Hello everyone, Chris Record here, founder of Team Take Massive Action, and I'm very excited about tonight's call because this is the first kickoff call for our Inner Circle bonus training. And what this is going to be is going to basically be a 10-week course where every single Tuesday we're going to call them Take Massive Action Tuesdays, where every single Tuesday we're going to do interviews just like the Inner Circle with Empower Network, but it's going to be the Inner Circle of Take Massive Action, of our own team. And we're going to offer this as a bonus, a complimentary free bonus for everybody who owns the Inner Circle product with Empower Network. So like I said, my name is Chris Record. I got started in June, right around June 1st of this year, 2012.

And one of the things that I want to share today are some basic simple tips and strategies that I've implemented over the past five months. That's about how long I've been in, five months. Some basic tips. Some tips and some techniques that have helped me to be able to generate $75,000 in commissions, very part-time, while working a full-time business on the side. And I've got two kids under two in my household.

For those of you with kids, you can relate to how busy you can be. In fact, I'm excited because my brand-new baby is now one week old. I can't believe how fast a week just went by. But I've got a brand-new baby in my house. And for those of you that can relate to having kids, you just don't sleep anymore.

So we're past the days of sleeping. So if anybody on this call is busy, and you're just going, hey, look, I just want to know how to make some money, I can relate to you. I'm very busy, but yet very focused and very determined and very driven. So I knew I was going to be successful when I started in Empower Network. It wasn't a matter of whether or not I was going to be successful.

It was really a matter of, you know, what am I going to be able to accomplish here? Now, there's people that are making a lot more than that, and there's also people making a lot less than that. In fact, there's some people that are making no money. There's some people that have probably been in longer than me that are making no money. So that's another thing that I want to address.

And I was having a conversation with one of my business partners, Peter Sorensen, and we had this conversation just yesterday, which is kind of like, you know, why is it that the people that need this opportunity the most seem the least inclined, to actually take the action and get the results and make it happen? Yet some other people that don't necessarily need as much come in and seem to make just piles and piles of money. You know, what is that? What is that slight edge there that's the difference? And the other thing that we want to look at is, okay, even if we identify that slight edge, what can we do to create a cookie-cutter system that even someone like my own grandma could come on board, and my own mom could come on board, and follow a specific plan, and actually start achieving success with Empower Network and with Team Take Massive Action?

So those are a couple of things that we want to address today. Another thing that I want to address is income-producing activities. And I want to talk to you about – and this is really important. In fact, for those of you that aren't taking notes, let me just pause for a second and say you should probably take some notes. Although we will have these calls recorded, we will have them available, you never know how long that will take.

We might want to edit these up. We might want to do some things with them. It's always better – you want to use this information now. You want to use this information immediately. So one of the best things you can do is take some notes.

You might hear something profound. I mean, hopefully, right? You might not. But you might hear something profound. You want to jot it down.

You want to be able to take immediate, instant action on that. So right now, scramble around, find a pen, find a paper, or take notes on your notepad, on your phone, or on your computer. Just do something. And one of the things I want you to write down is income-producing activities. You can call them IPAs.

You can also call them MMAs, money-making activities, whatever you want to call them. It's actual – those are activities that actually result in money directly, or sometimes indirectly result in money. And then there's non-income-producing activities. And those are things that are still good. I mean, they're totally cool to do non-income-producing activities.

Like, let me give you an example of a non-income-producing activity. I said I was having a phone conversation with Peter Sorensen yesterday, really talking about, hey, what is it that really makes people click and take massive action and other people don't? Well, you know what? I wouldn't classify that as an income-producing activity. Those are two friends and two business partners having a conversation.

We talked for about an hour, and I would not classify that hour as an income-producing activity. I didn't produce income as a result of that. Some of you might argue that later on down the road, that might motivate Peter, or we might have cracked a code that sends our income into astronomical proportions. True, but that's not an income-producing activity, just like reading a book. Now, reading a book isn't necessarily an income-producing activity, but the knowledge that you gain, it could sharpen your act, and it could make you that much better tomorrow when you go out the next day.

Even this call right here, I wouldn't necessarily call this an income-producing activity. It's a training. So I'm not saying you should only focus on income-producing activities, but what I want you to do is I want you to identify the difference between an income-producing activity and a non-income-producing activity. And I want you to start judging your success based only on the results of your income-producing activity. A lot of new people get involved in the business, and they think that, you know, I'm not going to be able to do this.

Oh, you know, gosh, I've been doing this thing for a week, and I'm not getting any results. Well, you know, if we actually took that whole week, and we actually drilled down what specific income-producing activities did they do in that week, you know, you'll often get down to about an hour of income-producing activity. So why is it that they said they've been in this thing for a week, and they're not making any money or getting results, when really sometimes it's only about an hour of actual work, income-producing work done? It's because the nature of being an entrepreneur is that you're thinking, about the business 24-7. You're always thinking about it.

You're dreaming about it. You wake up in the morning. You know you need to do something. You're thinking about the lifestyle. You're wishing you could do more.

You're constantly learning and growing and improving, and there's so much out there to do. But at the end of the day, a week goes by or a month goes by, and you wonder, well, hey, I'm not really making as much money as I thought I could make. I'm going to tell you, the secret to that is income-producing activity. The secret is having a very clear defined goal on exactly what income-producing activity you need to be doing on a daily basis. And then you get those nice and organized right in front of you.

So when you sit down and you've got an hour to devote to the business, you crush out those income-producing activities. And when you're done, that's when you do all this other fun stuff. But you don't count this other fun stuff. You don't specifically count that in your total hours worked. So some of you are probably working this thing around the clock, maybe even spending five hours to do a blog post.

I don't know. But what I want to do is I want to get you focused. You could work an hour or two of this. You could do some actual income-producing activities daily. And you could spend an extra hour or two if you want reading, or talking with your mentor, or chatting on Facebook, or listening to Inner Circle audios, whatever you want to do.

But make sure you do those income-producing activities. So we're going to talk a little bit about what income-producing activities that you can do to be able to start having some huge results in your business. Another thing I want to talk about is email marketing. Email marketing is something that unfortunately most people are not doing. I know this for a fact.

Now I don't just mean autoresponders. We're going to talk about that. But I also mean sending broadcast emails. Now there's two ways we're going to discuss sending broadcast emails today. We're going to discuss swipe files, how to basically copy somebody else's emails and send those out so somebody else does all the work.

But we're also going to talk about you learning. So the whole idea here is that you want to learn and grow and become a successful Internet marketer. Part of that process is you, every once in a while, are going to have to send out emails in your own writing, in your own style, positioning you as the leader. And that's something that I want to start you on early on if I can. Because if you can start to develop that habit of becoming an email marketer, what you can do is you can grow a huge list, and every once in a while you're sending out emails, you're going to realize the fortune is in the follow-up.

The follow-up are the emails that you send out. So email is the new thing to do instead of sitting around making calls all day. It's emails that allow a lot of these Internet marketers to only have to work an hour a day. Because they get good at crafting up an email to the masses. Instead of all these one-on-one meetings and one-on-one calls and stuff like that, they're good at broadcast messages.

So we're going to talk about that, not in specific detail because it's a conference call, not a webinar, but we are going to talk about the importance of it, what we should do, and what I recommend. And the other thing we're going to talk about is LTV, which is the lifetime value of your customers. And the reason – we're just going to touch on this today. We're not going to go into an in-depth thesis on this or anything. We're going to touch on this.

We've been touching on it on the Facebook group recently, but here's why we're going to touch on it. Because our team has become the masters of free advertising. We're having so much success and growth primarily with free advertising. There's barely anybody in Team Take Massive Action doing any significant paid advertising. It's amazing.

And yet we have some of the highest conversion ratios in Empower Network for people that are upgrading and going all in. So first of all, we all deserve a huge pat on the back for that, because so many people on our team are actually making money. I think it's going to blow everybody away when we go to Austin and we actually start to see how many people are really making money. But right now I can tell you dozens and dozens of people on Team Take Massive Action are going all in every single month. I mean it's crazy.

I don't even know the numbers because I can't see it all, but I'm constantly getting the requests for people to get access to the all-in sections, and they're sending me receipts and stuff like that. They're wanting to cut some funnels. I mean we have something like 50 custom funnels developed, and you had to be all in to go for that. I mean that's pretty powerful, and that's just what we have so far. So that's something that we're going to touch base on.

So that's what today's call is going to be. Now before I get into the nuts and bolts, the meat and gravy, before I get into that, what I want to talk about is the whole outline and the whole concept of this Inner Circle Club bonus, and how you can use it to your advantage to make money. So the first thing I want to say is, why are we even doing this? Why on earth are we sitting here doing extra conference calls when Empower Network already offers it? Like we don't need to do this.

None of you are paying me to do this. This is volunteer work, volunteer training, right? So why are we doing it? That's an important question to ask right off the bat. The reason that we're doing it is a couple of folds.

Obviously one of the reasons is because we want to train people, and we want to have a successful team. And it's the right thing to do. That's one of the reasons. It's the right thing to do. More training is helpful.

People will enjoy it. It's a nice, good thing to do. But beyond that, here's the real secret behind the secret in this business. The secret behind the secret is that you want to be as passive as possible. You want to bring people into the business, and you want to make as much money as possible.

You want to help people as much as possible. So what we've done from a leadership perspective, what we've done right now is we've created the system for you, okay? This is different from if you've ever been in network marketing, if you've ever been in even real estate or any industry. Check this out. We created the system for you.

All you do is you're the front end. You're out there advertising and exposing this business to people, and you're bringing them into the funnel. They start off for as little as $25, and they join our team. They get access to a wide array of bonuses that are very unique for them. So our team, like our team website, our Facebook group, and a lot of other cool things we put out there.

We've got a lot of training in our team website, all this cool stuff, right? All of this is designed to help you move your customers through the process to be able to get the culture of Empower Network, to be able to get it inside of the grain of their body, to be able to understand everything a little bit more to the point where they feel comfortable in the community, they're learning, they're growing, and they want to go all in. And when they go all in, that's going to benefit you. This is not a multi-level structure. It's a member-to-member structure.

So when they go all in, that goes directly to you for being their mentor. So we can help you make money. We have a system in place to automate your income. A case in point, this last week I've been basically in the hospital. Most of you have read the birth story.

We planned a natural birth. It ended up being an emergency C-section, which is totally cool. No worries about it. Everybody's healthy. Everybody's fine.

I've got a beautiful baby boy. My wife's recovering. It's all good. But we stayed a few extra days at the hospital. So here we are at the hospital, right?

And I'm getting all these email notifications of new people joining. The day we give birth to my son, literally like five people joined me personally, people I don't even know. It's fully automated, right? And a couple of them bought the Inner Circle product right off the bat, fully automated, right? And then one of them ended up going all in a couple days later while I was still in the hospital.

Now why? How is that even possible? Somebody I don't know joins for 25, upgrades to 100, and a couple of days later they go all in. Well, what happened was I shot them a simple welcome email, which I'll touch up on in a second. I shot them a simple welcome email, welcome to the team, just a little copy-paste thing.

It takes two seconds. And it invited them to the Facebook group and invited them to the team website. So see, I used leverage. I used the system that was in place to leverage my time. I didn't have time because I was devoted at that moment to family.

I just did not have the time. So I used the system, the team, the leverage, the support, the community. I put this individual into the community, and what happened was beautiful. Over the next couple of days this person decided it was time for them to go all in because they had seen so many people talking about it. They had got on the webinar with David Wood, and he talked about getting all in.

They had basically gone through the motion. They had listened to their last week's call when they logged into Empower Network, and the system took over. This is somebody I still have not spoken with. They might even be on this call here because they qualified for it. And they joined, and they went all in.

It's very, very cool. And they came off of a blog post. I just had a blog post sitting in Google. They were Googling around, searching something, and next thing you know, they went all in. Just while I'm sitting in the hospital.

That is what we want for you. You guys don't care that I'm making money, right? It's cool and all that there's social proof, but that's about it. There's only so much you care about me making money because that's not really benefiting you. You want to make money.

So my goal is to help you experience that same process. The way you're going to experience that is to trust in the system, to trust in the tools. So your goal is to get people into the front door, and then get them involved and engaged in our community. Get them engaged. Get them going.

Tag them in relevant posts. Expose them to what's going on. Pull them through this journey. Your goal as a mentor is to pull them through this journey so they can learn more and soak up the culture and learn what it's all about to be all in with Empower Network. And then they go all in, and then that process repeats.

It repeats. It duplicates. It repeats. It duplicates. And that's how people are going to start making big money.

You can add up all the $25 sales in the world, but it just doesn't add up to big money. So that is sort of why I put together this – let's go full circle here, full inner circle. That's why we decided to put together this training. Now this training was kind of a combination of a few people. I'll give shout-outs also to Arthur Tubman who also helped initiate some of these concepts and ideas.

I've had some conversations with George Bailey, a few people recently. We didn't want to just do a team call. The concept of a team call – I've seen this and experienced this. What it really does is it creates this culture of needing to step away from family to go to meetings. It creates this culture of needing to be at meetings, needing to do things.

That's not quite what we wanted. We've already got the Facebook group where anybody can join and can ask anything that they want under the sun, and the whole community will help them. So brand new people already have that resource. So here's how it works. Now your goal is going to be to go out there and introduce as many people as you can to the business, and then upgrade them to the $100 inner circle level sharing with them how powerful this call was today.

