Here’s what usually happens after you sponsor somebody. You get excited, you get them on the phone, and you pour everything you know into them in one marathon call, every strategy, every tool, every opinion. They thank you sincerely. Then they quietly disappear, and you conclude they just weren’t serious.

This bonus session of the Top Producer Formula is a recording of Dave Wood doing the opposite, live, with real brand-new members on a Thursday night webcast. It’s part two of a two-part process: on Tuesday he met these people on a hangout, learned their goals, and gave them a worksheet with assignments and a deadline. Tonight he brings back the ones who finished, confirms their commitments one by one, and shows the whole audience how little he actually does, because how little he does is the entire lesson. As someone who’s ever wondered why your team doesn’t duplicate no matter how much you help them, watch closely.

Why does explaining everything destroy duplication?

Dave frames the problem with a children’s game: Chinese Whispers, where a story whispered down a line comes out the far end unrecognizable. Now map that onto a direct sales organization. Suppose the person at the top knows everything and teaches it to the person they sponsor, who retains maybe half. That person teaches their recruit half of that, and so on down the line. A few generations deep, someone is trying to build a business on six percent of the information, which is why that person ends up wandering around Walmart pitching strangers, hitting up waitresses with pitch lines, and wasting money on traffic they don’t know how to use. Not because something is wrong with them, but because they’re operating off a deficiency of information that the structure itself guaranteed.

You cannot build an organization and create duplication that goes outside your personality, right, if you make building the organization dependent on what you know. Even if you know everything, it still doesn’t work.

The alternative is a systems-based approach. Instead of being the source of information, you plug every person into the same system that holds all of it. Now the newest person seven levels deep has access to one hundred percent of the information, same as the first. It takes a fraction of the time, and it duplicates instantly, because the moment someone goes through the process, they can run the identical process with the person they bring in tomorrow, no skill or memorization required. Dave is so committed to this that he refuses, flatly, to answer strategy questions in hallways, because a half-remembered explanation becomes a quarter-strategy two levels down and a team wandering Walmart two levels after that. In his words, people do personality-based building for one reason: ego. They want to be the guru, the hero, the one everyone depends on. Being the hero feels great and duplicates nothing.

What does the new-member process actually look like?

The mechanics are almost embarrassingly simple. When someone joins, they get a worksheet and a deadline: write down your goal and the date you want it by, your honest reason why, the hours per week you’ll really commit, the budget you honestly have to work with, and your dated commitments against the eight core commitments, the cultural system of the company. They must also go through the entire level-up sequence, the system’s own product education, so that the system, not the sponsor, teaches them what exists and why it matters. Finish the assignments in two days and you get the follow-up coaching call. Don’t finish, and Dave won’t work with you; he’ll cheerfully recommend a refund instead. The deadline isn’t cruelty. It’s the first filter for seriousness, and completing the worksheet is itself half the coaching.

Then the follow-up call is nothing but confirmation. On this webcast, Dave reads each person’s own commitments back to them, in front of the group, and asks them to own each one out loud: the blogging, the daily listening and reading, the weekly calls, the event. One guest, a software consultant, had gone through the level-up sequence on her own before Dave ever spoke with her a second time, and upgraded herself without a single sales conversation, which Dave freezes and holds up to the audience. That’s the system selling. His numbers from experience: if you never connect with new members, maybe fifteen percent will finish the sequence on their own. If you do connect, somewhere between seventy and ninety percent will finish it, and finishing it is what leads people to buy up to the level that’s actually appropriate for them. The connection call took him about twenty minutes.

How hard should you stretch a new person?

The most instructive moments are the uncomfortable ones. One new member offers five to six hours a week toward a large goal, and Dave stops the meeting for what he calls a moment of personal honesty: how many hours a week do you work at your job for your current income? Then the plain truth: with a small budget and five hours a week, the goal is not real. He doesn’t shame the budget. He asks for the trade: can you commit three hours a day? Which hours? And he gets a commitment with times attached, in public.

His governing metaphor is a muscle. You stretch people to their capacity, let them relax, and stretch again, and over time their capacity to stretch grows enormously. But force someone past their capacity, the financial splits their tendons can’t do yet, and you blow them out of the business entirely. So every person on the call gets stretched exactly one step: the martial arts instructor with a modest monthly budget commits to specific products by Saturday and a WhatsApp message when it’s done. The member in a genuinely tight spot gets the smallest assignment of the night: write the product’s name at the top of a page, list ways to come up with the modest monthly cost, put a date on it, and email the date. Dave is blunt about why he refuses excuse-making in the middle range: he started his own business homeless, living out of a van, so he’ll accept a realistic timeline from anyone, but not the pretense that a small, reachable stretch is impossible. Everyone also gets the same odd, specific assignment: listen to one particular audio, Speak the World into Existence, once a day for sixty days, with the promise that around day thirty they’ll begin to understand why.

Why should you stop hunting for big-name recruits?

Woven through the calls is a rant worth the whole session. Almost everyone builds wrong by hunting for the proven leader, the big recruiter who’ll arrive fully formed and build the business for them. Dave’s experience: those people rarely join you, they’re harder to work with when they do, they expect red-carpet treatment, and they build in their own time by their own rules, maybe. New people, by contrast, are open books, hungry, and coachable, and roughly eighty percent of the leaders in any organization were brand new when somebody developed them. The leader you’re searching for is someone you could be building.

The same error hides in an all-or-nothing sales focus. If the only outcome you’ll celebrate is the person who buys everything at once, you discount the mid-level buyers, and the mid-level, Dave insists, is where most of an organization’s volume actually lives. The company itself grew on three modest products before any high-end offer existed. The eighty-five percent who can’t buy everything today will, if you connect with them and plug them in at the level appropriate for them, buy more over time, stay dramatically longer, and in many cases eventually go all the way, because the culture keeps working on people you’ve stopped pitching.

What would Dave do in your seat?

Asked directly, he lays out his fantasy field routine, the one he ran before running the company consumed him. Call every new member the moment they join, when their attention and openness are at their peak, even just to welcome them. Coach one-on-one if you’re bringing in a person or two a week; switch to group sessions like this webcast only when volume forces you to. Keep new people off paid traffic entirely, no matter how eager they are, because in his experience new people who buy traffic before they’re educated lose their money every time; blogging and social media cost nothing, teach the skills, and produce leads that already know who you are. Use a bridge video so new buyers expect and want your call. And anchor everything to the culture: the weekly calls, the hangouts, and above all the events, because no individual, however charismatic, can do for a person what a room full of social proof does. He tells the audience about hitchhiking to his own first industry event in 2002, and he draws a hard line: there will always be a dividing gap between the part of a team that gets to events and the part that doesn’t, in breakthroughs, in commitment, and in access to leadership. He once cut his working hours from eighty a week to around ten by dropping the hand-holding and trusting the system, and his results grew instead of shrinking. The formula he leaves everyone with has three lines: learn to sponsor every day, plug people into the systems, plug people into the culture. The systems and the culture handle the complicated parts, even when you don’t understand them yet.

This bonus session sits alongside the core modules of the Top Producer Formula, which teach the sponsoring, selling, and belief systems this onboarding process assumes. If you’re new to it, the entire Top Producer Formula, this lesson included, is available for $99 at the Top Producer Formula course.

The next person who joins your team, call them the same day. Give them a worksheet, a two-day deadline, and a scheduled follow-up where you do nothing but read their own commitments back to them. Then get out of the way and let the system educate.

Let me tell you a story of how I got started online. A guy who had never made a lot of money online ever put a video up on YouTube. At my breaking point, I saw it. I joined. I have made that guy, I have made that guy every month more money than he had ever made in a month in his life before I joined his team, since I joined it in 2009.

I have made him more every month, more every month than he ever earned a month in his life, personally, just me, since I joined his team, and I don't even promote that thing anymore. But he still earns more than he ever earned in his life every month from something that I haven't touched in years because he put a video on YouTube. How deep do the ripples go? How deep do they go? When we have our organic growth engine back, Empower Network is a magical place, and it's back.

Only now, it's like a hundred times better, starting on Tuesday. Give these guys a hand, thank you. Thank you. Paul, I love you. You guys can sit down if you like.

So how are we gonna create a hundred millionaires a year? Like that. Yeah. Yeah. Like that.

And I'll talk about it, and the rooms will grow. And I'll talk about it, and the rooms will grow. And I'll talk about it, and we'll split into different languages. And I'll talk about it, and we'll split into different countries. And I'll talk about it, and we'll go into different markets.

And I'll talk about it, and the millionaires will increase. And I'll talk about it, and talk about it, and talk about it. And somebody's gonna believe it. And then somebody else is gonna believe it. And then somebody else is gonna believe it.

And then an army is going to believe it. And then one day, we'll be in a room, and we'll talk about it, like this but bigger, and the hands will be in the air, and we'll put the lights on in the ceiling, and the sparkling from the million dollar rings will look like looking into the galaxy in the Hubble Space Telescope, more than you can count, because that's what we're gonna do, because I want to do it, and I'm gonna make it happen.

Hello my friends, and welcome to All Access, affiliate-only Thursday night webcast. I'm Trav posting tonight, and I just want to say I'm excited you're here. Literally you are in the right spot at the right time. There's certain times in life you are in the right place at the right time. Well, this is it. For those of you who are with us, I don't know what's going to go down on tonight's webcast, and I'm excited to say that this is kind of part two of two. Now, if you missed that webcast, don't worry, it's going to be in the all-in library for those of you who are all in. And let me just say, it's super powerful. Now, what I mean by that is, on the left-hand side of the page, yeah, it might be, you were right, there is a downloadable coaching worksheet. I implore you, get that worksheet, because it's kind of what tonight's training is based off of. In part two of two, we are joined by some super special guests tonight, and you may have seen them on Tuesday, but there's somebody who's going to be kind of walking you through some brilliant, just brilliant, processes behind new members. But these people specifically, on tonight, you saw live on Tuesday. Now, these are some brand new members who were given an assignment by David Wood, and this assignment was to go through the process of a worksheet just like the one you're downloading, and identify some questions, some areas, some components, that are really important in the process of building your business. And they did it. And not only did they do it, some of them went all in during that time, some of them bought up to a certain level, and we're going to kind of introduce those details in just a minute.

But for those of you who are here, what I want you to do is literally just give yourself a round of applause. I mean this sincerely, seriously, there are probably about a thousand people doing this with you right now, so don't, I can hear them on the webcast, people in the house, just keep doing it, right, because literally you are here. It actually is a big step for people to get on a webcast. People are just going to hop on a webcast and leave it on in the background, but the truth is you're actually taking a step to listen to something, to be focused, right, to be in the moment, listening to material that's going to help you grow either as a person or in your business. So you're in the right place at the right time to do that.

And what I want you to do, I'm actually seeing some funny messages, I'm going to type to you right now in the chat. Hey everyone, I'm doing like one-finger chatting, so don't hate me if I am misspelling things. Excited to have you here. Let us know if you're here, engage with us in the chat. Empower is a different kind of animal. This is a real webcast, we don't do that pre-recorded stuff, it's Thursday, March 26th. You know, no, seriously, this is us. Let us know you're here, engage us in the chat. I see Gary. Rock on, man, there's a lot of people. See, chat goes crazy when we do this. Why? Because you're real, you deserve real content and value, man. It's going crazy, awesome, super excited to have everyone here. Tonight is going to be jam-packed with value, literally pumped with value, and there's nobody better to bring that value to you than the man himself. But before we get to that, let's introduce some of the amazing guests that we have on with us tonight, because these are people who went through a process, who actually went through an assignment that was given to them, and literally took it to a whole new level. So without further ado, I'm going to kind of run down the list of some of the amazing guests that we have with us tonight.

Diane, are you with us? Can you hear us? I think your mic might be muted. Let's try this again. Diane, I'm here. Hey, how are you tonight? I'm excited, how are you? I am fantastically excited. There's nothing like an Empower webcast, right? Nothing like it. Haha. Well, why don't you tell everybody a little bit about yourself and the assignment that Dave gave you just on Tuesday. Well, I discovered Empower Network about a month ago, and started going through the process of looking at the company, but not necessarily purchasing anything, and I did decide to go with the blog, and then started Tactical Tuesdays. Loved what I was getting, it was actually valuable content, and I liked that it was live. I actually posed a question, and the moderator called my name and said Diane asked, and it was answered. I'd never had that happen before, and so I really liked that. Went through the...

new member outcome worksheet i love the questions because it made you stop and really think about what it is that you want while you're doing what you're doing but your goals really are and other kind of giving myself a timeline i've never really done that usually i'll just start something and i'd get to where i want but i don't certainly have a timeline which kind of force me to a quick dates and times to things that i like that well the level up I really liked it. I watched it a few times, and I think I'll continue watching it. I didn't hear you. You went all the way through the level-up sequence, right? I went through the level-up sequence, and after I'd gone through that, actually, I did decide to go all in, and I took advantage of that.

Rock on. Yeah, that sequence is brilliant. I actually see some people chatting about it right in there. What was your favorite part of this assignment? From Tuesday until now, what kind of shifted for you?

I think there's been a shift happening simply because of Tactical Tuesdays. Since I wasn't a member of anything, that's the only thing that I saw. But I think there was a shift then because I saw people coming on, and they were giving you valuable, real information, not kind of, you know, a little bit of information, and then you have to go search the Internet to see if you could find answers. They were actually telling you step-by-step what to do, how to do it, and I loved that. And so the shift for me started then.

And then looking at level-up and going through the process, and I'm a very analytical person, and I figured I spent, I don't know, about $70,000 to go to college. Why not spend that little bit of money and get valuable information that college didn't even offer me? And so for me, that helped. I actually couldn't have imagined anybody putting it better than that. So glad that you're getting that content.

