Practicality dictates that everyone's results will vary as we are all unique and different. Basically, it takes hard work to make a substantial income in this business, and some people will make no money at all. The earnings of an Empower Network affiliate will be 100% dependent upon their skills, work effort, commitment, leadership capabilities, and market conditions. Common sense would suggest that in most opportunities, one would find exceptional individuals performing well above average, while others perform under the average. Empower Network does not guarantee any level of income or your success.

Hey guys, Tony Rush here, and welcome to the Empower Hour call for Monday night, October the 14th. And we got started just a couple minutes late, had a little bit of a technical issue, mostly because, well, let me just be honest. Can I be honest? Can I?
Can I just be honest? Evidently, you don't have to be very technically minded to make a lot of money in the Empower Network, because it seems like I just couldn't get my dyslexia under control, and I may, I'm not admitting, but I may have entered the host code incorrectly on this line. I'm not saying that's what happened. I'm saying it's possible. It's possible.
I could have done that. But nonetheless, we're here now, so why are we still talking about it? All right. Hey, guys. Welcome to the call.
Great to have you. My name is Tony Rush, and I am dialing in tonight from my home office in beautiful Dothan, Alabama, and I have to be here tonight. David Wood and David Sharp, if you have not been keeping, unless you have been under a rock for the last few days, you know why David Wood and David Sharp were not able to attend tonight. If you don't know about this, let me encourage you to go over to blogbeast.com, right now, and go ahead and pause that video. You don't have to watch it right now because we've got some really important information to give you tonight.
But you need to get up to speed because we planned this new launch of the BlogBeast platform, 2.0. It's coming out Friday, this Friday, the 18th, and apparently has picked some people off. As you can see from the first video, it looks like the blog is going to be up. The Guru Syndicate has kidnapped our lead programmer, Casey. And then on top of that, it appears that David Wood and David Sharp have gotten themselves into a little bit of a jam today.
So, wow, a lot going on. And again, if you haven't seen the second video that went live today, I encourage you to watch that as soon as we finish this call. And those of you who have watched it, of course. I understand why Dave and Dave shouldn't be here. They are currently in a very tiny room surrounded by 10 inches of concrete, and some explosions apparently are going off if they don't get enough comments.
So, if you haven't commented on the latest video, be sure to go over and type in a comment there. And also, we need 20 people to shoot videos about how incredible the BlogBeast is. All right. So, a little tongue-in-cheek there. Simple because this launch has gone already amazingly well.
The numbers are absolutely staggering of people who are not just watching the video, but sharing it. And I think that's what's exciting, is the number of people who are not even Empower Network affiliates, and yet they are sharing your video with their friends. Hang on one second. I'm going to switch phones real quick. Hang on one moment.
Okay. Let's see now if that sounds a little bit better. Mark Kosio, if you would, send me back a Skype message real quick, and tell me if that sounds a little bit better than what you were hearing just a moment ago, or an iMessage. So, anyway, we're happy you guys are here. And the launch, by the way, is absolutely amazing.
What I was saying there just a moment ago was that we've got prospects. We've got prospects that are sharing your videos with their friends, which is exciting to be part of a viral campaign. Let's see. Let me double-check here a couple of things, make sure. Yeah.
All right. So, my signal's a little bit better apparently now. So, hey, thank you. If somebody, if my line gets a little bit flaky, somebody let me know. So, here's what I want to talk about to you tonight.
I've got some guests I want to bring out. But the other thing is I want to... I want to kind of create the space for us to have a powerful conversation tonight. Oh, and by the way, we've got some guests that have kind of slipped in under the wire, and you guys are eavesdropping, and that's totally cool. We are happy to have our guests here tonight, even though right now you actually can't purchase the product that we're going to be talking about.
But I do encourage you to stay very close in touch with what's going on. Things are going to start moving very, very quickly throughout this week with new videos coming out. So, even though you can't actually buy anything from us at the moment as far as the blog beast, I encourage you to keep your ear to the ground so you know what's going on. But what I'd like to do is create the space here for you to take ownership of this launch in a way that maybe you haven't done yet. And so, here's what I mean by that.
The... There's an opportunity. There's an opportunity here, and I don't think it's necessarily intuitive. I think a lot of times people in network marketing or the home business industry, I think they sort of... They kind of take the position of, well, hey, my company's launching a new product, and they're excited about that.
