The Magic of Events
There is a magic in good events when you are around amazing leaders. It isn’t just the excitement of being around a group of people that are weird like you are. It isn’t just the magic delivered from the stage.
It is conversations like this one.
Conversations like this that are coated in gold, and sold for free to anyone that is willing to lend an opening ear.
Conversations like this one were happening all weekend, not just with Dave and Dave, but with all of the amazing leaders in the Empower Network.
The Power of Personal Change
There are several different points in this conversation that are powerful, but lets focus today on the power, and the magic, of personal change.
For me, I was just done. I was done failing. You gotta get there… you’ve got to be done, and just do whatever it takes.
When your mind just says, “I’m going to do whatever it takes, first its like a lot of work. Then, it starts finding the easy ways to do everything. Its not really that difficult.
To reeaallly change, you need to go through the highest level of change, which is an identity change.”

I’ve heard my brother talk about the concept of having an identity change on more than one occasion.
The truth is that you are greater than you think you are.
Perhaps you have had a broke mindset in the past. Perhaps you used to hold onto the false notion that it takes hard work to make money.
As you make the decision to let go of that you will find your mind opening to the realm of infinite possibilities.
Since this is a scripture in the bible, a lot of people take this truth and reference it concerning good and evil, and miss part of the pure power behind the statement:
As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”

This simple truth goes far beyond the constructs of good and evil, and transcends personal philosophies regarding dogmas and religion. We are what we think. Science has literally proven that certain molecules change form depending on who is looking at them, and why.
We literally become what we think we are going to become.
The past is irrelevant.
Your identity can shift and change as you choose to make it so.
You’ve got to be done failing. You have to hit that point where you are going to do whatever it takes. Sitting around thinking you are taking action is different than taking action that produces sales. Go for the highest level change, which is an identity change.
We believe that you can do it.
If you need to hold on to that until you believe in yourself, then fine, hold onto it. Hold onto it until you believe in yourself and become the person that you always wanted to be.
Help us inspire the world.
Help us show the world that magic still exists when we choose to believe in it.
Release the power that lies within.
