Practicality dictates that everyone's results will vary as we are all unique and different. Basically, it takes hard work to make a substantial income in this business, and some people will make no money at all. The earnings of an Empower Network affiliate will be 100% dependent upon their skills, work effort, commitment, leadership capabilities, and market conditions. Common sense would suggest that in most opportunities, one would find exceptional individuals performing well above average, while others perform under the average. Empower Network does not guarantee any level of income or your success.

To see our full income disclosure, please visit our website at www.empowernetwork.com forward slash income dot php. Hello, everybody. This is Bob Anderson. I don't know if you guys can hear me or not because I can't hear anybody out there, but from what I understand, you can hear me. It's my pleasure tonight to kick off tonight's call.

Again, my name is Bob Anderson, and in just about six days, actually six days exactly, will be my 20-year anniversary in this industry, in the network marketing industry. I'm really excited these days to be working with these two brilliant guys, David Sharp and David Wood, who have come up with this incredible program, Empower Network. I haven't been this excited in 20 years. I just want to get things going here. Dave, are you there?

Can you come on? And share what's going on tonight? Yeah, sure. Absolutely, buddy. Well, thanks, man.

I just wanted to bring you out here, Bob, and just kind of have you on for a couple of minutes before we got started, guys. This is Dave Sharp, co-founder of Empower Network. It's just an honor and a privilege to have you guys on the call tonight, everybody. Bob, how are you doing tonight, buddy? I'm doing great.

I'm doing really great. Really excited about what's happening. Yeah, absolutely, man. Well, we're just getting started, and I appreciate the introduction, and we've got some good content. We've got some good content for people tonight.

So anybody who's on the mod line, Bob, I appreciate you, buddy. We'll catch up here soon, man. Anybody on the mod line, if anybody else is on the mod line, go ahead and mute yourselves out just so we can have a clear call. We've got a packed house, as usual. Lines are packed out.

We usually, you know, right now we're using free conferencing. We actually need to upgrade our conferencing service just because, you know, ever since we started these Monday night calls, and this was even before we actually publicly launched Empower, we've been packing the lines out with about 1,000 people on the call every single night. The majority of weeks, especially in the first couple of months when we were really kicking Empower Network off, people were having a hard time getting on. So hopefully everybody has had the opportunity to get on the call tonight. If you're on the call, don't get off because if you get off, I can't guarantee that you'll be able to get back on.

Again, we are going to upgrade, you know, our conferencing services, and we probably should have already done that. But it's not a matter of, you know, anything. It's just getting around to it. So, again, guys, welcome. My name is David Sharp, co-founder of Empower Network.

And I don't know why you're on the call tonight, if you were invited here, if you were a member, you know, how you got here. That's what I mean. I don't know, you know, where you're at in the world. I don't know where you're at in the country or, you know, if you're here in the sunny state of Florida like I am or if you're here in the United States or, you know, maybe you're around the world. We've got a lot of people sometimes who are calling in from, you know, somewhere across the seas, you know, over in another country.

You know, sometimes people stay up until 2 or 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning to jump on these Monday night conference calls, not only because, you know, they want to invite people to expose them to what we're doing here, but also because we want to provide a lot of value on these training calls every Monday night. We've been doing these Monday night Empower Hour calls, again, since even before we launched Empower Network, actually, not just since the beginning. And we, every single Monday night, not only go into a little bit of the history and the past, present, and future of Empower Network, but we also, again, if you read the email or if you were invited here, you know, by somebody on Facebook, then you know that we're obviously going to be covering some training tonight. And, you know, I'm excited about getting into that because we're going to talk about how to build your value, how to make yourself irresistible to people so they want to buy your product, they want to join your business, they're attracted to you, okay? And I think I'm going to, you know, peel back the wool on a lot of people's eyes who are a little bit confused about how this industry works.

And I think if we simplify it for you, then you'll understand exactly how leaders become leaders and how successful people become successful and how newbies stay newbies and stuck kind of in this zone where they really can't get out of it and they find themselves being frustrated and repeating the same things over and over again, which is what I like to call it. And many others like to call it insanity. So before we get into that, kind of the way that we're going to do this call tonight is I'm going to talk a little bit about what we got here first. I'm going to talk a little bit about my story here very quickly, how Empower Network kind of came to being what it is, what is actually in it for you. If you're on this call and you're somebody who's never been exposed to Empower Network before, which it'd be kind of hard not to be exposed to Empower Network because there has been a lot going on.

And we've obviously generated or created 16,000 blogs, which means that we've got 16,000 customers in just under six, or excuse me, just under three months, not six months, just right around three months. And we've got a lot of people who are doing a lot of things really quickly. And I'm going to talk a little bit about that.

Then we're going to get into some training. We've got a featured guest tonight, guys. And let me tell you something. This young lady is a rock star and a superstar in her own right. When I bring her out here, you're not only going to know who she is and recognize her name, but you're going to be...

Thoroughly impressed by the information that she brings. And I can confidently say that because I've never, ever heard this young lady come out and not bring the heat, period. What we're going to do after that is we're actually going to give everybody about a maybe a three, two to three-minute break. Everybody who, you know, is kind of not involved in Empower Network and just kind of wanted to get some of the free training, they can hop off the call.

And then we'll hop back on and do kind of some members updates and just kind of some inside information for people who are actual Empower Network customers and affiliates. I'll have some updates for you guys and kind of let you know just some insider information about what's going on. So with that being said, again, if you just hopped on in the last maybe minute or minute and a half, two minutes, my name is David Sharp. My partner, Dave Wood, is actually not going to be on the call tonight.

He'll be on next week's call. We're going to kind of switch off here for the next couple of weeks just to kind of leverage our time and maximize it the best we can. But, you know, for those of you who don't know who I am, I actually got started back kind of full-time in this industry about two years ago, roughly, right?

Maybe a little over two years now. And previous to that, actually, four years ago, and actually, I just celebrated my four-year anniversary on February 3rd of this month, you know, just a couple of days ago. I got clean. I say I got clean because previous to that, previous to four years ago, I was struggling in all kind of personal issues.

Alcohol. Alcoholism. Addiction. I was homeless. I ran the street.

I was in gangs. In and out of trouble. Up and down. All around. Had a daughter when I was 16 years old.

Dropped out of school when I was in ninth grade. So as much as I will always encourage my child, my daughter, and I've got my daughter here with me, thank God I was actually able to, you know, kind of get my life back on track and get clean and get everything back, you know, where it's supposed to be. And, you know...

Obviously become, you know, not only successful personally, but in business, too. But if anybody's ever told you that because of your circumstances, you can't become successful or get what you want out of life, then you should just immediately get away from them as quick as possible because it's absolutely not true. And I'm a living proof of that. Ninth grade dropout, struggle with every single kind of personal struggle that somebody can deal with. So what I want to tell you first and foremost is if you're on this call tonight and anything is going to happen to you, whatever's going on in your personal life, having any kind of struggles, whether it's alcoholism, addiction, whether you're having, you know, marital issues, problems with your kids, you know, you hate your job, finances suck, you know, whatever's going on in your life, you can absolutely overcome it.

And our goal here in Empower Network is not just to empower you in your business, but it's also to empower you in your personal life, too. And I'm somebody who is very big on that because I believe that it all ties in together. I believe that a healthy, successful life is one that is lived through, you know, your personal family and your friends and your social life as well as your business, not just all about business. So let's just get that out of the way before we even go any further on this call that it's not just all about money, although obviously it helps quite a bit.

