All right, everyone, Peter Thornton here. It is Tuesday night, and I want to welcome each and every one of you to our Tuesday night Team Take Massive Action Interstitial Bonus Conference Call. And one of the – just first and foremost, I'm excited to be with you on this call tonight, to run tonight, Interstitial Bonus Call for our Team Take Massive Action of Empower Network. If you're on the call with us, congratulations for taking action, for investing time, you know, on a Tuesday evening. There's a lot of other things you could be doing, so I want to acknowledge each and every one of you for showing up.

You know, there's a saying that says this, and you've probably heard it, and that is that 80% of success is just showing up, right? And so with that, I want to acknowledge you guys for showing up on the call. My intention is that tonight there is a massive amount of value that I'm able to deliver, a lot of information for you guys, and really be able to share some things to not only – to inspire, motivate, and educate you on, you know, what you can do to really take ownership of your business here at Empower Network, any other business that you might be doing, and really just your life in general. Because, you know, as one of my mentors says, you know, we don't have a personal life and a business life. We have just one life.

And, you know, on how we do it, it's how we do everything. So how we show up, you know, in our business life, reflects on our personal life, reflects on our relationships, et cetera. So, you know, before we kind of get into some of the nuts and bolts of tonight's call, it'll be an hour, hour and a half, who knows, maybe two. But, you know, stay with me. I've got some exciting things to share with you, some kind of cutting strategies that I'm using to get to the top of the leaderboard in the company for an affiliate contest.

And I really just want the leaders, what the people are doing here in Empower Network on our team to take massive action to create success. I first want to give a big props to our teammate, our founder, Chris Record. He couldn't be on the call tonight. He is behind the scenes, guys, working on some amazing, amazing developments and new tools and systems for our team, for people that own their Austin ticket and are planning to be at the next Empower Network conference in Austin. You guys, for those of you that maybe don't know, this conference and the conferences that are in our archives are absolutely critical to the actual success of you and your business.

And the growth of your team. And so we're going to talk about that tonight. I'm going to talk to you towards the end of the call about the new launch, the new bonus that Chris Record is bringing out for everyone on our team that owns Inner Circle. And I'm telling you guys, this is exciting. This is something that literally was only available to a small group of people that were all in Empower Network.

Those that invested, you know, $1,600 plus a dollar. And by owning All In, this bonus is going to be available to you guys literally just for getting your Austin ticket. So I'm going to share about that later. But enough of that for now. Again, I want to welcome you guys.

And I'm going to start off the call by asking you a couple of questions just to start pondering. Make sure, again, you have a notepad and pen. You want to be taking notes of the information. And just so you guys know the importance of these calls and really how to leverage them. So number one, you're going to get a lot of information tonight on some tools and strategies and mindset of what to do that you can take and apply right away in your business to generate.

All right, fantastic leads and sales here with Empower Network. But at the same time, if you're just using these things for yourself, kind of with the mindset of just a consumer, then you're missing a lot of the power of these calls. This call is a powerful tool, a powerful recruiting tool, a powerful upgrading tool to get your new members upgraded from just a basic blogging platform to the inner circle. You know, we currently have anywhere from a 30% to 40% to twice 50% upgrade ratio in our community. So again, if you don't own the inner circle, just do whatever it takes and get it because that's going to be able to increase your income up to fivefold on the residual end.

And leveraging these calls, leveraging these inner circle calls by sharing with your new members, by sharing with your team, wow, I learned so much on that call. You know, this one call alone was worth the price of my inner circle for the month. And that's our intention with these calls. Our intention, guys, is that you get so much value that for every product that we invest into Empower Network, all the training that Empower Network has, which is amazing, that our team take massive action, that we deliver as much value to people and additional training, support, resources, and education. So you can leverage that.

And when you're connecting with people, I'll give you some of the strategies as far as in your marketing and your prospecting and your email communications, et cetera, with, you know, potential customers and team members, that you really leverage these calls and you really leverage these bonuses that we have. It's an integral, a really key part to what makes our community grow, what makes our team special and the support and the training and the resources that we really provide to people to go above and beyond, you know, what's necessary to help everyone succeed. So make sure you're leveraging these calls, you know, get in the Facebook group and say, oh, I'm on, you know, even right now, you know, just do this. If you guys are online, it's in the Facebook group, you know, get on the post where I posted today and get, hey, I'm on the call. I'm fired up for Peter to share, you know, his secret to success.

If you guys don't own Inner Circle, you got to get on this call, you know, share that type of excitement and enthusiasm because here's this, guys. If you want to know a clue, if you want to know a secret, write this down. If you're brand new, if you're just getting started in Empower Network, and again, these, this principle, this clue and one of the principles I'm going to share tonight, go for any business, okay?

Things I've learned as an entrepreneur, people that I've studied, successful people, and one clue is this, you know, enthusiasm is contagious. Right? Enthusiasm is contagious. You know, there's a saying that I'd rather have, you know, ignorance on fire, enthusiasm on fire than knowledge on ice, right? Enthusiasm on fire will get you going, you know, what you lack in skills in the beginning you make up in numbers.

So that enthusiasm will propel you to take massive action. That's why our team is called Team Take Massive Action. At the end of the day, you want to create results. You've got to take massive action, okay? And so that really comes down to a few things we're going to talk about tonight of the different ways that you can take massive action and the importance that's going to have.

You know, a little background on me, for those of you that don't really know me and my story, I'll just take a couple of minutes. You know, I grew up, you know, with a single mom, three kids. You know, I saw a lot of things of what not to do growing up as far as when it comes to financial aid. I had an amazing, amazing family, an amazing mom, loved me unconditionally, but really struggled. You know, no one in my life, no one around me was an entrepreneur or, you know, owned businesses or real estate or anything else, you know, I didn't come into a bunch of money.

I wanted a better life, I realized at an early age that I wanted something different. And, you know, when I was 16 years old, I read a little purple book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad that changed the course of my mindset and my life. I started out in the world of direct sales network marketing at the young, ripe age of 18. Okay, with a little health and wellness company.

And this company actually was kind of the point of speed that – did I make much money? No. In fact, I don't think I made a dime in my very first company, but I learned a lot and it started me on my path. At that same time, I started going to seminars and training and investing in myself, reading books, reading, listening to audios.

I learned a lot of the core commitments actually that we have at Empower Network. Attending live events. You know, whatever it could take, I just, I was so hungry to seek out successful people. Successful people in business and successful people in life in general. So that really represented to me what I wanted to create and experience in my life.

And so that led me to various businesses and about five, you know, let's say a little over five years ago now. Five, five and a half years. Led me to an opportunity to do business. I had an opportunity in real estate investing and direct sales. And I had an opportunity to actually meet Chris Record.

And I remember it like it was yesterday. For those of you who don't know, a lot of us that worked together in this former company are now working together in Empower Network and doing big things. Well, five and a half years ago, I was 22 years old. And here's this young hot shot named Chris Record pulling up to a Hampton Inn in Fresno, California to do a hotel meeting on how to make money in real estate. Driving up in the white Mercedes S500 Benz and I'm like, man, who's this guy?

So I show up, you know, a little skeptical, a little reserved in the sense that I was actually already pursuing real estate. I had invested heavily in my education to pursue real estate about the end of time. But, you know, throughout the meeting, I asked for, you know, listening to what Chris was saying and then they got to the compensation. They got to the ability where I could recruit and sell their training and sell their education and make money. So, you know, I was just kind of in the middle of it, but I was learning how to do real estate.

And, long story short, we got involved with that company. And I'll share maybe a couple of stories throughout the call tonight and how it relates to what we're doing now in Empower Network. With the fact that this dual income opportunity, there's an opportunity of learning a skill set. That was real estate. Now it's internet marketing.

You know, being able to learn a skill set of internet marketing by going through the Empower Network System, the training, by becoming a student of Internet marketing, really treating this seriously, and at the same time, being able to earn while we learn, being able to refer the opportunity of Empower Network, and not earn 20, 30, or even 50% commissions, which I was making at the time, which was great, but actually to be able to earn 100% commission, guys. I know we say that all the time, but I really want that to set in. This opportunity, Empower Network, is unlike anything. This is an absolute game changer.

There's a lot of opportunities out there. There's a lot of network marketing, direct sale companies, affiliate marketing products, and not to pass any of them, there's a lot of great stuff out there. But when you can take a system where you can turn someone that doesn't know anything, and through a series of times, through education, and through taking massive action, turn them into a successful Internet marketer, turn them into creating lifestyle and financial freedom, and creating time and mobility freedom, because here's the thing, guys. I read a book a few years back called The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferriss. Great book.

And Timothy Ferriss in the book talks about the whole aspect. It's not just how much money you make, but it's the whole factor and the equation that multiplies how much money you make, and that is the time freedom that you have and the location freedom, meaning that you can make money anywhere in the world 24-7, whether or not you're actively working for it or not. And that, guys, that's exactly the opportunity you have in your life. Right now, with Empower Network, you have the ability to literally be anywhere in the world, as long as you have a laptop or even your phone, you have some Internet connection, that you can be in business, that you can learn some of the marketing skills I'm going to talk about tonight, that you can learn some income-producing activities that you can do on a daily basis in as little as an hour or two a day, and actually build a residual path of income, build an asset. We're going to talk about that tonight on different ways to create traffic and capture leads, because as you build your list, I have a buddy of mine, George Bailey, I think he's on the call with us tonight, another one of our Team Take Massive Action leaders, who's also in the top ten of the contest right now, and George has mentioned another big marketer who's very successful, and this big marketer said, you know what?

I do not know anyone that has a 100,000-person list, meaning 100,000 people have opted in at some point, that don't make over six figures a month, right? So think about that. Everyone that he knows. So maybe that's not going to happen, you know, next week, next month. What if that took you five years, right?

And the cool thing is about Empower Network, we can really shortcut that learning curve, and we can shortcut that process. We have people in Empower Network that have a 30,000 or 40,000 personal list that are making six figures a month. So what took someone, you know, over a 100,000-person list to do, you have people that are doing it. And that's just to show you what's possible, okay? It's just to show you what's possible.

So tonight, I'm going to really get into a few things. I'm going to cover about, number one, if you take a note, so I'm going to jot this down. I'm going to cover, first and foremost, the mindset of a successful marketer, the inner game to Internet marketing, the context, if you will, because you can't have the greatest tools in the toolbox, but as it says, if you have a little leak in your toolbox, aka your mind, right, it's going to be a bit of a problem. So I'm going to share with you the mindset. I'm going to go over and really reinforce with you guys the eight core commitments of this business.

So I think too often, even myself and others, I find overlook the simplicity and yet the power of the eight core commitments that we have with Empower Network. The eight core commitments, when someone first gets started, the fast-track training videos, and really the reasoning and the power behind them, okay? This is some of the information I'm going to share with you guys tonight. It's some of the information that I learned at the $5,000 Costa Rican Masters Retreat this summer and what's in our Costa Rican Masters product. So you're going to get a glimpse into some of that training tonight for free.

Also, really, the process of being all in, why to be all in, what that does for you, not only in your mindset, but also, obviously, in your business. I'm going to go through some kind of breaking down the sales funnel, breaking down the Empower Network sales funnel, the distinctions of how it works, why it works, and really giving you some concrete principles, because here's what I know, guys. When you study principles, principles never change. Strategies and tactics do. So if all you do is focus on tactics, if a tactic changes, if Google changes something, if something happens to a technology and it's down, if you only know tactics, you could get stuck.

But if you know the principles, if you know the mindset behind it, if you know why people buy, if you know what gets them to pay attention to something, how do you create compelling message, these different principles and skillsets, you can apply to anything at any time at will to produce results, okay? So we're going to talk about that, and then I'm going to get into some very specific income-producing activities and really break down what you could be or should be doing on a daily basis, to be able to produce sales, to be able to produce leads, traffic leads of sales. And that's what we talk about here with our Team Take Massive Action. We call it the three C's of online marketing, right? So if you don't know it, then write this down.

If you do know it, just write it down again. But number one, create traffic, right? We're teaching people and providing them systems on how to create traffic. And what is that? That's simply people paying attention to something, right?

Getting attention. Getting attention onto an offer, onto a capture page, so that the second step you can do is you can capture leads, right? So the second C is capture leads. We're going to go over different ways to capture leads, different affiliate pages, landing pages that we have on our team that are brand new bonuses that you can use to capture leads, how to capture leads on Facebook, how to capture leads on Craigslist, and other paid advertising. But the bottom line is capturing leads.

You're building a list. You're building a real asset. Just like I did real estate for many years, and I talked about and sold the idea as well as really doing it, which is buying and selling assets, holding assets, rental property. Well, assets of the 21st century is online Internet marketing. It's websites.

It's building your list, right? So we're talking about how to capture leads. And then the third point is converting sales. I've had people ask me, what are you doing to convert sales? How are you connecting with your prospects and on your email list, doing things to actually reach out and connect with your people, developing relationships?

Write this down, guys. Here's a critical function of what is creating success really in the 21st century, and it's the combination of these two things, high tech and high touch. I'm going to say that again. High tech and high touch. So the old school way, right, is high touch, face-to-face meeting, prospecting, home meetings, all of that stuff.

