So with that, I'm going to bring up the man who has helped me in a pivotal role in my life, who has changed my life, has been there to support me so many times when I was mad at him for it, but he loved me so much, he did it anyway, and because of him I can stand here today and be and serve and do it in the capacity that I can do now. That man is David Wood. Give it up. Give it up for him. Thank you all for being here.

I feel like transforming right now. I love that music. I want to let everybody in here know that I love you. You know? Really, I love you.

I'm thankful for you all. All the people in the room, the staff, the cast. You're amazing. Love you, Kevin. Love you, man.

Appreciate y'all. Who in here is pumped up? Me too. You want to know why I'm excited? Here's what, here's what I love to see.

I love to see that look in people's eyes when I know they come alive on the inside. When I know they really believe in themselves for the first time. I like to see people when they're depressed and see the depression just come off. Just disappear. I like to see broke people prosper.

I love it when people who were struggling to recruit a minute ago all of a sudden find it easy. I love to see it when people have a vision. And they believe in it for the first time. It's like a fire comes on. They go out into the world and they just look and feel different.

Who in here came a little bit alive this weekend? I came a little more alive. So I was meditating on what I was going to talk about today because I'm ending. And this is all I got. Vision.

For the people. So that's what I'm going to talk about. When I started this company, I was starting it from a place where I was just prospering. I mean, ridiculously. You know what I mean?

Probably in a way that most people would be jealous of. But it was like a fantasy. Living in the mountains in this giant house. Looking out over the ocean in another country that's tropical. Traveling all over the world.

Going on cruises every three months. I didn't even know how much money I was making most of the time because I'd spend it and it was just there again. It was like people were joining me even when I wasn't doing anything. I wasn't making phone calls. I wasn't really sending out all that many emails.

I wasn't doing anything. I was free. Completely free. Pretty good place to be, isn't it? I liken the world to a drowning man in the ocean.

Barely lifting their head above the water, grasping for air before they're sucked back down again for a second. That's what the world lives like all the time. That's what I used to live like. The end of the week comes, I grasp up for a second, grabbing the check that I get from work that's barely enough to cover bills I had to pay two days before. Having a police knock on my window just to open it as it rolls down as he writes me a ticket for the last money I've got in my bank account.

Getting slammed by life all over the place. Drowning man, grasping for air. What happens to somebody when they start to dream again is this. They grab onto a lifeboat and they lift their head above the water for the first time. And they see this big world out there that they've forgotten about.

That's what happens when people start to dream. So I'm free. And I say, I want other people to be able to be free. That's what I want. My dream was bigger than the companies I'm in.

I want people to be free. Free. Free to travel the world. Pursue your passions. Give money away.

Free to give money to your church. Go on missions. Drive cars down to South Africa and give them to poor villages feeding starving kids. Freedom to pursue your passions. Music, martial arts, painting.

Freedom to see the world. The pyramids in ancient Egypt. All the wonders of the world. The beaches of Hawaii. Freedom to move where you want and live like you want.

Drive the car like you want. Freedom. Freedom to wear at the end of the week. You look at your bills and there's just more money than bills. Freedom.

To just go buy your wife or your husband a gift. Your spouse or significant other. And just say, here, I was just thinking about you. Wanted to buy you this gold watch. Freedom.

Freedom to see new things in the future. Freedom to have ideas and act on them. Freedom to build life and do things the way that you want. Freedom. I want people to be free.

Because people, when they're free, they're beautiful. Applause Sometimes you just want stuff and you are pursuing something and you don't really know why. You're just kind of driven to. And other times it's like you have a spirit come on you and give you a dream instead. And the latter is the more magical of the two.

So I'm walking in the mountains. I never wanted to run a company. I talked about that on Friday. I mean, this is the last thing ever on my mind. Yeah, I want to run a company and work harder than this.

Gosh, that idea had never crossed my mind. I used to convince people out of it. I still do, actually. But I was saying, do what you want. It's hard.

But before I used to say that, too, when I was a rep. I'd say, I'm never going to own a company, not ever. But sometimes God has a different plan. So I'm walking to the mountain. Bam, start a company.

Crap. You know what I mean? Paul knows. I heard him laughing. I'd recognize that laugh anywhere.

You know what I mean? You'd know. I would all the time talk about it. It'd be awful to own a company. Remember me saying that stuff?