Go off, share with them how powerful it was, how exciting it was. And then you share this information, and this is just a free bonus. Words like this call alone, what we learned alone was worth more than the cost of the inner circle just from this one call, and it's exclusive to our team. This is amazing, and this is the first of 10. There's going to be 10.

This is crazy. This is nuts, giving away so much value. Okay? I'm not going to necessarily say it like that. I'm just sort of planting the seed in your mind that's what this is.

Okay? Because what you're going to do is you're going to basically be able to take people that are otherwise on the fence and be able to upgrade them. So perfect example, case in point. Let's talk about DJ, a new player that's on the team. And I like using the word player with him, because some of you might have seen he was a player before with the San Francisco Giants.

I'm not sure if he really had a lot of playing time on the field. I know that he got brought up out of the minors by the San Francisco Giants, and he joined Team Take Massive Action. And something cool that he texted me today was he said, hey, Chris, I messaged out this call, just messaged it out to someone on my team, just saying, hey, there's this bonus call. And then that person upgraded to inner circle right off the bat. Like, holy smokes.

Like, think about how simple that was, right? And here's the thing, I want to make it even simpler by showing you how to do that without ever even picking up the phone. You don't even need to pick up the phone. You can just do that with a simple email. We can incorporate this into the culture.

We can do that in a Facebook group. When new people are in there asking questions, imagine us basically answering questions by saying, hey, you know what? I know you're brand new, but you really need to get on the inner circle, because if you go back and listen to, you know, whatever, call number three with Arthur Tubman or whoever it ends up being, if you go back and listen to that call, Arthur breaks down some Craigslist strategies that are phenomenal. And, you know, I highly recommend you get the inner circle and jump on that call because it's just awesome, whatever it is, right? That was a hypothetical example.

Not a bad one, though. We might consider that. But I guess what I'm saying is you learn to answer questions with training. You learn to answer questions with the tools that are in your tool belt. So instead of you needing to be the answer for everything, you instead become the messenger.

You become the messenger that leads them to the destination where they can get the information, right? You become that person. You lead them down the funnel. Okay, you're like the guide. You're like the tour guide that's leading them on a tour towards the funnel, and at the end, they're going all in.

So your goal is not to get them hung up at a certain level. Your goal is always to be using different tools in your tool belt to be able to move them through that process. And in return, you're going to have a huge all-in team. You're going to have soysaults. You're going to have stories like I'm having right now, $75,000 in five months, which is not shabby, right?

That's decent. It's livable. I'm sure there's a lot of people here. So you see, this tool, again, I'm going to really make sure you guys, everybody gets this, guys and girls. This inner circle bonus training that's exclusive to our team, the primary purpose of this is to give the inner circle members, a tool for their entire team to help increase their conversion ratio to get more people on the inner circle membership.

So if your conversion ratio is like 40% or 30%, if you're bringing in let's say 10 people at the $25 level and three of them are upgrading to the $100 product, this tool alone should be able to upgrade, should be able to increase that to more like 50% or 60% of your people joining at the inner circle level. Are you starting to get it? This increases that conversion ratio. So what does that mean? Let's look at this in common sense.

By doing nothing extra, by doing everything you were going to do over the next month or two or three months or whatever, by doing nothing extra, simply by having this extra tool, you could probably double your conversion rate on the inner circle, which means you could double the income that you're making on the inner circle, which means you could get more roll-ups, more residuals, more passive, make more money faster, live a better life, and help more people. At the end of the day, we're not making money off of people. We're helping guide them through this. We're helping guide them through the journey for them to learn how to be successful Internet marketers, for them to learn how to create an income. And the training is awesome.

You're going to know just by the topics we're going to be covering that this training is awesome. So you're doing a good service to them, and at the same time, you're getting paid to do it. And at the same time, you're going to automate it. You're going to do it without needing to pick up the phone. You're going to do it without needing to work your tail off and go to meetings every single day to make that happen.

So that's the summary of what we're doing. Now, what we've got planned is this is going to be a 10-week course from now until the Austin conference. So the Austin conference is mid-January in Austin, Texas, the Empower Network event. And that's about 12 weeks. If you count today, that's about 12 weeks.

The reason I'm doing a 10-week course is because next week, we're not going to do a call. It's election night, and I'm not really a super political person, but there's just really no reason to – we're electing a new leader for the country for those of you that are in the United States. Some of you might want to watch it, or some of you might not care at all, but it doesn't matter. We're going to not do a call that night, figure it's election night. We'll let them have that night.

And then the other night we're going to take off is Christmas, the 25th. So we're going to take off Christmas night. So those two nights we won't have calls. So every other Tuesday night at 6 p.m. Pacific time, 9 p.m.

Eastern, we're going to do a Take Massive Action Tuesday call. Now here's going to be the format. This is the kickoff call, so it doesn't really have a huge format. It's just me sharing some tips and strategies. But there's going to be a format to all of these calls.

They're going to be an interview style. So what we're going to do is we're going to take the top producers and the top leaders on Team Take Massive Action, and we're going to interview them. We're going to get some background from them. We're going to get what strategies that they're using in today's market that are actually working. We're going to get some tips with them like, hey, what are your conversion ratios like?

What are you doing to be able to implement those? And we're even going to take questions. If we finish some of the calls early, we can go on Facebook, and people can just start asking questions, and we'll get a verbal answer. Instead of a written answer where you've got to read everything, put a voice behind the face, the icon on Facebook. So it will be very, very cool.

And me and Arthur were talking today about 10 questions for every person that we interview. We have a set of maybe 10 questions on a certain topic. So for Arthur, I was talking about Arthur Tubman, it might be paid advertising for example. And we'll set up 10 questions that we'll ask Arthur about paid advertising. We'll go through and we'll interview.

And then at the end, we'll take questions from the team for as long as he wants to answer. So we'll take that recording, we'll edit it, and we'll put it on the IMMA site in the Inner Circle section. You'll be able to go back and you'll be able to listen. And instead of it just being a long recording, we're tossing around the idea of editing it into several short recordings. So you can jump right to the point you want to jump to.

I think a lot of you will respect that because some of the trainings within Power Network can be quite long-winded. So when it's live, it might be long-winded. But when it's actually edited, we can have some fun with it, we can chop it up a little bit, and make it pretty simple for everybody to be able to listen to. Put some nice graphics together, and that will be phenomenal. So this week when you go out, and you can go out and you can basically promote the heck out of how powerful this call was to your team, send emails out, talk to them, be so excited about it, mention it in the Facebook group.

Then you can tell people, hey, do whatever you can to upgrade. This Inner Circle bonus training is off the hook. This thing is awesome. People got to get on this. It's crazy.

Create that culture. Create that sense of urgency like, man, what on earth am I missing? Look at the vibe. Look at the momentum. Look at what everybody is saying about this.

This thing must be hot. I was thinking about upgrading anyways. Now I'm going to do it. And collectively, we're going to increase the conversion ratios to Inner Circle right off the bat. So every single week, it's going to be a different person.

Rather than put a schedule of who it's going to be, we're going to leave it loose and flexible. There are people that are getting hundreds, even thousands of leads. There are people that are trying new advertising sources and having some really creative results. There are so many fun stories. I don't even know where to begin.

So I just decided we're going to kick it off today and have a little bit of fun, introduce what's going to happen, and go. So with that being said, what I want to do is take a quick little pause. And I'm going to check in on the Facebook group here. So let's go over here, Team Take Massive Action. Check in.

And I'm looking over here. It sounds great. Everybody's saying that it's going good, going good, going good. All right, love to see the feedback. Okay, what I want to do is the reason I was talking about jumping in on Facebook is that this is something we're going to do on these calls.

These calls can be interactive. For those of you that are on live, you have the unique incentive of being able to kind of control the call a little bit. So we might do this at the end of this call. We might not. But definitely on future calls, we will.

What we will do is at the end when the speaker is done, we'll tell everybody, hey, look, start throwing some questions out. And then simply whoever that person is, let's say I'm interviewing Peter Sorensen, he could be on Facebook right there and just let him pick and choose what he wants to answer, and just take advantage of the fact that you've got a leader on the phone who's making money and who's actually having some big things happen. Like Peter and Arthur just got back from Singapore. They literally traveled the world to go see what other countries are doing to be able to have success. In fact, did you know that?

Did you know that Arthur Tubman and Peter Sorensen flew all the way to Singapore to go learn a new model that's being experimented with in Empower Network where just droves of people are going all in and creating massive success? And now they're coming back, and we've been brainstorming about how to implement similar models here in the United States, tweak them out where they'd work a little bit different. I mean, they're going and putting together big vision. I mean, who does that? Who flies across the country around the world?

Who does that just to go learn this kind of stuff? It's powerful. I asked Peter Sorensen to give him some more props because just like a couple months earlier, he flew down to Costa Rica to be part of the Costa Rica Mastermind product, and he went down there and networked on the catamaran, on the yacht, out in the resort, networked with all the top leaders and everything they're doing. We have so many cool people on our team that are doing big things. We're going to be a huge team here.

Okay, that being said, let's jump into a little bit of training. Let's get into some of the stuff that I wanted to talk about. One of the things to kick it off is let's go back to income-producing activities. Okay, so if you've got your notes, and again, when you're taking notes, if Chris Record is talking, you better write back. I've had some people say, Chris, can you talk a little slower?

But my response back to them was so fast, they didn't hear what I said. So the answer wasn't no. This is just who I am. In several businesses in the past, people have always tried to mold me and create me and turn me into – whether it's them telling me directly or going, oh, can you model after this person? Try to turn me into somebody that I'm really not.

And that's what I love about Empower Network is you can come as you are. Right now, coming as I am, like right now, I'm just kicking it. I mean, look, I've got a couple kids in my house. You think I'm dressed up right now in a suit or something like that? No, I mean, I'm basically in my pajamas lounging at the house, got my computer.

Vanessa kindly – my wife Vanessa kindly took both kids right now so I could do this call. Very respectful. Very respectful there. And I'm drinking a beer. Nothing wrong with drinking a beer and having some chicken wings.

I must at least admit that they're fake chicken. For those of you that don't know, I'm a vegan. And it's not because I'm some huge animal rights activist or anything. It's just sort of my experimentation. I love learning.

I love learning about everything. And one of the things I've been learning about is just different styles of eating and the way food processes in the body. So I became a vegan and it's like, hey, you're having a beer. Eat some vegan food. I like some sports.

I have my San Francisco Giants won. That was awesome. Won the World Series. It's just a little bit about who I am. My politics aren't normal.

I'm not sitting around – I probably won't even vote for either of the two presidential candidates. That's just who I am. I'm not a big Obama guy. I'm not a big Romney guy. If anything, I consider myself a libertarian, much more of a Ron Paul guy.

It's who I am. I'm a very methodical, analytical person. I love to dive into the numbers of things. But at the same time, I'm a big, huge believer in taking massive action. So I don't have analysis paralysis.

I don't sit there and examine something for so long that I don't actually do something about it. And that's one of the things that sets me apart from a lot of analytical people is I analyze it, and then it's like somehow when I'm looking at the numbers, I get all inspired. I go like, holy freaking. Whoa, this is awesome. And then I actually go out and do something with it.

But I'm just telling you a little bit about who I am, not to really even tell you who I am, but more or less to tell you that I can come as I want to this company. I can be who I want to be. Let me tell you a story about suits. For any of you that have known me in the past, in most of my previous businesses, I would always wear a suit and tie, partially because I was young, and I wanted to look professional and sharp, and it did help. From a business perspective, there's no doubt about it.

It helped. But I couldn't wait to get out of my tie. For those of you who know me, you'll probably laugh right now. Any video of me, I'm always jerking my head around left and right, and it's almost like I'm trying to wiggle out of the tie, trying to wiggle my way out of there. And you know what?

It's because, look, I wasn't born to be wearing that every single day. I like wearing casual clothes. I kind of have a weird dress style where I kind of dress a little bit like the city that I came from, Santa Cruz, California, you know, a dress maybe a little bit kind of, you know, Generation X maybe a little bit, a little bit past kind of surfer, skater, slash half, a little bit more, you know, maybe a decade older than that genre. I just dress how I want, be how I want, feel how I want, do what I want. And the reason that's so powerful, the reason I'm spending a moment on that right now is because the bottom line is that if you can get comfortable, if you can allow yourself to be comfortable in the business, then you'll wake up every morning excited and passionate about it.

You know? The other thing I don't have is I don't have a lot of frustration. You know, I don't get frustrated. I don't sit here and bang my head against the wall. You know?

I basically, I have fun. I make money. I try to make a difference to my team. And, you know, I take care of my family. My wife doesn't have to work.

You know, I want to be able to take care of my kids, make sure that, you know, their needs are met, and that's my motivation. But I don't want to have to change who I am. So that culture is really important. And I tell you a little bit about this just so you can kind of know where I'm coming from. You know, here's a couple more things about me.

That might be beneficial to you to know. Seeing as how I'm sort of the, you know, one of the founders of this team here. Is, you know, my parents got divorced at an early age. I think I was around six. And I tend to stay with my mom.