And I don't know if you have another. I have another tab open with the webcast, but if you look in chat, people are raving over you. Really? Diane rocks. Diane is the S-word.

I mean, like, they're literally just going, they're like, you are amazing. So rock on, Diane. Big, big decision there. That's the point. That's why you're so brilliant.

Great, great decision. And you know what? You're going to rock it. Super excited. Dave's going to connect with you in just a second.

Let's jump to our next guest. And now, guys, this is also somebody who is brand new and super excited to bring you these guests. And, you know, it's like we said, Empower is a different kind of beast, right? We want to put that value information in front of you and give you as much value as we can. Like Diane said, what changed for her and what was different about Empower is that this is real.

You can get your questions answered. And tonight, actually put your questions in chat. Let us know. Let us know what you're thinking. Let us know.

Very valuable questions that you want to ask during this process because that's what the point of these cards. You can get inside the head of Dave, inside the head of a new member or somebody like Diane who's made a decision who said, you know what? You can do this. Now, average results are not typical. You are not typical.

But check out our income disclosure at www.empowernetwork.com. Because, you know what? We stand behind awesome disclaimers. So let's jump to this is Kathy. Or Kathy.

I'm not correct unless I'm Kathy, right? Yes, it is. I'm getting a double feedback. So I'm not sure if I'm hearing double. You are sounding perfect.

You sound perfectly clear. Kathy, how are you tonight? I'm not. I'm not. I'm hearing double.

So I'm not. Oh, but I'm going. Oh, okay. I am doing well. Thanks so much.

I really like Empower Network. And I'll tell you what. I'll tell you why. It is different than anything that I've ever seen. And I am one of those that I've tried something.

And this is something that I think anybody could actually do it. And one of those things that I found is that in other things I've joined, I get it and there wasn't anybody there to back it up. It was I've been there, but I didn't know what I didn't know. And so with the Empower Network, it is... It's something that I'm going to do it.

I'd like to do it. I'm going to do it. Well, with a resolve like that, there isn't a single person I know of that could question it. So rock on, Kathy. And I know that you actually upgraded to top producer formula, if not over the last two days.

So I just want to applaud you for that. And you know what? Somebody who's just joined the webcast, and guys, I don't want to take any more time because nobody more brilliant than to run an Empower webcast than this guy is going to be connecting with you on some high-level information that's just going to download into your brain as he says. And truthfully, there's no greater webcast than that of which Dave Wood is on. It's on Wikipedia.

That's a fact. So I'm super excited to be bringing this guy on. Our remaining guests are going to have to remain a secret because you know what? I know that you need to be on tonight. And if you want to see some of the amazing stuff we have in store, we're going to have to hang out and tell a lot of people about it.

And hot damn, we are about at 1,000 people. That jumped 300 people in the last six seconds. So guys, super glad. Whether you're an all-in member joining us or a new member, this is the place to be. And without further ado, the man, the myth, and legend, Dave Wood.

Hey, Trev. I want to make sure that you can hear me okay out here. If not, I'm going to go inside. But if you can hear me, I'm going to stay out here for the time being. You sound super clear.

Awesome. My sound is coming through clear. Well, guys, I'm going to, of course, be talking to two groups. Two people today. And hold on just one second.

And the first group is, of course, all the people in the audience that are listening in the Power Network. Thank you for coming on. This is part two of a two-part series that I started this Tuesday teaching you guys how to get your new members started right, which is actually just so easy. I think I overcomplicated the explanation of what I'm doing on Tuesday before I actually just did it and showed it to you. And if I reduce it, if I reduce the complication and just basically say, hey, call your new members and run them through the process in the Top Producer formula and say, fill out this worksheet, your upsells are going to go crazy.

They just are. You guys are going to make a ton more money. You're going to get people involved in the culture. And more importantly, you're going to get better duplication, better stick from your teams. Too many people in the Power Network have really awful, like way higher than average attrition.

Like they have higher attrition than the company average. And the reason is, is because they have no connection with their teams at all. You'll find guys, if you'll reach out and you'll connect with your team, they'll stay here for an unbelievable amount of time and have breakthroughs that they just won't have if you don't do it. And that's why this week I just decided to kind of start putting this back into the culture. I know that I promised to start doing that a few weeks back and just wanted to think through it and make sure that what we're teaching you guys to do is actually the most effective way to do it.

So today, this is part two. So once again, I just kind of want to really quickly outline this process for you that I covered with you on Tuesday. And then I'm just going to walk through. And this is more of a group process because these people are all people that got started in the last week or so. You know, I sponsor a lot of people.

And so for me, I'm going to do like new member welcome calls one-on-one because it's only going to take me about an hour out of the day and I have time to do that for an hour. But the group coaching, I'm just going to do that with a whole bunch of people at once every time because it makes it easier for me to do that. So I'm just going to do that. It makes a lot more sense, saves me time, and it can be a lot more efficient. And I don't need to do that individually with everybody.

And so today, that's what I'm doing. So as a recap, okay, on Tuesday, I talked to each one of these people live on the Google Hangout. I found out, you know, what their goals and dreams are, with the exception of a couple who couldn't make it out of their microphone, wasn't working like Sifu Fernandez. And then I gave them a call. And I said, you know, I'm going to do this.

And I gave them some assignments to complete that were in a workbook that we gave to you guys, okay? And they completed the assignments from Tuesday through today, okay? And if any of you are wondering what those assignments were, we can give you that worksheet again. There's a link on this Hangout if you want. Or we're going to actually put all this stuff as a bonus for people who buy up to the top producer form of the product.

So you'll also be able to get it there. But basically, I just say, hey, fill out this worksheet. Complete all the assignments. And if you complete all the assignments, I'm going to pull you back out on Thursday. That's all I told them to do.

There was nothing complicated about it, right? So all these people completed those assignments. Now, as a recap, because all you guys are already in Empower Network, I want to tell you what that has now done, okay? That most of you are not doing in your businesses, and especially you're not doing with new people, okay? So these are brand new people, okay, that because of what they've seen, are now educated on what all of our products are in Empower Network, all right?

So they know what the inner circle is. They know what the top producer formula is, the T-filler formula. They know what the mass influence formula is, all right? They've been through the whole level-up sequence, all right? They know what the eight core commitments are.

They know when the next event is, all right? And they've given me a budget that they have available to work with now, right, and also an ongoing monthly basis to start building their business. I also know what their goals are, right, in those worksheets. They've filled out, right? Just that is way more than almost any of you ever have with your members, right?

Because you're not connecting with them, and if you don't connect with them, they might go through part of the level-up sequence, but they're not going to go through all of it. They're just not going to be educated on the products. Now, remember, guys, and this is really important for all of you who are watching, who are in Empower Network, when you bring a person in, not everybody's going to get all in, okay? Some of the people are going to get all in, and not everybody's going to do it. Not everybody's going to do it.

Nobody who's successful is going to do it immediately. That's the trigger, right? We've got a lot of people in Empower who they got in at the lowest level. They upgraded to the inner circle only. They went out there and they made some money.

They upgraded to the next product because that's where their resources were. And what happens is when we focus on us and what we want, hey, we just want the leader who's going to come in and buy everything or whatever, we miss all of the mid-level sales and volume, number one, which is actually most of our sales volume. Remember, guys, Empower Network was created with three products, right? The blog, the inner circle, and the Costa Rica Intensive, which is actually replaced by the top producer formula. So those three products are what Empower Network grew to a million and a half dollars a month in sales with immediately.

And that was before we released the 15K formula, before we had the master's course, before we had any high-ticket commissions. If you guys don't connect with your new members, you're going to be missing all of your mid-level sales, right? And you're going to be missing your residual income because people are just not going to stick around, they're not going to go to events, and they're not going to plug into the culture if you don't tell them to do it. Occasionally, you're going to get like the one-off, right, where you're going to be building your business or whatever, and somebody's going to get in, and they're just going to plug in on their own. They're not going to listen to you.

They're just going to do it on their own, plug into the culture. They're going to do what we tell them to do, and then they're going to build it. If you sponsor tons of people, that's going to happen, right? And that's the magic of being able to sponsor lots of people. However, if you are willing to just connect with people, build at least enough relationship to keep them around and to find out what they want and then tell them how to get it, right, which is actually really easy to do here because you've just got to kind of plug them in, and we're going to help them get it.

What you're going to find is they're actually going to stick around, and if they stick around and they stick around the culture here, you know what's going to happen, guys? What's going to happen is they're actually going to get way bigger results than they ever were going to get if you didn't do that because they're going to stick around. They're going to stick around long enough in order to be able to produce those results, right, because you just connected with them and plugged them in, right? Now, let me give you guys, everybody who's watching, the group here that's watching too, let me give you guys a formula, okay? And I said this in my video today.

This is the formula. Number one, you've got to learn how to sponsor every day, okay? I'm going to talk a little bit about that today, because that information is really in the Top Producer formula. We're going to talk a lot about that at the next event in the Sunday session. You need to learn to sponsor every day, okay?

Number one. Number two, plug people into our systems. Number three, plug people into our culture, okay? And that's it, right? Now, there is actually a lot more going on to help you create that success, right?

A whole lot more. There's a whole bunch of complicated stuff going on. But if you plug people into our systems and you also plug people into our culture, our systems and our culture take care of the complicated stuff even if you don't understand them, okay? And this is also a really important understanding. A lot of this, guys, a lot of this is education, actually, that we teach generically in the team-building formula, all right?

But this is the reason why this is really important. I want you to imagine a sort of like a chain of information passing through levels of people. Any of you guys ever played Chinese Whispers? You know what I mean? And I was always the one in, like, school, right, where we'd play Chinese Whispers, and I'd always sit right in the middle because I thought it was hilarious, and I would totally change the story, right?

So they'd, like, say pink elephant on one side, and I would change it to yellow giraffe in the middle, and then by the end you'd have it, like, be a tall, smelly yellow giraffe, right? And nobody would know how that happened except for I'd be laughing because I was the one that totally changed it, right? The game Chinese Whispers is, you know, you start a story, right? You whisper it in somebody's ear. They tell it to somebody.

They tell it to somebody. By the time it gets 20 generations removed, it's usually a totally different story, all right? Now, think about it like this. We're a direct sales organization, okay? Yes, we're internet marketers.

Yes, we do it online. But we're a direct sales organization, okay? So this is the way that it works, all right? Let's say we have an information source, a system, or a person. Let's say it's me, okay, or somebody else.

It could be somebody else, right? Let's say it's me for the example. Let's say I know everything, which I don't, right? Well, let's say I do for the stated story. So I tell Tara.

Tara sponsors Sifu, right? So how much of that information is she going to accurately pass to Sifu? Half of it, 25% of it maybe? Let's say she passes half, right? Right?

Tara got 100% of it, but she didn't even remember it, so she passes half to him. Now how much is he going to remember, right? And then he's going to go over here, and he's going to pass it to Kyle, right? Let's say he's got a really great memory too because nobody remembers half of what they hear, right? And then he talks to Kyle, and he explains all that stuff to Kyle, right?

Well, Kyle, number one, isn't going to remember it all, but let's say he gets half of that. She told half to Sifu. Sifu told half of that to Kyle, right? Now Kyle goes out there, right, and he talks to Kevin, right, who's next in the chain here, right? And Kevin actually is working for us.

But he talks to Kevin. So he sponsors Kevin. He explains it all, right? Now Kevin, how much does he get, right? And this guy is way, way better than people.

I'm just telling you it's better, right? He gets half again. Now by the time this information gets down to Kathleen, right, she's starting with 6%. Now so what's Kathleen go do? She does what they do, what every dumb network marketer does in the world.

She goes and wanders around in Walmart and Safeway, hits up her friends and family to recruit them, goes and says pitch lines to waitresses and waiters and restaurants, right? Just randomly goes and mails out past postcards. She goes and buys $10,000 worth of traffic. Why? Because she's operating off of a deficiency of information, okay?

You cannot build an organization and create duplication that goes outside your personality, right, if you make building the organization dependent on what you know. Even if you know everything, it still doesn't work. If you know everything, it still doesn't work. And the unfortunate thing is none of us do. Now the mechanics of that actually I teach a lot in the team building formula.

Those of you who have access to that product, if you don't have access to it, just log in and buy it right now. But in any case, that's the problem that we all face in building large organizations is the diminishing return of result on diminishing amounts of information as it passes down through levels of the organization, right? So that's an option one. And that's dependent on? Dependent on personalities, right?

So you get a good personality, they build a big organization that's right around their personality. Now option two is to build a systems-based approach, right? Now system-based approach does this. System-based approach means that rather than depending on you for the information, you make everybody plug into the same system that has all the information. So now the system has all the information, and now I plug Tara into the system.

So now Tara has access to 100% of the information. She probably doesn't understand it all, but it's okay. She has access to it. So now she plugs Sifu into the system. The system has 100% of the information.

So now Sifu has access to 100% of the information. Sifu plugs, you know, his team member Kyle in. Kyle has access to 100% of the information, right? He plugs Kevin in. Kevin has access to 100% of the information.

And all the way down, right, six, seven levels down, we got Kathleen, who before was starting, right, with an efficiency of 6%. Now Kathleen, right, has access to 100%. Now she has access to 100% of the information she needs to know to build her business. So that's advantage number one is everybody can actually do it with a systems-based approach. What's advantage number two?

A systems-based approach takes like a hundredth of the time because all this stuff that in forward approach one I had to explain and personally teach to Tara, right, now I don't have to explain and teach. In fact, not only do I not have to explain it and teach it, in order for her to succeed right and for her to duplicate right, I refuse to explain it and teach it. The two are totally different. I refuse, right? Those of you who ever hit me up in a hallway and asked me what the best blogging strategy is, you know how adamant I am about refusing to tell you anything.

