The Big Day is Here And Fantasized Experiences Appearing Real

Today is the big day, not THE big day as in marriage, but a big day as in moving.
Kerry’s dad is moving today into a flat (apartment).
He’s been trying to move for about a year and then a flat came available for him, two weeks a go. It is near perfect, just round the corner from where Kerry and I live and near the town centre. Just what he wanted.
Now the big day for moving all the ‘big stuff’ is here.
Kerry’s mum passed away 19 months ago and left us all in shock as it was sudden. It obviously had a massive effect on Bob (Kerry’s dad).
2011 was difficult year for our family, Kerry’s mum’s death was nearly six months to the day that Kerry and I had a still born baby boy, called Peter Michael. I don’t know why God allows such awful things to happen and in such a short period of time.
One thing that did come out of our tragedy of Peter, is that I decided to address my mental health. You may know or not know that I had been suffering with depression for 6-7 years previous and refused to take tablets. After Peter’s death, I went to the doctors and started taking tablets, which began my road to recovery.
So anyway, the big move today for Bob, he’s happy to be moving, but there is a tinge of sadness as he moves from his home of nearly 40 years, as he enters a new phase of his life. I would appreciate your prayers at this time.
It’s a big thing for Bob to be moving after 40 years and it can be scary when we make big changes in life.
Moving house, moving country, changing career paths, getting married. These are just some of the things that are scary.
Fear And The Shadow Men
We can sometimes fight the shadow men. Who are the shadow men? They are the stories of ‘what ifs’ that we make up in our head, they are the situations we play out in our minds, the conversations that we have. And they usually are negative as we play out our fears (we won’t get into the conversation about the law of attraction here!)
I’m reading The Aladdin Factor at the moment, it’s a book about asking for what you want, the part I’m reading at the moment is about Fear. There is an acronym that I’d like to share with you:
Fantasized
Experiences
Appearing
Real
I think this is very true The things we fear are often just that fantasies in our heads. Shadows and ghosts that we make up.
Fantasized Experiences Appearing Real
What fears are you holding on to? What are they stopping you doing?
Moving house, moving career, beginning a relationship, starting a home business.
We get scared that things may fail, but we don’t often think, “what if it works!” What if it gives me everything I desire.
My invitation to you today is to ‘fantasize’ about the good stuff that may happen to you, that you may get everything you wish for and more.

Be Blessed,
