The really cool thing about this event is that we've got, we've got two audiences, right? We've got the audience that is in the room, and we are grateful that you guys were able to come down here. We know that it's a, it's a hike to get down here. Anybody spend more than like ten hours getting down here? We have this guy right here, a couple of the staff.

Everybody round of applause for these guys, right? The heroes that are making everything, making everything work. And then, and then obviously we've been down a couple of days, you guys have had some time to play. So we've got the, the audience in the room, but then we've got to get home. And we know that a lot of you are also carving out special times.

Some of you took time off work, some of you have taken special time to go ahead and make sure that you can be focused. You've maybe gotten a babysitter, you've made arrangements, you've got all your potato chips and everything all right around you, so you don't even have to leave, right? You know, you got a little, you know, port-a-potty or something like that right underneath the bed. Okay, maybe that's a little too much, right? Yeah, yeah.

You know, a catheter, right? You know, just like a fighter pilot. You're a fighter pilot in the sea, right? Yeah, so anyway, so we're glad, we're glad you're here. And we just honor you.

So one more time, one more round of applause for these guys here. And then anytime, anytime you're put on an event, there, it takes a lot of people behind the scenes. People that you might never see on camera. People that you might not even know are alive. So we've got all the in-staff that's here, but then we've got customer service that's been working around the clock, and just everybody who's behind the scenes, whether a contractor or an employee of the Power Network, and they've been doing great work.

So thank you guys. Round of applause for everybody who's up and out. And now, here we are. We're ready. We're ready.

We're locked and loaded, and we're ready to get into things. And today is all about setting an agenda for what it is that we want. And so a couple of days ago, Dave and I were doing a late night mastermind. It's like two in the morning. And Dave was just getting up and get going, right?

In fact, this morning, I came down the stairs right over here, and I walked out into the kitchen, and I was like, oh, my God. I'm going to be late. I'm going to be late. And we all know what that's like, right? And let's be honest.

When you're brand new, you're a little overwhelmed or confused, right? Didn't know what to do. And if you're at home, and if you are still a little confused, you're like, I don't know what to do. This is an awesome company. I really like what I'm seeing, but I don't know what to do.

Just post something in the comments. We want to see it. We want to see it down below. Because we've all been new. We all know what that's like.

And so I asked Dave, I said, Dave, what is it that the brand new rep needs? And we started to talk about that, and we started to develop an agenda. Now, we had already mapped out the event, and I've been mapping out the event over the last couple of months. And we've been making assignments with the newest person in the company in mind. But what we came up with is we came up with something really powerful.

We're going to be releasing a couple of products this weekend that are really aimed at helping the brand new person get right into profit and right into momentum. And that's why today you are here at the Momentum Mastermind. So if you're excited about the new product and helping new people get into some money, just give a big round of applause. So we're thinking about you. We're thinking about helping the brand new person start to take action.

So with that in mind, what we're going to do is we're going to start by setting intentions. Who's familiar with the process of setting intentions? You've done that before in another workshop. If you're at home and you haven't done that, setting an intention is a way of focusing on what it is that you want by the end of the weekend. Now something magic happens when you do this.

I still remember the first workshop that I went to where the instructor told me about setting an intention for the weekend. He says, you define what it is that you want in terms of experience. And he goes, when you do that, it's like magic starts to happen. People start to come out of the woodwork. And even if what you want isn't on the agenda, you connect with the right person.

Who leads you to a contact. Who opens the door. And then amazing things start to happen. And so before we get started, what I'd like everyone to do both at home and here in the audience, I'd like you to take just a minute to really define what it is that you want out of this weekend. And then we'll back up and we'll take a look at what you want today.

But what do you want by the end of the weekend? When you get done with this mastermind, for those of you that are here. And for those of you that are at home. When you're done going through the content, when you're done with the experience, when you're wrapping things up either Saturday night or Sunday, depending on what kind of ticket you have, to come here today. What do you want to have happen from your experience?

Go ahead and write that down. We're going to give you a couple minutes to take notes. And if we can get a mic here in a minute. Ah, it's right up here. Great.

Staff too. Yeah, you wrote down your intentions. Absolutely. You are part of the family. In fact, I'd like our event people too, if you guys just mentally can set an intention, even if you're doing something, that'd be awesome.

Camera guys too. Help us create a good feel here. Good energetic feel. Beautiful. Oh, oh, oh.

Beautiful. And the water is rising. And for years, I was scared of it. You can't be sure when it will subside. So I won't leave your side.

Oh, I can't feel your side. Hey, now, this is my desire. Do it like a fire. Fly to the floor. Something beautiful.

Take all the time you need. When you're ready, make eye contact with me so that I know that you're done. But really think through, what is it that you want? To feel, something beautiful. Oh, oh, oh, oh, something beautiful.

Oh, oh, oh, oh, something beautiful. And if you're at home and you've already set your intention, post your intention in the comments. Let other people know what it is that you're looking for, and that way, if there's several of you that are like-minded, you can start to connect. It can make a huge difference in what you're doing. You guys about good?

Yep. Okay, let's go ahead and wrap it up, and what I'd like to do is I'd like to hear from, I'd like to hear from the folks at home, and maybe Bonnie or Vanessa, if you guys could pull out a couple of well-thought-out comments, and we'll have you read those here in a minute. Grab their name and their comment, and we'll do that. But in the meantime, what I'd like to do is I'd like to find out in the room, why are you here? What is it that you're looking for before this weekend is over?

You know, what is it that you're hoping to accomplish, right, by being here? So we'll go ahead and take that. Who would like to start off? Okay, in the back, Martin. Everybody give him a round of applause.

Thank you. Well, what I'd like to accomplish, I've been with Empower Network now since May, June. Can you stand up, actually, so everybody can see you? So yeah, so I've been with Empower for a few months now, and since Dallas, been all in, and really I'd like to figure out what it is that I'm not doing right, what it is that I'm wasting my time with, and what it is that I need to just eliminate completely, focus on my daily activity, do this, do that. Not necessarily like, you know, somebody's foolish for giving me everything I need to know, but what's best for me.

That's my intention. Okay, awesome. Round of applause for him. Okay, who else? Go ahead and stand up.

Introduce yourself. Give your name. Hi, everybody. I'm Jose DiCervo. Everybody, let's give him a round of applause.

There we go. Everybody acknowledge him. Well... Go in front of the camera. Hi.

Well, my intentions are get a clear mindset and direction, right? Organize my business and drive traffic to my capsule station, fill my lease, to ultimately get sales. Okay, awesome. Round of applause for him here. Okay, stand up and introduce yourself.

Hello. Brian Velez from Miami, Florida. Hey! There we are. So, my intention is to be able to gain the confidence that I need to be able to get high quality traffic on a regular basis, on a consistent basis.

Okay, awesome. Thank you. Hi, I'm Chanel from Chino, California. And... Yes, Chanel!

Woo-hoo! I know that I already know what to do, but really just getting the beliefs. I believe it's just really just having the belief shift that I can actually do it so I can quit my two jobs and actually work my business full-time. Okay, awesome. Oh, I lost my notes.

Oh, hi. Hey guys, John Oates from Portland, Oregon. Woo! Thank you. So, I'm here to both learn as well as deliver the best content that I possibly can.

Anytime I'm around my fellow Legacy Mastermind members, Bill, Dave, there's always that absorbing new information, getting new things, walking away here with little nuggets that continue to propel the business forward. But my main goal here with this event is that I want to come away with a clearer plan and a strategy for really helping my team members be able to get results a lot faster. Being able to really zip straight to that, and I think we've got some really good stuff laid out that you guys are going to learn in this event. It's going to really help us do that, but I just want to, you know, be able to really get a clear, solid foundation for that so I can take that back to my team. Okay, awesome.

Michael Martin from Cartersville, Georgia. It's funny because John and I, like, you know, we run a team together, we kind of share a brain, and I kind of put down, just wanted to show people how simple building this business really can be, if they would just let it be that simple. It kind of goes in line with everything he said, so typical. That's why he went in front of you. That's why he went in front of me.

Nice, round of applause for him. Okay, alright guys. So if you're at home, what I'd like to hear from is, I'd like to hear from some people in the chat room. What is it that you're hoping to get out of this? And again, we're going to be recording this as well, and if you're hearing the recording, go through the exercise.

Take just a minute to really define what it is that you want. All greatness in life starts with a decision. Who here knows that no success you've ever had is started before you made a decision? Raise your hand if you know that's true, right? It takes making a decision before the ball starts to roll.

So we want to help you get things in motion, and get your business in motion, get your finances in motion, or whatever other change you're hoping to gain some momentum in, we want you to make those changes now. So do we have any comments that have come through the thread? Not yet? We got some? All right, come on up.

Round of applause here for staff. Can you do it? Hi, guys. Nicole here from the staff. Hey!

Woo! I love compliance. Let's see here. We have, let's see who we have. Okay.

S. Kasadamer. Sorry if I said that wrong. My intention is to reconnect with my vision. Hold on.

It's to reconnect with my vision. I've been through cancer, and he wants to... Is this true? We lost him. Yeah, we lost him.

Sorry, guys. But we didn't lose him to cancer. Right. No, we lost his comment. Sorry, guys.

Yeah. But he wants to reconnect with his vision after what he's been through. Thanks for putting that out there. Hey, round of applause for him, guys. And it looks like Tabby said to know how to successfully sign up four new members per day and create a team of excited, committed individuals who have integrity and show the vision of empowerment.

Woo! Awesome. That's great. Thank you, guys. Yep.

Thank you, guys. Thank you, guys. And now, one more time, huge round of applause. So here we are, and we've come down to the point where we've set up, we've set the big intention. I'll tell you what my intention is for the weekend.