And, you know, hey, oh, we've got a new product coming out, and, yeah, the company's launching this, and it's going to be great. But they don't take the same perspective as... They don't take the same powerful perspective, which is simply this. This is actually you launching a new product this week. And I've got a couple...
I've got some guests on the line I'm going to bring out to kind of give their perspective on this. But when I look at the people who are getting phenomenal results in this company or in any area of life, it's always the people who take 100% ownership of what's happening. So... And what I mean by that is... This idea of...
Let's imagine, say, Oprah Winfrey. When Oprah Winfrey was launching the Oprah Winfrey Network, her own TV channel, can you picture how Oprah was probably moving in her life that week? You know, instead of being sort of a passive bystander, instead of being, you know, in the passenger seat, and, you know, yes, my company is launching a new television network, and I'm going to have a show on it. Can you picture that Oprah Winfrey was very fully in the driver's seat, taking ownership of what was going on? And she was burning the midnight oil, and she was the one making the decisions, and she was the one, you know, projecting the results out.
You know, when Apple announced the iPad for the first time, or if you remember going back even further, if you remember the iPhone, when the iPhone came out, and it completely revolutionized what we think about in terms of smartphones. Can you picture how Steve Jobs was sort of moving in his life during that week? Not as a bystander, but as somebody who was, he himself was launching the iPhone. It wasn't Apple. I promise you that if we could get inside Steve Jobs' head, it would have been a conversation about how he was launching a new smartphone.
And when I look around at people like, say, Chuck Marshall or Lawrence Tam or any of the leaders here, who are really going after this launch, I see them moving as though it's actually they. And that's the way I move in my business. So I want to offer you an opportunity to really take some ownership of this launch. You know, we've got the second video just went live today. And I'll tell you what was interesting.
What was exciting to me is when I, you know, we just had our first regional, by the way. Anaheim, California was totally off the hook. And I'm sure that'll come up later in the call because we have at least one guest who was there and spoke at the event. So that'll come up as well. But in listening to people who came out of the event and listening to other affiliates here at Empower Network who are really on board with the launch and they're really focused on taking ownership of it, it's interesting to see how they move.
And I mean like scheduling things around the launch. You know, like, hey, I'm going to take my, like part-timers who said, you know, I'm going to take my lunch at 3 o'clock Eastern time so that way I can really spend an hour on Facebook doing some social media marketing. Or other people who said, you know, I'm going to go ahead and write my swipe copy. I'm going to write my email marketing stuff and go ahead and have that pre-written and schedule it to go out at 3.05 Eastern. And here's the thing.
None of this is hard. None of this is hard to do. This is easy stuff to do, right? Planning how you move around the day and things like that. But the fact that they did it is what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about people who they take ownership of it. I'm talking about people who are willing to rearrange their daily schedule to make sure that they're getting all the value that they possibly can during this launch. So, let me kind of see if I can give you a couple of examples of what I mean by this. And I think the best way to do that is to actually go all the way to the end of the process and let's look at results. Now, one of the things you'll notice about Empower Network when you dial it in tonight, whether you're a new affiliate or a long-time affiliate or perhaps you're a guest, you've already heard our disclaimer, okay?
And if you're listening to this on replay, you've already heard our disclaimer. So, I'm going to go ahead and just call attention to it again because I'm going to talk about some hard numbers in just a few minutes, okay? For just a little bit, I want to actually talk about money, okay? Just a straight, unapologetic conversation about how to make a bunch of money during this launch and how you can start moving in your business as though you are the Steve Jobs, right? As you are, I want you to own this like David would.
I want you to move this week in your business like David Sharp, okay? And the best way I know how to do that is to go ahead and get crystal clear on a goal. So, having already acknowledged that your results are going to be a reflection of your time and effort and energy and your level of commitment and none of these numbers are necessarily a guarantee of results, let's just look, having acknowledged all that, right? And if you continue listening, I'm going to assume you've signed off on that. But let's just look at what would happen if, say, let's just make up somebody.
Let's just say Sally. Let's go ahead and dress it up a little bit. Sally is a new affiliate. She's 42 years old. She lives in the Midwest.
And she's got two kids. Maybe a single mom. Whatever. Or Harold. Pick Harold if you'd like.
Harold's 57 years old and he lives in Zephyr Hills, Florida. Just to pick a place. Either one of these people. They didn't empower network. For two days, two weeks, two months, or two years.
