Accumulate, Indoctrinate, Pre-Frame, Launch: Vic Strizhouse’s Four-Box Business Blueprint

This lesson is part of Your Biggest Month Ever
The full recording is free with an account. One email gets you in.

You have posted the Facebook update, sent the email, recorded the video, and somewhere underneath the activity you have wondered whether any single piece of it is actually moving toward something or just filling the day. In the final session of this series, Vic Strizhouse draws four boxes on a whiteboard and argues that every action a marketer takes falls cleanly into one of them, whether that marketer realizes it or not.

He calls the boxes accumulate, indoctrinate, pre-frame, and launch, and his claim is direct: the businesses that stall out are almost always stuck living inside the first box alone, while the ones that produce a genuinely large result are the ones that deliberately walk traffic through all four.

Why do most marketers get stuck living in just one box?

Accumulation, Vic says, is where almost everyone in this industry sets up camp. Traffic comes in, opt-ins get captured, a sales page runs, and whatever converts, converts. When it does not convert as well as hoped, the instinct is to abandon the offer and start over somewhere else, rebuilding from scratch again and again without ever understanding what was actually missing.

Every single video you do, every single blog post you do, every single Facebook post you do, every single Twitter post you do, every single move that you make on the internet as a marketer, as an entrepreneur, there has to be a reason and a strategy behind that.

That single idea is the difference between the first box and the next three. A marketer living only in accumulation is producing content for its own sake. A marketer who understands the full sequence is producing content that moves a specific person toward a specific next step, on purpose, every time.

What actually happens in the indoctrination phase that most people skip?

Once someone opts in, Vic says the job shifts from capturing attention to building trust, using the same authority, affinity, and credibility levers covered in the previous session. The specific mechanism he leans on here is the survey: a short, friendly set of questions sent to a list asking what they are struggling with, what they want, and what is standing in the way. Every answer required, no skipping allowed, which quietly conditions people to actually engage rather than skim.

  • Ask what someone is struggling with, so any future offer answers a problem they already named themselves.
  • Recognize people publicly for their responses, since Vic argues recognition can motivate people even more than a commission does.
  • Collect the pattern in the answers before building anything, rather than guessing at what the market wants.

That data becomes the raw material for the next box entirely. Nothing here is guesswork once the survey results are in hand.

How did a single pre-frame webinar set up an entire launch?

Vic walks through the actual page he used to pre-frame what eventually became Big Idea Mastermind inside Empower Network, and the mechanics are specific rather than theoretical. He held one webinar built entirely around the problems his survey had already surfaced, cast a vision using the language of we and us instead of I, and then asked people to agree to a code of conduct before they could even join the waiting list. Zero tolerance for negativity. A daily reading and listening habit. A real commitment to showing up.

“People buy a vision for the thing” is how he frames the psychology behind that page. The product itself, in his telling, is never really what people are opting in for. They are opting in for the version of themselves the vision implies, and setting rules up front, rather than after the fact, is what made that specific group feel like something worth qualifying for instead of something being pushed on them.

What is the actual takeaway for your very next promotion?

None of this requires a company-wide launch to apply. Vic is explicit that the same four-box sequence works inside a single team, a single product line, or a single promotion you are already running. Accumulate deliberately, indoctrinate with real questions instead of assumptions, pre-frame the problem before you ever mention the solution, and only then let the launch itself land on ground that has already been prepared.

The full session goes much further than what is captured here, including Vic’s complete walkthrough of the original pre-frame page and the code of conduct behind it. Watch it in full, free, when you Create your free account.

And we are going live right now. Hey everybody, Vig here back with you guys. Man, I am like three minutes behind, three minutes past the hour here because I was actually just digging up some stuff to show you guys here tonight. Man, I am stoked about tonight.

Welcome, welcome everybody guys. We will give you literally like 20 seconds because this thing is about 20 seconds delayed and as soon as I get a confirmation that we are actually live, just to make sure, we are going to be getting started and just diving straight into the last. This is the final lesson for the biggest month ever training series. Hopefully you guys have been enjoying the stuff we talked about over the last…

Over the last five lessons. If you have not watched those, I highly, highly, highly recommend. You actually go back, find the recordings. There should be in the back office of Empower Network.

Find the recordings. Get your hands on that training. Go through that as if your life depended on it. Guys, I am not joking around.

I am not here to waste your time. I am not here to waste my time. I am not here just to talk fluff. I am not here just to talk to you theory.

I am here to… I am here to share with you basically how I was able to engineer, what I was able to engineer in my business. And this is literally just pulling back the curtain. Okay, I am loud and clear.

Perfect. Thank you, Tony. Literally just pulling back the curtain for you guys and sharing with you guys ideas and strategies that worked really, really, really extremely well for me personally. And can I guarantee they are going to work for you?

Heck no. This is guys just before… We are going to talk about some income here tonight. I am going to be showing you guys these four squares behind me.

Over here. You know, I figured I just do a whiteboard style, you know, training tonight just because of the things I am going to be showing with you guys, showing to you tonight. Okay. This stuff is going to be worth…

I kid you not. If you apply this, this can be worth a lot of money for your business. I can literally, folks, I kid you not. The stuff I am going to be showing you tonight, this is the grand finale.

Okay, I saved the best for last. If you thought those previous five lessons were powerful, okay, wait until you see this stuff right here because this, I promised you in the beginning, didn't I? In the beginning, I said, listen, sometimes as we go through these six-part series, right, there will be times where things might not necessarily make sense for you, okay, but I promise you if you stick around and if you actually follow through the program, by the time we are done with the program, you will be… Crystal clear on exactly what you need to do and everything is going to…

all the pieces are going to fall together into one place and you will have this puzzle coming together and you will have a very clear path for your business. If you choose to follow it, again, you will have to do the work. You will have to apply the principles. You will have to do what I am sharing with you.

I can only show you what is working for me, all right, and you will have to go out there and get it done. Guys, just because we are going to be talking about some money here, you know, maybe I am going to throw around a few numbers. Maybe I will. I don't know.

Who knows? I have no idea, you know, where this conversation is going to go. One thing I know for sure is I am going to give you guys a lot of gold. Hopefully, you got your bags ready because you will literally pack your bags with golden nuggets that you can take and apply in your business and just go out there and crush it, okay, guys?

But with that being said, also, there are no guarantees, okay? Listen to what I am going to teach you tonight. I have no idea what is going to happen to you. I don't know if you are going to go broke.

I don't know if you are going to get rich. I don't know if you are going to get wealthy. I don't know if you are going to become the next millionaire of Empower Network. I have no idea if you are going to wake up tomorrow, okay?

I have no idea if I am going to wake up tomorrow. So, with that being said, you know, everybody understands there are no guarantees, okay? Just sharing the stuff that has been working for me thus far, okay, thus far. Will they work tomorrow?

Probably. Can I guarantee? No, all right? Cool.

So… So, let's go ahead and dive straight into this. And I got people saying that you guys can hear me loud and clear, loud and clear. Pretty cool stuff. Okay.

If I can ask you guys for one favor, okay? How many of you guys will do a favor for me if I ask you to, okay? Let me know in the comments below. This is actually important.

Not only for me, it's important for you as well, okay? Okay. Okay. Obviously, if you are an affiliate of Empower Network, especially if you are here…you know, if you want to build your business around Empower Network, you know, promoting their products.

It's going to be very, very important for you. So, if you guys are down for a favor, let me know really quick. I'm actually not going to continue until I see some comments here, okay? I want to make sure that you guys…Listen, this right here, I can easily charge at least $10,000.

Okay? At least minimum. Okay. worth a million bucks.

I'm going to share it with you tonight, but I need you to agree to do a favor for me. We've got over 300, almost 400 people here in the room. Okay, cool. Alright, awesome.

Again, I'll take you guys behind the scenes and I'm going to reveal to you these four squares will be worth millions to you if you put them to work. I'm going to ask for a small favor from you and that is, pay attention and I want to hear your feedback on this kind of stuff. If this stuff is the best stuff you've ever heard in this industry, if this stuff resonates with you, if you can see how this can work for you, okay? I'm going to do a Facebook post after the webinar or if you can send your feedback today, whoever.

I want to see your feedback. I want to see your feedback. I want to see the feedback. get your feedback on this training okay I want to get your feedback on this series of you know your best month ever okay can you guys do that for me so basically if you got a lot of value from it okay after tonight as well man you it's gonna be incredible I want to hear about it okay guys so that's a small favor from you to me let's get started guys here is the deal building your business okay everything you are going to do as you build your business is going to fall in one of four categories okay and what I did see a lot of this a lot of this stuff I do is is is I don't even have to think about it just because I was doing it for so long and I do it you know any any promotion I do any you know any campaign that I start that I want to result in a big you know pay off for big promotion or a big splash in the industry you know any campaign that I start that I want to result in a big you know pay off or big promotion or a big splash in the industry industry For those of you guys who don't know me, I have been around this community for about eight years, started out from scratch, did not have any money when I got started, failed for almost a year, did not know what I was doing, was fortunate enough to get myself a mentor, and I was teachable to the point where I did not ask questions.

I did not say why this, why that, maybe I should do this, maybe I should do this. I just said, whatever you're going to tell me, I'm going to do. I say this, if a mentor would tell me to stand on one foot and make phone calls, that's exactly what I would do. I would not question them.

I find it amazing. So many people, they want to become successful, but you tell them what to do and they go and ask somebody else how to become successful. They don't want to do what they heard that they need to do. Don't be that person.

Okay. I cannot teach you how to make a million bucks a month. I'm not there yet. On my way though.

But I got to the point in my business, and this is just to give you guys, for those of you guys who don't know me, I was able to crack this online success code as I call it, to where I can literally, I have this ability, okay guys, to literally step in to any new territory. Whether it's affiliate marketing, whether it's network marketing company, whether it's whatever, MLM, I say this, you will get to a point in your business when you do some of the things we're going to be talking about, okay guys, and the stuff we've been talking about thus far.

You take me in, you blindfold me, put me on an airplane, drop me off in any location in the world, give me a computer, an internet connection, and take away everything I have. Take away my contacts. Take away my list. Take away my customers.

Everything. My income. Everything. Okay.

Give me a computer, an internet connection, give me 90 days, I'll be at the same point where I'm at today. Okay. I know how to engineer it. I was able to create campaigns for something as mundane as an autoresponder company, okay, to where they pay you literally like three bucks, or even less than that, forget three dollars.

I think it's like sometimes like 70 cents, you know, $1.50 per month. Okay. For every affiliate that you bring, or every customer that you bring to them. And I was able to become their number one affiliate, bringing my income to almost $20,000 per month consistently, just like that, without selling it openly.

Okay. I was able to start and tap into the affiliate world, okay, and dominate it. I started with Empower Network a year ago, and in the last about 13, 14 months, we were able to build a team, started from an idea, okay, and I was able to build a team of over 28,000 people currently, just check today, it's over 28,000 people, and growing by hundreds per day. Okay.

My first three weeks within Empower Network selling their products, selling my vision really, is what I was doing. Okay. I made over $700,000, okay, within my first three weeks. We were able to replicate this success with a lot of people all over the world.

Okay. I had many people on my team who started out broke a year ago, and they were up on stage getting their checks for $300,000, $400,000 earned within their first year. Okay. So what I'm going to teach you guys, and of course, these numbers, these examples are not guarantees.

This is just what I was able to do, what I was able to accomplish. What I'm going to talk about tonight, okay, is a formula, okay, a formula, and I'm going to give you a specific roadmap, a specific plan of action that if you follow, okay, you will be able to do crazy things in your business. Okay. I believe you will be able to do the kind of numbers that I do, okay, although I cannot promise.

You will be able to engineer your best month ever. You will be able to engineer promotions that just crush it. You will be able to step into whatever you're doing out there. It doesn't matter what company.

It doesn't matter what program. It doesn't matter what you're doing out there. Okay. You will be able to step in, and you will know how to engineer and become the number one producer, you know, or one of the top producers in the company very, very quickly.

Okay. I'm not talking about 10 years. And guys, I was able to do all this stuff. I was able to do all this stuff that I just described to you.

Okay. I was able to do this without ever talking to anybody on the phone. I never, ever followed up with my people when they signed up under me. I never called them.

I never said, you know, well, you've got to upgrade. You've got to buy these additional products. I never did that. Not through emails.

Not through phone calls. I did it with a system. Okay. I did it with a system.

Some of you guys, you know, were asking me at the event. You know, questions like, Vic, how many, you know, how do you follow up? Do you have a call center? Do you have people closing your sales for you?

And the answer is no and no. Okay. Everything is engineered to where I can take myself out of the equation right now. Okay.

And I can focus on whatever I want to focus on, which is usually, you know, taking things and taking my team to the next level and just building bigger things and just, you know, and just moving into the future. Right. But what I was able to build up to this point is self-sustaining. Okay.

And I, if I wanted to, I can unplug for a year or two years and my income would not go down. In other words, my income does not depend on me anymore. Okay. How many of you guys want to know how to do that?

Okay. Let me know in the comments. There is a way to do this. Okay.

And it falls into four different things. Okay. Four different categories. As you build your business, guys, I want you to know this is, I see you guys here as a special group of people.

Okay. You are the people who, you know, I don't believe that you're just average, you know, affiliates or average marketers out there. Okay. You're here.

You decided to invest in this product. You've got yourself here. You want to take your business to the next level. So, please pay very close attention to this kind of stuff.

Everything you do in marketing, okay, everything you do in marketing, guys, there is, there has to be a reason behind everything you're going to do. Every single video, okay, I'm going to explain all this stuff and when we get to these four boxes behind me, everything is going to be like boom. Okay. And you will know exactly what I'm talking about.

Every single video you do, every single blog post you do, every single Facebook post you do, every single Twitter post you do, every single move that you make on the internet as a marketer, as an entrepreneur, there has to be a reason and a strategy behind that. Okay. If you are building your business aimlessly, if you're building your business, you know, you walk up in the morning, you decide to post on Facebook, you know, what you did this morning, but there is no strategy behind that, you're wasting your time. You're wasting other people's attention.

You're not, you're just doing what the typical marketers are doing. You're just doing what everybody else out there is doing. I never, ever do a Facebook post. I never, ever send out an email.

I never, ever make any move on the internet as a marketer. Okay. Without having a crystal clear reason, all right, and a strategy behind doing what I'm doing. Every single thing.

Okay. Check this out. There is, there is four, I don't know if you guys can see this at the top. Okay.

There is four areas. Okay. There is four areas of business. And this is going to fall in place into, in helping you, you know, build this business, you know, to the level that is just ridiculously, ridiculously, ridiculously good.

All right. There is a phase I call, okay, accumulate. Hopefully you guys can read that. Can you guys read that okay?

Let me see. Make sure. Okay. To where you're accumulating.

We're going to talk about this stuff. Okay. There is a next phase. Very, very few marketers understand this.

Where you induct people. Okay. Where you indoctrinate. Okay.

I'm going to explain that. Stay with me. Okay. Very powerful stuff.

There is a pre-frame phrase. Okay. There is a pre-frame phrase and there is a launch phrase, phase. Just want to make sure you guys can see this okay.

Okay. Cool. All right. Awesome.

And every single thing, every single move you're going to do, okay, if you guys are taking notes, this is going to be worth, promise you, at least $10,000. Actually, this is, I could sell this for at least $10,000. It's going to be worth millions to you. Okay.

If you actually get this, and I really, really hope, I really hope you get this. Okay. This is basically my business blueprint right here. This is the blueprint of how I engineered $700,000 within my first three weeks with Empower.