I became a mama's boy. I was living with her a lot more. Well, due to the divorce and everything, she ended up getting on welfare, which meant food stamps and Section 8 housing and stuff like that. So that's sort of the way I grew up. Now, I'm not saying we had it bad.

You know, nobody should have a pity party for me. There's many, many people that had it much worse than me. Being on Section 8 and food stamps was definitely not the end of the world. But instead of getting like an allowance to go have lunch at school, you know, I'd get a $5 food stamp, right? And instead of having like, you know, the nice shoes, you know, you've got the Payless version.

You know, you always have the cheap version. Our favorite place to shop was Goodwill because my mom was like, hey, you can go buy any clothes you want. She felt like, you know, she could get anything I want there. And as a young skateboarder growing up with Santa Cruz, I just didn't really care. So I don't think I had a bad life, okay?

But what I'm saying is that motivated me to be an entrepreneur. That's where I got my drive from. That's where I got my drive is not wanting that lifestyle. Not saying, hey, you know what? I don't want to have this lifestyle where you're never really making ends meet.

You're never getting to experience any finer things in life. You're always struggling. You're always mad. And everybody I was hanging out with, there was some common denominators. Like they would look down on rich people.

Like, what? Rich people were bad people. They were the people that were the bad people. You know, the rich people were the people that, for instance, were like the landlords that were giving the hard time to the tenants, you know, trying to pinch them for their dollars, you know? It was always looked at.

But I chose to look at it differently. I chose to say, hey, look, we're not happy. So why am I going to sit here and why am I going to, you know, go through this if we're not happy, okay? I wanted to be happier. I wanted to go out there.

And I'm not saying money makes happiness go around, right? But I am saying let's be honest. Let's be honest for a minute. There's so many problems that money can take care of, okay? So if you've got the money and you're able to take care of those problems, at least you could spend your time taking care of the other problems that money can't take care of, right?

That's what I'm saying. I'm saying, like, for instance, because we make decent money, I'm able to work from home, which means I'm able to be around my wife and kids every single day, and that makes me happy, right? So if we were struggling more, maybe I'd have to leave them. And then maybe my wife would be frustrated with the kids all day, and maybe I'd be frustrated from work. And maybe we'd get home.

And there'd be more arguing and more frustration as a result of money. In fact, how many people get divorced in the United States or worldwide over financial situations, right, over money and specifically lack of money or the stress and pressure associated with money? So taking that off the plate and making money something that you just don't have to think about is sort of my goal. That's sort of what I feel is like the higher calling for what I could do here for this team. I've been there.

I've been to a place where money was really tough. I've been to a place where my very first suit I had to buy, we went down to the Salvation Army, and I got myself a hand-me-down suit for like $20. It was a three-piece banker suit. I'm very proud. Of course, it didn't fit.

It's not like there was a tailor there. And I went to my first meeting, which, by the way, was like an Amway meeting, and I got this suit, this tie, this vest. I'm looking all sharp. And somebody goes, wow, Chris, what kind of suit is that? And now here's the humbling moment, right?

I have no clue what kind of suit this is. I'm not going to tell them it's $20 either, okay? So you know what? We had a little joke going around at the time. Hey, this is a Salvation Armani.

That's what he called it. So instead of Salvation Army, we just called it Salvation Armani. We just had some fun with it, and that's the way we grew up. We grew up kind of poor or grew up not even – I don't even call it poor. It was just a poor mindset.

Grew up with a poor mindset. Grew up with a mindset that it wasn't easy to make money. I mean, that would be rich. You'd be rich beyond your wildest dreams. And there was this big divide.

And so I had to break. I had to break that mindset. It took a while. It took personal development and stuff to break that mindset. And that's what my goal is for you.

If you're listening on the phone right now, I'm going to ask you some very, very serious questions, some serious, serious stuff right now. The first question I'm going to ask you, and you're going to answer in your own head, is this. How old are you? I'm going to ask you a question right now. How old are you?

And I'll play along right now. I'm 34 years old, okay? How old are you? Now, the second question I'm going to ask you and answer this in your head is how much money do you have right now in your savings account? Saves.

How much money do you have saved? It's just a serious question. Now, I know there's some people on this call that are of means and have some money, and they probably answered that maybe proudly, proud to say, hey, you know what? I'm proud to say I've got X amount. But there's also probably some people on this call that maybe only had a few thousand dollars.

Some of you on this call might have said, man, I'm in my 30s or 40s or 50s or whatever, and I've only got $5,000 in savings. And if you've only got $5,000 in savings and you're, you know, if you're over 30 and you've only got $5,000 or if you're over 40, I mean, jeez, if you're over 40 and you've only got $5,000, it's like holy smokes. I mean, you've got to do something. You've got to get some inner drive going on because you could be caught off guard and everything could go south so quick. I mean, you deserve better.

Now, and here's the real scary part. This is the real sad part. There's going to be a lot of people on this call that when I said $5,000, a lot of them in your mind, you might be thinking like, holy smokes, Chris. And there's some of you that might not even have a savings. There's some of you that might say, Chris, you don't understand.

I mean, I don't even have credit. I don't even have the ability to save money. I mean, I get the check. I barely have anything left over. Chris, it was a challenge to get the inner circle.

I spent the last $100 to my name. So my question is, how old are you? How much money do you have in your savings? And how does that make you feel? How does that make you feel?

Now, I'm not trying to demotivate you, but I'm just trying to say this. Look, there's two ways that you can get inspired. One way is by a bunch of praise and motivation and telling you're a winner. On Sunday, I listened to a service on TV from Joel Osteen, and he had a powerful message this last Sunday. I loved it, okay?

For those of you that don't know Joel Osteen, even if you're not religious or spiritual or anything, he's on TV. He's on YouTube. You can check him out. The dude has some powerful stuff, okay? Even if you're like, oh, you know, I don't like Christian stuff or whatever, then just take that stuff out and just view him as a personal development speaker because he's got – I got so motivated on that message that he had.

I'm like, man, I got to repackage that and put that in the inner circle. You know? That was good. I could repackage what he said and put it on a blog post and promote it, and people say, Chris, you're a genius. You know, it was just good, okay?

So he inspired me, you know? But that's the thing is that do you know that right now a recent study floating around the Internet that the average person in America only has $500 saved, the average person in America. Okay, so the reason is that the second form of motivation is not from that hype you up, make you feel good motivation. It's actually the kind of beat you up motivation. It's the tough love motivation.

It's the fact of reality check is what it is. It's a straight reality check. The reality check is right now if you're listening and you're going to get some information, I can share some information with you, but that information, if it falls on loose gravel, it's just going to get swept away and nothing's going to happen with it. You got to have a strong foundation to be able to take the information we're going to share with you and be able to do something with it. So what you need to do is you need to get some motivation.

You need to look at your financial situation and go, you know what? This is the reason why I am going to make this work. I am X amount. I'm X years old. I've got X amount in my savings.

I'm going to change that. And what I want you to do is I want you to write that down. Right now I am X years old and I have X amount of money in my savings, okay, because this is going to be part of your story. You're going to craft a story where six months from now or a year from now, you're going to be able to tell your story and say, you know what? I got on a conference call and the speaker asked everybody a question, you know, how old are you and how much money do you have in your savings account?

How does that make you feel? You know, honestly, I didn't feel good about it. You know, at the time I looked, I had $285 to my name. You know, I was 46 years old. And how on earth did I let this happen?

Okay, how did I let this happen? This is negligence. How did I let this happen? I knew I was a better person than that. I knew I was more capable of that.

And I knew at that moment that I was letting my excuses get in the way of my success because you can make money or you can make excuses, but you can't make both at the same time. And I realized for the last decade or whatever, I've been allowing myself to make excuses instead of money. And I snapped. I snapped out of it at that very moment and I decided, you know what? I'm going to start focusing on fixing this.

I'm going to take this issue right now and I'm going to fix it. How am I going to fix it? Well, you know, my job and what I got going, I can't, you know, saving money when I'm not making money is not the solution. Making more money is the solution. So I'm going to start investing into a business.

I'm going to start building a business. I'm going to start taking this business serious. I'm going to start building – I'm going to start investing in income producing assets. I'm going to start investing in my time, energy, resources, money, strength, focus, dedication, persistence. I'm going to invest all of that into business.

I'm going to invest that into something that can actually take care of this problem because whatever you've been doing for the last decade clearly is not working if you felt uncomfortable with those two questions. And that's the foundation. Meaning, and this is the last thing I'll say about this, but this is very important. Meaning, earlier in the call I said, it's crazy, but a lot of the times the people that need it the most are the least inclined to take the action to get the results. Those same people that need it, I mean, this would change their life.

Those same people seem to be the ones that are always complaining about how confusing everything is, and how they don't understand anything, and how difficult things are, and they're always on the verge of quitting. They're always on the verge of considering quitting. They're always coming from this scarcity mindset. But see, that's the problem. What they don't realize is the problem is not Empower Network.

Clearly, before Empower Network came along, they were already in that problem. They already had that problem. There's a root problem there, and the root problem is there's something, go down the route, there's something that needs to change. You need to fix it. And that's your foundation.

You need to fix your foundation. You need to start speaking abundantly. You need to start speaking positively. Do not allow yourself to say things about how much you're struggling trying to learn something, or how you're stuck. Don't allow yourself to say things like, oh, I'm stuck.

I've hit a plateau. I can't figure out this blogging thing. I don't even know where to do paid advertising. I need help. I need somebody to actually call me and walk me through this, because I don't get it.

I don't understand it. Do you realize all of that language, all you're doing is convincing yourself that's true. When really, none of that's true at all. When really, I could point to you hundreds of stories in this company of people who are less talented than you that are doing just fine. So clearly, it's not your lack of skill.

It's this root problem where you, at some point in your life, allowed yourself to speak with a scarcity mindset or a poverty mindset. And I don't mean that as an insult. I mean that as a reality, is that if you allow yourself to think and believe that way, it doesn't matter what I teach you. I can share with you right now. It won't make you any more money until you fix that root problem.

So it's important, as a leader of this team, it's important for me to help create a team culture. I'm not trying to get on my soapbox, and I'm not just trying to rant to you. This is a serious moment where we're going to kick off a 10-week CD set here where we're literally going to be training you the nuts and bolts. And I wanted to put this foundational stuff in the beginning, so you get it. So you get it and say, you know what?

All of this information is going to fall on loose gravel on my road to success, and it's going to get swept away. But if I build a firm foundation, a nice firm foundation of success, concrete, paved on my path to my journey of success, and I focus on that firm foundation, then I'm going to receive this information with an abundant, positive mindset, and I'm actually going to believe in myself that I can do it, and I'm going to believe that I can actually achieve success. Now, as I transition into the next topic, I want to tell you, a resource that you can learn more about this is a video that Anthony Robbins did. You can find it on YouTube, and it's very, very relevant to our team because you can just go to YouTube and search the word, Take Massive Action, and it's going to come up with an Anthony Robbins video. He's interviewing, I think it's Frank Kern, maybe John Reed.

He's interviewing a couple of Internet marketers, and they're asking a question to Anthony Robbins, saying, look, we have a big organization. Why is it that some people take our training and go off and make hundreds of thousands of dollars, but other people take the same exact training and make no money, end up losing money because they bought it, and they end up frustrated with the process? But two same people side by side, why is it that one will take massive action and the other one won't? And I'll tell you right now, the secret is it's the root. See, I have passion that drives me to want to have abundance in my life, so much so that I'm going to go make it happen.

I'm going to take care of my wife and my family. In fact, let me talk to the guys because I'm a guy, so I can relate to guys. That's how it is. Let me talk to the guys. Let me talk specifically to the fathers.

You can relate to me. You're a father. You've got kids. You've got a wife, or maybe you don't. Maybe you're divorced, but you want to have a wife.

You're building your family. Let me tell you, you deserve to be the head of that household if that's what you want. Of course, we live in a liberated America where people can do anything they want. It's totally cool. $12, $20 an hour?

Why? If you've got a wife that's putting kids in daycare to go off and work to try to make enough money to cover the cost of daycare, I mean, why? I just want to talk just for a brief second there. Why? Come on, step up.

Be the man. Be the man of your household. And I'm not trying to be this – I'm not trying to be that guy. I'm actually a stocky. I'm not really a tough guy.

Don't take this wrong. Especially if the women are listening, just laugh at me right now. If you're a woman listening, just laugh at me. It's fine. I'm just saying it feels good.

It feels freaking good to be able to say, hey, my wife doesn't have to work. Now, if she wants to go out and work, she can. But I like giving her the option to not have to. I like giving her the option to say, hey, if you want to be a full-time stay-at-home mom, if you want to homeschool the kids, if you want to go off and you want to go get massages, or you want to go get chiropractic adjustments, and you want to go take care of yourself and make yourself feel good, happy life, happy life. I'm on board with that.

And I'm not saying that a job makes people miserable, but I am saying if they're doing it and they don't want to be doing it, and it's just because you have a tight financial situation, then man up and change it. Man up and change it because that's what taking massive action is about, and that's why you don't want to be a wussy. So I'm just telling you right now, if you're a man listening in on this, and you've got a girlfriend or a wife, or you've got kids, and you're not bringing in enough money to be able to give them the life they deserve, and I'm not saying millions of dollars in jumbo jets, okay? I'm just simply saying where they're not freaked out over the bills every single month, right? Then there's your motivation.

