Looks like 4 days at a time is my natural limit lol
Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.
So we’re doing this blog challenge – just 10 days of blog/syndicate/email daily and I’ve let the day slide by without a plan for blogging.
Oops
Doesn’t help that I spent more than half the day on hangouts (excellent hangouts btw – one where we’re going through Autorespondermadness together – amazing email course and another which was a private consult with one of my teammates who has tremendous leadership potential)
Or that I had to help return my Dad’s car in between those two hangouts (that’s 4.5 hours of the day gone right there)
And that before that I did because he did one for me the night before …. mine took some editing time and fiddling with uploading… like 3x I tried … on the 4th it took. Still no clue what the problem was. Maybe the quotes in the tags??
Seriously clueless.
Then there’s a few hours that I’m kinda uncertain where they went exactly… did have to run to the grocery … oh and watch Miss Morgan riding her bike (she learned in about 25 minutes the other day – no sitter on Fridays so I’m elected to be the witness – I’m cool with that) … then there were dishes to wash and dinner to prepare and eat … oh I did allow myself an hour’s guilty pleasure and watched Shark Tank – that’s fun sometimes.
Anyway … one way and another … the day WENT.
And here I am blogging at 11pm.
Why? Well for the same reason that other folks doing this challenge are too … because having a small tribe to be accountable to, especially if you’re supposed to be leading them …
Well it just makes you a better person.
Often we keep our word to others far better than we do ourselves. It’s just the way it is. Me too, I’ll be the first to admit it.
But rather than beat myself up, I leverage that ‘handicap’ and make it work for me by forming study groups around the stuff that I want to be doing anyway … and monetizing those groups by introducing excellent products to my audience and inviting them along for the ride.
That’s my whole affiliate marketing model – to date- in a nutshell.
Crazy but true
Swipe it if you want. It totally works.
The Internet needs more of us so I welcome you.
Well, time to finish off the remaining Challenge to-do’s.
1. write a blog post – check
2. manually syndicate 5 places (getting there)
3. send an email (all I can say right now is that goodness for blog broadcasts – phew!)
Will be completely through in about 15 minutes.
SO thankful.
More fun tomorrow!
I appreciate you,
Andrea
PS. if you’d like to learn from me personally, it’s still possible Not cheap, but possible.
