Hey everyone, Chris Record here. I'm excited to introduce Team Take Massive Action's Tuesday night call, but today's a special call because it's January 1st, 2013. January 1st happened to fall on a Tuesday. We're flat out excited about that, and I'm even more excited about today's call for a few reasons. Reason number one is that I'm back from vacation.

I just had an amazing time with family. I just had a chance to be able to reset my clock, be able to reset and regenerate and rejuvenize and all the re's that you can do, and I am just so excited about 2013 and what we're going to do here. Team Take Massive Action is absolutely on fire. People are joining in the droves. People are making money.

We have so much to look forward to in 2013, and there's nothing like starting and kicking it off on the first day of the year. Imagine if you can figure it out and put your PC. Put your pieces of the puzzle together today and figure it out and get everything lined up, how productive this year can be. Well, that's our goal with today's call, and for some of you that were calling in early, you got a chance to hear from Judd Humphreys, who actually took over on some of the introductions today. What I'm doing is I'm going to start to introduce new leaders on a weekly basis as often as possible, new up-and-coming rising stars and new leaders, be able to give them some contribution into the team.

Judd has come in. He's all-in. He's all-in all the way through all the products and has a tremendous background. In fact, I asked Judd to come out on the host call with us, so I just want to make sure real quick. I muted everybody.

I want to make sure that Judd is still available. So, Judd, are you out there on the host call still? I am, Chris. Perfect. So I'm going to come back to you in just a minute.

I want to take care of just a – I want to quickly preface what this call is going to be about today. Today is the launch of a new year, and it's also going to be the launch of some new theme for Team Take Massive Action. One of the big focuses, one of our New Year's goals for 2013 is to put a lot more focus on women. And I say this in a way – I'm going to explain what I mean, but just really, I just want to make this clear. A lot more focus on women for various reasons.

Number one is that women dominate the network marketing industry, the direct sales industry, the home-based business industry. All the statistics show. That women are the powerhouse players there. There's more women than men in those industries. Women make far more income than men do, and do it while managing their life.

Do it while integrating business into their day-to-day activities in their life in a way that – I'm just going to be blunt and say men just have not figured out how to do it. Men just have not figured out how to do it the way that women have. Now, Internet marketing is slightly different. Internet marketing tends to tailor to more of a technical skill. And so this industry is kind of dominated by men.

And what we want to do is we want to change that. In the year 2013, we want to put tremendous focus on women. We want to start to recruit and basically go out and find powerful women leaders to join our team to help grow this. Because look, I'm at least going to give myself credit. I'm smart enough to know that women are a heck of a lot smarter than I am.

And one of the reasons why I wanted to have Judd out initially with me in the beginning of this call, Judd, I'm sorry. is because Judd is somebody who gets it. Judd has a tremendous background in this industry as well. And Judd has partnered up with some powerful people, including today's guest speaker, who I'm going to introduce in just a moment, a powerful woman with a tremendous background. And I'm going to just jump into that in just a second.

But I do want to make sure that everybody is focused on a couple of things before we start the call. Focus real quick on making sure that you're – you're in a position in your mind, you're in a position right now where you're ready to receive tonight's training. Because this guest speaker is going to share some things with you. And if you allow it to, it can revolutionize your business in 2013. If you allow yourself to truly open your mind, if you allow yourself to truly experience and gain knowledge from this call, then it makes it worth it.

If you're just on the call right now for no other reason than to just be sitting here listening to it, then you're not going to get it. You're going to miss it. It's going to fly right past you. And really, nothing is going to happen. So I just want to tell you right now, first, prepare yourself to mentally be ready for this call.

Second, I want you to know without a doubt that Team Take Massive Action is on fire. We have momentum on our side right now. We're not all about just one person or two people that are just big hitters. That's not us. We're about the average person having success.

That's us. That's us. Whether it be a man, a woman, whether it be old or young, regardless of your experience, it doesn't matter. Team Take Massive Action has got your back. We have your back with our 24-7 support group on Facebook.

We have your back with all the additional training modules that we provide for you with our team website. We have your back with custom sales funnels to help you target this business, to be able to target individuals and match this business to what they're looking for. And we have your back. back by committing to being on the cutting edge when it comes to internet marketing and you having success in your home-based business. What we want from you is just the equal commitment.

We want you to meet us halfway. We want you to go all in. Get committed in this business. Attend every single event. Never miss a phone call like this.

We want you to bring your half to the table. We'll bring our half to the table and together we can work and we can make big things happen in 2013. So if you're ready and you're prepared and you have complete confidence that Team Take Massive Action is the right team and 2013 is the right year and you are finally in a place that you're ready to change your life and do whatever it takes, then I'll tell you right now, you are ready. You are ready. So what I want to do is I want to transition the call.

I mentioned Judd Humphries a minute ago, and I'm also going to mention our guest speaker here. And before I mention who she is, I just want to talk a little bit about her. And I also want to say in the background, Judd, I heard her name pop in the introductions before, but if you might send a little text, just make sure she's on the host code real quick. I think that would be great. But what I want to do is I just want to share a little bit of the track record.

Our team is starting to find leaders. They're showing up in amazing ways. They're showing up in amazing ways. They're showing up in amazing places. And this presenter is somebody who has a massive track record in the home-based business arena.

Now, I was born in 1978. Okay, that kind of gives you an idea of how old I am and my background. Well, in 1978, that's when she started her home-based business experience, back in 1978. That's how long she has been in this industry learning and going through the ropes of every single thing that we have. She's gone through several different companies.

I don't know that I need to name them. I don't know that I need to name them. I don't know that I need to name all the names. But she's gone through the different cosmetics companies, had success in all of these different arenas, and every single time put together massive organizations in the thousands, in the tens of thousands. In fact, I think even over 100,000 people inside of an organization.

Whenever there was awards, like car giveaways and stuff like that, she wouldn't just win them. She would win two or three cars over a course of just a few years. She's figured it out. This is somebody who has a background and who has figured it out, and she absolutely loves what she does. She has her own radio show, biztipsradio.com, for those of you that are interested.

I don't mind promoting it because it's just a general information-based show. She just speaks from her heart every single week at biztipsradio.com. On a weekly basis, she's always training people, and she's always serving them, and just giving value to improve their lives. She gets tons of feedback from all of her callers, on how much her tips are literally revolutionizing their business. On a weekly basis, she's doing that, and she has all of her recordings archived.

I had the honor over this Christmas break of being able to go in and listen to some of her past recordings as well. Here's another couple things I like about her. She's very, very positive and fun. I love the idea of making this business so fun that every single day you wake up, and you can't wait to get started working because it's not hard. It's fun.

It's easy. It's simple. It's positive. It's upbeat. Those are some of the things that she resonates with.

One of the other big things I want to say about her is her name. She's spent years really just kind of branding herself and branding her name, and I want to make sure everybody gets it right. Her name is Kar-Lynn. Kar-Lynn. I want you to remember that name.

Kar-Lynn. Her last name is Rhodes. Kar-Lynn Rhodes. I want you to remember it because she's somebody who, once you get to know her, she has a fascinating background. She's a great person.

She's a great person. Whether it's from the music industry or the direct sales industry or the coaching and mentoring industry, whether it's being a producer in companies or starting up her own company, and it's just a huge privilege to be able to have her on the call with us. So I've got Judd on the call, Kar-Lynn on the call, and what I want to do first before we get into some Q&A is I just want to make sure everybody had a chance to get on the host code. So Kar-Lynn, are you out there? Are you on the host code with us?