My intention for the weekend is to make sure that I help every single individual both here in the room and at home completely engineer a massive breakthrough both in their mindsets and in their business. And the really cool thing about this room is that we've got a lot of resources to do this. We have got massive power right here in the room, and we've got massive power in the chat room. And so I'd like everyone, just for a moment, just to really set their own intention to help somebody else have a big breakthrough. There's nothing more amazing than to find out that John Oakes has been holding the key to my success, or Michael Martin has been holding the key to my success, or Chanel, right?

Is that how you pronounce your name? Okay. Chanel has gotten the key to my success, and I didn't know it, but man, I've been put in the same room with her. I've been put in the same chat room with somebody who's going to give me the key to my destiny. So really just set that intention to go out and find what it is that you need, and we're going to do that.

Now let's focus in on the mastermind. And keeping in mind that what we're looking for is we're looking to help the brand new person create that massive breakthrough in what it is that they're doing. Let's put on the board some of the things that you would like to see when you were brand new. What would you like to see in a product? What would you like to see in training to help you reach the next level?

And we'd also like to see some of the patterns in the comments, so if you guys could just keep vigilant on those, that'd be great. But again, if you were brand new, if you could rewind the clock back to when you were just starting, what is it that you would want in a product to help you go out and get your goals? Okay? And I'm going to jot some of these down if that's all right. Traffic.

Okay, so you'd want to learn about traffic. Yep. How to get it. What's the best way to get it? How do you get it fast?

How do you build both free and pay traffic? Both free and pay? Because without traffic, nothing moves. Okay. Yeah, both traffic, free and pay.

So tell me, John, for those that are brand new and don't know what traffic is, just give them like a short definition of traffic. Sure. Traffic would be, in this sense, would be interested individuals, people that are prospects that are interested in what it is that you offer, actually getting to your page, getting to your capture page, putting in their email address, and moving forward and getting into your sales funnel. So how do you get somebody to your website? Correct.

Okay. Okay, awesome. Thank you, John. Who else? A big one for me was like how to get, how to set up emails like an autoresponder, like how to actually talk to those people once they become like leads.

How to communicate effectively with email, something like that? Yeah. Yep. How to communicate effectively with email. And for those of you at home, if you've ever wondered, you know, what should I be putting in my emails, how should I set up my email autoresponder, all those things, those are questions that come up all the time.

Yeah. Perfect. Okay, great. Thank you. Who else?

Well, for me, it's how to put them together, you know, to create the traffic, to work the emails, to link everything together. How to link everything together? Yeah. A really common question that I'll hear from brand new people almost in every field is they say, what do I do first? Right?

Anybody ever had that question? Like, oh, there's like a hundred things to do? Yeah, like what's the structure? How do I spend my time? Give me like the formula, right?

Professor, give me the formula. Right? Rob here can actually write us out a formula, as it turns out. And for those of you that haven't met Rob, he is a total genius. And, you know, and the other day he actually made Dave like an email algorithm, right?

Like hard science, like awesome stuff. So total brain over there. If you guys haven't had a chance to pick Rob's brain, you'll want to go over and meet him for sure. And for those of you that can't meet him yet, come on back to Atlanta, which is where we're going to be here in a couple months, and you can meet him there. But what else?

What else? Yeah, Atlanta. Woohoo! Right? Yeah.

Yeah. Awesome. Yeah. Atlanta area, I should say. We might be just right outside of it.

Yeah. We'll be right there. Okay, great. So what else? What else would you like to see in a brand new product?

So let's say on social media, once I'm engaging with someone, what, you know, to connect is important. How do I really get them down the path of, you know, turning this into a sale? It's really the path to a sale from connecting. The path from connection to sale. Yeah.

Right? So we'll say the path right or sometimes we call that conversions right conversions Okay, cool, all right excellent How to get more leads like what would make people hop in and actually want to give you their email address if it's you know They're first they're cold traffic You know, it's the first time they're ever coming in the contact with you What would make them want to do that? I think new people might want to have the answer to that question. Yeah, that's fantastic Awesome. So how to get leads?

When you were brand-new, did you struggle with leads? Everybody right? Yeah, unless you already came from another field where you figure that out And then it's like when you were new doing that you struggle with lead. Yeah all everybody does this is This is something that happens to everybody how many people about how many people are on your list? I'm putting on the spot My actor was probably about 35,000 something done 35,000.

Yeah when you were brand-new, how many people did you have in your life? Man if I could get like one, I was excited. I know I started with zero you started with zero Yeah, right. Anybody here start with more than zero with your first business We all are so we've got 35,000 John About 28,000 on his on his list Tracy About 20,000 right Lawrence You know right now about what's your rough your list size? Oh Clean about 15 right and everybody started with Zero, right.

So how do you go from 0 to 35 0 to 15 0 to 20 or whatever you got? And there's a there's a process. That's a that's a really good one. What else what else you guys want to know? Or what would you want to know if you were brand-new Lawrence?

So I got kids and I work a job and I don't know what I'm doing those two guys Yeah, it's like time management Yeah, what should I do right this is kind of back into this one we'll say what do I do I Know there's a lot of people who've got like five hours a week ten hours a week And they're trying to figure out how to prioritize that time It's a great question if you're at home and one of these things is like you like wow I would ask that same question right just let us know what it is that you're looking for You pass the mic down in my head As a new person, I don't want to have some explanation of the jargon that we use terminology like terminology jargon Like some of the especially some of the stuff around the marketing the marketing lingo Yeah, what's traffic like traffic? I'm stuck in traffic. I hate traffic. Why would I want traffic? I want no traffic I want to live in Costa Rica.

Well, you got to get traffic to get no track Okay, good, yeah anybody else get something live stream come on up Okay, so we got this I'm gonna put a star over here I mean, here's a good one from Shalom He or she would like to know what do I necessarily not have to do when I'm starting out? Time management, what don't I have to do? Yeah, we're gonna put what not to do Isn't your not to-do list at least as important as your to-do list raise your anything that's true, right? Yeah, you can sink 10 hours 20 hours a week in this business and get absolutely nothing Out of it or you could have 10 20 hours a week and you have a really nice income Yeah, great question. And then Melissa wants to know how to build the confidence you need to share your story confidence to share story You Now along with that This is like the moment of truth for all of us, right?

I think that right along with it. Is that it? So how many of you guys You know what to do and you still find yourself not doing it at least sometimes come on be honest it's like if you made one change your income would double or triple or increase by tenfold, you know what to do and you don't do it and For some of you that at home, that's true, too. You know what to do. You came here with skills But you're not taking action.

So that comes back down into Not only confidence, but I'm gonna have mindsets up in here the difference between the performer and the non performer is Mindsets right mindset focus Drive keeping your motivation up all the things that points you in the right direction It's the fuel that launches the rocket the rocket stays on the launch pad until the fuel So with that in mind, is there anything else that we want to add on to that list? It's pretty good list, isn't it how many of you are you got one more? Okay. Hang on There we go How do you get people on your team to actually take action? That is a great question.

How do you get other people? How do you get a new person started right? How do you get them to continue? How do you get them to work on their mindset and move forward and actually achieve that level of success that they want? And then we'll say motivate others.

Yeah And to have reasonable expectations And then expectations Do we have anything else coming in from live stream And Because we really want to take a look at this. The agenda is flexible We do have an agenda But in the end what we want to create is we want to create exactly what it is that you need Because our goal is that by the time you're done with these three days You know everything that you need to know to go straight to the next level To go straight into momentum who'd like that raise your hand. Yeah huge, right? So again at home, what else is that you need? I think I saw him pop up.

Okay in the back So let's go ahead and grab him. What I keep the mic. I keep on moving it around Okay, just because I didn't introduce myself earlier. My name is Andre. Hi guys.

Nice to meet you from Canada, Ottawa Storytelling I think one thing Even you know how to stop rambling because I could talk forever right now like as I start talking right now I could just scramble on and on and on so how do I really get clear and Concise with what you want to say and get to the point right away and maybe a call to action Okay, so storytelling and calls to action All right, nice what else anything else We already have some of this but what is the capture page and how do you build one? Okay, so like basic marketing basics We'll say basic marketing mechanics Anything else coming from the live stream take up more let's pass up the mic Like on our live stream Everyone's agreeing with you guys here They really want to know about traffic and how to go from zero to getting leads and time management We're seeing a repeat of that. We're seeing just kind of repeating over. Yeah, and Jacqueline wanted to know how to use her blogs and Multiple businesses to build a stream of income. Okay.

All right. Thank you again live streamers. Thank you one more time round of applause How to use To create what was it multiple streams of income This really comes back to like generating traffic and leads All right So we got a we got a pretty good list And so now what I'm going to ask from Everybody in the room is I'm going to ask everybody in the room to really focus their mind for those of you that are presenting And you've got topics that touch on one of these points I want you to think about how you can answer those questions So if we can get a photo of this taken actually, we're gonna leave it up for a little bit But and we're gonna leave it up because I want to make sure that people That we here in the room Remember what it is that people are hoping to get an answer an answer for because I bet That a number of the things that are on this board will answer one of the person's intentions who's sitting at home Now here's my intention from the front of the room my intention is to Facilitate your breakthrough getting your question answered before the end of weekend I'm gonna do my dang this to make sure that we answer everything up on that board now Just if we can get a pan of the audience real quick If you have got a presentation this weekend that answers at least one of those questions already built raise your hand, okay? Yeah, look at that is that five of us right those of us that are presenting and we're missing a presenter to right now But for those of us that are presenting we've already got some of this material done But I'd also like a commitment from those of us that are presenting Can you look at the questions that are here and add in some specific pieces that might answer? Some of the questions that we don't have quite answer, but that relate to your topic.