This is the blueprint of how I stepped into the affiliate marketing world and became other people's, other vendors' number one affiliate out of thousands and thousands of big, big affiliates. This is how I was able to step into an autoresponder world and just decided, hey, why not do something cool and test out an idea, right. Same process, right. Became their number one affiliate, okay.

So let's talk about each of these phases, okay. If you are just getting started, you are lucky, okay. If you are building your business for some time already. Think about how can you tweak your business to where you can take some of these ideas, implement them in your business.

Again, this is my stuff. I don't know about your stuff, what you do, but this works for me, hopefully this works for you as well. Okay. In the accumulation mode, well, what happens in the accumulation mode, okay.

In the accumulation phase, well, what happens is you need to, you know, you need a way to obviously to attract, you know, people into your business, into your funnel. So you know, we'll have traffic there, right. I really hope you guys can see this, hopefully you guys can see this, okay. I'll just kind of, you know, comment as I write this because I don't really have a lot of room here, okay.

So there is, you know, there is traffic generation which you're going to learn about in the internet traffic formula. Again, traffic will never be an issue for you guys. Then in the accumulation mode, what we want to do is we obviously want to accumulate opt-ins, alright. So we're going to build a list, alright.

Very basic stuff, very basic stuff, everybody understands this, okay. This is where most marketers live is right about this area right over here, okay. So you're going to capture leads, okay. When you're capturing your leads, here's something I want you guys to be conscious about, again, this is what I do, okay.

I look at my business, traffic is coming this way right here, okay. This is your traffic, okay. So your traffic is coming this way and this is your business right here, okay. Most marketers have their business ending right about here, okay, most.

Some marketers have their business ending right about here, very, very few successful elite marketers, they go into this box and this box right about there, okay. When I look at my business. Now, your business has a wrapper. You go to a store, buy something, that something has a box, okay.

I go buy a laptop from Apple computer store, you know, this computer has a, it's in a nice box. I mean Apple made it really, really cool, right. They took an extra, you know, they took a step further than their competition and they designed these boxes, these packaging really, really attractive, I mean you buy a laptop, computer or a desktop computer and you don't want to throw the box, right, because the box looks so good, right. There is a wrapper on your business.

You go to, you know, buy something as, you know, you could go buy chocolate, right. There is a wrapper on the chocolate. You go buy candies, there is a, you know, the candy is in the wrapper. You go buy whatever, right, soda, Coca-Cola, everything has a wrapper on it, okay.

Think about this, what it has to do with your business. Your wrapper for your business, your wrapper for your business right here. In this phase right here, guess what, it is your landing page. It is your promise, it's your hook, okay, that's your wrapper in the business.

So having or being conscious about that is very, very important, okay. So your wrapper, okay. We're going to talk about that, guys. I'm going to show you guys some examples, okay, and then something else that you do in this mode.

Okay. Something that is going to be very good for you is split testing, okay, split test. And what are you going to split test? You're going to split test your wrappers.

You're going to split test your landing pages. You're going to split test your offers. You're going to split test your hooks, okay, on the front end because picture this, traffic is coming from here. If you can take care of this part, you will have people moving down to the next level, right.

You will have people in your business, okay. Consider this is like different rooms or different phases that people go through when they enter into your world. So they enter into your world, this has to be attractive for them to even get to you, okay. Now, and then of course, what this is going to lead into is when somebody opts in, blah, blah, blah, they go to your sales page, okay.

Sales page. Now, this is pretty much where marketing ends for a lot of marketers, okay. They have people go through this little funnel, okay, it's just still in accumulation mode. They're trying to get 100 extra leads per day, whatever, and whatever percentage converts, converts, great.

If it doesn't convert as well as they want it to convert, they start to complain and moan and groan, right, and they start to, you know, they look at whatever they're promoting, and if the thing, you know, used to convert at 5% and now it converts at 2% or 3%, they just go, well, whatever, I'm just going to go somewhere else and rebuild my business again, right, pretty much from scratch, doing the same thing over and over and over again, never really understanding what's behind that and how they can really monetize this to the fullest, okay.

This is where a lot of people live. This is where a lot of marketers live. They just live in this little box right here, okay. And this income right here, you know, if you live in this box, your income is going to be anywhere from zero to about maybe, let's say, you know, maybe $5,000 a month.

Okay. Possibly, possibly $10,000 per month, okay, maybe, big maybe, okay. But I'd say zero to $10,000 per month, you're going to live in this box. Most marketers are in, you know, anywhere from zero to $1,000 per month category, okay, when they're in this box.

Now, this area right here, okay, is indoctrination, okay. What does this mean? Well, when you're in the indoctrination mode, okay, here's what I like to do, okay. When you, when somebody enters your world, okay.

I want to, I need to have a strategy, okay. I told you everything is about a strategy, right. Everything has its own purpose. I have a strategy to indoctrinate my people that enter my world, okay.

How do you indoctrinate? Well, indoctrination is to where you, you know, well, here are some things that happens in the indoctrination, okay. So you want to, you know, you want to capture attention. You want to capture attention, okay.

How do you capture attention? Let's talk about that. You want to, you know, one of the things I want to do in the indoctrination mode is basically I just want to create interest, okay. I want to create interest not only in what I'm doing but also create interest in you as a marketer.

All this stuff right here, my friend, okay, all this stuff, this business, if you can picture this, okay, this business, it sits on a big box, okay, on a big box, a big box. It's called you, okay. You take this out. We've been talking about this for the last five webinars, okay.

You take this out and you don't have nothing. I don't care if you do everything perfectly here. Nothing will fall in place if this is messed up, if this is screwed up right here. If you're messed up over here, okay, don't worry about any of this other stuff because it's not going to happen.

That's why, man, reading, that's why listening, that's why associating, that's why all that mental stuff that nobody wants to hear about is so important, okay. I don't care what you think. I don't care, you know, if you think this is not important right here. If it's not important, look at your bank account, okay.

If you think this is not important, you know, see if you can buy, I don't know, a $100,000 car with cash tomorrow, okay. If you can do that, then you can tell me this is not important, okay. If you cannot do that, I suggest you listen. All right.

Guys, again, I'm just preaching to the choir here. We've got over 400 people in the room according to my Google Hangout thingy here. So I'm just, I don't know you, many of you personally, okay. I met some of you guys but I'm just preaching to the choir.

I just want to be as real as possible with you. Guys, I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear. I'm here to tell you what you need to hear and what's really working for me and how I think about, you know, what I think about. And so this is all, you know, one big family here, right.

You're the insider, right. So you need to know some real stuff here, okay. All right. So I want to create interest in the indoctrination, okay.

One of the things that I want to do here is I want to create trust, okay. I want to create and build trust. We talked about that last night. We talked about that in the previous webinar.

So you know, if you're watching this and if you did not watch part five of this training series, I suggest you go back and watch part five because we covered a lot in the last training on how to create trust, okay. How to create trust and influence, okay. So creating trust is going to fall into this little category, okay. One of the big things here is you want to create trust.

Okay. You want to create or build authority, okay. All right. Again, we covered some of this stuff yesterday.

I'm going to show you guys some things really, really, really ninja, ninja psychological stuff that you can deploy in your business that's really going to help you do this stuff. I'm going to show you guys that tonight, okay. So you create authority. What else, you know, what else do you do?

Basically you, you know, you elevate yourself, okay. You elevate yourself as a marketer in the indoctrination stage in your business, okay. Okay. So you elevate yourself by doing the things that we talked about in the last training, all right, when you create trust and you build authority.

And overall, you want to just be different. You want your business to look different. Like you know, when you go into a high-end store, okay, like Louis Vuitton or you go to like Gucci, you go to whatever, like higher-end stores, right, there is a certain energy that you can just feel, okay. There is a certain energy that you start to feel.

There is a certain energy that you start to feel. There is a certain energy that you step into, okay. You go to, you know, like whatever, like Walmart or Costco, you know what I mean, or Sam's Club or whatever, right. There is a different energy there, okay.

There is a different energy, different people, different atmosphere. You want your business to have a very high, unique type of energy when people enter into your world, okay, because this is your world right here. These four boxes right here, this is your world, my friend. And the best thing about this is you can engineer how your world is perceived or how others' world is perceived, your world, okay.

Perception is reality, okay, and I'm not talking about manipulating people here. I'm talking about being real, being genuine, okay, and doing this thing, doing this thing, you know, to make a bigger difference, okay. To elevate yourself, there is one thing that really helped me a lot, okay, I'm going to share it with you guys. I talk about it a lot in my trainings, and that is using, okay.

Using your brain. Okay. Using surveys, okay, you know, we'll talk about that as well, okay. And something else is endorsements and recognition.

Endorsements and recognition, I'm not talking about, you know, recognizing yourself or have others, you know, recognize you, which is obviously if that happens, that's just a bonus, okay. What I'm talking about is recognizing your followers, recognizing your people who follow you. Now, whether they bought something from you up to this point or not is irrelevant, okay. If they bought something from this stage right here, right, if they went to my sales page and they made a purchase right away, that's great, right.

I'm not attached to the outcome here, okay. Most people, when they build their business, they're attached to this outcome, okay. They run a hundred, you know, a hundred visitors to their funnel. They get, you know, maybe thirty opt-ins and zero sales and all of a sudden they get discouraged and they say this stuff doesn't work.

But they don't look at the fact that they got thirty subscribers, okay. And they don't know how to work those thirty subscribers. They don't know how to move them to this box and do these things right here that later those thirty subscribers might result or might, you know, bring, you know, thirty thousand dollars. They don't know how to work those thirty subscribers for that person, okay.

But just because they are so attached to this outcome that they didn't make a sale out of, you know, thirty subscribers or a hundred visitors here, they get discouraged and then they bring that negative energy and they inject it into the rest of their business. And keep in mind, their business is all messed up because they don't know that there was no structure, okay. And so what happens is, you know, it's a downward spiral for them in their business. Okay.

Let me show you guys something. I've been getting a lot of, a lot of, a lot of people asking me, you know, I keep talking about the surveys and, and, oh, one sec. And a lot of people were asking me, especially people who are just getting started, I'm not sure if, you know, how many of you guys are just getting started, how many of you guys know how to put together a survey, but it seems like a lot of people don't know how to do that. So I figured maybe we can just take like two minutes and I can show you how to do that, okay.

Capture attention. All this stuff. So if you, if you watched, you know, the previous recording, we talked about creating authority. One of the big things that helped me with the rest of this formula is utilizing surveys, okay, using endorsements and recognizing my followers, okay.

Let me explain to you how I do that, okay. Let me see if I can share my screen with you guys real quick. I want to show you guys something cool. I want to show you something cool.

Okay. This is going to be, this is going to, this is going to make sense to you guys so much, man. It's going to be awesome. All right.

I'll just share my screen. Hopefully you guys can see my screen here now. All right. So this is a site called SurveyMonkey that I keep talking about, right, and I mentioned this yesterday and the day before yesterday and, hold on a sec here.

Okay, cool. And so, you know, we all have, we all have a list. Right? You know, I, you know, GetResponse is one of my, one of my email, you know, management systems here.

But you go to SurveyMonkey, okay, you create yourself a free account and you go and click this button right here, right? It says create survey, okay. As you're building your list, okay, as people are going through your list, and I showed this to you guys yesterday so I'm not going to repeat myself. Okay.

So you can go ahead and create yourself a survey and you can load it up as one of the follow-up emails, okay? The link will be in one of the follow-up emails. And let's just call this survey, I'll just say, you know, list feedback, okay? I don't care about the category.

I'm just going to create a brand new survey. Look how simple this is. Now you guys will have no excuse, okay, for not doing this. Okay.

You will have zero excuse. Okay. This is super easy. And I'm just going to show this to you just because I know there's, yeah, desktop visible.

Thank you, Tony. You know what I'm going to do here is I'm actually going to do this right here because there's a lot of, there's a lot of people Skyping me as you can see and that's going to be distracting. Okay. All right.

Here's what I'm going to do, okay? Click on this little button right here. Actually, I can do this. I can do edit page options, okay?

Edit page information here. I can just do a short paragraph. Okay. This is what's going to be visible on the survey page.

I'll just say, hey, again, I'm talking to my list, right? I'm talking to my subscribers. I'm going to say, hey, I'm about to put together, put together cool new training for my subscribers and followers. Okay.

And it's going to be about, it's going to be about traffic, whatever. See, this is the thing, okay? Whatever you can deliver on, okay? Whatever you can learn about, whatever you can deliver on and we're going to use this later for, you know, to strategize about creating your big promotion, okay?

It will be, it's going to be about traffic, conversions, business growth, getting started, getting started and a whole bunch of other things, okay? But I, but I need, actually I'll just say, and I need your help. And I need your, I need your help. Please help me help you, okay?

Would you let me know what you need help with? I'll help with so that I can focus and focus and do that and do that stuff first. Guys, this is like, this is, this is, I mean, I'm just literally doing this as I'm, as I'm talking to you here. So, I mean, it's not rehearsed or anything at all as you can, as you can tell, okay?

I'm just doing this on the fly on the spot here. So, boom, check this out, okay? This is a little paragraph again. This is basically being very friendly with them, okay?

You're not going to be any, like, here's the thing. If you're going to be this too, you know, if you're going to come across as too professional, you will actually repel people, okay? You know, I like to put smiley faces in my emails. I like to put, you know, things like, you know, just, just kind of conversational tone, you know, friendly tone.

And then I'm going to add, add a question, okay? What is, you know, we can just, your first question can be what, well, how long has it been? How long have you been trying to make money online for, okay? Look how simple this is.

You type a question, all right, and then you pick your answers, okay? Multiple choice. I'll give you multiple, actually, yeah, one answer, only one answer, okay? And I'll just say, you know, zero to six months, and then just down the line.

And then, okay, we can say six to 12 months, one to five years, five to six months. Five to 10 years, 10 years plus, okay? And I want, this little trick that I do, guys, I want to require an answer to every question that I put out there, okay? Again, this conditions my list.

This conditions my people. Any time that you can do something that would condition your people without you coming across, you know, as a jerk, if you will, I want to utilize those bullets, okay, as much as possible. And one of those bullets is, you know, making these answers. You know, making these answers be required so that people don't feel like, well, I just don't want to answer that particular question.

They actually need to answer the question in order to submit a survey, okay? All right. Save and next question. Let me just do another one here real quick so I can show you what, you know, I can say, again, second question would be, you know, how much money you're currently making.

Third question would probably be, you know, what is your, well, let's just do this together, okay? What's your current monthly income online, okay? And again, you can, you know, you can give them some answers here real quick. Do this together.

Zero. And I can just put, you know, a little set phase there. I'll just say $1. Actually, $1 to $100 a month.

$100 to $1,000 a month. Okay? $1,000 to $5,000 a month. $5,000 to $10,000 a month.

$10K plus. Okay? Just gives you an idea here. All right.

Require answer to the question. Next question. What's your income goal? Okay?

Goal. What do you realistically want to earn per month? Okay? Again, give them a couple answers there.

What you're doing here is you are pre-framing them. You are, you know, this is all, you're basically putting yourself on their side of the table. Okay? And, you know, $1,000 to $5,000.

$5,000 to $10,000. $10,000 to $20,000. Let's say, you know, $20,000 plus. Okay?

Again, require an answer. And this is where the trick is going to come in, guys. All these questions are basically pre-framed. Okay?

Psychological triggers. And then this question is going to be your bullet right here. Okay? What is your, what is the single, what is the single, I might even do this.

Single biggest, what is the single biggest challenge that prevents you from reaching your income goal? You like that question? What is the single biggest challenge that prevents you from reaching your income goal? Okay?