You pick. But let's just say that either one of these folks decides that they're going to move with some serious focus this week. And they say, you know what? Let's say Sally's part-time. We'll make Harold a full-timer.
Let's say that Sally's working this part-time alongside her regular job. And let's just say that Sally's goal is to have 20 customers on Friday the 18th. You know, video number four goes live and the shopping cart is reopened. And for the first time, people are going to be able to purchase this amazing blog beast product that we've been developing for a year. And they're going to be able to do all kinds of wonderful things.
And if you've watched video number two, you've already got a sneak peek at that. You know, the ability to just shoot a video right there from their smartphone and instantly it's on the blog. The ability for anybody, no matter what your marketing, even if they're not affiliates, people who want to sell more skin care, or weight loss, or perhaps a pastor who wants to put, you know, Sunday sermons on the internet every week, or a church who wants to have a website, a nonprofit, a local children's theater, an insurance agent who wants to write articles about the top five things to avoid when looking for homeowners insurance. I mean, the blog beast is about content creation and publishing. It's not just about, you know, it's not just an affiliate program about making money from home.
The product here is usable, by anybody and everyone who wants to get content out on the internet. Now, let's just say that part-time, Sally says, well, I'd like to have 20 customers that come and buy that. I'm going to work my business this week and get a lot of prospects, and I'd love 20 people to come buy that Friday. Well, let me do a little math here. And we'll just kind of ignore the pass-up aspect of the pay plan just to keep the numbers simple.
Now, I want you to let that sink in for just a second because, you know, we hear stories about people like Lawrence Tam. He's got a million-dollar ring. He's made over a million dollars here in 23 months, I think, 22, 23 months. He's made over a million dollars. You know, Vic's made over a million dollars.
We've got a handful of people here, actually, who've made a lot of money. And we've got even more people who are on their way to getting a million-dollar ring, people like Justin and Dee and Tracy and just a lot of people. Didn't even know these people, and they were on stage and sharing their experience. So we talk about all this. Big dollars sometimes.
It's easy to lose sight of what is $500. You know, if Sally's working this thing part-time and 20 people come by the blog beast on Friday, a $500 day, you know, that's a car payment for a lot of people, isn't it? It's life-changing. It's more life-changing, I think, than sometimes we call attention to. That's a lot of people.
That's a lot of people. It wasn't there on the 17th. And suddenly on the 18th, because of sending out some e-mails and promoting the video, all of a sudden, wow, here's $500 in commissions that just came in. That's remarkable. Guys, that's, you know, one of the guests on the line tonight probably will address this a little bit, but let me tell you something.
That's a big deal. I promise you that's a big deal with somebody like Sally. And then, you know, if we want to kind of look at this, the pay plan is not the only product we have, the blog beast. Let's say, hypothetically, let's say Sally's an Inner Circle member, which means she's also instantly qualified, you know, to earn Inner Circle commissions. And that'll vary from person to person.
But, you know, if we just use a 50% number there, but Sally has 20 people by the blog platform, that's a $500 day. But you know what? She's going to have 10 of those people by the Inner Circle as well. And now it's a $1,500 day. And here's why I want to highlight this.
It's not to paint some picture of how easy it is to make money. Simple, simple perhaps. This is fairly simple business. But I do want to point out that how this pay plan is designed so that you can really be rewarded in an amazing way for what is arguably a very small amount of activity. Out of the millions of people who want to market on the Internet, Sally only needs 20 people to buy the blog beast on Friday.
And she can potentially have, she has a $500 day, certainly. And they have, they have a $1,500 day, depending on how many of those people upgrade to the Inner Circle. Oh, wait, Tony, hang on. You know, it's not really a $1,500 day. Because the blog beast is a monthly subscription.
And the Inner Circle is a monthly subscription. And then another one in December. Now, that's exciting. That's probably a perspective that would allow Sally to move in her business a little differently. See, I like playing with numbers.
I do this all the time. Jessica would tell you. I love to sit and just piddle with the numbers. I also make a lot of money here. Maybe, maybe one is connected to the other.
I don't know. Maybe, maybe the fact that I like to sit and play with the idea of like, what would happen if I had 100 new customers that came in? Or, well, you know, how many people would I have to bring in this week at this level for me to be able to take off and have a trip to London? Or whatever. I don't love that.
