You know what I love about numbers? They give you a reality check into the fantasy of what you read about vs. what is actually there. It also gives you the proof you need to keep at it thru the times when you wonder
Is this for real?
The numbers above are the latest stats on my blog – yep this one you’re reading right now. The point is that 80% of my traffic is purely from SEO and targeting SEO.
Today, through one of my alliance partners, we’re launching the first Public Release of “Search Triggers” – simplified technology that is based on tech we use in house to position our clients in highly competitive keywords.
Around December 21st our traffic peaked for this article – which was totally on Topic and Trending: End of the World Party Ideas. It was the first time that this article topped our other most popular article on the AC DC Tour 2013
How can you achieve these results for yourself?
For starters it matters where you blog. When you blog here at Empower Network your posts get an instant “SEO BOOST” simply because of the way the system is set up . It’s great.
But the amazing system isn’t enough. You MUST find Trends – something that people find interesting
Finding these trends are key to your blogging success and writing an article that meets that success is key.
It all starts with the right Blog Title
You can do everything perfectly but if you target the wrong key phrase all of your efforts will be in vain. Now it doesn’t matter if you end up on page 2 – since we started our AC/DC posts other competition moved in and is taking up the top 10 spots – that’s OK. Those are TICKET companies themselves. But the tickets aren’t on sale yet – even the Tour dates aren’t available – but their SEO guys are seeing our success and modeling it. That’s what will happen.
Being on Page 2 is OK
So what, we’re on page 2 for the key word “Ac DC Tour” – but any other combination of words we’re still on page 1
With a little bit of refinement in our article we can go back to page 1 again. The point is you can do this too by simply knowing what keywords to target.
You must target Triggered Search terms that also aren’t too competitive
If you set your sights too high you simply won’t achieve success. Go for niche terms.
Instead of writing an article on “Work at Home Moms” instead type that phrase into Google and you may see a “suggested” term “Are Lazy” i.e. “Work at Home Moms are lazy” – and also “Resumes”
So if you’re writing your article about working from home as a mom you could TITLE your blog post: “Myth: Work at Home Moms Are Lazy – No Resume Required”
You’d be hitting all the keywords and you’ll garner a lot of “niche” search traffic.
