Internet marketing : Are you buying or selling? (truth revealed)

Hello.
I recently picked up a great tip from a millionaire online marketer that I thought I’d share here for you to hopefully get a different perspective on marketing online and increase your sales in whatever it is that you’re selling.
Personally, I’m in the business of helping other people achieve their true potential. That’s what motivates me and it is a very broad spectrum of activity. I intend to create a revolution in the system of education on this planet, and that’s my primary purpose.
Jeremusic and Justin
I’m a self-taught computer technician and also a composer of instrumental music, and a 3D graphic artist, so I have a number of avenues of sales possibility.
But if you’re marketing anything on the internet, and a lot of people do these days, you’ll be interested in increasing your sales.
I have noticed, being an observant type, that way too many “online marketers” who should be selling, end up being “online buyers” of the ‘latest greatest software’ or ‘magic formula’ that is supposed to make them rich in a week or so.
Has that ever happened to you? It’s OK. I think we all have at one time or another.
Evidently, when that doesn’t work, our friendly online marketer makes some money somehow, more or less my accident, or in a day job, and goes to buy the next thing that is supposed to make him or her rich.
This is great of course for the people who are selling these systems and tools, but, originally, weren’t you the one who was supposed to be doing the selling?
Yes, of course you were.
So, in order to get you back on track you need to focus your attention on precise actions that will produce sales.
Those actions are:
1. determining who is it that is currently buying the type of product or service that you are selling.
2. Find out where these people are on the web. Which websites do they visit? What are their common demographics?
3. Placing your ad for your product or service in those places or sending mail to lists of those types of people.
Understand exactly what you’re doing
Then, when you have established your target audience, and you know how you can reach those people, you can start gathering important statistical data on your advertising campaigns.
This is true if you pay advertise or not. You want to have data that you can analyse.
How many people visited your site? How many people saw your ad, clicks and so on.
This then leads you to making individual changes and testing again, to see if you increase or decrease your response.
That’s all part of the work of a true online marketer.
The work of the online marketer
You have to do the work. You have to learn the skill, but when you have (like the three top earners in my post yesterday for example) you have the freedom to choose many things in life, that most people will never have.
The whole point of creating an online business from home is to give you the financial freedom that you want and that you deserve, and of course to maximize the time that you can spend with your loved ones.
That’s what life is about, so get your marketing blinders on, ignore all the offers of amazing new releases and get down to business, locating your buyers, and marketing to them. Improving your returns by improving your ad copy, adding or removing a picture, making a video capture page and so on.

Focus on one strategy, until you have that working for you.
Choose one strategy to place your offer in front of potential buyers. Research your buyers. Find what it is that prompted them to buy. There are so many people who are in all sorts of deals and they all bought in.
ASK them “why did they buy?”
Then you’ll have ideas to create your advertisements around.
Observe the ads that are being placed in front of you.
Based on YOUR Google search requests, Google is sending you ads every minute. Observe those that attract YOUR attention. Work out how you can use those ideas and concepts in YOUR marketing. I don’t mean copy it, I mean understand what is the effectiveness of the advert?
Pure, naked sounds.
Is it the pretty girl, the fast car, the colours, the emotional positioning, the headline? What is it that is attractive? Use that, and your ads will be more effective.
When you have leads and sales coming in through that one strategy, now you could try another one. You’ll have some income to put into testing something else, without worrying if the lights will get turned off or not.
If you’re not there yet, you need to focus on one strategy. All your attention, to make it work as it should.
It ALL works (as Tracey Walker says in her training) but when you start out you need to focus on one thing UNTIL you have that working for you.
Marketing principles never change.
Ok, so I hope I have clarified the field a little here for some of you, and if you’ve not yet got your strategy working you could invest in some training (that’s different from buying a gimmick or software gizmo) in FUNDAMENTAL PRINICPLES of marketing.
The principles will never change, people are people and they buy because of what they feel and desire.
The ‘how-to’ is changing all the time, but if you understand WHY, you’ll know how to implement the how-to in order to apply the principle.
Well, that’s it for today.
Thanks for listening! Please share this with your friends to help them, and leave me your comments and viewpoints on this article.
And as I always say, (and for good reason!)
Flourish and Prosper! (I know you can do it!)