So two years after I got clean, I, you know, I was on a construction job. I was, you know, swinging a hammer. That's what I did. I was remodeling a bathroom with my dad, and a guy approached me about a, you know, network marketing opportunity. And, you know, I was pessimistic.

At first, I was just like probably 99% of people that you talk to, but somehow, someway, an opening was made, and I took the little bit of money that I made from that construction job and joined the business. And I was the guy who drove the old Ford F-150 gray rust bucket truck, and I ordered all of the magnets and the signs from the free places online that you can order magnets and signs, and I put them in my yard, and I drove around in my rust bucket truck with the magnets on the truck hoping that somebody would call me, and nobody ever called me, and I couldn't figure out why. I was talking to all of my friends and family. I was doing everything that, you know, traditionally network marketers do, and it just wasn't working out for me, and I didn't know why. I didn't understand marketing.

I was an entrepreneur, and, you know, obviously, my previous life, I was an entrepreneur. I was just in the wrong business. You know, thank God that I woke up and started to run legitimate businesses, but I was struggling. I was struggling. I didn't know why.

I didn't understand building personal value. I was the epitome of a newbie. I was the epitome of somebody who got scoffed at and laughed at, and people, you know, I still run into friends nowadays who, you know, I know that, you know, they're just still looking at me saying, are you still doing that stuff? And, of course, I don't walk around, and the majority of my friends don't even know what I do. I do because I don't walk around and really kind of, you know, talk about it that often, but I had all of that ridicule.

I had all that frustration. I had all that struggle. I had all those things going on, and I started stumbling around and fumbling around on the Internet and, you know, ran into some information that kind of sparked a little bit of interest. It wasn't, I didn't find the secret. It wasn't instant for me, but I stumbled upon some information that said, you know what?

There looks like there's a better way, and it looks like I can leverage technology, and it was so attractive to think of actually building my business with leverage and automation and using some of this different technology that's available to us because, quite frankly, when I got started, I didn't have very much social reach. I didn't have very much social influence. I didn't have a big circle of influence. It was very difficult for me to go out there and actually approach somebody and say, hey, you should take a look.

I know some people out there in the industry, and now I obviously have a little bit more influence, but I know some people in the industry who can just pick up their cell phone and say, this is all I've got to say. Credit card? Give me your credit card. And, you know, people just give them their credit card, and they just join their business. You know, they become national distributors in every single business they get involved in.

That just wasn't me. So, obviously, I looked to the Internet and to technology, automation, some of these different tools that are out there available to us, and I said, there's got to be a way. But what I ended up finding myself doing was sitting in front of my computer, you know, every night until 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning, not even had showered from working my construction job all day because, you know, I was just determined to succeed and figure this thing out, you know, sitting up all night trying to move an image to the left on a blog or trying to figure out how to get a, you know, a page to rank on the search engines, you know, and try to figure out all of this technical ridiculousness. And I've got a little secret to tell you. I'm still somewhat of a tech-challenged construction worker.

It's kind of an inside joke that Dave and I and some of my friends have is because, you know, sometimes I'll still joke and fumble and bumble around with different things because, you know, I'm still not technically inclined. So, what happened was I started to uncover some information that allowed me to have some success. Why? Because I just outworked people, quite frankly. I just outworked and I stuck at it, and I didn't quit.

But as I started to have success and was working long hours, I noticed that a lot of people around me weren't able to put in the hours or invest the type of money because I was obviously investing everything in my business. When I said I was determined, I was determined. But people around me weren't able to do that, and I started to have success. I started to develop some skills, copywriting skills, conversions. I started to take up paid marketing.

And I started to have success, but people around me didn't, okay? And maybe one out of every 50 or 100 people really turned into somebody that experienced success. And, you know, I got with Dave Wood, my partner. The majority of you know who he is, and he actually was kind of a different type of marketer. He was more of a blogger.

He was more of a content creator, and he was having the same situation, having the same thing happen to him. He was experiencing success, but the hundreds and even thousands of people that he was working with, okay, weren't having the same success. Okay? They weren't having the same type of success, and it couldn't be duplicated or replicated. So we said, how can we create something that can allow somebody to come in, whether they're like Bob Anderson?

He'll tell you his story. But he's not a big-time internet marketer, and he'll be the first one to tell you. But he's been able to have success. He's been able to generate some monstrous affiliate income by promoting our products and services, and also obviously get in and start blogging every day without actually having to set up a blog or go through all of the technical challenges that I went through when I got started. So what happened over the course of the last three months since we launched Empower Network is we've launched our blog network and our other various products and services, and we've allowed people to start ranking on the search engines and immediately start posting and marketing on their blog without all of the setup.

And again, like I said, leverage our authority site that right now is ranked about 350 most trafficked sites in the United States of America. And Google looks at our site and says, that's an important site, and they rank content very quickly opposed to some blog that you just go out and try to create. It is not an authority site. When you post content on Empower Network, the search engines say that's important, and it ranks it very high. It ranks it very high.

It ranks it very high. It ranks it very quickly, obviously depending on how competitive the keyword is, but there's much more leverage there. So we've been able to help average people, and that was our real vision. That was our goal when we first started Empower Network. How can we help the average people, the masses, the people who, you know, are coming home and have to do laundry all night, or single moms, or people who already have careers?

How can we help them be successful inside of this industry? And we've done a pretty darn good job at it with the help of our leaders and all the people who are actively contributing to this community. See, the beautiful thing about Empower Network is that it's not just a blogging community. We've allowed people and helped people, built the platform and the system for people, and people who have never had success before, have never made a sale online, on the internet, even inside of their business before, make their first sale as affiliate marketers or as bloggers, rank their first piece of content on the search engine for the very first time after struggling. I've met people who, you know, took two years or, you know, a year and a half to set up a blog and they got inside Empower Network and for $25, $25, they got started posting, started marketing.

They actually started taking action, and I'm telling you what, guys, one of the best gifts that you can give somebody or you can give yourself is the gift of just simply getting started, guys, so here's what I want to encourage you to do is if you're not yet a member, go back to the person who invited you to this call tonight, click the link, and get started. You can even get a free FiFi app that will get you on the right track without all the setup and overwhelm and have you marketing, my friend, marketing and what we're really going to focus on tonight, in addition to getting you started inside of the system, is getting you out of the newbie zone and actually getting you, you know, getting you going, getting you on your way to becoming a successful entrepreneur, a successful leader, and developing some of those skills so you can start to have success in all areas of your life. Again, last call to action before we get into this training because, guys, I really want to really create an army of leaders and people who take action, my friends, because there's a difference between people who are successful and not successful. Let's just step away from the marketing industry here for a second. It's people who decide to take action.

Even if you are a member inside of Empower Network and you're not yet fully committed, make the decision tonight to commit because I'm going to tell you that the only time that anything measurable has happened inside of my life, period, has been when I've decided to commit. No matter what happens, commit to something and take action. So, guys, go back, get started, click the link, and what you can do is actually go through the back office and kind of click around and get familiar with what we got here. Kind of while we're on this call and just get familiar with kind of some of the people. And you start to have the opportunity to interact with some of our leaders and kind of see who's moving and shaking, making things happen here at Empower Network.

And, guys, what we've got for you here, obviously, over the course of the next couple of weeks is going to blow your mind anyways. And, of course, we'll leave some of those updates for after the call. So, with that being said, guys, what we're going to do is get into the content, training portion of this call, guys. And, again, I'm really excited for my team. My guest speaker tonight, because she's just an absolute rock star.

