This is Spinal CQ and Cassandra Lee and together we are The Power Couple. Man, welcome to this inner circle audio. I had to put my radio voice on there. Inner circle. This inner circle audio.

Welcome guys, welcome. We're so excited that you're here, man. To be honest with you, man, we're always looking forward to talking to you, man. Yeah, man. We love you guys, man.

Yeah, yeah. So what are we going to be talking about today, baby? This is a freaking awesome audio. This is probably going to be one of my favorites. It's called The Common Thread of Success, right?

You know, one thing that my husband and I have noticed is that every successful person we talk to, and when we say successful person, it's just people who have what we want. Absolutely. People who have what we want. Yeah. So whether it's success in wealth, in finances, in career, whatever it is, right?

You know, we ask them questions and the one common thread that we consistently find is something called, what is it, baby? Whatever it takes. Man, whatever it takes. Whatever it takes, man. Whatever it takes.

Seriously, man. I have not met one person yet who has been successful conveniently. Exactly. You know? Who has reached their level of success by doing what's convenient.

Never. I haven't met anybody. I've met every single person who has this common thread and it's doing whatever it takes. Man, whatever it takes. Like nothing stopping them.

Whatever it takes, man. You just got to go out there and do it. You just got to win, man. No matter what, right? So, you know, I want to share this quick conversation to kind of set the stage.

Set the tone. Yeah, go for it. For the rest of this audio, man. By the way, I hope everyone's having a great day. So, you might want to pay attention.

I don't know if you're driving and listening to this or you're doing your hair or you're cooking or whatever. You know, I want you to really pay attention to this. If you don't have time to write notes, make sure you re-listen to this audio to write these notes, okay? So, this is really powerful. I was having a conversation and the guy says to me, you know, how long do I have to, work my business to reach X amount of dollars in income?

Is, is two hours a week going to help? And I said, no. Well, well, what will work? Dude, you got to do whatever it takes. Well, what does whatever it takes entail?

This is what he said to me. And I said to him, dude, I cannot define what, whatever it takes. I cannot define what, whatever it takes. I cannot define what, whatever it takes. I cannot define what, whatever it takes means for you.

But I can tell you what, whatever it takes means to me. Because when I have a goal, I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Some of you guys say, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, I'm willing to do whatever it takes like this guy. But you put conditions to whatever it takes.

And I want to let you know that is not whatever it takes. That's, I'm going to do everything except, I'm going to do only this. This, this, this, and this. No, whatever it takes has no limitation to what you're going to do. Obviously, you know, keeping it ethical and legal, right?

Obviously that. That's the only limitation on whatever it takes. But I'm talking about in action, in motivation, in speed, in time. It's literally whatever it takes. So, is there a right way of doing whatever it takes, a wrong way of doing whatever it takes?

Man, you define it. Let's talk about this common thread, baby. Let's talk about it, man. Whatever it takes, man. Let's talk about it.

You have to be willing to do whatever it takes, man, in business, man. And you know, what's most importantly, you got to be willing to do whatever it takes to live the dreams that you want to live, right? Be able to provide for your family and just do the things that you want to do in life, right? You have to be willing 100% to do whatever it takes, right? And you see, sometimes, sometimes, you know, sometimes things have to either be taken away from us completely for us to kind of wait.

We wake up or we kind of, you know, something bad needs to happen in our life for us to just kind of jumpstart this whatever it takes. This is a switch, man. This is a switch. The same way you turn on your light and the same way you turn it off, it's a switch, right? And some of you guys, number one, have not realized that you have a switch there to turn on.

And some of you guys have noticed a switch, but you guys are not willing to turn it on, right? Because you'd rather just kind of lay in bed, okay? And you'd rather just, you know, I'm cool. I'm cool, right? Right?

Right? Let me tell you something, right? Any, look, the cool stuff happens outside the norm, okay? That's where the cool stuff happens, right? That's where the cool and great and amazing things happen.

And it's only going to happen when you turn on that switch and you do whatever it takes, right? Let me give you an example, right? I remember when I was younger, I got in trouble with the law for some petty theft and I did 90 days in jail. Okay? I did 90 days in jail, okay?

And it completely changed my life, or at least I thought it did, right? But I'm sharing this with you because I want to really illustrate a point so you guys can fully understand, right? While I was there, right, everything was completely taken away from me. My freedom was taken away from me, what I wanted to do. You know, I had very limited opportunities.

So every time I saw an opportunity, I had to take it. I had to capitalize on it, right? And I started to realize while I was in there that I had taken so many things for granted, so many resources, right? So many opportunities that I had to really make something out of myself, right? And sometimes, right?