I am there. Can you hear me? Yeah, we can hear you. Nice. Loud and clear.

Great. Hi. Well, welcome to the call. I'd love to introduce you to Kar-Lynn. And I guess what I want to do, Kar-Lynn, is just, if you wouldn't mind, just start this call off maybe with a little bit of Q&A, some questions and answers so everybody can get to know a little bit of your background before we jump into the training.

Would that be okay? Absolutely. And I just want to thank you so much for doing a beautiful introduction, and you really have done your homework to have done such a nice job. So thank you so much, and it's a pleasure to be here tonight. Awesome.

Well, first, what I want to do for the listeners is, I want to, before we get started with the actual training, if you wouldn't mind taking some time to tell us a little bit about who you are, you know, what are some of the things, like, you'd like the listeners to know about you? And while you're on that topic, also share with us, you know, what is it that led you to the direct sales industry in the first place? Like, why did you get involved in that industry of all the career paths you could have done? And, you know, how long you've been doing this? Just sort of tell us a little bit about yourself.

Absolutely. You're going to laugh when I first tell you that I went to school to literally be a morticianess. I kind of laugh because I know not a lot of people want to be a mortician, but there's great money in it, and most people are dying to get into the business. So in some way or another, I just want to tell you, I also majored in psychology in college, and I was also very active in teaching dance and working with women. So here's what happened.

In my cosmetology career portion of getting licensed for all of this, you've got to do cosmetology and your cosmetician's license, and here's what's really fun. I encountered a fear. I came across a fear that literally was paralyzing, and I realized if I didn't conquer that fear, then I wasn't going to get very far. So rather than allowing the fear to get to me, I was going to do cosmetology. I was going to do cosmetology.

And the fear to conquer me, which is fear is the false evidence of things appearing real, is to give them that power, right? It can become real. So I decided to look it in the face and say, okay, how can I overcome this? What are some ways I can do this? And by putting my thoughts to paper and trying to figure out the best way for me to accomplish that, I picked up the telephone and actually called a plastic company and asked them, do you allow or teach?

Women have to stand in front of a room and talk to other people, a group of people without getting nervous. And they said, we sure do. So there began my first career in the field of network marketing. And I was so fascinated with encountering the ability to be your own boss, create some income, and literally get paid for learning college stuff that I thought, wow, I wonder what other companies are teaching. So with a small degree of paying an entry fee to learn and join, and then get involved and study their comp plan, break their records, and see if I could do what most people couldn't, then finding the next company and doing the same thing, I started to discover the pieces, the bits of things that companies were doing.

And with my psychology degree, I put together my family counseling and marriage counseling degree towards the end of my study. the psychology of sales. So I actually began to create my own way of communicating with people and watching and experimenting and writing my own ticket, if you will, on how to do what I did. And I had a lot of fun. So I have worked in the plastic company three different times in two of their manager cars.

I had gone to work door-to-door, literally doing the ding-dong, blank calling, literally doing an old company you wouldn't even know that sold brushes at the door. And I'm just going to tell you, I've done it all from A to Z. I've had a lot of fun trying it. I did the A's, N's, and W's company. We went to a very, very high level in that company.

And everything for me was fun and experience and experimenting. And when I got into companies that would tell me, you can make this much money. And now teach others how to do it. Or people stood on stage and would tell you, this is what I did. And I would try what they said, and it didn't work.

I realized that a lot of people who were training left out some major components of some things people needed to know how to do it. And I also realized in the industry back then, they used to teach that you can only chase one rabbit, that you can only do a few different things like that, and you couldn't do multiple streams of income. I started to realize that wasn't true. After I focused on, every single component learning each thing that I needed to know, I would want to expand my horizons and go bigger, broader, better. And I came up with a fun slogan that just said, good, better, best.

I never let it rest till my good is better and my better is best. And I actually had a blast literally learning how to create. And then I ran into a gentleman named Zig Ziglar who changed my life. It's in the 70s. Can you tell some of that stuff a little bit?

It does. It does. So after meeting Zig Ziglar, I know that you continued in on your journey in the network marketing industry. And I'm fascinated when I read about you and when I hear about your success, I'm fascinated by it too, because you didn't just do small things. You did big things.

And you weren't an overnight success. But at the same time, some of the things you did were quite fast. I mean, I was reading some of your sales records of what you did in 30 days. And I was reading about some of your teams and how big those organizations grew in those companies. And it was just always fascinating.

So let me do this. Do you want me to share a little of that? Yeah. And as you share a little bit about that, if you tell me maybe three things that you think are some of the reasons behind some of your biggest successes, like what are you most proud of through your career? So as you continue to tell your story here, just kind of highlight, like what are a few things that you learned during that process that you can share?

And what are some of the things that you learned that you can share with people today on the call? Okay. Well, I began to, with Zig's training and coaching a little bit, showing me a couple things and spending personal time with me as we developed a friendship. I started to pay attention. And so then what I began to do is purposely set out to, again, you just dissect the comp plan and you kind of back into your goal of what you want to do.

And I wanted to achieve certain things. Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah.

Right. Yeah. Yeah, I have to say that. But to have a real strong belief factor on partnering with the right people, creating the right team and the right team atmosphere will leave all that so key component even though you've heard it said, it really doesn't matter where your upline does, it's really about you truly is, we have to take responsibility for our own actions because I've been involved with people who didn't know as much as I did, or didn't believe the same way I did. But I've learned how make it happen in spite of them because it is truly, if it's meant to be, it's a responsibility.

it's up to me. That's the rule, and that is how it works. But how nice when you have a team atmosphere that can do things. So let me share with you what I did. I put together a team of people.

I was looking for a core group of 20 people. In getting a core group of 20 people together, putting like-minded people with the same kind of mindset, and with a plan that I wanted to perform and ask, are you on board? Are you willing to do this with me? Can I count you in as one of my core leaders? Now, checking ego at the door, we all decided we were going to do this.

We became one body, and one like mind, and working together as a team. And I teach my groups how to stand arm-in-arm, locked like a little bit of a football team, but kind of reverse, if you will. We actually lock arm-in-arms, and we protect each other's back, and we work for the good of the entire team. We major on majors, not minors. And we make sure that everything we do is for the good of the entire group.

So everything we do has to be working for everybody. And what we teach, we do. What we do, we can then teach, and we can show others how to do it effectively and efficiently and avoid the learning curve. So with my knowledge by this time, putting a core group of 20 together, I found 27 people that wanted to take a journey with me. And in that 27, actually, 26 completed the task.

And we worked until literally the company went out of business. But here's what happened. We were able to put 126,000 people in an organization in 18 months in a binary program. And putting that group of people together, working as an entire team together, building for and with one another, I want to impress you that it was fun to do what I did, but I want to impress upon you something even greater. When you can do it and teach others to do it, it's not just a few superstars.

It's everybody showing, oh my gosh, everybody can really do this. It's real. It can happen. I've been there when you've experienced it. You know the fun and the joy you get to have of having that kind of income and the things you can do to touch other people's lives.

And it's really fun to bless others as well. So that's one of my successes on that one that I'm quite proud of. Another one is I drove three pink cars in the pink car company. And that's not a light achievement. And to, to do that in those four years that I did that, breaking records there, and even beat the time frame the company set up.