And guess what? Those methods work. I'm not going to downplay those methods. In fact, I might even say some of those things you might want to add in as a part of your marketing arsenal, right? But in and of themselves, it's not enough nowadays.

High tech, on the other hand, is the ability to create systems, leverage online, be able to create a net to where you can see and reach more than just a handful of people where you live. Literally, you can reach people all over the world 24-7, right? When you combine high tech with high touch, that is the combination. And I'm going to go over some different ways and some examples of how you can do both, and how you can go from offline marketing and get people online, and then how you can get people online and take them offline and build relationships. So those are a couple of key components, offline to online, and online to offline.

Now again, as we get started, and as we get started on really kind of some of the foundational beliefs and some of the foundation systems, it's important to begin with the end in mind. And many of you guys maybe have heard this or read about it or do it on a daily basis, and so that's awesome. But before we really talk about making sales and getting into the top elite award and making money, yes, everyone wants to make more money. We all want to make more money. We all want to grow.

We all want to prosper. We all want to have more time freedom, right? But it's really important to know, number one, why we're doing that, okay, and really getting crystal clear on your why, because what's going to drive you? What's going to drive you to move past some of your obstacles? I remember when I was first getting going into this company two years back, when Chris and I had a former business, in the beginning I was just a young guy, and one of my whys was just to make enough money to support myself and make enough money to move out of my parents' house, and take care of my own home, and do some basic things like that.

And there could still be that why, and that's okay. And then eventually, it might move on to bigger and bigger reasons of purpose, of philanthropy, of giving back. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter, but as long as you know it and you're crystal clear. And then it begins to really start with, again, seeing the end in mind, and really seeing and visualizing yourself successful. And whatever that means to you, but seeing yourself as a leader, feeling the feelings of being a strong, powerful producer.

I remember Chris and I having this conversation about helping myself see myself as Peter the producer, someone that was just a massive producer that got results. And so I'm not perfect. I'm a human being like anyone else. And so it's a constant challenge even for myself right now today to continue to remind myself of my brilliance, my greatness. And I really recommend everyone does the same, because as you take on that energy, as you take on the vision of yourself that you are a powerful leader, that you are a powerful producer, that people want to get into your Empower Network business, that the team is searching you, that you use the attraction energy of the universe, you use the law of attraction, so to speak, to literally attract and manifest what you want.

Now, I'm not trying to get foo-foo-woo-woo. There's real concrete principles and science behind this. And at the same time, again, this is just the first step. If I were to end the call right now, it would be incomplete. You wouldn't have the outer game, the tools, the strategies, the actions of what to do to actually create results.

Again, so it's both the inner game and the outer game. But knowing that vision of what you want, seeing it and believing it. Dave Wood talked on the call last night. For those of you who are on the call, I mean the Empower Hour call last night was a very powerful call. One of the things he talked about that I took note of was the whole idea that you get what you expect.

You get what you expect. So write that down. It's the law. It's the universal law. It's the law of expectation.

It's the law of expectation. If you expect that the Empower Network business is going to be easy for you, and people are going to attract to you, you're going to tend to create that experience. And you can look around at other leaders in our team and other leaders in Empower Network. You just look at them and it's like, well, it just seems to be pretty easy for them. You know, they work and they take action.

But at the same time, they seem to attract people to them. Well, part of that is because they have a belief system that is going to work for them. They have a belief system and they back it up with action by going all in. They back it up with action by believing and thinking and positioning themselves with the power of positioning.

They position themselves as experts. They position themselves as leaders. And people want to be led. People want to follow successful people, right? So this is a very, very important component of really what are you expecting and having the right expectations.

And again, it's not to say it's not going to be challenging. It's not to say you're not going to go through ups and downs. Of course. It's called being a human being. It doesn't matter what business you're in, what time, you're going to have ups and downs and opportunities to grow.

You know, one of my mentors, I remember him saying, you know, either you make money or you learn. You know, I remember in real estate, it's like you either make money or you learn. Now, maybe you've lost money on a deal, but you learned. What did you learn? So if we have the right mindset and the right attitude, okay, what can I learn?

Taking a serious approach to what you're learning at any given time, focusing on seeing yourself as a leader, believing. This is a big one. You know, Napoleon Hill in his book, Think and Grow Rich, talks about the two basic principles, you know, the first chapters in the book. And that is belief and having a burning desire. Number one, you've got to have a belief.

You've got to have a belief that Empower Network is going to work for you. You've got to have a belief that Team Take Massive Action is the best team in Empower Network. You've got to have a belief that Empower Network is the best business opportunity in the planet. You've got to have a belief that if someone doesn't join, it's their loss. You've got to have the belief that I will do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to create success.

You've got to have a belief that this will work. You've got to have the belief that being at the Austin event is where you need to be, right? So you've got to have that belief. That's cornerstone. Without that belief, nothing will work.

You can take all the action in the world and it's not going to produce the highest and best results. The second thing obviously gets into burning desire. You've got to have that burning desire to take massive action. That burning desire is what's going to propel you to take massive action and to do whatever it takes. Let me give you a quick little background on the story, what happened to me just a few months ago in Empower Network.

We all got started. We started to take massive action. We got started in June. We went to the first event in Atlanta, literally right after I got started. I knew I wanted to be all in.

At the moment, I wasn't all in. I had to get creative with the money. I went to the event. I last minute brought some people out to the event with me to check it out.

They got started at the basic level, came out to the event. Maybe one of those people I'll bring out on the call tonight and kind of hear his story and experience. But we went to that event. At that event is where I got the belief and the conviction and that burning desire that this Empower Network was an opportunity, that I was going to be laser focused on it, and it was the case that it succeeded. Now I made some money.

Not a ton of money, but I made a few thousand bucks that first month, a couple grand, and just kind of figuring this thing out. Then they announced the mastermind retreat. They announced this course that they were going to do. It was going to cost $5,000 to spend like five days in Costa Rica with the top marketers in Empower Network, the founders, Dave and Dave, in an all-inclusive resort with less than like 100 people. I knew at that moment I needed to be there, that I wanted to be there, and I was going to do whatever it takes to go there.

Now, it was $5,000 plus expenses. I did not have $5,000 plus expenses in my bank account. I was not sure how I was going to get there, but I knew I was going to get there. About two weeks prior to the event, I created my own business. I created, attracted, manifested this crazy stuff to do it to get that money to be at that event. I got there. That was success number one. What I experienced and what I learned in that event, I could share lots of things, a few of the strategies I am actually going to share with you on this call today about the sales funnels and some different things, the six secrets to success, and kind of breaking down some fundamentals here, but at the end of the day, Dave Wood shared about 30 things that I learned in that event.

But there's so much to do in that event. So he challenged everyone in that room to come out of that event. It was August 20th of this year. And I was committed to making that happen. I began to see myself on stage speaking my story of success in front of 3,000 people.

I began to visualize that in my mind on a daily basis. I began to think of myself as a leader. I began to think of myself as someone that was going to be in the top 25 of the company. And I'm going to share with you some strategies tonight about how to position yourself to get in the top 35 of the affiliate contest. I'm going to bring you some tips. I'm going to bring you someone out on the call tonight that's actually doing that. It's on my team that's just getting started within the last couple months that's creating those results and how you can leverage that, okay? Well, in that 30-day period from August 20th to September 20th, I ended up being in the top 25 of the contest. I was number 21 of the entire company, brand new, no list, no paid advertising, just still figuring this thing out just by committing to doing whatever it takes, leveraging the point system that I'm going to tell you about from a contest perspective.

Now, I share that with you, not to impress you guys or anything like that. I mean, there's tons of people on the team that are doing that and more in the company. The reason I share that story is because I did not know everything in the world about blogging. I haven't done much blogging to this day. I didn't know everything.

I didn't do much data. I didn't do much advertising. I didn't know everything there was to know about email marketing. I didn't know everything there was to know about video marketing or advertising on Craigslist or even doing a lot of different stuff. But I knew I was going to be on stage.

I knew I was going to do whatever it took to make it happen. I had the belief that I was going to do it. I had the burning desire I was going to do it. I visualized that every day, and I took massive action consistently, and I made it happen. Okay?

And I plugged in and surrounded myself with successful people like Chris Record and successful people on our team. I called Arthur Tubman and George Bailey and Jason Nedrow and surrounded myself and created an accountability group to be able to connect with people on a daily basis that are going to push me and challenge me to be more and to be better. So here's one tip. I'm going to give you guys. I'm going to give you some assignments throughout tonight. I'm going to give you one right now. Write this down. Get yourself an accountability partner or maybe two or even three.

Get yourself someone that you can call on a daily basis. Get yourself someone that you can call on a daily basis or set up a text thread on a daily basis that you are going to connect with. They could be on your team. They could be someone else within Team Take Massive Action.

That doesn't really matter. But get someone that's relatively equal skill or relatively kind of a similar position in the business, you know? So if someone's, you know, already making a couple grand a month and someone's just brand new, you know, and some people are more on a brand new level. Say, hey, let's get going. And someone that maybe you're already making a little bit of money but you want to take it up to the next level.

Well, surround yourself with someone like that you can connect with, that you can hold each other accountable, and then you can help each other succeed, okay? So that's actually number one, guys. Get an accountability partner so that you can hold each other accountable and that you can start communicating on a daily basis to reach your goals, okay? So the whole story that I just talked about, you know, having that belief, having that desire, visualizing yourself, what you want, having the end and seeing the end in mind, I learned a lot of that from a book called Science of Getting Rich. And I had a similar experience in the former business back in 2008 when I was just struggling and getting going, and literally I went from zero, where I hadn't made much money in that business in like two months, from November to December.

November I made like nothing. And I did this process every single day. And I noticed when I do this type of process on a daily basis, and I combine it with action, okay? Don't get me wrong.

When I combine it with all that massive action, that is when I tend to see the biggest results. When I have that crystal clear intention, that committed intention, I back it up with action, I believe it, I see it, I visualize it, I kind of get the biggest results. And I notice when I don't do this process, okay? And I'm guilty of it just like anyone else. When I don't do this process, I tend to struggle more and I tend to not produce the bigger results.

So I'm telling you guys, this process is powerful. I know some of you might be on the call, like, come on, get to the meat, get to the strategies, get to the marketing tactics. I'm going to get there, but also know this, all of that stuff is covered in the products. All that's covered in the Inner Circle. It's covered in the 15K formula.

It's covered in the Costa Rica Intensive. It's covered in the master's course. So if you don't own the product yet, if you don't yet own the training, then you're robbing yourself of that information. You're robbing yourself of not only earning the commissions on those higher products so you can make more money faster, right, with less effort, with less people, but you're robbing yourself of the opportunity to learn and grow and really learn. You're going to develop a skill set that you can take with you for the rest of your life in any business, okay?

So enough about that. Let's move on, all right? So jot down on a piece of paper, if you're taking notes or in a computer, the eight core commitments, okay? The eight core commitments. Some of you know this.

Most of you do. If you don't, I'm going to remind you and I'm going to tell you the eight core commitments and really break down the power of these eight core commitments and how you can apply them on a daily basis, okay? So number one, it's going to be given. Set up your affiliate agreement, okay? Well, why is it important?

Of course, that's how you get paid. Here at Empower Network, we become affiliates and we have the ability to earn 100% commissions. We have the ability to have the resale rights of whatever products we're qualified to sell, whatever products that we own at Empower Network, okay? So tonight, if you're on the call and you're just at the basic blogging level and get invited on this call, which is generally just for Inner Circle members and above, then do what it takes to get to Inner Circle. Because number one, again, you're going to be able to earn five times the amount of residual income by owning that product. You're going to be able to go through that product on a daily basis, which is part of one of the core commitments I'm going to talk about in a moment. And you're going to be able to really grow your business a lot faster, okay? But again, as an affiliate, you want to set that up. You want to be a product of the product.

If you are just going to try to market something that you don't believe in enough to own yourself, I'm going to tell you right now, it's going to be a lot harder for you to sell it, okay? That's just the reality. Step number two, blog daily, okay? Now, I'm going to also put a caveat to this and talk about creating content daily, creating new information or sharing information, and that goes into the third step, which is market daily. So number two, blog daily or create content.

Maybe it's creating videos. You know, I'm committed to going to be creating more videos, you know, and I've challenged myself to do that, right? So again, step number two is blog daily. This is important, guys, because this is a skill set and there's a habit.

Success is nothing more than a habit. So if you get in the habit of every day creating some content, whether it's a blog, whether it's a video, you know, whether it's an email component that you mail out to your list, if you create this content and you create a habit of that, it's the snowball effect, right? It might not seem like today or in a week or even a month, but that compounded over time is going to deliver massive residual impact. The third step, again, which is so important, though, right? So you can't just create the content.

You've got to share it and promote it. So third step, market daily. So we're going to talk about some different ways to market. How do you market? How do you advertise?

What mediums, what avenues, both online as well as offline, okay? So I'm going to tell you again, there's tons of ways to still make money offline. So even though this is online internet marketing, even though we are building an online community, there's tons of ways to still make money offline. So if you have a skill set or a passion of connecting with people face-to-face and that can generate you results pretty quickly, then I'm going to tell you to do it, okay?

I'm not going to tell you not to do it. At the same time, do what works for you. Do what you feel you can be most effective at, okay? So the third step, one of the core commitments, again, is market daily. Again, promoting your content, getting it syndicated on your blog, you know, getting it syndicated to the social networks, promoting your videos on YouTube and promoting it in other groups.