And you say, Dave, why won't you just tell me, right? Well, the reason I won't tell you is because if I tell you, you're going to go blabbermouth a half strategy of what I explained to you to one of your poor team members who's going to blabber a 25% strategy to a 12% to a 6% strategy, and your team's going to be wandering around in Walmart four generations down if I explain it to you. I won't do it. I refuse. I refuse to do it.

It actually works better to save my time and to not bother with any of that crap. So not only do I get to explain less, I duplicate more, which is actually a better way to go, right? So that's why when I get people started, right, I give them a workbook and I say, here's what you got to do. You must go through the entire level of sequence because then the system is educating them on products, not me, right? You must get this mobile app and unlock this bonus, right?

Now, that's not available to everybody yet, but we're going through alpha testing right now, okay? So it will be available fairly soon, right? I say, you've got to do this to unlock this bonus, right? And that church, they get it. They unlock that bonus, right?

And they might sponsor a few people doing that too, right? And I say, you've got to do this. You've got to do this. And I just make them fill out these worksheets. Why do I make them do those things?

Because then the system is educating them on what they need to do to succeed, and here's why else I do that, because they can immediately go do that with the person they bring in. See, Sifu Fernandes is my Kung Fu teacher, right? He can immediately get somebody in tomorrow and do the same thing with him that I did with Sifu. He can say, hey, I need you to fill out this. I need you to go and fill out this workbook, right?

And then I'm going to do a new member coaching with you in two days when you're done. But you've only got two days, and if you don't finish it by then, I won't work with you. I'm just going to recommend you get a refund, right? He can do that with somebody tomorrow, and it takes no skill, no time, right, no education. So he can immediately go do what I do.

If I explain it, now he's got to memorize it, and then he's got to learn it, and then he can do it. See? So it's superior in every single way, a systems-based approach. So why do people do personality-based approaches? They do personality-based approaches.

They do personality-based approaches because they've got a big, fat ego. You know what I mean? Because they want to be like the guy who's talking in front of everybody and doing the hangouts and doing everything themselves and building the culture and being the guru and being on the e-books, and they want to brand themselves and all that stuff. Hey, look, branding yourself is great, guys, but let the system brand you. You know what I mean?

Just be a player. If you want to build a marketing organization, you rely on duplication systems, right? And if you get in the way, the duplication immediately breaks down with you, and it will only extend as far as your personality. I promise you. I've seen it a million times.

I had a guy who was in our organization, and I'm just going to tell a story about this about, I don't know, a year ago or whatever. You know, we had this guy in the organization that sponsored like hundreds of people, right? Hundreds, right? And he had no duplication and no earners in his group. It was just like him and all these people he sponsored, right?

We've actually had people in Power who sponsored thousands with no duplication, right? And why do they have no duplication? Because they refuse to be a part of the system. They want to be a rebel about it. Hey, look, it's cool to be a rebel, right?

But when being a rebel makes you less money, and it's less intelligent, right? You don't actually look better from it. You know what I mean? Now, if you're doing it because you want to like wear a suit and a tie and like fly around like Superman saving people's lives, you know, go be a hero to everybody and make no money. It's fine, right?

But if you want to make a lot of money and save your time and have your team succeed more, you've got to do a systems approach and a culture approach, right? So part one is a systems approach. I let the system do the educating, right? The system do the educating, right? As a requirement, right?

As a requirement to work with me, they've got to go through that system because then they make their people go through that system and their upsells increase automatically without them knowing anything, right? In other words, if everybody here does what I did with them on Tuesday to their new people that they break in, right, automatically they will make three to five times as amount of money as if they don't do it, automatically. So they've now been through the same process that they repeat to make three to five times the money. Now they've just got to figure out a way to bring people in. That's it.

Well, bringing people in is easy because it's only like nine bucks. You know what I mean? I'm not talking about selling something for 5,000 bucks up front. If somebody comes in, they try it out for nine bucks. If they want to stay in, they stay in.

If they don't want to stay in, they don't stay in, right? So that's part one. Now next part of that is I find out their dreams and goals, their budget, right? They're now educated on the products and what's actually available, and now I have them fill out a commitment to go through, you know, the eight core commitments in Power Network. And what are the eight core commitments?

What actually are they, okay? Let me explain what they are because this is really important for all of you who are watching. The eight core commitments are our culture. It's our cultural system, okay? That's our cultural system.

Now what's a cultural system? Well, like a production system is like a duplication system is like a marketing system, right? So we've got a marketing system. We've got a front-end marketing system. We've got an up-and-up marketing system.

That's a duplication system, okay? That's to produce sales. But a cultural system is to build people. Does that make sense, right? So we've got a sales-building mechanism and a people-building mechanism because when you build sales, right, that then turn to build the people, the people flip back and they build more sales, right?

Does that make sense to everybody? So the cultural system is to build people, right? So the eight core commitments, what are they? Number one, get all in, right? And I'm going to talk about that tonight, and you guys will see this process with all these people here, right?

Now on this sheet, what else did I get people to do, right? Everybody who filled out this worksheet, right, you see on here I have – I know what their budget is, and it's an honest budget. See, the mistake most of you guys make, it's like – and I've seen people doing this all the time. Hey, look, guys, it's true. We should have an all-in.

We should have an all-in focus, right? If somebody can go all in right away, they should go all in immediately, right? But what about all the people that truly and seriously can't, right? Well, you can tell them how to come up with resources and they might do it, right? But that person should at least be in the inner circle.

They should at least have the top producer formula, right? Because if they get up to the top producer formula, they understand everything they need to know to go make more money than they're making and they can get all in, right? We've got a lot of people in Power Network who do that. So don't discount people if they can't go all in. It's a mistake.

Now, I'm not telling you guys you shouldn't go all in if you can't, right? What I'm telling you is don't discount 80% of your volume, right, because you're looking for one thing. It's like trying to sponsor the leader, right? I talked about that on Tuesday, but I want to talk about it today. Everybody has this messed-up approach about building organizations, they're like, I want to get, it's like, hey, I want to get an Aaron Rashkin.

Well, yeah, it's cool. I got an Aaron Rashkin. I got one. Now I want to get a Tracy Walker. It's like, okay, I got a Tracy Walker.

I got one. Now I want to get a Justin Berenjian. It's like, okay, I got one of him, too. You know what I mean? You can't sponsor every person you bring in like that.

Not everybody you bring in is a Justin Berenjian. What about all the 2,000-a-month earners? What about all the $100,000-a-year earners? I'd take, look, look, I'll take those people all day and night over the bigwigs, right? Because I'll tell you why, right?

Now it's not that I don't love the bigwigs, but bigwigs are created from those guys. See, I can take one of those guys and I can make them into a bigwig in two years, right? But a bigwig, they're going to come in, they're not going to listen to anything, right? They're going to complain if something doesn't work. They're used to red carpet treatment and maybe your company doesn't have margins to do red carpet treatment, right?

And they want stuff you're just not going to give them, right? That person, it's like a Justin Berenji when he came in, right? You tell him to do something, he just goes and does it. And then you make a million-dollar earner from someone who's new. And what else does that tell you?

It tells you that like 80% of the leaders you're going to have in your group, they've never been a leader. They've never made a million dollars before. They were new, right? Somebody had to get them there first. So why not be that guy to do that?

You get somebody started. You plug them into the system. Then you plug them into the culture. Let the culture work the magic. And then when you've done that enough times and enough times and enough times and you understand it enough, you'll become this kind of mentor, and you can help those people have breakthroughs to get to the next level, right?

The mistake most of you make, you're just looking for those guys. Look, you can't find those guys because they don't join you. Right? They join newbies. They join people that are experienced, right?

And honestly, they're more difficult to work with than new people anyway. New people, they're just open books, man. It's like all these people here, it's like they're hungry, right? They want to succeed. I make somebody complete these assignments, and it's like, you know, we had Michael Erdmann come out, you know, last week or early in the week, right?

And I'm going to be ranting for a couple minutes here, then we'll get going. There's Michael Erdmann coming out early this week. Now, Michael's my good friend, right? I went and did a meeting in his house in Seattle, but he came out, and it was like clear, right, that he's like, yeah, I might do this. Well, you know what?

The thing is, the thing is, right, he can do it if he wants. And I told him, I was like, look, Michael, you know, I've known you for a long-ass time. I was like, if you want to do this, do the assignments, come back on the Hangout, and I'll bring you out, and let's do it. And if you don't want to do it, just don't do the assignments, man. He was like, okay.

Is he here? No, right? That's totally fine with me. He's welcome to participate. He's welcome to come to the events.

He's got his own successful company. If he wants to put some time in, he can put some time in, right? But I'm not going to focus on that even though he knows how to do it already. You know what I mean? That's what bigwigs are like working with.

They're like that, right? Maybe they're going to do it. Maybe they're not, in their own time, in their own rules, the way they want to do it. They're going to build their own systems and stuff. Maybe it'll work.

Maybe they'll get distracted, go to something else. New people are like that, folks. They'll take new people any day of the week. That makes sense to everybody on here? I don't actually know what the link for this is, so I just want to actually just make sure I log in and see the comments or something.

Is it the affiliates only link, guys? Hold on. So, guys, here's what I'm going to do, okay? Oh, wow, we got this whole thing translated into Spanish. That is just awesome.

Hold on a second here. Let me just go here. Guys, and I apologize for the long intro here. There's just a couple more things I want to cover and then we're going to get right in. Let me just log in.

And then. Let me just make sure I got this on. I want to be able to interact with you guys in the comments who are watching, right? Cool, we got 1,100 people on here. Right, you guys got it?

You guys got it? All right. So, folks, folks, this is the philosophy that you operate by, okay? You operate from a systems-based production approach, okay, systems-based production duplication approach, okay, and then you operate from a culture-based people. People-building approach, those two things, right?

So that's why the eight core commitments are what they are, right? Number one, get all in, which is what? Get all the products. First, starting with all the products you can, right? Notice how in my worksheet I didn't tell people get all in tomorrow because what am I going to do?

I'm going to blow out all the people who that's impossible for right now, right? But what do I do? I have them check off the products they've got and set dates when they're going to get all in, right? That they'll be held accountable by. And just by the act of doing that, what has that person done?

They've committed to do something that they're now, they now, you know, they're going to do it. They're going to do it. They're going to do it. They've committed to me, signed their name on, and then they're going to follow through on it most of the time. They will follow through on it, right?

Most of the people that have followed through, that wrote those commitments down. Maybe some of them won't, but 800% or more of them will who didn't actually make a commitment, write it down and sign it, right? So I actually got somebody to make a commitment to me, right? So I'm going to get all the products that they've got and set dates when they're going to get all in, right? That they'll be held accountable by.

And just by the act of doing that, what has that person done? They've committed to do something that they're now, they now, personally have committed to me, sign their name on, and then they're going to follow through on it most of the time. So I actually got somebody to make a commitment, right? To make a commitment, sign their name on it, and tell me when they're going to buy those products, right? Maybe they can't do it now.

Maybe they can do it now. Whenever they can do it, it's fine. We got some people tonight who can do it now. We got some people tonight who could do it. I've got some people tonight who can do it.

In a few weeks, we've got some people who might take six months. I'll take them all, right? I'll take them all. Why? Because I can help all of them succeed at a level that's appropriate for them and a level that can help them break through because they're all in different parts of life, okay?

So I got them to do that, and I also got them to know what the eight core commitments are. Real quick, what are they? They're get all in, which is get all the products, right? And it's more than getting all in. Getting all in is about making a commitment that this is what you're going to do, right?

And everybody on here, I want to talk to you about that tonight for a minute because I'm going to talk to the people here about that, and I want to talk to you guys about that because I'm walking you guys through this process as I'm walking them through it so you see what to do. What's getting all in really all about? It's about making a commitment that you're going to do this, okay? This is what I talk about all the time, but this is the truth, okay? People make the wrong decisions about stuff, right?

It's like they decide whether or not they're going to buy this product or that product. They decide whether or not to buy the next product. They're deciding whether or not to get all in. They're deciding whether or not they're going to blog every day. They're deciding whether or not they're going to go to the event, right?

They're deciding whether or not to get all in. on the calls or listen to the replays, whatever they can do, right? They're deciding whether or not to plug into the system. All the time they're making new decisions about everything, right? That's really stressful to do, guys.

I've got a better way of doing it. Decide if you're going to do this or not. If you're going to do it, then do it, and then those things are not decisions. Those things are just part of the process, and you just do them, okay? If you're not going to do it, then don't do it.

Do something else. Simple as that. You're either going to do it, you're not going to do it, right? You're going to do it or you're not going to do it. So if you're going to do it, right, then what do you do?

You follow the eight core commitments. If you're not going to do it, all those things are optional, right? And you can just do them if you want to, and you don't have to do them or feel stressed about them. You can just make a decision to do them if you want. So the real decision is not whether or not to follow the eight core commitments, get all in, go to the events, read every day, listen to audios.

That is not the decision. The decision is are you going to do this or not? If you're going to do it, those things are commitments for somebody who's going to be qualified. Why is it called the eight core commitments? Because that's a core person, and a core person is somebody that turns into a leader in Power Network.

Does that make sense to everybody? All right, so what are we doing today? We're pulling people back around after they've completed the assignments, and here's essentially what I'm going to do. Really simple. Now, you guys are probably going to be like, you're not going to do anything more than that.

And the answer is no, I'm not going to do anything more than that. What I'm going to do is I'm going to confirm the commitments and that they've got the products they need, and if not, they're going to buy them here. And then I'm going to review the eight core commitments and tell them some things that I don't want them doing and tell them some things I do want them doing, and that's it. Not really a lot. I spent the first part talking about philosophy.

The reason I was talking about philosophy is because that's the right attitude. See, anybody here, they can do what I'm doing right now. The rant part, that's my part. But the part that I'm doing right now where I'm confirming what they've told me, I'm looking at it and I'm just going through each person and confirming it one by one real quick and then teaching them together in a group, right? Anybody can go through that process.