Again, that, that worked on the ability of being able to put a small group of women together and show women how we work together to generate a big massive goal for all of us achieving what we want. So that was one of my most fun ones that I did. We all move on in life and go to different degrees. We all move on in life and go to different degrees. We all move on in life and go to different degrees and different things.

So I talked to the pink car lady herself. And I wanted to start my own cosmetic line, actually. And so we did just that. I created a product called Lipstick Sealer, which was kind of fun. And we put it in Nordstrom.

We had three in, in all the Nordstrom stores for three and a half years with only two returns. But when my chemist died, I met into a crossroads. Do I want to still be the butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker? Or did I want to maybe find a company, support that company? And I said, well, I'm going to find a company and take that company to its level, helping that company achieve their dreams and meeting my dreams through it with less expense.

And that's kind of fun. That's what network marketing truly is all about. It's somebody else's responsibility to get the product there, do all the hard work, keep their doors open when you get to vacation, know that your check's going to be in the mailbox, and all you have to worry about is making sure that you run your business like a business. Paychecks give you paychecks, and playchecks give you playchecks. And that's what I believe.

So if you treat it like a business, it's amazing what you actually can accomplish out of it if you're disciplined enough to do that. So I turned my pink car in and went into another line. And I took a company that was probably 13 years old in Canada and five years old in California. And in less than 30 days, I did what most women had worked an entire year for. I sold $29,800 of product over my kitchen table.

Without a car. And then is when I started to think, this is funny, because at that stage of my life, I went, maybe I do have some potential. Because when you work hard amongst a bunch of hardworking women, and then you get into companies that have not seen that kind of production, it's kind of fun to think, wow, it almost is above average. So a lot of times I thought I was quite average until I started to realize that other people said, how did you do what you did? And then to take women from wanting to do it to the stage and sharing the top 10 spotlights with them, and those were people I had trained, then I was really excited to be able to help others to achieve the same kind of result and experience it in record time.

So I've helped then create several millionaires, if you will, and we've all gone on to do this. And then I began training, coaching, and teaching the secrets and the skills and the foundation. And then from there, I began actually moving into doing what I... I love to do my passion, which is teaching people how to get what they want. And you know the old Zig Ziegler thing, right?

Help enough people get what they want, and you definitely will get what you want. So I have to say that I attribute a lot of what I do in life for that. So other than that, and retiring my husband over 13 years ago from corporate America, and having him come home and work with me, and we work the business and live the life that most people like to dream about, we actually do. We roll over in bed. When a lot of people are rolling out, okay?

And we say this, we love the fact that maybe it is on a holiday, as of today, where we take the time to work, but when other people are taking their work days, we take the time to holiday. So we get more holidays in our year than most people get, because they take the holidays off, and we take all the other kinds of days off. So does that make sense? Yeah, no, this is awesome. I'm enjoying every minute of it.

I just think it's so cool, your diversity of your background, the success that you bring to the team, and you're not just here as a mentor and coach and trainer. Of course, that's one of the gifts that you're blessed with, and so we'll be benefiting from that, but you're also here as a builder. You're here to roll up your sleeves and say, hey, let's do it here. Let's do it again here, and let's do it with Team Take Massive Action. So I know as your story progresses here, this part starts to bring in Judd Humphreys, who's on the call with us, and it's pretty cool.

I started working with Judd, and he made the introduction for you and I, and we hit it off, and we've just been talking and brainstorming about so much fun and so much potential that this team has. What ideas do we have to be able to bring in the true community essence to our team, everything from recognition to events to extra training to building this up into the tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands of people ourselves in a way that everybody wins, kind of like your story, how you gathered your team. You brought your core leaders together and worked, and everyone made money together. So I'd love to have you continue the story of kind of what's brought you to this team, and I'd love to introduce one of the new characters in your story, if you will, now, Judd, and kind of how we all fit, and how have we come from where your background is, how have all of our paths crossed, and just share with us a little bit about how that story happened. And how would Judd and I come back into the picture?

I'll do that. I can do that. I can do that. Yeah, just go for it. Just go for it.

Because this is the part that a lot of people don't know. I train and teach the power of multiple streams of income. The old chasing more than one rabbit you can't do, I was doing it when everybody was giving me the slap on the hands and the taboo, oh, can't be done, can't be done. But when companies fail and you have multiple streams of income, their affiliate programs, it's very, very powerful to be able to do that, bring in the right tools to support your primary business. Judd and I go back a long time.

I met Judd because of being involved in over 12 streams. Streams of income at one time, literally 13 was the max I ever had, but making good money in all of those programs and affiliate programs. Judd and I met on some of the tool programs, and we aligned together. When we had a system that we had created, Judd was right there as a full supporter and learning and grabbing from the training that I was willing to give. And yet Judd has got so much of his own talent also that he brings to the table.

And so as we developed a friendship, and as we began to partner in things we would work, well, we started to see how well we worked together on certain things. And now we weren't always working the same program or business at the same time, but we've always kept in touch and done the relationshiping that's so key and important in building friendships and your network marketing business. So Judd, he attends the radio show on biztipsradio.com. He listens and loves the input and gives. He has feedback, and it's great.

And I think I made a comment and did a training that the smartest men in the world learn how to find good women and bring those women to the table because women make men wealthy. Because one smart gentleman finds enough good women who know how to multitask and get the job done, those men are walking across stages. And Judd called me and said, you're right. And because of that, I want to partner in a program. And so Judd actually literally pulled.

He pulled me, you know, day by day, drip by drip, dripping on me rather than trying to convince me. He actually did a great job in the relationship and the rapport building because there's one company that took me seven months to join before I ran to the top in literally six months in that company. But I don't jump fast, and I'm not a jumper into things, and I'm one that really believes in leadership and relationship. And I'm one that really believes in leadership and relationship. So in partnering with Judd, I mean, Judd, this would probably be a great time to bring you to the table and have you give some of your own personal testimony here and tell how we've done this.

And I'd like to edify you on the fact of how much work you went through to literally find out we were with the right gentleman, how we ended up getting with Chris. So, Judd, are you right? Carlin, you are absolutely right. And that makes Chris and I the smartest men in the whole world. Because we've teamed up with you.

And I just, every night, I thank God. I tell him, thank you, Father. I've found a good woman that I can run by or try to keep up with. Let me clarify, I'm your second good woman. Your first one's your wife, and I'm only your next.

We've been married, my wife and I, for 44 years now. Carlin and I are network marketing husband and wife. There you go. We're marketing network marketing. I understand that.

Anyway. When I was looking, you know, I was helping, doing some consulting projects for friends of mine, and I was looking for some really good training. And I started seeing Empower Network, and so I said, you know, this looks really interesting, the training. And so I started doing a lot of research. And I come from, and I'll say it, I come from the old Amway world.

And, you know, I got in Amway in 1973. I'm still in Amway. I'm not active anymore. Although I do get residual checks, and I have to sign the back of the checks, darn it, and I have to deposit them. But I still get those, and so it was an exciting venture with Amway.

They taught us a lot of things, but I'll tell you that I just, it didn't suit my personality to go door to door and sell soaps and lotions and potions. So anyway, I was looking at Empower, and I got all excited about the training and the material and knew that if I could find the right leader, this would be somewhere that I could commit. And I did. I checked. You know, Empower has a lot of great leaders and a lot of great superstars.