Yeah, I used to say it on conference calls. This was before I owned Empower Network, right? People probably think I'm making that up. But he knows. He was the first guy to sponsor.

He was on all my conference calls for years, right? I used to always talk about that because it's true. You know? But it's a different vision. The only way to accomplish what's in my heart, which is for people to be free.

I want you all to prosper. Beyond what you can even dream. Because that's where we're going. We're going into a future that's bigger than us all. And it has to be, doesn't it?

Yeah. Because if the future is bigger than all of us, there's room for a lot more of us. There's room for the success of all of us. There's room for all your dreams and more. There's room for you to go diamond.

And everyone in the room to go diamond. And then to have rooms bigger than this that are just filled with diamonds. And then to step into auditoriums in the future where I see a day where we're in a big room. 50,000 people cheering. Auditoriums so big.

There's a hole in the sky. A rim of lights around. And I'm standing backstage looking out as Krzysztof Rushlow is introducing me. His hair's a little more gray. But he still has beautiful blue eyes.

And I look out looking at the couches and the rows in the front of the leaders. And it's like more than all the people in this room and they're all diamonds. With their rings sparkling from the light shining down from the sky. And like a wave of roaring looking across the audience, hearing the sounds of the thunder, I stand. Like the future imprinting itself in my soul, saying, I saw this day before.

I see a fire growing. A face is in it. It's the uniline running through time. Spreading all over the world in thousands of homes sitting in front of their computers dreams lighting up in people's hearts as people come alive on the inside. As people start to dream again.

But it goes from thousands to tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands to millions to languages none of us speak to countries I can't remember because I failed geography too. And it spreads around the world and I trace the fire back and I say, where did it start? And it started here in this room as a fire of a new dream comes into all of you as you look into the future online and in the room and you see that this is bigger than I can even imagine. I see myself holding a check, a big cardboard one again with a big disclaimer on it, even better than my shirt. And 95 cents.

He's smiling. I guess that team in Portugal really took off. The question is, are you there? When you think about how big can it really be and you just start to ask that question and wonder without the box that you've constructed the answer can come from something greater than you. Just always remember that when you put God in a box he made the box you're putting him in.

So what can you do? What can a homeless man do? What can a hippie Jedi do? What can you do really? A lot of you this weekend you started to believe for the first time.

I saw fire lights that light up in your eyes. I'm a little bit of a weirdo. I'll just stare at you and then tell you strange things. Why do I do that? I feel like I'm supposed to.

Rhonda, you're amazing. You know you're more powerful than you think you are. You're going to speak with us all over the world. Give Rhonda a hand. Thank you.

Hey, Kevin. You were in Amway for over 20 years. 38 years, and you always wanted to go diamond. Kevin, you are going to go diamond. When I think about all the dreams in the room and what you guys want, sometimes you want stuff, and it's not really what you want.

You're just saying that. Feel better? You look better. The other day you had a dark cloud on you. It's lift.

Time for you to step into your power. Time for you to stand up and be a leader. Time for you to go out there and make the money that you've always deserved to make. You've been here for years. He was at the master's course.

He teaches in a karate school, and you know what that means? It means he has discipline, and therefore my belief defeats it. You know, when I think about my life and how weird it is, you know what I really think? It's a great mystery. I get on these conference calls, and the employees are doing a marketing meeting every day, and I can't even listen to it.

It's so organized. I get on there and I say, how is it possible that this originated somewhere in my brain? You know what I mean? You have no idea how much stuff gets done in Power Network. I can't even imagine getting that much stuff done or even organizing it, but I listen to it and my brain just freaks out.

Mars was sitting with me the other day, up in the room, and there's all the Kristen's there, and Michelle's there, and Mars is there, and Chris Jones is there, and Dave, do you realize how many people are just working on stuff and working and getting stuff done because of something that you started? And I stopped and I thought about that, and I was like, I don't think I do realize it. But you know, the thing is that I believe is I didn't start it. I don't think I'm better than anybody in this room. I don't think I'm better than the staff.

I don't think I'm better than Mars, better than Bonnie, better than Chris Rushlow, better than Chris Jones, better than any of our leaders. Here's what I think. I think I'm standing here in this vision with you, and it just happens to have been given to me to start. Because when I get in the way of it, it doesn't work, right? It doesn't work right.

I love you, Kevin. You've liten up, man. You know that you're going to live your dream, right? Finally, you deserve it. You deserve it.