Anybody can do it, okay? Anybody can go through the eight core commitments and give the assignments I'm going to give people today. Anybody can do it, right? Why? Because they don't have to teach anything.

You know what I mean? Now, we have a great example of this because, like, you know, Sifu Fernandes, he's my kung fu teacher, and I'll talk about this later when I bring him on, right? But he's like a kung fu master. I am not a kung fu master, right? He comes and explains a whole bunch of complex principles to me.

I might remember some of them. And probably I'll remember some of them and mess a whole bunch of the other principles up. That's probably what I'm going to do until I get trained and trained and trained and trained and trained and trained and trained and trained and trained and eight years, ten years from now, I'll get it, okay? That's the reality of doing a martial art, doing a skill, a skill-based approach, okay? That's the way that it's going to be, okay?

So I don't want you guys to rely on that to start building your own martial arts. I want you to know what to focus on and what to plug people into and how to plug them into it and be a part of it at the same time and be a leader like that. And then as you go along in that process, we'll lift you up and lift you up and lift you up and train you and train you and train you until you understand what you're doing. And then you can replicate it anywhere for the rest of your life. You know what I mean?

See our income disclosure. So in any case, I need Tara. Can you talk real quick? I'm here. Okay, I need to know who's coming out first, and I also need the forms from those people.

So number one, we've got Diane Francis. Correct. Hold on. That's Diane right there. Okay, hold on just a second, Diane.

I've got to pull your form out. I actually was going to look at these before I came out, and I didn't have a chance to. Okay. Okay, so she's completed all the assignments that I gave her, right? Wrote her first blog post, set up her Kalatu blog.

She watched all the videos in the level-up sequence, okay? She did an additional assignment that's just in my team. She filled out the outcomes and resource worksheet. She filled out the core commitment worksheet, set up her blog, wrote her first blog post, okay? So what I'm going to go through first with you, Diane, is just your goals and your outcomes, okay?

Are you okay going over this in front of everybody with me? Can you unmute her, Tara? Can you hear me now? Okay, yeah, I can hear you just fine. How are you doing?

Okay, I'm good. How are you? Hey, I'm doing good. Everybody, welcome Diane to the team in the comments. Those of you who are excited about Diane getting started in Empower Network in the comments here watching, if you could just say welcome to the team, Diane, that'd be great.

Thank you, guys. So we've got, it says, what monthly income do you want to achieve in your Empower Network business? Is that right? That's correct. Okay, and then we talked about the reason.

Now, when do you want to hit that goal by? By when? 90 days. Is that impossible? Okay, you'd like to hit that at 90 days if possible, all right?

And we talked about your reason why you'd want to make that level of income, all right? And I could read this, but I'd like you to just talk about that reason and why you'd like to do that. For a second. I think the main reason is so that I can teach my children that there's another way to make money. I would like to see that they have the freedom to do what they'd like to do versus going to college, getting a good education, and doing that 9 to 5, which really is more like a 12-hour day.

And so I want to see them do, I want to teach them another way, a different way, a better way. So you want to teach them a better way than what they were taught in school. Exactly. I went through that process, and school did not teach me what I'm learning here. Yeah.

Yeah, it's a shame. I mean, almost every college graduate I talk to, and this isn't true with everyone, right? But almost all of them that I talk to say that almost nothing they do to make money they learn in school. So it's kind of a sad truth, the education system. So what's your current monthly income?

It's multiple six figures. We don't need to repeat the exact amount because that's private, okay? How many hours are you willing? So she's already making multiple six figures a year, guys. A lot of people, and I want to talk about this just for a second for those in the audience and everybody else who is on here who's new.

A lot of new people, they think that the only people who get involved in network marketing, the only people who are going to do Empower Network, they have this perception that it's like these riffraff homeless people, you know, who have no skills and no ambition, right? And actually, you're going to find that. Guys, if you go through the organization, that it's usually, it's a pretty good mix, but we have a ton of professional-level people on Empower Network, just a huge amount of them. And the reason they're attracted to it is because they can do things here they can't do in their profession. So this is another example, right?

She's a software consultant. So you're willing to work, you said, 40 to 60 hours per week, okay, following assignments that I'm going to give you. Now, can you honestly do that on top of the work that you have now? I'm not working now. I took time off, and this is one of the things that I want to concentrate on.

That's the beauty of being a consultant. You can take time off. Okay, so how much money do you have to invest right now into resources to help your business get started right? You said money for the level up. Are you talking about money to get the all-in mastery level done?

I actually went all-in already. So congratulations, everybody. So, hey, guys, and look at this. I want to... Did you go all-in the last two days, or did you go all-in before that?

I went all-in before that because I've gone through the level up multiple times. I love it. And I think although I've gone all-in, I will continue watching it because it gives you so much great information. So, guys, pay attention to this here real quick. And this is for everybody here, okay?

So she went all-in before I ever talked to her just from going through the level up sequence, okay? Right? You just watched that and went all-in? Yep. Okay.

I had no intentions of doing it, but it's perfect. It gave me everything that I wanted to hear. So pay attention to that. How many of you guys have not got your people to go through the level up sequence, right? Most of you, right?

Now, everybody here on this watching, it's really important. So what does that mean when she makes a decision to get all-in, okay? Now, in this case, that's me. So thank you, right? So we have a system in place that she just went through on her own with no intention of doing it.

She went through the process, watched the videos, made a decision to go all-in. That there is enough reason for you guys to get your new team members to watch the level up sequence every time. Here's what I know. I know that if you do not connect with people, that maybe 15% of the people will watch all-in. All the way through that sequence.

If you connect with people, somewhere between 70% and 90% of the people that you actually connect with, depending on how good you are, will go through every video all the way through that sequence. And when they do, they're going to make the decision, because you connected with them, to buy up to the level of product that's appropriate for them, just like Diane did. Now, in her case, all-in is appropriate for her. So everybody in the comments, I want you to give her a congratulations. And I want you to also, as you're saying congratulations and realizing, that I want you to realize that it really is that simple.

Who in here in the comments and who in here in this group can get your team, when they come in, to go through the level up sequence? Could you do that, Diane? Of course. It'll simply be duplicating what I've done. Now, I don't know if you're watching these comments, but they're pretty outrageous.

People are pretty excited about that. No, I'm not looking at comments. Yeah, you're not looking at them? No. Oh, they're going crazy for you here.

They're going crazy. Well, thank you, guys. Now, here's what's going to happen also. Because she made the decision to go all-in and just talked about it, you know what else is going to happen? See, this is like a social proof mechanism, right?

Now, I'm going to teach you guys something about sales here real quick. And this is actually the Top Producer Formula, too, those of you who have that product. I believe the most powerful step in the 12-step selling formula that I teach in the Top Producer Formula is one of the steps, okay? And that's social proof, right? Because I brought her out.

She's somebody who wants a better future, already makes a lot of money, and I brought her out. She just saw that sequence and decided to get all-in. Because she saw the sequence and decided to get all-in, there's going to be two, three, four, five other people in the comments who are just going to decide to go all-in, pull out their credit card, click the button, and they're just going to do it because she decided to do it. So why did I bring her out first, right? Because we already know she went all-in, right?

That's why. So we bring her out. She talks about that. Then other people are going to make a decision to get things that they are going to need for their business, okay? So, again, congratulations.

I'm going to go through a couple more of these things. And I asked her how much time she's willing to work these weekly hours, right? She said at least a year, okay? At least a year. She's got to be able to get into profit, right?

That's okay. And I'm actually not going to ask you to do that. I'm not going to ask you to do that right now, by the way, because I don't sell traffic or anything, okay, to my team members. And I'm going to actually encourage you. I'm going to make group encouragements here when we're done.

She said she's absolutely willing to follow assignments and do what she says she's going to do, okay? And her extra resources, self-motivation, experience in training others, managing change by helping others embrace change, building confidence in others. She's got some really great skills, right? I'm going to go through just real quick, guys. The only thing she didn't get in the top producer form in products was the mobile apps, not available yet, okay?

She already purchased these things earlier in the month. She has a core commitment to blog daily, right? You're going to do that every day with us? Yes. That's a tough one, but I am.

It is a tough one, but you can do it. Trust me, okay? And it'll pay off long-term. It'll change you. The act of blogging will change you.

We'll talk about it later tonight. She's going to reinvest 50% of her commissions back into marketing, lead generation, and teams until she reaches her personal income goal. You're going to have a new member. Are you going to be coaching with all your new team members that you bring in? Oh, yeah, definitely.

Okay. Now, she committed to spend at least 60 minutes a day in her downtime listening to Inner Circle in her read daily for 30 minutes? Yes. Okay. She's going to attend Empower Hour, right?

That's Monday night, 9 p.m. Eastern time. She says she's going to do that, right? Yes. Okay.

And she says... She is going to purchase... Now, you're going to purchase your event ticket in a couple of weeks to the next event, and you can't do that right now, correct? No, not right now. Okay.

What I want you to do is when you purchase that ticket, can you email me and tell me when the ticket's purchased? So just the email address and my account. Is that okay? Hello? Diane, can you hear me?

Can you hear me? Yeah, yeah, yeah. When you purchase your ticket, can you just email me a confirmation and tell me when you've done it? Oh, yeah, definitely. Okay.

Then I'm going to meet you in Nashville. Are you excited? Oh, yes, I am. It's just a short drive from where I live now. Awesome.

Well, I'm going to see you there. And everybody in the comments, I want you to just give her congratulations for doing what she's done. So, guys, and Diane, I'm not going to do a lot of personal conversation right now. I'm going to go through everybody and just kind of rehash what they've done, and then I'm going to do some teachings together as a group. Because we really only got about 45 minutes, and I rambled too much at the beginning.

Is that okay? That's fine. Thank you. Okay. So everybody give her a congratulations.

I'm going to go back to my email, right? Next person that we're bringing out is number – don't have – Kathy – okay, she doesn't have that, so I'm going to go to number three, Kyle Jose. Okay. Hold on a second. Let me open this up, Kyle.

Kyle, can you talk? Yes. Okay. So – Okay. Okay.

Okay. So, I'm just going to go through this real quick. It sounds like you committed – you completed all the assignments. You did get access to the mobile app? I did apply for it.

It did go through, so. Okay. Okay. All right. I'm going to just keep going through this.

Yes. Okay. And what's the main reason why? Describe it to me again. More so financial concerns.

Yes. More so than anything else. Mm hmm. Good job.

Yeah. Yeah. That's pretty good. Yeah. And the details are, you know, like, I've been looking at this online, you have a church, a library, or something. Yeah. I get it.

That's great. That's immediate. Yeah. Yeah. I was looking at that, and I have a list that I would look at.

My favorite thing about the world is probably personal, and then having it be your home. Yeah. But, you know, I don't want people to have to adopt a home. My favorite thing I'm looking at is being able to, you know, provide for my family and be able to live stable and not have to worry about, you know, looking over my shoulder and going, do I got this?

Different stuff like that. Okay. I got you. All right. So you said that you've got five to six hours per week to invest into your business on a part-time basis?

Say that again? How many hours do you have a week to invest into your business? Yeah, five to six hours. Five to six hours. I'm just going to ask you something here, okay?

And this is, I want a personal moment of honesty, Kyle, okay? Yes. Correct. I remember our conversation before. Is that right?

No. That's correct. Okay. All right. How many hours do you work at your current job to make your current income?

I work five to six hours. I make eight hours. Forty? You make eight hours? Yeah, 48 hours, eight hours a day.

Yeah. Okay. This is the personal honesty thing. Personal honesty. I believe I can.

No, I really believe I can do it. I do. I believe you can make that much money. I believe you can make that much money, but I want to repeat the question. By the way, this is not in any way insulting.

This is for everybody on here in the audience and for you and for me. This is an honesty realization. I'm going to tell you that you're going to need to do one of a couple of things. You're either going to need to commit more time or you're going to be able to need to access more money in order to be able to hit that goal. Okay?

Can you stretch the amount of hours you're willing to dedicate towards your business beyond five or six hours per week? Is it possible for you? Yeah. Yeah, it is. Definitely.

What's it possible to commit every week to your business in order to hit your goal? What? 15, 16 hours? Whatever it needs. Okay.

Okay. 15, 16 hours. You could, if you focused and blocked off the time, you could invest three hours a day into your business and hit 15 hours a week. Oh, yeah. Definitely.

Now, the reason I'm making the suggestion towards you is because I like honesty. I dig it. I'm going to be honest with myself and you. I know you have a lower budget and that's okay that you have a lower budget. I'm going to ask you to make commitments that are appropriate to your budget.

However, it's not going to be possible for you on that budget to get where you want to go if you're not willing to commit at least three hours a day to your business. Can you promise me that you're going to commit three hours a day to your business or not? Yes. If you don't want to do it, it's fine. Okay.

What hours in the day are you willing to commit those hours to, Kyle? What hours in the day will you do that? Well, I mean, I get off at 3.30 every day. So from 3.30 till – say that again? So from 3.30 till when will you make available?

Do you understand the question? It's breaking up a little bit. 3.30, I'll get to the house maybe about 4.30. Okay. I didn't hear that.

So it's like from 4.30 to 7.30 or so? Yeah. He's breaking up a little bit. Okay. No, that's fine.

Here's the reason why – 8.30. I want to be real. Huh? You there? Okay.

I'm listening. I'm going to keep moving on, all right? We've gone through the time commitment thing, okay? He's going to follow the core commitments, all right? Yes.

I did not get the section of – Great. Oh, wait. You've got the blogging platform. You've also got the mobile app, all right? Is that right?