There's your motivation to be able to say, hey, how's that going to feel to be able to say, look, I busted my butt. I took massive action because I want a happy wife. I want a happy life. And here's the other good thing about it. You might have done this before, right?

But you might have done it with another company where you had to go to meetings all the time. You had to make phone calls all the time. You had to do all this stuff all day long each and every day. The cool thing is you don't have to do that here. The cool thing is you can take little blocks of opportunity and focus on income-producing activity in that little block, and you can create the same results you used to create in a week.

You can create it in an hour, okay? And then you can find these little pockets of time. You can stay up a little bit later. You don't need to sacrifice family time to build this business. Heck, sacrifice sleep.

Sacrifice sleep instead of family time. You can still enjoy your life. But enjoying your life is a reward for your hard work that you put in. Okay, I did get on my soapbox for that. I apologize for that.

But hey, at least it's pretty cool. While I was on my little soapbox there, as if a trigger, something to trigger and make this moment a little bit more iconic, I did get three new Inner Circle notification emails. I got an iPhone, and it gives notifications every time I get an email. I'm just getting bombarded here. eWallet, your recurring bank transfers hit.

eWallet, you got this other one here. I should take a screenshot. I'm on the call. We're doing the Inner Circle call. I've got these new member notifications, Inner Circle notifications, which means they're signing up right now.

And the eWallet transfer – so I use eWallet instead of Authorize.net. And it says, Dear Chris Record, a transfer has been initiated from your eWallet into your bank account. This is done as part of a recurring transfer. Personal checking amount, $5,000. Date, 1030.

So whatever, that's available in a couple days or whatever it is in my bank. And again, that's not to brag or boast. That's just sort of to make the moment a little bit more iconic. It's kind of like – for those of you that have ever watched The Secret or you believe in any sort of law of attraction or this abundant thinking, here I am. I feel like I've just got – for a moment there, I feel like sort of the spirit just took over, and I just started going on this rant about helping to try to encourage people to have a better life and be able to deserve it.

You deserve it. Do it. And then boom, I get hit with this notification. And then all these other little notifications that just came in. I've got to go add it up.

So again, please don't take that as me being cocky or arrogant. Please take that as all I'm saying is I'm like you, and it's working. So you could be like me. You could be like you but have the results like me is what I'm saying. Follow this stuff.

Follow this stuff. Okay, let's transition real quick to income producing activity. Let's jump into this. Income producing activity is one of my favorite topics. For those of you that were with me in my last company, everything is kind of a practice company if you will.

For those of you that were in another company before this, maybe you're even still in that company. I like to consider everything as a practice company. You're always working your way up. You're always working your way up the ladder of success. And some people are just like die hard for their company.

But I'll tell you, everything is part of the journey. Who knows where you're going to be three years from now, five years from now, but very, very, very cool. Oh, I just popped in Facebook, and this call is amazing. Oh, Vegan Chris, -oh. Maybe I'm divulging too much about me.

For those of you that really want to trip out on me, you should check out on the Facebook group. You should do a search and find the post that I wrote about my birth story from my son, Raiden, who was just born. I got two sons, Reston and Raiden. But at the bottom of that article, I linked to an article, a blog that my dad wrote, and my dad wrote the story of my birth. So for those of you that just want to trip out on me and be like, who is this guy?

This guy is crazy. Yeah, you could read that birth story. And I'll just give you a hint. It has to do with sun falcons and teepees. It will trip you out.

But you know, I love it. Be who you are, and just do what you're going to do. Okay, let's jump into some income-producing activities. All right, so what I want you to do is, on the Facebook group right now, here's what we want to do. I'm going to type something up.

And for those of you that are listening into this call, that later, if this is a recording, and you're listening in, and I'm doing stuff on Facebook, you can go to the Facebook group and search this stuff later if you want. But it doesn't really matter. This is just the power of a community. There's a community of hundreds. At this point, at the time of this call, it's like 530 members in our Facebook group, right?

And by the time you're listening to this, there might be 5,000. Who knows? I mean, this thing is just growing. We can't keep going. You're growing.

We can't even control it. Who knows how it's going? But what I'm going to do is I'm going to start a new thread right here. Let's just say, who's ready to talk about income-producing activities? Leave your comments with some good IPAs below.

Okay, so I just left a comment in the Facebook group. Who's ready to talk about income-producing activities? Leave your comments with some good IPAs below. So what I want to do right now is let's do a little bit of an engaging section where we talk about income-producing activities, and let's talk about – and let's help understand the difference between an income-producing activity and an activity that's still good for you, that you should still do, but when you have a real honest assessment with yourself and your business, it just is not going to directly create income for yourself. So what I want to do is I want to – everybody can just take a moment and start typing in some ideas there.

Type some ideas into the chat. Even if you're not sure, ask it as a question. Is such and such an income-producing activity? If you're sure it's an income-producing activity, list it there. And let's go through some of these.

I'm starting to see some of them pop in. And let's go through some of these, and let's talk about them, and let's talk about – let's get into some specifics with this. Let's just have a lot of fun. So while you're all typing these in – and again, feel free to ask it as a question if you're not sure. And also, this is a great time for you to reflect on yourself.

Is what you've been doing, is it an income-producing activity or not? Okay, so let's take a look at that. Let's start with posting Craigslist ads. Okay, Jeffrey Frank wrote, posting Craigslist ads. Is that an income-producing activity?

Yes. Okay, so what makes this an income-producing activity? You are advertising. Do you know that advertising, advertise daily, is one of the eight core steps in Empower Network? Okay.

Let me tell you a true story right here. I have had numerous people, like at least a dozen people that have sent me emails or messages from time to time saying, look, I've been struggling with Empower Network, and I haven't been able to make it work. I don't get it. I'm getting ready to quit. I've had people like that.

I mean, when you get hundreds and hundreds of people in your organization, you're going to get that. So I'll usually ask them, well, what have you been doing? What advertising are you doing that's not working? Okay, that's a great question. What advertising are you doing that's not working?

And people generally don't have a great answer. The instant answer is usually blogging. That's usually it. Blogging is the instant answer. Now blogging, which is another thing I see written down there, Francisco wrote blogging.

Blogging, it can be an income-producing activity, but very easily, it can be a time-sucking activity as well. It can suck the time right out of you and produce no leads, no income, no money. So we're going to talk about that next. Because blogging is a definite thing. I'm a fan of blogging, and I'm going to tell you how to make it an income-producing activity.

You've got to be careful with it. Be very careful with it. Let's focus back on Craigslist ads. Craigslist ads is advertising. That is actual advertising.

So yes, it's an income-producing activity. However, if you're not generating any leads from it, and nobody is opting into your list, it's borderline a waste of time. If you're doing anything that is not generating results, you might convince yourself that it's an income-producing activity, when really it's not. A perfect case in point, if you were to go to a networking event, like a conference, if you were to go to a blogging conference and attend the conference, that would not be an income-producing activity. If you were to network with people, that would not be an income-producing activity.

And you might think, well Chris, networking with people is. No, it's not. You're just meeting people. That's not income-producing. Income-producing activity would be physically engaging about business, pre-qualifying them that they're interested about business, and saying, let me get your information so I can send you an email to take a look at this.

Yes, that right there you could qualify as an income-producing activity. So here's the point. Two people go to a networking event. One comes out with 50 leads that they're going to email information to. The other one comes out with this idea that they met a lot of amazing people, and it was so much fun.

Both of them use the same amount of time, but one person focused on an income-producing event. The other one didn't. Now networking events are tough because it comes down to your personality, and you might not have the people skills to really go out there and just drive home and get 50 leads. So networking events might not be good for you. Whereas something like Craigslist might be good for you.

You can go behind your computer late at night when the kids are asleep, and you can post a couple Craigslist ads. You can refresh them during the week. We have tons of training on it in our Facebook group and on our team site. It's great. But again, I want to be very careful with you.

If you're not generating leads from it, then you need to change what you're doing. It's not an income-producing activity if it's not producing income. That's why it's called an income-producing activity. That's why I'm not calling it even lead generation activity. I'm just calling it income-producing activity.

You've got to be able to produce income from it. If you generate leads, that's cool because it's going to produce income. But make sure if you're going through the same thing over and over and over and over, and you're not getting any results, what you're doing, there's something broken in it. So either fix it or stop it. I'm going to repeat that very, very clear.

If what you're doing is not producing results, either fix it or stop it. And don't be afraid to stop it. Don't be afraid to stop it. When I first got started with Empower Network my second or third month, I started placing some Facebook ads. You know what?

I wasn't getting signups from it, and my conversion rate was really low. So you know what I did? I could fix it or I could stop it. I decided to stop it. And I walked away from it, and I figured I'll come back to it.

And sure enough, now, I can do it. I've got a little bit more experience. I've got a little bit more money that I can gamble a little bit away. But even then, I'm very cautious with Facebook ads because you could lose your shirt really quick. So you know what?

I just walked away from it. Fix it or stop it. Some of you are doing activities. You need to stop. You need to try something different.

Some of you posting on Craigslist is great. Some of you, you're going to end up wasting a bunch of time, energy, money, and resources. It's not going to work out. I'm telling you this because you can go out and experiment, but if it's not working for you, pull back, reframe, and do something different or fix it. But what I do not want to hear is anybody complaining about stuff not working because guess what?

You're in full control of everything yourself. Okay, so let's go through. Posting, Craigslist ads, blogging. Okay, the next one I want to talk about is blogging. Blogging is very, very similar to what I just talked about.

I blog, and I make money from my blog, and I get signups weekly from my blog. So for me, blogging is definitely an income-producing activity. And I actually don't blog that often. I think we calculated the other day that I've been involved with Empower Network for like 150 days. And I have one blog.

I have roughly 150 blog posts. However, I had a blogging partner, an assistant that I had hired that did about 50 of those blogs, maybe 75 of those blog posts. So about half of those blog posts were sort of a collaborative effort. And for those of you that if you actually read through my blog, you would clearly know which ones I'm talking about. They were lead generation posts that I had somebody experimenting with to see how it worked, which I recommend.

Hey, that's a good idea for some of you. And so really, I think I've only probably written about 60 blog posts. So I'm not proud of the lack of blog posts. But I'm the kind of guy that I do really well with quality of the blog posts. I know I've studied search engine optimization.

I get it. I started out as a rookie amateur, knew nothing. I learned how to write titles so they can rank well. I learned how to organize the post so it ranks well. And I learned how to build some link popularity.

And I learned how to promote it with some social media. And a few little tricks. This is all stuff, by the way, that any of you can learn. Really, the only difference between me and most of you is that I never felt frustrated in the process at all. And I never felt like I had to get rich quick.

All I ever did was say, hey, you know what? This is something I want to learn. And I just went out there like a passionate student and learned it. I never complained like, man, I've been doing this a week and it's not working. It's something I wanted to learn.

It might have taken me five years. That's fine. I'm in no rush. This is what I want to learn. Life is going to go on.

I'm not going to sit here and be complaining about something that I want to do. I'm going to enjoy it. I wanted to learn SEO. And guess what? I enjoyed the process and I learned SEO.

And now I'm quite good at it. And now I teach it. That's how I approach things and approach training. So blogging. How is blogging an income-producing activity?

Here's how. It's not the actual post. It's not the actual post that you write that is the income-producing activity. Okay, let's bring out your pen and paper real quick. It's not the post that you write.

The post that you write is not the income-producing activity. It's the promotion. Okay? It's not the post. It's the promotion.

The promotion is the thing that's going to produce income from you, not the post. I can introduce you to people on the team that already have like 30, 40, 50 posts, and they're barely getting any leads from their blog. They tell me, Chris, I'm blogging. Well, you're actually not blogging. Blogging is more than writing articles.

Blogging is writing articles and promoting them. In fact, Empower Network has three steps. Step one, blog daily. Step two, tell others. Step three, get money.

Blog daily, tell others, get money. That's part of the old Empower Network when it first launched, so I thought that was just super cool. You know what everybody forgets though? Step two. It's kind of like – Have you ever seen South Park?

You know that episode of South Park where there's these little gnomes, and they're stealing – what is it? Socks or underwear or something like that, and they're underpants, right? They're stealing underpants. So these little underpants gnomes, and I guess the whole concept is that your socks go missing. You can never find the right pair.

Or why is it that underwear always goes missing and stuff? So they're kind of making fun of it. There's these little gnomes that steal them, and they have this little factory. And it reminds me of this blogging situation. It's so funny because it's exactly it.

So these guys go in there. South Park kids go in there and go, hey, what's going on here? And they have this whole business plan written on the wall. It's a three-step business plan to profit. Step one, collect underpants.

Step two, there's a big question mark next to it. Step three, profit. So step one, collect underpants. Step two, question mark. Step three, profit.

That's what I think so many people fall victim to in Empower Network. Same thing when it comes to blogging. Step one, blog daily. Step two, question mark. Step three, profit.

What was that step two? I forgot. Oh, tell others. You mean I actually have to advertise and promote this thing? Yeah.

The thing's not going to promote itself. Everybody would be saturated. Everybody would be doing it. You've got to promote it. So when it comes to blogging as an income-producing activity, I want you to understand.