Being able to get into advertising, whether it's free advertising or free different online classifieds. In a future call, we're going to have Arthur Tubman come out and give a specific training call on Craigslist mastery and what Arthur's done to be able to get massive results with Craigslist, okay? So if you guys are maybe doing Craigslist or you have questions on how to do that, you know, there's tons of resources. We're going to have future training calls specifically on that niche topic, okay? But again, you've got to market daily, guys.

And every single day, if you're going to bed and you haven't done something to market, market information, market content, market a post on your Facebook, market, you know, a video and share that. If you're not marketing, you're not going to get sales, okay? So the third core commitment, again, is market daily. The fourth one, right, is new member coaching. I think this is one, guys, I'm going to spend a few minutes on it because I think it's one that really gets often overlooked and not done enough.

It's where there's a lot of money left on the table and I'm guilty of this myself, okay? Well, the first thing you want to do is, even before you do a new member call, number one, if you guys aren't doing it, you're not going to get a new member call. Make sure as soon as someone gets started, okay, be on top of your business, but as soon as they get started, send them the 10 steps getting started email. We have in our Facebook group a section where someone, I think Chris Record actually put it together, it's an awesome email.

Basically, we have 10 getting started steps. So as soon as someone signs up, you want to send them that email. If you're already connected with them on Facebook, you want to go in there and add them to the group. Add them to our Facebook group right away.

Get them plugged into our team. If you're not connected with them on Facebook, that's okay. It's right in the email. It's like step number one to join our Facebook group. Send them that email.

Get them in the Facebook group. Get them on our team training site. Get them going. The next step, though, is, again, you want to have that new member question call. What that means is you want to position a call, you know, 20, 30 minute appointment where you, number one, personally reach out and connect with them.

You have a call to get to know them better, for them to get to know you, you know, as your sponsor. And especially if you don't really know them, if they came from some type of cold traffic source, or even some friend you know, you still want to do this call. And on this call, you want to set up the intention of asking them some questions about, number one, what are their goals? You know, why did they join Empower Network? You know, what kind of money do they want to make?

How much time do they have, right? So how much money do they want to make? How much time do they have to make it? You know, how much money can they set aside for advertising if there's a plan to advertise? Right?

If they don't have a lot of time, then they're probably going to need to have some money to advertise. Okay? If they don't have a lot of time and not a lot of money, then you can go over some of the free advertising strategies, such as the Facebook method, such as some free classifieds, you know, even your existing network, as well as some low-cost other ways to advertise. Again, all those traffic strategies are in the 15K formula or in a different product.

Okay? But if you want to have this new member call, because what this does is it creates a community and builds the relationship. And people that know you, like you. People that trust you are going to be more apt to not only buy, but upgrade and buy the other products, to buy more, and to be able to just be effective, for you to be able to help them produce sales, which is going to make them money, and at the same time, they're going to produce roll-up sales, which is going to make you money. Okay?

So this new member coaching call is so critical, guys, because imagine this. Imagine you get to the point where you're signing up two people every day, two new people every day. And you said, you know, that could be one or two calls a day, or even one call a day in a half-hour, hour a day. And every single call, at the end of that call, imagine what it would feel like right now that you get off that call, you help them, they're inspired, they're grateful that you called them, they're grateful to be a part of Team Take Massive Action, and at the end of that call, you have a conversation about them going all in, about the bonuses that they're going to get by being all in, and how that's going to make them more money. But, you know, maybe they can't go all in today.

But let's just say, right away, they upgraded to Inner Circle. Well, guys, that 30-minute call just turned into $100. That's not bad. That's $200 an hour. That's not bad.

But here's the more important part. That's the power of the compensation plan that we have. With 100% commissions and the roll-ups and the pass-ups that you get, you'd be able to earn a massive income. So if all you did was just get people started at the basic level, you did that new member coaching call with them, you explained and shared the value of these Team Take Massive Action Tuesday Night Inner Circle training calls, and how you want to own Inner Circle, not only to go through all the training in Inner Circle in Empower Network, but to get access to our Inner Circle bonus calls as well, on top of being able to make five times the amount of residual income. So that just makes it a no-brainer.

It makes it a compelling statement to be able to upgrade, right? So again, new member coaching calls, guys. Make it a point, and you can do this with your accountability partner, that you guys can set up appointments for each other. So maybe, you know, I have an accountability partner. Let's say my buddy George Bailey is my accountability partner.

I can say, hey, George, I just signed up this new person. I don't really know this person, right? They came in online somehow or found my blog. There's a video on my YouTube channel, and they got on my email list, and they signed up. But I don't really know this person.

Well, I say, hey, George, call them up for me. Take a couple minutes of your time, and I'll do the same for you. And we'll basically call each other's new members and basically set up an appointment, edify you. George would edify me, and I'd edify him, meaning I'd talk highly about George, and he'd talk highly about me. And then that way, when I get on the call, I have posture.

I have power positioning with that new prospect or with that new team member, and I can assist them and lead them, and I can tell them literally what to do, what's going to be beneficial for them, right? And that's the whole thing. We all want to make money, but we want to help our people make money and create success, right? So it's that intention. Like, my intention is to help everyone on this call succeed, regardless of if I'm going to financially benefit or not, okay?

But by doing this new member coaching call, this is going to allow you to build culture. It's going to allow you to build your team bigger and faster. It's going to allow you to make more money faster and have higher conversion ratios. Okay? So if you're never picking up the phone, you're never personally reaching out to your prospects and your new team members, guys, I'm telling you right now, you're leaving a lot of money on the table.

And if you don't have a lot of money to put into advertising, and I don't have a massive email list, I'm going to see what are different ways that I can put a little bit more time and energy up front to be able to get higher conversion ratios, to be able to get my people to duplicate, and to be able to do these things while I'm learning internet marketing, while I'm building a bigger list, while I'm building more income to do more advertising. Okay? So again, step number four, it's a big one of the core commitments, is new member coaching.

The fifth one is Empower Hour. I won't spend too much time on this, but the idea is you want to be plugged in on a weekly basis to our Empower Hour call on Monday nights, and you want to get your team plugged in. Many times, I've experienced this personally, other people on the team have experienced this, some of you on the call have experienced this, where you've had a team member on the Empower Hour call, and it's just an amazing breakthrough. Okay?

And they get fired up, they get excited, and you know what, they just take it to heart, and they go all in. And without you doing or saying anything, you leverage an Empower Hour call, you got your team on a call, you got a team member on a call, and they decided in that moment, they go all in. Okay? So be on the call, get your team on the call, because that's that ongoing weekly inspiration and training that's going to keep you, propel you moving forward.

One of the best things is listening to the daily audio. All right, guys? Listen to the Inner Circle calls. Re-listen and listen to this call. Go through the process.

Become a product of the product. Follow these steps. Every day, whether it's Inner Circle calls or our team bonus calls, Inner Circle calls in Empower Network, whether it's some type of personal development or spiritual development that works for you in the morning, to kind of get your mind right, whatever it is, on a daily basis, listen to audio. If you're working out at the gym, you know, I had a team member who was working out at the gym last night and said, well, hey, listen to this call. Listen to the Empower Hour call.

You know, you're working out, you're working out your body, well, work out your mind at the same time, right? Step number seven is read daily, okay? And that's really about growing yourself. And I'm also going to put in here when it comes to step seven, read daily, guys, is go through the Empower Network training. Go through the Costa Rica Intensive.

Go through the 15K formula. If you don't own those trainings yet, again, do whatever it takes to create the money, find the money. Find the money to be all in, because number one, you're taking your business seriously. By being all in, you're a leader, right? You're leading by example.

So when people ask you, what did you do, or, you know, what level are you at, you can say, hey, I'm all in, right? And go through the training. Go through the 15K formula. You know, Chris Record just did two powerful webinars in the second and third series webinars of the brand new 15K formula products that they're redoing right now. Go through that information, because, you know, if you want to do that, you've got to know the nuts and bolts.

There's no way I could teach you in an hour conference call what Chris can teach you in a couple of two-hour webinars with over a decade of experience on how to create content on the two biggest components, how to create content and how to share that content, and how to turn that into sales, right? Chris goes into several hours of breakdown of those processes, right? So if you don't have the product, then you're missing out on the key components of actually what it takes to succeed in this business. You're missing out on sales. You're going to miss out on the content.

You're going to miss out on sales, or you would have got compensated by not owning it. So all the way around, you're just shooting yourself in the foot. So don't do that. Read and study daily. Go through the product daily, and again, apply what you're learning, okay?

And the eighth step, which I think is really, really critical, and I'm going to spend a couple minutes on it, and that is attending the events, attending all events, okay? Write this down. January 18th through the 20th, Austin, Texas. This event, we're going to have probably 4,000 people there. In Austin, Texas for the next Unleash Your Inner Badass event.

You guys, if you're in the Facebook group right now and you're going to the event, I want you to put a comment in the post right now in the Facebook group saying, yes, I'm excited. I'm going to the event. I've got my Austin ticket, and I will see you in Austin, okay? Guys, you do not want to miss these events. These events is where not only the training, the high-level networking to meet and learn from other leaders across the country and across the world, and to get your team at that.

Okay? Again, I told you that at that San Diego event, that was what helped me get to the top of the leaderboard was by focusing on getting two new people every day, getting those people to the event in San Diego, and building for that event. Building for the event turned into a five-figure month by building for the event, okay? Get people to the event. Now, Chris, behind the scenes, is working on some massive opportunities for our team.

Here's the thing. For people that have their Austin ticket, if you do not yet have your Austin ticket, right now, on this call, after this call, just get your Austin ticket. The $127 is not going to get any cheaper, guys. Ticket prices are actually going to be going up very, very soon, okay? As it gets closer to the event, it'll probably be like $250, okay?

So lead by example. Get a ticket. But here's the thing. You should get a ticket anyway. That's the bottom line to be at the event.

Regardless of whether you go to the event, you know, if something comes up, you want to have your ticket. You want to have the bonuses that we have set up in place. So we have a new product, a new team custom sales funnel, TeamTakeMassiveAction.com, and some of these autoresponder emails and all that you can set up to help you market and promote and build a little bit more credibility around the fact of our team. We have an amazing team video that got put together for us. What Chris is working on right now, guys, is for you guys to take action right now and get your Austin ticket. People that own their Austin tickets and are planning to be there are going to get our brand-new Create, Capture, Convert, our Facebook method sales funnel that Chris did, which is highly effective, which if you're doing any marketing on Facebook, if you're marketing to network marketers in particular, right, the Facebook method sales video is powerful because people learn a strategy.

They learn a training that anyone can use in any business to get 400 to 500 targeted free leads per month in about an hour a day right on Facebook. And I'll tell you right now, guys, when you get into some of the marketing strategies, this is my number one strategy. The reason why I am number six in the company right now out of 17,000-plus active affiliates, I'm number six in the company right now, is because number one, I am leveraging the point system, which is signing up two new members in a day and getting one of those members to get a ticket to the event. I'm personally connecting and reaching out with my new members, figuring out how to get them there. And also, that number one strategy that I'm using to get those new members is Facebook.

It's the Facebook method, it's Facebook chat, and it's reaching out with people on Facebook. So this custom funnel, this create, capture, and convert funnel, up until this moment has only been for our all-in members. It's been a beta test group for only our all-in members. A lot of teams have been growing. A ton of people have been asking for this custom funnel.

A few of us leaders have gotten together and said, okay, what can we do to get more people to the event? What can we do to help more people succeed, make more money faster, and really give this amazing tool, which we know works. We've tested it now over the last month. What can we do to allow more people to do it?

So Chris has been behind the scenes working with a programmer that he's hired, spending a ton of time, energy, and money, and he's going to be rolling out this brand new create, capture, and convert custom sales funnel on our new Team Take Massive Action website for everyone that has their Austin event ticket. So instead of having to go all-in and invest $1,500, $1,600, $1,700 to be all-in, minus your master's course, you're going to be able to get the custom funnel for the Facebook method for literally just having your Austin ticket, guys. This is absolutely huge. Okay, I can't stress this enough.

This is, again, one of my primary lead generation and sales strategies is using the Facebook method, getting targeted people, network marketers, entrepreneurs, people that have an interest in making money online, existing friends of mine on Facebook. I start a conversation with them, okay? I say, have you heard of Empower Network? I say, how is your business going? What are you doing to generate leads? Okay? And I lead.

I lead with this training. I lead with, hey, here's a way that you can get 400 to 500 free targeted leads per month in about an hour a day on Facebook. What's your email, right? Or I'll send them the link right on Facebook, and I'll send them the link to the Create, Capture, Convert custom sales funnel with my affiliate link, okay? This is generating probably dozens, I mean, at this point.

I mean, it's generated a fair amount of my success as I've been using this custom funnel and as I've been using this marketing method, okay? So if you guys ask me, hey, Peter, what's the number one lead generation strategy you're doing? I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that over 80% of my sales come from Facebook. In one way, shape, or form, whether I knew the person or not to begin with, but at some level, it connected, and the connection and the process, the conversation that led to that often, that led to that sale, was Facebook, and a good percent of those people, the majority, actually, have come through that. So, again, I'm going to give you a little bit of an overview of what I'm going to be talking about today.

