Leslie

Getting clear on your goals sounds like the most skippable advice on the internet until Leslie explains what it did for her, which was to stop the constant background noise of everything she meant to do. She describes it as a weight coming off rather than as a productivity gain.

Her voice is the reason to stay. She jokes about her own diagnosis, calls out the average person's excuses in language nobody would approve of, and writes a quiz to work out whether your social media habit has turned into something else.

The blogging posts are for beginners and they answer the questions beginners actually have. Who is going to see this. Is anybody listening. How do I work out what my niche is.

Elsewhere there is rock climbing, an obstacle race she is training for, and a treadmill with no power, which is a better metaphor than most.

Read the goals post first, then the quiz, and be honest about the result.
