Kevin Souza’s FORM Method: How to Chat in Facebook Without Chasing Your Link

Your friends list says ten people, maybe twenty, and every single one of them already knows you just joined one of those businesses. You post a link anyway, because that’s what you were told to do, and nobody clicks it. Not one like. Kevin Souza opens this training by naming that exact feeling, then telling on himself a little: somebody once called him old school for still believing a real conversation is what builds a business. His answer was simple. He’s not old school. He’s back to basics.

Back to basics, in his world, means something specific. Whether you’re calling somebody to invite them to a home meeting, walking a mall saying hi to strangers until you work up the nerve to add a question, or running a paid ad, the mechanism underneath every version of prospecting is identical. Somebody has to actually talk to somebody. Chat is that same conversation, just moved onto a platform where most people are scrolling right past it without ever starting one.

What’s actually wrong with just handing someone your link?

This is the mistake Kevin says he sees constantly, and it’s the one he corrected in a one on one session with someone he was coaching. The person’s goal, every single chat, was to get the link into somebody’s hands as fast as possible. Kevin’s answer is blunt. If that’s your goal, you will have very little success getting your link out, and even less success getting anyone interested once they click it. The goal of a chat was never the link. The goal is finding out what problems somebody actually has with their time, their money, their job, their family, because you are the solution to those problems, whether you’ve made a dime yet or not.

He compares it to how a corporation hires a vice president. The president doesn’t stand on a street corner shouting about an opening. A secretary collects resumes, discards most of them, runs a first round of calls, discards more, and only after several layers of sifting does the president himself pick up the phone and make an offer, because by then the person is qualified. You’re doing the same thing every time you open a chat window. You’re not begging someone to look at your business. You’re sifting for the people who are actually open to it.

What are you supposed to be listening for while you sift?

Kevin’s answer is an acronym he mixes up on purpose so it never feels scripted: family, occupation, recreation, and money, or message.

The acronym, F-O-R-M, FORM, okay? FORM, what’s that stand for? Family, Occupation, Recreation, and Money, slash message, okay?

He usually opens with occupation, not because it’s the most important, but because it’s the easiest icebreaker there is. Tell me about your job. How do you like it? What do you do all day? Then he genuinely listens, because the point isn’t to interrogate somebody through four categories like a checklist. It’s to find the arrows for your quiver, his phrase for the specific problems people mention without even realizing they’re problems. Someone who loves camping but can only ever get one weekend off. Someone in a bowling league who’d play more if they had the time or the money. Most people have quietly decided that’s just how life is. It isn’t. It’s a symptom of trading forty hours a week to someone else’s alarm clock, and once you can name that out loud, you’ve found the actual reason they might listen to you.

So when do you actually offer somebody your link?

Not when they show the first flicker of curiosity about what you do. That’s the instinct Kevin says will sink you, because the moment you pounce on interest, the other person can feel it, and the conversation turns into a pitch instead of a relationship. His rule has no formula attached to it, which frustrates people who want an exact science.

As Kevin puts it, “chat is heart-to-heart.” He means that literally. You offer the link once your hearts have matched, once you’ve spent enough time genuinely caring about somebody’s answer that they’d actually want to know what you do for a living. Do that too early and they have no reason to look. Do it at the right moment and their mind opens on its own.

He closes the session with a bonus most people skip past: how to get strangers to send you the friend request instead of the other way around, since Facebook will eventually block accounts that go around requesting everyone in sight. His method is to scroll through the comments on his friends’ posts, find someone who said something genuine, and reply directly to them with real praise, something as simple as telling them their comment stood out, followed by an invitation to connect. People love to be praised. They love being noticed by someone who clearly meant it, and a good number of them send the friend request back the same day. Do that with three or four people daily and you’ve got ninety new potential conversations a month, without ever touching a paid ad.

None of this requires you to already have thousands of friends or a slick script. It requires you to actually care what’s going on in somebody’s day before you ever mention your business, and to know the difference between a chat that’s chasing a link and one that’s building the kind of trust a link can eventually ride in on.

The full session goes further than what’s above, including Kevin’s live walkthrough of finding comments to reply to. Watch it in full, free, when you Create your free account.

A couple of home meetings is what we did in the, you know, in the old days, right? And I invited 80 people to my home and 40 people showed up at the first meeting, 40 people showed up at the second meeting. Not one of them joined, not a single person joined, but I stayed in the business. Why?

Well, because my dream was important to me. That's why. And you'll stay in the business if your dream is important enough to you. But what did we say?

What did I say when I called those people? It's real simple. It was very simple. Hey, I just started a new business and I want to invite you to take a look at it.

Simple as that. And if they had questions, well, what's it all about? It's all about making money. I want to show you, just come to my house and check it out.

We're going to have a meeting on Tuesday. Thursday, which one is better for you? So I gave them an alternate choice, which means either answer was, it was a yes. Right.

And of course I did say people who said, no, no, thank you. But many of them, because they were either a friend or a relative or somebody I worked with, or that they all said, yeah, most of them said, all right, I'll be there. Great. If for some reason you can't make it, let me know so I can replace you with somebody else.

Okay. So we were taught that because they said, Hey, you're running a business guys. And so if, you know, they can't make it to your house, then you want to replace them with somebody else who can. And that was my posture.

And that's when I first started learning posture, which I had no clue what I was doing in the first place, except for picking up the phone and reading a script to get people to come to my house. Right. And so over the years, I learned how to prospect people that I don't know very well. And we started by walking up and down the malls.

Hi, hi. Hello. Hi. Hi.

Hi. Hi. Hi. And we'd say hi to people as we walked by them so that we'd have enough courage.

After about nine or 10 times walking around the mall and saying hi, the next time you walk by somebody and say, hi, how are you? Hey, how's it going? Hi, how are you today? Okay.

Not just hi, but just add that one little question after that. And then once we got comfortable with that, it got easier and easier and easier to prospect people. You've heard Dave Wood talk about going to malls and prospecting people and talking to people and seeing if they'd be open and looking at a way to make some money. Right.

That's the basics, folks. Because when you advertise your website in this day and age, let's say you took out a solo ad or you're doing Facebook pay-per-click or YouTube pay-per-click or some kind of paid advertising, you're in essence saying, hi, how are you today? Right. I found a way to make some money from home.

Fill out your email address. And watch my video. It's the same thing, folks. It's the basics.