Is that all right? Raise your hand if that you guys are good with that. Okay, cool so we're set and then also in the audience here and Virtually if you've got anything to contribute that could really help us out We'd love to have your help In fact this mastermind will become ten times more powerful if you bring your resources to the table and you come in as a giver Givers gain the most who knows that raise your hand right givers gain the most so come in Find a way to serve somebody in the virtual audience find some way to connect with somebody here and give them something That'll really change their life. So let's go ahead and let's let's shift gears Here for just a minute. What we're gonna do is we're gonna we're gonna take a quick We're gonna take a quick energy break and let's see I feel bad erasing this but is it okay if I erase this is like beautifully Drawn as somebody taking a picture of it that took her like that took her like 45 minutes to put up there So like I'm destroying art, right?

What's that? Yeah, I know Yeah, thank you, thank you, okay, so we're gonna go ahead oh Like destroying happiness right there For those of you that have been around me before you may have heard you may have heard some of these ideas But I want to I want to review them because I know that one of the things that governs performance in any field is Your mind what's in your mind and your heart everybody with me at home and here in the audience touch your head Okay, what goes on in here will affect what goes on out there, right? What goes on in here will also affect what happens out there. So if you don't have a good handle on what's here and here You are toast Right not gonna happen So what we want to do is we want to make sure that we have some tools right from the right from the get-go That will help us with both of those things So I'm gonna I'm gonna just draw some things up So who here knows they'd be able to produce more if they were able to keep their energy under good control raise your hand Okay, so we're gonna talk about an idea That's been really helpful for me and my client in managing their energy and getting things Getting things rocking and rolling and then we're gonna move from there into some energy management Some energy management stuff for the weekend. Is that cool?

Okay. All right I sometimes call this my energy kite my energy kite Every single point on this compass north south east and west affects everything else That relates to your energy If your energy is low and you want to build up your energy, I'm gonna give you a formula that's gonna help you build it up and Let's just go ahead and start over here with physiology Just to pull in the room how many of you in the room feel better when you exercise raise your hand if that's true That's a hundred percent in the room How many of you have ever gone through long periods of not taking care of your body? Okay, and does your energy drop or does it go up it drops One way to increase your energy is to simply take care of your body. I just take care of your physiology Especially the movement that you do right? We have a beautiful pool down below I don't know if anybody else is gonna use it this weekend But I've been swimming every day since I've been here right part of that is because I feel better when I swim Right, I feel better when I walk I feel better when I well, I should don't feel better when I jog Let's be honest, right, but I feel better after I jog, right?

Okay, so if you want to increase your energy you manage your Physiology that also has to do with your posture, right if you sit shoulders hunched Right in a weird posture now, maybe you have to maybe you've got a health issue It's causing you to do that But if you're sitting in a weird posture you sit there for a long time does your energy drop or does it go up? It drops right? So sit up straight shoulders back Right chest out not weirdly. So right my leg shoulders back a little bit and you want to breathe down deep Everybody take a deep breath Okay, we got some chest breathers in the room we also got some belly breathers, okay everybody let's just do this real quick the two the two keys to energy with your physiology is going to be the three keys are going to be your exercise your posture and Your breath put a hand up on your chest Put a hand on your tummy Okay Taking the same deep breath For how many of you did you notice that primarily your chest move did a couple of you? Yeah Spotted you earlier.

Okay. Now, how many of you notice that your tummy move? Okay, so here's what we want to do this time. We're gonna take just a couple of breaths together I want you to move your tummy. We're talking like Snoopy tummy.

All right, okay We're gonna like, you know go all the way out baby, right? Okay, we're gonna like poop that tummy out so everybody put your hand here in here and That's uncomfortable for some of you used to like sucking that in all the time. Okay one more take a nice deep belly breath And again Your anxiety and stress will drop your overall energy will raise and Your anxiety and stress will drop your overall energy will raise as you breathe from your belly Who took who felt just a little bit better just breathing from the belly by consciously there and there we go So you can breathe from your belly. Let's go ahead And jot down some notes. So first thing that we got with physiology is Okay, we got breathing good.

What else do we got posture? Okay and exercise How many days exercise does it take for you to start feeling better, let's be honest It doesn't necessarily feel good the first couple of days for some of you one For half for how many Yeah, it depends on how sore you get. Yeah for the first couple weeks It could be a little bit of a struggle, but after a couple of weeks we start feeling better. Okay, let's go over here next quadrant is chemistry What You put into your body Affects your energy level who knows that Okay, when you eat like a giant burrito Right from the local fast-food restaurant. Does your energy go up?

Does it go down for how many years ago down? Raise your hand be honest Anybody had to go up heavy weird, but it could happen right one. Yeah, he's like My emotions are up there, right? I am happy right and after the happiness. I'm in a coma, right?

But I'm in a happiness coma, so I'm feeling good So with the foods that you eat affect your energy level if your energy is chronically low It may be due to a chemical that you're putting in your body in the form of food the number one thing that will change your chemistry is the food that you eat and So pay attention to it You don't need a doctor necessarily to tell you what to eat unless you've got some health condition where they've got a list of things You can't eat Usually what I tell people is you put food in your body and then pay attention to how you feel 30 minutes to an hour later and if your energy raises That's a good food for you. If the energy tanks, it's an energy killer Dave and I are gonna be doing a lot of speaking over the next three days Some of the speakers are gonna be doing a lot of training How many of you think that they can perform at a peak state if they're putting garbage in their body all the time? Doesn't happen does not happen. So if you want to raise up your energy level if you want to get your performance up You've got to mind The food that you put in your mouth, right turn to your neighbor right and poke him and tell him you got to watch what you eat And that's basically what we're saying, right, okay poke him in the belly no, don't do that You gotta watch it Judy when my we just we just have a little itty-bitty right and little Ava Grace, she's just a month old and She's oh, she's beautiful. I'm ready.

Oh I know she's she's beautiful. Yeah. Thanks. I appreciate that In fact, this is the longest that I've been away from away a whole week Which means I'm I'm missing like 25% of her entire life, but my wife is like I know I know what that right? I'm like the absentee parent.

I'll come back. She won't even remember me. All right, like who are you? Right, you know and why are you like, you know, why are you in my house? Right, you know But my wife's been sending me a little Ava cam pictures like all day I'll break out some a little bit later on show you but she's just absolutely gorgeous.

But you're you're But the Even the food that my wife eats will affect a little one Right, who's ever been a parent had a kid screaming all night? Did you eat broccoli or something like that? But they didn't like or whatever happened to be or beans or cayenne peppers Like I don't understand why the really hot Thai food, you know got my kid, right? Yeah, so it can happen Well, let's pop down here. Let's take a look at the top of this pyramid here.

This is mind and emotions Your Mental states affect your performance. They affect your energy, okay? I won't ask you to raise your hand, either at home or here, but if you've ever done something that you knew you shouldn't have done, like you really shouldn't have done, like, that was dumb, right? Okay, I will raise my hand and say I've done it. Nobody else has to confess, okay?

Yeah. Pretty much everybody has. And you start feeling guilt or shame or maybe anger at yourself. How many of you know that can completely suck up, like, all of your mental bandwidth and keep you from doing anything productive? Who's ever been there, right?

At least once, okay? So what happens with your mind can suck up your bandwidth. So even if you know what to do, even if you've got the how-tos, you're not doing what you need to do. And it's a real tough position to be in. And that's one of the things that I deal with all day, is I'm working with people, is I'll find people that, I mean, I've got people who are peak performers that are trying to get to the next level and they're not so much dealing with that, but I've got a bunch of people who know what to do and they're stuck not doing it because their whole life is sucked up by guilt or shame or anger or fear or deep resentment at a person maybe who's really done them some harm, right?

Some really bad stuff happens to people. But it just sucks up all your mental bandwidth. One of the fastest ways to clear out your energy for anybody is to pay careful attention to what goes on in your mind. How many of you deal with negative self-talk at least sometimes? Okay, right?

How many of you deal with not so much self-talk, but you do more like mental movies of like terror, right? Or you're replaying old failures in the past, at least sometimes, right? Okay, I do more mental movies than I do self-talk, but if I get real toxic, I get a little bit of self-talk too, but like 80, 90% of the time, it's just like if something bad is going to happen, it's a little mental reel or several mental reels that are running. If you don't have tools to manage that stuff, it can suck up all of your bandwidth, and you spend your whole life doing nothing, knowing what to do and not to do it. And there's nothing worse than knowing that you can climb Everest and just camping out at the base, right?

Some of you watching this right now, some of you in this room, you're built for greatness. Some of you have already achieved levels of greatness, but there is another peak that is so far beyond your current level of imagination. And the only thing that keeps you from going there is the next level of cleaning out the mind and cleaning out the emotion. So, we're going to be doing some talk about mind and heart today. Is that all right with you?

If that's all right with everybody, raise your hand, okay? It's not going to be the only thing, but I'll tell you what, if you got your business machine running and you don't manage this and this, goodnight sweet prince and goodbye prophets. I've seen it over and over and over again, okay? So, we got mind and emotion, and then down below, I'm going to put two words here because one word is going to resonate with half of you, and one word is going to resonate with the other half, and I'm kind of talking about the same thing. Is that all right?

Okay, so I'm going to call this spirituality. Now, for some of you, that just shuts you off immediately, and that's okay. So, we're going to talk about energetics. And if you don't quite know what I mean, we'll get to it later, maybe, right? We probably won't spend a ton of time down here, maybe a teeny tiny bit.

But what you do with your spiritual life, or what you do with your connection to source, or what you do with your connection to nature, what you do in your interpersonal relationships, all of that will affect your energy level. Just, let's take a look. Who here has a significant other of some kind? Raise your hand. Who here has ever gotten in a fight with your significant other, at least once, and found your energy tank?

Right? Yeah, it happens, right? I would put that right here. It's the interpersonal energetics. I also put that in my spiritual life, right?

My spiritual life. What's my relationship like with my wife? What's my relationship like with my kids? What's my relationship like with source or higher power? How does that affect you?

It affects you. And it affects performance. So, as you look at this, this is a nice, neat little tool to look and to determine where it is that your energy is off base, and to determine what you need to do to raise your energy up to the next level. Who thinks this is a useful little grid? Okay?

