When I experience those days of feeling “down”… I listen to Inner Circle Audios… I log in to facebook and see / read what the Leaders in this business, those I respect, those that I follow on Facebook, have to say about “whatever”. And I always feel encouraged by what they post… you see, I am not the only one in this business who experience those “down days” they do, too.
And THEN they share, they post, what they think about it….

It is so appropriate…
If you want to get lucky, the best way is to be involved in something that’s actually based on luck.
When someone comes into MLM gambling, and realize it’s not a gamble (aka: they have to work) — all of a sudden, it’s “a scam”.
Why?
Because they want to get rich by joining.
That’s like trying to transform on the inside by buying a Anthony Robbins course, and putting it on the shelf – angry. Staring at it with teeth clenched, saying:
“Damned you Tony Robbins. I bought your course, and haven’t created a good self image yet! Where’s the results????”
The great thing about the ‘responsibility model’ is you don’t have to view the world, or your business, or yourself as a game of chance.
Because…
…it’s not.
But if you want to play it like one – go to Vegas. Don’t start a home business.
It’s a constant source of amusement that some people fill out a form on my website….and ASK me to teach them how to create an income from home….
…and then reply to my emails saying, “All these home businesses are nothing but scams and rip-offs”.
When I bother to reply at all, my response is usually to just ask the obvious question: “If you think that all home-businesses are scams….
….why the heck are you filling out forms on websites and responding to ad campaigns ASKING FOR INFORMATION ABOUT HOME BUSINESSES?”
And Tony is just ONE of the the 12 “Million Dollar Earners” at Empower Network. Income disclaimer, results not typical because people who earn at Empower Network are not typical people… they actually work at their home business, they don’t just “think it into existence“! 🙂
Yup… we all get those types of negative emails!
So now, well actually, since the 5/12/2014 Monday Empower Hour Call… I thought about doing something different. A whole lot of BIG IDEAS I have learned when I purchased the Internet Traffic Formula (I really REALLY wish they open this product to the public again! There’s so much VALUE in it!) and I revisited some of the training videos also in the 15K Formula Training and Master’s Retreat Training…
There are email lists that just gets a “single optin”. What is that? They just provide an email address and then they get to the other side of the page.
I have changed mine to a “double optin”. Anyone submits an email, they have to confirm it by clicking a confirmation link in the confirmation email.
That way, I can screen who really wants to hear from me, and who are just goofing off and messing my email list by submitting fake email addresses. There are those who just get into MY list just to get my email address and then SPAM me with their offers!
Having “double optins” works well for me. That’s one way of screening the serious, from the not serious.
And whoever trusts me with their email address (I actually started building my first list in January of 2013…) it’s not a big list, but those on my list STAY on my list.
I haven’t made them dizzy with one offer after another!
But I am learning the importance of just segmenting those as well… so I am in that process, too.
My logic on choosing Double Opt-Ins now is – if it is too much of a big deal for someone to confirm their email? Well, I do not want them on my list.
I thought well…
… who wants “fake emails”? Our business is not fake! 🙂
So those people who are not afraid to submit their real email addresses to be part of a list of a real person who is driving this online business, then, we’re all good! That’s what I want!
I have real stuff to share! 🙂
