A fasting diary kept week by week across months is a rare thing, and this is one. Becky Gordon writes up the five and two arrangement from inside it: two days a week at a reduced calorie count, five days eating normally, and she reports the days that went badly alongside the ones that went well. One entry covers feeling light headed and wobbly on the hottest day of the year and drinking water until it passed.
The value sits in the length. Anybody can write about starting something. Very few people publish week ten.
She is clear that this only works when treated as an arrangement you keep rather than a diet you finish, because the weight returns the moment a diet ends.
There is a fashion post arguing for less makeup rather than more, a guide to buying bitcoin, and a preview of a football management game.
Read the diary from week one forward if you are considering it. The middle weeks are the ones that will tell you anything.
