Bridge Video Strategies to Build Trust Before the Sale (Part 5)

Audio only · watch on YouTube

On a Tactical Tuesday broadcast from Empower Network’s studio in Denver, affiliate marketer John Oakes told the panel that adding a short video between the opt-in page and the company’s sales message had not just lifted his conversions, it had changed the character of his whole business. “The difference in conversions alone is at least three times,” he said, “but actually I would say that the overall performance is a 10x number.” Within days of adding his latest version of the video, he said, three to four times as many people were clicking through the links in his autoresponder emails and friending him on Facebook.

A video’s only job is to build trust before the offer arrives

Jonathan Cronstedt, known on the call as J. Cron and serving as host for the evening, framed the session around what Empower Network calls a bridge video: a short piece of video content placed between the moment someone gives their email address and the moment they see the company’s actual sales message. John Oakes described its purpose plainly:

Well, I think the ultimate goal of a bridge page is to create a level of trust in front of the offer. So what you’re really doing is you’re essentially vouching for the product or the offer that you’re about to send somebody to.

Without it, he said, cold traffic in particular tends to see a sales video and go looking elsewhere for reviews or reassurance before buying. A bridge video in front of the offer removes much of that impulse because the trust has already been built. Mars, joining from the studio, sketched the flow on screen for anyone unfamiliar with the mechanics: step one is the opt-in, where an email or phone number is captured; step three is the video sales letter, usually produced by the company; and step two, the bridge, sits between them. Skipping straight from opt-in to sales message, he argued, means a visitor never actually hears from the person who invited them in the first place. The bridge video is where that introduction happens.

Oakes admitted his own first attempt at one was rough. “It was terrible,” he said. “My very first bridge page flopped tremendously. I didn’t keep it out there very long.” He kept rebuilding until one finally outperformed sending traffic straight to the offer, and only later developed the version he still uses. He also said that when he was starting out he had no formula or blueprint to follow, and that having one would have saved him a great deal of fumbling.

Proof, a shared problem, a solution, and a call to action

Asked by Michelle Schaefer, who was reading in audience questions, what the single most important element of a bridge video is, Oakes said there wasn’t one single answer, but named social proof and commonality as the two pillars. Social proof meant showing his own results and, where possible, the results of others. Commonality meant naming a problem the viewer likely shares before offering the solution: “I spent the last two years struggling online, trying to fit all the right pieces together, and I bought all kinds of courses, spent tons of money, but I just continued to struggle.” From there the video pivots to the solution he found. Cronstedt added the piece Oakes hadn’t mentioned, the call to action, and summarized the formula as four parts: proof, a story of struggle, the solution, and a direct instruction to click the button.

On length, Oakes said his early mistake was making videos too long, running seven, ten, fifteen minutes until viewers lost patience and clicked away. Through testing he found that anything under two minutes couldn’t fit in enough proof, while three to six minutes worked well, and he still runs one seven-minute version successfully. His sweet spot, though, was around three minutes, which happened to match the roughly three and a half minute template Empower Network had built for affiliates to personalize with their own photo and story. Cronstedt’s own rule of thumb was that a video should run “as long as it is interesting and impactful,” adding that if a viewer’s mother would sit through the whole thing, it’s probably too long, since the bridge video is meant as an appetizer, not the entree.

The format can flex, but the trust it builds has to travel with the traffic

Asked whether a talking-head video beats a voiceover over images, or whether a phone camera is good enough, Oakes said all formats work as long as the core components are present. He preferred face-on-camera or screen capture himself, but noted the PowerPoint-with-voiceover style has been proven at scale by marketers like Ryan Deiss, and he singled out fellow affiliate John Penberthy’s bridge video, built around Penberthy’s own story of going from working as a cook to a large income, as one of the strongest examples he’d seen.

On traffic type, Oakes said he runs every visitor through a bridge video, cold or warm, even though eighty to ninety percent of his own traffic is warm, coming from Facebook, his email list, other social networks, or his blog. He still finds the extra layer of social proof improves performance, though he acknowledged other marketers restrict bridge videos to cold traffic only and get good results that way too. Cronstedt noted that the tool flexes with how a business is run: Oakes uses his bridge video to open a personal relationship he then reinforces himself, while another Empower Network affiliate, Jon Amrose, uses bridge videos inside a largely automated funnel instead.

Lawrence Tam, joining later in the call, framed the whole idea in a metaphor he credited to David Wood: a business or offer is a beautiful island full of trees that nobody knows exists, and the bridge video is what gets people from the mainland onto a boat headed toward it, explaining along the way, in his words, “the which means,” the plain benefit behind whatever ad, post, or link brought the visitor there in the first place.

Good evening, good afternoon, or good morning, depending on what time zone you're tuning in from. Jonathan Cronstedt, or better known as Jay Cron here, CEO of Empower Network, coming to you live with another Tactical Tuesday. Now let me share with you what we have coming up for you tonight before I introduce our esteemed panel of guests. And you're probably here because you know what we're going to be talking about. I'll spoil it a little bit. It's one of the most powerful marketing multipliers that some of the top affiliates are using in Empower Network called a bridge video.

But more on that in a second. Let me first tell you what you're looking at on this page. As you know, Tactical Tuesdays were created for one reason and one reason only, to make sure that you know the cutting edge marketing tips, techniques, and strategies that are driving results for affiliates in our world today. And what we're going to be touching on as well is how to apply those in any business that you're working with, especially for massive results in your Empower Network business. What you're also looking at on the page right now is the way for you to interact with us. You're going to not only see a chat box where you can interact with everybody else tuning in from all around the globe, as well as a question box in case you have any questions, and you're going to see some links and some buttons that obviously you're going to want to press.

Now you may be here because you're checking Empower Network out and you've never looked at Empower Network before. If that's the case, you're going to see some buttons and gizmos that are going to allow you to join and launch your business with us. If you're already in Empower Network, you're also going to see some opportunities to take advantage of what we call the bundle. And there's going to be more about that and there's also more information in your back office, which is a limited time offer. So if you're considering that, don't dawdle and let that timer run out for you. But now without further ado, let's go ahead and I'm going to talk you through what you can expect tonight.

What you can expect tonight is an action-packed, no punches pulled, laid bare strategy session that's going to talk to you about the power of bridge videos. What is it, how to use it, and what type of results you can expect in your marketing as a result of putting in place this force multiplier. It's something that allows you to simultaneously increase conversions while also massively increasing your ability to build rapport and relationship with anyone that you're marketing to. So I think we can all agree, this is going to be one exciting Tactical Tuesday. So exciting, in fact, that we're actually going to be piping in live from our exclusive studio in Denver, Colorado. So as you can imagine, we're really, really excited.

Mars, how are you doing out there tonight? You guys make it in through the snow? Yeah, the snow is kind of subsiding, J. Cron. There's a lot of it on the ground and it's been pretty miserable, but I happen to work virtually, so I don't have to go outside if I don't want to. How are you doing tonight, you good?

You know, I have to tell you, snow brings me back to my childhood. For those of you that don't know, I grew up in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. I know what a lock de-icer is. I do have the ability to operate a snow blower, but those are both skill sets that I have chosen to hang up in exchange for learning proper application of suntan lotion here in Southern California. So if I ever tell you that I'm experiencing snow, it either means that I missed a connection on some flight or the world is coming to an end and Southern California would not know what to do with the white flakes you guys have up in Colorado. So that being said, Mars, we've got an esteemed panel of guests that have joined you tonight.

Would you like to introduce everybody to them? Hi, everybody. I'm John. This is John. And this is my app, some freaking Lutely. So hi, everybody, first of all.

And you'll notice tonight I'm not wearing the beanie because I wanted to spare myself the wrath and scrutiny of Jonathan's judging stare and comments. I appreciate everyone else for accepting me how I actually am. And beanies are kind of me. I live in Colorado, I live in Denver, and that's the way we roll here. However, tonight I'm trying to look a little bit presentable. So tonight we have the good fortune of, we actually put this together fairly particularly because one of the things we're gonna be demoing at the end is we're gonna be making bridge videos if they want to.

Of course, the company's producing some bridge videos of our own. So you don't have to make the bridge video, but we wanted to make it so that everybody could kind of set their own stuff up. And in order to make that bridge video, to make the formula that we've created, which we'll demo at the end, we actually modeled about six or seven people's formulas. And two of the people that we modeled are actually on with us tonight. And we have the pleasure of having them sort of talk through their philosophies, their tactical stances on what a bridge video should do and how to make it as effective as possible. First of all, we got Mr.

Lawrence Tam. And then, what's up, L. Tam, how you doing, man? And then we have John Oakes, who I actually heavily relied on to model the bridge video that we created for you guys that we're gonna be giving you guys and also doing a workshop a little bit later this week, maybe early part of next week. So tonight I'm gonna let Jonathan actually sort of just bounce back and forth, talk to John Oakes for a little bit. I think amazing marketer, frankly, John, the way that you set stuff up is really just brilliant.

Of course, L. Tam, it needs no introduction. But we're just gonna basically quiz them, let you guys quiz them on what questions you have for them about the importance of a bridge video, how they should work and so forth. And other than that, Jonathan, I can kick it back to you, man. You know, it's never a dull moment when you have a live cast going on where there is both a John and a Jonathan. So ladies and gentlemen, I just wanna prepare you tonight that there will be moments where John and Jonathan get confused.

It's going to happen. You never know, and no one ever calls me Jonathan. So we're gonna go ahead and go with J. Cron tonight to minimize any awkwardness because Lord knows if somebody asks me an intelligent question and they meant it for John Oakes, which is actually pronounced Oakes for those of you that don't know, you may not get the answer you're looking for. So with that, Mr. Oakes, how are you tonight?

I'm doing great. Thanks for having me. Excellent. Well, you know, we're happy to have you. And when we started talking about this idea of a bridge page, we really started to look into who right now is leveraging a bridge page and really understands what it's designed to do, but more importantly, is applying it in such a way that people can tap into that knowledge and make the concept of a bridge page more accessible. So before we move any further, when you think of the term bridge page, what's the first thing that comes to mind or how would you define it to someone that maybe is right now thinking to themselves, I've never built a bridge on a page?

Well, I think the ultimate goal of a bridge page is to create a level of trust in front of the offer. So what you're really doing is you're essentially vouching for the product or the offer that you're about to send somebody to. And I think the problem with not using a bridge page is that you can still get sales, you can still get conversions, but when you add a bridge page in front of it, what it does is it greatly reduces that tendency and especially, this is true with cold traffic, that tendency for a person to see a sales video and then immediately think, well, maybe I'm gonna go do some research on this and see if I can find some people that can tell me how it's going or reviews on that product. When you have that bridge page in front of it, it kind of eliminates that need for a lot of people to feel like they need to go research it because you can build that trust effectively right there on the front end. So you said build that trust right there on the front end and so essentially, for everyone watching, what John is talking about is after giving your email address, so whenever you land on a page that someone's requesting your email address in order to share some type of information or story or actionable piece of information with you, they're going to ask for your email address and then traditionally, right on the next page is you're getting what you've requested. What a bridge page does is it occupies that space in between the email address and the promised piece of information and that space in between is designed to do something very specific and that is introduce them to you.

That what John's talking about as far as building trust is giving an opportunity for them to identify with you the action they just took but also to instill a trust and a personal nature with the information they're about to consume. So John, I have to ask you, when you first created your first bridge page, how good was it? It was terrible. You know, I think we could all agree that the first time we create just about anything, it's probably pretty sucky, right? You know, I mean, mine was certainly no different. My very first bridge page flopped tremendously.

I didn't keep it out there very long. You know, I recognized right away that it was terrible and so I just kept creating another one and then another one and another one and really just through repetitive testing, you know, you get to one that finally actually does better than sending somebody straight to the offer and then as you get better and more confident at doing it, you can greatly improve on that. So John, let me ask you a question. If someone had given you a bridge page formula to build your first video, would it have made that process of discovery a little bit easier? It would have made it, yeah. I mean, it would have made a huge difference.