It's not old school. Whether you're talking to somebody in person on the telephone or electronically through paid advertising, it's still the basics. But what I want to talk about is how do you chat in Facebook? What can you do in Facebook to make it work so that you have enough prospects and enough leads to show your business to so that you can bend the law of advertising?

Now, Kim and I are not millionaires yet in the business, but we're getting there. We've earned over a quarter of a million dollars with this. And so if we can do this, anybody that's willing to learn and willing to work can chat in Facebook too and get themselves some prospects. Oh, Kevin, I only have 10 people on my friends list in Facebook.

So get some more. What's that got to do with anything? Okay. Somebody said to me, oh, you have thousands of friends in Facebook.

It must be easy for you. Whoa. I had to build those friends, didn't I? Well, like I said earlier, there's going to be a little bit of a video here within a video that will show you exactly how you can get people to request you to be their friends in Facebook.

And so we'll talk about that in a minute. So let's say that I look at my Facebook and there's two places I can look on my own profile. Where all my posts are. And I only allow myself to post on my own profile.

Okay. And you can set up your Facebook that way too. But on your wall is where all your friends and some of your followers posts are showing up. So those are the two places you look.

And what do you look for? You look for people that are commenting on your posts on your wall. Okay. And in the wall where all your friends posts are, you look for people who are commenting on your posts.

And you look for people who are commenting on your friends posts. You look for people that are liking your posts. You look for people that are sharing your posts, especially videos. I have over 800 videos that I've posted in Facebook, entertaining videos, not just videos of me.

And I have literally at least a half dozen of them that have well over a million and a half shares each. And I have just hundreds of them that have five figures of shares, 20, 30, 40, 50,000 shares. And I have several that have hundreds of thousands of shares. Why?

Well, because entertaining videos go viral. They just do. And I also have so many friends that it's physically impossible to speak with everyone, right? It's physically impossible to chat with them all.

So one at a time, what you want to do in chat is you want to initiate a chat conversation with people. It's that simple. Hey, I appreciate your comment on my last post. Tell me more about yourself.

What do you do? Now, some people have just 10 friends on their list or 20 friends, and they all know you. So it would be kind of crazy for you to say, tell me about yourself. What do you do?

Use your common sense, okay? You want to build your friends list. And I'll show you how you can do that a little later. But what you want to do is say, tell me more about your job.

How do you like it? What's happening at work? Find out about their job first. That's what I like to do.

That's kind of an icebreaker, an opener. And people will tell you. They either love their job or they hate it. Or it's all right.

You know, it pays the bills, right? It's not giving them their dream, that's for sure. I don't know any job that does give people their dreams. Isn't that weird?

But anyway, so occupation, that's what you want to do. To keep yourself on track with what you're doing with your business. Let's talk about the goals of chatting, okay? A goal of chat is not to give them your link.

Oh, well, wait a minute, Kevin. Aren't we supposed to be prospecting people to give them our link? Isn't that the goal of the chat? No.

If that's the goal of your chat, you will have very little success in getting your link out. And more importantly, this is important, you'll have very little to no success of people being interested in your business. That's what happens. It's weird, okay?

So don't make giving my link your goal. Make your goal more like, I would love to find out what kind of problems people are having. Whether it's with their job or their time or money or, you know, any kind of problems. Family problems, doesn't matter.

Recreational problems. They don't have time to play golf as much as they'd love to. Why? Because they don't have the money to do that.

Why? Why are we looking for problems? It's real simple. We are the solution to their problems.

You, as an independent affiliate, are the solution to people's problems in life with money. Yeah, but Kevin, I'm not making a dime yet. I just started. That's irrelevant.

Let me explain why. So many people will say to you, Kevin, how much are you making? This is when I was new at it, right? And of course, I was making nothing when I was new at it.

But here's my answer. How much are you making, Kevin? First, I would say, good question. Why do you ask?

I don't just answer questions. A lot of times I ask a question back to find out why they're asking me that because I don't want to be a mind reader and neither do you. Oh, I'm just curious how much you're making at this. Okay.

Then we'll tell you what, I'm brand new, but I'm following somebody who's making hundreds of thousands of dollars at this. And I'm looking for a couple of people that might be open to following them with me. Are you in or you're out? Hmm.

See, the reason they're asking you how much you're making is because they want to put you in a box. Well, I'm not making much. I just got started. Well, when you're making money, let me know and then we can talk.

Okay. And you're letting them control the conversation. The person who asks the questions are the one in control of the conversation. So goals.

What else? What's another goal of, you know, chatting in Facebook? Well, what you want to do is you want to connect with people. Connect heart to heart.

Okay. You want to have some common ground that you can connect with, that you guys can relate to each other with. Okay. A lot of that has to do with, I know how you feel.

I felt the same way until I found out some things. When you are on common ground with people, you connect with them. And I've used this phrase in other training videos, where, you want to heart match with people. Okay.

You want to match your hearts. That's what you want to do in a chat. Not give out your link. Because if you want to just give out a link, I had some training with someone the other day, one-on-one personal counseling, to see what they were doing in their chat.

And what they were doing is they were offering people their link way too soon in the conversation. How do you know when to give somebody your link? How do you know when to give somebody your link? How do you know when to give somebody your link?

How do you know when to give somebody your link? How do you know when to give lead capture page to your business? That's an easy answer. When your hearts match.

Okay. It's not a science. You know, it's not Kevin, exactly when do I give them my link or offer them a way to take a look at my link? Exactly when do I do that?

You know, there's no exact science to it. It's an art and a science. And the art part is matching hearts. Okay.

When you discover that they have a problem with their job and that they don't have a problem with their job, they don't have a problem with their job, they cannot take anymore. That's an arrow in your quiver. Do you know what a quiver is for arrows? You may have seen Legolas in the Lord of the Rings.

He was the, you know, the archer, the expert with the arrows. Well, that's that little cylinder box that they carry on their back with all the arrows in it, okay? That's a quiver. And they would reach into their quiver and put it on their bow and shoot the arrow, right?

Reach into the quiver, pull out the bow. And so you can do that quickly once you get efficient at shooting bows and arrows. Well, what you want to do is you want to find arrows to put into your quiver. And here's the easiest way.

The acronym, F-O-R-M, FORM, okay? FORM, what's that stand for? Family, Occupation, Recreation, and Money, slash message, okay? FORM.

Okay, so what I do is I mix up FORM. I take the F-O-R-M and I mix it up. And I usually start with the letter O, Occupation. So you can go O-M-O-F-R, R-F-M-O.

