There we go. So, yeah, if you just got here, well, let me just kind of set the table. I get to kind of sit in the driver's seat tonight before the Wood and Sharpe show up. So let me just offer this real quickly. This is sort of just Tony Rush's perspective about Empower Network and what it is, what we're about, and what our mission is here.

And, again, this is just my personal disclaimer. This is my viewpoint, my opinion. In my view, Empower Network really just exists for one reason, and that is to allow people like you and people like me to just get it done today, to just be able to get in the driver's seat of your life and actually start creating the results that you want in your life today. And I wanted to share this with you, too, because a lot of people kind of ask, you know, what's the catch? Hey, Tony, can you hear me?

Yeah, who's that? Oh, it's Sophia Raskin. Hey, what's going on? We're working on -- I need to three-way Sharpe. You need to three-way David Sharpe if you got his number.

Oh, I will. All right, well, thanks. Hey, man. In fact, Sophia, if you'll hang out here just a second, I will grab Sharpe. Yeah, absolutely.

Go get him. Yeah, by the way, fantastic to spend time with you guys in Costa Rica a few weeks ago, and looking forward to seeing you in San Diego. Yeah, absolutely. Go ahead and grab him, and I'll take over for a few minutes here while you go get him. Hey, guys.

Well, this is Sophia Raskin. Glad to be here with you guys. Obviously, you know, when big things are happening, there's going to be some technical glitches here, and the lines were so incredibly -- they are so incredibly full that there's just a little bit of a challenge getting David Sharpe on the line here, but that's going to happen here very, very quickly. So, yeah, so we're going to be out in San Diego for those of you that are coming out to the event. I think we're well over 2,500, maybe 3,000 here at this point.

So, yeah, I think we're going to be out in San Diego for those of you that are coming out to the event. And I know there have been a lot of members on our team, outside of our team as well, that have said that they are working on getting a ticket out to San Diego. So I know there's a lot of people that are attending at the very last minute, and so I have no doubt that we're going to be at that 3,000-attendee mark or more, because there's a lot of people trying to get in right now. So -- and the ticket prices, I believe, have gone up. They started at, gee, I want to say 67.

Now they're up to 197 or something like that. But not sure if we're going to -- if they are allowing ticket sales at the door or not. That's something that we can probably find out here as soon as David Sharpe gets on the line. But, yeah, just imagine, guys. I mean, we're going to have that many attendees.

That is -- it is more than double what the number was in Atlanta. And so it just gets incredibly -- a little bit more challenging maybe to get to the front and get to the leaders. We're all going to do what we can to make sure that we reach out to you guys and do what we can to spend as much time as possible with you guys. But, as you know, this is your opportunity to get out there, because I promise you the next event will probably double this.

And if you're looking at almost 6,000 people or more at the next event, imagine really being able to get to the front and being pulled up. So I would just highly recommend that you guys get to as many events as you possibly can while it is relatively what I call quote-unquote small. You guys get back on? Hey, Sophia, we're back.

I found Sharpe. He was wandering around in the backyard. No, not really. He actually was on the line talking, but we had a split bridge. So I think Sharpe's with us now.

And Sharpe, come on out, brother. Yeah, it was kind of funny, guys, because I was just kind of yapping away, and then all of a sudden I heard you come on, and you were like, you know, everybody's running a little bit behind or whatever the case may be, and I was like, hello, hello, testing, testing, one, two, three, and everybody just ignored me. So I was like, obviously they can't hear me. So are you recording, Tony? Yeah, we are.

Yeah, we're live. We're recording. I mean, here's the deal, guys, is we've got some leaders here, obviously. You know, Aaron and Sophia are on, and, you know, Tony's on. But I'm also here hanging out.

I just got to San Diego. I'm hanging out here with Chuck Marshall and Matt. And, you know, obviously Matt and, you know, Chuck, too, really. I mean, Chuck, I think he's enjoying speaking a little bit more down in Costa Rica. He was like, you know, that was badass.

But Matt, of course, just likes to collect passion checks on stage, does not really say much. But I'm going to twist his arm, and maybe we can just quite possibly get him to come out and say something tonight. But anyways, here's the bottom line, guys, is I just got off a plane, flew six or seven hours, I don't even know how many hours today, from Florida to San Diego, because, you know, obviously those of you who know and who are tuned in, and maybe even those of you who are just getting started with Empower, know that we put on some of the livest, most badass events in the industry, and frankly, that the industry has ever seen. And we're doing just that this weekend. We've got Fight the Forces of Evil out here in San Diego, California, and I'm actually overlooking the city right now from the Coronado, which is an island outside of San Diego.

I'm overlooking the city right now, just kind of thinking about and getting pumped up, just emotionally and mentally about what's going to happen this weekend. And guys, those of you who are in Atlanta, even those of you who are in Costa Rica, know that the events are not only a time that you get an opportunity to have fun and hang out, but you get an opportunity to really see people in the flesh and really take a look at where you are in your business, and then look at other people and realize that they're no different than you are. They're no better. They're no worse.

They're no smarter. I mean, they maybe got a little bit more experience, and some of them are a little bit more experienced, and some of them have some unique talents and skill sets. But at the end of the day, we're all human beings. We all put our pants on the same way. If you guys had the opportunity to get up close and near with some of the leaders, shake their hands and realize that this is real.

The people are real. And that if you show up and your blood is pumping through your veins, then you can do it too. That's what excites me the most. Those of you who know where I come from know that I come from a place of just being a normal person, struggling with normal things, struggling with daily stuff that happens to most people, and most people are just not willing to really talk about it. And I appreciate the simple things in life.

I appreciate the pains and struggles that people go through. And what I can tell you is that Empower Network is not just a company or an opportunity. It's a group of people, which -- remember, this is the most important thing that most company owners forget -- is that a company is not a company. It's the people. It's made up of the people.

Yeah, you can have great products. Yeah, you can have great services. Yeah, you can have the greatest comp plan in the world. But if you're not valuing and remembering what it's like for the person that's just getting started, then, friend, you don't have a company. Okay?

And what I can tell you is that we appreciate here at Empower Network not only Dave and I as the owners and affiliates, but also our leaders understanding and appreciating what it's like to come from the ground up, to start at the bottom, and also to be dealing with the issues that people are dealing with on a daily basis. You're going to get an opportunity to see that firsthand this weekend. Those of you who are coming, it's a big deal. Okay? That's a big deal for you to be able to visualize that and not just visualize that, but see it manifesting in front of you right before your own very eyes, guys.

So if you're listening to the sound of my voice and you're going to meet me in San Diego this weekend, I can tell you that I'm pumped up for you. I'm excited. And what I bet -- I'm not going to set expectations so high and talk a bunch of hype and hoopla -- but what I am going to tell you is that this is going to be an experience that just absorb it and go into it eyes wide open. It's absolutely not only going to change your business, but it's going to change your life. Here's the other thing that I want to tell you is that this weekend we're going to be releasing something really, really big.

Okay? The leaders know exactly what I'm talking about. We're not going to reveal it, obviously, on this call. But here's what I can tell you: this is going to revolutionize the industry. It's not only going to revolutionize the industry from a product standpoint, but it's going to revolutionize the industry from an income standpoint.

Okay? I want you to just think about this first. I want you to think about what it took for us to get to where we are -- the leaders, Dave and I, the people who are doing the big numbers inside of Empower Network. And I want you to think about what we really did and what we really do, not only then, but on a daily basis now, to be able to get the results that we're getting.