Right? Right? Take something like that to that extremity, or something to be taken away from us to realize that the opportunity is there, the resources are there, but we're just not willing to turn on the switch, right? And the moment I was there for 90 days, I took advantage of every opportunity. And one of the opportunities that they gave me was that I had the ability to somehow, I forgot what it was called, but I can actually work and then come back, right?

Go to work and then come back. Well, you know what? I did that, okay? I was up at every day at five o'clock in the morning. My dad would pick me up from jail.

And then he would take me to work, okay? I would deliver furniture with him. And then he would bring me back, okay? I was doing that day in, day out. I was hungry.

I was not going to sleep. I was okay with it. And then I'm realizing and I'm saying to myself, man, I remember, I'm sorry, I remember when I remember when I wasn't even willing to do this, man. I remember when I was, I didn't want to do this. I thought it was too much work.

And now all of a sudden, now all of a sudden, right? I'm taking advantage of this opportunity. You have to look at your life that way, right? You have to be willing to do whatever it takes, right? I mean, think about it.

If you got locked up right now and you did, you know, three, four, five, let's say 20 years, okay? 20 years, okay? You come out of there, how do you think you're going to handle life? How do you think you're going to go after life? You just got 20 years of your life taken away and you did absolutely nothing behind bars, okay?

You're coming out of there, you're going to have massive urgency, aren't you, right? Because now you know that you're behind. Now you know that you don't have a lot of time left to make something out of yourself, right? And until the levels of urgency, the levels... Level of urgency in your life is that high, you're never going to go out there and do whatever it takes.

And then my next question is, what needs to happen in your life for the switch to be turned on, okay? What needs to happen, okay? Because some of you guys are literally one paycheck away from just completely your whole life, your whole family just collapsing. And you're comfortable, you're okay with it. Some of you guys, some of you guys are so comfortable, so comfortable that honestly, okay, you really don't have a lot of time left.

You really don't have a lot of time left before something happens, right? But why wait for something to happen? Why not just take action now? Why not just do it now? Why not just decide?

Look, we're doing this audio for... We got asked to do this audio, okay? And when we got the permission, when we got picked to do one of the Inner Circle audios, guys, we got excited, didn't we? Heck yeah, man. And what did we say?

Did we say, man, let's just shoot one audio? What did we say? No, man, we're going to go for 10. Dude, we're going to go for 10 because first of all, we're pretty sure that other leaders got the same email. We said, dude, one of them is bound to stick.

And then all of a sudden, all of them started to stick. And then all of a sudden, they wanted us to keep pumping more audios. And we're like, dude, we're going to do it. We're going to do it. Man, we love doing this.

But why? Look, listen, while people are just doing one, we're deciding to do 10. Why is that, baby? Because it's whatever it takes, man. Look, man, when you're trying to reach a goal, when you're trying to reach a level of success that you've always envisioned for your life, you know you're going to do it.

Never settle for the minimum of what's required. Never. Never, never, never, never. The common thread of success is always doing above and beyond what's convenient. Yes, yes, yes.

And this is what a lot of people don't understand. Well, you know, I have a family arrangement to go to. Come on, man. Well, the successful person who knows about whatever it takes says, OK, I will be at the family arrangement, but I will still meet my quota for this month. I will still meet my quota for this month.

Some time effective. Whatever it takes is waiting at the bank when there's a long line and still using the time at the bank waiting to do something effective, making some calls, writing a book, recording an audio in front of everyone. Great point. Whatever it takes is just going above and beyond what's convenient. You know, a lot of people just accept the circumstances at hand.

They accept the moment for what it is. They accept, man, like for example, man. God forbid, but let's say I was sick, right, in a hospital or something. Some people accept it. They just sit there, well, I'm sick.

I can't work. I can't do anything. Man, whatever it takes is while I'm there, let me do something effective with my time. Whatever it takes. Whatever it takes, right?

It's the people who say, well, it's Thanksgiving. You know, there's no work required here. No, it's saying, let me do something effective during Thanksgiving without minimizing my family time, but still being effective towards where I need to go. Exactly. Exactly.

It's the people who say, you know what? From this day to this day, I'm going to go nonstop. I'm going to go nuts, man. I'm going to go crazy. Until I hit my goal, right?

I'm going to persist until I succeed, right? That's what whatever it takes absolutely means, man. It's doing above and beyond what is convenient. Absolutely. Look, listen, we went to Cancun for my wife's birthday, and obviously it was kind of like both.