He got cut off. So whenever you can bring him back on, Tara, go ahead and bring him back on and I'm going to finish with him. In the meantime, I'm going to move on to someone else. Now, Kyle, here's – okay. He's coming back.

I'm going to talk to him for about two more minutes and then I'm going to move on. Now, guys, you see – I'm going to explain this here in a second, guys, to everybody on here why I'm doing this with him. Normally, I'd want this to go a little bit faster, but we're losing connection. So, Kyle, can you hear me okay? You there?

Can you unmute him? Okay. He can hear me and that's what's important because I'm going to move on. Kyle, if you can hear me, here's what I want you to do right now. That's fine, okay?

Before the end of this hangout, I expect you to go in and to purchase the Inner Circle, all right? And there's some specific assignments in there that I'm going to give you and actually the rest of the group before the end of the call. I get a verbal commitment from you that you're going to do it, but since I can't actually hear you, I'm just going to tell you that you need to do it, all right? So, right now, what I want you to do, Kyle, is log into your back office, click the button that says the Inner Circle. You're going to go to an upgrade page and I want you to go ahead and buy those products.

All right? Now, real quick, what I'm going to do is I'm going to bring you out because Sifu is like – I'm going out of order a little bit here, Tara, okay? And I apologize about that, but Sifu is like at 3 in the morning over in Europe. So, I'm going to bring him out. Hold on a second here.

Let me just pull this out. This is like photos, so it's going to take a minute. All right. So, Sifu, can you hear me okay? Can you talk this time?

Hello? Can somebody unmute him? Can you guys hear me? How about now? Can you hear me?

Hey, dude, I can totally hear you. How are you doing, man? Oh, good. How are you, Dave? Hey, doing awesome, man.

How do you like all the Kung Fu videos I've been sending you? They're not nearly as good as yours, but you know. No, it's quite good and you've improved a lot. Yeah, I'm working every day. I'm working every day.

Those of you who don't know Sifu Fernandez, he came to our last event and did some really cool demonstrations on stage. Good to see you, Sifu. I'm going to get right into this. Guys, by the way, I didn't bring him to the event to sponsor Empower Network. I brought him to the event to teach me Kung Fu, but he came to the event and he was like, you're shitting me.

This is the coolest thing ever. I want to tell a funny story, Sifu. When he came down here and he was actually a little bit nervous because he didn't know whether I was like a business leader or a scam artist. Your wife was a little scared when you came out. Yeah, she was.

We were saying, hey man, what if they're drug traffickers or something? I don't know. I'll hide in the toilet or something if the cops come. Don't worry, honey. I just thought that was funny.

I'm going to go through this stuff real quick with you, Sifu, because I want to get on to what's next here. That's right. He says, I desire to have the freedom and the power to help my loved ones and also teach my martial art and spread it around the world. You want freedom. Yep.

Right? Absolutely. Right now, he's a martial arts instructor. He's also a bouncer. That's right.

You have 20 to 25 hours a week that you could dedicate towards your business right now. Yeah, about three to four hours a day I believe I could put in. Okay. All right. I'm going to talk about that here in a second.

I just got to open up your other part of the email. I wanted to bring you out earlier in the next one just because I know you've got to run. Hold on a second. Thank you. Okay.

You've got 50 to 100 euros a month you can invest in your business is about right. I'm sorry. I had to convert that from euros and think American, but you can double that up because I converted that to Australian dollars. If I put 2,000 euros or 150 euros, double that into American dollars, that's what I was supposed to do. I hope that makes sense.

Okay. Yeah. No, that's fine. That's fine. That's about right.

You said you're willing to do whatever it takes. Any other resources you have? You've got a lot of YouTube resources. He's got videos with a half million and 800,000 views and whatnot. You already know some about internet marketing.

I'm just going to go through a couple of other things here real quick with you. Hold on. I'm going to see if I got the rest of this sheet. I think I'm missing actually part of your form, Sifu, so I just want to go through this stuff with you real quick. Which products do you have right now in Power Network?

Which what? Sorry, products. At the moment, I've only got the platform. You've got the blogging platform. Sifu, what's your current budget that you have available to get your business started right?

I already have a monthly budget, but part of it is going to be cut off. What's your budget available to purchase products and tools that you need to get your business started right? At the moment, realistically, well, ladies and gentlemen, I think we are officially back here. What's better than a pattern in a row? We just wanted to make sure you're watching truthfully.

Everybody who's still here is about to get the super information because we've got Sifu on and we've got Dave on, so thanks for sticking with us. Dave, right back to you, brother. All right. Yeah, I'm back. I'm back.

I'm back. We were talking just a second ago about Sifu and his budget on a monthly basis, his desires and goals. He wants to be able to teach martial arts full-time. I know you've been a bouncer for a long time, Sifu. Really, he's got some amazing skill and should be teaching martial arts full-time just because you're doing good.

I respect him a ton. We were talking about his budget and the products that he's got now. All right. Sifu, here's what I want you to do. Okay.

Number one, there's two things that you need to get here and you just need to get them. When our mobile app comes out, you need to unlock that bonus that's in there. You just got to send out 25 invites and it'll unlock it for you, but I'm not sure that you guys have that yet because we're just kind of rolling it out bit by bit. So Tara, you got it? Well, that could make sense about the 25 invites because when I tried to open it up, it didn't work.

Okay. So maybe it's not working in this part of the country. I'm not sure. Yeah, we'll connect on that with a little bit later. I know that's in alpha and so we've had a handful of people get it and we're kind of like rolling it out one by one and then we'll roll it out to more people next week or so.

So here's what I want you to do, okay? You need the bonus in there. Whenever you can open it up, number one, okay? Have you read this down? Number two, you need to get the Inner Circle, okay?

And the reason you need to get it is twofold. I want you to get it, number one, so you're going to be able to sell it easier. There's an educational series I have at the beginning of that. There's three videos I want you to watch. But also, there's a specific audio that I want you to listen in there that I've actually mentioned on this sheet.

And it's something that I want you specifically to listen to once a day for the next two months, okay? And it's called Speak the World into Existence. It's actually mentioned on this sheet in the commitment, but I want you to do that every day for the next two months. Okay. The other thing that you need to get, okay, and I want you to just, if you need to stretch a little bit to get this, it's fine, because I know you.

But I want you to get the Top Producer formula. It's a $500 product. And here's why I want you to get it, is because a combination of the bonus and the mobile app and that product is going to teach you everything you need to know about selling. And that's going to do a handful of things for you. Number one thing that it's going to do for you is network.

You need to be able to earn some upfront money in order to be able to generate income, regardless of where you're getting started, regardless of what your budget is. I know that you can stretch and buy a $500 product that's like €250 maybe. But also, if you sell like 10 of those a month, right, you're going to be able to earn four grand a month in commission. It's a really easy way to get started and just go out there and generate some profit and cash flow. But no matter what, I want you to get those three things, okay?

And I'm going to go through some assignments. Will you do that, Sifu? I can do that as well, yes. Okay, when will you do that by? Will you get it done by today, by tomorrow?

I can get those done by, realistically, by Saturday. Within seven days, so by next Friday. No, no, no. It's Saturday, which is, for me it's still Thursday night, so it's a day and a half. This Saturday.

Okay, so this Saturday, when you – I know you have – we're connected on WhatsApp. When you've bought those products, can you send me a message on WhatsApp and just let me know? Yep, I can do that. Okay, great. That's all we're going to talk about for now.

I'm actually going to move on to the next person just for the sake of time. We've got a handful more. Great to see you, Sifu. Welcome aboard. And guys, this is an example.

Once again, people that try to sponsor even will get in, right? Yeah. We've got a famous Kung Fu instructor, right? We've got a professional on here, and we've got some people who make less money, too, and all of them like to join Empower Network and are appropriate at different levels. So everybody say congratulations, Sifu.

Thank you for being a part of this, and I'm just looking forward to helping you make a lot of money, and then you can help me be a great martial artist, too. So the two are different, but we'll help each other. So everybody say congratulations to Sifu on there and making that decision, and I'll look forward to seeing that email from you this weekend. Next person we're going to bring on, I'm going out of order here, is Dee Willis, I believe. Hold on a second.

Am I in the right order here? Is it Dee that's coming out next, Tara? It could be Dee or Kathy. Do we have Kathy yet? Yeah, I just sent it to you.

Okay, let's bring out Kathy, because she was supposed to come on earlier. Hold on a second. Kathy, welcome out. Can you talk? Can you unmute yourself, Kathy?

Yes, we can. Okay. Okay. Kathy, you got unmuted. There we go.

Hi, Dave. Hey, how are you doing? I'm doing well, thank you. Great, great. Hey, Kathy, in the sake of time, I'm going to go through this real quick, okay?

Yes. Because I've already, I rambled a little bit too long today, but it was useful rambling, so I wanted to do it anyways. You've completed all the assignments, except for the mobile app. You're still waiting on that, so congratulations. Thank you.

I'm going through your commitment here, and I'm going to ask you to give me a little bit more time. Okay. Okay. Thank you. Thank you.

I'm going through your commitment here, and your goal is to make 10,000 dollars a month. Is that right? That's right. That's right. Okay.

You've got 30 hours, and a budget of 500 dollars to get started, is that right? Correct. Okay. I'm going to go through, and look at this individually a little bit later, alright? Mmhmm.

The products that you have bought already, and you purchased these, actually, yesterday, is that right? You purchased all the way up. through the Top Producer Formula product. Through the Top Producer, correct. All right, now this is going to go into focus.

Guys, I want you to look at something, everybody in the comments, all right? Before I talked to her earlier this week, she had not bought up to the Top Producer Formula. I talked to her, right, found out what she needed and wanted. I sent her to the level-up sequence, and then she bought on her own up to the Top Producer Formula product without me talking to her again, and now she's up here. She's already done that.

Who thinks that's cool? I want you guys to congratulate her for buying up to that product. How long did that take? It took 20 minutes of my time, and it multiplied the commissions and the revenue from her, but more importantly, her commitment and her success, right, by more than 10 times. All right, so I want you guys to realize how big of a difference that is from a 20-minute conversation and really no work at all on my part whatsoever, the work on the part of the system, okay?

So you've got – she's got a commitment here that she will be all in, okay, with the team building and mass-influenced formula products, by the 25th of June, 2015. Is that right? That's correct. Right. Okay.

She's got a reinvestment budget. She's committed to get these. Now, Kathy, I would really like to see you at the next event in Nashville. Where do you live? Portland, Oregon.

You live in Portland, Oregon. Okay, now that's next month. Do you have – can you find a way, okay, to get to the Nashville event? I don't know because I really don't feel that I'd want to go with that. My husband and – he can't travel, and he's really, really still sick.

He's really still sick. Yeah. His back – you know, he broke his back in that car wreck that I told you about in my writing, and I don't know if he could go. And I just don't – at his age, I don't feel comfortable leaving him by himself to fall or who knows what. So, but if – I really want to go so bad.

Okay, okay. Well, here's what I want you to do, and we're going to talk about it later. I want you to see – talk to your husband, okay, and see if there is a way for you to be able to get to the Nashville event because I believe that it's going to help you have the breakthrough that you need to have, and I'd like to meet you. Will you talk with him and have a conversation about it? Definitely, definitely.

After you have the conversation, I'd like you to email me and tell me what the result is and if you're going to come or not. Can you do that? I will. Okay, great. Kathy, I'm going to move on to the next person here because I need to get to group commitments here.

But thank you for coming out. I appreciate it. You bet. Next person I'm going to bring out is D. Willis.

Now, this is sideways, so it's going to be hard for me to read. But, D., tell me if you can talk. Go ahead and unmute yourself. Yes, hi. Can you hear me?

Yeah, I can hear you. I can hear you just fine. I'm just turning my head to the side so I can see this. I'm sorry. Okay, no, no, it's fine, right?

A month, a year, what do you want to make? A month. A month, okay. Yeah, but I'd like to see that in a month. You've got 20 to 25 hours a week to invest into your business?

Yes. Okay, now you also said you got $4,000 to begin on April 15th from taxes or something? No, no, no, I don't have $4,000. I don't know. I don't know what you're writing there.

Can you clarify that for me? Sure, one moment. Sorry, I'm turning my head to the side, guys. Your paper's like this on my screen. I sell insurance on the 15th of April.

I'm in a training program right now. Okay, I got you, I got you. Yes, and Dave, So I'm going to be at that convention, I'm going to be at that event. So you will be at the event? Yes.

Okay, great, great, great, great. Now here's what I'm going to do, all right? Now I'm going to talk to you more in the group a little bit later. Here's what I want you to do, all right? Number one, there's a couple of things that you need to get in your business and I just want you to find a way to be able to get them, and I'm going to talk a little bit more about this later, but I want to talk to you about this now.

Hold on a second. Let me look at this sideways here real quick and see if I can get it. Okay. Let's see if I can get it. See if I can see this.

All right, there's number one, you need to get the Inner Circle here at Empower Network at least. If you don't get it, you're going to have a hard time making any money at all in your business, all right? Now I'm just going to be honest with you, it's not that you can't make money, it's that it's going to be very difficult for you, all right? It sounds like you guys are in, it sounds like you're in a little bit of a tough financial spot, right? And I understand that, and I understand where you're coming from, because remember when I got started in my business online, I got started from a van, all right?

And I was in a tough financial spot too, and I didn't have a lot of money and resources, all right? But I want you to get the Inner Circle and find a way to do it, and I want you to find a way to do it faster than April 10th, if you can do it, all right? Now here's what I want you to do to do that, do you got a pen and a piece of paper handy? Yes, I do. Okay, Dee, and I'm going to really quickly move on from this, all right?