That's a loyal man. I can trust him with my life. I could put a million dollars on a table. He could be in the room by himself all day and night and not take a dollar. I know that about you.

So the question is, where can we go and where are you going to go and what part do you play in that? And are you really willing to step into how big it is and receive it? Are you really willing? That's the part that's the magic. Because everybody in this room, you're here for a reason.

If you think about the long stretch of strange things that had happened to you for you to be sitting in the chair that you're in or standing where you're standing, right? And out of all those coincidences, here you are. And before that, the miracle that had to happen for you to even be born. I mean, thousands of generations of billions of sperm fighting. All the people that died of malaria, all the family lines that ceased to exist, all the people that were killed, well, your family line survived and all of it led in this long, long, long stretch of time with sperm fighting to make you, you're special.

Some of us, our sperm are fighting right now. And then all the coincidences that led you here. All the belief changes you had to have, all the things your boss had to say to you for you even to look on the internet, right? All the things that your spouse had to say to you, the companies that you had to quit, the thing that you were looking for that made you run into a blog article, the thing that you clicked on or liked on Facebook that got you put into a demographic where an ad appeared that you clicked on, right? The fact that you clicked on the ad and looked at it and then started searching and then found somebody that you wanted to join.

The fact that you saw the video and then you were sitting there and the button was throbbing at you calling your name as you clicked on it. And the fact that you actually clicked on it and made a decision. And that of all the people that are in Empower Network that stayed home or that are on the live stream, we love you too. Here you are sitting in the chair in this room at this time. There is no random thing that happens in the universe.

You're here for a reason. Give yourselves a hand. So what I want you to do is I want you to start to dream bigger. I want you to open your mind. I want you to see a bigger future because the things I described, they're just starting it all.

They're not here to finish it. This is way bigger than I am. Most people look at this and they say it's Dave Wood's dream. It's not. I'm just in the dream.

I'm in a dream that's moving through time that's way bigger than me. A dream of transformation. A dream where people light up on the inside and it changes their world on the outside. A dream where people who are going to kill themselves don't. A dream where people who are so fed up with life they're about to pull a gun out decide to listen to an audio instead and then get to an event.

A dream where people like Kevin can finally go diamond. A dream where people like me can get free. A dream where people like Rhonda can travel the world and live in Bali and make silly rap videos that are so awesome it's unbelievable. A dream where Aaron Rashkin can get a hundred million dollar check. I have a dream that I'm just in.

And the more open I am, the bigger it gets. And the more I know you, the bigger I believe you can be. Because I believe you can do things that you don't understand. Because you too can walk into that dream. And it's not mine.

It's bigger than mine. My dream was small. All about me. And then all of a sudden I see people like Justin drowning in a waterfall. Which is funny because he was also drowning in life.

And then he lifts his head above the water and his head comes up above the ocean and he starts to see there's a bigger future. And he starts to speak to people and they get trapped into his energy. And all of a sudden he forms a tribe and it starts growing and it starts growing and it starts growing and it starts growing and it starts growing. And there will be a day when just what he started, what he began, the vision he stepped into will fill rooms ten times bigger than this with just him. And he was broke.

But that's what we do. We make the weak things of the world confound the mighty and strong ones. Spacey hippie Jedi makes a million dollars. And everybody thinks it's finished. But I say it's just the start.

I'm a strange one, aren't I? I love you too. And you're wonderful too. Here's what I want you to do for a second. Right here, close your eyes.

Just step with me. I'm in a river. It's like a wave of inspiration, a wave of vision, a river running through time into all of our futures, an ocean of prosperity. You've got rooms all over the world filled bigger than this one. We're creating new millionaires faster than we can even count them anymore.

It started with a hundred a year and then it began to compound and it started to grow. And you look up. Of course, Rushlow's up here, a little bit gray hair and his beautiful blue eyes. Where are you in the room and how big is it? What does it look like?

What part do you play? And just lift your hands up in the air and ask the universe, God, whatever, say, give me a vision that's bigger. Say it. Give me a vision that's bigger. Give me a vision that's more grand.

Give me faith to step into my future because I'm ready for it now because I have the power to step into that vision. I have the belief to create my new future because I am a visionary. I am the leader that I want to be. And I know what I need to know right now. That's it, period.