As you look at this grid right now, how many of you found at least one quadrant that you can improve in? Okay? Yeah, me too. Every time I draw it for a client, I'm teaching myself, and I'm reminding myself what it is that I need to do. One of the reasons why I have a morning and an evening mindset routine.

I have a new bowl. I do things first thing in the morning, and last thing at night. And my morning routine usually takes me like two hours to get done, right? And one of the reasons I do that, people go, that's a lot of time. I go, no, that is the time when I am charging up the battery, so that for the rest of the day, I can do more than any human being that I know.

Right? And there's a few of you in here that are top performers, too. You know what I'm talking about. You're like, yeah, in my social sphere, I do more than anybody I know. Right?

Over and over again, the people that watch me, that see my calendar and see how I run, they go, that guy does more than anybody I know. You look at David Wood and what he does. You're like, well, I don't do that much work. That's because he's constantly managing these things here. Right?

Lawrence Tan, Michael Martin, these guys, they're all constantly managing their energetic state. So, we've got to manage the energy state. Now, the other thing that can happen in a three-day mastermind is you can end up sitting for a long time and the brain starts to get kind of foggy. You know what I'm talking about? Raise a hand.

And at home, you're especially susceptible because you're sitting there in front of your computer. Right? You might have Facebook open in the background. I recommend you don't do that, but you probably do. Right?

You've got Facebook open in the background. You've got three other things going on. And it's draining energy out of you if you don't do things periodically recharged. So, with that in mind, we're going to do little energy resets throughout the day. We're going to do things to get the body moving, to get the mind moving.

Why? Because the brain can only take what the butt can endure. Right? And if the butt can only endure so much, you're in a lot of trouble. It's another reason to do exercise.

Right? Right? Get buns of steel. Buns of steel. All right, guys.

So, we're going to do a little bit of energy stuff. And we're just going to do, we're going to start off real nice and gentle. For those of you here live, if you're at home, I'm actually going to encourage you to do this stuff with us. And that is to help you reset your whole energy by moving your body. OK?

Everybody, put yourself up on your feet. OK? Staff two, come on over here. Right? You can join us if you want.

OK? And all we're going to do is we're going to do, we're going to do a couple of simple exercises. I don't know if the camera can see me here. OK? What's that?

If you guys, yeah, yeah. Cool. Sounds good. So, if you guys could just, if you could scoot over just a little bit so we can get the camera. See me?

Are we good? Right there. Right there. That's good. OK?

And what we're going to do is we're going to do just a little bit of light, little bit of light stretching and breath work. And we're going to do that to get, to get the body moving. So, first off, we're just going to swing back and forth. So, everybody, what we're going to do is we're going to keep the feet relatively stable, if you can, unless you've got a back problem. Then be careful about this.

OK? And then just swing, and swing your arms nice and wide. Let them like flop back and forth. OK? Yeah, there you go.

Nice little stretch back and forth. OK. Now we're going to do cross crawls. OK? Cross crawls.

Everybody take your wrist, meet it with the opposite knee. Again, if you're at home and you've got problems, you can't do this, do something kind of like it. But get yourself moving. Keep the body active. This is like abs of steel, right?

I feel like I need, like, bigger hair, and then I can be like, I feel like I need, like, bigger hair, and then I can be like, all right, guys, everybody, let's go! Let's go, people! Knees up! Right? Yeah.

So, there you go. That was pretty good. OK. All right. Now, just nice stretch up.

OK. Stretch over. All right. You guys ready to sit down? OK.

Go ahead and sit down. Yeah, round of applause. Good enough stretching. OK. We'll do little things to keep the energy high in the room.

All right. Would anybody like to add anything to this? From anybody in the mastermind, do you do anything specifically? Actually, what I'd like to hear about, just for a minute, is I'd like to hear about what you do intentionally to manage your energy. OK.

We got Tam in the back. Everybody, give him a round of applause. Hey, my name is Lawrence from Houston, Texas. I do two things on the physiological side. OK.

So, you do two things over here? Two things. I book and schedule in my calendar, my Google Calendar, I have a 15-minute Bible reading period. I read between the two kids go to school. So, I'm reading while I serve the breakfast.

I feel like that kind of resets why I'm doing what I'm doing. And then once the baby goes to school, I write my mind for an hour. Listening to just either motivation or tactics, which I dig in the morning. Nothing about doing anything I need to do. So, it sets me for a productive day regardless of what happened yesterday because I've wiped that slate clean.

Nice. Awesome. Yeah. Round of applause for him. Who else does something?

Who has a routine? Tracy. On physiology, I have started maybe the last three months. Every Monday and Friday, I actually have a personal trainer. And after I've decided all for school, I go right to the trainer, work out for an hour, and then I come back and we'll do 15 minutes of meditation.

So, that would be my meditation. It's scheduled in my calendar where it's part of the day. It is part of the day. It's part of the day. Okay.

Excellent. Round of applause. Who else has an energy routine that you use to keep your energy up? Okay. We've got a couple here.

Let's just pass the microphone right to Jose. And if you guys can face the camera, that way the folks at home can see. This is every day. I pray, read the word, then I do my business things that I need to do, and then I exercise every day. Yeah.

And what type of exercise do you do? Bars and fitness. Nice. All right. Yeah.

So, I don't like to sit at my desk for more than like 45 minutes at a time throughout the whole day. So, I'll get up constantly and go and do other things. So, I like to stay really active. So, I'll do push-ups. If it's raining outside, I'll do push-ups and pull-ups inside.

Otherwise, if it's nice, I'll go outside. I'll go on a hike. I'll go on a walk. I'll ride my one wheel, my mountain bike, something. But I'm always kind of coming back then, sitting back at my desk, and then I feel really renewed energy-wise.

Okay. Awesome. Okay. Anybody else? Okay.

One more, and then we'll go ahead and move on, and I'll talk about my routine a little bit. I'm Chanel from Chino, California. The one thing I like to do that really helps me with my energy on the physiological side is really basically walking around my neighborhood and listening to the inner circle audios. That totally helps me. So, thank you.

Listening to what kind of audios? The inner circle audios. Oh, inner circle audios. Yeah. Nice.

Yeah. Round of applause. All right. I'm kind of like a gym rat. I'll have to go to the gym like six days a week in the morning, and I kind of alternate days between cardio days and just heavy lifting days.

So, and I'll walk around and catch Pokemon, too. Catch Pokemon. Yeah. All right. Woo-hoo.

It's called pookie size. Yeah. Pookie size. Nice. So, in my routine, okay, in my routine for physiology, I'll do a little bit of exercise.

Usually when I'm home, like the type of exercise I do is just take a walk. Less mornings, grab the dog, go out. Sometimes I'll put little Ava in the little front pack, right? I got my little front pack, my little buddy, and then we just take a walk. I do breathing exercises.

I do meditation. I read out of what I call wisdom literature, right? It's like the Bible includes a bunch of things, but read out of wisdom literature. Then I take time and I do like emotional relief processes, and then I watch what I eat pretty carefully. I eat pretty healthy most of the time.

Not all the time, right? Every once in a while, right? Something calls my name, right? Sings a sweet love song, and I might reciprocate just a little bit. You know what I'm saying?

So, yeah, Lawrence knows, right? Sing to me, my cheesecake. Sing to me, right? Yeah. You got it.

But anyway, so I hope this is useful for you, and what I recommend you do is I recommend you build out an a.m. p.m. routine for your energy, and like John, don't wait until the end of the day, right? You might need little 10 or 15 minute breaks to get productive. So, with that, let's go ahead and move on, and let's talk about setting outcomes, setting outcomes for business, and this is where we're going to start to move in and get a little bit more intense into the business end of things, and we're going to keep this in the background.

We're going to keep on coming back to energy, to energy work throughout the week to make, throughout the weekend to make sure that our energy stays up. Everybody okay with that? Raise your hand if you are. Okay, cool. At home, participate with us, even if we get a little wild, all right?

We're going to do some fun stuff. All right. So, let's go ahead and let's talk about setting well-formed outcomes. It was Zig Ziglar who I think said, a goal well-formed is half-cheap, and sometimes the problem that I see with people is that they come up and they really are fuzzy on what it is that they want to accomplish. For those of you that are new, how many of you guys remember to be super, super fuzzy on what they want to accomplish?

Okay, I'm going to say something bold. If you are vague, if you are scattered, you aren't going to get anything done, and sometimes you watch people, especially when you come to big events, and you watch somebody who is definitely less talented achieve something that you've never done. Who's ever had that happen at least once, right? Yeah, I think my favorite was when I went to, I went to an event. Was this, was this in Austin?

I don't remember where this was, but a 12-year-old kid, cross stage, and how much money had he made? Like, like 12 grand in the last three months or something like that, and you know there was a bunch of people out there going, he's 12, you know, and he's 12, right? He's like, how do you do that? Well, I just get on the internet, and you know, start emailing, and people pay me, you know, right? So you can have someone who's less talented than you go beyond you, and one of the reasons, one of the first reasons that I'll see is that somebody is just more clear about what you want.

Tracy, can I, can I talk about our conversation we had the other day? The other day in one of our products, I was interviewing Tracy Walker about when she went and crossed the million dollars, the million dollar line. That was a fascinating conversation for me, and there was a moment when you're like, yeah, I'm just kind of plugging along, and then all of a sudden you said, that's it, nobody's crossing before me. I'm sick of this, right? Yeah, Tim beat me out, all these other people beat me out, and nobody is beating me out, right?

Yeah, but there was a decision that was made. There was a decision that was made, and you got really focused and clear, and that focus and clarity started to organize everything you got. So we're going to go through a little workshop right now, and we're going to start to, we're going to start to workshop whatever your outcome is. Why? Because I don't care where you're at.

I don't care if you're, you've made 10 million dollars, and you want to make 20, or if you've made zero, and you need to make your first 10 dollars. Until you get clear, and until you make a decision, ain't nothing going to happen. Turn to your neighbor and tell them, you got to decide. You have got to decide. So let's talk about, let's talk about the, the different components of what a well-formed outcome looks like.

