Good day or good evening my friend and welcome to my blog, Appreciate you being here. Today I want to touch base with you about who is Grant Cardone and why it is important you should know who he is. I’m sure now some of you do know who he is if you are into sales and /or marketing. Me personally knew about Grant Cardone i’d dare say the ending of 2008 and going into 2009. What I didn’t do I should have done and that my friend was too pay attention to Grant Cardone, but I didn’t. So let’s get into where is Grant from and how it all started for him. Remember most people who decide to take the journey which is a risk that many take have started out broke in the beginning. We will get to when I started to PAY ATTENTION to GC and why?

What is the purpose of this blog is probably what you’re asking yourself right now, Honestly you may not know who GC is and I love to provide value and information that will help people get to the next level. I started paying attention to Grant Cardone in 2013 but again not like I should have and like I do now. Who Is Grant Cardone?

When did it start for Grant Cardone? From the research I’ve gathered it all started in 1987 when he moved to Chicago and joined a sales marketing company. Living in different cities and traveling all over the USA and has lived in quite a few of them. He then moved to Houston,Texas 5 years after Chicago and from there to La Jolla San Diego and then moving to L.A.

Long story short he was featured on a show Joan Rivers hosted called How’d You Get So Rich?

Grant was doing accounting in his career and automobiles sales and somewhere in that time he has realized his value, meaning he knew he had something to bring to the market place. So he did what in my opinion is what a person does who is looking to become an entrepreneur and a serious one at that, That is to follow the dream, dare to dream and believe it. Grant Cardone went from being a job to job individual and being average making only 5 figures a year (in the 30k range) wanted more and got hungry, In other words WANTED MORE FOR HIMSELF and FAMILY!

Now we all know the real estate boom that happened in the early 2,000’s into 2008 where it all collapsed. But he jumped on it has soon has he saw the opportunity to buy and invest. Grant wnr from being the age 25-30 and by he turned 30 he generated over one million dollars (not bad right) exactly not bad indeed in fact  that’s f’ing great (excuse my french) So he earned over 1 million and he did what is smart and that is to buy and buy big. He never could achieve the kind of financial goals he had set for himself by earning a salary!

Now if you go to his website where you will find very important tools that I recommend you invest in, I just purchased the The Rules To Success mp3 download which is on sale on his website where I provided the link above. Cardone is the author of five books: Sell To Survive (2008), The Closer’s Survival Guide (2009), If You’re Not First, You’re Last (2010), The 10X Rule (2011), and Sell or be Sold (2012)  (Mar 10, 2013). “Grant Cardone, New York Times best selling author & sales expert”. He Also has Grant Cardone Sales University. He is a New York Times Best Selling Author a few times.

He makes those investments int real estate and boom now has bought over 500 million in properties has generated sells well over 100 million (i believe its more than that) shown many people that we are possible as long we push hard for it and I truly believe that. You have to want it bad (bottom line) anyway Grant Cardone owns and operates several businesses: Cardone Enterprises,Cardone Training Technologies,and The Cardone Group. The value he provides touches all areas of our lives when it comes to finances, buying real estate, Investing, sales, sales training and much more. Since I’ve started to follow him and only him is simple I’m from NYC and I can resonate with his way on approach and closing the sale and this fits with what whatever it is you are currently doing now. 

Sometimes it can be overwhelming when you’re listening to too many mentors, life coaches, motivational speakers…etc! The best thing I did was to dissect and Pick 2 and they happen to be Grant Cardone and David Wood. Since listening to Grant I’ve realized what I knew was missing and that was making more conversions. This is what Grant and David are about when it comes to business and both are doing it for the business owners to make more revenues online and offline, sales training! 

He’s helped many companies like insurance companies, car dealerships, real estate agents and he has a tremendous amount of energy and wants to help people and that’s what counts. It’s a person like this is where i just decided and know I have to follow. He’s owns 3,500 multi-families apartments and started with 9 units. Made his first investment at 34 years young and is also in involved in personal branding and is an expert in that category along with sales of course.
