How Email List Building Creates Profit

It’s been over 6 year since I start my home business and the journey has been interesting to say the least. I remember finding my first home business while I was searching online. It turned out to be my first Network Marketing venture. I got started and was ready to take on the world. I had a sales background and I was ready to recruit like a rock star. But like most, I struggled. Cold calling leads dead beat leads. Bought leads from lead companies and doing what my upline told be to do with very little result. I got so fed up that I went online to search how I can recruit more people and make my business profitable.

After many months of searching, I finally came across some leaders in our industry that were doing things a lot different then I was. They were doing something called List Building. They were actually generating there own leads and building a Email List. And from that email list, they were sending emails out to people and recruiting new reps and selling all kinds of stuff. It hit me like a Ton of cinder blocks. My suspicions were confirmed. I was doing it all Wrong! I invested in many courses so I can feed my mind on how this list building was done. After trail and error, I finally got the list building concept down.

In fact, today things are much different in my business. I went onto to do my own list building and built email lists well into the thousands. So let’s transition and ask the question that many marketers, especially new marketers don’t quite grasp. How does email list building create profit? The first thing to understand is that people buy from people they know, like and trust. SO what happens is you send traffic to your capture page for your product or service. Then people enter there email address and even sometimes a name to learn more. Once they do that, now they are on your email list. At that point, that will start the follow up message going to them via a autoresponder like Aweber. This follow up is designed to build relationships with the people on your list and at the same time promoting your product or service.

The reason email list building creates more profit is because of the relationship and the follow up that keep reminding your readers of who you are. The marketers that create the most profit with there list building are the marketers who provide plenty of value and are great at connecting with there readers on there list. One other thing that you must always be doing to increase profit when list building is driving massive amounts of Traffic to your capture page and build your list as large and as fast as possible. This way you always have fresh eye’s balls on your offer. If your not building your list, then you simply will not make any profit.

Here are just a couple of examples of the incomes I’ve been able to create with my own list building effort. And the list goes on. Keep in mind that my result my not be typical because, I take action and don’t sit around wishing money will fall out of the sky and become wealthy.