So well-formed outcome is just, how do you set a good goal? How do you set a goal that's put together in a way that is likely to move you into success? So there's four quadrants to a well-formed outcome. Okay, we're going to put clarity up in one quadrant. In a second quadrant, we're going to look for motivation.

In the third one, we're going to call, I'm going to call this ecology tonight, or I'll put systems down here in a minute. And then over here, we're going to talk about evidence. And if you want to have a well-formed outcome, if you want to create an outcome that is set up in a way that it causes you to easily succeed, because your goal is set up right, it's going to, you're going to pay attention to all four of these things. So let's talk about clarity for just a moment. This is the short version, right?

I think they took off one of our products. I need to pay. I go through this over like four hours or five hours. So you don't have to pay the hundred dollars anymore? One of the things you've got down here is how to motivate others and to create expectations, right?

This is a piece of it. There's other pieces to that, but I think John, you'll be talking about later on in the weekend. But the first part of that is getting really, really clear on what it is that you want. I want to be rich. Is it clear or fuzzy?

Fuzzy. I want to be rich. Is it clear or fuzzy? Fuzzy. Clear or fuzzy?

Clear. Okay. What's that? You think it's fuzzier, right? That's all right.

That's pretty clear, right? So when we talk about clarity, you want to think about your W questions, right? Not all of them, but you want to think about who, what, where, when, right? We're going to get into why right over here with motivation, but you want to come back in and you really want to get clear on those things. So here's what I'd like you to think about.

You're all here for a reason, right? We had a couple contest winners that came down. Raise your hand, contest winners, right? Round of applause for them, right? And then we got some people that paid to be here, right?

If you paid a little bit to be here, right? Yeah. Raise your hand, right? We're glad that you're here. And then we got the leadership council here as well.

So we got people in different levels of income and different levels of experience. I don't care what your level of experience is. You got to get clear. And so we're going to workshop this. Rather than just talk at you, let's do this together.

So we're going to give you a couple minutes on your own. And what I'd like you to do is I'd like you to go ahead and write out what your goal is. And let's, can I put a timeframe on it? Would that be all right? Okay.

Help you focus. Let's say between now and Atlanta. Atlanta is our next event, or Atlanta area. And that'll be what, third weekend of January 20th to 22nd. So we're talking income goals right now.

This is an income mastermind. This is a prosperity mastermind. So we're talking about income goals. I want you to think between now and January 20th, what will you create? What will you create in income?

It's our theme song. Could we actually get some fun? I don't want to flip him out with a billion dollars. For what reason? And it looks like David Wood is awake.

Yeah, everybody give him a round of applause here. I can do it for you, David. He says good morning. He's not kidding. I woke him up at 4.28.

It is 7 a.m. somewhere. And if you're back in the virtual mastermind, do the same thing. Write down, or if you're watching the recording of this, write down what you want to create between now and three months from now. So if you're watching, like, a time delay where this is happening later, think, okay, three months from today, 90 days out, what do I want to create?

What do I want to create in 90 days? So be what, September? What? 90 days from now? I don't know.

I have no idea. Yeah, but it's only, like, July 1st. And if you're on the live stream and you're watching this live, you can post your comments in the chat box. Declaring it publicly is going to help. Now, here's what I'm going to also ask for the live streamers.

Give some support to people when they put their goals out there, and if they're kind of fuzzy, very politely, okay, very politely, encourage them to become a little bit more specific. Like, hey, help me understand that. Jose, I don't quite understand what you're going for. You don't need to be like, hey, that's dumb. That's not specific.

Hey, help me understand that. How can that be a little more clear? I don't understand where you're going. Post it out there. And internal team, I give you permission to give feedback to people politely, say, hey, help me be a little more clear with that.

Those are comments coming. And if you're watching a recording, you may want to think about going to your upline or going to someone who can help you get real clear with that goal and show it to them and say, is this good? Can you understand what I'm after? And if you can't do that, find somebody else. Find a coach who can help you really get that worked out.

30 more seconds. Okay, go ahead and wrap it up. Now, I'm going to ask permission first. So, live streamers, give me permission. Post yes in the comments, right, or don't post anything.

Don't post something in the comments. Let me know how we're doing here. But I want to know if I have permission to coach you on your outcome, if I see you need to. There might not be a need to, but if I see you need to, raise your hand if you're okay with that. All right, cool.

And if you're not okay with that, just don't volunteer. Stay glued to your seat. But hey, we learn by putting ourselves out there, don't we? In fact, I'm going to give permission to anybody in the mastermind to give feedback on anybody's goal as long as you say it nicely. You don't need to be mean.

This isn't a put-down session or anything. And as long as you're doing it in a fairly kind sort of way. Everybody pledge to do that? All right, okay, we're good. So, who would like to share their goal?

Okay, let's start over here. You've got to face the camera so they can see you. I need to build a team of 20 people who would purchase the VIP, and I need to have my capture page or the thank you page to the sales page. You know, Instagrams and Facebook videos that I need to do as well. Create that and build a Facebook group so that I can direct them to the capture page, thank you page, and the sales page.

And continue to blog, and this time blog daily. That's another discipline that I want to practice as well. Awesome, give him a round of applause first. Now, first off, let's just ask him. Hey, hang on, hang on to that mic.

Ooh, we're not done with you yet, right? Who here thought that was pretty specific? Raise your hand if you did. Okay, anybody have feedback for him from the entire group? Okay, Tracy's got some feedback for you.

Go ahead and pass the mic. Tracy, if you could face the camera and give the feedback to the camera, even though we know we're talking to Jose. Okay, something that I noticed for me when I was interpreting that, it still seemed like it was a lot, a lot of things to do, which would still cause procrastination, possibly, if it were going to happen. So I just think narrowing the list down to very, when we say specific, not like every line item, but the most important thing. So blogging daily is what it is, I would say, then let's just focus on blogging daily.

And then blogging daily to achieve a certain number of leads, which could then achieve a certain number of sales. Maybe in that direction as opposed to kind of how you have it structured now. Okay, round of applause for Tracy. So let's ask you a follow-up question. So Jose, how do you want to simplify your goal?

Or do you need another minute? I need another minute. Okay, let's give him a minute. We're not letting him off the hook, though. Now, I want to know, from inside the mastermind, anybody else have feedback for him?

Okay, that was pretty good. So one more time, round of applause for him. Good job. So we're going to follow up with you here in just a minute. I'm going to ask you how you want to simplify your goal so that you can streamline it.

Give me a little hand raise or something like that. When you've got it done. Sound good? Michael Martin. Who else found that helpful?

Raise your hand if that was helpful here. Yeah, that was really good. Okay, keeping your ad spin under 30%. Round of applause for him. Anybody got feedback for him?

Or questions? Now, yep, we've got one here in the back. So my question is, with the babies or without the babies? Okay, so you've got to do it before the babies. All right?

Cool. Okay. You already got busy. You already got busy. That's how you got babies.

Okay, so I know. I just had one. So here's the question. Before the babies, how long does that give you realistically? The babies will be here right around Atlanta, the Atlanta event.

So it's going to be, it's going to, you've got to hit it hard. You've got to hit it hard. Yeah. Now, I know you know what to do, but I'm going to ask. Is that all right?

So what are you going to do to do that? Really focus in on upsells is the biggest thing, and then really it's just a matter of monitoring and really watching traffic, you know, stuff that we're going to talk about later in workshops. But really watching my numbers and really dialing things in, like optimizing traffic and getting the best bang for my buck when it comes to traffic. Okay, awesome. Round of applause for him.

Okay, anybody else have a question? Nope, you want to share? Sure. But I want to do that with a 20% maximum ad spend. The reason mine is a little bit less than what Michael said is because I want to put a bigger emphasis over the next two months on building more social traffic using content that I've already created over the last, like, almost four years.

Just by using some automation tools and re-syndicating a lot of that same content, I should be able to achieve that and literally quadruple the amount of traffic I'm getting free from social now and be able to sort of offset that cost of marketing that I have. Okay, awesome. Okay, give him a round of applause. Anybody got a question for him? Okay, that sound pretty specific?

Okay, I think we're getting thumbs up from the people in the back there, right? So, hey, oh, okay, that's another camera. I thought it was a microphone. It's like a microphone with a GoPro attached to it. So it's like this, right?

So it's like the cam mic, right? You can look right down your throat, right? So who... Hand up your nose, probably, if you've got it down by your side. So who else has an outcome?

I want to hear from a couple more of you. Okay, right over here, give him a round of applause. Go ahead and face the camera. Okay, and do you know what the strategy is yet? I'm hoping to figure that out this weekend.

Okay, that's good, that's good, that's good. Okay, who's got a question for him? Okay, are we giving him thumbs up? You got feedback? Yeah, so if you're truly focused on the two sign-ups a day, then I would raise that income goal.

Yeah, 10, 12, somewhere in that ballpark. Yeah, awesome. Now, here's the question I have for the... I'm using this, I don't need to. For those of you that have been there before, if you had one thing to focus in on for Brian, what would be the one thing you'd help him focus in on with his two-a-day?

Yeah, just if you were to help him get to two-a-day, I want a couple people to chime in. Well, what I would say is, what is it that you... what are your strengths? You know, as far as like social platforms, are you talking free traffic or paid traffic? What social platforms do you like the most or which ones do you find more engaging?

Let's give him a mic. Do we have a second handheld mic or just one, just one? No, so I've been really focusing on Facebook ads. So it's just really, I think, just kind of figuring out what is it that really works and stop wasting time on what's not working on Facebook. So yeah, so Facebook is kind of where you really feel...

and you said ads, right? So if you're locking into that and you're committed to that, then stay focused on that, work through any hurdles that you have along the way. Because if you start, you know, like you give it a couple weeks and you get frustrated with it, you move to something else, then you're giving up all that momentum that you started and you're now starting fresh somewhere else and you end up losing a lot of time by doing that. So stick with that one thing and continue to push forward through it. Yeah, good advice.