After this Hangout, I'm not going to spend any time on it right now, I want you to write Inner Circle at the top of a piece of paper, right? And I just want you to make a list of things you can do to come up with a hundred bucks a month to buy the Inner Circle, and then put a date that you'll get it by, and then I want you to send me an email with the date that you're going to have the Inner Circle activated, and if you can activate it today, I'd just prefer that you do it today. Will you do that? Yes, I'll do that. Okay, I can't really hear you that well, but I heard that you're going to do it, yes.

I heard that the answer is going to be yes, all right? Now, the reason I'm telling you that is because there's something specific I want you to do, especially because of your financial situation. I want you to get that same audio I told Sefa to listen to it, and I want you to listen to it once a day for the next 60 days. Will you do it? Oh, yes.

Absolutely, yes. Okay, that's all for now, I'm going to move on to the next person, and Trav, there's one more thing that I'm going to do before I do Q&A, all right? Because I took a little bit longer than I needed to do. Is there somebody else that I'm missing that we need to bring out? Have I missed anybody here?

I can't actually remember. I don't think so. No, okay. So guys, back to me, and I'm going to talk for a second. Now I'd normally go through that a lot faster because I'd normally be doing like maybe three or four people at once, but a lot faster on like a conference call or something, because the problem is when you get new people out, sometimes they haven't been on Google Hangouts and you're running into technology issues and have to repeat yourself a lot.

Usually people have questions. They don't have a problem watching Google Hangouts, but they do have a problem getting on if they're brand new and they don't really understand tech or they're not an internet marketer or something, all right? Now here's what I've kind of done with everybody here is, and I would have liked to take a little bit more time doing this, but I just don't want this to go on for hours and hours. I got everybody to commit to buy something more than what they had committed to previously, and I'm getting them to stretch for a reason. One of the reasons is because I know that if people don't stretch, they haven't made any sort of real commitment.

Some of these people on here, even though they don't have resources available, could be all in two weeks if they really wanted to do it. Now some of them legitimately can't. That's totally okay, but here's what I'm going to do is I'm going to stretch somebody until the next available resource, right? Now specifically, and for those of you who are on here and those of you who are in the comments, there's two things that I want you to realize. In order to really build this, if you actually do want to make a lot of money, you're going to have to do one of a couple of things.

You're either going to have to have a lot of financial resources. Okay? Or you're going to have to have an attitude where you're willing to just invest as much time as it takes, right? You can't have an attitude, and this is why I was talking to you a little bit earlier, right? Because I'm being honest, Kyle, right?

It's not because I'm knocking on you specifically. A lot of people do this, right? You know what I mean? Not realistic, right? You're either going to have to be willing to do whatever it takes with time, and that wasn't what he committed.

I was just making fun of the concept, right? Not anybody in particular. Tons of people do this, right? You're either going to have to invest more money, invest more time, or both, right? Now, specifically in Empower Network, here's what I want, right?

For everybody here, I want everybody here to do this to the best of your ability, right? Everybody who gets in my team, right, who wants to really get results, they must get to the top producer formula. They have to. Now, I want people to get all in, too. Like, I want all of you guys to connect with the coach, all that stuff, and take your time, come up with a process, figure out a way to come up with resources, and get all in, but I want you guys, no matter what, as fast as you possibly can, and if you can do it tonight, just do it, and don't make excuses about it, to get up to the top producer formula.

Now, everybody on this Hangout, I want you to get up to the top producer formula, and there's a handful of reasons why, right? And that's a realistic, workable income that you can build a business from, that you can live from, and that you can, like, be a human being from, right? It's not a great income. It's not great. That's an income that's a building block for a bigger income.

You must have the top producer formula, because of the information in it, right? You have to have it. You're going to have a very hard time building a business without that information, and it's just the reality. It's the truth. That's why Sifu comes out.

He said, Sifu, when can you get the top producer formula? He said, I can do it by Saturday. I said, great. Send me a message when you've got it, okay? All of you on here, I want you to get the top producer formula if you don't have it already.

As fast as you possibly can, commit to a date by tonight before you go to bed. Write down a time. And that time, and I'm telling you guys something, should not be any longer than 72 hours to get that product. Now, if you can get it all in right now, don't be listening to me right now. Pull out your credit card and get it all in, and don't make excuses about it, right?

Like we said about a night, right? That's somebody who's serious about their business. That's somebody who has resources, too. It's a combination of the both. But don't take excuses for yourself for coming up with $600.

And there's a reason for that. The reason is because that product contains the core skill sets that you need to become a top producer and actually make money. Everything that you need to know to start making money is up to those products and up to those levels. Now, the reason I want people to have the inner circle and everybody here needs it is because I'm going to give you guys a couple of assignments, and I want you guys to follow these assignments and take it seriously. I told this to two people tonight.

But this is something very specific I tell my team to do. I don't really care if you guys repeat it in the rest of Empower Network, but I tell people to do this every time I talk to them when they start. It's a specific audio, and there's a reason why I have people listen to that audio. That's a specific audio called Speak the World into Existence. There's a date on that.

That's actually interesting. It's in that commitment form. But I want all of you to both get that product, get the top producer form as quick as possible, and listen to that audio every day for the next 60 days. The reason why will become apparent to you at about day 30. But until then, you're not going to really know why I'm having you listen to that audio over and over and over and over and over again.

It'll probably drive you a little bit batty. But in 30 days, you're going to start to understand it. In 60 days, you will understand it. And if you do it, it is going to transform the way that you think about the world by repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating it. So I want all of you who are here in my team to do that.

And because you're all kind of muted out and I may be talking and answering questions for the next few minutes, I just want you to nod and tell me if you're going to do that. If you're going to do it, go ahead and nod like this. All right. So we're going to do it. We've got commitments to do it.

I want you guys to commit to listen to that audio, right? Now here's the next thing that I want you to do, right? There must be a date that you're going to get the top producer formula by. And if I didn't get it in that form, I want that date emailed to me before you go to bed if you expect me to talk to you anymore. Now I don't care if that date is in a week or two.

I don't care if it's in a week or two weeks or three weeks. I want you to try to make it faster than that. I don't care if it's in a day or two days, but I want the fastest date you can get that product by. The reason why is because I'm honest, because you need that product, right? In order to be able to generate income from your business, you must be able to access some level, okay, some level of higher commissions, right?

If you get into your business and all you're selling is the blog, right, you can sell the other products and you can pass some sales up and get commissions later and stuff like that. If you don't have the top producer formula, you're not going to be able to earn any upfront commissions. You're going to have a hard time selling it and you're going to have a hard time knowing how to sell it, right? Whereas if you have the top producer formula, you can go make ten sales a month and make three grand a month mark like that, right? And that product teaches you to do it, right?

And if you interview all the new top producers in the Power Network, they all say they got their breakthrough from that product when I was doing that live casting when I taught that product and they bought it and went through it, right? So I want you guys to get it and master the information. It's in there, okay? As fast as you possibly can, but I need a date emailed to me by when you're going to have it and email it to me tonight, okay? And I want that date to me tonight if that's okay.

Will you guys do it? Not the hat, right? Kyle, you do it? All right. Not the hat.

Not the hat. All right. So I'm going to tell people to do those two things. Now, in the top producer formula as well, we're going to have a whole bunch of bonuses that are helping with the things that I'm talking about here, but if you guys here look in the audience at what I actually did tonight, what I actually did was just confirm their commitments, all right? Confirm their commitments, find out their budget, and then tell them maybe to stretch a little bit because a whole bunch of people are going to give you lower-end budgets if you're sponsoring lots of people, but I'm not going to take excuses for what people can't do based on budget because I was homeless, right?

I know some people are going to have a little bit of a hard time coming up with $3,000, and that's totally appropriate, and that's fine. You can take your time, and you can be in a learning process, but I will not take excuses for coming up with $600 or $700. I just want the date you're going to do it by, how you're going to make it happen, and just let's make it happen. Is that fair? Is everybody on here?

Is that fair for everybody who's in the audience, for everybody who's listening in? Guys, if that's fair, just tell me, yes, that's fair, right? Now all of you guys, all of you guys who are in the audience, that goes for you too, right? See a lot of people here, you guys have been making excuses for not getting up to the next product because you're waiting to get all in, right? Or you've made excuses for getting up to the next product because you want to wait and check it out, or you're like, oh, I'll do that when I make money, okay?

That's the information that you need to really have a breakthrough, okay? And all of you need to do it. When I bring team members in, I tell them that. There's one other thing that— I want you guys to do their new, right, and also the people who are on here to do, right? I want you guys, right, no matter what, right, no matter what.

Now this is a little bit of a stretch, and if you ask about stretching, ask somebody like Aaron Rashkin, right? If you guys want to really, really have a breakthrough in your business—now all of you guys gave me huge income numbers, and that's great. You can do that, right? But you guys got to be realistic with yourself, also realistic with me, okay, and also realistic with everybody watching here, right? You guys need to find a way to get to the next event.

If at all possible, okay? And by if at all possible, I mean just find a way to get there, right? You can do it, right? There's the—when I went to my first event in this industry, it was 2002, and I hitchhiked in somebody's car from Arizona to California, and I found a way to get to the event, right? The reason is because I would like to meet you there because you're in my team, right?

And all of you who are watching, I'd like to meet you there because you're in the team too, right, on a bigger scale, right? But all of you guys need to find a way to get to the event because here's what's going to happen. What's going to happen is there's going to be a dividing line between the team that gets to the event and the team that doesn't. The team that gets to the event, they're going to have bigger breakthroughs, they're going to make more money, they're going to demand more of my time and energy, and there's not going to be any time and energy left. And I would like you guys to be part of that inner circle, all right?

So also what I want you to do tonight, before you go to bed, is if you can't get your event ticket now, right, I'm not going to call you out on anything, right? I want you to email me and tell me if you're going to go to the event or not and what your plan is for getting there if you can't get there. Okay? I'm not going to get there yet. Can you guys do that?

Right? Now, all of you on here who are watching on the Hangout, I'm just going to be honest with you guys. If you guys really want to take off in Empower Network, right, you should get to Nashville, right? Now, I'm not saying you have to go to Nashville because I'm not going to love you if you don't go. I will love you if you don't go, okay?

And I'm going to be here for you on Hangouts and calls if you don't go, right? But I'll tell you what you're not going to have if you don't go to Nashville is you're not going to have the breakthrough that you want in your business. You're just not, right? You're not going to have a breakthrough as fast as you could as if you go. And I promise you, you can find a way to go.

You know? If you talk to a lot of the leaders who've earned a million dollars in commissions, their first event, they barely found a way to make it, and they hitchhiked, and they went across the country, and then they finally made it to the event, and they were there, and they were like, oh my gosh, I'm so glad I came. Justin Berenji could barely afford to go to Atlanta, Georgia, and he went to Atlanta, Georgia, and he made a million dollars in the next 18 months. He could barely afford his rent in Costa Rica, living in a tiny place out in Guanacaste, right? I invited him to my house after that.

He could barely afford the $80 plane ride to get to my house. I was living in only an $80 plane ride away in Costa Rica, right? So I want you guys to commit to go to the event, all right? And just find a way to go. But email me on whether you're going to be there or not, right?

And what your plan is for getting there if you can't afford to go. I want you to find a way to go anyway. Because this isn't a question of whether or not you're going to do this. This is a question really about how serious you are about your business, and if you are the kind of person who's willing to figure out a way to go beyond your resources to accomplish things that are beyond your resources, right? And this is the philosophy.

And the mentality that I like to give people, right? And this depends on where they come from, right? Because some people, it's like they have $3,000, and they're like, man, I can't come up with $10,000. But we don't have anything that costs $10,000, but that's a fine place to be, right? Some people are like, man, I got $100,000.

I can't come up with $200,000. And some people, they're like, well, you know, I've got $100, and I can't come up with $200. Fundamentally, there is no difference between those things, right? But here's what I know. I know that some people who don't have $200 find a way to come up with it.

I know that some people who don't have $1,000, they find a way to come up with it. I know that some people who don't have $100,000 find a way to come up with it to start things that they want to start. Some people that don't have money to be a doctor find a way to go all the way through medical school, right? Find random things to do. Some of them get loans, and some of them find really creative ways of getting loans and grants and stuff to do it.

I know that if Donald Trump wants to build a $2 billion tower, and he's only got a billion and a half, he comes up with $500 million somehow, right? Don't ask me how, but he comes up with it because he's Donald Trump. So if you guys want to have an attitude of rich people, you've got to come up with resources to do the stuff that you want to do, and then commit to find a way to do those things no matter what the obstacles are, right? And that's the thing that you're really going to have a mental breakthrough on when you listen to speak the world into existence once a day for the next 60 days. That's what you're going to do, all right?

So philosophy things, those of you who are here, I covered a lot tonight, all right? But really what I did was I followed through on a commitment that people made to me earlier in the week, right? And then called them on the commitment. That's all I did. If you guys in the audience will just learn to practice philosophy, you're going to bring people in and learn to bring people in and do that.

Now, see our income disclosure at PowerNetwork.com forward slash income. Now, here's the thing, right? There's a couple suggestions I'm going to make to you guys, and there's also a couple suggestions that I make to everybody who's watching in the audience right now when you're getting people started and when you're getting started in your business. Right? right?

Focus on the eight core commitments, right? Focus on the eight core commitments. Guys, there's a fast start training that we probably should rename to something else, call it core training or something, but right now it's called fast start training in the back office, right? It's got the eight core commitments right there. They're on that worksheet that I gave everybody.

Guys, the eight core commitments are the structure of our culture, right? Now, the more you go outside of that when you're getting new people started, the more complicated and convoluted your process is going to be, all right? You don't need to get more complicated than that with people. You just don't, right? For example, with me, and I'm suggesting this to all of you, a lot of people get people started, right?

A lot of people get people started in their business, and they have them go buy traffic and stuff to get started. Now, I'm not going to knock that, because if you've got a great co-op or something, it's great. There's a couple of well-run co-ops, right? A thousand dollars a month in their business, and reinvesting that money back into doing things like that. I don't want any new people buying traffic.