And this is where I will put stuff that I can deliver on. Okay? Stuff that you are, that you can learn about. Okay?

You know, I don't know how to, actually I can put several different things here. Okay? I can put overwhelm, right? Don't know how to earn my first $100 online.

Traffic generation. Okay? Don't know how to convert traffic into leads, you know, into sales. Okay?

And then whatever else, you know. Whatever else you can deliver on. Okay? I'm too lazy, you know, whatever.

Right? Okay? And then, you know, I don't know. I don't know.

I don't know. Okay? This is the thing. Okay?

When you put this right here. Okay? I don't know how to earn. I promise you, a lot of people will take this option.

Okay? A lot of people will take traffic generation that you have access to and you can learn. Okay? But see, this is the thing.

They don't, if they tell you that they don't know how to earn their first $100 online. Okay? Well, what is this telling you? People want to earn money, but they just told you they don't know how to earn their first $100.

Do you think you can show them later? Right? When you do your big launch, do you think you can use this as one of your bullets? Okay?

Absolutely. Okay? Now check this out. I can put other as well.

You know, we can actually add other as one of the questions there. We're going to save and close. Now check this out. Okay?

This is my survey right here, my friends. Okay? This is my survey. So then I go here and I just go to, let's see, where is that?

Send survey. Okay? And it gives me a link. Okay?

So this link right here, my friend, you take this link, you can actually check this out. Okay? We can paste this link right here in your browser. Boom.

There's your survey. Okay? So when people submit the survey, it will go back to your Survey Monkey. Okay?

Great. Now what I will do is I'm going to go to my, you know, subscriber, to my email. And what you do, and this is one of the tricks, guys, is what you do is when you create your email, okay, when you create your newsletter, okay? When you create your newsletter, okay, this is my subject line.

Okay? I would say something like, you know, need your help. Okay? Or you can say, you know, or you can say something like need your input.

Okay? Dot, dot, dot. ASAP if possible. Okay?

Check this out. Check this out. So when I need your input, again, the subject line, be creative with it. Okay?

Again, just very conversational. Okay? And this is what I want to do in my email. Okay, guys?

I just go to, I don't know what you're using for your autoresponder, so I'm just going to, you know, take a blank template here. You might be using Aweb or GetResponse, you know, Infusionsoft, whatever you're using out there, it doesn't matter. But here's what I want to show you guys. When you create your emails, okay?

You want to use hyperlinks because I see a lot of people are sending out, you know, links and they're not hyperlinking their links. Okay? And it diminishes your click-through rate. As a marketer, you want to, you want to get your click-through rate to be as high as possible.

Does that make sense? You want that to be as high as possible. So what I would say is just for this example here, let's just say, hey, hey, would you please take 32 seconds and give me your input on something here. It should only take 32 seconds or less.

But it will. It will. But it, but, but, but, but it will. See guys, I'm just doing this off the cuff here in front of like hundreds of people.

But it will, it will, it will be a good thing for, for, it will be a good thing for something about two seconds. About two, you, you, thanks. Okay, so what I'm going to do here, input on something here. So I want, I want, instead of sending them a link, right, I just want to highlight this.

Okay? And I just go to this little link, you know, insert link and hide my survey. Guys, this is, this is very, very basic for a lot of you and I understand that. But there's like, this is like very advanced for some, you know, for, for some other people as well.

You know, especially for you. You know, especially if you're just getting started. Okay? Here's a tip.

I'll, I'll give you another tip on, on email. I want to have at least, at least two links per email. Okay? So if, if I do a hyperlink here, right, show and take 30 seconds and it will be a good thing.

It will be a good thing for something I'm about to give you. Okay? I might actually hyperlink something I'm about to give you as well. Okay?

Hyperlink that and when they click on it, guess what? It's going to take them, right, it's going to take them to your survey. Alright? Awesome.

So you just load it up. Now, if, if my email is a little bit longer, then obviously I want to have, I want to have about three to four hyperlinks per email. Okay? Now, when you do hyperlinks in your email, it, it increases your click through rate.

Okay? Just, just a tip for you. So you just load it up and it's there. Okay, guys?

The power of survey, don't, don't, you know, don't underestimate that. Okay. Let's, let's go ahead and move on. Okay.

Bum, bum, bum, bum, bum. Just want to make sure that we're still good. Okay? You guys can still see me okay?

Okay. I want to show you guys some really, really cool stuff here. Okay? We're going to move on.

Alright. What happens here, let me explain to you the endorsements and recognition things. Okay? Endorsements and recognition.

When you have your survey coming back to you. Okay? I want to do this. Okay?

I want to, sometimes what I will do with my subscribers is I will, you know, I will put together a. Let's say a, a training. Okay? Or a webinar.

Or I'm going to send out a video to my list. And I just say, hey guys. Okay? I want to hear from you.

Okay? Or I want your opinion. What do you think about this? Okay?

Something as simple as that. And then what you do is you take, you know, you can just say, hey reply back and let me know what you thought about that. Okay? Something as simple as this.

When, when your, one of your subscribers replies back to you. You take their response and you email your entire, you know, your entire list. Right? Recognizing that subscriber for giving you and just kind of putting a spotlight on them a little bit.

Okay? Guys, here's the thing. Sometimes people will work harder to be recognized in public. Okay?

Than to earn a commission. It's weird. But it's true. Okay?

People, the way that our psyche is wired I guess is, it's weird. You know? I don't, I don't know why it is but recognition, if you can do small, you know, put those small spotlights on people, you know, in your Facebook, you know, emailing your list, people will want to be around you for that, you know, if nothing else, just for that. Okay?

Just because, again, other marketers don't do this kind of stuff. Okay? But, or what you can also do is, you know, let's say when you put together a training, you say, hey guys, let me know what you thought about the training. Okay?

What's the one thing that you learned? When you put out a video, say, hey, what's the one thing that you learned or took away from that video? And you collect your endorsements, third party endorsements, this is all part of your indoctrination. So what you do here is you indoctrinate yourself.

Number one, you want to be everywhere. Okay? You want people to talk about you. You want, actually good and bad publicity is actually good.

All right? There's, as you, one thing that guys that you're going to learn very quickly is when you grow your business, okay, there's going to be people who will resonate with you and there's going to be people who will talk about you even though they may resonate with you, but they will resent you, okay? Some people resent people who are successful, okay? Some people, you know, some people will give you negative publicity.

Some people will try to find, you know, what's wrong with everything, every single thing that they come across. Okay? Including you. Okay?

Some people are worried about that. Be detached from that kind of stuff. I mean some, when things get really, you know, sometimes things get really out of hand, you know, I'm at the point where, you know, there are some people who are like really, really, really, really jealous of what Vic is doing, you know, and the kind of success. So you know, some people need to be obviously brought down a little bit because they just raise themselves up too high in their negativity spreading.

But for the most part, you know, just it's part of the business. Okay? It's part of life. It's part of what we do and it's true for everything out there.

Okay? So you want to indoctrinate yourself through third party as much as possible. Again, last night or the previous training that we did, watch that. Okay?

Now, this is very, very, very important. Okay guys? We go into a pre-frame, okay? So what happens here is, let me give you guys an example.

This is a perfect example of how I, you know, how I, how I, you know, how I, you know, how I got to, you know, to a launch of Big Idea Mastermind and Empower Network that resulted in, you know, over 28,000 members first year. Okay? I was accumulating. I was split testing.

Okay? I was indoctrinating. I was bringing people into my world. I was doing this.

I had surveys going out. Okay? I had a program called, or a product that I launched called, it was a coaching program before that. Okay?

And then it led into, you know, again, because I surveyed people, people wanted to learn about traffic. So I, you know, I launched a course called High Traffic Academy, right? I just basically teaching people some things about traffic. And that got really, really good response.

Then I was sending out another surveys. Okay? Another survey to my, you know, customers list and to people who were on my, who were in my High Traffic Academy world. And I was asking them things like, hey.

How is it going? Right? What are you promoting? Are you promoting your own product?

Affiliate product? Are you promoting a business opportunity? What are you doing? Right?

How is it going for you? Okay? And a lot of people started to tell me that they did not know how to create a product. They did not know what product to promote.

They told me that, you know, we don't know what, you know, how to select a product to promote. And they wanted help with that. Okay? So I was on a mission from surveys, okay, that led me on a mission to discover or to put together something that we can build a system around and we can do this right here.

Okay? Strategically that would create a big impact. Okay? And so I literally for about 10 months I was researching, you know, different opportunities.

I was researching different possibilities of how can I help my people. Okay? How can I help them address this problem right here that they're asking me about. Okay?

And so by the virtue of me doing that, what I was doing here, okay, by collecting the surveys and by doing the trust, by doing the endorsements, by, you know, recognizing and putting up trainings and everything we talked about thus far, psychologically, strategically what was happening is I was positioning myself for the next phase which was pre-frame. Okay? So when you pre-frame, here's what you do, okay? When you pre-frame, you essentially is you identify a big problem, okay?

You identify a big problem and the big problem is going to stem from what people are telling you. Okay? And what you're going to do is you are going to validify it, okay, or verify it with third party. Okay?

Hopefully you guys can read it. If you can't, just listen to my voice. Okay? So you go to third party and your third party is guess what?

Is this stuff right here. Okay? Surveys. Okay?

Third party is you go to a forum and you just say, hey, what are you guys doing? What are you promoting? You know, how's it going for you? Something as simple as that.

But strategically, psychologically, you are building this block of your business right here that's going to lead into some big, big things for you. Okay? So you're verifying with, you know, with third party. What you do also in the pre-frame mode is you cast it.

Okay? You cast a big vision, okay? You cast a big vision. And the way you do that, the way I do that, for those of you guys who have been around with me, right, Big Idea Mastermind, you guys know.

When you want to prepare for a big promotion, okay? When you want to prepare for something big, you want to plant the seeds ahead of time. Okay? You want to plant those seeds ahead of time.

Very, very strategic. Guys, that's why I said, every single video you put up, every single post you do, every single email you send out, it needs to have a purpose. Okay? It needs to have a purpose.

You know, I see so many people come to me at the events and like, Vic, let's shoot a video. I'm like, what's the purpose behind the video? And they don't know. Well, where are you going to use the video?

I don't know. You know, the video needs to have a purpose. Email needs to have a purpose. Okay?

Every single thing needs to have a purpose and a strategy for moving that person, okay, to the next level, into the next bucket, into the next square of your business, into the next phase, right, in your business. Okay? When you cast a big vision, you don't cast a big vision out of nowhere. All of a sudden, you just decided, you know, I'm just going to come up with this big vision.

No. Where is this coming from? Right? Why?

People want, you know, people are emotional, but they're also logical, right? So before I start talking about my big vision, I better start talking about the big problems that's going on in our industry, right, in what you're doing, based on this stuff right here, based on what people are telling you. So you collect the data. You have the data.

Now you have, you know, you have some power, right? It's not just you talking about it. Now you're doing a webinar, and you say, hey, look, guys, right, you know, you've been my followers. This is what we see, right?

You show survey results, or you send out an email with a video. You say, hey, you know, I just wanted to share with you these survey results, okay? I think this is pretty terrible. What do you think?

Okay, you get people engaged in verifying and validifying the big problem that's going on. Okay, guys? Think about this. And then what you do is you cast, you start planting seeds.

Here's how I like to do stuff, okay, guys? There is so much you can do by yourself. There is so much you can do by yourself, okay? But when you include people in your vision, you know, we talked about the big vision.

I think two lessons ago, okay, with Dave Wood. I had Dave Wood on here. When you create a big vision for yourself, and you include people in your vision, and you start talking about not just you, right? People could care less about what you want, right?

But they will follow you, and they will help you build your vision if you talk about what we can do, okay? Don't talk about I. Talk about we. Making sense, guys?

Talk about we, right? When you cast in your vision, you say, hey, now you have a group of people who are like-minded. That affinity stuff we've been talking about, right, yesterday? Previous lesson, if you didn't watch it, watch it.

Affinity, right? People with similar backgrounds, people with similar experiences coming together. And all of a sudden, you are the presenter, you are the caster of a solution, okay, of something. And you do that by planting seeds.

You say, hey, maybe we should do something about it. I don't know. I'll see what I can do, I don't know. But see, this is a seed.

Maybe we can do something together. What do you guys think, right? You plant the seeds for domination later, and then those people will help you. And there is a strategy for that as well, okay, guys?

So you can do this through the email. You can do this through video. You can do this. But the best way to do this, this pre-frame thing, is I want to do this in a single webinar.

If at all possible, if you can put together a Google Hangout or a webinar or even a teleconference where you can actually gather people in a room and you can identify, you can talk about this right here. This prepares for this. This is a standalone event. It's best if you can make this to be a standalone event.

Or a series of events. In other words, instead of you talking about this over a long period of time and doing nothing about it, what you can do is these first two things, you have data. Casting a big vision, you can start doing this in between, like transitioning, casting big vision. But then, when you do a pre-frame event, I'll show you guys exactly what we did with Big Idea Mastermind.

You'll be blown away. It's best if you can do this as a big event. And you present a solution. I'm just going to go quicker.

Your solution is going to be something you're going to be launching here, obviously. That makes sense. For us, it was Empower Network launch. There was no big idea yet.

You know? That name came later. But there was Empower launch over here, so the solution was that, okay? One thing that I want to do in the pre-frame, because what you're doing is you're basically creating authority without coming across as somebody who's saying, hey, look at me.

I am somebody, right? You're basically including people in your big vision and helping them create this thing for you, okay? You set rules, okay? Very, very early on.

Here is – how do I say this without coming across – I want you guys to get this correctly. When you're marketing, especially when you do this, especially when you do a pre-frame type event, this can be one webinar or a series of two or three webinars. I wouldn't do this for more than two or three webinars. I would do this in a single webinar if at all possible.

Okay? The sooner you can set some rules for how it's going to be for them to work with you, the better it's going to be for you, okay? And I'm going to show you guys some examples of that perfectly, okay? If some of this stuff is not making sense to you, I'm going to walk you through an example, a case study here on the screen, and there's going to be a lot of light bulbs going off.

There's going to be a lot of light. Cool, cool, cool. Some of you guys are having a hard time. Some of you guys are having a light bulb, okay.

Going off. Okay, cool, cool, cool. That's good stuff. Setting rules in your marketing is very, very important, okay?

When you do that, you say, how do you set rules? Well, you basically tell people how it's going to be. They want to work with you. They want to be a part of your big vision, okay?

These are the rules, and we're going to follow the rules, okay? I'll show you guys around. So basically what you do is you rally people around. Okay?

And then you set up for big launch. I'm going to walk you guys through this right now, okay? Exactly how we did this. Pre-framing, we're talking about creating the biggest month ever.

You can do these things, right, in creating a campaign, in putting together a campaign that's just going to go out there and just going to crush it, okay? You can do this in doing this. Okay? You can do this in doing a promotion within your business, within a business that you're already in.

Okay? If you're obviously promoting Empower Network products, you guys, you can do this stuff for a particular product that's within Empower Network, right, if you wanted to. You can do this within your own team of Empower Network, okay? You can do this.

Okay? I did this, right? You can follow the same strategy even if you are already – so in other words, you can do a launch within a launch. You can do a launch within an already existing business.

Okay? Make sense? So this can be applied for a particular promotion, not only like a big, you know, brand new launch, okay? Now, let me walk you through this, okay, guys, because this is going to be useful for you.

Give me one sec here. Give me one sec. All right. I'm going to show you guys something that I did not show anybody except people who were a part of that initially.

Okay. Hold on. Share my screen with you all. All right, guys.