I'll bring her out here in a second. But I've got a follow-up training to this conference call, and it's actually in video format. And I'm going to be posting that here on the blog immediately after the call. And, essentially, that video is going to kind of solidify a lot of the information that I'm going to be talking about tonight. It's going to be a very nice combination of information in audio and video format.

And, of course, you can take this audio or this call, and you can listen to it over and over again. And, of course, the video will be there for you to watch over and over again. But, essentially, what I'm going to talk about and what we're going to really train on tonight is how you can escape the newbie zone. And what I see so many people doing outside of this industry, or, excuse me, inside of this industry, is they stay newbies. They get started, and they never really decide to start offering value back to the community or offering value to their leads and prospects.

And what that does is, essentially, that repels people away from you. That does not attract people to you. Because the truth of the matter is that people will join you because of what you can offer them. This is a very important lesson for you if you're on this call tonight, and especially if you're just getting started inside of this industry, because it's a massive mental shift that you have to take. You have to take it if you really want to experience success.

And the cool thing about this is you can actually apply this information to anything in life. It's very generic information that, when you really grasp it, will make sense, and you'll start to do it in everything that you do, and you'll really start to see drastic results, personally and in business. But a lot of people get started, and they are always asking questions. They're always looking to be mentored. They're always looking for hand-holding.

They're always looking for training. They're always looking for what people can offer them instead of what they can offer people. And there's a very simple rule that we live by inside of network marketing. I'm just going to assume that a lot of people are network marketers. Even though we've got... Yeah.

Yeah. There's probably a lot of affiliate marketers, and we've even got just some good old entrepreneurs. I consider myself an entrepreneur at heart. I would obviously consider the majority of you entrepreneurs, too, or at least people who strive to be entrepreneurs. One very basic rule is you get paid for a couple of simple things. And inside of network marketing, you get paid when you sponsor somebody or when you sell a product.

However, we see a lot of people doing a lot of non-income jobs. We see a lot of people generating activity, like looking, again, for somebody to mentor them, looking for somebody to hold their hand, looking for what somebody can do for them, instead of kind of realizing that when you first get started, you're like 99.9% of people inside of this industry. And this is just a very, very, very simple concept. And if you can visualize this, you're going to really be doing well on this call tonight. But 99.9% of people, even after 360, and remember that, for example, the average lifespan of a network marketer is a few months inside of this industry.

Let's just be honest here, and let's just talk about real statistics. The majority of that time, that person spends in the newbie zone. And what is the newbie zone? Again, somebody who's looking for mentorship, somebody who's looking for training, somebody who's always looking for what people can do for them instead of what they can do for people. What is the difference between a newbie and a leader?

Well, a leader is attracting, making offers to people. Giving people bonuses to join them. Giving people a reason to join their business instead of just the business or the product itself. Remember, what is the real value inside of this industry or any other industry? It's the personal value that you offer.

If you think about different products or services that are offered maybe within your community or maybe people that you've done business with before. Let's just give, for an example, a barber. I don't know why I thought of a barber. Maybe it's just because maybe I need a haircut. I'm not sure.

But when you go to a barber, or a stylist or whatever for the women. I know when I go to a barber, I don't go to the barber because of the type of clippers that he uses or the type of chairs that he has in his barber shop. I go to that barber because he does a good job because he's the man. He's the guy. He's that dude that you want to go and get your haircut from.

And it's always kind of been like that for me. It's like who's the man with the plan that when I sit in that barber's chair, I'm going to get up looking good. Not get up looking like somebody took a weed whacker. It hurts in my head. Well, the same thing happens inside of this industry and really any other industry.

When you think about a lawyer, let's think about a lawyer. I don't know if you've ever needed a lawyer. Hopefully you haven't. I don't know. But if you need a lawyer, you want a good lawyer.

You don't get a lawyer just because he's got a degree. Well, they've all got a degree. You want a lawyer, and maybe one is more expensive than the next. Well, the reason why he's more expensive is because he's good. And what happens is as you build your personal value inside of this industry, you have the ability and you actually manifest it.

It's very scientific, but it's also very simple at the same time. If you can digest the concept, you manifest the ability to charge more for what you're doing. Let's give an example. Maybe you offer coaching. If you haven't ever thought about doing something like this, then maybe you want to think about doing it.

Maybe somebody wants to work with you, but they don't want to join you in your business or buy your products. You say, well, that's absolutely, I understand that you're not interested in my products. You just don't get it. You think it's totally stupid. So, hey, I know you want to work with me.

So, how about I provide you with a personal coaching package? Let's take a look at what it's actually going to do for you. It'll give us an opportunity to actually work together, me to mentor and train you. So, the difference between maybe somebody who's got really high personal value, who's a leader, who's obviously built their brand and created that personal value, is they can charge double and triple, you know, what somebody who hasn't. Some people's coaching prices are, you know, $100 an hour or $50 an hour.

Or if somebody wants personal coaching from me, it's a minimum of $1,000 an hour. And that's cheap. Why? Because I value my time. I built my personal value up, and I built my personal brand by creating value personally, which has transcended into the marketplace.

So, a lot of you are saying, well, how do I get there? How do I get to the point to where I'm, maybe you understand those concepts, and you can start to see those analogies that I've been giving on the call tonight. So, how do you get there? And the way that I like to do it, and you'll see this video that I post later, but the way that I like to do it, let me just break it down for you real quick, is I like to look at it like a stair, like a case of stairs. And I want you to visualize for me a case of stairs for a second.

I want you to think of the first stair. The second stair is the five-lead stair, okay? And 99.9% of people have never generated a lead on the Internet, okay? 99% of network marketers, I don't care if they're an affiliate marketer, and I really don't care if they're an entrepreneur.

It doesn't matter. I really kind of feel confident to say that the majority, the big majority of people have never generated a lead on the Internet. But they want to, don't they? Why? Why?