It's step two. It's tell others. So how do you do that? The part is going to be driving traffic to your blog. You're going to drive traffic to your blog by learning how to optimize your articles.

So if you guys want to blog for money, take note on that. Your focus should be learning how to optimize your articles so they rank in Google. That's free traffic. Your goal should be learning how to promote your articles in social media where you've got these big – there's a billion people on Facebook, for example. Right?

Facebook is not the only social media site. Plenty of other places. So learning how to effectively promote it. I'm going to come back to that in a moment because I'm going to say something really important that a lot of you need to hear about that. So number one is optimize your articles so they rank well in Google.

Number two is promote them in social media so that you're getting them out there and getting some engagement. And number three is going to be using some viral promotion, doing things that are going to go viral. Okay? Things that are naturally going to go viral. Like just – that's going to be the actual content that you write, the topic of the content.

What are – I would say things that either go viral have a chance of being basically – when I say viral, I just mean shared. Is your article something that somebody would want to share? Right? That's a good question I just saw. Would somebody come here and be like, ooh, I want to share this on Facebook?

If that's the case, then yeah, you're a good author and you're writing stuff that's viral. Or another thing is maybe you don't need it shared on Facebook at all, but you're writing content that is your specific target audience, people that specifically would read it and would be highly interested in joining Empower Network. Okay, so I'm not going to – blogging is a section we're going to train a bunch about in other areas of our bonuses and stuff like that, so I'm not going to just dive into it today. But I'll give you – I'll just dive into a couple little bullet points because I want this to be content rich for you. Okay, so blogging.

What I mean by optimizing your articles is simply this. Let's say that – Let's say that you want to post an article about whatever. In fact, we'll just make something – In fact, we're going to do this. I'm going to walk in my fridge. We're going to look for something here to post an article about.

Okay. I've got a Hanson's soda is the first thing that I looked at. All right. Hanson's natural cane soda. Mandarin lime with real cane sugar.

Okay, this is what I'm looking at. So if you were going to write an article, here's an example of optimizing it. If you wrote an article and just called it, Okay. You know, today I drank Hanson's and it was great. That's the title of your article.

Well, guess what? No one's going to – No one's ever going to search for that and ever going to find you. You're shooting yourself in the foot right off the bat. There's nothing – You're not optimizing for anything. No one's going to search for that title.

The title is the most important thing of your blog article. So if you were going to write an article about this Hanson's natural cane soda, you wouldn't – Now, let's say you go, oh, Chris, I get it. You've got to use keywords. So I'm going to call it, Hanson's natural cane soda. Okay.

That's the title of your article. Well, guess what? You're not going to get ranked. You're not going to get listed. You know why?

Because everybody's written about Hanson's natural cane soda. Go Google it. There's just tons and tons of sites that are all titled that. So in order to optimize your site, what you need to do is you need to look at the topic. For me, it's this can of soda.

You need to look at the topic and you need to think, what is it that people are searching that has to do with this? What is it? What could I write about that people are searching in the search engine? And think of a longer sentence. So instead of thinking like Hanson's, think of like a little longer sentence.

Don't worry if it's got 10 or 15 words in your title. That's fine. So you might throw in some more buzzwords like, ooh, review. Okay, now I might review this. See, every word you add, there's less people searching for it, but there's also less competition.

So you might go, okay, I could review this Hanson's soda. And then the other thing is, okay, oh, with real cane. Right? So I might, maybe there's something there to, it's natural, Hanson's natural cane soda. Maybe there's something there that has to do with sugar.

What is it about sugar that's controversial? Ooh, what can I do here? And then you might look at this and you might go, oh, wow, you know, people might drink this because it's healthy, but I wonder if it's, I wonder if this is, you know, genetically modified or, you know, is it GMO or is it non-GMO? And now you're starting to think there's words surrounding this Hanson's soda that people are looking for. And you can even go to Google and type it in.

You go to Google and type in the word Hanson's and results will pop up. Maybe type in the word Hanson's soda and other searches will pop up. And you can use those keywords and you can basically start formulating an article. Okay, you can start formulating a great, a great thing. You know, in fact, Peter Sorenson just jumped on chat.

He says, hey, how about these titles? Is Hanson's soda healthy? Is Hanson's soda bad for you? Right? Is Hanson's soda genetically modified?

Is, does Hanson's soda use natural sugar or not? You know, review of Hanson's soda versus other soda. Whatever. The whole, I'm not going to sit here and spend the whole call trying to figure out the best title. What I'm going to say is this.

I'm going to say that the title is going to be the foundation for what you do. If you were going to write a blog article and you want it to be an income producing activity, you're going to drive income from Google and you're going to drive income from social media. Those are going to be the two sources that you're going to get traffic to your blog and that traffic is going to get you leads and it's going to get you sales. Create traffic, capture leads, convert sales. Three C's of marketing.

Create traffic, capture leads, convert sales. If you just write an article, you're going to have a hard time. You need to write an article. You need to choose a good title. You need to think of additional keywords and make those H1 tags in your article and then make it good enough that you can share it on social media and bam, you've got a recipe for success.

That is an income producing activity. Just writing an article for the sheer benefit of writing an article probably won't do anything for you. Now, the last thing I'm going to say about this is a call to action. Every single article should have a call to action at the end of it. Now, if you were to go to my blog or read some of my articles, you'll notice a lot of the time I'll have like a little banner graphic.

I just went on Odesk, got an outsourcer and paid them like, I think it was like 20 bucks or something like that. I forget what it was. 20 bucks. It was a little banner for me. In fact, there's a lesson in itself.

The difference between an abundant mindset and a scarcity mindset, and I don't want to belittle anybody when I say this, but I just want to put some perspective out there. My mindset was not really to think like, oh man, are there any banners? I didn't go on Facebook or anything and go, hey, who's got banners? Where can I get this? What can I do?

I basically just said, hey, here's what I want and I'm going to create it. I basically want a banner that advertises Empower. Here's what I want it to look like. I went on and paid 20 bucks for it. Just to an outsourcer.

You could probably even go on Fiverr and get some stuff. Actually, I might even go on Fiverr. You can go to all these sites and just get someone to do it or get your kid to do it. If your kid is like over eight years old, they probably are a pro with graphic design. If you heard, you just heard the Hanson's pop, the top.

I just popped the top. There's only so long you can hold an ice cold soda without opening it. I don't even want it. I'm not even thirsty. That's interesting.

At some point, someone should say that. At some point, someone should study psychology and should tell me why is it that the human mind, I can only hold a soda for so long before cracking it and popping it. Interesting. Blogging, an income-producing activity versus a non-income-producing activity is what I just summed up. Income-producing is where you focus on, you know the result you're looking for is traffic which converts leads, which converts sales.

That is the income part. If you're writing an article, your sole purpose should be how can I get traffic to it? Now, you can pick up trending articles. You can write, I know Arthur Tubman just did a couple of posts. So did a few other people.

Carolyn, a few other people did posts about the Hurricane Sandy that was going on. There you go. Everybody on Facebook is already talking about it. Anything you see buzzing on Facebook, you know what you should do? Write a quick little blog post about it and then share your blog post instead of sharing CNN or instead of sharing Washington Post or whatever, USA Today or what your friend, instead of clicking share on their stuff, finally go, wow.

This is what people are talking about. Okay. I'll direct them over to my blog. Okay. There you go.

I mean, look, that's a $10,000 tip if you actually ran with it and did something. Right? Okay. So let's just go through this list and then what we'll do is we're not going to go through all of them because I just wanted the classic engagement here is awesome. We'll go through a lot of this.

You know, we could even help each other out here. Okay. I see some people are saying meditation, reflection of self. No. That's not an income-producing activity.

Is it? Is it a good activity? Yes. Does everything in your life have to make money? No.

Do I enjoy watching movies? Yes. Do I make money watching them? No. Did I watch the World Series?

Yes. Did I make money? No. Right. Do I enjoy hanging out with family and my kids?

Yes. Are they paying me to do that? No. So you still do things. You don't do everything just because it's an income-producing activity.

So yes, that's a good thing to do. No, that is not an income-producing activity. So what I would do is I would simply do this. If you enjoy relaxation, if you enjoy meditation and these are things you want to do, then do them. But just don't get them confused with the idea, don't lump them into the idea of I worked hard this week, this is what I did.

That's all I'm trying to say here. At the end of the week, if you feel like, man, where did that week go? What results did I get? If you're sitting there asking yourself that question, look back and actually look and see how many income-producing activities you've made in your life. Look and see how many income-producing activities did you do.

Okay? So no, that's not one. Video marketing. Well, video marketing, again, if you're making a video that has a call to action on it and you're uploading it to YouTube, same thing as a blog. If you're titling it well, you're writing a good description, you're sharing it in social media, and it has a call to action on it where you're encouraging people to take a look at Empower Network or take a look at your landing page or whatever, then yes.

If you're just making a video and there's not a whole lot of that, the title's so-so, you didn't really promote it, the thing's got seven views, then you know what? No. If you're going through all that effort to make a video to get seven views, I would venture to say it's probably not a good use of time. There's a lot of better marketing strategies. Okay?

Eric wrote, Facebook photos with quotes. Okay? Yes and no. Okay, let's quickly talk about that. If you get into anything where – if you get into anything that has to do with graphics, especially if you're going to be optimizing the graphics or making graphics, don't do it unless you're a graphics person or unless you want to go through a learning curve there.

I know Ann posted some graphics recently in Facebook and I was quite impressed. I had no idea she had these graphics skills. That's cool. We're starting to build a big team. People are coming out.

Here's what I do. Okay? You can go to my Facebook profile, Facebook.com slash Chris Records, and you can click through some of my photos. Okay? This will be an exercise you can do.

Actually, you know what? I'll even make it easier. Since we're on Facebook right here, I'll post it. For those of you listening to this call as a refresher, you can actually go and listen to this later if you want. But what I'm going to do is basically I'm going to share this, not to spam the group at all.

I really don't care to spam the group. We could even delete it after this is all we really want. But I have a folder. Right now, I'm on Facebook. I have an album that I titled Great Quotations, Great Quotes or whatever.

So I have an album that's basically Great Quotes. And I erased all the old quotes that were in here, and I just started a new folder. So I've only got a few pictures. But what I do is I take photo pictures that are really cool that I see everybody sharing, you know, of some celebrity that's giving a quote or something like that. I just posted one today, and I'm just going to hit the share button and share it inside of the group just to give you kind of an example of what would be, you know, how this could be effective.

So share in a group. Share here. And then for those of you that are just listening into the call and you're not kind of live on Facebook while we do this, I'll tell you it's not sharing that well. Oh, nice. So while I was doing this, I just got another basic membership alert.

Got to love that. So this quote right here is Jim Rohn, who's a very successful speaker. And his quote is, you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. You're the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Okay?

So that, it's just, it's a really cool quote, right? And it's very meaningful. And there you go. I just pressed share. Actually, I don't think it's going to share very well.

It's going to share as a small picture instead of a big one in the Facebook group. That's fine, though, because it's just, I'm just making the point. But the point is, is that on my profile, it shares as a big picture. But what I want to give you an example is this. I posted the picture, and then in the description, I wrote the quote.

You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Jim Rohn, you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with. You're the average of the five people you spend the most time with. And then underneath that, it says, click like and share if you agree. So what I'm doing is I'm encouraging people to promote my stuff for me for free.

Okay, that's very cool. And then underneath that, I have a link, which you should plug in, and you can share. So it's a great way to get people to be more involved and more interested in your business. put your social media bar link. That's where your social media bar link should go.

So social media bar, promoting whatever you want. You can promote a blog article about it. You can promote one of your lead catcher pages, just whatever. And the point is that quote turns out, when you share it on your wall, it turns out nice and big and looks really big. It looks really, really cool.

That's what you want. You want basically to create these nice photos. Now you can either create them yourself, or you can just find them on the Internet. Other people are always putting them together. And basically, just do what I did.

What I did was, I want everybody to look real quick, and actually comment before I say anything if you notice what I did to the picture. Before I tell you the answer, go in the comments if you can. What did I do on that picture to promote my business? And bonus points if anybody can get it right now on the next thing. So I didn't create the picture.

It was already there. I added one little thing to it. Does anybody see it? Anybody notice it? Underneath the quote, on the picture itself, there's a website, entrepreneurboom.com.

So here's a domain name that I bought, and it goes to Empower Network. So what I've got is, I've got this picture now that's going viral around Facebook. It's been shared dozens and dozens of times. And it's got this nice little link right on the picture. And it goes to my lead catcher page for Empower Network.

So you see, here's my point in all of this. to try to train you over the phone. My point is to tell you, listen to the power of this. My sole intention of posting that was to drive traffic to my lead capture page. When I posted that one picture and I shared it across several different aspects of Facebook, I got something like 20 leads.

And out of those 20 leads, who knows? I'm getting these enrollments. I don't know where they're all coming from. Jim Rohn might have enrolled me two people today. You see the power of this?

The power of that. And then how did I do that? How did I add my website to the picture? Guess what? You're not looking at a graphic genius.

I actually suck when it comes to graphics. Now, but here's the thing. I never let that stop me. So I looked at it and said, you know what? Right now, it's not in my motivation to learn Photoshop.

I don't feel like it. You know what I did instead? I just opened up PowerPoint. I opened up PowerPoint and just put the picture in PowerPoint and then put text on it and then just took a screenshot of that. Boom.

