Watertown Bombing, Chicago, and Setting Clear Intentions

As I’m writing this, I’m sitting in my house…

…a few blocks away, there is a massive swarm of police people who are searching for the Boston Marathon bomber.  Who would have thought that he would come into my neck of the woods and cause a racket…

…throwing pipe bombs out into the street?

Because he was so careless thinking that he could threaten a huge enclave of police men and women, I am now one of the many Watertown residents in lockdown.

I even heard on the news that one the Watertown residents that happened to be “strolling the sidewalk” quickly got swooped up, handcuffed, and taken away.

Are you surprised?

I’m not…not at all.

It’s getting serious out here from the HUGE SWAT trucks rolling through the neighborhood.  It’s eerily quiet…

…nothing by sirens, helicopters, & and police engines.

I don’t think this post would have such an impact if it weren’t for today’s special occasion. I am supposed to be landing in Chicago RIGHT NOW to be at the Get Money Empower Network Event…

…a chance to actually rub shoulders with successful home business entrepreneurs and hear the secret to making money online.

Seek those who are living that life and just be around them.

And that was my plan…

…to be around people who are where I want to be…

…free, happy, & successful.  With an emphasis on FREE.  Not bound by anything or anyone.

Rubbing shoulders with success is not the only reason I wanted to be in Chicago.

We have all set intentions in our lives…some have set goals, but in order to actually achieve those goals and intentions, there has to be belief.

BELIEF is what carries us all through the dark times when it doesn’t seem like anything is working.  When you can get around people who tell you they believe in you…

…for no reason whatsoever, other than the fact that they understand the human spirit and its true power, you begin to believe in yourself.  You begin to believe in the impossible.  That you don’t HAVE to walk amongst the masses…

…that you can actually live an “abnormal” life where you spend an abundant amount of time with anyone you please, not bound to any one place, and NEVER have to worry about money again because the system in place…

Chicago is apart of that equation.

But this Watertown bombing is putting things on hold.
