Hey, what's up guys? Cassandra Lee here once again. Again, I'm missing the power to the couple. All right, guys, this is another audio I wanted to shoot for you. And the title of this is called Desperate, Never Disconnected.

Anyway, by the way, guys, hope your day's awesome. Hope you're having a good time. And so let's get to it. Let's get right to it. Why Desperate, Never Disconnected?

Well, I want to first start off this entire audio with a story. When I was a kid, like teenage years, high school, and you have that boy that's into you and you're talking for a little bit, and then you have that awkward moment where the person is no longer texting back. And so you tell your girlfriends, and maybe guys do this too, right? And you're like, man, he's not texting back. Like, you know, we were talking all good, but he's not texting back.

What do I do? Should I text him? And your friends say the one line, no, don't text him. You don't want to sound desperate. Let him text you.

Right? How many of you guys ever heard that line? No, you don't want to sound desperate. Let him, let him text you. Right?

And suddenly it becomes this game of I'm not going to text. I'm going to let them chase me. I'm going to play hard to get. Right? And you decide that desperation looks horrible.

So therefore you take the back burner. And I think that's like one of the first times that the word desperate seemed like a negative thing. In fact, just about everyone I know, when they hear the word desperate, it just sounds negative. Right? You think of it in business and you think about all the times that you try to follow up with your friends and family and suddenly you start to feel like you're being annoying and this nuisance and you're like, I think I'm looking desperate here.

Right? It almost seems like it's a horrible, horrible thing. And so I want to talk about that. I want to talk about how that thought process is a myth. You know, desperation is not a bad thing.

Desperation is actually a great thing. But how, how, how do I know that? Right? Like why, why would I say that? Well, you know, one Sunday I was at church and you know, I was sitting there and one thing that the pastor said, he said something really powerful.

He said, when you're desperate for God, you'll never be disconnected from him. And I said, man, this really works for anything, not just God. But let's say my husband, for example, if I'm desperate for my husband, I'll never be disconnected from my husband. How about your goals and dreams? Right?

If you're disconnected from your goals and dreams, you'll never be, I'm sorry, if you're desperate for your goals and dreams, you'll never be disconnected from your goals and dreams. Now, this is powerful if you got that. Okay. How does this connection arise? How does it arise?

Space. The moment that there's a void, a space, immediately you begin to have a disconnection. Now, how does space enter? Lack of clarity. I was watching a video about Lil Wayne, right?

Wheezy, right? The rapper. And in this video, it's on mycomeup.com, right? And in the video, he's talking about hard work. You know how this guy is all about hard work and that's all he's about.

And if you ain't willing to work hard, you're not going to get anywhere, right? And he talks about, you know, just his story, how when he was 11 years old is when he got the phone number for, I forgot who it was, the people that, you know, took him on. And he was 11 years old. He told him that he was 12 because he didn't want to seem too young, even though 12 was extremely young. And he would call that phone number every day.

It was two numbers. And he states the two numbers in the video. He's like, one was the office, one was the beeper. And I'd call that thing every single day. Every day I'd call it, I'd call it every single day until they gave me the okay to go to the office.

And I thought this was really powerful. Because at 11 years old, you don't really think about the word desperation. You think about, I got to get what I want. I mean, think about it this way, right? If you don't get the service you're looking for at a restaurant, you're going to really have a talk with the manager, move heaven and hell, just to get the service you're looking for.

Like, let's say, they charged you more than what you expected, right? You're going to fight for it. That's not desperation. It's getting what you want, getting what you deserve, right? And so this whole thing got me thinking, right?

You know, from Lil Wayne's, you know, hard work thing, right? If he didn't have his purpose, right, his clarity, he, he had a vision, and his vision was the entire world needed to hear his music, the entire world. And he thought about that thing day in, day out. That was his, his anchor, that kept him focused. And he would call that and he'd into existence, right?