I'm going to be talking about Create, Capture, Convert Custom Funnels, okay? So, again, get your Austin ticket, and you're going to get access to this funnel, guys. This is huge. Those of you that are on the call, I'm going to introduce a couple people on the call. They had to go all in to get this sales funnel.

A couple months ago, they specifically went all in to get this funnel, and now it's been tested. We're going to open it up to more people. So all you've got to do is get your Austin ticket right now. Get in the Facebook group once you've got your Austin ticket. Say, yes, I've got my Austin ticket.

I'm going to Austin. Again, get your Austin ticket, and you're going to get this custom sales funnel set up for you, okay? It's going to be awesome. All right, so enough about that. Back to some training here.

So here's what you want to do. I want to talk to you a few minutes about the real kind of fundamentals of training that you need to have for your customer, again, and it's going to all weave into what some of the things I've already said, really the outline of creating success, okay? We talked about creating traffic, right? Different ways to eventually get leads, right?

So some people are doing solo ads. I know we have some people on our team that are doing a lot of solo ads. I'm going to bring out a buddy of mine, hopefully I'm going to call him here in a little bit, or I'm going to bring out a few of my team members, one of which is Jesse Ecker. He's doing a lot of solo ads and a lot of paid traffic stuff, okay? That's one method.

You know, like I said myself, I'm doing a lot of Facebook. Buddies like George Bailey and Arthur Tubman are creating a lot of results in Craigslist. Chris Record, you know, doing all of the above and doing a ton of blogging, okay? He's a master blogger. Again, you want to get the training and you want to dive into these different strategies.

I'm going to tell you to pick at least a couple, okay? Pick at least a couple that you're going to do daily on a consistent basis every single day to generate traffic and then to capture those leads, right? So we'll talk about capturing leads, the second component, to be able to either send them to the new Create, Capture, Convert funnel that you're going to get by getting your Austin ticket. Send them to one of the Empower split pages.

Like here's what I would do. I'll also leverage the new team pages, which is teamtakemassiveaction.com, forward slash, like your ID. You can set that up. The new custom team funnel is new, it's unique, it's sexy. No one's seen it.

And it really brands the team, which is going to help you position yourself by being a part of the winning team, by being able to give away the different bonuses that people get when they join our team. So again, use one of those landing pages to be able to do that. Once you've got those leads, here's the critical component, guys. Through your email and through even being able to call your leads, okay? Now I know the system sounds like, well, hey, you don't need to call prospects and all that.

And I'm not saying you just need to do that or you need to be on the phone all day. But if you can get a qualified prospect that's on your list and say, hey, you know, I've got a couple of questions, I'm very interested and they just want 5, 10, 15 minutes of your time and you can connect with them on the phone. Guys, every time I connect with a prospect on the phone like that, I mean, I don't know the exact closing ratio, but it's super high. I mean, it's over 50%.

The people, when I actually talk to someone, they're already interested, they're on my list, and maybe they just have a question. You know, I had this happen last night. I sent out an email. We had one of our members, Mike and Joanne Rivera. They're killing it, number 27 on the leaderboard right now.

Two members of mine just got started. I'll see if I can bring them on the call tonight and kind of see if they can share some wisdom with that. I sent out their email that Chris put together. Again, so I sent out an email flyer. This is stuff you want to do on a daily basis, sending out emails to your prospect list, okay?

So I sent out an email. In that email, I basically asked the person, well, hey, why haven't you joined yet? What questions do you have? Reply back to the email.

Let me know what questions you have. Well, I had someone that replied back. I think they're on the call tonight, possibly. They replied back, and I had a couple simple but curious questions. I answered their questions, and the person got started, okay?

So whether it's through an email, whether it's through a phone call where you personally connect with them, it's super important that you personalize your message and that you build a connection with your prospect. If you build a connection with your prospect, you're going to be able to have a higher conversion. You're going to be able to make more sales, and you're going to be able to do it faster. The reason why I love Facebook, for instance, is why Facebook works so well for me because I'm a big connector. I'm a big relationship guy.

I love reaching out and connecting with people. I don't have a problem picking up the phone. I don't have a problem even meeting with someone from time to time and sharing the opportunity with them in person that I know or meet where I live, okay? That's what I'm used to. So I'm learning Internet marketing.

I'm learning how to build a list. I'm learning how to do blogging. I'm learning how to do video marketing and these different things. But take what skill sets you have, okay? And if that's not your skill set, that's okay, right?

And maybe you're going to become a master in paid traffic and email marketing and things like that. But again, if you can find ways to tell your story through your email, to be able to connect with your prospects personally, to be able to reach out and build a connection maybe through the Facebook method, and you're able to really start a conversation, right? My intention is not only that. Just sign up and buy a product. My intention is to create long-lasting relationships, friendships, and partnerships, okay?

So if you have that intention, that will come through, right? If you have an intention that you're not just here to make a buck, but you're really here to help people, you're here to make friendships, and you're here to build a community, well, that's going to help you in closing sales, okay? So a big part of that is following up. You want to follow up. This is one of your daily income-producing activities, okay?

So as you're doing methods to generate leads, if you're doing, for instance, the Facebook method, maybe you're sending 20, 25 outbound messages a day to new contacts that you search, or you're adding new friends. You know, my profile, for example, is like 5,000 friends, so I figure I might as well start sending out messages to my friends, which are just people that are complete strangers on Facebook. So, you know, I send out messages to my friends. So once you're sending out messages to your friends, or having new friends and sending messages to these new people, again, that's one method to build that initial contact, okay? Then, again, you want to start following up with these people.

So some of them might respond right away. Some might take a week. Some may never respond. It's a numbers game, okay? So this strategy and many other strategies, again, it's a numbers game, and a fortune is in the follow-up.

You guys have probably heard that a million times. I'm going to say it again. Fortune is in the follow-up. Just in the last couple of days, I've reached back out to a couple people that I literally hadn't spoken to, or, you know, maybe shared some information and sent them a post about the opportunity, for whatever reason, you know, life got in the way, or they didn't really take a look at it, and I re-engaged them. I re-engaged them, shared, man, you know, have you been seeing what's been going on?

Our team is doing amazing things. Check out this new team video, and I'll share the team video. Or I'll say, hey, you know what? I'm in a contest, and we have, like, you know, myself and several leaders in the entire team, and I can say, you know, several of my business partners are in the top ten of this company out of over 17,000. Okay.

So, if you're not sure what to say, well, say that. If you're not in the top ten yet, so what do I do? Well, share your business partners in the top ten. You're working with an amazing community. This team takes massive action. You're part of this internet marketing mastermind, and you're able to, again, leverage that credibility of others.

You know, there's the same fact. Everyone loves stories, and they want to hear success stories, and they want to hear the stories of other people, right? So, again, share stories. The next component of an income-producing activity, right, maybe whether it's blogging, whether it's posting videos and promoting that specific video on a social network, whether it's promoting a blog post or a video to your email list, every single day you want to be able to do a couple things. You want communication with your prospects, and you want communication with your team members, your current team members, okay?

So write that down. You're going to have communication. Not daily, but at least three, four times a week, at least every other day that you're communicating with your prospects through broadcast email messages, and you're communicating with your team members through an email message through the back office, okay? So what are you talking about?

What are you promoting? What are you talking about through the email and through maybe even a phone call or text here and there with your team members, right? Okay. All right. I'm going to give credit to my buddy George.

He's a big fan of this. Prospects, praise, promote. Every single day through your communication with your team and through your prospects and your income-producing activities, you want to do one of these three things. You want to be doing all of these three things.

Prospects, praise, promote. Okay? So number one, prospect. Well, again, that could be the Facebook method. That could be connecting with people.

It doesn't necessarily mean you're prospecting over the phone, but that could mean in any way through your marketing, your advertising, you're getting the information in front of other people. You're getting people to your capture page. You're getting people to watch one of the sales videos. Just on a quick note, we love, if you've noticed, in our new team custom sales funnel, we use a sales video called Keep All the Money. It's one of the ones that Dave Sharpe and Dave Wood do that's got the Buy Now button right on it.

So I'll send people to that sales video. So if I want to send them to an Empower Network overview kind of sales video, I'll send them that link. Keep All the Money, which is now in the custom team sales funnel, just FYI. So when we talk about this process of just communicating and prospecting, right? You want to be connecting and prospecting and sharing the opportunity, giving calls to action, specific direct calls to action to your list, to your leads, to the people you're connecting and following up with.

If you don't ask, you don't get. Many times people have to be asked for the sale several times. And this is just sales 101, guys. It's that most people don't get sales because they flat out don't ask for it. They don't ask for it enough, okay?

So you've got to be able to prospect and ask for the sale. The second component is praise. Well, it's praising your new team members. Again, it comes back to doing your new member coaching calls, connecting with your new members, welcoming them to the team, seeing how you can assist them, you know, getting on Facebook chats from time to time with one of your team members and say, hey, what can I do to help? You know, do you have anyone that I could even connect with personally?

I'll say this to some of my team members, those of you that work with me. I say, you know, I might text them or chat them on Facebook and say, hey, you know, what do you need? Is there anything I can do to help? You know, do you have any potential prospects that, you know, that if I even connected with and took some time on a phone call, I wouldn't do this for many people and I don't want to, you know, we're not in the business to just make phone calls all day, but if it's going to take 15 minutes that I could get a leader on our team, I'm willing to do that.

So whatever it is, guys, prospect, praise, promote. Promote the event. Promote this call. Promote the power of these Inner Circle bonus calls.

Promote the Empower Hour call. Promote the brand new 15K formula that's being made where Chris Record, our team founders, and two of the webinars, which are amazing, okay? Promote the next event. Promote your team getting to the Austin event. Promote the new custom sales funnel for someone that just owns an Austin event ticket, okay?

Always be thinking about, am I doing one of the three P's? Prospect, praise, and promote, okay? Prospect, praise, and promote. Again, in all of that, you want to focus on developing and building your team, okay? If you're just getting new people started, but you're not connecting with them to get to the upgrade and upsell process, then you're leaving a lot of money on the table, okay?

There's a principle just in business and in marketing. If you guys are taking or writing down notes, like draw out a funnel. So draw out like a cone, right? And we call it FEBE, F-E-B-E. So it stands for front end.

So the top of the funnel is your front end, which is lead generation, which is your marketing strategies, which is your traffic, which is your pay-per-click, which is your blogging, all the different stuff that generates leads, okay? The next level down on that funnel is your initial product, what we call our self-funded proposal, right? In this case, the self-funded proposal, that initial front end product is our basic blogging system for $25, okay? So most businesses and most people, not only in Empower Network, but any other business, most people will spend all their time and energy and money maybe either on the front end, right, just acquiring customers at the basic level, or they'll have a big back end, meaning that maybe like the former business, we had a high-ticket item where we sold a $20,000 product.

Well, that's a back-end product. That's a high-end product. So you'll put that at the bottom of the funnel. So that's its back end, right? And then above that, above the master's course is your 15K formula.

Above that is the Costa Rica for $500, and above that is the Inner Circle for $100, and again, at the very top, the blog, okay? So don't get trapped by just focusing on the basics and not helping to upgrade and upsell into the higher levels. And you just go and target people that, oh, I'm only going to focus on people that are all in, and I'm only going to focus on just getting people all in or nothing. Well, then you're going to leave a lot of money on the table that way, okay? But for most people, okay, what I find is you'll get somebody for $25.

Focus on that. Let the system, let our team, let our leaders, let Dave and Dave help to upsell and upgrade your people so that you can make more money. And at the same time, if you're going to take responsibility and ownership of it, every single customer and team member you're getting started, you should be connecting and reaching out and following up with them on a continual basis to prospect, praise, and promote, to assist them to upgrade, to get all in, because at the bottom line, if someone's going to succeed, they're going to be all in. I mean, there's not one leader in Empower Network that's making great money that's not all in. So successfully, that's the goal, okay?

If it's simply a money issue that's holding someone back or holding you back from being all in, okay, besides the money, if you could find the money, would you be all in? Most people say, yeah, absolutely, right? So then it's just about getting creative in finding the money, attracting the money. Here's one tip for you guys.

There's someone on the call right now getting going and wants to go all in, or maybe it's just upgrading from $25 to $100. The same process will work whether you're wanting to upgrade from $25 to $100, or whether you're wanting to upgrade from $100 to $500, or go all in, it doesn't matter, okay? Think of something that you can deliver, that you can create, that you can sell of value to people that are interested in Empower Network. Find a way to add on a bonus that maybe doesn't cost you much money, but maybe takes you some time, energy, and effort that you can add as an incentive to get someone, let's say, to get the money to upgrade, right? So we had a team member the other day that wanted to upgrade from $25 to $100 from the blogging platform to Inner Circle with half of the money, but figured out, okay, what can I provide?

I can provide a service to someone in exchange for that $100. And maybe that service could be worth $500, right? So let me ask you this, if you have the opportunity to buy a $500 product for $100, and you're interested in that product to begin with, do you think you'd buy it? Probably, right? So that analogy of getting creative on coming up with a value that you could exchange, or you could sell, or you could bargain to be able to get someone to either raise the money to go all in, or to obviously start helping more people go all in faster.

