Mindset Shifts That Break the Stuck Feeling in Network Marketing

David Wood opens by telling the members on his Google Hangout that the single biggest threat to their business isn’t the market, the funnel, or the sponsor. It’s the story they’re telling themselves about what they can’t do. “When you say that you can’t do something, the fact of the matter is that you can’t,” he says. “You’re programming your subconscious to tell yourself that you cannot do that, and what’s going to happen is you’re probably not going to be able to do it.”

He crossed out “I can’t” and wrote “I can” underneath it

David traces his own shift back to a 200 to 250 square foot studio in a small beach town, where he was making a couple thousand dollars a month part time. He used to tape pictures of his dreams on the walls, including a photo of a mansion he taped directly over his television so he’d stop watching TV. Years later he looked back and realized most of what was on that wall had become real. The mechanism, he says, wasn’t luck. It was a decision to stop being a complainer and start believing.

He gives the exercise directly: write down “I can’t” in big letters, cross it out, and underneath write “how can I?” with a question mark. Then underneath that, write “I can!” with an exclamation mark. That progression, from I can’t to how can I to I can, is what he says separates people who get stuck from people who don’t. He ties it to blame as well: “Stop blaming it on other people. Stop blaming it on your sponsor. Stop saying that, oh, I need to change teams… You’ve got it all right in front of you. You just need to step up and take massive action.”

He also offers a golf comparison for handling mistakes. If a shot doesn’t reach the green, he doesn’t get angry at himself standing over the ball. He erases it and focuses on the next shot, because carrying frustration forward wrecks the next shot and the putt after it. He argues the same applies in business: dwelling on what went wrong contaminates the next action.

Buying the plane ticket is the test of whether you’re actually in

David uses the group’s upcoming Chicago event as a live example of the mindset he’s describing. He asks the audience directly whether they have their ticket yet, and frames it as a diagnostic: “Are you really prepared for success? Are you ready for success?” His argument is that people who dip a toe in rather than committing will keep running into obstacles, because the same hesitation that stops them from buying a ticket will stop them everywhere else in the business. His instruction is to buy the ticket before knowing how the airfare or logistics will work out, on the theory that the decision itself opens up options that wouldn’t otherwise appear: “When you shut it off and you don’t even buy your ticket, no ideas and no options are going to come to you.”

On the practical side of “massive action,” he says it isn’t about working all day. Building the business part time meant about an hour a day, roughly ten hours a week at the outside, so he wrote out a list of the actual income producing activities and focused only on those every day.

Part time outearning someone working a hundred hours a week

Chris Record, on the panel while at a golf course, describes joining Empower Network in June and making $291,000 by the time of the call, working part time around a full-time job and two young kids. In the first 90 days of 2013 alone he did $150,000, with a best month of $62,000 and a best day of $22,000. David does the math live: on pace for roughly half a million dollars in his first full year, part time.

David contrasts this with a story from his own history in network marketing, describing a man he watched join a team in 2006 and grow it from a handful of people to roughly a quarter million, flying constantly, spending around $250,000 a year on travel, and running three-way calls from waking to sleeping for a year straight to make half a million dollars in his first twelve months. Chris Record, he points out, made comparable money working two hours a night.

David also tells the group that the ten people on the panel that night were each making at least $50,000 to $60,000 a month, several over $100,000 a month, and that everyone on the call was on track to make at least $600,000 in the next twelve months, which by his rough count put the group’s combined income somewhere around $15 to $20 million over that period, built by people with different budgets, different starting points, and different strategies.

Money became a by-product once the drive changed

Shakir, joining from London, describes being 21 and getting into a $20,000 wealth education opportunity, then spending two months trying to raise the money, including messaging strangers on Twitter asking for loans. One person wired him roughly $20,000. He brought the bank statement to his parents, and his father’s response was that he was now “part of a pyramid scam,” a line he repeated again after Shakir’s first $40,000 month, joking that his son was “at the top of the pyramid, taking everyone’s money.”

He also describes an earlier low point: borrowing around $6,000 to $7,500 from his uncle to run a radio ad that brought back only $25, then locking his bedroom door and hiding under the covers out of embarrassment. He says his first $45,000 month came in January 2010, after he stopped feeding himself disempowering stories and started conditioning his thinking through books and through being physically present at live events with people already earning the numbers he wanted. His framing of the underlying mechanism: “Money is a by-product of the value that you create in the marketplace,” and people who stay stuck are usually the ones without a deeper reason to help someone else beyond paying their own bills.

are you still part-time here? I actually don't even know. Yeah, I'm still part-time, but it doesn't look like I'll be part-time for long. Well, you know, that just is completely ridiculous, the amount of money that you've made part-time. I actually don't even check anymore, because I get kind of numb looking at it. I know how little time you have to work your business, but I'm going to mute myself out.

Chris, maybe you could just share a little bit about your background, your stories. I know you have to leave the fastest here, and how do you really just build a business with Empower part-time for all the members? And you know, you're going to be speaking as well in Chicago, and maybe you should just share some things that people could do to prepare to really profit from that event who are going, and of course, if they're not going, they could buy their tickets. It's floating along the right there for a reason. But I'll be right back in a couple minutes, brother. Appreciate you.

Yeah, yeah, no problem. I'll jump on out here. I'm pretty humbled to be in the… I guess I'm pretty humbled to be in the room with all these guys. I mean, everybody here is just rock stars. You know, we're talking about, you know, Dave doesn't even check my income.

Well, I'll tell you right now, my best month is probably Vic's normal day. So, and income. But, you know, look, I'm just having fun. You know, one, I guess if I were to sum up what I love most about Empower Network is that I've been in the industry for a while. This is the first business that I've really came across that allows you to actually build a business while having a life. You know, even right now, I'm out at the golf course.

David asked if I could jump on. I said, sure, you know. Just decided to pull the laptop out and jump on a hangout. You know, you really don't have to go and be someone you're not. You really don't have to go out there and, you know, go do all this crazy stuff. It works super long hours.

You could do this, like me, part time. So, everybody that's watching this right now is already a member. You get it, right? You get it. So I don't need to, like, preach to you about that. But that's just what I love about it.

What I love and what I'm passionate about is just, you know, the simplicity of it here. But one thing I wanted to talk about, a couple things I want to talk about. One is, I notice a lot of people in Facebook groups, on the web or whatever, they talk about getting stuck. You know, a lot of people are like, oh, I'm stuck here, I'm stuck there, you know, or, you know, I can't figure this out, please help me, or just any, I could go on for half an hour about all the things that I see out there. And I want to tell you something, I want to give you some mindset stuff right now to be able to change all that, because what's gonna happen is you've got your hands and one of the greatest vehicles out there. And if you get the wrong stuff going on in your head, this could actually end up really hurting your business.

A year from now, two years from now, you could look back and actually regret not capitalizing on this big, massive shift of fundamental shift in the way we're all marketing online, the way we're all automating our businesses. You're gonna look back and miss it. I don't wanna see that happen. So here's what I want you to focus right now. For some of you, maybe even take notes. But what I want you to do is I want you to focus on this.

It's all about the mindset that you're using. It's all about the mindset. When you say that you can't do something, the fact of the matter is that you can't. You're programming your subconscious to tell yourself that you cannot do that, you know, and what's going to happen is you're probably not going to be able to do it. But if you start telling yourself that you can do it, you know, I can do this, that's the fundamental shift. You know, I hear people all the time say, oh, I can't go all in because I don't have the money.

You don't understand my situation. Well, the truth of the matter is that you can go all in, you can find the money and And your situation is the exact reason you need to do it, right? And you deserve it. And you deserve it. You know, you got to look at yourself and go, I deserve to go all in. I will get the money.

I'm going to do it. I'm going to take massive action and just get it done. It's a different mindset. Really, your life didn't change in that pivotal moment, but what happened was you planted a seed in your mind that actually starts to change everything around you. Suddenly you start to believe things are possible that you never knew were possible before. where someone like me, I used to live in this little 200 square foot studio, maybe 250 square feet.

But I used to live in that little studio, and I was just making a couple thousand dollars a month part time in a little beach town. And what happened was one day, I woke up a few years later, one day I woke up and I looked back, and I don't even know how I used to live in that situation. Because while I was there, I used to put pictures of all my dreams on the walls. I even took a big thing of a big, massive mansion I wanted to live in, and I put it over the TV. I literally taped it up over my TV because I didn't want to watch TV anymore. And what happened, I look back and go, all those things that were on my wall are all a reality now.

Maybe not all of them, but most of them. Now I've got the ability to live wherever I want to live, to have a lifestyle, to be able to have wealth, to have a family now. Different things that years ago, there's a little echo, guys, years ago I just dreamed those things. And what happened was there was a shift in mindset. So the main thing that got me from that point to where I am now was just simply a shift in mindset where I started telling myself I can. I started believing.

I stopped making excuses and I stopped being a complainer instead of saying, oh man, I need help. No, you don't. You've got a world of information at your fingertips. You've got all this training at your fingertips. You've got everything you need to succeed. So stop blaming it on other people.

Stop blaming it on your sponsor. Stop saying that, oh, I need to change teams or whatever. There's nothing like that needs to happen. You know what? You've got it all right in front of you. You know what you need to do?

You just need to step up and take massive action. So start by changing your mindset. Start by changing it into somebody that makes a decision. In fact, make a decision right now. I'm no longer going to be a complainer on my team. I'm no longer going to sit here and be frustrated.

I'm no longer going to start seeing things from a negative perspective. Instead, I'm going to be a new person. I'm going to start seeing things positive. I'm going to start being a winner. I'm going to start believing in myself. I'm going to start being the person that says, I can do this.

I can do this. I can do this. What's going to happen is that foundation is going to set you up, and then the second thing that you need is an attitude of taking massive action. You know, one of the reasons I named my group Team Take Massive Action is just so we can just say it all the time. Just literally, it's fun to just say it all the time, take massive action. And because you're reaffirming that you're here to take massive action, when you change the foundation, all you need to do is act upon it, that's it.

That the rest will take care of itself. So every single day, you just take massive action. That doesn't mean you spend all day taking Massive Action. For me, being part-time, I had to take Massive Action in about an hour a day, about 10 hours a week, right? That was the max, okay? So I had to figure out how, in an hour, how I could take Massive Action.

And you know what that meant? That meant figuring out what the income-producing activities were and making a list of those and just focusing on those every single day. I literally wrote a list, okay, you want to do this right now or after this webinar, whatever. I literally wrote a list of the top income-producing activities that I could do, okay, and I focused on those. That was my main thing that I did every single day. Part-time, I've just been able to drift up, drift up, drift up.

I came to this business. I didn't have a big list. I had actually been out of the network marketing game for several years. I was more in the corporate world when I came into this. I had to relearn some skills again. You can look at it as being frustrating.

I love it. I could go out to the golf course right now and I I can go hit a ball, and it might not make it to the green. I'm not going to go over there and get frustrated. I'm not going to look down on it and be all pissed off at myself. I'm just going to go down there and then focus on the next shot. I'm just going to go down there and say, hey, you know what?

Erase that last shot out of my mind. Didn't do what I wanted it to do, but you know what? This next shot, if I still carry that negative attitude with me from the previous shot, then I'm going to mess up this next shot, too. And then I'm going to mess up the putt. You see, so just like golf, it's the same with you in business. If you get hung up on things that didn't go well, or things that you messed up or something you didn't understand, what's going to happen is that everything's going to be that way.

But instead, you just leave that behind you, go, hey, whatever happened before doesn't matter anymore. I'm going to focus on this next thing, and I'm going to focus with the mind of a champion. So that mindset, mixed with massive action, has been the key to really get me where I am. And I'm not saying you need to get where I am. There's people here on this webinar doing far, far, far, far better than I am. But it's what I have to share with you.

It's what I have today to be able to share with you. So let's take this and let's give some real world application right now, real world application. If you're watching right now, you're watching this webinar, you're excited, you don't know what's going to happen, but there's over a million dollars a month in income represented here by this group. So you're excited. But here's the thing, okay? Are you really prepared for success?

Are you ready for success? Let me quiz you. Do you have your ticket to Chicago right now? Do you have your ticket to Chicago? Because if you don't have your ticket to come to Chicago, are you really ready for success or are you just dipping your toes in the water? And how many successful people do you know and empower, or actually any business for that matter, that just simply dip their toes in the water?

That's not how you become successful. You become successful by diving in. You become successful by going, you know what, take the plunge, this is what I'm going to do and I'm going to succeed at this. So until you make that decision, how do you, you wonder why everything's not working. I'll tell you right now, if somebody is watching right now and you don't have your Chicago ticket right now or you don't think you can go to Chicago, well that's one of the reasons why you're going to find more and more obstacles. Next week, next month, you're going to run into an obstacle and you're going to be frustrated and you're going to feel stuck.

Well guess what? It all comes back to the foundation. The same way that you don't think you can make it to Chicago or you don't think you can afford it, that same level of thinking is going to be a roadblock to you, an obstacle to you your entire time in business. So here's my challenge to you. My challenge is instead of saying, I can't, learn to say, how can I? Write this down right now.

In fact, here's what I did when I wrote it down. I wrote down the word, I can't. I just wrote it down. I can't. Big letters right there. You know what?

I took the pen and just crossed it out a bunch. And underneath it I said, how can I? And put a question mark. Just that was what I started remembering to do that. But then I took it one step further. Underneath that I said in big letters, I can.

with an explanation mark. So you go from I can't, to how can I, to I can. And that transition in your own mind is going to be the same transition it's going to take for you to be a success, to be invited on a webinar like this here with the rest of the amazing team and leadership here with Empower Network. So that's my challenge to you. Right now, right now, let's see how good you are at taking Massive Action. Right now, do you have the guts?

Do you have the guts to make a decision? Do you have the guts? If you don't have your Chicago ticket, have some guts. for once in your life, say, I want this so bad, I'm going to do whatever it takes to make it there. And the first thing you want to do is click and buy the ticket. Because when you buy the ticket, you're confirming that you're ready for Chicago.

You may not know how you're going to get your airfare. Don't worry about it. Buy the ticket, which is going to set things in motion, where you're going to say, how can I? And now the universe will start presenting ideas and options to you. When you shut it off and you don't even buy your ticket, no ideas and no options are going to come to you. You're not even going to have those ideas.

So make a decision right now. Buy your Chicago ticket. Make a decision, you're going to come to Chicago. Make a decision, look at this panel here on this Hangout. Make a decision that you're going to get a picture with every single one of them. Make a decision that you're going to come, and you're going to come to this event in Chicago, and you're going to be lit up, and your whole entire life's going to be transformed to the point where we're asking you to come out on one of these Hangouts with us.

or to the point where you're out, enjoying your life. Enjoying your life. Having fun and making a difference in other people's lives. So that's really what I wanted to say. I don't want to take up any more time just because the panel is just phenomenal. So I want to pass it around, but David asked me to open it up.

So I don't know if I want to pass it back to David right now or if somebody else just wants to jump in and take over. But my finishing thoughts, man. Take massive action. Change your mindset. That's the recipe for success. Yeah, I just had to go around and invite a bunch of people and then get people to the right live stream page.

So we're good on that now. I just like you because you're brief. I can't say anything in four hours. And you can't say anything longer than 20 minutes. So it's a good thing. The fascinating thing is about this panel in particular here is we've got a huge amount of people making money with different backgrounds, doing things different ways.

If you look on the panel tonight, we've got Chris record, part-time, a legitimate part-time guy. And I actually just, we're in the members area, so it's not like we're recruiting you guys or anything. So I'm just going to go ahead and just check how much you've made in the Empower Network. You started in June, Chris? Yeah, June 1st. You started in June.

Hold on a second. So I'll go from June till now. And you legitimately are part-time. Like two hours a week or something like that? I started out an hour a day, then I bumped it up to about 10 hours a week. I just added a few extra hours a week.

Then lately though, in the past, and I'd say in 2013, I'm more like 15 to 20 hours a week. Some weeks less than others. I got two kids at home too, two really young kids at home. I hate to say it, but family is like that. I'd love to be here and tell everybody, man, empower, empower, empower. But I mean, I'm doing this for my family too.

So I love to spend that time with them as much as I can. But yeah, I try to get some work in. well that this is what i want to just kind of point out everybody here because i think this is fascinating to your part-time and i like it this is the first time i've actually had a team where part-time people are making money you know we always say like bill part-time uh… but you don't think that that happens you know you're like part-time you don't take part of the program was all day or like sending e-mails all day and you're legitimately part-time you can't and i know you can't because you've got wife you've got kids uh… and uh… And you've got a job.

You've got a job that's like 80 hours a week. And so you've part-time since June of last year, and again, not typical, folks, but you've made $291,000 here, I think. Yeah, $291,000 since June. I actually haven't checked since you got in, because I think you got in in June. But that's pretty ridiculous, actually. I just wanted to say that out loud.

I think you're averaging $1,560 or something like that. In 2013, the first 90 days, I did $150,000. So it's $50,000 a month now. My best month is $62,000. My best day is $22,000. So you're legitimately on track to make half million your first full year, part-time.

Yeah, let's do it. I just got to catch up to these other big names down there, like, you guys, if you're on this page, guys, if you're in Empower Network, I want you to realize something, OK? I'm going to take you back in time for a second. Then we're going to start passing this all around. We've got a huge amount of people here. And if any of you guys, by the way, need to go earlier tonight, just let me know.

That's why I'm bringing Chris out first, because he's actually going to take off in like 70 minutes or something. I started network marketing with a guy in 2006 who built the fastest, largest organization of old school I've ever seen somebody do. I saw him get involved, because I got involved in this team like, I think, five days after he got involved two levels down, put together a team of about 500 people in a month. And then that team of 500 people turned into like 40,000 people in the next few months. And then it was like he built it up to a quarter of a million people. And I saw him go from zero to, I saw him actually, I paid attention to about 100,000.

And then I stopped paying attention. But he was literally, at the time he had 60,000 people in his organization, he made a half million dollars in 12 months. it was like that a few months after his first twelve months or something like that uh… he'd be made like under a half million but then it was like it was like a six months in his first full year unit half million he was working and he this is a guy who is famous network mark i wasn't working a schedule he was working like always like flying all over the country spending two hundred fifty thousand year on travel uh… on three-way calls from the time he woke up to the time he went to bed doing meetings like constantly for literally a year straight and we've got a guy strain was doing the same thing who's not famous in network marketing uh… who is part-time who literally only has two hours a night earning as much as uh…

network marketing legend working over like a hundred hours a week i just think that's uh… when i think that in the past over what i experienced in my life in this industry i just want to point that out for everybody in the call who might think that's normal uh… so you're you rock brother glad to be here if you're in Chris Record team you guys gotta just get to chicago to meet up with them now now what i'm gonna do real quick is anybody on here i need to know so we can engaged time, does anybody in here need to go in a half an hour, an hour, in two hours? Anybody in here have more of a pressing time schedule than anybody else? No? Okay, cool.

We'll just talk then. Guys, what we want to do, and Chris, we'll bring you out a couple more times, just let me know before you're about to take off, what I want to do is I kind of want to pass the turnaround. We've got people who build the business in different ways, using different strategies, using different mindsets, who have different time schedules with different investment budgets, who started from different areas, who are all making, I believe everybody on this webinar here is over $50,000 a month at least. I think everybody here is over $60,000, but I'm not sure. And we've got several on here who are over $100,000 month. And we've got people here who started broke, we've got people here who started with money, and everybody here is on track this year to make at least $600,000 in the Power Network.

