would make the commitment every week to go to your daughter's ballet class, just like you would make the commitment to go to your son's track meet. Just like you would make the commitment every day to be at your job on time in your seat, if you would block out two hours of your time on a Monday night. Two hours. Once a week to hear the top earners in this company share with you and mentor you directly and and give you everything that you need to be successful, I promise you, you will speed up your results.

I promise you, you will speed them up because if you have garbage in, you have what out. So if you're not putting in the good stuff, then clearly you can't blow it. So if you're not putting in the good stuff, then clearly you can't blow it. You can't blog and inspire good stuff.

You can't. You're not going to be inspired to write an ad that compels people to want to join you. Do you? You guys understand it?

It starts in here and in here. It's not anything that anybody can say verbatim. I mean, there are some things that can be said. But it may still not work for you.

You could take the same ad that I that I use and it's still now with my team. I do a lot of Facebook, right. And I have given my team. the exact Facebook, guys, the exact Facebook script, right?

The exact Facebook script that I use to this day, right now, that I've been using for the past year and a half. And do you know that there are still people that will say, well, I didn't want to use the script because I didn't want to say it just like that. I thought I needed to put my own spin on it. So you're saying you want the goods, and then we turn around and give you the goods, and then you say, well, I don't want those goods because my goods are better.

That's why we're saying, well, we're not going to, you know, it doesn't matter about all of that. What matters is that you have inspired action. Inspired action. And how do you get inspired action?

Well, get on this call, man. If you don't do anything else as you're starting to progress towards your business being successful, and you're putting the stakes in the ground, and you're digging out the hole and pouring in the foundation, at that basic level, commit to the habits that will make you successful. And let go of the habits that are causing you distress. Let go of the television.

So much of it. So much of it. You know, in my car, it's literally like the library on wheels, right? And I've got meditation music in there.

I've got trainings in there. I've got inner circle stuff on my iPhone. That I can connect in there. And all that stuff.

And the kids get in the car, and I'm like, we don't want to hear that. You know, I honor that sometimes. But sometimes I make them listen. Sometimes.

Some of this stuff is a little over their head. But, you know, I'd rather be a little over their head and be exposed to it just a little bit at a time than to go through life like I did and never even know it existed. So I'm going to try a little experiment. Are you guys up for an experiment?

You want to speed up your results, right? I said listen to the Empower Hour call, right? That's every week. You guys hear me?

Every week. It's your duty and it's your responsibility as the CEO to lead the organization. And if you're leading people based on the way you're leading yourself, which is in disarray, why are you expecting to make $60,000 in a month? So I'm going to try another little experiment.

And the experiment is that I've got three seconds left. All right. These are two books. Okay?

I have a lot of books in my library at home. Okay? In my office. I have a lot of books.

But I brought these specifically. Okay? I brought these specifically because of two principles in them that I think will be beneficial if you understand that this is what it's about. This one is called the greatest manifestation principle in the world.

And look how small it is. It's like a kindergartner book. The greatest manifestation principle in the world. I won't tell you what it is.

Many of you study the law of attraction, things like that, right? But a lot of you that study the law of attraction aren't getting results still. Right? You need a principle that you're missing in conjunction with it.

You got me? You need a principle that you're missing in conjunction with it. You got me? You need a principle that you're missing in conjunction with it.

You got me? You got me? You got me? Okay.

The author is Carnelian Sage. Carnelian Sage. S-A-G-E. You have to go to the website to get it.

Like, I don't think it's like in any bookstores. The greatest manifestation principle in the world. Google it. The next book is the 50th law.

The next book is the 50th law. Right? I love this book. Love it.

50 Cent co-authored this book with Robert Greene. Who wrote the book, 48 Laws of Power, right? So the 50th law kind of goes with 50 Cent. So the 50th law kind of goes with 50 Cent.

You know, you guys get it? This book is the other principle that you need to have. This book is the other principle that you need to have. This book is the other principle that you need to have.

Robert Greene and 50 Cent. Robert Greene and 50 Cent. It sounds weird saying 50 Cent. And I will tell you just right here on the back.

I'll give you a clue. Down here, because this is it in Latin. This is it here. So you've got one principle here.

So you've got one principle here. And you've got the other principle here. And I'm telling you. I am telling you.

If you will simply internalize these two principles. Bring them together. Put them here. And walk forward towards your vision.

Listen to the Empower Hour calls. Make sure your team is on the Empower Hour calls. Make sure your team is on the Empower Hour calls. You will manifest things at the speed of light.

It will spin your head around. A big old check. You won't even know how you even did it. In closing guys.

In closing. I want you to be empowered. I want you to truly believe that you can do this. You can do this.

There are so many people that just give up. That if you just stay in. You'll win by default. You don't have to be a genius to do this.

You just stay in. And you stay plugged in. You keep your team plugged in. And all that good stuff.

David Sharpe said. You will have casualties. And just understand that. And you got to keep going.