And I was looking for a very specific set of characteristics. To me, there were certain principles I was looking for, and I don't in any way mean to discredit anyone else who is a superstar because they're phenomenal people. But I wanted a team building. I wanted a team building. I've been in the Omni place in Atlanta with 20,000 screaming distributors when I was in Amway, the most inspiring event I've ever been to in my life at that time, and I knew that could happen here.

I've been with that same team to a Nancy Reagan $500 White House dinner where we, my wife and I and 300 other of the leaders in that Amway group, we rose money. We rose a million dollars to fight drug addiction. And I've been there, and I've been to the Bahamas with 500 leaders. There's nothing like it. And I looked for this, and I heard him speak.

And I listened, and I studied his material, and I looked him up all over the Internet, and I found people to tell me about him. And I said, this is exactly what I'm looking for. Team take massive action. It wasn't about the individual. And there's nothing wrong with being about an individual, but it was about the team.

It was about. Focusing on helping people. It was about focusing on making sure that the inexperienced person has a chance. Reaching down and providing tools and skills and going out of your way to help people who are inexperienced to. I knew that's exactly what I wanted, and so I went hunting, and I found Chris's phone number and called him one Saturday afternoon, and the rest is history.

And Chris and I had already teamed up in a lot of things, and I'm helping her write a book. Things like that, and that will come out sometime in the future. But we were planning a lot of things, and I said, Carlin, I found it. I found the team. I know exactly where we should go.

And, you know, Carlin, when I talked with her, she said, wow, that is so exciting to find somebody that has that mindset of working with and building the team and everything committed to the team, and their ego isn't on their sleeve, and they want the little guy to succeed, and they want the inexperienced person. And the two of us, we talked about how could we do this, how could we do that, and what we could do here, and what we could do there. And we literally said back the direction we want to spend the rest of our lives. You know, I'm 68. I've made good money.

You know, you never need to say that you don't need any more money. I can always use more money. But what I can say is I didn't want to focus on money. It wasn't what was important to me. It wasn't what was important to me.

Two years ago, I almost died. And a value system realized that family and friends and relationships and neighbors and people are what's important. When I look back on my life, I want to look back on the people I know and the people I've helped. And so Carlin and I just said, boy, we could get committed with that. And so that's what happened.

And Carlin and I said, talk with him. We got very committed. I went all in. We looked at what we did. We agreed that we're going to help each other.

We're going to partner. We're going to help all the team. And we committed to work toward this team. So I spent literally a lot of time and energy in selecting the team I wanted to be part of. And, Chris, I can't tell you how much I'm grateful for what you do.

And for the team, the people, I've seen that on the Facebook, everybody helping everybody. I've had questions myself, and people have stepped out to try and help me and everything. So, you know, I'm sitting here with a piece of paper, and Carlin and I have been taking notes. And every time I get on your radio show, I've spent thousands of dollars in training and material, but there isn't a time that I don't speak to her where I don't learn something. Every time we talk, I can go back and improve my skill, my ability.

And I've heard her make that quote about being best and better, but I can't quote it yet. But because I'm rubbing shoulders with her, I'm certainly getting better. And you and I, we need to take super notes, okay? And I'm sitting here writing notes, Carlin, and, you know, it's the first of the year, and maybe you can help us set some of those goals and those commitments. But I know I'm taking notes, and I'm sure Chris is taking notes.

And you guys out there, take notes what this woman is going to tell you, because she is coming here and how you'd make those commitments. And just say, I agree. I'm sitting here, like, I'm sitting here so excited to hear from Carlin, because there's a little secret I'm going to share with you, which is I actually, had Carlin consult me, okay? I actually had her consult me with my branding, and she sat down and worked with me on my own branding and the things that I wanted to do. And then she also offered consulting tips for our team for things about, like, what we could do for recognition and events and branding and helping the average inexperienced person to be able to have more success.

And so I love listening to Carlin. Even my wife, I put the phone on speakerphone for my wife when we were driving just so she could even listen to Carlin. So I just want to tell you, whether you're a guy on the call, whether you're a gal on the call, Judd Humphries hit it on the head, which is we all need to be sitting back, taking notes, and listening. And I love the topic Judd just brought to you, Carlin, which is, you know, it's New Year's Day, okay? This is the first day of 2013, so there's never a better time to talk about what we can do to take our businesses to the next level in 2013.

And so I'd love if you wouldn't mind coming out and just taking over the remainder of the call. You know, we'll be on here taking notes. If you need anything, I'm here. But I'd just love to sit back, take some notes, and listen to you for a little while, if that's good by you. That is great.

Oh, my gosh. This is so much fun. I want to interject just a couple things. Judd, there is a shepherd for every sheep. I hope that when you see the people aligned together and the people who are really working, the leaders coming forward, I hope we actually get to be those shepherds to help every person to go in that direction that they want to go.

For you, I hope that I am one of those shepherds for you. I hope that my training will resonate with you and help you to move forward. There's been a high bar set tonight, but I do want to encourage you to go to the radio show. The shows are archived for you. They're more in-depth than I have the time to cover with each person.

So what I do is at any time when you decide, hey, could you really cover this, I may take my radio show week that we do that on live. They're archived on Tuesdays at 3 o'clock p.m. Pacific time, but they're archived. So if you work and you can't get there, you need a quiet moment away from the kids after they're down and in bed, or just personal growth time for yourself, I want you to know you can go to biztipsradio.com and enjoy the archive that's there. Now, not too long ago, I had done a training that's going to give you the key components to achieving your goals.

And those key components, that's there. So I don't want to cover that part tonight. I want to add a little bit to it and come in and kind of ramp into it a little bit. When you are going to meet your goals and you're going to go forward, you have got to first of all be able to sit down, open a piece of paper, and dream. Take your dream from your head to your paper, and you've got to be able to visualize it.

And so starting with a dream of what you want and being able to dream about it, and then put it on paper for somebody else to look at that paper and kind of understand what your dream is, that's important. Sitting with Chris asking, what's your desire? What do you want for your team? What do you want for your goals? What are you going to do?

Helping to understand his vision allows me to go to work and make my vision and his vision come together. Knowing what Judd wants to accomplish, Judd knowing what I want to accomplish, allows us to bring our visions and together everybody wins. And I like the fact that you can either win. Win. Win big or win huge.

No pass or fail. Now, that means you have to engage in the game, right? And just by attending the calls or listening to the calls like this will help you to get started making into taking things into action. Another thing right now is everybody's probably thinking of New Year's resolutions. Well, resolutions means you kind of make a quick decision, and unfortunately it takes 21 days to make or break a habit.

So, within the first month, the resolution is no more. So, let's define resolutions tonight as being goals, because, you know, goals are achievable. And the rule is if you can see it, you can achieve it. But I'm doing a very in-depth workbook on how to help you achieve all your goals. And I'm not going to go into great depths of everything tonight, but I'm going to give you some main components that if you didn't have the rest of my stuff, you probably could figure this out.

And it doesn't take a rocket scientist. I believe that what I want to share with you and how I train and teach so you understand, I'm not just going to tell you don't touch the stove. I'm going to be one of those trainers that tell you why you don't touch the stove and then the way to touch something different to give you the different result and help you to understand what you're doing, why you're doing it. And I will never tell you to do something without telling you how to do it, okay? So, that's important.