I can tell you that sometimes it's simple, obviously. Most of the time it's always something simple. But I can tell you it's something that most people either don't have time to or are not going to reveal to you just in a free video. I want you to think about how much that would be worth to you to be able to sit down and be able to absorb and literally extract that information out of a leader's head. But now I want you to think about what it would be if you didn't even have to travel or pay the flights or go and meet that person face-to-face and you were able to still get that same information.

Well, now I'm starting to lead you in the direction of kind of what we're going to be releasing. It's just something big. It's something that's going to change the game. It's going to be something that's going to really let you get a look into the leaders' businesses on a personal level and a perspective, and we're going to show you actual tangible proof of how it's already affecting people's businesses because we've done some case studies and stuff. I also want you to think about what it's going to be like when our leaders and people inside of Empower Network are not just having $20,000 or $30,000 months, but when they're having $20,000 and $30,000 days.

Guys, time is coming. And what you've seen up until this point has been big, no doubt. But what you're about to see here in the coming future is going to be much, much bigger, because I can tell you that what we've done up until this point has absolutely changed the game. And we've started doing something that's never been done before. And a lot of people talk that hypey crap, but I can tell you that the reason why I talk that way is because we have the documentation and proof to be able to back up our words, which is a big, big deal.

There's a lot of people up until this point who have said a lot of things about Empower Network. And those of you who have been with us since the beginning know that we've gone through all the ups and downs. We've gone through all the backs and forths. We've gone through all the banks and the social media fights and all the crap. Guys, we have survived.

And the reason why we've survived is because whenever something survives like this, it's because its time has come and it's meant to be. I'm a big believer in faith, okay? I don't believe that things are coincidences. I believe that things happen for a reason. I believe that we're here right here today about to launch this event to 3,000 people here in San Diego for a reason, because it's meant to be.

So, friend, if you're listening to the sound of my voice on this call, I want you to imagine six months from now. I want you to literally visualize this in your head right now as I'm talking. You're sitting back in your home office, relaxing, chilling with your feet back on your desk, literally debt-free with as much cash as you need in your bank account to be able to survive, even thrive, for the next six to 12 months, literally planning your vacation. I want you to visualize that right now, friend.

If you visualize it and if you decide with me on this call tonight that you're going to achieve that within the next six months, friend, you can do it. Over the last 11 months since we launched Empower Network, we've created more success stories than any other company that I've personally been a part of. Now, there's some of you on this call that might have been involved in something that I'm not aware of. I know Tracy and Aaron and Tony are going to make the big money wherever they go, but here's what I can tell you that gets me really excited: not only that our leaders are the richest leaders in any company that I know of inside of the industry, but that our newbies, the people who have just gotten started and sank their teeth inside of their business here in the last six to eight to 11 months, are making money, getting results, and having positive experiences with our products, guys.

It's a big, big deal. And I can tell you that for a guy who was homeless, struggled with addiction and alcoholism, and has literally dealt with pretty much every single personal pain and hardship that a man can deal with in this lifetime, I can tell you that gets me excited, because it's a big deal when you have a movement of people that's moving literally across the world in 140 different countries simultaneously, and people are literally having breakthroughs not only financially but personally. It is a big, freaking deal, guys. So if you're not excited and you're not pumped up, it's time to freaking get pumped up, because this is the time, and you have the opportunity right now to do something big. So with that being said, guys, what I'm going to do is I'm going to bring out Tracy first.

And, you know, Tracy's somebody -- hopefully Tracy's on the call. Let me get a hand on the call real quick before I intro you. I'm here, Dave. Hey, are you on the call?

I'm here. Can you hear me? Okay, just wanted to make sure that was you and I wasn't hearing voices, because I am a little delirious from the travel today. Nope, it's me. So, guys, what I want to do is I want to just bring out Tracy.

We've got a couple of leaders here that I want to bring out, and they're just going to talk for a few minutes about whatever they want to talk about. But Tracy is a woman who's been with us since day one. And I can tell you that this is a woman who's led a huge team of people inside of Empower and just delivers an enormous amount of value, guys, and is somebody who knows what's coming up, who has been there through everything -- all of our events, all of our product launches, everything that's going on and has gone on inside of Empower. And, you know, the bottom line is, without too much, because I could intro her literally for 15 or 20 minutes, she's just one of the most badass females that I've ever met. So, with that being said, I'm going to turn it over to you, Tracy.

Well, Dave, thank you so much. I'm very honored by that wonderful introduction. And I am here on the West Coast in Los Angeles hanging out with Barbie Beecher-Williams. She's one of my team members. And every time I come to this side of town and have some time, I hang out with her and her family.

And we'll be driving down to San Diego on Wednesday. And it's just been absolutely phenomenal to kind of hang out with her and do some masterminding and do those types of one-on-one things with people that are actually involved and engaged. I cannot wait, let me just say, I cannot wait until we get to San Diego. And let me just kind of share some information. You know, number one, as you said, Dave, I've been with Empower since the very, very beginning, and I've experienced some of the challenges as we all have through that.

We've experienced the ups. We've experienced the downs. We've experienced the slaps. We've experienced people not believing in us. And we've experienced changing of minds and hearts.

We've witnessed how people's minds and hearts have changed as it relates to what we're doing here in Empower Network. And it's so awesome to be part of a movement literally as great as this. And moving forward with what we're doing in San Diego, I just want to share with you, Dave -- and you said it -- you know, there are certain people that are, you know, you see their names over and over again on the leaderboard. You see their income. You see their testimonial videos.

You know that these ladies and gentlemen are absolute die-hard, crunk producers. But what I love about Empower is that it gives us the opportunity -- it has given us the opportunity and the ability to literally bring other people right along with us. Not that we never wanted it to happen before, because I think as a leader we all want our teams to be successful. We're not necessarily doing it just for our own personal gain.

But we're in a network marketing model because we want to leverage teams and help people. And there are some breakthroughs I've been having in my business, and I share them with my team, and we're all growing. And I wanted to share something with you guys in reference to just two statistics, two numbers that I'm witnessing right now, and for me it's making history. That first statistic is that our team has over 50 people on the leaderboard. Literally, I've been documenting this since we released the contest from the very beginning for this time period.

And I encouraged them that they could make it. I encouraged them that they could do it. And then when one or two people got on that leaderboard, what happened was the energy picked up and other people believed that they could do it. And that number kept growing and growing and growing, and I made a prediction. And I will tell you, I made a prediction at the beginning of the contest that we would attend San Diego with over 50 people on that leaderboard.

And we have over 50 people on that leaderboard. And I don't know many companies or many environments where it's the leader plus 50 other people on a leaderboard, especially out of 40,000 people. I don't know where that happens in any place. I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm just saying I've never witnessed it.

That's the first thing. The second thing, from a personal perspective, what I'm thrilled about, is that we have over 115 people from our team that are going to be maniacs in San Diego. And I've never had that happen before. Have I been able to get 20 people to an event or maybe 30 people to an event? Yeah.

But we had about 45, 50 people at the Atlanta event, and we more than doubled going to San Diego, which was, you know, a feat. It was a feat in itself. But I thank you, and I thank David Wood, and I thank Tony Rush, and I thank Aaron and Sophia, and I thank Chuck Marshall and Mac, and everybody else who comes together collectively to help us all help our team. So I'm not totally responsible for any of that, because sometimes I can't get on the call, but I know that when they hear the voice and the story of Tony Rush, that it's going to make a change in their life, and I'm so appreciative for that leverage.

I know that sometimes I might not be able to jump on something or answer a question right away, but I know that they can get on Dave Sharpe and Dave Wood's page, and they can review some information, and they can continue to move along. We are in an environment where these are leaders leading leaders. These are people that are indicative of doing as I do, not do as I say. And so a movement has been created.