I do it all the time. And a lot of the top earners that I've talked to here are the same way. You know, if I go to Tracy Walker and say, hey, what's your goal? She doesn't have to think about it. She has a goal for Friday.
She knows here's how many brand new customers I want on Friday. And she's working her business this week to get enough leads into the funnel so that on the 18th, hitting her goal becomes much, much more likely. Now, I mentioned, let's say Harold's full-time. He's got a little more time to work his business. And, you know, he's got big goals.
And I won't spend a lot of time on Harold's example. But, you know, let's say that, I don't know, let's say Harold just wanted to do, say he wants to do 40 customers. I'm keeping the numbers fairly conservative this weekend, I mean, on this call. 40. Say if Harold decides he wants to do 40 customers on Friday.
Well, all you got to do is just double Sally's numbers. And if he's an Inner Circle member and half those people upgrade to Inner Circle, well, he's picked up another $2,000, hasn't he? Get good at this. I encourage you as affiliates of the Power Network, if you're an affiliate, get a pencil and paper and play with the numbers. You know, and we can make up a third example and say somebody was really, I mean, aggressive.
They're like, you know, I want to make, I want 100 people buying the product on Friday. I don't know. I don't know who that would be. I don't know, I'm not saying that anybody has that goal. I think it's very doable.
Matter of fact, if somebody was all in and we're just extrapolating and hypothesizing here, you know, if somebody had, you know, I don't want the numbers to be too big. Let me go back to just Sally's part-time example. You know, Sally had 20 basics and half of them bought Inner Circle. Well, what if five of them decided to go ahead and get to Costa Rica? There's another $2,500.
And if three of those people bought the 15K formula, there's another three grand. Can you see how the numbers just, the numbers just seem to just take on a life of their own? And here's why, you might say, well, Tony, you know, why are you taking us through these numerical examples? Well, for one thing, it's because it's easy math. A third grader could figure this stuff up.
And yet, I think sometimes people, no matter how much we talk about it, I think sometimes people lose sight of the fact that you can never consistently outperform your own self-image. Maxwell Maltz taught that. You can never successfully and long-term, you can never continuously outperform your own self-image. What does that mean? Well, in this context, what it means is I encourage you to get crystal clear about what you want to be worth in your business and what you want to be worth in this launch.
You know, if you'd like 50 customers to come in the door on Friday and become new customers of yours, you know what, that's a nice $4,000 day. And that's not hype. But what if somebody were to put the blinders on, you know, put their head down, put the blinders on, tell their spouse, hey, honey, look, I am head down and blinders on. I'm going to have the bedroom door closed here to the spare of the office. If you could just shove some sandwiches under the door to me about twice a day, I am shooting videos and writing blogs and I am marketing and I've got a goal.
I want 30 customers on Friday or 40 customers or 60, whatever the number is for you. It's not my place to tell you what your number should be, but it is your place to know what your number should be. But, you know, somebody that says they want to do 40 customers, well, you know, now all of a sudden maybe they're paying off a car payment and their rent. Or maybe they're paying a house payment every month because it's residual, right? You know, maybe if you look at some of the higher, the higher commissions that come from some of our other upgrade products, you can see people actually starting to chart a course.
There are a couple of other things that you can touch here and say, come Friday the 18th, I want to have worked this blog launch in a way that's going to bring in $10,000. And that's what I'm going to use to leverage myself out of a job. I'm going to use this launch and all this excitement and enthusiasm, all the infrastructure provided by David & David. This is the shoe horn that I'm using to get myself out finally create the kind of results consistently, use it as a springboard to jump into a new life. I go on and on, but I've got some guests out here.
This is what's near and dear to my heart. This is why I'm writing swipe copy every day and giving it away. This is why I'm out on Facebook and social network talking about it. This is why I'm hanging out with my team, doing calls like this one. I'm sure we'll have other hangouts this week where you'll be able to look over our shoulders and get more ideas of what to do, how to move, how to market, what to say.
But here's the thing, guys. If you're not going to play big in your business right now, when would you start? And I know a lot of you are playing big, and you do have big numbers in mind. You do have a vision for what's going to happen during this launch and throughout the rest of the year. So if you're brand new, though, I want to encourage you right now.