Everybody on the webinar. So if you think of that, we've got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, I think. But I might not count right. Ten people, this, if on the smaller end that would be like $5 million in income in the next 12 months, it's actually going probably be more like uh… more like that uh… fifteen million between this group that fifteen twenty million just this group or uh…

in the next twelve months in power just vastly different backgrounds, philosophies, skill sets uh… and we're all succeeding and i think that's fascinating it's a fascinating place to be because normally if you guys are in here and you guys are already in a power network so we want to give you just a philosophy base that you can use to succeed and to know that you're in the right place at the right time normally there's one kind of person and it's the full-time crack at it super and that's it you know i mean that's it so here we've got the start with part-time for a reason so since we're where we've been started with part-time okay uh… what i want to do is i want to pass the baton over to somebody else who's also kind of part-time uh… just a little bit of a different situation uh… secure i saw him pop out now should you are you in london or where the hell are you i i call you in your singapore and you're what uh… so i was you're in l a sponsored he this guy's actually guys uh…

she here i i want to talk about this actually events here uh… but we can't even mention who are or are but secure is actually recently he's been sponsoring more like real players uh… then i think anybody really about jakey just people who uh… uh… i don't think you can mention any of the picture here actually like what they'll show the plan on a napkin people you know that it looks he he was there to tell me to sponsor number one or another company uh… who we can't mention right now uh…

but he's going to be engaged full-time here and uh… you know i think he's he's making a few million a year over this other company and what you do, you showed him the cop plan on a napkin in starbucks or went to his mansion. Yeah, it's funny, can you guys hear me clearly? Yeah, I can hear you. Okay, so yeah, he actually called me up and he's like, what's this in fact? I think he seems to be blowing up.

So I'm like, dude, you know, I'm making over $50,000 a month and it's just one of my income streams amongst the others, but I'm going to focus more on it after seeing what Vic has done done. You know, I'm shifting a lot of my focus on Empower full-time. And so he's like, okay, why don't you just fly down to my house in Phoenix and… Is he frozen for anybody else? Hold on a sec. You can't hear him either?

I want to talk about this. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I can hear you. I can hear you. Where did you say you were again? Are you in London or where are you?

Yeah, I'm in London right now. Ah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Probably explains it. So go on anyway. So the guy called you, making a few million dollars a year in another company. He says, what's the deal?

And you went to his house or something? Yeah, I went to his house. So I guess you guys didn't hear me. So I went to his house and I literally drew out the entire plan on a whiteboard for 20 minutes and he's like okay that's all I needed to see. So that's pretty cool you know and now he's starting full time and you know just because of how the leveraged income works it's really fascinating to see how you know last month just what was last month, not March, March, just last month I was actually travelling quite a lot in Canada, I went skiing there, and I actually got only 28 basics to come in last month because I didn't do much marketing, but I did over $71,000 within Power Network. And one of the main reasons is because I'm all in, and I was all in from day one.

And I've been doing this completely part-time for the last, I think it's been about nine of 10 months now, since I've been in and I've passed around $420,000 in commissions. So if you guys want to start making money and you're sitting there wondering, I really need a break, one of the things that I learned when I was getting started in this industry was you're the average of the five people that you hang around with. So when I was growing up, I didn't have a lot of role models or I didn't have a lot of people that were successful and you can see the big massive bookshelf behind me, you know I read books all the time, I'm actually reading something right here now because I always try and surround myself with people that are just way better than me in the life and the health when it comes to making money, in business, so I can, you know, my subconscious takes me into that direction and one of the things I learned early on was the real magic, the real breakthroughs happen when you are at a live event because you know you are probably seeing that at home frustrated, overwhelmed and you know really questioning your own belief and asking yourself does this thing work you know and when you get to an event and you you go and meet 4,000, 5,000 people, you know, just like yourself, that's when the real breakthroughs happen and I remember, you know, when I was 21 years old, which is about 3 years ago now, when I first went into this industry, I got sold into a 20,000 dollar business opportunity for a wealth education company and Aaron Rashkin was there, you know, and I've been learning from Aaron and his wife Sophia for the last 3 years and I still learn from them even now, the training that they've done and I remember going into an event and meeting these two Norwegian guys that Aaron actually sponsored and before I went to that event I had actually never met anyone that was even making $30,000 a month, for me $100,000 a year was a lot of money and I remember sitting at this bar and meeting these two Norwegian guys and talking to them and you know they were telling me how they were making over sixty five thousand dollars in a single month and I remember just my whole financial thermostat just went through the roof and I looked at these two guys and I just realized wow these are just normal everyday guys that are creating insane amounts of results and if they can do it so can I and I went back home and I remember meeting a couple of guys one was called Michael and And he was telling me actually the power of being all in and how you start to make big money once you start understanding the back end structure of a sales funnel. So for example in Empower Network, the people that are all in, the people that are the masters, they make more money naturally because they're all in and they have more advertising budget that they can spend on the front end to acquire each person. So if you know you can make money on the back end, then you can spend more money than normal people or probably in other companies to acquire each front end. And so I left that event and I remember not having the right amount of money.

The first product was $400, then it was $2,000 and I remember coming home and I had literally two months to go and find $20,000. And I've actually never said this, especially in public, but I've actually never said this to anyone. But I went on a craze to ask people, random people for money, and I remember friending people on Twitter and calling them up and saying, hey man, listen, I'm 21, if there's any chance you can lend me some money. And it sounds really crazy and funny and stupid, whatever, but there was actually a guy who There was actually a guy who, I don't know how I convinced him, but whatever, he believed in me, and he wired me that week, like $20,000 something, and I remember taking the statement to my mom and dad, I'm actually living in my mom's, mom and dad's house now, so I went downstairs and I showed my mom and dad, this guy gave me this $20,000, and they were just kind of blown away, like they were thinking, and my dad always thought, he was like, okay, they were thinking, and my dad always thought, he was like, okay, so you're part of a pyramid scam now. And when I started making money, I remember I went to him with all of his friends, and I was like, dad, you know, I just had my first $40,000 a month, and he's like, okay, so now you're at the top of the pyramid, taking everyone's money. And so after that event, what happened was, within two months, you know, I raised the money, because I realized that my ego or my pride or my stories that I keep telling myself is what's holding me back and it's what holds a lot of people back.

Because of the way we grow up, culture and society and TV, our minds are very disempowered and we have disempowering stories that really hold us back. So I started reading a lot of books on how to condition my mind, how to think like successful people. Within two months I figured it out, I attracted the money, I did whatever I could, I swallowed my ego, I swallowed my pride, I left all the stories behind and January 2010 was my first $45,000 a month. I remember just paying off all my debts and it was just one of those feelings, it's like damn I freaking made it. You know what, if you're watching this Google Hangout, I want to help you guys experience this feeling because I'll tell you right now, it's one of the most freeing things that you can do. And especially when people say stuff like, you know, money doesn't buy happiness, I mean, see my smile.

So here's the thing, you know, I'm 24, I guess I have a few advantages, I don't have a family or kids, but I can take the funding, like my younger sister is about to get married and she's probably going to need about $30,000-$40,000 and I remember that would be what the average person in a year makes in London and now I can do a webinar or I can write a couple of emails and pay for her whole entire wedding and for me that's just, like sometimes I just pinch myself and I just say you know thanks to God and thanks to all of you guys you know people that I've surrounded myself with that man the kind of freedom that this gives you, this business gives you, it's just unimaginable. I don't understand any other business model or money getting system that will allow you to kind of create money on demand to start giving you a, it's just amazing you know it's It's just amazing and right now I'm just kind of having so much fun and you know enjoying life and here's the thing with Empower Network what I've realized is you know once you start making money not with just Empower Network in general in life if you talk to any successful person you know once you start making maybe your first $100,000 or $250,000 or whatever your number is the money is a by-product. Money is a by-product of the value that you create in the market place. Now, when I look at people and they're stuck and they can't get out of their own head, it's usually because they don't have a deeper drive or a deeper desire to help someone else. All they can think of is trying to pay the bills off and that's cool. If you had that situation, man, I'd relate, because I was there as well.

I remember one time I borrowed money from my uncle, and it's funny because I was living in this house. I remember borrowing about $7,000. I actually never share these stories, but screw it, I'll just share it. I remember one time I borrowed about $6,000 from my uncle, and I thought, okay, I'm going to do this radio ad, and I remember I put in $7,500 in a radio ad, and I got only $25 back. And because I didn't have the money to pay him back, I used to just lock my room door. I used to actually lock this room door and I used to just hide under the covers like a little kid thinking, shit, I'm just going to get embarrassed again because none of this stuff seems to work.

And my biggest breakthroughs, I can tell you right now, I've made a really nice amount of money online. Most of that money, probably about 80 to 90% of that money And it has come from a direct result of being at events, meeting people at events, networking with like-minded individuals, because just seeing people in flesh, in front of you, just raises your belief. And once you start raising your belief, your self-esteem, your ability to take more action increases and your confidence increases, because now you've seen people. was a couple of guys behind the computer now you've seen those people and your confidence increases so your ability to take more action increases and by taking more action you have less overwhelm less frustration you take more action and your results come in and the more results that you have the more belief that you have and the beliefs drive the confidence and the confidence drives more action and the actions more drive more results and it's It's just kind of a big snowball. I'm kind of rambling on, so I'll let you guys talk now. No problem.

I actually want to come back and ask you some questions about a couple of things. I have no idea what Chris Record just sent over to me. I'm just going to say open, or whatever the heck that is. But thanks for whatever this is, Chris Record, this little button that you sent me on Google Hangouts. actually. Oh, OK.

I got you. I got you. I don't know what it is, but I accepted it. I think it just took a picture of everybody. OK, OK. Cool, cool.

I want to come back in a minute. I actually want to talk about a couple things with Shakir and Vic in a bit. Because these guys, what happened in Empower is I came from a certain background. I came from the attraction marketing, network marketing background, where you sell a bunch of things marketing, network marketing background where you sell an e-book or something. Dillard invented that online really in the way that it is practiced now. He's a friend of mine, but now you sell an e-book to somebody and then you call them and recruit them into your deal.

That's kind of the background that I had. We started from that craft and then our company evolved really quick to where all of a sudden people were wanting to just sell our products and ignore their other stuff because the culture was cooler and the income was faster. So we shifted towards a product-based message here and started doing a little bit less of the attraction marketing message to work better for the community. But we started to attract all these different people. We started to attract people who were from a click-bait background, people who looked for pcs conversion numbers which i've never looked i've just always built teams and sold stuff you know that means like people people say they had to construct a sales presentation also but i look at my first sales presentation that work really well past and they do all those things now that they can't people responses in the night i i i i make one up and talk you know i i i i used to sell living to the side of my business so we started tracking these guys who bill who built their entire lights room version numbers and that's kind of shakira's background uh… and then we've got other people on here like uh…

like rashkin uh… who uh… you know there's no high ticket that's how he's made his millions of dollars building high ticket and so what i would actually like to do is i want to jump over to rashkin uh… hop over to tracy walker and then i want to come back to this convergence thing here at second and get some strategies and philosophies now rashkin has been a friend of mine since before we launched power uh… and uh… he was one of these guys i'll tell you guys of what i love about is it something screwing uh…

he just says they've something screwed up she's meaning that he says this is what it is this needs to change and here's why and he didn't pull punches you know when when it but at the same time uh… he can take that from other people other people think that you know they're asking you know i think that's what's up help help help he's just a straightforward guy But Rashkin came from a background of selling $20,000 things and $40,000 things, which is what Shakira was just talking about. And I want to give a perspective here for everybody on. We're going to come back to this and back to this and back to this. You know, Rash, maybe you can pop on and just share some insights. You know, you're fun to listen to because you kind of talk like a book.

And you know, you're like, everything you say is a little sane, you know, a lot of the time. But share some insights, man, about really how you've made the majority of your money and stuff that people on the streams, these are members, people on the stream can really use taking some of the stuff that you've done and really use to really make more money in their business. Yeah, absolutely. Hey, can you hear me okay, Dave? Perfect, man. All right, cool, man.

Hey, everybody. Welcome. This is pretty badass. we've ever done a, I call this the mega, what did I call this, the million dollar mind bomb hangout. I mean I already got from Chris and from what Jack said, these guys are bad ass. All this whole panel is pretty remarkable if you think about it.

The places that we've all come from and what I think is really cool though is the thousands of people, not just here on the hangout, but the thousands of people who are a part of all these organizations, you know, from Tracy's and Tony's and Justin's and Tams and Records. I mean everybody here, Vic's coming in with, you know, a small group really. I mean, biggest, I guess you can say, earnings per customer, you know, here with what Vic did in the last, you know, four or five months. But think about all the thousands of people out there whose lives are changing right now, Dave, because of the vision that you had just a couple years ago. You made this thing come to life. It's got legs now.

It breathes. It walks. It talks. Man, it's just been a sleepy giant for the first year. What I see happening here is just I've been doing this for 22 years, Dave. Home business, network marketing, direct sales.

This is just absolutely blowing me away to see how many people. Now, I want to kind of interrupt myself. The reason that Sophia, my wife and I, my awesome wife, by the way, if she's watching, I know she's watching her and my boys are watching. Hey guys. The reason we came here, Dave, it wasn't just for the 100% commissions. It wasn't just for the product line.

See a lot of people don't realize this, but yes, we did make a lot of money before we joined Empower. We had already made millions of dollars and we did it in top tier. everything that we did to make our millions is what's taught inside the Empower Network. So when we saw the product line, it was a no-brainer for us because we didn't want to have to go out and create our own products. I procrastinated that for years. I didn't want to have to go out and teach and train and mentor because here's the thing, I'm not a trainer, I'm a producer.

And I didn't want to stop to have to build a business around what I was using to grow my organization and teach my people. The two guys that Shaq was talking about, one of them was one of my personal sponsors, meaning I brought him into the business. He made his first million with me in just 13 months. While he was making his first million, I was making my first million. It was really cool to have somebody on my team that was making just as as much, even more money than I was, but there was only a few of those people. There was only a small handful of people that I've ever been able to do that with.

And so, getting back to what I was sharing, the real reason, Dave, that we came into Empower Network, like I said, it wasn't because of the product line as much as it was a great replacement of us having to create our own products, and it wasn't 100% commissions, but the biggest reason that we joined is because I knew that my team would be safe here. They wouldn't be pitched every affiliate product under the sun. They wouldn't be pitched on a new launch product every week. They wouldn't be led down this information product highway and of constant U-turns of what works now, what works better, and being introduced to dozens and dozens of people who weren't even really making a lot of money in their network marketing business, they were only launching products because they couldn't build a business. I mean, Dave, you know what I'm talking about. And I'll never forget the conversation that we had at the master's retreat.

Actually, no, it was at the resort where the master's retreat was, and it was when you came to visit Sophia and myself in Costa Rica, you flew to come visit us, And we got into this conversation with members of another community that we were a part of, and the debate was whether you brand yourself or you just make a shitload of money. And this woman kept saying, but you got to brand yourself, you got to brand yourself. And Dave, you and I were sitting there shaking our heads going, but you're making a fraction And I will see you in the next one. Bye. what our new members make, branding yourself to try to get out there and make more money. Why don't you just make money and have a story.

See Dave, I've always been teaching my members here for the last few years that there's three phases of successful marketing. First phase is that you have to learn how to market. So you market other people's stuff because they give you all the tools. They give you lead capture pages. They give you follow-ups. They They give you sales videos.

They give you sales letters. They do 90% of the work, the heavy lifting for you so that all you have to do is just focus on those couple or few things that really produce the big results and allow you to put money in your pocket without having to be everything to everyone. In other words, get out there and make some damn money. The key is to become an affiliate. Become an affiliate of somebody else's products. It just so happens that Empower Network is very unique.

This is why it's exploded on the scene in the last 18 months because the product is the training and the training is the product. Don't spit your water out everywhere Dave, but I'm telling you that factor alone is so powerful. The training is the product and the product is the training. So when you put that with an affiliate offer like we have, especially with the fact that we get paid 100% commissions, there's no better combination out there. You get to market other people's stuff and make 100% as though you created it yourself. The first phase is to learn how to market.

The second phase is once you have a story, once you're making 10, 25, 30, 50 thousand a month, then you can start marketing yourself. In other words, putting yourself on a lead capture page. Don't do that if you're not making any money because nobody cares about your story. they care about right now are your numbers. Does it make sense Dave? Nobody gives a shit about your story.

We get on the phone with these new members and they start telling us all their stories and their sob stories and all these things that broke thoughts that keep them stuck and they keep their bank accounts at their statuses and they want us to listen to their story. I have to pattern interrupt people all the time and say, hey listen, I got to stop you because I respect you enough to put an end to all this. Do you want to continue to repeat the past or do you want to create a new future, and the thing is that we don't care about your story, we care about you and the numbers you're going to put up. And when you start putting up numbers, then we're going to share your story all over the internet. We're going to share it on stage, we're going to share it on hangouts, we're going to share it on calls, we're going to put you on webinars, we're going to plaster your face all over the damn web with your story. But if we started with your story that you have now, if we started telling everybody about how life sucks for you right now and how bad it was up until today at this very moment, nobody would care.

The key is to learn how to package your story. That's what I've learned here in the Empower Network so well, is how to put the story together. We had a story, but it was very, very difficult to package it before we came here because we didn't have a vehicle that I knew other people could be successful with. The first phase, again, is learn how to market. Second phase is learn how to market yourself, and then the third phase is you're going to be able to market anything to anyone, anywhere in the world, but if you don't have a story because you can't market, then you really have no business marketing. The key here is to plug in, pay attention, do the work, get to work like your life depended on it.

Dave, I want to just say one more thing because I'm going to pass it back over to you. I know there's so many people that want to share, and there's a lot of people just itching to jump out here. This is kind of an interesting thing to say, but the fact is that when we stopped marketing more than Empower Network, in other words, when we first got started, we came from a background where if our list didn't buy this product that we were marketing for three years, well, we'll just sell them everything under the sun. We'll just market other affiliate offers. We'll chase every shiny ball that comes down the information highway, and we'll make a few extra thousand dollars from this little affiliate thing and that little affiliate thing. Even though we made a little bit of money, it cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars per year changing the message and switching the story on our list.

I see so So many good people in this business that they see kind of like a little ball hanging. They see a little shiny object and they go, oh, I'll just monetize my list with that offer because if they didn't buy Empower Network, well, maybe they'll buy this too and then I can have all sorts of different income streams. Sure, you might make a little bit of money from that, but I'm telling you, it costs you more to make a little bit of money than it can earn you if you just stayed focused. If you want to build a different list, that's fine. You want to go out and do something different, but by changing your story and by offering a ton of different products, I see it every day. I'm on a lot of leaders' lists, Dave, in the industry.

I'm on a lot of big marketers' lists. Some of them have huge potential. A lot of them could come into Empower Network and a lot of them will. We all know that because it just takes time before they let their ego down and they actually say, hey, you know what? This is the place to be. I've got to be honest with you, Dave.

I see more and more people coming over to Empower that have first ridiculed it. They were opposed to it, and little by little, one by one, the ants come marching. It's kind of a fun thing to watch. I just can tell you that I watch all these marketers that they send out to their list different affiliate offers, and they send different product launches, and they think that's the way, and it's costing them more than they're making. That's a sad thing because they could be a part of what we're doing. Keep the story.

That's why I love Empower from the beginning, is that you guys never change your story. If you're on my list, Dave, I know you're on my list, my calls to action are very, very similar all the time. The words I use, the phrases I use, the calls to action, the links, they're always the same because If people are creatures of habit, by seeing the same thing over and over and over and over again, repetition is the mother of all skill, but it's also the mother of familiarity. The more they see your face, the more they see your call to action, the more they see your name in their inbox. I'll just share quickly, and a lot of people know that I mail a lot. I do a lot of mailing to our list.

I was on a webinar years ago, even before we started on the internet, four and a half years ago. five years this summer that we went online for the first time. But I was on a webinar and this lady asked a question and she said, how often should I mail my list? And the guy that ran the list or that ran the webinar said, well, you know, when I mailed my list once a week, I made 100,000 that year, but when I mailed my list once a day, I started making 100,000 a month. And so I thought, well, if one piece of mail per day is good, well, how about two? Why not three?