Like here's me. I'm a problem solver. I look for solutions. So I don't even own a graphics program. Honestly, some of you might say, oh, Chris, you said a negative affirmation.

You said you suck at graphics. I don't care. I can't slam dunk a basketball either. There's a few things that I can't kick a field goal 67 yards on a football field. There's just a few things I can't do.

Those are the only things I can't do, though. But I could do everything else. But I'm not a Photoshop whiz. So here's the thing. I just go, instead of complaining about it or not knowing how to do it, I just go, hey, how can I just do this?

Boom. Throw it in PowerPoint. Add some text over it. Chose a font. Made it look good.

This whole thing, to take the picture, to add the text, to promote it and share it, the whole entire thing, less than 10 minutes. Now, I would not do that if it took me half an hour or an hour. I would not sit around and spend an hour doing something like that might not even get a single like, might not even get a single share. I'm not going to waste an hour like that. So I know, as an income-producing person, I know, I look at the task at hand and say, hey, can I spend 10 minutes and get something effective out of this?

Yes or no? So what I do is simply this. We're all on Facebook anyways, right? When I see things going through the newsfeed, sometimes they're viral stories of stuff going on. Sometimes they're viral pictures.

Sometimes they're viral videos. I look at that and go, hey, should I write a blog post? Or should I take this and should I create a photo picture like this? And should I share it? Is there something I can do to capitalize on this and make money from this stuff that's happening?

I think from the perspective of income-producing, that's an income-producing activity. If you're sitting there and you spend an hour, now let me tell you what's not. If you spend an hour and you make a really nice picture with your website on it and you share it on your Facebook profile and it gets one like from somebody else in Empower Network and that's it, that's not an income-producing activity. So here, earlier I asked everybody to take time and ask you a serious question. What was your age?

What was in your bank? Stuff like that. Here's another serious question for you. I want to ask you a serious question right now. After this call, go take a look at your Facebook profile.

I want to take a look. I want you to just go to your Facebook. After this call is over, I want you to go to look at your Facebook profile and what I want you to do is I want you to go through all your posts and I want you to see how many likes are you getting on your post. I want you to look at how many likes are you getting? How many comments are you getting?

How many shares are you getting on your post? How many likes, comments, and shares? Because see, that's engagement. If you're not getting likes, comments, and shares, that's engagement. If you're not getting likes, comments, and shares, that's engagement.

If you're not getting likes, comments, and shares, shares, then you're not getting engagement. It's going to be really tough to make income doing that. In fact, you might be better not posting anything on your Facebook profile because you could actually look like spam. If you're putting a bunch of stuff on your wall and people are not liking it, commenting it, and sharing it, you're actually just spamming. You're cluttering up Facebook.

When people like, share, and comment, they're telling you, hey, what you're doing is good. When they're not doing that, they're saying, look, what you're doing is not working. Or they're saying, hey, go out and get a bigger friend base. Go out there and increase your friends. Go do the Facebook method for a couple months and then start posting stuff.

But it's like an instant gratification to know what you're doing. And you know, for some of you, if you go look and you take an honest assessment of your social media profiles and you look at this and say, wow, really nobody's engaging on my stuff. You know, like me personally, I get pissed when nobody engages on my stuff. I'll post something that I think is pretty cool and I'll get like, two likes or something like that and go, man, I just lost money on that because time's money. You know what I mean?

It's not that everything I do is to make money. Like, you know, when the Giants won, I posted a Giants picture. Might have got like three or four likes and that's it. That's fine. Hey, I'm supporting my team.

I gladly did that. I had no intention of making money. But if I'm ever promoting a link, if I'm going to promote a link to something, if I'm getting no likes, then it's like instant feedback saying, Chris, what you're doing is not an income producing activity. So I'll change it up. Here's a perfect example.

Some of you, you're going and making links on social media bar for your Empower blogs, right? And then you're posting those links on your Facebook profile and nobody's commenting or liking on them. So guess what? Fix it or stop it. Fix it or stop it.

If something is not working, fix it or stop it. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting it to be different. No, it's not going to be different. Fix it or stop it. What I'd recommend doing, Sherilyn's a good example about this, right?

I was working with her on Facebook the other day, going back and forth in the group. She was, you know, learning how to promote social media bar. And I said, hey, here's how you can fix it so it looks better. Okay, great. And then I said, now here's how you can, now she shared an image that she thought was cool.

I said, oh, now here's how you can share it as a big image so it stands out more. I guess it now catches people's attention more, right? Now you're starting to really think and you're starting to really learn. Fix it means if people are not engaging, try doing it a different way. Try finding super viral pictures.

It's cool. Try finding the stuff that's already being shared and going viral and posting that to your Facebook and then just doing a slight promotion for it. Okay, if you see killer stuff that's out there, right click and save it, post it to your profile and see if that's what your audience likes. You need to experiment and you need to find what does your audience like? For all I know, my audience might love real estate more than they'll have internet marketing.

So maybe if I did some more testing and I started posting some real estate stuff, who knows, I might get 50, 60 comments on an article and go, wow, I happen to have an audience that loves real estate. So now let me do that. I'm going to do that. I'm going to do that. Let me take that to my advantage.

Let me start posting real estate. Let me look at like real estate lead generation stuff and start posting real estate lead generation stuff, right? I start to learn how to make things an income producing activity. Okay. This is, I'm not going to go too much further on that, but that's, I just wanted everybody to try to get the point that I was making there is that's a way to be able to gauge what you're doing.

Okay. What you're doing. All right. With that being met, we'll talk a little bit more and some of the leaders can answer some of the other income producing activities there in that chat. We'll get back to that thread when I'm off the call or whatever.

But what I want to do is I want to, I want to quickly jump over to email marketing. I want to give a couple tips. Okay. So the next topic is going to be email marketing. And here's something that almost nobody is doing.

So this is going to be, I'm going to take the lead here and the responsibility and say, it is my lack of leadership. I'm going to take the lead here and the responsibility and say, it is my lack of leadership that, that I have not taught this enough. So I apologize for that. Okay. So don't nobody on this, nobody on this call should get too upset with yourselves, but Hey, it is your own business.

So at a certain point, do take responsibility, but I'll take responsibility. I haven't taught this very hard. What I mean is this. Okay. Number one, fortune is in the follow-up, which means that in this business, it's not sitting here and hammering the phone all day, unless that's just what you'd love to do, in which case go hammer it, you know, Hey, have fun.

I'll, I don't care if you want to go out on the corner and, and wave one of those signs, you know, with your website on it, you know, whatever. If that's what you want to do, just go do it. But what I'm talking about is in this business, you don't have to. In this business, fortune is in the follow-up. Your follow-up is email.

Fortune is in the email. Okay. So that sentence, that old sentence, fortune is in the follow-up. And this is it. Fortune is in the email.

So write that down. Fortune is in the email. So I want everybody that's listening to this call. You're part of the inner circle club. Now you need to set a goal that you're going to become a master email marketer.

So there's a couple of things that you've got going. When it comes to email marketing, you have autoresponders, which is your automated emails. And then you have broadcast emails, which are one-time emails that you just blast out to your list. Okay. It doesn't matter how big your list is.

I want you to become a master email marketer, even if you have a list of 10 people, because it is such a good skill. There's really two skills that are converging at once here. One is build a big list. And two is, is, is email that list great stuff. Okay.

And you're going to make money by doing that. So of course, everything we're talking about is creating traffic and capturing leads, but to convert sales, you need to have follow-up. So number one, if you're, if you don't, if you're not using the pre-written emails that I've already put together for the team, you should go in and you should load those up. And if you're not sure how to load those up, go on Facebook and ask, say, Hey, what are these pre-written emails that Chris records talking about? And how can I load them up on my, on my Aweber?

So you need to go out there. You need to go out there and you need to go out there and you need to go out there and you need to go out there and you need to go get an Aweber account. Okay. It's a dollar for the first month, 19 after, and then you need to, you need to watch one of the videos, or I know Craig put out a, in the, in the file section on the Facebook group, he put a great resource teaching you exactly how to set all this stuff up. Just go and just set it up.

Okay. That's your auto responder. That's your autopilot business. And what that base, for those of you that are super new, what that basically means is that when somebody goes to, when somebody enters their email for more information, they're going to automatically receive like 30 emails, whatever. However many emails.

In fact, I keep, I keep growing that list as a side note. As I keep growing that list, you can go back and you can update it. I'll, I'll add like another 10 emails and another 10 emails and another 10 emails. And I'll let everybody know. And when you do, you can go in and you could re-upload that list.

So if you've only got like 20 emails, you know, a week from now, there might be 30. You could just go re-upload that list and then you'll have 30 auto responders. Okay. Just that was a side note real quick. But that's what you want to do.

Set up your auto responder, get this thing dialed in, get it blazing. That auto responder, is going to be fortune for you because now you've got, yeah, you got emails going out on your behalf. They're automatically going to go out. So if you have 30 emails in your auto responder sequence, every single person is going to get those 30 emails, you know, day after day after day. But here's, and that's the part everybody's doing pretty good at.

Here's the part that almost nobody's doing. Broadcast email. Okay. I'm going to challenge this inner circle club to step it up. And the reason I know almost nobody's doing it, because what you don't know is that I've subscribed to almost all your lists.

If you go through and look at your subscribers, I think some of you will be like, Hey, how did Chris record get on here? I might've used an alias. I have a few different swipe accounts. And the reason I do that is I love seeing what other people are doing. Now I'm not spying on you.

I'm just saying, Hey, you know, you might give me ideas. Let's all learn together. I love joining lists because, you know, I might get an email from somebody on another team, like Tony Rush and go, man, this is genius. And I'll just repackage it and send it out to my list. You know, I love copying Dave and Dave's emails.

So, okay. So let's break this down. For those of you taking notes, you don't need to see my screen for this one. I'll keep it very simple. We're going to talk about three.

So write one, two, three. We're going to talk about three types of broadcast email. Three types. Okay. Type number one, swipe, email swipe.

Email, what a swipe is, you're basically swiping. You're swiping something from somebody else, right? So you're swiping somebody else's email. So like I said, you might be on another person's list. They write a great email.

You're swiping somebody else's email. You're what you do is you just highlight it, copy it, and put it in your, and put it out to your list. And of course, you're going to, you're going to send yourself a test message first, make sure it looks good. And of course, you're going to change links. Okay.

You're going to change their links to your links, right? And then, and then if I'm swiping an email from Tony Rush, he might say, hey, it's Tony here. And I'm with my wife, Jessica, and I'm in Costa Rica. Look, I'm going to take that out. I'm going to say, hey, Chris Record here.

I'm sitting at my house watching the Giants I got this email from a friend that had a powerful message in it. Here it is. You know, you're going to basically reframe that message. So somebody else did 90% of the work for you and you're basically plagiarizing it. And in this industry, that's accepted.

You're not taking the, if it's super personal, like their super personal story, then you want to frame it and say, hey, I just got this amazing email from Chris Record and he shares his personal story and you got to read it. I posted it below. And if you're interested in getting in business with us, you know, there's a link at the bottom. Here it is. You know, and then, and then you can copy it.

It'll say from Chris Record or whoever, then you can leave it word for word. But if it's not a personal thing, if it's more general, if it's more concepts, you can kind of make it like it's your own. And then I'd also recommend changing any income claims. You know, don't be ashamed of it. I'm freaking fired up.

Okay. So that's, so that's called a swipe file. That's where you swipe somebody else's, that's where you swipe somebody else's file. Okay. That's great.

The next type of email is just where you write the email yourself, like a broadcast email. And what these are, swipe files and broadcast emails, what they are is where you're basically, you're going in and you're just blasting your list. So if your list has a hundred people on it, you're sending all 100 people that message today. If somebody joins tomorrow, they'll never get that message. Right.

It's not an autoresponder. They're not, they're not going to get it in sequence. It's a one-time message. The best type of broadcast messages are things that are time sensitive, time sensitive. Today, this happened, you know, yesterday, this happened, you know, or this major event's going on, you know?

So think about it. When, when stuff's going on, like today I was sitting back watching the world series. I'm super excited. San Francisco Giants won. And I was thinking about their story and what they went through this season.

And it made me realize that's what I went through this year as an entrepreneur as well. I had my ups, I had my downs, but in the end, I really pulled things together and I'm super excited. Let me tell you a little bit about what's going on in my business. And I'm looking for partners and here's how we can work together. Boom.

So there you go. It's like you, you draw people in with a personal story of like, Hey, here's a real event. It's just happening. It's fresh. This is where I am.

This is what I'm doing. You know, Hey, me, I'm, you know, Hey, I just, you know, I just got back from lunch with my kids, blah, blah, blah. You started out personal. And then you get into whatever the topic is and just share whatever. This is your practice.

When you have a small list, it's great for you to practice. So these are called broadcast emails. You're just blasting them out. Just little one-time emails. Now, the cool thing is these are totally you.

These are totally you. And you can, you can basically look and see what a lot of other people are doing, join lists and look to see what they do to get ideas. But this is you. And this is your opportunity to learn, to take your life story and turn this into a reality. Turn them into broadcast.