You know, the problem was when I was first trying to do it, I had no formula, I had no blueprint on how to do it. I didn't really know what components needed to be, you know, included in that bridge page and so I was really just kind of fumbling in the dark, trying some things out, seeing what works best and you know, eventually developed sort of a little formula that had worked for me very well and still works very well for me now. So when you think about your marketing, let's call it pre-bridge and post-bridge. I'm sure there's probably some type of joke I can make there of walking over the bridge in that process, but let's just go pre-bridge, post-bridge marketing. When you look at the difference in the individuals that came through the process, the relationships built, how would you say using the bridge page has changed the way that you market or what tangible elements in the conversations that took place with the people you're marketing to were different after the bridge page than before? It's a massive difference and you know, I'll start off by saying that the difference in conversions alone is at least three times, but actually I would say that the overall performance is a 10x number and the reason I say that is because when you have a bridge video that's building that rapport and building that trust on the front end and getting somebody to know who you are, it changes everything from that point forward in your sales process because what happens is those people that go on and end up purchasing and become customers of that product, they already have that trust and that connection with you and they're that much more likely now to also open emails that you send them, interact with you, connect with you on Facebook, all of these things and when I started adding the bridge videos into my overall marketing, I noticed within just a couple of days of my latest bridge video that I use now, I'm getting three to four times the number of people clicking through the links and actually friending me on Facebook from the emails that I was sending to them in my autoresponder.

So when you think about what stopped you, you know clearly, I mean when you look at the opportunity of a 10x increase, I mean you really can't give a better endorsement for everyone that's watching this to implement some form of let's call it that rapport building middle into their marketing between what somebody wants and what somebody is, the eventual delivery of it, having that middle take place that builds rapport and builds trust, what was the hesitancy, what was the obstacle that you had to overcome or what was the hardest part in learning to create a bridge video, not necessarily the formula but getting comfortable on camera, learning who you're talking to, getting beyond all of the reasons why anybody out there might be saying oh my gosh, I'm not ready to be on video. Yeah well I think you kind of touched on it there, in the beginning it's a lot about the confidence that you have and when you're first getting started, a brand new person that maybe hasn't seen any initial success yet, they are looking at the proposal of creating a bridge video as being a large obstacle, they're thinking well I see these other people doing these great videos but they're showing all these big results they're getting, well obviously it's gonna work for them because they have the confidence and they have the results but what do you do when you're a brand new person, you maybe don't have those results yet, you don't have the confidence that goes with it and that was the initial hurdle that I had to get past. So what did I do in the beginning, I shared other people's results and I shared other results that were not necessarily linked to dollar or income success but instead shared things like a dramatic difference in lead flow, a bigger response rate, more friends on Facebook, these kind of things that are also positive results but aren't necessarily directly income results and then from there as you start to get bigger and better results then you can change your bridge video and adjust it and start showing bigger results but it was a hurdle for me in the beginning because it took a while. Can I step in for a second and talk in the middle of the two Johns for just one sec? You absolutely can, voice of God, while we look at an empty chair and only hear Mars' voice coming from the clouds. The guys will cut to me in my actual camera, thanks guys for lagging there and nicking me.

So I actually cut to my, if you could cut to my screen where I drew this little diagram so that we can kind of explain to everybody because Lawrence Tam actually brought up a good point before we went live. He said, you know, do you think bridge videos might be a little bit too complicated and so forth for people? So A, I wanted to explain kind of where they fit into the flow for people who don't know and explain why they're so important because John Oakes just kind of explained it and then what I would like to explain to you guys is of course our company actually is producing bridge videos right now, they'll be live by next week but we also wanted to make a personal templated version for people to make their own because what John Oakes hit on is really, really important which is the thing that stops most people is just lack of confidence and lack of confidence is just uncertainty, meaning you don't know what to say yet, you don't know what to talk about yet, you don't know what things to point to, you don't have any proof yet. So as we were putting together this formula for you guys that we're gonna have a little workshop on, we'll demo the actual deck that we created for you guys to make your own videos if you want to, you don't have to. But we were thinking, okay, how do we give them everything that they need to say that an effective bridge video should say so that regular person can put their own personality, their own style into it if they want to and actually sort of do that, that pre-framing that needs to happen. So I made a little diagram here and you can kind of see the, for those of you that are kind of new and you don't necessarily understand exactly how the business works, first of all you have to cap their three things here.

So here on number one, you can see the opt-in, right? And the opt-in is where you capture their email information. Sometimes they're mobile, sometimes they're email and mobile. That's how you get the ability to contact them again. Now typically, a lot of people will skip straight to number three here, which is going straight to a video sales letter. Now, most of the time this is done by the company.

And the problem that kind of happens is you invited somebody from your blog or you invited somebody through cold traffic or wherever it came from and you're taking them straight from, hey, get your email information over to here to actually just driving them into a company sales message. And I think the inherent flaw in that is you're not kind of speaking to them yourself, right? Like here in the bridge video. So what the bridge video does is you can either use the company's bridge video or in this case, because of the tool that we're gonna be giving you guys, you can create your own bridge video if you want to with complete certainty and utter confidence because we literally, you only have to add a picture of you in there, your own results if you have them. If you don't, you can skip over that part and then just a little bit of your own story. The rest of it's all built out for you.

So the idea was to keep that personal element, the bridge, right? The thing that connects the company's message to the first introduction to you and getting their email information, their contact information and sort of bridging those two things together, but doing it in a way that you really can have confidence in. So I kind of just wanted to talk through because people out there might not understand that this message here is what actually sort of gets them in the front door to the company and actually has them buy in the case of Empower Network, our front end blogging system, maybe our affiliate system, depending upon what the offer is, but you really do have to frame it properly and I'm gonna kick it back to John Oakes now and let him talk more and you too, John, but I wanted to just put it into perspective for everybody, two things. This is the flow, which is collect information on the opt-in, then do a bridge and then send them to the company message. After they've had a chance to sort of talk to you and you get the chance to, after they join, or even if they don't, depending upon how you run your business, to have already been introduced to you through this bridge video, no matter how you get them in. And then number two, to Lawrence Tam's point, we made this thing really, really simple and at the same time, you don't even have to use it to make your own bridge videos because we're creating bridge videos for you guys.

So I'm gonna turn it back to the two Johns, but I just wanted to sort of frame this a little better so everybody understands where the magical bridge video fits in and the fact that like John Oakes says, it adds three to 10X conversions just by adding that simple two to three minute, maybe four minute video before they see the company's sales message. So back to you, Jay Krum. Rock on, thank you very much. And yeah, my apologies for whatever reason. I don't see Mars standing in front of the screen so I thought that I was just listening to the voice of God booming from the clouds with marketing knowledge for all of us. So I bet the camera guys had it right from the beginning and I was just late to the lunch on that one.

So John, when you think about a bridge video and when you think about the formula that really, as you said, 10X'd your results and what I like about the way you describe the results is I think so often we as marketers get caught up in the analytics of clicks, visits and conversions that we get so detached from the fact that each of those numbers on a spreadsheet or on an analytics tracking is a human being that's looking for somebody to engage with, that's looking for someone that's going to lead them to bring about more of what they want in their life and less of what they don't. And I like the fact that you compared not only the results of a marketing multiplier but also adding to that the fact that you saw your engagement go up on Facebook, your engagement go up on Twitter, that by using a bridge page, even seeing tangible results in the analytics, which for those of you that means literally more people were going through and purchasing what John was offering but also seeing the level of social engagement and the level of rapport building that was multiplied by using a bridge page. So John, if you were to look back into your pre-bridge or early bridge marketing, what would be some of the mistakes or challenges that you would say, man, I wish I had avoided that one or you would say, boy, that was not nearly as big of a deal as I thought, I should have just moved forward anyway? What would they be? Well, I would have to say one of the big mistakes I made in the very beginning was my videos were too long. And I think that when you're doing a bridge video, you wanna keep it really nice and short and tight, not go on to seven, 10, 15 minutes long because people just won't sit through that and they'll get tired of watching the video and they'll just click away and disappear completely.

So some of my early ones were too long. Another thing, or I guess one thing I wanna mention is that back in the days when I was first trying to figure out how to do bridge videos, I remember very distinctly sitting there at my computer and thinking, man, if only there was like a tool I could use for this or a formula or some way I could just quickly whip this thing out. So I thought that was funny because now you guys have basically created this. And so hugely appreciated and especially for brand new people, this is gonna be a massive, massive tool, huge leverage to be able to utilize something like this. So just wanna let you guys know how much I appreciate that. I think that the length of the video was a big deal for me in the beginning, getting it tight and having to record it over and over again to get it short enough but still have the components in it.

I can't think of anything else off the top of my head. So John, can I actually ask a question about the overall length of the video? Because we kept this one to, depending upon how fast the person reads and what details they add in, it's about three and a half to four minutes because I noticed that most of the really successful people, and this again goes to the confidence factor, which is you don't have to worry about whether or not you're doing it the right length because you're basically forced to kind of read through it exactly in a pattern that's already set up, that's based on what actually works. So we modeled that. But what's the sort of ballpark runtime of a good bridge video? And I know it depends on how long of a message, but is it a three minute, four minute, five minute?

What do you think? What's the length? Well, I tested some that were about a minute and a half to under two minutes and I found that within that time frame I couldn't quite get enough information out. Wasn't being able to show enough results or enough social proof within that video time frame. So when I extended it to like a three to six minute range, that seemed to do really well. I do have one that I'm using that's like seven minutes that still does really well, but for the most part, the best results I've seen were right around the three minute mark.

Cool. That means we made it the right length. Because it's about three and a half minutes long. Thank God for you guys. And you know, I think Mars, one thing to point out here, and I think John's done an excellent job of framing this and you've also touched on it. Everybody always asks me about any marketing material, whether it be a sales letter, a bridge video, a sales video, an email, a landing page, a headline.

It's always the same question of well, how long should it be? How many words should I use? The answer is very, very simple, guys and gals. It should be as long as it is interesting and impactful. It's that simple. If you're ever looking at a video or something that you create and you're thinking your mom would watch the whole thing, it's probably too long.

The reality of it is the goal is to create rapport, to create intrigue, but not necessarily to push real hard, not necessarily to try and get all of the information in. This is more of the appetizer to the entree. This is not meant to be the entree in pill form, microwaved and served up to you in a minute and a half. So remember, the purpose of this video is designed to create that rapport, create that trust, and create that intrigue and add to the excitement that they had when they gave their email address, not to take away from it, not to overwhelm on top of it. It's simply to add to it a face, a person, a story, leading them into the next step in that process. So hopefully that makes a little bit of sense here.

And I know actually, and just a reminder for all of you watching at home and in our chat box, we've got looks like over 2,000 people on with us tonight, which is always fun. Hi everybody, how you doing? Make sure you get your questions to the box to the right. For John Oakes, we're gonna be asking lots of questions here. I'm sure everybody out there right now is brimming with questions about BridgePage's marketing and how John has been able to create what he's created here at Empower Network. So make sure, use the question box to the right.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to talk to someone about a tool that, as you can see, he's talked about a 10X increase in his marketing. I don't know about you, but of all of the quests that I have ever gone on in my life, the ones that have been the most satisfying and the most impactful are the ones that begin with searching for a very little hinge that swings a very, very, very large door, that it is so easy to get caught up in majoring in minors in online marketing, that I know people that have created exponential amounts of Twitter accounts and Facebook accounts and analytics accounts and every free piece of software known to man, and it just becomes this jumbled rat's nest of tools that are hard to manage. However, there are few pearls of wisdom in the marketing process that if you grasp those fundamentals and you implement them formulaically, they deliver outsized returns. They deliver returns that are an order of magnitude beyond all of the little things that add up. This bridge video concept we're talking to you is one of those force multipliers. So don't miss it, ask your questions, get them in the box to the right.

Michelle, do we have questions for John yet, per chance? I'm pretty sure we probably got a bunch of them because if I was out there, I'd be asking him questions. We do, we have questions coming in. Cool. I mean, if we have them, then our blogging diva, Michelle Schaefer, please take it away and let's get these questions asked, inquiring minds wanna know. Absolutely.

Okay, so here are a few of the questions that have come in for you, John. One is from Leanne, she asks, what's the most important element to have in your bridge video? Hmm, that's a really tough question because I don't know that there's a single important element. Give us three then. Tell me what you think the three are because I think I know what you'll say based on watching your material, but I'm curious what your answer would actually be. Yeah, well, I think one for certain needs to be social proof, which is you showing your results but also the results of other people so that they see that here's a successful person that's telling me about this, but that's not the only person getting results.

Look at these other people that he just showed me as well, right? So social proof would be a big one. The other one, I think, is that you've got to have a commonality, meaning that you have to, you have to, I'm getting some feedback here, hang on. You gotta have a commonality, meaning that you have to lay out something that the person is going to relate to that is common between you. So for example, like, you know, part of the formula that I've always used is laid out the problem solution commonality. So you state, you know, what a problem is that you know your audience has, which is gonna be, you know, getting traffic, getting leads, getting signups, converting traffic, you know, all of those things are issues in the marketplace.

