Is Integrity Part of Your Agenda?

Famous author and speaker Zig Ziglar said: ‘The foundation stones for a balanced success are honesty, character, integrity, faith, love and loyalty.’

In this post, Integrity comes under the spotlight, for without integrity, you would agree that we are doing ourselves, our team and our business a tremendous disservice. The dictionary defines integrity as  ‘firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values’, which in other words means that you stick to your personal code of ethics and morals come what may. If you promise something – deliver! If your gut tells you that it feels wrong – don’t do it!

If, like me, you have been involved in online marketing for awhile, then you know what I’m talking about. In the internet wild west that we use every day, there are seemingly countless so-called business people who are basically without any integrity at all. These people have no compunction about taking your money with little or nothing in return. In the short term, they make make a buck or two but in the end they will come to grief. Every legitimate business person knows that in order to build long term income online, you must build at least two things with your customers and team – Trust and Value. They have to know that what you are selling them is of great value and that they can rely on you to be there for them without reservations or conditions.

Let this be a lesson to us all……. I only wish that I could do impersonations half as well as those guys!