As long as you use the word FORM, it keeps you on track with a prospect for you to decide whether or not you're going to give them your link. You see, it's not, I'm going to give them my link right when they say this. And the minute they show me any kind of interest, I'm going to give them my link. No, that's the wrong posture.

You're a business owner, okay? You're interviewing for associates is what you're doing. And you will determine whether or not they qualify for you to even offer them your lead capture page link based upon how the conversation is going. Lots of people I do not give my link.

So another goal of your chat is to sift, sift through conversations to see who's qualified and who's not for you to give them your link. Picture this, you're the president of a corporation, okay? You're interviewing vice presidents. Do you go out shouting in the streets, hey, I need a vice president for my business.

You got to check it out. It's the greatest business you ever saw in the world. And I need some vice presidents. You want to check it out?

Presidents are coming. And you're interviewing for the job search. What do they do? They take a job search site, have their secretary go on that site and grab them 20 resumes.

And then the secretary goes through the resumes, discard several of them, and then sees the ones that they may be candidates, and they'll show me the initial calls. And then after those calls, she'll discard the ones from the calls and then that leaves a few that will come in for their first interview, which is not with the president, it's with her, okay? Or somebody that's hired by her. And then that's somebody assigned to do that in, you know, human resources, in HR, right?

And so once they go through those first set of interviews, they discard even more. And now there is a core of people that have possibilities to be a vice president for whatever division that the president is expanding, right? And so then they hand those resumes to the president, along with the results of the first interview. The president sifts through those and discards one or two himself, and then says, bring these people in.

And then they bring those people in and they have their first interview with the president, right? And then after the first interview with the president, he immediately discards one or two, and he decides that two or three of them are worthy of a second interview. And they come in, have that second interview, and then, and only then, does the president pick up the telephone himself and offer the opportunity to the right candidate, because they qualified. You need to have that same mindset.

With us, though, it's easier. We're not looking for vice presidents of a major corporation. We're looking for people who have dreams that they can't fulfill with their current situation. That's a problem.

We're looking for people who have problems, because we're problem solvers. But that's not enough. How's their attitude? Are they open-minded?

Okay? Not, do they have a bachelor's or a master's degree or a PhD? See? Our qualifications are different, but it's the same problem.

We're not looking for vice presidents of a major corporation. We're not looking for the principal. We're looking for those who are qualified. Oh, what do you do for work?

How's your job doing? Tell me, what is it that you do? Tell me more about yourself. Oh, I'm a hairdresser.

What do you do? Right? And what I do is I offer back, even if they don't ask, what I do. Here's why.

Because I'm not an interrogator, and neither are you. If all you're doing is banging one questions after another about their family, about their occupation, about their recreation, you're going to come across as an interrogator. All right? In fact, they'll see through that, and they'll see that your real purpose was to try to get them in your business.

That's not your purpose of the chat. The purpose of the chat is to sift, to find out problems, to see if they have positive, open minds, to see if they qualify, to even be a candidate for your business, to see if your hearts can match during that conversation before you offer them your link. Okay? And so that's a vitally important aspect of chatting with people in Facebook.

And so what do you do? I'm a hairdresser. What do you do? Well, I help people earn income online.

So tell me about hairdressing. How long have you been doing that? And I get right off the subject and deeper into what they do. That's important.

Here's why. The average person, when you say, well, tell me about yourself. What do you do? I'm a hairdresser.

What do you do? I help people earn income online. You want to check out my website? I help people earn income online.

I help people earn income online. That's the lack of a better term. Stupid. Okay?

They're not even qualified yet. You're already offering them because they showed a shred of interest in what you do. They're not really interested in what you do. Dale Carnegie of How to Win Friends and Influence People teaches, become genuinely interested in other people.

I like to add a caveat to that. Even when they're interested in you, just mention, what they asked, but get right back into a question about what they do. Okay? It's as simple as that.

Get right back into asking them, what do you do? Tell me more. How long have you been doing hairdressing? Whatever made you decide to get involved with that.

All right? And it may not be the greatest reason in the world. Who cares? It's their reason.

That's the greatest reason in the world. Whatever their reason is. Become interested in that. Genuinely.

Okay? Hey, do you have family? Married? Kids?

Yeah, I'm married. I have two boys. You know, they're 10 and 12. No kidding.

What is that? Like fifth and sixth grade? Yes. No.

Okay. Well, you know, I have a daughter. She's my stepdaughter. She's 18.

She has severe autism. Yeah. And so you must love your family. How long, how often do you work?

Do you work every day of the week? Full-time? Part-time? Ask them questions.

Ask them questions about them. Okay? And then if they come back, well, tell me more about what you do, helping people online. Oh, we just simply, you know, help people earn some income online.

And when I have an opening, I'll be sure to, you know, mention it to you. When I have an opening, don't you already have openings every single day of your life? Every single minute of every day? Of course you do.

But you don't want them to know that. You want to take it away the minute they offer any kind of interest. Interest in your business. Take away.

Okay? Just brush it aside like it's not that important right now. What's important is you. You're important to me.

Okay? What do you do for fun? Right? So, well, in the summertime, we absolutely love to go camping.

And in the wintertime, though, I'm in a bowling league. Great. Now, bowling leagues, do they meet every night or just once a week? I don't know the answer to that.

Most people do anyway. It's really only once a week. If you can go bowling every night, would you? Right?

And a lot of people say no, because they don't have time to or they don't have the money to. Time and money. Oh, there's an arrow to put in your quiver. They have a money and time problem.

They can't go bowling as often as they like to. When you go camping in the summertime, do you go camping for a week or two? Or maybe a weekend? Or how do you do that?

Well, weekend. you know we have to work we don't have much time have you ever gone camping for two weeks no why don't have the money or the time i have to work i can't get my time off from my job another problem i roll in the quiver okay all these arrows you're putting in the quiver problems that people have time and money and it's usually time and money which are problems but don't jump down their throat regarding offering them a way for them to make some extra money so you can give them their link your mission is not accomplished when you give them your link your mission is accomplished when you've identified problems that they have it's more than one thing it's when you've identified several problems arrows in your quiver okay that's one of the missions the the most important mission is heart to heart and what it really means is to be strong and open and have someone to show them who they are and that's the most important and it's it's a whole other level and it's very important as well with the world in particular what type of questions we have are there are there are there are more questions that are coming in from the room i'm not saying that i have no answer but there are just more to talk about so i'm going to jump in here and i'm going to Again, there's too many examples to even make a video to talk about that, which is why you're not seeing me do Facebook chat on my screen, that we're just having a heart-to-heart about this.