I want them generating their sales and their leads through blogging and social media, with the exception of people that know what they're doing already. That's it, right? Why am I like that? The reason I'm like that is because I've seen so many new people waste so much money on nothing, because they're new and they don't know what they're doing yet, right? I know I can help a new person get started, and blog every day, and blog every day, and blog every day, and I know if they do that, and if they just go through the training and hang out on the Tactical Tuesdays and apply the strategies learned, I know they can learn to sign up a person a day by blogging, and I know it's not going to cost them any money.

Then that money they have available, I know they can buy the next products, and they're going to be set up for success, right? When I know if that new person who doesn't know what they're doing goes and buys traffic, they will make no money whatsoever from it, 100% of the time, right? Until they're educated and they know what they're doing, they will not make money buying traffic. Do not do it. Buy the products, and blog, and use social media strategies, and that's it.

Go through the training and apply it. Go through the training and apply it. Go through the training and apply it, and when you make commissions, reinvest it back into that stuff. But don't go wasting your money on fast, fast bullshit, right? Because it's not going to work for you, because you're new, right?

Sometimes I get somebody in who's like a solo ads expert, and then I say, you know, go to town, Zorro. But you know, the reality is most people aren't that, right? So I get people started following the eight core commitments, reinvesting their profits back into that stuff, not spending money beyond their means and their capability, just stretching a little bit to their capacity to stretch, right? Because that's how your muscles work, right? If your muscles are all locked up here, and your capacity to stretch is this far, you can maybe force it this far, and it's going to come back a little bit, but if you force it all the way out, your muscles will snap.

That's how new people are, too. You want people to stretch to their capacity, and then relax, and then stretch to their capacity again, and soon people develop, like stretching, an incredible ability to stretch themselves to greater and greater capacities to get things done. But you don't want to push people beyond their means, because it blows them out. It destroys the muscle, right? Try to have somebody who's about as flexible as me go into the splits and force their leg to do it.

You're going to just tear all their tendons out from the inside of their legs, right? That's why you want to work with people within their ability. And then stretch it just a little bit, and get them to make a commitment, make a decision to get the next thing, right? But I don't want you guys to kid yourself, either, who are watching this. All of you here need to get the inner circle and top producer formula, right?

And all of you here do have the money to do that right now, and you can come up with it if you don't in the next 72 hours, I promise you, 100% of the time. Notice all I did. Found out what they didn't want, I plugged them into the system, and now I've plugged them into the culture, and they've committed to be there, involved in the culture, right? For now, this will take care of them, and they'll stick around. Why?

Because they've committed to stick around, and now they know what it takes, right? And they can repeat what I just did to them. That make sense? And if they do that, they can win. If they do that, they can succeed.

If they do that, they can get results. If they do that, they can become a top producer. If they do that, they can get to the top, right? Notice how it wasn't overwhelming. It was just, hey, do these things.

that's in the system. Right? And that's all I tell people to do. Right? All I tell people to do.

You guys ruin people when you blabbermouth on them. And here's why. It's like this. It's like I've got a son. Right?

My son just learned to walk. Right? Now he's running and stuff, and he falls over sometimes when he's running. Right? He's like saying ga-ga-da-da-da-da.

Like no words yet. Right? And just running all over the place, running into things, slapping things. You know, and he'll fall over sometimes. Right?

A baby that's just learning to run a little before he falls down isn't ready for calculus yet. You know what I mean? A lot of you guys, you get your new people in, you're like blah-blah-blah-blah-blah-blah-blah-blah-blah-blah-blah-blah. They need to buy the next product and plug into the cults. Right?

Now you guys, there's a focus that you need to have, and that's top producing. And there's a commitment that you need to have, and that's plugging your people into the system. And then there's a commitment that you need to have of getting involved in the culture. Okay? That's it.

The focus on top producing, just learn to do it. Right? How do you do it? Follow the eight core commitments. Simple as that.

Everybody here can do that. Everybody in the audience can do that. And that's why I never talk about anything else. Does that make sense? Does that make sense, guys?

You guys pumped up? Who in the audience is pumped up? Who in the audience is pumped up? Who in the audience just saw it happen? Who in the audience just saw how you could double or triple your income?

Okay? Who in your audience has seen how to do that? Who believes you could double your income with like investing 20 or 30 minutes into a new person? You believe you could do it? Who in here was doing a lot more than what I just did with a lot less results?

Okay? Now if you guys look at the comments, right, a lot of you have been doing a lot more than this with a lot less results. A lot more complicated than this with a lot less results. Right? Guys, plug people into the system, plug people in and get new people started.

Now another thing, guys, a lot of you guys can bring more people in, but because you're so focused on minutia, you don't have time. You know? When I was new, and I'm going to tell this story to all you guys, and I want you guys to get this now, this is taught in the team building formula in a really intricate way. Okay? But here I'm going to explain it in a simple way, in a short way, and then you can go through that later.

Some of you have the team building formula. Right? When I was new, I promised the new. I promised the world the new people. I was the guy with, I thought I had 100% and given 100% away.

And it took me all day to give that 100% away. But my organization was big and massive on the front line and didn't duplicate at all because it was revolved around my personality. This was back in 2009. I was making a lot of money and I just could not get anybody else to duplicate. And then I figured it out in early 2000, maybe, actually no, it was like late 2010.

I cut my hours back from 80 hours a week to like 10, and my income almost doubled. 2011 I launched Empower Network. Rather than going and handholding everybody, I say this is a systems business. You plug into the system, plug your team into the system and get new people started. That's it.

$150 million in sales, right? And the timeline is this. I could And the time I spend with my team and in that part of my business, because now I have to run a company, it's a little different, is like 10 hours a week, maybe. I'm the number one recruiter in Empower Network, and I've got the largest team. Oh, because everybody's in my team.

But I've recruited more than anybody, too. But with less time. And all my recruits come from blogging, okay? Not paid traffic. I'm just telling you guys the truth.

Costs less money, takes less time, more time, duplicates better, keeps people around. The question is, is can you guys do what I did on Tuesday and today? If the answer is yes, then say yes. Right? So, guys, we're going to take some questions, because people are still here, and I guess somebody promised questions, but my computer's almost out of battery, so while Travis grabs the questions, I'm going to run and grab my charger from my computer.

I'll be right back. If I disappear, I'll be back in a minute. Hold on a second. All right, guys. So we have a few updates.

And I will say, that a few people might have heard a weird thing come through while Dave was talking, a Hyundai ad or Hyundai thing. And I will tell you that I'm seeing our video, guys, and we're actually literally, like, flipping over computers to find out what this was, right? You heard it as well when Dave was talking about all that really good information. And we're like, what the hell is going on? And we Googled it, and we found out it was a universal message from the universe subliminally telling you to get to the next event, get in your car, drive there, because it's going to be powerful.

That's the only answer we found, and we actually found that on Google. So it was meant to happen. There are a couple things that I want to point out really quickly that are super important. Got questions and a few things. First of all, Dave's mentioning an audio in the Inner Circle, you know, speak your world into existence.

It's a very powerful audio. Because this has been mentioned so many times, and everybody's like, what's the date? Well, we just moved to the top of the Inner Circle rewind category. So it's going to be right at the top for you to reference. It's going to be right there so you can find it very, very quickly.

A few quick things. So if you already have a ticket, there was a question. People were asking, can I upgrade to VIP? You can upgrade to VIP if you have a ticket. You should see that right in your back office, right under the events section.

There is an upgrade option for that. You were asking if there will be a replay of this. There will be a replay in the all-in library. So for those of you who are all-in, you will see a replay of this. And I think that, are we back, guys?

Let me see here. Let's see. Let's see. I'm seeing that there is no audio, no audio, lost audio. All right, let's see.

What's the deal with that, by the way? Guys, why did we leave the audio tonight? I think, yeah, perfect. We're back. OK, perfect.

So now we're going to jump into some questions really quickly. I see that we're back now. Super excited for that. Good. Always good when the audio is back, right?

We just keep dropping it to make sure that you're here and make sure you're listening. No, no, no, we're good. OK, so I'm going to jump right into questions, Dave. These are some really cool questions that we got from members tonight. And starting out, we got a question from Ellie.

Love you, Ellie. Thank you for this question. Is it better to do coaching with a group or individually when going through this new member coaching process? Ellie, great question. The answer is, how many people are you bringing in, right?

For me, I bring in tons of people. So for me, I'm just not going to do it one-on-one. I don't have time, OK? For most people, if you're bringing in one person a day, there's just no reason not to do it one-on-one because you're going to get a better result. But if you're bringing in, like, most people don't bring in a one-person day.

They're bringing in, like, two people a week, OK? And if you're bringing in, like, two people a week, all right, that's good for now. You should increase it. And if you connect with people, find out what their dreams and goals are, focus on them, you're going to get a better result than if you do things in groups. But I bring in too many people to do one-on-one with people all the time like that.

I just don't have the time of the day because I'm also running the company. One-on-one, we'll get a better result. And you're going to be able to talk to people more. And also, most of the time, I'm not going to do this, like, public because, like the people here, this is, like, their first time being on a hangout. A lot of them are probably a little bit nervous about that.

And so it's a little bit harder to talk to them, too. And it's going to take a little bit longer to do the same things I could do with somebody one-on-one or in a small private group. So something like this, I'm just going to make sure people go through the resources, guys. Because this is the important thing that I want you guys to get across tonight that I want to really get across to you guys tonight is I didn't really explain anything tonight. And the reason I didn't is because I don't want these people explaining anything to their new people.

The only things I talked about was attitude stuff and then reinforcing the system. That's it. Because I know that the system will take care of people. I know the culture will take care of people. I know people follow the steps.

They're going to get a result. I also know that half the job that these people needed to have done with them was done by them committing to the things that they committed to. Right? If people will attend the calls on Monday, and if people will go to the Hangouts that we have, and then they'll go to the events, the events, the calls, and the Hangouts will turn that person into who they want to be if they're just working. Right?

The Hangouts, the calls, and the events will do things that I cannot do as a leader, even though I know how to do it. The reason I can't do it with them is not because I'm not good at it. It's because it's not possible. You can't do as an individual what social proof and culture can do. Right?

Like, try to have the effect that an event has on people, one-on-one. It doesn't matter how charismatic you are. It doesn't matter if you've got Jesus in your heart or whatever. Right? I mean, you can't do it, guys.

You can't do it. Because it's the culture and the community that's doing it. OK? It's the group of people together with the common vision that's doing it. It's the other stories that are not you that are doing it.

It's the new person walking across the stage that's doing it. It's the big text somebody's holding that's doing it. Right? So you want to plug people into the system, plug people into the culture. That's why event tends to work.

Attendance is so important. That's not because I make a lot of money from events. Sometimes people have that misconception when they get in an organization. Now, that was stupid, actually, and probably a little bit of a misuse of money before we really learned how to run events well. But it just goes to show, right?

Events are not for us to make money. It's because what happens to the people at the event is what makes the company money. It's because the people transform, and then they decide to do things that they never decided to do before. And that's what makes the company grow is the culture, right? And the culture happens at the event.

That's why I hammer that stuff, if that makes sense. So next question, Trav? Hey, that was a really good answer. And Ellie's exactly the one to kind of put that into effect. She's awesome.

OK, next question is from Rachel. So Rachel says, what do you do if you reach out to new members and they don't respond or don't respond right away? Can you walk me through how you connect with your new members? Well, what I do is I just have one of the . .

. Employees call them and then make sure they're available, and then I talk to them. But if you can't get a hold of them, I mean, what can you do? Give them a phone call, reach out on social media, send them an email, and then just get somebody new. If somebody joins and they don't want to talk to you, then leave it alone.

Now, here's the thing that we just did a bridge workshop video, or like a bridge video workshop. If you have, like, if they know who you are before they join, they're going to want to talk to you. Right? Especially if you tell them that if they join, you're going to talk to them. Actually, that's a really easy way to get a lot of people to join, right?

Because a lot of people, especially people that are buying and joining stuff online, they do want to work with somebody. They want to, right? And that's like the strategy some of our top recruiters have used. They just say, hey, after you join, I'll give you a call, right? If you tell people that, you send them to a bridge video where you say, hey, after you join, I'll give you a call.

We have a bridge video workshop, and we have a bridge video system. I don't know if it's available yet, but if not, it's available sometime later this week, or something. And it's going to be available for people that have bought up to the top producer formula. So you have that back there. And you just say, hey, this is my story.

This is who I am. And you introduce people to the funnel like that. People know who you are, and they've heard your voice. And you call them, and they're like, oh my god, you actually called. You're that guy on the internet.

It's really easy. But if you have no sort of introduction like that, and they have no clue who you are, right, it's harder to do. And that's one of the other reasons why I usually don't encourage brand new people to use paid traffic. Because number one, they never get results from it. That's just the honest truth.

I mean, if you have an exception to that, show me the exception, guys. And show me the exception that wasn't the ClickBank guy before. You know what I mean? Who is it? Who?

Right? Exactly. There's the sound of like birds and crickets in the background, because there's nobody. Nobody in Empower Network. I mean, almost all the people in Empower Network who've earned a million dollars did it through blogging, for heaven's sakes.

Right? And there's a couple of examples of that, but there were ClickBank guys before. They knew how to run clicks through everything. But with new people, right, I know that social media. Social media and blog leads and organic growth works better.

It works faster. It's more consistent. It duplicates better, and the people are easier to talk to, and they buy more stuff. Right? And I know it, because I got different kinds of traffic running through different accounts, and traffic that comes from my blog, they buy like 10 times the stuff as everybody else.

It's not even comparable. Right? And if I connect with them, they know who I am. They're like, Dave, I've been following you for a year, and I've been wanting to work with you, and I just decided to do it. Right?