So I'm going to go ahead and close this, okay? This is a pre-frame piece to Big Idea Mastermind, okay? I had High Traffic Academy, okay? Check this out at the very top, right?

A High Traffic Academy exclusive. See that? Okay? I want you guys to… Okay.

So some of you are going to apply this and some of you guys are going to have a big breakthrough, okay? I think, if I'm not mistaken, I think either Justin Varengi or somebody else, they applied some of this stuff in their business and they literally just went out and crushed it. Definitely, definitely works, okay? Works like magic, folks, in a good way, obviously, okay?

So you make it exclusive for a particular group of people, okay? So whether it's your own team. Whether it's your own subscribers. It's always exclusive.

It's always, hey, it's behind the closed door, okay? And this is a pre-frame piece, okay? So this is how I pre-framed the launch of Big Idea Mastermind, okay? I said, hey, to receive an invitation to this private mastermind, okay, you must first pledge to our code of conduct, okay?

So what we did is we did a webinar. We did a webinar. A pre-frame. Type webinar.

And we talked about the stuff that I just discussed in the third box, okay, which is a pre-frame thing. And so I talked about the problems that people were having. I was talking about the survey results that people responded. And overall, the problem that this industry was having, which is people don't know what to promote.

People don't have a good system to follow, blah, blah, blah, right? I mean, the stuff that we've been hearing about. And then at the end of that webinar, I said, look, we're going to do something that's going to radically shift and change how marketing is done on the internet, okay? And basically what I did is I just, you know, what I talked about in the webinar is the stuff that is on this page right here, okay?

This page is no longer alive, so, you know, I'm going to show this to you just because it's no longer out there. It's not active, okay? So I don't care. You can go there for a reference if you want, but don't bother opting in or anything because it's not working.

It's disconnected. Obviously, the big idea is already launched. So basically, I just cast a vision, right? And I talk about very, again, very, very conversational tone, okay?

And I just talk about, hey, the big idea, right? What if we created something that was one of a kind that is just, you know, something that has never been done before and our vision? What if we had five, you know, what if we had a mastermind to where people can realistically earn $5,000 per month within 30 to 60 days and double their income in the next 60 days, okay? And this is what I want to have.

And guys, just when you talk about this stuff, make sure that you disclaim like crazy, okay? Make sure that you put income disclaimers, you know, if you talk about income, you know, we always talk about income disclaimers, you know, anytime you talk about money, okay? Very, very important, okay? Okay.

So the big takeaway, yesterday, you know, last training I talked about, you know, creating a pull marketing instead of a push marketing, right? So the big takeaway, it's not for everybody, obviously, right? The big idea code of conduct, here is the rules, okay? The rule part, what we talked about, okay?

Take a look at the words that I used here, right? Let's join forces and make a big difference in our industry, okay? Let's is a powerful word, guys. Okay?

Let's, let us, let's together, okay? Let's join forces and make a big difference in our industry, okay? It's not about me. It's not about Vic.

It's not about you folks. It's about us. Let's do something that has never been done before, okay? See that?

It's about them, okay? And then, so basically what I do here is I just, you know, present the code of conduct. I said, hey, if you want to be a part of this, okay, there are some rules you need to agree to, okay? Now, pay attention to the psychology behind this.

Okay? People need to agree. So we set rules right up front, okay? Zero tolerance for negativity.

We want to make sure that people follow the 30-30-30 plan, and what is a 30-30-30 plan? People are going to read for 30 minutes per day. They'll listen to an audio for 30 minutes per day, and they'll do that for 30 days, okay? That's a 30-30-30 plan.

Paul O'Barr also talks about the 30-30-30 plan all the time, all right? That thing changed his life for the better, all right? A lot of, changed a lot of people's lives, all right? So we want to make sure that people understand, you know, the better.

All right? Okay? That's the power of developing themselves, right? Daily action steps.

Again, again, this is all pre-framing people and psychologically putting themselves, putting people into a position to where, you know, it puts you so that they see you as an expert. They see you as an authority figure because, you know, when you tell people what to do, all right, and you're being firm about it, people will naturally, you know, they'll gravitate towards you. Because, you know, you're telling them straight up, right? You're talking to them.

Yesterday we talked about being, you know, blunt about, you know, brutally honest with your stuff, right? I want to make sure that people are committed to earning at least $5,000 per month, okay? So no matter what they do, community collaboration here, okay? Again, whatever it is that you want to do there, you know, whatever rules you want to set.

This is just an example that we had for Big Idea Mastermind, and then the vision, okay? I want to make sure that they are in alignment with the vision, okay? Again, this is psychologically they are putting themselves in your boat, if you will. You know, they agree to run with you, and they agree to all this stuff.

And then what I do, you see I put them through a little hoop, okay? I make them opt in, okay? Okay? And when they opted in, they got on a separate list, okay guys?

Creates exclusivity, okay? Creates exclusivity. So, let me go back here, one sec, where's my little YouTube here, okay. So when you can create exclusivity in your marketing, in your promotions, okay?

You don't need thousands of people. We had about a thousand people on that webinar. Okay? That pledged, right?

Not everybody pledged, by the way. Okay? When we did this pre-framed webinar right here, right? And just kind of talked about what I just showed you there.

Okay? When we had that webinar, see, I did not talk about Empower Network, did I? I talked about a solution. I talked about a vision.

Okay? I talked about what we're going to do. I talked about the, the, the, the vision, okay? I talked about what we're going to do.

I talked about the vision. I was very vague as far as what vehicle we're going to use. People had no idea it was going to be on Power Network. When you are promoting, people don't buy the thing.

People buy a vision for the thing. The thing is just a vehicle, right? The product that you're selling, it just means to an end, right? It's just something that's going to help them go from point A to point B, just a thing.

But the reason why they want to go from point A to point B and what point B is going to mean to them is what you talk about, you see? Is this stuff making sense to you guys? So that's what you talk about. Again, I'm just showing you guys what I did to launch Big Idea Mastermind.

Worked like crazy, as you can see. And then, people that pledged, think about the psychology. If you can filter your list. If you can filter your list.

If you can filter your list. If you can create an exclusive elite group within your list, you can do that by doing the indoctrination things, right? You can do that by saying, hey, fill out this survey. Let me know what you think.

You're going to be included on the VIP list, right? And we're going to do something together that's not going to be available to everybody else. You create exclusivity. Number one, people will fight to get into your circle.

Number two, psychologically, they see you. Totally different, okay? Psychologically, they are with you because it was their decision. It was their choice.

It was their idea. You didn't push them. In fact, I was trying to repel people. I was saying, hey, this is not for everybody.

And if you don't agree to this, this, this, or this, or that, I don't want you in my mastermind. I was repelling people. I was deliberately trying to push people away. And when you do that, see, people want to be that much closer to you.

People want what they cannot have. Does that make sense? It's just how it is, guys. If you're a guy, if you're courting a girl, and if you're constantly in front of her, constantly, constantly, constantly, and you're like, hey, let's, let's, let's, you know, whatever, and you're like on your knees all over her, she's going to run away from you.

She's going to run away from you. But if you can create that pool marketing to where you've got something and they know it, and they cannot have it, man, they literally will bump into you. They literally will. They'll bombard you with emails.

Okay, guys? I literally got, during this phase right here, I was getting emails like I cannot tell you, right? People were emailing me saying, you know, things like, hey, Vic, I just want to make sure that I'm included. Please let me know that I'm included, you know, things like that.

So there's a big psychological reason for doing this kind of stuff. Again, this is creating promotion, guys. This, are you going to do this all the time in your business? You can, right?

You can. But if you want to do a promotion, if you want to do a big campaign, if you want to do a big rollout, right, if you already have a team and you want to reignite your team, how about that for a change, right? You want to spark a new energy, you just want to do something with your already existing team, right? That would be the process.

Okay? Exclusivity. Now, here's what we did on the big launch. This was a webinar.

Okay? When I attended this webinar, I think I had about 80 or 90% of these people pledged, okay? So they, you know, qualified themselves to be on this webinar. And this webinar was, the link to this webinar was sent only to people who pledged, okay?

So now they're already pre-framed, they're fired up, they're ready to go. They're like, let's do this, okay? We could fit 1,000 people on this webinar. And we got 1,000 people.

Okay? We got 1,000 people on this webinar, okay? And on this webinar, what I did essentially was I basically just recapped the big problem, okay? I recapped the big problem and some of the things that I, one of the things that I was doing a lot on that webinar is I was talking about the big vision, okay?

I was talking about the big vision. Again, not the thing, but the vision. 90% of the time, okay, I presented a solid, solid idea, okay? Solid idea or solution, okay?

This can be, you know, if you're promoting, let's say if you did this, if you did a campaign with your list, right? If you did something like this for a, I don't know. You know, one of the products in Empower Network, whether it's Inner Circle, 15K formula or master scores or, you know, or how about, you know, internet traffic formula, right? Everybody, you know, I mean, heck, you can take that to any marketer and they will want, you know, they will want that kind of stuff because every marketer wants to get traffic, right?

What if you engineered your promotion like that and around a specific product, right? And you just talked about the big vision. What would be a big vision for the traffic? Well, what is it going to do for them, right?

What's possible, right? You talk about possibilities. You talk about all that good stuff. What's the big vision for 15K formula?

What's, you know, it's becoming the best, you know, version of a marketer that you can become, right? It's understanding, you know, the psychological and emotional triggers of marketing, right? It's understanding what makes, you know, marketing really tick, right? And work on a massive scale.

Well, but what is it going to do for them, that's the stuff that you talk about, right? And the vision. Check this out. Here's something else that you do.

You present a solid idea, okay? I like to do a lot of future pasting. Future pasting, okay? So that's when you talk about the future.

You see, if you can see, this is a part of being a visionary, you know, and there was, I think, part three of the series was all about being a visionary or part four, okay? If you can see something that others cannot see. Think about it. If you can see something crystal clear that others cannot see, you have something very, very valuable that others will want to have, okay?

Very important, folks, okay? When you can look at your business, when you can look at your promotions, when you can look at why you do what you do and you have your goals, you know where you're going, you know what it's going to be like when you get there, okay? You're on your way, okay? Okay?

When you talk about that as if it's already happened, people can't help but want to join you, but want to be around you, okay? And people will fight. The people will slam your inbox to ask you to include them in your vision, okay, guys? Powerful stuff.

When I did this webinar, it's very, very important, folks, when you do a launch or any promotion or campaign, okay? It's super important. Okay? Okay?

Come from a position of power, okay? Come from a position of power. How do you do that? Well, we covered some of that stuff in previous lessons.

You can go back and watch it. But especially when you're doing a promotion, okay? When you're on the webinar, you cannot be weak-minded. If you're not a thousand percent sold on your idea, if you're not a thousand percent sold on what you want to do and why you want to do it.

That will be transferred to people, okay? So you want to come from a position of power instead of a position of weakness. When I did a webinar for Big Idea Mastermind, there was no doubt in my mind, absolutely zero doubt that it's going to work. No doubt in my mind, okay?

I did not grasp, okay? I did not understand or did not expect it to work this well. Okay? I knew it was going to be successful because I believed in it, okay?

I talked to the owners. I purchased the products, okay? I got all the products for myself and I was going through the products and I saw the value, right? So I knew it was going to work.

I did not expect it to work this well. But I was, on that webinar, I was talking from a position of power, okay? I was talking like, I mean, this is it. Nothing else exists.

This is the only direction we're going to go. This is the only way. A thousand percent sold on the idea. Nobody's going to sway me.

Nobody's going to tell me something that I'm going to be. People were telling me, Vic, you're crazy, man. The power network is saturated. There's always, you know, over 70 people in the company already.

They're on a downhill right now, man. You're about to join them. I did not listen to anybody because I had my own vision I wanted to follow. Does that make sense?

Okay. Okay, cool. Now, check this out. Here's something else.

This is very, very cool. For some of you guys, you guys will be like, you guys will really, really dig it, okay? When you talk about your big vision, when you present an idea, when you present a vehicle, and a vehicle, that's just exactly what it is, okay? It's not everything, okay?

A vehicle, when I talked about Empower Network, I said, look guys, Empower Network is the best out there right now, okay? It's a vehicle, but it's a vehicle. Our vision is much grander. Our vision is this, and we're going to use Empower as a vehicle to get us there.

Make sense? So you talk about a vehicle. You do future pacing. You really build this up.

You paint a picture. You talk from a position of power. You're enthusiastic. You're sharp.

That's why this is super important. Make sense? This is super important. When you have this, it's going to be very easy to do this.

Make sense? All right? Okay. So when you do a call to action, when you do a call to action, it's going to be definite.

You cannot be like, okay, well, I don't know, maybe you guys should join. If you want to do a big promotion, there's different types of promotions that I do, and there's different approaches to each promotion, but if you want to do a big promotion, and you really, really believe in what you do, and you know that it's going to work because you believe in it, you go full out. You go all out. You do a big, strong call to action, and you'll be very, very firm.

When you do a call to action, you say, this is what it is. We're going to have a deadline on there, a definite deadline. I found that if you give deadlines in your promotions, they work really, really well. And lastly is I'm going to do an irresistible bonus.

Think about this. It's like, hey. If I buy this Honda Accord, I'm just going to throw in this private jet as a bonus. You know what I mean?

Something ridiculous like that. Something that is just crazy. I mean, a no-brainer. You buy this Honda Civic, I'm just going to include this Ferrari as a bonus.

Does that make sense? It's literally irresistible. Now, you want to be very smart with your bonuses, guys. I see some people promote stuff, and they just give away everything they got for the smallest level, the cheapest product.

If you're going to do an irresistible bonus, it better be for the highest level stuff that you're selling. Does that make sense? So what I was doing for Big Idea Mastermind, we had a definite deadline. I said, look, there is a deadline.

I don't remember what the deadline was, but I think I said it was going to be like two days or something like that that people needed to join. Or it might have been even that same night. I think I even told them. I did a webinar at like 9 o'clock in the morning.

9 o'clock in the evening, kind of like tonight, and I told them that the deadline would be like midnight that same day, if I'm not mistaken, like a very, very short period of time. And I said, listen, here's what we're going to do. This is the deadline to get in. For those people who get in and purchase all the products, if you get this biggest thing, here is why you need to have it.

Three things you need to address. Here's what you've got. Excuse me. Here's what it's going to do for you.

Here's what you need to do next. I learned that from a gentleman by the name of Frank Kern. Some of you guys might know him. And he learned it from a gentleman by the name of John Carlton, a really good copywriter.

Your promotions, your sales letters, your videos, especially for the sales stuff, here's what it is. Here's what it's going to do for you. Here's what you need to do next. And a bonus is just a bonus.

And I said, look. Here's five different products. Here's what you need to do next. Here's what you need to do next.

Here's what's within power. And here's why you need to have all the five products. Qualify. You need to know what's in the product, blah, blah, blah.

If you do that, here's what we're going to do together. See before I did this webinar, I rented a mansion in Miami. I went on a limb. I took a step of faith and I paid $100,000 for the mansion for one week.

And I said, look, we're going to do this webinar and if I get 30 people to purchase all the products, it's going to pay for the mansion. But what it's going to do is it's going to ignite my team. It's going to do something that is a little bit extra. Little did I know that instead of 30 people that I expected it, we got like 130 people who purchased all the products.

Okay? On this webinar. Guys, is this stuff making sense? Let me check out some of the comments here.

Guys are saying, great stuff, great stuff, making sense, okay, cool, cool, cool, cool. Totally, okay, nice, making sense, okay, cool stuff. Yeah, thank you for the feedback. How can you apply this in your marketing?