It's attractive, okay, so most people want to do the same thing. So if you can go out there, and here's what I like to call this, I like to call it selling your last result, write that down, selling your last result, okay. What happens is, is you go out, and you generate a result, you create a result, okay, and I teach really, really in depth about this inside of the Costa Rica Intensive product, if you don't own that, you should go get that, because obviously, I believe it's in lesson six, you are going to get about an hour and a half of me down in Costa Rica teaching about this, plus you'll get Lawrence Tam's outsourcing, Dave Wood's, you know, hypnotic language patterns, and mass influence selling, and Ola and Shola's SEO secrets, and you'll just get about 12 hours of just the most bad ass content you've ever seen in your life. But let me condense that training down here, and I like to call this, the sell your last results formula. And selling your last results means that you go out, and you get a result, you generate five leads, and then you go out to people, your prospects, or your leads, and you say, if you buy this product, or you join me in my business, I'm not only going to mentor you, and you're going to have the opportunity, see the posture there, you're going to have the opportunity to work with me, but I'm also going to teach you how I'm generating five leads, and I'm going to teach you how to generate five leads on autopilot on the internet, whether I work or not. So a lot of you, what I see people doing is, is they have this mentality that they can't actually go out there and make an offer. Now guys, the fundamentals of marketing is making an offer. If you listen to me, or you watch my marketing, or Dave's marketing, or any successful marketer, you'll see there's always an offer in place, always an offer in place. I don't care if it's free training, guys, here's my offer, on tonight's call, if you're not a member, or a customer of Empower Network, go back to the email, and sign up, just do it. If you're sitting at your desk, just open up your email, and just put your credit card information in, and do it, period, okay, that's my offer tonight, kind of a little embedded one there. What you'll notice is, all marketers, all successful marketers make offers. Unfortunately, 90-something percent of people who are stuck in the newbie zone, believe that they don't have an offer to make, because they're trying to jump up to the top of the staircase, because they're looking at other people, and they're comparing themselves to someone who's been in the industry for two, or three, or four, or five, or 10 years, or 20 years like Bob Anderson. They're comparing themselves to that person, and they're saying, I can't make an offer, I can't build my personal value, and nobody's going to want to join me in my business until I'm there. And the problem with that is, is that they forget that every single person, me included, my guests that I'm going to bring out here in a minute included, Bob Anderson included, Dave Wood included, Lawrence Tam included, Toby and Layla, guys, all these people, Chris Dart, gosh, I knew half of these people before any of you knew them, and I see so many people trying to jump up to the top of the staircase, and not going out there and creating their own individual value, okay, it's kind of like somebody walking into your house, and guys, I'm just going to talk strong to you, because I believe that somebody who cares about you, and wants you to do good, is going to talk strong to you, and tell you what you need to hear, and not what you want to hear. But it's kind of like, if you're a man on the call tonight, somebody coming in, and fathering, or acting like a father to your children, until you know everything about being a father, that's just not right, that's just not how we do it. We learn as we go. I'm not a perfect father, I'm not a perfect partner in life, I'm not a perfect marketer, I'm not a perfect company owner, I'm not a perfect entrepreneur, I make mistakes, and in six months from now, I'll have more to offer than I do today, but that doesn't mean I'm not still going to make an offer. Why? Because everybody's got to walk up that staircase, everybody's got to walk up that staircase, so why not start at step one? So many times, we try to jump to step six, or step 12, step 13, without taking that first step, and making that first offer. Now, what I have seen more than anything inside of Empower Network, is I've seen a whole bunch of people take an initiative, and take an action, and start making offers and provide value to the marketplace, which, let me tell you something, just makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck, because in almost every other situation or company before this, you've got two or three people who are making all the offers, who are making all the money, and the rest of the people are left in the dust. Well, I can tell you that a lot of our affiliate income is spread out, and our results are spread out too, which is a beautiful thing amongst our products and our blogging system.

There's a fair share of traffic going around, which tells me that we've got an action-taking community here. We've got an action-taking customer base of people who are using our products. We've got an action-taking affiliate base of people who are promoting our products. A beautiful thing. But that doesn't mean that everybody's doing it, and that's okay.

But if you are going to do it, and you do want to take it to the next level, you do want to experience success, you do want to make your first sales, guys, it all starts with your first sale, you need to start at step one, and you need to offer or brand or talk about the results that you're getting today. You say, Dave, I'm not getting any results. Why not? If you're not getting results, and what is a result? A result is one lead.

A result is that you got your post, your Empower Network blog post ranked on page one. I always see my guest here in a second, which, gosh, I keep referencing her. It must mean I want to bring her out. I'm always seeing her talking about how she's been ranking blog posts on the first page of Google. She's got lots going on inside of her business.

She's not just blogging on Empower Network, but she's talking about how she's ranking her blog posts on page one of Google all the time in her emails, in her marketing offers. She's always talking about it. Why can't you get inside, start blogging, and start making the offer of, hey, to your customers, or maybe for your primary business, I don't know, but I'm going to tell you or show you how to rank your content on the first page of Google and leverage the most powerful blogging and traffic system, marketing platform in the entire community, and you're going to get access to all that. Plus, I'm going to offer you a free 15-minute blog post. I'm going to offer you a free 15-minute coaching consultation to make sure that you get started right when you get started with me, when you click on the link at the bottom of this email, or when you go back once we get off this phone call, go ahead and buy that, and then call me back and let me know that you got started.

I'll be looking for your call. Powerful, guys. Powerful. That's how you do it. Starting to build your brand, starting to build your value that you offer to the marketplace, that you offer to your leads and your prospects, and starting to really give yourself the credit that you deserve.

Guys, again, I'm ready to bring out one of, in my eyes, one of the most phenomenal marketers, classy women that I've ever met, not only inside of this industry, but also just period in life. Just love this woman, respect her, think she's just phenomenal. What I can tell you is that Tracy Walker was having success before she got involved in Empower Network, but here's what I can tell you about Tracy, is that the things that she does are the same things that she tells her people to do. That's really a profound thing to see inside of this industry. A lot of times, people who are having the types of success that she has or has the type of brand that she has, they just go around and just tell people what to do, and they don't all do it themselves.

She's in the trenches, working with people on a daily basis. I'm just going to assume, I don't know, I'll let Tracy tell you guys for herself. I'm going to assume, Tracy, that you started to build your value and to build your brand at step one, that I'm just going to guess, Tracy, that you weren't handed a silver spoon and that you didn't start at step 12.

Is that right? No, absolutely. I skipped all the steps, Dave. I skipped them all. Who needs to take steps?

I popped out of my mom's womb, and I was already driving in the car. You got it. Absolutely. Talk a little bit about that because I know that you've got a perspective not only from your own experience, but also from working with thousands of people, about what we're talking about tonight, and maybe some of the struggles that you've seen people having when they're trying to actually build their own value and their personal value and giving people an incentive to want to do business with them.

Absolutely. Before I get started on that, Dave, I just wanted to go back and, number one, just thank you in an outward fashion for all the work that you and Wood are doing. It's really, really good to be amongst people who don't walk around with this cloth on as if they don't have issues or concerns or what we would call problems or challenges.

We all have our own things to push through, and it's definitely my pleasure to be part of this, and thank you guys so much. I just wanted to kind of say that before I got started. Well, it's our pleasure. Oh, sure. But in reference to the branding and the teaching and starting from scratch, that is something that I think personally, and maybe anyone on my team could probably validate this, that one of the things that I take a lot of pride in is trying to break things down as best I can.

I think sometimes people just, it's almost like the more that I break it down, sometimes they want it broken down even further, almost like if there were an apple and I cut the apple. Well, then even now that's not good enough. Now you want me to smash it up into applesauce, right? And so, you know, we do the very best that we can in breaking things down step by step. I mean, I've even set that up inside of the group of people that I work with inside of Empower Network, breaking things down, do this first, do this second, do this third, do this fourth, and then if you find there's a glitch, then if we've itemized each of the steps, then you can go back to the preceding step and identify where the problem was and correct it, and then work.

Then move forward. And I don't know kind of where I got that from. It just seems like it makes logical sense for me and my world and my brain, and so I try to train and teach in that way. Likewise, I learn that way. You know, I watch webinars or listen to conference calls, and I'm constantly taking notes.

I write down what I hear in the order in which I hear it, and then I go back and look at it and see, okay, does this process make logical sense? If it does, then I'm going to follow it in the exact order that I heard it. Because clearly whoever was presenting the information probably had a rhyme or reason to why they did it that way, and it's always been very easy for me to follow people that kind of gave me steps, and so I train it and teach in that way, and it seems to work. It seems to work, and Dave, you're absolutely right. I share with my team exactly what I do.

Sometimes it's tough to kind of give them more information because all I can do is tell you what I do, right? And if you don't like what I do and, you know, you want to do it your way, that's okay, too. We all preserve that right, but at the same time, I can only teach what I know, and if what I know is producing some sort of result, then I just say work with it and, you know, don't reinvent the wheel. This thing that we have here at Empower Network, first off, let me just say that it is one of the most simplest forms of anything that I've seen online, and I've seen it. I've done and seen a ton of different things.