And I believe that many of the people that are listening to the sound of my voice can actually receive that. I believe that for one of the first times in my life that other people besides the superstars can actually do it. And Fighting the Forces of Evil is just going to be an event that I believe can change so many lives. We work very hard on our team to change the mind.

The strategies are in the 15K. The strategies are in the Costa Rica. The strategies are in the Inner Circle. The blogging platform is in the basic. We don't need to reinvent that wheel.

The problem that most people have is that they don't have the mindset to receive the information and apply that information so that it works for them. There's a lack of books in this industry. There's a lack of fortitude. There's a lack of consistency. There's a great deal of laziness.

There's a great deal of hoping and wishing that something's going to happen for nothing. And people don't do that in other places. But in Empower, we can encourage. We can definitely help to strengthen that muscle. And we can do it because we're all singing the same tune.

We're all moving to the same beat of the same drum. The message is very clear. From Dave and Dave down to the leadership, down through the forces, down through the front line of Empower Network, the message is very clear and the message is very consistent. And when you have something as aligned as that, then there's nothing left but greatness to take place. So I am super excited to be part of this movement.

I cannot wait to get out here with these raging maniacs of Empower Network. People are making their flights. I mean, my team has been talking about their packing. You know, they were packing last week.

Their stuff is packed. It's at the door. They can't wait until next week to go. People are driving. People are flying.

There are people that have sold all types of personal items and made sacrifices and are flying from one end of the country to the other end of the country. I have a teammate in the U.K. His name is Adam Harding. And Adam has never, never been to the U.S. And he said that it is because of Empower Network, Fight the Forces of Evil, that he is making his first trip to the U.S.

And let me tell you, Adam is a producer. Adam is a producer. Adam brings in $1,000 sales like it's no tomorrow. So this is a producer who's deciding to grow a little bit and make a trip across the water to attend an event that means so much to him, that means so much to his team, that they're willing to put some of those reservations that they may have had previously in life away, away just for a little while.

And I just can't imagine. Sophia said it. You know, then you think about the next event. You think about -- we're at 3,000 this event. We were at 1,200 three or four months ago.

And we're going to be about 3,000 this time. And I know there's some secrets, you know, that I don't want to reveal. But there's going to be another event, and it's going to be very soon. And then at that event, it's going to be double again.

And just think, if you get going and you stick with it, you follow the eight core commitments. It's not that hard. You follow exactly what we're teaching. You do as we do. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

Stop trying to be so creative. And I say that in a very loving and heartfelt way. I know that we're marketers. And as marketers, we have a need and a desire to want to be creative. And the key, though, with anything is that you haven't earned the right to be creative when you are not making any money yet.

See, when you're not making any money yet, it's your creativity in many cases, especially when you're in a system -- when you're in a system like this. Like if you were in a McDonald's system, they do not want your creativity. Why? Because their system is designed to work. If you want to be creative, then just don't buy the McDonald's franchise.

It doesn't mean suppress your creativity. It means just don't buy this, because we have a way that we do things that has been proven to work. And I look at that, and I parallel that with Empower Network, and I say, listen, guys, we've created something where you don't have to be or rely on your creativity to make you money. Rely on the system.

Rely on the system. Just do as we say do. Follow the leader. It is one of the toughest skills I experience as a coach and as a leader working with people, is that I say go left, and then they jump first and then go left. I say go to the stop sign and make a right.

They go to the stop sign. They go to the second stop sign, and then they turn left. It's just unbelievable. And so I can just encourage everyone to just follow the program. Follow the program.

Allow your creativity -- put it to the side for a little bit. Now when you add creativity to it, you've got credibility. You can best believe that a video testimonial may have been passed around throughout our entire membership base and the networks associated with those people, because we like to share stories here. It's not about one or two people.

If you're doing something well and you're sending it in, and Dave Wood and Dave Sharpe decided this is something that the entire community deserves to know about -- a success story -- then you get blasted all over the place. That's going to build the credibility. You don't need to be creative. You need to be able to follow directions. And I can say that the people that follow directions as closely to the T as it's written are the people that are moving faster through the funnel.

So I am just outrageously ecstatic about driving down to San Diego. I will be there on Wednesday, and the leaders are going to be doing some phenomenal things. Dave Wood and Dave Sharpe take very, very good care of the leadership, and I'm so honored to be part of this particular group. Thank you so much. Thank you, Dave.

And just really quickly, we were in Costa Rica, and I'm sitting at this table -- there were two tables. I look around, and I've got Chuck Marshall on my right-hand side. And directly to my left, I have Aaron Raskin and Sophia Raskin. And directly to their left, there's Tony and Jessica Rush.

And over to the other side of the table, there's Lawrence Tam, and there's John and Rose. And there's all these people that when you look around, you have to ask yourself, what did I do to deserve this? What did I do to deserve to sit here? What did I do to deserve to sit amongst this level of creativity, this level of greatness, this level of leadership? And then you have to realize that like attracts like.

Like attracts like all the time. And so I want to close with this. If you're getting things in your business that you do not want, then you have to look at yourself and say, what is it that I am giving off? Because you can only get back to you what you are, not what you think you are. It's what and who you truly are.

If you are one who perseveres, if you are a leader, if you are a trailblazer, if you are a non-stopper, if you are a go-getter, if you are a direction follower, if you are a follower of leaders who know how to lead, if you are a person that is humble enough and can live with humility enough to learn the ropes, to just do as you're told from people who have proven to you that they know what they're doing -- if you're that person, then you will attract that person into your organization. And we all know that the people that produce the most literally are the people that you speak to the least. And I learned something this past weekend, and it was mind-changing for me. I was at a training event last week, and one of the speakers said this: the mentor chooses the mentee.

The mentee does not choose the mentor. And I want you to think about that for a second. Because how many times, as leaders or even as just people building businesses, people come to you and say, hey, I want you to be my mentor. I want you to do this for me. I want you to help me do this.

You see, that's backwards. See, people are thinking that they are choosing their mentor, and that's not the way it works. Mr. Miyagi -- Mr. Miyagi chose Daniel-san.

And the reason why is because Daniel-san showed the fortitude, and he had a reason why he needed to learn the martial arts. He had a very strong reason. For his age, it may not have been a reason that you would have chosen, but for the movie's sake, he had a very strong reason why it was absolutely necessary for him to learn martial arts. And it was absolutely a must that he mastered that skill in martial arts. And it was then that Mr. Miyagi saw the fire and agreed to take this apprentice on and work with this person.

And so I'm going to ask that as we all grow and as we all develop, that you do what you need to do, because your mentor is waiting for you. I had a mentor waiting for me, but I did not realize that until I worked on myself, until I got myself to a point where I was able to do it. I had a mentor waiting for me where their eye could see me. I was out of their peripheral because I wasn't ready yet.

And like they say, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Today, I'm going to go ahead and close out with that. I love you guys to death. I can't wait to hang out with you and have some fun like we did in Costa Rica, but this time in San Diego, this time with all of our teams, this time with everyone who's excited with all the different events and new announcements and forward progressions of Empower Network. And I'm going to turn it back over to you.

Hey, yeah. Thanks, Tracy. Appreciate it. I love that. I love that story.

I've heard you tell it before. And that's -- you know, I just appreciate you. You're doing a great job. I didn't know you were over here on the West Coast already, but I'm looking forward to seeing you here in a couple of days. Absolutely.

My pleasure. All right, guys. Now, those of you who don't know who Chuck Marshall is, let me give Chuck a little bit of an intro here, because I'm looking at a lot of people right here and he's grinning real quick because he already knows what time it is. I'm about to break out the old concrete story. I'm not going to tell too much of it because it is his story, but we're down in Costa Rica probably about a month ago, right?