Again, it's just creative outside the box thinking of helping someone go all in, helping yourself go all in if that's what you're wanting to do, and then make that happen, okay? So I'm going to talk a couple more things, and I'm going to bring out a couple of people on the call and kind of pick their brains, people on our team and what they're doing. So you can hear not only myself and my story, but other stories as well. Before I do that, I just wanted to share again a couple of things to wrap up a couple of these different ideas. Again, engage people in the Facebook group.

Get your people going. Plug them into the team site. Plug them into the 10 steps, okay? Continue to connect with them. I'm going to talk to you guys at the end of the call about the current contest and how you can leverage this current contest, okay?

How you can get your Austin ticket, how you can position yourself to maximize the contest, so you can get in the top 35 of the leaderboard, how that top 35 position, how you can use the power of positioning to leverage that to create more sales and more success for you faster, okay? So with that, I'm going to take a couple minutes here and see if we've got one of the first team members here to sit on the call with us, and I'll introduce them. Craig James, are you on the line with us? If you are, you can just come off mute. Are you on the line?

Yeah, Peter. I'm here. Awesome, man. Great. Thanks for being on the call.

So for those of you, I've got Craig James on the line with us. Craig was one of the very, very first people that I shared Empower Network with when Chris Record, Arthur Tubman, George Bailey and I, we all decided to get started back in the first of June. Craig was one of the first people I shared this with, and Craig can share a little bit more about his background and kind of how we got connected and how we know each other. But Craig went out to the first ever event in Atlanta, and he got started at the basic level. And because of that event, and by being at that event, he made a decision to figure out a way to go all in, and he did that.

And since then, he's been a leader on the team. He's producing some sales. He's had someone else call in. He's had a thousand-dollar day. But Craig, I just wanted to bring you on the call for a minute and just share with the team, number one, a little bit about yourself and how we know each other, like why you went all in, and how powerful the events and being at the events are for you and your business.

Yeah, sure. So yeah, we first met, I moved out to California from Texas in about the summer of 2008. And I literally packed up my car, not a lot of people know this. I packed up my car and just drove out there. I had no job lined up.

I had no place to live. I had a sublet for a month. A girl I knew was going to be on a film shoot in Peru for a month. And she was going to be coming back. So I had four weeks to find a new place to live, maybe find a roommate, find a job, some way to create income.

I had no family there. All my family's in Texas. And that's how I met Peter. I was looking on Craigslist, and I saw this thing about real estate and business. And I knew enough that was the kind of thing I wanted to be getting into.

So I got in touch with you. And honestly, I don't remember what I was expecting. But here was this 23-year-old kid wheeling and dealing, and his first deal in real estate, 30 grand. And I was like, that's what I want to do. So yeah, we started working together.

And we've been working on one thing or another pretty much ever since. So it's been quite a ride. I became a genuine real estate investor, entrepreneur, all that stuff you get excited about when you reach that point. So yeah, early this year, I get a call, and there's Peter on the line saying basically, hey, we're going to do this thing.

We're going to do this. Now, to be honest, I had heard this before quite a few times. But it was like, no, no, dude, this is going to be awesome. This is going to help out our business. This is going to be great.

And you sent me this link. I didn't know anything about it. You sent me the link to the coaching webinar, which is basically, it's really for people who already kind of got in, already signed up. And so without a proper intro, a lot of it, you don't necessarily understand. And I don't really know what Dave is talking about.

But I watched this whole thing. And here's this guy in his white board in front of his mountain in Costa Rica. And so you can pick up quite a bit from it anyway. So it gave me an idea. And just from your preliminary description, I could see the potential.

And then I get this call. And it's like, hey, there's this conference in Atlanta coming up. We're going to go do this. What are you talking about? I can't go to Atlanta right now.

Peter, I can't do it. No, I'm buying your ticket. We're going. I got your plane ticket. This is going to be part of our business.

We're partners. Let's go. So all right, let's go. All right, I'm down. So yeah, that was it.

We went out to Atlanta. And I got to reconnect with Chris. I had met him a couple of times before. And yeah, it was just a few of us.

It was me, you, Arthur, George, and Chris, and a few other people who were actually in Atlanta at the time. And Chris, the marketer, networker, connector, called the people who he knew who lived in Atlanta and got them out there. And yeah, we just experienced this thing for three days. And I've been to plenty of events before, seen a lot of the typical kind of stuff, very hypey and that kind of stuff. But something about this, even in the event, which you wouldn't expect, but something about the atmosphere, and I think part of it was just the presence and the tone that Dave and Dave set.

I guess pretty much everybody realizes by now they don't really, they kind of play by their own rules anyway. So that was probably part of it. And another part of it was seeing the ease of the system and the automation. And it really is a four-hour workweek kind of thing that he talks about. I thought it was kind of crazy you mentioned that book earlier because that's exactly how I thought about it too.

It's a book by Tim Ferriss. Anybody, I highly recommend it. And seeing not only that people were being able to make money, but the transition that people were able to make. I mean, it was just person after person after person. It seems like everyone in our network has been down at some point.

I mean, both of the Daves, Rob Fore, Aaron Rashkin, John Wells, Tony Rush was completely broke, busted. I mean, you're in that and you meet these people. You meet one person after the other and you get to meet them and see them in person and hear them tell their story. You can't really be around that and not be affected in a positive way. I mean, you start to get it.

And it really is empowering in a way. You can't really avoid using that word. And so, I mean, it's very fitting. They didn't just come up with that out of nowhere. And so even without any kind of real preliminary, I hadn't even seen the intro Dave video.

So I didn't even really know much about what even Empower Network was. And being around people and you see, you know, where they came from and what they've been able to generate, you really do start to ask, you know, what's your excuse or what's my excuse? And so you leave that event and you can't get home soon enough. And that's kind of how I felt. I mean, I was getting all these ideas and I'm thinking about all these possibilities.

And I'm even sitting on the plane home and I'm like, when is it going to land? Because that was the first thing I had to do. I had to get home and find a way to go all in. And I had to pull strings to make that happen. But, I mean, you make it happen because, you know, I had to get started.

So that was how I got started. Awesome. So let me ask, I'm going to point out one thing that Craig mentioned. Well, a couple of things. So obviously we know each other.

You know, we have a relationship. So that's number one. We've done some business together. But one thing that Craig mentioned, I don't know if you guys have caught that.

I made an investment in him by getting his ticket to get to the event. So I made an investment. Now, Craig, do you think that investment paid off for me? I hope so. I would hope you would think so.

Because after the event, did you or did you not go all in? Of course. Exactly, right? So I think at the time, maybe it was – actually, it might have been last minute. We bought the tickets last minute.

But even still, I mean, now people have the opportunity to get a ticket right now for like $127. But even still, it was a return on investment. And I knew we had a relationship, and you chose to go all in. You've now since gone all in. You've gotten other people to go all in.

You're making some sales and making things happen. But that's the critical component of, like you said, the power of events, of being there. And it's like Dave Wood talked about on the call last night, magical experiences. You create those magical experiences and moments. And sometimes you can't even necessarily put it into exact words, but that feeling and that energy and everything you experience and everything you see and you hear, the whole collective over the weekend, you can't help but leave that event saying, okay, yeah, just like you said, well, what's my excuse?

This is a no-brainer. I've got to do whatever it takes to really build this business and be all in and make it happen. So by focusing on building for events and getting people to be at events, obviously that's a big thing. Now let me ask you one more thing. For someone that's just getting started, when we talked about lead generation and connecting with people and all of that, what's kind of one thing that's working for you that you would say and suggest to the team?

I'll tell you this, because it's kind of like you described earlier, various things. And of course, I started off in a position as well, not a lot of money and not a lot of experience to be doing a bunch of paid marketing and all that stuff. So that was one of the things I really appreciated with Chris was being focused on training on and providing opportunities for us to do that. To market and promote in three avenues. And so I've had various success in a bunch of different areas, but one of the things that really stuck out to me was that Google Plus Hangout, the contest crusher that we did just last week.

Being on that really got, that was kind of like a kick in the ass kind of thing where it was like, what are you waiting for? Because one of the things George said, and I remember this very clearly, talking about warm market. And George came out and he was straight up and he said, you know what, if you want to talk to your warm market, I will. And Chris will. And Peter will.

And that really hit me. And I'm like, that's kind of true. What am I sitting on? You know, I'm kind of sitting on a gold mine here anyway. It's not like you should be hiding it, because that is the inclination.

And it's like, why would you want to hide this from anybody? If it really is as good as you feel like it is, and if it's really as good as you're telling other people that you don't know as it is, why wouldn't you tell somebody that you do know? So for me, that's the latest thing that I've been working on. It's like going back through my warm market and connecting with people and even reconnecting with people that I kind of lost touch with over the years and people in previous businesses or whatever. And Facebook is like the best medium in the world for that.

It's really great how it provides a way for you to reconnect with people who you might have lost touch with in a very, you know, it's not as awkward as you might think it might be, like getting a phone call out of nowhere or something like that. It provides a very easy way to do that so you can ease into that. So that's really what I've been focusing on the most since that Google Hangout, reconnecting with warm market and being like, you know, what have you been up to? And this is what I've been up to. Check this out.

You know, because a lot of old warm market people, if they're network marketers, it's, you know, business-minded people anyway. So you have a pre-existing relationship and there are people who are probably pre-inclined to something like this as well. Awesome, man. Well, thanks. That's a great point.

And thanks for coming out on the call, Craig. I really appreciate it, man. You're up and coming, rocking on our team and you're doing big things. And I know you'll be, you got your ticket. You'll be at the Austin event making things happen.

So thanks for being on the call, man. Absolutely. Thanks for the opportunity. Awesome, bro. So, you know, one of the things, again, I'm going to highlight what Craig said there.

And I'm actually going to pull up in front of my computer right now just to kind of recap. You know, getting in touch with maybe people you've known in the past or even prospects that you've connected with in the past online, Facebook is a powerful medium. If I'm looking to generate sales on a daily basis and maybe it's the last minute and I want to try to hit my 2-1, you know, I want to have two basic $25 members sign up. And on that same day get one person to the event, so get one ticket sold. Well, that's going to get you 154 points in the contest.

And right now, guys, if you were to get a 2-1 tonight, and you were to sign up two basic members, and you were to get a ticket sold, you literally would get 154 points. That 154 points would automatically already put you in the top 35 of the entire company in our contest right now. I want you to realize that, guys. $50 in product sales and a $127 ticket, just doing that once will get you in the top 35 right now, okay? Here's the power of that.

And I'm going to see if I can bring someone on the call here in a few minutes, a couple of people I want to bring out here. But by doing that, you can leverage that. You can take a screenshot on your computer. You can take a quick little video about it, how you're in the top 35 out of over 17,000 active affiliates in Empower Network, how you're a part of this team.

You can take massive action that has five people in the top ten. And how we have as a team a lead generation strategy that works that literally next to no one else is doing. It's effective, it's free, and it's very, very profitable, okay? So again, Facebook chat is a great way to connect with people with your existing network. So as you're targeting new connections on Facebook, as you're adding friends, as you're connecting with maybe old friends that you haven't talked to in a while, at any given time, you can look on the little side of Facebook and see who is online.

So at any given time, I'll maybe carve out an hour in a day, and I will start several conversations, okay? I will start several conversations that eventually some will lead to sales, okay? Some won't, that's okay. But for instance, I started a couple of conversations today, one of which was a friend who's also on the call tonight actually, we've known each other from the past in a community of personal development like a few years back. And I started a conversation.

Again, this can be very, very simple, and there's no one way to do this, guys, okay? But I started the conversation with something to the effect of like, hey, I saw that she was online, right? And I basically was like, hey, well, I noticed you're online. We haven't touched base in like forever. I thought I'd say hello, see how you're doing.

What's new and exciting for you these days? So my initial opener, I asked this person a question, basically, hey, I saw you're online. I thought I'd say hello, see how you're doing. What's new and exciting? And we started talking back and forth about, you know, here's someone I haven't talked to in a few years, right?

And we started talking, and, you know, this morning at, I don't know, I think about 10:30, and by 11:30, she had signed up. So in an hour on Facebook, I had connected with someone, reconnected, had a conversation, chatted back and forth. Now, simultaneously, I'm doing this with five other people, okay? This person on the call was like, oh, Peter, that's what you're doing? Yeah, that's what I was doing.

So it's a strategy. It works, right? But it's twofold, because number one, I generally, if it's someone I know, I generally want to reconnect with them and see how they're doing and what they've been up to, right? And number two, I'm so excited about what we're doing with Empower Network. I'm so passionate about it.

I'm so passionate about our Team Take Massive Action and the value that we're delivering to people that I'm going to share what we're doing. So I'm going to talk about our Team Take Massive Action and how it's an amazing company, and about Empower Network. I'll ask, hey, have you heard of Empower Network, right? And this person's like, yeah, I think it sounds familiar, but I don't know much about it, right? So I shared a little bit about Empower Network and about our Internet Marketing Mastermind, and how we have our private Facebook group and how we teach the three C's of online marketing and how we really help people grow their businesses, make money online, and build a list and all of that, right?