Why? Because chat is heart-to-heart. That's what chat's all about, you know? And once you've gone family, occupation, and recreation, what they like to do and why they can't do it as often as they'd like to, that's one way of finding out problems, by the way, right?

Do they do as often as they'd like to do the things that they love to do for recreation? And if not, why not? Right? Sometimes you can talk about dreams.

Okay? It all depends on how the conversation goes. And, of course, money is almost part of the messages all the time when you're chatting. It almost boils down to not having enough money or not having enough time in life.

And oftentimes what you want to do is you want to stop the chat short from where you are. You can take notes. In our team, we have a spreadsheet of actually giving ourselves points. One of the team members on our team named Aaron Hubbard had put together, because he had learned it from somewhere else, a spreadsheet to give yourself points on keeping yourself on track with chatting.

And you don't need that, okay? But, you know, it's a nice tool to have. So that you can end a chat, just end it, even if it's not true. In other words, hey, you know, it's getting late, got to run.

Awesome chatting with you. Let's pick up on this again another time. Because what it does is it shows them that you're not desperately trying to get your link in their hands. That's not your goal of your chat.

When I explained this to the person I was counseling with the other day, he got it instantly. I showed him in his copies of his chat, because I asked him to copy a couple of chats to show me, exactly how it was too soon for him to actually offer his business opportunity to them. Because he thought that his goal was to get a link into somebody's hands. That's the goal of a chat.

It's not. And we have, you know, we have people that we're dealing with here. And we want to build relationships with people. We want to build relationships.

We want to build rapport with people. We want to identify problems that they're having in life with time and money. Why can't they do what they love to do enough? Why can't they do that?

What would they love to have or be or do that their current situation is not giving them? Why do you want to know that? I'm just curious, because I love to find out more about people. You know?

I would love to own my own jet. I don't want to fly it, but I'd love to own it. That way I can just fly wherever I want. Whenever I want, just at, you know, the snap of a finger.

I would love that, to be able to have that instead of waiting in airports, to have my own jet at my own convenience, right? That's something like that is just powerful. It's nice to talk about dreams and what people want out of life or want to do or want to be, not just have material things. And that helps you match hearts.

And when you're heart-matched, then you have a better opportunity to show them your link. And their mind is wide open now to taking a look. Because if you do it too soon, they have no reason to look. Because you did not spend enough time to care enough about why they would even be remotely interested in looking at an opportunity.

Okay? So, offering people your business. So, offering people your business, in my opinion, is a posture. And you want to control the conversation with questions, don't you?

See, I just did, didn't I? Tom Hopkins taught tie-downs. And that helps control the conversation. Isn't that true?

Don't you agree? Isn't it? Wouldn't it? Couldn't it?

Isn't that true? You can say that at the beginning of a sentence or at the end of the sentence. Can't you? And you can always add a tie-down.

And you can tie down their sentence. Can't you? In other words, if somebody says something positive, Boy, I would love to be able to golf four or five times a week. I would say, wouldn't you?

Yes, I would. See, asking questions keeps you in control of the conversation. But it also keeps you in control of your goal of the conversation. Which is in identifying problems.

Sometimes people don't realize that not having enough time or money to do what they love to do in life is actually a problem. They think that's the way life is. But it's a problem. And the reason they think that's the way life is is because they're so programmed with going to work every day, getting up.

You know, when that alarm clock goes off in the morning, that's your boss walking into your home, invading your bedroom, and pushing a button and turning on that alarm clock and saying, Get up! Get up! You don't work for anybody 40 hours a week but me. Get up!

And they come into your house and invade your privacy. You're used to it. You just roll over, you turn the alarm on snooze, maybe to get 10 more minutes in, or you get up. Why?

Because that's your boss coming in your house, grabbing you by the throat and saying, Get up. Now, granted, many people love, their job. That's okay. I mean, I loved my jobs when I worked.

The only thing I didn't like about jobs was bosses being told what to do and when to do it. I'm independent. And so I chose to pursue a way to get out of being ordered around by bosses, telling me what to do and when to do it. Telling me when I could take a break.

Telling me when I could take a break. Telling me when I could take a break. Telling me when I could go eat. People just think that that's the way life has to be.

And it's not. And so in your course of chatting with people, you want to sift through a bunch of chats. Four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten different chats. You can't do them all simultaneously.

That's crazy. What I mean by sift, meaning you want to see who is willing to talk to you. Who's willing to open up to form, F-O-R-M. When you're talking to people, talking to them about their family and their occupation and recreation, what they like to do for fun and money.

And the message, F-O-R-M, money slash message, is of course you offering them your link to them. But don't you dare do that when they show their first interest in what you do. Don't do it. It's way too soon.

You will know. Somebody asked me, how do you know, Kevin? You know. You will know.

Because when hearts match, you know. And that's the art of the art and science of chatting with people in Facebook. And so this video is, I'm sure, it's going to be extremely helpful to people when they understand the posturing and their goals when it comes to chatting with others. I'm including in this video a segment where you can learn how you can get people to friend request you in Facebook.

Lots of people go to groups. I don't do that. I used to when I was new at it. But the only thing people are interested in in groups is whatever they're trying to post in a group.

And so that's a waste of time, in my opinion. I would rather chat with somebody in Facebook on my wall, some comments of people that are not even on my friends list, but they're commenting on my friends list, or those that have left likes, comments, and shares on my own posts in Facebook. Those are the most ideal people to chat with. And I think that's a great way to do that.

And I think that's a great way to do that. And I think that's a great way to do that. And I think that's a great way to do that. How do you grow your friends list?

Well, don't go requesting one friend after another. I'll talk more about that in the video segment on how to get people to friend request you. Because Facebook will block you and even shut down your account thinking you're doing some suspicious activity. And you don't want to do that.

And so you can build your friends list to 5,000. You can build your followers to tens of thousands and more like I have. And the way to do that is to be very consistent. Every single day, chat with three, four, five people.

Initiate the chat with three, four, five people until you finally get one or two or three of them that will actually engage with you in that conversation so that you can work on your mission of the chat, which is to identify problems that people are having and to match hearts and find out what they would love to have or do or be, that they're comfortable. So that way, you can blend in with your friends and that way, you and your followers will cŽ let them know that you're doing it. And let them have the opportunity if you're interested to get a little bit more, let's say, secret, say you want to know this video when you discuss somebody as a YouTube channel.