Why not create an expectation and condition your list of leads to hear from you two, three times a day? The people that are going to buy from you, they're not going to write you nasty unsubscribe messages. They're not going to bash you in a response because they're going to buy. Those are the people that you just get off your list as quickly as possible. their email to your assistant or unsubscribe them yourself. Just stay focused on the people who are continually opening and reading your messages.

I covered this, I remember in the 15K formula, Dave, about segmenting your list and really getting the most use out of your efforts as possible. Last thing before I pass it back over, I know record, what's up buddy? I know you're out on the golf course, my man. I put this out on Facebook the other day, I said, you know what? I said through all this production that I'm doing, through all the sponsoring that we've been doing, I think we've now brought in like 1,100 and something people. I still only work a couple, two, three hours a day at most.

My assistant in the office here in the office house calls me the vapor marketer because I come in and I leave and I leave a trail behind me. I don't stay in one place very long because I love to be with my wife. I love to be with my kids. I love to be out and about, enjoy the beautiful weather, the fresh air. I go to the gym every day. I fit my business into my life.

It's not about being busy. It's about being productive. It's about being effective, and it's about knowing exactly what you're going to do when you sit down to do it. You don't sit down at your desk and go, Okay, what am I going to do today? You have that plan out long before you show up in front of your computer so that you know exactly what the mission is, exactly what your objective is, and exactly what you want to accomplish. That way you can work an hour here, take a break for some time, come back and do another hour.

Maybe do a couple of hours a day. I know Tony's like this. I know Tracy's like this. I know Justin's like this. I know Tam's like this. I know Vic's like this.

I know Chris's like this. I know that everyone that's successful learns how to plug in and plug out and when you can step away from your business after you've produced a piece of content, you've mailed your list, you've done a blog post, the more you learn to enjoy your life and fit your business into your everyday life, the more attractive your life becomes and this is when more people want to be a part of what you're doing and join you because they see that you have something that they want. So I'll shut up here, Dave. I appreciate you, my man. Can't wait to see everybody here in a week. This is going to be such an awesome event.

By the way, one thing I saw in your team recently that I just always love to see is a couple of guys that just popped up who are making significant money right in a row. You had, I think, two 30,000 a month earners pop up in a couple of months and you've got 10,000 a month earners and people making money all over the place. You get to a spot where you're making a lot of money and it stops being a boucher. You And you're like, you know, here I am sitting on a throne, you know, and you know, you start wanting to help people make money too, you know, you need some friends to fly around and crowd. So one of my favorite things about the events is just being able to see you guys, you know, see you all, see the team, see my friends, hang out with people.

It's just a shame there are only every, you know, we only have been having one every 90 days. the question that she hears books to be set with a bookshelf back there and that one thing i've noticed is that we are free leaders are readers they say that uh… you know i got a lot of training and she was talking with her team about how they're already book you know she got a whole team i think you guys are reading that site psycho cybernetics report that was like the last book of the month or something they're all discussing the value of how it shifted their mindset on the on the webinar traces are really good team-builder uh… and uh… right now that uh… that that the highest in our network that last month we were sent out just a normal and and that i believe this year tracing the by the end of the year uh… at least two hundred thousand two hundred fifty thousand she deserves it uh…

in here's another interesting thing i see that race yes this is one reason so i can't be that's what cd people like this is when Tracy i've seen her do this multiple times where she's learned something new and immediately her whole team is doing it, it's not just her so Tracy, I know you come from a similar background as myself but maybe you could just share some insights into how you do it you know how to produce as much as you do i know your part-time as well uh… and some of the stuff people could do that make more money to get their teams to stick around you have the most capable team and i think in the company i mean that her team guys they were on calls every day when the merchant count shot worked out she had a team did not calls literally every single day uh… and they could process orders but they were getting on call, she was like, don't worry about it, just keep blogging, just keep reading books, just keep coming back, they're gonna sort it out soon, you know, we're doing this, and her team was getting on calls, nobody making money for like about two months. Yeah, I wasn't even making any money because, you know, some people might think I was crazy, but when, you know, I had a separate merchant account at that time, like a lot of leaders did, and some of you guys still do, but when everything started going haywire, In my heart, and this is my personal thing, I say, you know what, it wouldn't be fair, really, if I kept my personal merchant account and I could process payments from new people enrolling and the rest of my team couldn't get approved for a merchant account. And then they would enroll people or can enroll people. And if someone did sign up, they couldn't make any money.

So I disabled or I took away my merchant account and just rolled with whatever we had, which at that time was nothing. And we all pretty much suffered through that period of time. And I don't know if a lot of people understand that. But if my team wasn't making any money, I wasn't making any money either. And I was OK with that. So I was in complete integrity with, don't worry about it, just blog every day.

Because that's what I was doing. It wasn't like I was making money and telling them to blog every day while I'm out at the beach. No. I was really doing exactly what I was asking them to do as well. And just a little background, Dave. Yeah, I mean, we came from the same environment, network marketing, and then into the attraction marketing phase.

And it's a little different here in Empower. And I know that we still attract a lot of people. In fact, I got an email a little bit before we started this Hangout. And a guy goes, well, hey, Trace, I saw you on one of the Dave videos. And I want to know if you can help me with my XYZ business. And I said to him, I said, well, that sounds great.

I'm glad that you saw it. But I'm really not sure how you want help you with X, Y, Z business because I'm in Empower. Are you planning on joining Empower? Now, that conversation in an environment we used to be in was the model. The model was to attract all these different people from different businesses, offer a way to help them get more leads, get more sign ups, and make more money in that business, and then make money off of them while they're learning what we're teaching them to do. yet they would still not make any more money or get any more leads or get any additional signups in whatever the XYZ company was.

And so now, you know, I feel great being able to say, well, you know what, I'm really not impressed about helping you an XYZ company. However, you are more than welcome to join me where I am. And that for me is such a weight off of my back because I don't feel obligated to help people be more successful over there somewhere and i've got to run and chase them and support people in all these hundred different network marketing companies as opposed to saying well listen i'd be more than happy to help you but you have to come to the centralized location where i am and and that's in power that model for me seems to work okay except the problem was i was more like erin i was more of the producer person and i did what erin avoided doing which was stopping producing to go and train the people on doing stuff. And it got into training overload. And then people were saying, well, now I have so much information. Now I don't understand.

Now I don't know where to start. Well, how do I just get going? What would be the fast start? What would be the first five things you say I should do? And it's kind of the dog chasing its own tail. If you don't have any training, people are saying, what do I do?

If you have too much information, they're saying it's too much information, and either way, you're stagnant. The beautiful thing with Empower is that the message, the core message that we have is consistent, it remains the same, and people eventually, when they go to different leaders, I don't know how all of you guys respond specifically, but for me, if I'm sought out by any of the other leaders' team members and they say, well hey listen, I'm on Lawrence Tam's team and i just want to know you know what is the best marketing strategy i'm very comfortable saying do you on the 15k and if they say they don't on the 15k i'm just as comfortable saying we need to go by it and it doesn't matter that it's not my commission or it's not i'm not best in that person the bottom line is that the message of the fifteen k we all know is that how to marketing component of Empower Network and every single person who needs to learn a strategy or what's on a strategy It's in that particular product. And so I think over time, we've gotten really, really good with being comfortable with what we have, our product suite, and being able to redirect people all the time to the exact same things all the time, even to the point where I had a guy email me and say, listen, what's the best way for me to make money? And don't tell me to do the eight core commitments, and don't tell me I need to get it all in. And I said, you've got to be kidding me. I said, well, I think your best option is to quit, and I told him that.

I said, I think you should quit. He goes, well, why would you say that? I said, because you're reaching out to me to ask me for assistance, yet you're telling me the two things you're not going to do or that you don't want to hear. But unfortunately, those are the two things that you need to do. You need to get all in, and you actually need to follow the ACOR commitments. And people get so upset because the message is the same so much that they end up having to beat themselves over the head because they can't get anything out of what we're doing other than the eight core commitments, get all in, and get to the events.

And so I'm just super excited that, number one, that consistency plays in our favor. It plays in our favor because it actually works. And I've got people who are now saying and revealing, and I'm even seeing through other Facebook posts, that this is the first time that there has been a fear of loss factor in a company where they actually lost something. For example, Chuck Marshall loses his $5,000 Christmas tree. There's a fear of loss component to Empower Network in reference to you're going to miss a commission that we're always saying you need to get all in or it's going to pass up that seems to go in one ear and out the other until the person actually misses the commission. There isn't really another company where people really believe they're going to miss something or they really believe they're going to lose something.

So they never buy to the highest level ever. Never. I mean it's literally pulling teeth to get people in when I was in traditional network marketing to spend $350. And here people are spending $5,100 and are posting on Facebook and we're cheering and ra-ran and you know giving high fives are through emoticons and it's just a totally different environment where we pretty much push people to take the next step we're pushing people off the ledge essentially is what we're doing and I'm okay with that because as as a mother eagle does does her young I think I said it in a Facebook post you know how does she teach them how to fly well she She pushes them off the nest and she watches them fall all the way down almost until they hit the ground and then she swoops down and she picks them up and brings them up high again because they haven't figured out yet that they have wings, they don't even know what these little things are. And so she does that every single time like every day and so they finally realize, wait a minute, I think I have these little things that are supposed to flap and they get it going. After a few times of them jumping or being pushed off the nest and her swooping down, the day that they actually start to fly, they never return back to the nest.

That's so indicative to me here at Empower Network because people are literally changing their minds. They're changing their mindsets. It is about money here because we're a for-profit business. It is about people development too because you can't build a business. You have to build the people and then the people will build the business. But that all starts from the mindset.

And because of that, people are literally, you know, they get to empower and they've been falling to the ground constantly, falling to the ground constantly. Empower is that mother ego that's swooping in and picking people up and allowing them to realize that they do have these wings and that they can fly. So for me, I think that the whole stickiness to what we're doing inside of our group really is just whatever you say do, Dave, I pretty much just do it and I don't think people question that I'm doing it because we hold ourselves accountable. The different people on our leadership team, we have a Google spreadsheet where every day we have to document how many new basics we got for that day. So my team can see how much I'm producing every single day, whether it's zero signups for that day or whether it's 10 signups for that day, I'm being held accountable to everyone at leadership team so that they understand there is a direct result between me getting two to three to four signups a day and the income output that's on the other side. It's not a mystery, it's not a lucky gamble, there's a specific thing that we have to do.

So that one thing, the stickiness is the accountability. People can actually see the integrity of their leader and they can say, alright, I know she's doing it, she's not bullshitting us, I think I can do it too. The second thing is, yeah, we read a lot in our team and I don't stipulate what people read and I'm not saying no, you have to read this book at this time, but when Vic got on that Empower Our Call and he started talking about psycho cybernetics. It was just something that in my opinion, if you have the top earner in a company and he said that he is reading something, I don't really think that you should second guess. I think you should go out and get the book. I think you should go to Amazon, download it, do whatever you need to do.

I have the audio book and you need to listen and you need to engage yourself in it. And we talk about it consistently and so it's that we follow the leader, all the leaders, that we think are important, we instantly put into action. And the final thing that I would say that has helped work in what I'm doing specifically is I want people to understand this. I'm not on the top ten list for seven days or last 30 days or all time for signups, nor am I on any of those three lists for leads. And so I am not producing technically as many sign ups or leads as almost all of these guys that are on here. However, I can still play the ball game with them in the income category.

And the reason I can play that game with them in the income category is because I understand what my strengths are and I understand what my weaknesses are and I don't try to be Justin. I don't try to be Lawrence. I'm not trying to be Shakir. I don't want to be Vic. I don't want to be anyone but Tracy. I just have learned how to leverage the skills that I have against the other players in the game and use it to my advantage.

And so with that being said, people are starting to catch on that they don't have to be just like somebody else. They just kind of need to follow the actions that that person is doing. You can follow someone's actions without being them. And when that shift is made in someone's mind, then they could do the exact same thing that I'm doing within a two hour time frame with the right mindset and get a relatively similar result. And you do that consistently over time, then you end up with over 30 people on a leaderboard. And I am so focused on the group at this point in time that I lose track at times of what I'm doing personally.

And that's a weird thing to say because there was a point in time where I didn't care about what anybody else was doing because I had to worry about what I was doing personally, everything that was dependent upon my personal production. And even though we have a very production-oriented pay plan here, it's also a very team-oriented pay plan just the same. And so my goal really is just to help as many people get to $10,000, their first $10,000, and then get them to $50,000, and then get them to $100,000, then get it to where they're doing that every single month it's ten thousand a month or fifteen thousand a month and the more that i've seen to to do things with his hangouts or conference calls or whatever that's geared towards helping somebody else and make more money because i'm looking to make more money but because i'm looking to help other people make more money and i remember who said that but it's essentially the sample i think erin said that's a lot of notes what Aaron was talking about, that essentially you have to be able to plug in and plug out. And I'm doing that every single day. In fact, subconsciously what happens is when you plant something, you pay attention to it for a little bit of time, and then when you walk away and there's less stress on the brain, less stress on the conscious mind, you allow the allowing, you allow the working of that thing to take place, and you're no longer attached to it or tied to that result. As a result of that, what you planted can now grow, similar to trying to watch grass grow.

You don't ever really see the blades of grass actually moving up through the ground. You go away, you come back, oh my goodness, I need to mow the lawn. Same thing with your kids. You look up one day, your kids are big and tall, and you don't remember seeing them grow exactly from inch to inch. So the three things that I just want to remind people to do at all times, no matter what, whatever the strategy is, that's irrelevant. It doesn't really matter who your sponsor is, that's so irrelevant.

I think what's important is that the first thing that you have to do is you must decide what it is that you. want. For you, whether that is $10,000 a month, whether that is a new car, whether that is a new house, and for all extensive purposes, I'm talking about as it relates to business, as it relates to our business. Maybe you want a significant other or a spouse or a husband or a wife, that's fine too, but as it relates to business, I want everyone number one to decide what you want. Until you decide, then you're all over the place. I think it was Alice in Wonderland, where she was talking to the rabbit.

And the rabbit asked her, well, where do you want to go? And Alice goes, well, I don't really know. I don't know where I want to go. And the rabbit goes, well, any road will take you there. And that's essentially what's happening here, when you don't know where you want to go, any road will take you there. And so if you can at least decide, say, and know concrete what you want, at least you know that you're headed in the right direction.

The second thing that you have to do after you decide what you want, is you have to remain focused on that thing. You cannot take your eye off the prize. If you say, I want $10,000 in a month, or $5,000 in a month, or I want to be able to stand up to people a day, or whatever that is, you have got to think about that thing. You've got to focus on that thing. You have got to literally envision that thing happening over and over and over until that movie in your mind is so vivid and so clear that your subconscious just simply says oh well I guess this is what needs to happen and it will create events and circumstances and people around you to help bring that thing into fruition for you so you have to stay focused like a laser beam another example just like a radio signal you the signal has to be focused on you know whatever it's bouncing off of for you to hear that station clearly. If you're in between stations it sounds fuzzy and a lot of people are in between stations and they can't figure out why things aren't working.

Well you've got to turn the dial just a little bit more to the left or just a tad bit to the right so that we can hear a clear clear signal a clear sound of that station so that focus being number two is extremely important and then the last most important thing is you have to remain consistent. In this business, I found that the consistency is your most coveted secret. If there were a secret in my opinion, it would be the consistency behind it. So if you decide that you are going to email your list two times a day, which I happen to do at a minimum, and I'm going to produce a piece of content a day at a minimum, then And you have to do that every single day for a number of reasons. Number one, you're retraining yourself to do something that you otherwise would not have done. And you're creating a new habit.

You're going from a broke action habit to a wealthy action habit. And you're going to have to do the wealthy action habits enough until they become second nature to you and it's not a headache anymore. At the beginning, it's a learning curve. You might find it challenging to get your AWeber done, or you might find it challenging to get your content out every day, or you might find it challenging or a time barrier for you to get your emails done twice a day, or to think of some content to share with your list twice a day. But as you train yourself to do these things over and over and over again, you'll find yourself being inspired by things throughout the day, if you would at least unplug yourself and don't do something like chris is you know playing golf uh… if you unplug and don't do something your eyes will be able to pick up on things that are of inspiration to you and even if you do watch tv for a little bit you'll find something that sparks your interest it inspires you and that inspired action and a focused amount of time to be way more powerful for you and to have this unfocused energy with no inspired action over eight nine ten hours a day that's busy work and so you want to remain consistent so decide what you want focus on that thing almost obsessively be consistent remain consistent until it becomes literally happy for you to do it and i promise you as a as a team from a team building perspective if you would do that first and not worry about anybody else you just worry about you then as you bring people into your phone and bring them into our community trust me they will follow your lead because you're not letting up you're not changing you're not losing focus you're not all over the place like erin say you're not sending one message about clickbait something in one message about empower one message about your network marketing company and all this stuff every five minutes you're you're remaining consistent you're doing the things that you're asking people to to do that and eventually they'll they'll take heat to and they'll pick up so i'm i just i want to leave everybody with with this when i get started with Empower Network I literally was at a point where I was about to give up on the industry.

The reason was because I had done pretty good, but I had done okay with working 12-14 hour days. I personally just did not believe any longer that a person could work in this business for 2-3 hours a day and make a significant income. I just did not believe it. I was having to create products all the time. I was having to make sure I have affiliates for different things and it was beginning to burn me out to a point where I was just sick and tired of it and I had to find something else. And it was that weekend when we were in Orlando where Dave Wood and Dave Sharpe shared the concept of Empower with that group of 30 people that I didn't get a chance to attend but I heard about it and got on a Skype with those guys maybe a week or so later and just jumped essentially, not knowing what was happening, not having a lead capture page, not having a blog, not having a merchant account, not having any of that stuff set up, I jumped in believing, number one, from my perspective, in Dave Wood.

I was just meeting Dave Sharpe at that time, and so I just believed so much that Dave Wood was not about trying to hurt people or scam people or run away with people's money. I just firmly believed that he wanted something that could help people and that could bridge a gap. Because of that, I put my money where my mouth was and I just went forward. I went forward against all odds. I went forward with no merchant account. I went forward with the blog not working.

I went forward with people leaving and team members quitting and going into grace and all this stuff. I went forward when we didn't know, when we thought we had a merchant account and then we lost it again. I went forward and I just encouraged everyone around me to do the same thing. Now we're at a different phase in the game and I'm to still encourage everyone to no matter what, you might not have an external thing like an empower. Empower no longer has any of these challenges, you may be facing your own internal challenges. Nonetheless, it's the exact same thing.

Just keep plowing forward, decide what you want, focus on it, be consistent with it and trust that your empower family has got your back and you have just got to do the eight core commitments. You have got to be in Chicago. I just don't know how you're going to be able to, through osmosis, get the information and the knowledge from these leaders unless you're in their presence and you're just listening and they're speaking on stage and you're feeling their vibe and their energy. I just don't see any other way for you to get that. Hangouts are great. Hangouts are cool, but they do not replace live events.

And so I just know for a fact that my income has doubled and in some cases tripled after every single event, every single one. And if there were any formula that I could give you, it would be get your tail to the event and get people, get your team with you because the more people you have back at home already with the conviction because they witnessed it themselves, the easier your path is going to be because you're no longer fighting that battle by yourself. You've got a team of people doing it. So Dave, I'm going to turn it back over to you. I guess, I don't know, Sharp or Wood or whoever, whichever you guys are going to take over from here, but that would be my insight on that part so far. Well, Tracy, I mean, Dave Sharpe, welcome on, by the way, I appreciate you, brother.