So it's like, hey, that's interesting, right? And so I then share the Facebook method video, so I get them to opt in to the list, share the Facebook video, so someone can watch the Facebook video. Again, this is just one strategy, and Craig talked about it, and many people that are having success are using this method to create results, okay? So the lifetime value of your customer, if you're all in, average right now is probably at least about $500, meaning every new $25 person you sign up, on average, if you're all in, lifetime value of that customer will equate to $500.

You're going to get access to our Facebook group, access to our training site. You're going to get an email with 10 getting started steps. Try it out, you know, test drive the system. At the end of the day, it's only $25. What have you got to lose?

And just get started, get in, you know? I might even say, hey, you know, I'll put my money where my mouth is. If you don't like it, you know, at the end of the month, it's fine, but at the end of the day, I know that they're going to love it. They're going to get engaged. They're going to like the opportunity, and they're going to even want to do more, okay?

So this is a powerful strategy. I am going to real quick, I'm going to bring out someone on the call with us. Let me just confirm, Shawna, you're on the line with us? You're on the line on the host code? Shawna, are you on the line with us?

I know she was on earlier and got kind of kicked off, so hopefully maybe she'll log in. But we have a woman on our team that is the epitome of whatever it takes, is the epitome of taking massive action and doing whatever it takes. And this person, who is actually in Las Vegas, I live in Las Vegas as well, is someone that I actually met at the last event I met down in San Diego. She has a powerful story of even how she got to the event, unreal.

I mean literally, she has a story of how, with all the odds against her, she was really able to make it happen to be able to get down there. And Shawna actually was at our event in San Diego, didn't have the resources, certainly didn't have the resources to get all in, but she literally did what it took to be able to get all in, and just really shared, was able to do some powerful things. And now she is making things happen. She is someone that is no doubt making some things happen in our team, and it's really someone that is an example of that. So I'll see if I can bring on Shawna.

I think she was having some challenges getting on the host line, if you will. But I wanted to share her story so we can bring her on. And if not, that's okay. I'm sure you'll get to know her because she is a powerhouse. Shawna Singer out of Las Vegas.

I mean single mom, brain tumor survivor, didn't have the funds. She literally sold her car to help go all in, and now she is making things happen. Very, very powerful story of just whatever it takes. Another person I want to kind of share about, one on our team, and it comes back to the contest. I'm leveraging the current contest by focusing on two basic assignments in a day, getting your team to the event, and I want to share a little bit of that detail, is Mike and Joanne.

Mike and Joanne are two members of mine. They got started a couple months ago. Hello? Oh, okay. Can you hear me?

Sorry. Shawna? This is Shawna. Am I coming through? Oh, hey, Shawna.

Yes, you're on the call with us. Awesome. Well, you guys, real quick, I just want to introduce Shawna. Shawna, I was sharing a little bit about your story and just the power of your attitude of whatever it takes and taking massive action, getting down to the last event down in San Diego. Can you real quick look back on yourself, your story, and what was so powerful about the last event being in San Diego and that obviously compelled you to be all in and why people should do what it takes to be at the next event?

Okay. Well, you know, thanks so much for letting me talk a bit. It's kind of a challenge getting on the call tonight, but it's really, I think, just with everything in your life, you know, when you really want something, when you're really after, you know, what you feel you're here for, it can really stop you. I found out about Empower Network, it was like a couple of days before the conference, and I kind of, you know, I heard about it a little bit before, had thought about joining, but just really wasn't sure. Then I finally ended up, you know, joining.

I found Chris Record, and I actually got a call from him. It was like the next day. And he had asked me, you know, are you going to a conference? And I'm just like, well, it would take a miracle. It would take a lot.

And that's kind of pretty much what I did. I sold everything. The reason it says Shawna Singer on my Facebook is because I'm actually a singer. I studied opera, and I'm a classical singer. My real last name is from Africa.

But the reason it says that is because I'm a musician and whatnot. So I had a recording studio, and I made different music for my house, and I have like a YouTube channel and everything that I do it on. But I said that in order for me to go to the next level financially, like I've always actually, you know, done internet marketing for the last like 5 years or so for offline businesses. But I was just like it's not cutting it. It's not giving me, you know, the time.

You know, it's my son. I'm a single mother. And like all you get is 24 hours in the day. And you know, in the end, you know, no amount of money is going to really change that. You know, he's growing up before my eyes.

And what I saw on Empower Network, it was just different. Like I've been through all of the kind of guru stuff and buying, you know, every $97 product that came out. But it was just a matter of having like a system that was really, you know, kind of done-for-you work at home that was, I guess, just something that was going to work and that was going to be real. So lo and behold, I kind of sold my recording studio. I sold everything to get out to San Diego.

I really didn't have anywhere to stay in San Diego. We had some friends who offered to let us stay, but honestly didn't have enough gas to get to them. So I was like, you know, well, it's San Diego. It seems pretty safe. I'm sure we'll be fine.

So I went in the parking lot in the rental car. Like I was seriously just going to spend the night in the car. And we were just blessed. Someone decided to hand over like a lot of cash and tell us to go get a hotel room. And then we got to the hotel room.

Of course, you have to like, you know, put a credit card down and all this stuff. And a member on Team Take Massive Action actually went ahead and put their credit card up for us, which, you know, is a massive favor considering I was traveling with a very active, you know, 3-year-old. You know, thank God he didn't destroy the hotel room or anything like that. But it was just like I kind of look at, you know, looking back at how everything kind of took place, you know, I didn't really plan it, you know, months in advance. But I saw, you know, the videos Chris had online.

I saw his blog, and I saw the success he was having. And I was just like, you know what? What are you going to wait for? Like what's the next thing you're going to wait for to take some action in your life for the things you want? And that's what it was, you know, kind of about, just these series of small events where I was just taking massive action for the next thing.

Not really knowing, you know, how something was going to turn out or what was going to be the next outcome, but really just kind of, you know, going out there on faith, really, to be honest. And then being in San Diego changed everything for me. It just, I mean, seeing real-life people, like these people are all real, you know, seeing Tracy Walker, and then also, you know, meeting and seeing Chris Record in person, and just the TMA team. Like this is something very authentic and real. So when I got back to Las Vegas, I sold everything.

I mean everything, like the car's gone. Gosh, what else did I sell? My couch, the rest of my recording studio. Also I said, hey, we could sit on the floor and eat. Like I think they do that in Japan, so hey, it's possible, whatever.

But I mean, I was just, I sold everything because, you know, sometimes you've got to let go of the old to accept the new things that are coming into your life. Like, I mean, the Bible kind of, you know, talks about how it's just like to really get to this place where you want to be at spiritually with God, you've got to let go of old habits, and that kind of can go for everyone. Like if you're looking to have success in Empower Network or something, you've got to, like everything else that you knew before, you've got to be willing to let that go. You can't have a poor mentality where it's like, oh, I don't want to give this up because it's the last I have. People that, you know, attract wealth to themselves, they don't think like that.

They know more is coming, and that's kind of the mindset that I have. And I'm learning more and more, like now that I have the 15K formula, it's just like opening my eyes so much. You know, marketing experience before, I'm just letting all that go and, you know, just doing what other successful people are doing. And little by little, it's totally, you know, happening for me. And it's worth every single, like, thing that I sold over and over again.

I'd do it all over again. So it's just been an incredible experience. I know that, you know, more good things are on their way for me and more incredible, you know, just testimonies like this of the different things I'll overcome because of the decisions I've made. Awesome. Shawna, that's awesome.

And let me share a couple things. And I'll ask you another question from a couple things that you shared that really stood out to me. So number one, I'm curious because I don't know that I know the answer. So when you mentioned like, hey, you saw Chris, you saw the success he was having on his blog, did you see any type of like posts regarding his contest leaderboards or like an Empower Network contest being on top of the leaderboards? I'm just curious.

Not the first time. No, I didn't see the contest leaderboard. Not the first time, no. Just the blog. Okay, got it.

Okay, but just in general, you saw his blog. It was kind of just what he was doing. Got it. Well, yeah. And one of the things that you said was so powerful obviously is the fact of being at the event, you saw that it was real, the community really stepping up and the miracle that took place for you.

And just seeing that it was real and seeing the success firsthand because that obviously was a big, that gave you the motivation, that gave you the comfort level that you need to take some massive serious action, right, and selling stuff and all that, getting the money to go all in. So from your standpoint, would you say that obviously being at that event, I mean that was, I mean had you not been at that event, would you be where you are today? Would you have done what you did? I'll tell you right now, if I had not gone to San Diego, I would still be, you know, busting my butt, hustling trying to get clients to do Internet marketing for long hours, not worth it at the end of the day because I wouldn't have seen what was possible.

Like you have to get to the event, you guys. You know, it's just, it's not something that's really an option. I don't think it is. Not in what you really, really want. I mean a lot of people don't know this, but I'm actually a brain tumor survivor.

And sometimes when you get faced with something like that, you realize, you know, how fragile life really, really is. Like when someone, a doctor comes in and tells you, hey, we found a brain tumor, you may die. You know, it's kind of just like, oh, well, you know, what do I want? So I just kind of learned to go after what I really, really want in life. I know I want to, you know, move back to France and live my life there and do like that.

I know Empower Network is a vehicle, a financial vehicle for me to do that. It's not something where I have to, you know, be in a certain location. I could generate income from anywhere in the world. But at the same time, you know, the people that you hang around the most, whether you like it or not, you're going to start acting and looking like them. Eventually you will.

But, you know, if you're not around those kind of people and going to the event, I mean, it's not going to happen for you. There's not really a way it can happen for you. So a priority has to be getting to those events so you can see that it's real. You can shake hands with these people, rub shoulders with these people who are, you know, they're just like, you know, that's the crazy thing, Peter, like that used to freak me out before I had the 15K formula, is that you know less than me when it comes to Internet marketing. You know, the success that you've had, like so there's no matter what background you come from, this is something that can work for you, but you have to do what the successful people are doing.

Are they going to the events? Then go. I mean, why would you listen to a broke person? You know, the things that you want in life and the people you want to be like in life and have similar success, you've got to do what they're doing. And they're going to the events.

They're getting all in at all costs. Like we all had situations, like I said, I mean, I'm a single mom. Like it's really just me taking care of my child. And I found a way. I made a way because I knew what I wanted.

So your why has to be that big to where nothing will stop you, not a single thing. You have to just get it. You have to just do it. Yeah, that's awesome. Well, thank you so much for being on the call and sharing your story.

You are definitely an inspiration. And you know, I always think to myself, it's like what excuse? And I familiarize myself with, you know, a physical trauma. You know, I was in a very life-threatening car accident when I was 8 years old and I have massive, you know, scars all over my body and my hand that looks a little different than most people's hands to remind me how precious life is and to remind me to stop playing it safe and to start living big and playing big in life and whatever we're committed to. So thanks so much for being on the call.

And you know, again, a couple of things, guys, that she said regarding the power of the event, regarding getting that belief. I'm going to assume that all you guys have your Austin ticket and tonight you're going to get your Austin ticket. You're going to take advantage of the bonuses. You're going to get the custom sales funnel, all that. It now moves on to getting your team and getting your new basic members to the event.

And it now moves on to that, how many butts in seats, how many people are you going to have at the next event in Austin? Are you going to have just one person, 5 people, 10 people, 20 people, 50 people? Imagine what if as a possibility, what if you decide to make it happen. You're in Austin. You're all in by then if you're not already all in.

So you can maximize the compensation plan so you can have a high lifetime value of the customer so you can capitalize on all the commissions, all the product sales. Knowing that, the highest percentage of people that go to that event are going to go all in afterwards. So what if you had 10 people at the event? You can have a five-figure month in January by just focusing on getting two people signed up per day, getting people signed up at the basic level, getting them to the event, sharing the power of the event, sharing the bonus that they're going to get, the create, capture, convert custom funnel on our new team site. They're going to get these calls.

They're going to get training by Arthur Tubman and other great masterminds on Craigslist. They're going to get a lot of cool things that we'll be releasing over the next several weeks. And be able to get people to that event. I promise you guys, if you get yourself and your team to an event, you will make money. You will have a breakthrough.

And it won't just be about money, but you'll have a breakthrough. You'll have personal breakthroughs. You'll have new friendships that will – all of the people that I'm working with, Chris, Arthur, George, the guy Jason Nedrow we had in our contest crush for the Google Hangout last week. We've all met each other five plus years ago in another business. And we're all friends today working together in a new business.

So the relationships you make in Empower Network, the relationships you make now, you can take that on for a lifetime. And you can take that on even into other businesses down the line. So it's just so powerful. The person I want to bring out right now for a few minutes has become a buddy of mine. He's going to share his story.

And you're also going to hear how this person I connected with, I met in the past, and we reconnected on Facebook. So I use the Facebook strategy. This guy – you might know his dad, and I'll just preface this. And he's an awesome guy in his own right, and he's doing big things now with us in Empower.

But his dad is a friend and a personal mentor of mine named T. Harv Eker. And so Jesse has been in the arena and raised in the arena of business development, of personal development, and has had an influence obviously. And his dad has had a massive influence on me, massive. Someone that I look up to and admire highly.

Well Jesse and I, we connected probably gosh, like 5 years ago we met in person. I was like 22 at the time. I think he's maybe 20 or whatever. He's a little younger than me. And just man, we've maybe kept in touch a little bit, not too much, but we recently reconnected through Facebook with Empower Network.