So it leads like that, versus leads like, yeah, I was looking for bird cages, and clicked on something, and clicked on something, and clicked on something, and bought something, and who are you? You know? And that's what sometimes you get from different sources, depending on who they are. So I prefer the person who's that, because it's more consistent, and it's worked better for me for a long time. That's just me.

I'm not saying that's right for everybody. That's what I tell people, and that's what I've gotten results with for a long time. So next question. I never actually remember, Trev, by the way, if I actually answer the question, or if I just say something else. That comes into my head when I'm responding to the question.

That's what we're here for. You did hit that one. Okay? You did hit it. So, all right.

Jumping to the next question. This question is from Brian. Okay, Brian says, when I talk to new members, I want them to get up to the top producer, but sometimes they tell me they only have $100 to $200 to invest, but I know they would succeed with it. What do you suggest I do? Well, here's what I would do.

I would have them go. I would have them go into buy the inner circle, number one, right? And that's just, guys, this is a common mistake. It's like they don't have the amount of money that you wish they had, so you tell them to buy what, like, you would buy, and then until they do that, they get nothing, right? Number one, have them get to what they can get right now, right?

And don't take excuses for it, because if somebody tells you, look, I got this much money available, oh, no, I can't buy the inner circle, you're like, you know, dude, you want me to talk to you anymore? I mean, you just told me you did a second ago, you know? So they say they did already. So get them to buy the inner circle, because in there, there are audios that teach people to come up with resources. Speak the world into existence is one.

If you get people listening to that, if somebody listens to that every day for a month, they almost always eventually go all in, almost all the time, right? And there's a couple of audios back there that teach people how to come up with resources, right? And that's really important, because a lot of times what's stopping a new person, guys, is the fact that you're pressuring them to do something they can't do right now, right, and not giving them the time to do it. They will do it later if you just get them involved. Let the culture work on them, and focus on somebody else, okay?

Put all that energy of upselling that's inside of you to focus on somebody else, right? Because they're not ready yet, fine, right? But get them involved in a process that will make them ready, and just don't force them on it. And make sure, though, they get the inner circle, and just start listening to it, and listen to it, and listen to it, because what's the problem in somebody that doesn't have any resources? I want to tell you what the problem is, and there's not something wrong with them.

It's that they've been educated into the system like a normal human being. Right? You need to re-educate their mind and get them thinking about things differently, right? That's what you need to do. Somebody who says, I can't come up with 500 bucks, they're thinking wrong, guys, right?

They're like, $500, you know? It's like, well, number one, a lot of you guys would just write that person off. But that person will get the inner circle and keep it for a year, and totally change their life if you don't write them off, right? And that's like seven times the income or something. I actually don't know how many times.

Maybe four times the income. I can't remember, right? If they just get the inner circle. But what you do is you don't just get them to get the inner circle. You say, I want you to get the inner circle, I want you to listen to this, go watch this series and listen to this specific audio every day for a while, then just keep adding audios and adding audios.

And they get in the habit of driving around, reprogramming their mind, listening to the inner circle, right? And then all of a sudden, they buy the top producer formula, or they buy the team builder formula, like, I thought you didn't have any money. And they're like, oh, yeah, but man, I was pumped up from that audio you told me to listen to. Now I listen to this other audio, and they taught me how to make a list of resources, come up with money. And I'm like, man, I'm thinking like a poor person.

Not anymore. That's it. Period. And you're like, who is this person I'm talking to? Well, there's somebody that's been starting to reprogram themselves, right?

See, but you guys have this attitude, it's like, hey, no, I'm going to make them do what I want to do. Now, should you get people all in? Yeah, they only got seven days to do it, but how many people are going to do that? No more than 15%, 20% of your team if you're real good, and probably more like 10% or 15% of your team if you're pretty good, right? They're going to get all in.

But what the problem is that you guys are missing, and a lot of Empower Networks that have been missing, because you guys don't do this, you're missing all that other volume. And that 85% of the people that are not getting all in will buy five times the stuff they're buying and stay in for five times as long if you connect with them. You just get them plugged into what's appropriate for them, and then a lot of them eventually will get all in. A lot of them will become leaders anyway. A lot of them will go to the events and then get all in, and a lot of them will go through a process and then get all in, right?

So you guys are like skipping out on 85% of your volume by just not getting all in. You're not listening, right? Now, I'd actually like to listen to people more and talk to people more. I don't have time, right? But that's because I'm running a company.

The reality is, guys, is you've got to realize what you've got your hands on and really how to tap into it, okay? And that it's simpler than you think, and if you trust the resources, that's a big process to go through, right? Give it up your ego, right? Instead of saying, hey, you know, hey, you know, it's like there's too much here for me to do, you know? You can try to like do everything that Power Network does yourself, and you're crazy.

And it's not because you're actually a crazy person. I'm not saying you're psychotic or something, but just, guys, it accomplishes nothing. We got this army of team members, right, who work for the company, right, for a reason, right? We got Travis here for a reason. We have Tara here for a reason.

We got Mars here for a reason. All the team members in Power Network. We got him here. We got him here for a reason, guys. It's because if you try to do all the things they're doing or all the things I'm doing, all the things the leaderships are doing and putting together your own training libraries and stuff, it's going to take you all day and night, and your team's going to duplicate slower than if you don't do it.

Doing it makes you duplicate slower. It makes you grow slower. It takes more time with less money because you have less time to produce because your ego is in the way. You know, and you're like, well, Dave, I like to be more specific with people. I don't like telling stories and stuff like you or whatever.

You can use any excuse for it that you want. You've got a big-ass bad ego and you want to do it all yourself. You want to do what like an army of people has to work on. You know what I mean? It's like, okay, try to expand it past your sphere of influence.

Just try. It's like we just put the join pages in Spanish and Portuguese. Well, if you don't speak Spanish and Portuguese, right, unless we did something like that and we're supporting it, you can't have a team there if it's all based on your ego. You can't. What?

You're going to translate all your stuff into Spanish and Portuguese? You have any idea how expensive that is? You know? You know something that's like to translate the eight core commitment videos, and it's like $50,000 to translate them into five languages or some crap. You know?

It's like a hundred grand or something for all the reasons. Putting the top producer formula product together was like $100,000 or $200,000 or something like that to get that product into all the languages and the videos the way they are and the resources the way they are and the branding and all that stuff. So it's like, dude, do it, man. You know what I mean? Work eight times as long for it.

Eight times. Eight or less of the money with zero duplication and a big ass front line that says, oh, I think you're such amazing superhero, Jesus, my sponsor. You know? Well, you make no money at all. You know?

And that's the thing. It's like, you know, let Jesus be Jesus. You know? Let Superman be Superman. You just be a guy who's plugging people into the system and connecting and you make a big ass pile of money and get a lot of people duplicated like that.

That make sense? Do you have any more questions? That makes perfect sense, man. We have one more final question. And just a side note to everybody in the chat.

We actually Googled, again, what's going on, and it's Dave's mind waves just pulling in all this extra audio that you're hearing. So just to let you know, we're just testing your ability to stay focused. Get in the inner circle. It's in the inner circle. Rewind.

Listen to the audio that Dave's talking about. Great stuff for you and your new members. Dave, last question here, and this is from Kate Bowditch. How far in does a person need to be for me to call them with the new member worksheet and get started? No, honestly.

Look, here's the thing. This is what's going to get you guys the best results, and I'm going to tell you guys things that in some cases I wish I had time to do. Now the only reason I don't have time is not because I've got a big organization. It's not. My organization, guys, takes no time.

You know what takes all my time? The company. Now the cool thing is with you guys, you don't have to do any of that. Now if I was in your spot, you know what I'd be doing? I'd be producing, plugging people into the system.

I would not be doing a thing more than that. I wouldn't be doing any paid traffic. I'd be blogging. I'd have a video team around me for my blogging stuff, and I'd be blogging, guys, and I would be doing what I just told you to do and just hanging out with people, and I'd be making a quarter million dollars a month doing that if I didn't run the company. That's all I'd be doing.

And you know when I'd call people? I'd call people when they joined. That's it. The closer I got to when they joined is when I'd call them, I'd just be like, hey, I just saw that you joined. This is Dave.

I wanted to welcome you to the team. How you doing? Why? Because they just bought something, and what are they going to listen to me right then? They've had no time to think about it.

What are they going to listen to? Everything I tell them to do. That's what I'd call them. That's just, guys, if I was a field guy, right, what I'd do, I'd bring in three to five people a day. I'd call them right when they joined, do two of these things a week where I brought people together in groups, and that would make me a quarter million dollars a month.

It'd take a couple years to build with that, but that's what I would do. That's all I would do. I wouldn't do a thing more, and you couldn't hassle me to do more. I wouldn't show up to leadership calls. This is me.

I wouldn't show up to nothing. I'd show up at the events and hang out with my team, and then I'd be goofing off at the beach and come back from the beach, and if I had any sign-ups, I'd give them a call. I'd go hang out with my wife and kids, and then if I got any sign-ups, I'd come back and I'd give them a call. Then I'd do my new member coaching sessions. I'd do my all-in mastermind that I do every week, and I'd hang out with people at the events.

That would take me maybe 10 or 15 hours a week to do total. That's like my fantasy because now I run a company, and I've got to manage all this stuff. That's my fantasy because that's what I used to do before I started Power Network. There was nothing like this. So I had to start it for the people.

So I hope that helps. So here's what we're going to do. We've got everybody here, and I'm going to give you guys a couple of calls to action because, of course, you're here, so I'm going to tell you what to do. Number one, I want to know if everybody here—I want to know who is going to call every new member, every new team member that you get from now on. If you're going to call every single new team member that you get from now on and plug them into the level-up sequence, I just want you to tell me yes in the comments if you're going to do it.

Just tell me you're going to do it. Right? If you're going to call all your new team members, stop being a wussy, and you're just going to call them and plug them into the level-up sequence, you're going to do it. If you do that, that there is going to multiply your income by a lot. Now if you guys are going to do that and then rely on the culture, the events, and the systems to do the work that you've been doing and save yourself tons of time when making yourself shit piles of money, just type yes.

Yes, I'm going to do that. I'm going to make it happen, Dave, because I'm a wussy and I'm going to do it, and that sounds way better than what I'm doing. Just type yes. Right? Now if you guys are going to be at the event Unleash and be a part of that culture, realizing that if you don't go, you're not going to make the shit piles of money that you desire, just type yes.

Yes, I'm going to go to Unleash. I'm going to unleash my inner badass. I'm going to unleash the badass inside. I'm going to unleash because I'm going to unleash my badass. You're going to go to Unleash.

Now those of you who do not have your ticket to Unleash yet, I either want you to buy it right now. Now if you don't know how to buy it because you're low on resources, it's fine. Here's what I want you to do. I want you to log into your back office. You got an email for your sponsor, and before tonight, before midnight your time, now if it's past midnight your time, you're excused, and you can do it within the next three hours.

I want you to email your sponsor a commitment that you are going to the event no matter what, and I want you to email them your plan for buying your event ticket, and I don't want you to give yourself any more than 24 hours to come up with the money to get that ticket to the event. I want you to email that plan to your sponsor and say, I'm going to get to the event. Here's my plan on how to do it. I don't even care if they're talking to you. You just email them.

You just say, email on file. You just say, this is my plan on getting to the event. I'm buying the ticket now. Those of you who do not have the Top Producer Formula, if you don't have a credit card with enough money to log in and buy it right now, here's what I'm going to say. Get one.

You know, the reality is, guys, is you need a plan to get the Top Producer Formula because if you don't have that, you're not going to make the money that you want as fast as you want. Here's what I want you to do. I want you tonight before you go to bed to email your sponsor the time and date that you will have purchased the Top Producer Formula and do not give yourself any longer than 72 hours. I want you to commit to follow through regardless of whether they talk to you or not. I want you to make that happen and email them the plan on how you're going to legally and ethically come up with the money to buy up to the Top Producer Formula within the next 72 hours.

If you can get it all in, don't make a wussy excuse about it. Just get it all in and do it. Just make the commitment that you're going to do it. If you can't do that, and you literally can't, I'm not saying if you're saying you can't. I'm saying you can.

If you know you can, yet, that's fine. You can do it later, but you need up to the Top Producer Formula. I want you to commit right now, right now to your sponsor, to yourself. I want you to email your sponsor by the end of the night and say, I will be up to the Top Producer Formula. By this date, by this time, I will be sitting in front of my computer completing my order and I don't have the money yet, but here's my plan on how I'm going to come up with the money by this date and time, and make a commitment to your sponsor and be willing to follow through because if they see you do that, they're going to commit a little bit harder than you.

Who's going to do that? Just type yes in the comments, say, I'm making a plan, and I'm going to email my sponsor tonight with that plan, and I'm going to make it happen. Congratulations, Jeff Miller, you bought this VIP ticket at the Las Vegas event. Who else is going to make that plan? Who is just going to do it?

I just want you to type yes, I'm going to do it in the comments. It's already done. Justin Murphy, already done. Right. Rock on.

Right. You know what I mean? Get in. Right. Get in.

All right. This is how to do it, guys. I want you to realize you can do it. Realize that it's your time. Realize, guys, that you can make a plan.

You can come up with a way to do it, and I want to congratulate you on making a decision. Everybody here, just say congratulations on making a decision, congratulations on making it happen. All right. I want to tell you guys, I'll see you on the beaches of the world. Congratulations on the commitment that you made, and I will see you at the Unleash event.

Who in here is excited about seeing me at the Unleash event, seeing all the leadership at the Unleash event, seeing the million-dollar at the Unleash event? Who in here is excited about the decisions that you've made tonight? Just type I'm excited. Let me know in the comments, guys, and I will see you on the beach of the world. Let's go ahead and end the hangout.