So that's all my time that I have with you guys. Afternoon. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Thank you so much.

Tracy Walker ladies and gentlemen. Let her know you love her. There she is. I could listen to her talk all day.

Could y'all? But I'll tell you what. Who was on the hangout we did last week. Note to self.

I was like. Don't let Tracy speak before me. She steals all my bullet points. Every time.

You'd think I'd learn. And what have I done again today? I've let her speak before me. I'm on this afternoon.

And I have to go rewrite all my bullet points. She stole them all. Tracy Walker is awesome. Give her one more hand.

All right. You guys know that, right? We've got some amazing, amazing stuff for you guys late today. So what that means is we do.

We are going to end the main show today at 5 p.m. Which means we have got to be on time. We are going to lunch right now. It is.

Big hand is on the. Hold on. I can do this. I need to borrow David Wood's watch.

Maybe I could tell time a little better. 1230. I got to wind it. We'll be back in this room starting in 60 minutes.

So enjoy lunch. We'll be back starting at 1. 32. Folks, obviously the income examples discussed in this video are extraordinary.

Hyde Park, Hyde Park.

Right?

Marketing, and essentially I was a marketer. Right, what I did was I bought energy at a low price and I sold energy at what, high price, and I made our company money for doing that. And I worked these crazy hours. Do you guys, have you guys heard this story on the power hour call before? I said it. So I worked these crazy hours. It's true. I worked 12 hour days. My dad is here, he'll tell you, I was living with him and my stepmom at that time, and I would drive home from work every single day in tears. I hated it. I hated that job. I hated taking my badge and swiping it, and, you know, with the little basket, the little pad that you have to put your badge on to get into the building because it was a very secure building. I hated it. And I would get there and I would sit there at that desk and just dread 12 more hours of this nonsense. But I had to do what I had to do.

So fortunately for me, there was a period in time where a series of layoffs began to take place. I was laid off, and I've always said that was what gave me my freedom papers. How many guys want freedom papers? Can I be straight with you guys? You guys know I like to keep it real, right? For me, for me, I thought I was enslaved, and there were no chains, and there were no ball and chain connecting me anywhere. So that would, that would lead me to ask a question. Well, who would be the person? Who was I being enslaved by? Myself. I was being enslaved by myself, because I didn't understand, and I don't think anyone had taught me up to that point that there was another way. I only knew one perspective, and that was the perspective of the road that I took. And then I got to the end of that road and realized there was a cliff. There was a cliff, and I couldn't go back, of course. I could only go forward. So I had two choices. I could either purposely jump off that cliff, prepare myself, and know that I had wings to fly, or I could stand there scared and hoping, and hope to pray to God that no one would push me off unexpectedly, and then I wouldn't have any idea of what I was doing. You guys understand what I'm saying? So I chose to stand on that ledge and look out amongst just pure uncertainty and say, well, here's what I do know. I know God didn't make no joke, and I know that there's no way I'm going to do anything to kill myself, right? And when I say kill myself, I mean in terms of doing intentional harm, so much. But I knew that if I jumped off that ledge, my body would automatically go into some type of mechanism that will allow me to stay alive, right? Financially, mentally, of course, physically, emotionally, spiritually, all of that. I knew that I would stay alive if I would just jump off the ledge. And I realized that I had wings on my way down.

I need that.

That was my thing. If I could triple where I was at, I would be a happy camper.

And then there was this thing that would happen on Monday nights.

You know, when they came into this.

Company. He took everyone by surprise, and I'm so thankful for that because maybe I had gotten complacent.

How many of you have read it than when I said, how many of you guys want success fast since I said, I said that you don't really believe it.

I know I saw Nicole was in a thread and we both it was almost magical.

So we get on this call and we talk for two hours and we shared stories and we did all these different things.

Two hours. Once a week to hear the top earners in this company share with you and mentor you directly and give you everything that you need to be successful, I promise you, you will speed up your results.

I promise you, you will speed them up because if you have garbage in, you have what out. So if you're not putting in the good stuff, then clearly you can't blow it.

You got me? Okay. The author is Carnelian Sage. Carnelian Sage.

S-A-G-E. You have to go to the website to get it. Like, I don't think it's like in any bookstores. The greatest manifestation principle in the world. Google it.

The next book is the 50th law. Right? I love this book. Love it.

50 Cent co-authored this book with Robert Greene, who wrote the book, 48 Laws of Power, right? So the 50th law kind of goes with 50 Cent. You know, you guys get it?

This book is the other principle that you need to have. Robert Greene and 50 Cent. It sounds weird saying 50 Cent.

And I will tell you just right here on the back. I'll give you a clue. Down here, because this is it in Latin. This is it here. So you've got one principle here.

And you've got the other principle here. And I'm telling you. I am telling you. If you will simply internalize these two principles.

Bring them together. Put them here. And walk forward towards your vision. Listen to the Empower Hour calls. Make sure your team is on the Empower Hour calls.

We'll be back starting at 1. 32.