It was like a good birthday present for both of us, but most importantly, we also decided to invest into our education. At the same time. At the same time. The same way you're doing, the same way you're listening to this inner circle, right? You're investing into your education.

You're investing into putting good stuff in your mind, right? And taking out the old gunk, right? The old trash, the old garbage, and replacing it with fresh information. Things that are actually going to serve you. Yeah, things that are going to serve you.

Things that are supportive to your future. And while we were out there, we got to hang out with a multimillionaire, okay? And while we were hanging out with Mr. Grant Cardone, some of you guys know who I'm talking about, okay? We were just like flies on the wall, man.

We wanted to know everything that we needed to know in order for us to just get to the next level, right? And we actually got to be on his show for a couple of minutes, and one of the questions that me and my wife asked him was, hey, look, listen, man, what would be the best advice that you'd give somebody my age, somebody around their 20s, okay, what they need to do to hit a billion dollars? What would be the five top things that you'd give them, right? And he answered, he said, look, listen, there is no top five things. Look, there's...

I'm going to tell you one thing, and it's one thing only. Look, listen. Look, first of all, it's such a... He said, first of all, it's such an astronomical number, okay, that for you to be thinking that way, right, you're bound to hit it, because it's great that you're thinking like that out of the gate. So the reason why I'm sharing that with you guys is because some of you guys have set small goals.

How much do you want to make per month? Some of you guys are saying a couple of thousand dollars. Man, I can get by with a couple of hundred dollars. Look, don't cut yourself small. Look, if there's plenty for you to go...

Is there... Is there... If there's plenty out there for you, why not just take the whole thing for your family, right? Just go for it. Look, your family depends on it, right?

It's the least you can do for your family, okay? There is no shortage in money or supplies. Look, listen. They print money every single day, okay? Every single day.

There's no shortage. The only shortage is in our minds by our limiting beliefs that make us think that there's not a lot of money out there for everyone. Right. There is. There is.

I've written a book that if money was distributed to every... Every single person, everyone would be at least at a billion dollars net worth. Seriously. Okay? Plenty of money.

Man, you're worth it. You're worth doing whatever it takes, dude. Exactly, right? You guys need to get over this mentality of, oh, you know, I don't know if it's going to work. You know, you got to just do whatever it takes.

You're the only person that determines the success or failure of your life. Exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, do you want to be in the same place a year from now? If the answer is no, then do whatever it takes.

Yeah, exactly. You do whatever it takes. See, some of you are just not willing to do whatever it takes because you're putting other things as a priority over your success, like where you are right now. Oh, but I have to take care of this. Dude, it's going to cost you.

Oh, but I have this. No, no, no. You don't have to take care of anything other than your success. Dude, not doing whatever it takes is costing you how much money? How much has it cost you up to this point?

You're hurting yourself more and your family more by thinking that you need to take care of whatever is now rather than the future. The success at hand, right? I mean, oh my goodness. You know, that whole topic is a whole nother audio, which we're probably going to do. Yeah, absolutely.

But let me get back to whatever it takes, guys. Man, you need to get over this mental block of, well, that's too much. No, whatever it takes, there's no limit to too much. It can never be too much. What's the thing you say, baby?

You've never seen anybody get penalized for doing too much. Look, listen. Say your little thing. You never get punished for taking massive quantities of action, right? You will always get in trouble for taking little action, okay?

This is what Grant Cardone says, right? No, it's so true, though. I read it in one of his books, okay? And you should just go ahead and look him up because, I mean, it's great content, right? It gives you good business wisdom, right?

But look, listen. When I was talking to Mr. Grant Cardone, right, has a portfolio of over $350 million just in real estate, okay? Not to mention his other streams of income. I said, dude, what do I need to do, man?

What do I need to do? And he says, look, listen. Forget about five things. You only need to do one thing, okay? I'd just be talking about it.

I'd be writing about it. I would remove all negativity. Anyone who doesn't believe in you, anyone who doubts you, anyone who's going to tell you to settle for less, just get rid of them and just continue to keep thinking about it. Because here's what he said. He said, man, if you took a billion dollars today out of the economy, no one would even know.

No one would throw a party. It's not like it would be an earthquake. It wouldn't shake anyone's house. No one would know you just sucked a billion dollars out of the economy. Because a billion dollars is not a lot of money.

He said that. He said a billion dollars is not a lot of money. Some of you guys are still playing small. Some of you guys sent a couple hundred dollars, man. Look, listen.

Whatever it takes means, look, just go out. Go for it. Just do it. Look, you guys got to separate yourselves from you and the outcome, okay? Some of you are so focused.