Everyone's gonna hear my music, right? And he would stay all day working, writing songs, recording songs, non stop, because he knew that the entire world needed to hear. Now imagine the moment he gets unclear, distracted, or cloudy about why he's doing what he's doing, or what he's doing, you know, whatever it is that he wants, like, what if he got clear, like, Oh, do I really need the whole world to hear? Maybe he forgets, he gets distracted, no longer is it that important that the whole world hears his music? Do you honestly think he'd be working as hard?

No, hard work only comes when someone is completely clear of the reasons why they're working hard. Seriously. I mean, ask anybody, why do you work so hard? I got to pay the bills. I got kids to take care of.

They're completely clear about why they need to work hard. Now, what if it was for your goals and dreams? Why are you working so hard? I got goals and dreams that I got to accomplish. Tomorrow is impromised.

If I die tomorrow without accomplishing these things, then I don't feel like I lived a life worth living. Right? What if you become completely clear? When you get clear, suddenly you work hard, you never feel disconnection. Because the moment you move the clarity, you no longer know the reason why you're doing something.

Therefore, space gets in and you become disconnected from your goals and dreams. Now, if you don't ever want to be disconnected, you have to become desperate, desperate to succeed, desperate to win, desperate to do whatever it takes, desperate to see the results, desperate to have the life you want. The thing is, is that there's so many people that aren't desperate. They aren't. Are you desperate or not?

Think about it. Sometimes you have to pretend you're in a desperate situation for something to finally kick in for you to do whatever it takes. I mean, when we first got started online, my husband and I, right, we weren't the power couple. We were, but we didn't call ourselves that. We were just an ordinary couple at the time, not really sure what to do online.

We had resigned from the only source of income, which was our martial arts school. And we went on full faith to complete whatever it is that we felt God called us to do. And then internet marketing came in the picture. We began to explore the internet. Man, we went seven months without making a significant source of income.

I'm talking about a significant result, period. We were making no money. We ended up being five months backed up in rent. And then we got the knock on our door, get out. And at that point, don't you think desperation settled in?

Heck yeah. Man, we became desperate. I mean, I had already spent the last five months crying, wondering when, taking action, asking my husband how long, how much longer, right? I remember crying because I had no money to get my eyebrows done or, you know, do my laundry or crying because I didn't even have food. I was hungry.

I mean, there was some stuff that we went through. And now we get the knock on the door to get out. Man, I was desperate. I couldn't live another day like this. I couldn't do it.

I didn't want to. It was too painful. I couldn't imagine living another day that way. It hurt so much. I was desperate.

And it was at that point that my husband and I looked at each other and said, we have to do this. We have no choice but to succeed now. There's no plan B. We're doing this and this alone. Let's go for it.

And my husband had a moment where he broke free. And he, he said it, that's it, period. Like, I am going to get 30 leads. I am going to get two sales. And this is coming from a couple who, who never had a lead.

We never got a lead. It was so difficult to. It was difficult. But suddenly we made a decision out of desperation to make it work. And it was at that point that a shift happened in the direction that we were heading in our business.

We were never the same. Our business was never the same. Because we made a desperate decision. And we managed that desperate decision day in, day out. And now we're here on Inner Circle Audios, talking to you, sharing with you that the more desperate you are about your goals and dreams, you will never be disconnected from them.

Ever. Never, ever. And if you don't ever want to be disconnected, then go and get desperate. Get desperate about the things you want in life. Like you cannot die without it.

And if you were, that painful feeling of dying without accomplishing the things you truly desire, it's as if you only lived this life to take space, to take up space. I don't want that to be me. I cannot live another day on this earth without fighting for the life I desire. For accomplishing the things I want. Not only because I want to accomplish them, but because I know that if I do, I can help others accomplish the things that they want.

Because I can't teach something to someone I have not yet done myself. This is desperation. When you get desperate, you'll never be disconnected. And until it means that much to you, that you cannot die without accomplishing this, you probably won't do much. But when you're desperate, like your life depends on it, everything shifts.

What was a priority is no longer a priority. The only priority in your life is accomplishing it. Because you're desperate to succeed. You're desperate to see something. You're desperate for a result.