People are constantly coming to me every day with this and that and why you should do this and why you should do that, and when it comes down to it, I have to see some very basic things inside of the model. Number one, is it simple enough for a person to be brand new overall? Number two, is it something that people are willing to pay monthly for because of the value that it brings to the marketplace? And then number three, is there a result that can be quantified and visually documented for us to show results, because I understand with branding that the results are going to need to be in place. If I don't see those things can take place within a certain period of time, it's a little difficult for me because I know for a fact that people will give up if they aren't able to see a certain type of result.

And here with Empower Network, in reference to the results that can be attained should one follow the steps that we teach, you know, people are getting the results in a day, in two days, in a few hours for many people. On some more competitive keywords, I've got people on my team that, you know, it took them a couple weeks, but comparatively without the platform of Empower Network, ranking for that particular keyword may have seemed next to impossible. So I know for a fact, deep down in my gut, like no ifs, ands, or buts about it, that the platform of Empower Network works. It absolutely does.

I mean, prior to starting with Empower Network, I hadn't been blogging as much. I mean, I put a lot of work into my blog the first couple years. And just this past year, I was kind of doing other things and wasn't really passionate about that whole process because things were just getting really difficult out there, and I was trying to find different ways. I couldn't maneuver around the hoopla out in the marketplace.

Empower Network comes around, I got reignited about blogging. And so prior to Empower Network, my blog had dropped down in Alexa ranking. It dropped down to somewhere about, I don't know, 55,000 or something like that. And I really was maybe blogging once a month or one every two months. So maybe 160,000 Alexa ranking.

And, you know, I wasn't happy about it. But I just didn't feel like blogging much. Empower Network comes around, got energized all over again. And, I mean, just in three months, I mean, now we're down to, you know, 79,000, 78,000. Just from the excitement that I have from that, and I'm not even really doing a lot of work to it.

I mean, we did a training in the 15K module where I kind of broke down how I do some basic optimization of my posts in terms of the H1, H2, H3 tags. I'm using certain plug-ins to help you identify what changes need to be made to your post to increase the optimization of it. And literally that's the process I go through with every single blog post I do. I don't care who's in it. I don't care if it's a video blog.

I just add some written content to it, follow the same guidelines. I do the keyword research. It's a must. It's the number one step. And I just go through that process over and over.

And, yeah, you know, that's it. I mean, nothing major is being done to the blog other than those things. And I'm linking back to Empower Network. It's giving it link juice.

It's clearly giving it link juice. I know for a fact that it's doing that. And it's increasing my Alexa rate. So, I mean, for people that understand the value of what that means in terms of traffic, and even if you don't understand the value of what that means, you just understand that more traffic, or more targeted traffic, equals better for you, then that should really just be the focus. You know, how can you put yourself in a position where more people see what you have?

In an offline environment, you know, ask yourself the same question. What things would you do to put yourself in a position to have more people see you? We just did a team call the other day, and in fact we do this call every day, but I just made a reference to it recently, in reference to if this were an offline business, and you had a brick-and-mortar, a leased location, you know, it's about the location. It's about if you're on a street where there's a lot of traffic, and, you know, this is a shopping district, and this is more, let's just say, a high-end shopping district, and you have things inside of your store, you sell things in your store that are marketable and that cater to that particular economic class of person, and you're on this street, you're going to have a better chance of people coming in. You can't guarantee that anybody's going to buy anything from you.

You can't do it in an offline business, and we sure as heck can't do it in an online business either. We cannot guarantee people are going to pull out their credit card and buy it from you. Hey, that's what you're there to do. You're there to make the sale, right? But you having the store and putting it in a place where people can at least see it, and it's things that they want that are affordable to them or that the perceived value is worth it.

It's a good exchange of their money for your good or product or service. Well, then that's all you can really ask. But if your store is on an isolated street in a city where, you know, the economic climate is where people aren't buying anything and it's next to a steel plant that's been shut down for 20 years, you know, like some places in my neighborhood growing up, well, then, you know, you're going to have to kind of reconsider if the location is proper. It has nothing to do with your high-end goods that you sell. It has everything to do with where you are marketing your high-end goods.

And that's kind of how it is here with us on the Internet. Many people have beautiful sites, beautiful blogs, wonderful trainings, phenomenal coaching programs. You have network marketing businesses, those of you that are in the industry, network marketing businesses that you would literally die for, right? You tie yourself to a train track, and be run over for your company, right? And you love what you have, but you're on that isolated street, right?

And then you're upset, and then you think it's another company, and then you put another company on that same street, right? You go join another program, and you market that program on that same isolated street, and you won't get off that street. And what we're saying here is get onto the street where everyone's already walking by. Empower Network helps us to do that. Whether you understand exactly how, technically, all the algorithms and all that stuff that's behind it, I don't know.

I don't know that stuff, and guess what? I don't want to know it. That's why I'm so happy to have Dave Wood and Dave Sharp. I don't want to know it. I want to be able to do what I do best, which is what I do, market and brand and promote things and allow people to purchase from me by exchanging the value of what I think they want and need for their credit card information or their payment.

Or the free consultation or their phone number or opt-in email or whatever it is I'm asking for in exchange for it. And so I just totally want everyone to understand here that Dave is absolutely right. The very first thing that you have to do is go get a result. I've shared this over and over. My first mentor, when I got on the Internet, he ignored me, guys.

And I don't know how much clearer I can tell this story. And if you don't believe me, you could ask him, okay? He could care less about me contacting him on Skype or me sending him an email. I mean, I get so many emails every day from people saying, oh, well, listen, I just signed up and I want to know if you could show me what to do.

No, I can't show you what to do. You need to follow the process that is going on in, you know, the back office. You need to follow the process. And once you connect with me, I'll tell you to do step A, step B. I'm going to expect you to do those things, not call me a minute before those things are done, only after.

And so when I got started, he ignored everything that I tried to do, and I didn't know what I didn't know. So I said, well, you know what? I didn't get an attitude with him, though. I didn't say, oh, he's the worst or these people don't care about you on the Internet. I recognized that clearly if I was seeking coaching and instruction from him, that the same reason that I wanted coaching and instruction from him was because he knew what to do.

He seemed successful. And if he seemed successful, then why do I think he has nothing better to do than just respond to my 40 emails because I get stuck on every step? He didn't. So I said, you know what I'm going to do? I am going to go apply.

I'm going to read this stuff. I'm going to follow these trainings. I'm going to apply this information, and I am going to get some results. That's what I'm going to do. And I didn't have a formula for it.

I didn't know it was a formula. I just, like I told you at the beginning of this, things that seem logical to me, I'm going to kind of go with it. So it seemed logical that if I got a result, just from negotiations and business or anything, that if I could then deliver to the table and say, hey, listen, here's what I got, right? Here's what I got. I used your information to get it.

I'm happy with this, but I'd like to increase it, or I'd like to enhance it, or I'd like to add more value to it some kind of way. What would you recommend for that? All of a sudden, I got a response. All of a sudden, I got a response. And I knew at that point.

I knew at that point in time that this was a results-based, a results-oriented world that I chose to operate in. And so since I knew that I could get the attention of my mentor by producing results first and then asking for a recommendation or then asking for a suggestion, rather than asking for help or asking for hand-holding, those words, that vocabulary will not get you anywhere. It will not. The usage of those words even will have your emails rejected by people that you're looking to get assistance from. It just will.

And so, you know, asking for the recommendation or the suggestion of how to improve or things of that sort indicated that maybe he should pay attention, and he did, and thank God that he did, because that kind of put me on my path to 2012 and me being on this line right now. And so that's what I'm going to suggest to everybody. Number one here tonight is, we've got the core checklist in the back office of Empower Network. Go through it. Do not shortchange yourself.