People having a hard time getting people to join them, having a hard time making any real money online. All of these are commonalities. So you wanna state that commonality that that's what you had, that's the problem, meaning that, you know, I could say I spent the last two years struggling online, trying to fit all the right pieces together, and I bought all kinds of courses, spent tons of money, but I just continued to struggle. That's a commonality that like 95% marketplace has. So once you say that, then you go into the solution, which is then I discovered this system that actually solved that for me. Everything was laid out in a step-by-step fashion.

All I had to do was plug in, take action and commit to the process. Absolutely. That's the other piece that for sure you need to have in a bridge video. Yep, so let me just talk through what I noticed because it's funny because the things you just said are the notes that I put into the formula based on yours being one of the videos that I modeled. Social proof, both yours, if you have it, if you have your own proof of earnings and so forth, or let's just say hypothetically, you weren't offering something that was related to making money online, which this business is. It's really about building your own business online, lifestyle, time freedom, but let's just take it to another type of thing that we were offering and say it was something to do with weight loss.

You would wanna show pictures of you heavy and out of shape before and then pictures of you after. Proof is just a fundamental mechanic and the more you can anchor proof to yourself, the better, but you don't need it, especially when you're in a company like Empower Network because we frankly have guys like John Oak, John Oaks, Lawrence Tam, we got all these people who have these like gazillion dollar results just by plugging into this system, so the way we actually built the deck that we built is that you guys can make your own videos with is really featuring that so you don't have to go find it and you can change stuff out if you want, but it's all there for you to have. So we had proof first, then we had your story of struggle, like a brief thing of this is the problem that I was having and then finally the solution and then lastly, of course, the call to action is the fourth thing that I would say to make sure that they understand that they need to click that button that's gonna take them to the company's sales message, but those are the four components that I saw there. Basically, you listed the three and I probably just didn't think to mention the call to action, but the call to action is the final thing. Click the button now and then when you get done and you get inside the system, I'll get ahold of you or whatever your personal style of marketing is, but I'll see you once you're inside and once you make that decision to join. Those are the sort of four key components that I saw in everybody's bridge video and that you nailed every single one of them.

I really had a good time, my job, John, is really taking people who do something really well and then extrapolating it, boiling it down and modeling it, so I looked at the stuff that Chris Jones did, I looked at the stuff, Lawrence did, I looked at the stuff you did, I looked at stuff John Penberthy did, I looked at a bunch of people's bridge videos and I said, aha, I see what the commonalities are here. Now, let me eliminate 90% of the variables for people so that they don't have to worry that they're including all the right stuff. Those are the four that I would say. Your proof, well, proof in general, your proof and others if it's not there. The story of struggle, the solution to whatever that struggle was and then a call to action. Those are the four that kind of make up a bridge video to me.

Yep. Cool, so next question, Michelle. All right, so you actually answered, Amy, Rebecca, a bunch of other people's questions. You just answered in that answer, so I'm gonna skip here to one that you haven't answered yet and that is from Casey. She says she's seen bridge videos that have pictures, images and a voice in the background telling a story versus other ones where there's somebody talking direct to camera. Is there one that you recommend over the other?

And a related question from Elizabeth is, can you do that with your cellphone just kind of holding it up, recording yourself? Is that good enough quality for it? You can absolutely do any of those methods. What it really comes down to is that you've included all of those key components of that video. Me personally, my personal preference is using screen capture videos or doing just me, my face on a video. But everybody kind of does things a little bit differently.

I also know that sort of the PowerPoint or the voice behind the images in PowerPoint style also converts extremely well and that's been proven by some huge, huge players in the industry like Ryan Dice. So that's a proven method as well. So really all of them work. What I encourage people to do, if you have the ability to create multiple types, create them and test them and see what works best. I think whatever's easiest for you, this is my take. That's why we built what we built because we thought what would be the easiest?

Because one of the better ones that we saw was actually John Penberthy. I thought John Penberthy's bridge video is really, really good. Penberthy's an affiliate here, for those of you who don't know, he's an affiliate here at Empower Network. His is just him on camera, very well edited, talking about used to be a cook and making next to nothing and then he found this system, he plugged into it and now he's like making more money than he ever imagined possible. And I thought that was great. Hey Mars, I think people will actually identify and recognize John a lot more if you call him by his publicly known name, which is Harry Potter.

John Penberthy is actually a private name he uses outside of Hogwarts when he's making bridge videos. And John, if you're watching, I love you dearly, I miss you, please come visit us from across the pond. Your accent clearly adds a touch of class and impact to bridge videos and we wish that you were here tonight. Ladies and gentlemen, that part of our evening is what's called a pattern interrupt and it's something that can be helpful in bridge videos. We'll be talking about that more very shortly. But anyways, Kristen sent me over John Penberthy's video which I had seen months and months ago as part of our sort of research and she asked me, what do you think of this?

And I said, I think it's freaking awesome but I think to Lawrence's question, we wanted to make something that was easy for people to make. So a clicking through and reading, a keynote deck, easiest thing or a slide deck, easiest thing for people to do. I say whatever helps you get it done the quickest is the best as long as it has all the beats is what you need to do. And again, this is something that you don't have to do because the company's making bridge videos for you but if you want to put your own personal touch on it, we made this for you to help you get extra conversions hopefully. So next question, if you would Michelle, great pattern interrupt by the way, John. Poor Penberthy.

Absolutely, so this is your final question and it comes from Michelle who asked, do you use a bridge video for both cold and warm traffic or how does that fit in with the different types of traffic? I use it for all my traffic. And the way I run my business, about 80 to 90% of my traffic is warm traffic so it's coming from Facebook, coming from my list, coming from other social networks and so forth or directly off blog posts. And I still send them through a bridge video because I think that it's just that extra layer of showing them more social proof, reinforcing what they were clicking on in the first place and it just seems to always perform better to run it through that. Now that might not be the case for everybody. I know I've talked to other marketers that have decided to only use the bridge video with cold traffic and for them that might work better.

It's a matter of testing as is just about everything in the marketing industry. Perfect answer dude, perfect. Well and you know also too, I think one of the unique things about a bridge video is you have the ability to leverage the tool based on how you market your business. Like for example, John Oakes, you really have a personal relationship with the people that you work with in your business. You're engaging with them. You're gonna be the person that may talk to them afterwards, may coach them, work on a business plan with them.

So that bridge video introduces the relationship and then you're there to reinforce that relationship whereas other individuals may use the bridge video in a completely different fashion. Like one of our million dollar earners, Jon Amrose, he actually uses bridge videos but he doesn't use them personally to create that rapport because his goal is actually moving them into an automated process and has a completely different way of leveraging it and you're actually gonna hear tonight also from Lawrence Tam, this is a tool that if you learn the concept and you master what it can deliver, you're going to adapt it to the type of business you want to build. And that's really where you mastering this skill gives the largest amount of gain to your business is this is a tool in your toolbox. This is not a one size fits all approach where I want you to sit very nicely and put on your collared shirts and sit up straight and say hi, my name is Jonathan Cronstedt and this is a bridge video and I'm coming to you to introduce myself and share with you how excited I am about what is on the other side of this page. So please click the next button. You're not all gonna do that because not all of your businesses are designed that way.

Some of you may be in a t-shirt, some of you may be in your apartment, some of you may be in your front yard, some of you may prefer to just have your voice over some keynote slides because you feel that it's more impactful. What we want to bring to you tonight is the conceptual knowledge and the strategic application so that you can have this fit into your business, building it the way that you want. And Mr. Mars, I can go ahead, do you have any more questions for Mr. John Oakes? No, I am gonna have Chris to do a little, play a little recording that we made of her, of the actual bridge video.

So just a few seconds of it so people can see it and then we can shift on to Lawrence Tam, but John Oakes, I seriously cannot tell you how much I appreciate you being on tonight. It's funny because a lot of times maybe we've emailed back and forth a couple times now and then I went and looked at how you market things and what your style is and everything. Just absolute pleasure having you on. You said all the stuff that I kind of thought would be most helpful for people to hear and people ask you the questions that if they didn't ask them I would have asked them so that to make sure that they got the information but you answered them perfectly, man. And thank you so much for taking the time. You're a busy guy like all of us to come on and actually help people kind of expand their horizons and hopefully do better with their sales conversions.

Appreciate it, man. Yeah, absolutely, my pleasure. Cool. So Kristen, would you mind, tech team, would you guys mind cutting to Kristen's video and pushing the play button? Any second now, any second now. Dude, these awkward pauses are the best when we're live because what it really shows everyone is we're live.

Yeah, Kristen, if you wanna push the play button and just let them kind of hear it. Hey, Kristen here with a super short video for you. Go ahead and watch it right now then continue on to see exactly how this system can work for you. Before I show you how you can start making money as soon as today with this new smart system, I just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself so you know that I'm a real person. After that, I'm going to prove to you that this system is working to generate revenue for brand new people just like you. First, let me show you the kind of potential money you could make with this online business.

That way, you'll know it's worth your time. This is a shot of my back office and you can see the income numbers right here. Enough of the joke. So the idea here is, Kristen, you can take it off screen, Phil. This is actually Kristen live showing you how easy it is to actually do this. All she did was add her name in and add a picture of herself and the rest of it was all created for her.

So she's literally sitting there right now reading it. That was not a recording. Enough of you have heard Kristen's voice inside of a lot of the marketing materials but we wanted to just show you how easy it actually is. She's got a really inexpensive mic there. All she was doing was reading it into her microphone and literally reading what she saw on the screen. She didn't write the copy.

The copy was written by our copywriter, Rob, helped with it, the team helped with it but the idea is that's what a bridge video kind of looks like. It goes into a bunch of proof and different things which I'll walk you through when we actually go through it at the end once LTAM is done but that's what we're going to be delivering to you guys so that you can make your own and then we're also going to pre-produce some for you so you don't have to make your own if you don't want to but for those of you who actually want to put that kind of personal touch, a little bit of soul back into your business, we decided we wanted to make a tool for you. So we just wanted to demo it in what we thought was a hilarious way on our marketing meeting call today. Kristen and I just thought that was hilarious. You just start reading and they'll think it's a recording because they've heard your voice a bunch of times and that'll be hilarious. It'll be raucous laughter.

I'm sure nobody out there's laughing but we thought it was funny. So anyway, we can shift on to LTAM if you're ready, Jay Kron. I'd love to hear Lawrence's thoughts on bridge videos, the power of them, what works best, his tactics, techniques, et cetera. Well, there is no doubt about it. There are a few individuals that I love as much as my brother from another mother. The only gentleman I know that is committed to culinary adventure with the same level of enthusiasm that I am, Mr.

Lawrence Tam. Mr. Tam, how are you tonight? What's going on? You'll be disappointed tonight that I didn't have the culinary feast that we would have together. I actually had a bunch of vegetables.

I don't know if that can consider a culinary feast. I'm sorry. What was that? What did you eat? It's a word I'm not really familiar with. Use the V word, John.

Use the V word. Not cool. That's all I had tonight. Ladies and gentlemen, the bridge video for this segment would be, I take no responsibility for the culinary advice that Lawrence is about to dispense, but I'm glad that you're here and let's talk about what he had for dinner. And then he would tell you about vegetables and I would cringe knowing those vile weeds that show up on your plate when you least expect it. But you know, Lawrence, what I'm really excited about is, I think of all of the individuals we have here at Empower Network, you have probably been using bridge videos the longest, regenerating results in your business, building rapport with the individuals that you're enrolling on your team.

When you think of the term bridge video, what comes to mind for you now and what came to mind for you when you first heard that term? Before you were Lawrence Tam, retired engineer, and you were just Lawrence Tam, still engineer, looking at a bridge video. Tell us about it. Yeah, so today the bridge video for me is the connection between going from point A to point B. You know where you are, where you wanna go. Well, that's exactly where you want your prospect to be.

So they're on Facebook, Craigslist, Twitter, your blog. They're on that site. Now you're taking them somewhere else. Well, you have to transition them through, generally. A bridge page will increase conversion, just like John was talking about. For me, there's a lot of different reasons why you wanna use it, different methods, video, text, images.

That's today. I always test different ways to do it. In the past, bridge video is like, I don't know, the only thing I think of was bridge to Terabithia. Did you ever see that? Read that book in elementary. I feel like, Lawrence, that actually brings back like PTSD of like literary homework that I didn't do.

That book rings a bell as a class that I didn't pay enough attention to. And that's where I immediately go to. John, just to be clear, that's a very sad fantasy. It is sad. There's no doubt about it. Anyone with a blazer like that read books.

So, Lawrence, back to you. But they take a bridge. It's a physical structure from their world to the next. And that was kind of what I thought a bridge was. But then, Dave Wood talked about it a lot, bridging not so much the transition between a capture page and to your offer, but like, you gotta take people where they are to where you want them. And he always described it as an island.