And Jesse, I'll kind of let you share your story, and kind of how you found Empower Network, and why you decided to join, and why you're excited about it, and kind of what you're doing specifically for lead generation. So Jesse, are you on the call with us? Yeah, can you hear me Peter? Awesome brother, I can hear you loud and clear. Thanks for being on with us.

So love for you to take the spotlight for a moment and just share with us a little about yourself, kind of how we connected, kind of share with you a little bit of what I do to generate results, and really share with you what you're doing nowadays. You know, share with the team what you're doing, maybe the power of the event by being down there in San Diego, and some things that you're now doing to generate leads. So with that, I'll kind of let you share. All right, I appreciate it.

So first of all, I just want to congratulate everyone for even being on this call. You guys are all a part of a badass, and I like to say badass so much now, badass Team Take Massive Action. I mean, the leaders that we have here are just kicking ass and taking numbers, and for all of us to be part of this culture is just a blessing. I mean, I'm pretty involved in Facebook and different groups just to see the different cultures going around, and bar none, ours just is killing it. I mean, what we have from the support status and activity going on is just unbelievable.

You guys chose the right team, and I just want to congratulate you. As far as for me, where I really got started was I've obviously been around entrepreneurship and not really network marketing, but having a dad who worked from home, who created this business. Now, things weren't always great for me, and when he started Peak Potentials, we pretty much had nothing. We were living in a one-bedroom apartment in Vancouver. We just had to move from San Diego to Vancouver because of immigration status, actually.

So we had to move back to Canada to try to start things up again so that we can live in America. To create Peak Potentials from actually having 240 employees in one of the world's largest training, personal training facilities, and I got to witness 12 locations that he put in year after year. Kind of naive. But you know a better way. And I wanted to follow in his footsteps.

In a business sense, I wanted to do my own thing. So I decided to do my own thing, and it didn't work out. And I decided to do my own thing again, and it didn't work out. And I'm young. I'm only 24 years old, but I'm an extremely mature 24-year-old who just gets business and who gets marketing, who understands the concepts of relationships.

And yeah, pretty much it comes naturally to me. So for me to kind of go on my own and try to be successful and not get it was extremely frustrating. I was talking to a buddy named Chris and working in real estate in Arizona selling distressed assets, doing fixing properties from Arizona from all the foreclosures. And my buddy Chris hired me just to take me on. And I met this kid named Zach who was actually really good friends with Chris Record at the time who I had no idea who it was.

But this kid Zach used to tell me that his buddy Chris Record would sit by the pool all day and make money just by sitting by the pool and talking on his phone a little bit, doing some stuff on the computer. And that's how he would make his money, automated, sitting by the pool. And I was cooped up in this office dialing numbers all day. And it was just not having a great time at all. This wasn't exactly what I wanted to do.

I wanted to be an entrepreneur and I knew it. I started to learn the Internet marketing industry. The Internet marketing industry is very overwhelming if you are just diving in. And you don't know who to follow. And I was on this phase of being attracted by another product from another guru or from someone else, or even maybe a little twist to what I was doing that I thought might have been a better way to get involved.

So I was on this track with my savings, really trying to spend money and really trying to make it happen on my own. And I actually heard from Peter and I was going really dry. I wasn't making any money at all. I don't get supported by my family. So once I finished college and all of that, I've always been on my own.

I've always used the money management system that my dad taught me. So I had a lot of savings, but that money started to dry up. And when that happens, a lot of fear starts kicking in. So what happened was I was walking my dog one day and I went on Facebook and I saw Peter making all this money through some system, but he couldn't post the link on Facebook so he said message me directly. And I let it go and I went back a few more days and the same thing happened.

I saw him again. And then he mentioned something about his partner, Chris Record. And the two clicked together and I was like, wait, the same Chris Record that my older buddy was telling me about? So I decided to reach out to Peter. And right from that conversation, I knew that I wanted to get involved, but I was getting involved and spending more money, and this fear really kicked in of, oh, this is just another thing.

I thought you learned your lesson already, Jesse. Don't do it. Don't do it. I mean, I'm pretty good at mastering that little voice. So I was like, okay, I'm going to act in spite of fear this time and I'm going to buy a $25 product.

And being from the younger generation, I really understand the power of the Internet. I really get that the Internet is the way for us to be able to reach places from working from our home. And that's exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to be able to sit in my living room, sit in whatever clothes I wanted to wear and just build a relationship. That was the whole goal.

So I bought the $25 product from Peter. He didn't even have to press the button. Hey, hey, hey.

You guys heard most of it of Peter selling me the $25 product? Is that where it got to? Yeah.

Okay. Anyway, I talked to Peter and Peter is such a cool guy. I mean the guy knows how to build a relationship. We've had a really good relationship. I mean we've talked a little bit, but we met at this other seminar, kind of like a Woodstock seminar of the century.

So I want to commend you for that. The secret is to master your action consistently based on what you learned and getting in front of the message, getting it in front of people and getting it in front of people consistently over time and kind of building that pipeline, if you will. So before I let you go, Jesse, I know when we first got started, you're like, Peter, I don't want to pick up the phone. I don't really want to talk to people. And you're kind of good at that and you like doing that.

That's cool. So let me ask you, I know you're not doing that really, and that's okay. And I still, to this day, like to try to get you to do just a little bit of it. But for all the people that don't want to do that and will relate to your story, what's one thing, if I'm not mistaken, you're doing a lot of paid traffic and solo ads, is that correct, as far as building your list? I've been trying to use platforms that I can really do well with.

Like I said, I do the money management system, which is awesome. And I do have a second income already that's really funding this business for me, my real estate business, that's actually funding this and actually letting me market online. Now, the great thing about online marketing is that once you find an avenue that works, you can scale up. So you can really start with, let's just say, $100, start seeing some decent results with it, and that's really what I'm doing right now.

CPC Broker, which Chris Record talks about all the time in the Facebook group, has worked out really well for me because I'm getting actual leads from it. People are opting into the squeeze pages that Empower Network built, that we've built, and they want to join my list. And that's where the power comes in, is the list. I mean, that's where you get to tell your story. That's where you get to build a relationship.

And that's really like a phone call for me. My emails are like a phone call. I mean, there's obviously going to be some issues of deliverability to all of them, but that's where a big-ass list comes into play, and that's where you've got to go. So the point is, unless someone wants to talk to me, I have no problem talking to people, I hope, and I have no problem talking to you, but I don't want to.

I've done the smiling and dialing, and I don't want to prospect, and I don't want to sit there. I'm really busy doing another thing as well. My regular job, I work with Harv Eker International as well. And I decided, oh, the best piece of advice that I got from Chris, and Peter kind of mentioned this, but pick one or two strategies and really start to master those strategies. Because in a world of Internet marketing, once you find one or two strategies that you can really focus on, then master those strategies.

Once you do, move on to the next part. So don't try to do everything at once. Really go into one or two. Do these things. And really go all into those, because that's really where you're going to have the success.

Once you start getting really good at those, then you can train other people to do those, and then you move on to the next part. Thanks for sharing that, it kind of reminds me of what we've learned and some of the stuff I've done through your dad's company. It was like, you know, the whole idea of really finding your niche, right, getting rich in the niche. And just like you said, there's so many different strategies. And the cool thing is, I love about this system, like you mentioned, you don't got to do the smiling and dialing.

So to speak, and you can do paid traffic. You can do, you know, even blogging. So whether it's free or paid doesn't matter, but find one or two things that you can get good at and just focus on that. You know, for me, my thing is Facebook. And I love connecting and building relationships with people.

And eventually I'll scale up and find other people to outsource that and, you know, get a ton of views or something. But there's just so many different ways. And getting into paid traffic as well. But whatever it is, just like Jesse is saying, is to find those one or two things and just really eventually you can even outsource it, right? Being able to outsource somebody's tasks.

So Jesse, man, you're awesome. Glad to have you part of the team. You rock, man. Yeah, thanks so much. I appreciate it.

Just looking forward to connecting with so many of you hopefully all over the place. Feel free to connect with me. And if you want to leverage T. Harv Eker because he's a very credible source, and me, you guys in any way, I really just want to help. And be a leader for you guys.

And, yeah, just connect with me so I can really learn more about you. And I'd love to connect more. So thanks again, Peter. And Team Take Massive Action. Awesome, man.

And, yeah, for you guys, you know, one of the ways you can do that and you want to do that is when you get to the next event, when you show up, you get your Austin ticket, you show up in Austin, meet Jesse, meet us, and take pictures, take a video with him. You know, we have a great video with Jesse and Chris that he filmed at the San Diego event that you can leverage right now and you can share through an affiliate link, part of our new team custom funnel that you guys can be able to set up by having your Austin ticket. Use that video. When you get to Austin, make your own video. So now you've got a personal video with T.

Harv, you know, with Jesse Eker, son of T. Harv Eker, and you can create a personal interview with him, with myself, with the different leaders. And use that in your marketing. Use that in your email follow-up. So just like Jesse said, you're building a relationship with your list.

And for him, it's email. A phone call is an email, right? So in your emails, you're building a big list, and you're emailing them, and you're making personal broadcast emails, and you're sending content. You're sending videos. You're sending interviews, testimonials with these different leaders in our community and leverage these stories because that's going to help you close business.

And with that, I'm going to bring out one last person, and then we're going to wrap up the call. This last person is a classic example, and this couple, if they're both on the line, is a classic example of leveraging creativity. Creating some success, leveraging their story, doing whatever it takes, being pretty new, doing what it takes to show up, get in, go to the event, go all in. And in a very short period of time, they are in the top 30. Top 30, last I checked, was number 27 on the entire leaderboard because they understand the rules of the game.

They understand the rules of the game of the contest, which is focused on getting two new basic members in a day, getting one ticket sold, getting someone to the event, and maximizing the point system, leveraging that as a power positioning and being able to leverage that credibility to help them create more success for them and for everyone on our team. Because the more people we have successful on our team, the more people we have on Team Take Massive Action on the leaderboard, that's going to help everyone. So with that, I want to bring out Mike and Joanne. I'm not sure if one or both of you guys are on the call, but if you or both of you guys are on the phone, are you with us? Hey, Peter, it's Mike.

Hey, Mike. Hi. Awesome. Joanne, she's with the kids right now, so it's just going to be easy. Okay.

Cool deal, man. Well, everyone, we've got Mike Rivera on the line. First and foremost, thanks for being on the call. He may have been on listening the whole time.

And your story, for those of you that don't really know, you just made the top 27, I think it was. We've got a great little sales page that I made for you with your video that you guys made to promote on our Team Take Massive Action. So it's a video that you can use, that other people can use on our page. So I just want to thank you, man, for stepping up. Real quick, share a little bit about yourself, how we connected.

I think it's funny, right, because we connected through the company, through the personal development company that Jesse was just talking about originally, years back, but we reconnected on Facebook, right? So let me just share a little more about that and then really the San Diego event, how that was powerful for you and kind of now what you're doing and what you see for the future. Oh, okay, sure, sure, Peter. Yeah, thanks for bringing me on the call. Yeah, we did meet.

Actually, yeah, we met through T. Harv Eker's programs. We were actually, I believe, in what's called the Warrior Camp. That's when I first met Peter, and this was maybe six years ago. Peter, I looked at him, and I was very impressed with someone that age.

I think he was in his early 20s to be in these personal development courses because most of the people were much older, in their 30s, maybe 20s, 30s, 40s, or late 20s, but Peter was like the youngest one. So I was just impressed with him doing this kind of thing so early in his life because at 20 or 21, I was definitely not doing that. I was like looking for girls or at the bar or whatever. And we were hooked up on Facebook. A little bit about my background.

I, at the time, was heavily involved in real estate like a lot of entrepreneurs here. Did very well in the growing markets of Las Vegas and Phoenix during the boom and actually owned about 14 properties at one time. Joanne and I, we were doing a lot of pre-construction investing and seeing what was going on. Seeing these things appreciate month to month like 10, 15 grand. And it was crazy, as a lot of you might know, that back then the real estate market was just going out of control.

And we should have all known, right, in hindsight, that this was going to eventually collapse. But fortunately, I got involved also in international real estate. And I raised money with a development company. And we're doing developments down in Costa Rica. That's actually my primary business right now, managing properties and sales with luxury real estate down in Costa Rica.

Now, it sounds all glamorous and great. And yes, we have quite a bit of assets there. But with the current real estate market, it's very, very tough, a lot of pressure, not making a ton of cash flow. And I definitely see in the future, it'll be a nice nest egg. But right now, it's extremely challenging and still a risky endeavor.

But that's my primary, and that's where I get my salary. Joanne, on the other hand, she was with Greenworks Interactive for over 15 years, being an IT specialist. She just got laid off back in July. And so after 15 years of dedicated work with that company, she got hit by the corporate layoffs that's been happening. And she got laid off.

So we were kind of shocked with that. In hindsight, now we're happy actually. Our lifestyle is actually changing for the good. She's home with the kids. But at the same time, we needed to find ways to create more cash flow.

And I was tired of that, and not being where I wanted to be. That's financially free. Where I thought it was going to be when the real estate market was on fire. But I just saw – I literally saw millions of dollars just get wiped out from that real estate market.