How can you apply this in your business? Well, you can do that. You can do that for specific promotions. Something else I wanted to talk to you about and I think I'm forgetting something here.

Maybe I don't. Maybe I'm not. For your bonus, okay guys, so deadlines and bonus, two of your silver bullets if you will. But every single piece that you put out there.

Okay? Every single step that you do is going to fall into one of these three or four categories. One of these four categories, okay? This stuff gets very, very strategic and very psychological, okay?

This stuff should be a no-brainer, okay? I hope that you guys can see this. Actually, I'm not sure if this is visible to you, but hopefully you guys took some notes, okay? As you're building right here, okay?

Okay? You're not attached to the things that don't make a big difference, okay? What you focus on is a few things. In your business, I like to focus on building my list, okay?

Building my list. Over the last two weeks, you know, I was running some campaigns, you know, you guys got internet traffic formula, right? I'll teach you how just over the last two weeks I was able to get 50,000, over 50,000 new subscribers to my list, okay? And when I send out an email to them, my open rates are over 30%, okay?

To those cold subscribers. They just got on my list. What I do, see, is when my subscribers get on my list, they are in this mode right here, in this phase. This is where, when your subscribers get on your list, they are here, okay?

How you structure this phase right here, this phase is getting subscribers, boom. Easiest thing in the world, okay? You put out a landing page, you know, you run some traffic to it, they get here. As soon as they are on your list, they automatically get here.

Here is your assignment for tonight. Hopefully you took these down, okay? Some ideas. I want you guys to start brainstorming.

When your subscribers get into your world, okay, what's their experience like, okay? And what can you do to… Okay. Okay.

Okay. Inductrinate yourself, okay, to literally build yourself, okay, and get close to your subscribers. And if your initial open rate in that is, you know, maybe 10%, 15%, 20%, what can you do over here? This is like your warm up process right here, okay?

Your warm up process, this is where you do most of your work and a lot of this can be done through an autoresponder, okay? and some really good strategy behind that. But I see my businesses, this is like a warm-up process. This is like a boiler.

This is where they get – and I don't want to use this metaphor because it's wrong because I understand that when people come into my world, they're real people with real desires. People come into your world like this. You need to engage them so that they go like that. And then, by the time they get here, they'll be like that with you.

What can you do to engineer this warm-up territory, this bucket that people will get warmed up in your business? They get closer to you and then when you do these pre-frames, you can literally – let me show you guys something here real quick. You don't need – you don't need to be a professional. You don't need a lot of people, okay?

You don't need a lot of people to follow your vision, okay guys? Hold on one sec here. Let me show you something. I just launched a campaign, okay?

Check this out. I just launched a campaign for my blog subscribers, okay? Look at that. It's my GetResponse, okay?

And I don't touch this process. I just set it up and there's literally like three or four maybe follow-up emails. That's it, okay? That's it, okay?

Maybe two, okay? Now, check this out. All autoresponders, okay? These are just automatic autoresponders.

Look at that. A hundred and thirty-seven percent open rate but this is not unique, okay? Go unique. This is like overall.

So this is people coming back to my emails and they're just opening them over and over and over again, okay? Over seventy percent open rate. Over thirty-one percent click-through rate. And I don't even send out that many links either, okay?

Over thirty percent. Now, this is a smaller version. This is a scaled down, toned down version of the stuff that I'm teaching you right here, okay? This right here, okay?

This right here is this, make sense? What can you do in your business to raise and elevate yourself, okay? To get your open rates up, to get your click-through rates higher, make sense? So that you can engineer all this stuff.

Does this make sense now how I am able to do what I'm able to do, guys? Is this making sense at least? I'm actually going to give you guys twenty seconds because I wanted to see this. Yes, Mary is saying, yeah, you're giving us an unbelievable action plan.

I will be getting out my flip chart and mapping this out. That's what I would actually do. I really suggest you guys do. Get yourself a flip chart, get yourself something to write with or a white board or something, and map out how you want your business to look like.

Do this stuff, okay? Most marketers don't want to do this. See, if you want to earn the kind of money that the top two percenters are doing or earning, you got to do what the top two percenters are doing. Ninety-eight percenters, they don't even understand this.

They don't care about this. If you talk to them about this, they say, well, I don't know, it seems like too much work. I'm just going to be miserable for the rest of my life. I feel comfortable being miserable.

That's the ninety-eight percenters. Two percenters, they'll take deliberate action. They'll sit down. They'll take a week if they have to, and they'll just map it out.

They get crystal clear. They'll do this stuff. They will work on themselves daily, man, because when you do this, you have good ideas for this. Okay, guys?

Four components to your business. Okay, guys? See, what we're going to do is, oh man, we actually went over ninety minutes here. Hopefully this clears some things up for you guys.

Hopefully you see a master plan, a big view, a plan from a distance of how this stuff is done. Okay? Map this out for your business. Just listen to this information.

Map this out. It's going to work for you, I think. Okay? It works for me.

I think it's going to work for you. What we're going to do is, I'm going to give you guys an extra bonus webinar, okay? Just because I think bonuses are awesome. I'm not even going to charge you anything for this thing, man.

Can you believe this? But hey, in return, if you can send me your testimonial, let me know. If you see my post on Facebook or if you can send Dave Wood testimonials, just let me know what you thought about this stuff. Okay?

This is really, really good stuff if you apply it, right? Let me know about this. We may feature you in any promotions for this particular product or whatever. If you don't want to be featured, that's fine.

But I do want to hear about it, okay? It's going to be obviously important for me and it's going to be important for you as well, okay? But I will give you a bonus webinar. It's going to be a Q&A.

Okay? So if you have questions, if you, you know, as you're listening to me and if something's kind of, you know, hopefully I got your brain to work a little bit and, you know, cause you to think a little bit differently, okay? If you have questions, write them down and then we're going to schedule a webinar probably sometime I'd say probably next week. Watch for the emails and then, of course, we're going to record that.

You know, if you're watching this as a recording in the back office, there's probably going to be a Q&A webinar right after this. Okay? You can watch that. Okay?

But I'm going to address your questions. We're just going to sit down and just have a, you know, an open conversation. Just going to answer your questions but please submit your, you know, wait for the email from the corporate. They'll tell you how to submit your questions and I'll just be answering your questions guys.

Okay? Listen, in closing, here's what I'm going to say. You can do this. I don't care who you are.

I don't care, you know, how many times you've failed before. I don't care if you think you don't know some things. You can learn. Okay?

I'd say go for it. You know, I'd say don't listen to anybody who's going to tell you you cannot do something because my friend, you're powerful. You're powerful beyond belief. You have, you know, as Les Brown says, you have greatness within you.

You know, you just need to dig down. Sometimes we just need to dig down and just, you know, and just do something we haven't done before. Just step out of your comfort zone, right? Start treating your business a little bit differently.

This is the most amazing. The most powerful. This is the business that, you know, the most awesome, you know, industry to be a part of, period, bar none, right, that you and I are in. We don't have to go to school.

Heck, I'm a college dropout, you know, barely graduated high school, and I can do this kind of stuff. You can do this kind of stuff. All right? English is not my first language.

I can do this kind of stuff. You can do this kind of stuff. We've got people who have never succeeded before that are applying some of this stuff, not even all of them. If you apply all of this stuff, the sky's the limit.

You know, you write your own paycheck anywhere you go. You don't depend on a company. You depend on you. Okay?

You don't depend on any particular product, and you don't have to, like, if a product doesn't convert as well as it used to convert, whatever, right, you depend on you because you have your own vision, and you can engineer your own success. You can engineer campaigns that people will be a part of. You can engineer vision for yourself and include other people a part of it, and they'll support you in your vision. Guys, with that being said, thank you for listening.

Thank you for sticking around. I hope you got a lot of value from it. I'll see you guys in the bonus webinar. Have a good night.

Have a good day. Good talking to you. See you next time.

And we are going live right now. Hey everybody, Vic here back with you guys.

Hopefully you guys have been enjoying the stuff we talked about over the last five lessons.

I am here to share with you basically how I was able to engineer, what I was able to engineer in my business.

Heck no. This is guys just before...

We are going to talk about some income here tonight. I am going to be showing you guys these four squares behind me. Over here. You know, I figured I just do a whiteboard style, you know, training tonight just because of the things I am going to be showing you tonight. Okay.

This stuff is going to be worth—I kid you not—a lot of money for your business, if you apply this. I can literally, folks, I kid you not, the stuff I am going to be showing you tonight, this is the grand finale.

Okay, I saved the best for last. If you thought those previous five lessons were powerful, okay, wait until you see this stuff right here, because this—I promised you in the beginning, didn't I? In the beginning I said, listen, sometimes as we go through this six-part series, right, there will be times where things might not necessarily make sense for you, okay, but I promise you, if you stick around and if you actually follow through the program, by the time we are done with the program you will be crystal clear on exactly what you need to do, and everything is going to—all the pieces are going to fall together into one place, and you will have this puzzle coming together, and you will have a very clear path for your business.

Hopefully you got your bags ready, because you will literally pack your bags with golden nuggets that you can take and apply in your business and just go out there and crush it, okay guys? But with that being said, also, there are no guarantees, okay? Listen to what I am going to teach you tonight. I have no idea what is going to happen to you. I don't know if you are going to go broke.

I don't know if you are going to get rich. I don't know if you are going to get wealthy. I don't know if you are going to become the next millionaire of Empower Network. I have no idea if you are going to wake up tomorrow, okay? I have no idea if I am going to wake up tomorrow.

So with that being said, you know, everybody understands there are no guarantees, okay? Just sharing the stuff that has been working for me thus far, okay, thus far. Will they work tomorrow? Probably. Can I guarantee?

No, all right? Cool. So, let's go ahead and dive straight into this.

Obviously, if you are an affiliate of Empower Network, especially if you are here, you know, if you want to build your business around Empower Network, promoting their products, it's going to be very, very important for you.

So if you guys are down for a favor, let me know really quick. I'm actually not going to continue until I see some comments here, okay? At least minimum. Okay.

...worth a million bucks. I'm going to share it with you tonight, but I need you to agree to do a favor for me. We've got over 300, almost 400 people here in the room. Okay, cool. Alright, awesome.

Again, I'll take you guys behind the scenes and I'm going to reveal to you these four squares that will be worth millions to you if you put them to work. I'm going to ask for a small favor from you, and that is, pay attention, and I want to hear your feedback on this kind of stuff. If this stuff is the best stuff you've ever heard in this industry, if this stuff resonates with you, if you can see how this can work for you, okay, I'm going to do a Facebook post after the webinar, or if you can send your feedback today, whoever, I want to see your feedback.

I want to see your feedback. I want to get your feedback on this training, okay? I want to get your feedback on this series, on your best month ever, okay? Can you guys do that for me? So basically, if you got a lot of value from it, okay, after tonight as well, man, it's gonna be incredible, I want to hear about it, okay guys, so that's a small favor from you to me. Let's get started, guys. Here is the deal: building your business, okay, everything you are going to do as you build your business is going to fall into one of four categories, okay. And what I see, a lot of this stuff I do, I don't even have to think about it, just because I was doing it for so long, and I do it, you know, any promotion I do, any campaign that I start that I want to result in a big, you know, payoff, or a big promotion, or a big splash in the industry. For those of you guys who don't know me, I have been around this community for about eight years, started out from scratch, did not have any money when I got started, failed for almost a year, did not know what I was doing, was fortunate enough to get myself a mentor, and I was teachable to the point where I did not ask questions. I did not say why this, why that, maybe I should do this, maybe I should do this. I just said, whatever you're going to tell me, I'm going to do.

I say this: if a mentor would tell me to stand on one foot and make phone calls, that's exactly what I would do. I would not question them. I find it amazing—so many people, they want to become successful, but you tell them what to do and they go and ask somebody else how to become successful. They don't want to do what they heard that they need to do.

Don't be that person. Okay. I cannot teach you how to make a million bucks a month. I'm not there yet. On my way, though.

But I got to the point in my business—and this is just to give you guys, for those of you guys who don't know me—I was able to crack this online success code, as I call it, to where I can literally, I have this ability, okay guys, to literally step into any new territory. Whether it's affiliate marketing, whether it's a network marketing company, whether it's whatever, MLM, I say this: you will get to a point in your business, when you do some of the things we're going to be talking about, okay guys, and the stuff we've been talking about thus far, that you take me, you blindfold me, put me on an airplane, drop me off in any location in the world, give me a computer, an internet connection, and take away everything I have.

Okay.

For every affiliate that you bring, or every customer that you bring to them. Okay. I was able to start and tap into the affiliate world, okay, and dominate it. I started with Empower Network a year ago, and in the last about 13, 14 months, we were able to build a team, started from an idea, okay, and I was able to build a team of over 28,000 people currently—just checked today, it's over 28,000 people, and growing by hundreds per day. Okay.

My first three weeks within Empower Network, selling their products, selling my vision really, is what I was doing. Okay. We were able to replicate this success with a lot of people all over the world. Okay.

So what I'm going to teach you guys, and of course these numbers, these examples, are not guarantees. This is just what I was able to do, what I was able to accomplish. What I'm going to talk about tonight, okay, is a formula, okay, a formula, and I'm going to give you a specific roadmap, a specific plan of action, that if you follow, okay, you will be able to do crazy things in your business.

Okay. You will be able to step in, and you will know how to engineer and become the number one producer, you know, or one of the top producers in the company, very, very quickly. Okay. I'm not talking about 10 years.

And guys, I was able to do all this stuff. I was able to do all this stuff that I just described to you. Okay. I was able to do this without ever talking to anybody on the phone. I never, ever followed up with my people when they signed up under me.

I never called them. I never said, you know, well, you've got to upgrade, you've got to buy these additional products.

Okay. And I can focus on whatever I want to focus on, which is usually, you know, taking things and taking my team to the next level and just building bigger things, and just, you know, and just moving into the future. Right. But what I was able to build up to this point is self-sustaining.

Okay. And if I wanted to, I can unplug for a year or two years and my income would not go down. In other words, my income does not depend on me anymore. Okay. How many of you guys want to know how to do that?

Okay. Let me know in the comments. There is a way to do this. Okay. And it falls into four different things.

Okay. Four different categories. As you build your business, guys, I want you to know, I see you guys here as a special group of people. Okay. I don't believe that you're just average, you know, affiliates or average marketers out there.

Okay. You're here. You decided to invest in this product. You've got yourself here. You want to take your business to the next level.

So please pay very close attention to this kind of stuff. Everything you do in marketing, okay, everything you do in marketing, guys, there has to be a reason behind everything you're going to do. Every single video, okay, I'm going to explain all this stuff, and when we get to these four boxes behind me, everything is going to be like boom. Okay. And you will know exactly what I'm talking about.

Every single video you do, every single blog post you do, every single Facebook post you do, every single Twitter post you do, every single move that you make on the internet as a marketer, as an entrepreneur, there has to be a reason and a strategy behind that. Okay. If you are building your business aimlessly, if you're building your business, you know, you wake up in the morning, you decide to post on Facebook, you know, what you did this morning, but there is no strategy behind that, you're wasting your time. You're wasting other people's attention. You're just doing what the typical marketers are doing.

There is—I don't know if you guys can see this at the top.

Okay. There are four areas. Okay. There are four areas of business. And this is going to fall into place, in helping you, you know, build this business, you know, to the level that is just ridiculously, ridiculously, ridiculously good.

All right. There is a phase I call, okay, accumulate. Hopefully you guys can read that. Can you guys read that okay? Let me see.

Make sure. Okay. To where you're accumulating. We're going to talk about this stuff. Okay.