You know, I don't really have much to say after that, you know what I'm saying? I could like three pages of notes on what Tracy said, but a couple things that I wanted to point out, and then actually I was going to go to that, and then I'm going to pull Dave, Tony, Dave's going to take it in correction a little bit, I want to get some stuff from a meeting yesterday, in particular some questions for Dave, but then of course he's going to say whatever he wants because he's just badass, but a couple things I want to point out there is Tracy hears something and just does it, she's learned a sort, you know what I'm saying, you've got to sort of that you can't like you know it's like uh… you know erin rashford said something it's like you know people uh… uh… want to tell you their story when they're broke we don't want to take the broke stories do that you know what i mean i saw a video actually the other day i'll tell it to them and you know uh… he's going to bring him out next everybody's just like drooling to get him out uh…

but i saw this video where he you know he drives a car that i can't i don't know what type of car it was you know some sort of a part of the expensive one in front of the old apartment building and he was standing there and he says, you know, I always remember where I come from and he says this is where I come from this right here, that's the apartment I lived in, the corner there and he said this car costs more than that whole apartment building now what I like to say that for is that number one, you've got to remember where you come from, but number two if you reverse that, and the person in the apartment came out and started, and they were in the video, their story would be, I live in that apartment now, and I'm broke, and I'm going to sell you an e-book, and it's called How to Be Broke, and live in that apartment right there. You know what I'm saying? And you've got to learn to listen to it, you know what I mean? You don't want to be repeating the broke person's behavior, but Vic pops And Tracy says, well, I'm going to get my whole team reading what he's reading. Right? And some people think, you know, we don't do the eight core.

And I'm fanatic. You say, Nate, why do you tell people to listen to audios and read? Now, you say, Nate, why don't you tell people to listen to audios and read? It's like all my money that I've made has come from stuff like I've learned in a book or I've listened to on an audio or I've learned in an event, right? And it's like all of it. I mean, all the money that I've made has come from those three things because I don't have time to sit there and watch videos all day.

But I actually get audios that I like transcribe, right? So this, and I read those too, you know what I'm saying? So this is actually, I read the last two weeks I've read, I think, nine books, which is excessive. You guys don't have to do this. This is actually transcriptions from some audios that I'm listening to that I really particularly liked, that's actually, I actually listen to the Inner Circle stuff too, but this is like the last two days here, it's like a hundred pages, and I've listened and read, and I actually paid for it to get this transcribed, and they get this transcribed it was $2,000. So sometimes people, and this is way less value than is in the $15k formula, this course I'm going through, like dramatically less.

And I bought the course in addition to listening to this stuff and I paid to get the audios transcribed word for word, right, so I can look at how the communication patterns look when I write them on paper. And it's like people aren't willing to spend $1,000 on the $15k formula, it drives me mad at it. And it's like, Dave, I want to learn the secrets. It's like, well, are you all in yet? Now, you've got to realize that and realize where you're at. We, in the last year, when we boot up, it's all back to the right place at the right time, but I'm going to bring Vic out first. Poor Tony Rush, Vic, you only let him be the top income earner for I think two days. It took him a year and he's like woohoo, top income earner, and Vic hit the button. As a fair perspective, I know you've been marketing for a long time and you have loyal followers because you're consistent too, a lot of things you would talk about. I wanted to get a couple of perspectives because you come from just a dramatically different marketing background.

And a lot of other people are in here too, except for Shakir's from a similar background, different strategies. Where you've marketed in the opportunity space, business opportunities, you've sold your own products, done clickbait stuff, you've sold on Warrior Forum and things like that. And you came here and I thought you were stink when you came because you never know. I mean, he comes in, there's $70,000 in commissions his first day. You know, $70,000. And that's just not normal.

That's a little bit of a high day for a new guy to join and earn $70,000 their first day. You know, it's a little high. Like, you know, the average might be $40,000. But, you know, he comes in, and so I see this. But he didn't just came in. He came in.

He made $70,000 that day. 40,000, 30,000, 30,000, 30,000, 30,000, it was like 30,000 a day for ages, and there's barely a day ever where you're under 10,000 now, a day, and then you came to our van, and your whole team came, and they were from weird places, you know, like Bulgaria and Russia and China and South America, and you know, I mean, I think you had somebody from everywhere there uh… it and uh… people just love you uh… it was a really interesting thing to see because i've never met you before he'd actually hit me up on skype and he said david i'm gonna bring a lot of people in my brain and said okay whatever you know and then i woke up one day and i said what the heck and i see you know extra that i don't actually know how to pronounce your name is it strays house or is it strows? strays is good enough everybody which is a man don't worry about it it's actually curious how to say it i should pay attention one day so i'm really fascinated both on why you came here uh…

why you're still here and why you're focusing here and also on why is so many people get all in because it's not like but you know we got people who get all in a lot uh… through a power network and people are always surprised how many people will upgrade without phone calls and without emails. We'll talk about that in a bit, too. But you have an abnormal amount of people who just get all in. So why are you here? What's your perspective?

Maybe some tidbits, whatever you want to share. Let's turn it over to you for however long you want. Yeah, absolutely. Can you hear me OK? Yeah, sure, sure, sure. Yeah, awesome, good stuff.

Well, first of all, Dave, I appreciate you, man. This is all, I mean, we've got, I don't know what else I can add to, you know, after Tracy and, you know, And then Chris, and Aaron, and you, and just everybody on here, it's phenomenal, man. But everything, we're all here because of you guys, because of you and David Sharpe. And so for that, I personally just want to say thank you guys for putting this thing together. It's awesome to be here. It's awesome.

I'm like, this is my first Google Hangout ever. I didn't even have a Google Plus account. You sent me the link, and so here I am. And so it's just awesome. It's awesome. And suddenly, we've got like, I don't know, a few thousand people probably listening live.

I have no idea how many people on here. But why I joined Empower is because of you, Dave, really. What you guys wanted to do in the industry and your vision, and I was making money. And what I want to see, you guys listening to this hangout here, you guys are sitting there, and I can almost hear, A lot of you guys are saying to yourself or asking questions like, what's the secret? What's the secret? All these guys making ridiculous amounts of money here.

What's the secret? I mean, are they somebody special? And I'll talk about that a little bit. I'll tell you guys what the secret is. You want to hear the secret, I'll actually tell you the secret tonight. But here's what I want you guys to understand.

The reason that I'm here and the reason that I am bringing my team to Empower is because not so much of the compensation plan, I mean there's companies popping out right now trying to copy Empower and there's all bunch of stuff, just silly stuff, I mean I'm just looking at what's going on in the industry right now and I'm just laughing because people who are, people who used to, Dave this is funny, people who used to talk crap about Empower Network, right? What they're doing right now is they're trying to copy what you guys are doing, but it's not working out for them. They're like, it's just funny, just kind of watching them from the side. And see, for the company, guys, the compensation plan is awesome, and obviously 100% doesn't get any better. The products are absolutely phenomenal. I mean, if you're not an owner of every product that Empower Network has, you're missing out.

I mean, there is no reason why you shouldn't be all in. me seriously there's there's absolutely no reason i don't understand why somebody would not go away right because you actually starting a business is a business what i want you guys to understand everybody is this uh… you are a part of something that's bigger than just you know a bigger than just a company just bigger than just in our opportunity this is i believe this is something that that does bigger than just uh… you know just a company you know what we what we have here something special what we have here i think it's you know what they've what you guys have created here is something more, I would compare it to more like, you know, we had a webinar the other day and I was comparing something like this to like Apple, you know what I mean, like Apple, like Steve Jobs, what did he do? You know, he's selling freaking gadgets and computers and phones, same stuff that everybody else, you know, hundreds of companies out there sell anyway right now, right? But what makes them, what positions them, what makes them be different in the marketplace.

Well, it's not because of their products, although the products are absolutely top-notch. What makes Empower different? It's something that you can't touch. It's something you can't see, smell, or taste. It's something you have to feel. And so I think you guys need to realize this.

What Empower has created here is something that's more than just a product, more than just a company. Of course, all those things are important. And I believe we have the best of those worlds within power. But ultimately what it comes down to is, hey, you don't start a company, man. You don't start a company with nothing, with just a vision, and attract over 100,000 people in less than two years. You don't do that kind of stuff, right, unless you have something, unless you have the right intention, unless you have something more than just a product or compensation plan, right?

And so Dave, why am I here is because of your vision. is because what you guys want to do in this industry and it totally aligned with what I wanted to do in the industry because I was looking for an opportunity and I was teaching people how to get traffic. People say, what's the best traffic method that's out there and how to get traffic, how to get conversions. All of this stuff is important but you know what, even though we were, I taught people how to get 10,000 visitors to their site a day, a hundred thousand visitors a day to There's a traffic generation is not an issue, right? A convergence is not an issue, right? But what I saw in this industry, what was going on, is that people did not have something that they could believe in when they promoted it, right?

So here's one golden nugget I'm going to give you guys, the first one, OK? First of many I'm going to drop onto you tonight. First one is this. If you don't believe in what you're doing out there on the internet, guys, if you're promoting stuff right now, and if you're kind of like scattered around, right, you're You're dipping your hands a little bit with Empower and a little bit with affiliate marketing, a little bit with that company, that company that just got started and you're kind of like you're all over the place, you're going to fail. I'm just going to tell you like it is, you're going to fail because you're not focused. You're not focused.

And so I think, and this is just my thinking, I might be wrong, but this thinking has created a lifestyle for me that I think most people want to dream about and not because I'm somebody special, not because I have some magical abilities. No, I started out living in an apartment with my wife and I when we got married. And I was working for a banking industry, and was bringing home like $300 a week in paycheck. All of that money, 100% of it, went to pay for the apartment we were living in. And the apartment was a crappy apartment. It was just one bedroom, I don't know, 300, 400 square department altogether and that's where I started out, right?

But see, what I wanted for myself is I wanted more than I had, right? And so I think, see, what I see, kind of looking back and from coaching a lot of people and looking back on my personal life and my business and what happened is, you know, when we start something and if you start something and you don't believe it's going to work for you, when you start something and I told this on a last call that I was on a last Empower call, if you have a plan B, if you say, I'm going to give this thing a try and I'll see how it's going to work out. If it works out, I'm going to stick around with it. If it doesn't work out, I'm going to jump on this new thing that just launched yesterday. If you have that mentality, my friend, you're going to fail. I mean, I'll just tell you straight up.

You're going to fail. Because you have plan B. You're not all in. Subconsciously, you're not 100% focused. See, when I got started, I had to borrow $30,000 to get started. And for me, this wasn't a game.

For me, this was not, well, I'm going to give it a try and see how it's going to work. I actually quit my job. I actually borrowed $30,000, a lot of you guys heard that story, I'm not going to repeat it, but I actually borrowed $30,000 and I quit my day job, I'm not saying that you have to do that, you know, but that's what I did. I quit my job, I burned my bridges and I started to treat my online business coming in totally green, totally brand new, did not know a thing about it, okay. But I came in with a mindset that listen, I'm going to either do this or I'm going to die trying. There was no plan B, there was no going back, there was no ifs, buts or maybes.

There was, I'm going to do this. I had no idea how I'm going to do this. Absolutely zero idea. But in my mind, in my heart of hearts, deep down, I just knew that somehow it's going to work out. And I treat this like a business. Some of you guys are getting started with this.

Some of you guys started with Empower Network. Dave, can I just do a straight talk here, brother? Is that okay? I don't know. Yeah, cool. Because I don't like to sugarcoat stuff, guys.

I don't like to tell people what they want to hear. I just tell people like it is. Some people can't take it, and that's fine. And those people who listen to the stuff, and those people who listen to these, what Tracy was talking about and what Chris Record was talking about, Aaron, I'm sure Lawrence is coming up and Justin and Tony and everybody here on this webinar. Guys, if you just listen, If you just listen and you actually take the stuff they're talking about, take it literally and just apply it in your business, apply it in your life and just watch what happens. Just watch.

Don't question. A lot of people question. They say, well, tell me what the secret to success and you tell them what the secret to success is and they say, no, tell me something else. I don't want to do that. Tracy, you know what I'm talking about. You've been talking about that and it's like you just do what I tell you and you will have what I have.

Because here's the thing, guys. Everybody listening to this Hangout tonight, every one of you folks, okay, 2,000, 3,000, I don't know how many people we got here, right, guys, it doesn't matter what your situation is. It doesn't matter. You can do this. You can be on this panel, right? In six months, you can be here.

You can be next to Tracy Walker, next to Tony Rush, next to Chris Rush. You can actually be here if you just focus, right? If you just focus, if you burn your bridges, right? If you just say whatever is going on now, just kind of put blinders on, right? And focus on this thing. If you want to know a secret to success, okay?

Say, Vic, what's the secret? What's the number one thing I'm going to tell you this? Focus, okay? I'm not going to write this down. Focus. And here's what I mean by focus, right?

So when you focus, here's what you need to do. Here's what you need to focus on. First of all, you got to get later focused on exactly, exactly what you want for your life, okay? So you got to get very clear on what you want your life to look like. Where do you want to live, what kind of car you want to drive, and not just I want a nice car. Exactly what you want.

When I was living in that apartment, Dave, that 300 square feet apartment, and I had absolutely zero money at the end of the month because every single dollar I made went to pay for the rent and bills i think you could not convince me that i was not already earning a million dollars a year you could not convince me and in my mind it was already got it was all it was it was it was not was a done deal you know is that is having that i'm very very safe what you want is gonna happen right so such self and i always tell this i was to teach this to my people in my team and even people who are private clients. The first thing is you got to know exactly what you want and it has to be written down. You have to look at it. You have to see it in front of you. You have to know exactly what you want for your life, for your business, where do you want to live, what house you want to live. I used to drive in the nicest neighborhood in our city and I just used to drive around those streets, just around those houses.

And I was just, you know, I knew that, you know, one day, one day, this is me living in that apartment, you know. But as I'm driving, I would just, you know, every couple days, every three days, two to three days, I would just for no reason just go to the richest area in our city, right? And I would just drive around the streets and I would just imagine myself living in this area. For no reason to do it. I would just, I just wanted to be in that environment. I just wanted to be in that neighborhood.

I would go to dealerships and I would just look at cars. I would just look at the Mercedes, the BMWs, and $100,000 vehicles, and $200,000 vehicles. I was just walking around them. And I would imagine myself having that vehicle. In my mind, it was already a done deal. When you do stuff like that, what starts to happen is when you do it often enough, a crazy thing happens, and you start to believe that you can actually achieve that kind of stuff.

I mean, fast forward right now, folks. I'm actually, the areas I used to drive in, that's where my house is. You know what I mean? And it's just funny how things work. But you don't get that, I don't remember who said this, But if you don't know where you're going, and your road will take you there. So it's very, very true, folks.

If you're listening to this, just take note. You've got to be very, very specific about what you want to accomplish. So next thing, talking about focusing, is like I said, you've got to believe you can do it. And listen, you're hearing success story after success story. If you just bombard your mind with success stories and stop listening to the nice sayers, stop listening to the people at work, stop listening to the people who are gonna tell you that you can't do it, just ignore them, right? Don't spend time with them and just bombard your mind with success story after success story after success story.

Right, listen, you know, subscribe to like Success Magazine, right, I would recommend that. I get that magazine, I just read it because there is a bunch of stories of people who were broke, started out with nothing, and achieved tremendous levels of success and how did they do that kind of stuff, right? I was always fascinated by that stuff. How does one go from being completely broke to becoming a millionaire, a multi-millionaire, in a very short time? What do they do? How do they think?

And this is more important. You can get rich, and you can make money doing a lot of stuff. I mean, you can take different roads and stuff like that. But fundamentals is what you need to pay attention to. How do those successful people think that's different from the masses? what goes on through their mind when they hit an obstacle, inevitable obstacle that we all hit, right?

What goes on in their mind when they go bankrupt, okay? On their journey to success, what do they do in that situation? So I was always fascinated by that kind of stuff, and I was just reading that stuff, and I was listening, I would go to YouTube, and I would just Google success stories and inspirational stories and inspirational videos and motivational stuff, and that kind of stuff is gonna pull you, it's gonna pull you, right, when they go and get stuff, when you hit some roadblocks, that kind of stuff is going to allow you to move forward. And it's not going to allow you to quit. Because you will have that awareness. The stuff you may be going through, the challenges you may be going through in life right now, listen, it's not going to be like that forever for you.

It's going to change. But having the crystal clear outcome is very, very important. So right now you're with Empower Network. This company Empower Network right here. I can look anybody in the eye with conviction in my eyes, with conviction in my heart and I can tell you one thing. This is your vehicle right here. You are already a part of Empower Network. You got to get focused. You got to get all in, not only buying all the products which is important and why?

Because listen, it's a business. You want to make more money? You want to make more money? got to be positioned for success. People ask me, Vic, how did you make the kind of money you made with Empower in a very short period of time? Because listen, when I was getting in, to me it was a no-brainer because I understand that this is a business.

This is not a hobby. If you're going to treat this like a hobby, you're going to dip your hands and just go in for $25 or whatever. People say, Vic, you don't understand, man. I don't have money. And to those people, I say, listen, it doesn't matter what your situation is. I had to borrow $30,000 to get started.

So nobody's going to come to me and nobody's going to tell me, Vic, you don't understand my situation. Because my situation was I dug myself a hole, $30,000 to get started, wasted through 20 of it, and had absolutely zero money coming in, and I had to make a decision. Do I pursue my dream, or do I go back to find another job, or do I go and hop to something else and you know what, I was laser focused. I did not switch companies. I did not switch companies at that time, right? But I seeked out, I deliberately started to, you know, I got myself a mentor which, you know, Pat, you're over here, you got mentors right here, just look at the panel, right?

Go to the 15K formula. I mean, just the information you get here. You know, I used to pay thousands, tens of thousands of dollars for the same information that is being taught right here in Power Network, okay? So it's not like you have to pay you know five hundred bucks an hour to some mentor to coach you on this kind of stuff because this is what i had to do in the beginning you know i actually had to pay a guy five hundred bucks per hour to coach me on the stuff that you guys learn in the power network fifteen k formula uh… dave the uh… the uh…

masters retreat man that that thing is is is off the hook rather than it's it's you know if somebody's not willing to take their their their you know resources are time and just started that material right first of all get it and study it uh… you're not to be to me you know you're not you're not serious about your business you just never you know you just you just gonna that you know did you feel you get deeper hands and in different things and just try it out and that's exactly what you can get you know you're gonna get happy results which is usually not much but when you get focused you don't care what's going on outside can you get focused you see people making money there's absolutely no reason you can't do the same uh… so Positioning yourself for success is very, very important. And the reason, Dave, one of your questions was, how is it I believe that a lot of people are going all in, is because if you have that conviction inside of you, when I talk to my team members, when I talk to my family members, my sister got involved, right? And when I talk to people, I just tell them to go all in. That's it.

You know, just go all in. Okay? If you cannot afford to go all in right away, get all in as soon as possible. Okay? Borrow the money, put it on the credit card, go all in. Couple things are going to happen.

Number one, you're going to position yourself for making a lot more money, okay? Doing this, doing basically the same amount of work, okay? And so, but second thing was going to happen is you're going to have a lot more, what, how do I put this? You're going to have that, you're going to have that, something that you have invested, you know i mean you don't have a lot of skin in the game right so you will have to the you'll have to take this thing seriously if you only put in twenty five bucks or a hundred twenty five bucks you know and you can as see how it's gonna work out uh… you're not you're not invested enough you know i mean you're not you haven't invested enough to to really pull this uh… when when you've when you keep your first road block in a quick but i believe if you go all in you will make it work because you're gonna start seeking to start listening listening to people who are doing it, you're going to go through 15K formula, you're going to go through the master's course, right, you're going to listen for the information, for the nuggets, you're going to listen for the key ideas that you can implement in your business, right.

