Goal Setting
The gardens have been painstakingly landscaped and improved to create a tranquil and most enjoyable atmosphere. The Courtyard has a ‘mirror pool’ as the central feature. In the evening this becomes brilliantly effective and clearly reflects surrounding features. The courtyard also has ambient night lighting. From the double gates the driveway leads around to the main garden. This has been landscaped and the owners have created a lovely water feature which incorporates two large pools stocked with Koi carp and having a recycling pump which allows the stream to continuously flow between the pools. There is also a beach hut style storage unit which complements the artistic landscaping and Wenlock stone patio. Beyond the garden is a well stocked orchard with a wide variety of fruit trees.
The Fold Yard is a superbly versatile and remarkably fitted property which has undergone an extensive schedule of works both internally and externally. The interior has been fitted with an ultra modern theme throughout; incorporating strong colours and style creating a special ambience. The property is approached via a driveway leading round to the main courtyard. The main part of the property itself is access via a hallway which has a guest cloakroom and office. Steps lead to a reception area with large window taking in a lovely outlook. The living room lies just off here and is fitted with a contemporary Scan wood burning stove. The dining area leads up to the kitchen which is fitted with matching units and has Silestone worktops and Miele appliances. Off the kitchen is a utility area which houses the Weisman boiler and also has a Belfast sink. A staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The master room has lovely views and an opening to an en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath and contemporary sanitary ware. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. The versatility of this fabulous property becomes evident throughout the remaining accommodation. The three further bedrooms are access via the courtyard. This could be ideal for guest or family accommodation. All three bedrooms are of a good size and are fitted with en-suite facilities.