You find trainers all day long that want to leave out key components. Okay. Okay. If I give you the recipe to a chocolate chip sour cream cake with a splash of cinnamon and a double fudge and I leave some components out, you're going to go make that recipe and you're going to say, well, this doesn't taste like what I first saw or what I was told. So, I'm going to give you every secret component.

I'm going to leave none of them out. And so, you will be able to make the same recipe and have the same kind of success. So, I hope this is going to be your year to break records, no pun intended, but definitely for the record, it is a pun. I want you to know that you can set your sights and be where you want to be. And I'd like you to write down if it's meant to be this year, it's up to me, okay?

So, let's get started on how to make goals happen. We know you have to have a dream. Now, where does the dream come to going into a goal? You have to be able to visualize it and then you have to know your why. Now, you've heard people say in network learning, what's your why?

And they bypass that very secretly or very softly and they never get into it. But I want to tell you, if you can't define why you want it, it's not money. Money is not the motivating factor, even though you might think it's the reason for what you're doing. It's not the motivating factor. When you find out what your why is, and your why has to be so deep and it has to be so heartfelt that when you get into taking away like an onion, peeling away the layers, you're going to find your why.

It can bring you to tears and make you cry. And that is exactly where you want to be. You want to get that why so deep into your heart that you get why you're doing what you're doing. When you sit down and you think, hmm, should I watch the television or should I go ahead and make a few more prospecting calls? You're going to think as to why you're going to do what you're doing and each decision, you're going to weigh it out.

Every decision comes with a good and a bad consequence. And when you're finished, you just decide the outcome that you want and you take responsibility for what you do. No guilt. Just take responsibility. And when you start to look at this like this and you are the owner and the captain of your ship, you all of a sudden chart your course a little differently and start taking responsibility as to the way that ship is going to go.

Now once you're able to define your why as to why you want what you want and what it is you want and what you're going to do when you have it, you literally have to see yourself almost there already like, gosh, what would that feel like to literally have? So when you want to hit statuses, don't just say, well, I want to be a millionaire. What does that mean? You have to know what it means, what it's dissected, what it breaks down to. Then when you break down to your goals, you're able to really get into it.

It's kind of like planning a wedding, ladies. When you plan the wedding, you set the date first. You know where you want to head. You have it, and you just kind of back into when you have to order the dress and all the other, and you backwards into that goal so that by the time you set that date for that goal, that date is going to shine as the way you planned it and wanted it to become. If it doesn't, it's because we failed to plan the goals in the right time frame.

So because this is life, remember life sometimes gets in the way, so what we have to do is this. I love you to set your goals as high, medium, and low. So let's just say we're going to have a little fun. Let's say you know that there's a 90-day plan, that you can do it in 90 days. So let's set up 90 days as your plan or give yourself a grace period.

Say, I'm going to do this in six months. Six months becomes your medium goal. That's where you're headed. You want to go, I'm going to do this in six months. Your low goal is to say, I'm going to try to hit it in that 90-day period.

Then you add an additional three months because you're going to do it in six months. You've given yourself that window, and that becomes your lowest goal. Your lowest goal is the furthest one out, just so you know. So let's have fun and say that's a year. So we'll just say 90 days, that's three months, six months, and a year.

So the 90 days is your high goal. The six months is your medium goal, and the year is your grace of still meeting your goal. Now, if you strive for that six-month goal or the three-month goal, you're going to hit it. Right? Or if you miss it and get to the second or middle of the month, you're still going to hit your desired goal.

So just as a hurdler is running, and they pace themselves, and they go, they run, run, run, and then they lift their leg, and they hurdle over that hurdle. And then they run, run, run, hurdle, run, run, hurdle. The way they cross the finish line is they've got to vision there's a finish line beyond the finish line to get the maximum time out of their stride. So if you will think of your goals as high, medium, and low all the time, even teach your children high, medium, and low goals. Okay, I want you to do this by this time, but will you do it by that time and no later than Saturday?

So you can literally set your family up to winning when big or when huge. And rewards become greater as the goal gets achieved sooner. And that's another thing. When you hit your goals, please take time to involve those around you and enjoy celebrating success. When I was talking, Chris said he went out with his family, and he could have made more money.

I thought, yeah, but the greatest success is where you hit, you gave to your family, you created memories. You see what I'm saying? Give that time back to those people who you love, who love you, who you enjoy, and enjoy life, because that's why we're doing what we do. Okay, so here we go with the goals. You've got the high, medium, and low idea to setting your date, because that's going to be the next thing I'm going to ask you to do is to put a date to it.

You've got to date. You've got to see what it takes to do it. So here's what you're going to do. The first thing I teach people is what are the most important areas of your life that you want to change, whether it be a relationship with your personal relationship with God, in your marriage, relationships with your children, family, your health, the security of your family, your career, your finances, your dreams and your passion and your retirement goals. See what I'm saying?

All of it. So am I just telling you to make one goal? I'm not. I'm telling you to really sit down and get a journal out this year and start journaling the key component things. Now, for everything I tell you, even though you make this list, as I go on, everything I tell you, you have to take each thing on your list and do these components so that they become reality for you.

Okay, once you've got this down, now I've told you've got to be able to dream, right? So you're also going to index, believe it or not, your dreams. You're going to make dreams and you're going to make a whole list of what your dreams are. I'm talking about things you never thought possible, things you, if money were no object, you would want. These are your dreams.

You've got to write them down because it is possible to get them. Then take each dream and number them. And then what you're going to do in each dream, you're going to say, you're going to shoot for the moon on every one of the dreams. Now, I tell everybody, shoot for the stars because if you miss, the least you'll become is you'll shoot for the moon. And if you miss, you'll lose.

The least you'll become is a star. So when I say shoot for the moon, I'm hoping that you land amongst those stars because not everybody hits the moon sometimes when they want to, okay? So that's what I want you to know. So I don't know if anyone's ever taught or told you or you've ever experienced vision boards. They're so powerful.

When I got into that pink car company, I simply wrote down and put all my visions, whether pictures of a magazine or little symbols that represented something to me, cut out, did things, took their brochures, put the trips down, everything I put. I put 26 things on that board and including buying a house, my dream house. Here's what happened. Get this. At that time, my dreams were not that big.

That became my first home and I was shocked that would be my first home. And when my husband and I looked on that vision board, we said, this was strange. Our house looked just like the one on the board. So you subconsciously keep talking to yourself. If you can see that vision board, that's without words.

Imagine how powerful the words become when you put affirmations to that, right? Okay, so now here's what you've got to do. What are your strengths and what are your weaknesses? This is something else you have to write down. What are your strengths and what are your weaknesses?

And then you want to take people where you have traits of lacking in traits. What are the things that your weaknesses are? You want to partner and marry the talents. We've just told you tonight how we did that. We married talent tonight on the phone for you to hear.

You as the team is part of our talent too because we together as a team, together everyone achieves more. We all do better together than we do apart. So we've got the team. We've got Chris as a leader. You've got other components and pieces and trainers.

And when you start looking at everything put together and marketing and talent and business, you've got talent married together where one person is the leader. One person is not as smart as all of us together. So who do you need to marry? Who are your talents? What are you looking for?

What kind of people are you now looking to partner with? What gifts do they have that you need to bring to your table? And what gifts do you have that you can help others with? Because you see, when you start looking for how you can help others with your talent, they'll have talent that helps you. And this is where it all happens by reaching outside of yourself.