And, you know, I didn't really know this, because sometimes, you know, you just see people's videos, and, you know, we'd even hung out -- this was the second time that we hung out -- and, you know, we popped you on a conference call and here Chuck goes into the whole concrete story about what he used to do before he got started. And I got to tell you, it almost fell out of my chair. I mean, seriously. I mean, the guy used to take orders from construction workers, which I could visualize, because I was a contractor. You know what I'm saying?

I was kind of a jack-of-all-trades, master of none, but, you know, I used to put in orders. I could almost visualize myself doing that -- not visualize myself, but just visualize things happening -- and, as you guys can tell, I'm a little bit delirious. But, you know, maybe Chuck taking the order or something, you know, and I just thought it was hilarious. I think last month you did 60 or 70,000 -- you know, he's got some of his own kind of products going on and stuff.

And, I mean, here's a guy who, honestly, I'm hanging out with him right now. This is, you know, the third time here in the last couple of months that we've hung out. And I got to tell you guys, I'm not saying that Chuck doesn't have a lot of money -- he knows some things that the majority of the people that I know don't know. But at the same time, we're all just regular guys.

He's a great example of somebody who's got a family. You know, he actually lives up in freaking Washington, if you can believe that. I didn't even know people lived in Washington. You know, I thought it was just all like animals and deer and moose and stuff. But I mean, he does live in Washington.

But anyways, with that being said, you guys, Chuck Marshall, the man, the myth, the legend, the man from the mountains of Washington. Hey guys, this is Chuck Marshall. And, man, just like Dave said, yeah, a couple years ago, it's hard to picture that -- now I'm standing on the balcony out here overlooking the Coronado Bay and the sun just setting over the Pacific here. But now going from that to being here and making more than that in a month, I'm just still extremely happy, extremely blessed to be hanging out with these great people. That's my third event here in San Diego.

The other two -- Empower Network -- I was in Costa Rica and Atlanta. And I can tell you guys that these events are really powerful. I never really thought about it before until I came to them. But when I come to these things and I see people have that mental changeover, and they have that click for them, you know, it's really worth it -- that's why it's worth it to me to be here too, to see that for other people and to be a part of it myself. And, like I said, I just feel a little happy and real blessed to be hanging out with everybody here.

My friend and mentor, Mac, I've known for seven years. He's taught me pretty much everything I know in the industry. And, you know, it's been a real blessing to work with him and hang out with him and just become friends. And now I feel like, gosh, you know, I'm living a dream really. I mean, take care of my kids and family.

And that's what I really care about, you know -- making the money's great, but the time freedom to be able to be with them and enjoy that kind of stuff is what really matters to me most, you know? Yeah, I mean, it was really cool because when we got done, we got back from Costa Rica, I was able to go turn right around and take my kids to Disneyland for a week. And we did that right before school got started. And so it's just been a great ride.

So, and I love being a part of Empower Network, and I love the community we have here, the training and the product. Even my dad's involved, you know -- my dad's been making money with Empower Network and he's, you know, like 50 years old and doesn't know anything about this kind of stuff. But, you know, so when people like that, like my dad, can get in -- I think Tracy Walker mentioned a little while ago her dad got into something -- that happened, you know, we're doing something right, you know, and I'm really happy to be a part of it. And, you know, I don't really know a whole lot else I could say. I hope to see as many of you as I can this weekend here for the event here in San Diego for Fight the Forces of Evil. Look forward to hanging out with everybody.

And if I don't see you this time, you know, hopefully it'd be at the next one, 'cause these things are really, really powerful, and they're definitely going to be a part of just even hanging out with people, you know, meeting people and hanging out outside of the event. That stuff is also really, really important and really, really valuable as well. You make connections and network and make friends with people, and you learn a lot of stuff just doing that as well. I mean, it's a lot of that in Costa Rica.

So that trip was awesome for the handful of people that were there, a hundred or so. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, but, you know, these things are really cool. So I'm excited to be here. I know what's going to be happening this week at the event. So I'm really excited for that.

It's going to really help advance a lot of people's businesses and their incomes as well. So, I'm having the best year of my life ever financially. And Empower Network is a big, big part of that. So again, I'm extremely happy, extremely fortunate to be a part of this. And, gosh, I don't know what else to say.

Let me see if I can -- Steve, Mac, went together. Hold on, let me get Dave -- Dave Sharpe. Well, there it is guys. You heard it from the man himself, Chuck Marshall. This guy is just -- you know, it's just an honor to have a guy like that, because here's a guy, honestly, who's not only a huge asset to the company, but he's also a good, good man. And, just appreciate you having me on.

So here's what I want to do. I want to bring in a couple of guys. Now, this guy's a little bit more difficult to get on a call, because, you know, he's sort of kind of elusive, you know what I'm saying? You know, he kind of just likes to collect cash and checks, you know what I'm saying?

And not really jump on stage, because, you know, he's not a professional speaker. And those of you who were in Atlanta kind of know that, you know, he just went up on stage and was just like, you know, hey, this works, this is what you need to be able to be successful. Collected his cash, went back to his seat, flew out the next day. And it just kind of made his appearance -- this time he's back,

taken number one again -- not just by, you know, a point or two or a hundred or two, he's taken number one by what? 2,000, 3,000, maybe even more, probably more by Friday. We're just talking about that. We won't get into the detail, but the bottom line is he's slaying it. And, you know, it's cool to be able to come out here early and hang out with the leaders.

You know, we're having a leaders' retreat this week. Those of you who place in the top 25 of the contest -- and Mac and Chuck came out a little bit early. So we're going to be able to hang out for the next couple of days. I want to bring Mac on for just a couple of words, just whatever he wanted to say. It's just an honor to have this guy on board.

Appreciate him. Everybody, guys, the man, the legend, Mac. Hey, what's up everyone. It's Mac. Just hanging out here in Florida with some really great people.

I've got my buddy over here. Oh yeah -- we are in California, aren't we? You know, you got to blame the bartender for that one. So yeah, we're in California, flew in from Miami, me and my buddy Dre, known this guy since kindergarten, known Chuck now about seven, eight years now.

Yeah. And, you know, for me, I mean, it was originally just about the money when I got involved in this industry back in 1997. I grew up with a single mother raising me on welfare. Father wasn't around. So for me, it was about just dropping out of high school, trying to find a way to help me and my mother.

And I got involved in this industry a long time ago. Fortunately, I got involved in this industry with the right people, right mentors. You show me -- you know, it's all about a system. The products are great, but I mean, in this industry, people buy people, they buy into the system. The product's usually secondary, but it's empowering.

We've got some great products here that can actually help you in your primary program. This is not even my primary program. I'm doing 60 grand a month. I'm doing another hundred-plus grand a month with other programs. These products are helping my team and other companies.

So, I mean, we've got great products. We've got a great opportunity here to make money. I've been involved since May 10th of this year, 2012. If I just look at my iPhone real quick, I did a little calculation -- but over $227,000 since May this year, going into almost five months now.

And, you know, I'm working about nine minutes a day, just answering questions from people who are too lazy to watch that video that explained everything already. You know, the video does it all for us, but there's still people that don't get it. They don't get the simplicity of the system. So, you know, systems work, people fail. I mean, you've heard it probably before a million times.

So, again, I'm just really excited to be out here. I don't normally do events. I loved the last event. I'm definitely going to love this event and many more to come. And I got a little sneak peek at what's coming here and what they're going to announce at the event.

It's really going to make us a whole lot more money here. So, really just blow the doors off anything you've ever seen before. So, I'm just really excited to be a part of this and just to step out in the cold real quick and share my little story. So, I look forward to seeing everybody this weekend.