Do not... Do not let being brand new make you feel like you're a bystander. I want you to jump in with both feet and start moving today in this launch just like you've been here since January. And if you will do that, I promise you can get some incredible results here as we move toward the 18th of the month and unlock this shopping cart. So I've got a couple of guests, and I'm sure something I've said, I feel one of them pacing right now.
Let me go ahead and bring this gentleman out. I mentioned him a few minutes ago, and I'd love to hear him talk about this, because we were on a hangout together twice last week, and I'd love to hear him talk about possibilities. So anyway, he's one of the million-dollar earners here in Empower Network. He's got a beautiful millionaire ring to go with it, and he's all the way from Houston, Texas. Mr.
Lawrence Tam, are you on the line with me, brother? Hello, hello. Can you hear me? Tony, can you hear me? Are you there, Lawrence?
Hello, hello, hello. There you are. Come on out. Come on out, brother. That was my fault.
Come on out. Thank you. Thank you. How'd you know I was pacing? I know you.
Hello, my name is Lawrence Tam. Thank you for having me on. And just to springboard off of what Tony said, this is your lunch. This is something that's special sauce. Like, when you go to the Mexican restaurant here in Texas, Tex-Mex, not really Mexican, Tex-Mex, and you're having some enchiladas or maybe some spicy nachos, and you're having some spicy nachos, and you want the special sauce.
You know, I don't want the normal sauce. I want the special sauce. Or you drive down to where my part of town is, where Chinatown is, and instead of grabbing a Tabasco or a Cholula, you grab for the sriracha sauce. You know, the big red bottle with the rooster on it, with the green top. You want the special sauce.
The special sauce for making money in bunches, well, this is in launches. I get that kind of rhyme. It's in launches. Because you... You get to...
It's kind of like, for those of you, maybe I'm digging myself, or maybe I'm nerding myself into a category, but some of you who used to play Street Fighter, right? In Street Fighter, when you're like Ryu or Ken, you shoot a fireball, it has to build up to it. Like, there's a pause. There's a moment. There's a quiet in the storm.
You need to pause when marketing that the way we are doing it in Power Network, with the way the blog beast is set up. You pause, closing the carts, allowing people to digest the vast amount of value. I mean, did y'all see that PDF? I looked at that PDF and I go, we should have sold that PDF. We should have been selling that PDF, like, everywhere and making money.
Now, if that PDF was... That was just a PDF. Not even the video. The video was hilarious. I loved it.
I am going to... I'm going to physically sit down. I didn't get a chance to watch the second video that was launched recently because I was, you know, working on my lunch. I was working on my lunch. And then the second one came and I was like, oh, man, I don't want to watch it without my wife.
My wife was taking the kids around town and taking them to Chinese school and all that. And I was like, well, you know, they'll get back after dinner and then once we have dinner, we'll sit down and when the kids are in bed, we'll watch it together. Like a whole, you know, date night watching video two while I'm taking notes. Because the best way I've learned, okay, the best way I've learned is when the learning isn't forced on you. There's a reason why when you have a speeding ticket and you go to a defensive driving course and there's comedy defensive driving classes.
Why is that? Everyone knows defensive driving courses are a bore. They're boring. But if you laugh, time starts to fly, and before you know it, you actually learned something. You learned something.
That's the way you do it. Just like my dog. He's older. We had to give him medicine. And the way you get a medicine, you shove the medicine inside the food he likes to eat.
Now, sometimes they'll dig it out, but if you're consistent enough, you'll actually eat it. So what we're doing is educating you through humor, through visual cues, through just entertainment, showing you through this launch, put your credit cards away. Let us just teach you something. And with this launch, due to the way Empower actually pays you, it's like having your own launch, getting paid massive chunks of commissions, right? Like myself, being able to retire from engineering due to Empower Network.
Now, income disclaimer, I don't know what you're capable of doing, but the first launch of Empower Network, I have never made that much money in my life in engineering or affiliate marketing. I have never made that much money in my life in engineering or affiliate marketing. I have never made that much money in my life in engineering or affiliate marketing. I kind of like to envision it as Black Friday. Back during the time when I was pinching pennies and on a budget, well, I'm on a budget now, but a much tighter budget.
And so for us to buy a TV, it was always wait till Christmas. But we don't actually wait till Christmas. You wait till Black Friday. But you don't really wait till Black Friday. It's really a Thursday late, late night or Friday early morning, if that makes sense.