Your blog, your offer, what you're selling is a beautiful island, tons of trees. It's the paradise anyone would love to be at. The only problem is no one knows it's there. So you have to build bridges to it. You have to get people from one continent to it. You have to get people on a boat to come over to your island to have a directed point from point A to point B.

And the cool thing with bridges, you can craft what I've been reading in a couple books. We can craft what is really important is the special thing you should say in your head. You should do the which means. Which means. Basically, describing and explaining what they're about to see. Because that's really important.

Because if you're in Power Network and you go through the eight core steps, or if you're an affiliate with us and you're promoting the business, or if you've been through a 21 day blog challenge, you know all the technical terms. You know everything we're selling. But the problem is your guest probably doesn't. Now, not to say our sales funnels or products and our capture pages doesn't explain it well enough. But sometimes when we take someone and we put like a Twitter update or something and we take them to our funnel, we need that little bit of time to explain which means the benefit to them, or how it relates to them, or how it really relates to whatever advertising text, image, video you used to bring them in. Because a lot of times, you have something that you're retailing and then you have an ad, a video, a blog post or something, and then they see a capture page.

But they all kind of have to be congruent that thank you page or the bridge page is a great way to kind of blend everything together and plus put a face to who you are. And what I really love is, a lot of people just want to know if you're real, great place to do it on your bridge page. You know what I love about what you said, Lawrence, is I think all of us oftentimes make the assumption that whoever is watching what we're talking about knows what we know. And that really is something that that assumption alone will drastically reduce the power of any marketing that you do. Like for example, everybody on here tonight probably knew a lot of what I shared with you at the beginning of our time together. But it didn't stop me from sharing it because I know that there are a fair amount of you on here that didn't know what I shared with you.

And what Lawrence was talking about in creating that bridge and having that be the area that you offer that depth, you offer that explanation, you offer that opportunity to bring them a level deeper, to bring them a level of understanding deeper that you can't do in a headline is powerful. And that's why you see those increases. Now, Lawrence, with someone who's done bridge videos as long as you have, and someone who kind of came into this industry from a very different one, I can't think of two modalities of thinking that are more different than the precision of engineering versus the wild, crazy entrepreneurial path. So I know that that mental leap for you is very different. When you look at the first bridge videos that you made, when you think back to them, when you watch them, what are some of your funniest memories? What are some of the, oh my gosh, you wouldn't believe what I did, but it still worked?

Give us the examples of when Lawrence Tam was not million dollar ring earner, got it going on, does bridge videos in his sleep. I mean, at this point, someone in chat actually said you've even had your kids make bridge videos. Tell us about before you were LTAM. What was that all about? It was just like, I don't know what I'm doing. All I know is, if I trip and fall forward, I am moving forward.

Because if my goal was 12,000 a month, right, that was my personal goal, to retire my wife from accounting and for me from engineering, I don't know if I'm doing it right or wrong. All I know is if I do something, I can correct it. And in every engineer, you need data, you need something to look at and go, okay, that was wrong, let's change it. But if I didn't do anything, then how do I know what was right or what was wrong? Some of the ones that I do in the very beginning, they're like in a dark, basically dungeon. There's poor lighting, it's on a whiteboard.

I'm so much darker than the whiteboard, the video camera couldn't pick it up. But the idea was not so much that the material that I was giving was great. I'm just basically pre-framing, pre-selling, telling which means to them why it's important. But the main thing was, hey, I'm a real guy. And if I can do this, I can show you too. Let me introduce you to my good friend Dave.

I always introduce to the next person. We did a ton of volume off of a small intro video through to Empower Network with just me holding my flip cam, I didn't have a smart phone at the time, a flip cam, just saying who I was, I know what you're feeling, I used to be there, but check out what I found. I felt it with you, I feel you, here's what I found. And that's kind of like the feel, felt, found, felt, feel, found, I did that, and then that was one of the more successful runs I had a really, really good month that month with those just small intros to what they're about to see. So I gotta ask, and I mean, Lawrence, we've broke bread together, we've hung out quite a bit, I feel comfortable putting you on the spot. I gotta know, did you ever make a bridge video that after you put it live and after you knew the world was seeing it that you were like, oh my gosh, I had a booger hanging out of my nose, or jeez, I can't believe I forgot to shave that half of my face today, or wow, that t-shirt just really is not showcasing my assets the way that I would like.

I gotta ask, did you ever have a moment where you were like, man, I really wish I had not made that live? All the time, all the time, but for me it's like, if I get that out, I can do something else that is a hinge that swings a bigger door. At least the bridge video's there, and then I can start gathering some data. There's a lot to get done, and for me it's like, I can't be perfect, you can always strive to be perfect, but I would just go with the flow, and I've done really well at just not being perfect and just being natural and just having it out there. So John, probably one of the most important things that can be said from an overarching standpoint is what Lawrence Tam just said. The first video you make of any kind, the first copy you write of any kind, the first email you send of any kind is always gonna be your worst.

You just gotta do it, and then use tools that are gonna give you the greatest chance of it sucking as little as possible, which is what we have tried to create here, something that would make everybody look good. John, a lot of people are actually asking, I'll turn the camera now, a lot of people are actually asking exactly what this template is. Once Lawrence Tam is done, we're going to walk you through it and explain it to you, and then Michelle's gonna put a little sign-up thing on the page. Now you have to be a member to sign up for this workshop, so if you're not in Empower Network right now, click whatever link is on the page right now to sign up and become part of Empower because you can't actually be part of the workshop, but we're actually gonna walk, do a deep dive on Bridge videos, and we can only cover just so much tonight, but we'll actually walk through and demonstrate how the template formula works, Bridge video template formula works, and then we'll offer you guys a chance just for a few hundred people to get signed up, the first few hundred people who actually jump in and get signed up. It's free, totally free, it's just something that we wanted to do to kind of alleviate any sort of newbie stress or struggle, and you guys can ask questions just like you can in chat right here, so just understand that we're gonna cover what the Bridge video template looks like after Lawrence Tam. I really wanted to let John Oakes and Al Tam, these guys are super successful, man, so just them talking about how important it is to do them and sort of giving you the key fundamentals that are behind what goes into a Bridge video, really, really more important than tactically how it works.

That part only matters once you understand the reason why you need to be doing it, so I'm gonna flip it back over to Al Tam and Jay Cron. I just want to make sure people like it. Yeah, you know, and to talk guys a little bit more about what Mars is talking about, this workshop is a unique opportunity for us to give you the tactics to match the strategy that we're talking about tonight, because here's the bottom line, all of the tactics in the world won't save you if you have a flawed strategy. You know, let me share with you the difference between strategies and tactics. If you've got a group of people that are clearing a forest, they're just chopping down trees as fast as they can, and before you know it, somebody climbs to the top of the one tree and yells down to everyone, hey, we're going the wrong direction. Sometimes the people at the bottom are gonna shout to the guy at the top of the tree and say, shut up, we're making progress.

The people on the bottom are using tactics. The guy at the top that realizes they're heading the wrong direction, that's strategy. What we're talking about tonight is the strategy of a Bridge page, the strategy of being able to have a piece of your process that builds rapport, creates intrigue, and moves them forward with excitement to the next step. The workshop is an opportunity to dive into those tactics. It's an opportunity for us, at no charge to you, to ensure that you're equipped to make this part of your marketing arsenal here at Empower Network. So if you have the opportunity to participate with that with us, if you jump in quickly enough, it's gonna be an exciting time, something that we just wanted to do for you to make sure that there is no way possible that you don't feel immediately ready to implement this into your marketing.

So with that, Lawrence, I wanna ask you, what has been the most impactful experience using a Bridge page in your marketing? Were there any leaders that have risen up in your group that specifically said when they saw your Bridge video, they wanted to get on the phone with you, or that by seeing your Bridge video, it moved them into the next step in the process with a different frame of mind? Are there any Bridge examples or Bridge experiences that immediately stand out to you? Not so much, but here's, when I first launched Empower, and I still do this for a lot of different affiliate offers that I run, here's a really cool, interesting thing. So, well, first off, I wanna say Empower, for what you're delivering, it's so awesome, because you can go anywhere in the marketplace, and they're gonna charge you anywhere from 47 to 497, especially if it's a workshop style. So I just think everyone who's watching this, who gets a seat, fantastic in any, if you're not in, you definitely wanna become a customer of ours to attend this.

That's ridiculously awesome that it's included. But back to the Bridge page, there's so many different types of Bridge pages, but what is cool is Empower is giving you a structure to go by so that you don't have to reinvent the wheel because these work. But I like to use, I like to repurpose and reuse things, and I know this is a little different from the Bridge page that's structured, but here's something that's really cool. So everyone here has a blog, and well, if you're a guest, go ahead and on the right or left, there's a button, go ahead and you can join Empower and get a blog. But here's something I discovered that really brought home to me. I use the Bridge page as a way for people who came in through the Capture page to learn who I was, but also to get people to share it.

What does that mean? I was using blog posts as a Bridge page, and the main reason why, technically, I didn't know how to make one. So all I did was make a blog post, insert it in a video, and I just kinda talked to them what they're about to see and showed them some of my results, just like John talks about social proof. So I just used the blog post. Now, why is that pretty cool? Not to say not use a Bridge page specifically, you should, or not to just use a blog post, but you have varying options.

But the cool thing is you can use the blog post and then people comment, share it, and that then builds upon one piece of property that you can grow. So I remember a lot of people coming in, they're like, man, I remember seeing this blog post you had, but what they didn't realize is they saw it because I forced them through a funnel, or someone shared it or commented or tweeted it out that it was pretty relevant content to them. That's a little more advanced, but what we're showing you now with the video, you can insert that into a blog post and make it more of a detailed blog post that allows someone who's skeptical, who's a little further away from purchasing or buying into what you wanna do, you can build a pillar post, like I talk about, as your physical Bridge page, basically showing off who you are, why they should listen, and how you can help them. Sweet, that's pretty good, Lawrence. Basically what you're, well, I just wanna comment on this. What you're saying is all the chemical elements that are part of a Bridge video, which is essentially all the stuff that John Oakes talked about, include those things, and or the Bridge video itself in your blog post to pre-frame for people before they get to an area where they can purchase makes perfect freaking sense, and thus why you are the mighty LTAM, you know?

I mean, seriously, that's like the, see, what's good about all the leaders, the thing that they actually do, I can tell you this, I've talked to all of them fairly regularly, not as regularly as Dave and John do, but regularly, they all think the same way about fundamental concepts, which is you absolutely can send out an email and drive somebody to one of our video sales letter, and some people, if you send it out to enough people, are gonna buy, because it's just gonna be right for them, they're gonna be interested in it, or whatever. But what we're talking about is increasing your odds of making more money in your business, right? No guarantees, but bottom line, the whole job of everything that you do in your business is through your blog posts, through how you present yourself, through how you pre-frame people, is to actually drive them to something in a way where they're set up to understand why they even want it, and why it's of value to them, and on that note, I wanna just frame for everybody that we are going to be doing a workshop, like I said, the workshop is totally free, but you have to be a member to attend, so it's really important that if you're not a member right now, that you get signed up as a member of Empower Network right now, because you're gonna learn some really, really cool stuff when we actually do the workshop, and we're gonna put a little box on the page for everybody to get signed up for it here once we cover the bridge video template. If you are a member, make sure you're one of the first people to sign up, because we can only fit just so many people in there, because I literally will answer every single person's question, and the guests that we bring on will answer every question. We're not stopping until every question gets answered, so if you're not a member, get signed up. There's a button on the page to get signed up.

This is the kind of stuff we do to help the people who make the decision to actually be part of Empower Network. It's an awesome community of people. My team, the communications team, the field leaders, we all really care. It's not like it's just making money. We all like making money, because we live in a capitalistic society, but ultimately, my team and the field leaders, most of them are truly wired to help people, so get signed up if you're not a member of Empower right now and you wanna attend the workshop, and if you are a member, just make sure that already, make sure that you get signed up as soon as Michelle puts the box on the page. I'm gonna turn it back over.

I just don't wanna forget the core mission here, which is to make sure people show up for this workshop, get signed up for Empower if they're not signed up already. Well, you know, it's interesting, Mars. One of the things that keeps coming up when I hear Lawrence talk about how he's putting together a bridge page, and for those of you that know my story, I grew up in a network marketing family. My mom went to network marketing when she decided she didn't wanna go back to work after she had me and joined a cosmetics company and started creating results there, and the one thing that she's always talked with me about in this industry is really the foundational principle that people move products, but systems move people, and the reason that that is incredibly foundational to what we're talking about tonight is people move products. The bridge video is designed to bring people into the process that we're talking about here. That's exactly why you've heard Mr.

