Partner Terms

Partner Program Terms

Plain English, and binding. A law firm did not write this page; the founder did, in plain English, so you can actually read it. That does not make it any less real: these are the operative terms of the Empower Network Partner Program, and joining the Partner Program means you agree to them. We will have counsel review these terms as the program grows, and any material change comes with at least 30 days notice, the same promise we make in our Terms of Use.

The short version: you share a link. A real person subscribes to the $25/mo Blogging System through that link. You earn 30% on everything that customer buys from us, for as long as they keep buying, forever. That is a single tier: you earn on your own customer’s own purchases and nothing else. There is no downline, no second level, and no payment of any kind for recruiting other partners. Joining is free and earning is free; nobody ever has to buy anything to become a partner. You must promote honestly, with no income claims and a clear disclosure every time. Break those rules and you forfeit what you have not been paid yet, and we can end the relationship on the spot. The longer version follows, and we wrote it to be read.

1. What This Is

The Partner Program is a single-tier affiliate program for the Empower Network Blogging System. You share a link. Someone signs up through it and becomes your customer. You earn a commission on what that customer buys. That is the entire mechanic. It is not an income opportunity, not a business tier, and not a reason anyone should buy the product. The product is a blogging tool; the Partner Program is how people who like it get paid for telling other people about it. These terms supplement our Terms of Use and our Income Disclaimer, which continue to apply. Where this document and those pages conflict on a Partner Program matter, this document controls for partners.

2. Single Tier, Forever (read this one first)

You earn commission on the purchases made by the customer coded to you, and on nothing else. Full stop.

1. No overrides. No downline. No second level. No payment of any kind for recruiting other partners, ever, in any form.

2. If your coded customer later becomes a partner themselves and refers other people, you earn nothing on those referrals. Not a smaller cut, not a delayed cut. Nothing.

3. Commission follows one relationship: you and your customer. It rewards how well you treat that one relationship, never the size of an organization underneath you.

This clause exists because it is the line between an affiliate program and a pyramid, and we intend to stay on the right side of it permanently.

3. Lifetime Customer Coding

We do not use short cookie-only tracking. Once a customer is credited to you, they stay credited to you for as long as they are a customer, across every product they buy.

1. How coding attaches. Your link sets a 60-day tracking cookie. Coding attaches the first time that visitor becomes an identifiable customer record, whichever comes first: creating an account through your link, or making a purchase. That is the one and only moment attribution happens.

2. First coding wins, permanently. Once a customer is coded to you, no later click from any partner, including a different link of yours, can move that coding to someone else. Nobody can poach an already-introduced customer with a last click at purchase time.

3. Coding survives cancellation. If your customer cancels and resubscribes a year later, or buys a course after a break, you still earn. That is the whole point of lifetime coding.

4. Customers can ask to be decoded. A customer may ask us at any time to remove their coding and become a house account. We always honor that. We do not honor a request to move a customer’s coding from one partner to a different partner; that request goes nowhere, because trading customers between partners is exactly the kind of mechanic we refuse to build.

5. Uncoded customers stay house accounts. A direct or organic buyer with no partner click is a house account and is never assigned to a partner after the fact.

6. Termination clears coding, it does not transfer it. If your partnership ends for any reason, including for a compliance violation, your coded customers become house accounts going forward. They are never reassigned or handed to another partner. Nobody inherits your customers.

4. Commission Rate and What It Covers

1. 30% flat commission on every commissionable purchase your coded customer makes, for as long as they keep buying. This applies the same way to a monthly subscription payment, a course, or any future product, unless that product is on the exemption list below.

2. Default: everything is commissionable. Exemptions are the exception, and we name them here so you always know what pays. Current exemptions, in effect today:

– AI writing overage packs (priced near our own cost to run them).

– The Graduation service ($199 one-time domain-move service).

3. The exemption list can only move in your favor without notice. We may shorten the list (make more products commissionable) at any time without notice. Adding a new exemption is a material change and requires the 30-day notice described in section 12.

5. Payouts

1. Cadence: monthly, NET-30. Commissions that clear in a given month are paid by the end of the following month.

2. Minimum payout: $50. A balance under $50 rolls forward to the next cycle.

3. 30-day hold. Each commission clears 30 days after the order, covering our refund window. If your coded customer refunds, disputes a charge, or a payment fails within that window, the corresponding commission is reversed before it ever pays out.

4. Methods: PayPal, Wise, or ACH/direct deposit for US partners. You choose your method and provide payout details before your first payout, not at signup.

5. Tax forms required before your first payout. US partners: a W-9 on file. International partners: a W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (entities) on file. This is a tax-compliance requirement, not a “buy to unlock” requirement; nothing about it asks you to purchase anything.

6. Payouts begin when checkout is live. The Partner Program only pays commissions once our own subscription checkout is processing real payments end to end. Until that date, you can still join, get your link, train, and promote; there is simply nothing to be paid on yet because no product is being sold through the system. We will announce the date the moment it is live.

6. Honest Promotion Is Required

1. No income claims, anywhere, ever. Not a number, not a range, not “typical,” not “possible.” This is the single most important rule in the whole program, and it protects you as much as it protects us.

2. Disclosure is mandatory. Every place you use your partner link, the reader must see, before they click, that you earn a commission if they subscribe.

3. The approved-claims list governs what you may say. It lives in the partner training (Module 2) and is binding. When in doubt, stick to the pre-cleared swipe in the Asset Library.

4. Violations forfeit commissions. Any commission tied to a compliance violation, whether an income claim, a missing disclosure, or fraud, is forfeited. Repeated or serious violations end the partnership under section 10.

7. No Purchase Required, Ever

Joining the Partner Program is free. Earning in the Partner Program is free. Nobody is ever required to buy a product, a course, or anything else in order to become a partner or to earn a commission. Any partner who states or implies otherwise, to anyone, is violating these terms.

8. Fraud

1. Self-referral is void. If a coding candidate’s identity, payment instrument, email, or billing address matches your own, no coding attaches to you. You may of course buy our products yourself; you are simply never coded to yourself.

2. Cookie stuffing is banned. Forcing a tracking cookie onto a visitor without a genuine link click, through hidden frames, forced redirects, or similar tricks, is a fraud violation.

3. Incentivized signups are a terminable offense. Offering someone cash back, a rebate, or any bonus to sign up through your link, in any form, results in commission forfeiture and termination. This is not a warning-first rule.

9. Independent Contractor and Taxes

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or franchisee of Empower Network. You have no authority to bind us to anything, and you are responsible for your own taxes on any commission you earn. We issue a 1099-NEC to any US partner paid $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by law.

10. Termination

1. Either of us may end this relationship at any time, for any reason.

2. We may terminate a partner immediately for a compliance violation, fraud, or an income claim.

3. On a good-faith exit, cleared and unpaid commissions are still paid out to you. Commissions tied to fraud or a compliance violation are forfeited.

4. Your coded customers become house accounts, per section 3.6. They are never reassigned to another partner.

11. No Income Representation

We make no representation, promise, or guarantee about what you will earn as a partner. Results depend entirely on the honest work you put into promoting the product and on real customers choosing to buy. Nothing in this program is a guarantee of income, and no partner may represent otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the program grows. Material changes get at least 30 days notice by email before they take effect. Your acceptance of these terms, with version and timestamp, is recorded when you join and again when a material change takes effect. Continued participation in the Partner Program after a change takes effect is acceptance of that change.