It needs to be a little bit five to six. It requires a lot of other topics, probably you guys can work on that a lot. But for me personally, I don't have time for that. build your followers list.

And from that point onward, you'll have virtually unlimited possibilities of showing people your business, of getting them happily involved in your business. And it's a lot of fun. Have fun doing it. Okay.

It's not a chore to chat. It's not a chore to chat. It's fun to chat. And you'll discover that you'll get better and better at it and identifying people's problems and go for it.

So with that said, watch the next section of this video on how to get friend requests, people requesting you to be friends. And let's build your friends list and your followers list and get you some more chats so that you can build your business and achieve your dream. So with that, here's the next segment. This is Kevin Sousa.

Enjoy. Hi, this is Kevin Sousa. How many friends do you have in Facebook? How many followers do you have in Facebook?

Do you have an online business you're trying to build? And do you post your links in groups so that lots of people can see it? And that's your free advertising in Facebook to try to get your link in front of eyeballs by posting it in groups. Lots of people post their links in their own posts like I do on my Facebook.

I will put my link in every post, almost every post that I post in Facebook, just inconspicuously, just in every single post. Most of them, you'll see that I have links. Well, there's other ways in Facebook. You could pay for advertising, but lots of people don't want to do two things.

Number one, they don't want to learn how because it is a learning curve to do pay-per-click in Facebook and to succeed with it. Otherwise, you can spend a lot of money and not get any results. Or people like to do it free and they go to 50 different groups. They join all kinds of groups.

They start posting their links, hoping that somebody will look at it and click on it and get them some business. Well, you guess what? That method is not only the slowest, but does not work most of the time. And so if you're banging your head against the wall trying to post in groups to get prospects and leads for your business and sales, then guess what?

You're wasting your time. You really are. Now, because I have built close to 5,000 friends at Facebook, by the way, their limit is 5,000 friends. And there's no limit on followers.

I have almost 63,000 followers in Facebook. I consider myself an authority on how to build friends and followers in Facebook. Now, I had an idea the other day that I ran by two people to have people request you to be friends. See, if you make too many friend requests to people, Facebook will block you.

They'll think you're doing something suspicious. And if after you've been blocked, you start over again, they will shut you down. Okay. However, they will allow you to get as many friend requests from other people as you want.

It's really cool. So how do you get people to friend request you? Well, that's easy. There's a book written by Dale Carnegie called How to Win Friends and Influence People.

And there are a lot of trainings and tips and things to do to be genuinely interested in other people and to praise other people and compliment other people. And he teaches you all kinds of techniques that will be genuinely sincere to help build friendships. That's why the book's called How to Win Friends and Influence People. Get that book if you don't have it.

Okay. But if you look here, I'm going to scroll down my homepage in Facebook. So I'm going to click on home. And as I scroll down the page, what I'm going to do is I'm going to actually look for people who are commenting on my friends posts.

And if I like what they said, I'm going to say something. I'm going to praise it. Not only am I going to praise what they said, but I'm not going to do it in a comment. I'm going to do it in a reply to what they've said.

Okay. As you see here, these are comments in this post. Instead of writing a comment, I'm going to go to reply or reply. Okay.

Reply and reply directly to that person and say, Hey, I love what you just said about so-and-so. And then I will add, add this to it. I like to associate myself with people like you. Let's connect.

Please send me a friend request. When you do that as a reply, the comments of posts that people that are on your friends have had posted, you will get friend requests from those people. Why? Because people love to be praised.

They love to be complimented. They love it when other people are genuinely interested in them. And so this, this process here, I'm going to scroll down and I'm going to identify comments that I like, and I'm going to praise those comments. And we're going to see how this works.

Here's a post. So blessed to live in the neighborhood. We do sharing life with some of the best friends a person could ask for over the past years. Our annual Superbowl party has turned into a giving event to those in need, et cetera, et cetera.

And that's so nice. And so I'm going to scroll down and see Shannon Clifford. Made a nice comment on this and said, thank you for everything. Always.

My love for my neighborhood family is so special and I am so blessed and I like that. And so I'm going to make a comment on that. I'm going to say Shannon. And sometimes you can tag them, but not if they're not on your friends list.

Shannon, I appreciate what you just said. And then I'll come back up here and I will copy this. And finish my post with pasting it. Shannon, I appreciate what you just said.

I like to associate myself with people like you. Let's connect. Please send me a friend request. Boom.

Okay. And then what I'll do is I'll just copy Shannon's name, Shannon Clifford. And then what I'll do is just put it in here just to see that that's one of the people that I've made that comment to. You notice I did it in a reply.

Okay. And I'm also going to like, what she said. Okay. Let's do another one.

Okay. Here's another one. Marcy Thaler-Burning. And so she said, that's amazing.

We all have a gift. He found his entertaining people just not in the way he had first imagined. So I'm just going to copy her name and I'm going to put it here. And I'm going to say in a reply to Marcy, Marcy, it's refreshing to read comments of people who see the good in others.

And then I'll put it in here. And then I'll put it in here. And then I'll copy this here. I like to associate myself with people like you.

Let's connect. Please send me a friend request. And I'll like her comment. So I did it in a reply.

Okay. So let's find another one. That's two. And here's another one.

Barbara Blinn. So I'm going to copy her name. And there's three. Barbara says, nice.

That takes strength. Glad you're trusting the higher power. That makes you a wise man too. Barbara, it's always refreshing to read positive comments.

I like to associate myself with people like you. Let's connect. Please send me a friend request. And there's three.

So that's an example of three right there. Okay. And what I did was I didn't put it in a reply. So I'm just going to copy that.

And I'm going to delete it. And I'm going to reply to her instead. See if you make a mistake. You can simply delete it and put it in the reply.

So there's three. Okay. And I'm going to show you here. Look at all these.

I have over 1,000 friend requests that I can still respond to. And these are people who have requested me to be friends with them. And all I need to do is confirm. And so as you can see, I have plenty of friend requests.

But this idea of complimenting people in a reply to what they said, Barbara, it's always refreshing to read positive comments. I like to associate myself with people like you. Let's connect. Please send me a friend request.

And I just kind of keep, I like to associate myself with people like you. Let's connect. Please send me a friend request. And then that day, I'll just keep a notepad of the three people that I did that with.