Take care. There you guys have it, man, from the man, the myth, the legend. So, guys, here's the bottom line: I mean, you know, everybody's getting ramped up and amped up, pumped up for this weekend. And there's one guy who I can tell you I'm going to save -- hopefully Aaron's on the call. I'm going to save him for last.

There's one guy who actually three-wayed me in, and I'm going to actually keep it a secret. Tony, you alluded to the fact that I might be in your backyard. Well, you know, we're just going to leave that up to everybody's imagination. But this is a guy, you know, who I got to tell you, I've watched for a long time, and a lot of you don't -- you know, a lot of you, sometimes we just kind of, we're going and we're building our business, and, you know, everybody doesn't get a chance to hear the real truth. But the truth of the matter is this is a guy that I've been watching for a long time.

And, you know, for a lot of people inside of this industry, you know, Tony, somebody like some of these other guys that have been in the industry for a long time and have seen just all kinds of stuff come and go, have been involved and experienced with different products, different companies. And, you know, what he's like -- a lot of the guys, just like kind of Aaron and some of these other guys I'm getting to know a little bit more as we grow -- this is a guy who, when he got involved with us, it was just an honor. I was pumped up to have them. So, with that being said, I don't want to go into another 15-minute introduction. I'm just super in kind of a state of gratitude for all of our leaders out here hanging out with, you know, Mac and Chuck and having some other people come into town.

And then, you know, I think, Tony, you're getting in maybe tomorrow, the next day, I'm not sure. And then the rest of everybody's getting in over the course of the next couple of days. But anyways, brother, I wanted to bring you out -- you did three-way me in -- and wanted to get your thoughts, man, on kind of the events here in the past, man, and what you are most excited about coming for the next couple of days. So come on now, brother. Right on.

Can you hear me? Okay. Sure. Yeah, I sure can, man. Right on.

You know what, man, it's -- I've got that same feeling I always have right before these events, this antsiness, and, you mentioned, you know, being in the industry a long time -- I never get tired of it. And I'm like a kid in the candy store.

I'm like a kid at Christmastime, a few days before an event. It doesn't matter how many events I go to. This week is always the same feeling. I'm antsy. I'm ready to leave.

I'm kind of annoyed that I'm not already there. I've got to take care of some last-minute running around, get somebody to keep a dog, kind of thing. But my whole focus this week is just getting to the event. And the reason why, I think, the temptation around these conversations is always that people sort of take it as a cliché, you know -- get to the event, get to the event, you're going to have a break from it.

And the thing about it is the actual experience would break the back of every word that I know to try to describe what actually happens at an event. And it just makes the language so paltry, because when people actually get to an event and they get to meet somebody like Mac, you know, they're like, holy smoke. There he is. There he is.

Mac right there in front of me. And you get that he's just a real person. You know, he puts his pants on just like everybody else. He's been around the game for a while, he's been around the industry for a while, but he's just a real person.

And I remember years ago, I used to be the guy who didn't go to events, because, well, I can't go to the event, I can't afford it. When I start making money, I'll go to the events -- which is a little bit like, if that's you on the line, this is a little bit like sitting in front of the fireplace and saying, when the fire gets hot, I'll put some wood in the fireplace. But that's who I was being at the time. Years ago, I was like, you know, I know my company's having a thing and it would be awesome if I could go, but I've got to figure out how to make some money.

So I'm not going to go to the event, I'm going to stay home and figure out how to make some money. If you stand back and look at the language, the language is the most ridiculous way of thinking possible, because if you want to make money, the most important thing to do is actually be at the event. So you can meet -- there's this authenticity that happens because you get to the resort, you get to the hotel or the meeting or the convention center, wherever these things are happening.

This was my experience, at least the first time I went to an event. You walk in and you go check in at the hotel and you go by to get your registration packet and you're standing in line, you know, you line up, you're going to get your registration packet or your name tag or whatever. And you look and you see somebody like Chuck Marshall or Tracy Walker, you know, or Lawrence Tam. And you're like, oh my God, there's Tracy Walker right there. I mean, I hear her on the calls, and it's like a thousand of those tiny little experiences over and over all weekend.

And what you get -- you know, Dave, what I heard from the stage at these events absolutely sharpened my saw. It let me go home with a much sharper saw and able to actually get done what I was looking to get done in my life. But the hidden value is this: every moment that I'm there, this constant reminder that if these people are doing it, you can do it too. Because there she is, there's Tracy Walker right there. And wow, there's Lawrence Tam, you know, and wow, I got to meet David Sharpe.

David Wood. And every moment, it's like every time you turn around, it's somebody in the lobby. It's an opportunity to stop by somebody's table and shake their hand or get five minutes in the elevator with somebody like, say, Chris Campbell or Kevin -- you know, we can just name after name, because Empower Network is just the biggest concentration of big thinkers and badass top income earners in the whole industry. So just being at these events is such an opportunity to just once again remind yourself that if one man can do it, another can do it. If one woman can do it, another can do it.

And that's me -- I'm an amateur on this stuff, half of it. I really go to these events because I want to be able to spend a little time with somebody like Chuck Marshall or Mac. I want to hang out with people that are getting the results that I want, or maybe they're getting the same results easier.

Or they're doing some little nuance, some piece of language, some little recommendation of how they follow up. And you just got to take notes on all this stuff, because I get back to the hotel room and my mind is racing after the day of all the nuggets that I've got that I just need to get home and pull the trigger on. And so that's where all my antsiness, David, is coming from today, 'cause I'm actually not flying until Wednesday. And so, man, I'm ready to get in the car and just go, I'm ready to just get there and just get into orbit, you know, what's going on.

And then I'll close with this -- not one story, not 10 stories. I literally could introduce anybody on this line to as many people as you want to meet who either were getting no results in their business or were getting sort of mediocre results, and they got to an event and they came home and they started. We've had that happen here. Tracy Walker, myself, Chuck Marshall -- different ones came home from Atlanta and made an income the following month that was equal to 50% of what we had earned in the previous seven months that we've been working here.

And we've all had that. I think actually David Wood may have shared that with you guys in an email. Bottom line is there are people who will travel further than you to get there this week. And they'll do it despite circumstances that are tougher than what you're facing. So if you're on the line and you haven't bought a ticket, go get a ticket and get to San Diego.

I mean, if you have to bring a sleeping bag -- I know one guy's bringing a blow-up mattress. He's like, you know what, I'm just going to find somebody to let me sleep on their floor. I'm not going to miss this event over not being able to get into a hotel room, you know, and his thing's affordability, but he's like, you know what, I'm not going to let that happen.

And that's the message: that there will be people who get started in this business on Friday who live a thousand miles away from San Diego, who will sit in that audience on Saturday because they understand intuitively the power of being at this event and what it's going to mean -- not just to be there, but what it's going to mean. There are 105 days left in this year, which is all the time in the world for every single person on this line to get to San Diego, get this stuff under your belt, make the connections, and then come home and make the last 100 days of this year actually make 2012 the best year of your life, and do it in only a hundred days. That's what this event really is about. That's, to me, what the opportunity here is. And to be able to do it for 99 bucks a ticket, or 147, or whatever the price is now -- what a bargain, what a bargain to be able to hang out with some of the names of people I've mentioned in the last five minutes, you know?

So whatever it takes, just do it, just get there. Your family deserves for you to be in San Diego. Your friends, your colleagues, your peers, everybody, the little people that live in your house that are depending on you -- they deserve for you to do whatever it takes for you to be in San Diego. So, it's going to be awesome. Sharpe, I can't wait. I can't wait.