Okay. Another great broadcast message you can do is your blog post, your blog post. So every time that you write a really good blog post, if you take the time to actually write a blog post, that's, that's pretty good. Send that out as a broadcast email. In fact, here's, here's a, for those of you that are hanging in there, cause this call's obviously gone about 90 minutes.

So for those of you that are hanging in there, this is a powerful tip for you right now. I'm going to give you a super powerful tip right now. You're going to be very, very glad. Okay. Pay attention to this one.

Remember earlier, we were talking about blogging and trying to make it an income-producing activity. Here's a great way to do that. Write blog posts specifically for your list. Okay. Now watch this.

Write blog posts specifically for your list. Okay. For instance, you might write a quick blog post that might tell the story of why you joined Empower Network. You know, here's, you know, three reasons why I joined Empower Network. Okay.

And then you go in and you just think, okay, what were some of the reasons why? Boom, one, two, three. And then maybe weave a little bit of your personal story in there. You don't spend much time on it. You just let it flow off your head and just let it go.

And if you're not good with writing, then just do a little video. Video, three reasons why I joined Empower Network. Just put your phone on you or something like that. And then boom, you send it out. Send it out to your list.

So you publish the blog post. So now it's got some Google potential. And then you blast it to your list. And the title could be something like, three reasons why I joined Empower Network. Or it could be in brackets.

It could say, new blog post, three reasons why I joined Empower Network. Or whatever. Whatever that thing is. You know, it's like, hey, I got these 100 people on this list. Let me start mailing them some stuff.

And then you can track. AWeber lets you track to see how many people click through. So now you can be like, oh, cool. I got 100 people and 10 of them clicked on my blog post. That's cool.

Because then one day I'll be at 10,000, you know, people. And 1,000 of them will click on my blog post. It'll happen. I'll get there. So anyways, my point being, that's a great tip is when you write blog posts.

In fact, you know, they say write two posts a day. Maybe for some of you, you could take this opportunity to write one post that's going to go out to your list of prospects. You know you're going to email it. So every day you got to email. And then you can write another post that's just, you know, some sort of trending news or something that you're going to share on social media.

Yeah. So you got one post every day, one thing that you write and you promote on social media. And every single day, one thing that you write with the intention of mailing to your list. And, you know, also you can, with your list, you can do the presumptive close. You can do the fact, look, they joined your list because they're opportunity seekers, right?

So you can do the presumptive close of assuming that they're interested in information related to the opportunity. Just assume that. So check this out. You could do a post, for instance, about AWeber. Maybe tomorrow you learn a little bit about AWeber, you get it all set up, and then you're like, hey, why don't I write a little post about what just happened?

Boom. You know, you know, whatever. How to set up an autoresponder series in AWeber tutorial, you know, whatever. Review of AWeber tutorials, blah, blah, blah. Something like that.

You write it up and then you send it out to your list. And you send it out to your list and say, hey, for those of you that are looking to make money, you know, wanting to make money online, or for those of you that are looking to automate your business, I highly recommend AWeber. I took the time to write a little post about what just happened. I took the time to write a nice blog article where I explain exactly how I set AWeber up, exactly how I did it, exactly how you can get started, too. Boom.

You're providing value to your list. You just wrote that and provided value. And you can include an affiliate link. In fact, you could blog about a lot of affiliate stuff. You can go become an affiliate with any service, you know, ClickBank or any one of these, you know, services out there, ShareSale, Commission Junction, any, I mean, you can name hundreds of affiliate places.

You could go become an affiliate and you could review products. And then you could specifically review things that you think that your opt-in subscribers would like. You know, review them and check them out and write blog posts about them. Now you've got the potential of search engine traffic, plus you're feeding your list something, plus there might even be opportunities to promote that in social media. That's a triple header right there.

Boom. I'm just trying to give you value, okay? The point of what I'm trying to do here is I'm just trying to share value. Like I said, if this is falling on loose gravel, if you're looking at this going, I don't know this, blah, blah, blah. You know, you will know it.

You will learn it because you're committed to success because you want to step up. My goal here is to provide you value. My goal here is to show you that I'm rewarding you for upgrading to the inner circle. This is one of 10, one of 10 interviews that we're going to do over the course of 10 weeks. There's going to be different people every single time.

You get different personalities and stuff like that. It's going to be totally cool. You guys are going to absolutely love it. Absolutely love it. So the summary of what I'm sharing with you there.

Is when it comes down to email marketing, I talked about two of three things. I talked about one, swipe files, okay? Number two, which is broadcast emails that you're sending out perhaps to your list and stuff like that. And here's number three. Here's number three.

The third one is email your existing team. Email your existing team, okay? Most of you don't even realize this, but you can log into Empower Network, okay? And you can go to the My Tools section. And you can...

There's a little link you can click that says email team. You can literally log in and you can email your existing team. Now, I want you to start doing this. Here's why. Because it's not multi-level, when I send out emails, your team does not get them.

So for instance, if you're direct to me, I'll use Peter Sorensen as an example. I signed up Peter Sorensen direct to me, okay? He's become a leader in this business, done really well. When I send an email to my team, he gets it. He's on...

When I send it, he gets it. But... He's built a team himself. When I send an email, none of them get that email. None.

So I might be sending, you know, 20 emails a month to my team. And Peter might be sending zero emails a month to his team. You see what I mean? So all of his team is not getting the same value that I'm giving my team. So here's what I'm going to encourage you to do.

I'm going to encourage you to send, you know, three to five emails a week to your team. You know, maybe once... Maybe one a day if you've got good email. Okay? You don't want to spend...

You don't want to spam people. You don't want to drive them away from the business with too much. Remember, you've got your autoresponder going to your prospect. And when people join, they sometimes still get those emails. So when you send a broadcast to your team, make it something very relevant.

Here's a perfect example of the broadcast to your team. Maybe there was something powerful. Okay. I'm going to use actually really, really, real good examples here. There's tons of good examples.

If I were to go in... Let's take somebody like Owen. Owen Graham. He's in the Facebook group. You know, he's good at getting engaged.

And they're... He's a great guy. You know what? One thing I like about Owen, and I think a lot of you should start doing this, Owen will go in and he will... He'll tag his teammates that are in the Facebook group that have joined.

He'll tag them on posts that he thinks are relevant to them. So, you know, maybe he'll have a conversation with them and then he'll read a Facebook post. Maybe I'm sharing my stats or something like that. And he'll go in the comments and he'll tag, hey, John Doe and Mary Beth or whatever, you know, check this post out. He'll tag them.

So then what will happen is they'll go to the group, they'll look to see where they were tagged, and they'll check out that post. And so he's driving them to the information he thinks is relevant to them. That's good. So now, Owen, if you're on the call, I want you to listen up. And I want everybody else to listen up, too, because I'll give this advice to everybody.

You can do the same thing with the email tool in the back office, but be even more effective. So rather than tagging two people, what if you took, like... And I'm going to talk one-on-one to Owen and everybody else just listen in. Owen, what if you took that same concept that you're so good at, and what if instead, every time you saw a great post... What if instead, you go, hey, perfect email for today.

You go in your back office, my tools, email team, and you can even choose who to email. You can email all your basic members, or you could just email Inner Circle or just 15K or whatever. Let's say you just email your basic team, basic members. And you email them and say, hey, I just wanted to share a great post today. In the Facebook, in the team Facebook group, you know, Javari Courtney came in, and he posted this great post on, you know, these successful strategies or whatever.

And I read it, and I was blown away. I knew I had to share it with you. So whatever you're doing today, take just three to five minutes and read this powerful post by Javari. And when you're done, like the post or leave a comment so I know that you've read it. Hey, I'm just looking out for my team.

I've got some exciting, you know, always just trying to keep you guys engaged and try to keep you going. You know, let's rise to the top, whatever. Boom. You stay motivational at the end. So you link to that Facebook post, and you send it to your whole team.

Now, here's why it's super important. Owen, you might... You might have people on your team that for some reason slipped through the cracks and never even joined the Facebook group. So when they click that link, right, maybe a new person came in, you didn't even realize it. When they click that link, it'll say, you don't have access.

You've got to get added to the group. So you're doing two things. Number one, when you link to the Facebook group, it's very, very cool because it's going to cause them to want to be a member of the Facebook group. And now they're going to get the community support. And number two, you're driving them right to the very specific post.

You're driving them right to that post. You're getting... You're getting a link to that post, and you're driving them there. It's a two-for-one. And you're staying daily engagement with your team.

They're seeing you as a leader. You're positioning yourself as a leader. All kinds of cool stuff. I mean, come up with cool bonuses. How about this one?

Here's another cool bonus to email your team. What about this one? Hey, I've got a special incentive going on. I just bought three tickets to Austin, Texas, to the event, and I've got a promotion going on. The very next person that upgrades to Inner Circle.

So if you're at the $25 level, and you haven't upgraded to Inner Circle. The very next person that upgrades to Inner Circle, I'm going to give you an Austin, Texas conference ticket for free. For free. Okay? My gift to you, just for upgrading.

I'll transfer it over to you. You know, boom. Little incentive. Just a nice little incentive. Or what else can you offer?

You know, just think about it. Like, what can you do by email to encourage people to take action? Same thing with the Internet Marketing Mastermind site. You know, maybe there's a great video in there, and a great video got lost in the shuffle. Take the link to that video and email it out.

Take a look at your list and say, hey, I know we have this amazing site. Sometimes stuff gets lost. Check it out. Here's this great video I just watched today. It was a phenomenal reminder of whatever.

What about that Anthony Robbins Take Massive Action video we were just talking about? Right? Boom. What about your notes from today? What about getting on your email tonight, even, or tomorrow, going in and emailing your teammates and go, hey, I just got off the most amazing Inner Circle call ever.

Just, I wanted to share some, you know, Chris put together this, you know, this thing for the next 10 weeks. They're going to be interviewing leaders on a team. And this thing is blowing my mind how much content is there. And it's going to be 10 weeks full of stuff. And all you got to do is upgrade to the Inner Circle.

So step one, upgrade to the Inner Circle. Step two, go to the IMMA site, click on the Inner Circle tab, and follow the instructions and you'll get access to it. And then here, let me give you a few more reasons. Let me share my notes with you as just a few things that I learned that were so powerful on this last call. So you're giving them value, right?

And at the same time, you're upgrading them. Boom. Income producing activity. Okay? So this is...

That's the third form of emailing. So in summary, every single day, every single day, people should be receiving email, whether it's from your autoresponder, whether it's a swipe file that you're copying from Dave and Dave or Chris Record or Tony Rush or whatever, whether it's your own unique broadcast where you told a little story and shared something cool, whether it's, you know, you sharing an affiliate link or a blog post or promoting, or whether it's you messaging your team and sharing a cool Facebook thing or something cool or some strategy, there needs to be emails going out every day because emails are free. Emails are free. And it's one of the highest producing, income producing activities. And this is one of the ways I'm making a ton of money.

$75,000 in the last five months. One of the things that slipped through the cracks that I don't think everybody realizes is I send out a ton of emails all the time. I'm always inundating people with information. Finally, they're like, man, I'm ready. They contact me out of nowhere.

Chris, I'm ready. And I'm going to go all in. Like, really? How did you even learn about this thing? Oh, I've been reading your emails.

You know, there's people in the group. I think it was Anne-Marie said, someone said, well, how did you join? She's like, well, I just got sick and tired of getting Chris's emails, so I joined. Right? And she went all in.

I mean, it's like, it's like, I'm not, she said that obviously jokingly. I'm not spamming my list. But at the same time, I'm consistently following up. All right? All right?

Last thing, and then we'll wrap up the call because, you know, I did say, I did say I was going to try to go a little bit long to provide some extra time. Extra value on this first call. And if some of you had to drop off, so be it. You know, it is what it is. The recording will be available.

The last thing I want to talk about right now, this last section here, is paid advertising. When it comes to paid advertising, this is something that we really haven't discussed a whole lot. And this is something that we're going to start talking about a lot more. Paid advertising. The reason, now, first of all, let me frame this.

The reason I haven't talked about paid advertising that much, and I hope you respect me for this, is because I wanted to prove some of this stuff myself. First, I wanted to go out there and test market and sample with stuff. And, you know, I didn't want to just tell everybody to go out there and spend money and hope for the best. Right? I figured, hey, why doesn't everybody focus on getting all in and doing free advertising, and me and a few of the leaders, we'll risk some money to see if this stuff works.

And when we find stuff that works, then we'll share it. And if it's not working, then why am I going to sit here and tell everybody to do it? You know, some of you have your families to feed, and some of you are barely making it. I don't want you to just throw money away. Okay?

So I hope you can respect me for that. I was not trying to hold my team back. I was just trying to make sure that we were utilizing our money to go all in, which is the best ROI you could possibly have, much better than any paid advertising. So I was focused on giving everybody free advertising techniques. So I hope you can respect me for that.

However, we've got to get into paid advertising. Whether it's using tools like CPC, CPC Broker and going and spending, you know, $300 or $500 there or something, or whether it's going on these big co-ops, you know, getting $500 or $1,000 together each and going on co-ops, you know, whatever it is, magazine ads, you name it, newspaper ads across the country, whatever it is, let's start experimenting with it. But here's some of the guidelines I want to put out there. Okay? Number one, if you're not all in and you're getting ready to do paid advertising, let me tell you, let me just tell you something right now.