There is a next phase. Very, very few marketers understand this: where you induct people. Okay. Where you indoctrinate.

Okay. I'm going to explain that. Stay with me. Okay. Very powerful stuff.

There is a pre-frame phase. Okay. There is a pre-frame phase and there is a launch phase. Just want to make sure you guys can see this, okay.

Cool. All right. Awesome. And every single move you're going to do, okay, if you guys are taking notes, this is going to be worth—I promise you—at least $10,000. Actually, I could sell this for at least $10,000.

It's going to be worth millions to you. Okay. If you actually get this—and I really, really hope you get this—okay, this is basically my business blueprint right here.

This is the blueprint of how I engineered $700,000 within my first three weeks with Empower. This is the blueprint of how I stepped into the affiliate marketing world and became other vendors' number one affiliate out of thousands and thousands of big affiliates. This is how I was able to step into an autoresponder world and just decided, hey, why not do something cool and test out an idea, right? Same process, right? Became their number one affiliate, okay.

So let's talk about each of these phases, okay. If you are just getting started, you are lucky, okay. If you are building your business for some time already, think about how you can tweak your business to where you can take some of these ideas and implement them in your business. Again, this is my stuff.

I don't know about your stuff, what you do, but this works for me, and hopefully this works for you as well. Okay. In the accumulation mode, well, what happens is you need a way, obviously, to attract people into your business, into your funnel. So we'll have traffic there, right.

I really hope you guys can see this. I'll just kind of, you know, comment as I write this, because I don't really have a lot of room here, okay. So there is traffic generation, which you're going to learn about in the Internet Traffic Formula. Again, traffic will never be an issue for you guys. Then, in the accumulation mode, what we want to do is we obviously want to accumulate opt-ins, alright.

So we're going to build a list, alright. Very basic stuff, everybody understands this, okay. This is where most marketers live, right about this area over here, okay. So you're going to capture leads, okay. When you're capturing your leads, here's something I want you guys to be conscious about—again, this is what I do, okay.

I look at my business: traffic is coming this way right here, okay. This is your traffic, okay. So your traffic is coming this way, and this is your business right here, okay. Most marketers have their business ending right about here, okay, most. Some marketers have their business ending right about here; very, very few successful elite marketers go into this box and this box right here, okay.

When I look at my business—now, your business has a wrapper. You go to a store, buy something, that something has a box, okay. I go buy a laptop from Apple Computer Store, you know, this computer has—it's in a nice box. Apple made it really, really cool, right.

They took it a step further than their competition, and they designed these boxes, this packaging, really, really attractive. I mean, you buy a laptop, or a desktop computer, and you don't want to throw away the box, right, because the box looks so good, right. There is a wrapper on your business. You go buy something, you know, you could go buy chocolate, right. There is a wrapper on the chocolate. You go buy candies, there is—you know, the candy is in the wrapper.

You go buy whatever, right, soda, Coca-Cola, everything has a wrapper on it, okay. Think about this—what it has to do with your business. Your wrapper for your business, right here. In this phase right here, guess what, it is your landing page. It is your promise, it's your hook, okay, that's your wrapper in the business.

So being conscious about that is very, very important, okay. So your wrapper, okay, we're going to talk about that, guys. I'm going to show you guys some examples, okay, and then something else that you do in this mode. Okay.

Something that is going to be very good for you is split testing, okay, split test. And what are you going to split test? You're going to split test your wrappers. You're going to split test your landing pages. You're going to split test your offers.

You're going to split test your hooks, okay, on the front end, because picture this: traffic is coming from here. If you can take care of this part, you will have people moving down to the next level, right. You will have people in your business, okay. Consider this like different rooms, or different phases, that people go through when they enter into your world. So they enter into your world—this has to be attractive for them to even get to you, okay.

Now, and then, of course, what this is going to lead into is when somebody opts in, blah, blah, blah, they go to your sales page, okay. Sales page. Now, this is pretty much where marketing ends for a lot of marketers, okay. They have people go through this little funnel, okay, it's just still in accumulation mode. They're trying to get 100 extra leads per day, whatever, and whatever percentage converts, converts, great.

If it doesn't convert as well as they want it to convert, they start to complain and moan and groan, right, and they look at whatever they're promoting, and if the thing used to convert at 5% and now it converts at 2% or 3%, they just go, well, whatever, I'm just going to go somewhere else and rebuild my business again, right, pretty much from scratch, doing the same thing over and over and over again, never really understanding what's behind that and how they can really monetize this to the fullest, okay. This is where a lot of people live. This is where a lot of marketers live. They just live in this little box right here, okay.

Now, this area right here, okay, is indoctrination, okay. What does this mean? Well, when you're in the indoctrination mode, okay, here's what I like to do, okay. When somebody enters your world, okay, I need to have a strategy, okay.

I told you everything is about a strategy, right. Everything has its own purpose. I have a strategy to indoctrinate my people that enter my world, okay. How do you indoctrinate? Well, indoctrination is where—well, here are some things that happen in the indoctrination, okay.

So you want to capture attention. You want to capture attention, okay. How do you capture attention? Let's talk about that. One of the things I want to do in the indoctrination mode is basically create interest, okay.

I want to create interest, not only in what I'm doing, but also create interest in you as a marketer. All this stuff right here, my friend, okay, this business—if you can picture this, okay—this business sits on a big box, okay, a big box. It's called you, okay. You take this out, we've been talking about this for the last five webinars, okay.

You take this out and you have nothing. I don't care if you do everything perfectly here. Nothing will fall into place if this is messed up, if this is screwed up right here. If you're messed up over here, okay, don't worry about any of this other stuff, because it's not going to happen. That's why, man, reading, that's why listening, that's why associating, that's why all that mental stuff that nobody wants to hear about is so important, okay.

I don't care what you think. I don't care, you know, if you think this is not important right here. If it's not important, look at your bank account, okay. If you can do that, then you can tell me this is not important, okay. If you cannot do that, I suggest you listen.

All right. Guys, again, I'm just preaching to the choir here. We've got over 400 people in the room, according to my Google Hangout thingy here. So I don't know many of you personally, okay. I met some of you guys, but I'm just preaching to the choir.

I just want to be as real as possible with you. Guys, I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear. I'm here to tell you what you need to hear, and what's really working for me, and how I think about what I think about. And this is all, you know, one big family here, right. You're the insider, right.

So you need to know some real stuff here, okay. All right. So I want to create interest in the indoctrination, okay. One of the things that I want to do here is create trust, okay. I want to create and build trust.

We talked about that last night, in the previous webinar. So if you're watching this and you did not watch part five of this training series, I suggest you go back and watch part five, because we covered a lot in the last training on how to create trust, okay. How to create trust and influence, okay. So creating trust is going to fall into this little category, okay.

One of the big things here is you want to create trust. Okay. You want to create or build authority, okay. All right. Again, we covered some of this stuff yesterday.

I'm going to show you guys some things really, really ninja psychological stuff that you can deploy in your business that's really going to help you do this. I'm going to show you guys that tonight, okay. So you create authority. What else do you do? Basically, you elevate yourself, okay.

You elevate yourself as a marketer in the indoctrination stage of your business, okay. So you elevate yourself by doing the things that we talked about in the last training, all right, when you create trust and you build authority. And overall, you want to just be different. You want your business to look different.

Like, you know, when you go into a high-end store, okay, like Louis Vuitton, or you go to Gucci, or whatever higher-end stores, right, there is a certain energy that you can just feel, okay. There is a certain energy that you start to feel. There is a certain energy that you step into, okay. You go to, you know, like Walmart or Costco, or Sam's Club or whatever, right.

There is a different energy there, okay. There is a different energy, different people, different atmosphere. You want your business to have a very high, unique type of energy when people enter into your world, okay, because this is your world right here. These four boxes right here, this is your world, my friend. And the best thing about this is you can engineer how your world is perceived, or how others' world is perceived, okay.

Perception is reality, okay, and I'm not talking about manipulating people here. I'm talking about being real, being genuine, okay, and doing this to make a bigger difference, okay. To elevate yourself, there is one thing that really helped me a lot, okay, I'm going to share it with you guys. I talk about it a lot in my trainings, and that is using—okay—using surveys, okay, we'll talk about that as well, okay. And something else is endorsements and recognition. Endorsements and recognition—I'm not talking about recognizing yourself or having others recognize you, which is obviously a bonus if that happens, okay.

Most people, when they build their business, are attached to this outcome, okay. They run a hundred, you know, a hundred visitors to their funnel.

They get, you know, maybe thirty opt-ins and zero sales, and all of a sudden they get discouraged and they say this stuff doesn't work. But they don't look at the fact that they got thirty subscribers, okay. And they don't know how to work those thirty subscribers. They don't know how to move them to this box and do these things right here, that later might result in, might bring, you know, thirty thousand dollars. They don't know how to work those thirty subscribers, okay.

But just because they are so attached to this outcome, that they didn't make a sale out of thirty subscribers or a hundred visitors here, they get discouraged, and then they bring that negative energy and they inject it into the rest of their business. And keep in mind, their business is all messed up because there was no structure, okay. And so what happens is, you know, it's a downward spiral for them in their business. Okay. Let me show you guys something.

I've been getting a lot of people asking me about the surveys, and a lot of people were asking me, especially people who are just getting started—I'm not sure how many of you guys are just getting started, or how many of you guys know how to put together a survey, but it seems like a lot of people don't know how to do that. So I figured maybe we can just take like two minutes and I can show you how to do that, okay. Capture attention. All this stuff.

So if you watched the previous recording, we talked about creating authority.

Okay. This is going to make sense to you guys so much, man. It's going to be awesome. All right.

I'll just share my screen. Hopefully you guys can see my screen here now. All right. So this is a site called SurveyMonkey that I keep talking about, right, and I mentioned this yesterday and the day before yesterday, hold on a sec here. Okay, cool.

And so, you know, we all have a list. Right? GetResponse is one of my email management systems here. But you go to SurveyMonkey, okay, you create yourself a free account, and you click this button right here, right? It says create survey, okay.

As you're building your list, okay, as people are going through your list—and I showed this to you guys yesterday so I'm not going to repeat myself, okay—so you can go ahead and create yourself a survey, and you can load it up as one of the follow-up emails, okay? The link will be in one of the follow-up emails. And let's just call this survey, I'll just say, you know, list feedback, okay?

I don't care about the category. I'm just going to create a brand new survey. Look how simple this is. Now you guys will have no excuse, okay, for not doing this. Okay.

You will have zero excuse. Okay. This is super easy. And I'm just going to show this to you just because I know there's, yeah, desktop visible. Thank you, Tony.

What I'm going to do here is I'm actually going to do this right here, because there are a lot of people Skyping me, as you can see, and that's going to be distracting. Okay. All right. Here's what I'm going to do, okay? Click on this little button right here.

Actually, I can do edit page options, okay? Edit page information here. I can just do a short paragraph. Okay.

This is what's going to be visible on the survey page. I'll just say, hey—again, I'm talking to my list, right, I'm talking to my subscribers—I'm going to say, hey, I'm about to put together a cool new training for my subscribers and followers. Okay.

And it's going to be about—it's going to be about traffic, whatever. See, this is the thing, okay? Whatever you can deliver on, whatever you can learn about, whatever you can deliver on, and we're going to use this later to strategize about creating your big promotion, okay? It's going to be about traffic, conversions, business growth, getting started, and a whole bunch of other things, okay?

But I need—actually, I'll just say, I need your help. Please help me help you, okay? Would you let me know what you need help with, so that I can focus and do that stuff first?

Guys, this is—I mean, I'm just literally doing this as I'm talking to you here. So it's not rehearsed or anything at all, as you can tell, okay? I'm just doing this on the fly, on the spot, here. So, boom, check this out, okay? This is a little paragraph again.

This is basically being very friendly with them, okay? Here's the thing: if you come across as too professional, you will actually repel people, okay? You know, I like to put smiley faces in my emails. I like to put, you know, things like a conversational tone, a friendly tone.

And then I'm going to add a question, okay? Your first question can be, well, how long have you been trying to make money online for, okay? Look how simple this is. You type a question, all right, and then you pick your answers, okay?

Multiple choice. I'll give you, yeah, one answer, only one answer, okay? And I'll just say, you know, zero to six months, and then just down the line. And then, okay, we can say six to 12 months, one to five years, five to ten years, ten years plus, okay?

And this little trick that I do, guys, I want to require an answer to every question that I put out there, okay? Again, this conditions my list. This conditions my people. Any time that you can do something that conditions your people without you coming across as a jerk, if you will, I want to utilize those, as much as possible. And one of those is, you know, making these answers required.

Making these answers required, so that people don't feel like, well, I just don't want to answer that particular question. They actually need to answer the question in order to submit the survey, okay? All right. Save and next question. Let me just do another one here real quick so I can show you what—I can say, second question would be, you know, how much money you're currently making.

Third question would probably be, well, let's just do this together, okay? What's your current monthly income online, okay? And again, you can give them some answers here real quick. Do this together. Zero.

And I can just put a little scale there. I'll just say $1. Okay? $10K plus. Okay?

Just gives you an idea here. All right. Require an answer to the question. Next question. What's your income goal?

Okay? Goal. What do you realistically want to earn per month? Okay? Again, give them a couple answers there.

What you're doing here is you are pre-framing them. You're basically putting yourself on their side of the table. Okay? And, you know, $1,000 to $5,000. $5,000 to $10,000.

$10,000 to $20,000. Let's say $20,000 plus. Okay? Again, require an answer. And this is where the trick is going to come in, guys.

All these questions are basically pre-framed. Okay? Psychological triggers. And then this question is going to be your bullet right here. Okay?

What is the single biggest challenge that prevents you from reaching your income goal? You like that question? What is the single biggest challenge that prevents you from reaching your income goal? Okay?

And this is where I will put stuff that I can deliver on. Okay? Stuff that you are, that you can learn about. Okay? I can put several different things here.

Okay? I can put overwhelm, right? Traffic generation. Okay? Don't know how to convert traffic into leads, you know, into sales.

Okay? And then whatever else you can deliver on. Okay? I'm too lazy, you know, whatever.

Right? Okay? And then, I don't know.

Okay? This is the thing. Okay? When you put this right here. Okay?

I don't know how to earn. I promise you, a lot of people will take this option. Okay? A lot of people will take traffic generation, that you have access to and you can teach. Okay?

But see, this is the thing. Okay? Well, what is this telling you? Do you think you can show them this later? Right?

When you do your big launch, do you think you can use this as one of your bullets? Okay? Absolutely. Okay? Now check this out.

I can put "other" as well. We can actually add other as one of the questions there.

Okay? So when people submit the survey, it will go back to your SurveyMonkey.

Okay? Great. Now what I will do is I'm going to go to my subscriber email. And what you do, and this is one of the tricks, guys, is when you create your newsletter, okay, this is my subject line.

Okay? I would say something like, you know, "need your help." Okay? Or you can say something like "need your input." Okay?

Dot, dot, dot. ASAP if possible. Okay? Check this out. Check this out.

So "I need your input"—again, the subject line, be creative with it. Okay? Again, just very conversational. Okay? And this is what I want to do in my email.

Okay, guys? I don't know what you're using for your autoresponder, so I'm just going to take a blank template here. You might be using AWeber or GetResponse, Infusionsoft, whatever you're using out there, it doesn't matter. But here's what I want to show you guys. When you create your emails, okay?

You want to use hyperlinks, because I see a lot of people sending out links and not hyperlinking their links. Okay? And it diminishes your click-through rate. As a marketer, you want to get your click-through rate to be as high as possible. Does that make sense?