I'm looking forward to seeing you. I'll see you in about two days. Hey, Sharpe, I believe you might be muted again, brother. Hey, sorry about that, brother. I was having a little bit of iPhone trouble.

I think we're all having a little bit of technical difficulty this evening, man. But no, bro, Tony, I mean, the bottom line is I just appreciate you, brother. And without going into too much detail, I'm just excited to see you here in a couple of days, man. And you bring a lot of value to the community, brother. So I just appreciate you, man.

Thank you, man. Appreciate you. All right. Looking forward to seeing you and Jeff. So the next person that I want to bring out is Aaron Raskin.

And this is a guy who, again, just like I was talking about a second ago with Tony -- this is a guy who believed in us when nobody else would believe it, this is a guy who didn't know us that well, but we hung out in Austin, and we're going to be making another huge announcement this weekend and it's all going to tie in. And really Aaron and I are going to be able to go back to kind of our roots, where we first met and really started hanging out. But this is a guy that -- what I can tell you about being an entrepreneur and winning big inside of business is that you've got to be willing to take a risk when everybody around you is saying, no, don't do it, or, no, it's too risky, or, no, I think that there might be a little bit of risk or too much risk in that.

Well, no, it's business, guys. And I can tell you something about Aaron is that he is somebody who's willing to take a risk. He's somebody who's willing to look at an opportunity and look at a group of people and say, I'm willing to invest in them. And he did that with us back in October of 2011. And I can tell you that I'm thankful.

I think you're thankful also that you did that, brother, but I'll tell you, man, it's just an honor to have you on board, because you come from kind of a different space, a different group of marketers, a lot of big names, and being the number one producer in one of the largest top-tier companies before we launched. And now I know you're directing a lot of your marketing towards Empower, and we're grateful for that. But, brother, the bottom line is it's just an honor to have you on board, man. I want to bring you out here for a second and get your thoughts. I'm looking forward to seeing you here in a couple of days.

Yeah, you bet, Dave. Can you hear me? Yeah, sure can, man. All right. Yeah, no, great, great call tonight, everybody.

Just so amped up, so excited. I don't speak for Sophia and all of our leaders, all of our team, that are coming out full force into San Diego. We're just really, really thrilled to be able to be a part of this. And, you know, it's funny -- I look back, I've been in home business now for 21 years, and these next few days, we're actually in what I call the sweet spot.

And the sweet spot is like that little spot on a tennis racket, or a spot on a baseball bat -- when the athlete swings it, when they connect with the ball, they don't just hit it, but they hit it out of the park. And for people that are thinking about what it'd be like to be in San Diego with us this week and this coming weekend, I just want to talk to you specifically, because I remember when I first found out about an event, literally just three days before it took place -- I was living in San Diego, not far from where the event's going to be this coming weekend. And there was an event in Dallas, and I had joined that company on a Monday night, literally just like tonight, and there was an event that was taking place on Friday, Saturday, Sunday -- no coincidence, that's exactly what's going on this week. And, Dave, I knew that if I didn't go to the event, that not only was I going to miss out on what everybody else was learning at the event, but I knew that my sponsor probably wasn't going to want to work with me, because they had dozens and dozens of their own team members already committed to attend.

So I had a decision to make with just a few days left and a few dollars in my pocket. And I did just like the guy that Tony talked about who was willing to sleep on a mattress. I packed up a duffel bag with a sweatshirt and a few extra changes of clothing. And I literally slept on the hotel sofa until security kicked me out. And because I was in my own business at the time, I had a small private-label supplement business.

I brought some protein and a Tupperware, and I stole some lettuce and tomatoes from the salad bar, because that's all I could afford. And I did anything and everything I could to come up with the money. I wound up trading in my CDs that I traveled cross-country with when I moved to California, my favorite music. I traded in some jeans and some old clothing to get some, you know, $7, $10, $15 for the things that I cherished the most. And I borrowed a little bit of money from a friend at the time.

And I had a little bit of cash stashed away that I just wasn't going to use until it was a rainy day. But you know what -- it was raining, and it was coming down hard. And I knew that if I didn't attend, my life would never be really on track.

I didn't want to miss out. And I'm so glad that I gave everything I had to make it to that event in Dallas that year. This is back in 1996 or '97, I can't remember exactly, but it was a long, long time ago. And I can tell you that one decision changed the rest of my life.

Not just because of what I learned at the event, but because I stepped outside my comfort zone and I broke through in a part of my mind that was keeping me stuck and broke and busted and disgusted with where I was in my world. And just the fact that I was able to get to a place that most people thought I shouldn't be, do something they thought was too risky, and believe in myself enough to get out there at all costs, changed the rest of my life. And I know when I share this story, it moves me emotionally, because I remember where I was at that time in my life. And I know that some of you are there right now.

I'm not going to tell you what to do, but I'll tell you what I did. I knew that if I didn't go, I was going to be missing out on something so powerful that it would definitely keep me from the space that I wanted to move into. So I did whatever I could and I made it out there. And I will tell you this: you do not leave the same person than when you showed up. In other words, you leave after coming to an event like this with 3,000 people.

You know, they say that when you're down, you need the event. And when you're up, the event needs you. And that means everybody that's listening to my voice -- you should be at that event. Now, I know that the convention center in San Diego can probably hold, you know, 8 or 10,000 people.

And we're probably going to have 3,000, maybe 3,200 people that actually show up. But see, the only person that it matters to that you show up should be yourself. Meaning that this should be as important for you to get to as it would be if somebody was to suffocate you right now and try to cover your mouth and nose and have you fight for air. That's how important it is to your future, that you do what it takes to come out to this event this weekend.

And that's exactly how I felt, Dave. I knew that was the most important thing I could do for my life, for my business, for my finances. And I kept trying to negotiate with myself. I'll tell you this quickly. I started to negotiate with myself and say, but I don't have the money.

And my conscious mind would tell me, shut up. And my subconscious would say, that's exactly why you need to be there. Well, I didn't have any time -- that's $12.50 an hour.

I didn't have the money. I didn't have the time. And those are exactly the reasons that I had to show up. So if I can finalize what I'm saying here, Dave, I can't tell you how important it is for people to be there. I can't tell you how important it is for people that truly want to make a life change, that really want to come out of this event a different person.

See, when you come to the event, you walk out of there a different person -- not just a different person, but you become closer to the person that it's going to take for you to succeed in your business. Because we've heard for years that every event is like getting the next digit in the combination that's going to unlock the doors to your success. And so I know everybody that's going to be in San Diego is going to come back completely different.

We saw what happened last time with people like Tracy and Justin and D. Varengia and John Wells and Chuck Marshall, and just all these awesome people who at one time had the same dreams that we all had, where your dreams are bigger than your check, but you know you have to do something about it now. So Dave, thanks for having me out. I know we went kind of long tonight, but I wanted to share my perspective on the importance of events. And yeah, you know what?

You are right. I saw something in you and in David Wood when I first met you that I knew was going to create a movement. So when I found out who you were, I didn't have to even know too much about Empower Network before I got started. I knew because you guys were involved, that you were in the game, that you guys were going to win the game. And so that's why Sophia and I joined.

We know how passionate you guys are about changing the way people see themselves and the way they see their lives. And we couldn't be more proud and blessed to have thrown our hat in the ring to get on board with you guys and be a part of it all. And I know Sophia is probably listening in right now, so I want to see if she's out there. Sophia, are you out there? I'm out here.

Can you hear me? There you are. Yep, loud and clear. I thought maybe you'd want to jump out and share real quick. Yeah, hey everyone.