So you're in line at a Walmart or Target or Best Buy or Fry's or whatever your favorite electronic store is, and you're with the other crazy people at like 2 o'clock in the morning waiting in line, freezing your butt off, just so you can save $200 on a television. But when the doors open, there is a buying frenzy. There is a buying frenzy. How did they do that? Advertising.
Hey, come to our store. For five hours, we have a great deal. Come to our store. Exclusive color on this Nintendo DS. Come to our store.
We'll give you free water. No joke. Sam's Club, I remember, they were giving us free food, free chips. It's easy for them. Everything's in bulk.
They just wheeled it out. Everyone's snack. Had a good time. Everyone was happy. And when you're happy, you tend to buy more.
Isn't that pretty awesome? They have a smart manager, smart location. They did a great job. That's what we're in right now. Second video has been released.
I highly recommend you watch it to absorb it. Because just look at this. There is a critical situation right now. Casey is missing. Got to find him.
I am dying to find out what's going on. And it's kind of like it's on my TV, and it's T-vote. It's ready on the DVR. But I'm just ready to watch it. Which cool is, it's on demand.
I get to watch it when I want to watch it. And so I'm going to be doing that after this call. Thank you for having me out, Tony. I can't wait to meet you again and maybe take you out for a drink or something. Right on, brother.
I love that. I love it. What I love about having you on the call, Lawrence, is that you always come out with just the most unexpected analogies. Were you just talking about Street Fighter? Yes.
Dude, see, somebody asked me the other day, they were like, hey, quick, name the top three things you love about Empower Network. And I was like, the support, the 100% commissions, and the authenticity. And the authenticity is what cracks me up the most. The things I get the most tickled at around here is stuff like that. Bringing out, here's a million-dollar earner.
I mean, I've been around a few over the years in different home businesses and stuff. So it's a first for everything, I guess. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome.
Well, thanks for being out here. And we've got a little bit of a parade here. We've got a handful of people who – and by the way, Lawrence, you're speaking in Dallas next week. Is that right? That is correct.
That is correct. Right on. So, listen, if you don't have your tickets to the Dallas event yet, get it. Whether it's plane, train, or automobile getting there, it doesn't matter. Do what you've got to do to get to one of the regionals.
Every report that I've had out of Anaheim this past week, is that it was absolutely transformational. I mean, there were people on stage speaking who they'd never heard of before. You know, for a long, long, long, long, long time. And the stage wouldn't be able to, we wouldn't be able to host an event where, you know, $100,000 earners, every $100,000 earner gets to speak on stage. It just wouldn't be efficient.
So, a lot of times, you know, you get to a big national event, you know, you see somebody like Aaron Raskin or Chuck Marshall or Lawrence Tan, because these are guys that are making a lot, a lot of money. And then you've got Tracy Walker as well and Justin and Dee and different ones. Nobody ever heard of them. And yet, there was like one after another after another. So, I encourage you, if you have not gotten your ticket to see, to the Dallas event, also next week, this weekend is Dallas and Washington, D.C.
Whatever one you're closest to, whatever one's easiest for you to get to, get to one of the events this week. And if you go to Dallas, then you also get a chance to hear Lawrence Tan live on stage, who you just heard from. So, very cool. Let me introduce you to one of the guys. We're talking about Anaheim.
Let me introduce you to one of the guys who I have just had tremendous feedback on. And he's no stranger to the stage. First time I ever heard him speak was in Austin, Texas. And just an amazing guy. This guy used to be, he probably won't tell a lot of his story tonight, so let me give you a little short bio.
He used to be a guy who worked in a trailer at a concrete factory, basically a concrete mill where they make concrete. And he was the guy that took orders for concrete and sent the concrete trucks out. And he just got the idea he could make money on the Internet. And he was working part-time on the Internet while sending out concrete trucks during the day. Had a little bit of success, scaled up.
One thing led to another. Next thing you know, he's a multiple six. He's a figure income earner here at Empower Network. And just a powerful speaker. And it's always a pleasure to see him at events and to be able to hang out with him.
And he's on the line. He just landed. I think Chuck Marshall, are you on the line with me? Yeah. Did I dial in correctly?
Anybody hear me? You sound better than we do. I don't know what's up with the bridge tonight. Everybody's a little fuzzy. But you sound clear as a bell.