You want that to be as high as possible. So what I would say is, just for this example here, let's just say, hey, would you please take 32 seconds and give me your input on something here? It should only take 32 seconds or less. But it will be a good thing for you. See guys, I'm just doing this off the cuff here in front of like hundreds of people. It will be a good thing for something I'm about to give you. Okay, so what I'm going to do here is, instead of sending them a link, right, I just want to highlight this. Okay? And I just go to this little link, insert link, and hide my survey. Guys, this is very, very basic for a lot of you, and I understand that. But this is like very advanced for some other people as well.

You know, especially if you're just getting started. Okay? Here's a tip. I'll give you another tip on email.

I want to have at least two links per email. Okay? So if I do a hyperlink here, right, "take 30 seconds and it will be a good thing" for something I'm about to give you. Okay?

I might actually hyperlink something I'm about to give you as well. Okay? Hyperlink that, and when they click on it, guess what? It's going to take them to your survey. Alright?

Awesome. So you just load it up. Now, if my email is a little bit longer, then obviously I want to have about three to four hyperlinks per email. Okay? Now, when you do hyperlinks in your email, it increases your click-through rate.

Okay? Just a tip for you. So you just load it up and it's there. Okay, guys? The power of survey, don't underestimate that.

Okay. Let's go ahead and move on. Okay. Just want to make sure that we're still good.

Okay? You guys can still see me okay? Okay. I want to show you guys some really cool stuff here. Okay?

We're going to move on. Alright. What happens here, let me explain to you the endorsements and recognition things. Okay? Endorsements and recognition.

When you have your survey coming back to you, okay, I want to do this. Okay? Sometimes what I will do with my subscribers is I will put together a training. Okay? Or a webinar. Or I'm going to send out a video to my list. And I just say, hey guys.

Okay? I want to hear from you. Okay? Or I want your opinion. What do you think about this?

Okay? Something as simple as that. And then what you do is you just say, hey, reply back and let me know what you thought about that. Okay? Something as simple as this.

When one of your subscribers replies back to you, you take their response and you email your entire list, right, recognizing that subscriber for giving you feedback, and just kind of putting a spotlight on them a little bit. Okay?

Guys, here's the thing. Sometimes people will work harder to be recognized in public. Okay? Than to earn a commission. It's weird.

But it's true. Okay? The way that our psyche is wired, I guess, is—it's weird. I don't know why it is, but recognition—if you can put those small spotlights on people, in your Facebook, emailing your list, people will want to be around you for that, if nothing else, just for that.

Okay? Just because, again, other marketers don't do this kind of stuff. Okay? Or what you can also do is, let's say when you put together a training, you say, hey guys, let me know what you thought about the training. Okay?

What's the one thing that you learned? When you put out a video, say, hey, what's the one thing that you learned or took away from that video? And you collect your endorsements, third-party endorsements—this is all part of your indoctrination. So what you do here is you indoctrinate yourself. Number one, you want to be everywhere.

Okay? You want people to talk about you. Good and bad publicity is actually good. All right? One thing you're going to learn very quickly is, when you grow your business, okay, there's going to be people who will resonate with you and there's going to be people who will talk about you even though they may resonate with you, but they will resent you, okay?

Some people resent people who are successful, okay? Some people will give you negative publicity. Some people will try to find what's wrong with every single thing that they come across. Okay? Including you.

Okay? Some people are worried about that. Be detached from that kind of stuff. I mean, sometimes things get really out of hand, you know—I'm at the point where there are some people who are really, really jealous of what Vic is doing, and the kind of success. So, you know, some people need to be obviously brought down a little bit because they just raise themselves up too high in their negativity spreading.

But for the most part, it's part of the business. Okay? It's part of life. It's part of what we do, and it's true for everything out there. Okay?

So you want to indoctrinate yourself through third party as much as possible. Again, last night, or the previous training that we did, watch that. Okay? Now, this is very, very important. Okay guys?

We go into a pre-frame, okay? So what happens here is, let me give you guys an example. This is a perfect example of how I got to a launch of Big Idea Mastermind and Empower Network that resulted in over 28,000 members the first year. Okay? I was accumulating.

I was split testing. Okay? I was indoctrinating. I was bringing people into my world. I was doing this.

I had surveys going out. Okay? I had a program, or a product that I launched called—it was a coaching program before that. Okay? And then it led into, because I surveyed people, people wanted to learn about traffic.

So I launched a course called High Traffic Academy, right? I was just basically teaching people some things about traffic. And that got really, really good response. Then I was sending out another survey. Okay?

Another survey to my customers list and to people who were in my High Traffic Academy world. And I was asking them things like, hey, how is it going? Right? What are you promoting?

Are you promoting your own product? Affiliate product? Are you promoting a business opportunity? What are you doing? Right?

How is it going for you? Okay? And a lot of people started to tell me that they did not know how to create a product. They did not know what product to promote. They told me that we don't know how to select a product to promote.

And they wanted help with that. Okay? So I was on a mission from surveys, okay, that led me on a mission to discover, or to put together, something that we can build a system around, and we can do this right here. Okay? Strategically, that would create a big impact.

Okay? And so, for about 10 months, I was researching different opportunities. I was researching different possibilities of how I can help my people. Okay? How can I help them address this problem right here, that they're asking me about.

Okay? And so by the virtue of me doing that—okay, by collecting the surveys and by doing the trust, by doing the endorsements, by recognizing and putting up trainings and everything we talked about thus far—psychologically, strategically, what was happening is I was positioning myself for the next phase, which was pre-frame. Okay? So when you pre-frame, here's what you do, okay? You essentially identify a big problem, okay?

You identify a big problem, and the big problem is going to stem from what people are telling you. Okay? And what you're going to do is you are going to validate it, okay, or verify it, with third party. Okay? Hopefully you guys can read it.

If you can't, just listen to my voice. Okay? So you go to third party, and your third party is, guess what, this stuff right here. Okay?

Surveys. Okay? Third party is you go to a forum and you just say, hey, what are you guys doing? What are you promoting? How's it going for you?

Something as simple as that. But strategically, psychologically, you are building this block of your business right here, that's going to lead into some big things for you. Okay? So you're verifying with third party. What you do also in the pre-frame mode is you cast it.

Okay? You cast a big vision, okay? And the way I do that—for those of you guys who have been around with me, right, Big Idea Mastermind, you guys know—when you want to prepare for a big promotion, okay, when you want to prepare for something big, you want to plant the seeds ahead of time. Okay? You want to plant those seeds ahead of time. Very, very strategic. Guys, that's why I said every single video you put up, every single post you do, every single email you send out, it needs to have a purpose.

Okay? It needs to have a purpose. I see so many people come to me at the events and say, Vic, let's shoot a video. I say, what's the purpose behind the video? And they don't know.

Well, where are you going to use the video? I don't know. You know, the video needs to have a purpose. Email needs to have a purpose. Okay?

Every single thing needs to have a purpose and a strategy for moving that person, okay, to the next level, into the next bucket, into the next square of your business, into the next phase, right, in your business. Okay? When you cast a big vision, you don't cast a big vision out of nowhere. All of a sudden, you just decide, you know, I'm just going to come up with this big vision. No.

Where is this coming from? Right? Why? People want, you know, people are emotional, but they're also logical, right? So before I start talking about my big vision, I better start talking about the big problems that are going on in our industry, right, in what you're doing, based on this stuff right here, based on what people are telling you.

So you collect the data. You have the data. Now you have some power, right? It's not just you talking about it. Now you're doing a webinar, and you say, hey, look, guys, right, you've been my followers.

This is what we see, right? You show survey results, or you send out an email with a video. You say, hey, I just wanted to share with you these survey results, okay? I think this is pretty terrible. What do you think?

Okay, you get people engaged in verifying and validating the big problem that's going on. Okay, guys? Think about this. And then what you do is you cast, you start planting seeds. Here's how I like to do stuff, okay, guys?

There is so much you can do by yourself. But when you include people in your vision—you know, we talked about the big vision, I think two lessons ago, okay, with Dave Wood. I had Dave Wood on here.

When you create a big vision for yourself, and you include people in your vision, and you start talking about not just you, right—people could care less about what you want, right—but they will follow you, and they will help you build your vision if you talk about what we can do, okay? Don't talk about "I." Talk about "we."

Making sense, guys? Talk about we, right? When you cast your vision, you say, hey, now you have a group of people who are like-minded.

If at all possible, if you can put together a Google Hangout, or a webinar, or even a teleconference where you can actually gather people in a room and you can identify—you can talk about this right here—this prepares for this. This is a standalone event. It's best if you can make this a standalone event.

Or a series of events. In other words, instead of talking about this over a long period of time and doing nothing about it, what you can do is these first two things: you have data, and casting a big vision, you can start doing this in between, like transitioning, casting big vision. But then, when you do a pre-frame event, I'll show you guys exactly what we did with Big Idea Mastermind, you'll be blown away.

It's best if you can do this as a big event. And you present a solution. I'm just going to go quicker. Your solution is going to be something you're going to be launching here, obviously. That makes sense.

For us, it was Empower Network launch. There was no Big Idea yet. You know, that name came later. But there was Empower launch, so the solution was that, okay?

One thing that I want to do in the pre-frame, because what you're doing, is you're basically creating authority without coming across as somebody who's saying, hey, look at me, I am somebody, right? You're basically including people in your big vision and helping them create this thing for you, okay? You set rules, okay, very, very early on.

Here is—how do I say this without coming across—I want you guys to get this correctly.

And I'm going to show you guys some examples of that, okay? If some of this stuff is not making sense to you, I'm going to walk you through an example, a case study here on the screen, and there's going to be a lot of light bulbs going off. Cool, cool, cool.

Some of you guys are having a hard time. Some of you guys are having a light bulb go off, okay. Cool, cool, cool. That's good stuff.

Setting rules in your marketing is very, very important, okay? How do you set rules? Well, you basically tell people how it's going to be. They want to work with you. They want to be a part of your big vision, okay?

These are the rules, and we're going to follow the rules, okay? I'll show you guys around. So basically what you do is you rally people around. Okay? And then you set up for the big launch.

I'm going to walk you guys through this right now, okay? Exactly how we did this. Pre-framing—we're talking about creating the biggest month ever. You can do these things, right, in creating a campaign, in putting together a campaign that's just going to go out there and crush it, okay? You can do this in doing a promotion within your business, within a business that you're already in. Okay? If you're obviously promoting Empower Network products, you guys, you can do this stuff for a particular product that's within Empower Network, right, if you wanted to. You can do this within your own team of Empower Network, okay?

You can do this. Okay? I did this, right? You can follow the same strategy even if you are already in a business—in other words, you can do a launch within a launch. You can do a launch within an already existing business.

Okay? Make sense? So this can be applied for a particular promotion, not only like a big, brand-new launch, okay? Now, let me walk you through this, okay, guys, because this is going to be useful for you. Give me one sec here.

Give me one sec. All right. I'm going to show you guys something that I did not show anybody except people who were a part of that initially. Okay. Hold on.

Share my screen with you all. All right, guys. So I'm going to go ahead and close this, okay? This is a pre-frame piece to Big Idea Mastermind, okay? I had High Traffic Academy, okay?

Check this out at the very top, right? "A High Traffic Academy exclusive." See that? Okay?

So some of you are going to apply this, and some of you guys are going to have a big breakthrough, okay? I think, if I'm not mistaken, either Justin Verrengia or somebody else applied some of this stuff in their business and they literally went out and crushed it. Definitely works, okay? Works like magic, folks, in a good way, obviously, okay? So you make it exclusive for a particular group of people, okay?

So whether it's your own team, whether it's your own subscribers, it's always exclusive. It's always, hey, it's behind closed doors, okay? And this is a pre-frame piece, okay?

So this is how I pre-framed the launch of Big Idea Mastermind, okay? I said, hey, to receive an invitation to this private mastermind, okay, you must first pledge to our code of conduct, okay? So what we did is we did a webinar. A pre-frame type webinar.

And we talked about the stuff that I just discussed in the third box, okay, which is a pre-frame thing. And so I talked about the problems that people were having. I was talking about the survey results that people responded with. And overall, the problem that this industry was having, which is people don't know what to promote.

People don't have a good system to follow, blah, blah, blah, right? The stuff that we've been hearing about. And then, at the end of that webinar, I said, look, we're going to do something that's going to radically shift and change how marketing is done on the internet, okay? And basically what I did is I just talked about the stuff that is on this page right here, okay? This page is no longer alive, so I'm going to show this to you just because it's no longer out there.

It's not active, okay? So I don't care. You can go there for reference if you want, but don't bother opting in or anything, because it's not working. It's disconnected. Obviously, the Big Idea is already launched.

So basically, I just cast a vision, right? And I talk about, very conversational tone, okay, and I just talk about, hey, the big idea, right? What if we created something that was one of a kind, that has never been done before, and our vision, and this is what I want to have.

And guys, just when you talk about this stuff, make sure that you disclaim like crazy, okay? Make sure that you put income disclaimers, you know, if you talk about income—we always talk about income disclaimers anytime you talk about money, okay? Very, very important, okay? So the big takeaway—yesterday, last training, I talked about creating a pull marketing instead of a push marketing, right?

So the big takeaway, it's not for everybody, obviously, right? The Big Idea code of conduct, here is the rules, okay? The rule part, what we talked about, okay? Take a look at the words that I used here, right? "Let's join forces and make a big difference in our industry," okay?

"Let's" is a powerful word, guys. Okay? Let's, let us, let's together, okay? "Let's join forces and make a big difference in our industry," okay? It's not about me.

It's not about Vic. It's not about you folks. It's about us. "Let's do something that has never been done before," okay? See that?

It's about them, okay? And then, so basically, what I do here is I present the code of conduct. I said, hey, if you want to be a part of this, okay, there are some rules you need to agree to, okay? Now, pay attention to the psychology behind this. Okay?

People need to agree. So we set rules right up front, okay? Zero tolerance for negativity. We want to make sure that people follow the 30-30-30 plan. And what is a 30-30-30 plan? People are going to read for 30 minutes per day.

They'll listen to an audio for 30 minutes per day, and they'll do that for 30 days, okay? That's a 30-30-30 plan. Paul Barr also talks about the 30-30-30 plan all the time, all right? That thing changed his life for the better, all right? Changed a lot of people's lives, all right?

So we want to make sure that people understand, you know, the better. All right? Okay? That's the power of developing themselves, right? Daily action steps.

Again, this is all pre-framing people and psychologically putting them into a position where it puts you so that they see you as an expert. They see you as an authority figure, because when you tell people what to do, all right, and you're being firm about it, people will naturally gravitate towards you. Because you're telling them straight up, right? You're talking to them. Yesterday we talked about being blunt, brutally honest with your stuff, right?

So no matter what they do, community collaboration here, okay? Again, whatever it is that you want to do there, whatever rules you want to set—this is just an example that we had for Big Idea Mastermind, and then the vision, okay? I want to make sure that they are in alignment with the vision, okay? Again, this is psychologically putting themselves in your boat, if you will.

They agree to run with you, and they agree to all this stuff. And then what I do, you see, is I put them through a little hoop, okay? I make them opt in, okay? And when they opted in, they got on a separate list, okay guys?

Creates exclusivity, okay? Creates exclusivity. So let me go back here, one sec, where's my little YouTube here, okay. So when you can create exclusivity in your marketing, in your promotions, okay, you don't need thousands of people.

We had about a thousand people on that webinar. Okay? That pledged, right? Not everybody pledged, by the way. Okay?