That's exactly what I like to do to help build more friend requests to me so that you can start having conversations with me. New friends, and you'll have virtually unlimited friends. If you friended, if three people a day friend requested you, that's 90 new friends a month that you can talk with, build a relationship with, identify problems that they may be having with time and money, and then get yourself happily involved in giving them your link to your business and growing your business the best you can with new friends.

New friends requesting you to be their friends. With that said, that's my idea. Put it into action. Reply to people's comments as a reply.

Put a thumbs up on their comment. And have people request you to be friends. And you will never be at a loss of numbers of people that might take a look at your business as long as you identify challenges and problems they're having with time and money and life. So this is Kevin Souza.

I hope you enjoyed this video. I hope you enjoyed this short video, and you make it a wonderful day.

Hi, this is Kevin Souza. Let's have a chat, let's chat about chat in Facebook, that is, and this is going to be a chat. Okay, so you're going to see my lovely face during this whole video. During part of the video, I'm going to give you an added bonus on how to have people friend request you in Facebook. We're building a business with people, folks, this is a people business, and we can drive traffic to our websites either a free way, a paid way, or a way that requires a learning curve, which is kind of a combination of both free and paid. But chatting in Facebook is back to the basics. You know, somebody said to me, oh, you're old school. No, I'm back to the basics, okay? Back to the basics is real simple, folks. The only way that you're going to bring people home is by chatting with people, happily involving them into your Empower Network business, by approaching them electronically, physically face to face, by telephone, or in Facebook chat. Now, when I say electronically, I mean by driving traffic to your website electronically, and most of the electronic ways of driving traffic to your website and your lead capture page is by paid traffic. I'm going to concentrate today on free traffic, that doesn't cost you anything but some time, but it costs consistent time, not just, oh, I'll try it and see if it works. It's not, I'll see if it works, it's, I'll work consistently enough to get results, okay? So here we go. When you're talking with people about a business opportunity to approach them, let's talk about a business opportunity to approach them.

We have a work you just started, about to start talking about production. I didn't last month, so what we're going to talk about today, as we work through this, we're going to talk about our head office, where we are, in our head office, which has been working on customers, and call them and invite them to a home meeting. A couple of home meetings is what we did in the, you know, in the old days, right? And I invited 80 people to my home, and 40 people showed up at the first meeting, 40 people showed up at the second meeting.

Right. And of course I did have some people who said, no, no, thank you. But many of them, because they were either a friend or a relative or somebody I worked with, most of them said, all right, I'll be there. Great. If for some reason you can't make it, let me know so I can replace you with somebody else.

Okay. So we were taught that because they said, hey, you're running a business, guys. And so, you know, if they can't make it to your house, then you want to replace them with somebody else who can. And that was my posture. And that's when I first started learning posture, which I had no clue what I was doing in the first place, except for picking up the phone and reading a script to get people to come to my house.

Right. And so over the years, I learned how to prospect people that I don't know very well. And we started by walking up and down the malls. Hi, hi. Hello.

Hi. Hi. And we'd say hi to people as we walked by them so that we'd have enough courage. After about nine or 10 times walking around the mall and saying hi, the next time you walk by somebody, say hi, how are you? Hey, how's it going?

Hi, how are you today? Okay. Not just hi, but just add that one little question after that. And then once we got comfortable with that, it got easier and easier and easier to prospect people. You've heard Dave Wood talk about going to malls and prospecting people and talking to people and seeing if they'd be open and looking at a way to make some money.

Right. That's the basics, folks. Because when you advertise your website in this day and age, let's say you took out a solo ad, or you're doing Facebook pay-per-click or YouTube pay-per-click or some kind of paid advertising, you're in essence saying, hi, how are you today? Right. I found a way to make some money from home.

Fill out your email address and watch my video. It's the same thing, folks. It's the basics. It's not old school.

Whether you're talking to somebody in person, on the telephone, or electronically through paid advertising, it's still the basics. But what I want to talk about is how do you chat in Facebook? What can you do in Facebook to make it work so that you have enough prospects and enough leads to show your business to, so that you can bend the law of advertising? Now, Kim and I are not millionaires yet in the business, but we're getting there. We've earned over a quarter of a million dollars with this.

And so if we can do this, anybody that's willing to learn and willing to work can chat in Facebook too and get themselves some prospects. Oh, Kevin, I only have 10 people on my friends list in Facebook. So get some more. What's that got to do with anything? Okay.

Somebody said to me, oh, you have thousands of friends in Facebook, it must be easy for you. Whoa. I had to build those friends, didn't I? Well, like I said earlier, there's going to be a little bit of a video here within a video that will show you exactly how you can get people to request you to be their friends in Facebook.

And so we'll talk about that in a minute. So let's say that I look at my Facebook, and there's two places I can look, on my own profile, where all my posts are. And I only allow myself to post on my own profile. Okay.

And you can set up your Facebook that way too. But on your wall is where all your friends' and some of your followers' posts are showing up. So those are the two places you look. And what do you look for? You look for people that are commenting on your posts, on your wall.

Okay. And in the wall, where all your friends' posts are, you look for people who are commenting on your posts, and you look for people who are commenting on your friends' posts.

So, one at a time, what you want to do in chat is you want to initiate a chat conversation with people.

It's that simple. Hey, I appreciate your comment on my last post. Tell me more about yourself. What do you do? Now, some people have just 10 friends on their list or 20 friends, and they all know you.

So it would be kind of crazy for you to say, tell me about yourself, what do you do? Use your common sense, okay? You want to build your friends list. And I'll show you how you can do that a little later.

But what you want to do is say, tell me more about your job. How do you like it? What's happening at work? Find out about their job first. That's what I like to do.

That's kind of an icebreaker, an opener. And people will tell you. They either love their job or they hate it. Or it's all right. You know, it pays the bills, right?

It's not giving them their dream, that's for sure. I don't know any job that does give people their dreams. Isn't that weird? But anyway, so occupation, that's what you want to do, to keep yourself on track with what you're doing with your business.

Make your goal more like, I would love to find out what kind of problems people are having, whether it's with their job or their time or money or, you know, any kind of problems.

A lot of times I ask a question back to find out why they're asking me that, because I don't want to be a mind reader, and neither do you. Oh, I'm just curious how much you're making at this. Okay. Then I'll tell you what, I'm brand new, but I'm following somebody who's making hundreds of thousands of dollars at this, and I'm looking for a couple of people that might be open to following them with me.