My voice even cracked as I was saying that. I'm losing it. And I was in Justin Berenjia's mansion the other night, talking to them until like four in the morning. And that was a fascinating experience because then, of course, I have to wake up and I wake up late and then I have to make Chris Rushlow stall, you know, be like, just a few more minutes. Doesn't he do a good job stalling?

This is what I noticed, though, and this is really why you guys are here this weekend. Everybody comes here for one thing, okay? But usually what you're really here for is something else. And what we do is we like to try to fit the universe into this box that we create. We try to make our breakthrough the one that we want.

We try to force the leader to tell us the strategy that we're going to do anyways. We try to pretend that we're listening when really we're just going through the motions so we can do what we were already planning on doing before we ask the question, right? We're asking the universe to give us a new Ferrari, but never ask the universe if it wanted to first, right? We step into a room like this with presuppositions, with doubts. We come in and we say, okay, I'm going to give it a try, not realizing we're setting ourselves up for failure with our own language.

These are all things that we all have done in the past, okay? Some of you came into this place and you're like, this is the last chance I'm giving it, right? Setting yourself up to not have a breakthrough. But you know what? If you're supposed to have a breakthrough, you can't stop it anyways.

It's going to happen. But you know what we need to do? We need to let go of all of it. All of it. You don't need what I have.

You don't need what another leader has. You don't have to be like Justin Berengi or Aranda or Aaron or Tracy or Michael Martin. You don't need to be like someone else because you are just as important as a piece in the puzzle that fits together to make this beautiful vision. You are just as important as they are, as I am, as the staff is, all of you. Do you know that?

So what you're here for is your vision. What you're here for is your dream. What you're here for is to learn how to operate in the gifts that you have. What you're here for is to learn the strategy that you need to use in your business right now. You're not here to have what I have.

You're not here to think my thoughts. You're not here so I can control you. You know what I mean? Because I don't like to be like a guru. I don't like it.

I think a guru does kind of this. It's like they stick their hand down and they're like, here, touch my hand. I'm touching God's hand. Go ahead and touch it. I like to just do this.

Then I go back to the beach and not do anything. You know what I mean? You're here for your vision. You're here to let go of your own garbage. You're here to stop fighting yourself.

You're here to get around and to feel something different and not understanding it. Go succeed anyway. You're here to realize you don't need a secret because the secret's inside of you. You're here because you need to meet someone that's less smart than you that was on stage. You're here to realize that your arrogance and your ego is not serving you.

You're here to let go of the past successes, past failures, past experience in Power Network, the fact that you've been here for years, the fact that you had a dream before that you didn't achieve to let go. You're here to forgive yourself, to stop beating yourself up, and to realize you are enough. You're here to realize you are gifted. You're here to realize you are special. You're here to realize the box you've been fitting the universe in is starting to melt away and the unlimited box is much better.

You're here to realize this is bigger than you think it is, to discover the new comp plan, but more than that, to realize that now you can use it to get rich quicker than ever. See my shirt? I like to wear this shirt because I'm not average. I'm not normal. I'm not a statistic.

I, David Wood, am an anomaly and I enjoy being an anomaly. All of you in the room, what you're here for really is to step into a miracle of a change inside. And so many of you have stepped into it this weekend. That's the miracle that I'm here to see. All of you, I want you to realize something.

Whatever you've got in your head, whatever you think you're here for, whatever ideas you came, presuppositions you came with, whatever vision you saw in the future of this company, this vision is bigger than that and you are more powerful than that and you can accomplish greater things than that if you decide to let go of yourself and to step into the person that you know you're destined to be. This is a different company and the reason is because the mission of it is different. It's not because the products are different, although they are. It's not because I'm some special magical person, I'm not. It's because the vision of this company is a vision for the people.

That's all it is. It's just here to serve. When I step on this stage, I'm here to serve. I'm not here to take. I'm not here to get.

I'm not here to get you to do something you don't want to do. I'm not here to control you. If you want to leave, you can leave. I'm not here to manipulate you. I'm here for one reason.

I'm here to love you. It's interesting watching people move through the changes that they actually need to make in their business because they're almost never what they think they are. People almost always think, oh, it's a strategy I need. I need to learn a blogging technique. I need to learn a link strategy.

All this stuff is useful. I need to learn a Facebook technique. I need to learn how to make rap videos. Like I need to learn how to jump naked in the pool like David did on that Facebook video. You know what I mean?