Okay? Going all in has a much better ROI than paid advertising will have. And this has been my personal experience. My personal experience from what I've personally done and from what I've personally seen and from a lot of the leaders that I am interviewing, like in San Diego, I interviewed a ton of leaders. There was not a single leader that I met that wasn't all in.

I mean, everybody's all in, okay, that's doing advertising. Here's why. It all comes down to these three letters, LTV. LTV. And Craig, every time I say this, Craig on the team, Craig cringes.

He goes, oh, Chris, you're going to say it. He's going to cringe. Because, you know, Internet marketers sometimes don't know how to spell anything. So it actually, it stands for lifetime value. When really, we could argue that would be LV, right?

Because lifetime is one word. But it doesn't matter. Lifetime value. What is the LTV of a customer? Okay?

This is the most important thing for you to know to be able to engage, how your advertising is going to work, okay? Now, when you first get into Empower Network, you hear like, oh, just go out there and start placing ads and get leads and get them on the autoresponder. That's cool. If you've got a little bit of money to spare, then just, right now, just do that. Like, if you've comfortably got $300 or $500 or $1,000 that you can comfortably put in or whatever, and it's not, if you lost it all, it wouldn't hurt you, then go for it.

Just, you know, no problem. But, and honestly, it's your business. You have the right to do whatever the heck you want to do. I'm not going to stop you from doing anything. It's your business, not mine.

And also, everything I tell you is just my opinion. So, I may not, I'm not the best, I'm not the top income earner, okay? And what I say might not work for you. So, at some point, you also need to decide for yourself. I don't want to hold anybody back either.

But what I would recommend doing is going all in. Step one would be to go all in because if you only own the Inner Circle product, if you've only got the $25 and the $100, then you're only qualified so far, most likely, at those products. Your lifetime value of a customer is going to be low, initially. Meaning, it might take months, it might take months before a $25 sale makes you $125, makes you $225, makes you $500, whatever. Okay, it might take you months before you actually make some good money off that, right?

Okay, so if you, if you bought a $250 solo ad and one person joined, which by the way, is very likely, I've, I've seen solo ads for $250 that nobody joined. Okay, it's very possible. This is the reality of paid advertising. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you just need to change it.

Okay. Now, how do you? Increase that? Well, you can increase that by also owning the inner circle product, which you are in this call. Now you could potentially earn 125.

Now you could study your numbers. Inner circle, that's $200. That's $400. Okay. Right.

So I'm out that money for a little while and I know I'm going to make it back. Now, here's a way to make it back faster. If you also owned the Costa Rica and you also own the 15K and you also own the Masters. What happens is that there's another chance that they could upgrade to that. And now statistically, they will.

If I look at my stats, it's like 20% of people also buy the Costa Rica. It's something like 50%. So every $25 person, about 50% of them buy the inner circle and about 20% of them buy the Costa Rica and something like 12% buy the 15K formula. So I can look at my stats and go, okay, I can spend a bunch of money and I can go get 10 customers. And if I add up the average value of those 10 customers, you know, here's how much money I think I'll make, right?

That's your lifetime value. Here's an easy way to look at lifetime value. You simply go look at your enrollment list. How many people have you personally enrolled? And then go look at how much money you've made.

How many people have you personally enrolled? Have you enrolled 10 people? How much money have you made? Great. So what's 1,000 divided by 10?

That's 100. Your lifetime value is 100 bucks per customer so far. It might go up because not all your customers quit, but your lifetime value is 100 bucks per customer. So if you're spending a solo ad for 200 bucks to only get one customer, then is that worth it? You spent $200 to get a $25 customer.

Your lifetime value is only 100. You know, you're losing money. A customer is more upwards of like $400, $500, $600. The way to do that, the best way I know how to do that is to go all in. You buy all the products.

That qualifies you to earn commissions on all the products. And then you just start learning what your percentages are, even if your percentages are less than mine. You know, maybe 20% of your people or 30% of your people buy the Inner Circle. Maybe only 10% buy the Costa Rica. Maybe only 5% get the 15K formula.

And maybe it takes 90 days for them to do it. It doesn't matter. You can now know what your numbers are. And the higher you can get that LTV, the more that you can actually do in paid advertising. So I had a new person ask me today, you know, what paid advertising should I do?

I've got $300 to spend. What paid advertising should I do? Okay. Well, here's the reality. The reality is that just so you know, you might only get one sale from that, and you might not get any.

There's people on this call that did $300 in solo ads and didn't get a single sale. They got a ton of opt-ins that might buy later, but didn't get a single sale. But let's just say for the sake of the benefit of the doubt, let's say you got one paid sale off of that. If your LTV is $600, lifetime value is $600, you've just doubled your money. Okay.

You do realize Lawrence Tam is willing to spend like $500 to acquire one customer, one customer at the $25 level. Okay. He's willing to spend $500 to get one customer at the $25 level. Why? Because his LTV of a customer is like over $1,000.

His lifetime value is so high. His autoresponders are converting. His system's converting. He's marketing additional products to them, different affiliate offers. He's got about 10 sources of promotions that are all dialed in that he's been doing for the last two years.

He's got it all dialed in. So his LTV is like $1,000, but yours isn't. So if you went out there and started spending $500 per lead, you could lose your shirt quite quickly. So when it comes to paid advertising, my tip of the day in this Inner Circle bonus course is to understand LTV and make it work in your favor. Number one, go all in.

It's the fastest way to create a higher LTV. Do everything possible to try to get one person, just one person to join and buy the Costa Rica, because then you recoup your cost. Where can you recoup your cost faster? It could take like 10 months to recoup your money, or six months to recoup your money. I think if you put that in the $500 in the Costa Rica product, boom, take massive action.

Get at least one person to buy. You buy it, you recoup your funds, now you own the Costa Rica, you're qualified at that product level, you've opened all this additional training, you've opened bonuses on our site, and you've got back your $500. It's just such a smart ROI. And this, again, is my opinion, because just because you buy it doesn't mean you're going to guarantee your success. But success leaves clues.

Go show me any good big income earner in this company that isn't all in. And some of you might say, oh, well, of course they're all in, because they're making all that money, but if they're making all that money, oh, I challenge you, I challenge you. Go find me a big leader who started a $25 product and then had to save their money up to get the $100, and then had to save their money up for the $500, save their money up for the $1,000, save their money up for the $3,500. Go find me a leader that did that. They probably exist.

The company's big enough. They probably exist, but you know what? For every one person you find that did that, I'll go find 20 that probably didn't even have the money, but just said, you know what? I get it. The way to make this work is to go all in.

I'm going to go find the money. I'm going to go make it happen. I'm going to take massive action, and I'm going to make this absolutely the best return on my money that I could possibly get. That's the way that they do it, and that's how I did it. I came in.

I went all in. As fast as possible, I was able to recruit somebody else that also went all in, and I recouped all my money. Now I'm free and clear, and now I'm profitable in the business. Now I can reinvest profit back into my business. It was just smart.

It was smart. In my opinion, that's the smartest thing to do. After you're all in, then I would recommend starting with some basic paid advertising. Dabble in some solo ads. Dabble with some programs like CPC Broker.

Dabble in some paid Craigslist stuff. Maybe try some basic little blog ads or stuff like that. Try some basic little things. Don't go crazy. Try something.

Try some basic stuff, and then scale it up when you find something that works for you. So if you buy from a source, let's say you go to CPC Broker and you buy the $300 plan and you get three sign-ups. You're like, holy smokes. My LTV is $500, and I just spent $500 and got three sign-ups, so I could scale this thing up. You can keep scaling up to somewhere like $5,000, $10,000, and you can start reinvesting.

That's what I want you to do when it comes to paid advertising. We're going to teach paid advertising, but we want to make sure that you're all in. And if you're not all in, we want to make sure that you're not going to lose your shirt if it doesn't work out. And I also want to make sure that you're prepared to know your LTV, to know your numbers. Paid advertising, I don't like this idea of just throwing money out there and hoping it'll work.

Now, with all that being said, now that foundation is laid, I encourage every single person to do paid advertising. I encourage everybody. If you are not doing paid advertising, right now, you're missing out on a huge income. So see, even though I'm telling you to do this other stuff, like know your LTV, go all in and be careful, I'm also saying right now, if you're not doing paid advertising, you are missing out on thousands and thousands of leads that could be going on your autoresponders, that could be getting your broadcast emails and all this stuff. You're missing out.

You're flat out just missing out. So even though I'm telling you, you know, go all in, be cautious, do this, Matt, know your LTV, I'm also saying start advertising. It's a significant amount of money that you're leaving on the table by not doing it. So get all in, do paid advertising. We're going to start teaching it.

And our team is going to be the freaking top team in Empower Network because we're going to dial in that component. We've gotten this far without it. Now we're going to dial that in and it's just going to get crazy. So to sum up this call and to take you into what you're going to see for the rest of for the rest of this course, the Inner Circle course. We're going to do 10 weeks, like I said, every week is going to be a different interview.

It's going to be a different topic. We're going to pull in different people. I might come out here and do another call in a few weeks or whatever. But every single week we're going to pull out a different presenter. And when there's time available, which this has gone on long enough and I've already engaged on Facebook, so I'm not going to take any questions.

But when the speaker is, you know, if there's extra time at the end, we'll take questions, we'll get a little bit of engagement. Remember what I told you in the beginning. Use this as a tool. Your takeaway from this is simply this. This is the last thought I want you to have in your mind.

Think about the people that are not on this call. They're not qualified. They have no idea what you're experiencing. They have no idea. So the only way that they're going to get the idea is going to be your enthusiasm.

It's going to be your enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is contagious. OK, so you'd rather have enthusiasm on fire than knowledge on ice. If all this call is just simply knowledge on ice that no one's really talking about, it gets discarded. Nobody.

Nobody takes advantage of it. But if this call is enthusiasm on fire, we come out of here for the whole next week selling this thing like crazy. What if, what if you could double your conversion ratio on the inner circle on your team? What if we could have, you know, dozens of people on our team make thousands of dollars a month extra? You know, just getting if you have ten inner circle people on your roster that pay you ten, that's a thousand dollars a month.

Consistent. That's twelve thousand dollars a year just from that one product. If you have enthusiasm on fire, you can go out there and create those kind of results. What if we went out and we got so fired up and so motivated about this call that we went out there and built this thing up and I'm not saying to overhype it. I'm just saying not to underhype it, not to let it just fall through the cracks.

OK, and it's not my pride or my ego. You've got to realize I do not get paid on most of you. You do realize that, right? It's not multilevel, so I'm not like the upline. I don't get a royalty.

I don't get a residual. You I don't charge fees for the team website. I don't charge fees. Have I charged anybody a fee for anything? I don't even have something to charge you for.

The only way I make money at all is if some of you are personally direct to me in the business. OK, most of you are not. So this is the gift. This is our gift to you to help you make money. You need to own this.

You need to own it as yours. You need to say, you know what? This inner circle bonus is my bonus. This is my bonus. I'm going to take this thing.

I want to add it to my tool belt. I'm going to go out there and promote it so I can increase my conversions. I can help more people get on the inner circle. And I can, number one, make more of my money back. Number two, help them make more money, position them.

And number three, get all this great training. Look, that's the takeaway. The takeaway is now the ball is in your court. You can use the training. Cool.

What's really cool is if you go out there and promote this inner circle club. OK, now remember, next week we're taking off because it's election and we're going to. We have two weeks. We have a two week promotion window right now. But we're going to put the recording of this call up very fast.

We're going to put the full recording up very quickly and then I might take it down and edit it, but it will at least put the full recording up for everybody to listen to. So do not give this recording away for free. Do not give this phone number away for free. Do not allow people to listen to this that are not on the inner circle. You need to have some pride over the fact that you paid to get here, other people paid to get here.

What you want to do is you want to use this as leverage to say you have got to listen to this call. There's nuggets of wisdom in there. Some of this stuff is like it's like in the 15K formula. Some of the stuff is phenomenal. That's how you get promoted.

Look, this is not freaking feel. You should go in the inner circle anyway for all these obvious reasons. But now you can listen to just the recording. The first one, you'll come to me and you'll thank me. And you can do all that by email or you can send somebody a private Facebook message, message, message your people on Facebook and say, look, I got to break down what just happened.

I didn't I don't know what I was expecting. I thought it was another thing. Boom, I got blown away. This is off the hook. You know what?

You've got you've got to do this. We've got to get you on this call. What can you do to make this happen? Let's make this thing happen. That's the takeaway.

So two weeks. So our next call, I'll announce the next speaker pretty soon. I already know it's one of three, one of three people on the team that I'm that we're going to see who can make it happen. But I hope you've enjoyed the call. I'll jump on Facebook and hang out with you guys for a little bit before I end up watching the movie crashing out for the night.

But it's been an honor. Thanks for putting up with my long winded conversation, thanks for putting up with my ranting and raving and personal stories I hope you've gained from some of the knowledge that was shared here. But most importantly, I hope you understand that foundation of success is what's going to make you a winner and make you help you make the kind of money that I'm making here if you want to make seventy five thousand dollars in five months, you've got the recipe. Now you've learned how I'm doing it. Now it's up to you balls in your court to go out there and make it happen.

So with that being said, Chris Record over and out. You guys in the Facebook group.