You are not going to make more money by skipping the steps because you're in a hurry. You're going to slow down your process. It is the complete opposite thinking of what you're doing that's going to get you the opposite of what you want. So go through those steps and do them in order. Do them in order.

If you want to bake a cake and you did not do the steps in order, what kind of cake do you think you would get? I mean, if you were to try to drive a car and you didn't do the steps in order, what results would you get? If you tried to back the car out before turning the car on, what would happen? Would you be mad at the car? Would you want to sue the manufacturer of the car even?

Would you be upset with the garage owner where the car is parked? Would you have a problem then with the tire maker, right? Is it everybody else's fault that you didn't follow the little booklet of instructions, or would it be yours? And so we have to take responsibility for the things that we're doing, especially when things are highly outlined like they are here. So follow the steps there.

Do them in order and focus on one thing at a time. And here's what I recommend. Focus on blogging daily, right? Something that I teach my team all the time and I'm saying it constantly.

It's like Mr. Miyagi and Daniel-san. I mean, if you guys have seen the original Karate Kid, Mr. Miyagi and Daniel-san. And what Mr.

Miyagi would always say is wax on, wax off, right? You know, the painting, whatever he had to do was, you know, stroke up, stroke down or whatever it was. But the point with Daniel-san, he never really understood. He never understood what waxing the car or painting the fence had to do with winning the karate tournament. He never understood that until the revelation came when he was in the ring and he realized that habit that he had built night in, night out, day in, day out, rain, snow, sleet, hail, hot outside, cold outside, whatever, the habit that he built allowed his body to go into an operation.

And that was the most habitual state of reaction whenever a certain punch, whenever a certain kick, whenever a certain throw was thrown in his direction. His body knew how to respond because he had trained himself on that regimen every single day, almost like breathing, almost like tying his shoes. That's what blogging needs to be for you if you're going to take full advantage of Empower Network. It is not an option to blog whenever you get good and ready to do it.

There are no options if you're looking and you're desiring to make big money on the internet. One of my team members said today on our team call, you know, as an Olympian, as a person that makes it to the Olympics, these are the best of the best of the best, right? And they have a routine, they have a regimen that they go through. For four years, four years, to even attempt to qualify for the Olympic trials and then be selected as, you know, an actual Olympic competitor. But what is it that they are doing every single day as they prepare?

If you were going to prepare for the Olympics, what would your routine look like every single day? Would you probably go to the track and run if you felt like it? Would you say, oh, you know what? I really don't have time for that today. I got to run over here and do this stuff.

Or would you actually plan your day where your routine for your Olympic whatever needed to fit into it? Well, that's what we're in here. This is like the Olympics, the Olympics of financial freedom, I guess we could call it. And if you really want to win that, especially since there isn't just one gold medal, the beauty of the whole thing, everyone could have a gold medal should you choose to have it. Nobody.

Nobody goes to the Olympics, hoping and praying for the bronze. Most people go in dying and wanting that gold. And the passion for wanting that gold is, I mean, it's unnerving. They can't sleep at night. It becomes an obsession.

So are you obsessed with the freedom, the financial rewards that you desire? Are you obsessed or not? And if you are obsessed, then you need to create your Olympic routine. And Empower Network pretty much just gives you everything on a silver platter. All you need to do is do the keyword research we teach you.

All you need to do is optimize the blog post the way we teach you. And all you need to do is post the stuff on the dang blog. It's all you need to do. And then you need to do some other little strategies that we teach you in terms of back linking and getting more traffic to it. But I mean, that's really all that we have to do.

It's really kindergarten work. It's kindergarten. It's kindergarten work. Now, while you're learning it, it may seem like it's difficult, but the process of what we're doing is very elementary. And I'm telling you, I'm not one of those techie girls out here.

I'm really not. And people that know me are starting to understand that. I don't know and I don't care to know, I don't plan to carry it to a certain extent, right? I learn what I need to learn so I can move and operate.

But I'm not spending a bunch of my time on things that don't generate income for me. So I know that I probably talked long enough here. I certainly hope that this was on track with what you would have wanted me to kind of share this evening. But hopefully people can understand that, you know, it's really about consistency. It's really about taking this platform and, as every piece of email correspondence that we receive from you guys says, on their blog daily, we teach on our team blog daily.

We teach keyword research. It's a constant, it's always a must. You never skip your keyword research. You never skip finding out the words, which would be the actual street, right? You never skip finding out what street has the most people for what you're selling.

You just, that's ridiculous in an offline world. It's absolutely ludicrous. Who would pay attention to you if you wanted to be on a street that was desolate? It would be ridiculous. And it's ridiculous online too.

So do not skip that. If you plan on making any money, if you just want to waste your time, then go ahead. But for $25, you know, I mean, literally it costs me more than $25 to get my hair done, right? It costs more than $25 to go eat at a decent restaurant. It costs more than $25 to go to the movies these days, two people and get some popcorn and stuff.

So what is necessary to keep your membership active at the basic level of Empower Network is chump change for the ability to be able to earn money. Right. And, you know, there's no scaling price. You don't have to give Empower Network a percentage of your sales or anything like that. Just go make the money that you need to make, want to make, leverage this platform, enjoy your life.

Right. And then, once you get going, you hire an outsourcer, teach them how to do what you need them to do. And then don't worry about it ever again. Right. And now you can work on your business and not so much in it.

And some of us are kind of at that point and moving towards that with a lot of different areas of our businesses. But I know what it is that needs to be done on a daily basis to make the business move. And hopefully you're plugging into the inner circle training. Hopefully you have or are taking advantage of the Costa Rica intensive training. If you haven't been under a rock and you're actually like breathing right now with a pulse, then you should be tapping into the 15K per month.

I just don't know what else you would want to make things go, other than you just doing what we're already teaching you guys what to do, or how to do. So I'm excited, Dave, to be here. I've told my team and my friends that, you know, I'm with you guys all the way. I planted my flag, totally believe in what we're doing here.

I want to see Empower Network be in a position to really, really empower so many people beyond measure, beyond what we can even imagine. That I'm almost in it just because I want to see that, right? I mean, the blogging part, it's, that's a no brainer. That's not why I'm here anymore. Right.

Got in it initially because that made sense. But now that I see what we're doing here, I'm almost in it now just because I want to look at this thing five, 10 years from now, if even that long, and be able to see, from the beginning to that point, all the people whose lives have changed as a result of learning some very basic fundamental skills that they can build on, for the rest of their lives, and take with them in any aspect of the internet that they choose to take on, any mix you want, any product you want, any service you want, any MLM you want, any brand you want, anything that you want, you can take what you learn here at Empower Network and just scale it out to a level of complete, total financial freedom. So Dave, I'm going to turn everything back over to you. And I hope that kind of took what you're fancy.

Well, I'm just ready to buy, honestly. I'm just ready to buy. So just shoot me over your link and I'm ready to get started. I'd be glad to, Tracy, always a pleasure to have you on. That was exactly what I wanted you to share.

I just, you know, whenever we have you guys out here, it's always just, you know, fun and exciting and interesting and just empowering and invigorating to hear what you guys have to share. Because I think that's what I want to hear. And I think that, you know, we're all kind of in this at this point now to where, you know, it's like, how far can we take this? How many people can we impact? How much traffic can we get?