But really, that's not what you're looking for. Earlier this week, I was invited to Justin's mastermind that he had and I just showed up because I felt like I should show up and that's kind of what I do. If I feel like I'm being led to do something, I just go do that and there's no pattern to it ever. Really, I'm a really hard one to predict on what I'm going to do and what I'm going to say. I never know either.

Really. But anyways, I go there and there's a guy. I don't know if he's actually here. He might not be here. He was like cleaning that house.

Is Hank here? Probably not here, is he? Huh? He's here? If he's here, someone grab him and bring him up, but I'll tell the story and I'll bring him up later and have it tell his own words.

Anyways, he's sitting there and this guy's been in power, been coming to events since the release your inner badass event in Austin, Texas. Any of you were there? And I was just looking in his eyes. He came into Empower Network out of a really strong drug addiction that he'd had for a long time. And he's just been here and he's been here and he's been here and he's been learning and growing and learning and growing and learning and growing and learning and growing.

And I was sitting at the table and he said something, right, that I hear people say all the time. What he said was, I feel like my breakthrough is just around the corner. Hear people say that? My breakthrough is just around the corner. I feel like I'm just about to learn that strategy.

Like I just need one more key, right? So what are we doing? We're taking the image of our successful self and we're projecting it around the corner all the time, chasing it. And I looked him in the eye because this is what I felt like I should do. And I said, Hank.

I want you to step into that person around the corner and look through his eyes and realize you are him right now. I said, Hank, you are a man with the heart of God. You are a powerful leader. Right now, you've got everything you need to have already inside, and you're in it, and you just had the breakthrough. And I saw him change right in front of me, just like when Justin Berengia about drowned in that waterfall.

And he's totally different now. If you get around him, I just posted a video about it on Facebook. His energy is different. The way he's talking is different. Everything around him is different.

Why? Because rather than projecting his breakthrough into the future, he realized that's just an image in his own little box in his mind. And I just sent him forward into that person and smashed right through his little box. Because that's the breakthrough that he needed to have. And a lot of you are thinking the same thing in the room.

I'm just about to learn it. Maybe David will say something. He'll say the secret thing, and then I'll know that secret thing, and then I'll be able to do it. Maybe today I learned the secret strategy, and then I'm going to be able to go blog and actually get leads. Maybe something I heard this weekend was that breakthrough that I need, but I still feel like it's just off in the future.

And I'm reading your minds, aren't I? A lot of you. But here's what I want you to do. Close your eyes. Find that successful person and just jump around the corner right into them.

Realize you know everything you need to know. It's not a strategy that you've been needing. You've been needing this to act like the leader that you've wanted to be. To realize you are that leader right now. You are that visionary.

You are that archetype. You're that self of yours shining. The depression has lifted. You do have the faith. You have learned what you need to know.

And you are leading. You can see yourself in front of that room you saw that person in the future in front of, but now you're looking through your own eyes and you're feeling inspiration move through you like a river running through time, lighting you up on the inside, realizing that you are that person right now who can go diamond. That you realize right now that you're that person that could lead rooms of diamonds. Right now you have the power to recruit. Already it happened in the past, but now you can realize that something's different in you.

Lift your hands in the air and declare, I declare, I've had my breakthrough. I've stepped into the future. I've jumped around the corner. I've claimed my breakthrough. I am the leader I've wanted to be.

So I'm going to act like it. I'm going to make videos like I'm the leader. I'm going to send emails like I'm the leader. I'm going to do hangouts like I'm the leader. I'm going to recruit like I'm the leader.

I'm going to act like a diamond right now. I do have what it takes. I do have the faith. I do have the belief in myself. I can win the contest.

I can play successful ads. I can generate leads. I can write great blog posts. I do know what to do. I do have inspiration.

The fire is inside of me. I receive a new vision and it's bigger than what I thought because I am a warrior. You are. You are. You are a warrior.

You are a visionary. You do have the power inside of you. You have learned what you need to know. You do see a bigger and better future, don't you? You're in it.

You can see the fire growing all around, can't you? Can you see it? Can you feel it? Can you feel the change? That's because the change has happened already.

There's nothing to wait for anymore. There's nothing you need to look for anymore. There's nothing you need to search for anymore. You don't need to look for a guru anymore. You don't need it.

You are the guru. I believe in you. I bet you all think I'm going to end any time. Never know. How many in here actually feel different now?