You're desperate. You need to get to that point. Because once you do, you will never be disconnected. And I can't say that enough. I know it's the title, but I cannot say that enough, man.

Desperation is all you need to get to that level. I hope that right now, at this point by now, you're already thinking, okay, I get it. Right? Desperation isn't a bad thing. It's a great thing.

Desperate people get what they want. They fight for it. They get what they want. But are you? Are you going to be desperate about the things that you want in life?

Because if you aren't, someone else will, and they'll end up getting it. But if you are, then you have every right to receive it. Because you're desperate for it. You need to move with action every single day, being desperate for it. Look, tomorrow isn't promised.

The problem is a lot of people think it is. Maybe not consciously. But we do. We count on tomorrow. Because that's how procrastination exists.

I'll do it tomorrow. Who said tomorrow was coming? Right? That's why you don't take the necessary desperate actions that you need today. Because you think that you have tomorrow.

No, honey, you don't. You don't have tomorrow. You have right now. You have the present moment. You have the present moment.

And if you aren't desperate to doing or using something about the present moment, you will end up disconnected and never seeing the things you truly desire. You'll keep saying tomorrow. One day tomorrow will never come. And what will happen is at that point, you never lived a life that you desired. I hope that's not you.

You will not see a change until you become desperate about the change. And I want to see you succeed. I want to see you win. But I can't force you until you're desperate to win. Desperate to win.

Giving it all you've got every single day. Man, you were given another day. Use it. Be desperate to get a result that day. Be desperate to see that day get you closer to the things you've always desired.

Desperation is a positive thing. It's what gets you what you want in life. So how do we get desperate so that we're never disconnected? Number one, get completely clear. What do you want?

And when I say that, I always think of the notebook, right? What is it you want? What do you want? Right? They have that little meme out there.

What's it called? When your girlfriend is hungry and the guy has the picture from the notebook. What do you want? Right? But seriously, you got to know what you want.

What do you want? What is it that you want? Write that down. Get completely clear about it. Get clear.

In fact, if you understand how to be clear about something, you'll never be lost on how to get it. Because you're clear. You know what you want. Okay? Once you're clear, ask yourself this question.

What are you willing to do to get it? What are you willing to go through to accomplish that? And write all the things you're willing to go through. I mean, the worst case and the best case. What are the things you're willing to go through?

Once you do that, and you answer that question, ask yourself, are you willing to die without accomplishing that? Because if you say yes, then it doesn't mean too much to you. I mean, those of you who are listening to this that have kids, if you found out your child was, you know, God forbid, in pain, right? Or dying, right? Going through surgery, whatever.

I mean, you become desperate instantly in helping save their life. Have you ever heard of the story of the mom whose child was underneath a car? And this mom, because of her desperation of getting her son from underneath the car, the adrenaline kicked in out of nowhere. She was able to lift up the entire car. I mean, what woman lifts up a car, right?

But when you're desperate, you'll be surprised at the things you can accomplish when you're desperate. That's what I mean. So if you say, yeah, I wouldn't mind dying without accomplishing it. You're not desperate. You don't got it yet.

Until it says, yeah, I'd be, I cannot die without accomplishing this. I refuse to die without accomplishing this. Right? That point you become desperate. Then you take the necessary actions each day that you're given as a gift and you use it desperately to get you to your next level.

So you don't have to end up dying without accomplishing it. If you take action on that, you will never be disconnected from the things you want, but forever and always desperate. Man, I refuse to get comfortable in any level that I'm in. I will always be desperate for more. Because if I don't, I'll settle for never even seeing the best version of myself.

I don't care what level you've reached, how much money you make, how much money you don't make. You need to stay being desperate to win. Because then you'll end up doing whatever it takes. All right, I hope you got massive value out of this. Take action on it, put it, shout it on the rooftops.

When you're desperate for your goals and dreams, you're never disconnected. Make the public commitment to be desperate to succeed. Guys, I believe in you. I wanna see you and hear your success. I wanna see it.

Be desperate, that's what it's all about. Win big, this is Cassandra Lee.