And what happens is when you go through that information, okay, your level of awareness increases, okay. So you have more perspective, you have more knowledge, okay, but you've got to take the time to go through the information, right. So think about it, people go to school to become a lawyer or a doctor or some kind of professional and they spend like doctors, I mean 10 years of their life to become a doctor. Do you have a guarantee you're going to be a doctor after 10 years? No. You just get the knowledge to become a doctor and then you have to go through the practice and then you have to work your butt off and hopefully become a doctor.

What we have here, what you guys and I, what we all, everybody, what we have here is the opportunity that is the best in the world. I mean there is no other industry, there is nothing else in the world folks, there is nothing else in the world that's legal, right, that can allow you to create the kind of money that you want to create like you can here with online marketing and power network. I mean, it's amazing. Right now, what my motivation is is not so much the money. I mean, the money is great. But once you hit a certain level, I'll say once you are, when you get yourself to about $100,000, $200,000 a year in income, money becomes a secondary thing for you.

It's nice. It becomes a gain. And then it becomes, OK, how much more can I make? how how can i tweak my promotion and then let's see what what's gonna happen ready because again so it becomes far right but you gotta get yourself there how do you get yourself there is maybe in focus but being positioned to make a lot of money when you do that it becomes when you when you talk to people here's here's another thing i want to tell you guys if you're not position if you're not all in your people will do exactly what you do you know i never thought about that it's it's like you know you got a lead by example you know and this is this goes on for before every every of your life you know if you if you can't you know you you can be you know fat and and teach somebody how to be skinny or or tell you know people how to lose weight it just doesn't work you can be broken and can try to teach people how to make money right it's not gonna happen a lot of you guys starting out you know i think i was are you know if you are not making money or making a little money right now right you're on your way what you do is you leverage success stories of a power network can you that they did it you can do it that i did don't talk about your struggles and then you said this once i heard you brother and it was brilliant and don't talk about your struggles when you struggle they talk about your struggles after you have overcome them or okay but uh… you gotta leverage your teams you know if you're part of a team uh… and you guys have success stories, leverage that.

Okay, talk about that. Talk about success, don't talk about struggles. People don't wanna join you if you're struggling, okay? But if you're a part of a team, if you're a part of a team like Empower Network, man, you got 100,000 people, how many millionaires created in the first year and a half or something like that? How many people are earning over $100,000 a year with Empower Network? Well, in Austin, for those of you guys who have been in Austin, you've witnessed it, right?

stage full of people who are earning at least $100,000 a year with Empower Network. Show me another company. Show me another company where they can have 4,000 people in the room and 98% or 95% of people in the room actually making money. But here is what makes, here is the difference between people who are really making it versus those who are just so-so. If you really want to make money within this game, folks, you've got to become the student of the business. You've got to become the student of the game.

You've got to be positioned for success and you have to take in the information. Don't just buy the product just to be able to resell it. Go through the information, get the knowledge and then teach the stuff that you're already learning. Teach it and pass it on to your subscribers. Pass it on to your team members. Pass it on to people who are following and looking up to you.

Here's what's going to happen. When you do that, you will position yourself and you will elevate yourself as a leader in this industry. Make sense? And so now the information that you're learning within Power Network through those products, 15K formula, the Masters Retreat, and listen, when you get those products, that kind of information is not going to be found for free on the internet, very freely. Make sense? So you've got to make an investment to get to that information.

So that's why I go to events and that's why I pay $10,000 to attend some of these workshops right now, even at the level where I'm at right now in this business and I'm spending probably at least $5000 per month just on personal development, nothing but personal development, not even business related stuff. Why? Because if you're not growing, you're going to die. You either grow or you die. It's like a tree, if the tree is not growing, it's dying. Same thing with you, you're either creating or you're disintegrating.

You don't want to disintegrate, you always want to grow. The only way you can grow is to put more information, to put more positive information into your mind and not only put that information and keep it there, you want to put that information in your mind and you have to share it with others. When you do that folks, it's actually very easy to become the top two percenters in this industry. It's actually very easy to be at the top in this industry because everybody on the bottom, the 98% are not making money. I actually surveyed subscribers from my list and from other people's list, just subscribers, not customers. Something like 91.6% of people, this is serving thousands of people, 4,000 or 5,000 people.

91.6% are making $0 online. Okay, crazy. Why? Because they're not willing to do what the top two percenters are doing, right? They're not willing to do that kind of stuff. So what do the top two percenters are doing and how can you elevate yourself?

It's actually very easy. Make it a habit to read every single day. And you guys heard other leaders saying this, okay? I'm going to confirm that. I'm going to conquer that. I'm going to tell you that reading is critical.

I mean, it's critical to your success. If you're not willing to take 30 minutes a day to just read and what do you read? You read stuff that's going to inspire you. You read stuff that's going to help you become a better person. You read good positive stuff. There's a bunch of stuff you can, I mean, well you shared a bunch of this stuff already.

So you read. You surround yourself with people. You get information, you apply information and you share information with others. If you do that, you will raise yourself above the competition, you will raise yourself above the crowd and people will start looking at you differently. When that happens, life becomes absolutely, life transforms for you like night and day. You won't believe the kind of transformation that you can have when you do this kind of stuff.

Because all of a sudden, people will want to be a part of what you're doing. So when you're building your business with Empower Network, you'll be able to tell people, look them in the eye through the webcam or at the event or whatever, just talking to one on one with them, right? You have that certainty, you have the conviction, you will have that credibility that you know what, whatever you tell them to do is what you're doing yourself. When you are at that level, when you're at that point, folks, making money becomes easy. It becomes easy. So I mean, Dave, I can talk about a bunch of stuff, man.

Why am I here? Because of Empower's vision of where you guys want to go, where you guys are taking the company and really what you guys want to accomplish in the world. I mean, this is awesome. I mean, I feel privileged and just excited and fired up. And I'm pumped to be a part of Empower Network. I think it's a movement.

I think what we have here is something very, very special. I think we're going to be around for a very, very long time. And I think that this is just getting started. It's incredible to think what's going to happen in next year. Right now, what my motivation is, is hey, it's not about me making more money, it's about helping my team members make more money. Dave, I just, I don't know if I told you this, but I just got a text from one of my members who just joined us like two and a half months ago, maybe like three months right now.

And he's like, Vic, dude, I just made $70,000 in less than 90 days with Empower Network and I'm quitting my job. Today was my last day at my work. And this guy was trying to make money for like seven years online. Never made money. And he's getting those text messages, he's getting people cheering up and just being all excited saying, hey, I just got my first sale today. I just got my first masters, I just got my first all in today.

I was talking to one of my team members today and he's like, I just got an all in sign up today and the guy made like $4,600, one sign up, $4,600. You can do that, you cannot do that if you are not positioned yourself. So people are looking at that stuff and they're like, I want to make more money but then you tell them that you need to position yourself, you got to read, you got to go through the trainings you got to implement the information and you got to share it with others. The last part, I don't want to scare you guys here, if you don't want to share it, don't. Get yourself, apply the information for yourself first. Apply what you learn in 15K formula, actually do it.

If you want to become a leader, you will make a lot more money. But you cannot become a leader unless you be a good follower first. You got to be a very good follower first. Do what your sponsor tells you. If your sponsor is not all in, look up to his sponsor. You've got to find and follow the guy who is all in, who is committed, and who is making the kind of money you want to make.

And listen, even if you have to go all the way up to the founders of Empower, to Dave and Dave, these guys want you to succeed. These guys have the right intention. They have the heart and they want you to succeed. i am i am totally confident in and comfortable my team over here on into this family i i have no problem you know actually uh… i i'm i'm being a little pushy with my guys you know i just told to go to events and i'm like that just get to the event can we have a a chicago event coming up next week uh… i'll be there right all the leaders everybody who's on this panel is going to be there do they do they have to be there they're making money they can be paying out they can be be what do whatever but we're gonna be there why because i want to get one more night i wanna i want to run myself with guys like you know david would David Sharpe and tony russian erin rashkin chris record and john and justin tracy i want to be around those people i wanna i want to be around people who are i want to be around five thousand people who are like minded right who are moving in one direction because something is going to click something's gonna happen and you're gonna come out of the morning of the day you're gonna be you're gonna to feel like you're going to be on cloud nine after coming out from that event, right?

The Austin event was my first event with Empower and I knew it was going to be awesome but it blew me away. It blew my mind and what I really saw was I really saw the vision for the company and really what this is all about. What Empower Network really is all about. And listen, I'm going to be here as long as you guys are going to be here. And my focus guys, last time I'm going to leave you with this, I'm not dipping my hands into anything else, okay? I'm not doing Empower and then promoting Clickbank products, I'm not doing that.

I'm not promoting Empower and then there's another thing that I'm doing on the side, no I'm not doing that. I'm focusing on Empower Network. And so my 100% focus is Empower Network and I want to build my team, I want to build this business, I want to do stuff that's going to, you know, people that are coming behind me, right, I'm doing this for them, not for me necessarily, I'm doing this for them. And so it's the greatest thing in the world when you have your team members becoming successful, when you have your team making money. Man, it just fires you up. It's an awesome feeling.

When you go to an event and you have people surrounding you and then saying, hey, I just make $20,000. I mean, we've got people who are just in the last 90 days, some of them are making $20,000 per month already, folks. It's ridiculous. I've never seen it. I've been around the industry for about eight years now. I've been a part of different programs, different systems, promoted different stuff.

I've never seen any other deal, any other company where people would have as much success as quickly as within Power Network. And so that speaks volumes and it's incredible. Brother Dave, I don't know if you want me, I don't know, any other questions man, but it's just, you know, I can talk about this stuff all night here guys, but you know, we've got other people that I want to listen to. So I got two ears and one mouth, so I want to listen twice as much as I thought. Hey, dude, that was awesome, man. I mean, it's just fun listening to success.

I've been sitting here, and I sit here, and it's funny because Tracy was quoting something that Aaron Rashkin said, and then somebody else is quoting somebody else just on the webinar. And we tell people this stuff all the time, but one thing I want to say, though, one thing i was there he said in order to be a leader uh… you've got to be a follower first and that's true uh… and in order to be a better leader you've got to stay a follower uh… what you follow might change it might adapt and you might need to go outside person you know now it's getting hard you know you know you know how that is big it's like after a while it gets a little difficult because you know you know i i i made more money than my sponsor and then i made more money than their sponsors and then I made more money than their sponsors and then I made more money than their sponsors and then it was hard. You know what I mean?

So I actively seek mentors and I'm lucky enough, blessed enough I'd say that in Empower Network I've got mentors here too. I learn things from you and I learn things from Aaron and I learn things from Tony and Tracy, I've got pages and notes from what you and Tracy were talking. You know, and one thing too, guys, you notice how everybody here reads and they listen and they associate with people that are getting their results they want, you notice that? You know, Vic's talking about how he's spending $5,000 a month on personal development, and the truth is it's hard to find personal development material from people who make more money than Vic. You know what I mean? He's got to actively seek it out.

I had a conversation about a month ago with a guy that blew my mind. I always want to meet people that have done things I haven't done. I met a guy that's earned, he's earned $100 million in direct sales since 2000. I went over to his house, I was just hanging out with him and he was wanting to know why what I was doing was working because he's not an internet guy. He's a home meeting and a hotel guy making that much money. that uh…

and so he was asking me questions and picking my brain out of the history of that stuff in my mind was just warped a little bit size like a million dollars a month you know i mean the first time you ever made a hundred thousand years i think nineteen ninety nine uh… and and and then from two thousand till now he's made like a hundred million dollars in in in life one industry right one history one focus on really not and uh… so he had all these books lying around and uh… lying on the floor and i was telling people to read because i was reading and i said those are your books and he says those are the books i've read in the last eight months there's like a hundred fifty or two hundred books and i was like dude that is a lot of reading you know what i mean i mean i read abnormally a lot but that's a lot of reading and he's like i read at least three hours a day And I said, really? And he says, I've got to grow faster than my team's brother. And here we got a guy, we're telling people to read, and here we got a guy, he says, look, if you're not willing to read 30 minutes a day, you might as well just go rent a dumpster.

You didn't say that, but I'll say it. Look, just go rent Vixel's apartment from the video if you're not willing to read. You know what I mean? So I appreciate it. Now, what I want to do is I just want to jump over to Tony. We've got like three more people to bring it forward because we've got a number of day boss.

We've got to bring Tony, Lawrence, and Justin out. But I want to jump to Tony real quick because I figure we'll just stick on this trend. We've got Vic's up making, I think, last month, but I think he made a quarter of a million dollars. He's just going to get ranked up here. What have you made now, Vic? three so i don't want to know about haven't yet but i don't i don't think that's the stuff anymore i was not i think i'm not to as i think it's over one point three for sure i don't know exactly and so we got to get out now tony's over over uh…

a billion dollars he's a robust to or at least twenty you know sometimes people are mystery you know but just hear him talk to you see why he's making the money he's making without even knowing any strategy to Vic? Yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. You can always tell too, and you can always tell, there's an old, old saying, some ancient script or something that says, from the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. I listen to people like Aaron and Vic and Tracy talk, and it's, they're on automatic pilot.

They're not just, you know, you hear some people talking and you kind of get the sense that they're just regurgitating what they just heard on an audio about 30 minutes before the call started, you know. But you hear these guys talk and you can, this is what they live. This is their life philosophy. This is a, it's an ingrained habit-knit way of thinking and living and being and acting in their every minute of every day. So I could sit here and just listen to Vic. I actually had a little snack.

i went off camera so i could enjoy those snacks while it was uh… all the crystal but i cannot list that's not all day i love hearing a lot of talk about it school in school i i want to get your perspective to think you're up uh… i mean you're you're averaging hundred thirty hundred forty month i think uh… i don't know your best month this year but uh… i i i think it's a really interesting on face book the event is he said that you know i just crossed a million i didn't realize that's like i was watching for a separate action i think more so possibly uh… next month to he's he's right there and there's a couple of those that are close to the word mister pop up a million dollar here and then every week and then will be every couple days uh…

but uh… you know uh… you said i i i think that the sixteen months million contract my second million you know eight months more or something like that Yeah, if I had no growth at all, it would take another eight months. So I'm looking to hit it sometime this summer. i guess which is a real the may amazing you know considering i didn't come here for the money i think you're for the training you know and uh… accidentally stumbled into a fifty thousand one thing that uh…

i suppose from from the start sprinkle storyman why is that in that what some policies you've got to me uh… you're making a lot more money then a lot of people out there who are they're not listening but they're they're working hard uh… doing more sometimes and making less money uh… how can you make it money uh… what will first of all thanks for having me out uh… and i can definitely coastline i could keep my comment short by just co-signing everything that's been said so far uh…

is the disadvantage of going fourth and fifth in a panel of badasses is that all the good points get taken early. Tracy pretty much ruined everybody's outline, I think. She just hit all the solid gold nuggets in like 15 minutes. A note to self, always go before Tracy. But I think there's a couple things, Vic, and it's interesting because what's come up among everybody here is talking about the need, not the need, but the requirement for personal development. One of the things that I really, it was a major aha moment for me when I went from being broken struggling to kind of figuring out which end was up was realizing that I am in my life where I am because of my best thinking.

You know my best thinking has created the situation I'm in. My health, my marriage, my relationships, my parenting, my bank account and obviously tonight we're talking bank accounts but a lot of people get wrapped up in their circumstances they say well you know they look over there checking account balance may think that that dictates the moves that they can make and one of the big aha moments that i had my life was that my checking account is not a reflection of who i am it's a reflection of who i've been being it's a reflection of the attitudes that i've had around money lately uh… because you know how i think about money leads my my beliefs lead to my decisions in my decisions lead my actions so a really clever short cattle this stuff is just to get around people that are living the life you want to live which you know we've got several thousand people watching tonight preaching to the choir a little bit because you guys all chosen this sometime tonight to clean a few ideas from people that are getting the kind of results that you want but i think that that there's also one extra step not just that the decision to be a personal development person and i'm saying why i mean i'm reading two books now you've got a you've got to invest yourself it's the is a dollar that you spend on any kind of self-education around your goals will pay itself back a thousand times every dollar so uh… you gotta be involved in personal and not just pay lip service to it uh… i know if i went to air and south side with c tons of shales i've got to walk i can take a laptop walking around my house i have just downstairs one two brief or five six bookcases downstairs and i've got a ton of books that we never did unpack because i've got a lot of mon amazon kindle now uh… the support of those issues huge thing uh…

and it's no coincidence that every person i've ever talked to that made over a hundred thousand dollars a month was always uh… speaking the directives that you just heard from david wood you know if you're not willing at least commit if you're not willing to commit thirty minutes a day to improving yourself uh… you know hey was quick mickey mouse around here you just have to admit you're not a serious as you say you are so that's the first thing uh… the other thing though excuse me is up i think there's a separation at times between i think that i i communicate this properly uh… i'll keep it simple and hopefully somewhat brief it's like they see what they want right so much as well as i want to make x amount of dollars a month or a lot or be home i want to uh… will have my my spouse home or whatever but there seems to be some slight separation where they know what they want can't quite believe it to happen to them it's it's a little bit of that same thing that you see when you see people go by a lot right now we're not talking a lot of your business is fairly predictable uh…

but people go by a lottery ticket and they have enough belief to go by the lottery ticket right and they have enough belief to take action which is actually get the card go down to store by a lot of tickets but if you were to be able to like given ready a truth serum and actually forced them for a moment to be completely honest i believe that ninety nine percent of those people would tell would honestly say that they don't they've never actually invested any time at all in picture and what their life is going to look like when they actually win the lottery you know they have like it and we see this in conversation you know staying in the lobby of the inside conversations with people or or by email or webinars or phone conversations with that one of team and uh… you get the call up or the little they'll say well you know i have got i've got some questions about marketing and uh… i've gotten to the point where i pretty much is to say well let's get to that a sec but first of all which are the or you hear what is the usual what would you get a certain power and it's interesting because the people that take twenty seconds to answer that question they've already revealed the one thing that's actually creating all their struggle is they don't have all and you can always tell when they're manufacturing the goal right there on the spot i used to do this because i get around somebody at a company convention or something was getting brian murray we were in the we're at a convention was a south african guy he'd just hit the goal david you just get the bill about one million dollars cash not just having earned a million in this company but he actually had just that much of dot is bank statement he had a million dollars cash in his accumulated accounts which was just awesome so i'm of course i've got this moment this window of opportunity to ask anything you know so naturally i did what average people do because i was fairly average at the time i started telling my my stinky story like a real style better or i i i got this opportunity to get some ways domain stay at unscored rematch i'm not telling you about my past struggle and well i've been in the company for this long this and that it's just a waste of his time my but the but the interesting thing was in the conversation that i have been he said what here's an interesting thing he said i bought a book and a second book shop called thinking where it's a bar for twenty five cents and i read that and the cover of the book i don't have my copy in here some you guys have a copy of the direction at the top the addition that i have says this book to be worth a million dollars to you and and brian had his bank statement folded up in his copy of the book and the book was just tattered you know it was falling apart pages were out of it he'd read this thing cover-to-cover for years he said yeah i bought this thing for twenty five cents and it and you know this is maybe a million dollars asset well it that amazing you pay twenty five cent you got a million dollars he said well that was a lot more that that that's true my point was about it a second hand bookshop and it took a second to sink in a way oh somebody else had that book and decided that they would just get rid of it and i'm standing here in a in sort of the power that washed over me because and and i'm not quite connecting the dot i want to connect here but in that conversation i became highly aware of how often we do squander opportunity because for whatever reason can't quite see ourselves being the person in the situation we say we want to be here like uh… having a million dollar bank account or making fifty thousand dollars a month or you know for some people a lot is just if you could just get to a hundred dollars a day you would feel like you'd want a lot of it you know that that's i think a lot of times people have trouble getting their head around the bigger numbers uh… but this is the idea that my god if i just had two hundred dollars a day coming in with every day but clockwork i just knew that my residual was two hundred dollars a day all my god i would feel like a millionaire and here's the thing uh… and i told the story before the brief version of it is that my wife and i were for reek of one time and i think that and we have an invitation to spend student sometime with some of the top owners of the company and i will be brief as we have other people here from that i remember that after about four or five hours of floating around this private pool over in like this resort within the resort floating around the pool of these people in our sponsor had invited us to come over and then next thing you know here comes the owner and his wife and then here's the other owner of his wife and here's the entire leadership council and all of a sudden being just about ourselves around the afternoon rub and shoulders with people that were making collectively millions of dollars a month kind of like what we have here on this panel after a few hours of that we had to get back to our hotel room to get ready for dinner and i i can take it in the spot that was at the old conchisador resort for our report rica i could take you the exact spot pot where i said to my wife it made amazing that we got to hang out with those people and she said what that's a good amazing that we got to hang out with them and she said yeah it is it is i had a good time on where we get to meet them but you know as long as you see them as being different from you you'll never be there and i realize that caught by dot myself caught in that little weird space works like i've believed enough to be in the company i believe enough to be taking action but i still view there is being there some separation between me and me up they they're super heroes or their aliens from another planet or they wear a cape and tights and they they you know another nice people but somehow they're different from me and i'll tell you that keep you stuck the symptom of that the the problem with that way of thinking is insidious it's like a weed in the garden and if you're not paying attention you will know it's there you start to notice all these little things happening in regard which uh…