But I can't complain. I'm doing decent. But I'm still relying on 9-5 and working hard. And I've been watching Peter on Facebook and just seeing where he was, what he was doing. I'd always be just observing and getting a kick out of watching his posts.

And I heard about Empower Network through him, but still really had no idea what it was. And then I finally – I did get opted in from actually someone else who I had no idea, I had no clue who the person was. And I saw the Dave presentation. And I thought, this is fascinating. You know, he's definitely very interested in doing it.

But then I beelined to Peter because I knew Peter. And I've been watching his posts and I saw that he was having success. So just because I knew him and I already had a relationship with him, I signed up with Peter. And that was about, God, just over two months ago. And just like Jesse, you know, because I'm doing this part-time, my primary strategies are paid advertising.

I do put a small budget every month towards paid advertising. I'm doing Craigslist, you know, which I'm just kind of figuring out on my own. I'm looking forward to Arthur's training because I want to see how I can improve it. But I am doing Craigslist and I am doing CPC Broker as well. So I'm getting some nice steady leads.

And my list is building. And back to this, what happens, I've been getting sales, but obviously not where I want to be and not where we all want to be, which is like – I've been getting, you know, like a good one. And then all of a sudden on Friday, last Friday, I got two just out of the blue. They popped from my sales funnel. I got two in one day.

And I posted that on our Team Take Massive Action user group. I just said, hey, I got my first two sales in a day. You know, I finally hit my daily goal that I always wanted to get. Got a lot of comments.

Congratulations. And, you know, to be honest with you, I wasn't even looking at the leaderboard, and I wasn't even really sure of the rules that much really. I was just looking at getting sales. I wasn't thinking I'd ever get on the leaderboard, to be honest. But then Arthur posted, hey, you just need to sell an Austin ticket and you'll be on the leaderboard.

And I'm like, oh, my God. That would be awesome. Like they're always saying, like what Dave's always saying, you want to have a story that you can leverage. So once I heard that, that day my whole intention was, okay, I've got to sell an Austin ticket.

I told some of my team, Tammy Miller, who's on my team and we've been doing a lot of marketing together, I told her she already was planning to go to Austin, but she didn't buy the ticket. She said, oh, yeah, I'll buy a ticket for sure. So she bought the ticket that day. And then I was able to get the 154 points. I jumped to 27 and immediately leveraged it.

I mean, I said, geez, I need this. So, you know, I immediately leveraged it, made a video, which maybe some of you have seen. You know, Chris has put that as a landing page, which I appreciate, and I'm glad I can contribute in some way if anyone's using that. And I'm using that video. I'm putting it into my autoresponders.

And the one thing that I'm tweaking right now a lot of is being more personalized and getting people to know me. And I'm creating videos, and I'm adding those to my sales funnel autoresponders. I'm not just using the swipes that Chris did. Chris's swipes are awesome. I definitely am using those, but I'm also tweaking them to add, you know, some links to some of my blog posts with Joanne, just so that people get to know me and see that I'm a real person and, you know, it's not just a signature at the bottom of an email.

And I think that's really helping because I am getting people to email me back with questions saying, hey, Mike, you know, I'm curious, this is my situation. So it's like, wow, who's this person? But they know me, you know, and I start to get to know them. So what I'm finding is really important is to get personalized with these people, let them know who you are, let them know that you're real, and give them the story. So I am leveraging this leaderboard for sure right now.

I've added that video to my autoresponders. And, you know, I'm excited. I don't know, Peter, was there any other questions that you had for me? No, I mean, you pretty much hit the main points, and I'll just kind of reiterate a couple of them from the fact of, number one, you know, you got started, we had a personal relationship, I was willing to reach out, kind of similar to Jesse, right? And so that's kind of the theme of the night as far as what's working for me and how I'm getting to the top of the leaderboard.

And then what you said as far as, you know, you set that intention to get two sales in a day, that's the whole intention, is to get to the point where we're all making two sales a day, right? And you finally got it, right? But you didn't even really know about the contest until Arthur was like, hey, man, just go sell a ticket and you'll be on the top of the leaderboard, right? And this is something, again, that anyone can do. And I love what you did was you immediately took action.

You made a focus. You connected with your team. You got one of your team members to go to the event. That's what they were probably going to already do, and what's what we should already do? So now, you know, they just got some intention and motivation and sense of urgency behind it.

And the fact is, for everyone getting their ticket, they're going to get so many incredible bonuses that Chris is putting together with the new custom sales funnel and all these new landing pages that they've used, including yours, you know. So I love that you took action, and I love that you took action immediately and made that video and started to use the power of positioning. And for those of you that don't have the 15K formula or the Costa Rica Intensive, you want to go through those products. Specifically, I believe, the Costa Rica Intensive with the bonus session talks about the power of positioning and how to really leverage that. And that is the secret.

The secret is to generate a little result and then leverage and sell that result to get the next result, okay? So what Mike is doing by getting the 2-1, getting on the leaderboard, taking a screenshot of that, creating the video about it, adding that video to his autoresponder so he's now personalizing his message. He's showing people that he's an up-and-coming leader in Empower Network, and he's able to build that connection. So he's getting more responses, and he's going to start to, if he continues to do this, he'll continue to get even more and more leverage. And you can do things like Mike and what Chris has done by putting that on your blog post, obviously sharing a blog post about it.

Being able to, you know, when you're having Facebook conversations or obviously in your advertising and your email autoresponders, you're able to share that story and share that success. And people want to join and work with successful people, right? So I love what you're doing, and you're just taking action and making things happen, and you're building a list, and you're going through the training, and you're becoming a student. And I'm going to, you know, kind of wrap the call up. Guys, we've been going over two hours, so those of you who are still on the call, you know, taking notes and getting every moment and every, you know, nugget or aha that you can, I want to commend you.

You know, successful people, they don't just go to the finish line, they go through the finish line. Successful people complete what they start. So if you're one that's completing, if you're one that's, you know, on this call, until the very end, that's what successful people do. And successful people, they're on these calls. They will be in Austin, okay?

So success leaves clues. So, you know, with that, I want to kind of wrap up tonight's call and really share with you what we talked about, you know, from setting those intentions, getting clear, visualizing your success as a success. You know, you're a successful leader, right? Having a belief system that this is the best opportunity, that you're a part of the best team, that this now is the best time, right? That you're in the right place at the right time with the right team.

And you can use this in your marketing. You can use it in your conversations. You're at the right place at the right time with the right team and the right system, right, the right company. But you focus on that inner game. You have a belief and a burning desire to succeed.

You model successful people. You get on email lists of all the other marketers. You get on their email list. You know, I was on, I got on Mike's emails and Jesse's emails and Craig's, and I swiped some of their emails. You know, it's funny.

Like, they'll swipe one of mine, and then I'll swipe it back and edit it. I mean, Mike swiped one of mine, I think, and then I swiped it back from him because he had some good stuff. You're going to learn and be able to grow that way. So model successful people, get on their list, see what they're doing, go through the training, right, become a student of the game, right? Follow the eight core steps.

We talked about the eight core steps. It's simple. It's the essentials of the business, guys. Follow the eight core steps. Blog daily.

Promote daily. Market it. Have your new member coaching calls. Connect with your new members. Plug in yourself and plug in your team to the Empower Hour calls.

That's part of the system. It keeps people engaged. You know, listen to daily audio. Read daily. Go through the training daily.

Go through the Inner Circle calls. You know, if you don't own Inner Circle, get Inner Circle. What are you waiting for? It's going to make you five times the amount of residual income.

It's going to allow you to get a massive amount of training that you can listen to all the time, right? So own Inner Circle. Own Costa Rica Intensive. Own the 15K formula. Get the training and go through it daily and never miss an event.

Right now, get your Austin ticket. If you don't have your Austin ticket, maybe you're a little tight on funds, commit to yourself. Commit to the group and tell them, and commit when you're going to have your Austin ticket. If it's not tonight, commit to when you're going to have it by, tomorrow, you know, this week, Black Friday. You know, that would be a good goal.

Have it by no later than Black Friday. Buy the Austin ticket for yourself by Black Friday. We talked about, you know, traffic, leads, and sales, and what to do to get traffic, to get leads, to get sales, and focusing on daily income-producing activities, guys. At the end of the day, you want to focus on what are the things you're going to do on a daily basis that's going to get you the traffic, that's going to get you leads to your email list, and that's going to get you sales. Are you going to focus on more paid strategies like some are doing?

Are you going to focus on some free social media strategies and lead strategies like I'm doing, and the Facebook method and some different strategies like that? Are you going to connect with your warm market? Are you going to put out roadside signs? You know, guys like George Bailey, when we have a future call, he can talk about him and some of his teams that are putting out roadside signs and different signs around town, using offline marketing and then driving people online, okay?

So I talked about on the call, we can do online marketing like on social media or different online advertising and then connect with people offline, or connect with people through email or through a phone call, build a relationship, right? But you can also do the same thing with marketing offline through signs, advertising. There are guys that I've met that are making tons of sales placing classified ads in little local papers around the country, okay? So get creative. Think outside the box.

Again, focus on your calls to action. Focus on asking for the sale. However you're marketing, however you're processing, right? Ask for the sale. Have direct commands.

Dave Wood had an amazing blog post, and Chris Record talked about it, about direct versus indirect commands. Read that blog post. Dave Wood just posted this last week, okay? Again, focus on connecting with your new members, helping them get started, helping them upgrade, helping them get on the new member webinar, see the value of being all in, develop your team, work with them, get them engaged, get them plugged into the Facebook group, okay? These are the core steps, and focus on – I'm going to end with this – focus on the content.

Everyone, if you don't already have Team Take Massive Action, at the end of your last name, you need to do that. You need to log into your business center. Go into My Account. Log in.

On your profile, you're going to see your first name and last name. At the end of your last name, put – and you can put in parentheses – Team Take Massive Action. So at the end of your last name in your My Profile in your Empower Network account, add the words Team Take Massive Action. Do that. When you're done with that, put it in the Facebook group.

Say done. Added Team Take Massive Action to my last name, and then get yourself on the leaderboard. Do whatever it takes to get two basic sales in a day, get an event ticket, get someone to the event, and focus on doing that daily. Maybe you want to do it daily. I'm still not even doing it every single day.

I'm working toward it. I'm getting there, or I'm getting very consistent with it. But focus on that. Get two people a day. Get someone to the event, and get yourself on the leaderboard.

Once you're on the leaderboard, screenshot that, and use the power of positioning. Leverage that in your marketing. Leverage that in your posts. Leverage that in your emails, and continue to do that. Success is the three C's.

When I'm looking for someone to work with, or look at someone to train, success comes down to the three C's. So write this down. Successful people, they must be number one, committed. You've got to be committed. You've got to have a clear committed intention, and be willing to do whatever it takes.

Number one, committed. The second C is coachable. Are you coachable? Are you going to be coachable to learn the things that those successful people, and the leaders in this company, and the leaders in this team are doing? To be coachable enough to put your ego to the side and say, I'm going to follow what works.

I'm going to follow those that are being successful and doing what they're doing. That's the second C, is being coachable. The third one, and this is a big one, the third one is being consistent. Are you consistent? Are you consistently on a daily basis advertising and promoting?

Are you consistently generating new content? Are you consistently connecting with your team? Are you consistently sending out emails? Are you consistently advertising and reinvesting into your business and advertising? Are you consistently on calls every week?

Are you consistently at every single event? Success comes down to that consistency. You've got to be committed. You've got to be coachable and learn new things. And then you've got to take consistent action.

So if you've got those three C's, own that. Take massive action like our team says. Get on the leaderboard. Get your event ticket. Leverage these new custom sales funnels.

Give big props to Chris Record for allowing us to build a custom sales funnel that was once only for all-in people, that you now only have to get your Austin ticket to get access to. So get access to that. Leverage the tools. Okay? If you have a limitation, ask yourself, well, how can I?

How can I do this? What value can I come up with? What bonus can I give for someone to go all in? Or what can I do to deliver value to come up with the money to get the product, to get the training, to get my ticket, to go all in, to make it happen? Okay?

I'll end with this. I always tell the story about success, about what it really takes to have success. There's a little boy. He is in a village. It's kind of an old...

Old village. And he is hungry. He wants success. And he goes all around town. He knocks on everyone's doors.

He goes, what's the secret to success? What's the secret to success? He goes to another door. What's the secret to success? Finally, someone says, you want the secret to success?

He goes, yes. He says, go down, talk to the old man at the bottom of the river. He knows the secret to success. So the little boy runs down the hill, runs down to a little lake, a little river. And there's an old man crossing over the lake.

And he comes up to the old man. The little boy goes, what's the secret to success? He goes, what are you talking about?

He goes, what's the secret to success? He goes, do you really want to know the secret to success? He goes, yeah. He grabs the kid.

Shoves his head under the water. The kid is flailing, flailing, arms going up. He's literally shoving the kid's head under the water, immersing him in water to the point of drowning. Ten seconds goes by. Twenty seconds goes by.

Thirty seconds goes by. This kid is like, huffing and puffing, you know. He's literally about to drown. About a minute goes by. He pulls up.

Finally, the old man pulls his head up out of the water. The kid is huffing and puffing, catching his breath, right? And the old man goes, son, when you want success, like you wanted that first breath of air, go find it. If it's bad enough, go find it. With that, guys, you're awesome.