Are you in, or you're out? Hmm. See, the reason they're asking you how much you're making is because they want to put you in a box. Well, I'm not making much, I just got started.

Well, when you're making money, let me know and then we can talk. Okay. And you're letting them control the conversation. The person who asks the questions is the one in control of the conversation. So goals.

What else? What's another goal of, you know, chatting in Facebook? Well, what you want to do is you want to connect with people. Connect heart to heart. Okay.

You want to have some common ground that you can connect with, that you guys can relate to each other with. Okay. A lot of that has to do with, I know how you feel, I felt the same way until I found out some things. When you are on common ground with people, you connect with them.

And I've used this phrase in other training videos, where you want to heart match with people. Okay. You want to match your hearts. That's what you want to do in a chat, not give out your link.

Because if you want to just give out a link, I had some training with someone the other day, one-on-one personal counseling, to see what they were doing in their chat. And what they were doing is they were offering people their link way too soon in the conversation. How do you know when to give somebody your link? How do you know when to give somebody your lead capture page to your business?

That's an easy answer. When your hearts match. Okay. It's not a science. You know, it's not, Kevin, exactly when do I give them my link or offer them a way to take a look at my link?

Exactly when do I do that? You know, there's no exact science to it. It's an art and a science. And the art part is matching hearts. Okay.

When you discover that they have a problem with their job, and that they can't take any more of it, that's an arrow in your quiver.

The acronym F-O-R-M, FORM, okay? FORM, what's that stand for? Family, Occupation, Recreation, and Money, slash message, okay?

FORM. Okay, so what I do is I mix up FORM. I take the F-O-R-M and I mix it up. And I usually start with the letter O, Occupation. So you can go O-M-O-F-R, R-F-M-O.

As long as you use the word FORM, it keeps you on track with a prospect for you to decide whether or not you're going to give them your link. You see, it's not, I'm going to give them my link right when they say this, and the minute they show me any kind of interest, I'm going to give them my link. No, that's the wrong posture. You're a business owner, okay?

You're interviewing for associates, is what you're doing. And you will determine whether or not they qualify for you to even offer them your lead capture page link, based upon how the conversation is going. Lots of people I do not give my link to. So another goal of your chat is to sift, sift through conversations to see who's qualified and who's not, for you to give them your link. Picture this, you're the president of a corporation, okay?

You're interviewing vice presidents. Do you go out shouting in the streets, hey, I need a vice president for my business, you got to check it out, it's the greatest business you ever saw in the world, and I need some vice presidents?

You want to check it out? Presidents are coming, and you're interviewing for the job. What do they do? They take a job search site, have their secretary go on that site and grab them 20 resumes.

And then the secretary goes through the resumes, discards several of them, and then sees the ones that they may be candidates, and they'll make the initial calls. And then after those calls, she'll discard the ones from the calls, and then that leaves a few that will come in for their first interview, which is not with the president, it's with her, okay, or somebody that's hired by her.

If all you're doing is banging one question after another about their family, about their occupation, about their recreation, you're going to come across as an interrogator.

I'm a hairdresser, what do you do? Well, I help people earn income online. So tell me about hairdressing, how long have you been doing that?

And I get right off the subject and deeper into what they do. That's important. Here's why. The average person, when you say, well, tell me about yourself, what do you do?

I'm a hairdresser, what do you do? I help people earn income online. You want to check out my website? I help people earn income online.

I help people earn income online, that's, for lack of a better term, stupid, okay? They're not even qualified yet.

You're already offering them, because they showed a shred of interest in what you do. They're not really interested in what you do. Dale Carnegie, of How to Win Friends and Influence People, teaches, become genuinely interested in other people. I like to add a caveat to that. Even when they're interested in you, just mention what they asked, but get right back into a question about what they do.

Oh, we just simply, you know, help people earn some income online, and when I have an opening, I'll be sure to, you know, mention it to you.

Right? So, well, in the summertime, we absolutely love to go camping, and in the wintertime, though, I'm in a bowling league. Great.

Now, bowling leagues, do they meet every night or just once a week? I don't know the answer to that. Most people do anyway. It's really only once a week. If you can go bowling every night, would you?

Right? And a lot of people say no, because they don't have time to, or they don't have the money to. Time and money. Oh, there's an arrow to put in your quiver. They have a money and time problem.

They can't go bowling as often as they'd like to. When you go camping in the summertime, do you go camping for a week or two? Or maybe a weekend? Or how do you do that? Well, weekend.

You know, we have to work, we don't have much time. Have you ever gone camping for two weeks? No, why? Don't have the money or the time, I have to work, I can't get my time off from my job. Another problem I roll into the quiver, okay? All these arrows you're putting in the quiver, problems that people have, time and money, and it's usually time and money which are problems. But don't jump down their throat regarding offering them a way for them to make some extra money so you can give them your link. Your mission is not accomplished when you give them your link. Your mission is accomplished when you've identified problems that they have. It's more than one thing, it's when you've identified several problems, arrows in your quiver, okay, that's one of the missions. The most important mission is heart to heart, and what it really means is to be strong and open and have someone to show them who they are, and that's the most important, and it's a whole other level, and it's very important as well with the world in particular. What type of questions do we have? Are there more questions that are coming in from the room? I'm not saying that I have no answer, but there's just more to talk about, so I'm going to jump in here. Again, there's too many examples to even make a video to talk about that, which is why you're not seeing me do Facebook chat on my screen, that we're just having a heart-to-heart about this.

And, of course, money is almost part of the message all the time when you're chatting. It almost boils down to not having enough money or not having enough time in life. And oftentimes what you want to do is you want to stop the chat short from where you are. You can take notes.

In our team, we have a spreadsheet of actually giving ourselves points. One of the team members on our team, named Aaron Hubbard, had put together, because he had learned it from somewhere else, a spreadsheet to give yourself points on keeping yourself on track with chatting. And you don't need that, okay? But, you know, it's a nice tool to have, so that you can end a chat, just end it, even if it's not true.

In other words, hey, you know, it's getting late, got to run. Awesome chatting with you, let's pick up on this again another time. Because what it does is it shows them that you're not desperately trying to get your link in their hands. That's not your goal of your chat.

When I explained this to the person I was counseling with the other day, he got it instantly. I showed him, in his copies of his chat, because I asked him to copy a couple of chats to show me, exactly how it was too soon for him to actually offer his business opportunity to them. Because he thought that his goal was to get a link into somebody's hands. That's the goal of a chat. It's not.