in my business the way it would be showed up in my business as not playing full out not being willing to make powerful decisions sort of making little half-efforts at things stick in my toe in the water and then being really frustrated because i get an opportunity to be around somebody like brian who's just got a million dollars in his bank account and i got that common story that we all here you know from people well i've been here for so long i've been here for this long and yet i'm doing the eight course steps and i'm blogging every day and around a solo ad once and i didn't get many leads and and they've got this they've got this whole thing and they're asking you to diagnose their business you know in less than two minutes based on the the barest information possible and that's where i was and all i can say is all of that is a symptom of not really owning the reality that you can actually have what it is you said so when i had these conversations with the but now that's a before we get anything else to the picture goal i'll love it when somebody can i mean i think i have to think about it they just say i'll make twenty five thousand dollars a month so that way i can get my wife home we can pay off her house rossett somewhat you say what the hell if you know what you need to pay off but they know out i'll love talking somebody who's on purpose but they they really know what they want a lot of water it's it's such a refreshing change from the people whose say uh… well you know i i just you know i want to make a lot of money i just i cannot just wanna uh… uh… well i'd like to you know get a new car new car and you can tell when you're talking to that they've never even get that that i don't know what kind of work they don't know they don't know so i could call tracy a few months ago said they will come for you get and she'd like it's a maserati it's this color it's got this interior but it was a choice for a cheap not she could tell you everything about that car because it was real to her before she had it and anyway that they were really good everything shifted for me because i realized i was making this rookie mistake of believing i could have it and or having belief in what i was doing the company i was here below i believe in the company and i had a belief to take action but i didn't quite believe that i could stand at in the result but myself in a certain amount of time it's like it'll hold you up and it reveals itself as little things like will uh… no not all in yet or well i might get to chicago i just got a work some things out i got one i got one affiliate i don't want to leave who lives a hundred miles from chicago said yeah i don't know if i get the money to cut it you know i don't know if i'm going i had decided yet uh… you know if i get the money gather i'll be there am i what how would you ever get the money to do something that you decided not to do and and she said all know i mean if i get the money to get if i get the money gather i'll be there as it are what you said but i'm saying if you have decided to go to chicago then you have actually decided not to go to chicago you've made a decision not making a decision is still a decision so if you say you don't want to go to chicago what you're telling me is that you've decided not to go to chicago unless you find some money but how would you ever find money to do something you decided not to do it's the same things like well will be all in but i'll have the money Well, I'll close with this probably the most powerful thing that any of us can do Even those of us who are making a lot of money is to review this from time to time the power the the the ability to make powerful decisions as opposed to just You know, the average person kind of goes through life with a lot of wishes, you know ought to's ought to do this Should do that wishes should and ought to use is is that's about the weakest language we can use around this okay uh…

very rarely do you see somebody treat the word decision with the respect and the power that that word deserves uh… i love words all of reading uh… i love language and i found a few years ago that the word decision it actually comes from the same route as the word incision you know i can start or jury so i was making an incision it means to cut the word decision means to cut off from and that interesting the decision means to cut off from and if you look at what that means a proper decision means you're basically saying here's my options and i'm going to cut this one away from everything it this is the one that i'm doing none of this other stuff it's a decision they don't go back in a super glue that stuff together if it's a real decision a real decision is something that's cut off from the rest of it there's nothing left it stands alone and uh… i don't think he probably any analogy in the twentieth century would be a better example of this than probably jfk in the middle of all this war that was going on in the united states realizes that the morale of the american people was about as well as it could be and he goes on national television and he says before the end of the decade will put an american man on the moon now those of us today who've been around the space program and most of us on the line of light probably we were happy at space shuttles going up when i was in my early teens but if you could go back a little further in time realize what that story means we didn't have the technology to put a man on the moon never in two thousand two thousand years of human history had any anybody ever even conceived of the idea of what it would take to physically develop the technology and the life support systems and the training and the intelligence that's required to put all those pieces of of the puzzle together to actually have a human being stand on our moon successfully it never been done and jfk goes on tbm says we're going to do it that's a high wire act that's a decision that is a decision because he could look very very foolish right and yet at the moment that he said at the moment that he said it it was impossible to do it it was impossible to do it at the moment he said it what nineteen sixty eight or sixty nine we have a couple people on the back here's the thing most people don't really believe it but it's way easier to make twenty five thousand hours a month and you think it is and and i get this hard up always think that way when you're struggling to pay the bills are you trying to figure out how to get the money together to do something you don't want to do but i'm telling you start with the station and i'll just kind of close with this just to say what just repeat what i told you a lady that lives in our from chicago how would you ever get the money to do something that you decided not to do is a less you decided to do something you've decided not to do it for those of you who are ready for a breakthrough uh… here it is there's something that you're supposed to do in your business right now and you know what it is you don't need anybody on this panel to define it for you uh… for some of you it's just a little bit around your own your first ad you've been put it off or for some of you can be shoot your first video and you've been a lot of getting around about that because you don't have the right camera or you don't think you have the right equipment.

Some of you need to go all in. Some of you have your 15k but not your masters. You know, there's a list of things. But here's the thing, everybody down below here, we all overcame all the obstacles to do all of them. And that's where all the magic is. So you know what it is you're supposed to do.

And for some of you, it means clicking a button over there on the right side of the screen and you don't need any of us to tell you what you're supposed to do. You know there's one thing right now that would change your business forever if you would just step forward stop fighting us about it stop fighting that little inner voice in your head that doubt and fear and just get the foot off the break and that's where all magic happens and uh… i love all these events because i learned so much from people like aaron and tracy and chris and justin and lawrence uh… and there is it is an absolute joy to spend time with david david every opportunity i can but as much as anything i get to show up with five thousand of my best friends and i get to hear these great stories of somebody who said you know hey adjust came off some webinar you said something that just and it made all the difference in the world just had my first sixteen hundred dollar day or just had my first hundred dollar debt that's why we're here that's why we're here on wednesday night we can all be doing something else tonight we were really are investing our time with you guys tonight because we love you we really do want you to make money we want to help you change your lives but there's a point to work which we can't do anything else everything else passed that point hinges on you moving forward on things that you know that you should do for your own success so that's that's more than a couple minutes more than i plan but that's uh… so so my mother that i can't wait to see you guys next week well man it's awesome to see all these brother and that that the cool part is that you know it's like we all keep growing you know to me uh… the uh…

it's just fun to see you know the first event we did it was like we're going to do an event and get a thousand people there and uh… we didn't have a place to do it we just said it's going to be in atlanta and uh… start selling tickets which is pretty hilarious actually two weeks before the event there's a there's a the event planners that we the new ones we hire show up and nothing's been done we would have showed up with maybe a microphone. And then it changed our company. That event changed our company. It changed our company because people saw it was real.

People started to believe it. And a lot of people, some of you on the webinar tonight, or the live stream, Hangout, whatever it is, started to believe it. You're starting to believe it. And you need to get to Chicago. And you need to get there. And some of you made a decision to go tonight.

I've seen the ticket sales from that pop in. And some of you are seeing a button of something you need to know that you know you need to buy. Throbbing over there. It's pulsating at you, even though it's not moving. Your mind is doing that. It's pulsating the button.

It's making you move because you know you need to buy. And it's OK to just click the button, fill out the form, and buy. And I just think it's fascinating watching everybody grow. And Tony, you said something on your wall. And I read Tony's wall because he's always said interesting things on there. And I just actually wait for the religious arguments, is what i do uh…

it and i don't argue with both sides but you know if there's something interesting on this baseball all the other day he said uh… he said uh… if you're not if you're not embarrassed about who you were two years back uh… or a year ago i think that's what he said then you're not rowan what do you say tony it was something was some cool thing a little phrase you remember what i'm talking about? is if you're not at least a little bit embarrassed about who you were a year or two ago you're probably not really what yeah you know and and it's hard to imagine being embarrassed about making hundred forty thousand but you'll get there you know what i'm excited about it that's where i would back a year ago now and i think man this evening march marching here to go out this was the first month that i followed david's instructions on that webinar and my income jumped a thousand dollars a day my god i sure thought i had a few things figured out all my god i remember what alex is a very of since i think that solo ads and i said to alex what's the solo ad and we had just come out of the fifteen k not long before i had missed that one webinar he said did you know what a solo that is in your making a thousand dollars a day and i think so yeah i i love i love that i'm a little bit embarrassed about where i was a year ago i can't wait till next year when i look back and i think all my god remember that whether or not did that was denied with every bottle god i thought i had so many things figured out i was making a hundred and forty thousand mc all i'm so embarrassed that my ignorance look where i'm at now i can't wait well it'll be fun to hear you know it's fun to see you it's uh… you know when and Vicks embarrassed about himself, he'll be like, man, I can't even remember the time when I didn't have a fleet of jets, it was awful.

Uh. Uh. He'll be there, he'll be there, he's smiling, I'm seeing, he knows the jet already he wants. Uh, so what I wanna do actually now, we've gotta bring out, Dave, I wanna actually bring you out, I've been leading the conversation, you popped out, uh, and uh, I've said everything I wanna say, other than just pull out your credit card and get all in, if you're not, and if you all are, are all in, you're such bad ass, it's unbelievable. I'm so looking forward to meeting all of you guys. I'm so looking forward to meeting you guys in Chicago.

I really am. All the new people. I get emails and stories. Somebody was saying a story. Tony, you sent me that story the other day, that lady. And I watched that video where she's crying, talking about how her life's changed.

I always meet people. My only thing that I wish I could do was bring out everybody who's had a transformation story we just we there's no time because we actually have to make uh… which is in amazing placed a big i remember being in a company where you know the struggling person that company was making any money or they're making like a dollar a month and uh… here a struggling person who's like i'm so frustrated is making like two thousand or three thousand about here this is a different day i was talking to a friend who's an industry person who runs grand companies before and stuff like that and i started to about you know our income numbers about you know our top you know how many people we have earning a check and right now i think it's like this month i think eight thousand people are going to check today's actually our best sign up day ever we signed up i think seven hundred thirty people today uh… which is our best sign up day ever so congratulations everybody seven hundred uh… and that that number is going to tell you guys that will turn to seven thousand in ten months you just wait uh…

and with some of the stuff we're doing let's just hope that you start working now uh… because i'd love to see what your bank account looks like Tony we're bringing in seven thousand uh… and it's taking us this long to hit a hundred thousand and you know what it's like your million dollar story it's taking us sixteen months and you know our first hundred thousand now we're already at the corner thirteen hundred fourteen thousand and it's going to be a city maybe three to four months more to get our to work out so that's what so they are going to turn over to you man just so you can leave the rest of conversation the people we it bring out still are more it's uh… and uh… in just a minute since it never patiently for hours and in and i've been going back and forth we just brought out a lot of people that's up appreciate your brother did that i want you to realize something uh… is is uh…

dates grow all the time they've got all the time we've we've got a lot of gathers and financially watching because he's seen the garage in him uh… you know uh… we don't talk about this to walk out i don't think you're talking about this really it's not really that or but but there's a time we were so stressed out when we were trying to went in Power Network, kind of like it was like, and then the banks were like, and we were on phone calls all day, wanting to kill everyone. I mean, you know, and we've seen this go from our tech is moving slow to now, now we actually, our CTO is managing about a quarter million dollars a month in technology projects. We've got stuff building that nobody knows about. and everything's moving fast now, and it's moving faster.

You know, our customer service, Dave's has some crazy stats on it. And I couldn't have done, you know, I couldn't have built a power network by myself. And the thing I've learned is this. You know, there's a thing in this book, How to Win Friends and Influence People, that I remember is a story where people are making fun of Henry Ford because he's dumb. is because i think he was lowered in the school or something and he was on national tv a critical for us to be was running what one of the worst up is the world yet but you know you know that the college great which now i would really read that probably get back age days or whatever and uh… the any said we talked about it i'm not stupid they said yeah well you know who was the president like nineteen twenty two and he's like and either i don't know what your america start there at least one and they have to know these and after a very says stop asking me these dumb questions what i'm going to use them in this conversation it's you and he says he says i'll tell you all tell you why i don't need to know the answers to these questions because i have a desk with buttons on it and if i want to know what year america started i hit a button in a professor history walks into my office who makes it difficult less money than me tells me that he goes back if i want to know anything i can and he says i'm not concerned about knowing everything i'm concerned with getting the most talented people i think it's a great lesson uh…

because I'm not concerned. and the best out there i want to have more people making more money and that's what this team is that's a big sharp so was that they were able to grow i'm rambling on forever so appreciate and appreciate you too man and uh… can you hear me all right yeah just one okay cool cool cool what it was kind of funny because on enough for those of you know us right you know that you know we're about as unorganized as as can possibly be you know we started this uh… it's funny it's in its whole areas to those who kind of know how we how we operate uh… but you know i think i have to point where stop trying to be so organized i just realized that uh… you know of there's people who are good at that stuff and you know like erin for example she just kind of organized as my life if in bring in the money and she figures out ways that we keep it right uh…

and and you know i appreciate you doing you know i'm sitting here looking at this panel uh… and it's just unbelievable because uh… the amount of the amount of talent the amount of income you know skill the amount of experience on this panel just unprecedented it really is but back to how are all unorganized we are uh… we started this we started this uh… uh… we plan this webinar of course erin rashkin out he's a little bit more organized we are uh…

he's somewhat spacing eighty because he's so creative obviously but he thinks things a little bit different organizes structures that they are a bit more is all you have to do is just ask me to take off the shirt and he's got this chiseled body that you know to be disciplined to get right same thing with justin and in these guys they do yoga meditate all the stuff you just don't get that from being you know just a total space can i even though dot i know justin's kind of space cadet as well uh… but still focus in organized in in one specific areas of course we plan this erin email a couple of days and said he has worked but hang out and we're both like you know we'd love to do what i mean we just have forgot about for two days and then today all the sudden said well why don't we do that hang out that you brought up two days ago because rashken sent another email and days right before the webinar started sent all of the leaders in the mail saying hey get the get your gmail address over to sharp because he's got a hook the webinar up and then i texted would and said hey man i'm not going to come for forty five minutes until after the webinar art so we got a really try to find a solution here pretty quick and i was literally ten minutes before the webinar starts with us the reason why i tell you that story because it's proves to you proves to you that you don't have to be good at everything to be successful and to be good at something right and all of us have different strengths and different experiences and what I really want to point out to you is as you're looking at this panel right because that's what I'm doing right now I'm just sitting here looking at the screen looking at the panel of people of leaders of friends on this on thing out tonight and i can specifically tell you when each one of them made a decision to get involved with power network with Aaron we hung out in uh… Austin uh… two years ago something like that we had all placed separately our own in an affiliate contest back when we were uh… real heavy in the launch game was pretty much the the thing to do back then it still kind of isn't in some niches uh… and we met each other and he hung out we got to know each other we didn't know we're gonna actually be working together uh…

but then we launched it power that i think four months later so in aaron because he's got of following because he's got experience because he's got uh… a reputation uh… it is for lack of better terms basically doesn't want to put he he values his integrity uh… he wanted to make sure that this thing was to be for real but because he He had a relationship with us. He knew what kind of guys we were, and we'd spent some time. He made a decision.

The interesting thing is when he made that decision, he made the decision right, I believe, before we started going through all of our issues. I'm not sure if it was right before or right after, but here's what I do know is when he made the decision, he didn't waver in that decision. It was never an email from Aaron that said, hey, you know, guys, I'm maybe just going I'm not going to do this for a week because I'm just really not sure if you guys are going to make it through the challenges that you're going through. I'm in. I'm all in. Dave, of course, and I'm just going literally person to person.

When I met Dave, Dave called me on the phone. We were both producing. Dave was kicking ass. He was in a network marketing company and he was number one producer in a marketing system. I had this bad taste in my mouth about network marketing because I got involved in a couple of companies and the company owners, both companies shut down. I was just creating my own products and he saw me doing my thing.

We started talking on the phone and invited me down. Lawrence was actually there at that event. conversation we started to have some phone calls and when we decided to do this there was no maybe, there was no well you know I want to make sure that this is in place first or I got to make sure that you know we get the contracts and the agreements finalized before we move forward. You know there was none of that. We made a decision to build this company and create kind of this really cool sandbox as Tony likes to say for everybody. and for you guys who are with us tonight and we did it.

Justin and Dee, I believe, and Justin correct me if I'm wrong, that really when you made a decision to go all in was when you went down and you hung out with Dave. You had been in the industry for a long time. You had had a lot of experience. You'd done pretty much everything somebody could do in this industry to build a business and then you went down with david hung out i don't really know what happened you know the truth of matters it's not important to try to figure out what happened but what i can tell you is that from what i saw with you something fascinating happened in you just made decision and from that on bring to my from i think three or four thousand a month to i believe no less than thirty or forty thousand one since then you know what's tam same thing he's been uh… you know funny story you guys don't actually know uh… you know laurence large and actually sponsored me into a business when i got online many years ago right side no more for a long time you know i what i saw the frugal asian right who kind of was this family man i had been clean for a couple years and i was like really you know looking for somebody who no seem like they had uh…

good family values because i mean i was you know to be serious with you guys i was looking to try to get my daughter back in my life. A lot of you know that my daughter was not in my life for a long time due to my own personal decisions. I had her when I was 16. I remember driving around and circling the neighborhood where she was living at with my mom and not having the guts to step up to the plate and even say hi because I was so embarrassed about where I was at life, because I was so addicted to drugs, because I was so low in life that I didn't want my daughter to see me at that point in life. That was back when I was 18, 19, 20 years old. When I got involved in this industry, I had been clean for a couple of years.