Oh, awesome. Cool. I heard a little bit of feedback in my ear. So when you talk, you can sort of hear yourself talking back. But it looks like it went away.
So that won't mess me up for too much longer. Did you just land? Did you just walk in the door, right? Literally, yeah. When I got your message on Facebook, we were taxiing to the gate or whatever so we could get off the plane.
I had to go get my bags. And Christy came and picked me up. My wife from the airport, she came and picked me up. And yeah, I just got in and threw my bag up in my room. And came in my office and turned my computer on and just sat down and let everybody know I was here to be on the call.
Man, it was awesome over the weekend, Tony. I don't know how much you guys have covered so far tonight. But yeah, I just came back from the Anaheim event. And it was an awesome experience. Well, I think what we've been talking about, and by the way, thank you for your service.
I know there's a lot of people that know what you do publicly. But you do a lot behind the scenes. And that includes things like helping at the events and speaking and being part of the leadership council. So I appreciate all you do for all of our businesses. Oh, man, absolutely.
It's my pleasure. I love it, man. It's really cool. It's the first time I've been a part of anything like this. And so I'm more than happy to, man.
It's wonderful. Right on. Well, I think what we've been talking about is we were talking about how I talk a little bit about the pay plan and how this week is an opportunity, really, if somebody put their blinders on, head down, and really just focused on. We just kind of talked about how even if you had 20 customers that came in on Friday, the way this pay plan works is, that actually is life-changing for a lot of people. And some people are going to go for bigger numbers, like, say, 50 customers on Friday or 100 customers.
And we just kind of looked at what that means in terms of instant income as well as residual income. We can talk about that. But I'll be honest with you, if you want to, you're just coming in from Anaheim, I'd love to hear a little bit about the regional, too. So let's hear about whatever comes up for you. What's on your mind tonight?
Okay, cool. Yeah, well, I don't know. We were talking about the comp plan. I don't know if you probably hit on this. That's going to be next month in November.
I forget if there's 30. Oh, there is 31 days this month, obviously, for Halloween. So I think probably next month on 30 days from now, you're going to have that income again. And as we keep growing and making sales of the blog B's platform, you're going to have that every single day. I remember when I first got started in the Tony, and it was really cool.
After my first 30 days, I had income every single day. It was awesome, coming in every day and then growing. So that's one of the coolest things I like about that. And then now we're in a position to capitalize on this huge launch. And I've actually personally never helped launch anything like this.
So I'm learning a lot, too, as far as doing this. But I know that the opportunity that I have in front of me for my own personal business and everybody else, too, that's on the line and those who are going to the events, is with the precedence that we've set as Empower Network and the numbers that we've done as a company and how we've already changed the game, just with what we've already done in the past 23 months or so, it's going to be, you know, and we all know that, you know, that are on the line here. And, man, when I was telling people in Anaheim when I was on stage, it was like, well, you guys all know what time it is now, right? I mean, this is going to be a complete game changer for people's incomes and their businesses. I'm excited to, like, use the platform myself and, you know, be able to, you could even sell it to people with businesses.
I think that's awesome. I mean, like you, I heard you say before, Tony, like chiropractors, doctors, like florists, I mean, you know, people. People that own tanning salons and just, like, I mean, all sorts of stuff. They could totally use this platform, like, and it's super easy. And I think that's going to bring a whole other aspect, you know, a whole other, you know, market to this thing that we haven't even touched on yet, you know, not to mention, like, later on down the line, things are going to be in multiple languages.
And it's just a perfect, it's just a great time right now to take advantage of this. And I found, and I said this when I was speaking, too, I found a quote from Jim Rohn, which I just thought was the perfect timing for this right now. It's something that he said was, that, you know, we're all going to suffer from one of these two pains, right? Either it's going to be the weight of discipline or the weight of regret. The only difference is discipline weighs ounces and the regret is going to weigh tons.
So, you know, with this type of what we're doing right now, I would say if people don't definitely take advantage of it, it's, you know, that regret's going to weigh tons and it's going to cost a lot of money, you know. So I think it was, I thought that quote fit perfectly for the timing of what we're doing. And, you know, Yeah, I mean, also, guys, Anaheim was a blast. I mean, I know Tony and Lawrence, and I'm not sure who else is on the line, but you guys remember what it was like in Austin, like the first event we had, I mean, excuse me, in last June in Atlanta. And this regional was bigger than that.