Oakes and Mr. Tam talk about how they've incorporated it into their marketing and what they've been able to achieve with it, because they've incorporated the people into the equation which move the products. Our responsibility on the corporate side is to create the systems that move people. So as you can see, the bridge video is incorporating the people to move the products, and our responsibility is now to build that process into a system that's gonna move the people, the people being you watching right now. So if you're all in, if you're with us on this, make sure when we pop that box up there, you sign up for this workshop so we can help you get your bridge video working for you. If you're not yet into Empower Network, dear God, why not?

I mean, how many other companies out there on the planet are gonna put this amount of effort into helping you create better marketing assets at no cost to you? So bottom line is, if you're not in, get in, get all in, get to the next event. The formula is that simple. So with that, Michelle, I think we've got some questions for Lawrence that I know, you know, anytime we bring LTAM on, we've got quite a bit going on in the chat box, I've seen it just blowing up with a couple thousand people on, lots of questions happening. So ladies and gentlemen, our resident blogging diva, Michelle Schaefer, what do we have for Lawrence tonight? Oh, we've got lots of questions, where to start here?

Lawrence, you've got a lot of people asking kind of the same question. Eric is one of them, he said, how do you create this video when you don't have your own results just yet to share? What advice would you give somebody with that question? So an easy one, the easiest one would be going to an event, like through, we have an event coming up in Nashville, shoot a video with someone who has some results. Say, hey, you know, how did you do that in a quick 30 second? And you can kind of splice these in, you know, but in the very beginning, when we had launched, and I didn't know anyone making money.

You know, I just had to give them an idea of where your vision was, right? And the vision was, man, you know, engineering's great, but there's gotta be a better way to make a living, right? And this is something I found, and I saw this guy talking about using the internet, especially using blogs to drive traffic. That's a really cool thing that I've always wanted to do, didn't know how to do it. Well, there's a system that he's developed, and check this out, and I kind of just led them in. I didn't even use any social proof, because I didn't really have any.

I didn't know who was or who wasn't making any money at the time. So, you know, if you can add it, it'll increase it, but a lot of my bridge videos don't even have social proof. A lot of times, it's just like, here's kind of where you are, I get it, because I want to talk to the person, the single individual avatar, the finest element of that person, I'm gonna talk to you, and if I can help you, then whatever I offer will solve your specific problem. Now, it will help everybody, of course not, but then your conversions will go up, and depending on where you fish, or where you drop your links, or do your advertising, your conversions will go up. So, you know, I wouldn't really stress too much about it, because the thing is, once you have one up, you can always change it, update it, refresh it. Got it, okay.

And Michelle, actually, let me make an insert there just to help people. So, the template which we're gonna be showing you guys once Lawrence gets done with the questions here, we accounted for that. There's an entire section where you can put your results in, and if you don't have them, you just take those three or four slides out, and it skips right to proof from other people, like Lawrence Tam saying, but the best way to do it is what he just said, which is to show up in an event where you get to meet people, and you can just talk to somebody on camera, ask them about their results. That's a very organic way to do it, but rest assured that the way that we set the template up, you don't actually need your own results yet, because I realize not everybody has them. When I got started in online marketing, I didn't have them either. I just, I went to the people who had results, talked to them about how they got them, put that in all my materials, and that's what actually took me off in the first place.

So, everybody at some point, Lawrence Tam, John Oakes, Dave Wood, everybody at some point did not have results. So, that question is sort of self-answerable, which is point to some other proof, real proof, never make anything up, never be false, but point to real proof of somebody who's using whatever system it is that you're presenting to people. L. Tam's answer is the answer, and it's why he's successful. He didn't have results, what did he do? He went to somebody else who had results.

That's what all the winners and all the leaders actually do. They're not scared to highlight somebody else's results, because it's not all about you, okay? That's an important thing to think that people, to know that people forget sometimes. When you're in a video, it's not all about you. We almost all do it, because the camera's on us, we want to talk about ourselves and so forth, but it really isn't all about you. The more you can highlight and edify other people, the better you look, and I think, and this is just my opinion, the better you actually sell, the more people you get in, because people want, it's contagious, and they're attracted to people who are into raising other people up, because we're all so selfish.

Modern society has made us sort of inclined towards selfishness. There's nothing wrong with talking about somebody else's results. It shows that you don't have a big, giant ego, and it makes people want to follow you. So I'm going to turn it back over, let you give L. Tam some questions, but I just wanted to make sure you guys understood that you don't need your own results, it's built in. Awesome, and Marge, the sign-up form is on the page.

We've already got like 150 of the spots filled. Okay, we only have a few hundred people that I can get on that thing, so if you haven't signed up yet, sign up for it. We'll probably do another one and another one, just to help people, and I want to do more of these workshops, because what I want to do is encourage people to actually sign up when they show up for these free webcasts, which is get involved in Empower Network. It's very inexpensive, I think that- Hold on, hold on, Marge. I think we should make this fairly explicit, because I don't know if everybody understands that we are ethically tricking them to be here live with us. That for those of you that are on and watching, we believe that transformation happens live, that you'll hear Dave Wood talk about the fact that breakthroughs happen at events, that when we have the opportunity to interact with you live, that's when change happens.

So yes, know that when you show up live, when you're here engaging with us, you're going to have first dibs at a lot of really cool opportunities. We literally strategize every single day of every single week how we can do more cool, unique, surprising, and impactful things for those of you that are active members of our community. So if you're wondering if being here live is going to be something you want to plan on, you bet your ass, and yes, I just said that, and I never say that, and I said it for impact. Another pattern interrupt, we've talked about that earlier tonight. So bottom line, be here live, because it makes a difference in your business, it makes a difference in your attention level, it makes a difference in the opportunities you're going to have. We can't always have unlimited access workshops, but guess what, for the people that are here live, we're gonna find a way to make it happen.

So with that, Michelle, next question from Mr. Lawrence Tam. Oh right, and we do have some more great questions here. One thing that I'm seeing over and over in the question box is questions from people who are brand new to this video thing, and they're asking questions like, how do you prepare yourself before you start recording? That's from SJ, or how do you get over the nervousness before you jump in? Yeah, you stutter through it, you just do it.

So what they're giving you right now is a really cool template. You're hiding behind the computer and just using your voice, and the thing is, like Kristen was doing it live, you don't have to do it live. You have to understand, the system is built so that you do it once, you record it, you upload it, it's done, you're fine. If you wanna redo it, you can. So if you do a screen show, like you speak over a slideshow and record it as video, no one sees you. You literally can like, just like you look like right when you wake up, it doesn't matter, because all you gotta do is just find a quiet room and just kind of speak over the slides and then record it and then you're good to go.

But if you're doing a live video, the first one's gonna be horrible. Mars talked about it. I mean, there's no way around it unless you're a professional speaker on video. I'm awful, like I was just like, whatever. So you just gotta get past yourself. You know what?

The imperfections and all those little things that make you feel like, oh my goodness, this is not gonna sell, guess what, it sells. Because people go like, wow, this is a real dude. And he's in something that I feel like I could probably attach to. So yeah, don't feel like being perfect is the way to do it because I mean, my stuff is not nearly as perfect as it needs to be. And get this, if you're short on time, I have currently today, Bridge Pages with just a photo. It's a photo and some text saying, thank you for requesting more information.

It'll be in your inbox and then I intro just a couple words. That's a great placeholder and so you kind of figure out, okay, is this really the direction I'm gonna go and if it is, then shoot a video. Just get work out there. Don't worry about all the little minor things. Got it, all right, great answer. Last question for you and this one is also from SJ but I'm seeing it again from a lot of people.

They're asking, like in the example where Kristen shared, she was personalizing a little bit. When you personalize your bridge video, how do you decide what details to include that are interesting to your audience? Well, your audience is always different, right? So if you're a stay at home dad or if you're an engineer or if you love sports or if you know your market on Facebook, just say, hey, here's a funny picture of what you probably saw me on Facebook with. Just be you, don't really be, I mean, I know a lot of people wanna be the corporate executive. They wanna look clean cut and I don't even worry any about that because you gotta have some data.

You gotta have something you can base your assumptions on and your analytics on. Just get something out and then run some traffic to it, write some blogs to it and then you'll get better at it. So don't really worry about what exactly needs to be on there. I would highly look at the template that is being placed that is given to you guys. Use that as a template, run with that and then when you want to be more creative, you can. But a lot of times, you're gonna separate yourself from 90% to maybe 99% of all affiliates, all network marketers, probably 99.9% of all network marketers, they don't even do any of this.

So by you having the ability to have a bridge page, what it essentially is, it's kinda like a three-way call. I know some of you might be cringing, but a lot of you, there's over 2,000 people here. Some of you know what a three-way call is. It's not you telling the exact thing you're trying to sell, it's you edifying someone else to then take over the show and sell for you. So just think about your bridge page being a three-way call. All you have to do is connect someone who you came in to someone who has more knowledge, generally as a sales page, and we have a fantastic sales page and process for you.

So don't get too bogged down on it. Cool. So LTAM, John, I'm gonna let you close it out, but I am gonna jump into the actual template as soon as we wrap up with Lawrence Tams, so everybody actually gets what we're doing. Again, the idea here was tonight, for me anyways, was to just talk about the power of bridge videos and how much they can positively affect your marketing and how much they can positively potentially affect your sales overall. And just have two guys who've done really well with it that you should be looking to as leaders and checking out what they're doing and listening to what they say about the impact that bridge video can have because no matter what concept it is, it's always gonna be like, what the heck is that? How do I do this?

It's like anything when we start. We're making it as easy on you as possible. And again, this isn't something you even have to do because we're building actual standalone bridge videos that you guys can just put your links in your blog or from your traffic too, but we wanted to give you the chance to sort of personalize it. And like Lawrence Tams said, we thought through what's the best way to do this to help people create these bridge videos because I know it will help everybody's, I know it will help everybody's numbers. Overall, we wanted to make it so you could kind of hide behind the slides. Like Kristen hates being on camera.

Like I'm surprised she, I have to drag her onto these things ever to get her onto them. And she, but she loves doing the voiceovers, man. She's somebody who hates being on camera but absolutely loves doing the voiceovers. So what Lawrence Tams said to me is probably the most, the key thing as far as for the thing that stops a lot of people, it's lack of confidence about what you're gonna say and then lack of confidence even when you know what you're gonna say about how you're gonna look on camera. You don't have to look anyway on camera in this particular equation because you get to sort of hide behind the slides. So LTAM and John, I'm gonna let you guys close out LTAM section and then we'll just kind of walk people through the template and talk them through how this thing can work for them and so forth.

Well, we're gonna actually close out our time with our guests tonight before Mars shares with you one of the tools that we've created that's going to be coming up and talked about in our workshop. So if you're looking for a sneak peek of what we're going to be providing for you to make this literally effortless, and I mean effortless, just hold on two quick seconds here, but the way that we're gonna finish out is the way I always like to finish out which is the lightning round. Now the lightning round is basically putting on the spot John Oaks and Lawrence Tamm and asking them what it is that they would want to say if they knew they had 2,000 people on a tactical Tuesday that are all at varying levels of experience or in the thought process of joining Empower Network. Maybe you're here and this is your first interaction with us and you're saying, oh my gosh, these are the coolest, most attractive marketers I've ever seen and I'm amazed that they have amassed such a good looking bunch on a single live hangout. If that's you, then we appreciate it and clearly you need better looking friends because the only attractive ones here are the ladies. The guys here were just got here on accident, we're thankful to be here.

If this isn't your first time here, which I'm guessing it's probably not, you're likely here because you've heard about us before or you're visiting us for another experience and Tactical Tuesday is about making sure that no matter what your decision is, whether you decide to lock arms with us and do business a different way, have yourself the life that you dream of without preaching a dream and living a nightmare, we wanna give you that opportunity tonight and we wanna make sure that no matter what your decision is, whether it's all in or not right now, that you left with something that was conceptual, strategic and giving you value that you can implement as you build your business online. Bottom line is, if you're with Empower Network, our goal is to make that journey for you as effortless and as successful as possible. Now, let's talk about what the bridge video means and then I'm gonna turn this over to our lightning round for John Oakes and Lawrence Tam, so they can leave you with their closing thought for the evening with our 2000 closest friends and TV viewers watching at home. But you may be asking yourself, you know John, I've never really marketed online, what does a bridge video mean to me? What is this formula or this concept worth? The answer is, it depends on how you apply it.