Thank you. Okay. Oh, round of applause for him. Come on, let's do that. There we go.

Okay, we had a couple more hands go up. Who else had something they wanted to share? Okay, anything for Brian first? No? Okay, we'll take one more.

And then I'd like somebody to share their out, if you've got one or two there. So that's it. Thank you. Okay. Who has some questions for, some feedback for?

Do you know, and we're into the how on Clarity, do you know how you're going to do that? I guess the how would be, I kind of, I guess my how would probably be just kind of overcoming the hurdles of what I'm already facing. You know, there's things that have worked for me that I've kind of gotten some obstacles that have gotten in the way of, like, things like Facebook chatting and really working through social media in order to bring people in, and I've kind of hit a wall with that, so I think that it's just, like, breaking through those hurdles and consistently, you know, going after it and recognizing that it is momentum. Each day that I chat and connect with new people, that eventually the door will open. Okay.

So what methodology are you planning to use? As far as... To go out and to get your leads and your sales. Mainly through Facebook. Like, mainly, like, I'll shoot a Facebook live stream, and then I'll go and share it all around Facebook in different chat groups, and that's where people connect with me.

They reach out to me, or I reach out to them when they like it, things like that. Okay. Cool. What are some of the obstacles that have come up for you? Well, where Facebook chatting was working for me, where I would connect with people, and, you know, it's bringing people in, and then it was like, oh, I think it's more of a mindset thing where I kind of get, like, the block where I'm thinking, oh, I'm not, you know, no one's coming in through this Facebook chatting, but I know that it works.

I've done it before, so I know that it's possible. So I think that it's just, you know, connecting, engaging with people that are already in the network marketing industry through different groups that are on there, that, you know, different network marketing groups that are out there on Facebook. Right. I hope that's clear. I don't know if that makes sense.

Okay. Is that clear? Do you guys give her a thumbs up or a thumbs down for clear? Okay. I think thumbs up.

We have something in the back, though, for you. So that asterisk with social media sales leads to sales, a path of conversions, in the middle of that page right there. Right here. So you're talking about Facebook messaging. So this weekend, one of my presentations covered that exactly.

And you'll be able to 95% reduce your time to chatting. So an example would be how much easier it would be to send a message to someone who sent you an email and you just reply, versus you hunting them down on Facebook, right? And there's a process, and I'll show you how to do that. And you can accelerate that with ads. So what you're doing is perfect, and you can kind of just boost that.

So it's kind of like, I'll pay you five bucks today so I can save an hour's worth of Facebook chat. So once you have that process, you can scale it up. Nice. Round of applause. Lawrence, is that your VIP workshop?

Or is that your... Social media engagement? Yep. Okay, so it's a social media engagement talk, so make sure you don't miss any of Tan's talks. So I think you got a VIP workshop you're doing, first thing tomorrow.

Yeah, like early in the morning our time, but a little bit later if you live on the East Coast. So it's at 9 a.m. here, which is 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Not to confuse anybody, 11 a.m.

Eastern Daylight Time. You know, run the calculator, figure out what it is, make sure you get to his thing. You'll need to make sure that you've got your VIP ticket to attend, and I think we'll have links going out for that here in an hour or something like that. Hour, two hours. Okay, cool.

Somebody else have feedback for her? Feedback for her? No? Okay, let's take one more, and then I want to hear from the staff, and I want to hear about your goals out there from the audience. Go ahead.

Okay, thanks. Well, yeah, so since I'm new, my vocabulary is improving, and so I can better improve my goals. So basically between now and January 20th, I want to create traffic to my captivators. And I'll create a list of 200 people, have a team of 10 people, and have a daily routine blog. So just have that four-hour set, at least four-hour set, of mastery in what I can create.

Now, this is four hours of, like, income-producing activity. Yeah, four hours of income-producing activity. Right. On top of the spiritual and other stuff. After your mindset routine and everything, but just four hours focused.

How many of you know you do better if you block out your time? Right? I have literally, like, 10x-ed my personal performance by being really rigid with my time blocking. Lawrence, you're time blocking right now, isn't that right? Talk to us.

So you'll love this. Actually, talk to the camera if that's okay. So whoever has kids, I think you'll totally get this. So our third one doesn't nap as much. This is four now.

But when they used to nap, I would work during that time to nap. And I kind of knew they would get about maybe an hour or two hours of nap. That's the time I had. And so I put a timer, and I used something called a Howler. Does anyone use the Howler timer?

It's a free app on the Mac. It's a countdown timer, and it howls. It goes, so I know if I got something, I got to just hammer. So then the best way to do that is you plan exactly. So if you had a checklist, you're like, okay, checklist number one, get traffic, and then break that down.

Checklist number two, email today. Checklist number three, okay, I need to improve my phone conversion. And if that's all you did, those incremental, like the slight edge Jeff Olson talks about, very small incremental changes every day, you did that for two weeks, your capture page might go from 30% to 45%. You just got more weeks for doing the same thing. And so if you just time cramp, like I got an hour and a half.

I don't have time for Facebook. I don't have time to talk to my friend, my buddy. I'll talk to him on my play time. Business time, no. Don't got time for that.

And then you don't have to be rude to your wife, but I have a sign that says stop, do not enter, because I'm hammering. And then if the baby, and you've got another child. I have another child that's, well, he's four now. He'll come up and enter the room. I would play the music really, really loud.

And he's like, it's too loud, so he'll leave. So it's not like a rude thing, but like, I'm in the zone. And if you just kind of make that, like that's the time to work, no one's going to mess with you. You just have to knock it out. OK?

OK, awesome. Round of applause. OK, anybody else? OK, what's that? OK.

I'm making out. I'm like, come on, Tracy. When are you going to step up? I'm just saying, right? Hang on.

She's like, he looks at you every time. I'm like, come on. I'm in trouble. I better say my goal. Actually, it's just making up for that one time that we did the event, and I never looked at you.

Do you remember what I'm talking about? She was like leaping over in the corner. She was like, right, there's a light right above her head, so I couldn't see her. Yeah, she was like blinded out. She's like, why isn't he looking at me?

All right, so thanks, Will. True story. For the next 90 days, what I'm going to do is I'm going to crank up to 300,000, so that's 100,000 miles a month. And how I'm going to do that is kind of twofold. I've created a marketing training.

Some of you guys know I started a coaching business. And when I first started the coaching business, I kind of deployed it in stages to test. So the first stage was getting personal clients to work with one-on-one. I charged them $3,000 to do it. So it gave me one-on-one time to figure out what was wrong, what documents to send, what information I needed to have ready, things of that sort.

Then I went back, and then I created an online course to automate all of that. Dropped the price down to $1,000. And then I started running my business. Some of you guys saw my post, and I got like 60 ads and so I'm like so excited, and they're still running, right, so I've been tweaking them. But, so I'm studying stats on that.

So the goal is to ramp that process up to allow me to get one to two new online course clients per day, right. What I've found is that every single person I've worked with thus far still needs what Kalatu Cloud brings, right. It doesn't matter what industry they're in, they need Kalatu Cloud. Okay, awesome. Round of applause for her.

Anybody got a question for her? Was it clear? Okay, we're doing good now. I think you had something here. We're not going to let you off the hook, so we're going to go back here, and then we're going to bring you guys up, and then from there we're going to talk about the next quadrant.

Well, I'm going to stick with Facebook, Facebook video ads. Thank you, Lawrence. Thank you, Stacey. Okay, awesome. Round of applause for them.

Okay, much clearer, wasn't it? Much clearer. It is easier to focus than it is to be scattered. One of the problems that some of you have is you've got 15 things, and you need to have two on your list, or you need to have three things on your list. Well, I want to get good at 10 traffic sources.

No, you need to get good at one. You master one, and then you move to your second one, and maybe do a third, right? And that's how you succeed in any field. You get focused. You get really, really focused.

How many of you found value in just going through and getting clear like that? Okay. Let's go ahead and bring out, I want to hear from the virtual audience. Let's go ahead and hear what we've got here. Okay, round of applause for compliance again.

There we go. Stephanie says, 10K a month in residual income in coaching sources. From coaching sources? Yes. Now, if I was asking her questions, I would ask her a little bit about what type of coaching services to who, because it's real easy to, like coaching, who thinks coaching services sounds vague?

Right? Sounds vague. I don't know what that means. Like, I know what I mean when I coach, but I don't know what she means when she's coaching. So, who are you coaching?

What's your target demographic? What's the age? What are you trying to coach them on? And then what activity are you going to do to do the, you know, to generate your revenue? Are you going to be doing one-on-one sessions?

Are you going to be selling a product like Tracy's going to be selling? Or are you going to be doing something else? So, those are some of the things that I'd like to clarify. Is there anything else that anybody else would like to clarify? That's pretty good.

That about covers it. Okay, but keep it up. You're doing good. So, go ahead. I want you to clarify those things.

Put them in the comments. And, Vanessa, can you watch for that? Who was that? That was Stephanie. Stephanie.

So, Stephanie, I'm talking right to you. Clarify that. Put that back in the comments. Make sure you get clear. From Raymond, my first 5K month online within the next nine days.

Okay. First 5K month. We're back into the same thing. It's a good start. You're pointed in the right direction.

That gives you a compass that says, I want to point north. But now what we need is we need to find out, how are you going to do that? What's the strategy that you're going to follow? And what are the techniques that you're going to go for? Hang on.

Hang on. Is this Raymond who? Is this Raymond Jordan? It was. Okay, Raymond.

Okay, we're going to get you right here, she says. Not only am I going to get you, but in your defense, he should, maybe he didn't say this, but that's what we've been working with him on. He created a branded lead magnet. He knows exactly how he's going to get leads. He knows exactly the target market that he's going to be speaking to.