I wasn't sure if I was jumping out or not here, because you guys are wrapping up the call. No, you just said everything I was thinking of. Here's one thing on the call: hearing from a lot of the leaders like Tracy Walker, I can't wait to get out to San Diego and just hang out a little bit with Tracy. I know it's going to be extremely busy, but just to hang out a little bit.

And it was great hanging out also with Tony and Jessica Rush and having a lot of fun with them in Costa Rica, as well as Tracy and Chuck Marshall and his wife, and just a lot of the leaders, Chris Daugherty and Jessica Daugherty. I mean, there's so many leaders, but it was also phenomenal just to really get to know attendees from Atlanta as well as at the Costa Rica event. Now, I know we were in Atlanta for a very short amount of time because it was my 40th birthday the weekend after, and so we were out of there because we had something already planned.

But we're going to truly be here this whole entire weekend -- I'd say we're out there for five days. And so we're really going to get to connect and network with several of you. And I look forward to it. Thank you.

So we're really looking forward to that, which is not something we got to do in Atlanta. And, of course, Costa Rica was a little bit smaller event. But I know that for you and me, Aaron, when there's an event, it isn't a question of whether or not we're going to be at the event. It's a question of when is the event, so that we can put it on our calendar and be there.

And just like you shared the importance of events, I just remember my first event back in the industry 10 years ago when I got into the industry. I didn't even know what MLM or network marketing was, but I just remember going to the event and what transpired from that event that led up to today. Because if I hadn't attended that event, I wouldn't have met -- I met the industry trainer that ended up being the person that introduced you and me. And then you and I went on to build an MLM and did it the very traditional way of doing things, of contacting friends and family and hotel meetings and handing out CDs and brochures.

And just that old cold calling and all that old-school MLM stuff. And obviously we have the internet now, which is the much better way. I mean, if you've got a better tool, why not use it? Why do that old-school stuff?

Hey, it works, but I just didn't want to do that anymore. And so we obviously got out of that when Legend was born, who's now four. And so four years ago we started our trek down the internet marketing, online marketing route, and it has forever changed our lives. What we did in those several years that we were building traditional MLM, that old-school way, that's the equivalent of what we do now in one and a half days. I mean, that's the kind of income now that we can make literally in one and a half, two days.

Talk about compressing time and compressing effort. When you have the right tool, it's like flying an airplane versus walking to your destination. It's so different. And I still sometimes just can't believe that there are people in this industry or in the world that are not on the internet and don't use the online world as the tool that assists them in building their business. It gets you where you want to go.

You need to be so much faster. But with that, let's not forget that this is a people industry. And we can all hide behind our computers when we're at home, but the belief comes from when you're face-to-face with people and you don't hide. That also scares people, too, at the same time. It scares them because integrity becomes a question.

It becomes a question, and people don't want to come to events, or they don't show up the way they want to, because there are integrity issues. So it's easy to hide behind the computer, but when you step up and you're really in front of people, people can see you. It's very transparent -- energy and intuition. The intuition of somebody's energy is very, very strong. You can tell whether or not they're...

...in integrity, and if it's real. And that's why it's important to be at events, because you can tell whether somebody is real or not and what their integrity is, what their belief system is. And that's why it's important for you to get to events. That's why we all on the line talk about belief and our belief levels -- it's because then we get face-to-face with each other and we really know what the other person is really like.

So, I mean, talking about just where we've gotten to up to today, and I can only imagine -- I mean, I can't predict the future, but obviously we know the integrity of the leaders here, Dave and Dave, and it just drips down throughout the whole organization. And so that was extremely important, I know, for you and me, Aaron -- how somebody steps up, what their integrity is. And it's really important for us to be face-to-face with that constantly.

And that's why having events and being at events frequently is important for us. It's like we want to sign up all over again. There's that excitement.

And it's like Tony Rush says, geez, we're so excited, we're like little kids. Like, gosh, why aren't we there already? Chuck Marshall's there already. Mac's there already.

These guys are already out there. Gosh, what are we doing sitting at home? Why aren't we out there? Well, but, I mean, that's just the kind of excitement that we have. And so I'm looking forward to just connecting with as many people as we possibly can this weekend, getting to know all of you and how we can serve you, because we are truly servant leaders.

And we just want to know what you guys require, so that we can give back. And the more energy that you guys give to us, the more that you put into your own efforts of building your personal empire, the more that we can give back and serve you best. We're not going to do the business for you, but we will certainly assist where we can. So with that, thanks for having me out, guys. It's always a pleasure.

You guys are awesome. Dave, you on the line? Aaron, you on the line? Yeah, I'm here. So thanks for jumping out here with me.

I'm going to -- Dave Sharpe, you out there, my friend? Brother, I'm here. I'm just listening in, man, just kind of pacing back and forth, getting pumped up, honestly. It's like getting ready to go into a big fight.

I can't wait. It's just going to be an awesome event. Everybody's going to come back a different person with that one little spark that they need to put themselves on fire. I know most people aren't going to need a plane to get home. They're going to be so amped up.

But it's not about hype. It's about really getting to know the business you're in and the people that are here to support you. And I think that's the most important thing. I think that's a few of the things that, you know, we're here for everybody. I mean, when one person does well, it ignites an entire community.

It ignites an entire industry. It changes the world one person at a time. And I know that everybody coming out of this event is going to go back with a spark and go out and create a blaze. So with that, Dave Sharpe, I think we'll pass it back over to you to wrap up. And we'll see you on Thursday morning.

Well, I appreciate you, man. And that's actually true. You know, a lot of people are going to come, they're going to be kind of on the fence. They're going to be right at the point of no return, is what I like to call it.

I'm sitting here staring out over the balcony over San Diego near the big bridge that connects the city. And, you know, I'm just excited and pumped because I know where I was a couple of years ago. I know where many of our affiliates and many of the people who are inside of Empower Network are right now. And they're dealing with a lot of the same issues of not only breaking through inside of their business, but also really understanding where they're at personally and having that mental breakthrough. And to be able to see it, to be able to feel it, to be able to be inside of a situation in a group -- around a group of people that can push them over that tipping point.

You guys, that's why I'm pumped up. I can tell you guys that if you can see it and you can visualize it and you can really start to dream it -- which, here's what I've got to warn you, this is not for everybody. It's not for people who are going to settle for just being mediocre. It's not for people who are going to quit when they stub their toe.

It's not for people who are going to wuss out when maybe somebody emails them back and asks them, you know, is this a scam, or is this one of those pyramid things? It's not for people who are going to complain and whine because life shows up. The truth of the matter is life shows up every single day, and we as human beings, people who have to get up on a daily basis and confront life, are just going to face those issues. And the fact of the matter is being an entrepreneur and being somebody who's going to break free and unplug from the matrix requires a little bit different of an edge.

And what you've got to do is you've got to ask yourself, are you willing to do what it takes to unplug from the matrix? Are you willing to do what it takes to reach down inside yourself and really start to dream again? Are you willing to do what it takes to be able to have a vision? And are you willing to run with a group of people who have a vision not only for themselves but also for you and are reaching their arm out -- and are you willing to reach back?

The truth of the matter is there are good people out there. There are people out there who are doing things to help people. It's not a big negative society and world of people who are out to get you. And the truth of the matter is a lot of us have a certain mentality and a victim stance and all of these different things that we've kind of adopted over the years, these mental roles. And I'm going to tell you what, at this point right now in life it's time to drop all of that at the door and realize that you can start over from scratch, not only in your business but also in your life.