If you're like John Oakes and you apply it with diligence and you continue to work your business the way he has, it means multiple six figure results and the incomes I'm gonna talk to you guys about are not typical. Please see our average earnings disclosure at EmpowerNetwork.com forward slash income. Or let's talk about Lawrence Tam. Lawrence Tam's been applying the concept of a bridge marketing video for a little bit longer in his marketing than John Oakes. John Oakes is following the same path that Lawrence found a little bit earlier on and Lawrence is now over, I believe, one and a half million dollars in earnings here with Empower Network. Again, not typical but pretty darn impressive.

This is the kind of thing I teach in The Daily Shortcut: one short episode a day, free. Send Me Episode One →

Even taking it one step further, what is the power of a bridge video? What is the power of marketing that interjects rapport, trust and personality into an online sales engine? Well, it looks like a global company that's done over 150 million in aggregate sales, broken every industry record known to man and created a community that is not living their life in hotel meetings and home meetings, that is not treating their car or their garage like their inventory closet and has the opportunity to leverage all of the technology that exists to build the business of their dreams. So the bottom line is the formula is really exponential. It can be as valuable as you choose to make it when you apply it to your business with a level of focus and commitment. And our job is to make sure that as a member of Empower Network, you have the ability to apply it with the tools and support to make it as effortless as possible and get you the best results that we possibly can.

So with that, that's the power of a bridge video and now let's move on to the lightning round. So John Oakes, 2000 plus people inquiring minds want to know if you can only leave them with one thought, what's it going to be tonight? All right, so here's what I have to say about that. Be patient with yourself. You know, that's what comes to mind because I think it's important for everyone out there to realize that even though you see other people that have accomplished amazing things, using bridge videos and doing other marketing things, there's nothing that you're going through as a brand new person that we haven't already gone through. If you guys could see me two years ago trying to create some of my first videos, trying to jimmy-rig a teleprompter up to my laptop and trying to paste it on the wall so that I could read off of the screen while I'm recording it and how terrible those videos were and how I spent an entire day trying to record a minute and a half video on time only to realize that I had a big mustard stain on my shirt after I completed it.

Mustard is delicious. All of these things that we go through and we beat ourselves up over and over and over again and if I had somebody that could have told me that that's a normal process, that would have been very helpful. So that's what I want to leave it with is be patient with yourself, push through the obstacles. You can absolutely do this. The challenges are part of the game. Challenges are part of the game.

Be patient with yourself. Mustard is delicious. You know, John, I love it. John, thank you for your lightning round. Let's kick it over to my man, LTAM. Lawrence, 2,000 inquiring minds want to know what is your final thought for the evening other than flipping your hat backwards to show general intensity for the lightning round?

Very intimidating. So check this out. If you are doing any type of affiliate marketing, building any type of network marketing, building anything, building and understanding a bridge page will dramatically increase your paid advertising marketing and your returns will just go way up. You can do so many things with a bridge page from retargeting, pixel tracking, from just, there's so many ways you can use a thank you page or a bridge page. Just hang with us. What we're teaching you is so, current marketing strategies that you're not gonna learn anywhere else.

Most other people are just gonna be like, well, it didn't work, it didn't work. No, we're gonna show you different ways to be more efficient with your traffic and growing your business, right, your business and building a tighter, engaged audience that you have because everyone has a different avatar and a different audience. So that's it, just, the future is extremely bright. If you just stick with this, this bridge page is gonna be super, super awesome once you start doing paid advertising. Well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The power of a bridge page, paid advertising, focus, driving this one home, Lawrence Tam, and without question, he turned his head backwards.

General intensity and focus. We'll see how that move works out for him, but you can't ignore that level of intensity in the lightning round. So, ladies and gentlemen, in chat, let's give it up for John Oakes and Lawrence Tam, our two esteemed guests tonight. Bridge page builders, extraordinary, and they were unbelievable to have on, unbelievable to have on, and I'm so thankful that 2,000 of my closest friends tuning in from all around the world had the opportunity to hear from them, had the opportunity to jump in, be the first adopters in a workshop, an inaugural workshop that we've never done before, walking you through step by step, by the hand, paint by numbers, to creating your bridge video. Now, we're not done yet, because you might think we're done. You might think that because we've delivered a ridiculous amount of value, that we're done.

You might think that because we brought before you two esteemed top leaders in Empower Network, literally laying their strategy bare, for you to pick it up, grab it, and run with it, that we might be done. You might think that because we've got an unbelievable live cast studio, an entire video team, and everybody here is focused on one thing being your results, after that, we'd be done. But if you thought any of those things, you would be wrong. And odds are, if you're thinking those things, you're probably not yet a member of Empower Network, because that's just not how we roll. We're just getting warmed up. So, make sure that for what's coming up next, before I kick this over to my chief marketing officer, Mr.

Mars, make sure you've got a pen, make sure you've got plenty of paper for notes, make sure if you, like some of our guests, are joining from the UK or Europe, three in the morning over there, and you've got coffee, Red Bull, whatever your vice of choice is. Because Mars is about to dive into something that I believe is one of the coolest tools we have developed yet here at Empower Network, to continue to make your marketing effective and effortless, to continue to make your business of your dreams achievable and available, to continue to give you the opportunity to build a team of people around you that identify with who you are, and the business that you want to build, so you can start finally seeing the results that you have wanted from this industry for far too long. So, if you're not a member yet, get in. Get in and join us for this workshop and create your bridge video. If you are a member, decide if you're ready to be all in with us, and at what level of achievement you're ready to commit to as we move into 2015 with a hell of a lot of momentum behind us, and some of the most amazing industry-leading tools that I guarantee you've never seen before. So, without further ado, Chief Marketing Officer, Mars Burden, Laser, and Hat Du Jour, what more can I say?

So, first of all, that was a heck of a setup, and that means I got to flip my cap around because I got to get focused and intense right now, like LTAM did. So, before I go into this, now everybody who's already a member, most of you guys already know me anyways, this is the kind of stuff I love doing, but if you're not a member of Empower Network right now, and you want to be part of the workshop, the only way you can actually do that, because it'll be available in the back office to people, to actual members, or you actually have to log in to Empower, make sure you sign up for Empower Network right now. So, in other words, click the little thing, and yes, it's my job as CMO to make sure people are actually buying our products, but hopefully you see how much we love what we do and how much we over-deliver. So, what I'm going to do right now, hopefully everybody can see my screen, the actual screen, because I'm going to walk through the entire slide deck, it's fairly short, it's only about three minutes long, and what I'm going to do is I'm going to bring the team on, Kristen, Michelle, Rob, and we're going to talk through sort of the framework that we built out to help you understand it, and what I want everybody to understand, aside from the fact that if you're not a member of Empower, and you want to attend the actual workshop where we'll help you set your bridge video up, and walk you through how to use the mic and how to record things and all that stuff, get signed up for Empower right now. The second thing I want you to understand is you don't have to do this, right? Like, again, we're going to make bridge videos out of the same template that are, you know, voiced by various leaders and so forth, so you don't have to make your own if you don't want to, but it's still good for you to understand how these things work and how they can work for you.

So what I'm going to do right now is I'm just going to kind of click through and sort of explain each slide step by step, and then you'll see there's very few slides in here that you have to change or do anything with, but it's set up to help you personalize it. So this is the very first slide, and just imagine yourself with a little microphone in front of you, or even just using your laptop mic if it's good enough, and you sort of putting your own name in here and a picture of yourself. Let me see if I have my, is this working? It is, yeah, cool. So let me go back. So just imagine you here and adding your own picture and putting your name in here where it says add name.

Simple as that. And you're going to start the thing off by introducing yourself. Then you're going to direct them what you want them to do. You always tell them what you want them to do at the beginning of the video, which is go ahead and watch now, then continue on to see how the system can work for you. And then you're going to tell them what's in it for them. What's in it for them is a system that can potentially make them a lot of money.

And then you're going to clarify for them that you're a real person. And then you're going to tell them how you're going to prove that this is going to work. Now, this is a slide. This particular one is one that you would eliminate in any case. But ultimately, the idea is after this slide here is where you would put your own proof results in. So here would go your results if you have them.

And if you don't, you just leave these next three or four slides out. And you can see here, it says insert the source of your results that you're displaying, and then basically put a snapshot there where the little red frame is of whatever results that you happen to have. From there, you're going to kind of go into the back office. And actually for members, you're going to be like, wait a minute, I don't know what this, what is this a shot of? We don't have this. This is something we'll be releasing this week, the stats page in the back office of Empower Network where you can actually feature and take screenshots and so forth of the results that you're getting.

So if you have a really good day or a really good week or a really good month, you can snapshot that, put that on your Facebook, send it out in emails, whatever you choose to do with it. Now again, here you would tell some little story here about what was going on when you made that money and how you did it and set it up in a way that makes it attractive. And then beyond here, you're just going to show a few more things. And past here is basically the rest of this stuff you don't have to do anything with, you don't have to take it out. So let's say you don't have any results. The last about four or five slides I showed you, you just delete those and then you would record the video without those slides, because maybe you don't have any results yet, maybe you're just getting started.

But from here on, you're going to start just talking about other people's results. Like I said, we built these in for you. So essentially, I'm just going to click through, you'll be able to get the idea you would be reading, but even better than how much money can be made at this is I love what I'm doing, right? No one calls me, I don't need to pester any of my friends, I only talk to people that I want to talk to, right? Which is obviously issues for people who have to do that kind of stuff, they understand the pain of it. I never have to sell anything directly and I can work when I want, where I want, and only as much as I want.

And I get to decide what kind of life I'm going to have. So again, you're just reading the things that you see on the slides. If I want to take the day off, I do, all right? Now you can see, one of the things here that I want to talk about, I'll bring Kristen and Rob on to kind of talk about this, is we set these slides up so that we didn't want to start too fancy. I'll have Kristen explain the logic behind it, because there's something too, what Lawrence Tam and John Oakes both said, you notice they kind of both said it independently, why? Because they're both good at making bridge videos and videos in general, and they understand a truth.

Perfect videos don't necessarily help sell anything. Sometimes people just want to realize, oh, that's a regular person, just kind of reading something here and they're just sharing something with me. Overly polished a lot of times can actually backfire on you, but I'll have Kristen explain a little bit more about that to you. So basically, you're just, obviously, you're going to keep reading through and you're going to talk about the results that, what's my deal here? Why do things always freeze up? All right, so I'm just going to click through and sort of get to the social proof.

Obviously, the slides look great. You're going to look like about a million bucks doing this. And keeping on clicking through. All right, this is another spot where you add an image of yourself, basically talk about where you're from to reestablish that you're a real person. And like I said, so many regular people are experiencing big success using the smart system. Now here is where you can focus on other people's results.

Remember, like I said, it's not all about you. Get that idea out of your head. The most successful people understand that at a core level. If you understand that, it can only help you. If you're not doing anything other than sort of introducing yourself and then talking about a system and the results that other people are getting with it, you don't actually lose anything. I think a lot of people sort of over-focus on talking about the results they're getting.

Can it help? Absolutely. Do you need it? Absolutely not. So here we go into social proof from other people and talking about people who've never had success before because basically you'll see in the slides coming up that we highlight a lot of those kinds of people. So essentially what we do is we go into people who've had success within Power Network.

Now none of this you have to change or do anything to. You could change them out if you wanted to, but all you gotta do is sit there, click, and record. It's literally point and click, right? So we go through a bunch of different slides and talk through a bunch of different people and the results that they're getting. And we show different sort of demographics of people and the results that they're getting. And all you're gonna do is basically read the slide like this.

We could literally go through these for days. I stole this from you, John Oakes. We could literally go through these for days. Landon said I had my first $10,000 month. That's an actual quote from Landon who's an Empower Network member. He had his first $10,000 month and it was a big deal for him.

Here's John Pemberty. His biggest month was $50,000. So we are featuring these kind of results and we don't just focus on just money results. A lot of it is stuff like how the lifestyle that they live, getting to spend more time with their kids. We just keep on stacking up the testimonials for you guys. The idea is for you to sort of talk through it in the way that you want to talk through it and focus on the stuff that you want to focus on.

So this thing's kind of stowing out on me here. Of course, there we go. And see, and like I talked about, what's most amazing is the fact that so many of these stories are of people who've never seen success online before. Now, that's very true. Empower Network is notorious for taking people who've never really seen any success before and kind of having them go, I didn't even know how I started making any money. There's a lot of those kinds of testimonials.