I had this big vision. When I came into this industry, I had a chip on my shoulder. I had something that i wanted to get done uh… and uh… in in you know i i uh… i call what i call more and so we are the on and he sponsored in it was basically just in the link right you know he said well it looks like it's time to decide you know i decided from then uh…

i want you to think about the progression what can really happen in kind of a revolving door how and i've had my daughter back in my life for two and a half years full-time and those of you who heard the story six months ago i walked into a courtroom within never even having my name on daughter's birth certificate i really want to think about this piece because i was so young almost a little bit older my name is never even on the birth certificate i was scared to death that even i was successful you know i'd stay clean for five years even i've done all these things that society looks at me as a day if you know you've got all these great accomplishments inside i was still thinking that the judge was gonna that uh… tonight and i walked into that courtroom looked at my daughter and he looked at me and he said that dave uh… i'm proud of you didn't even know me never met me just looked at me uh… he i think he could sense my passion in my heart he could look at see the look at my daughter's eyes he said they look proud of you take your daughter home where she belongs so that decision that i made to get involved with laurence four years issue years ago right look at how that decision came full circle i want you to look at how i want to look at really guys on hangout tonight here when it's really boiling down to kind of last minute for you make a decision to come and meet us in chicago really the impact of the decision you can make right here what that can do for you free family what you really want to do for your life laurence has never waver he's always been and guys he was in uh… and we've been working together he's been working with dave before we've started this company tony i mean you know i but he doesn't say tony what the hell is that and i said i don't know that you know twenty five dollar deal and when he saw that was real he saw that there was something here bcp is just the ability to make uh… he made a decision to get all in and there's never been a new user right now for bennett indecision it's always a powerful decision because one power publicist all these guys made at the very beginning in these gals like tracy walker we went up to her we said tracy wanted to take a look at something in she took a look at it just like vick did for a lot of well of month look at some that we asked her to take a look at when she made a decision she just made a decision there was no day i want to get back to you i got a talk to the dog i got a check mailman i got a good doctor in the dentist in mitch but they you know might use their right by health stood to be able to get involved in this little will twenty five dollar deal right she just made a decision that stood on the sidelines answer to all in kind of just wanted to make sure that it was what he thought it was and then when he made a decision i don't think i've really been got a reiterate what you are to hurt him stay tonight because he's focused he made a decision one time and look at the results that came from that i want you to consider really when you look at what's really happening because a lot of people are just kind of on the hangout tonight, and they're here just because we're hanging out.

But I'm going to tell you something, friends, is there's something that's going on that's bigger and deeper than what you see here on the surface. There's things that are happening. There's a potential for you to really have an experience and breakthrough if you really look past the surface stuff, because what you're really looking at here is a group of people who are in the same exact situation that you were just a few years ago on some of our cases now some of us we've been in the industry for a little bit longer and some of us are fairly brand new to even success right some of us have been grinding for a long time some of us have never been able to help our teams right and because we decided to play big and create something that just most people didn't have the balls to create if i can just be straight with you guys tonight it is almost past midnight so i'm just going to talk straight to you okay uh… because you know i believe that it's a time right now that for you to make a decision if you're still on this call your serious right your serious if you're not serious you're curious but i guess up and there's an opportunity ready for you right here to do something big to make an impact beyond what you even think it's possible right because here's how i see this whole thing plan out i believe that what we've done up until this point i'm gonna tell you what we've done until this point just in case you're new tonight i believe what we've got until this point is really just pregame warm-ups you know how when you go and i was just with erin rashkin up in denver a couple months ago and we're on the football field uh… payton manning had i guess you know i'm i don't fall sports that much honestly because i don't watch too much tv uh… i'm either working plan and or learning and that's all i do right i mean either working with my work family i'm playing with my home family, burning just on my own, reading or watching videos or listening to audios.

That's all I do. I meet with people, personal people here in the business and then friends and stuff, mostly mentors. I'm just a self-definitionist. Guys, the people who you're hearing on this call tonight, all we do is put stuff into our brains. That's why the stuff comes out of our mouth like it does. Guys, what I believe it's that we have similar situation to what erin rashkin and i saw when we're at that denver game if you've ever been to a sports and you've seen this too right you see that football players come out and they warm up on the field for a party before the game right to the baseball players come out i played baseball as young uh…

we went out and we should stretched and we've got a warmed up and we took a little hitting practice and and i was a pitcher so they didn't really want me hitting i've got some hilarious door about somebody all games to all over for it we've made it to the state championship work our asses off to get to the state championship and then this guy who had a hot temper which is why a lot of you really should just like me and actually read it i just finished it how to win friends and influence uh… uh… i would friends and influence people this guy should read that book but of course we're all twelve twelve years older so we we got to the state championship and we're in like the bottom of the six and in in fact that first you know in believe you know we play six and it's not nine this cat that uh… hit i'm of the team in charge of the damn mound and the bench is completely clear right now i'm talking about care parents coaches the whole and i want you to think about this if you've actually got kids in wikileaks i'm talking about my coach right who all of the parents had really at a party look up to this was a a u baseball was shorts area fighting with the other co pounded now he was beaten his ass he just happened to be actually you know beating up with us but this was kind of that that this was kind of the things that you know when i as when I was a child some of the hilarious right but what it really makes me think about is when when you're warming up for that game right and you know that there's something big coming it's kind of like the championship game kind of like us in that state tournament I believe that what we've done here in Empower up until this point has just been warm-ups right I believe that we really are just getting started and I think that there's a lot of people who constantly hear Dave and I say we're just getting started we're just getting get warmed up. I kind of think that they take that a little bit with a grain of salt. I don't think they really take that literally.

For those of you who do take that with a grain of salt or do kind of take that just as chatter in the background, I want you to really think about what we've done up until this point and how serious we are about where we're going. I want to talk about and kind of… See if I'm frozen on you guys' end too? Yeah, yeah. While we're waiting for him to come back out. It's a good place to loop there into something else.

Real quick, Justin and Dave, if you're out, you're welcome to pop back out at any time. You've just been sitting there for I think three hours, but I wanted to bring out people from just every background we could here. You came from a different background. A lot of people on this webinar, Lawrence is kind of like this as well, had success before we you're in power at one point to a very significant level. But you really just kind of floundered around for years. What's different here from your perspective, Justin, from everything that you've experienced, from being frustrated for a long time to being where you are now?

What happened here that's just different? Many, many, many things. Can you hear me loud unclear. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think Dave Sharpe's back and he could jump out on his back. Yeah, take it away, bro.

Cool. I guess being around the right environment, a winning environment for once, obviously allowed me to succeed super fast. I've been surrounded by environments where I was following the wrong people, a lot of the people preaching the dream but living the nightmare and stuck on the phones and just very frustrated. Able to earn a couple thousand dollars a month for several years allowing us to live in Costa Rica and do things but at the end of the day I was working double full time in my businesses in order to be able to make that $2,000 a month and the saddest part, zero duplication and my wife talks about this a lot, is because nobody is willing to put 24 hours straight into a day and pass out to make the shit work. You know what I mean? When I got around the right environment and I stretched myself by putting down my ego and getting to that event is when my life began to transform.

That's the transformations started to begin because I remember one year ago I was still struggling to afford my rent, which was super cheap. It was $450, but that's the place that my wife and I were at. Then after Atlanta, which was June of 2012, and I'm a hippie, I don't remember dates or months, but I remember this event because it transformed our lives. After After that event, the next 30 days we went on to make over $26,000 and every month our income has just been going up. Last month we earned over $60,000, the month before over $50,000, the month before over $40,000 and it's just the natural progression of putting yourself and surrounding yourself around people that can stretch your beliefs. One of the biggest self-limit beliefs was when I joined, was I just wanted to make an extra $5,000 because this was 100% commissions and I had to work 24 hours straight for a year to make $2,000 a month in a network marketing company because we get those little weenie commissions.

So when I surrounded myself around you Dave and Aaron Rashkin and Tony Rush and Lawrence Tan and Tracy Walker, Vic getting to the last event and getting to meet a lot of the new leaders, it stretches you. It's like, I don't know if it's the four-minute mile or the five minute mile but for the longest time, nobody can run a mile under a certain period of time or under a certain time point, then one person does it, then all of a sudden the floodgates open and more and more people start to do it. Another example is the competition of holding your breath. You saw David Blaine hold his breath for 16 or 18 minutes, then somebody comes out and does it for 22 or 23 minutes. We look at these success stories of the Vicks and the Aaron Rashkins and the Tony Rushes back when I was trying to conceive it doable to make an extra $5,000 a month because I struggled for so long online. I started to believe that it was possible.

As soon as I shifted my beliefs, everything became easy. I remember before our first coaching session, Dave, you told me what to focus on. That's when a lot of transformations began. You said focus on basically getting two new members a day, which is basically helping two people get started a day in the Empower Network. You said laser focus on that. Nothing else is important.

That's the only thing that matters because that's going to take you where you want to go. I started to shift my focus and to actually believe it was easy, which in the beginning was hard. I was struggling. In the beginning when I got started with Empower Network, I'd get, I don't know, maybe a sale every other day or every few days, but after we had coaching session, which is in the Inner Circle, and if you don't own the Inner Circle, get into that audio, how to make $1,500 a day blogging with Justin Berenjia, because that's before I was making 1,500 a day. That's way before. That's Dave telling me what the hell to do and what to focus on and to follow that, and that's exactly what I did.

And now today, my wife and I, we have earned over $350,000, and I think it's all a focus. We focus on helping as many people daily as possible. And today, earlier when I checked, we helped eight new people get started, and my wife helped too by herself, meaning she signed up two people because she went to the events, and after the Austin event, she just said, "'I can't watch Justin making all this money. "'I'm sick of watching Aaron and Lawrence and Tony and Tracy and making all this money, I want to make money. And she finally got the belief in her mind that an ex-Hooder's waitress can also make money if they're willing to just follow the leaders. And the key is, many of you mentioned already, is positioning yourself to earn all the money.

You want to get the results we get, you've got to be positioned the same exact way. Because if you're not positioned, you're not earning the same value per customer as Shakir likes to talk about. And I learned about this also from Aaron Rash and just by listening to the 15K per month formula. And I want to remind everyone, when my wife and I joined this deal, we didn't believe in paid advertising. So all we did was free stuff. And probably until the point we made our first $20,000, we said, well, we have the 15K per month formula, let's start actually getting an education.

And then the same thing with the master's course. We re-educated ourselves. Then we started applying the paid advertising strategies that we started to learn from the great leaders that are on the panel tonight. And it's just like something I discovered. Get really good at one thing. You can build an empire here.

I see a lot of new members just focused like they have no focus. They're just scattered doing anything and everything but focusing on how to generate leads and the art of how to generate leads. They're just looking, where do I buy traffic? I think buying traffic is okay, but you need to be working on the one skill set that's going to make you a lot of money here, which is helping people, but how do you help people? You've got to be able to generate leads, right? Just connecting with people.

Something that we're doing is a lot of Facebook. seven or eight out of the eight signups we got today is from Facebook. I look at what Laura Parrish is doing, number two in the contest right now, because I talk to her and I'm like, what are you doing? She says, I'm just talking to people on Facebook. She's like, I'm doing it for free. I'm like, that's just so cool, because she just laser focused on something to bend the universe to her will to make it work for her, because Facebook marketing works, blogging works, YouTube marketing works, solo ads work, email marketing works.

Everything works if you're willing to dedicate yourself daily to working on yourself, to improving your skill set so that you can get the results that people – that are unusual. If you want to get results that are unusual, you got to be willing to do things the average people aren't willing to do. It's all going to come back full circle to the beliefs and what's the fastest, most powerful way to transcend your belief level to new heights and get rid of those crappy self-limiting beliefs that are going to keep you broke? It's stretch outside your comfort zone and lock arms with us in Chicago because that's how my transformation began. If it wasn't for that event, I can look at my wife and say, I do not know where we would be or what would have happened. I just want to bring my wife on real quick because after Austin, she got on stage and she made her – she said what she wanted.

She says, I'm going to create a six-figure income. Now she's already generating two sales a day, so you're looking at a multiple six-figure income earner just because her belief level is through the roof. She believes it's easy, so I want to bring her on real quick to ask her, is it hard to get to a day? She just started to do it and again before the Empowered Network events we struggled for six years that's why she got out and just started supporting me and watching me. She couldn't deal with it right? But she got resurrected by the true MLM Jesus, Mr.

David Wood and David Sharpe and now she's building the business because she don't want to spend my money and I think that's a beautiful thing and I love her so much for that. So I'm going to throw her on real quick. Hey everyone. Wow. I think Justin brought up a point and he asked me to talk to you guys because he said, you know, he was like, oh yeah, tell them that it's not hard. Tell them how easy it is.

And I think that whenever you're doing something new, you know, these words easy and hard, I think we just have to delete them from our vocabulary. It's not a matter of it being easy or hard, it's just a matter of it being something different. And if I'm willing to do this thing that's different on a consistent basis so that I can have these new or different results. I'm here in Medellin, Columbia, that's why I have a blanket on me and it's a little chilly. I know Justin's sweating like a hog, but I was thinking about why I was able to create my results because I know a lot of you are sitting here, well, just and created, you know over three hundred thousand so she can just take a little bit of that and just start marketing i'm gonna keep it real which you when i started this and i got on stage and i said i'm going to do this i didn't say all right baby give me a few thousand dollars i can throw this to market is that you get this thing going i said all right i need to learn a new skillset i need to develop you know a new skillset i need to learn something new so i sat my butt down and i said watching videos and i started learning and i i started running with video marketing because one i'd already had developed a skill and i like video i didn't focus on it like okay i'd need to do this or i have to do this i have to figure that i have to have ten thousand dollars to do this i started just like you are now just because he's my husband and he's created what he has done i don't want you to think that i start as but on stage and i said i'm going to do this and i said all right maybe not teaching which you're teaching what they taught you know i need to know the secrets. I said, all right, you know what?

I need to figure this out. I got the Empower Network username and password and I started watching videos and I said, all right, if he can do it, and he's a freaking hippie, I can do it. So I just, I mean, the reality of it is, is if you're doing this with integrity and you're keeping your mind focused on the long term, anyone can do this. The reason why I was able to just get out of the flood gates you know I was burnt out I was so overwhelmed with just everything in the industry I was just sick of the information that was being brought to me because at that point I thought that the dream of success wasn't attainable I thought it was like you know when you're watching a movie and they get to like the ending of the movie and you're like sitting there with all this emotion all these tears and you're so happy and excited and then you're like oh it's a movie that can never happen in real life that's how I felt about success like I I looked at it like it was this movie playing on the background and it could never be me. So when I started, you know, when I began, my mind had already shifted and it wasn't a matter of I can't do this. I knew that I could do this.

I just needed now to focus on moving forward and just saying, you know what, I need to keep going because I see a lot of people out there and they see, you know, someone like Aaron Rashkin and they're like, well, shucks, you know, Aaron bought his house next door and he's holding trainings, you know? I need to do trainings and you know I need to start charging people money so that they can do this and do that and the truth is you need to develop a result for years the only reason justin was able to pass me the microphone is because i'm creating two sales a day he had passed in the microphone because i'm his wife he had passed in a couple of because he thought i was beautiful he had passed the microphone because he's back well let me just hear my wife speak to him is he passed me the microphone because of results so every when here on this platform that you're looking at you know we're here at a position where we can give you you know we can tell you results we can give you advice we can give you tips but that's because we have the results to back it up so when you start marketing you start looking at your business and we tell you know write a blog post read a book shoot a video learn something new i'm not telling you these things we're not sharing you these things so that you can focus on you know like oh we're just telling you so you can spin your wheels we're telling you it because we know that this is how you build a dynasty in the long term let me tell you what i'm talking about because you know six years ago we first started justin you know was telling you about our struggle and throughout that period of time he tells you know my wife quit she was like screw this this is too hard i can't do it and the truth is it was a matter of me quitting i mean i had been abused and every physical way that you can imagine by the time i got into the internet i'm not just an online in the chat room this internet thing wasn't anything to me nobody was hitting me nobody was beating me nobody was calling me names this stuff was easy what killed me is looking into someone's eyes and knowing that they were not going to stick with it for four years to develop skill what killed me is being able to know that okay it took me years to develop how to learn you know how to develop skill of generating leaves and now these people on the other end are not going to be able to do that because they're going to quit two months from now because i didn't have a system to plug them into it so i was spinning my wheels and justin thank god for his strength because because when i said just like can't do this anymore he said you know what i'm gonna pick us up and i'm gonna keep going because i i can't stop and i i really have to thank him for that because that that's what creates any type of success that you have any type of long term success when i look at all these people you know here it's not because they just dabble into it and they jumped in and they said okay i'm gonna put my name out here and say you know okay my name is tracy walker i a hundred thousand-month earner i'm not just gonna put myself out there for one day and then to see how it goes out no she put herself out there because she believes in it and she knew that i was going to work this is what i'm talking about when i talk about marketing with integrity you know you you focusing on making the money and that's okay you have bills to pay you have you know meals to eat you have a roof to put over your head yet you know children to be i get it and i understand that i understand the struggle but what i'm telling you is if you're thinking in the terms of long-term and you're really listening to the words that everyone here is saying it not it becomes not about the money at that point but about elevating ourselves and enriching our lives and then helping other people you see everyone here on this line has a goal of growing their team of building people of providing value but to be honest would we be able to do that if we were flat broke would you be able to sit there and listen to us now if we did not have the results to sit there and bring you through it with us. I mean, it's all great to have great intentions and motives, and you have to use that to keep pushing you through to the other side. Trust me, I get it. We go through this on a daily basis. But if you have your focus and you know that you're sticking with this, you made this decision, you know, just as Tony talked about, you made a decision.

So make that decision to market with integrity for the long term. If you're not concerned about the money at this point, develop a skill set and provide value and the money will come. You know the first time Justin looked at me and he was like looking at the leads and stuff and the stats, he was like one of my campaigns is called Escaping of Freedom. So he was like D, Escaping of Freedom got a sale and it just didn't go through my head because I was like I thought he said a lead. So I don't know like it just didn't really sink in. And then I went into the account and I looked at it and my whole body like just started kind of jumping up and down.

And then it was like a whole basis of myself. I had to stop myself from calling the lead because I was so excited. My mindset had shifted. It wasn't a matter of calling the lead back in the day so that I could sell you. I just wanted to call the lead and be like, oh my god, you got in. You are my first sale of my campaign.

I stood on stage and told these people that I was going to do it, and you are the person that made that come into fruition for me. I was just so excited, and I would not be able to have that excitement. I would not be able to have that passion if I would not be able to stand in front of you and say, yes, I did not know what I was doing. You see what I mean? To be able to stand in front of you and say, I don't know. I don't know, but I need to learn something new.

I need to develop a new skill. A lot of you sit there and you say, you know what, I want that new Maserati. A lot of you sit there and you can't wait to meet up with Vic to talk about what type of jets that you want. You can't wait to meet up with Dave and Dave and discuss all these cool and fancy new systems and techniques. But then when we tell you what we're doing to get it, then all of a sudden you're like, hold up, I can't do all that. You know, I got bills to pay, I got kids, oh, actually, you know, girl, I got my nails, my nails are still wet.

I don't know if I can write that blog post right now. And you just come up with all these excuses. And to me, it's just really sad because at the end of the day, you're not giving the excuses to me. You're giving the excuses to your family. You're giving the excuses to yourself. You're telling your family.

You're telling yourself, yes, we do deserve these things, but I'm not willing to do the things that it takes to have them. And to be honest, it really takes a mindset shit within yourself to say that you deserve more. It really takes a moment inside of you to say, I'm not doing this for other people. He is my husband. I didn't stand on stage and say that I was going to create this and say that I was going to help people and say, Justin, here, teach me. I didn't call up Tracy Walker.

You can ask her, did I call up Tracy Walker every day and say, all right, girl, give me your secrets. I know you got them. I sat there and I said, you know what? I need to develop a new skill and I need to learn something new. So if you can stand within yourself and just be honest of where you are right now, I was a Hooters waitress making less than $30,000 a year. And I honestly could look at myself and say, hey, you know what, as a Hooters waitress, there may be a thing or two about this online business that I just don't know.