Not just what can I get out of it, but what can I give? And in your giving, as you're looking at the bigger picture, you start receiving. Okay, the next thing you do is you want to write down your lack of know-how. So if you start looking at, here's a dream I have, but I don't really know how to do that. Let's say I want to write a book, but I know how to get my thoughts out, but I don't know how to do this.

Then you find the people who know how to do those things. You see what I'm saying? And then you have to write down the resources that you have or your lack of resources. Do you have lack of time, lack of talent, lack of money? What is it that you need to put together to bring this all to the table by the time you get into the goal part of the project?

Okay, now possible partners that you can recruit. The types of people you're looking for and what that person can do. And the next thing you want to know is what are the possible mentors and leaders that you need to be surrounded with to learn from and get those talents. All of this. All of this takes time, I understand, but you can have it.

Outside of your expenses and know-hows, what do you need? What do you need help with? So you have to be able to acknowledge what you need help with. Okay? Let me take this in on a real fun personal note.

I had a bunch of women that we'd get together and in discovering, let me ask all of you ladies, where do you need help? Do you know most women said, I really struggle with feeling like I never have a day off or I struggle because I don't have a day off. I struggle because I don't have a day off. I struggle because I don't have a day off. I don't know how to manage my house.

I'm always working. I'm always cleaning the house. It never seems to be done. In hearing that issue, I simply created a very fun executive housewife manual. It was just really fun.

We did it on three by five cards. And we wrote down, like Monday, this is one thing you're going to do. And when you complete that project, your housework is done. Tuesday, maybe you're going to clean the kitchen from top to bottom, microwave included, oven, whatever. Then your project is done.

Then on Wednesday, I think we all said we did the bathrooms because it was easy and we all had Wednesday's Bible study. So it was kind of fun because we just made a very simple project. It didn't take us a whole lot of time from top to bottom. Done. Thursday became vacuuming and dusting the entire house and making your grocery list for Friday.

Then Friday we went grocery shopping and did different things. We even partnered together to make it more fun because nobody likes to grocery shop. And then we did the same thing. And then we did the same thing. We took days off.

And then we made an executive housewife decision of chores that needed to be done through the month in our homes. And we put them on through by five cards. So when you say Saturday, we're going to work half day Saturday as a family in our house, you could pull cards of things that needed to be done and everybody knew their projects. Now, can you see how we became executive housewives? We all of a sudden didn't master our, we didn't, the households didn't master us.

We mastered our households. Now, this is exactly what you're doing. This is exactly what you're doing with your goals. You're going to do the same thing. Now, we're going to write those goals down and identify each of the steps that we need to do.

Your strengths in that goal, your weaknesses truly in that goal. If you struggle to pick up the phone and make those calls and contacts, you need to partner with a telephone buddy. So phone blitzing becomes fun. And then you guys have a blast doing it. And not just for you making the calls, but then whatever their weakness is, you're there to support.

So it's like an accountability. It's accountability time. So instead of making them punishments or things that are hard to do like pulling teeth, you actually get right in there and you start having fun with it. And you designate the time and you make it happen. And I have a lot of accountability calls that go on with my team and a lot of call blitzing where we all bring phone numbers to the phone and some of mine are master blitzers now.

And we have a blast at the ones who've learned to do it really well. I know I'm covering a lot of stuff in there. I'm hoping you know that a lot of these things that I'm talking, that I'm talking about are on the BizTips radio show. You can go there and grab a lesson that you need. If you're struggling with how to do this, it's there.

You can find it. You can find the archives. If you need more, call me. Call Chris. Call Jed.

Let them know. And we'll make special trainings to happen for that. Now you've got to have your target dates on your goals. And simply you're going to do this in a very simple stair step fashion. Now you're going to write the tasks that it takes to make that goal happen.

Okay. Okay. And those tasks also have target dates. So if you're going to do that project for, let's say, meeting that $10,000 goal in 90 days, what are the tasks that need to occur? What are the money-making events that you have to know how to do?

So if you're someone who struggles to do one of those things that have to be done on that to-do task list that they have for you, here's what you do. You find that you say, listen, I struggle to do this. How about if we do this together? We come up with some ideas. Maybe we can pre-write our blogs one day.

How's that? So they're pre-written, and then you grab them and post them. Maybe you have fun writing them, but you're not sure how to post them properly or add the pictures. So maybe you find somebody who's good at that. So write the blogs first, if you have to, in a Word document.

Come in and then get your partner or person to help you to structure it so it looks good. So now doing that becomes a little bit of fun, and then where do they need help? So there's all kinds of things you can go through. As you're going through your course with Empower, as you're doing your courses, you can learn. And every one of those projects that have to be done, they're designed to stair-step you to making that 90-day challenge occur, right?

So take those projects, instead of feeling like they're too much for you to grab, because as Chris said and Judd said, this is more techy, more guy kind of world. That's why I was kind of almost afraid to actually get into it. I thought, that's so techy. I don't want to do all the tech stuff. I want to do all the technical stuff.

But you know what? In partnering with the right partner, it becomes so easy with the stair-stepping pattern, I'm telling you, that you learn the pieces you know how to do. And as you step to the other, you want to still learn them all, but you don't have to learn them all overnight. And it makes it so much easier. Then what begins to happen is you can start rating people that you work with, that you learn from, that you can start rating them on a scale from 1 to 5.

Where do they rate? Say 5 is the top. It's the plus. It's the most positive. Also, look at the people that you're working around, the people you're working with, the people you're living with.

Rate them in the level of negative to positive even, so you get to feel how to do that. And people who are on the negative side, anyone who's kind of on the low end of a 3, 2, or 1, I kind of stay away from. I try to get off the phone quickly with, and I try to avoid. But when you're getting a 3, 4, or 5, that's where you want to involve yourself so that you're up, you're positive, you're focused on great things, and you're teaching great things and learning great things. What you feed will live, and what you starve will die.

And ladies, simply, men, if we don't water those plants, they're going to die. But if we fertilize them and nurture them, they're going to live. Same with your children. Good words going into your kids, good things they see. What's got is better than what's taught.

What they see you achieve speaks more to them than do as I say, not as I do. What you do, it's the same thing. You're setting a pattern of life as you're doing your own goals, and your living, and your business, and the way you are. They're learning from the best of the best around them. All right, now, you need to be able to description your goal and get it out on paper.

You need to have somebody who's a good listener, who can help to make sure everything's making sense. So that should be somebody that you trust, who also wants to help you stay accountable to your goals. So you kind of tell somebody. Hey, I'm trying to achieve this project, and I would love to kind of be accountable and share with you what I'm doing and let you know how the progress is going. Are you game?

And if they tell you yes, absolutely, then that's the person that's going to be one of your key components. I love to have somebody that you trust that's always not going to put you down for not doing. That's not our job, right? We're not supposed to be parents to people. We've all had our parents.

We are really supposed to be people who are encouragers. We're supporters. And we've got to also be understanding, because we have to have grace for other people. When they fall, it's their responsibility. We don't need to make them feel bad.

We all feel bad enough. We probably beat up on ourselves worse than anybody else does. And so basically, these are some of the ideas. Now, I want you to also write down, make this one of your lists, what has been some of the objections that you've come across and some of your excuses for not achieving what you've wanted to do. Because I told you before, I faced a big fear that I could allow that fear to be the truth.

This is what your belief system needs to go in to check on about. Your belief system is what causes you to do and not do the things you do now. When you're told as a kid, don't stand on that chair. Don't climb up high. You're going to fall down and break your neck.