It's like a lot of people can't figure it out. They're just doing what we ask them to do, what we teach them to do, what we share with them, showing up to a workshop like this one that we're doing, following the instructions, getting out there and sort of getting the message out and generating revenue inside your business. So the whole idea here, obviously, is you get it. We made a kind of a cool slide presentation. What I really want to focus on now is get to the end because there's a thing that I talked to Dave Wood about. He asked me to add something very specific into this.

Here's some lifestyle shots. I mean, again, you'd be reading this to me. There's nothing more exciting than seeing brand new people successful for the very first time, right? So make sure you show up for the workshop. If you're not signed up, get signed up. If you're not a member, sign up to be a member and then get signed up for the workshop.

And let me talk about the call to action at the end because this part's pretty cool. So essentially what you're telling them here is what to do once they get inside. So once they join, after they see the VSL, the video sales letter, you're telling them what they need to do, all right? And that's very important because the more they do what you tell them to do once they're inside the system, the better your higher dollar sales are gonna be because in the level up sequence, of course, we're telling them the value of each of the higher end products and you telling them to make sure they do that is another point of reinforcement for that concept that in theory should lead to more sales for you. So you're basically telling them the two things that they need to do. Number one, watch all the videos and two, don't skip anything once they get inside.

And then you're making a deal with them at the end, which is really, really important. I'm gonna just kind of skip through. One final picture of you that you need to add. So you could see how very little of you you actually have to add in here, but just that nuance of personalization is really, really, really key. So I'm actually going to escape out and just go on to the final few slides here. And well, in theory, I'm going to, if this computer decides it wants to work with me.

But the idea though is there's a conversation that I had with Dave Wood. And he said, you know, something that I really love to add to the end of this is to tell people that if they go through and they get signed up with the system, you know, that today, and they're one of the first few people that get signed up, that you actually set up a little time to talk to them and to call them. So maybe you do like to hang out with them or something like that. I'm actually gonna have Dave kind of come on during the workshop and sort of talk about that part of it because he's got a whole formula for it and he wants to give you guys an additional script besides this one that talks you through how you should deal with people once they're in the system so that you frame them to get those higher ticket sales. And for whatever reason, this thing is frozen on me. But essentially, just imagine if at the end of this, there was a call to action for them to click the button that leads to the video sales letter.

And as part of that, you're basically telling them that they should absolutely positively sign up because if they do, they're gonna get a chance to get on and you're gonna help walk them through how to get their business set up, sort of coach them as they get signed up. That kind of thing, Dave swears, is the absolute positive best way to take somebody from zero to hero and get them getting results inside their own business really, really quickly. So I'm gonna take you to those slides right now and then I'll wrap this up because what I really wanna do mainly here is talk to the team about why we built all this the way we built it. Because what I always like to do is make sure that everybody understands that there's a really kick butt team of people. Let's see, yeah. So let's take this slide, for example.

If I can open it up real quick here. All right, well, maybe it won't open up. But yeah, there we go. So this is one of the final slides, right? Watch the presentation and make a decision about whether this system is right for you. And then the last slide says, if it'll let me go, okay, when you decide to get started today, we'll set up a call and I'll walk you step by step through how this system can work.

So the idea is if you get a couple people in a day, maybe you do a call with them at the end of the week, like a Google Hangout and you actually kind of talk people through it, get them set up. That personal touch is something, of course, you can take that out if you don't wanna make that promise in yours. But the idea is for you to add as much of your own personality back into this as possible. And Dave said that that's something that we really need to have at the end. So we'll be talking more about that during the workshop. So I'm going to wrap this particular section up by bringing the team on Kristen, Rob, Michelle.

Rob looks frozen in time. And then we're just gonna talk through sort of what we were thinking as we were building this out and help you understand why we know that this will ultimately have a positive effect on your business. So Kristen, are you there? Can you actually see what's on my screen right now? No, but I can see you in the Google Docs, so I've been trying to follow you as you head. Oh, okay, cool.

Well, I'm on the final slide right now. But do me a favor, talk through, and if you wanna cut to your own slide and talk through slides so that people can see them, that's cool. But do me a favor, talk about some of the beats that we hit in the presentation and why they're so important and why specifically we put them in there. So like, for instance, on the opening slide, if you hit the opening slide where they're adding their own little background and their own little story and their own little picture, talk me through what we were thinking as we were doing that because what I want everybody to understand is the psychology that went into this. Yes, we modeled the best bridge video formulas that we could find out there. Lawrence's, John Oakes, John Pembers, all these different people that have really good bridge videos.

And we modeled what we saw that was working best about their stuff to make it pretty much effortless for you, right? To just go through this, click through it, talk through it, record it, knock it into place, and we made one extra thing that we're going to be releasing this week that will make it one click simple for you to take your video and drop it onto your own bridge page so you don't have to build a page at all. I kind of kept that as a secret because it's kind of cool, but Michelle, do me a favor, put that on my, actually, I think I got it here somewhere. Where is it? But Kristen, go ahead and talk while I'm finding this, while I'm finding this opt-in page because what I want to do is walk them through the page that we made for them that will have them. All right, cool, here's one right here.

So do me a favor, talk through slide one for them and just maybe the first few slides and how you see people kind of setting those things up. Sure, I think that one of the biggest things that we can take away from our conversation tonight is that people really do crave real. And I think that the reason they crave it so much is because we are so digital nowadays, you know, that connection and really being able to connect with somebody and know what their story is. So when we set this slideshow up, it was done in a way that it was very simplistic so people can understand that this is something that a real person could put together, right? You drop in your image here, if you can see my screen, not sure if you can, and you change your name, but the slide deck itself, especially in the beginning, is super simple, it's very clean. We kind of establish what's going on and tell them the story, keep their focus really on what you're saying so they're following along.

As we get further in, we start adding in these graphics, like I'm showing right here, that kind of tell that story and solidifies what you're saying so they get the visual image as well as the audio. So Kristen, let me ask you a question because this was actually your, you did this, I didn't ask for this, I was going to if you didn't deliver it right, but one of the things that we thought was really, really important was the idea of not starting the video off too polished, right? In other words, it looks like something that just a regular person could actually make because we don't want to get too polished too quickly. So talk me through sort of the strategy there that goes along with what you said about keeping it real for people and why that's important. Well, I feel like sometimes what ends up happening is if you do look too polished, then you lose the believability, right? You lose all of that.

So we have the opportunity and the tools and the team to make really epic stuff. So that's where you've seen it. But in this case, just keeping it real and keeping it where people can connect and not have too many distractions on the screen, I think was the goal. And then we talked about having a spot where they could add a video of themselves in there, like actually on camera talking, and we can just kind of talk that through, but the two points that we came up with were, A, it would be too technically complicated, and we know that just these slideshow voiceover presentations convert very, very well. Do me a favor, talk through how you feel about doing a slide presentation with audio versus being on camera and actually delivering the same exact message, being in front of the camera and the difference in feeling and also in effect, because I know that when we put you on, I love you, but when we put you on camera and you know you're on camera, your whole energy changes and sales go down. But if you're just a voiceover and you don't feel all nervous, you're the highest converting voiceover talent that we work with, and it's awesome because you're my partner and I can do that.

Wait a second, I wanna be clear about something. The sales do not go down when you put Kristen on camera. And the very fact that you would say that, of course we are all one big team, and if you think for a New York minute that Kristen does not look as good as your go-to-wearing, hot-choosing, blazer-wearing face. It's about her energy, dude. She gets nervous when she's on camera and I think most people do. Here's my impression of people, I work with so many people and I put them on camera and all the video guys will get this joke.

When somebody first comes into the studio and they've never been on video before, the minute the red light on the camera goes on, this is the basic personality that a person goes in. They're like this before the camera clicks on, then the camera clicks on and they go, I don't know what this mouth thing is, but they all do it. Is this microphone on? For whatever reason, flipping a camera on and being aware that you're on the camera has a strange effect on, me too, but on just about everybody. So I was more going to, I apologize for saying it that way, Kristen, for a change, John is right. That was my third pattern interrupt of the evening because I've got a special place in my heart for Kristen, mainly because she's never worn a beanie on a live cast, but I digress.

Back to your chief marketing officer, Mr. Fancy Pants Marsper. You're more comfortable behind camera than on camera. We wanted to sort of pass that power on to everybody else, but talk them through, literally talk them through, work me out of the hole that I dug myself into. Sure, I forgive you for the moment. Jonathan, I love you, I adore you.

Thank you so much for having my back, or my face in this case. So what ends up happening for me is, I think my brain starts going so many different directions and then my words just don't come out of my mouth. And so the reason I like scripted voiceover is because it's scripted. It's right there, all I have to do is read it and I can read it with the feeling that I have behind it. So it makes it a lot easier, I'm much more comfortable, I can relax and not have to worry about weird things, like do I have a booger, or a mustard stick? You know, or weird shit coming out of my mouth, right?

That's why you guys don't put me on, I get it. Or infamous Dave Wood spit booger. Spit booger, that's another great one. So the pressure is off of you when you're behind the camera, when you don't have to worry about anything except for really speaking your truth. I think it shows in your voice, shows, and you can hear it in your voice. And I think that people understand that authenticity.

And so what ends up happening is, you can connect better. And then you aren't really intimidated. It's taken us, what, how many years, Marv? Five, five years before I've actually, okay, I've been okay with being on a broadcast, right? Or in front of a camera. But still, I still stutter and I get nervous and knowing that there's 2,000 people out there watching me and I just said the word shit, really, you know, it messes with my head.

So, you know, there you go. So all important points and why we delivered it the way we delivered it. Because we literally took every obstacle out of the way that we possibly could so that as many people who are comfortable, and again, you don't have to do this because we're making sort of de facto bridge videos for you guys to sort of set things up for you and frame the sales material. But we wanted to make it as effortless as possible, remove any uncertainty of what you should be saying and remove any lack of confidence with being on camera, which you get over eventually. And I think the sort of natural progression for Kristen was to do audio voiceover. And now, frankly, you are fairly comfortable on camera.

There was a time when I literally had to drag her on the camera and people thought I was all of our company, all of Launchman, right? The company that our partner's in. Because I would have to like pull her on the camera to get her on and I know a lot of people out there feel that way. So the other thing I want to do is I want to bring Rob Remuni on. Rob, are you there, bro? Rob, you there?

I am here, I am here. Cool, very silhouetted right now. So Rob, you can't see it on my screen, but what I have on my screen, if you guys could cut to my screen for me there, Steve, Steve-O, is the new opt-in slash bridge page that we created for people where they will drop these bridge videos in. Now the idea here was to make a one-step simple you just make your video and then copy the embed code off YouTube or whatever and drop it in. And we know that these are some of the higher converting pages, these micro-commitment into, I'll actually go through the process for you and kind of talk it through. So essentially, make sure my pen's off here because God, no, I don't want any of that going on.

Essentially, this is a simple three-step with a decent headline. We're going to try different headlines and stuff, but the person picks their, how much do you realistically want to earn per month? They make a little micro-commitment. They give up a little bit of information and they proceed to the next step. Once they go on to the next step, they enter their email because I really want you to understand where these bridge videos are going to fit in. Mars, I probably shouldn't actually put my real email in here, should I, Rob?

So the idea though here is, well, at some point it's going to stop spinning. Let's talk through why we've chose this particular, this particular.com, going to the next phase. This is where the bridge video goes, if it actually goes on to the next step. So right now there's nothing there because there's no video to be put there, but there would be a video between that headline and that button, this headline and this button, that if you guys can see, this headline and this button. The video that we're going to be creating and that ultimately we're giving you the tools to create would live there. So what you have to do is drop your embed code on and it will automatically create a bridge video and opt-in combo page for you guys.

So the idea was to give you guys the, I'll let Rob talk through because this dude knows his numbers cold, but we have been upping our opt-in performance as we've been coming out with the new funnel. Obviously we only had two months to get it done and we came out with what we had. We're going to be split testing all this. One of the reasons why I'm excited to have John Oakes on is because we're actually going to run some cold traffic to this and get the results and then tell you guys what percentage it's converting at to cold traffic and stuff so you know. There's actually four versions of this page that we're going to rotate between. Rob, do me a favor, talk through why a two-step like this and having it all in one single one-stop shop for people to drop their bridge video in is the most effective way for us to deliver a bridge video and an opt-in in a combination.

For sure, for sure. I'll gladly talk about it, Marge. And just first, I'm kind of disappointed to be honest because I'm wearing a red and you're wearing your suit and we're supposed to be wearing our lab jackets, man. I'm coming on in a lab jacket next time because you keep talking about it. I will be on here in a lab jacket. A lab jacket and a beanie next time just to tick John off.