Some of you are so focused on seeing a significant result in your first two weeks, in your first day, in your first month, right? Hey, that's awesome, but detach yourself from the outcome, man. If you see the result, that's a bonus. That's a bonus, right? You have to just go for the productivity.

You got to increase productivity, and that should be what your focus should be on. Your focus should be, did I do whatever it takes? Did I do everything in my power to take massive quantities of action in this one day? That should be your focus every single day. Every single day.

It shouldn't be, oh, but did I reach a million yet? Oh, but no. That's going to come because you're taking quantities of action. If you put all of your focus on the quantities of action consistently every single day, doing whatever it takes, the results are going to come. Results of that is a bonus.

That's the cherry on top, but if you put all of your focus on just the action, that's where it needs to be. Some of you are like, man, but I did X, Y, and Z, and I still didn't get the result I was looking for, right? You start putting this baby voice on. You start crying about things, and it's like, but dude, it's probably not there because you still haven't done whatever it takes. Focus on doing whatever it takes, and you'll find that all the stuff you're looking for is actually looking for you.

Focus on doing whatever it takes. Because you're doing whatever it takes. Do you understand what I'm saying? This is the mentality you need to have. Stop focusing on what the person left and right of you has.

Start focusing on what you need to do to get what you want. Dude, if you pick up any biography from anyone who's successful, you will see that they were probably one of the most unreasonable people, okay? You look at Thomas Edison, okay? He tried 10,000 times. See, the right?

Temporary defeat until he figured it out, right? Until he finally invented the light bulb. Is that it? Is that it, right? Or something like that, right?

Maybe I'm messing this up, right? But hey, Thomas Edison, right? That is unreasonable, right? Some of you guys are giving up on the first shot. Some of you guys are getting in here and saying, okay, let me get my refund, man.

Look, listen. Dude, you got to be unreasonable, man. You got to be completely 100% unreasonable, right? You look at Henry Ford. Guy was completely unreasonable, okay?

He was thinking about creating a car when everyone was stuck on horses, okay? You look at the Wright brothers, okay? Completely. Completely, 100% unreasonable, okay? They had the trains.

They had the cars, right? The brothers, these two brothers wanted to have a machine that flies, right? Completely unreasonable, right? I can continue to keep naming more and more people, right? And those people were just completely 100% unreasonable.

I mean, you look at Steve Jobs, right? The founder of Apple, right? Completely unreasonable, right? 100% unreasonable. Look, guys.

Everyone who succeed in business, the common thread is that they're unreasonable people because they do whatever it takes. Let me tell you something. So, if there's anything that you can get out of today's audio is that if you want to have the success that you see a lot of others have, the people you look up to, the only thing you need to do, and I mean the only thing. There's no secret. There's no strategy to it.

It's literally the only thing you need to do is whatever it takes. Whatever it takes. That's it, man. Look, how many things throughout your day are you doing? That are unreasonable?

Are you waking up early, right? Are you getting your studies on, right? Like, seriously. Like, right before you go to work? This is literally- Are you coming back from work and working again?

Are you being unreasonable? Look, this is literally the answer to the success that is waiting for you. Like, if you are where you are and success is over there and there's a bridge to get there, that bridge is called whatever it takes. Look, listen, guys. Like, this will literally separate the people who are going to be successful.

They're going to be where they are for the next few years or the people who are actually going to get to the level that they want and then some. This one audio will separate the successors from the failures. This right here. This right here. Absolutely.

It's whatever it takes, man. You just got the answer you need to succeed, man. That rhymed and I didn't even mean to make it rhyme. Check this out, guys. Before we leave, right?

I want you guys to imagine that we're all in the race, okay? Every single one in this world, okay? Just imagine that we're in the Olympics, okay? And you know how the people who run the race is kind of like they first kneel down, they have their foot, the gun comes out and then it pops, right? And then they kind of start running, right?

Here's the deal, right? Here's the deal, guys, okay? The gun has been shot, pow, okay? And only three people are actually moving. Exactly.

Everyone else is still knelt down, okay, looking at the floor, okay? It does not take, right, a lot of ... It does not ... Look, listen. Getting into the race, okay, and actually placing in the race is not very difficult at all because 97% of people have not ...

They've heard the gun go off and they're still not running and they've completely disqualified themselves from the race. Look, listen. All you got to do is just do whatever it takes and you'll be ... You'll place, trust me. You'll have a place.

You'll have first, second, or third place. Trust me, it's not hard to get into any of those places. Whatever it takes, baby. Whatever it takes, baby.