And we have, you know, we have people that we're dealing with here, and we want to build relationships with people.

That way I can just fly wherever I want, whenever I want, just at, you know, the snap of a finger.

Okay? So, offering people your business, in my opinion, is a posture. And you want to control the conversation with questions, don't you?

See, I just did, didn't I? Tom Hopkins taught tie-downs. And that helps control the conversation.

Isn't that true? Don't you agree? Isn't it? Wouldn't it? Couldn't it?

Isn't that true? You can say that at the beginning of a sentence or at the end of the sentence. Can't you? And you can always add a tie-down. And you can tie down their sentence.

Can't you? In other words, if somebody says something positive, boy, I would love to be able to golf four or five times a week, I would say, wouldn't you? Yes, I would. See, asking questions keeps you in control of the conversation.

But it also keeps you in control of your goal of the conversation, which is identifying problems. Sometimes people don't realize that not having enough time or money to do what they love to do in life is actually a problem. They think that's the way life is. But it's a problem.

And the reason they think that's the way life is, is because they're so programmed with going to work every day, getting up.

Now, granted, many people love their job.

Telling me when I could go eat. People just think that's the way life has to be.

And that's the art and science of chatting with people in Facebook. And so this video, I'm sure, is going to be extremely helpful to people when they understand the posturing and their goals when it comes to chatting with others. I'm including in this video a segment where you can learn how you can get people to friend request you in Facebook.

Lots of people go to groups. I don't do that. I used to when I was new at it. But the only thing people are interested in groups is whatever they're trying to post in a group. And so that's a waste of time, in my opinion.

I would rather chat with somebody in Facebook on my wall, some comments of people that are not even on my friends list, but they're commenting on my friends' posts, or those that have left likes, comments, and shares on my own posts in Facebook. Those are the most ideal people to chat with. And I think that's a great way to do that. How do you grow your friends list?

Well, don't go requesting one friend after another. I'll talk more about that in the video segment on how to get people to friend request you. Because Facebook will block you and even shut down your account, thinking you're doing some suspicious activity. And you don't want to do that. And so you can build your friends list to 5,000.

You can build your followers to tens of thousands and more, like I have. And the way to do that is to be very consistent. Every single day, chat with three, four, five people. Initiate the chat with three, four, five people until you finally get one or two or three of them that will actually engage with you in that conversation, so that you can work on your mission of the chat, which is to identify problems that people are having, and to match hearts, and find out what they would love to have or do or be, that they're comfortable talking about. So that way, you can blend in with your friends, and that way, you and your followers will let them know that you're doing it.

And let them have the opportunity, if you're interested, to get a little bit more, let's say, in-depth, say you want to make this into a YouTube channel. It needs to be a little bit more thorough.

And you'll discover that you'll get better and better at it, at identifying people's problems, and go for it.

And that's your free advertising in Facebook, to try to get your link in front of eyeballs by posting it in groups. Lots of people post their links in their own posts, like I do on my Facebook.

I will put my link in every post, almost every post that I post in Facebook, just inconspicuously, just in every single post. Most of them, you'll see that I have links. Well, there's other ways in Facebook. You could pay for advertising, but lots of people don't want to do two things. Number one, they don't want to learn how, because it is a learning curve to do pay-per-click in Facebook and to succeed with it.

Otherwise, you can spend a lot of money and not get any results. Or people like to do it free, and they go to 50 different groups.

Now, I had an idea the other day that I ran by two people, to have people request you to be friends. See, if you make too many friend requests to people, Facebook will block you.

They'll think you're doing something suspicious. And if, after you've been blocked, you start over again, they will shut you down.

And as I scroll down the page, what I'm going to do is I'm going to actually look for people who are commenting on my friends' posts. And if I like what they said, I'm going to say something. I'm going to praise it. Not only am I going to praise what they said, but I'm not going to do it in a comment, I'm going to do it in a reply to what they've said.

Okay. As you see here, these are comments in this post. Instead of writing a comment, I'm going to go to reply. Okay. Reply directly to that person and say, hey, I love what you just said about so-and-so.

And then I will add this to it. I like to associate myself with people like you. Let's connect. Please send me a friend request. When you do that as a reply, to the comments of posts that people that are on your friends have had posted, you will get friend requests from those people.

Why? Because people love to be praised. They love to be complimented. They love it when other people are genuinely interested in them. And so this process here, I'm going to scroll down and I'm going to identify comments that I like, and I'm going to praise those comments.

And we're going to see how this works. Here's a post. So blessed to live in the neighborhood. We do sharing life with some of the best friends a person could ask for, over the past years, our annual Superbowl party has turned into a giving event to those in need, et cetera, et cetera.

And that's so nice. And so I'm going to scroll down and see Shannon Clifford made a nice comment on this and said, thank you for everything, always, my love for my neighborhood family is so special and I am so blessed, and I like that.

And so I'm going to make a comment on that. I'm going to say, Shannon.

And then what I'll do is just put it in here just to see that's one of the people that I've made that comment to. You notice I did it in a reply.

Okay. And I'm also going to like what she said. Okay. Let's do another one. Okay.

Here's another one. Marcy Thaler-Burning. And so she said, that's amazing, we all have a gift, he found his, entertaining people, just not in the way he had first imagined.

So I'm just going to copy her name and I'm going to put it here. And I'm going to say, in a reply to Marcy, Marcy, it's refreshing to read comments of people who see the good in others.

Barbara says, nice, that takes strength, glad you're trusting the higher power.

See, if you make a mistake, you can simply delete it and put it in the reply.

And then that day, I'll just keep a notepad of the three people that I did that with.

That's exactly what I like to do, to help build more friend requests to me, so that you can start having conversations with me. New friends, and you'll have virtually unlimited friends. If three people a day friend requested you, that's 90 new friends a month that you can talk with, build a relationship with, identify problems that they may be having with time and money, and then get yourself happily involved in giving them your link to your business and growing your business the best you can with new friends. New friends requesting you to be their friends. With that said, that's my idea.

Put it into action. Reply to people's comments as a reply. Put a thumbs up on their comment. And have people request you to be friends. And you will never be at a loss of numbers of people that might take a look at your business, as long as you identify challenges and problems they're having with time and money and life.

So this is Kevin Souza. I hope you enjoyed this video. I hope you enjoyed this short video, and you make it a wonderful day.