So continue. A little beaker, I don't have a beaker but I guess my kombucha bottle will work here. Essentially, yeah, as you said, I'm really the why guy. I want to know what works and I want to know why it works. I don't want opinions, I don't want theory, I want actual data. When I see the data, I ask what's working, why is it working and can it be replicated?

So the three-step process or the multi-step landing page that we've built out is proven to work for a couple reasons. One, it leverages what's called commitment and consistency and we actually released a couple of new variations of landing pages earlier last week. We released a one-step and a two-step landing page and we wanted to see which landing page had the highest conversions. And what we found is that, yeah, the one-step landing page was having okay conversions, the two-step was actually winning in total sales and the reason why is because people are taking more micro-commitments. Now, it's this belief, oh, reduce friction or make it as simple as possible but the more micro-commitments you can get. So talk through, for the people that are new, talk through what a micro-commitment is.

Let's talk that through with them. I'm gonna reset the page and sort of, well, let's talk through a micro-commitment. Explain how that works here. Right, so a micro-commitment is, here's a great analogy, right? You don't just walk up to a girl in the street that you see and you like and say, hey, will you marry me? Because the good chance is if she's sane, she's probably going to say no.

Well, that explains my love life. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I appreciate that. It's the only way I learned that. It might be the choice of hats, I'm just saying. I learned this, cool, I got the landing page.

Yeah, I actually learned the hard way and I walked up to like 21 and I said, hey, will you marry me? I even had a big old nice ring and all of them said no. I said, why is this happening? And I realized you can't just ask for a big commitment right away because if you do, most people are gonna say no. So if you ask for a bunch of smaller commitments such as, hey, do you wanna go out for some coffee? Something with less resistance.

So if you're asking for someone like, hey, how much do you wanna earn? Great, enter your email so I can see this free presentation. You send them a presentation that says, hey, here's who I am, I'm an actual human being. You're getting them to make multiple micro commitments such as telling you how much they wanna earn. I can actually prove this theory of yours with the, you're using a dating analogy to prove this but I'm gonna direct this to camera. I had a buddy named JD Anderson and he was a natural born salesman.

And when I was a younger man, I haven't done this for years so please don't judge me. But obviously when I was younger, one of the things I would do with my buddies is we would go out to a club and see who could procure the most phone numbers. Forgot only knows what reason because I never had the courage to actually call anybody. But Jonathan, JD, he had a pattern that he used to run that unless I saw this, I wouldn't have believed it. His whole thing, I would just go up, talk to them, maybe tell them something that I liked about them or something and kind of nervously ask for their phone number. Hardly ever got it because I'm big, scary, intimidating and have the confidence of a nat, especially when I was a younger man.

His whole pattern was he smoked. He would go up to them and say, hey, how's it going? Can I bum a smoke? Which I don't smoke, but he did. And they would, the ones that would give him the cigarette and then light it for him, they would invariably, once he asked for their phone number, give them his phone number. He would end up with like 20, he wasn't a good looking dude either.

That's the worst part about it. Like I consider myself fairly attractive. Man, and Jon, don't you say a word right now. I know you want to say something. But in terms of like split testing, he crop dusted me. I mean, like just dusted me with that whole, get the micro commitment, which is to ask for the cigarette first.

So here in how much do you realistically want to earn? If you guys cut to the screen for me, that is the micro commitment in this basically three step, but really it's a two step. And which is to ask them, which thing do they want? And so then they go on to the next step. You get the point. The idea though is that micro commitment is more likely to get them to ultimately see the deal through and sign up.

So continue talking about the data, Rob, but I wanted to validate your theory of not asking a woman to date you on the first interaction. Yeah, so speaking of data, right? Micro commitment landing pages versus non micro commitment landing pages. So a micro commitment landing page has a four to one sales ratio from the numbers that we've seen. So for example, what I mean by that is if you have a micro commitment for every four sales, for every four sales, how do I best explain this? Four to one ratio.

So for every one sale you make on a one step landing page, you're gonna make four sales, same traffic with a multi-step landing page. You can have the same copy, you can have the same sales video, and you can do the same traffic, but you're gonna get four times more sales by using a landing page that has multiple micro commitments like the new bridge funnel landing pages that are coming out very soon. All right, so that's just one of the reasons. This is not, again, I do not like opinions, I do not like theory, I like numbers. I am a numbers driven data driven guy. Which is exactly why we went with this thing.

I'm gonna run through it one more time now that we've talked through it a little bit. So the person first in step one here, I'm gonna cut to my screen if you would there, Steve-o, the person in step one, or you could cut to Rob, or you could cut to my screen, there we go. Yeah, these guys, I got four techs in here today and we can't get to the right screen, I gotta love it. So the person basically chooses how much, they give you an answer to something. They can even say, I'm happy with what I'm making right now, I don't know who would put that because I don't think anybody is. And then they're taken on to the email capture, which I already demonstrated to you, m at m.com.

So basically they've made a micro commitment in telling you how much they actually wanna earn, right? And then they give their email, then they're taken on to the bridge video, which again goes right there in that spot right there. Now the point of the whole thing is, Rob and I have, when I say Rob and I, I actually mean Rob, because Rob's the one that like, all I do is I Skype him and I say, hey Rob, what are the numbers for today? Everyone's like, where are these numbers coming from? They're coming from Rob, and they're very, very accurate, the ones that we're posting. So we have tracking and micro tracking on so many things right now.

What I mean by that is some affiliates have come to me and they said, you know, Mars, I've been sending traffic to this and this has happened and that's happening. And I go, hmm, that's weird, let me go check. I'll send an email to Rob and say, can you track affiliate, you know, X's thing, and just say, and he says, oh yeah, they've only really sent about 20 or 30 people to the page. And I'm like, oh, okay, well, that's cool. That actually explains a lot. So we can actually track down to that level.

And he's the data guy. So I wanted to just bring you on for a sec, Rob, and have you kind of talk through why we chose this particular format here. And really I'm gonna end on this point because I want you to understand something which is ultimately our whole goal, this team's goal, okay? And other people might say this just to kind of say it and to be positive or whatever. We, this is working for Empowered Network is seriously not a thing that my team needs to do. We do very well on our own.

We believe in Dave Wood's mission and his vision and are not going to stop until we have the highest performing, best performing funnel and materials in the industry, okay, if they're not already, you know? And how are we gonna do that? Day in, day out growth, day in, day out improvement, right? And this is part of that. So I only wanted to bring everybody on and then I wanna give my own personal final call to action which is if you're not in yet, if you're not a member of Empowered Network and you wanna be part of the workshop, make sure you get signed up. And just in general, even if you don't wanna be part of the workshop, you should get signed up because we love bringing new people in and helping them succeed, right?

Now, if you are a member and you haven't signed up already, make sure you signed up. I don't know how many people actually signed up. In the end, I'll make sure everybody gets access to it. Everybody that's a member, but only the first few hundred people, depending upon how many people we can actually fit on this and answer all the questions are the ones that are gonna get like live interaction with us because what we wanna do is walk through this entire process and make sure everybody understands it and that the least technically savvy person and the least confident person is capable and able, I already know you are before we even do this, but any hurdles or obstacles or humps that you have to get over, we're gonna have to get over them on the workshop. So if you're not a member, get signed up right now, okay? And become part of the Empowered Network community and family, because we really are like a family here.

And then number two, if you are a member, make sure you get signed up and that you show up and you actually attend this. We'll be sending out announcements. And I'm gonna turn this back over to you, Mr. Jay Kron, and let you close it out if you would, sir. Well, I do want you to know that I would not have said anything when you talked about your animal magnetism, because I mean, I think everyone is aware of the level of attractiveness that we have. I mean, I think everyone should be aware of the fact that one of the requirements we have for the marketing team at Empowered Network is you have to have at some point been a male model.

And so, you know, Mars, you guys may not know, is world renowned as one of the most famous hand models in all of Europe. He's done watches, skincare, gloves. It truly was a decorated career. As you may notice, he kind of slid in under the radar given the requirements that we have, but that's a conversation for another live cast. So if by now the 2,000 people that are here with us have learned anything, it's that we like to blend a level of fun and a level of engagement with what we believe is the most effective marketing tools, tips, and training that you will find anywhere on this planet. As a matter of fact, we're so confident in the type of marketing and the type of opportunity that we have that we literally, every Tactical Tuesday, open it up to anyone from any walk of life, whether they're a member or not, to just plug in with us here live for what goes on to be two hours of impactful marketing discussion with six and seven figure earners that are implementing it in the trenches day in and day out.

This is not platitudinal marketing you were taught in college out of a book that's older than you were by the time you got there. This is in the trenches. It worked this afternoon, so we're talking about it tonight and we have the data to share with you about why we believe in it as strongly as we do. What we do with it after we realize that it's working is we turn it into a system to get results for more and more and more people. You see, any idea that's got a grain of potential in it can be scaled through a team, and that's really what you're participating in tonight. If you're watching our chat box, this is one of the most active communities of engaged entrepreneurs you've ever seen.

These are all individuals that have woken up and said, I want to challenge the status quo. I want to build a business that's different. I want to have the opportunity to do business on my terms with people I like because I'm tired of going to a job I don't like to buy things I don't need to impress people I really don't like. It's a very different path and it's not for everyone. And for those of you that are watching tonight, you probably fall into a couple of different categories. Maybe this is your first time with us and you're like, wow, who are these people that keep making fun of each other and talking about incredibly impactful marketing concepts in a fairly graspable format?

That might be you and the next step for you is to probably join our community. Just get started in some way. Start plugging into our livecasts that take place every Tuesday and every Thursday. If you've been with us for a little while and you've been checking us out, you're a member of the community, the great news is you're going to have access to one of the most impactful free workshops we've ever done on creating a bridge video and implementing it into your business. So you're already there. Now the question is, when are you going to take your business to the next level?

You've already stepped across the line. You've already said, this is what I want to do. Now the question is, when are you going to start doing it? When are you going to start running the play? Maybe it's tonight. And for those of you that are with us that are all in, we're excited to have you.

Our all in members are the pillars of our entrepreneurial community that are committed to Dave Wood's vision of creating a company that does business differently. That Dave Wood three years ago and $150 million in global sales ago decided that he was going to challenge every status quo of this industry. That he was literally going to take the process of network marketing, turn it upside down, pay the reps more first, leverage the systems first, so that you're not going from hotel meeting to hotel meeting, house meeting to house meeting, garage full of products, car full of products, dragging your friends and family against their will to a meeting they don't want to be at, to a business they don't want to tell you that they don't want to participate, all in hopes of making your $3.42 in residual income off of their $200 juice order. He decided that he wanted to do things differently and that's why the community of all in individuals are here, to continue leveraging and optimizing those systems, to continue to learn and grow and iterate. And these Tactical Tuesdays are a part of it. So if you're in, get all in and get to the next event.

If you're not in, get in and begin checking this out and seeing how what Empower Network teaches can help you take your online marketing to a level that you've probably never dreamed. If you're not in yet, now's your time. If you're in, now's your time to start taking it seriously and driving the results that got you in in the first place. I couldn't be more proud of my team tonight. This Tactical Tuesday was a special one with over 2,000 people attending from beginning to end. We were fortunate enough to be joined by John Oakes and Lawrence Tam, two field leaders of Renown, sharing with you the strategies that right now are working in their business, laid bare before you, grab them, model them, duplicate them, generate their results in your business.

So with that, now's decision time. You've got to decide what the next step is for you and if the next step for you is to say, this isn't for me, that's okay. Not everyone is prepared to work with an engaging, attractive and hilarious group of individuals dedicated to adventure and fun around the world. It may not be for you and that's fine. At one time, Lawrence was committed to a cubicle and wanted to be an engineer, but through a lot of jokes and a lot of fun, we won him over to the wild entrepreneurial world that we're all participating in. Now, of course, I'm having a little bit of fun with you, but it's because I want to make sure that whatever it is you're doing, that you're having fun.

However you're providing for your family and however building your dreams is going for you, make sure it engages you on multiple levels. Make sure you're having a good time. If you're not having a good time and you're looking for a different way, I've got a feeling we've got a community of people that would love to support you and love to help you build a dream here with us. So with that, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us for Tactical Tuesday on this fine Tuesday, March 3rd. We've got affiliates, all access for our affiliates coming up this Thursday where you're going to be able to talk to our top field performers as they talk to you about the type of conversations that they don't have anywhere else. You're going to be able to ask them questions about every aspect of their business, no punches pulled.

If you want to ask them boxers or briefs, it's up to you. So that'll be coming up this Thursday. And with that, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us. Make sure you make a decision, whatever it is. Have a wonderful night. We'll see you soon.

Thanks, everybody.