And this was just, it was bigger than our first entire company event. And this regional had more people in attendance. And it was really cool because it was like an intimate feeling. And there was like, I heard you say just a few minutes ago, there was a lot of speakers across. It was a stage that nobody had heard from before, but these were people that definitely deserved to be there.
You know, and I know there's a lot of other folks in Empower who, you know, they're probably just like diamonds in the rough that haven't had, you know, that haven't come out yet and shined. And, you know, we had tons of people there on the stage that had never, that we had never heard before, at least at an Empower event. And it was amazing. And I were, the speakers, those of us who spoke, we went out to kind of a late dinner last night with Dave Wood. And I was sitting next to him and I was, he was telling me, he goes, you know, I think this is like the best event.
We've ever had. And I said, do you mean like ever out of like everything we've done? He goes, yeah. He goes, it was just like the energy of the room. And like, it was more intimate and, you know, the timing of it.
And I said, and I felt the same way. And I, you know, I felt extremely accomplished. I met a lot of cool new people that I hadn't met yet. And just, you know, people that are having breakthroughs and experiencing like those transformations. And so I felt like I was sitting in the airport today and at Orange County, just having a bite to eat.
Cause my flight got delayed for like an hour and a half, you know, so I was sitting there having a bite to eat. And I was just like, man, I was a really, it was an awesome weekend. I felt really good. And I mean, everybody who's going to the other three events they're in, you're in for a treat. It's awesome.
And I decided to like a day before I left to come to Anaheim that I wanted to be at the Orlando event too. So I, I'm, I actually got last minute. I booked a bunch of stuff, but I'm going to be down there at Orlando as well. And not this coming weekend, but the following and because it's, it's that good. I mean, it's, it's awesome.
I wanted to be a part of the, I wanted to be a part of the, you know, I was there for the beginning of, the first one. I want to be there for the, for that one too. And I just, yeah, I'm totally, it was totally awesome, Tony. It was, it was, it was, it was great, man. I'm still kind of, I was working, I'm working off like, I think I was getting about three or four hours of sleep every night, you know, so I'm probably going to sleep for about 15, 15 hours tonight or so.
But it was just, it was, it was a great time, man. It was, it was awesome. Everybody, you know, people who are going to Dallas and DC this weekend and Orlando coming up the weekend after that, you guys are in for something special. I don't even know if you can buy tickets, but if you're not, if you haven't, you don't have them and you can buy them, buy them because you definitely want to get there. It's, it's, it's incredible.
Right on. And I was laughing because I, you know, I'm, I felt the same way. It felt so weird. I'm speaking in Orlando at the Orlando event. Okay, cool.
It felt so weird though, for there to be, my company is putting on an event this weekend and I'm not there. And we did have a, our, our kids are all in theater and there was some homecoming stuff going on. So, it really wasn't, since I knew I was going to Orlando, I said, you know what? I'm not going to try to worry about making it at the Anaheim. You know what?
But dude, it felt so weird to miss it. I don't miss events. I just don't. And it felt so strange to not be there with you guys that I told Jessica, I said, I've got to be in DC. I've got to go to DC.
So I'm not speaking in DC. I'm just going. So I did the same thing you did for Orlando. I just got an airline ticket yesterday and I found, I felt like the one hotel, the hotel room that's left at the Hyatt Regency. Well, there may be a few more now, but anyway, when I booked it, it was like $199 a night or something.
I booked that and I can't wait because I, I hear all these stories coming out of Anaheim and I just, I would hate to miss seeing what people are experiencing at the, at DC or I could have went to Dallas, but I knew Lawrence was going to be there hogging the show. Yeah, no, I agree with you, Tony. Like it's, it's actually, if there was somehow some way that like there was a way for us to make it to all of them, but you know, since there's two of them this weekend, you really can't split it. Like you'd have to go for half a one, then catch a flight and go to the other. I mean, it'd be impossible really to do two, you know, to really either try to do both this weekend, but it was the same thing.
I was like, man, I mean, I, and I'm not speaking in Orlando either unless, I mean, unless they, I'd be happy to get up there if we needed to, but I think there's going to be plenty of rising stars and other folks that are going to, you know, it's their turn and their time to get up there and, you know, and tell their story and let everybody know what they've gone through or, you know, what they've accomplished to get to where they are now. but I just wanted to.