And as long as you can be honest and be open and look at this in the long term and know that this is not something for the short term. If you want to make short term money, I'm sure there's a lot of ways to do that. But if you're looking at this in time of long term, and when I say long term, I'm talking 90 days. I'm not talking like a four-year university thing. I'm talking 90 days here, okay? So if you can look at this in our terms of long term, instead of looking at this like a paycheck you know two weeks and you're waiting for us to tell you what you're worth then you can build a larger dynasty you can start building for the long term just think in terms of integrity think of your name think of what you want people to associate you with because when I sit on stage and I said six figures I said six figures because that's what you guys resonated with everybody understands a number you know people understand if I were to say I want to create six figures everybody would be like oh yeah I get that but my my real vision, my true passion is to continue enriching people with freedom.

And the truth is there is no number to that. Because it doesn't matter what my next person's goal is, their goal may be 100,000 and that may be their goal to freedom. The next person's goal may be 30,000 and that may be their goal to freedom. My purpose is not to align myself with a number, but to align myself with more and more visions. Do you see the difference there? My mindset shifted.

i want you to think about that is you think about your goals as as far as you think about your marketing just said she was one form of marketing choose one and then stick with it don't try to you know be this guru and get all up in everybody's face and think that you have to you know show us all these big results we don't care about that people connect to people in this business the reason why these people on the panel are successful is because that they were willing to expose themselves in a way that you have not done yet they're willing to learn something that you haven't learned yet. They're willing to share something about themselves that you haven't shared yet. So when you're thinking and you're looking at us and you're like, I want that, all you have to be willing to do is just look within. Is she badass or what? Dude, that was powerful. I just want to ask- I'm sitting here about the text, Sharp.

He needs their own stage time in Chicago. Absolutely. And I just want to close with one thing. If you just focus everything on helping two people a day, and that's your only focus, and you just use your mind to play an exercise, like if I don't do that, like I can't eat tomorrow, or if I don't do that, like something bad will happen, and you don't have to focus on the bad. But just so you have a goal of what you need to do, and if that's your only goal, maybe it takes you 30 days. Some people may be able to do it off the bat.

Other people may take 90 days. But if it took you 90 days to figure out the skill of helping two people get started at the basic level every day, you're gonna create more than enough freedom for you and your family and be able to help the people that you wanna help in your life and be able to do the finer things that you're set out to do. Because one of the saddest things is when you're living in financial stress, because I know my life has been abundant in different areas, but the financial stress had a trickle down effect on everything else, including my own spirituality. When I was always consistently struggling with how am I going to pay the bills, how am I going to pay the bills, I can't meditate as clearly or as focused. Whereas, I just got money flowing in, I can go meditate or do yoga and just get lost for six hours and go to a different dimension, the same dimension, those buy now buttons they're hovering in right now. You see those right now.

What you want to do is enter the Stargate. Just go for it. You know what I mean? Just get all in because all in is going to give you the same leverage I have. It's going to give you the same leverage Vic has, the same leverage Tracy and Tony and David Sharpe and David Wood and Aaron Rashkin and all the leaders that are making the big things happen have. If you don't have the money right now, make the decision.

As Tony said, if you haven't made the decision to do so, you made the decision to not do so. Your life is going to continue to be the same unless you do something drastically different. and there's a lesson to take from that i was talking to somebody today who on this kind of personal mentor to me outside of uh… the business uh… and uh… you know he said something was fascinating that i think uh… applies to what we're doing it and when i got to think about it i realize how true it was which is you know sometimes when you when you want to create something big you've got a you've got a work your app soft in the very beginning you've got to really get comfortable being uncomfortable you've really got to put all of the uh… expectations that you have going meaning in the inside because i'm gonna tell you what expectations are you might want to write this one dot fpc paper pencil that's expectations got our resentments waiting to happen and i'm gonna tell you something that when you start to create these resentments whether they're external or internal uh…

they just honestly can eat from the inside out and that's the worst place to be is being uh… you know i from the inside out that's the majority of the time what happens uh… when somebody's not successful is it doesn't have anything to do with their external circumstances if you actually think about it i want you to really chew on this is that the majority of the people that i personally know that are extremely successful i mean the success when it's passed out from generation to generation i'm talking about the self-made success and what i'm seeing here that's so beautiful is that we have a lot of self-made success here in the power network because people are willing to get in the game and to put in the work and do what they had to do at the very beginning despite their circumstances and a lot of times despite themselves because i know that i got clean and i've got the life that i've got today despite myself right because i'm gonna tell you something five years ago my best thinking got me right where i landed which was uh… in a bathroom uh… and i'm not even go when that story right now because there's not time uh… but uh…

i can just tell you was a bit in a bathroom in a dirty laundry met on 16th Street here in St. Petersburg, Florida. and I was homeless, same town that I'm now rich in. I don't say that to brag, I just say it to as an example, as a demonstration of what's really possible. When you look at these people they overcame circumstances that people on a daily basis, minute by minute, hour by hour, are using as reasons why they can't do something. These guys all used the same circumstances, the same exact situation as a reason why they could do something.

I was talking before and I was leading into and actually to close that thought, just realize guys that sometimes you've got to work your ass off and you've got to put all of the skin in the game and you've got to give it everything that you've got, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and financially. If you think about it, financially is usually the smallest piece of the pie that you actually have to give. The finances are oftentimes the easiest thing to give, right? If you've got an attachment to money, then you need to come hang around us a little bit more because we'll show you that being attached emotionally is one of the worst things that you can do or be because money is honestly nothing but paper. I have a dollar bill. I'm only doing this because honestly it's money.

I have absolutely no attachment whatsoever, guys, because it's nothing but paper and I've had nothing the majority of my life and I know that it's what's in here and what's in here that any time that I want, even if I lost it all today, I could go make it again just like that because I know what it takes, right? It takes working your ass off and doing whatever it takes in the beginning to make it happen And then you can, I think I saw Chris Reckford out playing golf at the beginning of the hangout. I was playing golf with my, I don't even know what day it is, but Monday I played golf with my dad. Guys, our lifestyles are beyond our wildest dreams because we worked our ass off at the beginning. So don't be afraid to put a little elbow grease in the game, guys, because that's what's ultimately going to not only create your success but also, and I posted this on Facebook today, but it's the thing that's actually going to create the most esteem because to get self-esteem you have to do what? You have to do esteemable things, right?

That's how you create self-esteem. A lot of people are like, well, how do I create confidence? How do I create self-esteem? How do I create the ability to be able to stand in front of people and show the confidence and the conviction that you see in our eyes? Well, it's because we've done esteemable things. We've put in the work that allows us to stand in front of people just like Dee was just talking about and have the conviction and the confidence to know that, hey, this is – we have put in the work in dude.

Everybody's in the beginning. You have to make a fight of some sort, right? Of some sort. However you want to slice and dice that, whatever that is to you you're gonna have to make a sacrifice right and that's going to be maybe you have to invest more time your business maybe you have to put thirty thousand dollars on a credit card like vik did maybe you have to do what i did when we uh… when i got in this business and we first launched which was uh… just work day and night how much time we got left on the thing i heard it probably fifteen minutes ten minutes okay sweet let me give you guys some stats turn over to laurence for closing thoughts i want you to chew on this i want you to write this down if you can keep up with it but more importantly it might be just as powerful for you to just let this kind of sink in so i want everybody to do is actually want you to just sit back i want you to not write i don't want you to take any any notes and i want you to sit back i want you this to really sink in what i'm about to say to you okay part of this right in when we did start this company that website didn't even work okay we were sitting there with eighty thousand dollars in orders with a website that didn't work digging through the code like we you know what we were looking at trying to find some you know burning bush and we happen to stumble upon a guy's phone number who had actually created the software whatever and we call them and we're like we've been struggling with this problem for two months everybody tells us that it can't happen your last hope we've got all these orders it's grow or go to time right the guys said yeah i can do it in two hours he did it we input the orders and we launched right now if you think about this aside that started from zero right now our current alexa rate a hundred and sixty five in the u s it's four hundred and seven in the world this were larger right now than price line dot com the nba dot com did who dot com than the food network then overstock dot com a larger right now than my space guys and see that guys last month we got forty five million two hundred twenty three thousand six hundred and seventeen page views and as we got to twenty million two hundred and twenty thousand one hundred and twenty two unique visitors i repeat twenty two hundred and twenty one hundred two hundred twenty thousand one hundred and twenty two unique visitors i'm a positive select that's in king from a site we could not even that we did not know how to input orders to getting twenty million unique visitors we've done forty million dollars in sales over forty million dollars in sales last fifteen months created generated one hundred and fourteen thousand seven hundred and twelve paid customer in the last fifteen months or so since we launched on october uh…

thirty first of two thousand eleven guys as far as our events we started this out of a hotel room with thirty people right they all went all in a and they will and there's a few around this call we went from there six months later to a room that we had no idea what was gonna happen we had no idea who's gonna show up big room there is twelve hundred seats and there was people standing three months later we went to san diego we had three thousand people convention center standing room three months later we went to austin texas in four thousand people met us there to release their inner bad ass and and just over a week we're gonna meet five thousand people as a matter of fact and i think we sold several hundred tickets We're about to cut tickets off, so if you want to go, if you're listening to what I'm saying here right now with 10 minutes left on this hangout, guys, I want you to think about what's really about to happen. We've got a company with 50 plus employees and an additional 10 employees around the world. Our top corporate executives are multiple six-figure earners here because they're really skilled and highly sought after professionals. got a tech team that's growing expanded by at least one person a day right now want you to think about that we've got to over a quarter million dollars in tech projects are happening each month with bill millions the dot our tech budget this year now let's talk about incomes because you know for those of you many of you probably on this call to another probably not looking for a job at corporate i don't know if you are that's cool so right now we've got over five hundred people in the average of the last three months who've earned at leased an average of a thousand dollars per month let me say that again five hundred people or over the past three months average out of the last three months of earned at least a thousand dollars a month five hundred i can remember the one i didn't even make when my when i would have been i thought let me tell you i remember when i have a thousand dollars in my pocket i thought i was rich right thousand dollars cash in the right here baby and i thought i was rich and you damn sure no one in all hundreds because i have the subject ones in that model i have the same tens of the five uh… rich up in the speech it'd be all right there and i'd make sure you know it too does that have my shirt talking about having a big ol up right there they know when they're sure what did he had eight nine hundred dollars in his pocket what time it was it was right there now we got out five hundred people last three months average making a thousand dollars that didn't get you excited this will be three six figure is a little bit course a lot three months right this is averages is we're looking at average incomes over the last three months eighty three six figure earners guys six now here's where it gets juicy right i know that if you're like me like to go and i don't know how you eat and i've been trying to be good just because i'm trying to be like russian in in in brenjie and all these cats and these badasses they take their shirt off and i get a lot of about pocket money for money not just playing it's after midnight though i only do one show and i said is hanging in there okay so sixty three people case sixty three people or averaging ten thousand dollars a month sick three sixty three people sixty three ten thousand a month earners this is the most recent results to right this is a result of the course of the last year five years or what he did in the first month of launch the most recent stats sixty three a a 10,000ussia won can travel over hundred thousand on their for all state and i are active affiliates in actively market actively build our list actively do paid in free marketing we don't even post our fill a link on our face book page because we're more concerned about helping our team so we don't get and we don't email anything else to our people because people are safe here because we wanted to create a company that people could come in play in a sandbox that they could go in they couldn't be indicated by a glass seal in december we brought in seven thousand two hundred fifty five customers january nine thousand four hundred eight six february ten thousand and thirty three that was our first ten thousand customer month march twelve thousand five hundred ninety four the tent of april it's now the eleventh five thousand one hundred twelve customers only the tenth sore projected here right growing at a rate that i i'm definitely okay right definitely okay with division for the next year i want you to think about where we've come from the vision for the next year a minimum of two hundred fifty million dollars in commissions i'm not concerned about sales right because sales will take care of themselves right we need company income we've got affiliate fees things are paying for the company don't worry about us will make sure that sure that the lights stay on two hundred fifty million dollars in commissions paid out the question is how much of that do you want now listen i've just mentioned some income so i just gotta give a disclosure just because i'm not interested in somebody coming saying that you're promising incomes to people because i'm promising you that you got to work your ass off if you want to make seventy thousand dollars more right You know the beautiful part is is in this life we get choices and because of some smart men who had a lot of integrity when they founded this country that we live in right some of us anyways and all of us are citizens of that they had this vision of freedom right and it's somehow gotten clouded a little bit the message has somehow gotten a little bit diluted right through constant negative news and all this other bullshit that we hear on a daily basis in the media party walks around on two legs like honestly uh… you know somebody is is got it plugged into some out just pumps negative information in their heads on a daily basis this was who i was but i want you to think about where you could be out to think about the power of a decision the power of choice really is what it boils down to the power of choice and guys i wanna leave you that to chew on now I'm gonna turn it over to Lawrence because I love Lawrence right i believe in war and i've never ever that is inspired as i was after coming back from austin when i didn't know what lauren said i didn't know what lauren's did on that stage i did issue up here my freaking eight he's in the rock up on stage going wild crazy because he just had some or the internal shift in austin yet something happened and i don't want for a long time like i said works with my first sponsor on the internet how do you think about that full circle i want you to know where we've come from in this band of brothers and sisters this year right this is a lot deeper than what you think it is that there's a vision vision here that's a lot bigger than what some of you have even realized up until this point but i got back from austin i i watch this video right of warren's on this page he's talking about how his uh… father's all he wanted was for him to be safe all you want to work for him to be secure because he had grown up in a certain call culture that uh… really the mindset was you know play it safe be conservative right take care of your family make sure they're taking care of and when he broke off and started doing this full-time his father was a little bit concerned until right until he came to austin and saw his son on stage and lauren said is all i want was to make my father proud and his father stood up and said yes and stuff but i'm gonna tell you something when i realize that that's what your father did and that's why you got so excited lauren's i'm gonna tell you something almost fell out of my chair and tears were coming down my cheeks i was inspired i love you i love all of you guys i'll see you in chicago where the lock arms lauren's take us home brother yeah man thanks uh… it was crazy i didn't expect it see some short asian guy jump up yelling it totally took me off guard man uh…

i don't know what else to add and this is this is a great panel learned a lot i mean everyone here is just million dollar per month earners and i was the guy you know who didn't believe twelve thousand a month was possible right i just thought you'd you'd have to be some alien who can bend time doing forty hours in a day while you work a job i was like a i can't do it and i'm producing like no thirty forty fifty leads a day and i still can't successfully do twelve k a month in profit who can ran as lost hope man and actually believe everyone is in a certain position because we were meant to be there i remember to talk to him and i'm like man i'm thinking about just in a lane load not promoting in affiliate marketing network marketing more just notice taking some time off in a bit in first two three years straight unit come up costrica man you know this is talk was top of the mastermind stuff and this is the where you're at right and i was just broken down and beat up in the main thing was didn't have a vehicle where a lot of people making money i mean you go to companies there's like two two guys make in ten k a month and you look at that like how do you even live you know i mean that there's just no way you just can't do it they call me for ways i'm just i'm just very careful you know i i i played how it is i'm is a very careful got my money I'm the guy who takes paper towels and splits them in fours. That's just how I was. It's not to say my parents were cheap or anything. That's just how I was. I was the guy who would fill up a water bottle, use it, and then refill it and put it back in the refrigerator. Now I've got a cold glass or cold water bottle in my refrigerator.

That's just how it is. Unsanitary as it is, that's just how I grew up. I look back at that, I'm like, why was I like that? Because the mind didn't allow future growth. I just wanna do a quick, a real quick, just mind bender for you, okay? Something I learned, something I listened to in the inner circle, and also in some other audios while I was doing my jogging, and it's pretty cool because people don't really get this, and I wanna just prove a point, okay, before we get off.

So the point is this. Thoughts are actually things, and I didn't believe this for years, okay, until it really started making sense when I started looking back at my future. So I want you to do an exercise for me, okay? So just imagine yourself for 30 days, for five minutes a day. Everyone has five minutes. You could be on the crapper for five minutes and just give me five minutes and I want you to think that your head hurts, your stomach hurts, and you got the runs.

If you thought that for five minutes, for 30 days, And you could have been fine. You're like, dude, I'm like freaking Justin Vringio. I can do pushups upside down. I'm like a freaking muscle man like Aaron Rashkin. But if you thought that for five minutes, for 30 days, what happens on the 30th day? What happens on the fifth day?

What happens the next day? You're probably gonna have irritable bowel syndrome. You probably have some chronic headache. And you're like, I can't believe what happened. I used to be so healthy. I feel sick.

What is it? because your mind actually controls everything. And if what you believe is real, even though physically, you know, you're eating great, you feel good, today I'm fine, and you just start thinking negative things, it tears everything else down, everything. So instead of thinking like that, five minutes of the day think, I'm gonna be an awesome version of me. I'm gonna be the guy who I would look up to. I'm gonna be the guy I wanna sponsor.

I'm gonna be the guy who read 100 books. I wanna be guys like, wow, your wife thinks you're smart. Like, I don't know how your relationship is, but like I've been with my wife so long, like since middle school, like I've known her since middle school, like more than half my life. And she never looked at me and go, you're pretty smart. No, she's like, dude, you're just Lawrence, whatever. You're just a funny dude with glasses, right?

But when she comes to me and goes, dang, what you said is actually pretty, I'm like, but we've been like, she's like, whatever it is, you speak differently. And then I knew the mind shifted. That was the feedback. I didn't get it until all those years of just like, why do I do this? Why did I save my birthday money to buy information products? I mean, why did we do these things?

You know what I mean? And I get it. We had to be where we are. So right now, where you want to be is probably because you put yourself there. You want to make $1,000 a month because you refuse to buy the Masters because of some excuse and you're like, how do I make more? Well, it's because you don't actually have the products that actually get you to that point.

Whatever's in your mind is a handicap and you're handicapping yourself. You're not giving yourself a chance to be awesome. And so I say to you, be the awesome version of you because everyone has that little guy on your shoulder who wants you to be the superhero and the other guy is like the worst version of you. Delete that. Delete that. Be the better version of yourself.

How? Imagine it. Think of yourself, 20 pounds more muscle, 10 pounds less more fat. Think of yourself as a person who went through eight years of hardcore education. Why? Because you will be there.

Every single person on this panel is always growing. Always, always growing. And just like Shaq, guess what? I have a bookmark of a book that he recommends. Why? Because I'm reading, I'm listening to audios on my iPad, and why do I do these things?

I make 10 times more than my goal. I just wanted to make 12K a month, but I do over a hundred, why would I keep wanting to grow? Because the more you have, the more you can give. I truly believe, I know there's people in our teams and other people's teams, people come to me from different teams, I go, just buy the 15K because that's the formula to making 15K a month. If you want to go over that, everyone's goal is to make more than 15K. 15K is just like paying average bills.

If you want to live a rock star lifestyle where your accountant goes, you need to go buy some assets, like two vehicles, right now because you make too much money. You need to go spend some money or you're just giving away in taxes. That's the crazy, what kind of bizarre world is this? It's the world of living in power which pays you a ridiculous amount of return. Income disclosure, I don't know if this is typical, I'm going to end it with this, I'm an analytical guy. I was an engineer for over 10 years, but chew on this.

If you're an affiliate marketer or any type of direct sales, a $25 basic member who comes into my organization directly in a one-year span, we broke it down. It's $1,040. So, $1,040. $1,040 is the revenue that's generated from one basic sale. So when we talk about just get two a day, we ain't joking. Get two a day, get two a day, that number starts to grow, but you can't hit that type of ROI, that type of revenue return if you're not all in.

And if you're not all in, it cripples your entire team. Your entire team goes, well, my sponsor doesn't have it. I guess he doesn't need it. I guess there's no real pertinent reason to actually have that product, besides just trying to sell it. No, the stuff in the information It's gonna help you make the money of your dreams. And I make the money of my dreams, but I'm here to make a lot of people really succeed by believing in yourself.

Start here, five minutes. Believe that you are the better version of yourself. You can do it, envision it, it will happen. Can't wait to see everyone in Chicago and just crush it out, guys. Everyone here is awesome. I appreciate everybody here.