And those of you who are coming to San Diego, I'm going to help you push through that barrier. I'm going to help you break free from the bondage of the self-prison that we create for ourselves. And not only are we going to show you how to make a whole lot of money, not only are we going to become a member of the richest team inside of the industry, but we're also going to show you how to break free from the bondage of hypocrisy and all of the different things that plague our society. Because the truth of the matter is nobody's going to do it for us. I don't get excited, and I don't even give two shits when these political races come up, because the truth of the matter is I know no politician is going to create my economy for me.

So I go out and I create -- I create my own economy. And that's the truth of the matter, because you know what? Nobody's going to do it for you. Nobody is going to put food on your table.

And nobody is going to go out there and get it for you. You have to stand up and make a decision and plug into a group of people who think not outside of the box but think that there is no box, and have made a decision to do something different. Guys, I can tell you that I've seen a lot. I've heard a lot, not only inside of this industry but also in life in general, and I know you have too. I know you've experienced and dealt with a lot of the same issues and a lot of the same struggles that a lot of us have.

And I can tell you that the difference between the people that succeed and the people that don't succeed is the people that are willing to dream again. I'll ask you a question. What if all of these big people who have made a huge impact and difference on the world stopped dreaming, decided to just look at life? What if they just looked at the issues and the problems that were going on in society and said, oh, well, not my problem? Oh, well, you know, hey, whatever.

I'll tell you what, the world wouldn't be what it is. Empower Network wouldn't be here if we didn't keep fighting, if we didn't have a dream and believe in it and push through. Empower Network wouldn't be here if people didn't believe in us. If people didn't hop on board.

If people didn't keep pushing. If people didn't need to put us down and shut us down. Guys, we're here not only because we're meant to be here, because I believe this is fate, but we're here because we decided to dream again. We decided that we are going to stand up and we're going to be ballsy and gutsy enough to say what was on our mind and say what was on our hearts, and we're going to not quit fighting and not stop pushing when times got tough. So my invitation, my personal invitation for you guys tonight, is fight with us.

March with us. Meet us in San Diego. And if you are not coming to San Diego, friend, not only shame on you, but damn it, you better not miss another event. Because I can tell you that these events are where the magic happens. We love you.

We accept you. We want you to be part of our family. But you've got to come meet us. You've got to come hang out with us. Those of you who are going to meet us in San Diego are going to find out why.

Those of you who are in Atlanta already know why. So guys, with that being said, I'm going to wrap up the call. I'm pumped up, but I'm going to go grab some food, go hang out for a little bit before I catch some sleep, and hang out with some people tomorrow. Here's what I can tell you. Over the course of the next week, here's what I want you to do.

I want you to set an intention for your business, and I want you to visualize yourself in the situation, in the scenario that you want for yourself. I want you to start to reach inside, and I want you to start to believe that you can actually do it. Because the biggest self-defeating thing that we deal with is not only low self-esteem, but -- a lot of us have that anyway -- it's a fractured belief system. It's a belief system that we've adopted through the people who raised us, and God bless them, they did the best they could with what they had. Matt was talking about that a little bit earlier, being raised by a single parent.

I had a similar environment, okay? The truth of the matter is people did the best they could with what they had, but a lot of us are raised and adopt a lot of belief systems just in society that mold us into kind of self-defeating human beings who have all of these different things that we're dealing with as adults. And one of the biggest things that we have to do is break free from that and be able to visualize us actually having the life that we deserve and actually feeling like we deserve it, guys. That is a big deal.

Here's what I want to tell you, and here's what I want to leave you with: you already have it inside. Don't shoot his face, Carl. Stay away from his face. Hey, Aaron, I hear you a little bit. Not sure if you can mute your iPhone here.

You've got about 30, 60 more seconds. Guys, you already have it inside of you what you need, and the only thing that you need to do is you need to tap into it. You need to look inside yourself and ask yourself, are you willing to get comfortable being uncomfortable for a little bit of time, to go through the process to morph into the person that you were meant to be? And if you're willing to do that, if you're willing to step outside of your comfort zone, if you're willing to actually get comfortable having money -- a lot of people are not even comfortable having money. I've seen so many people, and I had to go through this transformation myself.

When I started making a lot of money, I was hanging around with people who didn't have a whole lot of money, a lot of my friends who would just, you know, say things. And I don't know if you've ever been around people that said this kind of stuff, or if you've said it yourself, but it's like, well, at least I've got my health, and at least I've got good friends and family that I can share what I have with. The truth of the matter is that those people are uncomfortable having money. You have to get okay with that if you want to be a leader in this industry. You have to be okay with success.

So the question that I want you to ask yourself is, are you okay being successful? Now, a lot of you are saying, well, Dave, how am I going to know what to do with it once I get it? I'm going to go buy a Mercedes Benz and a Range Rover and move into a big mansion. But I can tell you what -- when I launched Empower Network here last year in October of 2011 with Dave Wood, I didn't go out and immediately upgrade my life, because I knew as an entrepreneur that I had to do things differently. I had to do things the right way, and I had to be smart with my success.

It starts with looking inside yourself and asking yourself, do I feel like I really deserve it? If you do not feel 100% and you don't have 100% conviction inside of you that you actually deserve success, then that's the first place that we need to start. And if you're coming to San Diego, then I will help you believe that you deserve everything that this world is going to give you when you make that decision, my friend. And that's where we're going to start with the majority of you. And when we can overcome that initial obstacle, my friend, the web is literally your sandbox.

Guys, we literally have people in Empower Network that are waiting to break out. We have superstars and leaders that have not even been revealed and exposed yet. And what you're going to see over the course of the next 6 to 12 is a whole new wave of leaders that you didn't even know existed, because the majority of you don't even know that they live in the same house as you. They don't even know that they are already inside of you. And, friend, if you plug in and if you stay connected and if you meet us at these live events, friend, you are going to discover your inner badass.

And I'm telling you, friend, when you discover that, life is going to literally transform and change right in front of your very eyes, and you're going to start to discover it. You're going to discover new things not only about life and the people around you but also about yourself. And I'm going to tell you, it's going to be an amazing journey. But it starts with actually knowing, asking yourself and knowing that you deserve success. And if you think that you deserve success, then I can tell you, friend, you do.

You are in the right place at the right time. If you hear the sound of my voice, I want you to right now, on this phone, you're feeling my pure emotions -- start to visualize you and where you can be in 90 days to six months if you apply the principles that we teach you here at Empower Network. If you're not applying the eight core steps on a daily basis, you need to start with the basics. If you don't leave the basics, you never have to go back to the basics. Let me say it again.

If you do not leave the basics, friend, you never have to go back to the basics. I want you driving around every single day listening to Inner Circle. I want you listening to Inner Circle audios, because the truth of the matter is, when you're listening to people that can sell and you're listening to people that can communicate, you will adopt that language. You will adopt that ability to persuade and influence people on a dime, unconsciously, without even knowing it. And when you start to listen to successful people who have the results that you want, you will start to imitate and then duplicate what they are doing to be able to get the results that you really want inside of your life.

Guys, the blueprint is laid out for you. It's already here. And if you're willing to do what it takes to reach inside yourself and ask yourself the tough questions that the average person is not willing to ask himself, friend, your future is so damn bright. I've already got my sunglasses on. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys here in San Diego.

I'm looking forward to locking arms with you and fighting the forces of evil. And I'm looking forward to helping you guys release your inner badass. I'm going to unmute these lines, and I want you guys to go crazy if you feel that you deserve success. I know you do. The question is, do you know you do?

If you know you do, make some damn noise. I love you guys, and I'll see you guys this weekend. You're listening to a private recording in a nondisclosure Empower Network customer training. The principles and strategies in this audio can be applied in any business. Although these techniques, philosophies, and strategies may have worked for others, no one can guarantee that they will work for you.