The next thing you know, we don't think to strive or move forward. When you're told, don't talk to strangers, because they're going to want to kidnap you. When we do that, our subconscious receives those messages, and now it becomes part of our belief factor. Now you're in a business where we say, talk to strangers. Talk to other people.

Step outside yourself. And your brain has a big conflict going, whoa. So now it's time to put some of your belief factors in check. Is that really true? Will I fall down and break my neck if I really get up on that chair and reach higher than I've ever gone?

I was writing the other day in my own journal. It's amazing how subconsciously the things that we've been taught as kids, now I'm going back more to Judd's error in Meyer, because Judd's got ten years on me, just in case you're trying to figure it out. And I started all this when I was three, if you're trying to do the math. But when we were kids going to school, we were taught, we didn't have computers where we could delete something. We had typewriters.

And we couldn't use carbon paper. We had to have a perfect assignment set in. Do you know that? It had to be perfect. So if you're writing a thousand-word essay, or you're writing a synopsis of something, you had to type it up or at that time handwrite it in pen, no erasing, because we didn't have pens, we had erasers.

And you had to redo the entire sheet if you made one mistake towards the end. So we had to constantly be thinking about what we do. Now can I ask you a question? When you hear that, the teacher set you up for, you cannot turn in work anything that is less than perfect. Now there's no such thing as perfect.

Truly there's not. But we were set up to realize I really can't do this because I'll fail, because it won't be perfect. Your subconscious receives those messages. And so when you're asked to do something or step outside of yourself or go a little further step than you normally are used to or ready for, you think I can't do that. I'm not going to be able to do that.

And yet you're saying this to yourself, self-talk, but you don't understand why you're even believing your own self-talk. Let's put our belief system in check. There's no such thing as perfect, and this is going to be the biggest part of your goals that I'm going to tell you. Even if you don't have all of the pieces together and you don't fully understand where you're going to achieve your goals, you've got to start. That first step is the most important part of the journey, even if you're doing it wrong.

Because along the way you'll figure out how to do it right. So you don't wait until every light's green before you get in the car and go somewhere. And you don't wait until everything lines up. You get in the car and you take it as it comes. Red lights, green lights, possibly accidents even.

And you work around it. And that's how we do. We constantly reset our course. We remove the course. But what's so beautiful is you've got people around you, from your enrollers to your leadership to your support line.

You've got everything at your fingertips to make sure that you're helping to learn, avoid the learning curve, and learn how to get there quicker because people have the knowledge who've done it. That's what makes Judd and I feel so good to know. Chris has the knowledge. He's doing it and he's teaching us because he's doing it, not because he heard somebody tell him how to do it. Isn't that exciting?

When he talks, I really do listen. I write notes too, by the way, just so you know. And then you've got to become a problem solver of life. Not constantly seeing always the problems. So here might be a challenge for your new year too.

Instead of looking something as a problem, when you encounter a problem, find out how many ways can I get that problem solved. My job and one of the things I try to do when I'm working with people who want to go somewhere and do something and achieve something is to help them get themselves out of the way and find out how to get there. And this is my best subject. So I just want you to know, objections, there's none that you can say that I cannot overcome. Do you get that?

There's not one objection that I can encounter that will stop me from moving forward to getting somebody to the close. I'm good at it. I love it. I love people throwing objections my way. And the more I get, the better my skills get sharpened because when I'm doing my job, which is my passion that I love, I'm getting better at it.

But if I'm afraid to encounter it, and afraid to get an objection, then I'm going to be rusty and my sword is not going to be sharp when it's time to do that. So I want to get out there. The more people I see, the more people I talk to, the more times you fall, the more times you get up. Right? You know the story.

Babe Ruth, known for the most home runs ever in baseball history. Also known for the most strikeouts ever in baseball history. He didn't care about the strikeouts. He cared about getting it right, so he had the most home runs. That's the attitude you have to be.

You have to be at the attitude also that says, it's okay if you do and it's okay if you don't. Because if you help people to know it's okay if you're not ready or you can't see it, it's okay. You have to learn next and go on because not everybody is going to want what we have. If they all did, I guess we wouldn't be really, really, really good at it and we wouldn't all get what we needed to get. But anything worth getting is worth working for.

Okay? And then I want to tell you that people will help you. They'll always reach out to help you if they see that you continue to get up and move forward to achieve your goals and your dreams. And then your last part of your goal is this. Who are the people you're going to share that goal and dream with?

I love to recruit two ways. One, I never want to recruit somebody I'm not willing to sleep with. Let me clarify. The reason is I never know if I'm going to be at a convention sharing a bed with them. So do not recruit anyone you're not willing to sleep with.

Okay? That's one way to really set your standard. Look for people who are like you and above. And look for people you'd love to travel with and build a relationship for a lifetime, not a lunch time. Make it a long haul that you're doing things for, not for short term.

You know, people who come to you and change their personality or come after you to get involved in something and as soon as you say no, they change and alter who they are. You can see when it's the dollar signs in their eyes. So this year, take the dollar signs out of your eyes and put the people in your eyes as to who it's for. Sales is something we do for people, not to people. And when we do that, we meet our goals, we meet our dreams and we help others to do the same thing.

And everybody can get what they want, especially now in this economy. I'm telling you, you can have everything you want and be a light for the world to follow. I believe that. And I believe that with enough core energy here, what we're doing will help other people to enhance what they're doing. So if they have a primary in their right hand and you have something over here that can help that primary in your left hand, that left hand doesn't have to become their sole primary.

It has to be the supporting factor to what their goals are. So I love to ask people, what are your goals? What do you dream? What do you want to achieve? And then my job is to fit what I do into their goals and hopefully we can work together.

So I hope you hear that in the talk tonight. And I do want to tell you that your key components, the key elements is a 20-minute training on the BizTipsRadio.com show. You can find it there. You can find it. It's the key components to achieving your goals.

I suggest you get that. And I think you have fun. And I really do look forward to hearing from you personally and hearing what you get and where you stumble and how I can help you overcome that. I'm here for that. I'm in the life-changing business and I would be nothing but proud to know that I've helped change yours.

I want to thank you for giving me your time tonight, staying away from your families on a holiday night. That speaks milestones that you're really willing to move your business forward and want to learn. That does talk greatly about you. So I want to thank you for that. And with that, I'm looking to do a record-breaker year.

And I hope you'll join me and that we go not just to the top, but as Zig told me, he knows he'll see me over the top. That's where I plan to go and I hope to go with you. So Chris, with that, if I've done what you've needed tonight and if there's no questions or you want to go further, it's up to you. I'm going to turn this back over to you. That's awesome.

And I'm right here listening, and I just feel like this is one of the most powerful talks. I've got about a dozen text messages on my phone of people just telling me, wow, this is exactly what I needed to hear. I was monitoring the Facebook group, watching comments come in. It's just been awesome. And so I just want to tell you thanks for coming out, thanks for sharing.

And real quick, for those of you that are listening, for those of you listening live at least right now, what I want you to do is this. If this call has been helpful to you, to help you get 2013 started off with a bang, or if this call has been inspirational, or if Carlynn or even Judd have said something that has really just like given you some sort of inspiration within, here's what I want you to do as an assignment. I want you to go into the Facebook group, and I want you to post, create a post right now, and I want you to tag Carlynn in it, okay? Her name is K-A-R-L-Y-N, K-A-R. If you start typing, it should pop right up.