How many people can we help? And I think that's kind of the why has gotten much bigger and much different from the beginning because, you know, when we first started, we didn't know where we could take this. We knew we could take it somewhere, but we didn't know how far we could take it, how big we could take it. So I think we're all on the same boat. So again, thanks for coming out.

Looking forward to connecting with you soon. And it's always, always an honor to have you out. My pleasure, Dave. Great job, guys. All right, cool.

Well, hey guys. So one thing that I was thinking of when Tracy was talking was, you know, we're talking about how, obviously Tracy just covered a lot there in a little bit of time. But one thing that I thought of, from what I was talking about before and then what she talked about, absolutely plays into, how do you take your game to the next level? How do you take your game to where you go from a beginner, a newbie who's looking for help, who's always needing things, who's always looking for a handout or handholding, and how do you take that and become Tracy Walker?

How do you take that to become Dave Wood or become Lawrence Campbell? You know, any of these awesome leaders, these people who put their pants on the same way that you do. The people who, I love what Tracy said, you know, she enjoys connecting with real people who have real problems, real challenges in life, because the truth of the matter is that we all do. Oftentimes I think we kind of look at people and we say to ourselves, well, you know, they just must get up in the morning and their hair is already done.

Their teeth are already brushed. They're already in their suit. They just stand up out of bed and it's like, oh, that's just not how it is. Every single person who you see puts their pants on the same way. Right.

So what is the difference maker between them and you and how did they get there? And the truth of the matter is they got there by taking step one, by following the basic steps that got there by switching their mentality from newbie to leader and starting to make offers and give people incentives for working with them and joining them. And what happens after a certain period of time is your offer and your incentive becomes you. But in order to get to that point to where just working with you is enough.

Maybe you'll have to make some offers. Maybe you'll have to give people some bonuses. Maybe you'll have to just simply have a different posture than you had when you originally started as a newbie who was always kind of out there on Facebook, kind of looking for stuff and asking questions. Maybe you're just going to have to start at step one, get a result and sell that result like everybody else did. Guys, what we're talking about tonight on this call, and if you have to listen to it over and over again, and of course I'm going to follow up with a video, I'm going to post it right to the front of the blog.

It's going to be talking about how to increase your personal value and escape the newbie zone. And I'm going to break down the same thing essentially that I broke down in this call, but maybe it'll hit you a little bit differently because it's in video form and I'll break things down on the whiteboard. But everybody starts at step one, guys, which is going out and getting a result, which is essentially what Tracy was talking about. Going out and starting to rank, maybe just for the very first time, ranking a blog post on the front page of Google. And then turning around and selling that result to people and telling them, hey, you get started with me today, not only are you going to get bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, all of the benefits of your product and service, hey, get started with Empower Network, 100% commissions if you want to become an affiliate, a blog, and so on, go right down the line of all the benefits, but most of the time that's not enough.

What is setting you apart? Well, the main thing that will set you apart is just simply sell your result. A lot of times I think we get mixed up with this whole branding ourselves thing. By all means, guys, by all means, I think that branding yourself is just a beautiful thing.

It's so smart. It's absolutely one of the best ways to become a leader and successful in any industry. But guess what else I can tell you? I know a lot of people who make a lot of money who nobody ever even sees their face. Nobody even knows who they are.

Absolutely. The richest people in the world, the majority of the people don't even know who they are. There's like 10 or 15 people who rule the whole world. I have no idea who they are, guys, because the truth of the matter is they have value. They offer the marketplace something.

They offer their customers something. They offer their prospects or their leads something to work with them. And the majority of the time, everybody started somewhere and you got there by selling your last result. What's going to happen is, as you continue to sell your last result, this is what I did.

Maybe you can use your income level as a result. Maybe you can use how many leads you generated as a result. Maybe you can use how many blog posts that you ranked on the first page of Google as a result. There's so many different results that you're already getting that you're not giving yourself credit for.

All you're going to do is kind of look around and open your eyes a little and look at what you're actually doing inside of your business. I'm going to show you in the video how I increase the amount of leads that you generate as you sell your last result, and how to make an offer right there on your Empower Network blog.

Somebody says, well, I've got to make my offers on my own blog. Well, guys, let me tell you something. If I go and look at Ryan Deiss or Frank Kern or my buddy Dagan or Dave Wood or any of these other leaders who are out there making things happen inside of this industry, I don't need to go to their blog. Maybe I'll just go to their Facebook page. It doesn't matter.

We've all got a Facebook page. It's unique because it's theirs. Why do people come and read Dave and I's blog posts? Why do people go and read Tracy Walker's blog posts? Because it's Tracy Walker.

So this is a perfect place. There's no excuse not to, A, be blogging, getting results, but, B, making your offers and incentivizing people to actually take action, buy products from you, buy Empower Network if you're an affiliate through your link, or join you in your business, whatever the case may be. Buy your coaching products. We've got insurance agents and all kinds of different people who are marketing.

I mean, it's all you've got to do, honestly, is just kind of scroll through. Actually, go to Google and type in site colon EmpowerNetwork.com, and you can just go scroll through and see about 250,000 indexed pages on Google. Guys, we've got all kinds of, we've got people blogging about all kinds of stuff. And it's all you need to do.

If you really want, I can, of course, I can't make any guarantees, but what I can tell you is this has happened every single time that I've done it. Every single time that I've changed my marketing from just simply offering whatever it is to adding in an incentive or value-based proposition for somebody to join me or buy from me, it's doubled and tripled my results. So, guys, how do you escape the newbie zone? How do you build your personal value? You do it by offering people.

You do it by offering people and giving them a reason to buy through you or work from you or buy through your link, buy from you, or join you in your business. What is that? Usually, it's a result. It can totally be something intangible. It doesn't have to be tangible.

It doesn't have to be anything that you can put your hands on. It can simply be something that you're going to do for people. I see a lot of you doing it, but not enough of you. And a lot of people are wondering how they're ever going to get out of that kind of newbie circular zone and into being a leader and being somebody who can do a lot of things for people. You know, you're not going to be the person that people follow and look to and read about and watch their videos and go and jump on their email list and follow what they're doing.

Well, it's because they want what they have. Your prospect, your lead, if somebody's getting a lot of people to buy products from them or join them in their business, it's because they're making a lot of offers. They're incentivizing people with a lot of different bonuses or reasons why they should actually join them in their business. Maybe they've got a training site. But.

More times than not, it's just simply some sort of offer written down on the Internet through the form of copywriting or whatever, to where somebody's simply saying, if you take action, not only are you going to get all this, but I'm also going to show you how to do this with it, which is the real power. And if you guys can grasp that, I can't simplify it any more than that. If you guys can grasp that, you will begin, probably not slowly or quickly, but gradually, to escape the zone. The zone of the never-ending newbie cycle, which is that cycle that keeps you down, keeps you broke, keeps you asking questions, it keeps you frustrated, keeps you struggling, keeps you kind of like a sheep instead of becoming somebody who starts to add value to people's lives. And I'm telling you that this is true anywhere.

It's not just network marketing. It's not just Empower Network, guys. This is everywhere. Start taking a look around at what's going on. Start looking at how other people operate in businesses.

Start looking at other entrepreneurs. Start looking at smart, successful companies and what they're doing, how they're incentivizing people to go with their service over the competitors. Well, a lot of times inside of this industry, it's exactly what you got. Go and take somebody who moves to a network marketing company and then look at how the previous network marketing company acts and ask me if there's no competition. There is competition.

And the people who excel inside of this industry are the people who are looking for that edge, are looking for something. They're looking to give them that competitive edge to be able to offer more to somebody and give somebody more of a reason to buy through them or joining them in their business. Guys, that's what it's all about. That's where you start. It's not at step 12.