When we did this pre-framed webinar right here, right, and just kind of talked about what I just showed you there, okay, when we had that webinar—see, I did not talk about Empower Network, did I? I talked about a solution.

I talked about a vision. Okay? I talked about what we're going to do. I talked about the vision. I was very vague as far as what vehicle we're going to use. People had no idea it was going to be Empower Network.

When you are promoting, people don't buy the thing. People buy a vision for the thing. The thing is just a vehicle, right? The product that you're selling is just a means to an end, right? It's just something that's going to help them go from point A to point B, just a thing. But the reason why they want to go from point A to point B, and what point B is going to mean to them, is what you talk about, you see? Is this stuff making sense to you guys?

So that's what you talk about. Again, I'm just showing you guys what I did to launch Big Idea Mastermind. Worked like crazy, as you can see. And then, the people who pledged—think about the psychology. If you can filter your list.

If you can filter your list, if you can create an exclusive elite group within your list, you can do that by doing the indoctrination things, right? You can do that by saying, hey, fill out this survey, let me know what you think, you're going to be included on the VIP list, right?

And we're going to do something together that's not going to be available to everybody else. You create exclusivity. Number one, people will fight to get into your circle. Number two, psychologically, they see you totally differently, okay?

Psychologically, they are with you because it was their decision. It was their choice. It was their idea. You didn't push them. In fact, I was trying to repel people.

I was saying, hey, this is not for everybody. And if you don't agree to this, this, this, or this, or that, I don't want you in my mastermind. I was repelling people. I was deliberately trying to push people away. And when you do that, see, people want to be that much closer to you.

People want what they cannot have. Does that make sense? It's just how it is, guys. If you're a guy, and if you're courting a girl, and if you're constantly in front of her, constantly, constantly, and you're like, hey, let's, let's, let's, whatever, and you're on your knees all over her, she's going to run away from you.

But if you can create that pull marketing, to where you've got something and they know it, and they cannot have it, man, they literally will bump into you.

Are you going to do this all the time in your business?

You can, right? But if you want to do a promotion, if you want to do a big campaign, if you want to do a big rollout, right, if you already have a team and you want to reignite your team—how about that for a change, right?—you want to spark new energy, you just want to do something with your already existing team, right? That would be the process.

Okay? Exclusivity. Now, here's what we did on the big launch. This was a webinar. Okay?

When I attended this webinar, I think I had about 80 or 90% of these people pledged, okay? So they qualified themselves to be on this webinar. And this webinar—the link to this webinar was sent only to people who pledged, okay? So now they're already pre-framed, they're fired up, they're ready to go. They're like, let's do this, okay?

We could fit 1,000 people on this webinar. And we got 1,000 people. Okay? We got 1,000 people on this webinar, okay? And on this webinar, what I did essentially was I basically recapped the big problem, okay?

I recapped the big problem, and one of the things that I was doing a lot on that webinar was talking about the big vision, okay? Again, not the thing, but the vision. Ninety percent of the time, okay, I presented a solid idea or solution, okay?

This can be, you know, if you did a campaign with your list, right, if you did something like this for, I don't know, one of the products in Empower Network, whether it's Inner Circle, 15K Formula, or Masters Course, or how about Internet Traffic Formula, right? Everybody, I mean, heck, you can take that to any marketer and they will want that kind of stuff, because every marketer wants to get traffic, right? What if you engineered your promotion like that, around a specific product, right?

And you just talked about the big vision. What would be a big vision for the traffic? Well, what is it going to do for them, right? What's possible, right? You talk about possibilities.

You talk about all that good stuff. What's the big vision for 15K Formula? It's becoming the best version of a marketer that you can become, right? It's understanding the psychological and emotional triggers of marketing, right? It's understanding what makes marketing really tick, right?

And work on a massive scale. But what is it going to do for them, that's the stuff that you talk about, right? And the vision. Check this out. Here's something else that you do.

You present a solid idea, okay? I like to do a lot of future pacing. Future pacing, okay? That's when you talk about the future. You see, this is a part of being a visionary—and there was, I think, part three of the series that was all about being a visionary, or part four, okay?

If you can see something that others cannot see. Think about it: if you can see something crystal clear that others cannot see, you have something very, very valuable that others will want to have, okay? Very important, folks, okay? When you can look at your business, when you can look at your promotions, when you can look at why you do what you do and you know your goals, you know where you're going, you know what it's going to be like when you get there, okay?

You're on your way, okay? When you talk about that as if it's already happened, people can't help but want to join you, want to be around you, okay? And people will slam your inbox to ask you to include them in your vision, okay, guys?

Powerful stuff. When I did this webinar—it's very, very important, folks, when you do a launch or any promotion or campaign, okay, it's super important, okay?

Come from a position of power, okay? How do you do that? Well, we covered some of that stuff in previous lessons. You can go back and watch it.

But especially when you're doing a promotion, okay, when you're on the webinar, you cannot be weak-minded. If you're not a thousand percent sold on your idea, if you're not a thousand percent sold on what you want to do and why you want to do it, that will be transferred to people, okay? So you want to come from a position of power instead of a position of weakness.

When I did a webinar for Big Idea Mastermind, there was no doubt in my mind, absolutely zero doubt, that it was going to work. No doubt in my mind, okay? I did not grasp, okay, I did not understand or expect it to work this well. Okay?

I knew it was going to be successful because I believed in it, okay? I talked to the owners. I purchased the products, okay? I got all the products for myself and I was going through the products and I saw the value, right? So I knew it was going to work.

I did not expect it to work this well. But on that webinar, I was talking from a position of power, okay? I was talking like, this is it. Nothing else exists. This is the only direction we're going to go.

This is the only way. A thousand percent sold on the idea. Nobody's going to sway me. People were telling me, Vic, you're crazy, man.

Empower Network is saturated. There's already over 70 people in the company. They're on a downhill right now, man. You're about to join them. I did not listen to anybody, because I had my own vision I wanted to follow.

Does that make sense? Okay. Okay, cool. Now, check this out. Here's something else.

This is very, very cool. For some of you guys, you're really going to dig this, okay? When you talk about your big vision, when you present an idea, when you present a vehicle—and a vehicle, that's just exactly what it is, okay, it's not everything, okay—a vehicle. When I talked about Empower Network, I said, look guys, Empower Network is the best out there right now, okay?

It's a vehicle, but it's a vehicle. Our vision is much grander. Our vision is this, and we're going to use Empower as a vehicle to get us there. Make sense? So you talk about a vehicle.

You do future pacing. You really build this up. You paint a picture. You talk from a position of power. You're enthusiastic.

You're sharp. That's why this is super important. Make sense? This is super important. When you have this, it's going to be very easy to do this.

Make sense? All right? Okay. So when you do a call to action, it's going to be definite. You cannot be like, okay, well, I don't know, maybe you guys should join.

If you want to do a big promotion, there are different types of promotions that I do, and there are different approaches to each promotion, but if you want to do a big promotion, and you really believe in what you do, and you know that it's going to work because you believe in it, you go full out. You go all out. You do a big, strong call to action, and you're very, very firm. When you do a call to action, you say, this is what it is. We're going to have a deadline on there, a definite deadline.

I found that if you give deadlines in your promotions, they work really, really well. And lastly, I'm going to do an irresistible bonus. Think about this: it's like, hey, if I buy this Honda Accord, I'm just going to throw in this private jet as a bonus.

You know what I mean? Something ridiculous like that. Something that is just crazy, a no-brainer. You buy this Honda Civic, I'm just going to include this Ferrari as a bonus.

Does that make sense? It's literally irresistible. Now, you want to be very smart with your bonuses, guys. I see some people promote stuff, and they just give away everything they got for the smallest, cheapest product. If you're going to do an irresistible bonus, it better be for the highest-level stuff that you're selling.

Does that make sense? So what I was doing for Big Idea Mastermind, we had a definite deadline. I said, look, there is a deadline. I don't remember what the deadline was, but I think it was going to be like two days, or something like that, for people to join. Or it might have been that same night.

I think I even told them. I did a webinar at like 9 o'clock in the evening, kind of like tonight, and I told them that the deadline would be like midnight that same day, if I'm not mistaken, like a very, very short period of time. And I said, listen, here's what we're going to do. This is the deadline to get in.

For those people who get in and purchase all the products, here's what you've got.

And I said, look, here's five different products.

Here's what's within Empower. And here's why you need to have all five products. Qualify. You need to know what's in the product, blah, blah, blah. If you do that, here's what we're going to do together. See, before I did this webinar, I rented a mansion in Miami. I went out on a limb. And I said, look, we're going to do this webinar, and if I get 30 people to purchase all the products, it's going to pay for the mansion.

But what it's going to do is ignite my team. It's going to do something that is a little bit extra. Little did I know, instead of the 30 people that I expected, we got like 130 people who purchased all the products. Okay? On this webinar.

Guys, is this stuff making sense? Let me check out some of the comments here. Guys are saying, great stuff, great stuff, making sense, okay, cool, cool, cool, totally, nice, making sense, okay, cool stuff. Yeah, thank you for the feedback.

How can you apply this in your marketing? How can you apply this in your business? Well, you can do that for specific promotions. Something else I wanted to talk to you about, and I think I'm forgetting something here.

Maybe not. For your bonus, okay guys, so deadlines and bonus, two of your silver bullets, if you will. But every single piece that you put out there, okay, every single step that you do is going to fall into one of these four categories, okay? This stuff gets very, very strategic and very psychological, okay? This stuff should be a no-brainer, okay? I hope that you guys can see this.

Actually, I'm not sure if this is visible to you, but hopefully you guys took some notes, okay? As you're building right here, okay, you're not attached to the things that don't make a big difference, okay? What you focus on is a few things.

In your business, I like to focus on building my list, okay? Building my list. Over the last two weeks, you know, I was running some campaigns, you know, you guys got Internet Traffic Formula, right? I'll teach you how—just over the last two weeks I was able to get 50,000, over 50,000 new subscribers to my list, okay? And when I send out an email to them, my open rates are over 30%, okay?

To those cold subscribers. They just got on my list. What I do, see, is when my subscribers get on my list, they are in this mode right here, in this phase. This is where, when your subscribers get on your list, they are here, okay? How you structure this phase right here, this is getting subscribers, boom.

And what can you do to indoctrinate yourself, okay, to literally build yourself, okay, and get close to your subscribers. And if your initial open rate is, you know, maybe 10%, 15%, 20%, what can you do over here? This is like your warm-up process right here, okay? Your warm-up process, this is where you do most of your work, and a lot of this can be done through an autoresponder, okay?

And some really good strategy behind that. But I see, in my businesses, this is like a warm-up process. This is like a boiler. This is where they get—and I don't want to use this metaphor, because it's wrong, because I understand that when people come into my world, they're real people with real desires. People come into your world like this.

You need to engage them so that they go like that. And then, by the time they get here, they'll be like that with you. What can you do to engineer this warm-up territory, this bucket that people will get warmed up in, in your business? They get closer to you, and then, when you do these pre-frames, you can literally—let me show you guys something here real quick. You don't need to be a professional.

I just set it up, and there's literally like three or four maybe follow-up emails. That's it, okay? Maybe two, okay? Now, check this out.

All autoresponders, okay? These are just automatic autoresponders. Look at that. A hundred and thirty-seven percent open rate, but this is not unique, okay? Go unique.

This is like overall. So this is people coming back to my emails and just opening them over and over again, okay? Over seventy percent open rate. Over thirty-one percent click-through rate. And I don't even send out that many links either, okay?

Over thirty percent. Now, this is a smaller version. This is a scaled-down, toned-down version of the stuff that I'm teaching you right here, okay? This right here, okay? This is this, make sense?

What can you do in your business to raise and elevate yourself, okay, to get your open rates up, to get your click-through rates higher, make sense? So that you can engineer all this stuff. Does this make sense now, how I am able to do what I'm able to do, guys? Is this making sense at least?

I'm actually going to give you guys twenty seconds, because I wanted to see this. Yes, Mary is saying, yeah, you're giving us an unbelievable action plan, I will be getting out my flip chart and mapping this out. That's what I would actually do. I really suggest you guys do.

Get yourself a flip chart, get yourself something to write with or a whiteboard or something, and map out how you want your business to look. Do this stuff, okay? Most marketers don't want to do this. See, if you want to earn the kind of money that the top two-percenters are earning, you got to do what the top two-percenters are doing. The ninety-eight-percenters, they don't even understand this.

They don't care about this. If you talk to them about this, they say, well, I don't know, it seems like too much work. I'm just going to be miserable for the rest of my life. I feel comfortable being miserable. That's the ninety-eight-percenters.

The two-percenters, they'll take deliberate action. They'll sit down. They'll take a week if they have to, and they'll just map it out. They get crystal clear. They'll do this stuff.

They will work on themselves daily, man, because when you do this, you have good ideas for this. Okay, guys? Four components to your business. Okay, guys? See, what we're going to do is—oh man, we actually went over ninety minutes here.

Hopefully this clears some things up for you guys. Hopefully you see a master plan, a big view, a plan from a distance, of how this stuff is done.

If you see my post on Facebook, or if you can send Dave Wood testimonials, just let me know what you thought about this stuff. Okay? This is really, really good stuff if you apply it, right? Let me know about this. We may feature you in any promotions for this particular product or whatever.

If you don't want to be featured, that's fine. But I do want to hear about it, okay? It's going to be important for me, and it's going to be important for you as well, okay? But I will give you a bonus webinar. It's going to be a Q&A.

Okay? So if you have questions—as you're listening to me, and if something's kind of, hopefully I got your brain to work a little bit and cause you to think a little bit differently, okay—if you have questions, write them down, and then we're going to schedule a webinar, probably sometime, I'd say probably next week. Watch for the emails, and then, of course, we're going to record that. If you're watching this as a recording in the back office, there's probably going to be a Q&A webinar right after this.

Okay? You can watch that. Okay? But I'm going to address your questions. We're just going to sit down and have an open conversation.

Just going to answer your questions, but please wait for the email from corporate. They'll tell you how to submit your questions, and I'll just be answering your questions, guys. Okay? Listen, in closing, here's what I'm going to say. You can do this.

I don't care who you are. I don't care how many times you've failed before. I don't care if you think you don't know some things. You can learn. Okay?

I'd say go for it. I'd say don't listen to anybody who's going to tell you you cannot do something, because my friend, you're powerful. You're powerful beyond belief. You have, as Les Brown says, you have greatness within you. You just need to dig down.

Sometimes we just need to dig down and just do something we haven't done before. Just step out of your comfort zone, right? Start treating your business a little bit differently. This is the most amazing. The most powerful.

This is the business that, you know, the most awesome industry to be a part of, period, bar none, right, that you and I are in. We don't have to go to school. Heck, I'm a college dropout, barely graduated high school, and I can do this kind of stuff. You can do this kind of stuff. All right?

English is not my first language. I can do this kind of stuff. You can do this kind of stuff. We've got people who have never succeeded before that are applying some of this stuff, not even all of it. If you apply all of this stuff, the sky's the limit.

You know, you write your own paycheck anywhere you go. You don't depend on a company. You depend on you. Okay? You don't depend on any particular product, and you don't have to, like, if a product doesn't convert as well as it used to, whatever, right, you depend on you, because you have your own vision, and you can engineer your own success.

You can engineer campaigns that people will be a part of. You can engineer a vision for yourself and include other people as a part of it, and they'll support you in your vision. Guys, with that being said, thank you for listening. Thank you for sticking around. I hope you got a lot of value from it.

I'll see you guys in the bonus webinar. Have a good night. Have a good day. Good talking to you. See you next time.