Okay? Tag her in it. And I just want you to give her a testimonial, something that she can screenshot and use for her own marketing purposes. That's what we like to do with our guest speakers on our Inner Circle calls here, is anybody who comes out, and when you as a listener, when you eventually have success and you come out as well, we want people to do the same thing. So just take a moment before you wrap your night up, go into the Facebook group, and give a great shout out, a great testimonial to Carlynn.

Mention something specific about her training that you felt that stood out or something about it, and tag her in it so that she knows to check that. And then do the same thing for Judd, Judd Humphreys. If you felt like some of the stuff he said was powerful, if you're very, very glad that he did some research to be able to find the team. You know, a lot of you that are all in and you own the master's program, you know about our master's co-op where we're basically splitting up and dividing leads that come in here in 2013. Well, guess what?

It's people like Judd and Carlynn who basically are like, hey, I'm hearing about this great opportunity, but I want to seek the right team to join. So for those of you that are committed, and you go all in, you're going to be part of that lead rotation. And guess what? It's going to be so cool because people like this that are seeking out. You know, the leads might not be as abundant as many other lead sources, but the quality of the people is amazing.

It's just amazing. And we're willing to share those here with Team Take Massive Action. And also today, Carlynn and I and Judd, we all brainstormed about this Austin conference that's coming up. We took the time to brainstorm how we were going to throw the most awesome team party. So I'm going to give you a couple of quick details, and then we'll start mentioning it in the Facebook group.

But Saturday night from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Austin event, Saturday night from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., we've reserved a big room at the Hilton, and we're going to do a rewards and recognition ceremony. We're going to do some training.

Carlynn is going to be a huge help. She's going to come up and help with a lot of this. And we've kind of got a little planning committee. So for those of you that want to be part of some of the planning committees that we do, for those of you that want to be part of the servant leadership and want to serve and support, maybe you have some skills to bring to the table. Maybe you're great with graphics, or maybe you have resources and supplies.

Maybe you've been in the industry for a while and you've thrown events, and so you understand how to put them together. Or maybe you just want to volunteer and say, hey, if there's something that I can do while I'm there, sign me up. I'd love to do it. Well, what I'm going to do is you can get in touch with Carlynn or Judd or myself, and we're going to kind of form like a little, kind of like a party planning committee if you will, and just things to do to have fun. So every event that we go to, we can have so much more synergy.

We can all know exactly where the lunches are going to be, exactly where the dinners are going to be, so we can meet up and network and be a lot more organized and have recognition. For those of you that are on the team right now, I'll tell you, we're going to have recognition at all types of different levels. It's not just going to be the producers. Now, of course, producers should get recognized. So, you know, we'll do everything from recognition to the people that have sponsored the most people in a certain amount of time or milestones.

Once you enroll this many people or this many people, you'll get awards and recognition. Same with income. Once you've reached certain income milestones, and we'll start small and we'll work our way up, you'll receive rewards. I mean physical things that you can decorate your house with and your office with, things that you can put in the background of your YouTube videos that you make that show some credibility. Or when you have friends over for lunch, or lunch at your house or something, when you have guests over, they're going to ask you about them.

I'm not going to release everything about it now, but we're in the process of brainstorming. We've put together a budget. We're going to put together an event. So you absolutely want to do whatever it takes to get to Austin. You want to meet Carlynn yourself.

She's got a background in coaching and helping people have massive success. Your opportunity to meet her is going to be in Austin, Texas. So why would you miss that opportunity? Why would you miss the opportunity to meet the people behind Team Take Massive Action? You're in business with us.

This is where we go. Every quarter or so we have an event, and we meet up and we do private team parties. We do private training. We have private stuff going on that you could never experience from just a Facebook group or a conference call. So we want to invite you to be part of that.

So for right now, for those of you interested in serving and volunteering, be sure to connect with us. For the rest of you, do everything you possibly can to get as many people to Austin, Texas with you to our next kickoff event. It is going to be awesome. Okay, and the last thing I want to recap here is this. We made this call, the live version of this call, available to everybody on our team.

But the recorded version is only available for Inner Circle members. So how can you use this to your advantage? Simple. We now have a powerful recording. This whole call has been recorded.

It is going to be uploaded to our team website. And anybody who upgrades to the Inner Circle can gain access to this page. They can find it at www.teamtakemassiveaction.com forward slash Inner Circle, teamtakemassiveaction.com forward slash Inner Circle. And I will probably even upload it tonight. So it will be there.

It is going to be week number 8. So here is what I want you to do. I want you to memorize something for me if you will. Week number 8, week number 8. So when you start, every single woman that starts in this business, one of the first lines that you should say is, holy smokes, there was a powerful, powerful conference call done by one of the power women on our team, Carlyn Rhodes.

And it was week number 8 of our Inner Circle bonus training. So here is what you do. Buy Inner Circle and then go immediately and go listen to week number 8. It is one of the most powerful trainings. It is going to blow your mind.

And it is going to get you the right mindset to set up your business. And then after you have listened to that, go to some of the other weeks, like go to the income producing activities week, or go through them in order, or go skip around and start to meet the rest of the team. Well, what is $100 times 12? I mean, just think about that. So every woman that registers, every buddy that registers, you want to start saying, hey, week eight, go to the Inner Circle Bonus Training week eight.

If anybody right now is talking about what to do for the new year, you've got to say, hey, look, if you want to start this year off right, here's exactly what you do. Get the Inner Circle. Go listen to week eight with Karlynn Rhodes. Go listen to it right now. Stop what you're doing.

Listen to it. Take notes. Get yourself on the right foundation. Start there. And then go listen to the Income Producing Activities one, where I outline exactly what are the steps that they need to do, once they have the right foundation.

And then go through the rest so you can start meeting and listening to the team. We're creating these free tools for you to have massive success in 2013, and it's just beginning. So my final thought here, I'm going to go back to the first thing I said. Take time right now. Go into the Facebook group.

Leave Karlynn and leave Judd testimonials. Tell them how great the call was. Tell them what you liked best. And always think in mind of, hey, if they were to take a screenshot of this, would it be helpful to them in their marketing? And one day you should set a goal where you're one of the guest speakers on a Team Take Massive Action call.

You want to strive to be a leader. You heard the story about how Judd and Karlynn sought us out, sought out our team, and sought me out as a leader to join. Well, guess what? Here's the moral of the story. Become the leader that people want to join.

Become the leader that people want to join. It's not going to happen overnight, but it's going to happen as fast as you make it happen. Start positioning yourself. Start with the baby steps, right? By working to get yourself known in our community, and then working to get yourself featured on a call, and then working to get yourself branded with some success.

And that's what we're going to help you do. The average person with little to no experience should have the same shot at success as some guy joining in another country with a massive-sized list that they bring to the table. We should have the same chance of success because our team is a real community of real people helping each other when a lot of other people won't. So with that being said, I want to thank our guest speakers on the call tonight, Carlyn Rhodes, Judd Humphreys. We look forward to hearing from them a lot more.

We look forward to meeting all of you in person in Austin, Texas. So it's been another amazing Team Take Massive Action Tuesday call. I look forward to reading all the exciting comments on Facebook. Take care. Hey, thanks, Chris.

Thank you so much. No problem. I second that. This is Carlyn in California saying goodnight. Good evening.

Awesome. Thank you all. Okay. I'm going to unmute the lines and let everybody come on out.