He's created a little mini product to help him recover his advertising costs before they even get to empower anything like that. So, he's got that all built and really ready to deploy. So, you should have said that, Ray. So, it's not really you in trouble, but he knows how he's going to do it. We've already done that.

And I've seen it, so I know he has it. Okay, awesome. And these are all questions. Notice, if he didn't have them done, that's not bad. It's just the first step.

And now the next step is, get clear about it. The only difference between where you're at and where you want to go sometimes is just getting clear. And if you don't know, that's what we're going to be going over for the rest of the weekend. And you're going to want to be in all of the sessions, and you're going to want to be in VIP. Because there's going to be just incredible content that's shared all weekend long.

So, awesome. Thank you, Tracy. Okay, thank you, Tracy. And Raymond, good job on you. If you want to get a little more clear in the comments, we want to hear from you a little bit about your plan.

Okay? Anybody else for Raymond? Nope? All right, Raymond, you're awesome. Anybody else?

One more, one more. Okay, so same thing. We want to go into clarity. We want you to answer some of the W questions. We want to know how, right?

We want to know with whom, when, where, what are you going to do, what's your strategy going to be, how are you going to generate traffic, how are you going to get leads, how are you going to get sales. You don't have to write a book, but get a little clearer and write something there that lets us know what you're up to. Is that all right? And if you're watching a recording of this, and if you've got a really vague goal, you've got to get clear. You've got to define some of those things, and if you don't know how, this is a great time to make sure you go through the rest of the product.

Make sure that you go through the resources. Before you ask anybody else, there's going to be like 17 modules in this product. When we're done with it, you're going to want to go through all of them to make sure that you're getting all the values. All right, so let's go ahead and take a break from clarity. Let's pop over here to motivation.

We're going to do a little exercise. I call this exercise the three-why technique. Motivation really has to do with why you're doing what you're doing. The first thing that will gum people up is they don't know what they're actually going for. They're energy scattered.

They don't know how to plan their time. They don't know what to focus in on. They don't know what to do first, second, and third. The second place where people will get gummed up is they just lose their steam. They don't have any why behind it.

So I want everyone to pull out a pad of paper, pull out a pen, or pull out your computer. And let's go ahead and what I want you to write down over the next couple of minutes, and if we could have like some soft piano music if that's possible, is at home, same thing. We want you to write down why do you want whatever it was that you defined right up there. Why do you want it? This is in the motivation front.

This could take a couple minutes. So I want you to write down why do you want whatever it was that you defined right up there. Why do you want whatever it was that you defined right up there? And then in the next couple of minutes we'll have a music. And then in the next couple of minutes we'll have a music.

Take about another minute. Okay. Now, here's what we're going to do. Now, again, live streamers, we want you to go ahead and post your comments. We want you to post about your motivation in the comments so we can see what you've got there.

And after you've done that, and everybody, what I'm going to have you do is I want you to read through the why that you just wrote. And I want you to highlight a couple of the words or circle a couple of the words or underline them or something. But mark out those words that really connect you. Because there's motivation that we say with our lips and then there's motivation that gets us way down deep. And I want you to really identify what those words are.

Just a couple of key words. And when you've got that, make eye contact. Now, here's the question. That was number one. Now we're going number two.

This is three whys. Here's the question. Why is that important? Why is that important? If you're at home, same thing.

Write number two. And let's say that you wrote down the word my family. That would be a common one that would come up. Why is your family important to you? And why do you want to take care of them?

Or whatever happens for you to come up. If it's freedom, why do you want freedom? Write about that. Just go about it. Give you about another minute or two.

Go ahead and take about 10, 15 seconds to wrap that up. And then once again, go ahead and go through and highlight the words out of that second little writing that you did that really grabbed your attention. What really grabbed a hold of you. It could be a value word like prosperity. It could be unshackled.

It could be the freedom lifestyle. It could be anything. It doesn't matter what it is. Whatever your words are, you want to be honest with yourself enough to really identify your hot words. And then you're going to move those down to the third level.

In the third level, you're going to ask, why do I want that? Or why is that important to me? And go ahead and write about that. Give you about two minutes just to go through it. If you're at home, write down what your hot words were in that second round.

Go ahead and take about two minutes. Go ahead and take about two minutes. About 30 more seconds. 30 more seconds to wrap that up. Just to finish writing.

Sometimes what I do most of the time when I do this with clients, I'll do this five times. Same process. Identify the hot words. Follow them down a level. Usually you'll get pretty far in three.

By the time you get to five, most often you'll connect to somebody's core motivation. I'll draw something out for you guys. All right. Same thing. I want you just to identify the hot words that came out of that.

We're not going to repeat it five times. We're just doing three. If you're watching a recorded version of this and you want to pause and do two more rounds, super valuable to take it all the way down to five. Tonight, when you go home, you want to go down deeper. Drive it all the way down.

What we're looking for, and this is a tree, a poorly drawn tree. This is why I never made it as a cartoonist. You don't want to be at the leaves of motivation. You want to get down into the roots of motivation. You want something that lights a fire in your belly.

Because if you don't have it, you're not going to have any rocket fuel for your rocket. And you need to fill your rocket with rocket fuel if you want to get to where you want to go. Okay? So when you're done, if you're on the live stream, go ahead and post those. If you're not on the live stream, I want you to message those to someone who can support you.

It could be your wife. It could be your husband. It could be your partner. It could be your upline. It could be anybody.

But message what it is that your why is that came out of that third round. Now here's what we're going to do. Out of all those hot words that you got, I want you to find the ones that really grab you. They grab you the most. It could be in your first round.

It could have been in your second round. It could have been in that third round. It could be something you haven't written down yet. But just grab a hold of those words. And I want to hear from both people at home and people that are here.

Just look over at the staff. They're going to start charting these things out. And for people that are here, I want to hear from three here and three at home. I want to hear why are you pursuing what you want? Why are you going to go for this goal over the next 90 days?

Who would like to start? You're going to stand up, face the camera. All right. The reason I want to do that is because I know that it's what God has called me to do, and I just want to be in harmony with God's will. That's it.

Okay. Okay. Who else? All right. So I want to be able to live life on my terms, to retire my mom, travel the world, and help those in need.

And the reason why is because that's what makes me feel happy and at peace. And, you know, we all deserve to pretty much live a life trust-free and not always fighting each other. Okay. Awesome. Round of applause for him.

All right. Thank you. Now I'm going to ask a question to both of you, and this is just a feedback question. If I was coaching somebody, what I actually like to see is I like to see an unconscious sign of motivation. Who knows what motivation looks like?

Right? Do you? Right? That's important, too. We're not going to take a deep dive down into this, but I'm looking for subtle, unconscious signs that someone is actually connected with a why.

Now, in the absence of putting anybody on the spot, here's what I'm going to ask both of you. I just want an honest number, right? I can repeat it back. I won't give you the mic. But how intensely do you feel the motivation when you think about zero being not at all, ten being, like, off the charts?

Do you really feel it? I want an honest answer. An eight? Like a seven. Okay.

So then the question that I have for my clients, because we're focusing in on the second quadrant of goal setting, is how do you ratchet that out? Even a point makes a difference, right? So if you're at an eight, how do you go from an eight to a nine? And how do you go from a seven to an eight? Right?

When I'm sitting down with someone face-to-face, there's subtle body language cues and there's unconscious cues that the client is going to put off to let me know that we actually have it. And that's you. I'll keep on with motivation until I actually see those shift. If we're going back to how do you motivate others, the cleverest way to motivate others is to do inside-out motivation. The greatest secret in motivating others is that people will do things for the reasons that they want to do them.

Not for your reasons. Right? So in sales, what's the easiest way to motivate someone to buy? Tap into why they want to do what they want to do and link that back to where you can take them if you can legitimately help them. And we've got products and services that can legitimately help you.

of people. If you can't legitimately help someone, what do you do? Refer them out, right? Send them to somebody who can. Be honest about that.

Be ethical. But also, follow the passion. You want to get somebody to do something, here's what 20 years of motivational interviewing research has done out of the medical field. Can I tell you a story about this? There was a, there was a hospital that had a compliance rate of less than 8%, which meant that, for a follow-up visit.

Now, this was a hospital that was diagnosing people with, like, cancer, diabetes, things that could really put their, their health at, like, a major risk. And only 8% of their patients were booking a follow-up visit. Okay? You're like, wow, how does that happen? We're talking something that should be really motivating you to take action.

Why can't they get to do that, even in the presence of bad news? So they did one-way mirror observations of, not all the doctors, but kind of a random sample of doctor visits, so that they could have a team of psychologists watching what the doctors were doing. And one of the things the doctors were doing is that they had no bedside manners. There was no rapport, right? They would come in and deliver the diagnosis badly.

Anybody ever had that happen to them? Right? Okay, we have a few people nodding their head, shaking their hands. You're like, what the heck? Right?

Like, you need to take personality lessons, right? Or something like that, right? You need to get some help. But there was no, there was no bedside manner. The diagnoses were being rendered from what we call a top-down, from a top-down way, which is almost like a commanding tone, like, you need to do this, do this, or else, or I'll fire you as a client, fire you as a patient.

And the third thing that they were doing is they were really not supplying any reasons why they should go on with their work. Now, within a short period of time, they took their compliance rate from below 10% to above 80%. And, and one of the main changes that they made, one of the big ones, is they, well, they taught the doctors some things about, about bedside manner. But then they went back and they just, after they delivered the diagnosis, they asked the, the patient, you know, why is it that you think you want to take care of this? And they started to tap into the patient's own motivations.

And then once the patient gave them a motivation, they said the best way to make sure that you take care of your family or that you preserve your health or you live as long as you can, or whatever it happened to be, is to come back to this next appointment. And so they just linked the motivation. It's like almost too easy. So the secret to getting people to do what they need to do is to first talk to them about why they want it, right? Even if someone can't get clear, you can start asking them about why they want to get clear, and they're more likely to do it.