Like massively different? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, a lot of times it's like, you just need to get around people that have faith. You know what I mean? We live in a world where people don't treat each other like they believe in each other most of the time.

Small groups of people do. But people don't believe in each other. They don't edify each other. They don't speak edification and vision into each other the way we're supposed to. Imagine if everybody just walked around building each other up all the time.

Like if you just walked around and like blessed your enemies. You know what I mean? One time I was in Hawaii and I was living in my van and I used to park outside people's houses that had free internet with no password. So there's this one house I used to go up to and I used to park there all the time because they had a really fast internet connection and I was looking for a business to start. This really angry Hawaiian came out that looked like he was on cocaine.

And I was like, that guy wants to kill me. So he comes out all angry, right? Knocks on my door like this. I mean, at that time especially, I mean, you know, I got some muscles now. Not then.

I was on raw food vegan diet then. You know what I mean? All skin and bones and chi energy from the fruit I was eating. So, anyways, this guy comes out just wanting to kill me, right? And he knocks on the door and I open the door and say, Hey, what's up man?

And he goes, Using my internet! I think he called me a name too. I said, Yeah, I just want to thank you so much, you know. I mean, all these people down here, they have password protected internet and here you have the aloha spirit, spirit of your ancestors. You're just such a blessing.

Thank you. And he goes, You're welcome. Come back anytime. It's true. I'm just too hard to be mad at.

What if we just lifted each other up all the time? Spoke loving to each other. Right? Realize that people around us can do it. Realize we have everything it takes already to do it.

That's what Empower Network is really about. A network that empowers the people. That's what it's here for. That's what it's here to do to you. Right?

And we all have different gifts and talents that fit into this beautiful tapestry of a vision that's bigger than us all. Some people think they're part of my vision. No, you're not. I am a part of the vision that you're a part of too. Because it's bigger than me.

And it's bigger than you. And it's bigger than this room. And it's bigger than the next room. And it's bigger than the live stream. And it's bigger than the events in the future.

It's bigger than the event in the fall that we'll come back to that's going to have 5,000 people in it. It's bigger than the start, what happens when we launch Titan. It's bigger than what we've just done with the Uniline. It's bigger than what we're going to discuss on Monday with the Leadership Council. It's bigger than the people that have a million-dollar ring.

It's bigger than the staff that we have right now. It's bigger than just the little network marketing industry. It's definitely bigger than the online money-making industry. This is bigger than us all. And if we can believe in that, and if we can step into what we're supposed to be in that, we will go from this group of people, from the people watching on the Internet, and immediately in the next few months we'll be doing more new members coming in than we've ever had coming in a day.

And what we're doing will multiply, and it will multiply, and it will multiply. And people will latch on to the idea that working together like we now can be done in ways that go beyond the speed of anything any of us have ever experienced, not just here, but in any company in the past. Because what we're doing is greater than just a product we're selling. What we're doing is greater than a commission that we're getting. What we're doing is greater than the leaders that are here right now.

What we're doing is greater than me. What we're doing is going out into the world and we're giving life to people again. What we're doing is we're casting out depression in people around the world. What we're doing is giving people new hope and vision. What we're doing is we are bringing the light of the fire of vision into the hearts of people around the world, and we're breaking through the curses in their families.

We're breaking through the past of failure that they've had, and we're saying, no, you are not your past. You are a new creation right now, and you're going to be set free from that curse. You're going to be set free from that poverty. You're going to be set free from that failure. You're going to step into a new you.

You are going to dream bigger than you've ever been able to dream, even when you were a little child. We're not trying to reignite those dreams. We're saying you're going to get a bigger dream, a bigger future to see things you didn't even ever in your life, not one time think were possible, because you are even greater than that. Sometimes in our marketing and stuff, we make fun of employees. You know what I mean? And stuff like that. And we don't like to be employees. But that doesn't mean employees are a bad thing.

We love our employees, and they're just as important as us, all of them. Do you guys realize that? The employees are just as important as the owner. The event staff are just as important as the owner, right? From the employee that works at the desk to the compliance, right?

To me, to Mars, to everybody. They are important, and we love them. Right? We love them because without them, we can't do what we do. And without us, they can't do what they do.

Do you realize that? So everybody, if you could just stand up. Let's give the staff a round of applause. We love you guys. Give Mars a hand.