It's not at step 11. It's at step one, going and selling your results, whatever you're getting right now. And if you're not getting any results, the only reason why you wouldn't be getting any results is because you're taking absolutely zero action. Whatever action you're taking, you've gotten a result. Okay?

You probably have gone forward. It's very unlikely that you've gone backwards if you've taken action. The biggest mistake that people make is they don't take action. The second biggest mistake that they make is they don't track and are not aware of the results that they're getting inside of their business, and they're not going and talking about those results. It's not bragging, guys.

It's simply talking about them and selling them and therefore giving people a reason to actually want what you have to offer. Okay? It's very simple. It's down to the basics. It's down to the basics of even attraction in men and women.

Okay? A man looks at a woman. He wants what she has to offer, vice versa. Okay? Whether that's financial stability, whether it's the way that somebody looks, whether it's the way that somebody feels around them, there's reasons why somebody wants to be with somebody else.

There's a reason why somebody wants to buy a product from you over the competition. You have to realize that there's a very thin line that differentiates. You have to realize that 99% of people are all in the same pool, and if you can do one little thing that can separate you from those people, you can become essentially, I guess, as a lot of people like to say, the hunted rather than the hunter. So with that being said, guys, this is Dave Sharp. What we're actually going to do, guys, is we're going to take a quick two-minute break.

Okay? I'm going to mute out the lines. We're going to take a two-minute break. What we're going to do is we're actually going to come back on the call. It's going to be members-only.

It's going to be an update. So here's what I'm going to encourage you to do. If you're not a member and don't want to be a part of Empower Network, or maybe you just came on for the free training and were totally cool with that because we want to offer value to the marketplace, go ahead and jump off the call. The call is over. You can go now.

You're free to go. But if you're obviously, A, a member or somebody who wants to get started, okay, go and at least minimum buy the $25 blogging package from the person that invited you here. Go do that now during this break. Go click on the link. Go click on the Facebook link or wherever, however you were invited here.

Call the person back and get started with their link. You can buy the $25 blogging package, viral blogging system, through their link. Get started. We're going to have some members updates that I'm just going to kind of go over briefly, five, ten, I don't know how long we're going to take, but I'm just going to go over essentially where we're moving in the next week, two weeks maybe, and kind of give you guys a heads up of what's going on. But here's what I'm going to challenge you to do, because if you're on the fence and you're wondering.

Hey, what do I want to do? All this information I've got on this call tonight, is this really the real deal? And I want to just really kind of call you out and say, go with your gut. There's not a whole lot that somebody can say when they get on a call and they pour their heart out and they give you everything that they've got and they are as transparent and authentic as we are and they tell you exactly what's going on inside of the business, inside of the company, and offer as much value as we can without just calling somebody out and saying, hey, what do I want to do? What do I want to do?

What do I want to do? Hey, you know what? We're going somewhere and we're going to go there with or without you. We just want to know whether you're coming with us. We don't care what company you're in.

We don't care what color your skin is. We don't care what color your eyes are. We don't care if you took a shower today or if you haven't taken a shower in a week. We don't care if you're in a health and wellness company or if you're in a gold and silver company or if you're driving a Pinto or a BMW. We don't care where you came from, what skills that you have, what you want to do tomorrow.

If you got a job, if you don't got a job, if you're brand new to networking, if you've been in the industry for 20 years like Bob Anderson, we are here for a very specific reason: to give you a place to shine, to give you a place to where you can get in and get started for the price of, like Tracy Walker said, less than a night out on the town. As a matter of fact, less than half a night on the town, because you're probably going to have dinner with that movie, and I can guarantee you that you can't hardly get a good dinner for less than 25 dollars. So less than half of a good night out on the town, we want to give you everything that we've got. We want to hold nothing back, and the way that we prove that to you is by simply just proving it to you. And if you want to become an affiliate of Empower Network, you don't just make 10, 20, or 30 percent commissions, you don't make 60 or 70, you make 100 percent commissions, of course minus merchant fees, processing fees, and just cost of doing business, but a hundred percent commission. There's no other way that we can actually prove to you that we've got everything and put everything in place for you to be able to be successful, whether you're a guru or whether you're somebody who's just getting started. Not only are we going to provide you with assistance, tools, the platforms, and everything else that we can physically do for you, tangibly put in place for you to be able to get in and start marketing, and give you the gift of getting started, we're also going to, weekly if not daily, encourage you and inspire you and empower you with valuable messages and training and education that is actually going to empower you and inspire you and encourage you to be a better person, not only a better business person, not only a more ethical business person, not only somebody who runs a more solid personal home-based business, but also somebody who's constantly increasing the value of your personal life, what you can offer not only your community but your partners, your kids, or your parents, or wherever you're at in life. Again, there's so many different people from all walks of life here, from all over the world. We look different, and we sound different, and we smell different. And, guys, we don't care. We don't judge you. We want to create an army of people who are building solid, profitable, home-based businesses.

And we don't want all the crap. We don't want all the bullshit. We don't want all the fluff. We want all killer, no filler. And we're really on a mission to create an army of entrepreneurs who understand the dynamics of not only business but also life.

Why? Because we can lean on each other. We just recently had a member, and I just want to continue to, you know, obviously, guys, whenever I hear of somebody who's going through a personal struggle, I want to shout them out. I want to, you know, kind of tell people to send out whatever your spirituality or religious beliefs are.

It doesn't really matter to me because I believe that we can all just send each other positive vibes. And in this community, it's much more than just marketing and making money, although that's a big part of it. It's about helping people and holding people up. And we just had Pastor David Duncan, he actually just lost his daughter.

A couple of weeks ago. And, you know, everybody's been holding him up. All the support and the prayers and the thoughts that have gone out to any member that's ever kind of said out loud that they're struggling with something. It's just been phenomenal. You know, guys, I believe that not only do you become successful by getting all the business and marketing stuff, but you become successful through personal transformation, personal education, and through support.

And it really touches my heart, makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up, when I know, and I'm reminded that we have a community here of real people, guys. And throughout all these trainings and these different things that we're doing for you guys, our real goal is to teach you how to become better human beings and how to connect with people better. Because the truth of the matter is all business is a relationship business.

Unless you're just some oil tycoon who sits on top of a mountain and never talks to anybody, all business is a relationship business. It doesn't matter. So to better and improve your personal skills, guys, is a plus.

It affects all areas of your life. And that's why we do these calls on Monday night. That's why we post videos all the time to give you guys more free value. And, heck, we give people value whether they're members or not. And that's why I'm going to guess that a lot of you are still on this line even though I told you to get off if you didn't want to be a part.

Why? Because what we're really doing here is building value and giving to people's lives as much as we possibly can. In return, I believe that we'll get prosperity. I believe that we'll get what we need in the time that we need it, whether it's personal support, financial support, whatever the case may be. Guys, what we're doing here is something special.

And if you're a part of it, I just want to congratulate you and thank you for being on the journey with us. So, again, I'm going to take a two-minute break. And I'm going to come back on here in three minutes, guys, three minutes. If you need to go get your refill, your cup of coffee or whatever, then go do that. We'll come back on with the members update.

We'll keep that quick. We'll keep it short for you guys. Bye-bye. Thank you, guys. Obviously, if you're not a member, you don't want to be a part of Empower Network.

If you don't own at least a $25 blogging system, you're obviously free to go. Nobody's holding you hostage here. And I'll be right back in three minutes. We'll go over some members updates. Love you guys.