So build motivation and then focus it in on the next smallest step forward. Okay? Is that helpful? Okay? Awesome.

And that is basically a summary of like 20 years of motivation research. Just get, find out what people want, link it to the next step, right? Yeah, super easy to do. Who else? Who else would like to share their why?

Okay, let's get Tam and then we'll get a couple here from the audience. So when I first started out, I was, you know, spend more time with my kids, retire my wife, kids never touch, step foot into a childcare or daycare or whatever. As we became more successful, I've linked it all down to, I guess the best word I can use is efficiency. And I don't know, it might sound nerdy, but like, I figure if I do something, I should always want to make it better. And I feel like if I am either playing a video game, having kids, having a marriage with my wife, if I'm not striving to make it better, why am I doing it in the first place?

Like why do you keep it up? It should just decay and die off. So I found that if I'm more efficient with my business, I'll have more time with my kids. If I'm more efficient with my exercise, I can jump for it if I wanted to, right? I mean, whatever.

It's counterproductive, but in my mind, I feel like I have more freedom. So the word for me is efficiency. If I can increase that, and I tell this to my wife a lot. She doesn't understand it, but in mechanical engineering, we have these like cycles that we build in systems, and there's always something that we have as waste. And as an engineer, you're always like, how do we reduce waste?

So like, I'm looking at this, how do I build my business that will produce bigger things for me to watch football and not ever worry about checking email or handling a client. No, it's all schedules. It's efficient. So my keyword is efficiency. Okay, awesome.

I'd ask you the same question, Lawrence. Zero to ten? About a ten. About a ten. Yeah, so super high, right?

Awesome. Okay, super cool. Let's get a couple from the at-home audience. And again, if you're watching this on a review, I'm going to encourage you to send your motivation piece to someone who can support you. Let them know why you're doing what you're doing.

Angela says to fulfill God's will and purpose for her life. Ike said three words, life, kids, and possibilities. Chad said freedom, fun, and joy. And Carl said live on my own terms. Okay, awesome.

Round of applause for everybody at home. Now here's what I want you to do, and if you guys could pull some numbers out of livestream for me here in a minute. I want you to put zero to ten, the words that you came to, and I want you to be honest. How motivating are they? And if they're anything less than a five, you probably haven't tapped into your primary motivation source yet.

Some of you won't find it right away. You need to actually go and do some work, and you need to spend some time. You might need to do ten wise. You might need to follow that chain down, down, down, down, and you'll feel it. You'll feel a passion wake up inside of you.

Now every once in a while, I'll get a client who just can't find a motivation no matter what they do, not for a while. I've got a gal who has spent the better part of a year looking for a motivation. Here's what I'll say. Even if you don't have motivation, what do you do? Focus.

Sometimes you find your motivation in the process of going out to dinner. So just do your best, but really follow the why. Who found the exercise helpful? Raise your hand. Okay, I recommend that you return to your why at least weekly.

Ideally, daily. You return to it, look at it, connect to it, spend some time meditating on it, thinking about it. This is going to put some fuel into your system, and it's going to get you launched in the right direction. Okay, a really powerful way to do this is to write a why statement, a mission statement, or a vision statement. And you write out that why statement, and I'll go ahead and record that and put it on my phone, and I'll listen to it while I'm jogging or walking or while I'm out driving the car, and I can revisit that over and over and over again.

When you listen to it, it helps to put out some powerful music, some epic music. It helps to read it with emphasis, right? And it really puts some feeling into that. If you're willing to do that, raise your hand. Okay, there we go.

Good. So now with this quadrant, if there was one question that I asked here, it would be, what do you want specifically? If there was one question that I asked here, it would be, why do you want it? Yeah. And let's move down to the bottom quadrant here, ecology.

Ecology has to do with the systemic impact of what it is that you want. And we're not going to go through this in detail right now, but I'm going to encourage you to do it later on. There are things that will block you from getting what you want. How many of you know that? Okay.

No matter how good you are, no matter how big your goal is, no matter how small your goal is, between you and the promised land, there's a desert, right? And you're going to have to cross that desert to get to where you want to be, either mentally, morally, physically. It could be all inside your mind, or it could be a real external obstacle that you've got to face. Both things will happen. So if there was one question that I would ask down here, it is, what is stopping you from getting what you want?

Or what has stopped you in the past? Because let's be honest, if nothing stopped you in the past, how many of you would already have your goal? Right? All of you. So you want to make a list of these.

So we are going to do a one-minute exercise, but we're going to move through because we're coming to the end of this segment. And if you're home and you've got the opportunity to pause the recording, you might want to pause it and actually ask yourself, what kind of obstacles am I facing to get my goal? Is it a time obstacle? Is it a resources obstacle, like I don't have the money, I don't have the time, I don't have an assistant, I don't know how to block my time? Is it just a know-how problem?

I don't know what to do. If I knew what to do, I'd do it. I'm not accountable to anyone. I sabotage myself. What is it?

What are your obstacles? Make a list of those. And be honest. Be honest. Because everybody has obstacles.

The difference between someone who achieves what they want and someone who doesn't is someone who's honest about the obstacles they face, and then they form a plan to get around the obstacle, over the obstacle, dig a tunnel underneath it, blast it apart, and get through it. So what are your obstacles? So one more time, the question here is, what? What's the question here? Why?

What's the question here? What's stopping you? What's stopping you? What about here? How will you know that you got it?

How will you know that you got it? And I ask my clients to put together what I call a test that will pass a videotape test. If I was videotaping the accomplishment of your goal, what would I see? What would I hear? What would I feel?

Is it clear enough that an outside observer who doesn't know you would recognize it as an accomplishment of a goal? If not, you probably aren't very clear on what that looks like. And that means you need to go back in and you need to define. Now the exercise for this is to write out a page, one page, single space, 12 point font, Times New Roman. I'm serious.

What's that? That's right. You write that out. You can write longer if you want, but you write that out and you write a sensory rich description of what you want. That means literally what are you seeing?

What are you hearing? What are the sounds like in the environment? Right? And then you write out that story, send it to music, read it into your recorder, and you revisit that thing just like you do with your motivation statement over and over and over and over again. You create such a clear picture in your mind of where you're going and what the accomplishment of your goal looks like that it's no surprise when it shows up.

Who's done this before? Raise your hand if you've done it. Who's had big success doing that before? Yeah. Huge.

This has been one of the best mindset changing tools that I know about. You read your motivation statement. You read your vision statement about the accomplishment of your goal. But you want to know what is it that you're going to see, right? How will you know?

How will you know if you achieve that? What's that last step look like? Now I put together a packet. I spent a lot of time in that packet. Probably spent 30 hours of time going through and refining the questions in that packet.

But I put a packet together for everybody at home. We're going to send that out to you. We're going to figure out how to get that to everybody. Bonnie is nodding her head yes. So we're figuring out how to get that out to people.

And that will be the worksheet that I recommend that you go through. If you go through that worksheet with intention and you do it well, that's going to take you about three hours, three to five hours to do it. If you do it fast, you can get it done in like 30 minutes to an hour. But I recommend you really take your time and go through it. Every single one of the questions that I ask in there will help you get clear.

It will help you identify motivation. It will help you identify your obstacles. And it will help you define what it is that you want. So here's what I want to know. When you get the packet, will you go through it?

Raise your hand if you will. Get clear. Define your outcome for the next 90 days. And when you're done with it, share it with someone who can support you. And that will change everything that you're doing.

Now here's what I want to know. I want to know from people at home. I want to know what is it that you just learned? What was your key takeaway from that workshop right there? By writing out your learnings, you're going to crystallize that learning and you'll be able to teach it that much easier.

And I want to hear from just three people in the audience real quick. What was it that you just learned about setting a well-formed outcome? I learned clear steps. How to follow step-by-step. I'm emotionally connected.

I'm mentally connected. I'm clear. I'm excited. I'm emotional about it. I'm hungry for it.

And I really, really want it. And I believe that I will attain it. Okay. Awesome. Thank you.

Round of applause. Who else? Stay in the back. I've had some successes and a few other things. And I've learned, I mean, I've learned my motivation.

I didn't realize that. So they say, but I've cracked, you know, those things I've done. And then it was, I was proud of those things. That's my motivation, to be proud. And, but then once it's there, and it's kind of, you know, so my energy, I really need to, really need to keep my energy up and set new intentions and set new goals and get clear on those things.

So that's what I've learned. Okay. Awesome. Round of applause for him. Anybody else?

Okay. Right up here. Yeah. It's just, this is kind of just a testament to a big piece of this for me was because I was good with like motivation and coming up with like evidence of what it was like when I hit my goal. But when I went to my first Empower event, you had done the clarity exercise with the speakers and Nicole came out and actually walked through the, through it with the audience.

That's my very first Empower event. And by going through that clarity, like, you know, just kind of breaking it down, down as far as you can. It's really what broke me through to stick it out with Empower when I first got going and to really create the goals we created going from like nothing, like actually below nothing when you're bankrupt and foreclosing, you're negative to where we are today. So take this stuff really serious. I mean, it's, it's, it's what's going to break you through.

So. Okay. Awesome. Okay. Round of applause at home.

Just write those things in the comments. We're going to do a quick energy reset and then we're going to bring up David Wood next and David is going to be doing our next segment. Who's excited to hear Dave? Yeah, me too. So we're going to do a quick little energy reset.

Everybody put yourself on your feet. Right? These are nice gentle things. We just want to get up and get moving. Dance.

We're going to have Brian, the Brian dance for the front, right? Okay. Brian dance. No, no dancing up front today. Yeah.

These are nice gentle things. Everybody just, just move a little bit, right? Just do what you got to do to move around. Get some energy for everyone. And if you're at home, get up, stand up, move around, stretch.

Okay. And let's go ahead and take like a funny. Okay.
