Have you ever wondered why it is that some people are more successful than others? There doesn’t s seem to be any logical reason for example why someone younger than you, less skilled and even less seems to have the best relationships, get the best jobs, and has all the success and good fortune in the world why you struggle. Where there is a simple explanation. People who seem to have all the luck in the world may have one quality that makes all the difference in the world, and that quality is self esteem. Did you know that your whole quality of life is determined by how you feel about yourself?

“You’re level of self-esteem or self worth determines the entire quality of your life. It determines the goals you set for yourself and how big they are. It determines how much you believe in yourself, which determines how much you persist in your goals. It even determines how much you life other people and how much they like you back.” – Brian Tracy

Prior to my becoming a student to personal development I suffered from severe low self-esteem. From childhood I was an extreme introvert. I was so shy that I could not even look people in the eyes without tears burning behind my eyeballs. I often sat in distant corners away from everyone as not trigger my frequent anxiety attacks. My low self esteem effected every area of my life. I could not hold a job for long because I had terrible inter-personal communication skills and just couldn’t function for too long in any work environment. My self esteem eventually worsened as I got older and I developed substance abuse issues to in effort to cope.

The reason I’m so passionate about personal development is because it has literally transformed my self image to positive. Through personal development, I’ve learned that the three most powerful words one can ever tell themselves that will raise their level of confidence are “I like myself.”  I recommend saying first thing in the morning or as often as you’d like.  In fact the more you say it, the more you will begin to feel better about yourself, and the more you will raise your level of self esteem, and your quality of life and relationships.

The Power of Positive Affirmation

Using these 3 simple but powerful little words has completely transformed my life, from negative results to positive. Today I am living my dreams as an Actress and Entrepreneur in Atlanta, GA. I have been sober now for two years and I am completely medication free. I can face any new challenge and without the need of any artificial stimulants Another dream of mine was to become a writer, which I am now doing using this phenomenal blogging platform you are looking at now. Today my work is my passion, I work with dozens of passionate individuals just like  you as a personal development and success coach to help them discover their inner passion and make money doing it.
